I always enjoy meeting clients on Las Olas, as there are many great restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. It's also a strong and professional venue, with many nationally recognized businesses.

Super busy street! Narrow sidewalks have to walk in street sometimes which is dangerous due to traffic. Lots of restaurants but be sure to make a reservation. Almost 2 hour wait at Louis bossi! Visited once no need to return.

Many galleries and boutiques. Visit the National Geographic gallery. Boat House has yummy fish sandwiches and lobster bisque.

Fun shops and lots of upscale dining options away from the spring break beach crowd. This is where the grownups go! Parking is tight but the whole area is very walkable.

Great place to walk around and many restaurants. We really enjoyed. Off the beaten path of the beach. Very fun for both families and couples

Good area to visit. There are many places walking distance . Look into the free golf cart transportation.

Busy street w/ beautiful views of the waterways, great restaurants, old historic houses and perfect for people watching!

Las Olas Boulevard is a beating heart of Fort Lauderdale at the Riverwalk. There are many great shops, galleries, restaurants, cafes. The atmosphere there is really awesome. You must visit it when in Fort Lauderdale

Great area for any type of restaurant you are looking for. Many restaurants and shops. The classic Riverside Hotel is also there. Very historic.

Fun area to walk around, especially if you're in the mood for a sidewalk cafe or bakery. We didn't see much we'd actually buy on the street, except for the restaurant food. Ate at Louie Bossie's italian restaurant and had awesome pizza. The are is good for an hour or two diversion if you're in Ft. Lauderdale. There are public parking lots behind some of the buildings, $3 the first hour, and $1.50 for subsequent hours. You have to use the pay machine to print a ticket to put on your dashboard. Take a picture of your license plate before you go to the machine, because you'll have to enter it into the pay lot machine.

For some reason The City have allowed roadworks and building works to reduce access to Las Olas Blvd from the beach area. Poor supervision and dreadful practices from the construction workers make this too dangerous to attempt. I use US1 and go the long but safe route.

I was I'm FL for a wedding and I had a great time visiting the beach with my husband. We walked the strip and looked at all the shops seen some cool stuff. Had some awesome fudge brought some home too
.

Unfortunately, we have no idea what this interesting looking street really offers. We were on a tour at end of our cruise which was to include a narrated tour of the Bulevard. Our guide, Jim, was pathetic (don't know name of tour company) - offered only comments about how much stuff costs and the "$5 million dollar houses with their $ million dollar boats parked in back - look down this canal; look down this canal, ad nauseum). We heard not one word about the museums, specialty shops (other than comments about how much it costs to shop) or other points of interest . We made one stop at some park where he told a story about how the city got its name. He claimed it was named after "Colonel Fort Lauderdale". The real namesake was Major Michael Lauderdale (looked it up since I was pretty sure his name was not Fort). Guide repeated this multiple times so I think he really believed that was his name. He basically had the story about the trader and his family whose slaughter led to Lauderdale's exploits correct. Although in answer to a question as to the timing, he mumbled "before the Civil War" - a bit misleading since the events were in 1838. In short, the Boulevard is probably a good place to visit, but if you are on a tour, the guide makes a world of difference.

I have a better understanding why FL has a huge COVID 19 problem.
Las Olas Blvd contains a lot of restaurant and shopping stores that cater to tourist. It was obvious several (if not all) restaurants DID NOT practice COVID 19 restrictions as many, many, many restaurants were fully booked. It was also obvious several (if not all) did not limit occupancy rates to help minimize the spread. Las Olas is definitely a super spreader location...once we observed this, we left immediately and didn't return.

The best part of places like this are the great ambiance. No matter what part of this amezing world you are part of business is easy in the best setting. I recommend going with a date. Business meeting, with other plans or no plans at all. Enjoy the wheather specially if you like the nice swings in hot to cold. I always have great business meetings. But this one was even better because of the location. Have fun with this location and please do not be shy.

Visited Las Olas shopping district just to walk and window shop and was not disappointed. There was quite a bit of construction and the outside areas were crowded (great for business). Very pretty place and right next to the riverwalk. Things to consider: uber/lyft drivers seem to only pick up on the eastbound side of the road, at least in our experience. So if you take Uber/Lyft make sure your meeting area is very clear as one driver cancelled the trip and the other made us cross the busy blvd. where there was not a light or crosswalk present. Evidently they refuse to make U-turns as well.

Great place to do some shopping and to find different types of food to eat. Clean area as well as the streets and sidewalks.

Las Olas is the heart of Fort Lauderdale, it’s peppered by all kind of restaurants and bars, Japanese , Italian, International, great fish restaurant, bars etc. it’s a must visit when you are in Fort Lauderdale

Boulevard is nice to go on a walk.
It does need some cleaning, we went at night and maybe thats why it was dirty, but overall nice place for pictures and walking.

If your in Fort Lauderdale area you should visit. Many shops and restaurants.
A lot of walking involved blocks of shops.

Nice to spend time walking among the stores and restaurants.
asit get latter in the evening , some homeless around, being from NY no big deal

Nice walk along the boulevard and many places to eat. Several dining options and can be accessed by using the water taxi. A very nice atmosphere to walk and enjoy the boulevard with all of the restaurants..

This is not on a pristine beachfront! You have to drive from the beach to this boulevard. It's only about 2 -3 blocks long and has a long of eateries and several shops

Las Olas Boulevard runs from the ocean to downtown Ft Lauderdale. Lined with a mix of high-end boutiques, great restaurants with a wide variety of cuisines, art galleries, and cultural landmarks. Amazing for people watching.

Absolutely loved this town. Great shopping and food. Ate at the Cheese Cake Factory. Only a few minutes from Ft Lauderdale beach

Restaurants were good, vibes were good, nice boutiques, some areas are worn down it seems. Landscape and cleanliness needs an update. Even some of the restaurants need a facelift to be more inviting!! Been coming for many years and have certainly noticed it deteriorate

Always has something for everyone i take there, whether it's different foods, drinks, clothing, Art, if you can think of it, its probably there

Enjoyed the Las Olas Blvd experience while in town for a class reunion. Stayed at the Riverside Hotel. Met at the Maxwell Room, and partied at the Boathouse. All very nice places. Lots to see and do on Las Olas Blvd. Just wish there was not so much construction. Made getting around by car a bit difficult.

Great place for strolling and people watching. Lots of restaurants and outdoor bars. A must do when in Fort Lauderdale.

Its just a vibe always, friendly staff , unique views the nicest touch points thank you Hyatt Centric Los Olas, The experience has been amazing and the team has been great as well

It certainly a fun vibrant area. Which there were more boutiques. Its covid time so hopefully soon it will have more shopping. Lots of very good restaurants and bars.

Las Olas Boulevard is chock-full of wonderful restaurants and art galleries, but some clothing stores that are overpriced (and not especially interesting). All of the restaurants have wonderful happy hours and the range of options are phenomenal from small little bistro’s to high-end restaurants.

Go walk up and down LOB and enjoy ! Great drink, food, clothing, art and more. Take your time... show down... breathe...

Very close to the beach area and has many restaurants and entertainment places. I would highly recommend this area for anyone visiting ft Lauderdale. It’s a hopping place with a lot of ppl. I enjoy coming here every time I’m in the area. Must visit.

I really enjoyed my first trip to this city and one of the places I enjoyed was to be able to go around this boulevard, really big, many businesses and the best is the amount of choices to eat.
Hard to choose as you have many choices, but you will experience great places with great food. Good places to also have a good time with family and friends, i will strongly suggest to visit and enjoy.
From this boulevard you are also at a short distance from the beach.
Enjoy

This used to be the Rodeo Drive of Fort Lauderdale. Many good restaurants and a nice place to window shop but galleries are getting tired and too many empty storefronts.

Great restaurants, shops and galleries on this street. All types of cuisine available! A lot of patio seating

Los Olas is what it is. On the beach with many visitors eating. Being in the Pandemic it was still very busy during the week. All wait staff and workers were wearing masks as required. Nice area to visit unless you are an extreme mask advocate.

A trip to Fort Lauderdale is not complete without a visit to Las Olas. Whether you are window shopping or really shopping, the atmosphere of Las Olas is special. The restaurants are have many different tasty offerings. The shops are diverse with some really high-end boutiques and also just some fun stores to pop into. Just go!

There is ample parking and every kind of dining you could want. Leave a few hours to walk the entire street. Note that it is not walking distance to the beach.

I was directed by my GPS to go thru there on my way to the Ritz Carlton it is probably the place to go for lunch, dinner and entertainment. Is like South Beach but in Ft Lauderdale there is a bit of construction so if you go make sure you go with enough time to arrive at your destination

We had a great time here today. We listened to jazz and some of the other bands along the River. We walked the length of Las Olas and enjoyed it very much. There is a lot of activity in this area. You can buy a water taxi pass for the day and travel all over.

Los Olas is in a transition phase lost many quality shops added more restaurants not many high scale. Used to be a great place to go to to shop have a cocktail and dine. Hopefully it will come back.

We loved coming into Fort Lauderdale and walking the Boulevard! Lots of places to shop and food to eat!!

Stayed in an AirB&B 3/4 of a mile from here and frequented most nights. Almost all restaurants had a happy hour from 4-7. Recommend: YOLO for happy hour and light dinner, Red Door for great green curry and a buffet brunch on weekends $35pp. ( we did not get to try but it looked terrific and included shrimp, crab legs and mimosas!), Café Europa had delicious GF pizza, Boathouse for HH and delicious swordfish risotto, El Camino for HH and fabulous, well-priced dinners, Wild Oyster for HH oysters and cocktails. Did not get to go but Rocco’s Tacos has HH drinks and food starting at 3:00.

Found the Avenue great! Restaurants and coffee shops and happy hours, plenty to choose from made it a wonderful place to visit!

If you can't find it here....you can't find it anywhere...This street is where most of the great places in Ft Lauderdale are. If you are a local.....you have favorites like Louie Bossi and Lobsterbar. The array of restaurants and bars is too long to list.....but there are so great shopping venues too.

The Las Olas Boulevard is very vibrant day or night. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants that cater for every taste. Well worth a visit.

Lively night life, but also many good restaurants and art galleries. Make it a day trip to browse the stores.

Great spot but major construction is right in the center of town....
Lots of great restaurants and shops

Las Olas has lots to offer. From shops to restaurants.
Easy to get there from beach either by walking or grabbing golf cart shuttle (they work on tips) or by Yellow Water Taxi.
Recommend Rocco’s Taco’s and El C.Two fabulous Mexican restaurants.

This area is gorgeous! Reminded me of a Hollywood strip with lights everywhere! Its like Italian But Mexican at the same time! Sooo Many different areas to take pictures and adore!

This area is great for walking. Lot's of stores, places to eat and bars. Also unique gift shops to browse in. Store owners are friendly and great energy around you when you are walking along

Plenty of restaurants and shopping on this main thoroughfare. Almost a Mediterranean/Caribbean feel over here. I love the vibe of South Florida.

We got tired of laying on the beach and decided to hit Las Olas, I am so glad we did. The art galleries are fabulous as well as numerous restaurants to choose from. We found the food was much better in this area than the beach. Check out Riverside hotel, it is the oldest hotel in Ft. Lauderdale

We enjoyed the location of Las Olas Blvd. If you're into galleries, high-end specialty shops and good restaurants, you'll enjoy it. But make sure the wallet is full of cash and the credit cards have high limits. it's designed for the well to do.

Fun place for a walk or come by boat / water taxi anytime of the year, great shops & excellent restaurants

The street has a long stretch of restaurants and stores. Fantastic food choices and fun to be at. Definitively the best place to go for lunch or dinner in Fort Lauderdale. The beach is also fun, but at Las Olas Boulevard you have a lot more choices of restaurants.

We read the reviews, and we weren’t disappointed. The Boulevard offers something for everyone with lots of colourful shops and beautiful palm trees. My husband especially loved the new Tommy Bahama store! We had a delicious supper and Key Lime Cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory.

This incredible and unique Fort Lauderdale strip separates a beautiful beach from a line of shops and restaurants on the other side, which makes a perfect combination between sea and land. Perfect for any celebration, summer vacation or simply to cheer up your spirit with it's heavenly views. My family and I drive 40 miles from Miami maybe 5 times in the year just to enjoy this marvel

Beautiful little shops fun restaurants tree lined the road ,loved the look would recommend going ,just to look at the shops and restaurants

Las Olas is a great place to go and hangout with friends/family/significant other! Great date idea is brunch at Rocco’s tacos! 11-4 on Saturday & Sunday is bottomless mimosa for $15 with a purchase of a entree! And YES there BOTTOMLESS and they make them right! Don’t forget to try there Mexican Brownie Sundae! It’s wonderful!

It’s the main drag.. you got high school kids driving their pick up trucks and seniors bold head guys driving their corvettes up and drown the strip..sand it hot water is warm! Many different restaurants serving you up food. Every bar has a deal but one get one free or 2/1 drinks. This is the place to be.. a few bums walk around and set up camp right at the las olas sign on the beach.. night time gets a little sketchy. Got cleared out around 11pm few bars still going but not very many people in them. It was a spring break Tuesday.

I live in FT Lauderdale, and I love strolling here. It is so beautiful and full of life, especially at night! I think of it as our Rodeo Drive or NY 5th Avenue. Come visit!

Nice place to take a stroll down Las olas Blvd. Great place for dining and shopping, or just to take a nice walk.

This an experience you will never forget. Las Olas has a Mediterranean feel, and if you visit there in December it is most beautiful with all of its holiday decorations. The palm trees are all lit down the entire street. You can typically find a saxophone player or vocalist etc performing outside one of the restaurants. There are quite a few new venues for eating and in December it is nice to eat outside and take in the night breezes. The locals eat outside year round however. There are quite a few new stores on Las Olas as well and they are expecting more. Fabulous street to just walk even.

I love las olas. From vintage shops gallery to amazing dining. Just love the vibe the atmosphere has. Very chic very earthy very pricey bring your credit cards.

We walked up and down Las Olas Blvd. in the evening many nice stores for shopping , mostly high dollar , several restaurants and bars some with live music , you can take the water taxi there as well . We popped in a few different bars for apps. and drinks , good spot for people watching , many hot babe hang out there.

Lots to do here. Great restaurants, bars, and shops along this 10 + block area. Great for walking or just people watching. Easy parking just a block off the main street. Some of the area's most popular restaurants and night spots are located here.

Love this area!! It has so many different options for food and some places have some great food deals

Too much traffic due to the construction. Restaurants looked fun but it was crazy crowded. Would likely enjoy it more during the day when the traffic - again due to it being down to two lanes for construction - isn’t so crazy.

Neat area near the Riverwalk. Easy parking, plenty of eating and shops to visit. Sidewalks a little tight when busy, walker friendly area.

The drive along the boulevard was slow and steady. I was able to see all the places available to sit and eat at.

Took the water taxi all day to Las Olas . It was too hot to walk about but the little we did was very enjoyable. great shops, restaurants and galleries. Took the Water Taxi back to first station near Pompano.

You can enjoy las olas with family, friends a significant other, first date, I can go on and on..Food, drinks, casual to fine dining, walking distance to shopping, beaches, desserts, bars, lounges clubs..all in thos small quaint area gives you a mini new Orleans vibe with a mix of young, old, to young professional..modern dishes to cuisine..all around las olas is my area of choice where you have it all..with everything you may want or crave.

We enjoyed walking the Blvd and taking in the sights
The Blvd was hopping. Beautiful weather. People out and about. Great stores and restaurants and bard

i havent visited this area since 2003, coming back there is lots of construction going on and detours, wasn’t what it used to be.

We loved going to the Las Olas area of Ft Lauderdale! Beautiful, well maintained, lots to see and do. Lots of cute little shops, pubs, cafes and people watching.

Brunch all you want mimosa was a hit as it was refreshing from the heat outside.
From art gallery to coffee shop, you can have all yours courses and enjoy all different cuisines.

Nothing in my opinion to rush to. There are stores, most can be found on any main shopping town anywhere. Lacks boutiques and stuff for kids.
Have been many times, food and drinks easily had

Out for an early morning walk on Las Olas. Beautiful and amazing place. I love it when the only folks out are dog walkers, early morning exercisers, and party people just getting home. Ha! Was looking for a sunrise photo over the Atlantic but Mother Nature had different plans. I will be back for brunch (once my hottie wakes up) and again for dinner. Las Olas has everything and always a good time. Highly recommended!

Wonderful shoppes, bistros and restaurants at one of the Ft.Lauderdale Water Taxi stops, all within walking distance

This area has lots to offer! There are many shops, restaurants, bars and services to be explored. The interesting part is maybe 10-12 blocks and makes for a nice stroll. Much more lively on weekend nights!

You can come here to shop. You can come here to drink. You can come here to eat. You can come here to find museums and art galleries. You can wander just off the street to do the Riverwalk. You have many choices when you come to Las Olas Boulevard.

Our association selected the Riverside Hotel right on Las Olas because of all the activities that were available for attendees and spouses to do when not in meetings. The dining options speak for themselves as there are restaurants of every variety available for any palate. The shopping leaves a little more to be desired as the prices are outlandish in a lot of the places. There are some unique options, such as some art places and a really unique sculpture joint. But overall, even the bare necessities are expensive.

Stop by the Gelato shop for a cool tasty treat while strolling in between the beautiful people.
By the way the # 11 City Bus takes you all the way to the beach on las Olas if you need a cheap and easy way to get there. Can also ride it back towards downtown on las Olas. I rode it several times, plus it’s free till June 1st!

I am very surprised by some negative reviews because my experience was nothing but great. The staff was very helpful and the location was great as well. I'll be staying at this place again my next biz trip!

Very tasteful upscale clothes. Amazing help. A clerk remembered me by name from a year ago. Park at their outlet warehouse which is just a block away and avoid parking issues on Las Olas Boulevard.

We went to a good restaurant (an Italian restaurant with a guitarist - food was fantastic and so was the wait staff) but overall not enough to do

Even when we had to come down for a funeral. Stayed at the Riverside Hotel, excellent accommodations, with great restaurants on site. This is our go to hotel when in the area. The Wild Sea Oyster Bar and Grille was excellent, we dined there twice. Also dined at the Boathouse, a new favorite. Always a great time, in spite of the circumstances.

We were staying in Lauderdale by the Sea and were looking for a place with some nightlife. Perhaps we weren't there on the best night as I have read some reviews of times there are events, but it was merely mediocre. The restaurants (mostly Italian or American) seemed meh at best. We did go into a few galleries that were interesting, however, I expected more interesting shops, restaurant varieties and overall cultural vibe. I'm unsure of where that might be in that area, but we needed to uber to a Greek restaurant we found on Yelp closer to our hotel. We were overall disappointed, but again, it might be the only game in town.

Great area to walk and see lots of shopping, restaurants and hotels! Some very unique shops! There is also a Water Taxi stop there!

Great selection of bars and restaurant. There are a few boutiques along the stretch which are nice to stop in. Also, there are galaxies of different artists which is also fun to see and admire.

Definitely place to enjoy a stroll or drinks, food or desserts. Lots of great shops. Street musicians or musicians at the restaurants out front. Definitely enjoyed Rocco’s tacos. Donut from Hollywood donut shop, Guava and cheese! Delicious gelato shops. Jewelry shops, etc. It is worth taking an Uber or other transportation to the spot to enjoy your evening.

If you like American styled shopping, overpriced clothing, loud and over crowded restaurants - this is the place for you. Fun to have seen - been there, done that.

Lots of fun shops, art galleries and lovely restaurants……local and many different world flavors. Also, boat tours are available for a slower pace tourist experience.

Las Olas Blvd has been a special place for as long as I can remember. It never loses it charm, and only gets better with age. Lots of restaurants and great shops to visit. One store that has endured for 56 years is Carroll's Jewelers. It is worth a visit and still is a treasure on Las Olas. Las Olas is truly a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, great restaurants for any meal including Kilwin's a great ice cream shop, and great shops.

Whether you are people watching, shopping, eating, or want to see Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and other high end vehicles by the dozens, Las Olas is a perfect location.

Been going here 35 years plus. It’s trashy and ghetto like now. Very disappointed and unsafe. It’s sad because it was a fun lively spot to go eat and window shop into late into the evening.

Interesting shops & a crazy amount of Italian restaurants. We ate at IT Italian restaurant & food & service were awesome. Highly recommend the tuna & avocado appetizer. Also, great gelato at Italian bakery.

Parked quite far from the seafront and walked for a bit before realising it’s a long road! Lots of bars and restaurants throughout. Lots going on.

There were some nice shops, but nothing to compare with the highend shops of Worth Ave. or Rodeo Drive. We enjoyed walking around and window shopping and had lunch at Cheesecake Factory but would not go out of our way to visit again.

Clearly expected more. Wouldn't go back again. Went on a bus trip from the cruise ship. We received a lot of information that was of no use to us

Las Olas Boulevard is one of the significant reasons why we love visiting Ft. Lauderdale!
We always, always have an enjoyable time at Las Olas Blvd.!
It offers amazing stores, great restaurants, delicious ice cream shops, candy stores, fantastic art galleries ...and the list goes on!
Never a dull time when strolling along Las Olas Blvd.!

Very pretty shops and great restaurants, lots of art gallery's. I visit a few years ago and was much nicer then. I think covid really hurt this area - several places are now out of business. This is sad.

Not sure what the hype is about. Lots of restaurants, came across snotty workers in a juice bar that I visited and some, not alot, of shops. Unless your seeking a meal, save yourself the trip.

Loved the Boulevard it’s so lively and nice. A lot of good restaurants and an amazing atmosphere . Would highly recommend if you visited Fort Lauderdale.

Las Olas Blvd is the heart of the beach area. Lots of pubs and restaurants. Across from the beach. There are a few souvenir stores but a great place to people watch.

VERY NICE! A long street of very nice shops.
Lot of restaurants mostly Italian exotic.
Lot of art, a few realtors, some clothing NO junk!

Las Olas is Spanish for the waves which is appropriate since this road begins at Andrews Ave and ends at A1A at the beach. Further up however and closer to downtown Ft Lauderdale is a cute little area of 4 blocks filled with boutiques, restaurants with sidewalk seating, art galleries, clubs and ice cream shops. As you walk along there are a lot of cute side alleys to explore between the businesses. Whenever I am near the downtown area I like to do a drive by.
Today I paid a visit because I took my daughter to lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. After lunch we had fun as we strolled down the boulevard and peeked into art galleries and the boutique stores. Some of my favorite businesses are Fresh Produce, Kilwins, Hoffman's Chocolates, and Cafe Europa. Today I noticed a new business El Camino which was large Mexican restaurant that opened onto the street. It looked wonderful and I am putting it on the list to come back and try.
Parking can be tricky around here. Although there is parallel parking on the street your best bet is to look for the city lots offering parking behind the businesses on the south side of the street. There are many wonderful events held on Las Olas throughout the year which include Christmas on Las Olas, art fairs, and the food and wine festival. During the events they will close off the street. Since these events attract large crowds it makes parking in the area even more difficult than usual.

The walk on Las Olas Boulevard was amazing. So many restaurants to choose. I only wish I had more time. We loved the ice cream shop.

Many shops and restaurants along the way....we stopped at the Cheesecake Factory for lunch. Parking was reasonable $$$, and we didn't have any problems finding a parking spot. We had a great day.

Fun street with interesting art galleries and good restaurants! Will hopefully go back when visiting my friend....

Always love Las Olas and it seems to be getting better every time we come. New restaurants and stores. Great Ft Lauderdale spot!

This is a great street to go for eating. Lots of good restaurants and some shops. A great atmosphere particularly at night.

Love it! Walking distance to everything. No need to move your car once parked. The boardwalk, the breeze, and when don’t feel like walking for a bit, there is a chance for a boat ride, ending with dinner then of course ice cream on the way back to the hotel. Not the first visit, always leave wanting to return.

At night this is a very trendy street. It is friendly to pedestrian traffic. There are many dining and drinking places. There is a high energy level.

Active street scene with many very nice restaurants and shops. Street parking is a challenge, so I recommend finding a spot on a side street and walking. Or grab a bench and people-watch.

Beautiful atmosphere, trendy stores, good choices for dining, ice cream (!) and very close to Ft Lauderdale beach. A must when visiting the area. People watching and car viewing too.

It has a nice buzz. We love the restaurants we’ve been to. Nice river promenade and parks. Always go when in the area. Whole family loves it.

Nice Blvd to have a walk with the family, although it has lack of pedestrian sidewalk, Dont go if it’s too late at night with family as there are many bars but overall is one of the nicest area in Ft Lauderdale

What a great place to walk around and explore. There are great places to shop and eat that we will visit again!

We did not manage to enjoy this active street full of nightlife venues despite returning several times. All because we had a car with us and could not find a parking that took any of our payment cards. We had downloaded three apps for parking and the one that had a monopoly on the area did not work when you could not register Swedish No and for some reason I got eror when I tried to register with my gmail which was the second option. The app that I managed to sign up to would send me SMS
Ed code for confirmation that never arrived. Incredibly bad that you as a tourist should have to download all possible apps and still not succeed.

Great place to walk around… lots of shops…restaurants great…very clean lots to do…would highly recommend…

Fun street to walk with lots of action. Some of the shops are closed in the evening so if you plan to do some shopping, go earlier in the day. We are at Caffe Europa and it was fantastic! Definitely recommend!

Went on Carrie B inter-coastal tour then dinner at The BoatYard in Las Olas. So fun, lots to see and do. Shops, food, great area for dinner for 2 or a family.

I would avoid this busy street on the weekends if you are concerned about Covid. Yesterday mid-afternoon the restaurants were hopping, and I was surprised to see that the outdoor tables in virtually all the six blocks I strolled were packed together as usual with no evidence of social distancing. In some cafes, 8 or so people were packed into outdoor booths that were jammed next to each other. I felt sorry for the servers and other restaurant employees who were all properly masked. The viral load looked enormous even outdoors. Perhaps off this busy boulevard restaurants are providing space between tables.

We went to Los Olas to try Rocco's tacos Mexican and Louie Bossi's Italian restaurants. They are both owned by the same people, and you can tell. The service and food in both places was amazing. Make reservations, or be prepared to wait. The street has a few upscale places to have fun.

Be careful of the store “Celebrity Fashion” on 1034 E Las Olas.
I bought an outfit.
The labels were removed (I didn’t notice but at home on careful look, there were holes where the labels were) and a few stores down the same items are half the price.
The store has a no return policy.

Lovely. Clean. Easy parking. There was music friendly staff and good crowd overall. Will definitely be back and visit the many restaurants they have in the area.

lots to see and do, however I recommend an Uber, Parking is next to impossible and everything is within walking distance once you arrive.

Arrived late because of flight. Thank goodness TOGO was at front desk. Delivered customer service second to none. Would stay again based on service alone! However, hotel was comfortable and convenient to shopping (2 blocks) and food. Great place to stay before and after a cruise.

My wife and I were staying at the Hampton Inn close by and arrived here with a hotel shuttle in the afternoon and then again in the evening at 7PM for dinner. Very pretty and clean. Very busy and a young crowd loud happening in the evening. Traffic, shops...watch you step walking and so on. Since we have now been there the area might work again but for sure not at the same hotel. Love the many American Flags on display along the Boulevard on both sides....KAG.

We walked up and down the boulevard during the day and evening. Has a great choice of restaurants and bars and a great stretch of beach

Trendy and fashion. Las Olas is famous, therefore, crowded. Charming restaurants and pubs. Latin ones are especially cool with tasty menus. The area is noisy.

There are shops and restaurants which are throughout Las Olas. A few restaurants are worth it. Parking is challenging can you find a spot. Most of the area has public parking for a fee 1 block North. Unfortunately it's overhyped.

I anticipated that there would be quaint little shops. I was very disappointed. It is mostly restaurants. Therefore, if you are looking to do shopping this is not the place to go.

You visit and have gone to the Beach area.... well...Las Olas Blvd is the classy part of Lauderdale unless you walk into one of the high end hotels near the water. Lots of great eating spots.
A nice place to set down is Asia Bay with a nice deck on a canal. Big City will give you more of a local feel with some pretty nice upscale but not pretentious food. YOLO will give you your Miami Vice experience. Go there and you will get what I mean..... South Florida to visitors. That just a sample.
Has turned less shopping (even if some still there) and more eating in recent years, but isn't that every downtown area?

It's a big shopping, eating, and drinking area. Lots of people outside walking, enjoying the day. You have to find a good place to park your car. This street has a downtown feel to it.

Las Olas Blvd is one of the nicest areas in Ft. Lauderdale. We lived in the area for over 20 years. I am so glad it has retained its charm.
Nice shops, art galleries, and restaurants. It is a great place to walk around and still pretty safe, albeit we did see some homeless people.

Las Olas Boulevard offers a fantastic experience, making it a must-visit destination in Fort Lauderdale. The atmosphere is lively, with a great mix of high-end shops, art galleries, and diverse restaurants. Walking along the boulevard is a pleasure in itself, with beautifully maintained sidewalks and a sense of sophistication.
The dining options are a highlight, with everything from casual cafes to upscale restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. You can easily spend a day exploring the shops, enjoying a delicious meal, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. The area is also well-maintained and feels safe.

I look forward to lunch at the Golden Lyon. Debra always makes the experience fun. Her food and drink recommendations are spot on.

The city of Fort Lauderdale is very beautiful and nice. Las Olas Avenue is very cool for walking, eating and shopping. I highly recommend!
We loved the days we spent in the city.

Always love Los Olas Blvd but was definitely more crowded than usual with many pedestrians not wearing masks.

I was expecting a safe, upscale shopping and dining strip. This was crowed, stinky. Not great shopping or dining. I felt a bit unsafe in certain sections.

Great atmosphere that is clean and lively. Far prefer this to South Beach! If in Southern Florida, choosing the Las Olas area and beach rather than Miami will not disappoint!

What a lovely place to take a stroll or a run if you like running it's paradise. Clean and safe and walkways if required over the road which can be busy. Great for doggy walks

If your sightseeing or just want to window shop that’s about all you can. Very expensive it’s like shopping on Rodeo Drive.

Excellent Eating options, Excellent Ice Cream as well, with a variety of stores of all kinds to Shop

We have visited Los Olas Boulevard many times. My wife enjoys the shopping and the restaurants are good as well. Parking is probably the biggest issue when visiting Las Olas.
I am not sure if anyone from the city sees these reviews. Fort Lauderdale Officials should take a trip to Naples Florida and look at how clean they keep their shopping district.

Cheesecake Factory always dependable. There was no line no waiting. Immediate seating. Friendly staff. We ordered one salad and two appetizers and it took some time to get our food (about 20 minutes) but it was good. Indoor and outdoor seating. Music was nice — not to loud (Goldilocks would have been pleased). As usual, helping are large.

Enjoyed the walk from the beach, over the bridge, to the section with stores. Best was being alongside the waterside home sections

There is so much to do on this strip. Stay at Riverside Hotel as it is the center of everything. You do not need a car. You can walk everywhere. The dining options are international…. Italian, Cuban, French, American, Greek, Argentinian. Sushi, steak, seafood you name it. Publix and CVS are within walking distance. The boutique shops are amazing and open late. Beware of two shops called Ibiza Shoes and Primo. They are over-priced, they do NOT give you a refund on anything you buy. The sales lady is terrified of the store owner and basically said good luck trying to argue our case with the owner. Will definitely return to Las Olas and especially during the week when the cruise ship crowds are quieter.

When we were there they had the night Christmas Market which was fantastic. Lot's to see and do, great places to eat and lot's of unique shops.

So many choices for indoor and outdoor dining . String lights , beautiful buildings lit up! Too many choices of great places to eat!

Looking for somewhere to spend an evening while having a day or two to spare in Fort Lauderdale, it was suggested we try Las Olas Boulevard. It certainly seems to be the in place. A boulevard lined with excellent bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Give it a try, you won't be dissapointed.

Great place to shop and walk up and down to people watch! Lots of restuarants as well! Metered pay street parking.

Great place to walk and people watch. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The best part of Fort Lauderdale

charming boutiques, great food, family friendly, walked up and down the streets safely .
Right accross from the ocean

Loved the water taxi to Las Olas area. The atmosphere was exciting and lively. We had a great evening!

Over 131 women hung out in this area at night. There was food dancing, and partying all night. Every corner was a club and we felt very secure.

Good restaurants. Great place to walk around. Great barber shops. No parking. So walk from your hotel. Del Friscos was fun, good service and lovely. Plenty to do.

Had a nice lunch at Voodoo Bayou, but clothing/accessory shop with no name or sign in 800 block of Las Olas Blvd is a scam. No name on building or receipt but credit card transaction said “Ciao Bella Shop LLC” which is not recognized by BBB. Lady overcharged me and refused to provide an itemized receipt so I could check. Had me sign screen behind counter then told me to “go stand over there” on the other side of counter when she printed out the receipt. She actually ripped off the top of it so I could not see itemization. When I added it up later, she had added $4.00 to the before tax total. Doesn’t seem like much but if they do this to every customer, it adds up! Reminded me of experiences with certain street vendors in Europe. I cancelled my card for fear my number was compromised. Hard to believe thieves can operate in plain site like this on a major shopping street.

A nice street that offers things to see day or night. It is the classic tourist street in this area of town.

This shopping strip is terrific fun, with shops that sell clothing and art you won't find in chain stores. It also contains some first-rate bakeries and gelaterias, all in a festive atmosphere.

Beautiful street to walk on. With beautiful views and places to eat and people watch to shop. Family friendly. The place is clean and there's a lot to do!

Street was cordoned off due to massive art show. Very talented artist. Lots of stores open in area. Lots of options. Little pricey tho!

A very nice Boulevard. Plenty of restaurants and would specially mention the Cheesefactory and lots of nice boutique shops, not expensive. You have to wander on the Blvd. if you go to Ft. Lauderdale.

So much fun on this street. Many places to eat and drink mingled among the shops. Restaurants serving breakfast through late night snack. The only issue was choosing where to eat.

Las Olas is very lively but Bonnet House is also to be seen. Two completely distinctive elements but which will please a large number of visitors.

We had a 4 hour tour of Ft. Lauderdale and had one hour to explore the area. The time was noon on Super Bowl Sunday. So, there was a lot of activity and block parties. Lots of great shops and many excellent restaurants in this area it was fun being here. If we get back to Ft. Lauderdale again we will stay are the Riverside hotel that is in the middle of this are.

Loved this place! So much to do and eat. The prices were reasonable too. Bought a white dress for my birthday dinner for $45 at one of the shops and saw the SAME dress in the mall for $90! Great food...friendly people! My husband and I enjoyed walking hand in hand to each store. Best part was its close proximity to the beach! Made my trip even more special!

Las olas is a beautiful boulevard with many pictures spots and many many restaurants but choose wisely many are overrated not to mention over price!!!

Tons Of shopping and unique boutiques! There is a lot of people and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot but if you’re a shopper it is so worth it!!

Stayed right in Las Olas for a week. The food and drinks are plentiful and it’s beautifully lit at night! Would highly recommend.

Very nice place, beaches are very clean, lots of store and restaurants.
Nice walking space and safe.

A nice place to spend an afternoon and happy hour or dinner. The area is filled with galleries, great shopping and a variety of dining choices!

We totally enjoyed the variety of restaurants, shops and galleries along the center of downtown Las Olas Blvd.

Interesting to walk along Los Olas boulevard - many shops and restaurants to visit. A mix of high end clothing stores, art galleries and unique boutique stores.

Las Olas is a very long street. There is a large variety of shops, bars, restaurants and art galleries. It gets busy at night and seems to be the place to be. Definitely worth a visit!

Only thing we enjoyed was Cheesecake Factory and access to water taxi. Also stranahan house is located near. Shops were not interesting. Over priced boutiques

We visited the annual? Art fair along Las Olas and visited a few shops. A lot of fun and a place I would go back to.

Great street in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale. Decorated with great bars and restaurants for any palate. Great shops for browsing.

Fun place, lots of stores, restaurants and cafes.
Crowded on a weekends.
Wear comfortable foot ware and stroll.

My spouse and I do joy rides a lot and this was a place we drove through. You will find lots of cultural foods, desserts and bars while looking at the different people and beautiful families together. We will make this one of our joy ride outs.

Great shops for antiques and clothing. Also plenty of restaurants and dessert shops for everyone. Take it in day or night.

we went as a group to try some good food and drink - we started at noon and went to most places along this street. good class of folks and nice bars, would recommend!

Small street full of bars and shops. It is worth stopping here for a walk and also for dinner. Recommended for an evening

This is probably the best high end men's clothing store in South Florida. I believe they sell some limited women's clothing as well, but more for the guys. They have the top of the line brand names for casual wear, business and business casual, as well as black tie affairs. My initial visit to this store was a few weeks ago and it was excellent. If you like nice men's clothing, you have to check them out. I was helped by a very nice Latin man named Miguel, who was really great. He wasn't pushy at all, was very polite and really seemed to know the product lines. Highly recommended. Clearly, this place is for those with a little extra cash, but if you want the best...

Las Olas has lots of options for shopping for your entire family. And there are many bars and restaurants to choose from with your choice of your favorite food - Italian, Cuban, American.
Several hotels in the area and the water taxi which makes this location very convenient.

When in Fort Lauderdale this is a must place to be. All the good restaurants are here. You don’t even need a car just walk around. Ice cream shops are a must . There’s a little construction going on but nothing to worry about . All top hotels are here . Shops are open till late .

We parked and then walked up and down the boulevard. It was only $3 for parking, but you need their app. We stopped and had some drinks along the way. I thought the boulevard would have been longer.

Lots of restaurants and bars but only stores are art stores and flower shops. It was really nice walking the River Walk and seeing all the beautiful yachts. We had lunch at the Boat House Restaurant and sat outside and enjoyed the view and the yachts sailing by.

We were on a back to back cruise from Fort Lauderdale, so decided to book a tour on changeover day.
The tour was interesting, a mock old steamer takes you through some of the canals to amaze at how many, millions or billions even are on this stretch of Prt Everglades.
The man made canals which stretch for some 2200 miles to the Gulf of Mexico are an amazing feat.
I have to admit the size and opulence of the estates and private cruisers, some 400 metres long and costing $40 million, plus the one estate which had a wave surf machine costing $800,000 installed as a Christmas present for their children, just beggars belief and for normal people, hard to comprehend.
The beach at Fort Lauderdale is a wonderful stretch of golden sand and had we had time, would think it’s a nice stroll along the promenade.

Visited with friends during Christmas week. It was nice to see how the street is decorated for Christmas. There are many very expensive gift shops and art galleries. Walk down one side and up the other and you’re done. Once was enough.

I specifically enjoyed shopping and dining at Tommy Bahamas Marlin bar on Las Olas Blvd. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the people were very accommodating to my every need. The food was delicious and made with perfection. I would recommend this place for anyone traveling in the area. Also Renee the manager in charge met with us and was A pleasure to speak with. She is quite the professional. I would definitely make this my number one stop whenever I’m in Florida.

Overpriced junk.
There 8 years ago first class junk -now like Nordstrom on the Rack. Only high class is the prices. I went as a solo and restaurants put you at the bar as a second class citizen.

About a 15 minute drive from FLL airport. Pretty vibrant street, lined with many restuarants & shops. We enjoyed gelato as we strolled. We also made our way to the Riverwalk area and watched the many boats go by.

I entered Los Olas from the City side having just alighted the water taxi. I was very impressed with the choice of local shopping and restaurants (and The Cheesecake Factory which is my favourite chain restaurant in US). I took a very pleasant walk down the main shopping area.

We were in town for a short stay and wanted to see the downtown area. Ls Olas was recommended as a place we could stroll and get a flavor of the party district. It was fun to watch all the people stroll by, and see the homes and condos along the way.

Great restaurants, good vibe, a must go, cannot go wrong. We like to go to Louie Bossies, and the Piazza, has great happy hour and good bar pies.

Arrived in Ft Lauderdale in mid-Sept for a cruise, and stayed at Riverside Hotel on a recommendation. Walked Las Olas Blvd. Many shops were closed and new shops "soon to come" in the area. Being the slow season, many restaurants were offering Happy Hours 50% off the entire menu, either between 5PM-8PM or all night. Great if you want to try all kinds of foods. There are a large selection of restaurants from $$ - $$$$.
Ended up buying some art from Bellagio Art Gallery.

Nice area to walk around, shops, restaurants, bars. Favorite restaurant Tuscan Prime. Great ambiance, good food.

Las Olas Blvd is a very long street where you can find everything for a great vacation:
- terrific Las Olas beach on the eastern end,
- super fancy rich houses with yachts along many tiny isles,
- Mediterranean style downtown.
For me, the beach was more beautiful than Miami's, driving through Seven isles is a movie like experience while walking downtown I had a feeling being somewhere in Europe - many art galleries, great outdoor restaurants and clubs, very clean and safe.

Excellent walking, shopping, and restaurants area. Long Boulevard that's clean, and fun to browse around with so many shops to choose from. A must go to when in Fort Lauderdale.

Some shops and restaurants. Nothing special. It isn’t not the Rodeo Drive as noted. We ate at the Mexican restaurant. It was good.

Great atmosphere, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from and a nice area to walk around

Las Olas Boulevard is a nice area for a stroll during the day. There is a variety of shops and restaurants along the boulevard. One may also admire the yachts on the water in the area. One may spend a couple hours walking along the boulevard or the entire day shopping and frequenting restaurants.

Very nice neighborhood, with shops, places to eat for all tastes and all prices, it deserves to be visited and to make nice walks

Great place to visit so many nice shops and excellent restaurants. A must see. We would love to return soon. We were there at the being of the international yaht show so it was amazing.

Fun to see, great nightlife, lots of unique high end shops. Park and walk for hours if you like. Gelato is a must. They have great food and fun people!

We were lucky, and unlucky. We were able to be there to experience the amazing art exhibits lining the insides of the streets. That was spectacular. Unfortunately, this caused pretty big problem with parking and trying to make our way through the crowds. It was still an amazing experience and I would definitely want to check out the street at a time when there was not something “extra“ going on. The little Italian coffee shops and the candy stores and ice cream stores were fun.

If you are looking for action, this is the right place, good food, live music, shopping, and the beach is great too. Don't miss it if you are in the area.

Had a blast and highly recommend, we went to festivals and walked along the river. The weather was great too. Try the sushi place at the beginning.

This is a vibrant street with lots of colourful activity. On the day we went there was an art show being held and the street was closed to traffic. There are some good restaurants. The street has great lighting in the evenin.

We frequently visit las olas and e joy everything on it. Havana republic cigar shop is one of my favorites. The humidor is large and the selection of great cigars is unbelievable. The owner is very knowledgeable and very accommodating to what you may need. They have a great beer and wine selection with outside seating. I highly suggest if you are a cigar lover and like to relax this is the place to go.

Not sure where the heck the shopping was and the comparison to Rodeo Drive is a huge stretch. It's lined with restaurants.

There isn’t very much here to interest me. I thought there would be a wide variety of shopping here, but it is almost entirely high end clothing stores, restaurants and art galleries. It was difficult to find as well, since it isn’t a well defined area on maps.

We stopped of at Las Olas whilst on the Water Taxi. Was expecting more upmarket shops and restaurants based on previously read reviews. The walk was ok, nice enough, but not what I expected.

My mom and I were on a mother/daughter trip and took an afternoon break from the beach to visit here. We were not disappointed. Stopped in a number of stores, had some great sangria and a great late lunch. Traffic is not bad during the week so we hopped around the whole street which was nice.

We were staying nearby so had a walk down here one evening for some food and drinks. What a lovely little place, lots of unusual shops plus plenty of places to eat and drink. Had a nice atmosphere too. Although we walked had we wanted to take the car there were places to park both on the Main Street and the side streets but I don’t know if there was a charge or not.
We had a few drinks at the Balcony pub and ate at the Cheesecake Factory but there are plenty of places to choose from. Really nice area, shame we didn’t have longer there!

This strip of restaurants and shops was great. We took the water taxi here and walked around a bit before grabbing dinner. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful trendy street with dozens of bars, restaurants and stores. Very busy in the evening. It's the place to be.

One issue was the Wifi in my room. Wifi would not connect in a timely manner. At times it took 2 hours at night to connect on my Android phone. And it would not stay connected.
I logged on to my computer early Thursday morning (1/11) and connected immediately. When it became later in the morning it appeared others were logging on to Wifi and I was disconnected. I could not reconnect.
I spoke to the Front Desk Manager, Nicolas, when I checked out. He stated he was going to submit a ticket to be reviewed.
He was courteous and took care of a room charge. It was appreciated.

If your looking for a crazy bar scene this is not the place, but if you want more of an upscale vibe there is plenty here. Lots of great restaurants and bar scene. Lots of shops, art, etc as well if you come during the day. Accessible by water taxi as well if you can utilize it. it is well suited for a night out with your spouse, a date, friends or even to bring the kids to eat and grab an ice cream. There is something for everyone.

Las Olas has definitely improved since I’ve last visitare many years ago. There are a ton of museum, food, things to do. It’s a must see.

We happened to be in town for 2 days after vacationing in Key West. There was an amazing art festival going on. We enjoy Las Olas but this was a treat. Brought back to Tn. two pieces with us. The restaurant choices, shopping and people watching are alway fun.

Shops, restaurants are all top end. If you are looking for great night out or good shopping experience, do not bother coming here.

If you like to shop to you drop try to visit Las Olas Boulevard for a day of a great shopping experience. There are lots of eclectic shops and very nice restaurants in this area. Many of the pay parking lots are located behind the stores if you plan on driving to this area.

Great nightlife, nice people, Uber’s everywhere. Rocco’s Tacos was incredible, and just walking round is beautiful. Best area in Fort Lauderdale for sure.

Lots of small shops and very nice restaurants, Wild Sea is great place. Enjoyed window shopping and people watching and for me car watching as liable to see anything parked or driving by. Street parking is available at $1.75 hour

Lots of shops and bars and restaurants. We spent time after our cruise, prior to heading to the airport. Great shops, Tommy Bahama, Lilly Pulitzer and several smaller boutiques

Upscale shops n restaurants, great Happy Hour at multiple places with eclectic food choices and people watching a must

Don’t miss a stroll down Las Olas Blvd when in Ft. Lauderdale. A wonderful city treasure. Good for adults, not so much for children. School she children will enjoy touring Stranahan House near the Riverside Hotel.

This street is charming full of interesting shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, etc and close to the famous inland waterway. Not as tacky as Miami.
Travel by watertaxi, free shuttle or Uber.
Only downside is electric scooters which are everywhere and left everywhere.

EXCEPTIONAL , great menu especially if you are on Weight Watchers .. Sea Bass was SO GOOD... music lively, able to hear...acoustics great!!! Lots of children in the restaurant and pizza looked Devine... make reservations!!!

Lots of people, window shopping and boutiques. Lots to see and lots of people watching. A fun afternoon.

Great restaurant variety, lovely lights and decor, boutiques and a nice stroll any time. Parking a challenge. How do you use the system?

Wasn't sure what to expect. It was excellent . Lots of restaurants, some high end stores. Ate at the ElCamino. Place was alive. Highly recommend.

Great walking area of FL, and you can choose what type of food you would like by only walking a few blocks. Very nice!

Las Olas is a popular street, which has plenty of restaurants, art galleries, clothing shops, etc. We walked around to pick which restaurant we’d eat at next and to walk off the food that we did eat. Very nice area to visit.

All the retail stores are gone. A lot of empty storefronts. It’s all bars and restaurants. Disappointing

Its a very nice Street with tons of places to sit outside and enjoy great food from around the world. stores are nice

I love to walk in this area. Las Olas boulevard has nice restaurants: fine cuisine or casual dining. Plan ahead because parking is hard to find.

Try the Cheese Cake Factory !!! Great food , made to order !! ( the mashed potatoes are Awesom !!Real potatoes !!! The staff who work there are top notch !!! We were treated with respect and service was Awsum .. We ate there 2 times.. ( wish we had tried this restaurant , sooner !! WE WILL BE BACK next time , if the conference is held in Fort Lauderdale . only 5 stars ?? for trip advisor !! I will say out of a score of 1 to 10 , i give a 25 + !! Thanks so much for a great meal X 2... wonderfull .. you have 2 new customers !! Hope to see you next year !!!

We visited here two days in a row because we liked it so much. Louie Bossi was great for Italian and El Camino was our pick for Mexican food. My found a couple clothing shop she liked as well.

Great spot to go out, to eat, and to explore. Very lively nightlife in this area of fort laudeddale. Not like Miami but still very happening.

This is a great place to take a date to go to many places to go eat and shop. Not to mention a place where lots of events take place.

Las Olas is the Heart of Fort Lauderdale! What a gorgeous place to Lunch - Brunch - Shop - Stroll. Plenty of choices for great food at the center of Fort Lauderdale.

The Las Olas boulevard is a nice little area that has lots of bars/restaurants. I had heard there was also shopping there but there really isn’t. We went during the day for lunch and found lots of spots to eat. Overall a nice plan to stop for a meal with all of the choices but not much else.

There are many stores and restaurants on Las Olas. Many restaurants have patio seating which is great to people watch. There is usually valet parking and also pay parking. It is one strip so easy to walk around.

There is definitely an electric vibe to this area. The shops are upscale and full of designer and named brands. the hotels and restaurants are also in the expensive
range. AN area not for all tastes, especially folks on a budget.

I stayed at the Riverside Hotel which is located at Las Olas Boulevard. A very lively and entertaining area with plenty of restaurants and bars.

There are many of eateries and a great area to stroll around. We had a great time. outside the typical beach route. Very fun

Very nice walk up and down the boulevard- more locals noted and a ton Of great eateries. May want to make your reservations though! Didn’t take long to get into a restaurant with ten of us - about a half hour on a Sunday. Few upscale shops and art galleries but not a ton of boutiques-

Los Olas is the heart of downtown Ft. Lauderdale as it connects the city to the beach. The restaurants and shops are excellent, quaint with something for everyone. We love it here!

A street, a boulevard no less, with little exclusive shops, ice cream, coffee, restaurants.... where do yo7 find this nowadays? If it’s not the mall its the strip mall- well Las Zola’s has nothing of it. Charming street that invites you to stroll, to linger, to enjoy. Love it.

Definitely a must in Fort Lauderdale. Such a beautiful street to walk around. The views are gorgeous, and there are so many great spots to eat shop and just sit and watch. It has a really nice lively atmosphere but still feels relaxed.

This is just a long street of restaurants, bars, clothing stores and very tacky art galleries. What a waste of time. This is not like Canyon Road in Santa Fe or Front Street in Lahaina, Maui before the terrible fire. The art is truly awful. Don’t waste your time, money or energy. Some of the restaurants were good, but very crowded and noisy. We wouldn’t go back if we return to Fort Lauderdale.

The closest you will come to a real city experience in Lauderdale. You can walk outside and shop, plus look for a place to eat or have coffee. Nice.

Blocks of high and medium priced eateries and drinkeries. Also shops and other things to entertain. Easily accessible parking.

Very nice clean, lots of shops and restaurants and a great place to stroll and enjoy the area. Some stores are high end and others are moderately priced. Car traffic can get crazy and paking can get hard to find. Best to take Uber or cricket.

Disappointed. I expected more shopping- mainly resurants and bars. It was clean and well kept. watching people was the best entertainment.

Drive through and stopped to walk around
Very lively and great restaurants and bars.
Anyone can find something to eat on las olas!

Beautiful street to walk down. Lots of shoppes and lights at night. Especially eventful when there is an art festival or Christmas on Las Olas. There are a lot of vendors and store participation at their events. You can also walk down the New River Canal to the South. A beautiful walkway and very peaceful.

Very nice area. Plenty of shops from beautiful art galleries to a variety of bakeries including a tasty authentic French bakery/cafe. You can actually see their kitchen area through the glass. Everything is delicious baked on the premises. Highly recommend!

A beautiful boulevard for a stroll, any time of day. There is no shortage of delicious cafes, fun bars and fancy restaurants, as well as a variety of art galleries and boutiques to explore.

We read a lot of great comments on Los Olas Boulevard. We went at lunch time and other than the construction crews it was quite quiet. There are some good restaurants but I wouldn't bother coming here other than to eat. There wasn't much in open shops (a lot under construction). I can't comment on the evening time when I assume it becomes fun with the bars.

You can find any restaurant you want! It is always alive and you would never get bored! There are lots of cute local stores there and the crowd will make you happy;)

Fun & exciting place to visit when in Ft. Lauderdale. Plenty of shops & restaurants to choose from. A great place to explore. GetSome!!

I love this area, as one can truly spend hours walking up and down the street, enjoying various dining and bar experiences, as well as live music and dancing, and walking around in a beautiful area with views of the Intracoastal.

Perfect for strolling down a beautifully lit street with awesome bars and eateries! We throughly enjoyed it and ended up staying for dinner and gelato.

Such a fun area, tons of restaurants and bars, shopping & charged up atmosphere. Happy hours are fantastic at most establishments and food at any of the restaurants was fantastic. Gotta stop at the famous Elbow room for a few drinks & watching the waves at the beach across the street. The beautiful tree lined streets that are lit up with twinkle lights makes it a magical time.

This is a great place to stay and is buzzing day and night. We stay at the Riverside Hotel which is great and in the middle of the action.

Good variety of restaurants and galleries. Enjoyed dinner at Big City Tavern. Grandkids 6,8,14 and 18 all found interesting shops and galleries.

Beautiful street, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shop stores. Clean, with nice buildings, people having fun. Recommended!

Very nice bustling with life, quite happy to spend it is safe on Sunday there are less people at night, several bars, shops and restaurants

This is like a street full of nice resturants and hotels . A perfect place to chill with friends and family . Street has boutiques and special shops . I loved breakfast places and ice cream shops .My favourite shop was Pan’E Dolce an Italian bakery with the most delicious coconut ice cream and pastries.

Nice boutiques and plenty of restaurants. We expected more stores. Loved the little coffee and wine bar florist shop! Yummy desserts and beautiful setting.

Locals gather here to cruise and show off their expensive cars at night. Las Olas is loaded with many unique shoppes. Bring your credit card.

Lovely place to walk around for shopping, but this place for me is all about the bars and restaurants, great choice and great atmosphere.

FORT LAUDERDALE - This is the street to hang out at the end of the day or where to find cool bars and great restaurants.

Lots of restaurants and shops to explore. There’s got to be something for everyone. It’s set up very cute with all the lights on the palm trees once it gets dark. It reminded me of fourth Street in Naples. We enjoyed walking up and down the street, and we felt safe. Make sure you pay to park at the meters because they do have meter readers walking up and down the street checking license plates.

Las Oslas used to be better, but now with COVID19 things have changed.. some good restaurants and some ok places. Nothing special in my opinion.

As things begin to open up, this area is a fun, friendly gathering strip of blocks filled with restaraunts and bars which makes for a fun evening out on the town. Even fun for families who like to take a stroll and finish the evening off with some ice cream

You could spend days here exploring and enjoying shopping and interesting restaurants in this area.
It is safe and clean with an interesting nightlife.

We stayed at the beach in Fort Lauderdale for 5 days. It is a three mile walk or Uber from the beach area and is a must do and see, There is nice shopping, restaurants, bars and ice cream places.

This is just a drag with overpriced cafes and restaurants, overpriced parking with no interesting shopping.

Our hotel was on Las Olas, putting us in the middle of busy tourist area. Lots of quality shops, restaurants, bars & people watching. Be sure to make reservations for dinner.....

This is a very busy, but many choices for nice restaurants and shopping. Parking can be a bit tricky. Overall if you are in the area, check it out. It would be a nice place to take an evening stroll

Walking the stretch of las olas Blvd was the highlight of our brief visit. The farmers market was wonderful - the fruits were varied and amazing and the vendors were accommodating. The most interesting part was the art museum of the NSU. The museum is small but had a great collection of abstract art. The Color exhibit was very informative and interesting, thanks to the 2 pm public tour on the Sunday when we happened to visit. The young guide who was a staff member was very engaging and knowledgeable.

Fabulous place beach is amazing as are restaurant the whole area was such a nice area of Fort Lauderdale

Great vibe! A lot of shops, even more restaurants (all kinds)! Great people watching! Safe with a lot of police presence in the background. Careful in the morning, a few homeless come out to pan-handle, but police presence keeps it at bay. There is a free service for transportation on the app called “Circuit”! They’ll take you to the beach and back to your hotel for free! Works a lot like Uber or Lyft, and they cover the Fort Lauderdale area. Takes 15 minutes to wait for a ride, and they take you in an electric golf cart. The drivers are very nice and they’ll take you up and down Las Olas Blvd. amazing cars on this strip to salivate over. Great hotels and great outdoor eating!

So many great restaurant options all along the strip. We have enjoyed Wild Sea, Golden Lyon, La Bonne Crepe, Europa, El Camino, and Gran Forno.

So many nice restaurants and shops! We usually go to one of them for Brunch and then do some shopping.

Lovely stroll after dinner. We browsed the art galleries - all different do sure to find something to discuss and debate - and window shopped and picked restaurants for rest of the week.

Haven't been down Las Olas for awhile and the other night we were there and it is great. Every place was packed.

Very nice very expensive
Definitely a place everyone should check out
Good restaurants not a lot of parking though

This is a beautiful, walkable area along a canal-type waterway, they call a river. Boats, etc float in it. There are many large buildings/mixed-use along it, as well and lots of shops and restaurants. It lights up beautifully at night and is all walkable. While this area might have a lot of homeless and not be very appealing, the nights we were out on this walk, it was nice and we didn’t see much vagrancy. It can be touristy, but it’s worth visiting.
Expensive
Although Las Olas Boulevard was very nice to have a stroll along we found most of the shops and galleries were very expensive and out of our price range.
