Hangzhou in northeastern Zhejiang has a history of more than 2,200 years since it was established as a county in the Qin Dynasty. The Wuyue Dynasty of the Five Dynasties and the Southern Song Dynasty both established their capitals here. This place, known as the "paradise on earth", has mountains, springs, lakes, bridges, towers, and temples, and the colors of the scenery are beginning to diversify. In terms of temperature, January, April, July and October are the watersheds of Hangzhou's winter, spring, summer and autumn respectively. It is worth noting that January is the coldest and wet, so you should wear more clothes. Mid-April to September is the rainy season in Hangzhou, so remember to bring a raincoat.
The consumption level in Hangzhou is not high. There are few places that require tickets for the main tourist attraction, the West Lake. If you stay in the simplest hostel bed, the minimum consumption for a day can be controlled at 200 yuan.
