10 out of 10... fabulous tour. I was so impressed with this tour. I recommend this as a must do in Page. Tour guide was extremely helpful with how to take pics.

My wife and I had a great experience on tour through Dixie. Our guide Tony was perfect. He engaged with our group beautifully. He was helpful with information, and showing our whole group the particulars of taking excellent photos with our different devices. Tony was a gentleman.

Oliver was absolutely amazing in guiding us through the beautiful canyons. His explanations were so straightforward and detailed. Moreover he was more than happy to take many photos for us and the quality of the photos were spectacular! We are so grateful that we walked through this with him.
He made this experience much more fruitful than we expected!
EXCELLENT PLACE TO WALK THROUGH WITH the best tour guide, Oliver Leffew!

Dixie's Lower Antelope Canyon tour with Clint was phenomenal. Clint has a joyful spirit willing to assist with incredible photos and the many questions throughout the visit. We were the 2nd group to go through the canyon and it was glorious (even though I had concerns about what the lighting would be it was perfect) We didn't feel rushed or crowded probably b/c of the early start and Clint's terrific guidance. This tour is a forever memory!

We used Dixie's to tour the lower antelope canyon and it was by far our favorite experience of our 10 day driving trip in Arizona.

Spectacular. We did the 9:00 tour organized by Ken Agency. The visit of the canyon takes about an hour. The route is absolutely accessible to anyone with no particular walking problems. What about, once inside the rock you can only admire its beauty!

The colorful sandstone formations are awesome. Our tour guide was very informative and shared her cultural appreciation. She helped us take amazing pictures. The experience was absolutely amazing.

From Las Vegas we drove 5 hours to this place by organized coach trip. Once there we were divided into groups of a maximum of 15 people. Our guide Carmalita gave us the necessary background information and warnings on the way to the cave. She was a very pleasant guide who pointed out all kinds of different rock formations to us. She also advised on how to take the best photos, and she often wanted to take photos of us!
This is an absolutely beautiful place. If you're in the area, definitely look it up!

So incredibly beautiful - the combination of sand, stone, and light into natural works of art - of course, everyone knows God is the G.O.A.T. of nature.
Wear your Keens!

Our guide at Ken's tours showed us how to adjust our camera to bring out the yellows, pinks and purple hues in the canyon walls.

An incredible visit.
You go down a very steep staircase to reach the bottom of the canyon.
Honestly it's like in the photos on the sites!!
Tips: choose a visit around 12 p.m., the sun is at its zenith and goes deep.
Place yourself at the end of the group. You will be able to take photos and videos without anyone in them.
Provide a tip for the guide. Personally we gave $5.
It's a somewhat expensive visit: €250 for 3. But it's worth the price.

If you get the weather right, it's one of the most impressive sights you will ever see. The guide was very good. He helps us get the best photos.

We had an amazing experience thanks to our tour guide Jarrin with Dixie Tours! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & even helped me and my friends get some incredible pictures! We learned a few tips & tricks about photo taking. He also was very informative about the history, names of certain rock formations & fun facts.

This was a great tour. You must go on a guided tour. There are quite a few stairs at the beginning, some nearly vertical like a ladder. If you are claustrophobic this may not be the best tour for you. The views are very beautiful and your guide can point out some of the best photo opportunities.

The site is magnificent (more in the photos than in real life because it is advisable to use a filter to take photos with the iPhone).
Big downside: you pay extremely expensive, at least 70 euros for the lower, more for the upper which we didn't do. Lasts about an hour, not even considering that we are made to wait to go down into the canyon.
This is the factory, you will be continually pressured to move forward, I was even yelled at, telling me that it wasn’t a photo tour.
I'm not sure it's worth it. Instead, visit Bryce Canyon which is a lesser known park but for me as pretty as this visit. Especially since prices have tripled since before Covid.
We are clearly taken for donkeys

A breathtaking location, a must-see!
Our guide Ben was amazing. So friendly and informative, his respect for the area and its history was so clear and wonderful to see. He made sure we all had fun and got some amazing pictures whilst ensuring that we followed the rules of the area and were safe.
We experienced an incoming storm whilst in the canyon and had to rush out whilst other groups behind us had to be evacuated. Ben made sure that we all got out safely and all of the other staff were incredibly helpful and rushed to ensure everyone’s safety.
One of our fellow guests briefly fell ill whilst in the canyon but Ben and other staff took great care of them.

After reading other reviews, the month of April is ideal to avoid the crowds!
Walk with Ken’s tour, you will have to wait 30 minutes before the actual departure for 50 minutes in the fault. The guide gives good advice for taking photos, is very patient because you actually have to move forward in order to let the groups move forward during their visiting session. Magical place!
Visit with our 12 year old daughter.
It is recommended to wear your walking shoes, dry and sandy ground going downhill, it slips a little. Stairs which are quite steep.

Our guide Tracy made our trip unforgettable. The unbelievable natural beauty was accompanied with wonderful storytelling. Tracy was also a patient phone-phot expert helping us adjust the settings to capture the beauty of light bouncing off the walls. And she was our photographer :) we loved her playing flute in the waved canyon. It was a natural amphitheater. Thank you Tracy for the memories.

We were fortunate to take a noon tour with Ken's Tours. Our guide was awesome, humorous, and knowledgeable. Guide was helpful particularly in assisting us in getting FANTASTIC photos :)

this was the highlight of our trip to Arizona. We enjoyed the tour guide and the stops at Antelope canyon with the Navajo Nation and horseshoe bend

The most important thing to remeber when in Antelope Canyon is to set your camera settings in mobile. If you take picture just as it is, the beauty will never get capgtured. You can go to Pro > and set WB ~600. then take pictures. Also, you can take vertical panaroma (we are all used to only horizontal !!).. These two tips will ensure you capture atleast some beauty that you will see.

Most wonderful trip. A bit long from Vegas. It’s a five hour drive but well worth it. We took National Park Express tour which picked us up from hotel

Wonderful place to visit. It was a really great tour and our guide Carmelita was really nice and had a lot of patience. She explained a lot and she was very helpful.
The place is a natural wonder and it is worth to visit it.

We chose Kens lower antelope canyon tour group and Anna was our guide. She was knowledgeable and fun. She helped us to get some amazing pictures and was more than willing to snap group photos. Highly recommend.

We loved touring Lower Antelope Canyon! Upper Antelope Canyon was interesting, but we enjoyed Lower much more - it was longer and had more interesting shapes and beauty. Our tour guide Jarrin, from Dixie Ellis Tours was awesome! He pointed out many things we wouldn't have noticed on our own and took many amazing pictures for us. We highly recommend seeing Lower Antelope Canyon!

We’ve been to the southwest numerous times but this was our first time to visit Antelope Canyon. We took Dixie Tours and Tony was our guide. He knew the canyon like the back of his hand, and was an expert at getting the t photos of my wife and I in the canyon. If you are wondering weather to do it, don’t, just do it. A couple tips, if you can’t do steps, up and down, then you need to pass. Also, the restrooms are porta potties, you should stop at a gas station in page before you visit.

Wonderful tour. Our guide “Markita” with Dixie’s showed us the best photo areas, and helped with group shots. Good narrative about canyon along the way.
Well worth it!

Extraordinary! Our tour guides were absolutely amazing! Very friendly, educated and more than happy to take photos for you! Love the they give everyone time to see and walk through. Definitely one of the coolest places to see!

Excellent! Thank you Tylen Yellowhorse and Lamor Joe! Great sense of humor, very knowledgeable and helped with beautiful photos as well.

It was the most awesome experience! We had a guide named Charm who was so knowledgeable and so friendly. She showed us where to get all the beautiful pictures. We were very Lucky to get her!

This was the highlight of our trip to Arizona. The views in the lower canyon were so stunning we were speechless countless times. We took Ken’s Tour. Our guide was Rae. We were so lucky to get him. Besides being so knowledgeable and friendly, he is a wiz with a camera and very willing to assist everyone with getting the very best photos. Rae also has a wonderful sense of humor. It was such an amazing place that we want to go back again. Next time we will do both upper and lower tour.

Very nice home.
An exceptional visit to an exceptional site with an exceptional guide. Thanks to EDEN 🥰
Tony and Angelique (the French)

Anthony was our guide through the canyon. He was fantastic. He took time to explain everything, was very safety conscious and most of all he took time to take all our photos. He also showed us how to maximize filters and options on our camera phone to capture the best images. Highly recommend.

Upper is significantly more expensive than lower mainly because lower requires a bit more “hiking”. It really wasn’t much at all. An athletic 6 year old could do it. If I was with someone over 80 or with health issues, then I would do upper. This tour was a great experience and we got some really cool photos. Glad we did it.

Definitely a bucket list item for me. Shelby was our guide and she was so knowledgeable and fun. While educating us of the canyons she would stop and take our photo of some very famous spots. This is a must see location. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because when we got our tickets online we paid $30 more per person because it was through a 3rd party vendor. I was not happy about that. Buy your tickets directly from Ken’s Tours Lower Antelope canyon. You will not be disappointed.

Great tour, especially thanks to Nate our guide who not only found us the best photo spots, but took some for us like a professional photographer. We had a great time.

Ronnie was a fun tour guide - helping us with a lot of pictures. Enjoyed this beautiful slot canyons.

Congratulations to Jonas J Guide, safe and sound trip. Lower on Feb 2nd from 1-2pm no direct sunlight inside, a bit cloudy, but astonishing.

It’s amazing! So obviously we’re not alone, the visit is done at the same pace, but we descend into a really extraordinary canyon, it’s beautiful! To do between noon to have as much light as possible.
We chose Dixies, well organized, friendly Guide.

Nature miracle.. the colors here are beyond imagination. Just make sure you call all possible tours in order to get there, we got lucky on the 3rd call, the rest were full. If all are full, you can drive at their offices, there are always last minute cancellations

The guide is a Chinese people whose name is Kevin. He asked us and looked at us to gave him 5 star TripAdvisor rating on the bus. He carried a box to collected tips in front of every body one by one. Which made me felt uncomfortable. I had good experience to go to grand cayoon 9 years ago. But everything changes now.

Contrary to my expectations,
it was a tour with a strong underground adventure, where you enter through a crack in the ground and walk along rock shelves through a maze-like passage where it's difficult for two people to pass each other.
It seems that the tour may be canceled if there is heavy rain due to a thunderstorm, etc., as flash floods may flood inside and become dangerous.
I was enthusiastic to take some cool photos with my smartphone,
but with the scenery continuing to be all the same color,
it was disappointing that my skills were not enough to take the images I wanted.

It was truly a hidden gem. There are tons of screen savers made of that place. You just don't see it in a lot of lists. It's a bucket list destination.

Toured the Lower and Upper Antelope Canyons and the Lower was definitely my favorite. It allows a bit more light for pictures and is longer. You can walk right from check in to the canyon. If you can't go up and down stairs then it might be better to go to Upper.

We went to the canyon with Dillion from Ken Tours and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The lighting was unique! Unfortunately, we were really rushed because so many people wanted to go into the canyon (despite it being a weekday!), but the guides still made sure that everyone could take photos without being surrounded by crowds and even helped with the photography. The tour, including the descent and ascent, takes about an hour. If you can climb ladders, you can manage this challenge. One or two places are very narrow but still doable. You are not allowed to take anything with you on the tour except your cell phone and a bottle of water. Headgear might be advisable for sensitive people because sand keeps trickling down. Our guide was super nice, but unfortunately a bit shy and didn't really pay much attention to the group. But otherwise everything was really great!

This was our second try to visit Lower Antelope Canyon. The first try got washed out because of rain the days before. Well it was well worth it! Every bend every turn is so amazing. My whole family were so happy we went again. The smiles and memories made were priceless. Go and visit this place and enjoy. We booked ourselves with Dixie's Lower Antelope tour and our guide RJ was full of information and energy. He was also great in taking family pics and showed rock formations that you would just pass by. Excellent all around and as a bonus showed us dinosaur tracks that we passed by. I can't say more about him. just ask him to be your guide.

This is THE PLACE to go! Organized, knowledgeable and proficient we had the best time as novice hikers. Brice was an ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING tour guide. I’d highly reccomend requesting him if you can … he knows so much and really helps you capture the best photos! Don’t miss this!

A beautiful site with a welcome by our super guide Armando at the top!
We completely immersed ourselves in the Navarro culture and learned a lot from Armando who is very professional, pleasant, smiling and photographer in his hours;)
The Canyon will dazzle you and don't worry I'm claustrophobic and everything went very well because always in the open if you look up so no symptoms;)
To visit absolutely

Joann was the tour guide and did an amazing job from sharing info, helping us with pictures, and helping us set up our cameras for best lighting and shots. She shared about the history, special formations, and was the best! Would definitely take this tour again if back in the area.

This was an awesome tour, beautiful! Our tour guide Eder was funny and very informative, he helped us get award winning photos showing us special features of the Canyon and how to photograph them. Eder was also an excellent flutist and entertained us as well. We'll worth the price, don't miss this tour.

I mostly described the canyons in the other review I did, but I'll add that the lower canyon tour guide companies are already on site (no shuttle required). Also, lots of ladders/stairs. Some are pretty steep such that you have to go down them backwards like a ladder. But no way would I just do upper canyon. Lower canyon is fantastic. It's also longer and more really cool paths. Both are worth visiting.

Canyons are amazing! We really enjoyed this tour which was run well. The guide took lots of time getting amazing photos for everyone in our group! Much less expensive than the upper canyon tour and we enjoyed this one more! Well done and highly recommended!

To be frank, only thanks to my husband who insisted of doing the tour, we visited the site and it was one of the most incredible experiences and oportunity to take the most beautiful pictures. I had read some negative and discouraging reviews and was unsure what to expect. We booked and paid the visit online, so I dont know why some people complained in reviews that everything had to be paid in cash. We arrived very early for our tour at 10 am and almost decided to join the 9:30am tour but when I heard that there were already 20 people on that tour we decided to wait. We were so lucky, and I am sure that made the whole difference, that we were only 2 couples on the tour! So our guide, Appia, took all the time to explain and to give hints how to take pictures, like at certain angles and to recognize certain shapes and formations. She also offered many times to take pictures of ourselves. We were never rushed or were asked to move faster, we heard a much bigger group behind us but never had them right behind us. It has to be said, that they dont allow videos or professional cameras (only with permit) and no tripods to take pictures, also no big bags or backpacks becaue the canyons are very narrow. We visited the days after the Thanksgiving weekend and it seems to be a great time with less visitors.

My dream came true; on the third try I got into Antelope Canyon. This is stunning beauty, the bizarre curves of the canyon walls, the colors. You find yourself in a fantasy world. The photographs turn out extraordinary. This is the only place where the photographs are more beautiful than the view in nature. I will have warm memories for a long time, especially thanks to the guide Jose G. He is such a positive person, he talks interestingly, emotionally, helps to take beautiful photographs, shows interesting angles. I look through the photographs, and my soul rejoices at such beauty created by nature.

This is our best excursion we did during our trip in the USA it is a must see place in the area of the grand Canyon.

A magical place, especially when you visit the canyon at midday to enjoy the light entering the canyon.
Sublime photos and head-filling images that will remain engraved
Be careful, however, the descent into the canyon is not for everyone because some stairs are a little steep

Book our whole trip around this tour! Upon arrival early as requested we were met by a very friendly staff, clean atmosphere, and were welcomed to wait for our assigned time or go early… we choose early! We were more than excited when it started our tour guide Bryce Ranger was absolutely incredible. He was knowledgeable and willing answer all of the question we had! He not only told us about the canyon but immersed us in the Navajo culture. He shared stories from his grandmother who he hold in the upmost regard. This place was absolutely stunning

Our guide to lower Antelope Canyon, Cody, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped my friend and I to get some really great pictures, and even taught us a few tricks on our phone cameras. Antelope Canyon itself is breathtaking. You have to visit in person to understand.

It is an incredible landscape that has been made by water erosion in the lower Antilope Canyon. I recommend this adventure on a guided tour

It was really worth seeing. I thought it was a pity that too many people were just smuggled through it (one group after that immediately the next and then one again) and you didn't have a proper time there.
Otherwise worth seeing.

Amazing and stunning beauty. We have traveled the world and this is one of the top sites we have seen,Our guide Mikayla was so knowledgeable and friendly and knew exactly where to take the best photos.

We had an incredible trip to Antelope Canyon. Our guide Nate Jr. was professional and very knowledgeable of how to capture stunning photographs!

Thanks to our wonderful tour guide Alex B, we had a fantastic experience in antelope canyon. He is super nice and brilliant photographer. The views are amazing. It is a must-see for lifetime.

This site is incredible, we don't forget it, and it is difficult to compare because canyons like this one don't see them every day. So yes, it’s not cheap (put into perspective by thinking about the prices to go see a football match, a concert, etc.) it only lasts an hour, it’s a bit “factory”. But I think we must put all that aside and allow ourselves to contemplate this extraordinary setting that Nature offers us and that we have the privilege of seeing with our own eyes when we go there. Because it would still be a real shame to take a road trip to the West without trying to do this visit. I write "try" because you should know that this place is in very high demand, and that it is unthinkable to show up without having reserved. For example, we made this reservation on May 2 on the internet (Dixie) for a visit on August 8 (3:45 p.m.). Considering that during a road trip you only spend a few days at each stage... your schedule is drawn up on paper, after the plane tickets, it is this reservation that you must make.

The entire experience was incredible! Dixie tours was perfect and our tour guide Robert Bluelake was excellent! I highly recommend!!!!

Our group of 6 first toured the Upper Canyon followed by the Lower Canyon. Each canyon had similar views although Lower Canyon required going down deeper into the canyon via narrow staircases. Inside was more cramped but it’s beauty undeniable. Unfortunately, my wife suffered extreme light headedness due probably to dehydration and the heat. We did not finish the remaining 3/4 of the tour although our friends continued. Kudos to Will, our guide who was quick to assist my wife with hydration and carefully assisted us back to the opening and then to first aid. Many thanks to Will! Our friends did say that the rest of the tour was narrower than Upper Canyon but very enjoyable and also complimented Will who returned to catch up with them to finish guiding them. I highly recommend this tour in spite our minor mishap.

this was one of the best tours i’ve ever been on. the canyon was absolutely breathtaking and our tour guide tyler yellow horse was very knowledgeable & also super funny. we had such a good time. 10/10 definitely recommend

This view is a amazing and the tour guide Eder is knowledgeable that make our trip wonderful. We really had a very good time. Good job Eder.

It is an out of this worldly experience! Absolutely worth visiting!!! Get ready to drop your jaws! It is an incredible place!

First of all I would like to give a shout out to our guide Jean Price. He was so knowledgeable and told personal stories about growing up in the area. He also took pictures for us to get the best pictures of the canyon. Myself/ husband and two children ages 9 and 13 were mesmerized through out the tour. I would highly recommend seeing this amazing place

The tour in Lower Antelope Canyon was one of only two stops that we had pre-booked on our road trip. We had chosen Dixie Tours and were not disappointed. Since we were there early, we were offered to go straight on to the tour that was starting next. Less waiting time is of course always welcome. So we gratefully accepted. Each tour is divided into groups of 15 people, which makes it much more pleasant. The canyon itself is breathtaking. Great play of colors of the stones, fascinating shapes and the bright blue sky again and again. We really liked it. Clearly recommend it for a tour in the southwest.

The Canyon is stunning but with a group of 15 in front of us and behind our group of 15, there were just too many people to be worth $75 per person. It is worth seeing but I wouldn't do it again. If you are a hiker, go to Buckskin Gulch, Lick Wash and Peekaboo / Spooky all in Grand Escalante Staircase (all for free). ALOT fewer people and also stunning but it different ways. Plus, you get a good hike instead of being rushed through the canyon at Antelope.

The experience was fantastic. Be sure to book around lunchtime as the light is best.
The tour was quoted as 1.5 hrs, but took only 60 minutes. The Navajo guide was bored and didn't explain anything. Always just said that you can't take pictures on the ladder. You always had to ask. And he didn't want to take pictures either. I thought that was a pity because the tour is not exactly cheap. But he simply took the $10 tip without comment. Not pretty. A thank you would have been appropriate.
You are not allowed to take bags backpacks (whatever size) and film cameras (filming is prohibited) but photo, mobile phone, water bottle and hat is ok. Do you have to wear a photo around your neck or hold it in your hand?

All of it! Fabulous! You’ll spend over an hour taking 100+ photos! Charge the phone!!!
Best guide: Trini G.

this is a wonderful spot to visit, espeically when the lighting is right. We went in the moring hours, and took amazing photos. Tour guide Aaron is very fun and helpful. At end of the tour, he showed us how the canyon in this area is formed by water, wind and time..

We had a great experience here. Our guide was fantastic. It is very crowded, but they do at least keep the group size to 10 max.
This is a beautiful slot canyon and I’m glad we went.

Absolutely amazing!Tour guide Josie was phenomenal.Let your guide use your phone/camera great shots!

The canyon was breathtaking. Our guides name was Kevin and he was the absolute best. I highly recommend you asking for him. He help us take some amazing photos and took his time explaining everything about the canyon.
Just note …. You can not take any video only pictures. You can not bring any bags or purse on the tour. Make sure you bring money to tip your guide. They do a fantastic job.

Carmelita was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable about the land and the canyon. Answered many questions. She took great family photos for us and pointed out awesome rock formations. Overall lovely experience!

The tour was amazing.
Clint was a great leader we enjoyed the tour with him.
He showed the Hot spots on the tour and made some special moments for my daughter.

Easy access. Super nice guide.
He explains everything to you and helps you take fabulous photos.
Truly extra ordinary. !!!

We were on this tour as a family, and are still undecided about how to rate them.
On the one hand, the staff is not really friendly and it is purely a money machine, on the other hand, the rock formations are really special. The sight as such deserves 5 stars, the whole thing around it 3 stars and less.
The welcome was not particularly friendly. Feeling welcome is kind of different. We were divided into a group, given instructions and went into the canyon in a group of about 12. In front of us a group, behind us a group, and at intervals of about 1-2 minutes we went into the canyon. After a very short time we unfortunately ran into our group before that, which was a great shame. From the 90-minute guided tour we booked, we were maybe 30-40 minutes in the canyon, the rest we spent waiting (30 minutes), 5 minutes instructions, 2x10 minutes for round trip. The 30-minute Waiting time at the beginning is explained by settling in on campus and preparing to explore the complicated formations. From my point of view, very far-fetched.
Photos are wonderful in the canyon. The guide made the mobile setting for us, after which all the pictures were really colorful and colorful. Unfortunately, without filtering the images become boring.
Our guide probably said no more than 10 sentences throughout the tour. It would be fine even without him.
Bottom line, it's a goalie trap that costs quite a bit for little in return. The canyon is beautiful.

We heard about this from a friend and it exceeded our expectations all the way around. Our guide Calub was outstanding! The canyon is spectacular and you can’t help but get amazing photos. Truly a must see if you’re in the area.

The lower canyon is amazing. It was a cloudy day so we didn’t experience the light effects but it was still beautiful. Our tour guide, Melaney, was awesome. She helped with camera settings and took pictures for us so we could get just the right angles. She was patient and took the time to tell us about the culture. Great tour!

Please do yourself a favor and do not book a tour in advance unless it is refundable. I’m learning this lesson the hard way! Illness prevented us from making our trip and my tours were booked with companies that do not offer refunds for cancellation. I’m sure there are other tour companies that do, so even if it’s a bit more expensive I highly suggest you go there!

We booked a tour with Dixie’s Lower Antelope Canyon Tours and were assigned Oliver as our guide. The whole experience was excellent! He was knowledgeable about the land and geology of the area and was ready to give us all that textbook info…But we were more intrigued by his stories about his childhood on the reservation. He gladly changed the angle of his tour and answered all our questions about his family and upbringing.
Aside from the story-telling, he took photos for each of us in the tour group and gave us all a tutorial on the correct setting to get beautiful photos of the formations.
The weather was beautiful, so it was a crowded day. Expect crowds and being corralled and stalled. Be patient and enjoy the experience!

Magnificent place you must visit
Our guide Archie made it extra special with a lot of knowledge and amazing photography skills.

Traveled with my sibs…no choice for that. Awesome water and wind sculpted canyon! Beautiful hues of orange to pink, splashed with sun and glimpses of blue sky. Guide Clint was TOP NOTCH!!!!

We were guided by excellent lady named Doreen, she was super professional and very nice, we had one of the greatest trip ever

Jose, our tour guide, made the trip awesome! The sights were spectacular, and the canyon was a "must see", but Jose showed us how to get the best pictures from our iPhone! He could teach a master class in iPhone photography. He also narrated with local history and Navajo culture. My wife and I will remember this experience for the rest of our lives.

This was a surprise as many talk about the Upper Antelope Canyon as a must see. This was magnificent; a true gem. There is absolutely no comparison between the two canyons. Skip the other expensive one and take the gorgeous scenery in. You won't regret it!

Amazing colors and light effects. The walking is fairly difficult and combined with the heat be prepared. Any camera can easily take great pictures.

Our guide Josè was amazing and made our experience unique & personable. We learnt so much about the history of lower antelope canyon during the tour which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Thank you Josè!

I visited lower antelope Canyon with my kids. However, I discovered in my confirmation mail that I bought one ticket too much. I contacted the agency, who did not want to reimburse the ticket (their policy said I was too late). Then I contacted Ken’s Tour to ask if they could help me, as the tour seemed to be sold out and maybe someone could use the extra ticket (that costed me 96€ online). I got the answer that if someone needed a ticket, they could not buy mine, but needed to buy one of them.
Still I did not give up, as it is a lot of money for one ticket. At the entrance I met a group of young people who tried to buy tickets, but there were not enough for all of them. I told them they could have one of mine. The lady sitting at the sales desk overheard me and said they could not take mine. She said she now has seen my face and if I dared to come with one person more (meaning that one of the group of youngsters would come in with me), they would stop us.
I was really shocked by this; that they would go as far as this, while in this case both the group of young people as well as me and my family would be helped by this. I have the feeling it is all about getting in as much money as possible, not about client service.
I must as that our guide in the Canyon was really friendly and helped us take great pictures. We really loved the visit itself, but unfortunately I will keep this feeling of being ripped of at the entrance

Great place to visit, you have to book a ticket and take a tour with a guide, but the clolors and views are really spectacular and the rock formations are incredible

Wonderful guide, amazing sights. It's much longer than Upper Antelope, It's much prettier than Upper Antelope because of the natural light and wider sides. Upper Antelope was ok, this was amazing. Don't worry about your camera settings. The guides make sure your brand is set to perfection. The trip has many stairs, some needing strong feet, good balance. The guide and walk= lifetime great memories.

A great experience for our bucket list. Dave Slifkin was excellent and really made our time special for all of us. Would book with Max Tours AND him again. Highly reccommend.

I used Dixie’s Lower Antelope Canyon Tour off of Indian Route 222 to visit Lower Antelope Canyon. I actually did the Upper and then the Lower. The tour of the Lower was cheaper. Booking was easy online.
Since I was an hour early getting into Page, I decided to drive around and look for the location. Could not find it. And somehow I got turned around and ended up going south. Turned out it was not my fault. Nowhere on the highway did it say Indian Route 222. Never would have found it without Google maps. I drove in and turned around and upon exiting the driveway hit a HUGE pothole on the right side of the driveway entering the road. I’m amazed my tires didn't go flat or my wheel didn’t fall off. I thought it would the entire drive home. Make sure you don't hit that pothole!
I was supposed to be on the last tour of the day, but I arrived early enough where they had an opening on the earlier tour and asked if I wanted that spot. Of course! This tour is a short walk before getting to the canyon. On the Upper Canyon tour which I did first, the guide would take your camera and snap good photos for you. They didn't do that on this tour.
However, the guide did look at my phone to make sure it had the best settings. Well, he did change the settings and now the camera on my phone is all messed up. He changed it to Pro. Not sure how. Not sure how to undo it. I hate it. Then not even halfway through the canyon my phone said the storage was full. No more pics. How embarrassing. And it was so full that my phone would not work at all because there was no storage. Good thing I didn't have an emergency on my drive home.
When I got home I figured out that the phone was constantly taking pictures on this Pro setting. Apparently if I just breathed on the phone it would take pictures. So I ended up with a lot of photos of people's legs and sand. Plus it was taking a raw photo in addition to the regular photo which is what ate up my storage. I really wish I hadn't let the guide touch my phone.
But with my camera not working that made it better to be present in the moment and simply enjoy the experience in the canyon. The other folks on my tour were really nice. There were some tight spots and ladders to climb which is difficult to do with a water bottle in your hand. And of course the canyon was beautiful.

Our guide Cody was the best!! He was very personable, we had so much fun spending time with him,he made us laugh. His knowledge about the lower canyon amongst other Navajo traditions was extremely interesting. Not to mention his photography skills were point on. Although he didn’t know the hoop dance, said he would learn it for the next time we were there. I would definitely recommend this tour it was breathtaking. Maybe you’ll get a guide as great as ours was.

This was our 3rd canyon tour and we were concerned that it may be too crowded as our other 2 were more private and this one is better known by tourists. However Arlo, our guide, made us feel like it was more private. There are 10 maximum people in a group and he was able to give us much information about the canyon walls and often took pictures for us at several key locations. The canyon itself was brilliant. There were lots of ladders and the first walk down was some 80 steps but once in the canyon the sights were jaw dropping.

Definitely trip of a lifetime. Beautiful canyons! We booked through Kens tours and would highly recommend. Lamor was an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable and kind. We went through the deluxe tour and enjoyed traditional Navajo lunch after the tour.

It was so cool and absolutely recommended! You can admire the beauty of nature with its amazing colors. Our guide, Shelby M., made the tour perfect. She explained a lot and took spectacular photos of us. We loved it!

Sensational !!!
The tour is a super experience, with an amazing look. Even having seen the pictures, being there was very nice.
We were very lucky with our Guide, AARON, from the Dixie company. There are only two companies, Dixie and Ken. Aaron was a Guide, photographer and also played flute, in addition to explaining in practice the process of formation of the canyons.
Unlike the comments I read from a year or two ago, the service was very good, and was not very full. Our group had about 12 people, and we didn't cross with others. The Navajos are very friendly.
The price unfortunately is too high !!!
I purchased by the site a month in advance, 290 USD 4 people.

Our guide Josie took us through the canyon and knew exactly where to stand and the right camera settings to get some beautiful pictures. She told also about the Navajo beliefs and practices. The canyon visit has been the highlight of out vacation.

A very well done tour. We purchased tickets on line before the tour. We showed up 45 minutes before tour time as requested. Due to openings in an earlier time slot we got to move up a half hour! Win win!! Our tour guide, Carmelita, was full of knowledge about the canyon and also told us interesting stories about her life growing up in the area. Excellent!!

What an amazing experience. The guide Cody was fantastic. Don't delay do it now!!!! Breath taking views everywhere. Hoop dancing kicks off the tour....very cool

Spectacular. We visited the lower antelope canyon on August 10th. However, be careful because in case of heavy rain the tour will be canceled for safety reasons. It's a shame, however, that the cost of the ticket is not refunded, so make sure there is good weather before booking. We took a risk, it started raining while we were already inside. Those after us had their tour canceled because it started raining heavily. you cannot enter with bags, backpacks or bum bags. Only cell phone and a bottle of water. Better to wear trousers with large pockets to store money and documents.

We did Ken’s Tours and Jace was our guide. The tour was so amazing, and how could it not be, just the best landscape. Jace was knowledgeable and very personable, and so helpful with which spot to be in to capture the perfect photo and also taking some of the photos for you.
It was interesting to learn that in times past many Navajo children used the Canyon to hide from the people who tried to take them away to ‘boarding schools’, luckily these canyons were there to help them out.

Worst experience in my life!!!!
Our guide put us out from the group because of a simple question :Why are the rules different from one guide to another" which this was the question of all group not only us.
He was getting angry with me and my husband, saying that my husband laughed in his face, which was totally not right ,my husband smiled to the guy behind which poor him said ,,seems different guide, different roles "".
Not only this, he was coming soo angry to me and my husband slapped his chest and show us his batch that he is a supervisor, intimidating that we are not respecting federal law and he can call the police .
Going back to the bus, we spoke with our lady from the tour to do something to help us, and she said better do not complain over to superior as already he told us we didn't respect the rules.
I think our guide name was Crain (not 100% sure).
Please don't go in this tour,if you catch a frustrated guide with poor education, he can ruin your holiday!!!!

While staying in the Lake Powell area and upon suggestion from friends living in Vegas, we finally decided to visit Antelope Canyon. There are two possibilities (2 parts of the Canyon: upper and lower). After reading a few reviews, we went for the "Lower" tour (we are a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 10 and 16).
Fair to say that words or pictures are thousands of miles away from reflecting what the canyon actually is. It's like you are on another planet !
Our Navajo guide was absolutely perfect, taught us a lot about the Canyon itself, helped us all with the pictures (showed us the best spots and also took family pics for us). Thanks to Covid rules, the visit is less crowded than you may fear and although it's busy, you still have plenty of time and space to enjoy. I would highly recommend taking this tour, this place is one of a kind.

I left this tour overwhelmed with the beauty of what I had just seen. I have no words to express the spectacular views, energy and history that I was able to see. Absolutely a worthwhile experience. Our tour guide was Orin (Yellowman) and he was exceptional so ask for him. His spirituality, wisdom and perceptions made the experience that much better. Run don’t walk…

The mix of shapes, textures, colors, smell and touch makes this place like being inside a dream. No matter whether you are a hiker, explorer or not, this is a world wonder one must visit at least once in a life time (think Giza pyramids, Machu Picchu, Niagara Falls or the like, but millions of years older). We visited lower antelope canyon during mid-morning on 12/31 with wife and kids (7 and 8). The timing was perfect.
Lower antelope canyon is a slot canyon with a V shape, as opposed to upper canyon's A shape. They are both in the Navajo Nation and accesible only by Navajo guided tour. My parents, on the same road trip, visited upper antelope canyon. After watching photos from both of the canyons and sharing our experiences I could not pick one for the other.
If you're not on budget, go to both.
Although this place has about a 4500 feet elevation (maybe not so much), check how susceptible you or your kids may be if coming from sea level.
Don’t forget to drive around Page, AZ, and visit Horseshoe Bend.

Amazing scenery and unforgettable tour with Jaden’s tour guide!
It’s beautiful every step of the way every minute of the time. Jaden is nice passionate and patient, knowledgeable and fun. He did a fantastic job from sharing info, helping with pics and giving us an impressive Indian bamboo flute! Hope one day could come back to this area.

Unbelievably beautiful. Our tour guide was amazing. She set our phones and cameras for the best settings to make the most of the canyon. For only 1 hour or so walk we ended up with 500 pictures. Just breathtaking in all directions! A must see!

visited in December 2022 together with my family, it was a magnificent excursion and thanks to the help of the guide who explained to us how to take photos
which will always remain in our eyes.

Do this! Do not pass go. Drive straight to Dixie Ellis lower antelope canyon tours. Ask for TJ. I know a lot more about the Navajo Nation. But the star is the beauty of this canyon. I’ve been all over the world and nothing compares. If you’re thinking about going don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed. Go in February or March

There's little to go around. Must-see places. A wonder of nature.
For the visit there are various solutions that can be found online or alternatively you can go there and see if you can find free tickets from the various Indian tour operators. We chose the one closest to the entrance. Left the car and get rid of the burdens too, as it is not possible to enter with big things in tow as the space in the canyon is reduced in several places, we left with our guide. From the visit point it takes about 10 minutes walk to get to the entrance of the canyon which is a narrow metal staircase that descends steeply to the base of the canyon itself. From there on you can admire the wonderful shapes of the canyon that fed by the sun's rays take shades of incredible colors.
We chose the Lower Upper because it is much less crowded and I can not say if the phenomenon of the sun's rays is different from one or the other, but not starting with the morning tour of 11 we were able to see them in the Lower and the effect is spectacular. Although it is a plus of the visit, as the visit would have been wonderful anyway.
The only downside is that the guides push you to move forward very quickly leaving very little time to fully enjoy the place and to be able to take some pictures in peace. I understand that the faster they can finish the tour and the more money they can make by bringing in more people, but it would be nice if it lasted a little longer. The cost is around $60 per person.
Last note. Pay attention to the time because there is an hour difference from Page even if it is 5 minutes from Page you cross the time change.

A lot of fun to get into the narrow canyon and walk through it, observe the shapes of the rocks and try to identify animal or human shapes in them.

This tour was canceled by the tour operator, Ken Tours, half an hour after checking in on time, due to weather conditions ( high winds) However, no refunds were issued and customers were told to contact the organizer, Viator. To date, ie a week later, no word nor refund from either. Not impressed, will not book with them again!

Andrea was our guide through the canyon and she was spectacular! We would highly recommend this tour. It is the most beautiful thing you will see in your lifetime.

Xavier, our guide, was exceptional. He knew a great deal about the canyon, helped everyone with their cellphone cameras in order to enhance their photography skills, and always watched out for our safety as we climbed up and down stairwells.

The tour was really worth it! Our tour guide showed us how the shapes of some of the canyons stone represented things! (King Kong, Nemo, etc). The unique shapes and textures of the rocks really impressed me. A must see if you’re in the region.

To start off, I would recommend the management to improve their check in procedure. We all did our online paper work when we booked our tours 4 months ago. I printed everything they sent to me. and no where on the paper said "EVERYONE" in the reservation has to be present at the check-in to sign more paper work. Why? I understand it's Covid time, and we all to be careful. Let us know ahead of time. I had to wait in line twice, what a waste of time! They do need another person there to help. The girl at the counter was overworked and she needs a break!! With that out of the way. After we checked-in, while we were waiting for our tour to start, they entertain us with a Native hoop dance, he was great! Thank you . We got a newbie as a tour guid, she was nice and all, but not too experienced. I showed us different shapes, and took pictures for us, but she didn't tell us too much. The tour in front of us was too slow and a family was staying behind on purpose to taking pictures. The tour behind us was right behind us, feel like we had to rush! Why do they have to set up 10 tours at the same time ! Why don't they space them out, 5 to 10 minutes apart would be great! We lked the canyon, but not sure about the tour company.

Everybody wants to go for mid-day, hoping the beams of light will hit them from above in the canyon, but we chose an early morning tour. I think we made the right choice: at 7 am 30, light is already everywhere, so beautiful, the temperature is more bearable, and the guides are not tired of their day, it is less crowded, etc. So to do, and I would say in the early morning.

Lower antelope canyon was incredible. I took so many picture but feel they don't do the place justice. The bus driver and tour guide for the tour I took here were awesome and were great at helping me get the most out of my photos. The staff are very efficient in helping the visitors get the most out of the experience while keeping them moving. This is definitely a bucket list experience.

Went midday on a Tuesday. Had the 1:!5 tour (tours use Arizona time without DST), got there 45 min early (seems unecessary) but they had an opening in the 12:45 slot so we got to go early. Tour gude was great, took 4 or 5 photos of us. Yes there are a few set of stairs/short ladders. As long as you don't have a balance problem, you should be fine. Such a beautiful tour, it is expensive but worth it IMO. Tour took about 1:15.

We booked a tour to walk through these gorgeous canyons and so glad we did. Our tour guide was on point and would show us what to take pictures of and from where. Several times she would take a phone from a tourist and take the picture herself. Just stunning canyons. Note that masks are required still here-

Views were amazing! Highly recommend! Our guide Lydell (Ken’s tours) was THE BEST! He knew where and how to take awesome photos of all of us.

We visited Lower Antelope in September. We had a 10:00 appointment, but we arrived early and they added us to an earlier tour. The steps to go down into the canyon are not as bad as the internet makes it. I’m afraid of heights and had no problem. Our tour guide, RJ was awesome. He was very informative and helped us take great pictures.

Thank you Staci w. You did a good job We has a good time /Beautiful picture /Right Time/Right person

So we visited the Upper and Lower Canyon and if you only have time for one, it should definitely be the Lower. Absolutely amazing. Simply indescribable, you can only understand it when you have seen it.

Stunning! We did one of the “alternate” canyons first because we thought Antelope would be crowded. We were pleasantly surprised to only have 6 people in our group at Lower Antelope and no crowd because it was off season. The alternative canyon wasn’t even in the same category. Go straight to Antelope canyon for an amazing experience!!

We had an amazing tour of Lower Antelope Canyon today with our remarkable guide, Rae. What a great tour. Would highly recommend this tour. Dixie Tours.

Unique place. Doubted whether to go to the upper or lower canyon. Decided on lower as they said it was less crowded and you felt less rushed. Fantastic place.

What an amazing place!! Dixie tours Has very knowledgeable guides that will take through and will tell you everything you need to know about this beautiful place!! Loved it!

This was our FAVORITE attraction when visiting Las Vegas and surrounding sites. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating and we loved the tour immensely!

We had the chance to visit this UFO of nature. Certainly, one of those places on Earth that transports you out of reality for a visit. We've all seen pictures of the canyon antelope but nothing prepares for the magical place
Yes, there are many people, yes we would have liked to take even more time in the canyon but at no time were we pushed by the group behind us.
An unforgettable experience and congratulations to the navajos who preserve these places offered by Mother Earth.

Beautiful environment, small group, extraordinary photos.
Go directly to the site to book (more hours and cheaper).

We booked a tour with Dixies. Excellent company. We drove to the entrance and met our guide Xavier who was so helpful and knowledgeable. The actual tour took about 1 hour., The canyon is incredible. If you have a choice between the lower and the upper canyon, do the lower,

The views were amazing and we took a lot of beautiful pictures. The tour guide, Aaron is great and very helpful with giving tips and taking group pictures for all of us. It was a wonderful experience and memorable time for all of us. Highly recommended this place.

The views were amazing here! I went as a solo traveler, used Dixie's Lower Antelope Canyon Tour. I was booked for 1:15 and checked in promptly at 12:30 as instructed. There were some no-shows on the earlier tour so they took me on that one. Pays to be on time, I guess. Evie was our guide and she was fantastic. Took the time to explain what we were seeing and took plenty of pictures of everyone with their cameras or cellphones.

Absolutely beautiful. We were in awe as we entered the canyon. Every angle, corner is beautiful. God's creation is amazing.
People often compare the Upper & Lower Antelope Canyons. We did both on separate days, & we enjoyed both, though we preferred the lower canyon slightly more. But they are both worth checking out.
But prepared for large crowd whatever time you go. We went there late afternoon, probably missed the most crowded time, but still had like 50 people in the canyon with us. But people are well disciplined, so it remained quiet in the canyon. Also quite cool (temperature-wise) too.

If I could 10-star review this, I would! Nate was so amazing. My husband and I are celebrating our first anniversary here. Nate was ON it! Taking pictures, telling the history, giving small bits of the Navajo language to us, you name it. If you’re looking for a guide through the canyon who knows his stuff, is funny, can tell a good joke, points out the BEST spots for photos, Nate is your man. ☺️

Among the many canyon tours, this was a spot with both mystery and wonder. The slight tension and mystery as we navigated the narrow canyon gave us a truly unique experience and left us with unforgettable memories. Also, the tour guide Eder who completed this tour! He showed himself as a very professional.

- Lower Antelope Canyon is imo better and more interesting than the Upper,
- It's underground, V shaped - narrow at the bottom where you walk, wider up,
- You enter it at one point, exit at another,
- Series of ladders and uneven terrain which might impact people with reduced mobility,
- Tours are not cheap, but no other way to do them, and believe me worth it,
- Book around the NOON time, MONTHS in advance, as this is the prime time due to sun penetration into the canyon - 3 weeks prior to our tour only the 7AM slot was left,
- Guides are really informative and will help you set up your camera for best pics - tip them,
- Tour lasts less than an hour,
- Gift shop is heavily overpriced.

Our tour guide Jerry C Sr.did an amazing job not only telling us information about the canyon but taking amazing pictures of us all throughout the canyon

A guide comes with you. He told is a lot over the country side and aboyt the Navajo. He took quite a lot of photos of the participants om their own Phone. Lower Antelope Canyon is absolutely worth it

Visiting a slot canyon has been on our bucket list for many years and luckily we found this treasure. We were guided by RJ who answered the group’s many questions and went out of his way to help all of us take the best pictures ( everyone is all set with next year’s Christmas card photo!) This a must see on your travel plans but make sure to request RJ as your guide .. not that Steve fellow!

Our tour guide David was incredible!!!
Lots of great information and personal insights , along with some great jokes ( mostly of the dad variety)!!!!!

Charm was our guide using Dixie’s…..absolutely a perfect day. We were so fortunate to have the services of Charm for this excursion.

Astonishing and breathtaking experience. Competing with the Grand Canyon, even. Worth the extra day of driving. Entry only in an organized form with an Indian guide.

Dixies Lower Antelope Canyon Tour: What a great experience! A little frustrating that masks were still required, but we just went with it and were able to remove them for photos each time. (I’m a nurse and not anti-mask, but I don’t think they’re necessary for outside activities). The whole tour took about an hour from start to finish, although we got there early and had to wait about ½ hour to get started. Note: the inside check-in/waiting area was very nice with A/C and benches to sit on, but there were no flush bathrooms, just port-a-potties on the edge of the parking lot. Our guide was great, he helped us with camera settings on our phone, took lots of pictures, and pointed out specific parts of the canyon. The canyon itself was breathtaking – different around every turn. I said I wasn’t going to take many pictures, but you just can’t stop! There were some very narrow ladders and a few spots to ‘squeeze through’. Make sure you bring a bottle of water per person, it is warm down there. Definitely a ‘bucket list’ item!

I went to Lower Antelope Canyon via Grand Canyon Adventures in Sept 2021, and it was amazing. It was when the canyon had just opened back up for touring (after closing down for months due to covid). After checking in, we were assigned our own Navajo guide (Wila), who took us through the canyon. Though things may be different now, our tour group literally had the canyon to ourselves, not too crowded at all. Wila took us slowly through the canyon, showed us how to change camera settings on our phones, and even took awesome photos for us. The canyon is breathtaking and gorgeous in person. The only is we had to keep our face masks on at all times, even for photos (though this may be different now). However, the photos still came out alright. If I could go back, I’ll def ask for Wila to be my guide again. He was awesome.

We recently completed Dixie’s Lower Antelope Canyon Tour. The beauty of the canyon itself is inspiring as an example of nature’s own art form. Descending to the canyon’s floor was a challenge but well worth it. We had a fantastic time and with a fantastic tour guide, it made our experience even more memorable. Thank you Rose !!!

This is a very beautiful canyon, but the entire experience was like running cattle thru a chute. The place was crowded and slow progress. Many people disregarding the rules because they didn't understand them because they didn't speak English or simply didn't care. This tour made me disgusted with humanity

our guide was amazing (ben b.) super kind and took many pictures of me and my family, really good pictures, showed us many characters you can find, logos, facts! Definitely recommend to come here!!!!

First my understanding is you must have a reservations so we bought our tickets online about a month before our trip. The canyons are located in Navajo nation so the tour is managed by the Navajo nation. Upon arrival we check in and wait for our tour to begin in a spacious area. This is a walking tour from start to finish just over 2 miles. The tour is very well organized and about 8 people per tour guide. Once in the canyon the tour guide is very helpful and our tour guide even help take pictures. We did feel rushed or crowded. The views are simply amazing. I highly recommend this tour.

The best Canyon tour ever! Our guide Ray (of sunshine) was very knowledgeable, helped us get the best pictures, and even took pictures for us. He enjoyed what he was doing and it showed. This canyon is amazing, a must see.

Walking through the canyon was like visiting a gallery. Every angle revealed a beautiful work of art

We had Ben as our guide. Nice guy for info and to joke around with. He pointed out all the photo ops along and even offered to take pictures for you (on Iphone or Andriod) with or without you in them. There are formations here that are spectacular and the crowds were well managed.

This canyon is as spectacular as it seems in the photos! We did the Lower Canyon tour, and it was the highlight of our 10 day South West National Park road-trip. A Must-See for sure!!

Unbelievable! Better than pictures can convey. We will go again!
NOT for people with mobility limitations. There were also 2 children (age 5?) that did not appreciate the beauty and took away from our total experience. Pick a tour company that does not allow children.

Had a great time with our guide Josephine
Very kind showing us how to get amazing photos(IMO) even took my phone to take a few pictures for me
I will be back

Our trip to the lower antelope canyon is breathtakingly beautiful! I would definitely recommend anyone who is visiting US or around the area! Our Guide Andrea was wonderful and very informational. She took so many beautiful pictures for all the ppl in the group and recommended us all the best spot and tricks to take amazing pictures ourselves.

GO!! It’s a must see!!
This slot canyon is stunning!!
Our guide Garrett was great! He helped us take amazing photos and told us a lot about the area and the history of the canyon.
There is a short walk (less than 1/2 mile) to the entrance. There are uneven sand covered floors and quite a few ladders to climb up/down.
It WILL NOT disappoint!!

We did a morning tour 08:30, a stunning place, the walk in the canyon full of Colors, The guide was professional and gave explanations about the formation of the canyon and the history of the tribes theret also helps and takes a selfie for everyone in a professional way, it's a shame that the road to the mall is bumpy, it's worth the money

This canyon is small but so beautifull. You can see a play of light on the walls. This is really increadible! But you should know that you can not go there any moment you want. You should make reservation in advance. We didn't know that and were under risk do not see it at all. It was so uncomfortable situation. We reached there from other state and knew that there is no possibility to visit the canyon today. It was an only option to sit and wait if some people with reservation do not come so it would be a chance for us. We spend more than 3 hours waiting. But we were lucky that day. This tour is short, around 1 hour. You have possibility to make photos.

We recently took a tour of Lower Antelope Canyon and had a great time! The views were amazing, and it was a unique experience. There are a few parts with steep stairs that require some balance / coordination, but it is doable if you just take your time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of fun information on the canyon and the area. The tour itself is about an hour but time flies when you are taking in the magnificent scenery (I wish I could have just sat down there for hours). Definitely book your tickets directly through the company as it is significantly cheaper (you can find links to the hosting companies by a simple google search). Also, be sure to arrive early as they do start their tours promptly. Have fun!

Amazing place. I took a lot of pictures there. It is the wonder of the nature. Next time maybe I will try upper antelope canyon.

My experience on the deluxe tour with Ken’s Tours in Antelope Canyon with Shelby Lynn exceeded my wildest expectations. She is extremely knowledgably about the Navajo culture, history the local geography and the canyon we visited. The canyon was right out of National Geographic. She showed us so many things we would have missed and made it a truly a life changing experience. She made the tour informative and fun. We left on such a high promising ourselves we would return and request Shelby Lynn. In addition, she helped us capture images of the canyon and took pictures of my wife and I that we have put all over our house and shared with our friends. Thank you so much Ken Tours for this incredible experience. We hope to return soon.

Amazingly beautiful. If your in the Grand Canyon or Lake Powell area, a must see. Just 2 hours drive from South rim.

I would recommend the Lowe Antelope Canyon to anyone who loves natural beauty! It is full of it. I would recommend Ken’s tours through the canyon. The Navajo guides share stories of the canyon, best photo stops, what the canyon means in their native belief, and so much more! This canyon is truly unbelievable and I 100% recommend it!

This site is simply unmissable. 🤩
More beautiful, brighter but also less expensive than the Upper Antelope canyon; This is the one you should choose if you only plan to do one of the two...
We booked our visit with Ken's tours and everything went very well... 😁

Amazing experience with our amazing tour guide Alex! Alex is so good at photograph and help us keep a lot of memory! Cheers!

Awesome! Time change is a bit tricky so double check times before you go. Great pics, laid back but fun for the whole family.

Incredible experience. This should be on everyone's bucket list, 100%. Our guide Carmelita was amazing and her camera skills ensured we have great photos to look back on. The colours and shapes were stunning. Worth the money in every way.

This tour was amazing, the guide took us pictures and was very knowledgeable. We went late and the company adjusted our timing.

Robert Bluelake is awesome! He is our guide during the trip and he is super funny. As a guide, he’s professional in providing background knowledge, helping to take awesome pictures, enthusiastic introductions. Awesome!

Amazing Views. Excellent service from our tour guide Benny from CTours who picked us up at Excalibur at Las Vegas, got us lunch and took care of our comfort for the 10 hour roundtrip ride. He was great and entertaining. The lower antelope canyon is such wonder with all this rock formation. The tour guide there, Derrick was amazing as well. We then went to horshoe bend, another stunning scenic views and a bonus stop at the Powell Dam/Bridge. All in all a wonderful
Experience.

Gene our tour guide was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and become our personal photographer. My entire family enjoyed this tour and we would recommend to everyone! It was the highlight of our Arizona vacation.

Highly recommend this tour!!! It is breathtaking and the photos are amazing! Our tour guide Bernard with Dixie tours was fantastic. He was so helpful with ensuring we got the best pictures with our phones and even took several pictures for and of us. If you are on the fence for this tour, DEFINITELY DO IT!! You will not be disappointed!! Thanks Dixie Tours and Bernard for a great time!

Beautiful color. Only downside visits a bit at the pace , the guide must move the group forward. Tour with vertiginous stairs at the start, so not within everyone's reach

The colors were unbelievably beautiful. The tour guide was informative and funny. Yes it was a busy place, but we felt like we had enough time to look around while we walked through the canyon. If you’re looking for a quieter experience, I would recommend Waterhole Canyon. We did both tours and they were different enough to really complement each other.

On our week long road trip in AZ, my husband and I took a tour of lower Antelope Canyon. Our guide was Nadine. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the canyon, she helped everyone with taking great photos. She also took some breathtaking photos of each group or couple. Overall, we feel that this tour was our favorite. I recommend anyone in Page AZ take the tour. Nadine is a great asset to Dixie Antelope Tour Company.

If you go to Page, Arizona, you must vist Antelope Canyon. It is a natural place. I think lower Antelope Canyon is more interesting than upper Antelope Canyon.

We had Quetta as our tour guide. Nice and excellent tour guide for info and she recommended places to see in Arizona and Utah. She pointed out all the photo ops and how to capture the perfect color of the canyon.
Along and even offered to take pictures for you. She shared her culture as part of the Navajo Tribe with us. Also showed videos and pictures of her different situation tours like for evacuation ( which they are trained) and magazines featuring the lower antelope. It was a great experience, even though it was like 90 degrees for a 9 am tour, which I recommend doing early in the morning because the sun hits differently in the photos.

We booked through Dixie's Lower Antelope Canyon Tours and had a fabulous experience from top to bottom (literally). The parking is only a short walk from the canyon entrance, and parking is free. Our tour guide was a young man named Ryan, and he exceeded our expectations! Ryan was knowledgeable, and he made sure to help everybody get the best pictures possible. He definitely knows what he is doing, and he made the tour exceptionally memorable. There are multiple stairs to climb in the lower canyon, but as long as you don't have bad knees or trouble walking, it's quite doable. My husband who is 72 and in good health didn't have any issues...but if someone does have mobility issues, then it's probably wiser to tour Upper Antelope Canyon. The upper canyon is best known for its light beams (plus it costs more), and the lower canyon is best known for its colors. Either way, the canyons are similar and if you wanted to see them both in a single day, you could schedule it that way as long as you make your arrangements enough in advance. Whichever canyon you visit, this is an incredible experience that should NOT be missed! Pray for good weather because the tour will likely be cancelled if it's raining (due to the risk of falling and/or flash floods).

Do not book through Tripadvisor. Received NO support with minor time change when tour (Ken's Tours) was ok with it. Poor customer service.

This tour was absolutely worth it and incredible to see. Highly recommend doing this and taking it. Well worth every penny!

we booked the visit to the lower (in my opinion the more beautiful of the two), months in advance with one of the two operators who carry out the visit (in competition but brother and sister I think).
The visit, essentially accessible to everyone (paying attention to the slightly steep stairs at the start of the tour), is astonishing for the play of light that is created, and I think that no photograph can convey the beauty of the place. To try...

This tour was absolutely A.W.E.S.O.M.E!
Thank youuuu Rose for your great service checking us in! Our tour guide Arlondo was excellent too!

The lower canyon is the best of the two Antelope options. Go at mid-morning for best light. Lots of people here, so be prepared to be herded through. Go in early spring or late fall for better temperatures and fewer people. There are two tour companies that must be used, as the canyon is on Navajo land

Of the 3 different Antelope Canyons I've experienced, Upper, Lower, and X, Lower is my favorite. It's longer and has more cave like descents and accents

Wonderful tour guide through the canyon (Lydell). Breathtaking sights. Our guide not only gave historical information but also helped us get the best photos in the right places.

Do NOT book thru lowercanyon.com. We booked a tour involving the lower canyon/prime time, horseshoe bend and glen canyon dam tour. It totaled over $500 for myself and my 2 kids. We were told the driver would pick us up from our hotel between 1030-1040 am. I messaged night before and morning of to confirm. By 11 am, no one had picked us up. I called them, and the driver seemed caught off guard, asked to call us back. Then he called back and said someone should have called us, but the tour was cancelled for the day bc lower canyon was closed. We did not find this out until after 11 am. BY the time it was confirmed, and we drove around to other companies offering tours of upper canyon, side canyons, they were all full with other tourists who had been informed early that AM the canyon was closed and were able to secure other tours--we were way too late and despite driving around for 1.5 hours, no one had any openings and we were unable to tour the canyon that day. I have yet to receive a refund. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this company, their organization, communication, and regard for their customers time.

Nathanial was a fantastic guide. He was friendly and knowledgeable in both the history and the canyon itself. He was extremely helpful with helping us get the best shots.

Had a wonderful trip through Antelope Canyon and was simply stunned by the beauty hidden just beneath the surface. Our guide Marquetta / "Kita" was great - knowledgeable about the canyon, good with our kids and also knew how to get the best out of our cameras to make sure we came away with pictures that matched our memories.

Our guide -Eder- was funny - knowledgeable - so very helpful with photos. He had wonderful stories and the tour was amazing. Highly recommend

We were so lucky to be recommended by a friend. Never expect such a hidden treasure! The guides are experienced, passionate, well trained. Paying guided tour is worth every single cent.

We arrived early and were allowed to join earlier group. Our guide, Nolan James Was FABULOUS; pointing out so many intricate visuals, taking pictures of us in the canyon, showing us how to take pics for special areas. So friendly and professional. Thank you Nolan for a spectacular tour!

The lower antelope was a real surprise.
Practically you enter the land through a crack and there is a path that is sometimes narrow and narrow, but still passable, which offers views and emotions.
It is managed by the reserve. Navajo very good with precision in activities.
Absolutely worth seeing

the tour started on time and the canyon is very impressive but the tour organizer Dixie's is just disorganized. Dixie's let a man who is apparently badly on foot into the canyon. The man couldn't even walk on sand and the canyon is full of stairs. At the fourth staircase (the first one that went up) the man couldn't go any further because of his leg. He was stuck on the stairs. We had to wait for 15 minutes which we all thought was okay. After 15 minutes the tour guide told us to go on and catch up with the next group. In the end, we had to walk through the whole canyon alone without a guide, got no compensation or apology. We only got two free pictures we could have done by ourselves. We had to pay the whole price for a tour without a guide. A poor performance that Dixie's is not able to provide a replacement guide or compensation. It's way overpriced and it is not worth the price.

Incredible experience and a photographers dream. Our guide was lovely and helped get some great photos. Make sure you try and book direct well in advance rather than get skelped for the third party sellers on Tripadvisor. Hey, Tripadvisor...what are you going to do about selling $55 tickets for over $80?

Cody aka (the forgotten one) as he would say, was amazing. He knew all the photo spots, he was authentic about who he was, shared about his life, and kept every one involved.. I think I took this tour 6months ago and it’s still fresh in my mind. Beautiful. 100% worth the drive out of the way from the Grand Canyon or wherever you visited to go see.

It's truly amazing that the rain water rushing off the mesas would carve such beautiful paths and formations in the sandstone over the years. The fact that the sandstone is various shades of red from the iron content makes it even more special. This tour was fantastic in every way. Ray Herder was a great guide. He shared some very good tips about how to get the best pictures with our phones and cameras, he pointed out several unique formations in the sandstone, he took lots of pictures of everyone in his group, and he told fun stories, including how his Father used to rappel into the canyon with his friends when he was a teenager. The pace of the tour was just right, and the groups are staggered so that it doesn't feel like there's a crowd in the canyon. Ken's Tours also has a very nice gift shop to browse before and/or after the tour. I highly recommend Ken's Tours at Lower Antelope Canyon for a unique, fascinating, and fun experience.

Tylen was a great guide, showing us interesting things ( such as "this hole was created by a flash flood") and showing us the beautiful lower antelope canyon. He had a dry sense of humor which was fun. He helped us get the angles for beautiful photos and emphasized our safety. We had to hurry the last few minutes as flash flood warning had come out but I felt safe with him guiding us. I highly recommend this excursion!

Absolutely magnificent! Must go!
I read a lot of reviews and learned a good tour guide would make your experience dramatically different. Yes, we are lucky to have Lydell Lane, from Dixie, be our tour guide who is definitely the best. He does not just know the best photography spots and even shows us all the best tricks on how to use our smartphones to produce the best amazing pictures. We sincerely recommend him to anyone! Ask for him when you book the tour!

Purchased tickets weeks before tour. Upon arrival weather started to turn bad. Heard thunder, guide said we will be fine. At the bottom of the 90 foot staircase the sky opened up. Canyon started flooding, people screaming, rushing water cascading down canyon guides trying their best to evacuate everyone. Fortunately made it out but after forging through rushing water mixed with sand and rocks our group stood, soaked completely through, covered with wet sand. Completely covered: hair, pockets even in our ears. Kens tours quickly closed the tour building containing the snack bar and gift shop so we had no where to go but our cars. No refund or anything. Just get, go. Never trust them.

Arrived early for our tour and we were able to move our assigned time up earlier. Very nice people to deal with at the front admissions desk. Our tour guide was Trinni G. and she was so good. Provided lots of information on the canyon and the Navajo Nation! She took a lot of pictures with our camera for us and also taught us a lot about taking photos with our phone! This tour has been on our bucket list for at least a decade, finally made it and it did not disappoint! Recommend to everyone, nature displaying its finest!

Loved it! Breathtaking colors and images. Tricky movement and steep stairs. Guide helpful and I loved being with the guests from other countries.

Did the lower Antelope Slot Canyon today with our guide Charm. She was fantastic! Took the time to take pictures, gave us a history lesson on the canyon. She was great and so was the whole experience!! A must see!!

Truly a magical experience. Each turn in the canyon is so beautiful and unexpected. Our tour guide Jo was fantastic and helped us take some incredible pictures.
Despite what seems like a lot people going in at the same time, the way the caverns weave around, you feel like you have the place nearly to yourself. Totally recommend the drive to this location, it is worth it.

Great tour; amazing structure. Tours are required to go and you must book many months in advance. The tour guides are great and will take plenty of pictures with your camera.

I have to say that often well-known spots don't live up to your expectations but that was not the case here. The canyon was even more beautiful and amazing than I had expected. The colors and formation of the canyon walls was unreal. And even my husband, who doesn't like manufactured experiences, was impressed. We booked through Dixie Tours and our guide was great. They do a great job of keeping the groups spaced out so that we felt like we were down in the canyon all alone. We had a guide for our group of 8.

We visited it staying at Page on our car tour of the parks. To be booked well in advance. There are many options to book online, even at different prices, but the tour is always the same for everyone. The best time for the visit was our doubt. We booked for 10am and did not regret it. Meanwhile, we chose the morning after reading that in the afternoon there are more chances of thunderstorms and visits are suspended for safety. I remember going down stairs into a narrow canyon and below ground level. For the famous light beams, we saw them at the end of the hike (in all it lasts about 1 hour), but in my opinion the best colors in the walls of the canyon are seen before the sun comes vertically. So in the morning, at various hours, in my opinion. remains the best option. You must be at the canyon ticket office at least 15 minutes before the booked time. Then you wait for the guide who, in groups of 15-20 people, leads in less than 10 minutes walk to the entrance of the canyon. The colors of the walls, due to light reflections are incredible, especially in the first stretch. You can't carry backpacks and baby carriers, so you need pockets to store things.

We were given a tour by a young Navajo lady. She was incredibly knowledgeable and also took our smartphones and took the most amazing photos for us. She also gave us some of the interesting histories, showing us where the locals had parties in The Canyon in the '70s and the bullet holes! From when they all got drunk and started firing rifles!

Had a great time on the Pink Jeep Tour. our guide Jonathan was excellent! The only issue was we couldn’t hear most of what he was saying…no fault of his.

A wonderful experience. The guide, Mr. RJ BlueLake was extremely knowledgeable, happy to share detailed information, and even offered helpful camera and photography tips. Very friendly and approachable.

Page, AZ offers a lot to do and Lower Antelope Canyon is a fantastic stop. We combined this stop with Horseshoe Bend & Geln Canyon Dam.

My friend and I truly enjoyed our tour of the Lower Antelope Canyon. Brandon L. Did a very good job leading our group and of course taking photos throughout the tour. Antelope Canyon it self is very beautiful and is a must see!!

This was one of our favorite adventure excursions while traveling through Arizona. Get Your Guide tours was great. There are steep ladders down into the canyon, but if you go slow, anyone could do this. The guide took us through with enough time to explore and hear history and take some just amazing pictures. Each turn with the way the sun shines or the clouds pass give a different shading of rock and sky. It is like being in the ocean but you are under the ground in the caves. Something to absolutely get on your list to explore and experience. Was nothing like nothing else we have ever done or seen. A must do! Cafe, restrooms and gift shops here. Needed reservations. When we were here, as Indian reservation land, masks still required. They didn't have them to sell so we needed to leave and come back.

Spend the money, it's totally worth it! Much better then anticipated. Our guide Gabi was super nice, informative and fun! Thanks so much for one of the best adventures ever!

Excellent tour. Our guide, Andrea, was awesome with information and helping us with photographing special areas. We are so glad we went on the lower tour which is underground. We just couldn’t have been more impressed and satisfied with our experience.

Traveling from El Paso, TX the road trip was so worth it! My husband and I really enjoyed the experience in the Lower Antelope Canyon tour by Gabi. We totally recommend putting this destination on you bucket list.

Sarah our tour guide is friendly , concern and accommodating. Lala our driver is very good as well, smooth driving going and back. Comfortable trip

We booked with Dineh Tours. A Navajo man owns and operates the business. The tour through the canyon is with another guide who was also a Navajo man, so all information shared with us seemed authentic and sincere. The canyon is beyond description, breathtaking, amazing and spiritual. Be sure to have a decent camera and enjoy.

The best experience ever. Big shoutout to the tour guy, Brian Smallcanyon for making it a Unique experience for our family.

Excellent tour, maestro photographer! Ben shared his Hopi Indian heritage and made the tour truly special. The canyon itself is spectacular!

The view is amazing. Can’t be seen anywhere else.
7 people are set in a group leading by a tour guide. Our tour guide Josephine Watson was really enthusiastic and professional at photography. She helped taking many gorgeous photos.

I’ve never seen a more beautiful place! Lower Antelope Canyon is known for its narrow, winding passageways and stunning red sandstone formations, carved over thousands of years by water and wind. Our guide from Ken’s Tour made the visit both fun and informative. He even demonstrated how the canyon was formed using sand, which was fascinating. The tour lasts about an hour, with plenty of incredible spots to explore and take photos. Tickets range from $80 to $90 per person, depending on the season and availability. Definitely worth it for anyone wanting to experience the beauty of this natural wonder!

Absolutely a must to visit here. Incredible view for pictures! Interesting to learn how this is form. Go with a knowledgeable guide and you will be rewarded with an incredible experience and memorable pictures to take home.

As part of our road trip we ended up in Page. The town itself is not much but... what a beautiful nature they have there!!!
Lower Antelope Canyon is a hidden gem: literally hidden. You don’t see anything of it until you get there: you descend about 20 meters into the canyon and then you find a wealth of otherworldly nattur splendour after every turn! No wonder some of the most famous and expensive National Geografic photos were taken here.
Everything is well (and tightly) arranged and you will be guided in a small group mostly by natives.
These guides are there to make sure tourists keep a low profile but give good explanations and also point out the best photo spots (of course also to earn the tip, although the entry tickets are already expensive).
The canyon is not large and is therefore really doable.
Highly recommended for nature lovers!!

We loved touring Lower Antelope Canyon with Dixie Hills Tours! We went during mid February and it was not crowded at all. It is a long tour and had many interesting shapes and beauty. Our tour guide Jarrin, was awesome! Genuinely funny, and very informative. We learn lots about these marvelous formations and the Navajo tribe. He pointed out many things we wouldn't have noticed on our own and took many amazing pictures for us. I was taking lots of pictures and never felt rushed out. We highly recommend seeing Lower Antelope Canyon with Dixie Hills!

There is literally not enough I can say about how absolutely brilliant this tour was. My husband and I went in January when there were still a number of COVID precautions in place, but that also meant our group only had seven people plus our tour guide, Stacy. This meant that we felt like we were in the canyon by ourselves! Stacy was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did she point out different features to us, she also took our phones to take the perfect pictures of what she was trying to show us. She also stopped and gave us so many photo ops to get pictures of just the two of us amongst these absolutely stunning features. She told us about the culture of her tribe, which was fascinating and beautiful. I just cannot say enough about the experience. It was very cold (our tour was at 10:30 am in the middle of January), but it was worth every second. We were fortunate to see the lower canyon right after touring the upper canyon, too, so it was amazing to compare the two as well. This had always been somewhere I had wanted to see, and it will hold the number one spot in my book for a long time to come.

Dixies Ellis company -Lower Antelope Canyon Tour: Donny was our guide wonderful explanation about the Canyon and provided amazing opportunity for photos.
AMAZING experience!!!

We were driven in a comfortable van over bumpy dunes to arrive at Lower Antelope Canyon. Our guide was great in her explanation of the history and evolution of the canyon. I would recommend coming later in the season so that the sun would illuminate the rocks, however, the pictures we took were still excellent.

Tracy, thank you for your sweet nature and wealth of knowledge about the canyon. We enjoyed our tour immensely and our pictures are incredible!
We recommend this tour to anyone.

Lower Antelope was our favorite! We took our tour with Carson and he was fantastic, took family pics, and played us a beautiful melody on his flute. The Lower Antelope is longer, easier to get walk-in tickets, and the sky views are amazing.

Our group of 7 thought this was one of the prettiest things they’ve seen! It was magical! You have to climb up and down stairs- some steep but not hard. We did the 12pm tour.

Caleb was our guide and he did an excellent job. He helped us or took the most amazing pictures. I would recommend them to all.

We are so glad we had this tour booked with the Dixie Ellis group. Our tour guide was the lovely Charm. We had about 9 people in our group. Everyone but us was from another country, which shows how much of a draw this place is.
We walked from the building to the cave entrance, about a 5 minute or so walk through the sand. The steps down into the canyon was easy to navigate. One set was steep, and it was recommended to go down backwards.
Charm was excellent at pointing out things we should see along the way. Some areas are narrow and there are changes of elevation throughout, meaning a few more ladder steps.
They tell you if you have any problems to let them know. Though it was early morning, my husband had not had anything to eat and little to drink. At one point, Charm had him sit down. The tour leader ahead of us dropped back to help our group. Anyone from our group could go with her or stay back with Charm. We hung around that area for a little while so that my husband could get more to drink and eat a little (energy bar in his pocket). There was never any rush, yet others were also not held back.
The views are so stunning and worth the trip. I would suggest if you go in the summer to go early. It does get warm in the canyon. Bring water! Eat before you go. I felt the most challenging part was getting out, but we made it!

We did DLAT today based on others reviews and it was amazing. I have never seen formations like this before and did not really know what to expect. It was a bit crowded and chaotic at first as we descended the stairs into the canyon but the people slowly spread out and it was a more intimate and positive experience. Our guide, Preston, was very patient and helpful with camera settings and taking individual photos of our group. Amazing 90 minutes, thank you Preston and Dixie.

We have paid $50 per person for 60 min of effective visit.
The place is fantastic, even better than Upper Antelope.
The guide (Jerry C Sr.) was professional.
He took our phones to take photos. It would have been nice to show us how to do it from time to time. At one point, it was boring to take a pause every 30sec.
We received no geological information during the tour.

As the canyon is only accessible by guided tour, we booked a late morning "hike" . A group, currently limited to 10 people just small enough to be able to enjoy unobstructed views and listen to the excellent narrative of our guide, who was also an expert in foto shoots with the i-phones of our group, resulting in excellent memories caught on the devices.
The tour is not cheap, but absolutely worth it

We were all in awe of Lower Antelope Canyon. Cody T. was our guide. Cody is very knowledgeable about the canyon, history, best photo ops, etc. This is a must see place. Breathtaking!

This was a real bucket list trip for us and we LOVED it. We booked with Ken’s Tours and were very lucky to have Jonas as our guide, he was very knowledgeable and entertaining and really helpful with our photos, showing us the best places and pointing out shapes and “creatures” in the canyon walls. Thank you!!

Xavier Y. was truly amazing! He helped us capture the beauty of the canyon with our phone camera. It was our 4th visit with Ken's Tours and we'll continue to bring family and friends to enjoy this experience.

Absolutely stunning….our guide Kary with Dixie’s at lower Antelope was great. I have been many places in the world and this is one of the most magical

The guide at Ken's Tour was excellent. He took beautiful picture with out camera. The one negative is we are outdoors, in the heat, yet we had to keep the masks on.

Did a tour through Papillon from Vegas via air. Loved the whole experience. Just enough time for both Lower Antelope and Horseshoe Bend and then back to the city for dinner and evening activities. Beautiful tour. So glad we got to see this remarkable landscape!

This is a must see! Words and pictures cannot describe the beauty of this place! Absolutely amazing-our tour guide Andraya made the experience even better sharing her wealth of knowledge with us. Please request her as your tour guide you will not be disappointed. She showed us exactly where to take the best photos and shared a lot about the Navajo culture. So glad we took this trip😊

When you drive up to the business you think that they must bus you to the canyon but you walk out the back and then walk to the lower section.
This is one of the best canyons I have been to and the guides are awesome telling you where to get the best pictures. The guides also make sure to get your group pictures and they explain things very good.
You need to be in good shape to do the lower canyon as there is a lot of stairs going up and down.

Amazing experience! Our guide was Willa and he was amazing. Helped us take so many family photos and took the wallpaper photos for us.
Very patient and knowledgeable. We were so happy and already took maybe 20 photos when he informed us we were 10% done. Wow!

Great experience with Tyler! The canyon was beautiful, your eyes will appreciate so much natural beauty. I highly recommend it!

Kevin was an outstanding tour guide.
He shared so many historical facts, insights and preparations how to navigate inside the canyons. We were expecting a tour guide but got so much more, he was our photographer, knew every angle, additional things to do to many our photos more unbelievable, pointed out shapes in the canyons. We highly recommend this canyon and taking a tour with Kevin, he is sent from heaven. Rose was very helpful in creating our very last minute reservation.

Lower antelope canyon was an absolutely amazing experience. It was beautiful every step of the way. It was incredible how rock can be carved and shaped by ancient water flow. And we had the perfect tour guide. Rj and his passion for what he does made the experience perfect

Our tour guide mikayla and the whole team went above and beyond for my special needs daughter and my mother. They made a dream come true for me and my daughter who could have never been able to do that without all these wonderful people. 10000000% recommend. Thank you Dixie tours ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Jarrin was our guide. He was fabulous! He took pictures for us, which freed us up to enjoy the canyon. Thanks so much!

We did this slot canyon tour thru KENS TOURS…had an amazing guide, Francis. We did the deluxe tour so our group of three was just perfect for getting all the photos we could possibly need. The Lower Canyon is majestic and jaw dropping beautiful. To think that is all natural beauty, is hard to comprehend. As we walked thru the canyon floor and looked up at the swirling colors of natural beauty. One of the most beautiful places we have taken a tour of. I recommend going early to avoid huge crowds down there. Ladders and stairs to climb but very secure. Our guide took many pictures of us and showed us how our phone could capture the beauty of the canyon….would do it again in a heartbeat.

This was one of the best places we have visited. We opted for the DELUXE Tour and it was well worth it as we were a small group and recieved personal attention throughout our tour. From the greeting upon arrival by Iliana, to our wonderful guide, Cody, who not only told us the history of the canyon but provided his expert advice on setting our cameras for utmost success in taking photos... The tour ended with a traditional Navajo Taco lunch. It was altogether a fabulous experience! (Note that this tour is not for everyone as there are many stairs and narrow passages). But, if you are able to, visit Lower Antelope Canyon for sure!!

One the most beautiful trips in my life, once you're there, it seems like other planet, each structure is like a sculpture. The tour isn't short and the service, guides and infrastructure are awesome. This trip is a must if you visit the Grand Canyon.

Kevin, with Dixie's Lower Antelope Canyon Tours, was a fantastic guide for our tour. He gave so many interesting details all along the tour. He took pictures of us with our cell phones and showed us how to get the best photos with our cell phone during the tour. The hoop dance prior to our tour was excellent as well. We highly recommend Dixie's tour from Page AZ.

It’s an amazing place and we loved it. Despite our experience with the tour guide Shelby, she was rushing us all the time. We did not learn much about the place and felt the tour guide just wanted to finish as quick as possible, not friendly at all.
We would recommend the place but not the tour guide. We bumped into the tour guide in front of us (from other group) who explained a few interesting facts about the place.

Book your tour with Ken's tours the guides are great they will pass on all the knowledge and the history of the canyon, they will assist you in getting the best photos and keep you safe

There are no words to describe the experience of going into this slot canyon. Our guide, Gabby, complemented the experience with information about the Navajo culture and even played her flute for us as we stood in awe of this canyon. No pictures, words, light or color can describe the feeling of being in this magical world. It truly is a must see it to believe it.

Lower Antelope Canyon was amazing. The visit took about 45min. Our tour guide, Davison Fuller, was very kind, took pictures from our group and showed us the best spots to take pictures. He explained really simply the emergence of canyon.

We had an incredible experience with Dixie tours and the TJ all day tour! First we had an incredible tour with Melenay in the lower antelope canyon then we spent the day with Shannon exploring Navajo Monument and Monument Valley

We booked a tour to visit the Lower Antelope Canyon and the views were amazing. One of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. This is a must see place. Our guide was super helpful with taking pictures. I recommend this place for everyone to visit.

Absolutely stunning! I'd suggest maybe going as early as you can in the morning to avoid the heat. We did an 11:45a tour and it was pretty hot at the start of the tour and was fine once we were down in the canyons. Only con is that you cannot bring a small bag or fanny pack so you have to hold your water bottle, camera, phone, etc. Wear shorts/pants with pockets!!! The real MVP was RJ our tour guide. Super positive and friendly and made our tour well worth it. He was such a great camera man with your iphone too!! He knew so many tricks and was more than happy to snap a bunch of photos for everyone. Be sure to tip your hardworking tour guides! I definitely want to come back to tour the upper next time I visit Lake Powell. These canyons are just STUNNING.

Please don’t second guess, and just book the tour. The slot canyons are beautiful and breathtaking. We booked our reservation through Ken’s Tour. Our tour guide Lydlle and he was very knowledgeable, took great photos and showed us what settings we needed on our phones. One of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen!

I highly recommend the Deluxe tour by Ken's. You would pay a higher price but it's totally worth it. We got lucky and there was only 4 in our group tour. I believe the max group size for the Deluxe tour is 6-8 people. We were able to take photos without many other people around us. Also, our tour guide was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, knew all the good camera angles, and also helped us take photos. He even allowed us to take off our face masks off while taking pictures. At the end of the tour, we were gifted with a taco meal, iced tea, post card, and a dream cather!

Max, our tour guide was amazing! He knew all the best pictures spots. His knowledge of the canyon was very informative!
I recommend this tour highly!

It was one of our wish destinations! We loved the experience. You have to book your ticket in advance and they are a little expensive, but it's worth it.
We are led by a guide with a group of 10 people. The tour lasts approximately 60 minutes...

Myself and my wife visited Page for the first time in Oct 22.
We booked a trip to Lower Antelope Canyon and what a great time we had.
The site is really easy to find from Page and only takes about 15 minutes of driving.
The staff were really helpful and were always there to help.
Our guide was a local and very knowledgable about the area and her Navaho culture. She guided us down into the canyon always looking out for us as well as imparting great knowledge.
The views of the canyon were absolutely mind blowing with the variety of colour and shades of light. Our guide even took some photo's for us on our own phones and they were AMAZING.
This is a once in a lifetime trip and it didn't disappoint - you definately need to see this!!!
On this trip we also went to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley etc.. and this was the best of all.

We did upper and lower, both have their own beauty in the canyons. The lower canyon has lots of stairs going to it and throughout the canyon. it is narrow, but beautiful! The guide was average in the lower canyon.

Thank you Kevin S. With Dixie antelope canyon tours. This was our first canyon tour ever and you made the experience worth while.

Truly loved this location... our tour guide Jessica was fabulous, very informative, attentive... showed us the different shots as well as taking some of them for us...

Did the Lower Antelope tour on a Saturday morning and it was phenomenal. Our guide was Eder with Dixie's tours and he was absolutely the BEST! I would highly recommend this tour.

Colby Thompson was a fantastic guide, helped us capture some amazing photos. The canyon was breathtaking.

Lower Antelope Canyon is undeniably breathtaking, but it’s important to go in with realistic expectations. The site is EXTREMLEY crowded, with tour groups of 10–15 people moving through almost non-stop. We felt rushed with little time to fully take it in.
Our guide was friendly but seemed more focused on earning tips than providing meaningful Navajo insights. Given the high cost and volume of visitors, you’d also expect better upkeep—especially of the restrooms, which were in poor condition during our tour.
Think of it more as a bucket-list photo op than any kind of an educational or spiritual experience. Also, be sure to double-check your tour time—while Arizona doesn’t observe Daylight Saving Time, the Navajo Nation does.

We decided to visit Lower Antelope Canyon with a guided tour; if I remember correctly we paid about 180€ for two people for an hour and a half.
It is not possible to visit it alone but only with a guide and it is necessary to book the visit.
We used Get your Guide for booking and the time that is shown is the presentation time, you need to check in at a counter and then later tell you the time when the tour will depart which will probably be after about an hour.
If someone does not show up you can be placed on a tour earlier.
The tours are all in English as most of the guides are Navajo.
In order to make the visit you can not wear backpacks, baby carriers etc. and it is actually so as in many places it is too tight; it is recommended to bring water.
I do not recommend to those suffering from vertigo as there are points where the stairs are very narrow and overhanging!
I recommend this spectacle of nature, special lights and shadows make you fall in love with this place, despite being very touristy and in August there was the world!
The presence of snakes or other reptiles is possible.

This is a must see experience!! We toured through Dixie Ellis and had Cody as our tour guide. He showed us how to use features on our phones to take amazing pictures and took some incredible ones of us. We learned so much. This is on the Navajo Nation and you do have to wear a mask the entire time. You cannot bring any bags but can bring water bottles or refillable bottles. It is a short walk into the canyon through sand and a little over 100 steps and narrow walkways in the canyon. Would recommend this a million times over!! Go early in the summer months as it will be hot!

Absolutely amazing well worth the trip.
Recommend Shun'Diin Canyon Tours if your planning to make a trip to see in person.

Our guide Logan was very friendly and attentive! Beautiful visit to Antelooe Canyon with Dixie’s tour

This time, I splurged and went to three places, Upper, Lower, and X.
The tour started at 10am in early August, so I had given up on seeing the beam, but I was able to see it in the second half. He said that it was lucky to be able to see it on a tour at this time. He said that at this time of year, if it's clear, you have a good chance of seeing it if you go after 11am or 12pm.
This time, I went to three places, Upper, Lower, and X, but personally I recommend X and Lower. They're cheap and the distance is long. The Upper is popular, but there are a lot of people and it's more expensive than the other places.
Unlike the Upper, you go down underground, so it feels like an adventure.
If you're worried about your legs and back, I recommend the Upper or X. The Lower has some pretty steep stairs.
But it's worth seeing everywhere, so it's a good idea to plan your trip according to your schedule and time.
The guide said that if you use Vivid (warm) on your iPhone, you can take beautiful photos.

We chose Dixie's lower antelope. The site is sumptuous, but very poorly organized, with too many people, despite reserved time slots and “organizers” who put pressure on you to move forward quickly, even threatening to cancel the tour if the pace does not keep up. For a 1 hour visit, in reality only 15 minutes are spent walking in this small canyon. At $280 for a family of 5 and in view of the services offered, we advise against it, especially as many wonders are accessible free of charge and nearby in this magnificent country. The photo summarizes the traffic jam that awaits you.

Amazing! Mike was an amazing tour guide/photographer. He was totally cool and showed us all about taking pics with filters. We have the most amazing photos even with an afternoon time slot.

Few fates have left me so out of play.
It is an almost surreal natural sight: red sandstone rock formations sculpted by centuries of erosion caused by water and wind.
Raconets.

Absolutely stunning! Our guide, Jerry (Ken's Tours) was informative, funny, easy to chat with and willing to answer questions. He was very thoughtful and took the time to take photos of individuals. I highly recommend this tour - it's like experiencing another world and gave me a deeper appreciation of the Navajo Nation.

This is our second time going to this amazing place and I would go again!! This is a MUST see! Our tour guide was Carmelita who was awesome!! She explained everything about the Canyon and even took our picture for us!!! FANTASTIC guide!!!

Thank you Tylen. You are very professional and our family really enjoy your tour. We learned a lot today. All the information you had given us are very interesting.

Our Navajo guides were excellent in their knowledge of the canyon and also their expertise in helping us get the best pictures with our cameras and cell phones! Wonderful place to visit!

Great family hike. Very easy. Check-in early and no bags. I would recommend this to everyone. If you are at Bryce Canyon, this is a must.

This place is amazing. It’s a must to experience this adventure especially with a guide like Clinton he is very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. He made it so much fun and he is also a great photographer he helped his group get some really good pictures down in the Cayon. If I could I would give him 10 stars. Make sure you request him as a guide.

Our guide was very nice and helpful with pictures. I would have liked a lot more information about the formation, discovery and history of the canyons. Basically, it was just Insta pics for the kids.

This canyon was amazing, definitely worth seeing however I did feel I was on a conveyer belt. There is not much information give about the canyon, but then again you are overwhelmed by the rock formations and probably would not pay attention.
Short walk to the canyon entrance then you descend down step steps. The guide will help you take good photos, they know the correct settings. It’s odd, you can’t take a GoPro but you can film on your phone or camera; not sure of the reasons for that rule. Ticket for two was $136, then you are expected to tip your guide and most people were giving $10, so overall not at all cheap.
Was it good value no.
However it is a must see attraction so you have no option but to pay.
We went with Dixie’s tours, from what I can see I do not think there is much difference between the tour companies.
They ask you to be there 3/4 hours before the tour. In our opinion there is no need we did as requested and hung around for 3/4 hour. If I was to do it again I would get there 15 minutes before.

Amazing! Thankfully Navajo who gave us permission to visit this canyon. Thank You Xavier who guided us through the canyon. He helped us with settings on the camera, showed pictures and videos from happenings that took place earlier in the canyon and took pictures of us. Xavier You are really professional and we felt very lucky to have especially you as our guide. Thank You so much !
We strongly recommend to visit the Antelope canyon through Ken's Tours.
Best regards
Family of five who were guided 29th of June 10:30 AM

Shout out to our guide, Ana! She was awesome (friendly and seriously about photos). I'd 100% recommend this tour to people who's looking for an adventure. Maybe a challenge to little kids or older folks.

A little harder to navigate and three times bigger than the Upper! It provides the best photo opportunities. It is an excellent trip for your family and my 11 year old loved this!
Wonderful guide Tracy.
Yesterday May 3rd. We went to a guided by wonderful Tracy tour to the Lower Antelope Canyon.
What an amazing experience that was! Lights and views were unbelievable! Tracy told us the stories and the facts of this place and was sooooo attentive and caring! She carried some peoples water bottle because you have to use your hands walking through the narrow parts. She played us the flute and demonstrated the way this caves were created. It was 15 in the group and we all loved her!
Thank you very much!
