A definite must do!

By Suz M |

An amazing little place to visit. The gift shop is a bit pricey, but the grounds are charming, and the tour was fun and super informative. Our tour guide, Sophy, was adorable, knowledgeable, and had everyone laughing. Learning the history of the cave was super cool. We definitely recommend you visit!

Lost River Cave

By Alissa S |

We had a girls trip and wanted to experience a cave with a boat tour. This was a great trip. We loved our guide and getting to see the cave by boat was a unique experience we even got to see the cave crayfish! I recommend for anyone that wants to experience a cave and there is not a lot of walking and its a pretty quick tour.

Very informative

By stanbr0wn |

Caroline was our guide and she provided a very informative experience. I highly recommend this adventure to people of all ages and even more so because of Caroline.

Worth the visit!!

By Fminers66 |

The trip was well worth the visit. The boat ride is very unique and the cave is stunning to see. Our tour guide was great and funny and other staff were pleasant as well. Overall 10/10 experience.

The water was pretty clear!

By Deidre W |

The boat tour with the river in the cave was pretty cool. When you first get in the boat you do have to bend over in your seat as the cave is low for a couple seconds, but the whole time someone is telling you all about why & how the cave was formed. There are trails around that you can walk one with a butterfly house (if you will).

Friendly and fun even with a tornado

By Justine G |

I injured my hip the night before our booked tour, and as I did not have a wheelchair (neither do they) they offered to refund my entire ticket, processing it immediately. My brother and niece went on through the tour, however, and they loved it. My niece learned some cool stuff and my brother got some fabulous pictures. Right after their tour a tornado warning hit the entire area. Without missing a beat, they informed everyone on the property and ushered all of us down into the basement underneath the store. They even brought down a large package of bottled water for anyone who needed it. I can't say enough good things about the staff working the store and tour on December 9, 2023.

Amazing!

By Terry S |

Lost River Cave is a hidden gem in Bowling Green, KY. The high school students I took on a tour raved about it and they can be difficult to please. The tour guide was knowledgable and the process was easy.

Wonderful tour

By Deborah S |

Drew our guide was very fun and knowledgeable. The cave and river are amazing and we were able to see the Halloween trail as well. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome

Awesome views and super funny/educational tour guide. It's about 45 min long. The boat ride is very short but they stop periodically to give info on different parts of the cave.

Boat Tour and River Birch Meeting Room

By Ben R |

Had a blast on the boat tour of the cave. The guides knowledge of the history and the past uses of the cave was very informative and interesting. The cave is beautiful and you may even get to see some wildlife. The River Birch Meeting Room was also a nice place to have any kind of event. It was very clean with bathrooms a kitchenette and a big screen TV. The playground is a perfect place to let your children wander around and play. Will definitely be going back!

Lost River Boat Ride

By Deborah C |

Absolutely amazing boat ride through the cave. Our tour guide was very informative and friendly (sorry I can’t remember who the tour guide was)! If in the area again I would make sure to visit again.😊

Ok, if you want to kill time.

By flying_dutchman_US |

It was ok, nothing great. The best was the tour guide. He was well informed and funny. The cave itself is small, at least the part you can go on the boat. It is dirty too, which is explained by the regular flooding.

Lost River Cave

By neilsonrena |

We thoroughly enjoyed the cave. Our guide Jalen was fantastic and so informative. Nice young man!! We had a great time!

Amazing Cave Tour By Boat

By michellewashingtondc |

Had an exciting journey by boat through a historic cave, was traveling from DC to Nashville and stumbled upon this place while browsing the internet and so happy I did. The tour guide Fletcher was amazing and super knowledgeable and kind, he made the experience wonderful! I learned a lot of cool history!

I was disappointed the boat tour was so short. When booking I was led to believe it was 45 minutes vs the 20 minutes it took.

Best Boat Cave Tour

By hattiehupke |

Best boat tour I have taken so far. I have been a few, but this one really takes the cake. It’s really like sailing down a canyon in some Mark Twain book. The staff was great as well and very friendly!

Wonderful!!

By paggie615 |

We enjoyed our visit to the Lost River cave. The boat tour, walking trail, the discovery center and the guided tour, all were wonderful! Thank you!

Great place to visit

By Lisa |

I’m really glad we decided to try this place out, as it was well worth it. We had a great time and it was so unique to be able to be inside a cave on a boat. Our guide, Olivia, did a great job. She was knowledgeable and sprinkled in some humor. The walk from the meeting spot to the cave entrance is quick and easy. The day we went, there were people from toddlers to seniors, and no one had trouble with the walk or with getting into the boat. One person in my group can be a bit claustrophobic, but had no trouble whatsoever with this tour. There are also some nice trails, and further back there is an enclosed butterfly garden which we enjoyed as well. Would definitely recommend a visit here!

Great way to visit a cave!

By 3boys4us |

We enjoyed our visit to Lost River Cave. Our tour guide, Trevor, was fantastic! He has a great personality and spoke clearly with a microphone to easily hear. We learned about the site's history and also had a lesson in geology! Visiting a cave on a boat was a new experience for us.

The day we visited, the space near and at the cave entrance was set up for a wedding later in the day. The areas set up for the ceremony and reception were both beautiful! I don't know how often this venue is used for events but I would definitely consider it if we lived in the area!

Well worth it

By hailey w |

Was an amazing experience- our tour guide Olivia was awesome 🤩 the boat was calming and we learned a lot of the history for the tour guide

Great time

By yooperpelton |

My son and I were on a father son trip to Mammoth Cave and staying in Bowling Green. Saw an advertisement for Lost River Cave and decided to check it out and we are so glad we did! Interesting story/history and a nice boat ride into the cave. Highly recommend!

Lost River Cave Experience

By Carla S |

Micha was a wonderful guide. He was very informative. He took a true interest in his job. This cave is like no other, a lot of history to be shared.

GREAT TOUR!

By curtisblues |

Friendly staff, great scenic hiking trails, the tour guides were fun. Highly recommend for any visitor. 10/10

Thank You!

By nfournier74 |

Trevor did a great job leading our boat tour. He was funny and engaging, he is a great asset to your team! While the young man who lead our group down to the boat tour was equally funny and engaging, Trevor really hit it out of the park with his showmanship. The staff at the gift shop and check in also very friendly and helpful. All around great experience.

So nice, but I’m sad to see the new developments getting closer and closer

By checkmyemails |

Went with 1 daughter, 3 sons, and 1 family friend.
I went over 15 years ago and my 2024 visit was so much different. The cave is a lot longer and I’m sure the future will make it better and better!
It was sad to go walk on the trails and see where developers are getting closer and closer. Someone needs to buy them out and keep this natural land. Why would they encroach in this property to make a few dollars!!?? This is a big mistake for the city of Bowling Green!

The gift shop is amazing. I will go back to shop when I visit Bowling Green.

Very interesting and fun!

By mojo9200 |

We picked a great day to visit because it was 100 degrees out, but a cool 57 in the cave. Our tour guide Bree was so much fun and all of us enjoyed it. My husband and I and two of our kids, 10 and 3, were captivated and we wanted it to last longer! Don’t skip this one!

Lost River Cave

By MWright9380 |

My family and I really enjoyed the history of the cave and the interesting facts about it. I would recommend this for any family looking for a short adventure in Kentucky!

Beautiful Spot to Visit

By afb |

We stopped in Bowling Green on our way home from a trip to Nashville. Although originally a “plan b” because the Mammoth Cave tours were already sold out, I’m so glad we found Lost River to visit instead. The area is beautiful, and the tour was great - very unique, informative, and in total about 45 minutes (perfect for young attention spans).

Good place for underground adventures

By ninaU4545FV |

Amazing underground activities…specially the zip lining. Kids had lot of fun . I was nice to see the huge caves .

Awesome!!

By wrj52071 |

What a great time!! The river was so cool. It’s a must see!! And the guides were great.
Make sure to visit the gift shop. They have a lot of cool things.

Birthday party with a boat trip!

By Joseph R |

The boat ride in the cave was very cool! We had a great time seeing the cave and learning more about the history of the property.

The River birch room was a perfect place for my brother’s 35th birthday party! There was lots of space for us(30-40 ppl), and nice tables and chairs to eat our lunch on. There was a large TV and a kitchen with lots of counter space. This would be a really cool place for a viewing party of some sort.

The playground was perfect for the kids to run around and play. The trails are all right there too for a nice cool walk with in the city. I would love go back sometime soon!!

Excellent Tour

By Mike |

Sophie was an amazing tour guide. Extremely friendly with a great sense of humor. I personally love seeing different caves and seeing this one and learning a little about the history of it was amazing.

Really cool!

By michellehoppe90 |

Traveled from out of state. This was a fun adventure for all 8 of us. Tour guides are very knowledgeable.

Just Okay. There are better cave tours.

By Kaila K |

We did the boat tour through the cave. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable and the cave was cool. My family goes on a ton of cave tours though and I will say this tour is shorter than expected in terms of how far back you go and there isn't a ton of features to see like you get in some caves. Still neat to learn about though. My main complaint and the reason I took 2 stars off is that if you sit on the right side of the boat you will not get to see the "finale" of the boat tour. I was looking at the backs of people's heads instead of the cool water feature and river. I thought surely he would turn the boat so our side could see but he didn't. Horrible way to do a tour. I was extremely disappointed. Not worth the $25 per person IMO.

Great experience

By kimber31467 |

The guide was friendly and informative. We enjoyed the whole experience. I will bring more people there when they come to visit. Plus only 10 minutes from home.

Very Enjoyable!!

By Jennifer B |

We really enjoyed ourselves . Molley was our guide and she was great! The outside trails and scenery were beautiful :) It's must see

Great cave river experience

By nv4rich2 |

We have been in caves and caverns before but this was our first visit in a boat on a river in a cave. Highly recommend for a very unique and educational visit. If you are by yourself, with family or friends, young or old you will like this cave visit

Awesome,!

By FarAway682568 |

Worth the trip! We totally enjoyed the boat cave experience! We went on a Monday and there were only a few people at the time slot we chose.

Great Cave Adventure

By Harrrrrriet |

Our only boat cave tour. Our 12 year old said she loved it. One of the highlights of our road trip. Staff was very informative.

different experience

By Misty A |

Me and my husband took this trip to Kentucky with the intentions of visting this cave and one other. We enjoy going to different areas and taking tours at different caves. This one was the shortest we have been on but very enjoyable. We had never been on a cave tour in a boat. Tour guide was great and the water was beautiful

Beautiful boat tour!

By Jaimie P |

We had our boat tour with Olivia and she was FABULOUS!!!! She was cheery, funny and was able to answer every question. I highly recommend going on a tour with her! The boat tour was so great. The lighting was spectacular, the caves were beautiful and it was so cool to see a cave from a boat!

Hidden Gem

By bryancorbin |

You can easily drive right by the entrance, and not see it, but I’m glad we didn’t miss it. Very worthwhile, and our tour guide did a great job.

Fun and interesting trip

By ksewnsew2 |

We very much enjoyed this trip. It was informative and neat. Our river guides were very helpful and we enjoyed our time here

Lost River Cave

I would definitely recommend this attraction for families who want to learn about the history and structure of this rare find.

Fun 45-minute boat tour in a cave

By LovesPhotoOps |

There are not any particularly impressive features in this cave, but a tour is worthwhile if you just want the unusual experience of riding a boat in a cave. Our tour guide, Maddie, a student at Western Kentucky University, was knowledgeable, likeable, and funny; I know she must tell the same jokes all day long but her delivery was great. The first 20 minutes of the tour were spent on the short walk down a paved driveway to the cave entrance and stops along the way as she told us about the blue hole there, the underground river, and some of the history of the site. Children under 13 were required to wear a lifejacket the whole time but that was optional for adults; the guide said the water was only three feet deep in the cave. As the barge entered the cave, all passengers had to bend over to avoid hitting our heads on a low ceiling dubbed Wishing Rock (you’ll wish you had ducked, ha ha). We spent about 25 minutes riding to the end of the cave and back to the entrance, with the guide pointing out features with her flashlight and telling more stories about the history. After getting out of the boat we walked over to see the area that was formerly used as a nightclub starting in the 1930s and is now decorated with a crystal chandelier. We looked at the blue hole again and saw several crawfish there.

Other parts of the campus are available without buying a tour ticket. We walked a short trail, stopping to look at another blue hole and the crawfish and large tadpoles there. In the butterfly habitat building we saw butterflies of a few different types.

The guide told us that the cave floods fairly often with heavy rain, so I think it would be a good idea to check and make sure the tours are running that day before you come.

Cool way to spend time with people

By ChrisFleming72 |

The cave boat tour was really nice. I got to go on it with my fiancé and her middle school aged sister. I didn't know if her sister would like it, but she had a really good time. It was nice being able to do something where none of us were on our phones and just enjoying it together. I have gone on the tour multiple times and want to go again. It is my favorite area in Bowling Green. The cave tour alone is enough to go, but there is also a butterfly garden and a trail to walk on. It feels like you are in a completely different place separate from the urban area around you.

Cave exploring

By jdt09582025 |

Really enjoyed the guided tour of the underground lost river. The guides are very knowledgeable and patient with young kids.

Very enjoyable

By Allison G |

We really enjoyed our boat tour. The guide was super knowledgeable and his love for the cave and its history was contagious. ( I think his name was Jaden , so sorry I can’t recall for sure. (WKU senior) ) Nice way to spend a couple hours.

Must visit for the experience

By sshanu003 |

It was a nice attraction to visit with family & friends a must visit for the experience. Well maintained place

Going back to Lost River Cave

By Jeff112023 |

Live locally in Bowling Green and have taken the tour many years ago. I forgot how interesting the tour was and all the history and beauty of the cave and the surrounding area. Tour guide was excellent.!

Is was Great !

By GrandTour65543898618 |

The only problem was with my husband has trouble walking and it is a long walk down and up the hill, they need to offer shuttle service down up for people are older and handy cap.

Great one day trip

By seyssen |

We made a day trip down to Bowling Green for Lost River Cave. It was really interesting, even my 10 year old listened to the history and was intrigued by the tour guide!

A wonderful experience

By Stephanie M |

Our family had such a great time! Our tour was at 1:00 on 10/29, our tour guide was phenomenal!!! The whole experience was wonderful, from walking through the gift shop, to the actual boat ride, it was a great way to spend a day with family!!

Boat ride in a cave. Duck!!

By Kathleen M |

This was an awesome experience. I had injured my foot badly and didn't want to miss out on it and staff had helped me so much. I was able to enjoy it because of them. Thank you! I cannot express my thanks enough.

Beautiful, tranquil, informative

By Jeff |

Amazing experience. Our guide Molly was very friendly and informative. It's amazing learning the history on the cave and experiencing it in person. Highly recommend this tour!

Kelly Outing

By jtkms2016 |

We enjoyed visiting the Lost Cave. It was very interesting and informative. Our guide Sophie was excellent!

not the cave i was looking for

By Samantha O |

its just a short underground river, not really worth the time and money. There are no cave formations as the cave floods periodically. Only consolations is that they do conservation work. There was supposed to be a butterfly enclosure there but the tour did not point it out, it is further past the cave opening.

Loved it!

By Minnesota42 |

Mammoth National Caves was mostly shut down during out visit, so this was a welcomed option. We made reservations, but were able to get on an earlier tour than we had booked. The location is beautiful. If you are into nature walks, this is a great spot to take one. Our guide was very informative and did a great job. The boat ride was so relaxing and beautiful. They have a very nice gift shop as well. The families that were on the trip with us seemed to have as much fun as we did.

Boat tour enjoyed by children and adults.

By Kim R |

We went on the boat tour with friends and family. We had all ages from 2 year olds and up. Everyone enjoyed the tour. Justin told us all about the history of the cave, pointed out different formations in the cave, a few of them have been named on how they look. The children as well as the adults were very interested and even had a few questions which were answered on the spot. They even hold weddings and other events in the cave. Well worth the trip to see the cave and all the other trails. We rented the River Birch room for us all the eat together and visit. This was a great experience.

Exploring is Fun

By MoMarlin |

Touring Lost River Cave and the trails around is a great day trip. The cave tour is appropriate for younger kids. Though you are in a boat for the second half of the tour, it is large and feels super safe. The river tour is not super long, but it is very interesting. Children's attention won't be easily lost. The tour guides are very knowledgeable about the history and geography of the area and had great conversations with our group. We enjoyed walking the trails after the tour, not too long and provided historic content along the way. The families doing gem mining seemed to be having a good time it might be a miss for older kids(we chose not to spend the extra). There is also a natural play area that is very cool.

Fun and informative

By Penni M |

We had a great time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. Beautiful stop on our day out. Definitely recommend.

Cool Dark Ride

By yvonneritchie |

I enjoyed the brief Lost River Cave boat tour because of its beautiful setting and unique history. Our boat guide was informative and enthusiastic about his presentation. It was interesting to see how Lost River Cave serves as a wedding and reception venue. I also loved the walking trails and butterfly house.

Lost River cave

By troyziegler17 |

Great experience, and the guide was well versed in the cave and made the experience awesome. Highly recommend visiting

Unforgettable great scenery with an amazing tour guide.

By Scott B |

Despite the freezing temperatures, our tour guide Madison was a joy and so enthusiastic in talking about the cave. Although the tour was a little short (there is only so much you can do safely by boat), the cave itself was beautiful, it was easy to take pictures and ask questions, and we did see some wildlife. Unforgettable experience. We’re all friends of Lost River Cave.

Excellent tour with professional and knowledgeable staff and guides.

By wmsfaulkner |

Excellent tour with professional and knowledgeable staff. A lot of history can be obtained by taking this tour.

A wonderful adventure

By jac2jav |

This trip was more amazing than I even imagined! My daughter and I decided to make this a stop on our way through to Nashville, and we are so glad we did! It was breathtakingly beautiful! Both the inside the cave and the surrounding park! The guide was so educated on everything and we learned so much in addition to seeing all of the beauty! Definitely going to return and bring my boys next time!

Interesting Cave Tour

By Joan M |

Our cave tour was very relaxing as we were in a tour boat and only a slight walk down to the entry point. No stair steps. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative on the history of the Lost River Cave. We would do this tour again!

Fun Day

By mosunnyshine |

The boat ride was a little short and there was not a lot to see but it was neat to be underground. There is also a gift shop where you can mine for gold and grounds to walk with a butterfly sanctuary. We made it a day with all the other things to do and see. Overall, it was a great day for a minimal cost. Worth the trip!

Lost Cavwe

By ruthsivils00 |

Was expecting something different based on description. Walk was about 5 minutes to get to the boat, in cave up and back took about 10 minutes. Nothing really in cave to see. Personally not worth $50 for 2 adults. The gift shop is nice but pricey, employees are efficient and helpful.

A really “cool” cave and nature preserve!

By Gone Flying! |

Excellent local gem! It was a fun time on a hot summer day to enjoy a boat ride inside a nice cool cave. We also enjoyed the butterfly garden (1/4 mile hike). The guide did an excellent job of presenting history of the cave - it was fun and informative. Make sure you are able to bend completely at the waist as you really have to duck for the first and last 20 seconds of the boat tour.

Great date activity!

By southerndepotent |

My husband and I chose this as a day date and we loved it. Beautiful surroundings, the guide was knowledgeable and funny, and great walking trails. Highly recommend!

Super fun

By Alissa F |

My husband, 3 kids 18f, 15f, 12f and I went here recently. It was really nice. We got our tickets (we’d bought them online) and walked over to the meeting place. We were there early so we could do the two “hiking paths” and the butterfly habitat before our boat tour. That took about 15-20 minutes. The tour you do have to pretty much bend over double to get in the rocks that’s the ceiling are very low at the entrance. So if your large chested, a heavy person, claustrophobic this probably isn’t for you. We enjoyed the tour and our tour guide.

Fun cave exploration on a boat

By darrenlandino |

This was a pleasant experience, they take you in a boat around their cave, and touch upon some history of the cave and the area.

By David Tinotenda K |

What a great experience, and an even better combination with such an excellent tour guide! I would love to be back again.

Fantastic Family Fun

By aewalters01 |

Even better than advertised! The boat ride (with funny and engaging tour guide) was educational and fun for both kids and the grandparents. The nature playground, Scarecrow Trail, cute gift shop, and nonprofit status were an awesome bonus.

A Boating Experience Underground

By clarkc172024 |

What an amazing experience of a boat ride underground. Our guide Fletcher, was both knowledgeable and personable. Though it may not be wall to wall formations, the uniques of the cave itself helped make this a great experience.

Fun Hidden Gem

By nmoon865 |

My best friend and I saw billboards for caves for miles and liked the look and sound of Lost River Cave. We bought some tickets for a morning boat tour- had time to see the gift shop and butterfly garden (1/2 mile round trip walk from boat meeting spot) before our sweet tour guide- a college grad/scientist with a local twangy accent- with jokes for days. We thoroughly enjoyed the stories of the last hundred year history of the cave and the neat micro-stalactites, which form and reform since it floods heavily every few decades. Worth the stop to see what is growing under the main road in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Boats! In a cave!!!

By swan719 |

But it was much more than that! We used Lost River Cave as a rest stop between Nashville and Mammoth Cave. The cave tour was led by experienced and entertaining guides. We chose to sluice a mining bag as well and my eight year old loved finding his souvenirs! All of this at a fair price that we felt good knowing was going back into the preservation of the cave and surrounding lands.

I wish we had more time than we did to walk the trails, but we would definitely come back!

Olivia was great!

By faithuicker |

This visit was well worth the money. It contributes to a good cause, and it is interesting. The trip itself was about an hour from start to finish (includes the walk to the cave and the walk back). Our tour guide was incredible and made it very interesting! We will be telling all our friends that they should stop if they ever find themselves in bowling green.

Fun Kentucky Cave

By TrailBlazer775510 |

Really neat cave! I enjoyed the hike around the property too!

Only sad part was wishing the boat ride went to the very back wall of the cave.

Friendly staff!

Went with my geology buff son and grandson, we all had fun.

Beautiful but a little pricey

By 3trvl |

We enjoyed the tour but the cost did not equal the value. Great college students with humor deserved the tip at the end.

1/3 trip though Bowling Green

By psmarc914 |

Brad was a GREAT tour guide. Enjoyed the entire experience and learning about the cave's history. Definitely recommend this venue.

Nice little tour for families

By rhondacrittenden |

Guide was excellent and area kept very clean. Gift shop was excellent and prices were very reasonable

Great Find

By Robert D |

After leaving the Corvette Museum we had a lot of time left and found out about Lost River Cave. So off we went to find it. Of course we decided to do the boat tour, reasonably priced and takes about an hour. The only complaint was its a long walk from the main building to the starting point of the tour and it was kind of hot and a bit humid. But once there the tour was awesome. Surely creepy at point in the cave where the ceiling got so low we all had to bend over very low.
Actually a very cool trip and I would suggest it

Unique Experience

By ashtruman17 |

My family had an awesome time doing the boat tour through the cave. And the trails you could walk to check out the other ‘Blue Holes’ was an added bonus. There was also a butterfly viewing thing.

Touristy and crowded

By plavacek |

First and foremost : there's a dam inside the cave. This dam was built specifically so that Lost River could run a boat tour. This seems counter-productive to the goal of preserving and improving these caves for future generations -- there's nothing natural about the way the river runs in this cave, it runs this way specifically for the boat tour. After seeing caves like Crystal Onyx that are doing everything they can to keep their cave healthy, this felt like a step backwards.

Otherwise, the tour was overcrowded. We needed 2 boats, which meant our tour guide went off with one group while we waited around for 20 minutes for the second boat to arrive and went with Becky, the manager. I understand it was spring break, and so a busy season, but it feels like limiting each tour time to the capacity of the boat would be a better experience. Before our group was split, we learned a lot from our tour guide about the local history of the cave.

The highlight of Lost River, for us, was the gift shop, back yard, and trail network. The rock bags actually had nice rocks in them, the trails were beautiful to go for a stroll on, and the gift shop was well-run and clean.

We might come say hi and get a sluice bag in the future, but we wouldn't take the tour again.

Lame

By sandrajsarill0 |

Sitting in a boat that only goes a 150 feet into a cave and turns around and goes back out is truly lame for what I paid for 4 people

Nice Tour

By Passenger10932039269 |

Not only is it a nice cave tour with some very interesting history associated with it, but you can also have events there. Like the wedding/reception that was being held later on the day we were there.

Nice little day trip

By aridner |

Our guide Miles was very knowledgeable and excited to give us information about the cave! Perfect family day trip!

Great

By pamelareneestyers |

Was a very pleasant experience. I have COPD and I was able to get through the tour very easily. It was good except for the crying baby the entire trip.

Fun for all ages!

By Brittney K |

This was truly neat! Great history! Our guide "bree" was full of knowledge as well as humor. I would suggest for any family! Kids ages 3,10 and 11 all enjoyed it!

Great place!

Visited here as a destination with a motorcycle group. What a cool...literally..tour ! Amazing rock formations, good historical info and very nice guides. Young and old passengers ..we all loved it! The gift shop is filled with lots of memory makers too. Well priced and perfect for groups .

Good time

By jbenni1971 |

The walk down to the cave entrance was nice- not too long. The tour guide was entertaining and very informative about history and folklore. The cave was beautiful!

Awesome little adventure!

By adamsnover |

We got rained out on our first attempt to visit but the staff contacted us immediately to reschedule and I am so glad they did. Very interesting and unique tour. Highly recommend for all ages!!

Fun and easy to book!

By sclicksc |

This was a great experience and we would definitely recommend it. The tour guides (we had Olivia) are fantastic and full of energy. We chose to do this tour last minute and it was easy for us to book and something different than we’ve done before. The history of the cave is interesting and it is worth your time and money.

Lost River Cove: A Serene Slice of Paradise

By 486kimberw |

Lost River Cove is a hidden gem! The natural beauty of the area is breathtaking, with serene water views and lush surroundings that make it the perfect escape.

Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventurous getaway, Lost River Cove has something for everyone.

Highly recommend for anyone seeking a slice of paradise!

Amazing experience

By Amir M |

Our tour was with Olivia, and OMG this lady LOVES her job and you can feel it. The cave and the trail were both very interesting. Note that they are an ngo using the ticket to keep the cave clean which is awesome

Underground fun!

By GoPlaces49709811238 |

Amazing tour guides Evan and Matt! We had a lot of fun checking out the history and natural area of Lost River! Highly recommend it as it’s fun little boat ride underground!

Our whole group recommends this tour!

By KMJStone15 |

We found this very last minute - 2 hours before we ended up taking our tour- and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of our trip. Our tour guide, Olivia, made our boat trip fun and educational.

Neat boat ride. Worth the trip!

By James W |

I’d do it again! This was fun. Our female blond guide was wonderful! A short 15 minute walk from the parking lot down hill to the boat/cave. Then duck your head while you boat in. It opens up quite a bit inside. First time we’ve ever done boating in a cave. Think long pontoon boat with trolling motors. Good 25 minute ride through the cave and back out.

Well worth the money

By MrsLTWV |

The online purchase was easy and well designed. The tour was excellent and the guides (Becky & Emma) were well versed in the history and geology of the cave. We were a group from 7 to 68 years of age and the visit was great for all of us.

Unique experience

By Sue B |

It was a very unique experience, going through the caves in a boat instead of walking through. It’s actually perfect for smaller children and adults who are not capable of walking for hours in the cave. It is a short tour but very informative. It is definitely worth the trip.

Really fun tour!

By lilkim525 |

The lost river cave tour was really fun! The idea of riding in a boat in side a cave was definitely intriguing. I was hoping the tour would’ve been a little longer (the cave was smaller than expected), but overall we had a great time!

Great tour of Lost River

By perkyone1 |

I was a bit nervous about the boat tour since I tend to be claustrophobic. I was nicely surprised that it was wonderful. The only tight space was the low rock ceiling as you enter and you pass very quickly through it. Our tour guide - Jayden Mason - was so fun and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend the tour!

Fun for the whole family

By Loreal C |

Lost river cave was really cool for our family. Was our first time in KY and seeing this cave in the middle of a city, the property is so beautiful and they have a little nature park for kids. Trails to walk and the cave tour, not super long but had some great history behind it! Would definitely recommend.

Cool Tour on a Hot Summer Day!

By MarthaFromAlabama |

This was such a great experience. The tour starts with a short walk through the woods down to the cave, followed by the boat ride in the cave. Our tour guide, Sophie, was awesome. She was entertaining and informative. She was able to relay information in such a way that the children on the tour could understand it, but not seem silly or too basic for the adults. Highly recommend!

Overpriced tour

By Beth T |

Unaware the " river" was artificially dammed to create the tour. The information on the history of the area and the effects of area rainfall has on the river were interesting. The area where the Lost River Cave location has pleasant walking trails.
$25.00 per adult is overpriced for the Lost River Cave Tour is the reason for the low rating.

Fascinating cave!

By mbohannon327 |

Cave was really neat and fascinating all around. Sadie was our boat guide and she made the experience even more fun. I loved how detailed she was when describing the history of the cave and the everything naturally living in the cave. My absolute favorite part, were Sadie’s puns :D

Find it, you'll remember it happily

By Cathy R |

A very pleasant family experience when driving from Indiana to Nashville. Well worth the stop. Not at all hard to get into the boat--even for Grandma with two bad knees. You do have to have the mobility to walk down a long-ish hill (and then back up at the end.) The "cruise" was slow, safe, and interesting. It's just fun to know you've been on a river in a cave!

Well Worth the time money and effort. Great for families.

By Diana B |

The entire park setting is beautiful even in December. Staff were courteous and helpful. Our guide was informative and charming. But the Cave is the star and it did not disappoint. Sorry it took me so long to go.

Interesting cave tour

By Beth M |

Fun little side trip on our vacation. Tour begins with some light history on the area and how the caves were formed.. Then we took a boat tour through the cave. It is appropriate for all ages & and lot of fun!

100% recommend!

By Littleone722 |

We randomly booked a boat tour here this past week, on a whim and an internet search of things to do in Bowling Green. It ended up being a fantastic choice. Our tour guide, Evan, was great. The boat ride was fun and relaxing and informative. One eight year old with our group said it was better than the Disney cruise he went on the previous year. 😆

Things to note- there is a short bit of walking on a downhill slope to get to the cave, and then obviously after the tour ends. Not very long. Cave is not as crisp as Mammoth Cave. The life preservers smelled musty, though only required to wear for kids under 12, as the water is just a few feet deep. Lastly, there is an area you must duck under when on the boat at the beginning of the tour. It lasts about 20 seconds each way. If you are claustrophobic, it could be a lil freaky for you. I felt it added to the fun, but everyone is different.

Overall- wonderful experience, core memories made, oh, and they have a great gift shop which we may or may not have overspent in…we’ll never know.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

By ericaehrhard |

This was such a pleasant and amazing way to tour one of Kentucky's incredible caves! From the moment we checked in to the very end, everyone was so friendly and made the whole experience that much more memorable!

Cool cave experience and history

By Amshe74 |

This was a great stop, with a nice hiking area while we waited and a really interesting history. Knowledgeable and friendly tour guides!

wonderful experience

By heidirockhold |

what a wonderful experience - so much history to have learned - the guides were outgoing, friendly, very informative and funny. I highly recommend this attraction....

Great family outing.

By Lisa R |

Really enjoyed the boat tour with family. Fun time for the grandchildren and a good learning experience. Justin was a great guide.

Very Interesting

By Jean Z |

We enjoyed this excursion. Jayden, our guide was very good and knowledgeable. We learned a lot from him and the cave was very interesting. The history lesson was great. It's a lovely park. I would recommend it for anyone. For people with children it's not all that long and they are contained in a boat. For Seniors you get to ride instead of walk and for everyone the cave is super interesting.

Beautiful, very interesting and historical!

By valeriebethwebb |

My family and I loved our time at Lost River Cave. I thought I was booking “a boat ride through a cave” but it was so much more! I did not know all the history related to this cave.

I think this cave tour is good for most ages. My son is 4. He enjoyed it but did get a little nervous a few times (no tears though”! ) When it was over, he kept talking about how cool it was.

The only concern that I would have is if crouching or bending while sitting it difficult for you. There is a short portion that you have to scrunch down so your head doesn’t hit the rock.

The gift store had what we considered to reasonable prices in comparison to other gift shops in the area.

Overall, a great tour!

Neat Cave Tour!

By phyllisgmoore64 |

Wonderful cave tour! Very interesting! It's neat how this little river pops up out of the ground to flow into a cave that we toured in a boat! Worth your time to stop and visit!

Great experience!!

By scarlett0585 |

Had an amazing time! Came all the way from Florida definitely would recommend locals and visitors to come!

A little gem of an attraction

By TeessideRoseMac |

This is a little gem of a tourist attraction. Our tour guide Trevor was very informative and also very entertaining. Its great for families too. Definitely book in advance as they are limited to numbers due to the boat size. Loads of parking.

Fun experience with excellent guide

By Margaret B |

We enjoyed our visit to Lost River Cave. Its an interesting place with a fascinating story. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. I wish we lived close by so we could have an event in the "night club."

Awesome!

By Angela B |

Far exceeded our expectations. We only did the boat tour which was about an hour and amazing. If we had more time we would have seen the rest of the park. Our tour guide was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. Definitely a must do.

S & P's '25 Road Trip

By Paul L |

Very fun and different. The staff was informative and helpful. Also, the grounds were lovely to walk through. The only downer was there wasn't a single butterfly in the butterfly habitat on May 11th. Not sure what was going on there. It's a decent way to kill an 1 1/2 hour.

Well worth it

By Escape34686215522 |

Quick little tour but lots of info, worth checking out and supporting local geology. Thank you Barrett!

We had a great time

By amandaB5593LD |

The overall review was great. The room was a perfect size for our group. The kitchen is a huge plus.

Great tour guide

Great tour guide and such a nice clean place to take the whole family to enjoy some cool history. Something different to do while on vacation

Awesome

By expectationsbeyo2025 |

Great, short adventure for the whole family. Our two youngest, 7 and 4, really enjoyed the whole experience. Our guide, Miles, was awesome.

So much family fun!!!

By dhighum2024 |

We enjoyed our family time, the tour guide - "Jelly" was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind! Our favorite part was seeing the eye-less crawfish in the water . This is a great stop for the whole family. Plus the gift shop is fantastic!

#1 Cave tour

By dhstory715 |

This was a great experience. I've been on many cave tours...and I would have to say this one was my favorite. Will definitely be doing this one anytime I am in the area.

Fantastic

By 126wildcats78 |

We came to see Mammoth Cave and take the boat ride. The cave was amazing and the boat ride was awesome. Sophie was wonderful and she had a very good personality!

Must see cave with boat ride

By Susan M |

Awesome view of the cave from the boat. The boat ride is short, about 25 minutes, but so interesting. Sophia and Drew were wonderful guides! A must see when in Bowling Green and Mammoth Cave area. Highly recommended for all ages.

Fun quick exploration

By Christina G |

We came upon Lost River Cave Tour as a quick tour to do before heading home from a trip to Bowling Green. We had been on a 2 hour Mammoth Cave tour the day before. Lost River Cave Tour was very informative in terms of history. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions. This tour is an easy outside walk then a relatively short boat tour. But it is very cool to see the inside of this cave and hear the history all from a boat! We would definitely recommend this tour.

Vacation

By younglovetransport |

I brought both of my special needs son to see the caves . They loved it had a very good time. Tour guide was pretty cool will be back again with my wife

Inconsiderate Place

By Melodycthomas |

When we arrived to take a tour, we were advised that due to rain, the tour wasn't going. Upon questioning, we discovered the area had been experiencing rain for awhile. The tour had been cancelled for 2 weeks. That certainly gave them enough time to post the closure on their website so tourists like me could decide not to take the hour long drive to see a closed tour. Thanks for the heads up.

Don’t miss this unique tour!!!

By LA R |

We found this place via trip advisor while visiting to see the corvette museum. We have three teenagers and a 10yo plus my 25 yo sister….so a wide range of ages. Every one REALLY enjoyed it!! It is a MUST see if you are near the area. It is such a unique experience and just seeing the entrance to the cave was just so pretty. Our guide, Olivia, did a fantastic job of explaining everything and making jokes too. You travel about half a mile down the river on boat similar to a pontoon with benches on each side. It’s really beautiful inside the cave and we really loved hearing the history as well. The gift shop was really well done with lots of cute items. Overall, just a great find right in the middle of town!

Length of actual boat ride.

By watsonroad11 |

The length of this river is 7 miles so I was led to believe the boat ride is 7 miles. The actual boat ride was a very short distance, perhaps 3/4 of a mile. To me the advertising is misleading, may you should consider making the public aware of the actual length of the boat ride.

Amazing! Exceeds Expectations!

By Jamie A |

The boat tour was AMAZING! Definitely exceeded everyone’s expectations. The cave and valley are truly beautiful and there’s so much to do to keep everyone busy and interested. We also rented the River Birch Room and it is perfect for any event you need to hold! Will definitely be going back soon!

Family fun

By dodidoggy57 |

This is the second time I've been here , awesome place 🩵 first time was approximately 3 years ago . I took two of my grandboys they loved it , me too !! This last time I took my my daughter her husband and 5 kids . Everyone enjoyed the day , the under ground boat ride , nature trails , kids play area , gift shop , butterfly garden and all the natural beauty can't beat it !!

Good tour

By Karen T |

We had so much fun! Our guide was the best. Very informative and personable. The tour was a bit short. My kids really enjoyed it.

Experience of a lifetime!

By Amber H |

I saw the reviews and read their website, but I still was not prepared for how cool this was going to be! My husband has never been to caves before, I have been to a few, and we were both amazed. Thank you to Jaylin being an incredible tour guide with good information, stories, and funny jokes. We will be back!

Well worth the trip to see the cave

By Connie T |

My husband and I had an awesome time. The cave was beautiful inside. Our tour guides, Molly and Damion were awesome!! Thank you so much.

Good family fun

By April B |

It was a very wet day so we weren’t able to fully enjoy all the trails and such, but the cave tour was interesting and fun. Our guide was well informed and funny. I would definitely come back again!

Great stop to visit!!!

By Venture67395209493 |

Great little place to go visit!!! Conner was a great guide!!! Learned alot about that area for sure!! We appreciated his humor!!! 😆 Gift shop was good also!! The rest of staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!!!

By Brooke A |

The four guide was very informative and knowledgeable. I would recommend for anyone who enjoys natural beauty!

Great Campground

By Navigator54222185399 |

This is a very well-kept campground that provides WIFI and cable TV. Very close to Mammoth Cave along with other restaurants & stores, so the location is perfect for a trip to see mammoth Cave. They have a nice pool. They actually pick up your trash each morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone eles.

Absolutely loved our experience!

By Safari09035311550 |

We were greeted by Sophy with a smile in the gift shop when my sister and I arrived. We were fortunate to have Sophy as our tour guide during our visit. She was extremely knowledgable, fun, professional and friendly. She made the tour fun, exciting and helped us learn not only about the area but a great deal of information about the history of the area and the cave. Would highly recommend the experience and would definitely go back!!

Quick & fun

By alaskanamberr |

This is great for people all ages, shapes, & sizes. Guide was friendly. Clean area. Lots of history. We were there about a hour.

Very nice highlight of trip to Kentucky

By Global06770693073 |

It's a very nice low impact tour of a cave (in a boat) that has some history to it as a cavern club in years gone by.

A great tour and an even greater tour guide

By Bobbi B |

The tour is good but our guide, Jalen, made it interesting and fun. He is great! He was very kind and patient with my hubby who has some health issues. If you go on a tour, ask for Jalen to be your guide!

Great tour!

By dburttexas |

Love to hear the history about the river and cave. This was a return visit for me and my husband. This time we brought our kids and grandkids.

A short boat ride in a cave

By mspivey2468 |

This cave was unique in that passengers in the boat had to duck because the entrance was low. The cave itself was disappointing because it did not have many formations in it. The best part really was entering the falls area in total darkness and then viewing the rapids created by the falls. It was an ok experience for the price, but one can feel good that the entry price helps with the cave maintenance. The gift show was interesting as was the hike down to and up from the cave.

Great walk and tour

By John H |

Enjoyed the cruise into the cave. The land around the cave was equally impressive.
Beautiful setting
Tour guide very informative.

Nice cave tour

By Beastang64 |

Olivia was our spunky tour guide-highly recommend. This was a quick day trip for us. Not a super long tour, but we enjoyed it!

The lost river cave review

By AdventureAbound007 |

Was kind of cryptic until you get down to the cave, not alot said about it or what you'll see. Didn't know what we were in store for but we're pleasantly surprised to be professionally guided thru the trail and then river cave by a knowledgeable guide. Super cool tour and historic information, so great this cave was rescued from ruin. You will not regret going and doing this, very safe, very fun, very memorable experience for you, and your family. Enjoyable at any age!

Great trip into the cave!

By PamElrod |

Enjoyed the trip. Tour guide was knowledgeable. My phone took great pictures inside the cave. It had been approximately 10 years since I had toured.

A quick side trip while on road

By lisagbrewer |

Such a fun unexpected find!! 10 minutes from the BG KOA , easy to buy tkts online, easy to get to the location! Great, helpful staff! Def worth it! Guides were very knowledgeable and fun!

Great tour guides!

By brittneypriddy1122 |

Your guides were very informative and friendly! Made the experience way better for us!
Definitely will be bringing my children next time to experience this.

Unique cave experience

By flyerfanken |

Lots of history and a few different experiences. The boat tour is fun and a unique way to explore the cave. The butterfly habitat is worth the visit.

Too expensive!!!

By pamcoppage1 |

Short boat ride, too dark to really see anything. Very overpriced and underwhelming. Our guide was a nice young man just not much to work with on this attraction.

Perfect

By Melanie S |

Outstanding tour, highly recommend. Long walking tours are to much for husband. The walk down to the caves was perfect.

More than a cave tour

By Debbie E |

Tour was fun. The history was interesting. Enjoyed the butterfly house and saw a white squirrel while walking the trails.

Great boat ride through a huge cave.

By Peggyg310 |

This was a neat cave as you got to ride through in a boat. Guides are personable and funny. Would recommend for sure. There are also walking trails and a very nice gift shop.

Great place for a field trip

By jwdetherage |

We took a group of international university students for a field trip, and everyone enjoyed the tour. The location is beautiful and very accessible. Alex, our tour guide, did an excellent job, and the tour was both informative and enjoyable. I would certainly recommend this place for group trips or family outings. It is a little pricy, but the money goes for the preservation of the cave. Everything seems to be kept very nice.

Lost River Cave fun

By amsdreamin01 |

Staff was helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our tour, our guide was friendly and good with kids.

Peaceful, Historic & Fun

By seasonedtraveler2016 |

Four ladies here, drove up from Nashville for a first time visit. We had no idea what to expect and this is a wonderful surprise! Set in town, you drive into a sanctuary of peace and relaxation. Walkable trails with some inclines, lots of huge old trees, and history that can take you back to imagine what life was like when the cave was used for a hideout and even a nightclub. Staff is friendly & chill. Our guide Drew made the boat tour through the cave FUN, Funny & Informative. This is a worthy family outing for all ages!

Kids loved the boat tour

By Mary Bess P |

My mom and I visited the cave with my three boys (ages 6, 3, and 3). They loved the boat tour! The gift shop was also a popular stop. We’ll have to come back and walk some of the trails next time.

A Must For Cave Lovers!

By Jenni T |

Beautiful and fun! Our guide, Drew, was hilarious and informative. We did many things during our trip, but this is what we talk about most.

Put the Lost River on your list to see

Sidetrip to see Lost River Cave

Wonderful side day trip. Took 7 year old grandson. He thought it was super fun. Nice to get out of 100 degrees into the cave for the tour. Close to interstate and hotel.

Unexpected Retreat in Bowling Green

By overwine |

My wife and I were invited to a wedding at the Lost River Cave, so we decided to get there early in order to attend one of the tours. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly guide staff (Olivia and Nate) and the tour as a whole. We learned a lot about the area, some new Civil War era history, and how Bowling Green is cleaning up their waterways for a better future. Would highly recommend to anyone, but especially to those attending a wedding here.

Only a good experience for one side of the boat

By rater10 |

We chose to visit this cave solely for the boat tour. Sadly, I was very disappointed. The boat isn't very stable so you are required to stay seated during the tour. But if the tour guide is pointing out something on the right hand side of the boat and you're seated on the left hand side - you can't see any of it! The boat drives in one way and drives out the same exact way so it's not like if you miss it on the way in that you get to see it on the way out. At the very end of the tour, you pull up to see the dam - but only one side of the boat can actually see the dam. You can't even take a picture from the opposite side of the boat because you only see people's heads - even if you hold your camera way up in the air. It would make so much more sense if the tour guide could maneuver the boat in a way that all participants can see. If you get a good seat on the boat, I can imagine this trip to be very fun. But if you are on the "wrong" side of the boat, it is very underwhelming and almost worthless.

Book It!!

By cropmadness |

I am not one for underground anything, but this was awesome. Since we were in a boat it didn’t feel closed in and I never felt claustrophobic. Our tour guide was amazing and so full of knowledge about the history of the cave. I would highly recommend.

Very interesting experience

By Joe T |

We enjoyed our Lost River cave experience very much. Our tour guide was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Worth stopping by to see.

Mary Kay Star Outing @ Lost River 💋

By mommacoop10 |

This was the perfect short day trip to celebrate our 1st quarter star ⭐️ achievers! Not too long of a hike for my older girls, very open for those who might be claustrophobic, educational for my teachers in the group, and nostalgic for my younger social media girls. It was an all around GREAT experience! Our tour guide was super sweet & so funny! Big shout out to Jaden Mason! He did a great job! Definitely coming back & bringing family! Thank you!

Impressive sights and friendly people

By bgkroll |

The sights inside and out of the cave are beautiful, and there are walking trails around too. Our tour guide knew the area really well and not only was super nice and made good jokes on the tour, but he also gave us great recommendations for places to eat in the area. Would definitely recommend if you’re on the fence, they’re a non-profit so all of their operations are supported by tour visitors!

Highly recommended!

By Rita F |

The boat tour was amazing! Our tour guide Bre (spelling?) was funny, personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. We also enjoyed Scarecrow Trail

Fantastic

By lujustlu |

A wonderful experience! Our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable . She made it so fun!!! The gift shop and rock sifting made out 10yo grandson so happy!

Must See!

By 616rhonda |

This place surprises you by the location in the middle of a town. It's absolutely gorgeous, the boat cave tour is amazing. Tour guides very knowledgeable and funny! We laughed entire trip. We drove from a girls trip in Nashville, so worth it!

Glad I Visisted

By winniec1 |

I've wanted to visit this cave for a while. I'm glad I finally went. My family enjoyed it as much as I did. Glad we went. Kudos to our guide - wish I could remember his name!

Fun little experience

By CoastGuardSteve |

You have to break up the site into two parts, walking and boating. The walking was fine, a nice trail that wasn't too steep or strenuous. Then the boat tour which was pretty cool. You can't go far into the cave, but the tour was still really fun. Inside the cave, there are critters, which did not appear during our boat ride. No fish, crayfish or insects. No one cared because we had a great guide who told us great stories. Would recommend.

Fun time

By jennadamson5 |

Very pretty cave with a fun and energetic tour guide! We explored some of the trails and saw the butterfly enclosure. I would definitely go back!

By roberta38w |

The Loat River Cave tour is very informative, fun, and fascinating! This is a must see if you’re anywhere near Bowling Green and worth the trip for a longer drive. There’s history, a beautiful easy hike, and the cave is amazing!

Great place to visit!

By Erica Y |

We went on a Halloween cave tour and it was awesome! There’s a lot of history there and the people at the gift shop and the tour guide were all so nice!

Day trip

By amandahudson1981 |

Took this tour with my nieces and nephew, was very impressed with the overall adventure. The cave tour was very informative and our tour guide was amazing, I wish I could remember his name. He took the time after the tour to show us some fossils in the rock walls and a video of the cave crickets dancing on the old night club dance floor. We also did the mining experience which we found some amazing rocks and small gems they loved the whole mining experience. We then went and did the geocaching which was so fun ! It took us on a scavenger hunt to locate different boxes with small treasures people had left in there before us , I wish I would have known about that I would have brought some small items to put into the treasure box! I think the geocaching is a great way to keep the whole family involved in the outdoors and took us through some of the trails. We also stopped and saw the beautiful butterfly garden that they also had. I think another great detail they had was water stations set up around the area in case you did not bring any or you ran out! I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for something fun to do for an afternoon

Great experience

By cspenc8 |

Though it was short, it was very neat to learn about the cave and all the history! Our tour guide Bri was excellent!!

We had a great time and our guide was amazing. The lights went out in the cave and she remained calm and reassured us all that we would be taken care of. We had a memorable trip.

Fun and unique cave experience!

By lizmacklin |

We had a great time! Awesome guide and a unique experience. My mom was a little scared to do any cave exploring, so this was an easy option to try for her and she found herself very comfortable there. Good ligniting in the cave.

Cool get away

By braunr692 |

Wanted a get away, learn more about the area. It was nice to relax and visit with other people. the boat ride guide was very knowledgeable.

Family trip

By nstarcz |

Enjoyed the history that was told before & during the trip. Alot for the kids to do before & after the ride

Fantastic experience

By Larry M |

The tour was an amazing ending to a wonderful trip we took to NOLA. We talked about the tour for a long time on our ride back to Buffalo, NY. There was a short interesting walk to the cave. Once inside the boat ride was totally awesome. Tour guide Jayden Mason was fun, knowledgeable and just a great guy. The only problem we had was we didn't have enough time to explore all of the great trails associated with the cave. We did see an elusive white squirrel on one of the trails. Larry and Penny

Great adventure!

By Mike P |

It was a very fun adventure and being on the water in the cave was fantastic. It’s small, but packs a lot of fun and history! Our tour guide Olivia was the best! Thank You! 😊

Worth the drive

By aaliyahhardy13 |

I planned my whole trip around this and it was perfect it was a once in a lifetime opportunity I recommend this attraction most definitely

nice little ride

By Leslie M |

This was a nice visit. The walk to the cave was not bad and there were not too many steps at one time. Some steps down to a short walk by the river. The steepness down to the cave was very short and not all at once, an incline, a little area to land and an incline to the boat. The path was concrete in the cave to the boat. After the trip about 12 steps up. You do have to be able to get your head all the way down to your knees but only for about 10 seconds to duck under a rock. Just a pleasant trip. Very enjoyable

Great experience!

By Rebecca M |

It was very easy to make and change the reservation. The people were very friendly, and Olivia was a wonderful tour guide! Beautiful and unique place to visit!

It is a pleasant walk along a trail beside the river with the guide to the cave. The guide and the signs give an interesting history of the cave. The boat ride requires you to duck down low at one point as the cave ceiling is very low.

Lost River Cave boat tour

I went with my boyfriend as a surprise for his birthday. We had a very small group it was wonderful.

Great Experience

By April K |

Great experience and education on caves. Pricing reasonable. Tour guides knowledge. Went during a wedding that booked the cave so wasnt able to see the "night club"

Good Friday

By kyjesusfreak521 |

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with my many questions. Jaden Mason is an awesome and knowledgeable tour guide who made our experience memorable.

Gear ruptured and history lesson!

By Robert M |

Wonderful tour. Interesting historical information including soldiers from the civil war, Jesse James and Jimmy Stewart! The cave is beautiful too!

Well worth your time if you are in Bowling Green!

Great little excursion

By Karen S |

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Lost River Cave. Sophy checked me in and allowed me to switch to an earlier tour as I had made better time from Owensboro than I thought I would. The tour I was originally booked was packed but the earlier tour had only about a dozen people making for a much more comfortable boat ride. Sophy was also the tour guide and was knowledgeable but was also entertaining and passionate.

February 25th lost river boat ride

Our experience at lost river cave was very enjoyable. Jason our tour guide was very informative about the history of the cave, and he made the boat ride enjoyable for all ages of the family. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone

Great couple or family adventure!

My wife and I really enjoyed our river boat tour. It was very nice. We can't wait to take our kids next time with us. Highly recommend taking your family and kids!

Unique experience for the family

By Emily H |

We really enjoyed our visit to Lost River Cave. The entire property is beautiful and well-run. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I took our 11 and 14 year old sons and everyone thought it was a great trip.

Excellent place

By E M |

Excellent tour guide
Great info shared
Beautiful place
Prices good
Parking excellent
Gift shop nice but need more of others items . Way too much jewelry

Baby Shower Experience

By NSwaby2023 |

We hosted our baby shower there and everything went great. The young ladies working the gift shop that day were very friendly and helpful. The space was perfect and everything we needed was provided. Also, the kids were able to play outside as it was a beautiful day. All our guest said it was a very pretty location. I would definitely recommend using their Birch room for any event.

Lost River Cave thumbs up!!

By rhaltn56 |

This is a very nice place and recommend it to anyone, but just a couple of things to be aware of, first is the walk to the cave boat loading is downhill which is okay but returning is the issue is someone has heart or lung issues as it is a little steep, but you do have places to sit and regain your breath. The second is while in the cave there are places where you have to bend forward as the ceiling is very low, not for long but still it is coming and going back. Other than that, the staff and guides are very helpful and friendly, lots of pictures can be taken outside and inside if you want. Prices are okay and has bathroom facilities, I would go again and recomend

Relaxed and enjoyable

By Jen B |

Fun boat tour. Bri was our guide, a local college student, lots of knowledge and funny. We enjoyed the tour. There's hiking trails and a butterfly habitat as well.

Chill and scenic boat ride with cool history- suits all ages

By Daniel I |

Cool experience, good for families, especially those with small children. Our guide Mollie did a great job. Interesting history as well.

Good but short tour.

By Jesse R |

The entire property of the Lost River Cave is really nice. The gift shop is cute, the mining for gems was a huge hit with our group of kids. It really seemed worth the extra money to buy the bigger bags- we bought the $25 bag that comes with a bonus bag and was impressed both the size and number of items we 'mined'. They give you a identification brochure as well. The playscape area is nice and was shaded while we were there. The kids probably played there for about 45 minutes before our boat tour. The tour itself was nice. The guides were knowledgeable and professional. The time on the boat and the amount of the cave you see if limited but overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend it.

Hidden Gem

By Steven C |

I highly recommend the Lost Cave tour. The staff is great and Olivia is fantastic boat captain and guide!

Expensive and short

By luke |

It is a nice place with scarecrow walk, gem mining and boat cave tour. Cave tour and gem mining are on the expensive side. Cave tour is unique but it is very short and not much to see. I would skip it if I was in the area and go to others. If it was less expensive, I would have definitely recommended

A Memorable Adventure at Lost River Cave

By Andrew Tatenda M |

I really enjoyed my visit to Lost River Cave. The staff were incredibly friendly, the gift shop was fantastic, and the surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful. Exploring the cave was a truly unique experience, and I loved seeing the butterflies in the butterfly habitat. Learning about the rich history of the cave — from its use by Native Americans and Civil War soldiers to its time as a 1930s underground nightclub — made the visit even more fascinating.

Educational

By Angela W |

The cave tour proved to be fun and educational. Our energetic tour guide, Sophie, shared facts about geology, topography, history, weather, customs, biology, and ecology, along with legends and traditions. She used humor to keep our attention, which made it fun.

The walking trails are well maintained and we had fun naming as many trees as we could identify. We brought a picnic, so after hiking and the cave tour, we used one of the newly built picnic tables for our lunch.

The restroom facilities were clean and fully stocked. Personnel we encountered were friendly. The grounds were free from litter. We would come back for a return visit.

Could have been more for the $

By Antonia |

Our tour guide Bri was amazing and made the tour both fun and informative. Lots of oppprtunity for pictures and touching the cave ceiling + water. I agree there needs to be an explicit warning about how low and long you need to lean forward when purchasing the ticket. There is a ton of history related to the cave but I wish we actually saw some of it. How much you get to roam and see isn't really worth the ticket price. I recommend doing the tour early as there weren't as many children around when I did the tour at 9AM. I went on the trails afterward and there were also a lot of picture opportunities! The butterfly house was also fun but VERY humid.

Once was lost but now I’m found

This was a wonderful adventure for us and our two grandsons 6 & 8. The staff and tour guides were pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean and safe. Beautiful water and hiking trails under shaded tree canopies.

Lost river cave

By Darlene S |

Our family loved this attraction and felt it was worth the price. If you’re visiting the area it’s a must view!

Incredible boat tour of the caves.

By Cruiser26608999651 |

Lost River cave was an amazing experience. It was totally different from any of the other cave tours in the area. The boat ride was an interesting twist on the tour. We arrived early and they put us right on the next tour rather than waiting for our original time. Great customer service!!

Very Nice Family Walk

By Maria S |

Nice Staff, great walking trail for families looking to get outdoors for a an hour or so. We loved seeing the little spring. We didn't do the farm activity, but the boat ride was fun and informative. Many photo-worthy backgrounds, nature and human-created.

Such a beautiful hidden little gem. Must see!

By schmitkejs |

This was a spur of the moment stop on a trip and it did not disappoint. The tour was fun and interesting, plenty to do do on your own, amazing staff. 10/10 recommend!!

Fun but concerning

By P2443RAtomm |

After our boat tour which was outstanding I was waiting in the parking lot for my wife and son. At a nearby gazebo some kids were throwing large rocks and limbs over the edge. Concerned, I called the office and reported what I had seen. They assured someone would check it out. After 15 minutes no one came. My wife texted she needed to use the restroom before we left and I asked her to let them know kids were still doing this and someone was going to get hurt. She did and again no one came and the behavior continued. Very disappointing.

Great side adventure

By HPD240 |

While visiting Mammoth Cave I located an advertisement for Lost river cave. The visit was less than two hours but the experience and history was definitely worth it. Our guides were awesome and it was a unique experience and highly recommend it.

Cave tour, by boat

By Ronald B |

Another of the side tours scheduled by the event sponsor was the Hidden Caves in Bowling Green. The Bowling Green underground is laced with limestone caves, with water. There was a short and often steep walk to where the boats were moored. The underground boat ride lasted around an hour. Some of the water-ceiling clearances were tight. Much of the ride was in minimally lite areas. Good trip.

Great little experience with good backstory and knowledgeable and friendly tour guides.

By JTNBB2023 |

Our family enjoyed this activity and would recommend to others. Our tour guides really made the experience worthwhile with their humor and knowledge of blue hole and the cave's history. The boat trip itself was a quite a bit shorter in length than anticipated, but it was still pretty cool.

Not to be missed cave experience

By Stardust86 |

If your in the Mammoth Caves area to view caves - I strongly think this is a not to be missed way to view a cave, & there are no others like it. I visited the caves for the 1st time over 10 years ago as a young person and this tour really stuck in my head. Now, years later, I brought my own kiddo and wanted to share the experience with her. Its completely worth a visit. I cannot for the life of me remember our guides name, but she was great and good with kids.

Its a short tour, and it is dark, maybe even a little creepy as cave tours are - but its just such a unique way to see a cave, that I will always put this one on my list of recommendations.

Sadly it was waaaaayyy too hot out to check out the rest of what they have to offer. I would have loved to walk to the butterfly area, but a heat wave in July wasn't the time for it. We didn't do the gem mining either - but after seeing those pretty much at every tourist location around Mammoth Caves, I can say I think Lost Rivers set up was the nicest. They have a nice long sluice, and its mostly in the shade, and there is a little play area for the kiddos across from it.

Nice suprise

By phpasc |

This tour was a nice suprise. Our guide Summer was adorable and very knowledgeable about the area. I enjoyed the history as well as the grounds. A quick (45 minutes) must do if you are in the area.

Interesting Tour, great park and tour guide

By honeybadgerg19 |

My wife and I decided to make the drive to give this place a try and I must say, it was well worth it. Trevor was a tour guide and he made the trip even better. Beautiful park, recommend anyone give this place a visit.

Underground Cave and exploring on a boat with a lot of history

Entering the gift shop to getting our tickets the energy was enthusiastic and friendly. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and loved what he was doing. A definite 5 star

We enjoyed our river boat ride and the entertaining guide very much and would recommend this experience to anyone looking for things to do in this area.

Wonderful adventure!!!

This was a wonderful adventure. The staff was very friendly and informative. There was not much walking and plenty of shade. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Fabulous cave tour in a BOAT

By HeatherTant |

Had a wonderful cave tour with an exceptional guide. Loved the boat ride and all the information. Greatly recommend.

Enjoyed the cave!

By sherrydfw2024 |

visited with my grandkids over Christmas holidays. We enjoyed the boat ride and the historical information concerning the
Cave. A little pricey for a short trip in and out of the cave.

Great Family Visit

By C Dodd |

We had the opportunity to visit Lost River Cave this past weekend. We were welcomed by smiling and helpful hosts in the visitors center who helped guide us to the tour starting point. From there we boarded one of their boats for a trip down the Green River, a transformation fit for St Patrick's Day! The tour guide was great with kids.

Amazing place and tour

By Mountainmom4 |

We had such an amazing time visiting the caves and had an excellent tour guide who was informative, personable, fun and engaging. He cave was incredible and beautiful, it was so interesting learning about the history of the cave as well as the area around it. It was a beautiful walk down to the entrance with a very cool bridge. Butterflies everywhere! I could not say enough great things about this spot or the people who make it possible to see!

Favorite cave tour

By debbieeliopulos |

The first time we went to tour this cave, it was closed due to flooding. We enjoyed the museum which was very educational. The cave grounds were beautifully landscaped. Two days later the cave was open for tours. We were fortunate enough to get a private tour. Both of us agree that this was our favorite out of the 6 caves we toured on this trip. Our guide, Kalee, was one of the reasons why I gave the 5 star rating. She was absolutely the best guide we had the pleasure of meeting. Kalee was knowledgeable, answered all our questions,
and had a great personality. Kalee explained how the suspension bridge was constructed, how the formations were made and the history the town of horse cave,

I highly recommend Hidden River Cave.

A sight to behold.

By Weddingguest072923 |

It’s a nice short trip on a boat that has an electric motor so very quiet going into the big cavern. The host was very informative in passing her knowledge of the cave system.

ONE FOR THE RECORD BOOK

By Niebuhr3 |

WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT LOST RIVER CAVE !!! lot's of history here. staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Boat tour was very interesting. Over all great experience. would def. recommend

Great experience

By Jennifer L |

Such a cool experience. We have been to caves before but never on a boat through the cave. The history and preservation are fantastic. Highly recommend.

A great day

By Kristi E |

It started out raining. The walk from the store to the cave was so pretty. The cave tour was wonderful. The tour guide was great. We enjoyed all the history she gave us. Very interesting site. After the tour we did the walk to the butterfly house. We never did get to see the white squirrels. One of a kind adventure. Not many people can say they was in a boat in a cave.

Fun for family or couples. Unique experience

By Deanna |

The tour was amazing and unique. The only issue was the tour boat behind us was too close and we were hearing their tour guide while ours was talking.

Fun experience

By Cynthia S |

I’ve been to many different caves around the world and this is the first using a boat to explore the interior of a cave. Tour guides were knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questions. I’d recommend seeing this one if you’re in the area.

Friendly tour guides and a good way to spend a few hours in a small cave.

By 68amx |

This is NOT a cave experience like Mammoth Cave. However, it is a good way to spend an afternoon. It is well-run, and our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. It is a short boat ride through a small cave section. Worth your time.

Cool place for a night club!

By JJ |

Olivia was our guide. She did an excellent job explaining all of the aspects of the area and did so with some humor and always smiling. Great experience!

Interesting for all ages

By coferfamily |

Lost River Cave is a great attraction for all ages. There are several activities for young children, a great gift shop, and the tour itself was interesting and entertaining for our teens and adults. Our tour guide, Becky, was knowledgeable and informative yet had us laughing many times. Highly recommend.

Great Customer Service

By BelindaJ770 |

We were excited about the Lost River Cave after reading the reviews. To ensure that our entire party were guaranteed spots on the same date and time, we made reservations online. Unfortunately, we received a phone call the day before our tour was scheduled informing us that multiple days of rain had flooded the cave and they had to cancel our reservation. They stated that the cave may be available by the weekend, but there was no guarantee of this. We were disappointed to miss the tour, but what great customer service! I cannot imagine how many people they had to call! We will definitely stop by when we are in the area again.

Very interesting!

By Natalie S |

We really enjoyed this experience. Our tour guide was very funny and made the time so enjoyable. It’s a very interesting thing to learn about. When you’re in the cave you forget it’s in the middle of the city. So interesting to see and learn about all of the history regarding the cave itself. (Only note is, it’s not as accessible for those with mobility issues, so do your research before going.)

Pleasantly surprised!

By Byron B |

Really enjoyed this excursion. We were surprised how much we all enjoyed it. Nana, Papa, and four grandchildren ages 5-14, each one said this was their favorite stop on our 3 day tour.

Great adventure

By elizthom1112 |

Lost river has Beautiful walking trails, scenery, and lots of history. The boat ride was short but worth the experience to learn the history. Our guide was Brad and he was awesome. Very down to earth

A different kind of cave tour

By secal482023 |

A fun rest for tired feet is this boat ride on the lost river. Our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining but I would have enjoyed a longer tour.

Great tour

By KTK624 |

Different spin on cave tours. Boat tour was a great change of pace. Very relaxing and fun for the whole family.

Just Do It - You'll be glad you did😊

By Jack & Jenna S |

Excellent tour. Fletcher was fun & very informative. We were pleasantly surprised how much we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. From the gift shop (quality gifts but not marked up like most gift shops), to the trails to the boat tour & other guests on our tour. Happy family-friendly experience. Highly recommend.

Just took the boat tour

By Wanda H |

We were just here for the boat tour, which was okay, but not great. The tour leaders' presentations seemed pretty rote. And the last part, at the end by the damn, you can't hear what's being said at all. But it was cute. There looks to be a lot of other stuff to do there and the grounds are beautiful.

Small but interesting.

By tmcahren |

A gem of a place in the city and amazing story of its survival. Kudos for WKU for stepping up and to the people who fought for this to not disappear in an urban setting. A little pricey but the upkeep with its surroundings is admirable.

Worth a visit

By marsacardinale |

As a history buff, I loved visiting Lost River Cave. Our guide, college student Madilyn, was delightful. It was a beautiful fall day and the walking trails are great. Cute gift shop. I recommend the tour, and be sure to ask questions to learn even more!

Fun way to see a cave

By alwweb |

We've been through numerous caves, and although this one does not have the massive stalactites and stalagmites (which they explain about during the tour), it was a very interesting cave and I loved hearing about all of the history surrounding the cave and the area. Our guide, Jayden, was both personable and knew what he was talking about. I wish I had known ahead of time about all of the trails in the area as well because I would have planned to have more time before or after our tour to explore the area some more. I am very glad that we decided to do this.

The walk down to the cave was intermixed with things to see and stories to hear, so it wasn't too fast for anyone in the group and our overall group ranged from somewhere 6 months to somewhere upward of 60. You walked back on your own and at your own pace for the uphill part, and it really wasn't bad. There is a gravel parking lot at the very back of the property that will knock about 10 minutes off of the return walk if you are worried about the total distance. One woman had her son go and get their car for her. Nice short distance, so very easy to drop one person at the front desk to check-in, then drive those worried about the walk to the back of the parking lot and park there.

The only warning I would have for people with balance or knee type problems is that the two steps down into the boat can be a bit hard to manage since there isn't anywhere really good to hold onto. The guide was holding the boat steady, so he wasn't able to help much. Even though I was headed to the left side of the boat to be seated, I walked in on the right side and used the rail on shore to hold onto, then moved over to my side.

Very interesting, fun thing to do!

By Roberto M |

This was above my expectation. Some people are saying the duration is to short but I disagree. It was enough and the girls that guided us were knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely happy to show us the cave. What else can you wish for?

It was great to learn about the story of the cave and to go inside it on a boat which is not usual.

I recommend it!

Interesting but better caves around

By Matthew C |

This was the first time we had been in a cave with water running through it, and while it was interesting riding a boat through the cave the tour was really shorter than expected. Our guide was really great and informative. The tour starts above ground for about 10-15 minutes before getting on the boat. The boat tour starts with a very low clearance that leads to the open cave where we spent a lot of time looking at one area. We felt the ride was cool, but overall the price for what we got wasn’t worth the drive.

Nice tour and narrated boat ride

By 874natarajanm |

The Lost River Cave underground boat ride was nice. Our tour guide narrated the history and geology of the cave. It is worth seeing. The Last River Cave has some trials if you want to walk and explore.

Time well spent!

By sandberg2024 |

Really enjoyed our boat tour, thanks mostly to our guide Olivia. She did a good job. Was fun to be in her boat. 5 stars all the way!!!

Short excursion and guides difficult to hear

By Professional Hammocker |

Very short excursion for the price. Guide that took us to the boat had 50 guests and he frequently faced away from the group while talking. Even though he had a microphone and speaker, when facing away from the group only those within 5 feet could hear him. With 50 people on the path, the last person was at least 30 feet away.
On the boat, persons sitting in the back had the same issue. To make matters worse, two boats are in the cave at the same time causing echos from both guides.

Paid a premium price, then was encouraged to pay guides a tip.

Wonder Visit Very Kid Friendly

By kateE2397SL |

We had a great visit! Sophy was our guide and she was just the best. I’ve been on this tour multiple times and she by far the best guide I’ve had. She was very knowledgeable and engaged great with our older kids (10-12) and was so accommodating to the smaller children (4-6) in the other group too. She asked if wanted her to turn the boat lights off and just see the cave lights, and one little boy was a little scared, she helped him feel safe and let him hold the flashlight. Great Visit.

Great little getaway

Would probably return to bring daughter, husband and their children

The tour was timely, organized, informational, and our tour guide was awesome! She was funny and knowledgeable.

Short but sweet!

By mreisi02 |

This was a short but informative ride. Great information especially about flooding in the area. The guide was peppy and funny. It wasn’t really cold in the cave either.

Such a Neat Site!

By danyelleYoderart |

Beautiful spot with very interesting history. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Very exciting for kids too!

Highly recommend this tour!

By Leesa918 |

Visited October 2023. Our guide was great, very informative, she took good care of all her passengers (one elderly gentleman had trouble getting in & out of the boat, but she made sure he stayed safe plus they offered to take him back up on a golf cart-very nice!)
The cave tour was LOTS of fun. Very cool riding in the boat to check out the cave & we felt safe the whole time. The entire area is beautiful, has lots of history, & plenty of photo opportunities.
They have a nice gift shop & a place for the kids to play too.
Highly recommend this for all ages!

The Lost River Cave was Great!

By krbatts |

We greatly enjoyed the boat tour and the trails. The tour guys were very knowledgeable and gave great presentations. We even did some sluicing before we went home.

Beautiful Experience for Fall

By baileemalia |

I visited alone and did the cave boat tour. It was led by Jayden who was very knowledgeable and engaging. The cave and surrounding wooded areas were beautiful! Such a neat experience.

Kentucky Touring

By mysty8 |

We decided to add this on at the end of our trip after touring Mammoth Cave. Our guide Alex was wonderful and gave a lot of history about the cave. This tour starts outside and ends by boat.

Short Ride

By darlenemcdowell2019 |

This is a great place to visit, but I was disappointed with the short ride in the cave. I kept thinking that there would be more to the boat ride.

Perfect for little ones.

By meritavest |

We were vacationing in your area and wanted to see caves but most were not appropriate for a 3 year old. The boat in the cavern was perfect for us.

River Burch room/ boat tour

By Jakob R |

Went with family for a birthday party in the river burch room. This place is great open area plenty of seating along with a large area to have food. Following we did a boat tour and this is a must do. Very informative and learn a lot of history behind the cave. Very pleased with my visit. Staff was excellent and very friendly.

Just GO

By Thomas K |

A wonderful time had by all. Great tour guide (Terance), enjoyed the park, the gift shop, and easy on the budget. Thank you and my family thanks you as well

Lost River

By Evelyn H |

This was our first cave boat trip. It was very interesting to us. The guides were very knowledgeable and funny.

Generally good but some issues too

By Erika G |

Here is why I'm only giving this tour three stars. There is a section of the cave where you have to bend so forward that your head is touching your knees, so that you don't get whacked by the low ceiling above. This probably lasts 10 loooong seconds. If you have neck or back problems, this could be an issue. Yes, this low ceiling is listed on the website's 'Accessibility Information and Safety' page, but it should really be stressed to ticket buyers on the main page in large font so that they actually read it and not risk injuring themselves or stressing an existing injury.

Also, we had a great tour guide named Olivia who provided great knowledge and energy, but those of us in the back of the boat had a hard time hearing her even though she was doing her best to speak loudly, thus missing the majority of what was said about the cave. This is not Olivia's fault by any means, but the people in charge should really figure out how to have people in the back hear just as good as those in the front. If you go, make sure you sit as close to the tour guide as you can until they find a better solution for those in the back.

Best spot to visit if looking for a day trip

By amysmith560 |

Our family of 5 really enjoyed visiting. Our tour guide was amazing and knew so much information about the cave. The scenery is so beautiful!

Highly recommended

By Gaby R |

The boat trip was nice and accompanied with wit. Due to the high water level we sometimes had to duck a lot, which was a lot of fun. There was a lot to see in the cave and we had a very nice time!

Worth the stop!

By TheresaO82 |

Very neat!! You’d never know you’re in the middle of a city while here! Neat hiking trails! The cave boat tour was also very neat! Tickets seemed a bit pricey to me but still worth the experience!!

Very cool way to tour a cave. Guide was knowledgeable and personable. Our family enjoyed this tour a lot, but wished it could have lasted longer.
