Hongkou Rafting Resort

Dujiangyan is a renowned rafting destination, known as "West's No. 1 Rafting Spot." Its picturesque scenery and cool, tranquil atmosphere make it a bustling destination during the height of summer. The rafting starts at the Hongkou Plateau Bridge, with Guanfenggou as the midpoint, and ends at the rafting center, where you'll find a kayak. The more adventurous can choose to raft from the very upstream. Compared to rafting in a group of six, rafting with two people in a single boat is more thrilling, allowing you to experience the thrill of crashing over the waves and the exhilaration of plunging down the rapids.

After a tiring day, stay at a nearby farmhouse and savor salmon or roast rabbit. For a more lively experience, the Hongkou International Rafting Festival in June is a must-see. International rafting teams from the United States, Canada, and New Zealand compete, and there's a wide variety of delicious food on offer.
