Hot day

By Corbin G |

We went during the flower festival and they had a variety of food booths and topiaries set up that were lovely. Plan appropriately for the Guardians of the Galaxy queue, it fills up in about 2 seconds when the check in goes live. And plan on waiting for an hour inside once your group does get called. Wear lots of sunscreen and a hat, and take lots of breaks inside. On these hot May days, it was brutal at times.

Epcot 200 Epcot Center Drive Orlando, Florida

By C J |

The park is nice but over the years it has gotten way out of hand on pricing. When some of the attractions are charging about $7 for a six-ounce beer it is ridiculous. Some of the visual attractions need maintenance as they are showing wear and tear. Soarin' Around the World is the best ride there. The fireworks show at night was really good. Don't miss it as that is the best thing the park has to offer.

Best Disney park

By 3000calories |

Epcot is our favorite park and it just got upgraded with guardians, Moana and world showcase. The new fireworks show is also fantastic

We will not be going back again.

By Robert P |

Not at all impressed.
Two of the big attractions were closed, which we did not find out until after we arrived.
The food/drink prices were borderline extortionate.
The queues for many of the rides were ridiculous (70mins + for many of them).
You could, of course, part with a little extra money to jump the queue which only makes the wait longer for those who did not buy a ‘Lightening Pass’.
It’s the first the we have been for about 30 years and, in my opinion, it’s not what it was.

Beautiful park

By Judith D |

We visited all 4 Disney parks early April and this was my favourite. The flowers are just beautiful to look at, and the displays with Disney characters are just amazing. We didn’t go on any of the rides but instead just walked around with a coffee. Loved it.

Review of Epcot and the New Guardians of the Galaxy Ride

By john.B |

Epcot has always been a park that mixes fun with innovation, but with the addition of the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, it’s on a whole new level. If you haven’t been to Epcot recently, now is the perfect time to rediscover it.

Let’s start with the star of the show: Cosmic Rewind. This ride is absolutely mind-blowing! It’s a rollercoaster, but not like anything I’ve ever experienced before. The way the cars rotate during the ride makes you feel like you’re flying through space alongside the Guardians. Plus, the music! The soundtrack changes each time you ride, and the energy it brings is off the charts. It’s pure adrenaline and fun, and honestly, I couldn’t stop laughing and cheering the whole time.

Beyond the ride, Epcot continues to shine with its unique mix of attractions, food, and culture. The World Showcase is still one of my favorite places to walk around, with amazing food and drinks from around the world (I highly recommend stopping in Mexico or France). And the futuristic vibe of Spaceship Earth and the new attractions at World Discovery make the park feel fresh and exciting.

Epcot has always been a park for those who love to explore and learn, but with Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, it’s now also a place for thrill-seekers. It’s the perfect mix of innovation, fun, and adventure.

If you’re planning a trip, make sure to prioritize a ride on Cosmic Rewind – it’s an absolute game-changer and worth every minute of the wait. Epcot just keeps getting better and better, and I can’t wait to go back!

Orlando Visit

By Paramount E |

Always fun! Year round, never gets tired and never gets boring. Looking forward to keep coming over the summer many more.

Terrible Epcot visit.

By Davissonny |

Visited Epcot Saturday Feb 8th. I normally really enjoy Epcot. It was my favorite park to visit but very disappointed with this visit.
It was way too crowded, it is like management did not care how many attended, just pack them in. Every line concession or whatever , was extremely long. Could not even walk ten feet, just shoulder to shoulder.
I have visited at least 20 times over last 20 yrs. I doubt I will ever return. A person with me was a first-time visitor and basically said she has no interest in ever coming here again.

Not for kids!

By 2seniorcitizens |

We are senior citizens and enjoyed the various country venues and learning more about each one. I wouldn’t recommend this park for young children as they will become easily bored as will even teens. A few rides but nothing that was that entertaining. If you can take the time to wander from country to country without children, it would be the best way to go. Our main problem was exiting the park- no signage and very confusing even though we asked a number of employees who unfortunately didn’t seem to speak English very well. $30 parking was way excessive in my opinion.

Disappointed @ Disney World.

By Jeanne L |

I first want to start with saying my family are huge Disney fans and have visited the parks 20 plus times over the past 26 years. We have not visited since the pandemic. So this was our welcome back trip. We were greatly disappointed. The price of admission is so expensive. We did a park hopper pass. But we figured it was worth it! Well, many attractions/rides now need pre arranged reservations and will cost an additional amount to your admission ticket!
Not only that, many rides stopped or broke down while on them. The Spaceship Earth attraction at Epcot got stuck for about 20-30 minutes before they made people exit the vehicles on an incline and walk down a steep stairwell in the dark! Absolutely insane. To add to this they gave you a "lightening pass" as a way of compensation but it wasn't good on any rides!
It was about 97 degrees and the ride lines did not have any fans blowing. So you were outdoors, in a covered area with no air. It was insane. This was horrible in the Magic Kingdom @ Haunted Mansion and the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Truthfully the only positive part of the experience was being with my family.

Epcot was Wonderful!

By Christine Too |

Had the best time at Epcot, walking pretty much non-stop - only stopping to eat delicious bbq chicken (at the Regal Eagle Smokehouse) and to get the most incredible Parisian Cosmo Slush in "France." In fact, had such a great time that we didn't even go on any rides - that this is not like us! We listened to a wonderful Latin bank in a little amphitheater, and even though we didn't understand what they were singing, had the best time, dancing in the isles! Epcot is the perfect place for adult visitors to Disney World; a lot of the kids that we saw looked as if they'd rather be at the Magic Kingdom!

Worst amusement park

By Joan S |

Over crowded, over priced, understaffed. very dirty park . Would Never go back even if they paid me. It is by far the worst amusement park .

Go to the restaurant Space 220

By Bd |

Although it is considered a more adult park, it has an amazing park and that children love, it is called Green Landing Family Play Zone. The Moana attraction is also great for young children, especially for sunny days. They mess, jump, play. Bring some extra clothes. It's a great break for the kids. Tip: Book in advance the restaurant Space 220, it is a must-see restaurant. More like an attraction. Both children and adults love it. It has a pretty saladoo price, but it's worth it.
Get in the park early. That makes a total difference in your day.

Too expensive for what it offers if you're an adult without kids.

By Pantuflas Y |

My boyfriend and I were visiting and were told this park is best for adults since we wanted thrill, roller-coasters, and amazing visual rides like the star wars ride in Hollywood studios. There was nothing of the sort besides guardian of the galaxy and it wasn't worth the 15 dollars. It was one of the best attractions though along with the test track ride.
YA'LL BE CAREFUL WITH THE MISSION SPACE RIDE. I never get I'll on any g force rides but this one had me nearly vomiting! Be very careful. I was sick for the whole day! They warn you but do not take their heed lightly.
If you are here for food tasting, this place is the way to go because you can eat food from around the world. My boyfriend is italian and he said the italian food was sub-par for the price offered. It wasn't bad but it was pricey so beware.
There are no benches or places to sit when waiting for the busses! Please be aware!
They claim that it's futuristic but it's not. There is only one ride that offers that and it's the test track ride. 40 years ago these rides were futuristic but now it's outdated.
I want to give an honest review because I wish someone had when I was questioning whether to come here or not. Read my review because I am an honest and caring citizen and want you to spend your money wisely and in a better way!
So no, It wasn't worth it but it is very interactive for kids. It's not for adults seeking thrill. Take your kids here but that is all.
We paid around 300 or so dollars for 2 adults.
Take care fellow humans and heed my warnings! Love and peace

Visit Epcot

Outrageous rip-off. 190 dollars / person. Long waiting times. To the high admission still overpriced (s)goods and food. In addition, some attractions were closed. We were disappointed, frustrated, upset.

Would never visit again captive dolphins and manatee

By Carleystewart |

Very disappointing.
We either had to pay an extra €15 to ride guardians of the galaxy which is the only decent ride there or sign up to virtual queue which was not available to us all day. The other attractions were pretty poor too.
Terrible that you still have captive dolphins and that poor manatee. If I’d known you had them I would not have paid money. I do not visit sea world for this reason. The rays were just circling like pacing as were the dolphins

Underwhelming

By Jill H |

This was not what I expected at all. Very little evidence of anything Disney except a lot of visitors wearing Mickey Mouse ears. Each of the mini countries had very little of interest just a souvenir shop, restaurant and a food and drink stall. The whole place was just a money making machine. Fortunately we paid a reduced price for entry after 1pm or we would have felt really robbed. It is shockingly overpriced.

Variety of things to do from Moana to outer space

By BeenTo7Continents |

We saw the new to us Moana attraction. And went to a space station in Space 220 restaurant including Moon Rocks lemonade with pop rocks. Food and Wine Festival was going on while we were there.

Nice Time

By Hobbit Honey |

Fabulous fireworks and loved the skyline ride from Hollywood Sudio. It was very busy being a Sat evening during the wine and food festival. Such detail and nice to walk around. The hang gliding attraction was lovely.

Epcot Excellence!

By Erik_and_Cheryl |

This is an Erik only review as Cheryl did not attend. I went here May 8, 2024. After my magical experience at Hollywood Studios on May 6, I wanted more. This review is about the park and attractions. Restaurants will be rated in separate reviews.
I had a fantastic day here. The park is beautiful and spotless with so much to see.
The customer service is amazing, the best I have ever experienced. This is how amazing they are. Sometime between 11:30 AM (when I had finished Test Track) and 1:30 PM (about 30 minutes after I had eaten lunch) I noticed my magic band plus was no longer on my wrist. I went back to the restaurant and told them I lost my magic band. The checked the area I sat at and checked their lost and found, but no luck. The suggested I retrace my steps and to stop at the first customer service kiosk I come across to report it lost. I made it back to Test Track and asked if they had found my watch. They had not. The cast member then went through the Test Track pictures and found my picture. The picture showed I had the magic band on. He had the car pulled and searched, with no luck. I went to a customer service kiosk and reported the loss. They were amazing. The took my details, issued me a card that had my info on it, helped me fill out a lost and found request. Three hours later I get a text and email stating my magic band had been found and was at the main customer service office. I am reasonable sure only Disney could pull this off.
I was able to get on 11 rides on 5 different attractions.
Spaceship Earth x1, Mission Space Orange x3, Mission Space Green x1, Test Track x3, Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind x2 and Soarin' Around the World x1
The rides were exhilarating and entertaining. Guardians of Galaxy is the best coaster I have ever been on. Yes, the lines can be long and yes, it is expensive, but to us was worth every penny. Epcot passes the Erik and Cheryl price to value index with flying colors. I definitely will go back. I give this venue my highest recommendation. A final thought: If you are skeptical about what people tell you about Disney magic, you need to believe them. Words cannot describe the feeling you get in the park; you have to experience it.

Drink Around the Worid at EPCOT

By Denise T |

EPCOT is one of my favorite kingdoms in the Disney dynasty. Take the kids and go on Ratatouille- or -leave them at home (supervised) and drink around the world!

I loved!

The experience was incredible, the tour through Mexico was beautiful, eating at THE AMERICAN ADVENTURE restaurant, highly recommended!

Building work

By DavidUK2010 |

It is a great park when its the food and drink festival. Sample food and drink in all the pavilions.

Plenty of rides but the main one guardians of the galaxy is virtual lane. It is possible to get a ride on here, but when I went last time the person sat next to me said he was riding it back to back as he had a group of people who had booked for multiple people.

This time managed a walk-on as in group 5 and first to ride so thankful for that as had rest of day for the rest of the park. First time ever on ride was over 90 minutes once inside the building.

Plenty of photo opportunities and the skyllner does get you here quick, but when you come from Pop Century it feels the highest pint ever on the system. Just be aware if hate heights.

The Frozen ride and queue still the same over crowding regardless time of day you turn up.

Sadly been coming since 2017 and still not finished construction. Will they ever take down the partitions.

On leaving had a photo pass photo but sadly Disney sent the photographer out with dodgy equipment and the stand did not work right. You seem to have to ask for a magic photo now, but it failed to work.

Be aware that people feed ducks chips at the Rose and Crown pub seating area outside. People need to follow rules.

Walking the world in EPCOT...

By Fam_Torres_A |

Epcot is wonderful... culture of many places in one place... private concerts in the food & Wine... much to see... buy what you like at the moment... it is great, you will not be able to return to that place... the older attractions are still attractive... and the new ones much superior...

Amazing Epcot

By Bogotarocks |

Epcot is still our fav park behind Magic Kingdom - there is just something special about it. The trio of Frozen, Soarin, and Remy's are among our fav rides across all the parks.

Since our last visit in 22 they have added a Moana walk through - which is really nice for younger kids.

We were there for the food festival - and some of the stools were really tasty.

As always - had a great time.

TIP - as with all Disney Parks - if you can afford it - get the multi pass!

Visit EPCOT's Amazing Aquarium

By PackUpNGoNow |

We recently went to the SeaBase Aquarium that is part of EPCOT World Nature - Seas Pavilion. SeaBase is an amazing aquarium not to be missed - we learned that it is the 2d largest aquarium in the United States.

The SeaBase Aquarium includes many exhibits. One large tank holds two rescued manatees - you can observe the manatees from above the water or go to the lower level and see them underwater. Another large tank holds sharks, rays and other large fish. There are also different themed areas with small tanks. We later learned that as of May 2025, SCUBA-certified park guests can experience DiveQuest and swim with the fishes.

The Seas Pavilion also includes Moana's Journey of Water, an outdoor interactive water garden, The Seas with Nemo & Friends ride, the Turtle Talk with Crush interactive show and The Coral Reef Restaurant.

Lacks the Disney Magic

By NewsByScott |

Having heard my whole life how wonderful EPCOT is, we decided to go when on a vacation in Florida. I know there are many die hard Micky fans that love this place, for me it was eeehhhhhhhh. Admission is pricey. I'm sure it costs a fortune to keep that place running so I am not here to complain about that. My reviews is that this place lacks the "magic" of disney. Other than Guardian of the Galaxy the rest were mediocre at best..including Test Track it could be so much better. Not sure why you would bring littles here the walking is immense and the popular rides have long waits for a quick ride. We had waited in line for 1 hour when Frozen broke down, if that happens to you...quickly go to a customer service area and they will give you fast track access if it reopens. We did not really dine in a restaurant but instead just grabbed whatever had the shortest wait. The price again is steep for the quality you get. My take on EPCOT was that Disney decided that they could make MORE money but throwing in a few rides and making you believe you need to go to all the parks. We even left the park 2 hours before it closed due to just a lack of enthusiasm on our part. This is one park I would never suggest....it just falls very short of the Disney magic. I will say for about 5$ more we chose to UBER from our nearby hotel and it was worth it not to have to walk so far when we left.

Food average, rides good, fireworks great

By yss97 |

The most popular ride Guardians of the Galaxy operates a Virtual Queue. Some people can get on it in the morning, but usually, the queue opens again at 1pm. If you don’t get on it by 1.05pm, there are no more slots! And they don’t have a stand-by line.
The other rides have the usual lightning lane or stand-by. Test Track was closed -disappointing. Soaring was great as usual. Ratatouille good. Frozen over-rated.
Food was unfortunately very average at not average prices, but guess that is expected at Disney.
The fireworks at the end was spectacular, so worth staying for.

Still as good as ever !

By Virginia S |

It’s been 8 years since our last visit and found everything more interesting than ever with lots of new attractions including a new ride called Guardians of the Galaxy which we never encountered last time but it was recommended to us so we thought we would give it a try - big mistake ! It’s an indoor roller coaster in the pitch black dark that goes up high and backwards , sideways , and we were thrown around badly . We realised at our age we should have given it a miss . It took us 2 hours to recover from this ride feeling very ill when we came out. This ride is for the young !! The rest of the day was wonderful finishing with dinner in the French restaurant which was Devine .

Adult Drunkards who want to hug Children's Characters

By Travel_grl01 |

Epcot sells alcohol so all day you are dealing with adult drunkards who want to meet children's characters. If that is your vibe then go.

Not family friendly, unsafe crowd control.

Great day

By Kev M |

Visited here 2/8/24 with family in the afternoon and evening . We managed to get on most of the rides including soarin twice . We rode guardians of the galaxy which is a fantastic ride and a brilliant rollercoaster . We had to pay extra on a lightning lane to guarantee getting on but it was worth it . There is no stand by lane at the moment and it’s either a virtual queue or the lightning lanes . We stayed for the fireworks which were fantastic and are in the garden grill restaurant which I have reviewed separately . Overall a great park ..

Best Experience at Epcot

By SDTravelCouple |

We had a rough time in the beginning getting the hang of the Disney genie plus and getting in the virtual queue. Once we got to the park we ended up finding a customer service rep under one of the blue umbrellas.
We struck Gold in finding Hayley. This young lady was an absolute GEM! Not only did she assist us in fixing our selections but she helps us get in the virtual queue for Guardians of the Galaxy (one of the main reasons we came).
I cannot tell you how much of a difference it made in our entire experience.
Sometimes, it’s not just the help you get but the level of effort and well, just their attitude. This young lady had the best attitude I’ve seen in a customer service person in a very long time.
By the way, I’ve been to Disney in Anaheim, Paris, and Tokyo. We are well traveled and this is the first time I’ve taken the time to review someone publicly. She was that great.
Thank you so much Hayley for truly caring about what you do. It absolutely shows. Love, the Bergs from San Diego.

Waste of time and money

By barleycat |

Huge mistake and waste of money. Not many rides across what is a sprawling park. Dolphins kept in captivity was upsetting. My fault for not doing my research. Was told there was a food festival which comprises stands selling ‘world food’. Not authentic and very gimmicky. Complete waste of time on my precious holiday.

Be prepared

By Andy P |

Each park at Disney has their own unique experience. Magic Kingdom everyone loves, Animal Kingdom is for animal lovers, Hollywood Studios for the thrill seekers, and Epcot, well Epcot is best known (unfortunately) for alcohol. Epcot should be known for the different cultures and learning experience. There are not a lot of rides but there are a few really good ones. That being said there is plenty to do. We spent the whole day there, rope drop to close, and still did not do everything. A nice feature in Epcot, club cool, a coke store that has free samples of soda from around the world (try the Beverly). Bring your walking shoes because this park has the most walking area.

Great Festival

By Sandy M |

Went specifically for the Food & Wine Festival and we were not disappointed. Park was reasonably crowded but not crazy crowded. Each country offered 3 entrees and 3 alcoholic drinks and prices were very reasonable. Loved the festival booklet that explained the locations and offerings for all the stands which made it super easy to find items you wanted to try. We splurged and did preferred parking which I would highly recommend. We were literally parked steps from the entrance which made leaving super easy and efficient. If you want to ride Frozen, definitely go early and do that first. Wait times for Sorin were shorter later in the day.

60 year old couple first time ever at a Disney park

By dreamer_in_dreamer |

Since we had never been to any Disney park we did some research and decided on Epcot.
. One thing we would do differently is try and go through each Country Pavilion before deciding on which ride(s) to take as we spent too much of our day waiting, waiting in lines for rides that turned out to be nothing special after long wait
. Yes it was pricey for a one day ticket + parking and currency exchange
. I worried about not finding parking, it was fine easy to find
. I worried about staying for the fireworks and too crowded to get out of the parking lot, that turned out to be a non issue as well
. We did a few rides and glad there was A.C. while waiting for them as long wait times
. Soarin was our fav ride
. Also the gondola was good even though that's not a ride but a transportation to the resorts, take the ride it's fun
. Nice touch that many of the food kiosks gave out water with ice in cups
. Free Coca Cola at the one kiosk was also a nice touch trying different flavors
. We used the paper map supplied at entry and many times couldn't figure out which way to go but always found someone willing to help
. Lunch was pricey but ordered a kids meal and it was just enough and price was right
. I wish they had phone/tablet charging stations and a place to sit and rest the legs/feet while charging, we were told only Starbucks had somewhere to re-charge
. The fireworks were a great sight to see but very sappy sad music played throughout. The fireworks lasted about 15 minutes if anyone wonders

Would we go back? We probably would not because if we returned to Disney we would try another park.

Wonderful experience at EPCOT!!!!!!!

By Cindy Smith |

Disney truly is a magical place!!! I brought my six beautiful sons there for our annual Disney vacation, and we were blessed with a small line to the porta potty!! There were less cockroaches than last year, too!! But that’s not the only thing that’s changed. For lunch we bought hotdogs and I noticed their prices had gone down to only $30!!! And while taking a picture with Minnie, I noticed her smell of cigarettes had lessened!!! The biggest thing that’s changed though is how better the food is!!!! Taking my kids on the around the world trip was still as great as before! My favorites countries there are France and Africa! All in all, Disney keeps improving every year!!!!! I truly hope they get rid of the trees soon though because they spoil the view. Truly the most magical place in the world!!!!!!! My six wonderful sons loved it!!!!!!!!!

Favorite park

By tmde |

Epcot is my favorite park. It has a more adult feeling to it, which is very nice. There are a lot of food options and things to see. I think Disney does need to open up the standby line instead of virtual queue for Guardians of the Galaxy. There are not a lot of rides in Epcot & this would lessen up some other lines. I wish Disney would also stop putting movies themed rides, overlays, & merchandise in the world showcase. I liked it more when I could go into each country, see items from that country, & learn something about it. There are plenty of other places in WD to put these things. But i do still love Epcot. The only negatives I came into contact with were drunks in late afternoons & a lady in the Italian pavilion who I assumed worked for Bvlgari. She was blocking the ladies area while helping another woman. No biggie, I didn’t need her help, but wanted to smell a certain perfume that I was going to buy. I said excuse me. She wouldn’t move, turned tome and stuck one of the samples to my nose without even asking what I was looking for, turning back to the other woman as I grabbed it off my face. I don’t know if she thought I wasn’t serious or couldn’t afford it (I’ve purchased multiple Bvlgari perfumes over the years), but she was so rude & abrasive. I was so put off by her, I walked out without a purchase. Maybe next time.

A timeless favourite park

By Irishkisser |

Whilst Animal Kingdom perhaps takes my title for most impressive, Epcot can give a more relaxing visit with fewer big rides.
I think I could return and return to this park with being bored.
The catering seems to be better too, seek out the funnel cake near the American experience, but take a friend as it is filling.
Still a major problem with queues unless you have a lightning pass. Disney really need to sort this? Basically you are paying a basic price to look at the scenery unless you can tough out waiting in a queue for 60 minutes in 33c. Or pay a premium.

Don't bother

Don’t come if you are sick or disabled. This was the worst day of my trip.

By Jaimzie |

Currently sitting in the American adventure area taking a break to begin writing this as I wanted to warn other sick people not to bother coming here. I have lupus and I’ve been in tears no less than three times so far. The disability parking was pitiful for such a large park and was completely full on a relatively quiet weekday with no open spaces which forced us to walk a lot further just to get in. Then I was separated from my stroller for security and forced to lug our heavy bags much further down for the security bag check and cue the first lot of tears as I was exhausted and in agony dragging them all the way to the other end of the area and I hadn’t even entered the park yet. Then we finally get in and I calm down and take some medicine and we go to rent a mobility scooter, sorry, all gone. Cue the next lot of tears as Disneys website states how they pride themselves on disability access and inclusivity and this was the last place I was expecting to have any problems, I’d hyped myself up for this to be our best day of the trip and I just kept being let down. We ended up having to ask our elderly parents to push our toddler in her pram so my husband could push me in a manual wheelchair in the heat. We did get told they would call us when a scooter became available but that happened when we had already gotten home. (That’s where I am now finishing this review up and having a much better time sitting in my hotel bed than I was at Disney Epcot) The line up for the one Nemo ride we managed to go on was uncomfortable and full of people open mouth coughing (it’s also was impossible to leave once you get in the line which was infuriating and by the time we could, we were nearly at the ride so we figured after all that waiting we better go on) so we have only gone on one ride today since DAS has decided to exclude basically every disability now and only cater to autism. The one saving grace of our day was the Moana water area. We had a bit of fun and my toddler enjoyed it but the area was pretty small and over quickly. We walked through the world areas and it was so crowded and hard to get a wheelchair or pram through that nobody wanted to stop anywhere and most places were not stroller friendly so I would have needed to take my child in and out the pram over and over and I was already in extreme pain and exhausted. There were basically no cool down areas or fans in the park either. SeaWorld had a ton the other day and I was expecting so much better from Disney. The one ride I actually wanted to take my little girl on had a 40 min wait and I knew I couldn’t wait in that line so I took my sick disabled butt home and cried a couple more times on the way out because this was meant to be the highlight of our trip and I was so sad and disappointed that we had wasted our money and time. Had the disability accommodations been reasonable, this could have been an awesome enjoyable day but the park just isn’t set up for sick or disabled people to be able to be included. They lack the needed mobility aids and parking and their staff just don’t seem to care. Several of them saw me in tears and said absolutely nothing.
Worst part of our trip so far. We were planning to come back for magic kingdom once my daughter is older but after this, I think we will just wait til she is tall enough for the rides at universal. They are so much more inclusive and we have never had a bad day there.

Good overall, but too few rides/attractions

By loftgroovv |

My family of five enjoyed our visit to Epcot.

Guardians of the Galaxy and Ratatouille were the two best rides, and we also enjoyed Spaceship Earth and Living with the Land.

Epcot has a nice "feel" to it compared with other Disney parks. We found it less crowded, more spacious and more relaxing than e.g. Magic Kingdom (too busy) or Hollywood Studios (awful).

My only criticism of Epcot is there is too little to actually do over a full day.

The rides/attractions mentioned above are all good, but there should be far more of them. Much of Epcot is food stands and shops supposedly representing the culture of different parts of the world, which if you're well travelled and have actually been to these countries you will find quite laughable. It's more "how Americans imagine these countries to be".

Of course Disney is a business, I'm not naive, but given the entry prices alone are high the value for money at Epcot is questionable when about 50% of the park is just shops/eateries trying to part you with yet more money.

We had a good time, but it was an over-priced day out for what is on offer.

Favorite Disney experience!

By Jerri L |

Epcot has always been our favorite Disney Park for the international culture, mixed with innovation and imagination. Being able to enjoy it with two of our young grandkids this visit was magical - visiting the princesses and exploring the attractions inspired by Moana, Nemo, Frozen, Beauty and the Beast were especially their favorites. We visited on a Monday during our spring break and were pleasantly surprised to find short lines and minimal crowds compared to what we have experienced before. We had reservations at Akershus Castle with the princess experiences and seeing the kids joy was worth it. The international garden displays were beautiful and this was an all around wonderful experience and day.

Deception

By Leonardorios |

Total disappointment. I've been here several times, but the virtual queues have destroyed the magic of the park. Until you solve this, I'm not going back to any Disney parks. There are better options: sea world, universal, legoland, etc.

Our favorite ride is at Epcot

By Joe S |

Epcot had our favorite layout of the 4 Disney parks. The food festival from all the different countries around the world was very enjoyable. Epcot also had our favorite ride of all the parks. Guardians of the Galaxy was the most fun ride of all. Do not go to Disney without riding this one. Our niece was also happy to get to meet Mirabelle and saw the Encanto show.

Tired and Dated and Dolphins in Aquariums!

By TraceB |

Not going to lie but avoid when the food festival is on. It's ridiculously busy. Food queues everywhere are long and very slow. Don't plan on getting on any of the new (ish) rides as again the queues are so long and slow. Who wants to stand in blistering heat for 75 minutes. The express ticket culture makes your wait even longer if you don't want to pay extra on top of an already expensive ticket.
And just an extra observation, isn't it time the civilised world that the dolphins and manatees are released into better homes that they are currently being forced to live in at EPCOT.
I've always loved Epcot and this is the third time that I've been but I'll never step in the place again. It's tired and dated and like I said previously release the wildlife that shouldn't be kept in small tanks for people to gawp at day and night!

Expensive, but worth a visit if you can find a quiet day.

By Harbourmaster555 |

Disney parks are not cheap! $160 + tax, plus $15 per person if you want to purchase a “lightening lane” pass to be able to ride Guardians of the Galaxy (which really is brilliant, and must be done!).
Food and drink are also expectedly expensive, but generally better quality than Universal or SeaWorld etc.
If you’re looking for thrill rides and attractions, head to Busch Gardens in Tampa or some of the other Orlando parks.
To give Disney some credit, the “experience” they create is very polished and professional compared to their competitors.
One of my biggest gripes was the hundreds and hundreds of mobility scooters zooming about the place, with little regard for pedestrians. I would suggest that only around 20% of these are being used by people who actually need them. The rest are just fat and lazy!
The number of strollers within the park is also mind blowing, but I guess Disney is aimed at families, and with that comes small children, so no complaints there.
Some of the rides are definitely showing their age, and are missing the “wow factor”However, I must say the closing show at 9.30pm is spectacular (if you can last that long)
I also give Disney credit for staying open until that time during the week, whereas Universal bizarrely kick you out at 7pm weekdays even though the parks are still absolutely packed????
Overall we enjoyed our day at Epcot, but don’t feel the need to go back, especially at the prices they charge.

Sensational, despite the exorbitant price.

By Jorge Vargas Filho |

Epcot needs no comment, it is one of Disney's theme parks, whose standard is the highest possible. As a negative point I point out the price, it is very high, even outrageous, but that's how it works, whoever offers what they bring is in a comfortable position. Another annoying thing is the virtual line, you have to go online and make an appointment to be able to queue, if you don't do this you won't get in. And this process is far from simple, you have to stay tuned, for the most popular attractions you have to keep insisting as soon as the queue opens, and a lot of people are left out, this is annoying. Why did they end Fast Pass? It wasn't perfect, but it worked. Some attractions don't even have the option of waiting, it's a virtual line or paying extra, after having paid an exorbitant price for the ticket. Whenever I went to Orlando I visited all the parks, now it's one per trip, and that's it.

Epcot is for adults and nice

By Crystal G |

First time going and it was nice. You need to rent one of those scooters when you go and share it. There's a lot of walking. The best ride was Ratatouille. We visited all the countries, ate and drank all the food. Its mostly for adults I feel.

Worst park

By yasemin2k |

For what you pay, our experience was the worst. They have 11 rides we were told and only 3 of them worth the wait. Only problem was, we bought the lightning pass, but by the time you try to make to list, they were all full for rest of the day. Standard lines were at least two hours waid. And only one my family wanted to do which was Guardians of Galaxy Ride was sold out before we even got a chance to open the app, guest experience services said they get full in 2-3 seconds before even opening hours. This park is only for scenery it seems. We were there 25 years ago and this will be the last time.

Another fabulous park!

By juliaandadam123 |

We were blown away by EPCOT and spent a whole day just exploring and enjoying the world showcase.
We then returned twice more to enjoy everything else EPCOT had to offer. Great shows, character meets, rides and more. Another park we absolutely loved!

Review of the whole trip

By David M |

Stayed at a Hilton hotel with a view of the Epcot ball from the balcony. The trip itself was very good with a few draw backs. Arrived at the hotel via a car ride that lased 3 hours with occasional stops along the way and arrived at Epcot also via car, which only lasted around 20 minutes. The rides at the theme park were fun, however it was very hot and too overcrowded, but still very enjoyable.

2 hour wait not worth it

By Rosalind C |

We waited 2 hours for the Test Track ride which included a breakdown of the ride which was difficult on the patience not to mention my feet. The guardians of the galaxy ride was very intense and scary for me but my teen daughter loved it so A+ for this ride. For $170 a ticket, I expected more. If you don’t have lightning passes (which I couldn’t even get a price bc the system wasn’t working properly), it’s not really enjoyable waiting in endless lines to ride a handful of rides. For this price, there should be more rides with less wait times.

Nice park

By lizakq |

It's been awhile since I've visited Epcot and I got to say that I really enjoyed my day here. Not a lot of rides compare to other Disney parks but they are just enough in my opinion and so much fun.

Slot machine. Las Vegas is at least more transparent.

By Gustavo G |

Long queues, poor service. A real hell, don't come if you want to rest. Even the so-called virtual queues, which should at least respect the tourist, are poorly organized and require patience and additional waiting time.

Just a few rides, and a beautiful long walk

By Shar J |

Beautiful park, but it is just a lovely long walk!
Yes it’s across the world and the detail is amazing. Food looked great too. Perfect place to go for a stroll and a spot of lunch

Guardians of the Galaxy, best ride ever

By M M |

The park was science themed and educational. I would recommend Epcot center for adults. We truly enjoy the guardians of the galaxy ride, definitely the main attraction. This rides needs a reservation.

EPCOT

By Shreel M |

Epcot Was so good The guardians of the galaxy is so good it went 360 degree overall exprencice 5 stars i was shocked to see that ride at night the ball was so color full

I have been many times...and then there was The Festival of the Arts!

By michelegreen74 |

We’ve been to Epcot many times. However, seeing the park celebrate the Festival of the Arts was a truly new experience! During the week, we wandered the stalls and saw many beautiful works of art and sampled food from Japan, Canada Mexico and Germany. Everything was delicious. The food was well priced and this allowed us to sample items from different regions, which was really fun. It was rather like sampling from an elaborate appetizer menu. We loved the chalk drawings on the walkways, the paint by number mural and the storybooks that you could become a part of. I would suggest, if it all possible, to go during the week. The festival became very crowded on Saturday with long lines at all the food stalls.

Money pit

By Priya K |

We weren’t able to most of the rides because it either closed down or don’t have enough space. We also purchased the Genie plus service We feel like they trick us into getting the genie pass. It is so difficult to use it for the rides we want. Even if we plan to schedule things at 7 am in the morning we can only use it for one ride. As soon as it is 9 most lightning lanes are closed. We spend so much money in making this happen and it is so disappointing. Not worth it at

EPCOT has variety

By Virgil H |

EPCOT is still a great place to visit. Guardians of the Galaxy is one of the top attractions for excitement at WDW. Remy's Ratatouille Adventure is also a top attraction that the whole family can enjoy. There is so much to do, but you must plan out your visit and take advantage of the Disney app for tips and waiting times if you are there during a busy season. Also, you must use the virtual que option where available. Consider purchasing Lightening Lane. There are also so many meal choices including 220 miles up in space.

Disappointed

By tammy |

We been going for the last 10 yrs. This year was different the food was cold portions were smaller. They change your passport stamps. It wasn't the same. Taking a break next year. Did I mention the prices when up.

Great park, awesome food, Guardians rules, needs more rides

By Brennag |

We began our day by taking the Skyliner from Caribbean Beach Resort to Epcot, such a cool way to travel!

We rope-dropped Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind straight away, and glad we did; this ride is busy ALL DAY. This is my favourite ride out of all the Disney Rides in all of the parks (just edging out Tron). I could ride this thing all day and never get bored. The queue has some great little easter eggs, props, and treats to keep you entertained. The ride itself is a coaster with twisting motions and a banging soundtrack. Apparently, each time you ride, you could get a different song at the end. We had "Conga" by Miami Sound Machine.

We then strolled onto Mission Space for a change of pace; two of us did the slow Earth tour, whilst the others did Mission Mars. The rides appear to be pretty similar in nature, but the Mars mission is a little more intense.

We walked over to the opposite side of the park and did Sourin' and living with the Earth boat rides, both unique experiences, but we won't be riding them again.

Then began the actual mission we came to Epcot, to sample some of the glorious food!

We had breakfast at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe, we tried the school bread, Norwegian Kringla, and Eplekake, all were delicious.

We took a ride on Frozen Ever After, quite a cool little boat ride, with some nice visual effects and a solid finish.

On the way to France, we rode Ratatouille Adventure, a 4D trackless ride, which puts you in the position of the rats as you race about the restaurant et al. A fun little ride, which was consistently busy all day.

We headed over to Les Halles Cafe in France for a baguette, cream slice, and chocolate tart. The service from the counter was a little off, but the till service was superb, very helpful and friendly.

We quickly sampled a lamb kebab at the Tangierine cafe, a very nice but small treat.

We got a Tokyo Sushi Combo and shaved ice (Kakigori) at Kabuci cafe, it took a little while to communicate that I was trying to get food on the dining plan, but once it was understood, I got what I needed, and the food was again great.

There were so many great-looking treats at Karamell-Küche, we settled on a Mickey cookie and a Caramel cookie, both superb.

We took a break from eating and did Figment of imagination (a great little experience for younger people), with some activities to do after the ride.

We did The Seas with Nemo & Friends and Talk with Crush, which was excellent. We had some great interactions with the kids in the crowd.

We finished the evening at one of the only table service restaurants experienced at WDW, Space 220. The setting is fantastic, you go up in a "space elevator" and dine among the stars, while spacecraft, astronauts, and satellites vieing for your attention. The food was a set menu and each meal was superb, some meals offered better value for money than others, the best starter was the ceaser salad (absolutely monstrous portion) and the Pad Thai. The meal was expensive, but we knew it would be.

Again, a great Disney experience was had by all. The different "countries" are themed well, and I spent a lot of time walking around Japan in particular.

Next time I want to visit when there is a food festival on, so I can try more scrummy treats.

What a wonderful day

By WildermereBeach+ |

What a wonderful day with friends. Park attendance was very low in the beginning of December and wait times were 10-25 minutes for almost everything. Guardians required a virtual quest however we were lucky and were placed in the early stages so after entrance it was less than an hour at 11am. All attractions seemed to be operating on schedule and I would suggest checking Disney's website to ensure your favorites are open. Much less crowded than the food and wine festival. The holiday decorations were excellent and very festive yet representative of all cultures. The journey of water was educational yet fun for the little ones. We enjoyed it as adults as well.

Epcot is always beautiful in the spring

By Sumaya O |

This park is incredible. This is the fourth time I've been back and it always surprises us. The only point I have to highlight is the online queue for some attractions. Try to find out a few days in advance so you don't get lost on the day. It may happen that you can't schedule an appointment and this becomes a little frustrating. But the rest is wonderful 😍

Disney should know better !

By lottie |

Epcot was great until we realised they have 3 dolphins that they are exploiting! After researching I found out that one of the remaining dolphins was caught from the Gulf of Mexico and the dealer also deals in dolphins from Taji Japan which is renowned for its cruelty in the dolphin trade.
Heartbreaking seeing these beautiful creatures in such awful conditions.
Walt Disney please lead by example and give these creatures the chance to live in a sea sanctuary.

Lost its edge

By Richard A |

Overpriced and overrated. New central area is dull and could have been so much more. Greedy corporation prices have pushed costs sky high in recent years (c$6 for a soda), too busy and $30 bucks to park, seriously!

Wonderful Day and lovely weather

By Lem3 |

My husband and I went with our 24 year old daughter who was on break from law school. My mother-in-law lived in Florida from the early 1980’s-2017 and we visited her every summer since 1997 and we would go to either Universal or Disney every year. Epcot was our least frequented since our kids preferred the other parks. But, now at 24 years old, she requested Epcot for yes, to have drinks in different countries, but also the new Ratatouille ride. I personally love Epcot. I love going to what some folks call boring rides /venues like spaceship earth ride (my favorite part is when we turn to see earth among the stars ) and Canada & China 360 movies.
We paid for the lightening pass, and made both lunch a dinner reservations. The lightening pass was well worth it since popular rides had 50-90 minutes waits. With the pass, even on the most popular ride like Galaxies was no more than 5-10 minute waits. Our favorite was Guardians of the Galaxy, Soarin, Mission Space Mars, Spaceship Earth(I don’t care that it’s old, it’s a great synopsis of where we come from ), and maybe Ratatouille. We did come specifically for Ratatouille and it was cute and fun but way way too short. This one ride where they should have a pre ride or movie or something like Guardians. This ride had a 55 minute wait and I would have been truly disappointed if I had waited that long for Ratatouille. We ended going on all but 2 rides not due to time, just didn’t want to go on them.
Yes, some things are expensive but both my husband and I bought tshirts at one of the German shops and my total was around $65 with tax and that’s fair for a logo T-shirt.
We ate at a restaurant in Mexico & France but I’ll review separately.
We arrived at 9, parked In preferred parking ($50 versus $30), we stayed until after the fireworks a, walked over 13000 steps (over 8 miles) and had a wonderful time! The park really didn’t get crowded until later in the afternoon.
I do want to remind all that Disney does allow outside food and drink (no alcohol of course) so folks complaining about the price can bring in their own.

Screw this place

By Kyle J |

Screw this place prices for everything is stupid and waited 6 hrs to ride guardians of the galaxy just for them to say we gotta wait another 2 hrs screw this place

Beautiful EPCOT at Christmas time

By 81FrequentT81 |

Visited in December and loved all the Christmas! The lights in Living with the Land. The Candlelight Processional narrated by Neil Patrick Harris. The live music at the Canada pavilion. Beautiful decorations everywhere, and holiday-themed foods. The Moana water path is open now and it is such a beautiful, shady, lush area with magic water!

Underwhelming Disney experience

By Nischal P |

The Disney parks were overall underwhelming. Be prepared for long lines(several hours — We spent 90% of our time in parks standing in lines), even if you have a Lightning Lane pass. For most rides, you do not get many opportunities to use the pass. If you're set on visiting, I strongly recommend going during the off-season to get little better experience. And strongly advise against visiting during Summer and vacation season.

Regarding the staff, our experience was mixed. While we encountered some helpful and friendly employees, majority of them clearly lacked proper training in customer service. I empathize with the challenges they face, but consistency in service quality is an area Disney could improve.

In comparison, I would rank Universal Studios much higher than Disney parks, as our experience there was far more enjoyable during the same trip.

I wouldn’t recommend spending your money on a Disney vacation unless it’s your only option. There are better alternatives out there that offer more value for your time and money

EPCOT is a must do, just do it strategically

By Keisha B |

Get there early and do Guardians of the Galaxy or the Test Track both of which are in close proximity to each other. So do them both before going to other experiences - they’re ranked 2nd and 3rd for me. They’re both great but have longer wait times. Next do Soarin! I rate this as the number 1 experience in Epcot, gentle, beautiful and awesome. While it does have a long wait times, it’s usually less than Guardian and the Track. As the Boat ride is in the same location, it makes sense to do that next. Not exciting but good info and reminder of the small steps you can take to contribute to sustainability. Once those are out of the way you can decide on the others. Frozen has a long wait time but wasn’t great in my opinion. The 3 cabelleros was ok. Missed Mickey and friends which would have been good to snap a picture.

We didn’t do the lightening pass because we thought it was October and a week day. By the time we decided to do it, it was not available for the rides we wanted. The pass for 3 rides was approx. $24 per person with the premium being around $300, loco. We got there at 10 am and was able to do most of the rides without it.

The food was ok. The Belgium waffle with berries was awesome! We ate at the steakhouse near the American theatre and it was ok.

The Luminous firework was a spectacular end to a very good day at EPCOT. Totally recommend!

Food, drinks and rides..

By Chase Carver |

Epcot is our favorite park at Disney. The rides, the amazing food and drinking around the world! Margaritas in Mexico, all the way to English fish and chips are the absolute best. 10/10 recommend!

Love this park!

By ScottishGal |

Visited twice during our stay- fantastic park! Eating round the world coupled with a few rides was a good combination for something a little bit different. My only gripe about this park is the lack of shade. 44 degree days with very limited shade can be challenging! Overall great experience. Would recommend.

The BEST

By Bev B |

Epcot is still my favorite of the 4 Disney Parks. I love to eat my way around the world 🤣. My Grandkids collected their stamps from each country onto a postcard. The Lands exhibit & Nemo rides were a hit! The whole family really loved the Anna & Elisa ride & then meeting them in real life!

EPCOT is sad

By Surfergirl2020 |

We’ve been to EPCOT many times since its inception. The old EPCOT (horizons, imagination pavilion, etc) is deeply ingrained in our younger years and contributes to many of our happy core memories from childhood vacations. Therefore, we were very excited when extensive EPCOT renovations were announced as this park has been in decline for many years. For those of us who grew up with EPCOT, the new renovations are sad and disappointing. We were hoping that EPCOT would be returned to its former glory (e.g original journey into imagination) but this is not the case. The new plaza behind spaceship is a boring concrete downer, with a questionable shaped planter, and the only positive are light sticks that light up at night with spaceship earth. In other newly renovated areas, there are slippery rusty looking metal walkways. During rope drop, we saw numerous people falling on the metal walkways as they made their way to attractions. Additional renovations including rides in the UK pavilion, an updated imagination pavilion and reborn wonders of life pavilion were cut from this iteration of EPCOT renovations and these updates could have breathed serious new life into EPCOT. The new Moana attraction is cute, but it’s not a ride, it’s a walk through attraction. EPCOT needs more rides. The guardians ride is just the type of thrill ride that the park needed, but it’s not for those with motion sickness. If you do get sick, they only have tiny trash cans at the exit and also stairs that people have fallen down from being dizzy. But these limited updates are not going to keep guests coming to EPCOT. The park heavily relies on their festivals to draw crowds. Beware if you come to EPCOT at night with kids during a festival, you will see people puking in bushes, screaming, etc. EPCOT leadership, please do better. It’s long past due for an imagination ride update. Step it up Disney! Your local competitors are doubling down on renovations!

The best!

By Kevin B |

Somehow I hadn't reviewed this yet, which is insane since Epcot is our favorite Disney World park by far! We love the World's Showcase area, which is a permanent world's fair featuring 11 country pavilions. Each country has lots of shops, a few restaurants, and lots and lots of drink options and it's a blast to eat and drink around the world (something we did for our combined bachelor/bachelorette party years ago). They also have 4 festivals each year that brings in lots of really interesting booths full of great snacks. It's just a blast and we can't come to Orlando without going to Epcot.

The other half of the park is in the process of being upgraded and renovated and it's becoming more and more interesting. The Shape of Water inspired by Moana is a great little area that has lots of water elements and it's a great place to be on a hot day. Our favorite part of the non-World Showcase part of Epcot is the Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind roller coaster, which is honestly probably the best roller coaster we've ever rode!

Epcot is simply the best and will always be our favorite Disney park!

Very good Disney park.

By Anna Bryson |

We came to Disney on holidays. We came to Epcot and I thought it was amazing. We loved Guardians of the Galaxy and Test track when it opened as it was closed for refurbishment. The world showcase is very cool and the food is good. I recommend the Rose and Crown restaurant in the UK part. The fish and chips are very tasty and so is the sticky toffee pudding. The only bad thing I will say is the fact lots of things break down here. Same as Magic Kingdom. The ratatouille ride was broken quite a lot and so was guardians of the galaxy. And Mission Space was broken down too. Fix this and Epcot is perfect.

Magical Time at Epcot!

By mrs_un0 |

Lovely day spent at Epcot with family and friends. Enjoyed all the kiosks from their food and wine festival and snagged a lightening lane for Guardians of the Galaxy.

New thing to see

202409 - EPCOT

By Luis Antonio B |

EPCOT is the typical park you either like or don’t like, as it doesn’t have as many radical attractions as the rest of Disney, but it has a set of countries that expose the visitor to a bit of its culture. In our case, we liked it, but this year, I had the feeling that among the countries what caught the most attention were the shops and just that. I love EPCOT, with the attractions there, like Ratatouile, Guardians of the Galaxy, among others. I also like the environment that they can create around and different festivals. A visit to EPCOT will be concluded with a beautiful fireworks show, but this year too could be a little more captivating.

A Great Theme Park with Science and International Flair

By TravelerCentralFLA |

My wife and I visited EPCOT for the first time in many years. The park was moderately busy when we arrived. Thankfully after paying for parking we were able to get a pretty good parking space that wasn't too long of a walk to the park entrance. EPCOT is one of the most photogenic of the parks at Disney. Many of the landmarks and attractions are more elegant than the other theme parks at Walt Disney World.
Entering the park didn't take long (we arrived right at 9 am at opening). We were on our way into the park pretty quickly. We wanted to ride Soarin' because we have always enjoyed that ride. The wait was a little longer than expected, but we did enjoy it. We also rode Mission Space and the Guardians of the Galaxy ride. Guardians is new to us and we enjoyed the immersive nature of the attraction and the roller coaster element, even though I am not fond of the Guardians franchise overall.
We rode Spaceship earth for nostalgia. It is housed in the large geodesic dome that is the hallmark of EPCOT. After riding it we made our way over to the World Showcase. We started at the Canada pavilion and made our way around. We enjoyed the updated film at Canada. They were doing renovations on some of the rest of the pavilion so we moved onto the UK pavilion. I always enjoy looking through those shops. The smell of fish and chips was quite enticing as we walked past the chip shop at the UK pavilion. We made our way across the bridge to the France pavilion. We waited for sometime (over an hour) to ride the Remy's Ratatouille ride. It was clever and well-done, but I would not wait that long for it again. We grabbed some dinner at the crepe restaurant and did enjoy it quite well. We moved on from there to Morocco and Japan and looked through the shops and displays. We made our way to the American pavilion and enjoyed the American Adventure. The American Adventure is a combination of animatronics and film. It is very well done. We kept moving through the international pavilions. We enjoyed the film at the China pavilion and did some shopping at the Norway pavilion. One of my favorite pavilions is Mexico. The outside of the pavilion resembles an Aztec pyramid. Inside the pavilion feels like a market in Mexico at night. There was a wonderful glass shop inside. Unfortunately the boat ride attraction was closed for refurbishment. It was getting close to 8:30 pm and we made our way to find a spot to watch the light and firework show, Luminous. It was very good; we were glad we made time to watch it.
A few notes about our visit. We visited on a Monday. It was a pretty busy day for the park and lines for newer attractions sometimes surpassed an hour. In fact for Guardians it was sometimes listed as 95 minutes. There are lots of dining options at EPCOT. However, if you want to eat at a specific restaurant you need to make a reservation months in advance sometimes. For example the steakhouse at Canada books up quickly. EPCOT is a more interesting park for adults, but that does not mean there is nothing for children. Obviously some of the attractions are themed on movies popular with children, but there are also things like Kidcot that children can participate in. Since we visited in early March we dressed in layers. Morning and evening were cool (low 60s), but midday was 77 or so and felt warm in the sunshine. Do be prepared to walk a lot at EPCOT. It is about a mile to walk all the way around the world showcase; comfortable shoes are a must. Some people joke that EPCOT stands for Every Person Comes Out Tired.
We very much enjoyed our visit and I highly recommend EPCOT. I believe it is my favorite park at Walt Disney World.

Amazing park

By Laurence P |

Absolutely amazing park. Can't wait to go back. Schedule more time than you think. The choice of food is amazing from across the world.

Not worth the visit - very disappointing

By T.A.User123 |

Only "Ratatouille" was semi-contemporary; everything else was awful, old & boring, slow to ridiculous. Everything is completely overpriced and the "World Tour" is just full of stereotypes of the individual countries. It was so disappointing. Be sure to avoid. It would be nice if Magic Kingdom were a better alternative while you are already there (Mickey / Donald etc. were also completely missing in Epcot) .

One of the best parks to visit as an adult.

By Elvis D |

We visited Epcot on the last day of our holiday. It did not disappoint. Guardians of the galaxy was absolutely brilliant. Then we went round the world and the adult kids had a blast. So much fun. This was actually one of the parks we were going to give a miss, so glad we didn’t was definitely one of the best days. Albeit the alcohol helped, it was super end to a brilliant holiday ❤️

Disney do better!

By Daniel A |

The first park I visited on this trip was Epcot, before you go they say that you should download the “Mydisneyexperience” app and so that’s what I did and in order to ride Guardians of the Galaxy cosmic rewind you have to at 7am on the day you are going if you are on property enter the “Virtual Queue” It opens at 7am so at 650am I was awake and on the app watching the clock and I was on the page that says to refresh once the Queue opens or go back and select the enter queue button. I decided to do the refresh option and at 7am I hit refresh over and over and kept doing it for over a minute and the app would not show the Queue open and then it finally said that all the spots for that time were filled. As you can imagine I was Livid! I did the chat feature on the app and told the cast member about my experience he told me they were having “Magical System Enhancements” and that I could pay for the Lighting pass I told him he had lost his mind if he thought I was going to spend a time because your technology didn’t work and I did everything I was supposed to and woke up early to do it!. We argued for a bit I asked for a manager, and he said that he was talking to one and “Many people had issues this morning” He came back and said he had assigned a lighting pass for me and my guest. This was satisfactory to me but the path to the resolution took too long and was not a great start with Disney. Staying on property of Disney you get early entry to the parks but just like Universal the attractions you want to ride are closed until the park opens for regular guest, so you rush to the lines to get in and then you go to a ride and its closed so what advantage is that? I really don’t know and don’t feel it had any advantage except losing sleep. We went up to guardians to use the lightning pass at 8:45am and the guy in front was not very nice about telling us it was not open yet and suggested we go ride test track since that was the only and closest attraction open at that time. He said we would be able to get out of it in time to do guardians as it opens. So we went to ride test track and while they have updated it since 2019 I still feel it needs more updates. Don’t get me wrong this is a fun ride if you are reading this and it will be your first time at Epcot Test Track is a high-speed coaster that has some slower parts too it its basically a test on the vehicle from Handling, to breaking to speed and its an indoor-outdoor ride. We still waited in a pretty long line and TIP (If you got coffee or a drink as you entered the park make sure you finish it by the time you get to the “Bean Couter” Cast member that asks how many are in your group. They make you finish it there or throw it out and if you set it down somewhere the only way to get back to it is to do the line all over again. After Test track which is fun” I will rank the attractions at Epcot in my opinion at the bottom of the review” We went over to Guardians and used our lightning pass well it still took about 30 minutes in line to get on the ride. I loved this ride though and I don’t want to give away any of the surprises, but it is a Highspeed Coaster that is all inside and has a few extra surprises … Think about the name “Cosmic Rewind” This is an amazing ride and probably the only ride I would wait 2 hours for or maybe and I say maybe purchase a lightning pass for. The sad thing is you can only ride this through the defective “Virtual Queue or a lighting pass” After Guardians we headed to Mission to space, I have always loved this attraction again if you have never been on these rides, I will mention a little about them to help. Mission to space is Astronaut training and you can choose a less intense version or the max intensity I feel like unless you get sick on rides you have to do Orange which is the higher intensity. This is a simulator with some surprises, and you get to be 1 of 4 positions Navigator, Commander, Engineer, or Pilot and all of them are great. The part that will really grad your attention is the “Go for launch” It like having a really strong shot ha-ha. We waited about 25 minutes for Mission to space. After we decided to make our way over to the food and wine fest and head towards frozen which was showing a 70-minute wait. On our way I tried food from many places the best was Kenya and wow was it good I would skip the pot stickers or they have it shown as dumplings from China and I would skip the fondue from I think Swiss area It looks and sounds good but not worth it but the Kenyan Coffee Barbecued Beef was by far the best food item they have I wish I had gotten 2. We arrived at Frozen and until you get inside there is really no shade from the sun. Once inside there are about 4 or 5 rooms you are queued through. This attraction is a simple boat ride with some characters along the way not a lot of thrill and not worth 70 minutes wait. 30 minutes would be ok. We continued on our that path and went to try Remys This is a 3d car ride that I would compare to Spiderman at Universal studios I had never tried it again it said 70 Minute wait we got in line and most of the line is shaded once you get inside it is a mansion and you go though at least 20 rooms waiting. This is where I started saying “Do better Disney” This 70 Minute wait turned into 2 hours and 30 minutes. This is NOT ok!! This was terrible and I was in pain after waiting over 2 hours. This ride is not even worth a 25-minute wait in line. This is going to be one of the main reasons for my rating. I told the manager of the ride and she thanked me for letting her know and said she was sorry but that was it. We lost a lot of time on that, so we decided to leave the park to go back to the hotel to charge the phones and try to grab some food by getting some grocery’s. We took the sky liner for the first time and that was really fun. It runs from Epcot to Hollywood studios and stops at a few different hotels. We returned to the park for some additional stops at the food and wine fest, Soarin and the fireworks show. So we headed over to Soarin and it was a 50 minute wait but we waited and then over to get a spot for the fireworks one of the best spots is the bridge and you can even go down below the bridge on like an island. We decided we were going to start on the bridge and try to time the finale to the sky liner turn. We came very close if you get on the sky liner at 9:06 you will get to see the grand finale for the Epcot fireworks after the turn in clear view. My personal opinion is the fireworks show at Epcot suck now the globe that used to appear in the middle of the lake is gone and the time between the displays is too long. I was very disappointed in this show. Okay I promised I would rate the attractions we took part so here it is

1. Guardians of the galaxy cosmic rewind- By far the best
2. Mission to space- orange mission
3. Test Track
4. Soarin
5. Frozen
6. Remys

Awesome experience

By Betty |

We enjoyed the park especially the Guardian of the Galaxy ride. Make sure you get in line on the virtual queue app first thing in the morning. It's fun to walk around the park and experience all the different worlds - food and attractions. You definitely need more than a day to experience everything.

Had not been to Disney World since childhood and don't consider myself anywhere near a Disney adult but I felt transported back in time by my most recent visit to Epcot with friends. Yes, the prices across Disney World are out of control and I didn't come home with much merchandise after the food and drinks ate up most of my budget - but the experience was overall healing to my inner-child and my face hurt from smiling by the end of the day. I definitely will be returning once I financially recover.

I would say that if rides are your focus, you would be best off at one of the other parks, as the star of the show at Epcot is exploring the World Showcase with its many galleries, museums, shops, and street performances. The attention to detail at every turn was astounding to me.

I expected the shops to be filled with chintzy Disney IP merch but that was only a small part, with the majority themed as souvenirs from those countries, many of the souvenirs being made by non-disney companies. There were cheap (or as cheap as it gets at Disney) items such as snacks, toys, and plushies; middle range items such as clothing, puzzles, and stationery ;and luxury items such as fine jewelry, vases from china, cuckoo clocks from germany.

Wait times were overwhelming at some restaurants and rides and fairly brief at others. Time of travel at Disney is crucial - I was there over a long weekend in January during the Art festival and I would say it was medium level crowds. It is a lot of walking, so definitely take frequent breaks and wear supportive shoes.

PROS:
- Staff were always cheery and helpful
- Organized and easy to find where you need to get to. Bathrooms very clean and pathways free of trash.
- Drinks are strong
- Rides that we WERE able to go on were entertaining and lines included ample signage with information about any unexpected drops, motion sickness, etc that occur during the ride.
- Great park for adults with much lighter Disney movie branding and more of a focus on food, drinks, art, and cultural appreciation.

CONS:
- Not that many rides for people looking for that sort of experience
- Some older rides, such as Spaceship Earth would pause for delay a few times during the ride, which disturbed the immersion.
- The app-based e-queue system neglects people attending on a guest pass, locking many of the most popular rides such as Guardians away from my friends and I.
- Expensive.

Brilliant

Our family of two adults, an 8 year old and a 6 year old visited Disney World for two weeks holiday in October.

We had two park day visits using rope drop (as we were staying at the Art of Animation resort - see separate review) and Genie Plus and our average wait was 20 mins or less. The Frozen ride was down one of the days so we only rode it once. See separate ride, show and restaurant reviews.

We also came here one evening for the Epcot fireworks which were lovely. Not as spectacular as Magic Kingdom but still fun and worth staying late to see everything lit up.

Loved the investment in R&D and sustainability here. Perhaps what didn't meet expectations was the food quality but then again, we are in a theme park.

Enjoy!

MOANA LIVES

By bob t |

Had a chance to see the new Moana exhibit in Walt Disney World Epcot park. It's a lovely display and interactive water theme that everyone should enjoy, especially the children. Seeing the different ways water interacts in our life is pretty cool. The theme is helped along with the relationship to the Moana movie. It is a walk-through journey, not a ride. Plenty of chances to get wet! This will be a crowd favorite on a hot day. Beautiful scenery blended into the movie sights.

Still my favorite

By John K |

Love the show always have and still do.

Never a disappointment, at a recent show

The clouds were covering a full moon, and as if it were synchronized, the music fireworks and timing of the clouds, moving away was as if Disney coordinated the entire event

We live nearby, and often go in the evening just to see the show

Nice, but not as magical as it used to be

By mr_b_6805 |

Nice, but the park is not as magical as it used to be. Still very clean, but the Cast Members were more likely to be chatting among themselves or simply looking bored rather than talk to guests. Test Track still under refurbishment, and Ratatouille was down for several hours - ended up missing that one.

Much to explore

By Luciana P |

At Epcot, despite the virtual queue of Guardians of the Galaxy, we stayed in queue for a long time inside. The group call was updated in the app before appearing in the inbox.

The biggest queues beyond the Guardians' Attraction were at Frozen and Ratatuile. The queues were so big that we had to choose from the attractions or stroll around the countries.

At the end there was a show at the lake, with lights and fireworks.

Moana's journey was a pleasant surprise.

Go with comfortable shoes, bring water and snacks, because there is a lot to know and a lot to walk.

Unfriendly Turtle talk

By Jeanne C |

I have a special needs daughter, and most of the park was accommodating. However, we went into turtle talk with Nemo, and whoever was playing Nemo made fun of my daughter when she made her usual verbal sound. She is nonverbal and will vocalize her joy with moans. Nemo made fun of her, and the audience turned to look at her and laughed. I ended up exiting before it ended. Just a warning to any parent who has a special needs parent, they are not welcomed on this attraction.

Family disaster occurred, worst place

By BP fan 0428 |

Construction, family got divorced here. Not the best place on earth. If you want better, go to universal or SeaWorld, even fun spot is better. 😭

JUST OK

By KJTD123 |

Had a lovely day in Epcot but not sure if I would recommend. Not many rides just a few and a couple of these were not working when we visited. Highlight of our day was meeting Mickey & Minnie..... Food and drink, again expensive but a good variety from various countries around the world.

Epcot, Ever changing but Fun

By sexysun |

As adults we enjoy Epcot a bit more than the other Disney parks. It's just a shame Disney is so busy that unless you spend mega bucks for a "Ligtning Pass" or reserve a place and time, you will be turned away from some rides. Disney has overcomplucated what should be simple, because they are so busy. We love the World idea, we love the food options. We hate all the assistance vehicles, but what can you do!

Park for all ages

By doctorfoxtrot |

Nice amusement park . Rides are a must . But line up times confuse. Need to get that express pass set up to expedite the rides. While kids adore Moana water portfolio not all are that worth visiting . As an adult , my favorite is the World showcase, highlighting little international villages with of course the food and drinks variations . You can be pressed with time , the Frozen part had me line up in an hour before canceling everything because of a malfunction. Also dealt with the humidity . Finally there is the fireworks , the sound and light display. Going out can be confusing need to know pick up points by assisted motor service groups like Uber .

Excellent! Living the magic of Disney is always very good! We are on holiday and we chose Epcot to have fun. The Wine and Food Festival was going on, so another reason to go to Epcot

AMAZING

I LOVE Epcot!! Thru the years it still fascinates me like a kid!! The LAND Where you see food grow & then dine on it in the restaurants! Great rides & absolutely PERFECT!

Try Epcot, something different

By Cara F |

Started at magic kingdom, it was pretty awful to be honest too many people for amount of rides great to see the castle but after that id had enough.. several rides closed.. used the mono rail and went to epcot, I actually really liked epcot, the different countries was good fun and something different, my 11 year also loved it. Definitely going to check it out again...

Too expensive for not much

By dany s |

Way too expensive……317.00 u.s. for 2 tickets
the worst park in Orlando, only one new roller coaster….but you have to reserve
To be able to have access to it…..the rest of the old attractions, not really the fun….apart from test tracks….and ratatouille,
Very expensive restaurants….a lot of walking for not much, the new Moana gardens, beautiful but tiny

Great first Disney experience

By hanado |

Family with young children. First Disney experience for the kids.

The children are 5 and 2, so we weren’t sure how long we would stay there, especially when it’s in July and Florida was experiencing a heat dome. We ended up spending 10 hours.

The rides were excellent. The park was clean. There was staff at every corner ready to assist. We used rider switch for one of the rides and that was very well managed. Lots of food options.

Frozen ever after - excellent. Ratatouille - excellent. Beauty and the beast sing along - not so great. Nemo - excellent. Moana - excellent, especially since it was a very hot day. Soaring around the world - excellent. Living with the land - good and educational! Character meet at Communicore - excellent (we met Mickey, Pluto and Minnie).

Crowded to the limit!!!

By Donald T |

My wife and I went to Epcot today. Not been there for about 15 years. It's a beautiful place but because of Disney's greed you can't do much but wait in line at every ride! When that big place is elbow to elbow there are obviously too many people! It's a bit insulting because we had to pay $350 to get in!! Hell will freeze before we go back! Vendors don't offer free water even though it's hot! Greed again! You can walk a long distance to get water but it's not worth it. My wife waited 30 minutes to pay for a bottled water. Food at restaurants is very expensive! We went to France mid afternoon and got one coffee, French onion soup and one dessert and it was $40! I heard the CEO of Disney makes almost 20,000,000 a year and is worth 70,000,000? Greedy is an understatement! We walked over 7 miles today. Don't you think they could offer transportation around the park with the money they make! As long as people keep paying ridiculous prices they won't change!!

Old...but not Gold!

By Eduardo T |

Cmon...same rides for 30 years? Spaceship Earth is a piece of junk that broke 3 times over ONE ride. We stayed stuck into our cart for 20min! The Nemo ride is the same for 15 years...100% outdated and ALSO broked 2 times!

EPCOT WITH CHILDREN

By Camper36571970523 |

Amazing experience. Guys don't mind walking all day. The super enjoyed it.
You have to analyze the place of attractions to do in advance so you don't have to come and go as that tires.
We had dinner at Coral Reef, the children's menu did not have much variety, however it is beautiful the place.

Never again - Lost its Magic

By Belle |

What an absolute waste of money. A money trap… shops shops shops shops… 2 average rides which are not worth 85 minutes wait time. Everything is extremely expensive, $4 for water and absolutely inedible food at extortionate prices. No shade anywhere unless you get into the shops, no air conditioning, not even in the shops. This goes to all Disney parks, had a 14-day ticket but just visited once per park and left always disappointed. Never again. Universal Parks are much better.

Visit to Epcot Park

Very cool theme park, with the countries, I liked it a lot! Although it does not have many attractions like the others, it is a great option to eat different things.

Summer holidays 2023.

By Shirley Quesada Grisolles |

We went on vacation in the summer, a very normal park, the truth is that getting to know it was good, but I would not return, once, just once is enough.

Disney is not the same anymore.

By Il0verice |

This is 3rd time to Epcot. Went from opening till the end. Really enjoyed the light show. All the rides at Epcot are indoors which is good in the summer heat.
But most of the rides are slow moving perfect for little kids. My kids loved frozen and remy ride. We were able to go on frozen twice thanks to lightning lane and when parked open the wait was only 20 minutes.

We found security and person at gate were not Disney friendly. The person at the gate looked at me like I have 2 heads when I gave her my phone to scan the ticket. She just stood there didn’t explain to me all she needed is to tap my phone.
I’m sorry I haven’t been to Disneyworld since 2015, also at Disneyland (we were there a few months ago) scans your phone. Wasn’t Disney like of her, or Disney should make their park consistent.

Another issue was lighting lane, I tried to get them to scan my phone but all you needed to do was tab the phone. I’m sorry but at Disneyland they scan your phone.

Disney needs to know not everyone knows the in and out of Disney. There are other theme parks in this world? And not every one breath or live Disney.

However most of the staffs were fantastic Except the gift shop lady at morroco and the lady outside meet Anna and Elsa.

Epcot? What is it? Just went and still dont know!

By gino D |

Went to Epcot with high hopes...After paying $179 each for my wife and I we entered. Not knowing where to go we walked... Which is a big part of Epcot. So if walking is not your thing stay home. The Venues/exibits were not open yet though the park opened at 10 not a lot else was on board with that idea. When things did open we ventured in. Food hmm not too impressed...prices through the roof, quality ho hum. The Land "ride" 20 plus years old. Come on really? Time to reboot people. The most exiting part of Epcot was the sky ride...go figure. Will NEVER be back!

Rip-off!

By Cruiser790872 |

Waste of money...over $400 for 2 adults which included $379+ admission, $30 parking, and $40 for 2 lunches (mediocre fried rice, noodles, egg roll, veggies). Festival of Arts was tacky, park was old, cheesy, and in need of major updates. Seaworld is better experience and affordable.

Never too late to visit the world!

By Marcia D |

We are in our 60’s and just had our 1st visit to Epcot in Orlando. We truly enjoyed all the food and recreations of the various countries and several rides that were our speed. We didn’t have dinner reservations in the park because we didn’t want to be tied to having to be anywhere. But we were able to walk into the Italian restaurant and were seated immediately around 5pm on a Sunday in March. It was busy at the park but I don’t think it was as crowded as it could be due to expected rain that kept moving out later and later. Fun day. We stayed at the Fairfield in Bueno Vista which is an affiliated hotel with Disney so we got a free shuttle to and from the park. Shuttle comes and goes 3x a day each way and worked out great for us. Tix to the park are super expensive but figured we were only doing it once! $381 for 2 with all the fees and taxes.

Around the world in a day 😜

By AndyB |

We visited Epcot initially on a night to walk around and watch the fireworks. The place is so amazing on a night when lit up with the neon colours and futuristic feel. The Epcot ball/globe is such a statement.

The walk to the central lake is so beautiful and the lake with the different countries dotted around the outside lit up is really special.
The firework display is out of this world and every bit as special as the ones I remember as a child.
The guardians of the galaxy ride need to be pre-booked but the system is great and if you can get in the virtual queue it means that you are messaged when it's time to go and ride. Also on the guardians of the galaxy ride... Wow what's a ride the whole run up to the ride is amazing and the detail and story which links to the film's is out of this world.
We also visited the park during the day and experience all the different countries which was lovely. We even had Yorkshire fish and chips from the England part.
Food I thought was reasonable for a park like Disney and was happy with the quality of the things we ate while in the park.
Again I must stress the Disney Memory maker is a must have for your trip to Disney as you can get amazing pictures everywhere around the park of the road hole family.

Universal studios wipes the floor with Disney.

By cambridgelocal79 |

Everyone blows smoke about Disney, in my opinion it is overrated and overpriced. The food selection in Epcot was hit and miss. Mostly overcooked and certainly overpriced. The Yorkshire fish and chips were simply awful for $14 a pop. Fish like fried chicken and dry American chips. The rides and attractions fall massively short of what I expected. Guardians of the galaxy was the best ride for the park but fell short of the hype. $120 for 5 to ride. At least it was better than Tron.

Epcot Needs Help!

By SharonMarie408 |

This is at least our third time to Epcot since 2013, having also been here back in the ‘80’s, and it was very disappointing. We paid extra for the Lightning Lanes - which DOESN’T include Guardians of the Galaxy - and not thrilled with that whole thing. We started our day at Soarin (which had been designated closed till just before we got there) so we used the Stand By Lane and got in quickly enough. About 5 minutes into the ride, however, it was aborted and we all were returned to “earth” except for the middle section who were suspended in air for about20 minutes. We were restrained in our seatbelts until the middle group got back to earth and that was the end of that ride.
We did have a LL for Fast Track next at 11:30 but that ride was closed down. We learned we could get in a virtual lane for GoftheG that would open at 1pm so we did that. But, when we tried to access it exactly at 1pm we were told on our iPhones that it was closed for the day so that was that. We later learned that there was a way one couple used to spend additional money and buy a certain type of LL tickets but we didn’t know that was an option. The woman said she watched a lot of YouTube videos to pick up such tricks. Really!
We were able to get in to Fast Track later in the day and did enjoy a decent meal in the Mexico building.
We complained at one of the Disney Customer Service stands and they noted it was a Saturday and the first week-end of the Flower Show. I think we’re done with Epcot for the foreseeable future. Again, very disappointing day.

Long Day

By Wandering_Freee |

Super crowded already. Not sure if it's due to the holidays at this point. But all the rides were 85-90 minute w waits. The food was really good.

Desperately needs updating -- newer, better and more rides

By andrewthak |

Took my teenager to Epcot, wow what a disappointment. Most rides are 30 years old, slow and boring. The Guardians ride is impossible to get into, we tried the virtual queue all three times and it was booked up within 10 seconds each time, such a terrible system. The international areas are sort of interesting, but the food is so-so (for example the sushi in the Japanese area was grocery store quality), the film in the China pavilion is at least 20 years old (Shanghai is 3-4X the size now than it was then). Overall just a really disappointing experience. My 15 year old was bored out of his mind. Do yourself a favor and go to Universal Studios, an absolutely superior experience.

May return

By Ang B |

Beautiful gardens and some great rides
Massive place to walk around
Virtual queue is disappointing but luckily it’s not for all the rides

Great park, well themed area and great food in France

By Carl H |

We have visited Epcot and the Disney parks twice this year and one of the main reasons I like it is the Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind coaster, this has been reviewed separately so aside from saying how amazing it is I will move on.

The whole theming and layout of Epcot really is great. I appreciate it more now I'm older than when I was younger and have now been trying foods from the various countries.

The best foods are found in France and England and the worst we had was the Chicken Satay from China, it really wasn't the best.

The chips from England really are good but a bit generic, however France has some seriously great foods in the Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie and I'd highly recommend the Poultry Au Pistou.

Aside from the food the fireworks at Epcot are great, the rides are really good and the staff polite and friendly whenever we have had dealings with them.

Aside from GotG Test track is another great ride but apparently about to undergo some changes with Chevrolet which I feel is a good thing.

One of my favorite parks ever! World showcase is beyond impressive!

By Mike from Rival Town |

This park just nails it. I can’t even begin to express how amazing it is to eat and drink all around the world showcase, it’s just spectacular especially Sept-Oct during the Food & Wine Festival! But not only is the world showcase beyond impressive, the attractions are even more impressive, especially Guardians Of The Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind which might be the best ride we’ve ever been on. Frozen, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure are also a lot of fun! Test Track is fun but not worth the long wait. My fiance and I went back to this park twice in one trip!

Deception Epcot never go in this park.

By Ederson C |

Disappointed with the virtual queue, you stay clicking for 5 minutes in the virtual queue to go to the Guardians of the Galaxy And I couldn't go to the toy only if the crochet bought a fastpass. I thought Disney was fulfilling dreams, not disappointment. I paid to go and couldn't get 1000000000000 times disappointed with this park. Don't go and just fanta that you can go, only youtuber got easy, why would it?

Updated Epcot is Great!!

By Miamimickey72 |

Epcot is back!!!
I finally went a week ago to experience the new World Celebration area and new night time show, Luminous. I have to say, they did a great job.
Love the trees and the sitting areas. It really is inviting and gives everyone an area to relax if they want. It also give a sense of community and area where people can come together to enjoy a coffee or snack.
At night, this area really lights up. The ambient lighting along with the music and light show on Spaceship Earth is beautiful.

The Journey of Water area, is a great walk-thru attraction which will be popular in the hot summer months.

Creations Shop, Connections Cafe and Eatery:
Its no longer the corky Epcot theme (which i love and miss) but more like a modern Apple Store. Reminds me of a store in the typical mall. Todays generation will love it.
For me, nothing that I would make it part of my things to do.

Connection Eatery: I had their Pizza and will say it was delicious. Really taste great.

Luminous:
This is the new nighttime show. Being a bit Illuminations Fan, I am happy with this show. It really is close to Illuminations in terms of fireworks, original music, and the emotions it makes you feel. It touched me when i first saw it, so its a must do.

OVERALL:
Epcot is my favorite park. I have been coming to Epcot since the 80s and love what Epcot has always been. But, this updated Epcot is great. It keeps some classic elements for us while updates for the new Disney generation. I am looking forward to my visit next month and for months, years to come.

Not the magic I think Walt would have hoped for.

By Julie B |

Not very magical unfortunately. 8 hours wait for the guardians of the galaxy ride. Was crazy to wait but won’t get the chance to ride again. That was using the virtual queue and logging on as soon as it opened at 13.00 Being told by a member of staff that the queue had been open at 7 in the morning but it had reached capacity by 2 minutes past.
Another member of staff whose answer was “I don’t know” when asked about park to park transfers. Got the impression she wasn’t happy in her magical place of work. I honestly wouldn't recommend and I’m normally very easy to please.

One of My Favorite Parks

By Dom S |

Definitely one of my favorite theme parks. Great selection of food options, rides and amusements. Really enjoyed the world show case area. Staying at the Swan Reserve made accessing the park via water taxi to the back gate (which is so much easier and less busy than the main gate). It is a large park with very little shade as you move from the world celebration area over to the world showcase which makes it tough for kids during the hot weather, just ensure you give yourself time and lots of breaks.

Magical place

By Jean Lira |

A super experience, the favorite part of this park was the meet and greet with Mickey and his friends, the characters treat children and adults alike, you have a great time and the staff helps you in everything.
Definitely a magical place.

Lost Magic

By Jorge A |

This years visit was disappointing on several areas. From the first couple tact absolutely no smiles from ticket girl even after several attempts. We then tried to purchase the prepaid bands, she advised they are inside at gift shops? Once inside it took several shoos but they were sold out. Several countries were out of wine including France! She advised we had to stand at separate bar stand. Some pours were half glass, food was disappointing. We visited our bar in Italy, however afyer one drink, while I was speaking with my wife the bartender interrupts an says we have to leave. They serve one drink an guests have to leave! It wasn't crowded tables were open! The workers seemed to go throught the motions. The Disney experience was non existent with operation and supply fail. Afer many years this is our last.

I loved going again, but I understand who claims it is outdated.

By Silvia Maria Maluf |

The park is as beautiful as it always has been. I bought all the Lightning Lanes Multipass and Single Pass and that saved the trip. I don't think I'd go without it anymore. Even because I was on Thanksgiving week and it was all mega crowded. It is important to ensure Memory Maker because the photos are very cool. Guardians of the Galaxy is very cool even as they say, but for me who have a severe labyrinthitis, it gave a medicated disease. But I don't regret it. The nausea was worth it. What's not worth it is the attraction of that ball with that mould smell. It made me feel worse than guardians. It's a huge park and didn't give time to see everything. So I recommend coming early. It's a park that hasn't changed much, so it has a reputation for being outdated. But I would not take it out of my script.

Awesome Experience

By Martyn G |

I'm not sure why disney Parks are getting bad reviews recently. My epcot experience was near perfect. The restrooms were always clean and fresh, with no garbage around. there's always someone around when needed. If you pay attention to how things work, everything runs smoothly. The rides are amazing. If I could pick one thing that I found surprisingly outdated, it was cellphone charging. All the ports were outdated, and the very few wireless chargers tney had, were never working. Otherwise, I loved EPCOT. GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, TEST TRACK, AND RATATOUILLE are worth admission ALONE. THESE THREE rides are a MUST

World class venue.

By Stephen T |

Outstanding location for guaranteed family fun ! Lots of wide ranging entertainment.
Lots of concerts - check the itinerary on the app beforehand.
Lots of themed eateries with associated entertainment but not cheap !
UK fish and chips is first class in all respects.
Photo opps galore.

Management Problems??

By C A |

Test Track is closed, so that makes everything else a little more crowded. Paid for 9:00 am entry to Cosmic Rewind but it was shut down. Opened briefly a few times during the day. We got to the final holding pen once before it shut down again. Probably wasted over an hour, with a lightning lane, trying to get onto this ride. Never reached the ride part.
Other rides went down occasionally throughout the day. Even an escalator wasn't working - and was still shut down a few days later. Crowds were grumpy from all the problems around the park. When the Guest Services lines are longer than the ride lines, you know Epcot has a real problem with management.
If you have Photopass, the few photographers they have will require a long wait.
Epcot is usually my favorite park, but this year it just felt like the park was struggling.

Excellent!!

By CharlesM382 |

EPCOT, acronym for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow, is a city of the utopian future designed by Walt Disney. And above all a superb Disney park focused on the future. Many fun attractions, but also about the ecology and evolution of humanity. Several countries have their own pavilion with specialties, including arts and culinary specialties.

Fantastic

By Esther G |

Loved Epcot. Brilliant atmosphere, and the best ride at Disney (in my opinion) Guardians of the Galaxy- this was awesome! The virtual queue for this was a little frustrating as I paused for a second at 7am and missed out.. however went to the park and got on at 1pm. I looked at the lightening lanes but as some of our party weren’t sure if they were going or if they wanted to do it was torn, the times for LL were later in day anyway. I would have been gutted if we had missed out as I’m not sure I would have paid to go on without knowing how amazing this ride was! I would still be reluctant to pay.
Everyone loved soaring and the ratatouille rides too and it’s just a great park to chill at. The walk through at moana was lovely too and cooled us all down!

Not what Walt dreamed nor wanted!

Not what Walt wanted! Everything I read about him...he would have said they failed me today. Too bad management doesn't know or care. First time ever going to Epcot and went for multiple birthdays in the family. 4 of the rides we wanted to go on today when we wanted to go on them were "temporarily closed". Others showed "temporarily closed" throughout the day. "Spaceship Earth" showed temporarily close when we wanted to go on it. "Mission:Space" and "Ratatouille" both closed down while we were in line and had to get back on later when they fixed the rides. The worst of them all..."Guardians of the Galaxy". Got their first thing in the morning (8:30am since we stayed at a Disney property) and was told we could not get on until we got into a virtual queue. The next virtual queues did not open again until 1pm. At 1:01pm, we got a slot which did not get us onto the ride until 7:20pm which only allowed us to get in line. 40 minutes later while waiting in line the ride broke down. We waited with hundreds of other people (some in wheelchairs) for over 30 minutes in line and then left the park in frustration. There was an older couple directly behind us and his wife in a motorized scooter. The older couple said they were going to wait because they had no other choice since she was stuck with all the people in front and behind us. As we left we saw some younger employees in an operations booth at the ride laughing as they packed their stuff for the night. If your operations are this bad, you should not be in business.

Is it Ibiza, or Epcot?.....

Walt must be spinning in his grave...
We arrived mid-morning on a Saturday to be greeted by the spectacle of fellow guests who were in assorted groups intending to "Drink their way round the World"...
Stag groups, Hen groups, frat groups, buddy and sorority groups.
They were there "En Masse"- provocatively dressed women and themed, macho guys a few girls so chemically inconvenienced, they were comatose on benches by noon and required wheelchair assistance.
I had 2 yr and 6yr olds being treated to spectacles more associated with rush parties.
It was not in the spirit of the "Experimental Community ofp Tomorrow".
It was not in the spirit of a family theme park and it was not in the spirit of Disney.
I love a good adult night out and a beerfest, but Epcot is losing its way. I have been a loyal visitor for 25 years and believe that Epcot management must declare its intended market....
You become tired of trying to explain to children under 7 that the "grown-ups" around are just being "silly" or "having a nap"....
Get a grip and decide if you want to go all the way or police it better Epcot...

Just Ok

There is a lot of walking to do in this park so wear comfortable shoes. Make sure your familiar with the park so you not getting lost all the time like I did. The back of the park has the countries that you can see. There is a boat from Canada to Morocco and back. There are some food places in each country and also an American style cafeteria place that has burgers, salads and sandwiches in the beginning of the park.

A fantastic park!

By Harriet |

I love this park so much and love how it has 2 different sides to it! There is the more traditional part with fun rides (the guardians of the galaxy ride being a personal favourite and highlight!) and then there is the world showcase which is such a nice way to spend time wondering around! I love the different attractions in some of the countries (France and Norway have great rides! America’s voices of liberty was so amazing! And around the back of the England pavilion, there is Pooh Bear!!) and me and my partner enjoyed trying the different foods in the different countries too! A day at Epcot feels more relaxed than a day at Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios for me so I enjoy coming to this park after a jam packed first couple of days at the other parks!

Having stayed in the Dolphin hotel which is just around the back of Epcot, we found it was so easy to pop in and just spend a few hours here over the course of our 2 week holiday! There are boats from the hotel to Epcot which I love experiencing but it is also super easy to walk there as well! We also enjoyed taking the skyliner from Epcot and would recommend this too - it’s like a slow, kid-friendly ride in and of itself!

I used to be able to walk around the world , no sweat. Now that I'm an old fart it's more of a challenge. A lot more alcohol being served now, a lot more fat people riding electric scooters. Some of the rides have improved, some have not. Be sure to do Guardians of the Galaxy -- arguably the best ride at any of the parks -- but plan ahead and buy the speed pass or you'll be waiting in line for 2 hours. Ratatouille is the second-best ride, and the singles line is often much faster than the regular one. The "future" ride in the big golf ball is boring and dated -- don't bother.
Disney prices have become outrageous. Is one park worth almost $200 in admission charges plus another $35 to park and maybe another $50-100 for food and whatever? I can't say that it is. But we'll all do anything for our grandkids, won't we? Do some research and find online promos, group discounts, multiple-day passes, or whatever else you can dig up to make the cost a little more palatable.

Favorite EPCOT Festivals

By PackUpNGoNow |

We recently visited the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. Among the EPCOT International Festivals - Festival of the Arts, Flower & Garden Festival, Food & Wine Festival and Festival of the Holidays - the arts festival and the holiday festival are our favorites. FYI those new to the EPCOT festivals: most of the activities and all concerts are included in your regular EPCOT admission.

Our favorite festival is the Festival of the Arts. The Festival of the Arts has the Disney on Broadway Concert Series starring actors and actresses who have performed on stage or screen or voiced animated characters. There are many park guest activities including the fun Artful Photo Ops (pose in frames of famous paintings like Munch's The Scream), a paint-by-number mural done by park guests (you are given paint and brushes) and the Animation Academy classes (draw cartoon characters along with a Disney animator). As you stroll through the festival, you can also watch dance and musical performances and artists doing chalk drawings. New for the 2025 festival - Once Upon a Stage: 30 Years of Disney on Broadway, a museum-quality exhibit of costumes and props from Disney Broadway musicals and movies - it was a must see for fans of The Lion King. We hope this exhibit is repeated in 2026.

We felt it was odd that although called an "international" arts festival, there was no special arts or crafts by the World Showcase countries. Instead, most of the artwork (posters and paintings) featured Disney characters and superheroes that would be found at a comic-on expo.

Our next favorite festival is the Festival of the Holidays. The World Showcase is decorated for the holidays and features holiday performances at each pavilion. The Candlelight Processional is an iconic event featuring popular narrators such as Gary Sinise.

We feel that the Flower & Garden Festival and the Food & Wine Festival do not offer many activities for park guests. The Flower & Garden Festival stands out for its Disney themed topiaries and lush beds of flowers throughout the park and a butterfly tent. Both feature evening concerts: Flower & Garden Festival/Garden Rocks Concert Series and Food & Wine Festival/Eat to the Beat Concert Series.

Common to all the festivals are the food kiosks that feature small bites of food and special cocktails. While there might be some unique dishes or well prepared classics, overall we found the kiosk food meh and pricey. For good quick service food at EPCOT, we would rather visit Les Halles de Boulangerie-Patisserie (France Pavilion) or the Yorkshire County Fish Shop (United Kingdom Pavilion).

The festivals also have scavenger hunts (fee) and food crawls like the Holiday Cookie Stroll (buy a few cookies to get a free cookie). Park guests can also buy limited-time-only festival merchandise like Minnie Ears, mugs, bags and shirts

Disappointed with Epcot Food and Wine Festival 2023

By Raquel |

Went to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival and was glad my tickets were for only one day. The food and beverage choices were very limited and not representative of each country's typical dishes. Food which was supposed to be served hot or at least warm, was cold and very sloppy presentation. The opportunity to advertise and showcase the different wines and beers from each country was completely missed. There was no pride or interest in what was being offered at very high prices. There were very few tables or seating. The main goal here was to quickly move as many people as possible through the park. This was truly a disappointing experience.

The BEST All-Around Disney Park!

By Ryan C |

Although I grew up watching all of the classic Disney animated films and television shows, it wasn't until I became an adult and began to appreciate Disney more that I had the desire to visit Disney World. At age 35, I was finally given the opportunity to visit Disney World with my family. And while each Disney World park (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot) is unique and filled with their own fun experiences, it was at Epcot where the Disney Magic seems to shine the brightest. Were I still a child, it's likely that Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios would be my favorite park, but now that I'm an adult who appreciates beauty and loves learning about different cultures, Epcot is certainly my favorite.

Starting with the easy to describe...the rides. Epcot contains perhaps THE. BEST. RIDE. AT. DISNEY WORLD...Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Even standing in line was exciting! And then to experience the ride for the first time was even better. The darkness, the ups & downs, the twists & turns, everything about it is fantastic. A slightly less thrilling but still exciting "ride"...Soarin!...which is great for nearly all ages and all types of people ("ride tolerant" or not).

Moving on to the next great aspect of Epcot...the beauty! My family and I visited in late May 2024, during the Spring/Summer Flower Festival (or whatever it's called). So the flowers and flora were absolutely GORGEOUS! Though anything I attempt to grow usually ends up dying, it was so gratifying to see beautiful landscaping at every turn. The colors were endless and Disney obviously spares no expense at all to ensure the flowers, shrubbery, and topiaries are impeccably designed.

Now for the best aspect of Epcot and my personal favorite...WORLD SHOWCASE!! I love learning about different countries and cultures. I love experiencing the people, the food, the smells, the music and completely immersing myself in all of it. And while each featured area (i.e. Norway, Japan, France) is certainly no replacement for visiting the real country, Disney has done a fantastic job of ensuring authenticity by staffing the featured areas with people from those countries. While I spent most of the time at Epcot with my family, at one point I did go off by myself for a couple of hours just exploring World Showcase...and it ended up being the absolute BEST part of my entire 7-day Disney World experience. If and when I go back to Disney World, I plan to spend the majority of my time at Epcot, primarily so that I can explore World Showcase more.

Overall, Epcot was without a doubt an amazing experience that I will remember the rest of my life...even if I never get another opportunity to visit again...though I certainly plan to. ;-)

Theme park and no amusement park

By Ben B |

It is important to realize in advance that Epcot is not an amusement park in the traditional sense. It is an exhibition with a handful of good to very good attractions. Like all Disney parks, it can be terribly busy here, especially on weekends. Then the World Showcase is also a nice place to drink and so a cheerful mood easily arises.
Qua attracties springt Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind er bovenuit. Great roller coaster that is also suitable for children. Frozen, Soaring and Ratatouille are reasonable (Testtrack was closed) and otherwise the attractions are somewhat outdated. This is mainly about watching and of course eating, drinking and buying a lot. Therefore best at the price. Please allow at least an hour for Guardians to wait.

Epcot

By Happiness50684621164 |

Absolutely rubbish far too expensive. No good in a big group. It was food festival so was expecting small tester samples but you have to buy them all for price of meal. It cost $34 just for 4 drinks and 1 donut that we shared.

Nice, interesting, not so magical

By GabrielePrandini |

I'm a fan of amusement parks, so I've seen several. I believe, as many say, there are no parks as beautiful and complete as Disney's.
There are perhaps some imperfections, but overall the Walt Disney World complex is truly exceptional.

Epcot is perhaps the least magical of the 4 parks, but it is still really beautiful. Some attractions are truly exceptional (Soarin, Cosmic Rewind for example). The aquarium is also beautiful (genius to build the Nemo attraction inside). Unfortunately the central part was under renovation and this stole part of the beauty.
Some areas of the Worlds Pavilion are really well done.
Some food choices to represent countries are perhaps questionable, but still nice and interesting (not too good in some cases).

On low-crowd days, the park can be visited in one day (if you use all the hours available).

Before paying a visit to Disney World, including the Magic Kingdom in the logic, you need planning, otherwise you risk not seeing everything and spending a lot of money, for example an indispensable bottle of water, to avoid spending lots and lots of money on expensive little bottles of water, fortunately the restaurants (even the quick ones) give free fresh and/or ice water, with which you can fill your water bottle and save yourself from the Florida heat.

Sadly disappointing

By Renee D |

Went with three of my adult children, because it was supposedly the great flower exhibition time. Very few varieties of flowers , all stuck into wire forms of Disney characters - nothing like a true flower exhibition. Had been there last 30 years ago, and very little had changed . Same 11 countries with very little culture learned and few free shows. Basically you pay $164 for an entrance ticket in order to pay Disney more at their expensive gift shops and very mediocre food offerings. Would neither go again, nor recommend it

Amazing

By Eddie |

What a place the only downside was the queues and sometimes they were outside when very busy but apart from that this place was amazing.

Needs direction...

By Sheryl F |

Very busy,, queues 2 hours in some places. The World Showcase area, absolutely rammed. Couldn't really sit anywhere , couldn't move around freely..should put a limit on capacity as it did not make for an enjoyable day. Little tip...the signposts are absolutely useless,, leaves you chasing your tail as they are not easy to understand which way they are pointing and they don't point to all the attractions, for example, Test Track, we found one sign for it,, nothing after that, and we came across the attraction by sheer luck .
Epcot looking old, definitely needs a good refresh as looking past it's time.

First time at EPCOT

By passenger904 |

EPCOT (like all the theme parks) is expensive but worth the trip. $30 parking. Food and souvenirs were expensive but that wasn't surprising. Way more families here than I expected.

The lines weren't too bad for the rides we tried. "Soarin' Around the World" was the longest wait at 45 minutes. The Matsuriza drummers at the Japan pavilion and "The Voices of Liberty" at the US pavilion were great. We also enjoyed the animatronics and film of "An American Adventure". The a/c of the US pavilion was a welcome respite from the heat.

The food was a disappointment. We ate at the France, Mexico, and Japan areas. I think if we had tried a sit-down meal, it would have been better. We only used counter service.

No real value for the money spent

By Evictor |

I grew up about 45 minutes from DIsney World. I have been to Disney Worlds Magic Kingdom and Epcot Center multiple times. I returned on a final trip in Feb 2025 and found it over priced and over crowded. Get ready to wait 55 - 90 minutes to even get on a ride. Entry to the park was $195, then get ready to pay $11 for a hotdog or $11 for a draft beer. Just to park your car was $30 and it's the first thing they get.

Disney needs to seriously limit the number of people entering the park beginning in the morning to give everyone a chance to enjoy the beauty and technology that Disney is known for.

Today there is no value for the money you will spend. I won't be back.

This is a shame because Epcot was always one of their most interesting parks to visit for adults.

Epcot love always but needs more shade

By reiki4life |

Epcot is Always a favorite when we visit Disney. We used the Disney app for genie plus and lightening lane but we didn’t need it for Epcot as it seemed the crowds were light. The 100 degree weather could have been a reason as there is little to no shade at this park to hide from the heat or everyone was just at Magic Kingdom where crowds exceeded expectations (written in MK review).

Guardians ride make sure you sign up for the virtual Que on Disney app or you can buy a lightening lane pass for $17. We did the lightening lane purchase (recommended). This ride will challenge you and several people were sick. No bathroom close to this ride so be sure to stop at cafe prior to walking over to this building. Disney should add bathroom stalls closer to this building.

Moana Journey of Water was amazing and refreshing considering we had 100 degree temps. Amazing family pics at this location and definitely play with the water. It’s a fun escape for the kids. Interactive and fun for everyone.

Went over to Japan via the boat instead of walking around. This part of the park is a different vibe then the first half.

The Season Cafe was great for food. Cafe Creations, Cold Spot, Creations shop a must see and we spent a lot of time here - one of the only retreats from the heat.

Guardians of the Galaxy is the Best Ride at Disney

By TravelingSoccerLoon |

Future World is getting a facelift and has a new ride, Guardians of the Galaxy which is arguably the best ride in all of the Disney Parks. It is operating with a virtual queue so do your homework and understand the system. Other favorite standouts including Test Track, Soarin, Mission Space and Spaceship Earth should be experienced. World Showcase remains a unique experience and for me is a highlight of a visit to Disneyworld. Each of the country pavilions around the lagoon offer architecture, music, food, shopping and entertainment unique to the country represented. It is also fun that all of the pavilions are staffed by young adults from those countries adding a bit of authenticity to the experience. Make sure to make a dinner reservation in one of the table service restaurants and stay for the fireworks at the end of the night. There is a relatively new ride at the France Pavilion, Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. This is a fun and fast 4D ride that uses high tech trackless technology and should not be missed. Obtain a Lightening Lane Pass early in the day. Although Epcot is more geared to adults (including the notorious "drinking around the world" that is frequently attempted), children can have a terrific time here too. There are many opportunities to meet the Disney characters and usually with a much shorter wait than at the other parks. Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and company along with Mary Poppins or Alice in Wonderland can be found in England, Belle and the Beast are in France and Aladin and Jasmine are usually in Morocco as examples. Make note that there is a back entrance/exit to Epcot in the World Showcase located between France and England and if you planning to visit the park often, staying at the Beach and Yacht Clubs or at The Boardwalk Villas, or at the Dolphin and Swan might make sense.

A trip around the world

By Luke T |

A great day out!
Nicely spaced out with barely any bottlenecks. The park is stunning with some great rides (though could do with some more).

All cast members that we encountered were very friendly and accommodating and the final show is stunning!

Epcot Terrible

By Brynn A |

My family hatted Epcot It's terrible for kids it's more for singles or Couples that like to see different countries. We only went for 1 hour then went straight to Magic Kingdom and we said we are never going to come back.

Won't be coming back

By James H |

Was really looking forward to a magical day, not a day of being shunned for not habmving a lightning pass, queuing for hours while others just walked in by, spending hours on my phone, not being able to book a restaurant oersinalky, I don't do on holiday to be a zombie on my phone, what the hell has haooened?, used to love thus place but it's now all about the money, bye bye Walt Disney works, used to be special, now just a money grabbing con

Love it; lots of walking

By Jen S |

We love it. Will be glad when the remodeling is complete. Have been going for many years, and it is a family standard. Too many things to talk about. Wear good shoes.

Good additions following long construction

By Steve H |

The last we visited Epcot was full of construction, this is (almost) finished with some welcome additions

Guardians of the Galaxy is fantastic, for a 7am virtual queue we got a return time of 2:20. The Moana walk through is well themed, the kids loved it. Genie plus is essential for this park due to the number of popular attractions, however we were able to ride everything by 6pm.

The food options at Flower and Garden were well done, and May is always a great time to visit.

Rope Drop - Frozen
Virtual Queue - GOTG
Fast Pass - Remy

Dull Day at Epcot

By Rier.. |

I visited Epcot on 7/8/25 and was very disappointed. All most all of the kiosks were closed up. This detracted from the overall experience of the park. It was a dull and dead experience. We pay too much for these tickets and the cost to travel to Disney to be cheated at the park. Shame on you Disney!!! Is Disney worth it??

Disappointed with Disney parks.

By federico k |

Sadly, after Pande Iá, the Disney parks became usurious. They charge for everything and in excess. Their quick access system is not. The characters no longer appear as they did before. To take a photo with a character you have to pay and wait more than 1 hour. Epcot is better preserved than Magickingdom, which really left a lot to be desired. Here at Epcot the friendliest workers by far than at Magickingdom. Everything that is food and drink seems very expensive to me, they always have been. A simple hot dog $15.00 drinks from $6.00 to 8.00. You can no longer jump from one park to another. Lines of more than 50 min. Not as long as in Magickingdom which was 85 min. And also for some games they opened a portal for you to reserve. But you still had to train. Everything is very slow and if you go with little ones, it is very heavy. Really what a disappointment. What poor management of the parks. I thought it was a lie, but sadly I verified it for myself

Beautiful park, but watch out for drink

By Valeria R |

Unfortunately you have to be careful where to order food and drink, there is the wine festival all exquisite but in the place of Italy lousy attention, I ordered a bellini spritz and they gave me a small and warm glass, I ordered ice and they said no, my friend asked for a sangria and they also denied it. On the other hand, next to the stand in Spain the sangria at half price, good service, presentation and frost as appropriate.

Among many, the least beautiful

By Trivius |

I was there all those years ago.
In the title, I say, the least beautiful.
Asserting, not that it is not beautiful, but it is less so than the others.
There is the whole part dedicated to nations, which is beautiful, perhaps, with more attention, to local specialties, not always good.

Waste of Money

By KatMom |

It was absolutely packed today. Strollers and scooters running right into people. The lines for everything were awful. We stayed for an hour and left.

Never give a sucker an even break

By Culture48271701825 |

Went to epcot used virtual que to ride gardians. Took 1 hour wait. It was ok but you should know how long you will wait not much else to do there did the ball,Mexico, nemo the land. Test track was over an hour wait so why bother. Ate in Mexico big mistake 3 crumby street taco with barely any filling and soggy nachos. Had china's food last week you get better at the malls food court. Germany used to have a good menu but it's gone. Been annual pass holders for 12 years but now feel like why bother. Disney should change its slogan from "the happiest pace on earth" to "never give a sucker an even break"

All about the money all the magic gone

By jack back |

I have always been in love Disney and it’s parks for me they we’re magical. I lived part time in Florida for several years and visited WDW every year at least once. We even enjoy the perk of residents discount. We have not been back since before covid. As well catching up with friends we wanted a day in a Disney Park. I must say I am so disappointed about they way the park Epcot now operates.
One thing the car park rate $25 the entrance fee a staggering.
$ 144 each plus tax !! I had checked online and thought the prices were $18 parking $109 entrance bad enough, however they now change their price all the times depending date day of the week etcThe place has none of the excitement or magic of the past. There are definitely less attractions, less to do .. except eat or shop. Epcot used to a 2 day visit because there was so much to do and see.Its all shops and eating places. Which you need to cash in your pension to be able do,that. The food is poor. we went during the food festival small plates of crap basically.
The fast pass has now gone there now something called lighting? Which in a nut shell you pay extra for so you can queue jump this is on top of your $144 already paid upfront. It was crowded there is building sites everywhere it’s a nightmare. I am a seasoned Disney goer I don’t mind crowds or line waiting for rides but this place is ridulous. I am sorry to say I will never return to Epcot or WDW I feel so upset by the change In Disneys culture it like I was just told there is no Santa.

The ambience is nice, but it is not nearly enough.

By ronnyp645 |

It's best to start with the
positive, the design of the park. It's really quite nice to look at.

Then the attractions, we can only really say something about the ball with the world trip, it's nice, as our little one was just doing it at school when he was 11, it was a really good fit, the facts you get are nothing you wouldn't already know, the ride isn't one that gets your pulse racing, on the contrary. Nicely done, but that's about it.

The next attractions were a trip to Mars and across the earth. Both the same. The long procedure is also part of the show, conclusion: it's also quite nice, one ride is definitely enough.

Then we start with the negative, because we couldn't ride any more without waiting somewhere for more than 70 minutes. More like longer.

The virtual queue at Guardians didn't work several times. You probably won't ever get a chance to ride it.

We could have done Anna and Elsa but that would have been going in the wrong direction, for 8-year-old girls that would have been the best thing.

What can you do after that or in the middle of it? Only food stands and shops. It feels like that makes up over 80% of the park.

Long queues there too, not a single stand without a minimum 15-minute wait.

As a restaurateur, it's very hard to have to watch something like that. With such mechanized, clumsy work processes, you lose the desire to work.

Unfortunately, the quality is also so-so or typical fast food with little to no individuality.

After 2.5 hours of touring, we unfortunately headed back towards the exit and first went to the guest relations building to raise our concerns about the price and what was on offer. They had probably seen that before.

Unfortunately, we didn't find a goodwill solution. We could have done the other parks with an upgrade, but no, not another $170

As the park had already charged us over $500 before. (Without food and drinks)

Unfortunately the park was also completely overcrowded, but that was probably due to the
Saturday because on the Friday before we were at Universal Adventure Park and it was
really great. By the way.

Conclusion: with smaller children and maybe girls it is definitely an alternative during the week and or as part of the park hopping tickets. Otherwise it is rather overrated.

As a family with 11 year old teenager and modern parents we were rather disappointed and after 2.5 hours we were exhausted and unfortunately ready to move on.

Far from the Disney experience.

By Francisco C |

I've been to Epcot a few times… Common park. I've already given the park at least 4 chances, none of which met Disney's minimum standards. Regardless this last time. Unfortunately, the service is poor in the park, the customer service is disrespectful. It's not new that Epcot is the least favorite park among tourists, but unfortunately it has become the company's scum. A park with Disney rules should be at least favorable to the clientele that frequents it... something that doesn't happen. In an attempt to move the weakened Epcot, Disney chose to put the Guardians of the Galaxy here. As you might expect, once again a tragedy for those who pay 100 dollars for admission. The virtual line is far from a good idea, confusing and clumsy. Even the Guest Experience Team employees themselves cannot deal with so many complaints from different levels regarding the queue. Without answers and solutions for this, the park finds itself in a deplorable state. On the day I write this I was disappointed when I opened the app to get in line at the time offered by the park, 1pm. I wasn't able to! In three seconds the virtual line had already been completely occupied. In a sad way the day went on, but the Disney experience, the magical moments that should be provided are not even close to being provided in this park.

Family's favorite park

By II_Traveler_II |

First trip back to Orlando for my family, and we came during the Epcot Flower festival. Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom were both excellent but my family's overall favorite was EPCOT.

I don't think I've ever seen EPCOT as aesthetically pleasing as during the Flower and Garden Festival, and it's always been a beautiful park.

It's nice that communicore hall and the odyssey building get more love during this festival, aren't pass through spaces.

Going around the world was extra pleasant, and no trip to Disney is complete without a ride on Guardians.

Nice park, but get ready to walk!

By Isaac |

The park is very cool! With attractions right at the entrance and other well-spaced, the park simulates a round the world highlighting France and the attraction of the Ratatouille. This park has the least cool closing show of all four Disney parks.

A little dated, but still my favourite

By wanderer_scotland |

I came to Orlando with my parents quite a lot in the late 80's and throughout the 90's, with my last visit in 2000-ish, and bringing my wife and own two kids, I was looking forward the most to visiting Epcot, which as a kid, was always my favourite.

Probably the most tired of all the parks, as it really does feel VERY dated now, but still has a charm about it.

A lot quieter than the magic kingdon, but day we came was by far the warmest of our 2 weeks in Flordia, and the day was a real struggle to get through.

This is not really a park for rides, but the classics are all still there, with Spaceship Earth (iconic golf ball structure) still a classic, and Imaginarium (with Figmant), both of which my kids loved.

The Nemo Aquarium is really worth catching, with Crush the Sea Turtle interactive lesson really good.

The main part is World Showcase, which is a walk around the world.

Some of my favourites are still there like the Canada showcase movie, but the Scandinavian Viking ride has now been given a Frozen theme, which I found disappointing.

Since my last visit, the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros in Mexico and Remy's Ratatouille Adventure in France are great additions to the park.

Good tip for meeting characters, in the America section, there is a small side street where about 12 or so characters all meet at once.

All in all, maybe a tad dated, but still my favourite of the Disney Parks.

Great for everyone

By L'Art En Route |

I find epcot to be great for everyone. There is a great mixture of events, shows and attractions that the whole family can enjoy.

A lot if walking, and there aren't many available shady spots so wear sunscreen and drink water.

Bad experience

By Dimitri V |

Not highly recommended. You're going to an amusement park for rides. In Epcot it is mainly about drinking and eating stands. The major attractions such as Racetrack is under maintenance and for the Guardians of the Galaxy, the virtual line was full at 3 seconds, so unlucky.

We love Epcot!

By Jesseca |

The most adult-like Disney park. We drank around the world and tried several food places. Guardians of the Galaxy ride was the best ride out of all the parks. Mission Space ride is terrifying and I do not recommend. It is NOT for the weak. Our favourite place that we ate was Mexico and our favourite drinks were from Japan and Morocco.

favorite park

By parrottdize |

This is our favorite park, and we do try to see as much as we can here, but seeing everything and taking everything in at a leisurely pace are not compatible. So a day and a half are needed to do it right.
At the time we went it was the art festival, which is nice; but I like the flower and garden show that they have in the spring better. Just my preference.

Our family went to Epcot for the first time. Overall, it was OK/fair. My 9-year-old daughter liked Magic Kingdom better and my 15-year-old son liked Hollywood Studios better. Here are my impressions/observations:

CLEANLINESS. Like any Disney property, Epcot was very clean and tidy. Love this about Disney.
RIDES. There are a few rides. Not as many as the two prior parks mentions. This was a negative for the kids.
SPACING. All the sights/activities/etc are very spaced out, much more so than the other parks. Definitely wear your walking shoes.
WEATHER. Beware of the summer heat and humidity. Try to avoid going this time of year.
COST. This goes without saying. It is what it is.
LINES. Horrible. This is a huge negative.
THEMATIC CONTINUITY. The feel of Epcot is a view of the present/future based on the viewpoint of humans from the 1960’s. The rides and themes mostly reflect this. Then they intersperse a few modern rides here and there. On top of that, they have the international section which feels like a random addition that they just plopped in there. The complaint is the thematic continuity…. The randomness of it or the inconsistency of it.
AMBIANCE. We really enjoyed the ambiance from the international section. The ambiance from the rest felt very old-fashioned (60’s-ish).
FOOD. We ate at Space 220. That was an amazing “experience”. However, the food was ok and overpriced. The downside to eating there was we were too full to sample the food/drinks in the international part of Epcot. Realistically, you’re going to have to do one or the other.
ALCOHOL. This was my wife’s favorite. Dealing with the kids, she definitely needed a drink. The international section has some really good and unique drinks to enjoy.

Did we have a great time, yes. Is it worth it to go, yes……. As long as you are realistic about your expectations. Would I go back again, no……. unless the family really really wanted to go back.

Epcot employee Lee was the best

By Lee K |

Had the best experience ever made by a Disney employee called Lee (female). Absolutely went out her way to take loads of photos of me and my mum. What a gem Disney have working for them.

Vegan options!!

By Edmund P |

I’d always wanted to visit Disney parks, but I never had children of my own. Maybe someday I’ll visit Epcot because it’s the more grown up park… I’d always heard. My wife and I bought an HGV time share that gave us a sweet deal on stay in Orlando, so here’s my chance. We actually visited 2 parks, but our first park was Epcot which was also hosting the food and wine event. Another reason we figured we couldn’t go is because my wife and I are vegan, but not only were there vegan options… they had so many choices. We loved the park and the different cultures represented and the guardians of the galaxy ride. Tomorrow land was great too! Highly recommend for any age..

Epcot experience

By James B |

Excellent adventures with a little of everything to be experienced. Besides the roller coster rides being scary, it was epic.

My only drawback was that after using the option to purchase our tickets online to avoid the lines, we had to wait for two hours at the Guest Services line to receive our "all-day eat" pass and an explanation as to what we purchased.

A great visit during the Flower & Garden Festival!

By Karen V |

I love EPCOT! Did you know that it's the 2nd largest Disney theme park? Keep that in mind when you're timing how far it will take to get from the farthest part of the World Showcase to the Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind attraction. Thankfully they give you a window of time to get to your lightning lane or virtual queue slot. Ha!

What I like the most is the ease of transportation to this park. The monorail has always been great as a transfer to and from the Magic Kingdom. Now they have the Skyliner that drops you off at the International Gateway from your Disney Skyliner Resort. There's also a very efficient bus service that will get you there as well. Transportation has definitely improved at Disney World.

The park is absolutely beautiful during the International Flower & Garden Festival in the month of April. This festival (or any seasonal festival) at EPCOT is automatically included in your admission. You no longer need a park reservation if you have a date-based ticket. We didn't have to worry about any of that during our stay. Our visit was on a weekday, and it didn't seem as crowded. There was no rain in our forecast. It was just beautiful weather. There were lots of butterflies, birds, and ducks. I even saw a little bunny. There's a lovely aroma of roses & magnolias everywhere. Can you tell that it's my favorite park?

The biggest attractions are GOTG Cosmic Rewind (World Discovery), Remy's Ratatouille Adventure (France Pavilion), Frozen Ever After (Norway Pavilion), Journey of Water and Soarin' (World Nature). There's only one ride that doesn't have a standby queue, and that's the GOTG attraction. The longest line, as of April 2024, is Frozen Ever After. The following are just a few of the rides that keep you cool and away from the afternoon sun: Spaceship Earth, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, The Gran Fiesta Tour (Mexico Pavilion), and any ride in the Land Pavilion.

The main reason to visit is for the International food offerings. There are pricey, and some not so pricey options. The festival outdoor kitchens have good options with smaller portions. We really enjoyed the food at Northern Bloom in Canada. The price was fair compared to the restaurants, and the food was tasty. There's a great pastry shop in France, and some awesome beer battered fried fish in the United Kingdom. I can even recommend the food from Italy & Germany (from past visits). There's something for everyone, and many different cuisines to try in the future.

I've only been to EPCOT a total of 4 times. That's embarrassing to say as a native Floridian. We definitely need to go back more often. There are some newer rides that didn't make the priority list on this particular trip. Hopefully we'll get to experience them next time.

Our First Day of Conference was here!

By Diane N |

We enjoyed our first session of the conference here at Epcot. Loved the different countries, and enjoyed some sushi in Japan. Went on a hunt for visors and can you believe they didn't have any? Took the Gondola to the Magic Kingdom, and just had a great time

Very Educational Park to Vist

By floriebelle |

Epcot Experienced was very educational learning different countries history, culture & foods especially.
The Festival of Countries walking experienced was not bad . Shows are awesome and they have very helpful , respectful staffs everywhere. Restrooms are everywhere as well lol. Affordable foods to buy. Cleaned and well maintained resort. Highly Recommended to visit.

Very disappointing

By James S |

By far the worst park of the main ones, customer service was very poor, is dated and Guardians was closed and when spoke to the guest relations team they were unhelpful and actually quite rude.

Everlasting Epcot

By Bnizzle76 |

I visited with my adult son who is a Disney Annual Pass holder. We arrived before rope drop and started with Ratatouille. Thankfully, we went when Lightning Passes and the Virtual Queue were still available, and the chilly 45* lessened the crowd. However, I feel Disney must do something to improve wait times, and $179 per adult is unreasonable. We enjoyed our day visiting all the countries, especially seeing the beautiful topiaries, and going on the rides. Guardians of the Galaxy is by far the most amazing rotating roller coaster with music (Disco Inferno from Saturday Night Fever) blaring ride I’ve ever been on! Unfortunately, so many rides are outdated, but Galaxy was awesome!

We enjoyed eating at Le Cellier in Canada ($200 for 2) and LaHacienda San Angel in Mexico- both delicious. We also loved the candy at Karamell-Kuche in Germany.

I based my ****rating on how much fun we had, but I must rate the cost * - I think Walt would be ashamed of Disney for becoming such a price gouging company.

A fantastic Disney Park with much to do for both adults and kids.

By JDHS2014 |

Having been to all of the other Disney Parks in Orlando, Epcot had never made it on the list due to being told 'it's a bit boring and there's not much to do.'

How wrong that comment is. Whilst there aren't the big rides you get elsewhere, the park does boast a huge variety of rises abd experiences.

Visiting with my 4 year old who is obsessed with all things Space, Science and The World, the Epcot trip around the world is amazing.

Not only is there plenty of fun to be had in rhe different areas of the world, but the park seeks to educate both young and old on so many things.

The park is clean, tidy and not as busy as the other Disney Parks. This is a must do park. Certainly one to do if you fancy a slower and more relaxing day. And whether going as adults only or with kids, you'll all come away having learnt something.

I can't comment on the 9pm fireworks as we'd left by then, but I'm told you won't be disappointed.

Better than Expected

By N D |

Although this park wasn’t top of our list, it was better than expected.
It also featured our favourite ride: Guardians of the Galaxy.
We visited in early May when the weather was good but the crowds weren’t too bad.
It’s worth stopping for the fireworks.

THE BEST at WDW

By SUSAN T |

Epcot is the best of the Walt Disney World parks! Enjoyed the food and wine festival, lots of wonderful dishes from around the world! Guardians of the Galaxy is hands-down the best ride! °o°

Needs shade

By Pukeonthestreet |

There is so little shade so prepare for that. Norway has the best chocolate chip cookie in all of disney now. Guardians is the best disney ride ever. Ratatouille is cool. but not worth a three hour wait. Honestly just wish the rides weren't so spread out so you could get them all done at once. Always check who's playing at the concert stage too sometimes they have awesome artists.

Fun place for older kids but not much for younger kids to enjoy.

By Tammy A |

Not a lot for young kids to do.
There are a few rides but the wait times and the break downs are ridiculous.
Guess we picked the wrong day to go.
Nemo was adorable. The kids enjoyed that and ratatouille!

Didn't meet my expectations

By Worry911 |

The day we visited was extremely hot so to walk around the world was more of a chore than a pleasure in the heat, unless you go in the gift shops or the restaurants there is no to escape the heat.

This is an extensive park with all the rides to one side of the park if you are wishing to eat and drink round the world for the day this would be the park for you

it just wasn't for us

Awesome

By Andy Bong |

Had a blast traveling the world. Riding Ride and taking pictures i recommend to everyone to come and visit your park. Thank you

Festival of the Arts!

By iamjujubites |

First time at Epcot for the Festival of the Arts. January/February was the perfect time to go. Shorter lines, less people, beautiful weather. The Festival of the Arts was amazing! Discovering the different food and drink options was fun. I recommend loading a gift card and using that for purchases so you can keep track of what you spent and don't overboard. Of course wear comfortable shoes and pack your patience. Some rides and food/beverage lines are worth the wait. But understand that you will be waiting.

10/10 the best

By Lucie |

This was so amazing!! the food there is the best if your a big chocolate girl go to the paris bit and get a crepe they are the best!! The food there is honestly the best in all of disney parks just because it has all diffrent. If you are a travel girly come to epcot it has all diffrent countries and cultures my favourite place there was the japan one because of all the beautiful outfits and scenery! It feels like your in the places which is so beautifull

This place is very nice.

By Leandro C |

This place is a great place to visit with friends or family. I highly recommend it. Prefer no rush days and not so cold days

Disney Epcot summer 2025

By Warren P |

We rope dropped the morning and raced to ratatouille in France. The lineup was to the bridge. We were on the ride within 40minutes. Epcot is big so plan to walk unless the boats are working. Due to multi passes we were zigzagging and it added extra steps. If you have opportunities the best rides are guardians of the galaxy best for 10+. And sorin, ratatouille. The aquarium was also amazing my 8+10 year olds love it. Space 220 was over priced and not worth the wait. Staff were amazing but the food was lacklustre. I ordered a steak that was thin and over cooked.

Epcot

By GoVols79 |

Our kids have always loved Epcot. We stayed at the Caribbean Beach resort which offers the skyliner to get to Epcot. We arrived at park opening and went straight to Ratatouille. We also purchased lightning lane passes which made it easy to ride Frozen and Soarin and everything else. Guardians of the Galaxy was the only ride we purchased the individual lightning lane for during our trip. I hate to spend so much money on top of everything else but it was great to just walk right on the ride and made planning the day so much easier.

It’s a Classic but Other Parks are Better

By R0793 |

It’s Epcot so it has many of the classic features associated with Disney. The day we went it rained but we had to use our tickets. There were limited rides and with the rain some of the ones we wanted to ride were closed.

The Tron ride is a virtual cue only. You must download the Disney app to get in the cue but it was full all day and we were not able to get on.

If you are doing Disney then I recommend the other parks as they seem to have much more stuff to do and see.

My Favorite Park

By Baker |

EPCOT was more of a sightseeing and exploration park visit. The Disney app can help determine the many adventures to choose from. The food spots are plenty and delicious. The Connections Cafe was great. Definitely recommend reserving dining seating far in advance to ensure availability.

There’s a great deal of walking at this park, but it comes with unforgettable moments. It was a thrilling experience to travel “Around the World 🌎. “ Exploring the myriad of cultures and their restaurants and infrastructure. Norway and Canada are my favorites. The Great American Adventure was great.

There are great rides and shows with reasonable wait times. We had an absolute blast.

Great park

By Rhoda J |

We love this park. Soarin is a must do. It is like a hang gliding experience and the front row is the-best. The land is a slow boat ride classic. Our favorite ride is Guardians cosmic rewind. Mission space is a good tide but I fo the less intense and my husband and daughter do the regular version.

Contractual Non-Compliance and Staff Misconduct

By RPMsaopaulo |

I purchased a 4-day ticket package starting January 4th, 2026, directly through the official Disney website (Portuguese version). Prior to purchase, I consulted Disney’s Portuguese customer service, who confirmed that the "4-park" ticket allows entry to one park per day.

My written contract, provided in a Portuguese version explicitly states that I am entitled to visit "one single park per day" (um único parque por dia). Crucially, the contract does not state that these four days must be spent at four DIFFERENT parks.

As I had already attended the Jollywood event and completed my visit to Hollywood Studios, I requested to use my remaining days to visit Epcot (twice), Animal Kingdom (once), and Magic Kingdom (once).

I was assisted by Ashley and subsequently by a manager named Jessica at Epcot today, January 1st, 2026. Jessica was extremely rude and dismissive. She demanded an additional payment of $154 USD per person to allow a second day at Epcot, claiming I could not "transfer" a Hollywood Studios day to Epcot.

Furthermore, Jessica falsely claimed that I had purchased my tickets through a Brazilian travel agency—which is untrue, as I purchased them directly from Disney. It was evident that her refusal to help stemmed from a language barrier and a complete lack of willingness to review the Portuguese contract I presented to her.

According to the digital contract signed between myself and Disney World, I have the right to 4 days of park access. Since the contract does not mandate that the parks must be unique/different, I am entitled to use my remaining entitlements as I see fit (one park per day).

I am currently losing precious vacation time due to Disney’s internal communication errors and the unprofessionalism of the Epcot management.

Best Disney park for a rainy Day

By Dean P |

A rainy day doesnt spoil epcot its a park with more to do and see than most think and has one of disneys best rides I Guardians of The Galaxy and a Classic in Soaring.

Way too expensive for what you get

By Mobile798676 |

So disappointing. This was part of a friend's weekend & boy are we sorry we chose Epcot. Exhorbident prices on everything starting with the entrance fee. No Florida residents discount for one day pass, crazy parking fees, unaffordable food & drinks & lines so long you can't see all the attractions in one day. Not to mention, staff doesn't have a clue. I asked 4 different people about first aid location & no one could assist. We should have spent our money elsewhere & had a better time. Shame on Disney!!

Epcot Disney world July 2024

By Zach |

Epcot is definitely a theme park you need to visit it has some incredible rides and one of the best in the whole of Disney world. Our favourites were guardians of the galaxy cosmic rewind, Remis rattoutie adventure, spaceship earth and soarin. And the only ones which had longer queues where soarin and remis. The guardians of the galaxy rollercoaster is on a virtual queue which can be very annoying at times but it’s not that bad. Altogether you should definitely not miss Epcot.

A blast

By Roses |

Very immersive experience - excellently built theme park.
Guardians of the Galaxy was so much fun! Even Frozen was rather thrilling. Spaceship Earth was lovely. A nice variety of rides and there are even rest stations incase of nausea.
Workers here were super nice.
The food is great though the portions are small, so it's more like a snack for each order. I found frushi really interesting and pretty.
Club Cool was awesome, being able to sample Cola from different countries. My preference being the Lychee Cola from Korea.
Plenty of refreshment booths or water fountain stations to refill water bottles.
My favorite country to visit of all was China. Loved all the zodiacs on display and the 360 view.
Would've liked more dramatic fireworks at the end of the night if I had a critique!

Magic place

By Paulo C |

Wonderful place, with “low” frequency of audience at that time.
Some attractions imply more visited, but overall, wonderful!!!

The park literally takes you around the world

By Paloma Braga Parrales |

This park is huge. There's a lot to do and see...

The World Showcase literally gives you the way around the world. The shops have products and typical food, a delight to spend the afternoon.

If you want to feel unwanted…

By Sonsli U |

Never go again. But by the time we got there, we had already been treated badly at Magic Castle. I funny know what they’re doing, and i think they forgot, also. What was it? Surely it’s that management unaware of what line staff were doing? How could they operate so badly if management knew?

Drunk People Everywhere.

By Mark G |

Drunk people everywhere, ‘apparently drinking around the world’ is now a thing people do at Epcot. Disney obviously encourage this as everywhere else sells frozen alcoholic drinks with some tenuous link to that specific area’s culture.
Didn’t make for a fun experience with kids.
Guardians of the Galaxy ride is the only thing that saved me from putting 1 star.

Arguably The Best Disney Park

By SUBZEROSKIDD10 |

If you’re sick of the Disney characters walking around and want a little more culture than what is provided in “It’s A Small World,” check out Epcot. I loved the different countries of the world represented with attractions, food, and drinks. I was there during the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival which added even more dining options for each country. These dishes were decent size and reasonable in price, considering it’s Disney. The Provence poutine was fantastic, with hints of lavender. My favorite part of Epcot was the Canada pavilion and the “O Canada” movie that is presenting in circle-vision 360 degrees. Epcot is the best way to forget you are in Orlando and get a slice of the world while at Disney.

Floral beauty

By Alicia T |

Visiting in April meant we were treated to the absolutely beautiful Flower & Garden Festival, which instantly elevated the park’s atmosphere and was easily a high point of the entire trip.
We found the gentle dark rides to be perfectly charming; Frozen Ever After is a cute and enjoyable family ride, as is the Three Caballeros Grand Fiesta Tour in the Mexico pavilion.
However, the World Showcase, while visually beautiful, felt slightly outdated, and the actual international culture representation in many countries was surprisingly short. In addition, the newest coaster, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, was far too rough. Some spins and drops felt completely unnecessary and chaotic, making it a coaster we definitely won't be rushing back to ride.

A+ 2025 Food and Wine Festival

By WildermereBeach+ |

Food and wine 2025. Experience was great. Great time to make memories with the family. We had a group of 14 that split up during the day to ride the rides, then met up in world showcase. Boyz II Men were performing. Many extra country Kiosks to have samplings of different beverages and cuisines from many countries. Food was great, service amazing, wait times average 40 minutes per attraction - Guardians was 70. minutes but worth the wait. Great experience and the new fireworks reflections of earth show was enhanced with water features. As always a GREAT time had by all

The EPCOT we knew and Loved had been destroyed

By David C |

If you love buying food perhaps it is for you.

This used to be the place for edutainment, it is now a place to expand your waistline.

It doesn't look or feel like the epcot of old, and I would rather spend my time at the mall.

It really is sad, go on youtube there are plenty of videos that will show you the changes. If you like to eat or learn about Disney IP this is the place for you I suppose.
I wrote a detailed Magic Kingdom review of my trip and take a read for details that spilled over there as well.

No standards anymore -

if it were half the price it might be worth visiting. Money is hard earned these days choose wisely.

5 Stars-hands down

By Megan M |

Awesome! What more is there is to say? Food and Wine Festival was a lot of fun (would’ve been more fun without kids!). We noticed there are less kids here during the day compared to Magic Kingdom. It’s still crowded, of course. Our favorite rides included: Remy’s, Frozen, and Soaring. We ate dinner in Japan: Shiki-Sai. It was unbelievable! Fireworks were great too! Can’t wait to visit Epcot again!

Family trip

By Hege-Kristin Sø... G |

This park offered a lot of what we like. Attractions for large and small. What we were most excited about was getting the stamp and greeting from the 11 lands that were in the park. We bought ourselves the passport and received the greeting in the language of the lands we were in. We also collected information cards and got a special card if we collected all. Norway was represented, and of course everybody there spoke Norwegian. One of the staff came from our neighborhood, so it was a little cool. Enough about that, is definitely something you should get with.

Had a surprisingly great first visit. Not at all what I expected

By aimeejemma |

Being my first visit from the UK I wasn't sure what to expect from Epcot. I knew it was about food and different countries but that's it.

It completely took me by surprise and probably one of my favourites out of the 4 parks.

There no bad food no matter where we ate. So many options and variety.

Rides were great some were dated but in like a good nostalgia kind of way so you appreciated it being behind the times. Cosmic rewind is easily the best ride there but you're there for the food

A surprise was the aquarium not at all expected got to see manatees which I've never seen before in person. It was a pleasantly surprising day out and I absolutely loved it. Only negative I'd say is by nighttime there was a drastic contrast in people visiting families to people trying to 'visit every country' to get drunk. Take that with a pinch of salt .

One of the best orlando theme parks

By Izzy philson |

I loved Epcot , and I think that there is something for everything there .
My favourite ride was the guardians of the galaxy one , and any families with kids over 6 years old should try this !
The countries are really cool too and there are a bunch of things to try . Around the countries , you can collect little cards with some facts about the countries and there are gift shops in all of the areas .
The food here is great too , and they are all over the park . The fireworks at night are just stunning , so if you go , stay until night to watch !
Epcot is clean and accessible , and overall , just a really fun theme park with rides and this is a must try when visiting Orlando ! :)

The best Theme Park in the World.

By Jeff456789 |

Epcot has always been my favourite theme park, despite all the changes, the removal of some much missed classic attractions and the invasion of IPs this remains my favourite park. Guardians is a great addition and as much as I missed Universe of Energy I have to admit Guardians is clearly a superior replacement. It is going to be great when all the construction walls are down as they are a put off putting but they should be gone soon. World showcase and Food and Wine as good as ever, we ate the best food our holiday here and can't wait for next years food and wine.

Ruined a Tradition

By Anon Y |

Performances by Orchestra and Choir were excellent. BUT the whole performance was ruined by Tituss Burgess whose narration ridiculed the Bible Christmas story. Multiple people around us were scandalized ever time he spoke. A shame a tradition begun by Disney has become a ridicule of the birth of the Christ.

Would definitely come back here!!!

By ThevacationGuru |

I went to Epcot with my boyfriend and his mother as well as his father in law. Epcot is by far the most family friendly park, having reduced admission fees for military personnel was definitely a win for us especially being on a budget. we ended up paying 150 for my partner and I but it was around 130 for his mother and father and law. We spent a full day at Epcot getting there around 10 am and leaving during the parks closing. The atmosphere is really for people of all ages, having plenty of stroller stops and airconditioned areas for those who need frequent breaks, as well as a beautiful merging of cultures within one big park was really ideal for us as my partner is not a big ride person and it still gave us lots to do and look at. Crowds are by far the best here out of any Disney park I have been to normally pretty slow in the beginning of the day and picking up for a bit during the afternoon with larger families and groups. As with any Disney park I highly recommend going in and making your way to the furthest attraction and then working your way backwards, to make the most of your experience and make sure you have the least amount of wait times. The staff were pretty sweet but also far less invasive then the other parks, always there to help but not too pushy, I think they were pretty aware of what people wanted when coming here and making themselves scarce for those who were capable, but available for those who weren't de3finetely seemed like their strong suit.

Missing an upgrade

By Marcelo A |

The best thing is the cultural parts of the countries, the science parts were very outdated and boring. There are classic games like cars that are fine, but others are very outdated. WE COULDN'T MAKE GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXIES, NEVER OPENED THE VIRTUAL ROW. Just as this one wouldn't come back and I wouldn't recommend it.

Disney

By alisone97 |

I have been here several times. Disney always does Disney well. Wasn't as clean as usual though. There was actually litter on the ground in obvious places throughout the park. A first. Must have reduced ground keeping staff.

Nice, but nog a must-go-to park

By CarloHelmond |

Second time I visited. Not a whole lot has changed. a lot of the attractions are situated around the main entrance. It can get pretty busy there. If you take the skyliner from the disney hotels you will enter at the other side of the lake. Going through the different countries is nice and give you a bit of a feel for the country, but there are no big attractions or rides in that area. If you are looking for rollercoasters, you better skip this park. If you are here for other reasons then this park will show you a different side of Disney compared to Magic Kingdom for instance. There seem to be quiet a few people complaining and prices for food/drinks and having to wait in line for a long time. I agree that the price for food and drinks is rather high, but not higher compared to other amausement parks or events. Long waiting lines depend a little on the time of day and atraction.

Very Nice Place

By Ariel M |

It was very nice there, good attractions for everybody no matter the age even if you are scared of fast rides. Really enjoyed the Soaring as well as SpaceShip Earth. Visiting the areas stylized by different countries was really nice. It's definitely worth it to stay there until 9PM, when they do their nightly firework show as it is really amazing. I would highly recommend coming here.

During my visit 3 major A Ticket Attractions Broken or closed.

By Usmc82 |

Epcot has definitely lost its magic. Major rides were constantly broken and not working during our visit. Gaurdians of the Galaxy was not operating all afternoon and evening on the Friday night that we were in the park. After having paid significant money for an individual lightning lane pass I was told by a totally disinterested Disney employee to go find the Disney Experience Office and request a refund.

After having paid significant money for the pass so I would not have to wait in line, I had to wait in a 30 minute line at Disney Experience to request a refund.

The next day the major ride at the France Pavilion was also broken.

Disney and its management is clearly not performing preventative maintenance on its major attractions and not investing money into clearly outdated infrastructure and rides such as Space Ship Earth. Space Ship Earth is a total embarrassment with regard to ride technology given what other theme parks are bringing to the market

The section of the park that was closed for 5 years of renovation and reconstruction is basically just a garden area with benches and a Communicore Building that looks like a cheap shopping mall or just an indoor hallway.

Epcot - Disney Orlando

By Straight talking honest review man |

Had the urge for this holiday to write reviews as like most k at reviews and often frustrated by review either overtop saying amazing as if been paid to do so or over the top bad as if paid by rival.

I have 2 kids aged 9+-12.

I visited Epcot 30 years ago as a child and remember snippets. Having visited this holiday with the family I was quite disappointed with Epcot and so were the kids.

I think the excitement and amazement magic kingdom brings sets up Epcot to be a letdown.

Epcot is split into 2 really, the rides area and the world area round the lake.

The world area is great. Split into different countries where you can eat, drink and experience that area. There are a couple of the rides people want in frozen and rattatouille, but have massive wait times.

I would say it is more of an evening visit to wander and watch the firework display at end.

The rides part around the Epcot hall was real disappointment for us, the rides are 90% educational, if that’s the right word. Many are just sit and watch/ride around nature, the world and history. I’m pretty certain they are the same from when visited 30years again, very dated.

My wife made a comments after being there 2-3 hours which summed it up. If it wasn’t for the Disney shops scattered around you wouldn’t know it’s Disney.

There was the flower and garden show on for the month of May which had characters made into flowers and bushes which did look good but nothing to excite about.

There was the exception with the rides for test track which was okay but not amazing and is suspended everytime there is slight rain so stops several times.

Overall my best honest advise for families with kids visiting Disney for first time and want to go Epcot is go before any of the other parks as the kids will be very disappointed unless you are going for the frozen stuff, which then is a no brainier, but with boys there was very little to do and we did the whole park in half a day

I recommend this theme park you'll also think it's the best theme park

By jackson c |

this is my favorite theme park around the world with all my favorite rides shops and everything I love the theme park so much

Dumbing down

By Michael S |

Epcot remains my favorite of the Disney World parks, but it continues to evolve and diverge from its original concept (Experimental Prototype City of Tomorrow), which, to be fair, it never completely realized. The spaces continue to be renewed and refreshed and I love the openness and the relative serenity compared to the other parks. The most notable trend, also the most disappointing in my mind, but also completely understandable, is the continued effort to monetize the Disney movie franchises by installing movie themed rides in place of educational or informational offerings that existed before.

Far too busy

Visited in the middle of the week so hoped it wouldn’t be too busy. Wrong.

The food festival is running until November there, and the park was so busy that it was pretty impossible to go into any of the world shops and do any of the rides without waiting at least an hour. There were long queues up to each of the food stalls. And this is after Disney make you reserve a park so they can control numbers.

This is another Orlando park that’s become pointless to visit on your standard ticket, unless you fork out hundreds more for express/lightening tickets. Queues that say 20 minutes suddenly become an hour because a large number of lightening ticket holders turn up (happened on every ride) and they’re prioritised so you end up waiting much longer than indicated.

The standard ticket for Disney, Universal, and Seaworld basically allows the operators to fill the park with people who will buy food or merchandise. You’re definitely a second class citizen when it comes to getting on rides unless you get there early and stay late, as there seems to be a LOT of express/lightening ticket holders, or you pay out for the fast pass tickets (for us while we were here, it would have been another $900 for 4 people for one day). Obviously more expensive to buy on the day so buy in advance if you’re going to.

Visitor experience has been sacrificed for revenue.

Something for everyone!

By Jade |

Epcot is amazing; we went with six adults, one teenager & two younger children (aged 5&2) there was something for everyone to do! We really enjoyed trying lots of different food and drinks around the world. The frozen ride was so cute & fireworks to end the evening was magical

Robbery at Epcot, Disney

By Jorge S |

Unfortunately I have to write about a robbery, my son's wallet was taken from his pocket. So be very careful with Disney, it is not the place of magic that they advertise. And more unfortunate was that we didn't have any help from the staff.

All right.

By carlostsviajes |

Disney parks are the most enjoyable, and maybe it's because it's the least people choose, so queues are logical.
It has very good attractions, and the country tour is a beauty
WHY do they keep throwing fireworks with explosions ?? do not take into account people with AUTISM, or how it affects Animals ? never or I will understand... if the fires, but why with Noise

Kind of an Insane Day

By Matthew M |

So we had a fun day- we did. But it's kind of insane right now with the crowds (we went on the 28th of December). We only did two rides (Spaceship Earth and Soarin") and were there from 11-8. I mean both were pretty cool but not like $700 cool (we paid for 2 kids and then me and my wife). For Soarin' we literally waited 2.5 hrs and that was pretty much our day. Walking around the worlds just feels chintzy to me. I had the same reaction to it that I did to the Venetian or NY/NY in Vegas- just the overwhelming fakeness of it is offputting. It was a nice day and I got to spend some quality time with the kids and so that's sort of priceless but the whole thing just feels kind of insane. But again, everyone seemed to have a pretty good time and that's what it's all about, right?

Why is it so dark?

By Companion825522 |

Drove in from North Florida with two couples, one five year old. Popular rides are Ratatouille and Frozen. Except a 70 minute wait. I hauled to France for a Grey Goose Citron Slush. Delish.
Walked the world twice...ordered a Mickey pretzel, ugh. Dry and unsalted..this is a miss. We went on Figment and Nemo, both great for you g kids. Honestly, so dark, too crowded, we changed reservations for Rosa Mexicana at the Dolphin Hotel. Very good. However, escorts were in service and the women's dress were not kid friendly. Pretty disgusted Disney would allow this. We have been going to Disney World since 1971 and it's changed, not for the better. This is a minimum time review...but I won't be back anytime soon.

Don't waste your money

By Lynelle L |

Came all the way from Australia, paid nearly $700 AUD for 3 adult tickets and what a waste of money. Would not recommend this park to anyone. We were only there for about 3 hours as all this park caters for is to sell overpriced food. There are a couple of rides which have ridiculously long queues because there is literally nothing else to do. Lost count of how many food stalls, restaurants and bars there are in this park, but it is WAY TOO MANY. Go to animal kingdom instead.

Without attractions, it looks like a fair of nations. Park has aged poorly

By Bene C |

Park with main attractions undergoing maintenance for more than 5 hours. They should reimburse the money spent on entry and genie.

Take your time to go round the world

By Nick Creal |

Went to the park twice on recent visit. The virtual queue was troublesome and as a result only one of us managed to get a spot on GoG but this was at the same time we were booked in Space 220 for dinner. Soarin is as good as ever, living with the land was informative and spaceship earth inspiring. Unfortunately test track was closed but we managed to get on Ratatouille which was clever and fun. The fire works were good. Second time I went solo and concentrated on the world, China and Japan were both very informative as was the Canada pavilion. It's definitely worth taking the time to delve a bit deeper round the world. Took the skyliner and saw some great views Disney landscape.

Expensive with long waits

By Greg F |

We went during their annual art festival at the end of February, which highlights many culinary food options. Very disappointing. We waited in long lines for small portions of high priced food. Once you get your food, there is nowhere to sit. These are not restaurants, just kiosks that sell food. In each case we need to stand and eat, or in some cases find a curb to sit on. The roasted bone marrow had a about a tablespoon of marrow, incredibly salty. The rides were excellent, especially Soarin. The lines for most rides had long waits. We popped for the premier lighting lane pass. While very expensive, it made the experience less stressful. It would not have been enjoyable otherwise, and I actually felt bad to see all the other families waiting in long lines as we simply walked by them.

Disappointing EPCOT

By Robert N |

We have been to Disneyland many years ago and enjoyed the experience. Our visit now to Epcot was disappointing. Queues everywhere, spent most of the day waiting. The rides we were able to go on were enjoyable - Space mission and Soarin were great. We were unable to do the GoG ride as we could not get onto the virtual queue. The lightning pass doesn't help you with the best rides. By 14h00 we were so sick of waiting in queues that we just explored the World showcase. The overall experience was very average and poor value for money. Will we be back? Not a chance.

Lots to do and enjoy!

By sweetgems |

Visited mid-week, arrived for rope drop, easy parking, went straight to Test Track - as did a lot of the early crowd! Although they opened slightly late, we did not have to wait long to join the ride, which was fun. We were fortunate to go then, as it closed later in the day.

We also enjoyed Remy's adventure and the creperie next to it, fish and chips in World Showcase, pizza in Italy, Guardians of the Galaxy was fantastic, Frozen Ever After lots of fun. Soar was okay, wouldn't ride again. Mission Space Green was intense - once was plenty.

Lots to see and do here including wonderful artists displaying their work. We found it worthwhile arriving for opening and leaving late pm early evening when we were tired. Slightly different shops here too including one with great homewear souvenirs.

Not our favourite park compared with AK and HS, but would return just for Guardians (reviewed separately) and the Italian pizzeria.

By Zpeanut |

We felt like we were in a bad Epcot experience. Cheesy story. Virtual reality was cool, but very short. Definitely not worth the price.

Epcot a definite winner

By suzybee123suzybee |

The world showcase was fantastic but as it was flower festival too it was totally amazing!

Clean and tidy spacious and full of colour. The whole of Epcot is outstanding.

Highly recommended. Food selections and drinks available. It wasn’t too busy.

The light show at night with fireworks just wow.

Our favorite WDW theme park because of the World Showcase

By Tofurry |

Our home park is Disneyland; we hadn't been to WDW in 11 years. We were finally able to do an 8-day vacation (7 days in the parks) in Sept 2023. Of the 4 parks, we have to say our favorite is Epcot. Animal Kingdom is probably second.

We love Epcot mostly because of the World Showcase. There is nothing like this on the West Coast theme parks, and it is nice to be able to visit 11 countries in 1 place. We went when the Food and Wine Festival was on, and even though not every stall had plant-based food, there were still a lot to try. We definitely did not have time to try food from every stall, let alone every country. You'd need an annual pass to fully explore the World Showcase.

Shopping at the World Showcase is also fun. Japan's store is HUGE and you could spend at least an hr in there looking at everything. Of course my son had to get a pearl. I don't think that CM had a break opening the clams as there was always a line of people buying one. The Tea Caddy in UK is also a great place to buy gifts for the tea drinker back home. And Ratatouille fans can find cute souvenirs in France. Of course the Ratatouille ride is also a must do, if you haven't had the chance to ride it in Disneyland Paris.

The Future World (I think this is what the rest of Epcot is called) definitely needs an update. Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind is an amazing ride but it is so new compared to the rest of the rides which are pretty old. Test Track is supposed to get an update in the near future which is great.

Even though the rides are old, they are still fun. Mission Space is very intense, especially if you choose the orange mode. Test Track has a great acceleration bit, Journey with Figment is a classic. You can even have a meet and greet with Figment now (why did they take so long to have this?)

Epcot is such a huge park, you could spend days there. We went back 5 times in 7 days, sometimes just for a few hours to shop or eat. We love it and hope to be back in the near future.

Toddler First Trip

By Jessica L |

We took our toddler for his first Disney trip. Last time we don’t have to pay he was about to turn 3 the next month. He loved Nemo and the Grand Fiesta Tour the best. I appreciated the family restrooms and the playground for littles. It’s nice to have a quiet place to play. Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic Day!

By Alyson S |

We had a fantastic day out at EPCOT wandering 'around the world' enjoying some of the food and wine festival treats. We got on all the rides we wanted to - recommend the Ratatouille ride in France and Test Track, Soaring and the new Guardians of the Galaxy ride. The virtual queuing system is really clever and allows you to make the most of your day. All the cast members we met were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our day!

Too busy, really disappointing experience.

By Safari550380 |

Visited Sunday 16th. As a family of 5 adults, we hadn’t been to Epcot in 9 years. We were really looking forward to a somewhat relaxing wander around world showcase and trying the new Ratatouille ride. And Guardians ride. Unfortunately the day was very disappointing. The first ride of the day, Spaceship Earth broke down. We were there from 9am til 9pm, and the list of rides that broke down went on and on. After queuing for Ratatouille we were asked by staff to return later in the day as the ride had broke down and they didn’t know when it would be back up and running. It was off for more than 3 hours. Due to the amount of people in Epcot queuing for ‘eats and beats’ staff were moving people telling us to stay to the right which meant you couldn’t get into certain parts/countries. Limiting your experience. Far too busy. Too many people in Epcot. Queued for over an 90 minutes to get onto Guardians and everyone sent off at 9pm telling people to go to Customer Services to complain. Another huge queue that we just didn’t have the energy to join to make a complaint. Waste of time, energy and money.

Disney isn't like back in the day

By Steve B |

Umm, not too impressed. 7$ slice of pizza and 12$ draft beer. Disney Liberals are all for the kids.... bring an interpreter because nobody speaks English there.

A forgettable Experience

By Pato B |

My recent visit to Epcot at Disney World Orlando was overwhelmingly disappointing. The attention to detail on the rides was lacking, especially on "Mickey’s and Friends." The staff seemed disengaged and waits were endless, even during less busy hours.

Moreover, the inability to use the virtual queue for "Guardians of the Galaxy" forced us to endure a long line, complicating our experience. The excitement of trying a new attraction was overshadowed by the park's disorganization.

To add to the disappointment, Epcot feels stuck in time. I have visited the park five times, and it's frustrating to see no innovations or new attractions. The lack of fresh experiences makes the visit lose its charm and excitement.

Honestly, I would recommend avoiding this park. It’s just not worth the time or money. Epcot needs to revamp and improve customer service to make it a worthwhile visit.

I won't go again

By Nandalbrito |

I thought it was a waste that I chose this park. Few attractions and long queues. I spent almost two hours to go to the Test Track. I couldn't secure a spot to go to Guardians of the Galaxy. I found it to be a very boring park. It didn't even feel like I was at Disney!!

Family trip

By Jai G |

We have a really nice in the park, a little more educational for the kids, but it still has some good rides especially Guardians of the Galaxy amazing ride. We spent one full day in the park, but because we were stay in the Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort we use it a lot for different dinners because they have so much choice.

International Flower Festival

By papsj |

We planned to just hang out by the pool while staying at Disney for 2 days before a cruise. When we found out about the International Flower Festival, we cut our pool day short. The flowers displayed were visually stunning! We had a great day walking around, so much to see, incredible food and drinks. Every time we go to Epcot, we always head to the German Pavilion for the beer. We also love the ice cream in France.

Dark and dismal, smelled like dog food

By happytravler79 |

Personally the worst park of all the disney parks. Went for my daughters bday, went to see a group during food and wine fest. Literally everywhere smelled like dog food, made me sick, imagine what they're feeding people. It's extremely dark, so you can't see what your eating, but I'm sure that's on purpose. The showcase wad good, a good band, other than the 30 minute concert, not worth the visit, most rides are out of order, like whose running epcot????

Great fun at Epcot

By Rochelle F |

We took our twin grandnephews to Disney for their 8th birthday. I have not been there in 20 years. Using the Disney app is very helpful as was staying on property. We planned to go to Epcot as our 2nd park and stayed at the Boardwalk Villas - you can walk to Epcot (so convenient) or take the ferry (7 minutes).

We did not use Lightening Lane pass for this park as felt it was overpriced. We got to the park early and by 8:15 were on the line for the Ratatouille ride in France. Due to a mechanical difficulty, we were still on line by 9a.m as they needed to fix it. It was fun to go on though.

Then went to World of Nature area. Everything there was great and probably a favorite for all of us. Besides the riding nemo, they have the 2nd largest aquarium in the US (fun factoid I learned on property). Great to see the fish. All of us enjoyed Soaring and it was actually the favorite for the twins and my husband (even with a 40 minute wait). Along the line, they had screens with a game of geography which kept us entertained while we waited. Journey of Water was also quite fun as it was so hot.

Spaceship earth is very dated. Heard they will be shutting it down.

We took a break and came back in the late afternoon to do the World Showcase and various countries, eat dinner in Italy. The Mexico, China & America Pavilions were very fun. We then watched the evening laser, light and firework show over the lagoon - it was stupendous! All in all a fun day.

Cool park but not many good rides

By darren h |

Epcot is an unusual park as the top half is a theme park and the bottom half are restaurants from around the world. Unfortunately alot of the rides here are quite old and rubbish. The only ride worth going on is guardians of the galaxy which is amazing but also has an amazing que time of 1-2 hours. The park is lovely to walk round and we did eat in some of the restaurants here which where great. Loved japan land and the park completely changes at night with music and light shows etc.
Just needs some more decent rides.

Great park

By MrMrsHappyR |

Great park with lots to do. The World Showcase is beautiful with lots of photos. Don't underestimate the value of being in the park for rope drop, you can usually do Frozen, Remy, Soarin, Nemo and Mission Space before the park starts getting too busy. Then spend the afternoon wandering around World Showcase. Some nice craft beers on offer too in the USA and Canada sections. And lots of nice food choices.Soarin Around The World is a beautiful ride. Some constructive feedback for Disney, the start of the Nemo queue just past the entrance is too dark and needs lighting up like the 2nd queue section. We really enjoyed our 3 days here.

Epcot is amazing but Crowded as heck

By ShinGokuIAM |

I visited Epcot for 2 days on March 26th & 27th, Epcot is amazing but holy hell they were so many people here. I haven't been here in a few years since Covid and I enjoyed Cosmic Rewind very much. With so many people here you'll easy need three days to spend at all the Disney Parks to get your fill.

Absolutely recommended!!!

By 117Betty |

Of all the experiences in Orlando this was one of the best, a park that offers many things, from simulated trips into a potential future, to plants and flowers, to aquatic animals, games... in short, there is something for every taste and need plus everything done very well! I would recommend it to everyone, from children to adults!

Lacking Lustre

By LizWhibyOntario |

We decided to take to plunge and spend $500 Canadian to visit Epcot 2 weeks ago. I have to say I was pretty underwhelmed. In my opinion the food is over rated and there honestly wasn’t that much to do other than to stand in lines. Both the Frozen ride and Rattatoiie were “ temporarily “ closed. We found out the ride was closed after 40 minutes standing in line for Ratatouille.
Getting a glass of wine at the France pavilion took 30 minutes bc there was only one person pouring and there is really no where to sit at a nice table and simply be served a glass of wine which I was not expecting. A lot of the buildings seemed dated and when it got dark there was hardly any lighting at all making it quite dangerous to manouver around.
In general I was really expecting lot more from this park. Oh well, this was my last time at Disney and I’m ok with that.

Not worth the price

By Dixie D |

It cost $165 per person plus $30 to park and if you want to butt in line it will cost another $85. We found it was not worth the money. It was large and the country areas were nice if you wanted over priced food and lots of shopping. There were a few rides that were good, but you had to wait in line for a long time, incase you paid extra to be a line cutter. For the money you could go to cedar point and get a Sam's and Cosco membership for a lot less.

Great Disney Park!

By James D |

It's like going to Europe and Asia in one day! Great park. Great staff. Great food options. Be sure and stay for the fire works. Highly recommended for all!

An essential place to learn about the global culture and technology of our days.

By AAlex Bao |

A tremendous visit to this Disney park. We took photos in all the wonderful and cultural pavilions for us visitors. It also has pavilions representing different countries, where we were able to enjoy food, drinks, and the culture of each nation.
This Disney park is a must-see for all ages.

The Park That Brings the World (and the Future) to Life

By Greg E |

EPCOT is that park—the one that hits different whether you’re coming for thrills, eats, culture, or just a relaxing stroll around the lagoon with a snack in hand.

We’ve visited countless times, and it never gets old. The front half brings the excitement: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is easily one of the best rides Disney’s ever built—don’t skip it. Soarin’ and Test Track still hold up, and Living with the Land? A hidden gem for chill vibes and greenhouse inspo.

Then you hit World Showcase, aka the best food and drink loop on earth. Pro tip: start in Mexico (frozen margarita = yes), and take your time. During the festivals, it becomes a full-on culinary world tour.

Crowds can get heavy in the afternoon, so arrive early and pace yourself. And trust me: watching the fireworks from the Japan or Italy pavilions? Chef’s kiss.

EPCOT is more than a theme park—it’s a vibe, a tradition, and for us, a family favorite we return to again and again.

Ratatouille out of service and they don't notify

By Fernan G |

Ratatouille was out of service all day long (Jan 28) and they didn't notify. We come from very far and doing a great effort. Bad experience. 3 rides out of service in total but the tickets cost the same

Great Park!

By William98 |

Great time at Epcot. Highlights are Guardians of the Galaxy, Test Track, Soarin, and Ratatouille for us. Most all restaurants are great, but be sure to get a reservation for table service ahead of time.

Very good as in the past.

By Ronaldo Martins |

I haven't been to EPCOT for many years. The proposal of the park remains the same, aimed at adults, with 11 areas dedicated to countries, each with restaurants and themed shops. Some have specific attractions (the one in China has a 360 degree projection, completely anachronistic). Restaurants for a more sophisticated gastronomic experience are quite expensive, but there are fast-foods serving good food at fair prices. I highlight that of France, with great sandwiches and amazing desserts. In Germany, sweet popcorn is addictive..... Almost everyone serves wines and beers. The thematic festivals are interesting, I took the Arts, with various activities related to the theme, in addition to artists producing and signing their works. For visitors, a drawing class in the auditorium is very nice, involving adults and children. The Disney on Broadway show is great, with great singers and band, but it's short. The show of fires and lights of the closing is very beautiful, it is well updated.

Worth the trip but could use some love. Genie + needs a revamp.

By MFC_11 |

I hadn’t been to Epcot in about 10 years. My teenage son and I had a great day. So I’m giving 4 stars but will give some critical feedback in the hope that Disney will listen.

Pros.

Beautiful landscaping.

New rides. Remy’s - a family friendly 3d ride, is unlike anything else out there and made me smile. Guardians of the Galaxy was also amazing, but not for little kids.

Old rides. Soaring is still a favorite. As is test track.

Food. We had a beautiful light meal in Morocco with friendly service a nice view over the lake. Also had a delicious dessert in Norway with super friendly CMs that were dealing with a long day.

Cons.

Genie+ and lines. We paid up for Genie+ and for individual lightening lane for Guardians of the Galaxy. But we couldn’t get LL for Remy or Frozen. For Remy it was a two hour wait as they let in 60 LLs for about 10 standby. We gave up on frozen as parents carried exhausted kids for hours in the lines. Takeaway is that they are clearly selling too many Genie+ to make $$ and making the whole experience less enjoyable for everyone in the process. Better to go back to free fast pass and charge everyone a little more than this disappointing line-aggedon.

The layout of what used to be future works isn’t very inspiring. I know there is construction but signage could be better and there could be more cool things to see as you go.

Arts Festival. So tacky. They easily could have made this really interesting by having different types of craft people from around the world. Instead it was pricey paintings of Disney characters. Ew.

The booze. They were really pushing cocktails at the different locations. By night I was standing next to a really drunk guy to watch the fireworks. Not a great experience.

Firework show. Cheesy theme and music. Whoever wrote the script and score should be embarrassed.

One grumpy CM at test track. Seriously, she was so obnoxious she needs to go.

Don’t go during school break or during the cheesy arts festival and you will have a good time. Disney, if you are listening, find clever ways to enhance the experience not just the bottom line. and update your tech. It would take very little

Legal to meet, but not inevitable

By Daniela Irie |

It was the last park of the four we went to, and it was the least we liked. For a gastronomic roulette is worth it, but it is a expensive roulette kk
From attractions, we recommend the Russian mountain of the Guardians of the Galaxy (but I stayed a little zonza pq wheel quite), the turtle talk show for those who speak English is very funny, the attraction of the rattatuile is ok. When we went the test track attraction (I think it is) was closed, but they said it was worth it
Unfortunately we did not stay for the final show pq was very cold and we were tired.
It's worth seeing, but I don't think it's inevitable

Not my favorite Disney park.

By slt0831 |

Ehhh. Epcot was ok. It is definitely outdated as far as rides go. My kids are teens and weren’t super impressed with the rides, with the exception of Guardians of the Galaxy. We did the After Hours, so maybe we would have enjoyed Epcot more during the day. I liked the After Hours option since we really didn’t have to wait long on rides and got complimentary drinks and snacks. I’m also glad we didn’t wait hours for these rides. 😬 After our visit, I have learned that Disney is more about the experience than the rides, and that’s ok.

Meh. Guardians is stellar. The food stands around the lake serve rabbit sized grub for elephant sized prices

By BandwagonPa |

Nighttime show Luminous is Lousy. It’s dull boring and not very entertaining which is odd for an amusement park to offer a show with slow dull sleepy music. I guess by then they have all your money and want you to leave.
Guardians cosmic rewind is fabulous. Food stands around the lake serve beers and food samples as if they were feeding rabbits but fortunately charge large portions of money. I could walk around the lake eating and drinking all day long open to close and never come close to being full.

Guest Relations Dan meanness to special needs

By kevingrz |

My wife and I are grandparents raising our 5 year old grandson Grayson who is autistic. We require support for Grayson and we went to the guest relations on Sept 28 to get help. Usually, guest relations is very helpful but on this day (around noon) they were mean and disrespectful to us, especially our grandson. Dan sneered at us when I asked for help and said “ Grayson is like any five year old, he gets no help” We had to get a supervisor but we hope Dan quits as he has no business in guest relations and helping special needs children. We had a nice day visiting the park but were saddened by the attitude of Disney towards special needs children.

Perfect Day Out!

By XStark1ll3rX |

Visited at christmas with our young son & had a great day out. we got to go on everything we wanted as well. Tryed to go on nemo but it broke twice when we tried, so ended up skipping & going straight to the aquarium. Great redesign of entrance & hub areas aswell, superb refresh. Highlight was Guardians of the galaxy by a mile! Finally also went on frozen & my God, it's awful!

disregard of and dangerous overcrowding of stand-by customers for Frozen ride

By Michael S |

Est 55 minute wait at 1:15 on Feb 9 for Frozen. After 75 minutes we got into the large final queue room. It was dangerously overcrowded with people sleeging on the floor due to what was going on. In the next hour, 1000 lightning lane people were semt into the final ride area and ZERO stand=by people were moved in. In that hour, none of us moved a single step. There were people sleeping on the floor and none of us had an inch to move. It was honeslty a horribly overcrowded situation. There was a single lady working the line, and nobody tried to help or explain what was going on. I understand that lighning lane gets priority, but we stand-by's were herded like cattle and completely ignored/ We finally decided to get out of there, and had to squeeze. push and step over people in the queue to get out of the horrid situation. EVERYTHING about this was unacceptable. We would have been there at least another hour or two, we could not move and it was hot and stuffy, people gabe up and were sleeping on the floor, and no announcements or update or help was offered. We all knew the ride was working since we watched at least 1000 lighning lane people race past us for that hour. It was bad anough that the posted wait time was 55 minutes and we left after 2 hours (with another 1-2 hours to go. More imprtantly was that Disney put us into a dangerous overcrowded queue/room and let us stand/sit/sleep there for an hour with no info or help. How far you have fallen Disney. If this happened in my little home town fair, the police would have intervened. Disney did NOTHING.

Nice but not as good as expected

By Cynthanny |

1st time in Disney in 29 years! Choose Epcot because of the flower show. It was nice but not as spectacular as I hoped. We have great flower shows in Boston and Newport that far exceed Epcot. Wish we had gone to Hollywood Studios or the Magic Kingdom instead....disappointed

Wonderful

By Nick W |

The park is great! There is so much to do and see. The festival was great, including the special food booths. We went here on a Wednesday and a Saturday, and the weekend was more crowded, but the wait times weren’t always what they had posted, usually a little shorter.

Disappointment

By Erik B |

We started by trying out some old outdated, worn-out space “simulators” (many were out-of-order) with graphics that looked like some nineties computer game.

Then we did the Test Drive attraction which turned out to be a bit of a scam. They say you will design and test your own car but when you then get in the car they are all the same. It could not have been clearer that this is just a Chevrolet marketing thing (exit is through a car show roow). However, if the quality of Chevrolet cars are anywhere comparable to this “attraction” I will not buy one.

After that we walked through the various “countries”, which only serve to enforce any prejudice one may have about Americans, i.e. that they build up fake versions of famous sights (everything from Aztec temples to the Marco square of Venice) instead of actually going there. In “Italy” they sold “gelato”, which was not gelato at all, just regular ice cream, which only proves the point.

The only good attraction is the Guardians of the Galaxy rollercoaster, for which we first waited in a 5-hour virtual queue, then once we got in; in a 1-hour physical queue.

For the space related stuff, go to Kennedy Space Center instead; it is the real thing (including simulators), updated, cheaper, cleaner and even have better ice cream.

Around the world in a few hours

By My Magic moment |

It's time for me to explain my two days at Epcot. First of all, the World Showcase which allows a trip around the world in a few hours. Italy, Morocco, China, Norway, Japan, France, England, Canada, Germany, Mexico and the USA of course are at the rendezvous around the lake.

Then we took a tour in space at World Discovery and a tour in the past at World Celebration. We still have to discover the World Nature that makes us travel with the heroes of our favorite cartoons.

In conclusion, we spent 2 days in this wonderful park dedicated to travel in all its forms. We could have spent an extra day there because there are so many things to see, experience and taste in this park.

In this park, we couldn’t do everything we wanted and we had to make choices. We favored the World Showcase and the characters but we did not do Test Track, Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival and Impressions de France and we would have liked to stroll more in the World Showcase.

As soon as we arrive, we fall face to face with the geode. A great zoom in and a photo with Walt behind and here we go to Spaceship Earth which I really liked because the comments are in French.

Personally, I don't understand the hay we make of Figment and I didn't find it transcendent. Small passage through the cool club to taste all the coca beurkkkk cucumber but not through the Creation Shop where we queue outside. We take the direction of the Guardians where we are called. I love it, it's fluid, the music is intoxicating, it moves quickly without suddenly, really a success. I had direct lane lighting but the next 3x could not get it.

Right next to mission space that I didn't really like either, we did the green mission and frankly no interest. I completely missed out. Then World Nature with its 2 domes. We start with the Seabase. Némo not bad, we watch the fish, turle talk with crush does not thrill me it is strong for the little ones. On the other hand, it is nice to walk in the middle of large aquariums.

The second dome, the nature dome is really great. I loved Soarin, we have the world at his feet and the smells are hot. I really liked Living with The Land and its little boat ride in the greenhouses. It's true that I love walking in gardens in general. Vaiana at the exit just wonderful to play with the water like magic. Be careful, this attraction is often closed at the slightest drop of rain.

And then obviously the magnificent World Showcase during the Garden & Flower festival. Full of colors, flowers and small electric trains. I love to travel, I remember Mexico, Morocco, England... and I dream of China and Japan. Everything is beautiful. We're making the most of it. We take pictures with the photographers in front of each building, with each character, we discover the architecture, the shops, etc.

And then the kindness of the cast In each land of the World Showcase, the cast members come from the country visited. In France, everyone speaks French and it is nice to hear hello. When we put ourselves in the Ratatouille line and the cast heard that we spoke French, they asked us directly where we were from. We said we were Belgian and he told us you are cousins so here when we are French we do not queue. And hop, 1h30 of avoidance line.

I absolutely wanted to do Frozen Ever After which was posted at 180 min and we had no time before going to get the car. So we decided to go to the top saying it was my birthday and we had come from a long way and we wouldn’t be back for a long time and... we were once again able to pass without queue. Morality, it costs nothing to try.

Needs a refresh and the prices are pretty steep

By Roseiswild |

4 of us spent the day here for the food and wine festival. We thought we could do a few rides along the way. The various stalls were really well done and they offer a lot of variety. It was pretty pricey though. Spent 90 minutes in a ride line only to have the ride breakdown just before we got on. That was a little hard on the feet. Definitely get the lightening pass for the more popular rides. We didn’t know you had to book by 7 am on the day so missed out. All in all a fun day out.

Visiting Epcot, think AGAIN!

By Rena M |

Epcot was regrettably not what we had anticipated. The rides were subpar and they were very outdated. The food was extremely expensive and you do not have the opportunity to try anything like they once offered. The park was generally clean but the bathrooms were not maintained well. There were rides that needed a reservation as well as all the restaurants. They increased their prices by raising the cost of everything. It is not worth the money at all! The hotel we stayed in was the Holiday Inn Buena Vista. I don't recommend it either, dirty, and outdated as well.

Brilliant once again.

By TheWoods04 |

A great visit to Epcot again. The park has lots to offer. We were lucky to arrive and get onto Guardian’s of the galaxy, a new ride for us. Wow! A fantastic ride but does get very long wait times. Also did ratatouille which is great too. Managed this twice actually. Lots of great places to eat here. Our favourite is chefs de France. Also great crepes outside ratatouille ride. Classed as a snack on dining plan! Use the Disney app to watch wait times on rides. Super fireworks and light show at night. World showcase offers around the world areas. Definitely worth visiting each location if you have time as they have some great time. Great grounds featuring a garden theme. Brilliant park that keeps evolving.

Ok

ECOT still has the magic of the Disney but aside from Test Track and Guardians of the Galaxy (which is fantastic) it doesn't really have any thrill rides. World showcase is cool but the whole vibe of the park is just a bit strange.

Epcot needs renovations!

By PPSTraveler |

Although a decent experience overall, the park needs a major overhaul and updating. I think many of the rides and exhibits are the same as they were 25 years ago!

Family of 4 paid for one day ticket $506

By Longalion |

Loved this park for the prettiness and cleanliness, however I’m gutted the Epcot ball hasn’t changed or updated since the 80s. I was looking forward to seeing what’s new, but nowt. I was also surprised how much alcohol they sell in the park in each country.
Did the Guardians and the Galaxy which was worth the 6:55am log on to get on the ride, but being a day pass I would be gutted if I never got on. Used the Disney app which I downloaded in Orlando and bought the tickets on the app and the ride.
Fireworks were great at the end too.
Went to the Space 220 restaurant which was nice but overpriced for the meal and drinks, but it’s for the experience in the end.

I love Epcot

Very nice park to go with the family. Without a doubt the most magical thing is the closing with the fabulous fireworks, they delight both kids and big.

Confirmed to us....we are 'Universallers'

By K N |

Completely underwhelmed.
After doing Universal Studios & IOA this week which we loved, we wanted to experience a Disney park that we thought would be geared towards adults / older kids and one we hadn't already experienced ...so we chose EPCOT.
I was really disappointed, so meh. Crowded, too many strollers and mobility scooters running into my feet! Completely overrated, I really was not 'getting it' 😕. We had more entertainment people watching and seeing all the different Disney merch that they been robbed into buying ha ha.
Besides paying the steep entrance fee you then just walk around 'the world' getting more ripped off eating overpriced 'cuisines' and buying more merchandise.
It's supposed to be Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow but it's very outdated. Even the films of countries looked years old (China & Canada). Not sure what is educational about it, the theming was lost on me.
Enjoyed the huge aquarium and watching the dolphins & manatees but thats sad to see in this day & age - performing dolphins and bored manatees. Kids banging the glass and scaring fish and manatees.
We queued for the Guardians of the Galaxy....took 45 mins after 6pm...yeah its the best ride here and seems to be a highlight for most.....if that's what you are looking for...go to Universals Islands of Adventure. We also queued for Trac test...its good, and my OH did Space mission intense...he said its vomit 🤢 inducing.
Unfortunately all rather lost on us, didn't enjoy it as much as Universal. Maybe coming from Europe we have probably visited most of the countries in person, seemed odd to walk around fibreglass replicas of an English pub 😃. Definitely didn't get any bang for the plenty of bucks, thought it was all rather outdated in appearance and offerings.Didn't learn or see anything new, confused by the appeal.
We came to the conclusion we are 'Universallers' !

Great if your first time visiting, average otherwise.

By laceylouise |

I remember experiencing Epcot for the first time everything was wondrous and new. Now it’s the same old thing but of course everything cost a lot more. Be prepared to be roasting hot if you come like we did on a 90° plus day in June. The heat will melt you.

Someone in my party was having difficulty walking and we stopped at guest services in the middle of the park to see if we could obtain a wheelchair. I was told you either have to go to the very back of the park or the very front of the park to purchase a rental. so much for guest service.

The countries are interesting and fun, but they’re just never seems to be anything worth buying. Food options are limited as well. Also, nothing really new here lately. A couple of the rides are newer, but nothing was brand new. We did ride guardians of the Galaxy, which was a ride that we had to pay extra for the lightning lane. The ride was actually about three minutes long after the 10 minutes of staging. It was fast, loud and brief. If that’s what you like I would recommend this ride otherwise don’t believe the hype.

Overall, the concept of the park remains futuristic and dynamic. It used to be a fantastic place now I think it is just average, especially considering the price point.

Crowded but fun

By C M |

We went to Epcott on a Saturday during spring break from school. It was packed! The kids enjoyed tasting soda from around the world towards front of park. We waited in line for frozen for 40 mins and then the ride shut down for night so they gave us A free lightning lane for another ride. The kids were upset bc they freaky wanted frozen. We did character dining at Tusker house to meet princesses which the girls loved! We got to meet Belle, rapunzel, Tiana, Ariel and Snow White.
The fireworks light show was really good. The girls loved the Moana area and meeting her too. We went on nemo ride but it was a little lame. The girls loved the show with Crush from Nemo. The girls also liked the space ride inside the epcott globe. We also did figment ride which was super cute. We didn't have time to go through countries at epcott we only did Mexico and Norway, but that's bc of long wait times and park being so crowded.

Deeply unpleasant surprise

By Jennifer B |

There’s a lot to love about this park! The new Guardians might be my favorite Disney ride of all time. The Frozen ride is great! Good food options, the flower & garden festival is delightful, etc. We’re Disney adults/magic key holders, and are predisposed to enjoy everything here.

However! We went on the Nemo ride, expecting it to be like Nemo’s submarine ride in Disneyland - which it was - UNTIL we were smacked face first with the worst rude awakening to see they keep captive dolphins in this park. We were shocked and surprised, then disgusted and dismayed, to find that WDW keeps any captive marine mammals in any of its parks. We had NO idea and would have skipped Epcot entirely if we had known this beforehand.

One day one park

By Melissa P |

Have attractions for every one, have beautiful landscape, you can meet a lot of characters, you can bring snacks and drinks

Tonight Disney

By Funplacestogo |

Overrated and bad management at the top. Need to reflex America and not cower to the White House. Won’t be visiting again

In this park the main attractions are not the toys

By Fer_e_Rafael |

The main attractions of the EPCOT are different from other Disney parks, the EPCOT has some pavilions that represent 11 different countries. Each pavilion has architecture, cuisine, traditions and attractions characteristic of the country it represents. It is important that you arrive early to make the most of your experience, the attractions from the park are divided between the pavilions. It is essential to download the Disney Experience app, which allows you to track the waiting times of the attractions and the schedules of the shows you want to watch. With the app, you can make food orders and withdraw at the restaurant, saving time. In Disney parks, you are allowed to carry food as long as it is not packaged in glass. About the fura queues, although we bought the multi pass, we did not find it necessary for this park. We only indicate the Guardians of the Galaxy single pass: Cosmic Rewind that usually always keeps a lot in line. EPCOT has a closing night show, Luminous The Symphony of Us.

🚀EPCOT Never Disappoints

By Miguel🎭 |

EPCOT continues to be my favorite park at Walt Disney World, and this recent visit reminded me exactly why. Despite arriving later in the day, we were pleasantly surprised by how much we were able to do. Most attractions had wait times between 5–15 minutes, with the longest being only 45 minutes. We even got to enjoy several nostalgic rides with no rush at all.

The World Showcase is truly the heart of EPCOT. Every pavilion is beautifully designed and culturally immersive—but my all-time favorite continues to be Mexico. That pavilion never loses its charm and always feels like stepping into a magical twilight marketplace.

One of the things I appreciate most about EPCOT is that it feels more geared toward adults. The atmosphere is relaxed and open, with wide walkways and more breathing room compared to other parks. During our walk through the Showcase, I took time to enjoy a Moroccan beer and later an Italian one—it felt natural and fitting for the park’s ambiance, which blends culture, fun, and exploration in a way only EPCOT can.

We also picked up a World Showcase Passport—an affordable and fun souvenir for under $20. Visiting each pavilion to get it stamped or signed added an interactive and personal touch to the day. Most of the Cast Members we met were wonderfully enthusiastic and truly took pride in sharing a bit of their culture with guests. It was especially noticeable how much joy many of them brought to the experience. One small observation: at the U.S.A. Pavilion, the interaction felt a bit more routine compared to the warmth and pride shown at other country pavilions. It’s not a criticism, just something that stood out.

We chose to skip the fireworks this time to beat the traffic, but even without staying until closing, the day was full of magic and memories. EPCOT remains a perfect balance of nostalgia, learning, and laid-back fun—highly recommended for guests looking for a more relaxed and culturally rich Disney experience.

exorbitant and unjustified price for a park whose only profit counts....

By Serge S |

What a disappointment for this exorbitant price. The creator of disney will turn in his grave because shops by the dozens and restaurants has no more to know and a full exhibition of artist of all kind with unacceptable prices.Everything is expensive to epcot, organized racket. Ridiculous food and drinks and a $45 headband.
Magic doesn't exist , only profit counts and the few attractions are a little outdated. Disappointment assured for those who will pay 180 dollars!!!!

Not worth the entry fee

By michelyn318 |

Everyone is pretty friendly, but I believe it's in their job description because it doesn't feel genuine at all. The price to enter the park has gotten ridiculous. And there is not much value. They nickel and dime you for everything. This was our last visit to any Disney park.

Failed woke company, never again

By John J |

Waiting 1 hour and 55 minutes and counting with a pre-wait estimate of 70 minutes to get on Remys ride in “France”. They are selling too many tickets trying to support their failed woke enterprise. Never again.

Fab park

By Emily |

Long queues, as expected, but the rides were definitely worth the wait! My favourites were Remy’s Adventure and Frozen Ever After. The crepes were delicious and fairly priced. It was a little over crowded as it got later but I think this was just due to the food festival.

For a relaxed day

By Nairo |

It’s hard to say whether Epcot is a park I would recommend or not, as it depends a lot on what you’re looking for when visiting Disney World. Unlike other parks, it doesn’t have as many attractions, but the ones it has are pretty good. In particular, Guardians of the Galaxy would highlight: Cosmic Rewind, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and Frozen Ever After are some of the best experiences in the park.

I think the decision to visit will depend on your budget and time available. Many people use this park as a wild card within their itinerary and often prioritize other options such as Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios.

Beyond the attractions, Epcot is known for the World Showcase, an area with multi-country pavilions where you can walk calmly, enjoy the atmosphere, take photos and sample typical food and drinks from different cultures. In addition, they hold thematic events throughout the year. When we went, they were holding the Food & Wine Festival, which meant there were additional food and drink stalls from countries beyond the permanent pavilions, which made the experience even more interesting.

The day we visited, we focused on doing the attractions in the morning (in this park I don’t think the Lightning Lane Multi-Pass is so necessary), and then we spent the afternoon touring the World Showcase, tasting food and drinks from different countries at a more relaxed pace.

The closing show is good, although in my opinion, it does not reach the level of shows like Happily Ever After in Magic Kingdom or Fantasmic! in Hollywood Studios.

In general, whether or not to visit Epcot will depend on your time, budget and priorities. If you have several days at Disney, it may be worth dedicating one to. It can also be an interesting option if you decide to apply a Park Hopper strategy and combine it with another park on the same day.

Excellent experience

By Israeljm |

It's a very nice and magical place I really loved it
Only if they must work on something very important
Its staff that caters to any area is NOTHING friendly and this surprised me a lot because there is a lot of talk about the disney culture but I think that is already from the past however I give them a good rating because outside of that I had a great time with my family however, if it had been supplemented with excellent attention by their collaborators, it would be much better, I want to think that possibly because of the amount of people they attend, they get annoyed, however, from the first hours that I entered the park, people already had the face of few friends

Always Great

By Nick W |

We love EPCOT! We especially like the small, often overlooked attractions like the shows in China and Canada or Living with the Land.

There are better places to spend your time and money

By TNF_12 |

This park has become a tourist trap for overseas visitors. Two experiences highlight my frustration with the mediocre state of affairs. I could list more given the pervasive malaise there.
The Guardians of the Galaxy ride is a fun roller coaster ride but the queue is not well managed. We had a 550pm Lot Time and finally boarded at 810 pm. This was on a Tuesday in March.
The pizza at the Italy pavilion cost about $11 a slice and was mediocre, a Domino's is way better. If you cannot serve a decent pizza in America, can you claim to be a premium theme park that charges $170+ gate admission? Even state fairs do a far better job with their food.
By only positive impression was the staff at the park. They seemed happy to work there.
We will not be going back to Epcot in the next decade. They are living off their brand name and not their product. Universal is far better in all aspects.
