Let’s start with positive. Great location , comfy beds and people at front desk is nice. Long list of negatives. Stay away from forum towers. Loud from both street noise and people who are here to party and very loud. If that is what you want great. If not stay in other towers. We had no choice when we booked it was only tower available. Because of noise moved us to higher floor that helped but still noise. In lobby no couches or chairs. There is bakery with 4 tables that’s it. If you don’t want to go back to room yet. Dome with Casino; lounge doesn’t open till later in day. Massive lobby no couches. Makes no sense. We choose this hotel because we are from Canada and wanted to lay out by pool. Weather was in high 80s. We found out when we checked in pool is closed for season. Unlike other hotels wrote closed for season. This one just wrote seasonal. Big difference. Yes we could use next store inside pool we wanted the sun. Would have stayed at one of hotels where it was open. After walking around checking out other hotels we totally would have stayed at the one starts with T and other starts with H. Not sure if I can mention their names in another review. Easy to figure out which ones I’m referring too. Another disappoint is the shops that are attached to hotel at pier basically ghost town. Only like 3 open. Others are all empty spaces. Wrap up this review by saying this hotel was boring for us and won’t ever return here.

Although I love Caesar’s properties, Caesar said something to Nick said he needs a lot of updating. There employees need to get back to the role of customer service. And in general Caesars just needs to step up their game for the amount of money that I playing and believe me I play a lot a pay out needs to be much higher

I recently saw Celine Dion at boardwalk hall
After we visited Caesars Atlantic City
What a blast!
The vibe was exciting and the people were beautiful
Being a platinum member and hopefully soon a diamond member the fact u can order ur drinks at ur slot machine is the greatest thing ever
No waiting to hail down a cocktail server
They deliver right to
I always tip well and love seeing the familiar faces I’ve seen over the years nice to see Caesars takes care of their workers. This casino is a must Saturday nights r hopping !!
Hail Caesar!!

The hotel is kept up very nice. The rooms are also on the newer side. I Parked in the lot and someone was in my car.

Had a nice time here the board walk was nice and the food was good but the casino really did suck but I enjoy myself other ways

Love going to Caesars and all the Total Rewards properties! Love the extra care they give their guest! A lot of great restaurants and things to do for guests! Thank you Caesar's for being a great resort!

I went there to see what is like . And I love it there it’s the most beautiful and elegant Place I ever seen and every one so happy and enjoyed there self . I’m going back there for sure

We had two rooms booked and both were beautifully updated and had great views. One of our rooms was upgraded to a suite that was HUGE. The bathroom particularly was gorgeous with a separate shower, huge tub and a walk-in closet. We only stayed two nights so the extra space wasn’t needed but would be great for a longer stay. Beds were comfy and rooms were quiet. The only negative was how stupidly overpriced everything is inside the casino but that’s the standard across the boardwalk unfortunately.

everytime we go to atlantic city and ther board walkl we stop in Ceasars casino, theres always so much to do there

Caesars Atlantic City, in my opinion, is the best casino hotel in Atlantic City. But I think they need more of a selection of slots and game machines. I love the restaurants and the the mall. The hotel is always clean and the staff is polite!

Very family friendly people was nice..arcade prices need to be adjusted more games for indoor shoes that attract the younger generation..

I didn't have such a good experience more than 1 1/2 years ago. Decided to give them another visit. Disappointed to say the least. We had to play 25 points to get free parking, otherwise it costs $25. We lost $100 just to get a free parking voucher. No one likes to lose but straight downhill, it wasn't up and down. If I get to play for a good amount of time and in the end lose, I don't feel so ripped off. I understand Caesar's is the closes casino to Tanger Outlet shopping so maybe that's why they set parking so high but if you're a player with a player's card, that's no way to treat and want a gambler to return.

I enjoyed my time at caesars although my wife and I didn’t win anything g past a few cents for my first time going it was still fun
We were welcomed by staff offered free drinks the games are not difficult to understand they have set smoking sections the tables I stayed away from because it was crowded so be aware that is where the money is lol if you decide to stop gambling and want to play games they have free games like pac man and driving games the mini basketball shooting game is free air hockey and I believe guitar hero they have a snack shack inside and would be a great place to throw a party in

I know when you gamble you don't always when . However I like to win on the slots sometimes instead of constantly feeding the machines. I couldn't break even on this trip.I you want to go for fun and hit the Boardwalk and do some other things you must be able to walk round easily.

Enjoy this Casino for it's gambling, food, room availability, & overall choices, Ocean Views & Casino & Boardwalk shops + Beach, Pool & Gym are great perks!

What a joke. I check in on the caesars app at 9am, iwhen i arrive at the hotel they gave my room to another guest. I requested smoking and they dont have any. Whats the point of checking in on the app if your going to give the room i want away? Stay somewhere else. Front desk agent said there is nothing i can do or say. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Then i ask to comp me the resort fee and she refused. Last time I stay at this hotel, ballys and harrahs.

What a depressing site. So many areas in need of repair. Just like every one of the casinos, they take, take, take and put little back into the place and even worse barely into the community.

Caesars always provides me and my wife with a nice spectacular room and great service. I especially had a great experience with morning cappuccino and server Joann was wonderful in helping me get a great coffee product. She went out of her way to be nice and helpful. Also many thanks to hotel manager Keith Purnell and his staff for all of his help .Great servers like Maria Tomasetta, Maria Sanza, Patrice and Monica make it a wonderful experience.

Our party visited Caesars to play some table games, and enjoy a dinner. We chose Nero's Steakhouse. The portion sizes were very large. I was able to take 3/4 of my Chicken Parmesan home and enjoy it for three more meals. You can't go wrong with the Caesars' salad, either.
As for the table games, limits were a bit high starting at $10 USD for table games and upward. There did not appear to be any handicapped accessible gaming tables.
The casino portion of the property was brightly lit, with good to excellent lighted signage. I'd stay here if there were not other decent priced options nearby.

We came here 3 nights to unwind from a trip to NYC room was nice and clean easy check in and out. Good restraunts. Close by. Atlantic City it’s self not much to do there other than gamble in winter months

PLEASE be advised - i do not recommend staying and or visiting this casino . my experience as well as my friends was awful from table games to slots .. i am not bitter about losing money so i"m not writing out of frustration but someone who believes in customers come first attitude. poor attitudes equals poor service

3 card poker dealer is very rude and thinks all players don’t know how to play the game. Very poor customer service and considering they just open, they are very hungry to get your money. Everyone is loosing at an alarming rate.

So im a loyal customer for many years diamond plus rating a go there today i am told all laurel lounges in ac no longer serve food and th
ere hours are limited. What a cheap action on there part im done ocean casino here i come

Did not stay overnight , we live close and usually spend sunday night at bar playing video poker, this is
the second tim we ran into this bartender and he had a worse attitude the time before when we were there, next time we see him we will go to a different casino

Caesars is not what they think it is!! They always have the highest rates and think that location on the boardwalk will save them.....Went there with about 20 people had six rooms. Meanwhile all of us been total rewards members for 10+ years some 20+....The pit bosses are always slow to take your card and start your rate, They also never pay attention after they log you in.. HORRIBLE !!!!!!! The casino itself was very dark and dead no action on the floor. The rooms were just plain and old feeling, Nothing special..I don't play slots but others said poor selection of slots and many machines broken etc...Ended up giving them about 5k in action and not an offer nothing. All the casinos are going to close in A.C. if they don't step it up and fast!!!!!! They will never get the north jersey or NYC crowd back now that Windcreek in Pennsylvania and Mt.Airy are around also throw in Resorts World in Monticello. They don't offer anything to bring you down worth the extra 1.5 hour trip. Stay away from A.C. Pray they open a Casino in North Jersey MEADOWLANDS lets go...Atlantic City is finished sad sad sight.....Boardwalk is also horrible all bums walking the boards panhandlers etc....Do not feel safe anymore . Did not see any police at all !!!! Just people asking for handouts........Hard Rock is taking over in A.C.

My casino experience here was Awful. They are understaffed and the interactions except for one was rude and unprofessional. We were 3 couples who played at various casinos over a three day period. We had two hours here and my time was totally wasted. Was on a slot with very little play, suddenly won 12 free games. On the 5th spin the machine stopped working with the final reel continuously rolling. Interesting that the Particular spin had already stopped on additional FREE spins, but that third wheel jiggled and then just started rolling. I tried the Help button and waited. Ten minutes and NO ONE came by, could not find anyone on the floor, my money was IN the machine and I was Stranded! I finally left the machine and approached a Table where a gentlemen said he’d call a manager over as he could tell my frustration. Now 20 minutes in, NO ONE shows up! a security guard walks by and I stopped him. He uses a walk-in talkie, gives the machine number and leaves. Another 10 minutes, NO ONE comes. The original gentleman approached and he is embarrassed and apologetic. And though appreciated. I want my Money and at that point just my current winnings! Another guard walks by and his first words were… he Just started his shift, they are Understaffed and he’ll TRY to get me help. It’s PATHETIC! Finally a female Tech approached and says she just got notified of an issue. So three people before her called yet her demeanor was LESS than kind at best! Says she’ll REstart the machine!?! I had taken pix of my money/winnings etc and she said Don’t worry, it’ll go right back to where it was. Then it DIDNT. And she says she has to close the machine. I was annoyed, frustrated with my waste of time and obvious LOSS of potential winnings but requested my Ticket and by that point almost an Hour had elapsed. Disgraceful! I suggested our entire group leave and not support the casino and we All left. All 3 couples were FULLY COMPED with suites, food and service at a competitors casino. We decided to try our luck at others and Caesars LOST out when we Walked from tables n slots. The floor had MANY slots with broken signs, no one to help, no staff and clearly Poor management with no protocols in place to Quickly and Graciously handle Game Play Issues on Old ? slot machines. Not returning and would Not Recommend.

It looks massive from the outside - but once you get in side its all split up in small rooms. There are 3 places you can get to just from the parking garage... Very confusing and the signs are not very good in directing you to the place you want to get to.

Stunning place to tour. Sparkling clean with dramatic features. However, the machines are set to "do not hit," so soak up the ambience and keep it moving. If you want a beverage, bring a tent because you will need it. There are properties very close buy where you have a far better chance of returning home with some change.

Caesars Atlantic City is in a great location and has great rooms. This property has a lot of potential especially with Bally’s right next door for night life( Wild West and new sport betting) but Caesars is lacking customer service especially while gambling on table games many cocktail waitresses can care less your reward card status or how much money you play. I had a lady tell me it’s a dollar tip a drink when I ordered my drink.. mind you I come frequent and am a diamond member I am aware of how to tip. Overall bad attitude workers, they must be protected by a union.

Hotel room could use an updating. Diamond lounge was one of the best. Entertainment and shows were sorely lacking. One good thing was that the casino slot ares were mostly smoke-free. Free-standing drinking stations could be helpful for the slot players.

Just visited for the day as we stayed at the Hard Rock, love the decor, seems really laid back, the staff we encounter were really friendly, although we did not win at the slots, we will be back soon.

Spent the past week at Ceasars Atlantic City. This resort is vey clean and the staff are great. I had a king size bed in the room, which was very comfortable. The bathroom is amazing so sleek looking and very clean. The Morton steak house inside the hotel has a special from 4 to 7 that you don’t want to miss. If you want a great breakfast off site. Two blocks hotel is a tiny hole in the wall breakfast lunch place called Maria’s. Try it out the food was good. There is plenty to do in and around this casino which will keep you busy.

We did not stay at Caesar's but enjoyed playing at the casino. The staff at the rewards desk was friendly, personable, knowledeable, and efficient at the same time for both me and my father. It because of them i highly rate this place.

Nice casino! It has a lot of the classic games that are hard to find. You can order a drink straight from the slot machine. If you’re using a player’s card, it remembers what you ordered. Makes the whole thing much easier

The room was smelly, and the rugs were filthy. I will never stay here again. It's so expensive on the weekend, not worth it.

the view was beautiful. had dinner at gordon's ramsey's restaurant which was excellent.
there were plenty of slot machines to play and the atmosphere was pleasant. will visit again very soon.

This place has dated rooms with moldy showers. When we requested that someone come and clean the shower they simply moved us to another room with the same problem plus old toothepaste smeared in the sink.

I stayed on the 35th floor of the Centurion Tower for one night. The room was clean and modern. Beds and pillows were comfortable, television was large, and the table had two chairs. I loved the large walk-in shower! At check-in and check-out, the front desk personnel were welcoming and pleasant. I played table games on a Monday night and lots of tables were opened on the first floor. Craps dealers were professional and boxman was helpful. Cage cashiers thanked me for playing at Caesars and the free cocktails were tasty. Bellman was friendly. My only complaint is about the $10 charge for an early checking. I had never been charged an early check-in fee at Harrah’s on weekdays. Please be advised that the Centurion Tower is a short walk from the lobby and car park and that the lobby lacks seating. However, the Centurion Tower leads straight to the Boardwalk and is connected to Wild Wild West at Bally’s making it easy for me to go between casinos. I’d recommend the Centurion Tower and would recommend playing the table games at Caesars.

slot machines are tight, didn't see many people cashing winning tickets at the cashiers windows, Tells me there are not many winners. Slot area is dark and not very inviting. Décor needs to be updated. Was more livelier 10 yrs. ago.

Just came back to Caesar’s, played at borgata. Haven’t stayed overnight or long enough to determine if I prefer Caesar’s. I played at Caesar’s for many years. The valet parking was very expensive. The casino was clean and updated since I’ve been there last. One issue I had was that the dealers make a lot of mistakes. I would like to come back soon.

Can't rate a hotel/casino high when they remove the most popular slots because they're likely paying out too much to players. Restaurants. especially Nero's and Kwi are highly recommended. Access to a pool is unfortunately a long way from most hotel guests, and somewhat of a disappointment.

The hotel is nice but you just can’t win in the casino there. Also, they are reducing their benefits year after year. They use to treat Seven Stars players super special, but now they limit the free in room movies to one a day, they use to give 10x rewards credits but now they try to entice you with things like on Labor Day, they said I was guaranteed 4x RCs but could get up to 400x. Well, it worked to get me there, but I never get more the 4 or 5x. They use to reimburse my flight cost with cash, but now it’s free play. And it’s not because I’m gambling less I’m actually a Seven Stars many times over. I think I’m done with this casino.

Customer Service from our Host Dave Murrow, Dave is extremely Professional and checking with us! Elvira was great at the check in counter! Ivy the representative checked with us upon arrival and always asked us if we needed anything! Uni in the Laurel Room is outstanding! Excels in Customer Service!

The place is huge. I got lost in there. We had an ocean facing room. Restaurant prices are high because they are all steak and seafood houses. Prepare for a $65 steak. There is a Hamburger place for about $15, not bad.
Gambling condition is above average for me. There are 9/6 JOB dollar machine that return over 95%. Crap table minimum is $15.
The 7 star lounge is wonderful. They serve huge shrimp cocktail, rib eye steak and more. Of cource, they are free including drinks, if you are 7 stars. They have the best food of all the dimond/7-star sounges I have been visited.
We stayed to 5 nights.

The hotel service at this place is awful. No room service at all. We left room at 9:30 came back at 1:15am Very disturbing. Only day 2 of a 5 night trip. Yikes. Try borgatta instead

Was able to get an early check in after paying for it, the hallways to the rooms were spotless and very modern, the room was large and very clean. Three things I wish were different, have the NFC room keys instead of the old magnetic ones, have the option to order a microwave or have them in the room. Wanted to buy food at the Gordon Ramsey restaurant in house but realized we would have no way to reheat later. Lastly, I am a Wyndham Rewards member and was surprised to hear that the casinos don't honor the tier benefit of Complimentary late checkout, only the Diamond in the Caesar Rewards program. I have my accounts linked as they are part of the same family of hotels, it would be nice if they integrated that better. I am though very thankful for the courtesy that was extended as the agent was super helpful going above and beyond to ask her supervisor for us. Very nice property, will be back again should the rates allow, usually stay at Ballys but the rates were similar enough and wanted to try something new. Glad I did!

Their on line game system is defective. I am in Virginia and signed up to play on line games and deposited $500. When I try to play it is not let me play because I am out side of New Jersey. It had no problem taking my money but it won't let me play. Why did they take my money knowing that I am in Virginia, I had to give them my address to sign up in first place. I have tried call and send email repeatedly but can't get a live person and no email reply.

Another great stay at Caesar's. Rooms are great, clean, renovated. Lobby is looking great also. Could use some seating for those waiting for their friends/family checking in. Check in was quick this time, always different of course, depending how many people show up at the same time. Stayed 2 nights comped (had two rooms, one in my name, one in hubby's name, had friends stay in one of the rooms), centurion tower, ocean view, king bed. Sunday night was noisy though (party going on outside with extremely loud music, luckily music stopped at 11:30 p.m.). Casino was fun. Ate in Carmine's over at Tropicana on Sunday and Morton's at Caesar's on Monday - both very good. Please please though make a food court, it's the only thing missing and would make Caesar's perfect. Had a great day Monday at the beach, very convenient.

Three nights were $1000. No valet parking, safe in room didn’t work, security lock on door didn’t work, WiFi $13.99 a day, swimming pool was no one under the age of 24 (seriously?) plus a $10 a day fee, the Spa was closed and the room was very dated. On the plus side, the employees cleaning the room and working the restaurants were extremely nice. I’m assuming they have to be to charge $6.50 for a yogurt parfait. The prices were out of this world. It seems the only part of the hotel in working order was the casino, which we didn’t use. Never again.

This was the first and damn sure the last time I will ever willingly step foot in this place again. I was in the centurion towers and the room was godawful. There was no washcloth in the room when we got there. No one had cleaned the room in what must’ve been months since everything was covered in dust. I started sneezing when I was in the room because of all the dust. There was hair in the bed, the pillowcase and sheets were dirty and stained. There was hair in the bathroom also. If that wasn’t bad enough we had to change rooms because there were bugs in the room. Not a bug… BUGS. Other than change the room all they offered was a $50 credit to the room for food. The credit didn’t even go for all the places on the premises. All that and I didn’t even mention how much the entire hotel reeked of cigarette and cigar smoke. It was a getaway gone absolutely wrong. NEVER AGAIN!!! I wish I could add the videos I have of the bugs walking around and flapping their wings. Disgraceful.

Clean and spacious room. Staff was very helpful, on navigating around the casino. The casino is steps away from the boardwalk with easy access to everything.

visit in summer, casino is average-staff does not know the basics of good customer service. Restaurants are average would be better if there were more to choose from.
The best part of this casino is the beachfront location, visit during summer enjoy the beach & boardwalk.

Just visited it for a day as i stayed at the HARRAH ,I loved the scene so much pennies machine, My machine jammed and the service was very quick about it to fix the problem..The server was very quick for your drink. The bathroom was very cleaned.Would love to someday to stay over. thank you..

A very safe place, lots of slot machines, they don't have pitch blackjack. I really don't like their 3 card and 4 card poker. Overall a nice place to be. I will return to this casino.

We did not stay over. We just went for the day. The gambling floor was very clean and neat. Unfortunately we are not smokers and there was a lot of smoke. The upstairs was not open the afternoon that we were there, on July 4, 2019 We were also disappointed that there were not more places to have lunch without spending the day at a buffet.

Enjoyed their selection. Gave you a variety of types from Chinese to Italian, to Seafood to Beef and chicken. Also a wonderful selection of desserts.

The hotel lobby and premises is the nicest one in Atlantic City; however, it is not as lively as the Hard Rock Cafe, it is more chic and has a higher-end crowd. The casino premises are lovely and have a good selection of machines. We didn’t see the hotel rooms but people we talked to said they were content. They also had a famous Gordon Ramsay Pub; we didn’t try it, but the premises were picturesque.

My husband, four year old daughter and I stayed here on our way back to WI from Hershey, PA. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait in the lobby. This was a bit of a disappointment since it was after check in time. The room was nice/like new, and clean. We spend our two nights here on the board walk and at the beach, both within walking distance. The $10 per stay visit to self-park seems a little ridiculous, that’s what a resort fee is for in my opinion. We declined housekeeping, so we received a credit toward parking. We had the hotel buffet tonight, it’s expensive, $35 per person, but it’s big and has a lot of options. All in all, a good stay and would recommend.

Husband and I were Gambling and we were playing Roulette and at a table and the dealer asked that my husband and I give up our seats for another couple. I eas appalled that this dealer asked that we move - i assume our money was not green enough - I took my chips and left. Then moved to another table - where they carded a player 5 times - and as i was settling in to play my phone fell onto the table - the dealer scolded me as if i was a 2 year old. the casino was empty so you think they would want people to play. apparently not - took my money elsewhere

We waited half hour for a "greeter" to give us departure information (which was incorrect)! Then, we waited for 45 minutes for casino and buffet vouchers and another 45 minutes for to get cards to use in the slot machines to prove we were over 21. (We are in our 70's!) Add another half hour to this to get seats in the restaurant. Caesar's employs hundreds of people. They need to evaluate where help is needed most to avoid these bottlenecks.
We had just enough time to have lunch, play the slots for half an hour, wait 20 minutes to cash out winnings, and make the 3:30 show that we came to see. It's a good thing that the Righteous Brothers show was so good because it took 7 hours going and coming to get to it.

I've been coming to Atlantic City for 30 years and Caesars used to be one of my favorites. We walked in Saturday night & you could have counted how many people were in the casino. It was dead. We stayed a 1/2 hour and left. Went down to the Hard Rock which was busy and had life to it. Stayed there for hours playing & drinking, they way it should be in a casino.

Did not stay over but ate at Maorton which is my standard when visiting and gambled at the casino. I contributed as usual at the casino, but very disappointed at the servers on the floor, took forever to get a bottle of water

We were here for a kids event in the area. The staff was very nice but this place is disgusting. The walls are paper thin. I called security twice for neighbors being so loud. Every night at 3am the people next to me turned on the tv, which when it turns on it’s set to blaring loud. It would wake me up. The adjoining room doors are so thin you can literally hear EVERYTHING. It’s awful. Be prepared to stink like smoke as well. I didn’t feel safe walking around or outside. Not a place for kids. Can’t wait to leave.

My only problem is why does it take so long to register the rewards card into the various slots at Bally’s and not at Caesar’s? Other then that I will continue to go to your casinos. I have been going to your casinos since 1986 and will continue to go there.

I recently visited Ceasers Hotel and Casino. I like to play Blackjack. Upon entering the casino I went to the Blackjack tables. There were only two open. The table with the shoe had 3 open spaces however they claim they were holding seats for diamond players. The only option I had was to play at the table where they had the automatic reshuflle machine. This was at 1 p.m. I went back to the table with the 3 blocked seats and they still had the 3 spaces blocked. I was told they would be opening other tables at 2 p.m. which was an hour later. Finally I went back to the table once again with the same 3 spaces blocked. I told the dealer since it was such a long period to call the pit boss. I believe in my opinion this is a ploy to have you sit at the auto reshuffle table. When asking to see a Pit boss they then re-opened one of the blocked seats and allowed me to play. Since this went on for over an hour my time was limited. They had an enormous amount of tables other than Blackjack that had dealers and were empty. Needless to say byy leaving you no alternative but to go to the auto shuffle they are increasing there odds of winning and decreasing yours. I won't be going back there. If you are a Blackjack player take heed.

Stayed for a couple of nights at Caesars. We got upgraded to a nice suite in the Ocean Tower and it was an awesome room. We had a great time. There are several restaurants to eat at and it’s centrally located in AC. I definitely recommend it.

Every aspect of gaming is included at Caesars Atantic City. From free parking to eateries that span seafood, chop house to fine dining this is the place tp be.

Caesars has the greatest friendliest people. Coctail waitresses Maria T, Maria S, Netta, Monica, Patrice and Brian are some of the finest servers in all of New Jersey. The Diamond club also has wonderful people like Rosa S, Linda, beauty and muhmoo.
They make you feel like family. Slot technicians Mahmoud and Julian are terrific. Front desk greeter Sabhia is outstanding. Manager Keith Purnell is a pleasure also. Great trip !!!

Pretty cool hotel to stay in for 1 or 2 nights as an experience but wouldn’t do it for longer. Hotel staff all perfectly pleasant but the cocktail waitresses all left a lot to be desired. Food pretty pricey but free drinks while betting is good (even if most of the cocktails tasted the same). Rooms nice and spacious although we had a deluxe and it didn’t feel any more special than a normal room. Actual hotel is an experience in itself to take a walk around and look at all the decor.

My room at Caesars was actually pretty nice. The room was large and clean and quiet. My poor rating is really geared towards the casino and the overall experience at Atlantic City. The city is dilapidated, and depressing. No one seems to be enjoying themselves, the casinos are not paying anyone, so there's just this negative energy everywhere. It's hard to explain in 500 characters, but this city is one to avoid. Pay the extra and go to Vegas. Even Tunica isn't as depressing as AC. It's sad, because I had really looked forward to this trip but couldn't wait to get home.

I did not stay overnight and I spent most of my time there looking for a smoking area. I played some in non smoking. Don't like the machines very much. I know now why people from the area I live in go to PARX in PA. I may take a ride there tomorrow.

The service was good and everyone there was friendly. I would definitely go back again. The only thing that sucked was there was nowhere to eat late witch kinda of sucked because it kinda ruined the night.

Friend went to Caesars just to go to the inside mall & when we got there, there was only 4 shops!!! The mall map that showed 3 levels of the preexisting mall was completely covered over in black electrical tape and only 4 shops are still existing.
I'm giving it 4 stars because 'It's Sugar' a candy novelty store is still there and is such "good-times" we shopped there for over an hour and the casino was clean and nice place we ate at Ramsey was amazing food.
So overall don't go there for the mall!!!

Accidentally left over $140 in a slot machine because I waited so long for drink service (over 30 minutes sitting at a machine and not playing). I was loosing as usual in Caesars and put all of my change payout coupons in one machine for a single coupon receipt.... Walked away, (STUPID!). When I came back (about 5 minutes), the machine was cleaned out. Called security. They found the guy (knew who it was because he seemed like a "Good-ole-regular"). They offered a settlement of less than 1/2 my money back after a long negotiation (with just the "Regular" and security...myself not included). I mean, we are talking over $140 stolen!. Next, thing I know, the NJS ploice are there on site..... They also seemed to be friends of the "Regular". After about 4 hours of waiting and wasted gambling time, the NJ poice came to me and said "Here's $40, that's all that can be verified he owes you".... I blew up and said "DID you see the casino security video? I had over $140 in the machine when I walked away!".... They said what they were not authorized to see Caesars security vids. I should just take this money or leave it..... After a while of protesting, the NJS police were on the verge of arresting me meanwhile, I watched the perp casually leaving the casino security room like he just left friends and family.

This review is mainly for the casino thru theses troubled times. While playing on the machines I encountered more Caesar’s personal checking for face masks and if it’s on proper also notice more people cleaning the machines. Many newer machines. Thank you Caesar’s for my safety in yr casino.

Stopped in for a few days and definitely played quite a few slots. Fun time and even though we didn’t strike it rich we were treated nicely and had a fun time playing in Caesars casino.

We had a wonderful time at Caesar. The rooms are so nice, clean, and comfortable. The casino was fun and had a wide range of games. The restaurants and bars were very nice and service was very friendly and efficient. We recommend a stay and believe you will be impressed.

Big casino with plentiful and variety of slot games with easy access to Wild Wild West in part of Caesar’s reward program. Happy to play one of my fave slot game misses years ago. Great casino reward offers on free play and stay.

It was great experience and I would totally come back again. Although, I did not like the fact I had to pay parking. If I am staying or play at the casino I shouldn’t had to pay parking fees. Also, they need to have more black jack table.

We loved playing the slots and did very well here. The service at the bar was great, free drinks if your playing bar poker. Clean and bright in the casino.

Caesers in Vegas is much better and this one is just a bar/casino with a few restaurants. Everything is overpriced and the place stinks of smoke and air freshener. I will definitely not be back.

The Sports Book is very nice! Big comfortable chairs with many screen TV's to watch the sports!
The Wild West Casino is rocking on Sat. nights!!!!!!!! Very popular.

The room and view were spectacular! However, the television did not work due to a missing box. We were there on a Friday night and at 12:00, we were hungry and wanted a bite to eat. You would think on a Friday night, this would not be an issue; however, only one place to grab a sandwich or appetizers was open and the line was a mile long. This is including both Caesars and Bally's. We then wanted room service where you can get food; however, there was a hour and half wait to get ANY food. You would think a 24-7 hour facility would have more eating facilities open 24-7 to grab a bite to eat.

Horrible customer service at check in, late check out of 1 hour charged $50, valet advertised as free to platinum players not true was charged $15

Slots are beyond tight. I get that this city has gone way down and you need to squeeze every nickel you can from those who opted not to go to Mohegan Sun and want to brave the dirty bums, fentanyl addicts, and generally scary locals. With that said, I’ll never gamble again here. Probably won’t stay here either. Booked two rooms for a week stay and they stuck me in a smoking room where the entire floor reeks to high heaven from marijuana. This place has gone way down. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Clean it up. Outdated and dirty. Public restroom was absolutely disgusting. I reported it. But I just got a blank, stare apparently no cares.

An outdated, poorly maintained dump. Look at the photo, even Caesar himself is pointing out the water stains on ceiling. Worst casino in Atlantic City.

I did not stay in the hotel, but went for dinner and gambling. The food and service was good and the restaurant was very accommodating. I had a blast playing craps for the first time. The staff was pleasant and very helpful

Service at Caesars in atlantic city were absolutely sad. The valet was rude, careless, and acted like doing their job was a burden. John in particular was dismissive and unprofessional, making the whole experience frustrating from start to finish. For a place like Caesars, you’d expect at least basic courtesy and respect, but instead, it felt like they couldn’t care less about their guests. Completely disappointing and not worth the hassle

Fun place but the machines are tight especially in the poker bar areas, we do better at other properties and the reward programs are getting less attractive, rooms are fine & employees are friendly and nice

I never win at this casino. I put a lot of money in the slot machines. but I never win enough to brag about. What a waste.

1st time travel to AC with family, checked in and sorry we don’t have room with 2 beds one bed only…. Sorry but unacceptable as I reservation with 2 beds, how can a family stay in 1 bed. Please get a manager, goes in back for 5 minutes comes back we now have room for you.
Psychology of getting a tip was used here I feel. Add stress, frustration and panic to then come back like a hero….
Room was ok, clean. AC was very weak room temperature was lukewarm.
Checked out, line-up was huge. Used the machine to checkout to find out extra $13.99 charged and I was told to correct I must get in line. Meanwhile my family in the car waiting…. Was smart and called customer and got it revered while waiting in line.
If you pay cheap you get what you paid for!

My favorite thing about Caesars casino is that I can always grab a seat at the table and a slot machine is always available to play. This is not the case at Harrahs on a weekend night.

Casino is incredibly disappointing. I’m sure everybody wants to know about table minimums. Well the craps tables are $25 minimum on a dead Tuesday non holiday afternoon. Shame on them for assuming that people Finally getting out who have been struggling during Covid would all be able or willing to spend hours at a $25 table. Only two tables open and it’s no wonder one of them has zero people. How can management not realize that if the table was a $10 table it would be packed and they would make more in the end. Simple economics and consideration for all levels of betting. I may be staying here but they won’t be getting my gambling dollars.

Had a great room check in smooth. Great restaurant. But the casino this time supprised me. My drinks took long. And while i was gambling big bets. The dealer names fui fu. Some asian dealer was keep screaming (big money ) more money. Its was so annoying im betting 300$ per bet and this clown is yelling for no reason. I reccomend play at mgm borgata the dealers are more professional.

We had a great time and didnt lose too much money in the few hours that we spent at the slots and a few table games.

The wide array of slots and table games on 2 floors made it easy to find "my" game. We did great on the tables and as a bonus hit a few times on the $5.00 slots.

did not stay Caesars has a way of always pissing me off please forget to ask me about my experience and then get very personal. I don't like the Bally's waitress who always asks me to take my order off the machine because I have a bad shoulder and I have to get up to do so and I think that it is part of her job. that's what the tip is for

I want to give a shout out to three dealers who work the morning shift. They are Suzanne and her husband Juan, along with Andrew (Spelling). Every time I go to Caesar's, they have a smile on their faces and are very welcoming. They make playing blackjack fun. They really pull for you to win. It is because of dealers like them, that I return to Caesars.

I thought my room was very nice, the staff is friendly and the casino has plenty
Pricey as expected for amenities but the room was priced well

I always enjoy myself at Caesar's especially the architecture. Everyone is always taking photographs. I have not tried any of the restaurants but I look forward to returning hopefully they'll have the impossible burger available on my next visit at Gordon Ramsey bar and pub.

First let me say that the staff was friendly and accommodating. We called about half hour before arrival - companion's scooter was waiting. No signs at the valet parking area that indicate where to go for check-in however. At the top of the escalator a bellman was most helpful in leading us to the elevator to the check-in desk. The lady there was very polite and helpful. We got to the suite and while the carpet is getting a bit ragged everything else was lovely. On to the casino. Companion likes to play the table games. He played for a couple of hours at $100 a hand and then we went to dinner. Never met a casino host on day one. Day two we had a great breakfast, although the cheese in the omelette was a bit stringy and grainy. Eggs Benedict was very good. Again, $100 a hand for a couple of hours at tables and no Casino Host. Pit Boss introduced himself however. Dinner at Mortons was fantastic and again, friendly staff at both the bar and the server. Seafood platter appetizer @ $75 was more than enough for two. Love Willy Wonka slot and the $$ slot with the money grab feature. Day three - back to the tables. My companion played for a couple more hours while I wandered. Still no Casino Host available..
Day four - Room bill over $900. Played in the area of $8000-$9000 and never did met a casino host. A Casino Host should greet you shortly after check-in, or a message left on your room phone to contact them, or one approaches you while playing . Back to the Borgata.

Bally's pool/hot tub area is GREAT...Many hot tubs (like 7 or 8), sauna and HUGE pool. Also Wild Wild West still has $5 Black Jack and Craps...only ones in Atlantic City....Ones they stop the $5 I WILL be looking for a new place...so pay attention Bally's

I have no idea why this is my favorite casino. I rarely win. The managers are ignorant. The reasaurants are over priced . 10.00 md coffee plain donut. What? Buffet 44.95 why? I just feel comfortable there. I walk over to Bally's bbg place to eat. Excellent excellent all. Didn't like the dry ribs. Best wings I ever had. Best mb sub I ever had. Great sided. Not over priced slip. Get the platter what ever you order a few dollars more for 2 sided with your entree. Mac and ch. Omg. Mom works here. Excellent

This was a very nice casino on the strip. All the casinos are lined in a rrow, so it is easy to visit every one.

Another great stay at Caesar's. At check in (we usually go Sun-Tues, this was Mon-Wed, comp room not available on Sun), room wasn't ready (always ready on Sundays) so the girl said I can give you another room, I said no connecting room, she said we don't have any. Then she said I have a room ready but it's connecting, lol, she just said they didn't have connecting rooms. Anyway she found a panoramic view room ready for us, it was lovely. Big, clean, nice views. Enjoyed our stay, casino was fun. Just need some more food choices please and a real ice cream place, don't care for gelato and lots of the desserts at Tazzo are stale. Hubby got a breakfast croissant one morning, stale croissant. Enjoyed the beach (even though it was a cloudy day) and walking on the boardwalk. Can't wait to get back.

We had a terrible experience with two staff members from the Rewards desks. They did not want to accept my mother's valid ID, were rude, embarrassed her, and after 1.5 hours we were able to resolve the issue because of a nice security guard. This treatment felt like discrimination and it was very offensive. We won't be returning.

Booked May 3, 4 to celebrate our 35th Anniversary. Mon. was ok. Hotel was pretty empty on Tues. & still in a pandemic & the geniuses at the front desk put a group of noisy girls in the adjoining rm to ours! The girls were up all night playing loud music, screaming, laughing, & carrying on at the top of their lungs! I called security every 1/2 hour begging them to make the rm next door quiet down so we could sleep. Every time, sec. comes, the girls get quiet for 5 min, then it starts again. During my call at 2AM, sec. offers to move us (not them) to another rm. We had been there 2 days and our stuff was already spread out. I got a severe migraine. We had to work in the am. Sec. was not trying too hard. It finally stopped on its own at 4AM. At check-out I told the front desk that I had no prob paying for the 1st night, but not the 2nd bc security didn’t resolve it & we didn't sleep. The mgr. took $75 off the $196.89 bill (not even half) and told me to call cust. svc. if that wasn't satisfactory. I did call, then emailed when I got home. Emails went back & forth between me & "Ami" (no last name) who said that no further compensation would be made to me and that none of his superiors would be calling me to discuss the issue further. I’ve been telling everyone I know & no one can believe that a hotel/casino, which regularly comps guests for rooms, meals, etc. would not make good on our horrible night. We will go to the Hard Rock or Ocean Resort from now on instead.

CALLING CORPORATE. FREEZING ROOM. SLEPT IN CLOTHES, DISRESPECTED ON PHONE. PHONE DOESNT WORK PROPERLY. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

Slot machines(poker) have become so tight, no one wins anything-not even the smallest of payouts!
The room s are nice, but the amenities are awful-you need to call to get anyone to come to the room to clean--not even for fresh towels.
They closed the only good restaurant -Nero's_ and opened two new ones-Nobu and Hells Kitchen--very expensive and very mediocre food-I will never go back to Hells
Kitchen--They really should be ashamed of themselves--four of us ate there-the cost was $536.00(without the tip) for a 2 star meal.

I got an $80 room last night and my view was a wall, I asked to change and was told by “Ivy” and the front desk that ya get what you pay for, even though the place was empty. There’s a $31 resort fee which only covered wifi, they charge to park. Room service is just delivery from the couple of restaurants open. I was sitting in a walkway while eating at Gordon Ramsay and beggars were asking me for food and money. Breakfast delivery was only available from Gordon Ramsay’s pub and it was the only place open at lunch. Our bathroom floor was dirty. Construction was happening but not a bother. Very disappointing. The dealers in the casino were awesome, the only high point of our stay.

I paid extra money for early check in. I checked in via phone saying I would check in at 11 but it wasn’t ready at 1130 or 1200 (using the kiosks). I waited on line (there was only one front desk agent) and Felicia was wonderful and got me into a room.
I do find it weird that I’m being charged extra money for a service that apparently wasn’t available until I spoke to a live person.
Casino floor has plenty of games that allow a fairly low level better like me to gamble.
Dinner at Gordon Ramsay’s pub and grill was great. Solid drinks, good food, good service - I had a table reserved but decided to eat at the bar (solo traveler). The bartender was great - she made menu suggestions for me and was attentive and friendly.

Very out dated. NO energy casino. Felt like a library. NON existent wait service. Smelled like mildew. If you have ever been to Vegas skip this place.

The place looked empty. Especially compared to other casinos. Comps were nearly non existent, especially after 4 days of gambling in Las Vegas just a month ago. Don’t believe the one card many casinos.

Caesars is under renovations on both levels but it is still a nice place to play and relax now they have h***'s kitchen and they have NOBU steak Chinese restaurant or something like that if you ever had wagoose steak oh my God you need to it is very good caesars floor to gamble is very clean Stop being an enjoy

Caesars is nice but they need to loosen up the slots. I didn't hear of anyone winning there in a very long time. I have been going else where and have been doing much better!!!!!

Spent the weekend at the boardwalk. First time to Atlantic City and had to go to Caesars. Love the Giant stairs and grand entrance. Didn't win anything but still had fun. Casino and Hotel is huge. Love how all the casinos are connected. Place was confusing at first but after the 1st day it was not as bad. Right on the boardwalk and in the heart of Atlantic City.

Lovely flash hotel. The room was very good the food in Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant was fantastic. But, the surrounding area was very shabby and off putting wouldn’t go again.

I went to Cesears hotel for Memorial Day and stayed for 2 days! They no longer clean your room! I was informed that if housekeeping wants to clean your room they will but check this out! Only for high rollers! So housekeeping picks whose room they want to clean! We had two full garbage cans in the room , dirty sink, bed unmade etc.and when we called housekeeping we were told someone would come and empty the trash! No one did! We had to ask for towels for the next day and they just dropped them off at the door! I will never go back to this hotel again! They discriminate if you don’t spend a lot of money! Heck, the room is already expensive! Go to other AC hotels where housekeeping is mandatory and they appreciates their guests!

I was invited to a National Casino Marketing Customer Appreciation Party. The good food had me stuffed. During the drawing of 20 people, I was the last Winner!

Went to this casino and from the time we walked in I was happy because it smelled like febreze. Casinos tend to smell like cigarettes but not this one. We won some money and left. I would go back.

Buffet was good, slot service was horrible, broken machines, boardwalk was amazing, great sights, family enjoyed, parking was a mess, slot supervisor Alan should be fired for displaying horrible conduct to customers.

Seems every time you go there there's never any excitement on the floor always seeing machines there's hardly any people in the casino and there's no places to eat that isn't a sit-down type of dinner nothing you can Grab & Go

The place had a weird smell to it. It was beautiful inside though. Starbucks located inside casino. Drinks are free while you play- We aren't big gamblers but enjoyed our time here.

not much machines that we liked. didnt seem as clean, lacked enough food options compared to other hotels

The place is rocking as far as casino activities is concerned but the general ambience needs a little bit more updating.

I enjoyed my stay at Caesars Atlantic City Resort. Room was big, clean and we had an ocean view. We did get $50 resort credit because the check-in kiosk reported my room was not ready although I did online check in hours before. So I still had to wait in line at the desk. The resort credit can only be used at 3 places; however, I was not informed and apparently neither are the employees. So my subsequent bill was taken care of after speaking with the manager. Other than that, great place to sleep, gamble, and the beach in right in front.

great casino w a variety of things to do in it.. rooms are also pretty large..i really enjoy the gambling there because their tables are open and not many closed so you can gamble. the hosts there are very friendly as well

Roman Empire decor isn’t the only reason to love this place. Staff are friendly and there’s variety in choice for gambling. Plus, there’s plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Hotel is very outdated and needs remodeling. Atlantic City is dead, though it was before the season starts. Very disappointed in the whole experience. Would never go back. Casino was empty and needed remodeling.

Caesar's is usually our first stop when in AC. We play a little, hit the boardwalk and then play some more before leaving. We have stayed in the past. This time, as I turned in to the garage, it said $25 for parking. I said, "no way it can be that for card holders who play". In the past, when you played enough, you would get a parking voucher. Not so this time. 3 people played for over 2 houtrs and we had the honor of paying $20 to donate our money. It also seemed to me that there were a lot of machines missing as some areas were a little sparse. A good thing though is drink service. Being able to order on your machine is great and fast. We were also disappointed that the Pier did not pick up some popular mid level shopping.

Fantastic Gambling Experience however, I think you have a greater chance to win if you bet BIG and the games are very addictive.A hot but nice stroll on the Boardwalk with little entertainment. I haven't tried much to eat there but the eat somewhat ok. And don't turn your back for a second on your food because the birds are ready to snatch it lol.

A group of friends & myself went to Caesar's Casino in Atlantic City, NJ to see the musical group, "The Drifter's" perform.
This venue was located w/in the Caesar's Casino premises in a huge theater area, which was very accommodating, regarding the seating arrangements.
"The Drifter's" musical show was great, the acoustics in the theater was adequate, & one was able to see the performers perform on the stage from many different angles within the theater.
Caesar's Casino has many different restaurants to choose from for one's dining pleasure & experience, & there are many different slot machines & live gaming tables of which to choose to gamble.
This was a very nice day trip out, away from the hussle & bustle of the city.
Had a very nice time out.

The atmosphere is very lovely!! The buffet is delicious . It is a fun place to go the next time I am in Atlantic City I will stay at here instead of bally’s

The CSR was very nice when I had a problem with the card.
After, she told me I approved. The systems did allow her to give me the complimentary tickets for the buffet. I was upset that my slip was stuck in machine (and I also press the button for attendant)
No, one never came and when I was playing. I did not get a drink. Also, I left $5.00 on my card, because had to be played before 5am the next morning.

Caesars had been my favorite Casino to stay at on the boardwalk. With my recent visits this past June and July, that is no longer the case. Caesars is going down hill fast. Understanding that things are not as they usually are due to COVID, I waited to post my review after staying at two other Casinos on the boardwalk. My stay at both of these other casinos was excellent!
When I stay at Caesars, I rent the Emperor's Suite. It was VERY run down and DIRTY! They said all of the suites were taken, so I wasn't going to get another room as I paid for. I got no compensation at all. Then we realized the refrigerator wasn't working. It wasn't even turning on. I was happy that they said they would send someone up to replace it, until I saw what they sent. The suite comes with a nice size, that fits many drinks and left overs from take out. They sent a tiny refrigerator that held 6 cans of soda.
At one point, the only elevator to our room broke down. We were stuck waiting for nearly 30 minutes!
The restaurants were open with limited hours and not every day. The same for room service. It was very inconvenient. Again, I thought this may be due to COVID BUT the other 2 Casinos I stayed at, one that same week and the other 4 weeks later, had full service at all restaurants and had room service every day, all day long.
The most disappointing thing about my last visit, is that I tried to reach out to management and no one responded. That is the deciding factor to not give Caesars another try.

Caesars Atlantic City was a blast. We will definitely visit again in the future. We did not stay in the hotel. We had a great time on a Saturday night which turned into early morning. There were enough table games open for everyone.

It's on the stretch so it was quite busy when we reached there. They do not have a poker room (to play against the players) so we left.

I recently spent two nights here with the family. We stayed in the centurion tower which was recently updated and clean. Our shower stopped working along with our toilet but maintenance was quick to respond and fixed it in less then an hour. I spoke with the front desk and received a small credit for breakfast. I did not gamble while there so I can speak on that. We had breakfast at Gordon Ramseys pub which was great. The check in like was very long and took almost an hour that part was disappointing. Also the staff was all friendly!!

great fancy hotel and casino on three mile long board walk loaded with resturant , shopping, and intertainment this one of the fancy casino you want to visit loaded with shoping and resturant good security good rooms very exoeriance worker nice view at atlantic ocean

I did not stay at Caesar's, however the few hours that I spent there gambling was pleasant. The servers were quick and polite. Restrooms were clean. I didn't have any other interactions with employees.

By far my favorite casino in Atlantic City! Clean and beautiful and they have my favorite slot machines!

Patrick (craps dealer) is a great dealer and is very friendly and personable. He always greets me with a smile and makes me feel that Caesars is where I should be playing. His supervisor for the day, Paul, deserves to be recognized also.

Many updated slots plenty of great restaurants and clean restrooms air quality is great rooms are upscale friendly staff

Had a great night with the husband. We went late so all the restaurants were closed (unfortunately). Penny slots and Let it Ride were winners for us!

Right on the Boardwalk. Nice room. Lots of options for dining. Room was comfortable, clean. Try it, you might like it.

Sad to say that Caesars isn't what it used to be. Service was poor and staff was often seen huddled together in groups talking for long periods of time. You can still get liquor, but they do upcharge you now for some that they used to supply complimentary. Winnings were few and far between. Headed back to Hard Rock.

Nice hotel even though not nearly as big as Vegas. Stayed in Centurion tower and loved it. Purposefully stayed during the week to avoid crowds. Stayed Monday to Friday....things start getting busy again on Friday. Was not impressed by the Buffets and that goes for everyone I visited in Atlantic City (Caesars, Borgata & Hard Rock.)
Four Stars for hotel

I was very satisfied with my room. However, I feel that security allows people to sit at machines, while not really playing, just to keep others off. Additionally, when you are at a hot machine, some people tend to "hawk" you, and deliberately annoy you so that you will leave!

My husband and I visited Ceasars casino for a birthday celebration .
The room was beautiful. Most importantly the room was clean. The bedding was all white and the showered was not slimy.
Throughout the casino people were spraying and wiping . I was most impressed with how no matter whom you asked your question was answered. We got lost a lot ..
I was surprised that took so much care for their guess did not provide guess with the basic access to WiFi. I am surprised when you considere even fast food restaurants offer free WiFi..
There was a refrigerator in the room and nro

I did not stay over night because I could not I have done it before and it was very nice clean and safe. I hope to do stay again. The food is very good also.I love the buffet there! and other resterants

none room just casino floor and sandwish shop it was good clean fun. good fun time enjony play did not win I was with my mother and sister and aunt all my family was good. god bless you all . more word I do not know

This is a cute mini version of Las Vegas’s Caesars Palace. Not very many shops. Nice gambling area and a few restaurants (including Hells Kitchen)

My only complaint was there were no Pick'em or Pick A Pair, but I did enjoy playing there. And Very friendly staff.

Nothing exiting, fewer options to eat, hardly anything give away or comp $
No gift items. No shopping stores
I think its going down hill, hope I am wrong
Takes for ever to get even a marker even in high limit, still its an old system !

Caesars Atlantic City Casino is still one of the best. The casino is very large with separate smoking and non smoking areas. The rewards are good and it’s a nice experience to play here.

Got there a little early, so check in was fast. I reserved the Emperor Oceanview Suite and it was so nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. There were more than enough ports to charge your phones or laptop. The view was great! I've been coming here for more than 20 years and have never won anything though.
..

Wasn't great need better customer service fix the out of order slots, when u ask for a drink they bring it not a hour or two later just really need better customer service all around very nice looking ceasar just stay on your workers because you will lose business

Ceasar's Hotel and Casino is one of the finest places to stay and play in Atlantic city. Fantastic Rooms with Panoramic views of the ocean Bay. Rooms spacious. Clean and neat and modernized very tastefully. Ceasars is partnered with Bally's and Harrah's. Offers free shuttle service to all 3. Harrahs is on the Bay and Balley's is on the world famous boardwalk. Ceasar's is first class. Casino is very well laid out with plenty of table games and slots. Did pretty well. All hotel and casino staff very friendly and helpful and kind. Multiple fine dining and cafes.
Buffet outstanding. Ceasar's is a must visit. Lots of shops as well.

Nice place to go. Would come here all the time. Wish they had more table games. Friendly staff. Love the smoking and non-smoking areas!

Surprizing nice weekend getaway. Staff was pleasant, room clean, and housekeeping was very good. Some areas like the pool were not open. But, overall a good choice.

The Empire is falling and going to the lions. I have been coming for about 20 years and have watched it's demise. The machines are not maintained. I have reported the same issue on the same machines for a couple of years and apparently, no one cares. The machines are locked so tight and need to go to overeaters anonymous. The staff has been reduced. I am a Diamond Plus Member but don't waste your money trying to achieve this, as there are no perks. The Diamond Lounge is open only 3 days a week and they no longer serve food, just snacks. There is no more Room Service and if you need something you need to text for it. But be prepared to put in your request a couple of times as they never get it right the first time around. And by the way, bring your own soap, as they have not had body soap for showering for 2 months. There is never notification on their cut backs. You have to come and then be surprised over the next thing that has been taken away. We are paying the price for their $400 million + renovations. You reap what you sow. They have lost their soul and it will come back to bite them. I may be the one writing this, but Everytime I come, I hear others echo what I have written.

Maybe it was because we were visiting before every kid graduated from college! Nice boardwalk area - access to everything.

It's hard to complain about a free trip but in all honesty, I was very disappointed. We had a three-night comped room in an Oceanfront Suite. This was my first time at this casino or staying overnight at a Casino so I was excited. Our comp came from Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort in Cherokee, NC where even a basic room runs $500 a night. I checked in online and then got an express check-in code to use a kiosk to get your room key. When I arrived there was a long line so I was glad I checked in online. However, none of the kiosks were working. The room was very nice however the service was horrible. We checked in on a Sunday with valley parking. No one bothered to tell us there were only valley parking and room services on the weekends. The Casino was extremely understaffed. The Casino was dead yet it took more than an hour to receive your drink order if the drink arrived at all. I must have ordered drinks at least 6 times in the 3-day stay. The drinks I ordered only showed up one time. The casino I usually go to in NC is always very busy. I have no idea why it was so dead here but now I understand why they gave a penny slot player a free stay. It seemed everywhere I went all I could smell was marijuana, You would think in non-smoking establishment security would do something about it. The smell was so bad on our floor one night I called security, Their response was they would "send someone to spray". The Casino is beautifully decorated. It's a real shame Caesers has lowered their standards during COVID to slip.

I did not stay overnight this time. But, normally I find Caesars to be clean. I really felt it was untidy. The machines, the doors and the handles on the escalators just needed to be wiped down more often.

took a half day from work to go play some blackjack in ac
won a little ,had lunch and returned home took walk on baordwalk it was a nice day sunny
overall a good day why do you need 200 characters ?????

Just went to gamble did not stay at hotel plan on staying next time..we won money and enjoyed our time at Caesars...would highly recommended casino...we have complementary stay at hotel so the drive would truly be worth what Caesars offers

You feel and live like a royal when you stay at Caesars Atlantic City Casino. They have a wide variety of restaurants to choose from and its Circus Maximus Theater offers the best entertainment. They have shows for all age groups, from the Blue Man Group to Jay Leno.

The newly renovated sports book has the nicest seats and absolutely huge screens!! It is awesome!! Add that to a nice stroll on the boardwalk, the beach and some fun slot games make Caesar’s a great getaway for everyone! Also the restaurant selections cover every possible choice!

Although I love Caesars, the casino really NEEDS A FACE LIFT. The company should spend some money to brighten the place up because it's becoming very dingy. Also some better entertainment should be offered.

We very much enjoyed Caesars casino floor. We won and we lost but we sure had a lot of fun. Would stay here sometime in the future.

The hotel and our rooms were clean and in overall perfectly fine condition. All major items in room in working order (heater, fridge, safe, bathroom).
Cost was $600 for 2 night (weekend) which is over-priced but was the best on the boardwalk- our window shade was broken (couldn't put it up), no coffee maker in room, charged extra $10 fee to check in at 2:30pm. The hotel does not have an indoor pool or hot tub (I wasn't sure prior to booking as it was hard to find anything relating to amenities on the website).
In the casino we had issues with electronic Roulette and Big 6 Wheel games with broken stations in addition to half of the spots being locked out for social distancing reasons so it was sometimes hard to get a spot. Call Attendant button never brought anyone to look at it.
Our beverages were free while at machines and wait time wasn't terrible even on a busy sat night. The security staff was absolutely enforcing mask wearing on the casino floor. No mask-less faces in sight.
Breakfast at Gordon Ramsey's was very good and reasonably priced. Tazza's counter had delicious coffee, baked goods & ice cream with a huge selection.
Parking was validated and included leaving & returning, bring the paper they give you at check-in.
Not hotel related but trip related... Boardwalk Tram was sometimes a bit of a wait to get one, but totally worth the $10pp day pass. We rode to both ends and anything in between multiple times. On Saturday they didn't open until 11am, maybe because it's off-season.

Always love the place but our check in wasn't the best. I tried the self check in and it kept giving me a king bed and I wanted 2 queens. So checked in at the desk. The boy we had was new, and the coworker beside him kept belittling him.
She kept saying you must hurry faster. Believe me over the years I have had slower people.

The suite was really large and very nice. Bed and linens were comfortable, 1 1/2 baths, two large tv's, table with chairs, as well as a desk. Sofa and its pillows have seen better days. The casino is nice, but we had better luck finding a spot at a table in other places. Good location on the boardwalk and parking is free with a platinum card. Very disappointed to find there is a daily per person fee to use the pool. Spotty wifi.

Place has gotten a little outdated next to the newer casinos and the remodeling going around the city. Place still has a good vibe for gambling...casino is top notch...and great bars and food, but just needs a little face lift...some updating

Had a great time at Caesars Casino. Played some slot machines and had a few drinks. Right on the boardwalk and very friendly staff.

Have pretty much given up staying here. Location is nice in summer - right on the Boardwalk and close to the outlet mall. Was given a terrible room with no windows when I last stayed here. Had a mediocre dinner at Nero's - wedge salad was meagre, and steaks were not done properly. Only positive was that service in the casino was good.

O K, AC is not Vegas and Caesars AC is not Caesars Vegas. Having said that, it offers good rooms and service, a variety of restaurants (at expected high prices) and a good casino on the Boardwalk. As a package it doesn't disappoint. Compared to other AC casino hotels it still rates high on the list.

Enjoyed my 4 day visit. Very comfortable king room Centurion Tower on the 41st floor with a breath taking view of the boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean. On my previous visit I was sentenced to a suite with no windows...no windows..that was depressing. I travel 500 miles to visit AC, I am very disappointed Rewards would not give me my jacket gift on 11/13, because I arrived late. Otherwise, Caesars AC is the perfect location for all seasons. I feel safe and comfortable strolling from Caesars to Wild Wild West into Bally's for my morning coffee at Dunkin Doughnut.

I always love visiting Caesars in Atlantic City. It is always a fun time! I love being able to smell the ocean air and to stoll the boardwalk. Atlantic City has always been a fun place to visit.

This hotel has a weird rule that I never experience this before. Their rule is that staff need to knock guest door between 5 and 7 pm for safety concern. What if your guest are sleeping at that time. I told receptionist to cancel this service and they refuse to do it. This hotel‘s receptionist is horrible! Only 1 person is working in front desk and always have a long line. There is 1 night, my neighbor was drunk and made so much noise around 3am. I called front desk and no one answer the phone! Is this a 4 star hotel? Worse than 1 star. Highly recommend not stay in this kind of hotel.

Excellent casino with excellent service. The friendliest staff of any hotel/casino I’ve visited (and that is quite numerous). The hotel room was quite nice and comfortable. Staying on the 41st floor, we had a great view of the beach and ocean. Housekeeping staff was phenomenal.

Walked the boardwalk to go to Ceasars to have buffet. They close at 8pm on Friday! The Cafe Roma not open either! Barely anyone on slots either.

Caesars Atlantic City Casino
Atlantic City
a good stay on the Boardwalk!
*my stay was pre Covid-19 closings and lockdowns.
I enjoy playing, staying and relaxing at the various Ceasar's properties.
Though my favorite "go-to" is Harrah's, I opted for a stay at Ceasar's so I could be right on the boardwalk. Even though I'm only a Gold Member, I do get some really good room, food and event deals from time to time.
I had arrived somewhat earlier than check-in, 3pm. The front desk was accommodating and was able to give me a room, for a small $15 fee. I was happy to pay it to be able to get to my room and settle in a bit before going out to eat.
My room was clean, and all of the bed and bathroom linens, towels etc smelled fresh and clean. TV had some basic cable channels, including the in-house Ceasar's channel letting you know what is available on the property during your stay. The furnishings are kept nicely, and are somewhat stylish compared to the basic rooms at Bally's.
With the understanding that each person has different likes and dislikes for bed comfort, I did like the beds at Ceasar's. For me, they are not super firm, nor are they too soft and squishy where you get lost in the bed. "Just right". I always sleep well at Ceasar's.
Even though I'm not a giant gambler, Ceasar's does have a few video slot machines that I enjoy playing during my visits there. I was able to play two of them, won a small amount of $ (like $25 or 30), but had a good time while I was there.
It connects to Bally's Wild Wild West Casino, where I was able to enjoy a fantastic pulled pork sandwich from Guy Fieri's BBQ.
Also in the lobby... a coffee shop with coffee, pastries & gelato! YUM
Ceasar's is also right up the street from the Tanger Outlet Shops, where you can go on a fun shopping spree, and get some great stuff!
You're right on the Boardwalk, so you can take a nice walk and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean right in front of you. In the summer months, you can enjoy hanging out on the beach for some sun & sand!
The automated check-out in the lobby was fast, and took maybe 1 minute at the most to complete.
To get the best deals directly, make sure you have signed up for their email and player specials.

Customer Service was very unhelpful in answering questions and was obviously not knowledgeable about the offerings. Casino needs maintenance and updating a lot of machines were out of order causing us to go to other casinos to play.

If you decide to travel to AC stay at the Ceasars. The hotel rooms are large, very clean and the bathrooms are amazing. The cleaning staff were very friendly and willing to help. The casino floor is two levels. With plenty of table games and slots through out. There are two restaurants on site for your dining pleasure. Morten’s steakhouse offers tiny bites until 6:30 including filet mignon sandwiches. Gordon Ramsays is the other restaurant serving all day/night, great food and atmosphere . There is a walk up restaurant serving breakfast/lunch/dinner/desserts, candy etc.a Starbucks, there is a restaurant on the third floor serving limited menu until 2 am.

We decided to visit Caesars during Memorial Weekend, whilst we had a lot of fun on the slot machines we really wanted to play roulette. Sadly there were a number of unstaffed wheels. Las Vegas shouldn’t have all the fun.

For my birthday his past week we booked a room at Caesars Centurion Tower. When we checked in the employee upgraded my room to an ocean view for a discount rate and waived the early check in fee. We told her this trip was to celebrate my birthday and she was very accommodating. I appreciate the ocean view room since that is what I really wanted. We were greeted by employees everywhere we saw them, and the housekeeping staff were very nice, and everyone was so friendly. The room was very clean and we did not have noisy neighbors. It was the perfect summer trip. We had a great trip overall. I will be staying here again.

Really like Caesar's Casino in A/C. Have gotten to know where my favorite slots are and their Diamond Club is the best of any property I've visited including most in Vegas.

Three night stay, but gave up after two nights. In a room next to end room, near ocean, which I learned from VIP checkout is a truncated room. Not nice treatment. Room was cold at 62 degrees (yeah). Colosseum tower? Enough outlets and plugs, but behind end table. Small tear in carpet and furniture is somewhat battered, needs replacement and upgrading. King bed very soft and I sunk into the bed, which is not good for me, and I weigh 180 pound, not kilos. No separate switch for bath and toilet. Refrigerator did not work, but may be turned off. Nice touch with bench in shower. Towels cheap and not absorbent. Not Caesars Palace. Eldorado is going to need to renovate. Low floor, but I asked for high floor. Efficient housekeeping. I asked for extra blanket and it came. Happy to have had second vaccination and able to travel. Casino crowded and it was a successful two days. Diamond plus person. Next trip is CP and Harvey’s in May, so far. Looking forward to Octavius Tower. They have nice accommodations in LV.

Got comped for two nights free - renovated room was great. They have full pay jacks or better 9/6. Slots tight relative to Borgata. Too much construction going on. Went to Ocean Casino beautiful physical plant. Nicer than Borgata. But no full pay video poker. There is no full pay positive EV video poker in Atlantic City. Las Vegas does have positive EV video poker. I have stayed at all three Casinos. Ocean is best to stay. Borgata second. To play video poker it is Caesars. If you play table games or sports gambling then Ocean will do as it is really great place. For slots do Borgata. Video poker do Caesars.

Love the Casinos and did pretty good in our winnings! Enjoyed our stay tremendously and can’t hardly wait to return!

Very few customers in masks and no employees enforcing them wearing them. We quickly left. You have to order drinks through the slot machine now and they charge you for the pleasure! The whole place was really decrepit and it's a huge shame Caesars has let this palace fall to ruin.

It seemed dirty and out of date and no good food options. Not enough tables open in the casinos for everyone to play. I felt I was a hassle to ask for anything. Also I didn’t like the bar of soap and would rather gel but that’s just me.

I definitely liked Caesars casino much more than Borgata. Location is right on the Boardwalk and is easy to get around there.

I will never go to Caesars Atlantic city ever again. Had room book since November 2023. Centurion Tower ocean view for my birthday. Only booked Caesars because of the Centurion tower.
Drove 3 hours from Baltimore. went to check in was told they overbooked the Centuriontowers, we were being moved to to Forum towers which we don"t like. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Girl at desk came back and said the would put us in Ocean tower. Dark and had no view except walls. Still very unhappy. This time supervisor came out, and said in take it or leave it, she didn't care. I asked to speak to another supervisor. They were all in meetings, she took my number and said 1 of 2 people would call me shortly. We decided to leave.
3 hours later, when I got home, I called back, because they never called. Someone picked up saying the were a supervisor (not the two names I was given) and he basically said I should of stayed in the Ocean Tower
This was a birthday trip and the staff was rude and made no effort of any kind to try to fix problem. and yes we did not gamble at all , I was actually shaking on some of the ride home I was so upset

Bell services in Atlantic City have a worker that goes by the name of " Key" his real name is David I believe. He wears glasses and is about 6 feet, goofy walk! very negative energy he brings to the table and occasionally disrespects the guest that leave their bags at the bell services when he is on shift. He usually works with his Co-Worker named Ryan just as negative and unprofessional they indirectly ask for tips by mentioning that it is a tip based position and fishing for money. The supervisor does not give an Sh#t cause complaint has been filed against them and they still continue this unethical behavior at the bell service in Ceasars. They tell you to leave your bag on the floor instead of taking it from your hand. If you don't tip them they get mad and start to insult you. Also, they like to mention that the bell services are only for 7 stars! and do not want to take your bag regarding if you are visiting other venues such as restaurants or the casino in Caesars! WATCH OUT FOR THE BELL GUY WITH THE NAME "KEY" ( WITCH IS NOT HIS REAL NAME ) He may change his name tag again but then look out for his goofy head wearing his glasses! always on shift with Ryan. In the day time. He is very comfortable insulting and disrespecting guests when not getting tipped and begged for tips in between the lines!

Not a hotel for kids. It's very clear employees are more concerned about losing their jobs over not following protocol than doing what's right for the customer. Family's with kids are hounded throughout the main walkway. Reason provided is that 6 security officers were fired recently for not adhering to 'company' protocol. Net effect, is desensitized staff more worried about their employment than doing the right thing. Examples: 1) standing by the escalators directly next to security while husband is going to the restroom, wife & child required to go to the elevator shaft area until husband returns. 2) Husband goes to NY for one day, wife's keys don't work, she goes to Total Reward, told child can not be here. She goes to front desk. They lock her out of her room with the child for 6 hours with no accommodations. No effort, no milk, no diapers, etc. Everyone following company policy. Clearly a disconnect with reality. Classic case of no self-awareness. Tropicana, kids treated like royalty. Strange thing is, Bally's has video game section for kids, contradicts employee directives. Caesars, if you don't want kids present, draw the line in the sand, but don't take it out on families bringing kids there when much of AC caters to them. Huge disappointment from a standing Total Platinum Rewards Member. Emailed marketing, no response. I realize people in general become desensitized based on some of the rift raft that comes through there, but remember who your 'fish' are.

What can I say....
Thus is a great spot in a great location to take awesome pics. Not to mention it has the beat restaurant located inside. If you haven't dines at Morton's Resturant...your missing out.

VIP room not for me. So I was told...upon arrival to location I check in at the counter (waited)..turned around and was the VIP Check In room...walked toward the room looked in and behind me a lady stated this is not what you think....I so sorry because she did not allow me to think nor ask...

Hosts pay you no attention. Pit bosses do not score you accurate at all so hard to get any comps!
Requested a room with an ocean view and I got the total opposite. This was a Monday thru Thursday too when they are not busy at all !!

While Casar's is a beautiful casino great for picture taking. It is a beautiful casino beautiful statues . The only problem was i could not find the slot machine i like to play with but they had many choices

Always play at caesar when visiting Atlantic City. Never seem to win anything on the slots here but the decor and shops in the casino/hotel is great to look at/explore.

Visited for a couple of Hours and found it to be a fun place.Lots of slot machines on 2 levels. Not too smokey which was a nice touch.Easy to get to from the Board walk.Would return

They are under some renovations to the first floor casino area. They have put in a lot of new machines and got rid of a favorite bunch of machines that I like to play. The second floor seemed to have a lot of the same machines that I never cared for. Must be for people who don't have any favorites.

Its beginning to show its age, but we stayed here for 2 nights, and the room was massive. Dated, but clean. We are not gamblers, but the area for this caters for everyone. The wi-fi was tempramental to say the least, and we had no hot water for 12 hours due to City works - with no compensation or reduction in rates. The food outlets are all very overpriced - but so is everything in this struggling city.

The hotel check-in staffer was courteous and helpful. He landed us a room on the 2nd floor--we were not there for the view. This 2nd floor of the tower--I forgot the name-- we stayed in has a design like a maze. I would not recommend it for the claustrophobic. The route from the elevator guided us around in circles, twists and turns to our room. The room though not distinctive or unique, was fine for a freebie, 2 night stay. The carpeting throughout the hallways and rooms are in dire need of cleaning. There is an old, funky smell that is noticeable.
We checked out the casino. There is not enough signage to direct you that slots are on two floors. We were standing in sight of the machines, but before walking all over the place, we asked a staffer where we could get a Players Club card (you need that or your room key for free parking). He directed us to the elevators, rode with us and then pointed us in the right direction. Slots were on this floor as well. Very good customer service. Got our cards no problem, but seems I just 'fed' the machines. Twenty after twenty. No slips to cash in. I played "penny" machines for usually $1.00 to $1.50 a spin. After losing $100 in about an hour, we went next door to Ballys. Both are on the boardwalk and that's a big plus. Appeared to be a lot of the same machines and I played the same way, same amounts and I hit bonus after bonus. My luck had changed? Or were the slots looser there? Anyway, I more than recovered my stash and had a ball doing it. We later had a reasonable-priced meal at Johnny Rockets.
When we returned to our very spacious and quiet room and were settled down for watching a lil late night tv, we saw a mouse scurry from the tv area toward the exit hallway. So after one night of a 2-night comped stay, we checked out the next morning. We opted not to report to management that they appear to have a rodent problem because we figured they know, so to compensate, they give comp rooms to make up for it. At least, that was our thinking.

We stayed here on a recent visit. The rooms are clean and bedding comfortable. The furniture feels a little dated and dinged up. There was an empty glass outside our room when we arrived (and was finally gone too days later). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, especially the convenient location for shopping, restaurants, gaming and walking the boardwalk. The casino has a nice selection of table games and slots. As a bonus it is connected by internal walkway to two additional Caesar’s gaming properties.

I was there on a week day (Wednesday) and was shocked to be charged $25 for valet parking! Most places have a minimum charge on weekdays and the highest I've seen was $20 on a weekend. For that reason alone, I would not return. I will stay with Harrah's, my favorite. -- even though Caears is part of the Harrahs chain, they have different fees.

Things have really been going downhill in Atlantic city but Ceasars has always been a staple. Free parking and valet service for platinum members. Free upgrade to platinum for us Veterans. We stayed in the newly renovated Centurion tower and although we didn't get the oceanview room we requested the room was nice. It was a little strange having the option to not pay for room cleaning service when checking in and receiving a credit for it on the bill. I still don't like having to pay resort fees and all the different New Jersey taxes and surcharges imposed by the state.

Amazing customer service. I called and received assistance because I was running late to check in. I stood in the ocean tower. OMG I received a suite room and room was immaculate clean. The room decor is elegant and room had the following a jacuzzi, living room and dining room. This will be my getaway when I need to escape from my family. Also, I got some shopping done at the outlets. I did eat the Gordon Ramsey restaurant and got the fish and chips. It was ok but overpriced. I had better fish and chips in Dublin.

Their program of renting rooms should clarify their prices. The one night there with my Wife was pretty bad, with the slight exception at Ramsey's resturant. Although her hamburger wasn't cooked to her perfection, I ate it. And, she ordered a Pepsi which was never delivered.

We went to Atlantic city on a bus tour with a group of 40 people, mostly seniors, it was terrible service at the check-in, only one person at the desk and took a long time to check-in. The hotel is still under construction and had lot of noise in the lobby. Casino was mostly empty and not much help if you had problems with your card. All the restaurants close early, even on the board walk everything was closed. Very bad experience.

Room was clean and updated. It has truly stunning finishes. We stayed in the ocean luxury tower7412 our view was of brick wall and rocks. We were there from Saturday to Wednesday some ocean views would have been nice. Also housekeeping although sparse is very good if you happen to request it by catching them in the hall.

Does anyone else find this Casino to be a little confusing? Rooms were great, staff was courteous and friendly, casino selection was ok, just seemed a bit confusing to me. The layout wasn't great but I guess they did the best they could, considering it's been there forever. I enjoy Caesar's, just not finding my way around, and I've been there often.

Need to improve customer rewards, Diamond club hours of operation need to change from 2-7 pm To bad I can not give a honest review. Diamond club employees are polite and responsive. I have not stayed at Harrahs Ballys.

A great hidden gem in Atlantic city is the Toga Bar. Drinks are reasonable priced with comfy seats. Our bartender was Joe T and he was great! Every empty glass was whisked away and refilled. He was full of knowledge about Caesars casino and hotel and recommended different restaurants and buffets on the property. We can see why Caesars keeps him at the bar on the casino floor as he is such a great advocate for the casino.

Go to AC every year and used to always stay at Caesars. After a few years of not having a room ready and terrible customer service we switched to Harrahs (best service ever btw). This weekend we went to the boardwalk and went into Caesars to gamble. The pit boss was such a jerk and we felt so unwelcome. Our 72 year old mother was told to stand if she wasn’t playing, mind you the casino was empty, but the pit boss told her the seats were for potential customers. My mother had just been playing at the table next door and was watching a member of our family play. I’m sure she would have thrown money down if she wasn’t rudely told to get up. We ended up leaving and will never go back in there. We don’t mind losing money and gamble quite a bit between the six of us that went, but that casino will no longer be one of our stops!

Well first Ceasars property’s won’t comp me weekend rooms every casino in Atlantic City comps me weekends rooms and bonus slot dollars r horrible I only get $20 and other casinos r giving over $100 it’s not worth my tine to visit to only get $20 BSD

A very dated hotel
Air conditioning in room did not work
Wi-Fi is poor
Shower was unclean - used soap bars in the shower cubicle
Mini bar was not stocked
Noise - I understand that it’s a 24/7 type of place however staff are noisy in the morning (0630 onwards) - Room walls are thin and can hear everything next door - building work started at 0530 on one morning which is excusable however tell your customers !
Restaurants are closed and only really one place to eat
Would not stay here again

Very tight slots, promotions are nearly zero, not worth going there, very difficult to win anything no free shows or slot play probably will not visit there again, unless I am in the area, prices are high

Security was very helpful on multiple occasions
I wish more restaurants were open for lunchtime, only the buffet and coffee shop were open
We did not stay at hotel overnight, but would like to in future

I use to go to Caesars on a regular basis. Unfortunately they have seen their better days. Once the Borgata opened I became a regular there. If I feel like a walk on the boardwalk I'll first go to Borgata (parking only $5.00) and then get a transfer so I can park at Caesars for free (their charge for parking is higher as I think thery are trying to keep people from parking and then going to the beach). I just find Caesars to be old and tired. They probably can't afford to keep up with the new slots that Hard Rock and Borgata have. Lately I have little interest walking on the boardwalk so I don't bother going to Caesars even with free parking.

Lack of newer games here. Payouts are a joke. There is just absolutely nothing good that I can say about this casino. Looking its age, run down and games that came out when Sinatra was there.

I recently went on a trip to Caesars Atlantic City. I gambled quite a bit. I am a Seven Stars Player and have been for several years. I usually received great service at most Harrahs/Caesar's properties. This time I did not. I asked to receive a comp for a couple of hundred dollars that I had charged to my room. Last year, when I was at Ballys Atlantic City, it was taken care of without question. This year I ran into a terrible Host named Linda who would not help at all! She was rude and ignorant! She asked if I wanted to speak her Manager. When I said that I did, she just turned and walked away. This was two days ago and I still haven't heard from a Manager. I told the Front Desk Representative that the company would be losing a Customer for being penny wise and dollar foolish. He just laughed and said that they have been losing Customers for years! What an unprofessional and terrible way to run a business. I truly hope that these unprofessional people lose their jobs. I was very disappointed with the staff and the trip.

Great service ,clean rooms plus great shopping nice friendly staff. Love the outside courtyard a nice place to spend the evening

The worst Hotel stay in my entire Life!!!! Avoid the Forum Hotel matter of fact Caesars Palace completely! I should have stay at the Oceans Resort! I will never come back to Atlantic City ... first time going and my very last! They don’t give you what you ask for and they don’t try to fix any issues or problems you have with the rooms! All they are concerned about is the Money (Resort fees, tourist fees, parking fees) etc! Can’t wait for someone from Public relations to open up have I got an earful for them! I will be spreading the word for folk not to visit there! Marijuana all around us, noisey thin walls and kids running and jumping from sun up to sun down! Never Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visited earlier in the day and it was not busy at all. Place just felt dead. Older crowd. Not much action or noise. Just too dead for fun.

Had a great time at Caesars Atlantic City, they have our favorite slots, saw a funny comedy show at the Maximus Theatre in Caesars. The view out to the ocean in the Dismond Lounge us incredible, staff is friendly and very helpful.

Keys sucked and tie credits and rewards were small. Could also be more places to eat Resorts had a great food court. I have three kids over 21 all lost over 1000 each and I paid for rooms ugh. and trying to get to 200 characters is just making me complain more

The craps and blackjack dealers are on the ball. Smart friendly and sociable.
Ask to meet floor manager BILLY FOGLIO he has his act together. I will return
Thanks guys

Another casino in ACY that has fallen victim to the local government. They see the golden goose and tax it to death. The casinos have only one choice, raise rate, lower quality, etc. This story plays out over and over again! ACY has had better days! Caesars has no cost control so they are right up there with the worst. Can't win anything at that casino unless you play tables. Slots, forget it

The room was fair, it was comfortable. The maid staff was a little too aggressive. The food was ok but over priced. We were their to celebrate my Mom’s 82nd birthday. We left early because of the beating we took in the casino. Don’t get me wrong, we are grown and know when to stop playing so we were prepared, but NOT FOR ANY GAMES TO NOT COME UP IN THE CASINO!! Not worth it. Go somewhere else. Never again, we were really not comped for the rooms, we ultimately paid thousands for them. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Caesars locks my pin after playing exponential time and adding thousands of tier credits.
Just another day at harrahs, I get to the kiosk and my pin is locked. When I asked players club what's going on, there response was... we don't know why, how can i expect anything more from minimum wage employees. There next response is we will send a email. Apparently the new vp of marketing edward taylor locked my account without reason. Nobody can reach him and I have expressed my concern on his linked in account and he doesn't respond. What else can be done. This was completely unfair to me as I have just recently was being reviewed for 7 stars and now my pin doesn't work. How can these casinos who make millions of dollars do that at will and not be held accountable. Anyway, taking my business elsewhere until this is resolved. Be aware if you plan to play at a property that just does whatever they want whenever they feel like it.

This time we stayed at Ballys but did go to the casino here as we always do. My friend can tell you where every slot machine is in just about every casino from Atlantic City to Las Vegas, what was there before and where they moved it to. It's a gift. This time we didn't even go down to the lower casino off the Boardwalk because the slots were so tight in the upper casino. The place is nice with the usual slot machines that you find in most casinos, I'm not knocking that. What I'm saying is people come to Atlantic City, Las Vegas and other places to gamble, sure, but they also come to have a good time. Why play in a casino where the slots are so tight you don't get even a small payout when there are so many others right next door with the same decor and machines that do pay out? It's absolutely no fun at all when you play and play and never even hit once in 10 or 15 spins. Normally you would just move on to the next slot, but here it's the same thing over and over. You just dump money in and rarely get even a small payout. Ceaser's didn't used to be this way but it seems more and more I get this same thing with tight slots at Ceaser's properties. My 3 star rating is based upon my experience which is playing the slots. When slots are this tight and you don't get any payouts it's not a good overall experience when you come to have fun.

I did not stay I would have to play for months to be able to do that I feel to step up to the next level just to get free parking would not exist without playing all the time there . I thing I get free parking for playing a little bit at Tropicana I get free parking or the Golden Nugget were it is free parking all the time

I love Caesars classic charm. It’s a lovely and spacious casino. It’s always clean and the slots are always in working order. I wish the slots weren’t so tight, but that’s every casino.

many slots. seem to pay out too. lots of security. new games seemed busy. room was real nice. very clean

The casino offers a variety of gaming venues. Enjoyed the fact as a non-smoker that there were many no-smoking areas.

if you are going for a hotel stay - amenities are good. For casino - lots of choices, but be prepared for a lot of floor walking. Not recommended for handicap or seniors. Expensive buffet. Poor comp returns at this casino, Mid-boardwalk location good.

I was at the hotel for two nights. This casino is doing everything to keep everyone safe. The dealers maintain a clean environment. Having sanitizer at the tables is being proactive. I observed employees wiping slot machines.. The clear partitions provide added separation. My room was quiet at night. Caesars really took this seriously and this customer appreciates it.

Pretty good experience I had tons of fun. Would’ve had more fun if I would’ve won something lol. The boardwalk was nice and clean also the casino was very tidy. Loved the tables there. Would love to have some more free replays or comp room

this was another amazing place to be while there in Atlantic City. Vary spacious and lots of things to see and do. I actually won a few $$$ on the slots also.

The casino at Caesars is pretty good. Good selections of table games & slots on 2 levels of the casino. There is a bar in the middle of the casino but drinks are a tad bit pricey there.

Beautiful very friendly staff in casino I liked variety of slots in casino I also like you can order a drink from machines

Loved the hotel on the whole, Ate at Gordon Ramsey's twice and slots were great. Came on bus trip. Our room was awful #421. Double beds were comfortable but only one lamp in room and only one chair to sit on. Room very dark, other people had two lamps in room. Would love to stay again but not in the rooms provided to us

It is arguably the most beautiful Atlantic City Casino. A bit kitschy but lovely architecture and design. Easy access from the Atlantic City Expressway. The parking fee is expensive $25. The good times are long over. With many good restaurants disappearing in AC - Ceasars still has Gordon Ramsey.
My husband tried to gamble a little. Won $10! We had fun!

Harrahs need to update their internet user or whatever.
Ceasars have the worst rewards staff possible! They are favorable towards Caucasian people and treat minorities horrible! Yes black people can be nasty to other blacks cause they feel they can! Ceasars have changed!
I use to come to Ceasars and loved it. Now? Horrible employees who actually don’t love their job! Many have said the same. Hard Rock and Oceans are going to be my new homes. I love to gamble, but if I have to lose my money I rather it be from someone smiling in my face.

Stayed two nights, Monday through Wednesday. We had two rooms, one comped, one casino rate in the Centurion Tower. One had ocean view, one did not, wanted connecting rooms but none available, we were put across the hall from each other. Check in was awful, we've never had this problem here but previous visits were in September so assuming August is more crowded, but when you see the line is ridiculously long at check in you need to add more people at the desk. The people in the beginning of the line were waiting very very long and had to speak to someone to get help, this should not be. So luckily the line started to move a bit quicker (no one was on line for Diamond so those workers finally started helping out, I mean common sense if you're just standing there waiting for Diamond members to show and there are none, help out!!! We then had an issue with our room keys not working, not once but twice, hubby had to run down twice to get new keys. Rooms were clean/comfy, just some dust (we both noticed dust in the same area of the bathroom, in the corners under the sink, not a deal breaker but should be addressed. Aside from that no complaints in the room. Casino was fun. Definitely need more restaurants and a food court like the other hotels have. All workers we encountered were very nice/friendly. Wifi is free for two devices, make sure to pick the basic plan. We will stay here again and I do recommend this hotel.

Wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back! We booked two rooms 5 minutes before checking in. We had a horrible experience somewhere else and were hoping for something nice. We were delighted! Samiyah at check it was friendly and greeted me with a smile. She accommodated my request of adjoining rooms, checked us in quickly, and we were on our way! Rooms were clean and updated and the beds were so comfortable. We also had dinner and breakfast in the hotel at the Gordon Ramsey Pub. It was delicious!!!! We actually want to come back the week of Christmas break.

Construction noise and curtained and wall barriers were very evident. Signs all over casino saying "Rome wasn't built in a day " about sums it up.

I enjoyed my visit to Caesars very much. The dining was great and the show was excellent, my wife and I thought the signing was very good quality, and after we had a great time at the slots, it was agood night. Wedid not stay at the hotel but friends of ours did stay.

The room was ok.it was clean.I Don't like the front desk person in the Diamond room she seems to be a racist. She don't ask white people for ID.She make it a point to ask Black people. The people that work inside the Diamond room are very friendly.Drinks come fast when your order them.Valet is ok.u do have to wait a little while for your car.

the casino is very comfortable. it has two floors but is not confusing like some casinos. we have stayed at this casino twice and would stay there again

Spent 2 hours trying to get a rewards card to work. 1 person manning 2 lines at desk. Need a sherpa to find a restroom open. No poker, table games advertised not open

The former Diamond club is always a pleasure with the wonderful staff led by Denise Moschella. The bartender Brian is a star with great magical drink preparation skills
The servers Rosa A, Beauty,Lynda and Muhmoo are all fantastic. Treated like family all the time

I won alot n love the tables there it very nice and quite no drama very friendly its always tables never uave to wait at all

Traveled to Atlantic City with a group of seniors from C and Bea Tours. Arrived at 11 a.m.. Advised to head for the restaurant because there would be several tours arriving by 11:30. We had the buffet to ourselves. It was indeed bountiful. and the desserts were to die for. Played the slots for almost three hours. Many new machines have been added since our last visit I 2018. Great variety of games. Came with $50 and left with $52. Did not lose my shirt. At 3:30 the show with the "Righteous Brothers" began. They rocked the house. It was wonderful to hear all the great tunes from the 50s, 60s and 70s. Bill Medley was in terrific form. He sang my favorite song, "Don't Lose That Loving Feeling". His new partner, Bucky Heard really is a very good singer, and he proved to be a wonderful replacement for Bill's late brother. Our bus was to leave at 5:20 but our group was alerted it had arrived at 5:10. Departure went smoothly. A great time was had by all!

Great place to stay spacious rooms clean environment. Plenty of on-site dining to choose from upscale to casual. Easy check in experience

There seemed to be more children at the casino than adult gamblers... No security stopped kids from coming on the gaming floor...it was horrible. No microwaves available for rooms...unfriendly to say the best about the employees who just didn't care.

I played at the tables and the slot machines. The casino was clean. I did not stay at the hotel during last trip. I had better luck during the previous visit. I plan to go again during the next week or so. I’ll try my luck again.

Stayed at Caesars in AC, excellent dining, fantastic atmosphere to watch Sporting Events. Casino had multiple tables and numerous slot machines and games. Enough can not be said about the friendly, professional staff.

i went for breakfast and the food was great and the staff is very nice and friendly . The view was great as well.

The Palace Buffet at Caesars is hands down the best buffet in AC! The variety of food makes this a great dining experience, but the staff takes this buffet to the top! My boyfriend and I want to especially acknowledge our favorite host, Mr. Isaac Johnson. Isaac set the tone for a great night out. His warm smile and genuine interest in us as people makes Caesars that much more enjoyable. His infectious personality and sense of humor gives that human touch to an already great organization. When we think of Caesars AC, we see Isaac's face! Caesars is very lucky to have employees like Isaac. Way to go, Mr. Johnson! We will see you soon!

Casino clean I did not stay at hotel maybe next time. Loved the gaming experience at card tables dealers very friendly. I was not able to find an area for obtaining a new players card. We were there late at night so maybe that had something to do with it.

What a waste of time. Received an offer from them for a complimentary stay. Made the reservation and was on the phone for 49 minutes. Problem finding my information.
Checked in ok. Went to redeem brochure for free play and gas reimbursement and all promotion booths were closed at 6:00. I arrived at 8:00 PM. I went to the cashiers cage as per instructions and they would not honor the promotions that I had in hand in the brochure that was sent to me, with my name and number imprinted on it. A security guard instructed me to the security cage and summoned Stephany to help. She was a blessing and is the only reason I went from 0 to 2. I drove 409 miles one way and good grief what a waste of time. Did not honor the Brochure enticements. Heck, I would not even use the food voucher as it was to be charged to the room. I would have to pay that too! Never again.

My husband and I decided to try the Ceasars casino while staying at the Borgata. It was our first time there and we were able to get a tier match to our Borgata gold cards, but that was the only accommodation that Ceasars offered as new customers. From there it went horribly down hill. Ceasars offered absolutely no comps for first time visitors. No free play, no food comps, nothing. I guess they don’t need the business? Which I find ironic since the place was empty on 4th of July weekend. We went to play slots and we will never go back. The machines are so tight it’s just not enjoyable. My husband did get 1 bonus round on a 4 dollar bet and the machine paid nothing, nada, 0 dollars. We moved around to many machines. Spin after spin ….crickets. It was almost bizarre. Try to get a drink…the waitresses are less than pleasant and I could not get a drink to save my life. I even tried ordering a drink through my slot machine (great feature) but the drink never came. Between the 25 dollar parking fee and the money spent on the slots with absolutely no action or playing time, Ceasars made out, but lost us as potential customers.

The room was beautiful but it has its share of problems. The glass handle was broken off. When I call to let them know I am not responsible for the broken glass handle they fixed it, you would think the people that clean the room would report the broken handle,
anyway they fixed it. The coffee maker went on a bummer for a minute. I had to call front desk to have my room clean. Even doe 7 had my light on to clean. Hears the kicker CAESAR'S CASINO don't have good food. I to go outside and eat McDonald's it was hard after drinking. Their pizza and hero place don't open Mon - Wed. they need to do better. I expected better. Star bucks open at 6 and closes at 7pm. I booked 3 nights I just paid for two. Their is nothing like being hungry in your room. I will never take room 2801 ever. Centron tower. I just stayed 2 nights instead on 3. Very they wouldn't give me credit for all the drama. They need new machines. Good luck Don

My favorite casino in the AC is ceasers. Well maintained area all out the casino. Good, great games to play here and stay, too. The parking lot, bus pick up area, and the bridge extensions, everything is great. Have great food selections as well. Very closer to the beach and boardwalk. The ambiance is cool, and I have seen a lot of people just get in here to get some cool pictures as well.

The buffet had a wide variety of food to suit every palatte. There were an abundance of seafoods, from baked tilapia to king crab legs. The desserts were tempting, my favorite was the tiramisu and coconut macaroons. The warm bread pudding was delicious.

There always seems to be a good crowd at Caesar's - lots happening and lots to see and do. It's one of the more fun places to gamble in AC since it's been maintained pretty well over the years, which is not the case with some of the other remaining casinos. Good food options here, but little live entertainment to be found - most folks seem to gamble at Caesars.

Staying at Caesar’s on Sept 30th-Oct 2nd.
It was the best decision we made we usually stay at Bally‘s for years.
Now we’re going to keep staying at Caesars it was nice and room was clean no stains on carpet! We stayed in room 3711. Love the two floor casinos from the front desk to the cleaning people everybody was extra nice and attentive. Courteous professional security guard did their job we felt safe even though my husband was a little tipsy.🤪
Big Thank you Caesar’s!!!

We stay here every year for business. The casino is good. Never win alot of money, but it is nicely decorated and clean.

The hotels were really nice with neat and clean room. Staff were also very helpful. We would definitely visit again.

Used to be one of the better casinos in town but that was in the nineties.
Visited briefly last trip but didn't find it too intriguing. Quite a few dining options but location midtown is about its best asset.tried several machines as they had some of our faves but drink ordering system is quite complicated. Even had a waitress get curt with me after struggling to figure out how to order. Never had a problem with one for as many years I've been visiting casinos.
Usually stop when in town and stayed there a few times in the past but don't recommend it as a must-do when in town.

I’m staying here right now. Can’t sleep, headachy, gagging, whatever they use to “ freshen” carpets or whatever is overwhelmingly strong and disgusting. If u have asthma or any breathing problem DO NOT BOOK HERE

ok with your tips and guidelines and will continue to come to your hotel. played there with my family and his family. i am planning on spending more time there in october with some of my very good friends.

Great customer service I love it here fast service and they make u feel comfortable!!! Will be returning soon!!!

That is the 3rd time my bench is Caesar's olejnik city in the month of April and every time is the same issue can I find anyone to help me have to look around for anybody to assist me anything gift it will always the is a book motions which is always at the top in the back of the casino what does not go for most people there a seniors and I handicap

This Caesars location is okay. The one in Las Vegas is nicer. There are much better looking casinos in Atlantic City and Caesars will hopefully do more than just coast on their reputation and actually improve this property. Somebody sat down at the machine next to my friend here and asked him for money. Not a sign of a classy property. It's always a bad sign when you win money at a casino but don't want to go back.

Stayed 6/11-6/14 in Ocean Towers Smoking Room.
Pros: Location to boardwalk & outlet shopping. Free parking. Morton's steak house-must go too, won't disappoint!
Cons: Room cleanlines & outdated-dusty, lacks ventilation, dirty water stained lamp shade, no fitted bed sheets, & cleaning lady just threw new shampoo/conditioner in the shower. Rooms are old & need renovations ASAP. Security-needs to be retrained. ID'ed while playing slots because security was "bored & could not tell where we fell in the 21-30 yr old age group" even though we looked old enough to be gambling (were 38 & 41 by the way). These were his excate words. Also had to call security for assistance on our floor that we found passed out gentleman on the floor, we weren't sure if it was medical emergency or not. Took them over 10 minutes for them to arrive & when they arrived they had no idea how to handle situation. Gentleman continued to try to get up & we had to tell them make him sit down so he wouldn't fall on tile in his room. (he finally was able to tell us what room he was in). Someone on radio kept telling security at our location to "keep us separate from him so you they cannot see what we're doing".
I expect more from the Cesar's brand. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Nice hotel, room was decent but you have to walk to another hotel if you want to swim. The games are fun there and the Casino/hotel is close to mall, which is nice to walk in and has great food.

We did not stayed overnight, we only played over there and had a great time! We end up wining a little so that helped a lot for the fun! It is a beautiful place to visit! For sure we want to go back!!

Had a great time the slots are new an up to date the drink order came very quick not like resorts had a good time worth the walk from hard rock

Caesars’s location on the boardwalk in Atlantic City is perfect and has just about everything you need nearby
I like the casino very much and they have a lot of options for play from table games to a large variety of machines and video poker
We went to dinner at hell’s kitchen and had a phenomenal meal . I had recently had beef Wellington at Ramsey’s kitchen in Las Vegas and there was no question. That’s what I was going to order again we also got a side of the best brussels sprouts I’ve ever had ever Service was great. They take total rewards points on a one-to-one, which is very much appreciated.
The café in the atrium is 24 hours a day and has great coffee, gelato and pastries
The rooms are always clean. The staff is always attentive. My host is A+ plus.

Not quite as opulent as the one in Vegas, but what can you expect, it's AC. Cool place with nice shops and restaurants. I'd stay there in the future.

Very nice place for Casino in East of US.Good choice of restaurants. But no way comparable to the Ceasers of Vegas.

Good variety of slots and gaming tables. Dealers, pit bosses, servers at tables and on the gaming floor, security, cleaners -everyone was friendly and made you feel like important guests. We had a completely enjoyable day and even left with a few winnings in our pockets.

We have been Caesars customers for years (Seven Stars) and loved the location on the Boardwalk and right on the beach. Lately though, the place has become run down. The casino has a 2nd floor for non-smoking players which is a big positive but the first floor where the High Limit gaming is has old carpets, old slots and video poker, and is very smoky and dirty. Rooms in Centurion Tower are okay but rooms in other towers are in need of updating. There is no real entertainment here. Perhaps with El Dorado's purchase of Caesars, things like entertainment and fine dining will never come back. Disappointing.

We have seen big improvements in the Caesar's casino over the past few months. Better action on the machines, cleaner restrooms and more attentive servers. Eating options include excellent buffet and Gordon Ramsey's burgers - if you are in the mood for an upscale brunch or dinner ($$$), Neros is spectacular. Boardwalk and beach always enjoyable...

Caesars has nice unique ancient style but the rooms definitely need upgrade badly , cleaners aren’t doing good job as you can see the room table with all glass marks and other dirt . A bit smelly as well . I will give 5 stars for the shower, overall showers looks updated with good pressure .

Caesar's is a great casino; two floors of gaming, restaurants, bars & shops. We always eat at Kiwi's & its always terrific.

I was in the kwi restaurant at Caesar's Atlantic city NJ;For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a vietnamese knockoff joint of a flimsy Chinese restaurant of a hole where an Asian who is dressed in all black including hat watches your every move when your dressed nice or handicap helplessly to see if your going to drop any money on the floor or leave anything on the table of value waiting to pick it up when you're not looking so that can pick up that valuable item to run in the back and put in their locker or pocket when no one's looking at them in which what happened to me. I mean everywhere I went her eyes would follow never taking her eyes off me and I was in a scooter. When I rode from one end of the place to the other to try not to block anyone's pathway, this Asian would turn her neck around a few times to see where I was at, scheming on the cellphone which I left on the table at the other end of the restaurant. I was wondering why this employee would follow me around with her eyes all the time I was in place. I ordered out so when I got my food after being distracted a few times by the employees and the manager I had signed the check and left.( I would always charge the bill to the room when ever I would go there. I got to the lobby to wait for the elevator and I noticed that my phone wasn't with me. It couldn't had been no more than 2 minutes since I left that hold of a joint. Just to remind you, I was in a scooter so I was able to get around very quickly. I had rushed back downstairs in another elevator to inquire about the cellphone to the assistant manager that I had left
the joint. She had no idea of what I was talking about. I asked her can she call over to security to check surveillance to see who had taken my phone. She wanted me to go in my scooter to security and ask myself instead of calling over to them. When the Assistant manager finally walked over to security about 5 to 10 minutes later because she was too busy giving orders to her employees and instead of calling over to security instead of walking over to them, the person of interest had already left for the night.(the employee who was standing next to me who kept turning her head around to see if I was paying attention to where I had placed my phone down at that was dressed in all black) The Assistant manager came back and told me that the surveillance doesn't cover their restuarant. Instead of wasting time walking over to security too ask a question about surveillance, she could had call over to them instead. That way the employee in question would had still been there so the assistant manager could had in quite to her employee about the cellphone. I guess the Assistant manager felt that it was more important to boss her employees around than help a handicapped person in a scooter who had left a $1700 cellular phone in her restaurant and possibly resolved the situation with her employee.

I did not stay overnight, this was a one day bus trip. I did go to a resturant for food. We did a carryout purchase and our meals was covered by casino comp rewards. This is a good reason to always use your casino card.

First time to Atlantic City and we were not disappointed! Caesars Atlantic City was a great resort. We stayed in a Tribune Suite in the newly renovated Ocean Tower. It was very nice, clean, and spacious. The casino encompasses two floors and has several non-smoking areas. The gaming was fun, but we didn't have lots of luck! With Caesars being right on the Boardwalk, it was in the perfect location being right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit while exploring Atlantic City for the first time!

Casino has no sparkle. t look absolutely tired and dated. Casino employees lacked verve and sparkle. Slots were like slots all over Atlantic City, almost totally without any payouts. Cocktail waitresses took forever to show up with drinks.

Far better than hotel I stayed in, drinks servers fantastic & dealers on blackjack were great, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

One of my favorite places but it is just old and dirty. 3 stars because I like it there no other reason. I HATE dirty carpets. I HATE old saggy beds. I HATE dirty windows and Caesars has them all. Over priced buffet. Nothing special. The little coffee shop by the buffet cooks everything for breakfast in a pool of burnt oil. Gordan Ramseys is way over priced but it does s very very good so that's kool. Forum towers need to be upgraded bad. Ocean towers need beds. Centurian towers your best bet it staying there. Long walk to get to them. UPGRADE pleSe!

A decent property on the AC Boardwalk. Unfortunately the property is showing its age and in the need of a massive makeove. Make sure you take a casino card from another property so you can get tier matched of you will have to pay up to a $25 self parking fee-the highest in AC.
Poor
The room was poorly cleaned and the window was blocked off. The staff was average and kind enough. I would not stay here again. For 200 a night I expect much more.
