Family of four with children ages 3 and 9. Have been to WDW many times but first time at Blizzard Beach. Had the water parks and more park hopper pass. As it was late July the heat in the parks was unbearable at times so we would spend the middle of the day here and then return to the parks. Enjoyable break as the the theming was fun, slides had “short” lines, and could just relax in lazy river. Son loved the big slides, daughter enjoyed areas for younger kids and the family raft ride.

We visited Blizzard Beach from 10am - 2pm on Friday. No long queues for most rides. Our teenage sons had to wait about 25 mins for Summit Plummet but nothing else had a long wait time. The lazy river was fun, with several caves and waterfalls. There were a are a couple of Memory Maker photo opportunities - one on Summit Plummet (the boys were given a plastic band on an elastic band that we could take away to scan) and one with Goofy on the way out. We wore flip flops and just left them on a rock at the bottom on the rides. Sunglasses stayed on (I have prescription ones and had bought a floater strap). There is a family raft ride for up to 6 people - no queues. Great morning. We went to Typhoon Lagoon in the afternoon from 4-8pm and had equally good time.

Visited in June 2019 had a great time really good water park. Would recommend to visit. No complaints 👍🏻

Had so much fun, this is our favourite water park out of the two. Blizzard beach has more t offer than typhoon lagoon does. i mean we went to both but Blizzard Beach is so much better for the kids, and adults too

Disney truly brings the magic of their theme parks to their water parks; there are simply no water parks that are better than Blizzard Beach (or Typhoon Lagoon). While Blizzard Beach does not have the state of the art wave pool that Typhoon Lagoon has, it has several more excellent slides, and a great lazy river. The unique features of Blizzard Beach include the chair lift that takes guests to the top of the parks’ tallest slides, and Teamboat Springs, the world’s longest (and in my opinion, best) family raft ride. Blizzard Beach also offers the same fantastic customer service, cleanliness, and overall environment that the Disney theme parks offer. It is truly a magical place to be!

Summit Plummet is a must for the real thrill seekers, the slide is reached by cable car and then a stair way, where there is a lesser slide option.
The slide is really fast and a speed of 47 mph was recorded during our visit.
For the less brave there are smaller slides and the tyre slides are fun, but its a long way up lugging a tyre. Of course there is the lagoon for a leisurely swim, or maybe not so calm once the wave machine is turned on (but great fun).
There are lockers for storing belongings but there is a charge for the lockers at this park.

What is the contact number of the disney call center, to call from chili? Or South America, or wsp or mail ??????????????

It’s been 15 years since I was here last and in many ways nothing has changed. Actually it doesn’t need to as everything is there for a good day out.
It was $60 entry (annual pass only $130 if you intend to go more than twice) with free parking and then $10 for a locker. We took our own towels but they can be hired as well. Lockers were good - you can open and close them all day.
Other than Summit Plummet and Slush Gusher the rides are very much for family consumption. Today it was fairly quiet so didn’t really line up for anything. Enjoyed all the rides.
I’ve never been a fan of the main pool and wave machine here - unless you get one of the rings it’s quite a challenge to just take it easy! Lots of waves in the deep area and near the shore the waves cause abrasions on your legs. Much prefer the lazy river.
Lunch was OK nothing special but nice to have a flatbread and a chicken & rice rather than a burger.
Thoroughly enjoyed our day and can’t believe 5pm came around so quickly.

The water park is done well. We enjoyed the lazy river for a major part of the day. The slides are good. Our fav was the family raft ride. One was way too bumpy-speed bumps down the slide. We did rent a cabana, which are hard to come by unless you book up to 60 days in advance. They did have 3 open that morning when we checked in, but the cast member said they went right away. So I wouldn't count on it. They also rent umbrellas. If you're coming in the summer and are unfamiliar with Florida sun, do get one. I read Disney's site about proper swim wear. Well, they do not enforce this. I was fairly upset with quite a few G string type suits and found it annoying as I had my grandkids with me. Disney should enforce their rules. I think they've gotten way to lax in an effort not to upset anyone. Sorry. I don't need someone's butt in my face at a Disney park. Save it for the hotel or the beach. Food was good, and of course, what you'd pay in one of the theme parks. Do go to the Landing for ice cream. It's worth it. All in all, we had a great day and we do plan to return. Lots of lifeguards. Staff is very friendly and looked after us. The water slides at Universal's Volcano Bay are better, if that's what you're after. But the wave pool, lazy river, and some tamer slides were our cup of tea . Oh, if you have little ones, TL does have a childrens' area that is very nice.

This was our favorite waterpark in Orlando, and there are many great waterparks there. We loved the assortment of slides from winding to extreme drops, and the wave pool was a lot of fun between rides. The food and drink were great for an amusement park and we didn't have any trouble finding chases to relax on.

We visited on Friday 15th March as a family group. Glad to see that the parking is still free of charge. There are lockers to rent and towels are available; if you are staying in a Disney hotel the towels are free, but cost (I think) $2 dollars to rent if you are staying off site. We had an enjoyable day, plenty of water rides, a large wave pool and a lazy river that's really relaxing. We had taken with us a refillable cup that we bought a couple of years ago; we paid to recharge it and had self service drinks available all day, we found that to be be good value. My only problem is the lack of sun loungers, there never seems to be enough available unless you get to the park as soon as it opens.
I lost my sunglasses while I was there and when I asked at customer services on the way out, some very kind person had found them and handed them in. I don't know who you are as they didn't take your name, but thank you so much for handing them in, I really appreciate it.

Really great water park. You should definitely go if you're in the area! Staff are really great!
All the slides and rides are AMAZING!
I'm looking forward to come back again!!!!

This was an extra-ordinary experience. Me, Luigi, Dominique and Billy had a bundle of laughs the Disney spirit came into us!!! However, we did have a little accident in the lazy river - poor luigi ate some spicy chicken wings and it blew is wig off. billy had some trouble in the changing rooms as he got trapped in a locker whilst trying to free a moth but staff were exceptionally helpful and even brought out a crowbar. didn't see billy for the rest of the day, what a laugh! The surf pool was something else Dominique was swept off her feet any times and got fed up but a long sunbathing sesh made up for it. was rather disappointed when they wouldn't let me take my loaded dog and large coke on the slides with me, it has always been a dream of mine to guzzle down a glizzy whilst surfing some gnarly waves. the compromise they made was for me to eat my food and then ride the waves. bad news, i did not wait 20 minutes. lets just say, I took myself to brown town. I didn't make it as there was still a commotion over billy in the changing rooms which blocked my way to the bathroom. when I finally made it to the bathroom there wasn't much business left to do... Had a blast, would recommend and have already booked our holiday next year, although they did say we had to go online to do this and that "the life guards don't have the resources to book a holiday"
anyone who wishes to join us well be there on the 22nd of June 2024!!!

We live in FL and have annual passes to our local water park but this is hands down their fav! So many great slides! Summit Plummet, Family raft, etc. Has great kiddie area and themed lazy river. Plus a wave pool.
We went the Friday of Memorial Day weekend and crowds were so low that we rode everything once and some things multiple times. All before 3pm.
The red slides have lots of steps but we love the chair lift to the green slides.

Nice water park with a not entirely Disney theme. It is quiet and parking is free.
Sufficient changing facilities and a small locker is only 10 dollars.
Very provides a water park with various options as attractions. The only thing we missed were some Disney characters that could be present.

This was the first place we went after a delayed flight from the UK and it was the perfect remedy for tired travellers. We loved the preteen training area with it’s smaller slides and ‘training’ area. The lazy river was great and many of the slides were completely accessible by the whole family. Food was expensive but tasty. Free parking was a real bonus. Not too busy and lots of fun.

Plenty to do for all. Water rides suitable for all ages to enjoy. Life jackets free to use. Really enjoyed the lazy river and so did my 3 grandsons. Plenty of life guards around the edges as you go round. The day we visited it was fairly hot, yes it was ok while you was enjoying the water attractions, but my only gripe was there wasn’t enough places to escape from the sun eg very few umbrellas with the sun beds, even though we arrived just after it opened they were already taken so very little places to get any shade. The cue’s for food / ice creams were quite long at times.

At last a Disney park where there is no need to run, just walk in past the singing staff (They were very welcoming) and use the electronic machines to book your locker (your card PIN number is then the passcode for your locker) - Locker number on receipt. Just be sure to get the right size.
The queues were suprisingly short and the large wave pool is great fun. Not sure I enjoyed the chairlift to the top of the Mountain but we all enjoyed the ride down, all the rides in fairness were much longer than expected.

Very disappointed after visiting here as the last time, 3 years ago, we had photos taken after various slides etc by the memory maker photographers but this time not a single one to be seen, if I’d paid for the memory maker I’d have been complaining as what’s the point of it, you get it so you don’t need to take a camera into a water park to get wet but find you won’t have any photos to remember, not very “Disney like”
Only hope out of the 3 weeks we are staying in our Disney Resort that next time they are there to take some action photos

and that's not necessarily a good thing. Visited the Disney parks last week and had the "plus" option, so when temps finally broke 70 on Friday we skipped out on Hollywood Studios to hit the Beach. Park was EMPTY, which was nice as there were no lines. Lazy river and family tube rides were great, just like we remember. Problem is, last time we were there was 14 or 15 years ago, and nothing had changed. Rides are still great, but a little freshening up would have been nice. Even the soundtrack was mostly the same as it was back then.

Disclaimer: we did come here on what Florida would class as a cold day (17oC) and we wasn’t here for very long only a couple of hours.
The water in the lazy river was REALLY cold. In comparison to volcano bay which was really warm. The whole park seemed like it could do with a little love and updating.
The big pool had a wave machine which was fun and there was a ski lift to take you to the big slides, which I thought was a great feature instead of loads of stairs.
I would come back on a hot day but out of all the water parks available this park would be the last choice if I’m honest

We visited this waterpark and had a lovely day. Once again my daughter and grandchildren managed to go on every ride before a storm brought it all to an end.
If you love waterparks, this is the place for you. Get there early if you want a sunbed.
I love drifting along on the lazy river, sipping pin colada slushies and watching the grandchildren enjoy the day.

We enjoyed a laid back day at Disney´s Blizzard Beach. The wave pool was great. Plenty of tubes. The lazy river was super, perfect amount of sun and shade. The water was just right. There are plenty of slides and fun. We loved the gondola- ski lift to the top. Great view of the park. Plenty of refreshments available. Reserve and umbrella or a cabana. We rented an umbrella, it was great.

My kids love water rides and the best ones are at Blizzard Beach!
Managed to get a visit in before the recent closure. Covid measures were adhered to and the park was very clean and sanitized. The locker area and toilets looked newly refurbished. We did not realize that there is now a charge for towels. Ok it is only $2 per towel but the towels are super small and thin so really need 2 to cover your lounger. I would recommend you take your own if visiting. Nice though that this park does not charge the $25 parking fees like all the other ones do, it is free.

Used as a rest day we visited for a relaxing day on the water slides. Arrived just as it opened hired a locker for our valuables. Easily found enough sun loungers to use. It got busier as the morning went on but the longest we waited for a slide was 20 mins. Plenty of tubes to relax on in the lazy river. A big storm then arrived and we took shelter. Some people left the park as everything closed for safety. 4mins later it was back in operation. Then came another storm and we called it a day. It was clean tidy and a fun day

It was great until we went to the main restaurant in this cabin area where most of the staff could not speak English and when me and my family ordered 3 ice creams it took about 45-48 mins and after that à lady came up to us and said it will be another 15 minutes. My sister asked why have we been waiting for so long so I apologised to the worker saying it’s okay and the lady just said “I know it’s okay.” Then walked off , took 20 more minutes and came back with the wrong ice creams but it was a win for us because it was more expensive and bigger than the one we ordered. This happened to many other people getting different food I saw it happen almost every time someone went to collect their food/drink. They could be nicer and quicker next time and get the orders correct because what if people are allergic to à food they accidentally added ? but other than that it was great

Enjoyed Blizzard beach. It was so much fun and we were able to do everything we want within a reasonable time. Park has a great layout and plenty of seating.

This park has a lovely vibe, a great theme and surroundings, staff are mostly cheerful and a good selection of rides that caters for all ages. They also mist the pathways, unlike Typhoon Lagoon and this is very important when walking around barefoot all day.
We also spent a lot of time in the lazy river with our four year old who could have easily stayed in it all day.
It is far superior to Typhoon Lagoon.

We’ve visited Orlando and Disney on numerous occasions but have never managed to get a day here so knowing it was due to close for refurb we jumped in on a good weather day.
We arrived for opening to find great weather and fairly low crowds. With two weaker swimmers we made our way to the ski patrol area to set up camp for the day.
We found a great spot with loungers in site of the pool and slides and grabbed complimentary resort guest towels. Then off to enjoy some slides!
As a group of 4 (2A 2C) we headed for Teamboat Springs - a family raft ride and then ride the lazy river to get some individual tube rides. The more adventurous daughter and I rode double dipper and then we all raced on the toboggan racers - the kids loved all the rides.
We had lunch (Quick Service Dining Plan) - surprisingly good burger and flatbread and then headed out for another round of slides and a dip in the large wave pool.
By 3pm we were all tired so headed back to the hotel to get ready for Animal Kingdom dinner reservations.
A great break from theme parks, lots of fun rides and super low crowds which the kids loved. Lifeguards are outstanding and the whole place is so clean and tidy. Absolutely recommended.

Best of the area's waterparks. There is something here for everyone. Little pricey since it is a Disney property but a good way to spend a hot Florida day.

This has everything you need from familes to those wanting a more exciting experiance with the wave pool and huge water slides.
My little one loved the miniture park area and relaxing in the lazy river. A great park which if we had more time, would've visited again

The place was crowded and the recliners were almost stacked on top of each other. The seats/recliners were too low for some of us. I couldn’t get up without help. Everything was in the sun, hardly any relief. The water was nice but not as nice as typhoon Lagoon which seemed laid out better as well. The food was good and didn’t think prices were bad (for the food only). Drinks were way too expensive however. There were so many people in the wave pool it didn’t seem safe. I couldn’t move without bumping into people. So I got out. There was good lifeguard coverage thankfully. I spoke with an employee about directions and he was rude. He spoke to me like I was an idiot because I asked for directions. His response was ‘’ it’s over there’’ sarcastically and briskly walked away. No help at all just. I was by myself at that time and confused. I had never been there before. I didn’t like my experience but younger people might. I just retired so maybe I’m too old for this place.

We enjoyed both water parks at Disney. The slides at this park appealed to the kids. We recommend spending time at both parks as they both have something of interest.

Loved being there again after many years and had nothing lost it’s appeal. For my new family with kids 5, 7 and 9 it was also amazing. They spent so much time on the Alpine Training Course in the water park plus going on the high level rides. We were so lucky one day to be first in line for the park and asked to be Ski Captain with our eldest children. They had to go down Summit Plummet first before the whole park opened and then we had our own cabana area and locker. Kids wore a medal saying Ski Captain made them feel so special. Thank you

Disclaimer: I absolutely hate swimming. I cannot stand anything about being in water. With that in mind, I recommend Blizzard Beach for anyone with tweens or teens. It’s all about slides and thrills plus some decent looking pools. Plenty of place to get something to eat or drink and you’ll be able to get all of the forgotten essentials, like towels, sunscreen, sun shades, etc. My 7yo made some friends in the pools and had a great time. In keeping with all holiday resorts, the sunbeds are all taken within 5 minutes of the park opening but there are plenty of small, low-level seats that you can move around easily enough.
I simply do not understand the changing room etiquette that demands everyone gets naked in front of each other when we’re all putting on swimwear, especially as we’re doing so *not* to be naked in front of each other in the pools! No private changing facilities are seemingly available which was a bit awkward for my little girl who had to come with me into the men’s changing room. I don’t want to be naked in front of everyone; I absolutely do not want to see lots of old men getting stripped to their birthday suits; and my little girl most definitely didn’t want too either. The best option was to change in a toilet cubicle, but this being America, there are no toilet seats and so if you want any privacy, you basically have to change next to an open toilet. Not great.
Like I said, I abhor swimming but generally, BB is a good way to cool off the kids (and be surrounded by lots of half naked old blokes - urgh!).

Of the choice of Typhoon Lagoon, Aquatica and Blizzard beach we enjoyed Aquatica slightly more, but we enjoyed all 3 all the same. None of the eateries at any of the parks impressed us for choice or value so we got into the habit of arriving early, completing the rides and leaving for a late lunch elsewhere.

Another amazing water park, not as good as Typhoon Lagoon but still absolutely amazing! The Summit Plummet ride is so worth it, it will give you an atomic wedgie, like nothing you have experienced before but it is so fun, you will soon forget about the pain. I would recommend this water park to every age range, there is something for everyone but I would still say I preferred the Typhoon Lagoon as they have the lazy river.

Horrible customer service! We spent hours on hours setting up our Disney trip. When we get to blizzard beach, our group of 21, was told our reservation was not set up properly but what they can do is charge us all $25 more per person to get in. So, we spent hours to get this all set up, Disney messed it up and the resolution was to charge us more. The first I went to Disney, 10 years ago, I walked away saying best service ever. Now they are junk just like any other company. I would highly recommend universal as they still know what customer service is.

Located on the grounds of Disneyland Resort and also one of Walt Disney's top amusement parks. The large space with magnificent castles, exciting games and impressive scenery in this park will bring you memorable moments in your trip to America.

Excellent time for the summer. Not so much in winter as the water are not heated. Great place for family or couples.

We enjoyed our day here. Significantly busier (and not quite as good as) Typhoon Lagoon. Plummet Summit still awesome rush. Would benefit from a couple of Photo Pass photographers to capture day.

Typhoon Lagoon vs Blizzard Beach
Blizzard beach takes it in my eyes, rides are better and the park is better equipped all round, the summit plummet is a ride that will physically take your breath away as you CANNOT breathe when going top speed, but it is beyond awesome.
It just needs a little bit more!

Although my favourite is Typhoon Lagoon we went here as it has been many years since we had been and Typhoon was closed. Did not disappoint. Although extremely expensive (large locker rental is $15) there is something for everyone. Did all the slides except for the drop of doom (or whatever it is called) as I had a nasal enema and wedgie from a previous tube slide. Also did the lazy River. We got there for when it opened as we know that in Florida it can rain any minute. So managed to be there for about 5 hours and had lunch before the thunderstorm shut it down and we opted just to leave at that point.
The only downside is we had put our towels and hats on two loungers at the beach near the water and a couple of really ignorant women were sitting right on our chairs when there were plenty of others available. No point making a scene so just grabbed our stuff and walked away. But there are jerky people everywhere you go.

We had the best time today at Disney’s Blizzard Beach! We were a party of 11 with ages ranging from 6-65, with Three teenagers. Everyone left exhausted and thoroughly water park satisfied! The slide selection was great. The littlest one in our party (who just made the 48” cutoff to ride all the rides) had a great time on all the slides and the kiddie areas. The wave pool was not overly crowded and was fun and very clean. The park as a whole was super clean and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The lazy river was AMAZING! We ate lunch at B.B. The prices were kind of high but that is what you expect at Disney so not a shock. The lockers rental was very easy. I was a little bummed we were not able to rent a patio, but I was told to reserve online next time and to do it early. All in all a great water park that we will be visiting again and again!

No line ups very few people, and it was great. Food and drinks great. The attractions wonderful. I enjoyed the day immensely and would do it again.

As a kid, I remember seeing Walt Disney talking about how kids in homwtown Americana would cool down in the "ole swimmin' hole" come hot summer months. He re-created this experience for modern generations with his water parks, Blizzard Beach being one of two such "swimmin' holes" at Disneyworld. Like most water parks, expect to find slides into pools and a lot of lounge chairs on artificial beaches. My favorite ride in this park is the family raft - lots of fun. You have a good number of fast food options at inflated Disney prices. Change rooms and shower facilties available at no charge, although you will pay for locker storage. A day at this park is not cheap - check the Walt Disney World web page for current prices.

## 2-Star Review: Disney's Blizzard Beach - A Fading Winter Wonderland
Our recent trip to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park during the 4th of July weekend left us feeling distinctly underwhelmed. While the premise of a melting ski resort is charming, the park itself feels tired and in desperate need of a refresh. It's clear that this winter wonderland is showing its age.
The rides, while still offering some thrills, felt dated compared to other water parks we've visited. Many of the slides simply lack the innovative designs and modern excitement we've come to expect from Disney. It felt like walking through a park that hasn't seen significant investment in years, leading to a somewhat uninspired experience.
Perhaps the biggest disappointment was the food situation. For a Disney park, the food options were incredibly limited and unappetizing. We struggled to find anything beyond generic theme park fare, and what was available often felt overpriced for the quality. It was a real struggle to find a satisfying meal, especially with the added challenge of navigating the holiday weekend crowds. We expected more variety and quality from Disney dining, and Blizzard Beach simply didn't deliver.
Speaking of the 4th of July weekend, while we anticipated crowds, the dated facilities and limited food just amplified the feeling of being packed in without adequate infrastructure to support the number of guests. The overall experience felt less like a magical Disney day and more like a crowded, slightly rundown public pool.
Overall, Blizzard Beach feels like a forgotten gem that needs some serious attention. Until it gets a significant update and a much-needed overhaul of its food offerings, we'd recommend looking elsewhere for your water park fun.

Good park but had lots of stairs, as a family we didn't enjoy this park as much as Typhoon Lagoon. The park is certainly suited to younger children aged 7 or below and caters well with mini slides and activities. For adults the park is OK but still feel that off the two Disney water parks this was our least favourite.

One of the best, smaller but suited me fine. A lovely time had by all,a great place to relax for the day

We visited Blizzard Beach with a bunch of teenagers after four days of walking the parks. This was a welcome break and we loved the lazy river best! It was easy to access and plenty of floats for all. Really nice and clean changing and rest rooms. Easy walk to food and amenities, plenty of cabanas for shade and lots of chairs.

We travelled myself my three children and their dad ... dad can’t swim neither can my two youngest who have autism.
We still had a great day! My kids think this is their favourite park so far less crowded ... only negative was the love bugs! Hundreds of thousands of them and my daughter hates them .. we lived family raft and the family area which was called time peaks ... food was good .. the kids meals included free bucket and spade! Nice touch! The lazy river was amazing we went round it a few times takes 20-30 mins to go all the way round .. I wish they’d turn off spraying water or offer a way to go under caves etc without being sprayed though! My kids hate it!
Wear sunscreen reapply regular !

Hired a cabana for the day which was delightful! Free water, unlimited refillable soft drinks and your own waitress and a locked safe at your cabana. Shout out to Charlotte she was wonderful! Loved the slides, lazy river and wave pool.
Tip: wear a swim top! You can pick them up cheaply in target and will save a whole lot of sunburn!

Chill out at the Blizzard Beach water park, free parking, food and drink albeit Disney (expensive) prices.
Let the kids run wild as every pool, slide and activity is supervised by many life guards.
Be aware though....
Your visit will be halted/ended by thunderstorms !

Frequent vistors, we love the waterpark however I was astounded at the grievous lack of commitment to patron and staff safety when a band of severe thunderstorms pummeled the park for hours leaving hundreds if not thousands of guests and lifeguards huddled within a few sheltered areas or out in the open. Naturally the water attractions were 'temporarily closed' but restaurants and bars remained open for business if you didn't mind rainwater dilution. (The free popcorn, ice cream and a few select self serve lukewarm sodas -there was no ice-were not available until 8 PM, two hours after event admission the rain and lightening began.) As you can imagine, families with children grew more and more irritable and ones without them hit the bars. The result was hundreds of people including lots of children with park weary parents playing under the lightening studded skies in the giant water puddles that formed on the manmade beach in the pouring rain. For hours a recording played telling park guests to take shelter due to approaching thunderstorms but there was not enough shelter for everyone. My 10 year old niece and I sat on a picnic bench with no protection from the lightening or rain. Eventually a bunch of lifeguards were instructed to sweep the puddles from the beach area (while it was lightening)- I suppose to discourage children from playing in them. The DJ briefly set up and played music with strobe lights, then stopped citing the danger- for the DJ or the couple hundred tipsy people dancing in the thunderstorm, I'm not sure. Having spent about $160 on our two event tickets, my niece and I kept waiting for an announcement that we could get a refund or a raincheck but it never came. At 9:00 PM, after 3 hours, we finally decided we'd had enough. As we left the park we were handed a ticket inviting us back free of charge. It was raining so I didn't have a chance to read the restrictions. Why couldn't have an announcement been made and why weren't families with small children offered that option to begin with when it was clear there wasn't enough shelter for everyone? Yes everyone has a personal responsibility for safety and the safety of their children, but it seemed like Disney magic overtook common sense. It's only luck that no was hurt or killed.

This is a great water park with plenty of rides for all ages.
The theme is pretty cool: You can get a ski lift up to some of the attractions!
We always make sure to schedule a few water park trips when we go to Disney

really great water park. Themed so well! Great area's for kids of any age. Has never been a lot of waiting for any slides when we have gone.

When we visited there was only 19 people in the whole of the park. This park is spotless and the changing rooms are so clean too. There are plenty of lifeguards around so you feel safe too. There is a huge wave pool and the waves are on all day. There is a lazy river which goes on forever. There are plenty of slides and things to do. They make great ice cream treats too.

We've been going to Blizzard Beach on and off since 2002 and if you're visiting Orlando and have younger children (ideally 2-11) it's definitely worth a visit.
The park has a decent selection of rides, catering for very little kids with the Tike's Peak & Ski Patrol Training Camp sections, Older kids with Tube rides like Downhill Double Dipper & Mat rides such as Toboggan Racers and the Thrill seekers with a couple of High/Steep slides "Summit Plummet" & "Slush Gusher".
If you just want to chill out there's the Cross Country Creek allowing you to gently float right round the park and the Melt-away Bay if you want to take a dip in the pool area.
A few tips, whilst you can purchase food, drinks, bathing supplies and a limited amount of other stuff in the Blizzard Beach, like most Disney & other Attraction Parks in Orlando it can be quite expensive. Disney allows Guests to bring their own food and drink into their Water Parks (although NO glass bottles or alcoholic drinks), so you can save yourself a few Bucks and bring some food and drinks in your own cooler bag/box.
If you want to get seating or loungers in the shade and not pay extra for your own Private seating area it's worth getting to the Park pretty close to opening time.
Lastly if you haven't got entry as part of a package and are planning on doing Blizzard Beach and/or Typhoon Lagoon on more than three occasions it works out cheaper to buy an Annual Disney Water Park pass rather than paying for each day individually (you will need either a Passport or other form of photo ID if purchasing an Annual Pass though). You Annual Pass will give you access to Typhoon Lagoon also.
Overall a decent Waterpark with a good selection of rides and attractions, my only criticism is that Disney haven't introduced any new attractions at either of it's Water Parks since at least 2002 and thus now seem to be lagging behind the likes of the more modern Aquatica and Volcano Bay Water Parks (although these are more suited to slightly older children, probably 7 years and above).

We took advantage of the free ticket on first day of reservation offering, as we had never been to this park in the past. We didn't stay long as it was a little cool. The lazy river is heated and a fun time, but you might have to wait a while until a tube floats along, which is a little crazy. You can use it as kind of a transportation method to get to the entry points of various attractions which is pretty cool Food offerings are limited. Men's changing room is like a typical locker room, with little privacy, so don't be surprised when there are no private dressing rooms!

This is one of the best water parks in the world. It has pretty much everything you could ever ask for.
My personal favourite is the Larger "Pizza Ride" you can't keep me off it.
Don;t miss out make it a date

Spotless clean, good clean and refreshing fun for the whole Family. Get on the Lazy River and ride around on the current. Go for a family ride on a tube. The food was very delicious. We enjoyed 4 fabulous hours (which is a great amount of time) on our first day on Disney Property. This may be overlooked by families but should not be. It is a wonderful place for families. Hint: We went on Sunday and it was uncrowded and super fun!

Fortunately for us it wasn’t busy which means space and no queues. It’s dated but still so much fun. The rides are good, wave pool strangely always on, lazy river- exactly that. Staff were good . Sun loungers a bit dated. The theme is different and makes for a water, sun( hopefully) and fun based day.

We had a good morning here as it was the only place in Disney that wasn’t busy, most probably because it was cold we were able to get on all the rides. We loved the family raft ride the best. The staff by the lockers were very unhelpful. We were struggling with getting a locker partly as the sun was making it difficult to read the screens, we asked for help and was told to get on with it. I think the lady just couldn’t be bothered with us. It was a good morning out because it wasn’t busy! Not sure I could deal with it if I had to queue for ages for rides.

Fun theming
Blizzard beach was a fun park, after busing Typhoon and Volcano bay it was my least favourite due to not having as many family slides as the other parks BUT that the staff were polite, happy and helpful.
The scenery is set beautifully and we had a brilliant

On a recent family holiday we spend 2 whole days at this place and loved it. The summit plummet isn’t for the faint hearted but if you are a bit of an adrenaline junky like me it’s a must.
Great other slides too for all ages and a great little pub which makes you feel like you’re on a Caribbean island!.

Love the concept christmas summer time. And they have a mini golf (you pay extra for that activity) the ride was great.they have summer goofy. The food great and the staff amazing.

Love this park as great for the younger visitor with designated areas for youngsters. Agree with an earlier reviewer only 2 Disney photographers that we could see in the park . We tend to visit the water parks on a morning whichever water park we are going to, finish by about lunch time so can have a chilled out afternoon in the villa then back out on a night. Less exhausting that way. Would always recommend the highest factor suncream for the children as much more exposure in the water parks. The Funnel cakes are great too.

Great park. Visited numerous times over the years. Lots of options. Not overly busy or wait times. Similar to other water parks it needs more shaded areas.

A bit expensive but well worth, comaprable to another water park that I love, this would be my second fav.

Excellent family water park. Clean and great slides. Good area for the little ones and slides for the teens

This was supposed to right all the wrongs of Typhoon Lagoon as it opened 6 years after. It doesn't! Disappointing slides that we queued for ages for. Felt ripped off that you have to pay $15 to rent a locker in both Disney Water Parks. The staff were miserable, obviously not happy enough to work in the other Disney parks! Go to Volcano Bay instead!

Blizzard Beach has a variety of activities so it truly feels like there is something for everyone! I appreciate that there are lots of shaded areas and free little huts (in addition to the great cabanas they have for rental). We had a wonderful day visiting - rode lots of slides, took a few trips on the lazy river and enjoyed a yummy lunch (the brisket burger was so good).

Sadly I didn’t take our camera or phone in the park as didn’t want to pay more money for locker rent. This park is full of fun and it holds great memories but it struggles to deliver that special experience. It’s surrounded by the best theme park in the world and when you have resort pools 2-3mins away from your room or private pool at your villa it’s very difficult to spend much time here. Big bonus is if you get there early there’s no ques of Rides, it’s free parking and you can get most rides done in 2-3hours.

Amazing family holiday to Orlando and Blizzard Beach just makes it even more special. When you are needing a break from queuing and rides this is a great place to go. Great rides for all ages plus the wave pool make it a fun day for all. Staff as always everywhere in and around this area, first class. Definite must go.

Took time out from the craziness of the theme parks to visit Blizzard Beach. I loved it! We based ourselves in the kiddies area - Tikes Peak - as we had three under 5’s with our group. The grown ups ran off to do the big slides and rides and had great fun as there were very few queues to contend with. I stayed with the little ones enjoying the splash pools and kiddies water slides which they absolutely loved. The Lazy River was fantastic- who would not want to float lazily around the park on a large rubber ring in the sunshine. Bliss!

Believe it or not, blizzard beach was my first water park and it lived up to alllll my expectations. It was amazing overall, the cross country creek was so relaxing! I could’ve floated round in one of those donuts all day...it was ideal for guests who were there to chillax not for thrills. Teamboat springs was awesome, so fun yet not so thrilling that young children couldn’t handle it. The main wave pool was really cool too, it was good that it had sun loungers around so any guests who didn’t want to swim could still get in on the action. The staff (at least the ones we encountered) mainly seemed quite miserable, not exactly the vibe you want to be getting at a Disney park. Really recommend for waterpark lovers!

Honestly the concept is original but not really my cup of tea, it’s a bit weird to associate snow with a tropical waterpark. But it does make for a memorable experience.
The good:
- Having a ski-lift to take you to the highest parts of the park is nice, at least until it gets crowded in the park and you have to wait in line longer to take the lift then it takes you to walk up there. But this saved me quite some steps in the first hours of the day.
- Summit Plummet was great fun, I slid down 11 times and only the last one banged me up a bit. Depending on how you are physically built it might bang you up more or less in my case. Never waited more than 10 minutes to slide down.
- Lazy river was great fun and practical to move from one side of the park to the other side. A bit too shallow though, the floor and walls have a very rough surface, so you have to be very careful in order not to scrape your skin/feet.
- Good diversity in slides, a bit of everything to please everyone. The park could maybe do with another real thrill ride.
- Quite beautiful park, well maintained. But the theme does not really work for me, even though it was well executed.
- The wave pool was the wildest I’ve ever encountered, which was great fun.
- Very very very friendly staff.
- Free parking!
The bad:
- Food was a bit too expensive for what it was, but this is a Disney park so I guess I’m stating the obvious.
- The park is actually not THAT big. The fact that is so well organized makes that you can move through the park quite fast.
Conclusion: Probably my overall best waterpark experience. If only they had a bit more attractions...

We took advantage of the free waterpark day upon check in day at your Disney resort. It is automatically loaded onto your tickets and passes. Check your resort on transportation to the park, as some hotels offer a direct bus, and others require a transfer at animal kingdom park. When we arrived, it was thunderstorming so the rides were closed, we were made aware upon entering, but we could still enter. We got some food at the warming hut. We also shopped around at the main shop. We got a locker for $10. We only had to wait about an hour or so until the announcement that everything was back open. We went on a Sunday and it was quite crowded despite the weather, I overheard a lot of people using the free water park day perk. We had never been here before. We got complimentary towels at the main store and put them down next to the exit of what slide we were doing. Other people used a waterproof phone pouch during the day. We wore water shoes the whole day, and only had to take them off for the body slides and hold them (and you had to hold your waterproof phone pouch also). To get to summit plummet (the main tall drop slide), you can ride the chair lift, or you can walk up a lot of stairs. Once at the top you can get in line for a variety of different rides all positioned in that area. We waited 30 minutes for summit plummet. Which sounds better than it is, as you get water blasted in your face, and the water blasts against your back in a painful way all the way down. There is another body slide next door which has some humps, which people say you catch air on and then slam back down on the slide which hurts so we skipped that one. We did teamboat springs, which is a group raft slide. It looks like it can hold 6 people or so, but we were just a group of two. It went surprisingly fast and was fun, but the wait took about 25 minutes. We did the runoff rapids which is a single tube slide which was enjoyable and about a 10 minute wait. We did the downhill double dippers which was our favorite but this also took 30 minutes. First you wait for a tube and then you wait in the line to race. There was a few odd numbers so it took a little extra time to get to the front. However this one was thrilling as there are two steep ish drops and you go fast! We did both of the mat slides, one is curvy and fast and one is a racing one with humps, both were fun and short waits. We took the lazy river as a mode of transportation to get to the front of the park when leaving, and we also took it for a large loop around the park. The current could be a tiny bit faster but it is definitely not peaceful as there are many children running through, splashing, bumping into you, etc. There is a large wavepool as well that we did not experience. There is also a teen only area and a kid only area. We did eat at the warming hut which was only fine. We were able to accomplish all of that in 4 hours. Overall we enjoyed our time, but maybe don’t need to go back a second time.

We didn't want to rain on us in one of the theme parks, so we chose a rainy day (according to the weather forecast) to go to the water park. We figured that a little rain could not hurt us because we would be wet anyway. It turned out to be a nice and sunny day that would had been better spent in a theme park. The Summit Plummet is the craziest thing I did in my life, I don't think I would do it again. We enjoyed most of the other rides, some of them even twice. The food in the park is expensive and not very good.

Great way to break up your Disney trip. Mixed this into our week of Disney. Disney's "Memory Maker" photographers are grossly lacking and we were disappointed that there were few, almost no photographers there for having bought that service option. Same situation over at Typhoon Lagoon. Also lacking! They even apologized at the shop within the water park that promoted "Memory Maker". If there was anytime that you would want a Memory Maker photographer, it would be when you cannot carry a camera ((like, hint hint, in a water park)).
Slides were fun and it made for a great break. Larger space, yet not as slide ambitious as a "Great Wolf Lodge" slide experience

As the title suggests, I believe this is the best water park Orlando as to offer.
I'm a big kid at heart and this water park let me and my fiancee display all the attributes of one big kid. We could race each other on various fun slides, and if you like the thrill seeking attractions, there was a couple of slides that certainly weren't for the faint hearted.
Loved the whole theme throughout at Blizzard Beach and would certainly tell everyone that if there was only one park to choose from then it would be this one.

We came here for part of the day and had a fab time. The lazy river was great and we had a fair bit of rain while we were on it!! It was hilarious!! Then the rides were stopped due to a storm but they opened up soon afterwards. My children loved the family raft rides and the children's zip line!! We had a fab time here!!

Worth going but not for a full day. Me and the wife did this within 3 hours and fully enjoyed every ride.
Definitely worth going!

MAny rides, some for the brave, some for families. Many, many places to sit. Some in the shade and some in the sun. Good eats. Great family water park. No crowds at this time of the year, even though Disney’s other water park was closed for refurbishment.

This park is mainly known for Summit Plummet - one of the highest, fastest, and scariest water slides. Make sure to cross your legs all the way down - or it will hurt! Slush Gusher and Downhill Double Dipper are also great. You can either climb many stairs to Summit Plummet and Slush Gusher, or take the ski lift.

Very unkept grounds. Leaves and sticks all over grounds and all through the wave pool and lazy river. My son got bit by a snake. Will never go back.

Great place for family gatherings. Very clean
Staff was awesome. Food amazing. Will definitely go again with family. Great for little kids

Firstly it was a Monday in February. 70 plus degrees. A summers day for a tough northerner from England. It was really quiet. We got beds right at the waters edge and did not queue for any ride. Great mix of relaxing to the more extreme. We'll organised, clean and fun.

The water parks have themes to them and even with this they are not overdone. There are a number of rides and attractions in each and we definitely enjoyed Blizzard Beach. Exceptions, I tried to rent a locker and all it would give me was a small locker for $10.00. When our stuff didn't fit, I went back and tried again and was able to get a large one for an additional $15.00. Dressing rooms and restrooms were clean and well maintained. Because of lightning or weather, the chairlift to the top of the peak was not running which forced us to climb the steps. Always enjoy Blizzard Beach.

We went as a last minute attraction. The park seemed clean. The locker system was easy to understand. You can go back and forth to it without a problem. We found an area for the rest of our stuff.. towels, etc. We used it as our base camp for our group. The park itself felt clean. The water was warm in all the attractions. The lines were manageable. The only problem was that the park closed at 5! My group did enjoy it just the same!

Nice water park, free parking, $10 for a small locker. Plenty of sun loungers, loads of chairs, hardly any queues for the slides, relaxing lazy river. What more could you ask for to relax and unwind on Father’s Day.

Grest day out as with all Disney resorts book in advance its considerably cheaper invest in a cool box sandwiches and drinks are expensive i honestly can't believe how families can afford it.

So much Fun we went Twice! Start at the entrance! Warm Greetings; Nice People, no attitudes! Parking open and Easy: Only one Complaint: No Shade anywhere: SO ME BUCKOS! Crack yur WInders and Use a Winder Shadier!
Plenty of Seats and easy to find: Dont show up 3 hrs late and expect Front Row unless very lucky!
Even If you do come late: you will find alot of seating. Rides were great! Slusher Gusher is awesome and I hate heights at times! Daughter age 10 and Son age 13 had a Blast!
Left to Summit is excellent! Be Patient if have to stop for the Handicap Accessesible booth!
Food Excellent: Chicken was great for my Picky Son! Daughter liked the Hot dog and the Burger!
Relax and let you food digest in the Lazy River!
Tie Dye your shirts! Your kids will love this and they come out great! My daughter got lucky and had two Mickeys Come Out! Big and Small.
Remember to explore the slopes and you will find several hidden from view, Slides and even a Racer!
Overall: Think is better than Typhoon Lagoon if you want RIdes and activities!
Get the Meal Deal for 44 bucks: Towel/Mug/Meal; Saves you money.
Till next time.

I would say this is a classic old fashioned water park. My family liked it better than Universal’s Volcano Bay. This is old school in the sense that you likely carry your raft to the top or partial way. We barely waited to get onto anything enabling us to ride multiple times whatever we wanted. What I loved about the lazy river are all the exit points around the park. We also reserved a cabana which was quite nice. Let me warn you though, the storage at the cabana is a little nook; big enough for perhaps keys, cell phones and perhaps a wallet. I would say the cabana was indeed worth it for us. Chairs were comfortable and our attendant, Laura was fantastic even though we didn’t ask her for anything. This was our first trip and likely not our last! We now want to try Typhoon Lagoon! By far, worth it. One add regarding the ice cream “Sand Pail”. Please note it’s soft serve ice cream which melted faster than we could eat it. So can’t say I would order it again. This concept would work far better with scooped ice cream perhaps.

My husband and nephew loved the slides here and done each one a few times. Parking is free and the beach is relaxing

Our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) visited Blizzard Beach last week, on a very rainy day. Luckily, this meant no lines for any of the slides/rides. The lazy river was a lot of fun for everyone, along with the wave pool and Teamboat Springs. The area for older kids offering the obstacle course and zip line were perfect for our kids - ages 9 and 12. Some of the adults tried Summit Plummet and LOVED it. The winter and Christmas music was a fun touch. I would suggest going on a "weather questionable" day simply to not have to deal with crowds. I thought the locker (that we had to pay extra to rent) was a bit far from the activities. We spent about 3 hours at the park which was a perfect amount of time,,, we didn't feel rushed at all. I have to agree with one of the other recent reviews in that the water parks will need to continue to set themselves apart from the resort pools for on property guests if they want to compete with the no-additional-charge options available to those who stay at Disney Resorts.

We had an amazing day at Blizzard Beach. We spent the first day of our 2 week holiday here and it did not disappoint. We arrived for opening and managed to ride everything without waiting for too long! Summit plummet was a highlight (even though I almost bottled it!) The theming is excellent, loads of places to eat and lots of things to keep you entertained. You can also go and play crazy golf afterwards!

So much stuff to do and so little time. Disney went above and beyond with this park. The rides are so much fun. There are rides for every age. The food is great and lots of seating. Safety is a top priority here and there are life guards everywhere. Don't forget the sunscreen.

For me It was definitely under the level of Volcano Bay. Went on a colder day, almost no crowd. Less lifeguards, beach sand with lots of leaves, also in the lazy river. Lots of seating area, but chairs not that comfortable.
Typical theme park food, fries and burger. Nothing special. Lots of cast members just chatting with each other instead of interacting with guests. Ok water park with spectacular rides, but more on the classic side

The biggest issue with this water park is Volcano Bay at Universal, once you have been to Volcano Bay you realise just how outdated the rides at this park are, my advise would be to do this park first and Volcano Bay second, or just go to Volcano Bay.
We had a Disney Park Hopper ticket so we were always going to visit the park, as you would expect from Disney the theming is brilliant and we loved the chairlift up to the top of the hill. We got there at opening time, had no issues renting an expensive ($15) locker and finding a sun beds, even in the shade.
For the first hour there were minimal queues and we rode most rides, the rides are short, slow and showing their age, the Cross Country Creak (Lazy river) was excellent and circled the whole park.
It is a shame Disney don't do extra magic hours or have Fast Pass for any of the rides, queuing for 30-40 minutes for a 15 second ride is no fun especially when it is 35c
The food was OK, standard Disney fare but all Quick Service.
I doubt we will go back to the park, Disney don't offer any extra's to hotel guest (magic hours) so we will stick with Volcano Bay which has better rides.

Family (adults & kids) all had a blast here! We rented a private patio whcih was awesome. A nice place to be able to come back to to rest and get out of the sun. Rides and slides were all fun. We did this in the middle of a 9 day trip so it was a great chance to take a rest from the theme parks and play in the water and relax. Staff was awesome as well!

Great fun park and relaxing break from the main parks and all the walking. Enjoyed the lazy river while catching some sun and keeping cool. Slides are lots of fun while summit plummet is a bit too much for me.

First visit to this water park and had a great time. You can rent lockers $10-15 and towels (no charge to rent the towels if staying on site at Disney). Lots of food options throughout the park. Loved the wave pool and lazy river!

This is a really nice water park with all sorts of slides. It is clean and neat. I loved my experience there and would definitely return.

So this doesnt have the same level of thrill rides as volcano bay but the lazy river is better & longer here and there's no charge to park plus the disney golf is here. I loved the family raft ride, it was fun & went on for ages. I found the sun loungers comfier here compared to volcano bay. Lots of shady places to sit & food was good.

Where can you hide from 35+ degree C of humid air in Orlando? Here is your best choice, Typhoon Lagoon water park.
It has a gigantic wave pool that changes wave pattern every 30 minutes from bobbing wave to SURF wave. There are activities for all ages around the park including kids splash area, body slides and tubings.
We certainly enjoyed this water park because we avoided the line up by dipping ourselves in the pool for majority of the day. The wave pattern was never bored as we got washed off by the huge surfing wave or floating around in the bobbing wave.
Be sure to reapply sun cream throughout the day as it gets washed off by the huge waves…. Just way too much fun to stay in the pool with all day of sunshine…open to close.

Always enjoy our visits to Blizzard beach when we holiday in Orlando. Lovely place to relax or have fun on the rides/slides. We arrived back today and visited twice during a ten night stay on Disney property.
The place is beautiful, clean and most of the staff are polite and friendly. In fact all but one. Tommy working on the Double dipper ride needs some serious customer service training. Down right rude.
Apart from that disappointing start to the day we had a fab time.

If you like water parks then you will have fun here. Lazy river goes on forever, wave pool is great and the big rings are awesome. Cable car takes you to the top. There are large slides, but I don’t go on them, lockers and towels can be provided at a charge of $2 for a smallish towel and $10 for a locker. Great changing rooms with showers and car park is free

Favorite Disney Park!! The whole family loved it....I have a 2, 7 and a 12...something for everyone...lots of fun.

We went with our 2 year old not expecting for there to be loads for him to do. We were happily proved very wrong! There’s a great section designed for toddlers with 6 different slides and a mini rapids that he loved! All very safe. Life vests provided. The water in this area was also much warmer than the rest of the park. Lazy river and wave pool also very good.

We went on a Monday and the crowds were nonexistent. Arrived early afternoon and had plenty of time to do everything before the closing at 5pm. The decorations are super cute and we had a very enjoyable day.
Our only complaint is with the sand in the wave pool area. It gets stuck on everything and it hurts to walk with sand on your feet and walking on concrete.
Benji, the bartender was friendly and helpful.

As with all things Disney this place was great. The park was clean and the cast members were amazing.
The park had lots of seating and even though there was a lot of people the wait for the rides was very quick.
There is something for everyone (all ages) here.
We had the option to go to another water park but chose a Disney park because of the Disney service. We weren’t disappointed.
Highly recommended!

We arrived when the park opened at 10am on a Saturday and it was deserted! So we were able to go on all the rides we wanted to and we’re done in a couple of hours. Good variety of rides. We didn’t do the Summit Plummet but went for the tamer Slusher Gusher - wouldn’t recommend it as still got bashed around!
The ski lift will take you to the three green slope attractions plus the two toboggan runs and saves a lot of stairs.
Theming is really good, down to the skis which pop out under your feet when the ski lift takes off. Parking is free but you have to pay for lockers.
Recommend taking swim shoes - we only had to take them off for Slusher Gusher but we held onto them on the way down.

When I went there water park was nice but I had a tween and it was for little kids. But some slide were ok.

We’ve coming here for years without any issues at all. This time we purchased the rapid fill drinks where you pay a fixed amount and have as many refills as you like throughout the day (fixed time between refills). We have done this at most of the parks this vacation including Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, Universal/Islands and Seaworld, Aquatica, Busch Gardens without any problems. Today at Blizzard Beach the first drink dispensed was supposed to be Fanta Orange. It had no fizz and seemed seriously watered down. Left it a while went back to the same point and got a Coke, same result and didn’t taste like coke. The third time i tried another dispenser elsewhere in the park with the same result. Each drink leaving a nasty taste in the mouth, literally not figuratively.
Reported it to customer services, they phoned a manger and I was informed that the manager would look at it and if it wasn’t resolved to go to their restaurant and ask for the manager. An hour passed before going for food and again filling the cup and it was still awful, so as advised I asked to speak to the manager who at first suggested that the first manager that customer services contacted had spoke to me and poured me a sample that I accepted. It didn’t happen. He got a sample of coke from the dispenser in the restaurant. This was exactly the same, no fizz, tasteless and left a nasty taste in the mouth. He offered a refund, which wasn’t what I wanted, I wanted a drink that taste like the drink I was dispensing. So disappointed with their customer services.
It would appear they don’t make enough money that they’ll water the drinks down to increase there profits further. Disgrace. The park itself is fabulous.

Amazing Park but got my feet burned in the hot concrete. Also, go early to avoid the long waits and to get your sunbed in the shades.
Good surprise: parking is free. Lockers are 10$.

Like all Disney properties this one is again - perfect. For us, coming from Calgary, Alberta where we have plenty of snow, this surprised us with incredible attention to details, and I must admit it is a "weird" sensation to see snow in the middle of summer. Will return.

A party of 12 with 4 children. The park was ok but later found out to be unhygienic and a health hazard.
The two youngest boys developed painful rashes on their chests and armpits 5-6 days after visiting and we were unsure where these came from. A visit to the doctors when back in England confirmed ringworm, when they found out we visited a water park they advised it would have come from the life jackets.
That aside the park was ok.

The park hopper plus is totally worth it just to get some 'Disney magic' without the hustle and bustle of the main parks. We spent half a day at Blizzard Beach, very low key, had a decent sized chill spot to ourselves. We were able to ride everything and would've ridden more had we been in better shape and weren't tired of climbing :p Love the ski lift.
They have a special! If you drink beer, there's a sturdy plastic refillable cup - worth it if you're going to drink more than 2.

As with most all Disney properties, quality job. Amazing slides. good places to eat. Clean and easy to navigate

Great day out. We went round the lazy river 4 times but there is so much more to do for those that are more energetic. Nice selection of eateries. Wave pool is very nice.
Only downside - Disney charge for everything! Locker rental at $10 for a small locker plus towel rental just keeps adding to the price of tickets. Really think there are little things Disney could give for free, prices are almost prohibitive.

Good fun and all the family are provided for. We didn’t do any of the huge rides, but thoroughly enjoyed the teamboat, lazy river and then the children’s area near the chairlift. No pics as the phone was in the locker the entire time.
Whilst this park is good, we preferred typhoon lagoon. Simply for the giant typhoon/wave knocking everyone flying.

Travelling in a big group that included 4 children between 4 & 9. All of us enjoyed blizzard beach more thenTyphoon Lagoon.
We got there for opening and spent around 4hrs there. Lines were short to start with but by 11 waits were longer.
One thing to be aware of is that the 2 of the 3 children that wore the life jackets needed up with a fungal infection on their skin. We can’t say 100% it was from the jackets but it was a big coincidence.
All in all a good time was had by all.

Both Disney water parks are excellent, but this one is geared a little more towards older kids and adults.

Enjoyed disney water park, however compared to Aquatic, Volcano bay I think that the park could be improved with more slides. We sent half a day here, other parks we have spent a full day.

So many activities for all ages! I was so impressed as I am not a swimmer or young but I enjoyed lazy river and the dingy rides fast and slow! Also the smaller slides the family went on the faster higher slides. Most difficult is climbing stairs to top of slides! It’s a killer to do it more than 3 times. There is a chair lift but it looks very scary!!!! Lol

We were at Disney the week Typhoon Lagoon closed and Blizzard Beach opened - so got to experience both water parks. We prefer TL - but that doesn't mean BB isn't fun.
If you are staying on site - you need to take a bus to Animal Kingdom park and then transfer from there.
Rides were fun - and there are a couple of good areas for younger kids.
Had a good day - but prefer rides and theming at TL.

This place is good but man they closed it every off year then when they open it again always having issues we just went last week not even 10 mins opening double dipper was broke down all day up n down but others were good but disney must do something here or close park this place needs a massive face lift I can see why VB is winning last 5 years it's time for disney to update or close the park food prices are good only good thing is free parking but keep both parks open if u plan to re fix stuff make sure u do it right

This park has rides for every age group and we really enjoyed the wave pool and lazy River. Staff were kind and were able to describe rides.

We took advantage of the offer to go to the water park the day of check in and loved it. We were worried the water would be cold and not enjoyable in February but I was wrong. It was 80 degrees and perfect.

We had a lovely holiday with family - stayed at Sheraton Vistana Villages on IDrive. The accommodation was lovely (2 apartments) and the location is excellent to drive to restaurants, Publix supermarket, outlets, Disney etc.
We always have our favourite restaurants to go to, as well as a couple of new ones. We found the food wasn’t as good as it used to be in a couple of places and as good or better, in others.
The weather was really hot with only one evening of rain/thunder/lightening.
The outlets are now expensive compared to what they used to be, and some of the quality not as good.
With the pound and dollar exchange rate similar this made the holiday more expensive overall.
We used Hertz for our car hire. The staff at the desk were very helpful and didn’t try to sell us unwanted items.

We had never been to a Disney water park but stayed in a Doubletree in Orlando our first night so we could take advantage of the promotion with Disney resorts where you can go to the water park free on your day of check in. We arrived just after 10 when the park opened. Parking is free and there was a short line at the gates. The first thing we did was find chairs in the shade near the wave pool. The park is fairly compact. You can take stairs up to the slides or ride a ski lift type ride. Unfortunately the ride broke down early in the day and never came back.
We stayed till around 3:30 pm and tried to ride every single slide but ran out of time. Our biggest blunder was not doing mobile order for Lottawatta Lodge as we stood in line forever. Also arriving slightly earlier would have allowed us time to get on sunscreen and our stuff in a locker while the lines were very low. There was a noticeable uptick in visitors after 11 am. We had a great visit and would love to return.

Theming and layout are outstanding. Very clean and staff is helpful. Amenities are plentiful from lockers, showers, towels, drinks, etc. Food is lackluster by Disney standards and still too expensive however park is only open for 6-7 hours so not a huge deal.

We had a great time as a family, everything was wonderful, better than what we had been told and the comments we saw on the internet before going. Thank you very much to all.

Blizzard Beach is one of two water parks on site at Walt Disney World (Typhoon Lagoon being the other). While I enjoy both, I personally prefer Blizzard Beach because I enjoy more thrilling water slides. Summit Plummet is a fast steep slide that is probably the scariest ride in all of WDW. That said, Blizzard Beach is also super family friendly and offer water fun for kids of all ages. We like to reserve a private cabana here to make the most of our day.

Absolutely gutted to score Disney so low!
We visited on the first day it reopened in November (13th nov by memory).
Disney stated it had previously been closed for refurbishment but judging from the lack of cleanliness, I don’t understand how this was the case? The truth is, staff from typhoon lagoon have been shipped over to blizzard beach because that had now closed and Disney were only operating one water park at a time.
We arrived early and the park was late opening.
The members of staff dealing with the upgraded beach loungers didn’t know what the prices were.
The coffee and donut hut was late opening (the member of staff was very rude as well!) and everything appeared to be a last minute rush of confusion!
The towels were stained, the park wasn’t clean and rides were closed with no reason why! It is worth mentioning later in the day the rides opened.
Believe me when I say this review is painful to write because I consider myself a Disney super fan but I left blizzard beach totally underwhelmed from the previous years I’ve visited. It was as if the magic had been switched off and opening the park was a formality with no care taken into consideration.
We actually extended our Disney stay to visit this water park and I left really upset and underwhelmed. No Disney magic… nothing!

Be aware when coming to this park after advice from park staff on what area my family where able to sit at with an umbrella and after trying to hire but told we are "slow" today no need and complimentary towels given from a very nice member of staff. settled family down and along comes the umbrella police AKA Derrick who was loud and abrupt shouting and using hand gestures to get out the area as i never had a wrist band. Explained my conversation at the hire desk where i had tryed to pay but Derrick told me this conversation did not happen and continued to be loud drawing attention and causing extreme embarrassment to my family. Derrick then escorted me back to the hure desk being loud along the way and causing a scene.. once in the hire desk area i was yet again shocked when the very nice lady then had amnesia and had forgot our conversation stating it was a misunderstanding!!!! There is clearly a training need for the staff at this park on ppl relations and communication. Be aware your long awaited holiday could be ruined for the day at this park by the staff.

Loved revisiting one of our favourite florida water parks, last here 8yrs ago & happy to report the water park does exactly what it's supposed to. Exciting family fun for all ages, appropriate water rides fr all sizes of children & adults.
We visited with older teens this time (16&18) and although the most thrilling water slides are at Blizzard Beach which is currently closed fr refurbishment, we all still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The lads Loved the lagoon wave pool & the faster water rides (humunga kowabunga & storm slides) the lazy river was fab too for a relaxing float around the whole resort on Inflatable seats & rings
There's free life vests for all ages too should you need them.
Ĺockers are £10 fr a small one (enough to pop a couple pairs of shoes & a bag)
£15 fr a larger locker.
Refillable soda cups are $12 & there are stations all around the park, you can reuse them on yr next visit fr a cost of $6 so well worth it if you have a couple of kids. You can hire towels but we took our own. Toilets & changing rooms appeared clean were checked regularly by cast members who kept them clean.
Beds are free & cabanas are available but get booked out early.
We noticed how many more cast staff there are compared to our last visit & all very friendly & professional, they're very serious about safety, particularly in the wave pool, which tbf is for everyone's safety so listen!
Overall Disney do pools very well, happy to spend alot of time here.

So clean, summer is a perfect time to go. Especially if you can deal with some rain or right after. Everyone starts clearing out. I suggest wearing water shoes/socks because our feet were in pain for days. Food was decent and plenty to do for all age groups.

We visited here as part of our holiday in the area. We’ve been before and knew what to expect.
On a Sunday where the weather forecast wasn’t fantastic it was great. We got to go on all of the slides, enjoy the lazy river and relax with one of the refillable drinks (why don’t you do these for none Disney guests in the main parks Disney?).
A great few hours which we thoroughly enjoyed.

A very old looking water park compared to other water parks in area only good thing is the free parking which for Disney giving you something for nothing is rear but apart from that lots of the slides aren’t much better than the ones you get in local hotels

Had a blast here with my kiddos. It's very crowded though. Beach chairs are hard to find. Locker rentals cost extra and you almost have to have one.
A lot of kids run around unsupervised and were cutting the line.
Would go back.

Blizzard Beach was an absolute blaster of a day! We enjoyed every moment of the rides and pool. The lazy river was a big hit too and gave us a great time to just chill and do nothing.

We had the most amazing time here, great for all ages.
Water slides were fab and queuing times were satisfactory
Very clean, lovely food, helpful friendly staff.

We love going to blizzard beach ! Right now Disney has a promotion going on you can get a seasonal pass for the price of a regular ticket. So even if your only in the area for a little while you can go as much as you want. We've been several times and it just gets better and better. The food elevated from what you would normally find at a water park. Lots of variety for everyone. We really love the ellote nachos you can get over by the break away bay (wave pool) and the footling chili dog you can grab over by the ski lift to the top of the mountain 🏔️. Also the the lava coolada at lottawatta lodge for adults is really really good ! We usually spend out day going between the lazy river , wave pool and teamboat springs which is thrilling and family friendly as long as your tall enough !

This was an unreal water park with lots of fun. A close 2nd to Volcano Bay in my opinion.
Summit Plummet is amazing - you HAVE to try it. It is a bit like the Ko-okiri slide at Volcano Bay but not inside a tube. The scary part about Summit Plummet is you have to edge yourself down rather than falling through a trap door!!!
Such a great water park and would highly recommend it.

Our intention was to visit blizzard beach for just the morning. We arrived at 9.45am, we didn't leave til it closed at 5pm.
The chair lift to the top of mount Rushmore is definatley the best option. A few times riding the slides and your leg muscles will be burning.
Summit plummet is the scariest ride let alone water slide. I did it once...not sure I'd do it again. Brilliant experience, but my bum was red for at least two days after.
I think the other really scary slide was called slusher gusher. Again great fun but painful.
The team slide here in the big inflatable is great fun too.
The pool is perfect. Lovely temperature and loads of rubber rings to bob about in. When the waves come on it goes a bit crazy in the pool. However the lifeguards keep a close eye on how close you get to the wave machine.
The lazy river takes half an hour to do a full circuit. You don't have to go the whole way round but we enjoyed our time.
We then did the slides over the other side of the mountain. The slides with rings were fun. But it's hard work carrying a rubber ring up all the steps.
We also did the race slides with the mats which were fun. Plus the mats come up the mountain on a conveyor belt which makes things much easier.
The pre teen section was great for both our kids, and meant I actually got to relax for half an hour whilst they played.
The only negative was the terrible Christmas music being played on a boiling hot April day.
We visted volcanoe bay and typhoon lagoon and this was definatley our favourite park. For a 13 and 9 year old.

It is a water park, what can you say? Plenty of lifeguards, a good thing. A long and lazy, lazy river. except you can not bring drinks in. kind of sad.
The slides are acceptable, nothing special.
Plenty of refreshment stands, so that is great.
What they truly need is a bathing suit police. What are some people thinking?

We visited Typhoon Lagoon our first day, and visited Blizzard Beach the second. About an hour into our trip at BB we were already wishing we had gone to Typhoon Lagoon again instead. The lazy river was too shallow and had many leaves. That wouldn't be so bad if they had staff members in the lazy river scooping out the leaves and debris like they do at Typhoon Lagoon. The area was not very open and there were some quick service stops that were closed. The food was not as good as Typhoon Lagoon and there wasn't much seating for dining. On the plus side, Tikes Peak was pretty good. There are three water slides for the kids to use, and parents can go down at least one of them with the kids. There was also a sandbox for kids to make sandcastles.

Loved this waterpark! I was there twice and both times it was lovely. A very nice area, with great rides!

Visited Blizzard Beach for 1 day.
Does have quite a bit to do however everyone in our group agreed we prefer typhoon lagoon. Been to both and wouldn’t go back to Blizzard. Wave pool is much smaller than Typhoon.

Best for kids but the rudest and most unprofessional lifeguards I ve ever encountered.
These people (and I hate that phrase) are so double standard - especially in the ski patrol area. My child was trying to get out of the area after the activity and I attempted to assist her (she was not in danger) - stay outside the rope - minutes later other parents are doing the same - but are not called out.
Disney -you are better than this.
Free towels are a nice perk.
Parking is very narrow - be warned
The wave pool and lazy river are nice recover a few points

We visited with our 3 sons aged 12, 8 and 7. I think if we hadn’t done Volcano Bay first we would have been impressed, but as it was Blizzard Beach just felt tired and dated in comparison and just a bit shabby. That said though, we had a great day and really enjoyed ourself. We booked a polar patio which was steep at $300 odd dollars for a glorified sun umbrella, but we always like having a base. The down side was that if you ordered food to be delivered there - you had to go with platters (eg sandwiches, chicken tenders etc) in which case you all had to eat the same thing so instead we bought from the restaurant and took back there. You also get refillable drinks and free water on the polar patios, plus free towels and lockers. The ski patrol area was fab, although I do think there should be more than one lifeguard on the area where the zip wire and tube slide is as the poor guy on there had to have eyes in the back of his head. The family slide was great - but broke down for 40 mins whilst we were at the top so we waited it out which in hindsight I wish we hadn’t - but hey ho - you live and learn. Lazy river is cool and loved the cold jets - better filters would help though as there was a layer of leaves and stuff on the top. Overall, a great last day of our holidays. Thanks Disney!

Great waterpark with a unique twist with it being in a snowy setting! The Ski-Lift was a good feature but it got very busy very early so you were often quicker walking but it was a cool feature. The big slide was so fun but the bumpy one next to it was even better! The mat slides were all my favourite and I would recommend. This is the best of the 2 water parks at Disney in my opinion with a much better kids area too so if you can only do one then do Blizzard Beach!

Best ride to experience! It caught me by surprise, didn’t expect it to be thrilling. Park is full of sprinkles and water showers to keep you cool. But beware of the never ending STAIRS. Every tall ride has them

Having been to typhoon lagoon yesterday, I was expecting more ..... very disappointed if you have to choose between the 2 water parks go to typhoon lagoon , it’s no contest!! Disney I expect better !! 😐

We visited Blizzard twice on our 10 day holiday.
Really clean and well looked after water park.
Plenty of sun beds, both in the shade and in the sun, the sand is an added bonus, my little boy loved being able to make sandcastle.
The lazy river is a slow & steady inflatable ring ride, brilliant for little ones.
Added bonus of staying in a Disney hotel, that you don’t need to take towels with you, they are free to hire

Probably the best water park in Orlando. The kids love it and so do we. The skilift to the top of slides is great and the slides are fantastic.defentley worth a visit

We decided to try Blizzard Beach I’m the last day of our holiday - we had to be at the airport for our flight back to the UK by 4pm so we stayed from about 11-3pm. It was nice weather (31 degrees) but it was surprisingly un-busy. The main Disney parks are about a hundred times more busy than this, and even Typhoon Lagoon earlier in our holiday was much much busier.
The lockers were straightforward again and you pay for them at payment machines like Typhoon Lagoon. The whole place has a great theme, looking like a ski resort. We particularly liked the ski lift taking us up to some of the raft rides. There were lots of signs about not having anything loose with you on the ski lifts but we were fine with sunglasses, sun hats and a go-pro. The family raft rides were brilliant fun and there were no queues all day on these - it just takes a bit of time to either climb up lots of stairs or go up the ski lift which itself had a 5 minute queue.
The rest of the family enjoyed the toboggan slides etc - not my cup of tea but they loved them.
The boys (4 & 6) particularly enjoyed the T-bar which swings you over the water then drops you in. There’s a maximum height limit but no minimum so our younger boy was able to go on it even though he had to be lifted up to reach the T bar in the first place. They would have spent all day doing this is we’d let them.
I much prefer the wave pool here compared to the one at Typhoon Lagoon where I get scared I’m going to drown! It was just a normal wave pool with constant waves but not massive individual waves. So I was happy to keep an eye on the boys in the wave pool without feeling too scared or worried.
We didn’t actually have a meal at Blizzard Beach as we had a large breakfast off site then ate tea at the airport, but there did seem to be a few eating establishments and none had any queues that we could see.
We managed to find sun loungers in a shady location on decking rather than sand which is what I prefer.
We particularly enjoyed the lazy river and spent a long time just lazing along and enjoying the nice weather.
We wore swim/aqua shoes as the floor can get quite hot when you’re walking around. You can wear these on the slides/raft rides etc. There are also float/vest things which children can use for free and these can be found at locations all over the park.

I have tried hard to think which is better, Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach and they both have their unique points and positives so i would say it's a tie!
This place has a great wave pool with choppy waves (unlike Typhoon's one massive one!) This wave pool has lots of inflatable rings that Are free to use.
There's lots of good slides and the lazy river was a particular favourite (especially the ice cold water that sometimes caught us out!).
Car parking here is free but lockers are $10 which is NON-REFUNDABLE. This place is great for a full day or just a couple of hours chill out to cool offer after a day in the parks.
I would recommend taking some wet/beach footwear as the pavements here get red hot!

This water park is very fun for all ages. It has has a 'tween' section which seems to be very popular with tweens. Great lazy river goes around the resort. and lots of fun rides for the whole family! Lottawata Lodge was delicious and VERY gluten free friendly with knowledgeable and careful staff. The food options were quite good for gluten intolerant eaters in our group. Almost everything on the main menu was also on the gluten free menu. There were also some 'healthier' options as well. We were very pleased with our meals!

This is a great water park, there are a good mix of slides here from intense to very laid back.
The most intense is summit plummet, if you visit you must to this, if you’re nervous about it just think it could be a vertical drop. You’re in charge of your own destiny, get it done. It’s worth it for the adrenaline.
Slush gusher is also excellent, you get up to a good speed and briefly get air time on the first rolling hill, which I’m not sure happens on any of the other slides in any of the water parks.
The other rides are all much milder experiences but are enjoyable.
We used Orlando crowd calendar to plan the day to visit and it worked out well, we didn’t do much queueing and got around all of the slides and other attractions.
We enjoyed the rides more here than at typhoon lagoon but not as much as volcano bay, which is a step up again. Theres plenty here for those that are a touch nervous about bigger and faster slides and a kids area.
A great day our overall and a nice cooling break from the main parks.

They rode the high-level attractions and spent a lot of time on the water park's Alpine Training Course. One day we were very fortunate to be the first people in line at the park and requested to be the ski captain with our oldest kids. Before the entire park opened, they had to descend Summit Plummet, after which we got our own cabana area and lockers.

Went to blizzard beach after typhoon lagoon and wasn't impressed. Liked the toboggan run the best. Ther wave pool was nothing special. Liked the themes but overall slides were very underwhelming.

Great water park. Has areas for all ages. We had our grandchildren of all ages and were able to do age appropriate slides and pools for them all. Had a wonderful time and the size seemed to keep overcrowding to a minimal. We only waited over 30 minutes for one slide and we went in June.

Yes, free parking at a Disney attraction! Great wave pool and the Summit Plummet was excellent! Lots of fun but less vertical rides too.

This is a great place to spend a day for fun and relaxation! It's the best water park in Disney World! Kids of all ages and adults alike will love it! We love ending the day on the Lazy River for an easy, relaxing finish. If you could only choose one of the Disney water parks, this is the one to go for. Enjoy!

Love this waterpark and lazy river. The kids do the slides and I do the lazy river. I do wish they would have more sitting floats in the lazy river, but truthfully this is one of the few lazy rivers we have been to that have sitting floats instead of all rings. The grounds are beautiful, the selection of food is great, and we have been there many times. Get there early to sit under an umbrella or rent one.

Dude! I could literally float the Lazy River all day long!! It was a hot April day and rightfully crowded but I sure did enjoy myself.
The lockers and towels are expensive to rent. Why not? They have a captive audience. If at all possible, tag team your valuables or safeguard your minimalist stash in a waterproof pouch and keep them with you. Or maybe share a locker with the rest of the people in your group, it's worth the peace of mind to rent.
I went alone but found a float buddy. She was a Disney seasonal worker from New York enjoying her downtime.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this attraction!! What? There's more to the park than just the Lazy River? Nonsense!!

I love Disney but this park feels so empty, old fashioned and a bit grubby.
I think this park would benefit from a refurbishment or a change.
Maybe a Moana water park..? ... hint hint ...

Love love love typhoon lagoon, best water park for me! The landscaping, theming and of course all
The slides are amazing! Crush n gusher and miss adventure falls topping the list. I just love it here

Loved this place! The pools were lovely. My son especially loved the training assault course and the lazy river. Lovely place to have a nice relax. Plenty of options for food and drink and my partner liked the fact he could have a refillable beer cup (you buy the cup with a beer initially, then the refils are cheaper). It is definitely well worth a visit for a nice relaxing day

It is great vacation place for family, especially kids. We all enjoyed! My son likes the wave pool and the slides! There are lots of food stalls to buy foods. But I suggest if they could add more umbrella or shaded areas for sitting because it is so hot during summer.

We decided we would hire a Cabana at Blizzard Beach, and did not regret it. From our comfy loungers, to our iced water, fresh towels, safe and best of all a lovely lady who waited on us hand and foot with a smile for the whole of the day. Been to Blizzard Beach on numerous occassions, but the Cabana is the best.

We have a florida residents pass and added water parks to it. Spent a full day in typhoon lagoon with a toddler (3) and it was awesome. These are the lessons we have learned: for our family and needs we decided that arriving 30’ prior to opening is key to get location. Sitting close to where a 3 y/o will enjoy the most (the slides for kids) at the beach area where he would spend most time. There was plenty of shade areas to sit and eat. Having a smart watch with your credit card is a plus to not have to have cards or mobile with you. Temperature was perfect and water was cool enough to enjoy and refresh. We took our picnic cooler and that was great. We bought a 13 dollar drink tumbler that gives you free refills that day and $5 activation of a daily refill next time. Our kid had a blast. Rides were fast to line up for (15’ max) and all were suitable for him being 44 inches tall with only one exception. It felt quiet and relaxing. We will come back very frequently now that we built the right intel and it was added to our passes.

We visited on a very quiet day when the temperature was about 25 Celsius. We arrived just before 11 and were able to walk on to any of the rides we wanted to do. The chair lift is a good option for some of the higher rides.
Some of the other slides are up quite a lot of stairs with no warning about how far it is prior to starting the climb. I imagine if it’s busier this isn’t too much of a problem as you get some rest times but people were struggling with this in one go, especially with a rubber ring being carried too.
Food area was clean. Chicken tenders were lovely and hot. Salad was not the best we have had in Florida.
Given the low crowds it didn’t take us long to do what we wanted. Lockers are $10 for a small one which is not refundable. We were able to fit our backpack and items in here with room to spare. Just don’t over pack unnecessary items.

I can’t believe it took me so long to get to Typhoon Lagoon but now I will visit often! If the park opens at 10, make sure you’re there by around 9:15. A line starts to form and they let you in the park at 9:30. I was lucky enough to meet Stitch upon arriving!
This waterpark has something for everyone. Family slides, individual slides, body slides, lazy river, wave pool, kiddie area, great food, and more. I recommend trying the Hei Hei Cone which is raspberry and pineapple dole whip! Yummy!
Just like at WDW, water is free at quick service stands. You are allowed to bring a cooler in with drinks and snacks, just make sure there’s no loose ice or alcohol.
I will say do not count this as a “rest day” on your trip to WDW. You will be walking many many steps and up and down flights of steps all day long! But it’s worth it.
Enjoy! Can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed our time at Blizzard Beach. I hadn't been since I was a child, so it was nice to see it as an adult. We went on Wednesday with pretty average crowd levels I would assume. Here is a quick overview of our experience on a few key features:
Attractions: We rode most of the waterslides in the park. We especially enjoyed the mat slides. It was fun to take the chair lift up to the slides! I will say that the "Slush Gusher" body slide was not suited to anyone above 200 pounds. It was uncomfortably fast at that weight. The ride wait times were varied with some slides being a walk-on and some like the family raft ride being over 30 minutes in the hot sun. I would say the park could use a few more larger family attractions to meet demand.
Food and Drink: On this topic, I would say the drinks far outweighed the food. The drinks were fun and refreshing, but the food was below average Disney quality. This may have been our error for going to an auxiliary food stand ("The Warming Hut") and not to the main quick-service restaurant. We had churros and loaded tater tots. They were just okay.
Environment: The beach area and wave pool were nice. Not too crowded but certainly not empty. Some of the areas could use an update, but it seems like the park has been well maintained since the late 90s. There were a lot of cute theming details that I appreciated. I definitely think they should bring back Ice Gator as their mascot.
Merchandise: We left with a towel and a tank top. The merchandise was mostly standard Disney stuff and not a lot of Blizzard Beach branded items. I really think they are downplaying this property for some reason. I want a "Joe Blow Snow Co." T-shirt! I hope they continue to update it since this the only Disney waterpark that is open right now.

Really enjoyed their "Lazy River," but not that impressed with the wave pool. The waves are choppy, batter you around, and while I am a strong swimmer, I could see a lot of people, especially younger people. Water slides are awesome, maybe the best of the Disney Water Parks.

Very clean, didn’t spend longer than 30 mins on any ride queuing up. Spent all day there & everyone really enjoyed.Lovely to go back after 5 years.

Water Parks Orlando Ranked
1. Aquatica
2. Typhoon Lagoon
3. Volcano Bay
4. Blizzard Beach
Aquatica is still the best for kids!

A great water park, staff very helpful. The rides are fun, teamboat springs is so fun for us as a family of five. We splurged and got a private cabana. Worth every penny. Our host, Lexi was outstanding. It made the day very stress free and relaxig. Gave us a great area to connect.

Blizzard beach is awesome, loads of inflatables in the lazy river, great to sit and float around if you just want to relax, or the flumes for the thrill seekers are just brilliant.
Blizzard beach offers something for everyone and there is multiple locations for snacks and drinks and no excuse not to enjoy yourselves. Good fun for everyone and even in the Florida storms when the pools are emptied for safety there is still good times to be had by making friends with all other tourists sitting hiding under parasols!

We brought our baby and two teens to BB We warned the teens upfront that this water park might not be as exciting as some of the places they’re use to. However, they loved it. I loved the zero entry baby area. My son isn’t yet walking but the floating “ice gator” characters enabled him to stand and toddle around them, which kept him happily occupied for hours. The lazy river was wonderful for the whole family. It was the longest lazy river I’ve ever been in. The landscaping and theming in the park is fantastic.
We went on a Saturday and it wasn’t at all busy.
Free parking.

Love this place. The Summit Plummet is superb - If you are brave enough!! Loads of other great flumes to enjoy, and not massive queues.

We did four days here, (every other day) and loved it. However, we are in our late 40's and got pretty bruised and banged up from the water slides. But, no worries, we still had fun. The Polar Bar bartenders were great. Had alot of fun.

We came here as part of the Disney resort stay promo where it's "free" to go on check in day. That said, it was good experience. I liked the lazy river. We tried a few od the water slides but the lines were super long. It was our first visit here so I didnt know the loungers are not adjustable. That was a bit annoying. They had small chairs but then you cannot recline either. Food was decent for a lunch.

This is the cutest little park to get a reprieve from the big Disney park mania. Love the attention to detail - landscaping, clean restrooms, pretty views. The chair lift is such a nice touch. Wave pool is like a beach. All the slides are great but beware of the plunge slides .... exhilarating but a little painful!

Good place but very old place rides still ok at times but they need to re do the place completely or close the park volcano bay been a massive upgrade from disney parks food not to pricey but disney needs to either update or close park

It's the best water park in the world (sorry Tenerife Siam Park lovers!). The theming, the ease of parking, the beaches, the wave pool, slides are great with short queues even at peak times, food and drinks are excellent. It's just an all round fantastic place.
If you pushed me to criticise I would say the sun loungers are terrible as they're unadjustable and the lack of umbrellas and shade is unfathomably strange for a business as great as Disney not to see it's quite the issue especially for families with young children.
If you get there at opening (park opens at 10am but you can get there early and queue up within the park) you can nab the shaded areas though so the lesson here is get there early else you're really going to be in full sun all day.
Lastly a big shout out to the life guards. They're just fantastic. These aren't your local swimming pool disinterested surly bunch these guys and girls are clearly properly trained, work as a team and they make you feel exceptionally safe at all times.
There's no better water park better than Typhoon Lagoon folks. (FYI don't bother with Volcano Bay it's terrible).

In our opinion Blizzard Beach is the best waterpark for younger families. There are plenty of shady areas and quieter corners with a more intimate feel. With two dedicated areas for smaller children, pre-schoolers and under 12s, there’s enough to challenge even the most adventurous water babies.
Coupled with a family friendly ride for up to six at a time, two adrenaline rides, a wave pool and the obligatory lazy river, we easily spent 4 hours here before heading over to Epcot.
As with all parks prices are high $5 for a coffee, so bring as much as you can with you to keep the whole family happy. Look out for the ice cream buckets, at $12 they’re still pricy but easily feed a family of four or more, working out considerably cheaper per person than individual cones.

We visited here for Spring Break 2019. 4 kids (12, 15, and two 17). They all had a great time and loved it!

No waits, no lines, great beautiful park , blizzard margarita is awesome, pleeenty of seats, towel rental $2, free parking, AND ENTRY TO TYPHOON LAGOON,

We booked a cabana for both day which was $340 dollar but this gave us a base with a safe, unlimited free drinks all day, towels and the services of a concierge who would get food and bring it to us if we wanted to order it. The park itself is well laid out with loads of rides. We managed to get 3 water rides done within the first 20 minutes before moving over to the huge wave pool which was great fun. After this we hit the drop slides which were good although a bit warm under foot getting up to them. We then went and did the 3 medium slides that are all together and managed to get these down in under 30 mins. A few circuits of the lazy river before lunch and we order the nachos which came with a plethora of side bits which we took home for evening meals for the next few days. Post lunch we did the larger water ride before more time on the lazy river interspersed by body surfing in the wave pool.
A much more fun and relaxed vibe than volcano bay and a better experience

Loads to do great food and drinks plenty of loungers no great queuing time plenty for all ages nice staff

Set in a blizzard, there are massive slides to the gentle lazy river.
This is my favourite water park.
There are plenty of places for food, drink and the staff are really pleasant as you would expect from Disney

Arrived at noon to a near empty car park. We saw 6 other families here today and a few groups of friends. Absolutely no queuing, straight on every slide and tube ride. Loved the lazy river, spent nearly an hour going round and round. My boys enjoyed the ski patrol area, especially the zipwire. The sun came out after an hour and the water temperature was lovely. A fun way to spend a day off from the theme parks. Free parking and mini golf next door. Will be back tomorrow.

First time visiting Blizzard Beach. Got in free as part of vacation package. A couple of observations to share: Large lockers are not large enough - you’ll have to rent two. Wear water shoes to slip into when you come off the rides/slides - easier to carry than flips or slides. Unfortunately on the day we visited, most, but not all staff, were rude. When asked where to start the lazy river, staff member miserably responded, “at the entrance,” and then walked away. Thanks buddy. Glad entrance for our family was free - wouldn’t pay to visit this place.

We had such an amazing day at Disney Blizzard. My grandchildren had so much fun and enjoyed the lazy river so much. We were lucky and found a cabana on the beach which was so relaxing. Thanks for the best day ever. !

We had a nice relaxing day at Blizzard Beach, enjoying the lazy river and water slides. There are a lot of options for food and plenty of places to sit and relax in the shade. Best bet is to get to the park early to secure the best seating areas. Bring flip flops as some of the walk ways are extremely hot and can burn your feet in the summer. The park is extremely well maintained and there are plenty of life guards to keep an eye on the little ones.

We had a ball with he huge variety of slides and pools available. There was a lot of storms about when we were there so the rides and slides did close for a couple of hours until the lightening storms passed.

Great wateroark for family's. When we visited in Jan it was vertually empty but it wasn't particularly hot. We had most of the place to our self's. I would highly recommend.

3 visits here boys had a great time only time it was busy was on the weekend plenty of slides great to have life jackets for the little one which were free plus the car park was free not like the other sites which were $25 a day

We had plenty of things to do for each family member. When Mom couldn't participate in a few rides, there was a audience bench to watch. We had good food, and enjoyed taking pictures at each vignette. The best part was seeing the whole park designed as if you were in the Alps during a beautiful winter wonderland. Unique!

I hadn’t been to Blizzard Besch Waterpark for x25 years ! I was x15 years old back then ! Disney’s imagineers have kept this place as white, shiny & glittery ad I had remembered. Standard items - lazy river, summit plummet which my partner braved, small kid areas, large family tubes, racing flumes. There’s lots to enjoy in an alpine theme. This park alternates with its sister park typhoon lagoon. One closes the first week of January as the other opens / so check their opening times. I’m pleased to say their staff all switch to the opposite park. One staff member - JESUS we recognised from typhoon lagoon. He remembered us too. Nice guy. All staff were friendly and helpful. Free life vests for little ones. The wave pool was s decent size. Highly recommend.

I'm not a water slide junkie, but I've been to a couple of other parks before. This was as expected - lots of time spent waiting in a hot line. They do have all the amenities you expect from Disney as well. It is a very tame water park, like most of Disney, with the exception of Double Dipper, Slush Gusher, and Summit Plummet. If you like any type of speed, the rest are really boring, except Runoff Rapids, which is more of an in-between. I found the wave pool kind of awkward in that it is wide, rather than deep (front to back), and the water is so shallow most of the way out, that you really need a tube to enjoy it. By the way, tubes are difficult to come by. The lazy river is not bad, but again, very shallow, and not fast. All of this makes it family-friendly Disney. So if you like thrills, this is not the best choice, as you will spend all day taking the chairlift or climibing the stairs to stand in line for the 3 aforementioned faster slides. Their "ski patrol training area" is really cool for the elementary school-aged kids. I can't speak for the food, because we packed our own (remember- no loose ice, alcohol, or glass), but they seemed to have quite a few choices. I imagine the lines can get long, but we didn't see any. (We went on an "slow" day with imminent inclement weather.) Speaking of bad weather - we did notice that a lot of people had their chairs with clothes, bags, and towels all set up when it started pouring, and the owners were most likely standing in a long line, unable to secure their items.....something to keep in mind if there's rain in the forecast. Their locker system is awesome and handy. We rented a large locker ($15), and we Crammed two lunch bags (each 10x6x7), a towel, and a Full regular-sized (not kiddie) backpack in, just barely. They had Goofy at the entrance, and they were making Mickey tie-dyed t-shirts after lunch. They have a gift shop, but it pales in comparison to Magic Kingdom's. Parking was easy, and all the staff was attentive and friendly. The bathroom was clean. However, at the top of the slides, it smells very strongly of urine - no doubt people are forgetting to run their kids to the restroom before getting in that long line. A final thought - the lines are long (like 1/2 hour), and admission isn't cheap. You could reasonably go down only a few slides before getting rained out (they shut down if lightning strikes within 6 miles of the park). We got there right at open, and within 1/2 an hour, we were in a 20 minute line. I've read other reviews (or maybe a blog) that says you can hit every slide with no lines in the first hour, if you get there at open. I did not find that to be true. So if you don't mind standing in a hot line, and want to get the most out of the day, you should probably plan to be there open to close, on a day with virtually no rain in the forecast.

Personally I prefer the theming at Typhoon Lagoon, but both water parks are up to the Disney standard without the hectic crowds of the main parks.
Here you can relax or do plenty of water slides. There is a bobbing wave pool that you can bob around in using flotation rings, instead of the intermittent big waves at the Typhoon Lagoon wave pool.

That was all those years ago.
I hope, that over the years, it is not too old, as I have read on other reviews.
Fake mountain style environment, to take the highest slide, you climb a lot, and being barefoot, you would burn, if it did not come, continuously wet the path.

Loved visiting here. The summit plummet was a huge water slide that I will never forget. It has a good selection of water rides, such a fun day out.

I can’t believe that in this place which has such high UV levels that there isn’t more umbrellas and canopy’s provided to ensure there is shade available when needed. When I say there was no shade, I mean there was no shade! It was like a war zone as people were sat in tiny walkways trying to nab the smallest relief from the sun, utter craziness that this has been designed so poorly! We’ve spent 3 days at Disney World in blazing sun and haven’t had so much as a pink shoulder and yet after a short day here, we were all Red despite the liberal use of a factor 50 sunblock. The food ordering system is also a disaster, this is not the slick operation you get in the Disney Parks! Complaining to the manager didn’t help as she just took a call midway through talking to her, so rude!!
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Blizzard Beach is the only Disney water park that is open (Typhoon Lagoon is still closed). We came here for the day and booked a "private patio". While this is expensive (USD$360 + tax, for an off-season slow day), we definitely enjoyed the perks it offered. We had our own private seating area with umbrella, towels, locker, cooler with ice, complimentary unlimited bottled water and complimentary refillable mugs for soft drinks all day long. We had a great attendant, Erik, who would pick up food orders that we placed using mobile order, as well as get us cocktails/drinks from the bar. The patio could seat up to 6 people, so if you're splitting the cost amongst a group of friends, the cost isn't that extravagant. It was a fairly quiet day at the park, so the lines for most of the slides were quite short. We got to go on everything that we wanted without waiting more than 5 minutes.

We’ve enjoyed lots of fun days at Blizzard Beach and yesterday was just as good. As our kids get a little older we get to enjoy the park a little more. Our youngest can now go on most slides too. We rent Polar Patios and book in advance although think some people were renting on the day or upgrading from reserved seating. For us a cabana, whilst expensive, is a nice place to retreat and take a short break. We were at Patio 15 yesterday but I wish I’d requested 1, 2 or 3 again to be closer to the cable car.

You must get here early to get a good seat near the shade and water. Great selection of water rides and plenty of places to find food and drinks. Thanks

We took our granddaughters (ages 11 & 17) to Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park. As you can imagine, since it’s Disney, it is well done! There are a number of different kinds of water slides, a wave pool, and a Lazy River. There is a ski lift that takes people to the top of the mountain where you have a choice of the one-person slide or a large raft that holds up to 6 people. There is also a great place for younger children where they can enjoy the same types of activities, but which are age appropriate. There are plenty of places to purchase food and drinks. There are plenty of restroom areas, and you can rent a locker to stow your dry clothes. All of us had a super fun day at Blizzard Beach!

Gorgeous day here today, family with a 7 and 9 yr old. The park doesn't have loads of slides, maybe 7 or 8, with 3 being over 48 inches (not good for my 7 yr old) but everything is so perfectly done. The theming is delightful, down to the chairlift taking you up to the slopes/slides. There's so many cute details to spot. It's also idea for tweens as the Ski Patrol area is fab, 3 or 4 slides, iceberg floats to hop across and a zip wire that flings you into the water. Adults can enjoy the slides here with their kids but not the zip line. There's a lovely lazy river too.
My tips would be, especially on busy holidays, go early, get in at 10am to find beds in the shade, lots have no shade and today they'd all gone by 11.30. Get on the big slides early (team boat, the big drop slides, double dipper) then spend lunchtime and the afternoon at the kids area, wave pool and lazy river. Mobile order your food on the disney app, the queues were annoying. Don't expect big thrills like volcano bay, but go for the super cute theming, the gorgeous details and the ideal play spaces for children under 12. The baby area also has characters from the frozen film.

I feel like this place is less crowded that the Typhoon Lagoon. Also, the pool has a much tamer wave pool vs the TL which has a periodic giant wave every few minutes. BB seems more suitable for smaller kids. There is small section here just for the little ones including a zip line ride that my kids really liked. There is a chair lift here also unlike the TL. One tip about the chairlift, there are 2 lines, the regular and the single person line. The lifts ride 3 at a time. I saw a family of 3 go on the singles line simply because it was faster. They couldn't ride with each other but still got up there faster and also got to talk to some strangers. The chairlift is slow, you can actually walk up the stairs faster. One gripe I had was the lazy river here. Its really slow and shallow compared to other lazy rivers, kind of a snoozer here at this park. The one at TL and even Legoland are better.

This is a very good place to chill out after "doing the parks"! Our family loved the place and there was plenty to do for all of the age groups. For the larger and braver my wife tells me that Summit Plummet is the ultimate water park ride. Like all other Disney owned sites unless you want to pay high prices then take snacks and drinks with you. The really good thing with the water parks is that parking is free so that is an added bonus after paying 25$ every day at the parks (admittedly that does allow as many return visits at any of the parks for the whole day).

My 2 year old loved this water park - great toddler area. Little rubber rings (tubes) with no hole in the middle were perfect for her & she couldn’t fall through the middle. Really friendly members of staff. Only downside is that it’s difficult to get to unless you’e Staying at a Disney hotel

We enjoyed the park very much with my wife and kids. Plenty of activities to do and lot’s of areas to relax as well. Great customer services provided by the Team Members… well done !

We enjoyed our day at the Blizzard Beach. It was a perfect water park for my toddler to try out water slides and tubing. The amenities were clean, lots of staff around to supervise, and many chairs to use.

My family and I visited Blizzard Beach this September 2019 and it was our first visit here since May 2011. We had a wonderful time in 2011 so when we had the chance, we came back. Unfortunately it was not in the condition I remember it being in.
••Granted, some things to consider: we visited during hurricane season and days before they were to shut down for a lengthy refurbishment.•• Still, it didn't make our trip any more enjoyable.
The part I was most baffled with was that every single pool of water was covered in leaves and debris from surrounding trees. It was honestly disgusting. The kids area was one of the worst areas as far as the debris went but by far the lazy river was the most disgusting. When we left the water park for the day the kids and I had debris in every crevice of our body. So. Gross.
Aside from the debris everywhere, the park just seems to be in tottering between general disrepair and being outdated. The family raft ride was very fun but it doesn't compare to the experience at Typhoon Lagoon because you have to walk up a billion stairs! The chair lifts weren't working when we went - do they ever work? Because that would make the family raft ride and the higher slides a bit more enjoyable without having to walk up all the stairs every time. The kid's area also seemed a little outdated with the paint peeling and the little snow-people were in need of replacing.
I will say that the cast members working at Blizzard Beach were very friendly and it was very nice to run into Goofy in a swimsuit! That was great. We made the most of our visit and made great memories with our kids. However, Blizzard Beach needs some serious attention.

Blizzard Beach as lovely theamimg and a nice beach. However, I feel this park is not as good at Typoon Lagoon. The main pool is a wave pool however there are no big wave just choppy waves going in different directions. Also the lazy river had loads of debris’s on the bottom such as leaves, twigs and acorns. There were members of staff trying to fish them out but they made little to no difference as there was so much!
There is lots of shade in the park so that was good if your not a sum lover or have a young family.

Visited 2019, what a great way to spend your day, the lazy river is great and very relaxing, the flumes/slides are excellent and very different to each other. The different areas for different aged group kids means everyone can enjoy it.

Last time we (as a family) favoured Typhoon Lagoon for the location and the water slides, this Summer we didn't make it to TL due to daughter's illness (bad ear infection) potential contracted from Resort pool. Whilst Blizzard beach remains a lot of concrete (hot) steps to climb, we were fans of the pool (rings in the waves) as opposed to the huge waves at TL. The other bonus at BB is the mini golf courses and the fact that you get a free round before 4pm as a resort guest. These, like all the other parks where busy after lunch.

I visited Orlando quite a bit in the late 80’s and throughout the 90’s with my parents, and at the time a visit to Wet n’ Wild was something that I always looked forward too.
Now that is long gone, 25 years after my last visit I was taking my family to Orlando, and after a visit through to Tampa the day day before, after a long drive at night the next day all I wanted to do was chill, and after doing Typhoon Lagoon and Volcano Bay, a trip to Blizzard Beach ticked all the boxes.
Smaller and A LOT more relaxed than Typhoon Lagoon, it was exactly what the doctor ordered.
The water rides here are great, and the lines are a fraction of what you will be elsewhere.
Only downer on the day was a thunderstorm passed over head and the heavens opened, which saw them close the park in the early afternoon.
We could have stayed to see it out, but decided to head back to our hotel and just unwind at the pool there in the afternoon once it had passed.
Probably the water park I enjoyed the most and would have happily spent all day there had the weather been better.
In the hurry to get out of the rain I had dropped my ear pod case, and only found out when I was back at the hotel, but park staff were very helpful at helping me retrieve them and had them back in possession by dinner time.

This park is great for all ages. The lazy river is a mile long. You can just sit and relax, or take a fun ride on a slide. The wave pool is great as well!

We visited Disney as a family in Feb/March and found Blizzard Beach to be a lovely break from the hectic Theme Parks. Indeed my 3 year old it so much we visited Blizzard Beach 3 times!! The park caters for all tastes and was very quiet when we visited.

Great water park! Definitely does have the magic of Disney, Typhoon Lagoon is personally my favourite, but this does have the bigger slides (summit plummet) and is more of a thriller. Plenty of sun to be had as well and plenty of loungers for all in my opinion. Definitely a must do if you like big water slides!

I came in 2014 it was shut. I came in 2016 it was shut guess what I arrive in 2018 and it's shut.
Sorry but I love Disney but this is beyond a joke I paid for access to all parks and have never been able to go to this park as it's always shut.
Surely if this is a trait of november should I not at least get a discount.
Sorry but I paid for all parks 3 times in 6 years the park is shut in November. I was really looking forward to visiting blizzard beach but yet again it's not happening.
Would love a response from Disney on this before I go home on the 20th november

We took a big portion of our day for the park. We got a private sitting are right next to the lazy lagoon. The water slides are awesome for all ages. It wasn't a overly busy day at the park but food service to our private sitting area was really bad, no other way to say it. However all in all the park was fun and relaxing.

Had a great day at Blizzard Beach. Rides were great fun. We booked private seating (polar patio) which was very good - cool box with water, good supply of towels and a safety box for our personal things as well as having food delivered once we decided what to eat. Would recommend it

I liked the theming of this water park. Kids loved the rides and the wave pool. Food was nice but pricey.

Two adults had a good time at Blizzard Beach. The park is bigger than Typhoon Lagoon, so there are more activities to try. Lazy river was great, it is possible to get so comfortable you almost fall asleep. From time to time you’ll get a splash of cold water so that keeps you both alert and refreshed.
We did not do any of the big slides or races, it looks fun but we know our limits. We did go on the chairlift and had a blast going down Teamboat Springs.
The big pool was not as fun as the one at Typhoon Lagoon, but if you prefer a lazy river, I’d go with Blizzard Beach.
We might return one day!

Visited this park today, wasn’t as busy as I was expecting considering it was a weekend, my daughter had been looking forward to returning to this park for the bucket of ice cream she remembered from a few years back. There were plenty of sun beds to go around, the rides were great and all had a fab time at this park, shame about the rain, as the rides were stopped, but soon cleared up and service was resumed, most likely would visit again, the nice thing for us are the opening times, 10-5, makes for a more relaxing day, and a rest from all the bombing around in the Disney parks, lots for little ones to do, also for the more adventurous, not as thrilling as Volcano Bay, but a nice calming day.

The park has several attractions and the best of all: few queues.
It is a great place to put on the schedule of your trip.

I took my 13 year old to Blizzard beach and although i am not the biggest Disney fan in orlando i was pleasently suprised by the park. It wasn't to busy and it had some really nice rides. I also didn't feel like every area of the park was trying to take money off me even though i am sure it was it didn't feel that way.

We loved Blizzard Beach.
Having never been to a water park before this was a fantastic experience. From bouncing around on the rings, to chilling along the lazy river and for the more thrill seeking water shoots something for the whole family!
The day went so quickly.... Lots of sunloungers, plenty to offer in terms of food and drinks. Great set up... Would absolutely go back.

Visited this water park on 22nd July and yes, it was very busy. I am writing this review because I was so angry about the total lack of sunshades. If you are lucky to grab one of the few available around the park, great, if not be prepared to pay 30 dollars to hire a sunshade for the privilege of keeping safe in the sun. They also charge 50 dollars deposit which is refundable but can take 7-10 to go back into your account. These parks are family oriented so lots of shade should be available to everyone. I did bring this to a managers attention and have complained to the Disney website so will update when I have had a reply.

Good place to spend the hot summer of Florida, this is paradize. Kids loved the River and all the splash attractions. The food it is great and the personal is clean and attempt.

We booked a Polar Patio in August and it was amazing. We were a party of six and the patio came equipped with seating for 6, loads of water in an ice chest, a safe, 6 refillable mugs and plenty of towels. Our assistant went to get pizza for us in the afternoon, plus a bucket of ice cream, both of which were very reasonably priced and very nice.
I relaxed with the occasional trip out to enjoy the lazy river, whilst the rest of the family went on the slides. Parking was free and the park was clean and attractive.

Weather January not the warmest but was okay for the park being Brits. The 7 water rides were really fun. No ques this time of year. It’s a decent park. Pool area excellent. Don’t bother renting a locker. Everyone leaves there belongings by loungers

We spent a few hours here (before the Florida thunderstorms made it close) and it’s a great waterpark.
The rides are fab, it’s clean and tidy, we had some food at one of the restaurants and it was lovely.
I wasn’t very impressed at having to pay $10 for one of the lockers though, especially when they are tiny! So just a warning about that.
But it’s great for a chill day and a lovely few hours

We’ve done quite a few water parks and wanted to do Typhoon Lagoon as we’d done Blizzard Beach and Volcano Bay in the Orlando area.
Let me just say that we didn’t repeat any rides. We enjoyed the lazy river and the wave pool was probably THE best thing there. It had a really big punch to it. I’ve never seen a wave pool like it. The other rides were a bit rough to be honest. We like Blizzard Beach FAR better as they have better rides and food there.
Yes, we rented a cabana which was fine, in a great spot and seemed secluded from others who were in the crowded chair area.
This park is a lot of walking. I hear great things about Aquatica (Sea World) so that may be our next try. I personally would not return to this one. I did love the theme of the park; just not the rides.

We enjoyed our time at blizzard beach. The rides and lazy river was great. All the family had a good time

Much like Typhoon Lagoon, this is another good water park of Disney's. This one however, seems to attract less people, so in that sense, it's the best for a lazy day away from the hustle and bustle of the other parks. The grounds as you'd expect are spotless & set amongst a ski resort. So the surroundings as expected are all well thought out. The staff are incredibly polite, the Disney characters walking around are fab and everything you can possibly want is within easy reach. There are plenty of sunbeds, the lockers are $10 for the day and the facilities are good. There are some very good rather tame rides and then there are the ridiculous ones like the Summit Plummit & the Slush Gusher, which both seriously look like you're risking your life just by sitting on them but are perfect if you like speed as there's plenty of that on either of them! There's a fab wave pool, which is large and understandably a lot stronger the deeper you get. And the lazy river is good but gets crowded quickly, so by choosing to go there first whilst everyone else went nuts for queueing was the best decision. Though be aware that it's particularly shallow but it's lazily lovely. Fab park!

Really enjoyed this day. Stayed from opening to close. Treated ourselves to a Cabana. Service was exceptional and the sharing platters available to cabana guests were really good value. Lovely setting, very chilled out. Great slides for older kids. Little ones loved the lazy river and splash park.

Although we enjoyed the time we had here, It was very difficult to get here. We had to take two buses as they don't go direct from your hotel now. ( They say it's quicker, NOT) It took almost and hour to get from hotel to park because of transfers and waiting. That being said, We had a lot of fun on the rides. We could not page our party after arriving so I suggest setting up a meeting point and time. Locker rental was easy but $$. 410-$15 several of us did seem to get some kind of rash from the waters but it did go away after a few days. When my Grandson went to the medical tent they just gave him Neosporene. Any way not worth a ticket if it's going to be that hard to get there. park was only open from 10-5 and you want time in the parks as well at the prices they are charging.

Even though I read the comments about Typhoon Lagoon being bigger, this was plenty big. Since I don't do the big slides, the lazy river & wave pool was perfect for me. According to some reviews Blizzard Beach has the biggest water slide & it goes straight down with a few dips along the way. I loved, loved, loved how there were many trees & roofs over a lot of the chairs providing much needed shade from the hot Florida sun in July. The place was quite crowded & I'm thinking the day before, it rained all day so it was probably people from 2 days. I too think the locker rentals for $12 & $15 are outrageous! The food was expensive also at $13.49 for a hot dog & chips. I only saw bottled water & alcoholic drinks, no soft drinks. Maybe at the bigger restaurant they had them but the little ones only had bottled water for $3.49. However, this is in line with all of the Disney parks being super expensive for food & drinks. I can't imagine how a family can afford this at $70 for 4 hot dogs & 4 drinks for lunch! Since Walt wanted this to be a place that a family could afford, I think he would be very disappointed. I'm thinking these prices make up for the free parking which draws people to the Disney Water parks instead of the competitors where parking is $25. I was with a friend of mine & she & I had a wonderful time.

This themed water park was so much fun for all of us!! Great weather, perfect water temp, and not very crowded help make this a perfect time to go. Great selection of water rides and attractions for all ages and we loved how themed it was! We hope to go back someday!

Only thing I would say makes volcano bay better as a park is the virtual queue system. Given its age, this is still a good water park.
Everyone had a good time here. Place does get crazy when it closes for weather and the changing areas are too few.
Slides are good, plummet is still a great ride.
Tips, those using Disney dining plan and thinking of having a beer in the Disney water parks, get a drink with your meal to get the cup and if you get another later that day, you will save money instead of fall price as a refill. If you take a refill cup back in, beware they run a two colour cup policy so if blue on a purple day, you will be charged full price. Be poor as you’re trying to be environmentally friendly as well as save a couple of bucks.

I've braved a skydive, bungee jumped of a bridge and taken on all the rollercoasters Disney/Universal had to offer, but I've never felt adrenaline like laying down, arms and legs crossed, ready for the Summit Plummet. That is one scary MF of a water slide and it's the centrepiece of a pretty brilliant water park.
We went out of season so the queues didn't make you question the very meaning of existence, and every ride took between 0 to 5 minutes to get on. It has something for every age, from the baby's to the grandparents, with a big range of slides, tabogans and shoots.
The park also had a good range of food and drink. We sampled some of the cocktails from the Pub on the Beach. They packed more of a punch on the wallet than anywhere else, but nothing you wouldn't out of the ordinary from the other theme parks where the concept of fair pricing is an alien one.
If you're in Orlando, you need to pay Blizzard Beach a visit.

We went here for a days rest from the theme parks. It was great weather and there are plenty of flumes and rides if your feeling active. Resting and bronzing is also enjoyable.

Typhoon Lagoon was closed for ages and just reopened the week we were here which was fortunate for us. Equally fortunate, was that we chose to go on a brilliantly sunny day but cool - 50s when we arrived which meant this popular park was less than half full. This makes a huge difference to the experience, in that there were no lines for the slides virtually all day, and the wave pool (which is first class) wasn't crowded.
This is the better of the two Disney Water Parks in my view. The centrepiece is the wave pool which has a very large wave generator that operates on and off all day, with breaks to allow those not wishing to see a 10 foot wave bearing down on them enjoy a more relaxed experience. However, the "whoosh" that proceeds each wave is undeniably exciting and it is pretty intense when you are in the break zone of the wave but it's all great fun. Be aware of this though, if you get tumbled over since the bottom of the pool is a little rough and can scrape you up a bit if you are not careful.
There is a good selection of slides here although none as intense as Slush Gusher or Summit Plummet on offer at Blizzard Beach but most of the other slides are better I think. The water coaster "Crush and Gusher" is great fun and I was glad the park was empty because I imagine this is somewhat slow loading and I suspect lines will build a lot at busy times.
The body slides are great and there are several tube and raft slides too so there is something for everyone here. The body slides are pretty fast and humunga cowabunga is a rapid five story plunge but isn't super-intimidating.
I have to say that it isn't immediately obvious why the park was closed for so long for refurbushment. It is in good shape but seems very similar to when I went several years ago but it is a very nice place to be. There are plenty of sunbeds around and plenty of places to sit although, of course, this is easy to say when the park is half empty.
It's a great waterpark in my opinion, although I prefer less than super aggressive slides and if that is what you are seeking you may not find them here but it's all great fun. There are food options here as well as a number of bars and drink venues although there isn't a great variety of food on offer but it is, after all, a water park. Very much enjoyed our day here.

After a number of long days at other theme parks we decided to go to Blizzard Beach for a well earned day off!! Check in was easy..locker rental cheap at 10 bucks which is a lot cheaper than other parks we have been to and staff friendly as ever at Disney. We got a beach side bed and chilled out! Great music playing throughout the day with added to the nice vibe. Good mix of slides however not too many so therefore can get a round the park at a leisurely pace without feeling rushed to get everything done! I loved the chair lift addition as I've not seen this at a water park before. Park clean and tidy and shopped well stocked. Keep up the great work Disney team!

The best place to chill between the big parks. Love a good lazy river and this one was no-exception. Some good fun slides, some long queues in the blazing sun but apart from that great place to chill.

We purchased tickets for our family of 9 for Blizzard Beach. We had always went to Typhoon Lagoon. This was our first visit. We also purchased the Polar Ice Patio for our family as well. We were all wonderfully pleased by our day. We had Ashlee as our attendant for the Patio. It was AMAZING service. She was the perfect host all day long. She took care of all of our questions regarding the rides and the food and the drinks. She took our orders and delivered perfectly everything we needed for the day. We were so pleased to have her as our host. The food we had at the patio was amazing. We had the chicken rice bowls as well as the pizzas. The kids loved their pizza and the adults enjoyed the vegetables and chicken. It was delicious, served hot and when we requested they be delivered. The drinks were served cold and refilled many times throughout the day. We felt like we were given full attention and for the price we paid for the patio, it was well worth the price. Difficult to find in these days and especially at Disney. We were all pleased! Thank you Disney and especially to Ashlee for giving us a day for our family for the memory book.

Brilliant and fun water park was her back in August 2018 we pre booked a cabana which was so worth for the 6 of us my partner his sister her fiancé and two kids. Our cabana came with waiter service and sippy cups for soft drink refills. Food in the park was good and we could get alcohol, toilet and changing facilities were on the park and different places to eat and drinks slides were great as was the lazy river with floats. Loved the Summit Plummet it is very high up and can get bit of a queue but worth the wait.

the park is clean and spacious. It doest feel busy at all because its well spread out. lots of little huts for food and snacks. Changing rooms and showers. and of course the slides, something for everyone

We came here 3 times whilst on holiday to Orlando. We love water parks and so do our little ones. Our youngest was too small for a couple of the rides, but we all enjoyed it and found plenty of other rides/attractions to go on. One of the days had quite a big storm (thunder and lightening) so they closed all the pools. We took the opportunity to have a long lunch break and wait it out. This was a really good call as lots of people left. We could then pretty much walk straight on to most rides after the storm cleared. The wave pool is great, both of our children love this. The rides are good for adults as well as kids. There are some places that do need a good clean, such as the steps that go up to master blaster type slides. All the staff encountered were nice, polite and helpful.

Amazing place for all ages. Plenty of slides, wave pools etc. Plenty of places to eat and fantastic battered ice cream. Will definitely be returning 😄

Having visited before and been to all the other water parks this is definitely our favourite.
Plenty of shade and beds if you arrive early.
Waiting time for rides weren’t that bad.
Food options certainly better than Volcano Bay
Less hot sand for little feet to deal with and paths are constantly sprayed so if you do forget your water shoes you won’t lose the soles of your feet.
My kids 11, 14 and nearly 13 love this place that much that my soon to be 13 year old has choose to spend his birthday here on Wednesday!

Excellent day at Typoon lagoon . Very clean and well organised and fun family rides not too scary for the kids. Most rides open had to leave a little early due to storm which was noted in advance by the park so folk had plenty of time to leave . It was a big storm so would not have wanted to stay

this was a fun time for our family of 8. we loved all the slides and lazy river, the staff were all very nice , we rented a patio which was awesome.

Went a few years ago with my family. Had a very good time. Very clean a family-friendly water park. I did see a water snake wandering through the grass near one of the rides which scared me because I am terrified of snakes.

Where do I start.
No.1 not enough areas for younger kids to play
No.2 kids area 60" and below. Both my girls refused entry onto slides. Cause she was 60" and my other girl was 56" .
No.3 not allowed to wear water shoes on rides incase they slow you down but can wear a t-shirt that could snag and choke you.
No.4 wave pool far too intense.
No.5 cast members very abrupt when approached

I took my son to Blizzard beach yesterday and we had a great time. There is enough to do over a few hours and everything feels clean and safe. You can get great food and beverages too so it doesn’t feel like you are starving. My son and I find the water parks the best part of Disney, especially in the sweltering heat.

Disney offers two amazing water parks. Typhoon Lagoon. ( Them is that a major typhoon wreaked havoc in this tropical paradise) With a huuuge wave pool the family loves to go in its a great water park. Personally I like Blizzard Beach just slightly better. The water for most of the park is heated. Keeps it nice even when it rains or there is some cloudy weather. The theme of a melted down ski resort and now is an amazing water park. Rides for both young and older ones as well. The tasty frozen treats are delicious. There is plenty of are to store you items in the locker or find a nice spot to set up camp. You can feel free to walk around from area to area without having to move all your items like towels, sunscreen etc. A nice thing about it being in Central Fl is the weather. The Water parks are open year round. Both open during the Spring / Summer months. During the "FL Winter" months one park closes for maintenance, so there is always one water park available during the winter time. A great addition to any vacation in orlando, Disney or not

This was amazing moments , thanks for that
So many beautiful sightseeing views , so many incredible single , couple rides and the big surfing waves that was next level so amazing , we enjoyed it a lot :)))

I have mixed feelings as I write this review. As of late I can't help but think Disney in general has lost some of its magic. The prices seem ridiculously high, the service is up and down, and it can feel boring because the seldom add attractions when compared with some of their competitors. However I do really enjoy the Disney waterparks. They are never as overcrowded as some of the competitors water parks, they have rides for everyone and so as I said I am torn. My most recent visit I was happy that the park seemed to be doing a good job of keeping guest safe by having social distancing. There were a few times where people were a bit crowded but more the exception than the rule. I also was happy that as you enter the bathrooms they had people put on mask as consistent with CDC guidelines recommending you wear mask in doors. I am happy they seem to be staying up to date on the latest COVID recommendations which makes me feel safe to visit the park, but do admit some of that old Disney charm is missing. Please add some attractions and give the water parks and theme parks the tlc they deserve. Also get back to that old Disney service that made the company so great to visit.

We really liked the slides. It seemed a bit scary at first, going down on your front but it was fine and a lot of fun! The lazy river was a great way to relax and unwind after going up a lot of steps to go on the slides! It takes about 30 minutes to go all the way around it!
The food here is good as well and far better than I was expecting for a water park. There are plenty of good vegetarian choices, which made us very happy! You can also meet Goofy before you leave! He pops up every so often!
The staff are lovely and friendly, as you would expect for a Disney Park. Definitely worth a visit!

Not really.....phew . Baking hot! Costly to hire a cabana or umbrella. Try to find some shade for midday. Lovely water park with some amazing rides. Queues are large for some rides. Disney memory maker photographer's are available . Food and drink extortionate prices. Best buy one refillable cold drinks cup and share all day or fill a bottle from the water fountains outside of the toilets. Oh and fill up with breakfast before you come or bring a snack.

We loved everything about Blizzard Beach from start to finish. Our 9 year old daughter had so much to do. The slides were all so much fun. We enjoyed relaxing on the lazy river. Such a nice break from 98 degrees and the parks. Money well spent!!

The rides are great, loads to do for younger visitors. There are also rides for the older visitors to do.
There are loads of Disney photographer's there to take your pictures!
The wave pool is fun! There are loads of rubber rubber rings in the pool if you're not a confident swimmer!
Definitely a park to do on a hot and sunny day!

It has been years since I have been to this water park always heading to Typhoon Lagoon however with young children this is a great water park better then I remember and perfect for the kids. Youngest was 6 and eldest was 10 and all of them loved this park and the rides as not as major as Typhoon lagoon

We came here twice on our holiday, and it was really fun. Unfortunately there was a massive thunderstorm the second time we came, but obviously that can't be helped. There's a wide variety of slides, whether you like heights or not. The lazy river is definitely recommended!

We visited in May 2018 as a family group of 6 adults and 2 under 5's. We had full Disney passes and made use as of many of the Disney parks as we could.
We visited Blizzard Beach as we fancied a swim and some water rides.
It was quite a battle to find enough suitable seating for a group of our size so we could all be within a reasonable distance of each other. We did not want to sit on top of each other, just be close enough if we needed to help with childcare. We eventually found 5 loungers tucked away in between 2 rides.
The toilets and the changing facilities were a bit untidy, and were in need of some cleaning. And there were other aspects of the park that also needed this upgrade.
The lazy river was a bit chaotic at best and some people clearly have no concept on how to queue (a very British concept I appreciate but it's a basic form of politeness) and tipping a 5 year old who cannot swim out of rubber rings to get your own child in to one is a bit unacceptable in my opinion!!!
Some of the ice cream stalls and concession stalls were shut which caused bigger queues at those that were open.
We had a good few hours here, but nowhere near as long as we did at Volcano Bay and this was down to the lack of tidiness and how uncomfortable we felt in the park

I've never been a fan of water parks until I spent the day at Blizzard Beach. After relaxing on the Lazy River, and working my way through some of the less intense slide, I finally made it to Summit Plummet, and its 120 ft drop. Summit Plummet and Teamboat Springs turned out to be our favorites. There are also some great slides for smaller children.

We spent our last day at Blizzard Beach. We had not planned on going to a water park but it was definitely worth it. After spending 4 days at the 4 main parks this was very fun yet chill for me and my fam. At first it looks as though there isn't any seating but if you go toward the wave pool there are a ton of chairs to set your belongings on ie shoes, towels, clothing etc. There is also a lot of shade in that area. I'd get there in the morning as it began to get r crowded around 12-1. However, it is not nearly as crowded as the main parks. the only reason I gave this park a 4 star instead of 5 is my kids didn't really go on any slides. I think that's because, aside from the really high one, you can't really see them unlike a standard water park where they're al in plain view. Some may like that but bc mine couldn't see them it was like "out of sight out of mind" kind of attitude. However, that did not ruin anything! They loved the pool and lazy river as did my and I. Definitely go here or typhoon lagood if you have the time.

Loved multiple things about this water park. Loved the free parking. Loved the refillable drink cup.

Surprisingly good and affordable for Disney. It also includes access to typhoon lagoon on the same ticket.
The lions were not bad and the rides are as daring or safe as you want them to be.

Instead of going to the Disney parks, we opted for a Disney water park. So glad we did! We went on a Wednesday during spring break and it wasn't busy at all. No lines to wait in and the wave pool have plenty of tubes for everyone. It was very clean; workers were always picking up things. The food lines were not long and the food was delicious. Didn't seem to be too expensive for what you got. It was nice that they offered alcohol as well. We had a terrific time!!

When we visited the place it was practically empty, so it was nice to get away from the crowds. There are some lovely areas, and we enjoyed the beach. But I don’t think this place really caters for the disabled. You cannot use your DAS passes, and I can’t queue like the average person due to invisible illnesses. So I wouldn’t be able to visit this place when it is busy. We didn’t stay long as it got quite cold. I would visit again, but would have to leave if it was busy.

Me and my family go to Blizzard beach once a month when it is open. The changing rooms are always clean. It get real crowed in the summer and by 1:00 in the afternoon the line can be 45 minutes long.

We had two fantastic days here. Thrill slides, wave pools, beaches, the lazy river is bliss. Great food catering for all tastes and a good choice for vegan/vegetarians. We hired our own private area (not a cabana it was too expensive) we got a parasol in a private beach area which came with two chairs a table and two sun beds & good access to the lazy river. It cost us $75 but it was lovely to have our own area. (you book this at the shop on the way in) The only negative thing have to say is that I think 5pm is way too early to close. People aren't ready to leave at 5pm there's still too much fun to be had! :(

As I don't visit water parks at all, I didn't know what to expect but as it was included in my Disney Park Admission, I thought I'd give it a go. The place was great and my favourite was definitely the lazy river. Being able to chill in a rubber ring whilst floating round with the sun in your face was sheer bliss. I personally loved the winter theme and the Reggae Christmas tunes were a great touch. We went on a Wednesday from around 10.00am to 4.00pm and the place was pretty chilled 😄

If you are looking for a lot of diverse slides and big thrill rides, you might want to try one of the non-Disney parks. Disney is all about the presentation and they do it well. What slides they have are very good, there's just not a huge selection of them.

Blizzard Beach is a great water park that everyone can enjoy. The theme is a ski resort, complete with chair lifts, that is not doing well because the snow keeps melting - however it does make for a great water park. There are a couple of slides for the big kids, such as the crazy steep Summit Plummet or the tamer but still exciting Slusher Gusher. There are also some racing water slides where you can see who's 'tobaggan' is faster. There is a little kids area with lots of water activities to keep them entertained as well as a lazy river that the whole family can enjoy. Food is a little expensive, but usual prices for a theme park. You can rent a locker Each of the resorts has a bus to the water parks or there is plenty of parking - our bus also went to the other water park and did not seem to run quite as frequently as the ones to the parks. Single tickets to the park looked rather expensive, but we gained access through the Park Hopper Plus, which includes both water parks. We went on one of our 'down' days rather than going to the resort pool and were glad we did because it was so much fun. Be sure to check the water park refurbishment schedules because one or the other is often closed during the slower months for touch ups.

We love a water park is the first thing i want to say here. This one is great in many ways but it does feel a little old for some reason. The slides are good and the queues were small, maybe because it was a little cold for the locals. The 2 big slides really took my breath away and i felt the aftermath of them for a while. My son 6 year son loved the childrens area and the big slides that he could go on.
Food was not brilliant but it never is in Disney quick eats.

Arriving at the park, we were glad to see lots of loungers available. However, these turned out to be exceptionally uncomfortable and you couldn’t even adjust the headrest. Under the lounger my son picked, was a disused nappy that had clearly been there for a while. The wave pool with rubber ring was decent, my daughter and I spent a good half hour in there but sadly that’s were our fun stopped. The queues to get onto the rides were exceptionally long, and just wasn’t worth the wait. After two hours at the park, we made the decision to leave and come home. Volcano Bay has so far been the best waterpark here by miles, and if we did come back to Florida we wouldn’t return to Blizzard Beach.

Visited yesterday and timing was great, barely a queue all day and some awesome rides, the favourite is always the toboggan racers but just overall great fun for all our group, though with the lack of queues it was an early finish...though that suited us

Went with family (large group of us) including a range of ages (from 2 - 69) and we had an incredible time.
So many good slides. Double Dipper, Summet Plummet and Slush Gusher are amazing for the daredevils. Those of us brave enough will not ever forget them.
The whole family loved Steamboat Springs and went on it many times.
Staff are amazing, so friendly and so helpful - cannot speak highly enough of them.
The following are not reasons not to go but things you should be aware of:
* The food outlets are not great in terms of quality but high in price.
* We could not get round all of the slides in a day due to the size of the park, the number of things you can do, the limited opening hours (10-5) and time it takes to get back up the hill after each slide. This in no way detracts from experience.
* Photos and deals of this nature are not cheap.
* You can take food in.
* Parking is free.

This water park is amazing they have a thrill ride called summit plummet and they also have slush gusher and teamboat springs a raft ride. Parents with little children will love this park because there is an area called tikes peak meant for children 10 and under with a zip line and a raft ride and tried parents can relax in the free chairs.

I really liked and enjoy the place way more than I expected ! Was super fun the summit plummet attraction. It’s also really good for toddlers and kids older than 7.

Well Disney, some work to do here. Very tired park. Needs some money spend on this. It’s not a patch on Volcano Bay! There is plenty to do and see, and it’s clean. Easy to get to and parking was free!
We did not stay that long as weather got a bit cold. When we wanted to go to a water park again we avoided this. Would not go back, if your looking for a water lark it’s Universal Volcano Bay all the way ! 🤞😀

It's a good day to relax have fun be adventurous with the lovely lagoon river to the rapid slides that lay upon that park the this is defo the best one over typhoon lagoon for the little ones with a area just for them we go each year but try and get snacks for the day to fill up on as the prices are very high for the avarage food you get so a publix or walmart and your on your way to having brilliant home food snacks and a brilliant day with less of the expense

Visited in June afternoon hours from 1-5pm. Crowds were very manageable. We did not wait any longer then 15 minutes for any of the slides. Wave pool was nice and lazy river was as well. Lazy river is too narrow, and It causes it to feel too crowded. If you are picking between Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon go to Typhoon Lagoon.

Went for 2 weeks to Orlando and spent the first week of my Ultimate Vacation visiting the Disney parks. We did half a day at Blizzard Beach and did all the slide except the big drop because i'm too scared. They have a cable car type chair lift that can take you to the top of the mountain for easy access to some of the slides. Love the rafting ride.
Great day out to unwind from the parks but you should have enough time to visit one of the parks afterwards to do a half day there also. You can load up your magic band with a payment card to pay for food and drinks which saves you carrying around your wallet. Great day doing slides or just relaxing on the lazy river.

I like Blizzard beach. It isn't as popular as Volcano Bay but it being a little less busy is part of the attraction.
Free parking.
Excellent coffee.
Some excellent food choices and ...
Relatively cheap lockers !
Ideal for all the family.

I give it 4 stars not 5 because the installations appear a little old the "ski" lift was not working most of the day. Having said so my kids, 7 and 9 years old loved it. The wait was mostly 10 -15 min. which wasn't too bad for a hot Saturday afternoon. We were able to find few chairs and beds to relax.Nice break between visiting the Disney parks.
A time was had!
Such a great time. The staff was friendly and the wave pool was our favorite. We stayed in there for hours. I will definitely be going again next year.
