I’d never been to FL until this trip. My husband and I brought our 3mo baby boy for our anniversary and a much needed getaway. We were so relaxed. We lounged by the water, under an umbrella and with all the excitement little man fell asleep to the sounds of the waves. I’ll definitely be back to this little slice of unknown paradise.

The beach was beautiful. The Gulf Islands National Seashore was not crowded.Multiple areas to stop and swim or just enjoy the scenery. There a are no lodging areas or stores. Great for everyone.

Beautiful and pretty low key. Water and beach were pristine. No major lights from street or resorts so you could see a million stars at night. Area needs a good coffee/breakfast spot!

1st visit to Navarre Beach, water & sand is beautiful. Very nice to have life guards on duty for several hours a day.

The beach is very clean. the sand is white and soft. The water was warm and clear. You can see right to the bottom in deep water. Sea life is abundant.

We stopped at the park to use the restroom facility. On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 12 for cleanliness, number of toilets & sinks, functioning door locks, purse hooks, hand soap and paper products including seat covers, toilet paper and paper towels. So many public bathrooms are sadly lacking in completeness.
We enjoyed visiting the Blackhawk Memorial, and walking down to the bridge. We even saw a beautiful blue heron! Got some beautiful photos of the bridge.
On to the beach where we were impressed with plenty of parking, the extensive fishing pier, and the beach access walkways and facilities. The beach was pristine and it being mid-January, rather quiet and peaceful. Most impressive was the Eagle Scout project dedicated to sea turtle safe toys.

We loved the beautiful white sand and turquoise water! The beaches are not crowded if you drive towards Pensacola. We found lots of shells and even a few live crabs.

Navarre Beach is beautiful and very laid back. I will definitely be back soon. Nice people beautiful beach and good food.

La Dolce Vita beach rentals are extremely rude. They start lining the beach at 5am with all their overpriced chairs and umbrellas. When we got our chairs and shade their before them, they attempted to set theirs up in front of us. When asked why they were doing that, I was told simply 2 words, “public beach”. So we moved our chairs and shade up further. So they decided that they would set up around us as close as humanly possible just to make us angry. I hope that people will read this and decide not to rent from them until they start showing courtesy to others. And I was just informed by my friend that the employee just talked with him in a threatening manner when asked why they did what they did.

Can't say enough about Navarre. We absolutely love this beach. So worth it! We could stay forever. We have been coming for years!!

Not worth ANY stars. Unit 505 was old, dirty, gloomy! Century 21 rented it to us. We took one look and called to switch to something else. They did move us, but, and I quote, one of the women at Century 21 Island realty said...”Unit 505 hasn’t been updated since ‘83. When my parents come in from Pittsburg, I won’t let them stay there.” Why would you rent such a dump? We read other reviews AFTER we left that complained of mice, police arrests at the condo and the shopping carts they offer to bring your stuff up with. The view of the beach is awful. 2 out of 3 elevators were working but the smell in them was sickening. The furniture was very very old and rickety. There were water spots on all the wooden furniture. The headboards on the beds weren’t even attached to the beds. The ceiling light in the 2nd bedroom was ripped from the ceiling leaving only one lamp that couldn’t be operated from the switch. The carpet in the main bedroom was thread bare. The bathroom tiles were black with mold and the shower curtains were disgusting. Another woman from Century 21 said “Well, everyone’s tastes are different.” Who on earth has a taste for filth?! I can’t believe that Navarre Towers is standing let alone that anyone stays there. I wish we had taken pictures but we ran screaming from there and never looked back. I hope the other units were better. Boo on you, Century 21 Island View Realty.

This beach is a nice one to bring young children for a day of sand and surf. It is a less crowded beach, so the kids can easily run and have fun without being a nuisance to others! It is also a clean beach. No dogs allowed! My dog doesn’t mind staying back at the house while I go.

Upon arrival it did not meet our expectations of what we had seen in photos when researching the area due to all of the seaweed. Apparently, they experience what they call "June grass" each June and this was an exceptionally bad year for it. Fortunately, by the end of our week there, most of it cleared out and we did get to experience the clear emerald waters which were incredibly beautiful. Once the seaweed cleared up, the water was great for snorkeling and we found lots of shells and sand dollars and even saw a lot of fish.

My favorite beach to visit. We go every year for few years now. If the gulf side is too much there is a sound side that’s better for the kids. But it’s absolutely beautiful.

I have seen many beaches around the world and this has been my favorite so far. The crowds were very small, the water was clear and warm, the shells were plentiful and the place was super clean!

Beach is very clean and safe. Lifeguards on duty. Plenty of fish to see and dolphins. Just beware of jellyfish.

Really a very nice beach with a long pontoon that projects into the sea ($1 entry) but it is really worth it.
Parking is very easy, with shower possible before and/or after

Gorgeous beach that isn’t overly populated or commercialized. We will be back in August to have an end of summer trip

Love, love, love Navarre Beach. It is the ocean/beach without the crowds. Beautiful water/sand. Our stay there was in November. Some parts are like having the beach to yourself.

This is a nice clean beach for families. There are no stores within walking distance though. The beach is very clean.

There has to be a special areas built for moms who breastfeed it was so uncomfortable and I hate using the bathrooms to breastfeed because when I did there was this stranger trying to rush me for her change her kid’s clothes I kept telling her I’m trying to breastfeed my 5 month old son that was terrible experience please build rooms with air conditioning that moms can breastfeed this trip wasn’t enjoyable because it was really hard to find places to breastfeed I had turn on my car to have run just breastfeed my 5 month old son and your pavilion needs to have fans it was extremely hot uncomfortable

We went to Navarre beach this morning arriving about 9. We parked in the paved parking lot in front of rest rooms.
The beach was sparse when we arrived but by noon very crowded. We walked to the fishing pier and got great pics underneath it. We brought drinks w us but there is a ton thumb in long walking distance. There was no place at the beach to purchase drinks.
Also we brought our own chairs but in front of the tall condos I think there is beach service. There is an outdoor rinse off area at the parking lot to use for sand removal.
We love to visit this beach as it is not. Crowded with vendors and such. So natural!

A favorite beach from a native Floridian who has been to almost every beach in Florida. It really is the most relaxing place, just as they boast in their slogan! We visited all areas of this beach. Down the beach to the west of the Pier are hotels, resorts, condos, and further down, townhomes and homes with access points that are free to park and walk across to the gorgeous white sands. The road continues west into Santa Rosa Island and the Gulf Islands National Seashore which then continues to Pensacola Beach. The road was closed in November and December when we visited, but you can access Navarre Beach coming across from Navarre.
The Pier area is in the middle of Navarre Beach with lots of activities on both the Gulf and Bay side of the island with the Sea Turtle Conservation Center and Marine Sanctuary as an added bonus for nature lovers! To the east of the Pier is the Navarre Beach Marine Park that was once a state park and is now managed by Navarre. The area is kept natural with dunes and nature all around. I saw more birds on this area of Navarre Beach than in any other beach in the panhandle.

the beach is great but the weather is brutal. the waters and sand are lovely. Maybe better to go after january. Has to be amazing when warmer

We had a nice visit at the beach! condo was nice but did have a few problems, because of construction above us.

One of our favorite vacation spots. Not too crowded but still offers a variety of things to do for all ages!

Always a pleasant experience to vacation at Navarre Beach!!!!! White sand, water feels great, if you like fishing the pier is the best.

We had three days here and enjoyed every day. Beautiful powder white sand beaches. We were told the surf was a little rougher than normal but it made for great shelling. Found the beach to be clean and the water was so clear we were able to see fish. Not overly crowded and truly enjoyed our time there.

We loved our family vacation on Navarre Beach. We rented a house through VRBO, it was a perfect size and space for this trip. We had nightly dinners that each couple made, we rented a pontoon boat for a half day, everyone loved it. We love the area, were there last year alone with our trailer and got inspired to return inviting our 6 kids, spouses and grandkids. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed their vacation! We would go back yearly as we love that area the best (compared to Destin and beyond). The white sand beaches and the beautiful water was truly amazing. Being ON the beach was the best, we would do it again in a heartbeat!

Water is so beatiiful and the sand on the beach is WHITE. Does not burn your feet. Went just after Memorial Day and it was a little trashed from those who came but the locals were cleaning it. Peaceful and tranquil lsitening to the waves come in.

Sugar white, soft sands....beach is less crowded since must of the beaches are in a wildlife protection area and US air base is too the east so the entire beach is not as developed as other Florida beaches

This is a hidden gem! Nice and quiet! Not a lot of restaurants in the area which keeps it quiet 😋!
Beautiful beaches and great walking!

I loved this beach! Not that busy. Beautiful green color. Little fuzzy green stuff but mostly clear. The water temp is the best here so far. It’s not bath tub warm and actually cools you off when you swim.
I came in search of shells and found a few. Watched people sifting out bigger ones in the water.
I will plan a trip to visit with the family soon!!

Most beautiful beach I have been to. Very clean. Gets a little busy in the afternoon. Sunsets are gorgeous over the water! I will always go back!

The water and beach are beautiful. Fairly quiet, with good shells to be found. The walk in the Pier was amazing! A definite must see- my whole family of 4 have loved this beach

I am retired and all I do is travel and fish. The Pensacola Navarro Beach area is one of my bucket list places to fish. Unfortunately I did not take into consideration the season and the temperature change. So I could not do the deep sea fishing I wanted to do but I enjoyed the area and all of the eateries. The people were very friendly and helpful and I look forward to going back.

One of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been on. It reminds me of the Panama City Beach of my childhood. There are real sand dunes!🤩

We picked Navarre Beach for our family vacation this year and we loved it. The beaches are great, the water is clear and beautiful, and it wasn't cramped packed with people. We found plenty of good restaurants too. The fishing pier is a neat place to go fish or just check out the views . We saw dolphins, sea turtles, and thousands of fish. We will definitely be back soon.

A quick trip over from NOLA. We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoyed the clear water, white sand, and personable feel to the beach. This location is not overly commercialized so it’s pretty low key. We will definitely be back!

White sandy beaches... very quiet most times of the day. If you walk across the pier, you may spot a dolphin or two!

We just moved here and love this beach. It is very clean and the water is great! We go at least 2 to 3 times a week even if it’s after work just to go relax or take a walk.

We stayed here for a week for our family vacation. The weather was great. The water was a little rough. We had double red flags one day and jellyfish the remaining days with yellow flags. The water finally cleared up and we could see the beauty of the clear waters. The beach in front of our house was sloped and somewhat steeper than we were used to. It made it kind of hard to sit in your chair with your feet in the water but I know that can’t be helped. I loved the local feel of the beach and that it wasn’t commercialized. We would like to come back.

This is the worst vacation ever sat in traffic for over 3 hours just trying get food can’t go either way. There’s no food anywhere tried get it at our Resort Portofino and they wouldn’t even take any to go. Stay away from this island & area not a relaxing place at all.

Really enjoyed this beach more so then Pensacola Beach, clean, areas to wash off, & restrooms, lots of parking, everything seemed fairly new. Not crowded at all, & powdery white sand. Unfortunately the water was pretty rough for swimming & enjoying, just a weird weather pattern as of late. It took about 45 minutes to drive from downtown Pensacola, about 25 miles, not so much traffic, just most of the drive is a mix of 35-45-55 mph, driving thru a couple towns, lots of police on the way, watch for speed traps in town.

We are so surprised that this beach is nearly empty at the end of August! We heard it is only crowded in June, July and Spring Break. So we packed our water, our umbrella, and walked down the boardwalk to the most beautiful white sand of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our rental is on the Gulf side, so we had the waves and the gorgeous emerald colors in the water. No dogs are allowed. A life guard patrols in a 4 wheeler or an SUV. The sand is raked by tractors every day near 8 am. Everyone takes their own chairs back to their own boardwalk so they are not raked up. And everyone picks up after themselves! What a concept!

This is by far my favorite beach! The sand is amazing, the water is clear and beautiful. My kids saw Sea Turtles from the Pier. Not overly crowded. Lifeguards are attentive.

The beach was beautiful with its white sand! We rented a house for the week and it was beautiful!! It was quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed hunting for sand crabs at night, paddle boarding, playing in the water and long walks on the beach. It’s a wonderful area to stay and will go back!!!!!!

Natural dunes, sea oats, and pristine uncrowded beaches. But do not drive off the pavement. Let's preserve this natural space.

This is one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. Pure white sand with a perfect texture. Crystal clear blue waters. Rays swimming by our feet in the shallow water and dolphins jumping a bit further out. It is literally paradise.

This is one of the most beautiful beaches that I’ve gone to along the Gulf of Mexico. It has a sugar sand beach that is incredibly clean. There is free parking with incredible pavilions for picnics and events and boardwalks to the beach. The restrooms are clean and convenient. There are lifeguards present and the surf conditions for the day are easily seen. I hope that I can come back to this area again.
The only suggestion that I have is to put trash bins by the end of the boardwalks. I didn’t see much trash, but,....

What a great, relaxing day. Perfect conditions, powder white sand. Lovely pier. Restaurants close by.

My friends and I spent a fabulous week at The Navarre Beach Towers at the Four WInds condo. The condo and location were the best ever! We have already booked a trip there for next summer. The water was emerald green. We were close to several restaurants and the famous Navarre Pier. We walked to the pier everyday and sometimes twice a day. Great workout! Then we ate and had drinks outside at the Windjammer Restaurant.

This was one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been on. There were piles of tiny seashells, especially at low tide, and a peaceful walk on squeaky white sands. The Navarre Beach Pier was a site to see! We totally loved the Sea Turtle Conservation Center. This one of the best highlights of our visit to the Emerald Coast this winter.

Awesome beach! Beautiful water and sand. Plenty showers. I thought the beach was very clean for a public beach. Will return next summer.

This is the areas best kept secret. Such a beautiful beach not destroyed by large restaurants and t shirt shops. Soft sand and huge waves.

Beautiful white sand beaches. The beach is well kept and there are a few shells available if you search. The water is crystal blue and green and reminds you of the Caribbean. Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful, the pier, restaurants, sno cone stand, boating, fishing, shelling, had a blast as always.

Beautiful Beach quite undeveloped but sure in a few years will be overdeveloped longest pier in Florida supposedly 1,545 feet long and 30ft high nice walk on the pier saw sea turtles, dolphins, pelicans, seagulls and lots of jellyfish off the pier the beach area off our hotel was very nice you would think with it being a Marriott property they would provide beach chairs and umbrella but they were $40 a day but probably worth it if you don't want to get sunburned. The hotel property had a nice swimming pool with a lazy river and a hot tub but unfortunately too many unattended kids the is a restaurant attached to the hotel food was fair service was slow. The drive into Pensacola, Florida is short and plenty of restaurant offering there

White sandy beaches, blue waters.......This is an excellent place to visit, I just happen to like here.

This beach is not a disappointment at all!! Breathtaking colors! Beautiful white sands! The day we went, the waves were a little rough but we had fun jumping into them. Not to bad crowded.

Traffic nightmare once again. 15 minutes to go 1 mile to get off the island at 4 pm. And it’s a Tuesday on March 11 and not even spring break yet. Santa Rosa County incompetence continues

This was one of the highlights of my trip. The beach was amazing. Beautiful white sand. The water was great. Not too crowded. Really relaxing. Free parking was a pleasant surprise. If you want to take a walk out on the pier, you have to pay a dollar inside the bait shop. Definitely worth it. From the pier I saw dolphins, small sharks, a sea turtle and lots of jellyfish. I hope to come back again someday and spend more time on the beach.

It's got some waves and feistiness to it and lots of sunshine the past 3 days we were here. My heart is absolutely filled as we leave to go back to our crazy lives. So much fun. We'll be back and thank you for keeping the beaches nice and clean ❤

Spent a number of beautiful evenings relaxing and enjoying the sunsets at this beach. Plenty of free parking, bathrooms, and showers

Beautiful beaches. I loved the rare birds nesting on the way to the beach and discovered a sea turtle nest close to where I set up on the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed the wildlife there!

Quiet, beautiful, relaxing, peaceful. My wife and I have really enjoyed our time here on this beach. Not super touristy, so if you’re looking for the putt putt atmosphere, may not be the place for you (though Destin is a short drive). But it does have the cleanest, whitest, most beautiful stretch of beach I’ve ever been on!

So beautiful! I just love Navarre. It Disney stay at warm as more southern Florida doors but the beaches are gorgeous (even on cooler days). And the sunsets, breathtaking!

Can’t wait to see what wait will be in summer when it’s peak season. No solution apparently in sight.

Great beach but beware no part of the beach on Navarre allows dogs on the beach even on a leash. Had we been aware of this I would have booked another location. There are dog parks in the area.
Since the weather was cooler we enjoyed the very nice wide walking/biking path along the main drive. Beautiful area!

Our first visit on a girl's week long trip. Very nice, clean and quiet area. Had plenty of activity opportunities and the people in this area were very friendly. We will go back in the future.

This beach is so clean.. people are friendly. Great place for the kids to swim and find shells. Lots of affordable condos to rent.

Navarre Beach is special, nice family atmosphere around a ton of activities. Not as busy as Pensacola or Destin. Not far from restaurants and stores.

Our family had a wonderful day jumping the waves, hunting for seashells, digging in the white sandy shores and feeding seagulls!

Simply beautiful. Fantastic sand and amazing sunsets. The long stretch of national park between Navarre and Pensacola is well worth the drive. Just the best and cleanest beach ever.

We enjoyed this beach. It has restrooms, is clean, and great views. Bring your goods, umbrella, sunscreen, chairs, etc.

Main pavilion off the bridge offers sand showers and bathrooms. These are great for those that hate taking the sand with them and for small children rinsing off. If you want less crowded and don’t mind the absence of the little showers, head to the right off the bridge to one of the pull-offs past the developed areas. We loved the ones closest to Pensacola further down the road (2nd pull-off parking lot once you reach the gulf islands seashore part of the road). We had a wide stretch of beach to ourselves for throwing the football and spreading out. The shore and water is absolutely pristine and gorgeous. We spent the entire day boogie boarding and enjoying the sun. It was easily our favorite of our 3 beach days while in the area.

Great Beach!! White sand, calm, clear water and not over packed. I will be back as it is very relaxing!

Beautiful last minute weekend!!❤️ Great fishing on the pier. Not as crowded as we expected. Gorgeous weekend!

Beautiful beach! Visited in late April and the water was gorgeous -- no seaweed, no algae, no jellyfish -- just some windy, choppy waters. Bathrooms are maintained enough and lifeguards are present and very friendly. Already looking forward to returning again!

Navarre Beach is just beautiful. It is peaceful and clean and the sand and water is just fantastic. We were there in March 19 which it was too cold for me to go into the water but that did not stop many people. The area is very peaceful and not crowded and crazy. I loved it and can't wait to go back.

Amazing! Not too busy either time we went. Hotels, campgrounds and food are right near. We stayed on the side without waves and children under 12 could go pretty far out as the water wasn't too deep for small ones. No jellyfish stinging or crabs biting on that side lol. Don't forget your sunscreen! And maybe an umbrella! They do rent tents and umbrellas on the wave side, and have a water park near...we even saw people para-sailing too. (Although we didn't do any of that).

Beautiful white quartz sand beach! Gorgeous sunsets!!! We LOVE IT HERE and will definately be back!!

We love the beach in Navarre, and were there this weekend. The white sand and beautiful green water is beautiful, but this is the second time (year) we have had to leave our planned beach day because of biting flies! We understand that they are brought in with the North wind and we have tried several things to keep them away, but they were not deterred by any of them.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Beautiful, white sand beach on the Florida Coast and Gulf shores. Close to Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach and Destin...the Navarre beach is less crowded and more family-friendly than others. Small grouping of condominium towers and hotels keep the number of tourists lower than other, more popular locations - which is a good thing. At night many families are out on the beach with flashlights to view the amazing, unobscured view of the stars, and to search for sand dollars and sand crabs.

The beach was beautiful, well with what we could see of it. When we arrived a tropical storm was headed in so the surf was very rough. We were able to enjoy the water and the beach on our last day. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful white sands. Clean beach ⛱ ..Very relaxing and a perfect day at the beach. You will not be disappointed!!

We stayed in a condo on the beach here in late February. While the weather was cooler, it was still possible to enjoy the beaches and the surrounding area. This area is a little less crowded than Pensacola Beach or Gulf Shores. There are 5-7 mile long stretches of beach that are part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore where there is no development at all. There are parking areas interspersed every 1-2 miles or so to access the beach & there is a nice paved bike path on the shoulder of the road. The speed is limited for vehicles and well patrolled so biking is quite safe here.

We don’t even care for Destin or Pensacola honestly. Navarre Beach is a hidden gem of Florida and we cannot recommend it enough. Amazing, calm, uncrowded beaches. Peace and serenity.

Navarre Beach Florida is natural beauty at its finest. The sugar white sand is a pleasure to walk on, the beach is not overly busy and there is a sense of calmness. The feeling of relaxation is an everyday occurrence. Navarre Beach is simply the best vacation spot in the world!

I cannot say enough good things about Navarre. I lived in Pensacola and was worried this would be too far away. Nope! This is just perfect white sandy beaches and friendly people and plenty of good food and activity!

Brilliant blues and emerald green waters cast against the white sands of the long beach. This is more than just a beach, it's a great place to refresh your soul.

We always stay in Fort Walton, but visit Navarre at least one day of our visit every time we come down. It’s nice to leave the busier area with all the condos to enjoy a simpler more quiet beach experience.

The beach was pristine. We walked up and down the beach and loved looking at the beach goers and the small fish and sting rays in the ocean. Another couple said the saw dolphins and sea turtles the day before. It was so pretty and saw two protected areas for the sea turtles. We did both the beach and sound side so relaxing. First time and loved it.

We travelled to Destin, Navarre and Pensacola and Navarre was the best. Less crowded, less touristy and excellent beaches. The fishing pier is an excellent walk.

We’ve had the best week ever with friends who live in Holley by the Sea
Most days we came here and loved it
The beach is stunning ,clean and good bathrooms
What more could we want ?

Loved Navarre Beach, more laid back and quite. Not a lot to do there. We had a great time. Destin is a 24 mile drive so we ate there a lot.

It will likely take you 1-2 hours to leave the island between 4-7pm on good weather days between Memorial Day and Labor Day regardless of the day of week. Fri-Sun can be worse. Problem has been consistent the past few years, so ignore “manager’s” excuse that it’s temporary or whatever. It’s real. Just need to plan accordingly.

Now it's just the best beach in Florida. Not a lot of buildup leads to smaller crowds, and more fun for the kids... And more relaxing for adults.
The beach is your prototypical white sand beach with emerald water and not really rough surf. There are lifeguards on duty, and they will help you figure out where the riptides are. The beach is clean, so please pick up after yourself before you leave and not leave any holes where you dug out the sand... Turtles don't like holes...
This is a great beach, but it is not built up like Gulf shores or Pensacola Beach. So be sure you know what you're looking for when you come so you're not disappointed when you get here.

While we did not stay at Navarre Beach, we passed through and stopped for a few minutes. We were heading from 30A to NOLA taking a scenic route and wanting to see Ft. Pickens too. We stopped at a public pier here and when we topped the hill and saw the serenity of the beach (not crowded) and ocean, we KNEW this was our next vacation spot. We hopped back in the car and starting looking for condos and how far different restaurants were etc...We cannot wait to go back and just RELAX- away from the crowd...seemingly the most beautiful and quiet atmosphere we've seen along the coast.

We loved Navarre. It was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, beautiful and not too crowded.
We will definitely return!

There are many great beaches in FL. This one just has something extra special . Plus the location, and restaurants in the area are great! Another thing is, the beach houses are fantastic!

OMG! Definitely a beautiful, relaxing trip. Will definitely be back soon! This will be my go-to spot!

Not a lot of places have the view and the friendly residents to make you feel at home. I stayed in Pensecola and felt out of place but here you’ll never regret the trip

Tight, tight, tight. Very little room between sights. Workers were nice, other campers were super. Just too darn small campsites.

Great beach, very accessible! Located right next to the Navarre Pier. We saw tons of Marine Life - sharks, dolphins, sea turtles and blue herons. Great place to enjoy the water, soak up the sun, walk the pier and fish!

What else is there to say? The beaches are phenomenal, the town of Navarre Beach is sweet ( not commercial!!) Half the island is National Park, other half is military owned, so no way that it will be over encroached by crap!! Not dog friendly, but the shelling is great!
Now, there is a residential thief that will get into your car and steal your things and go to nearby stores using your credit cards. She's a bigger built brownish-blondish woman in a black Toyota sedan with paper plates. You will see her parked all over the place all day. And yes, the cops know cuz I reported her and FWB sheriffs office has her picture from a Target store. Please lock up your car!!
The turtle sanctuary is fun, the jogging is amazing and the pier is great for fishing! Enjoy every sunset!

Can't say enough great things about Navarre Beach. Nice white sands. Beautiful location. Quiet area. If you are looking for a large tourist area this wouldn't be the place for you.

My brother my sister and myself, we all ran Navarre beach every morning. Navarre Beach is absolutely the most gorgeous place in the northwestern panhandle of Florida. My brother Roland, and my sister Kelly are lucky enough to live there. So I have visited often. And find the morning run along Navarre Beach very easy on the eyes. The gulf of Mexico is beautiful along this stretch, with the barrier islands as a backdrop. Stunning.

Love Navarre Beach. Clear emerald waters. Amazing shell finds by the pier. We saw turtles, dolphins and fish. Tons of parking, restaraunt to eat at, and tons of amazing sand.

Loved Navarre Beach! Beautiful, peaceful, & relaxing. Condo in Navarre Towers was exceptional, & we really appreciated the beach chairs/umbrellas that were included & set up for us every day. It was unusually hot, but there was an amazing breeze every day we were there. Shopping & restaurants were located nearby. It was our 1st stay in Navarre. We will definitely be back!

We've been here before, different season. Today was sprinkling just a little when we got there, we just had to get to a beach, regardless! After a very short period the sun came out, and it was perfect! The hubs got our beach blanket and we sat/layed there for quite a while. There were other people around though far enough away that it felt like it was just us!! If you have the chance, VISIT!

Made a trip from Oklahoma City to Navarre Beach. We stayed at Summerwind condos that sits right next to a state park and a pier. We have stayed in Destin a few times and this is the same beach without as many people.

I've grown up in the area and always had a good time. Very low key. Not a bunch of partying, bars, and restaurants. Very simple. Just the sand and the beach.

We had lived in the panhandle for about a year and visited a lot of beaches before I guess the locals accepted us as one of them and told us about Navarre beach, now it’s our go to beach. We have gone throughout every period of the year, slow, holidays, spring, summer, fall and winter, peak and none peak. We have always been able to get in, find parking and have our own little taste of Heaven on Earth. It has restrooms to change in, very convenient to restaurants and the traffic has never been too bad. In my opinion the only short comings is that they need some type of AC or at least some air circulation in the restrooms, it’s so hot in the restrooms that I rush to get out.

Our first time at Navarre will surely not be our last. We loved being on the beach without feeling we were at Coney Island. Plenty to do and see nearby, but a serene, peaceful place to stay and relax. Loved the Marriott Suites.

We were in Navarre for the entire month of January 2022. We absolutely were wowed by the seashore areas. The Appalachian quartz sand is sugary and white. It stays cool to the touch even in direct sunlight. The beach at this time of year is great for long quiet walks as the beautiful emerald green clear waters are too cold to swim in. (58-62F) This is a relaxed location without crowds to contend with until late March/April.

We drove all the way from Nebraska. My brother has lived there for 15 years and always loved it. So we packed up the two kids (daughter 8 and son 6) and headed out.
We really enjoyed it! Amazing that there is this little somewhat undiscovered stretch of Navarre Beach sandwiched between two reserves. I am sure everyone writes about the fantastic white sand beaches so I will talk about some nice things we didn't expect.
Dolphin Cruise was a must. A real treat for those of us in a landlocked state. The Turtle conservatory and the Marine Science Station can be bundled together for a walkable outing if you are staying on the island.
The beaches are great all over, but if you want to get completely away from the condos there are a couple bikable or drivable beaches to the west as you would drive out of Navarre Beach and to Pensacola.
Day trips to Pensacola and Fort Walton beach can definitely fill a day.
I won’t say Navarre is the culinary capital of the world but we found some good places. We liked the Vine wine shop which had music and some light snacks. The pizza place in that same plaza is solid. We also liked the Slippery Mermaid sushi place.
Last but not least, Juana’s Pagodas seems like the heartbeat of Navarre. My brother plays volleyball there and we were there at least every other day. A nice place to swim on the sound. Rentals and good food (we discovered gluten free cauliflower pizza and also went for their mimosa brunch). Music and really the only nightlife we saw on the island. We found the website attached helpful in finding all kinds of things to do.

I love this place. Was clean and very low waves so really great for my granddaughter, who is 4. Crystal clear water, clean bathrooms and not too crowded.

We visited Navarre Beach and stayed at a vrbo condo on the beach. The beach was beautiful. The sand was white and the water was clear. We enjoyed going on the pier. We also had wonderful food at all of the places we ate. We like the fact that Navarre was quiet and serene.

We were staying in Pensacola and visited a few of the beaches. On balance this was probably our best experience, particularly from a tourist perspective. Easy to find free parking very accessible to a wonderful beach. Ok you need to drive here but you avoid paying to cross the 399 toll bridge. Doubt the toll is much but if you have a rental car and don’t have the toll pass, suspect the rental car company will clobber you with an excessive administration charge. Finally you can enjoy the wonderful relaxing drive towards Pensacola Beach. Did Pensacola beach another day. Almost impossible to park and await the toll charge bill. If I knew beforehand what we now know, we would have come here for a 2nd session on the beach

Wow. Just wow. This was the most beautiful peaceful beach I’ve ever seen. So clean too! There wasn’t too many people crowding either.

This is a lovely area. The beach is beautiful. The pier is very long and a nice place to gather for sunset. There were very nice shells to be found on the beach in the mornings. We were able to day a day trip to Biloxi, MS since we had some bad weather. We could have also gone to New Orleans for the day if we had left earlier.

Truly our favorite beach- soft white sand, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and the clear Gulf of Mexico.

Once again, traffic is a nightmare especially trying to leave the island beginning mid to late afternoon. Plan accordingly unless you want to spend an hour of your vacation trying to get to mainland.

Very relaxing and quiet. Definitely will go back!! Needs more restaurants. If you want a place that's not so commercialized this is idea! Loved!!!!

Always a beautiful place to visit. Lots of public beach access and free parking. There are bathrooms and nearby restaurants. Usually uncrowded

Best shelling...water clear and beach clean. Fishing pier which is one of the longest in the Gulf. Quiet, family oriented beach. Not full of tourists. Not much there..unless you cross bridge into Navarre for shopping and restaurants. Located next to State Park.

Navarre Bech in Navarre, Florida is the spot for a perfect get way for the day. Walk down the pier and check out the dedicated fishermen or try your own luck at fishing. Enjoy the turquoise Gulf waters and the sugar white sandy beach. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy a peaceful respite. from the sun.

Amazing little beach town, water resembles Caribbean, beaches are beautiful. Very nice vacation with very little rushing around to do things. We enjoyed local restaurants and did a Walmart pick up to save time and money on eating out every day. If you are looking for a beach with quiet relaxation this is the place to go. If you are wanting lots of activities outside of the water and beach you will not enjoy it.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights at the Summerwind West condo units. The place was very comfortable and had all the amenities of home. The view of the beach and fishing pier was spectacular. We loved Navarre Beach. Beautiful white sand, no crowds and a relaxing time staring out at the Gulf. Can’t wait to schedule another visit!

Navarre beach is one of the best beaches in America. The sand is white, the water blue, the people friendly and the beach is not crowded. There is plenty of parking and enough amenities to keep you happy.

Greatest place on earth to take a deep breath; or to hold your breath and dive in. Water is amazing. Few visitors on the beach. Great weather. A true hidden gem.

This beach is not as crowded as Pensacola Beach or Panama City Beach. The sand is just as white and the Gulf is great. If you have little ones, the bay is also a great Beach with light waves or on some days none. Plus, you can rent craft to play with on the water.

This beach is not very busy at all and so beautiful. Just dont accidentally end up at one of the hotel's near by. They are rude.

We love Navarre even more than Destin. It’s a hidden gem with sugar white sand and frequent visits from dolphins. Gentle water makes for nice snorkeling or floating.

My husband and I love the Navarre Beach area. Just about 45 minutes east of Pensacola, Navarre offers a quieter getaway. If you enjoy cooking up some delicious seafood and relaxing on the beach, then Navarre is the place for you! We stayed on the peninsula and walked across the street to the beautiful beaches. We usually visit Juana’s for live music every night in their sand bar. Navarre is the kind of place you hope no one finds out about. It’s a little peace of Heaven!

Wasn’t too crowded, beaches were clean and had lifeguards on duty. Saw a few jelly fish. Collected a ton of sea shells. Came here three days in a row. Green flag all three days. Hard to believe a hurricane just rolled through here.

Sadly, all Red Flag days during visit. They can't be held accountable for Mother Nature. Great Parking. Want to go again for Marine Sanctuary on East Side of public parking

White powder sand, clear water, dolphins, sea turtles, schools of fish. Beautiful beach for families, we loved every minute swimming in the water!

We've been going to Destin for years but chose Navarre Beach in 2019 because of a new hotel -- and for sentimental reasons, since the last time we stayed there was in the heyday of the Holiday Inn "Holidome" in the 1970s. Navarre is pleasantly quiet, with little traffic, but the beach has the same white sand and emerald water as Destin, 30A, etc. It's also a shorter drive for us, so that's a plus.

It is pretty here, but there really isn't much on this island, you have to drive over the bridge to get to shops and restaurants, very high prices for the ones here, and you really can't walk around, the worst thing is staying at the Regency where their is constant construction going on, and they start early and work late, it's after 5:30pm and still working, mess all over patio, workers constantly walking in front of my patio, I feel no privacy here, had to keep running back in the room because of the scaffolding running up and down all day right next to me, if you like small town charm where you can walk to all the shops and restaurants than go somewhere else

This was our best beach vacation yet. We loved the clear water and beautiful white sand. It wasn’t quite as clear as Destin but still very beautiful. Very quiet and non commercial. Definitely check out the pier. $1 per person. We saw sea turtles both times and a sting ray. Great family atmosphere at Navarre!

I loved this area. We found Navarre Beach to be more quiet and least crowded compared to the other communities on this stretch of Emerald Coast. If you wanted more restaurants, it was a quick drive to Okaloosa or Destin. Or the other way to Pensacola Beach. If you want more "action" then I'd go to the other areas. There are restaurants, but don't expect tons of things like Destin. But if you just want peace then I prefer Navarre. The stretch between Navarre and Pensacola Beach had lots of peaceful beaches to pull over and go to. The beach sands change a lot and when we went, the beach behind our condo at Navarre beach had a bit of a "ledge" on it. The beach on our drive was flat that day. One of those days was my favorite. It's like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Pic attached. Or there is the National Sea shore park. If you go there, I would go the first day because your $25.00 a car pass is good all week. Just in case you want to go back. Also, if it's hot and you have little ones, there is lots of nice pavilions and areas to get out of the sun. We didn't go there but it looked nice. Or the Navarre Beach marine park was free. Nice restrooms and pavilion. We didn't make it during operation hours to visit the sea turtle conservation area there. I love Navarre. The location of Navarre lets you go to more than one place easily if you don't mind driving a short distance. Anyhow, we loved it. But we love the whole coast.

Most people turn at the Navarre Beach sign and drive straight to the beach. However, it is a long walk to the pier and a long walk to the water. If you don't want a long walk to the beach, drive a few minutes west and look for area 29, 32, or 33. We went in August. If you are looking for a relaxing , family beach, this is it!

Beautiful beach - white powdery sand that was groomed in the morning. Water was clear and beautiful. Parking available and restaurants and food nearby - Definitely going back !!

Beach is absolutely beautiful. Can get crowded in some areas. You can drive west down Gulf Blvd. to state parks and have way less people. Opal beach has covered pavilions and bathrooms. There is a charge to get in.

This was our first trip to Navarre beach! We loved it!! The water was so blue and we even got to see some dolphins. Swimming out farther. It wasn’t super crowded which was nice and shocking because of how beautiful it was. I do recommend getting a canopy (it was a life savor) and lots of sunscreen. We put it on several times in our 6 hours there and my kidos still got alittle burnt. Their is a Pier you can walk for I think $1 we plan to do that later in the week as long as the rain doesn’t come in. They also have a little water shower when you leave so you can rinse the sand off you some before getting in the car. We LOVED it. We will be back for sure :)

I now call this beautiful place home :) We vacationed here for 4 summers in a house on the beach and fell in love with it!

Love the area lots of nice places to stay at different levels of money. I anticipate coming here every year. Love the pier and people are nice. Plenty of places to accommodate different levels of budgets in a banger of a place in between Destin and Pensacola

The food was sooo spicy and hot we couldn’t eat it! I wasted $80. It was a takeout order so there wasn’t much i could do about it.

All of the beaches here are gorgeous but Navarre Beach is the best. You can choose the calm side or cross the road for some beautiful waves. Its never crowded and its always clean.

I am a very picky about my beaches. I’m very fond of pacific beaches, but Navarre provides a nice beach for all ages. Chair rentals are available which I would recommend. The surf is relatively calm and has a variety of sea shells to pick up. This place has some of the nicest shells I’ve found in Florida.

The beach and camping resort were great.but,as a veteran truck driver, what I do say is traffic control is horrible, people are allowed to drive very aggressive and speeding, wow.that is why we will not be coming back.saftey is a joke!

The beach was clean, chairs were always available to rent. The beach was busy but not overcrowded. Water was clear and we loved snorkeling and seeing all the fish.

Loved this beach. Was deserted the first week in June and my family enjoyed the white powder and flat beach. We will go again. The protected beaches nearby were breathtaking.
Weather changes on a dime but we weathered a few storms. You need to bring overhead cover though. Umbrellas or tents wold be perfect.
Sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous.

We loved visiting Navarre Beach. It’s very clean and not too crowded. It has white sands and clear water. In my opinion, it’s one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. Can’t wait to come back!

Is it open? Because I saw a video afew months ago of a man showing there is a road blocked because its sand all over due to huricane Sally.

We've been to the Emerald Coast a number of times but have always passed by Navarre not realizing the hidden secret that lay only a mile or two to the south. Even though the beach as closed to swimming thanks to rip-currents it was another incredible wide expanse of white sand that stretched as far as we could see. The main area changing/restrooms were clean and well kept, lots of room for showers. The young lifeguard was knowledgeable and patient, explaining why exactly we couldn't swim any deeper than our knees. We appreciated the fact that he would rather not drag our lifeless bodies from the surf or have to go out half a mile to retrieve our sorry sodden selves. Navarre Beach does not have as many restaurant offerings as, say, Pensacola, but overall I think we preferred the lower key, less people/crowded atmosphere.

Perfect location along the Emerald Coast, not very "touristy" so crowds were very light. Easy access to Destin, Gulf Breeze Zoo, and Pensacola. Tons to do in Destin Harbor and don't miss the Air Force Armament Museum in Ft. Walton Beach, it's free and very nicely presented. Only issue we had in Oct. 2022 was the invasion of Jelly Fish along the all the beach on the Gulf Coast.

Views were amazing, water was beautiful blue, and sand felt like sugar! Even though over 80 degrees, there was a breeze and very comfortable. The free parking is very easy and short walk to beach. Water was still cold to me so only went in up to ankles. There are decent amount of bathrooms near parking although can't comment since I
Didn't use them. Not as crowded as Pensacola Beach

Free beaches, no crowds along the "7 Mile National Park" area. Just a short drive or bike ride away from tourist area.

This is a great clean beach! Lots of places to speed out especially if you drive down a little, just be cautious the further down you go parking becomes smaller. Maybe one day the will improve the traffic patterns to get on the beach, however completely worth it!

Without a doubt one of the best places I have visited in a long long time and I'm an 84 year old world traveler. Rented an airbnb called the "Thresher Retreat" right in Navarre a well manged privately owed airbnb which was a 4 bedroom 2400 sq ft newly beautifully decorated home. Definitely beats the overpriced condos in the area. In fact, the 3 families stayed in place for most of our 7 days right inside due to this beautiful home and it's almost olympic size enclosed saltwater pool. The pool was a total blast. In fact, the most didn’t even what to go to the ocean. Plus, the price when split 3 ways was totally unbeliveable. We’ve alrady reserved the “Tresher Retreat" for this coming year. Truly, definitely have to see to appreciate and have yourself an forgettable ball like we did. It's very popular so I'm assuming first come first served.

Navarre Beach says it is Florida's most relaxing beach and it has been for me. There are plenty of places to get food and drink. I was not overwhelmed with touristy things which was nice!

Absolutely gorgeous and less crowded than Pensacola Beach. Our rental was within a 3 minute walk or with options of a drive 20-45 minute drive to multiple other beaches. A less expensive area to stay than what is available closer to Pensacola.

Navarre Beach is truly a reflection of natural beauty. This is especially true in the winter months when often your beach companions are seagulls and pelicans. The cooler weather escorts the summer throngs back to school and work and the savy traveler can enjoy the pure white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Florida Gulf Coast. The winter sun warms the sand and makes for a pleasant afternoon for just walking the waters edge or sitting and taking in the sights, sounds and smells.
The water is a little chilly this time of year and there are no lifeguards on duty, but often surfers will venture out to catch the winter waves. The air temps are usually in the mid 60's with 40's at night. The fishing pier has year-round devoted anglers, but also offers just a simple walkway to easily enjoy the breath taking beauty of the clear waters below. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse a dolphin or shark swimming causally below. While some restaurants will close for the season, many remain open and offer reasonably priced menus. Hotel rooms are off season priced and many have balconies that overlook beaches that stretch for miles in either direction. Navarre Beach is located on Santa Rosa Island. There is a bridge at either Pensacola Beach or Navarre Beach off hwy 98 for easy access. Navarre Beach is for the traveler who enjoys solitude, while at the opposite end of the Island, Pensacola Beach offer more of the party atmosphere with a variety of night life and energy.
If you just need to unwind, rest and restore, you will not be disappointed in Navarre Beach. I highly recommend. So much so I moved here in 1979 and have never left.

Looking for a place that is free of the fast pace of Destin, Pensacola, or PCB? This is the place for you. Just enough around to do to keep the kids busy or just go to the beach and relax. We took a short drive to Opal Beach to the west and found open beach with few other people around. There are pavilions and restrooms (or port-a-potty) at most of the parking areas and farther to the west end of the island is an old military fort (Fort Pickens). Access requires paid admission there and at some of the beach parking areas/pavilions, but when we were there nobody was manning the gates and we drove on through. We never saw lifeguards at any of the beaches. Nice place for families just looking for some sun and sand away from a crowd.

Navarre beach is a nice quiet beautiful beach. If you want low key and less traffic being your kids here. It does lack in resturants, we need more and more..

Beautiful, clean, fabulous! We were so glad we took the time to walk the pier and watch those fishing. Great bargain for walkers, $1.00

The loveliest beach we’ve been to ever. So quiet and peaceful. Go early or go later. It never seems to be crowded. Our fav and we’ve been to many around the world.

Have returned to this wonderful spot for the last 30 years, and hope to continue for the next 30! It was a well-kept secret, but is getting more popular. Not many restaurants on the island, but wonderful options close by in Navarre.

This is one of the best beaches I have ever visited. It’s quiet, not crowded and not commercialized. Love all the small restaurants. If you do want action, it’s only. 30 min drive to Ft. Walton/Destin. Do your shopping at Winn Dixie or Walmart. Can’t wait to go back here again.

We loved this beach. Quiet and gorgeous. The pier is great!! Waters can be still one day and large waves the next. Will be back

We stayed here at the recommendation of friends. Though I was skeptical at first, this trip turned out to be excellent. The beaches were quiet and clean. The water was CLEAR. It was so quiet, I couldn’t believe it. You can drive to the touristy stuff if you want, but Navarre Beach was about as off the grid as I’ve seen inFL. The food nearby was blah at best. Go hit JJ Chago’s if you want good coffee (and food) before your walk on the beach.

This beach has white sand, and it’s very low key great for relaxing and naps and water is good with blues and green color

These beaches are so beautiful and clean! It’s not crowded at all, so it’s the perfect place for a quiet family! Great restaurants are a short drive away! You can’t ask for more than that!

This beach is as pretty a place as I have visited. From the pier you can watch breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
We did not experience any fantastic seafood although we were trying to experience places our family had previously visited.
Although beautiful, the soft sand and natural sea wall banking make it extremely difficult for someone who is unstable on their feet to maneuver without aid.
We very much enjoyed the nearby Blue Angel Training Flights.

Small yet beautiful beach. Clear water, snow white sand. Not crowded at all compared to many Florida beaches. Great place for single, couple or family

The beaches are beautiful and the water is clear and inviting! Laid back atmosphere and totally relaxing. Enjoyed being in a quieter place for rest and relaxation.

Perfect water and perfect sand. Its never croweded at all. We love this area, been vacationing here the last few years after getting sick of the crowds in the destin area. The park ara east of the bridge is great. Close parking, picnic areas, showers and clean restrooms. They have a staffed life guarded beach. We spend many days here instead of just going out to the beach near our bech house. The mentioned coniencices are great with kids.

Clean white sand beach with restrooms nearby and showers to rinse the sand off. Great place to relax or snorkel out to the concrete pillars and observe the fish and sea turtles.

This part of the Gulf is so beautiful and less crowded than other areas. We loved this beach more than any other.

We loved our vacation to Navarre Beach and can not wait to return. A lot more slow place than most beaches we’ve been to. Not much to do in the area but plenty of places to drive to.
The beach was very nice and the water was really clear.

Only 30 minutes from our home. Not at all crowded, either Gulf Beach or sound side, beautiful white sand. 7 year old GDtr loves it here, as do we.

What a slice of heaven! We stayed at Summerwind for 3 weeks to accompany my parents and while two of those weeks were cooler than normal, it was still warmer than home. I can see why my parents have stayed here for 5 Februarys and keep coming back because it's not a tourist trap and overcrowded like so many other places. You can go to the Marine Sanctuary, Gulf Shores National Seashore. walk along the pier and go to the Turtle Rescue/Sanctuary.
I found the tourist information center in Navarre at the entrance to Navarre Beach to be very helpful and friendly.
Navarre Beach is really something special and unique. I know I saw local news articles about how to increase tax revenue for the area, but if you make it too commercial you will destroy why people come. One thing I noticed is that the Florida Trail goes right through Navarre Beach, but yet there was no signage. I had to buy an app to get reliable information.
People are really interested in outdoor, natural activities in nature. Capitalize on that! Increase signage, encourage hikers, bikers and others and have businesses that cater to them. Perhaps teaching classes on things to do. For instance, we would've loved to try pier fishing, but were intimidated to try as we had never saltwater or pier fished before (we did do a charter at the end). Hold onto these unique characteristics. There's so much opportunity if you think outside the box.

Beach is pristine. If you like collecting sea shells you won’t be disappointed. Morning and evening walks are serene and the sunrise/sunsets make for some great photos. We are here in the off-season and while beaches are not crowded there is still plent to do and places to eat in Navarre.

Navarre Beach is the best kind of beach to go to in my opinion. Its not as crowded as Destin or Pensacola Beach and has so much to offer! If you are looking for something more on the relaxed side then this is definitely the beach for you!

Home away from home. Just wonderful. The local zoo is our favorite place, but the attractions and restaurants are awesome as well. Lots of little "tourist traps" to get souvineers and trinkets.

This is a beautiful place with white sand and amazing condos all around and not near as crowded as other beaches I will definitely be back

Beautiful beach! Lovely town. We have never stayed in Navarre but always stop to visit while in Pensacola and Destin. Relaxing and a gem. We were there this past Saturday, and it was much busier than previous years. Definitely looks like it is being discovered. Hoping to keep this place a secret from the masses :)

Navarre Beach, FL use to be a hidden gem. Don't get me wrong...as it is still beautiful but many have now discovered it. I highly recommend staying anywhere in Navarre on the gulf side. We stayed at the Dunes and had a nice condo right on the beach. Going to Juana's Pagodas is a must! Broussard's was ok at best but drive across the bridge and have a fabulous breakfast at TC's Front Porch. We also made the National Seashore drive into Pensacola and it was nice...slow but nice. We also ventured over to Fort Walton Beach (about 30 minutes away) and went to the Gulfarium which we enjoyed and ate at the Crab Trap which was really good! The only down point to our vacation is the water had black algae the first 3 days we were there but it started clearing up when it was time to leave..of course! I have been there several times and the water was beautiful. I think the first of September is the best time to go but we went in the middle of August.

I have never seen such beautiful water and white sand. The only thing that I didn't like was there isnt a slope down to the water. It's more of a drop off. It's great for a girls trip and Although it's the prettiest beach I've been to I doubt I would bring my young grandchildren or elderly parents.

Gorgeous beach. Navarre is beautiful and the sand is super soft. It’s a clean beach and very family friendly which is awesome. It’s also nice that there isn’t much built up around it but maybe 4 condos/ 1 hotel. The only downside was the lack of good restaurants. The food across the board was average and lots of fried food but healthy options were tough to find. This is definitely a beach only destination which is completely fine by me. I love that there aren’t beach superstores, chains everywhere next to the beach. I love that it’s more quiet than the really populated beaches like Panama City Beach, Miami, Daytona, etc. Go with Navarre or the beaches down south if you’re looking for a more relaxed spot

We come to Navarre 3-4 times a year each year and love it. I got engaged on the beach near the pier last year so it definitely holds a special place. The only bad part we’ve found is this year (2021) the traffic on Gulf Blvd is absolutely horrible. We’ve never sat in traffic like this. It’s awful having to leave an extra hour early just to get over the bridge to Navarre to go eat. Perfect place to vacation other than the current traffic issues.

This area of the Gulf Coast stretches for miles with white sand beaches, and rolling surf. We walked miles in each direction around the pier, enjoyed the peacefulness of the beach on a cooler day in the off season.. we had the beach mostly to ourselves, and we caught a beautiful sunset. There are restroom facilities available and the longest fishing pier in Florida and in the Gulf Coast is right there (for a small fee) to walk and enjoy the views.

So peaceful and not touristy! Not very many dining options on the beach. You will have to drive back over the bridge to Navarre. This is what makes it so calm. I much prefer this beach over Pensacola! So much more relaxed and less party-party.

Our only sunset was in Navarre beach our whole 5 days. Very cold and un seasonable for this time of year. We came from MN so it was still warmer than home.

Absolutely the most beautiful and well kept beaches. Has a designated fishing area- Navarre beach park. We spent most all of our time at that end of the beach fishing. A must visit is to the National Seashore area, Navarre pier restaurant/bar is a great place to meet locals.

This beach is beautiful and relaxing. I rented a bike and rode around the bike trail in town and on the National Seashore. The best thing about this beach, though, is how amazing the stars are at night. I was there when there was a new moon (best for stargazing) and could see the Milky Way from the beach! They try to limit lights at night and use orange lights which is better for the sea turtles...and stargazing. Note: i couldn’t see it from the hotel...had to walk outside.

Unfortunately, the word is out. We've been going to Navarre beach since 1972. Wish it was still a secret. It's a beautiful beach but, starting to get a little too crowded. Oh, for the good old days!!

Seaweed/algae in water and sand flies biting on Day 1 at the beach. Won't go here again. Also, noises every night until after 10 pm - ridiculous.

beautiful beach, lots of families, pretty drive over the sound and nice area around the condo with colorful houses

Laid back at least this time of year. Great beach. Fishing pier available. Some restaurants within walking distance but most need a car.

Rented beach house and cruised around on golf cart on island for several days. Great place to relax and unwind. The customer service at every restaurant and store was friendly and helpful. Hope to visit again next year.

Navarre beach is paradise. The beach is clean. White sand, emerald water. It is not crowded. The most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had!

If you want a quiet time away this is your place. Less touristy than Destin or Panama City beach. The sea was unusually rough with a strong current so we went in with the children while they used the boogie board. I’m not sure it was usual to have the waves they did and a life guard on duty. It was beautiful though. Sun, sea, sand and quiet. I got a few books read that week. It was windy on the beach and we had wind breakers. We stayed on the beach so it was not far to walk. Beautiful sunsets. A great few days.

I love that the beach wasn’t overcrowded. Navarre is very relaxing, which what what we needed. If you’re looking for a lot of activities this may not be your beach.

We just returned from our 4th trip to Navarre Beach. We have been to Destin, Pensacola and Panama City Beach, but Navarre is my favorite. Less traffic, smaller crowds (we stay at Belle Mer which is always just one row of chairs on the beach, no fighting for front row) and cleaner. I found very little trash on the beach. The sand is soft & white. We're usually fortunate and are there while the water is crystal clear. This year was no exception! We rented a Paddle Board from Sage Rentals and everyone had fun using it. We will definitely return to Navarre Beach & Belle Mer.

there is plenty of places to acess the gulf. some are more crowded and other more quiet. they even have mobile mats to help people with disabilties to get down to the beach. the sunsets are awesome to see and every night its different. plenty of shells to look for. the sand is pure white that squeks

Beautiful white sand beach in a quiet, quaint little area. Absolutely beautiful blue water and calm enough waters that you can get in the ocean! We saw dolphins a few times and enjoyed walking out on the longest pier in Florida! The views were immaculate. Definitely a nice getaway without the hustle and bustle of the surrounding areas. One downside is there isn’t many places to eat beachfront without traveling a little ways.

We love Navarre Beach, it’s the mid point between Navarre where my children live and where I live on Pensacola Beach. A perfect meeting place. However, for all the homes, the townhouses, the hotels, the condos, well, even the state development, it’s kind of a pitiful offering for food. Pretty much it’s Juanas, Juanas, Juanas. Or, Pensacola BEAch, or well,or. So we need this change, and i suggest we support it. Navarre is a beautiful beach. The public areas have been beautifully developed. If you will patronize the businesses, the restaurants will follow. Until then, come to Pensacola Beach for dining unless you try Broussard’s or Juanas. I do.

If you’re looking for a beach area to share with family and friends this is the place.
Area is great and there are plenty of day and night life for all.
Only one issue is the traffic, it’s nasty. Don’t be in a hurry to get anywhere.
But if you going to vacation on the beach you don’t care how slow life is, Right?

This was our first time to a Florida beach and we are definitely hooked. We stayed at Navarre Beach during July 4th week and eventhough it was a major holiday week the island was still low-key. We drove to nearby cities like Destin and Pensacola. We still prefer Navarre. Great place for families. Highly recommended. Looking forward to going back.

Navarre Beach is a beauty with the crystal white beaches and not near the tourist that you see in Destin and Panama City

When you just want to get away from the crowded beaches.... Navarre is the place to go! We had a great time!!

Spent two weeks on the beach and had a lovely time. The beach is gorgeous. Our condo unit was right on the beach and looking out to the beach each day was incredible.

Traffic on 399 East (Gulf Blvd) is just horrible because of the 3 way stop sign. This intersection probably needs a traffic light as Navarre beach is grown more busy every year. This place may could of gotten away with a 3 way stop sign 5 years ago. But It definitely can’t anymore. The wider bridge would also help. Traffic from Navarre Pkwy to the 399 bridge is just as bad if not worse. This place definitely needs some new traffic help with the up rise in the crowds to Navarre.
Your almost better off in taking Navarre Pkwy all the way down to Pensacola Beach Rd and coming Navarre from the back way. The beach is now always packed. I remember coming here during the peak July months and the roadways would be clear.
I was here in the beginning of May and it was just slammed!
Navarre Beach used to be the best kept secret but now it’s just busy!

The Beach and facilities wee clean. The Pier is fantastic and perfect for beautiful sunsets. Can't wait to get back !

This is a true paradise, it is so laid back and gorgeous. Low crowds, sugar white sands, clear water, and a pier to see fishermen with their catches. One of my favorite places in all of Florida.

Navarre Beach is one of the most beautiful white-sand beaches that I have ever experienced! It has the softest-white sand, the clearest blue water and lots of collectable seashells. During most seasons of the year you have the beach almost entirely to yourself. Navarre Beach also provides an stunning vistas and photo opportunities as the sun rises and sets each day. The accessable Navarre Pier is also a great opportunity to view Sea Turtles, Ray's and many types of fish, as well as pier fishing and beautiful views of the Gulf. We love visiting the area, and Navarre Beach is definitely a favorite!

Navarre Beach is simply beautiful. We visit every year and just love the laid back nature of the island. The pier is so fun!

There is no language ordnance in Navarre, so don’t take your children. We had a group of people right next to us on the beach all day long playing nasty music talking about eating p***y and kicking ass. Terrible. Called the sheriffs department and they said there was nothing they could do because there’s no law against it.

My husband and I enjoyed our trip to Navarre Beach. We were truly able to relax and enjoy ourselves and enjoy the beach with it not being super crowded.

Beautiful beach with white sand and great views. We enjoyed seeing dolphins, sea turtles and other wildlife. The only two problems are the renting of chairs taking up much of the beach, even where it’s supposed to be semi-private for hotel guests. The other issue is there’s no recycling available. For a place billing itself as concerned about wildlife preservation, it’s hypocritical to force tourists to trash recyclables or drive to Pensacola.

Unfortunately for us, June grass was present and was almost sludge like one morning during our stay. Many around us were commenting that in 20 years of visiting Navarre Beach that it had “never looked like this.” The conditions improved and we were able to experience the beautiful gulf water but we won’t visit in the month of June again.

Great beach for fun in the sun and sand. Lots of space for beach chairs and blankets. There are also many covered pavilions with picnic tables. I like that there were protected area for some native birds that are nesting with young. The entire beach area looked well maintained and clean with an incredible amount of traffic on a daily basis in July.

My wife and i have been going to Navarre beach for 3 years now ,we renewed our vows on the beach after 25 years of marriage .this year we brought my son and daughter inlaw and granddaughters with us and they just fell in love with the place .I just love when there is a glass day and the water is sooooo calm ,we are hoping one day to move to the area .

Navarre Beach is a quiet, quaint family beach of white sand which is not hot. Water is Coca Cola glass green. many conservation areas are roped off on the beach for birds and turtles. Beach is clean and quiet...let"s keep it that way. Absolute glorious sunsets in peace.

Wow! Driving in there was a bit of traffic and I was worried we wouldn't find parking. There was plenty of parking in the FREE lot. It had been a rainy day tat cleared up and everyone was thinking what I was - let's go to the beach! We searched the Panhandle Beaches for the best beach and found it here. Clear beautiful water, soft sand, gentle waves, and the whole atmosphere was great. We saw dolphins from up on the pier, and when we were in the water beneath there was a dolphin that swam in to eat. Everyone saw the fin and ran out screaming shark, I was there recording knowing it was a dolphin. The water was warm and heavenly. The showers here are shaded and all the pavilions were well labeled. Nice bathrooms, great spot to some and be! We were able to change in the bathrooms before rolling out to go to diner. Great area, so many families enjoying water activities.

Navarre Beach was so amazing & relaxing. We will be back in the future for sure, but will be taking the whole family along next time :)

Clean beaches excellent for small children and teens. Waves was alittle rough due to weather, but still able to enjoy. Thanks

Beautiful white sand, no crowds, laid back atmosphere. Enjoyed being on Santa Rosa Island, away from the mainland, though trip across the causeway to mainland stores & restaurants was easy.

Beautiful beautiful beach. The emerald waves splashing on the white sands is breathtaking. I could sit and enjoy this scene all day.

Love Navarre beach
I go often
Family friendly
Showers to wash off
Usually see a wedding taking place on the weekends

Beach looks really nice. Its a saturday and we been in a traffic jam for over 2 hrs. July 10th. I just think its poorly managed traffic.

What can I say? It's the panhandle of Florida. White beaches everywhere! The water was rough there due to storm. Over the gulf, but we had pretty good weather. I would love to come back

Beach is beautiful with white sand and not many rocks. The water was a bit rough due to the wind, so I didn’t do much swimming. Parking was good, then again I went on a Wednesday morning.
There is a fishing pier and a restaurant on site. I did not use either.

Navarre Beach is beautiful! The sands are white, the water azure blue and the weather is wonderful. We have been going for 19 years and plan to keep going! This beach is quieter than surrounding beaches but close enough to the action to be in the middle of everything in under 30 minutes. We enjoy the beach chair service so we can arrive at the beach with nothing more than our towels and refreshments. Pick Navarre Beach and you'll never go anywhere else.

Been the past 5 years, very relaxing but definitely not boring. Clean beaches, emerald water and good food.

We go to Navarre every year on vacation. Lot's to do and very family friendly. It is always quiet and everything we like to do is nearby the RV campground we use.

It’s horrible how great it is for just relaxing. If more people come here there will be more traffic for me as a Floridian.
Beach is great. Calm on some days and not so calm on others. Just check the webcam. I agree go to Pensacola or destin so we can enjoy how pristine the beach experience is. The sound side is great as well.

Tourists are gone, school is back-in-session, water temperature is in the 80s, sugarwhite sand, and wildlife .

Quiet and peaceful beach and mostly clean sand though it seemed to have more cigarette butts than the beach at Destin Florida when we visited.

White sand, blue water. Beautiful scenery. Not too crowded. Several companies to provide beach chairs and umbrellas if you need them.

Great beach for families and couples. Snow white sand that feels like cake flour to your toes. You can walk it for miles, right next door to a national seashore. Many weddings are held here.

This is our second time back to Navarre beach due to it’s beautiful sand and water. Unfortunately, we came after a tropical storm that stirred up a lot of algae. The water was not as clear as usual and I needed a shower afterwards to clean off all the green. Otherwise, the experience was still good. It is a family friendly atmosphere. Be sure to wear sunscreen and reapply often.

This is a beautiful beach. We have gone to Panama City Beach for over 20 years, and decided to try something different for this trip. I have great memories of PCB and find much to enjoy, but this tops it. The sand is soft and white. The water, of course, is gorgeous. Navarre Beach has a more natural feel to it thanks to the parks at either end and because there are only a few high rises. We loved that there is only one gas station/convenience store, four restaurants, and no grocery stores. All of that can be found nearby across the sound (10 min drive max). It’s a great place for families, couples, or a solo trip.

Over the navarre beach bridge, crossing the bay...there it is the colorful gulf.
Turning left into park area.
Free parking. Free beach n free shower n toilets n picnic tables under gazebo... great for getting your stuff to beach is a wooden walkway.
After swimming take an evening ride along navarre coast heading west into sunset...beach n white sand n occasional parking areas.
If you are in shape, great bike ride

Wonderful family beach and a quiet sandy beach to play with your children at. Clear, soft sand, white beaches, pleanty of places to go, eat at, visit and shop. Come back and visit often, you will have memories to still make, and keep!!!
The best part of Florida!!

We stayed on the beach at Springhill and it was a very nice beach. The crowds are far less than Destin - much less of a tourist trap zone. Bonus - the turtle preservation group is there when you need to break away from the sun.

Navarre Beach is the most beautiful and relaxing beach on the Coast. I have been to all of them but NB gives me the relaxation i am searching for. Everything is convenient, they even have a running mat from the boardwalk to thr beach... How cool is that? No struggle getting to your perfect spot to relax. Bathrooms are right there... Shower as you leave and a store right near the boardwalk. I love this beach!! 😍🌹😍🌹😍🌹

If you’re looking for a beach without too much development, this is a great choice. There is a long pier out into the Gulf (costs $1), but just walking on the mostly deserted beach is very pleasant. There are a few beach hotels mixed in with homes, and a couple of beach restaurants, but it’s pleasantly uncrowded and beautiful. The sand is fine and powdery.

We were excited about our trip to Navarre Beach and who wouldn't be, sand, surf and the roar of the Gulf. However, we arrived when the yellow flags were out and the wind roared a bit too much, the waves were too high and the undertow too daunting to handle. The area where we stayed also had a steep decline to the water in very deep sand making the trek to the surf cumbersome to say the least. I also have to say it, highway 98 is just nuts. It seemed to me that the steady stream of cars never ended and crossing or turning was risky. So this lessons the enjoyment factor compared to other ears along the Gulf for me at least. Still good but not great.

The sand, the views, the lifeguards everything about the beaches here is simply impeccable. Both sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. I've never been on a nicer beach

I came here to swim in the ocean after months of Covid rulescand regulations.
I needed total freedom with just me and the ocean.
Santa Rosa Island wildlife area on beach was private.
It has 2 different parking areas.. It's about a 7 mile stretch between Pensacola beach and Navaare Beach.
I went there each morning pre dawn and had it completely to myself for at least 2 hours.(except one or 2 fisherman)
It is about a 10 min drive from my hotel in Navaare Beach.
Pure, clear water.
No garbage on beach.
Navaare Beach ⛱ was too populated on August 3-10.
Too many parties, drinking and carelessness with leaving garbage on Beach. It felt like South Padre during spring break....horrible.
I picked up bags of garbage each night after every left.
I wish there were more strict rules on bring food and alcohol onto the beach.
Most beautiful place and I will return but hopefully when its less crowded.

We spent 3 days in Navarre and went to the beach every morning bright and early by 730am. The waves were huge due to hurricane delta so we were only able to swim the last day we were there. We found some good shells on the beach and we had a beach wedding while we were there! It was a memorable trip, we love navarre beach. The only reason I gave it 4 stars not 5 is because I'm used to anna maria Island and longboat key and sanibel for vacations and those areas are slightly prettier and dont have high rise buildings. I understand the hurricanes this fall destroyed some things, we still loved it! And visiting the sea turtle conservation center was fun too.

We were there the second week of October. There was hardly anyone on the beach. The sand was white and the beach clean. The water was beautiful. I want to go back!

We love this beach. Wonderful area and family friendly! Couldn’t ask for a better place! Love that it’s not full of resorts

Takes 1-2 hours to leave beach if you’re leaving from 4 pm- 8 pm most days when it’s warm. Is it worth your time?

This was our first and last trip to Navarre. The fishing off of the pier is very poor and also very crowded. There is very little to do on the island and if you want to enjoy the water you need to watch out for the jellyfish. I have asked several native to this island and they agree that the jellyfish hang out here year-round. Lots of abandoned homes! We rented a small condo on the west end and it was forever to get to the pier. I wanted the beach and my hubby the pier. This meant one of us sacrificed because both were too far to walk to. This vacation was a flop!

We come down to Navarre almost every year with our young family and parents. We stay at Navarre Towers just 1 mile down from the pier which is a great view off our balcony. There are plenty of places to eat just off the island but we do a lot of cooking in the condo unit we rent. We walk on the pier several times during the week we stay which costs just a dollar a person. From the pier you can often see many different types of sea life swimming around the pier as well as various birds (green sea turtles, crags, rays, dolphins, fish, pelicans, herons). Each different season seems to bring different types of sea life which makes every visit unique. I would highly recommend Navarre Beach for any visit, young family, retirees, young adults. If you like cooking, definitely check out Joe Patti's in Pensacola for very fresh seafood.

Good place to relax and just unwind away from crowds and other beachgoers. Would definitely return for another short visit...2-3 days.

This destination is the definition of relaxation. You have ultimate beach experience without the crowded hustle and bustle. Our family spends 7 days each July at SummerWind and love every minute of it. We stay in the same condo each year and have never had a bad experience. We plan to return year after year to this amazing destination.

This beach is pristeen. With its white powdered sand, walking is a joy on this beach. It was not busy at all in September.

Best beach for relaxing! Our family loved our visit to Navarre. The beach is amazing! The sand is so soft and it doesn't get super hot like SoCal beaches sometimes do. We loved the colors and the sea life. We tried to boogie board, but the waves break really close to shore-- so it was not a great boogie boarding beach. There is an area you can take your boogie board and paddle out to snorkel about 100 yards off the beach. The snorkeling area is not little kid friendly-- since it is not in a bay or cove area, it feels kind of out in the open! The beach was not overly crowded when we went (early June) and we loved just swimming in the warm water and playing in the sand.

Beautiful white sand and beach area. Very laidback area. We were there over the Christmas holidays and it was lovely. We had a very relaxing and pleasant visit. Will be back. There’s also lots of bike paths as well as separate walking paths.

I have been to a ton of beach communities and this is one of my favorites! If you are looking for mile after mile of condos and large hotels you won’t find it here. Beautiful beaches. Shhhh don’t tell to many people I want to come back to this hidden gem.

Not crowded, very clean, life guards on duty. Clear water, no waves. Umbrellas and chairs available for a hour or daily or even Weekley charge.

This is one of the nicest beaches that I have ever visited. Because it is in the National Seashore area there is an emphasis on wildlife conservation, it is kept very clean. Dogs are not allowed on the beach and everyone works at not leaving trash. Even the sand castle that you built and the hole that you dug to bury your little brother has to be filled in. I really love the idea of saving the beach and helping the birds and turtles. Congratulations to Navarre Beach for having the right priorities.

White sand, clear waters, plenty of parking and not as crowded as Destin or Pensacola. Visit to see the blue-green waves softly crash around your feet as you walk along the white-sand beach.

White clean sand and clear warm water. This is a don’t miss place to relax and to unwind. If you enjoy bicycles, bring yours as they have dedicated bicycle paths.

We have been coming to Navarre Beach for almost 20 years - still our favorite beach! Just a forewarning, this year we stayed in Navarre - the home was lovely and minutes from the beach - however - it was also minutes away from the testing range for the air base ... and one night was particularly "booming!" Just be aware if you travel with babies or someone with PTSD. It can be alarming! This was the seaweed year too - but it's still lovely!

Beautiful beach, not much to do in Navarre, but Destin isn't that far of a drive for shopping and eating.

Navarre has some of the most beautiful water, sand and people. Just moved from there and I still miss the beach there. You won't be disappointed if you visit.

Beautiful white sand beach. A must see for sunset. No restrooms. Watch the flags for beach conditions. Life guard on duty.

The most beautiful beach!!
I could spend my life at this beach!
The water is clear. The sand is white!! It’s peaceful. Absolutely heaven on earth!

The beach was beautiful! A small town, with just enough stuff to do, without being a busy town. I will definitely be back. Destin and Pensacola were both close enough to do extra activities, such as go to Crab Island.

Great beach, we stayed at the pearl of navarre. The entire stay was overshadowed by the local chair thugs. Apparently if you don't setup like at 4am you dont have a beach spot 🤷♂️ oh well I'll take my money back to Alabama.

As a wedding photographer, Navarre Beach, FL is one of my favorite locations to capture beautiful, heartfelt moments. The stunning white sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking sunsets create a truly magical backdrop for weddings and elopements. I had the pleasure of photographing a micro-wedding here, and the natural beauty combined with the relaxed beach vibe makes everything feel special and unique. If you’re planning a wedding or elopement in the area, Navarre Beach offers endless opportunities for romantic and timeless photos. -KenRainCo Photography

Was at the beach Sunday and it was packed. Water was warm-ish for March and the sun was out.
Spent Monday in Gulf Breeze hospital. Confirmed that COVID19 is in Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties. One patient passed away in Santa Rosa county.
Was hands, stay out of groups, consider postponing travel.
Be safe all.

Had a very nice time on the pier overlooking Navarre Beach and the Gulf. Well maintained pier, lots of room, can fish from pier if one would like. Plentiful pelicans!!!!!

While we did go during the week this beach had lots of free parking and public restrooms. The beach also part of the national parks so there is miles of beach that have no houses on them. You can also just pull over on the side of the road and walk a hundred yards to the beach. Plus the locals are all very polite.

One of the best beaches you can go to. Beautiful clear water and white sand. Great pier and not too crowded.

This is our second trip to the Navarre area. We love the small town and quite beach. The water is beautiful at the edge of the white sand. Outdoor Showers, restrooms, picnic tables, and lifeguards are available! One of our favorite places!!!

Visited this beach last year very nice not very busy and close to road. Easy to get too. Lots to do nearby.

Our family, including my husband and myself and our 2 boys (ages 10 and 8), is staying in Miramar Beach for this year’s family vacation. We are staying within walking distance of Pompano Joe’s and the beach in Destin. While enjoying an activity, we met a family who told us that they are staying in Navarre and urged us to check our the beach there.
We really enjoyed this beach so much! It was the highlight of our trip and I wish I could tell the family who recommended it to us Thank You! The beach was clean and not packed to the gills with people like the one close to our place. Also, we did not have to contend with the jellyfish. The facilities are well kept and clean. The worst part was fighting the Destin traffic to get back to our place. We plan on returning to this beach and will be booking our next trip to stay in Navarre!

The most beautiful beaches, clean gorgeous sand, clear water. It was amazingly beautiful. Our family rented a beach house with ocean access and it was our best vacation yet!

Love coming to Navarre beach because it is never crowded. There is less to do in the area (they do have water sports & obstacles but no carnival style rides/thrills) so there is not as many people who visit...which I love! Good local restaurants & great places to rent. If you’re planning to spend a lot of time at the beach, this is the place.

Pretty beach with nice dunes. Sand is so fine it squeaks when you walk on it. Water can be super calm and waves are almost non-existent. If the winds pick up though, surf can be rough.

Worst beach EVER. We drove for almost 2 hours and it was a wasted trip. Not one shell. But if you love seaweed go for it.

What a beautiful place Navarre Beach. For us, the beach has 2 different spots where dogs can go on the beach to a certain point. It was wonderful for us and our Basset. We were able to spend time on the beach and Penny could be with us. The beaches were very clean and everyone had their dogs on their leashes. What more could you ask for. Thank you.

Love the less crowded beaches. A beautiful place for families who love the laid back vacation. We rented a home and never felt the need to rush down to the beach before it got too crowded.

This beach is beautiful. The water was very pretty, but did have some seaweed. It's not crowded. We had fun looking for shells. Be sure to bring a shovel.😊

Beach was well groomed, sand clean and white. Water was warm and enjoyable to all. Plenty of area to set up canopies. Overall a fantastic experience. Went to Pensacola beach and Navarre beach was definitely better and less crowded

Loved our stay here. Beautiful beach. Soft, white sand, clear water, clean beach. We were there the last week in April. Some people were swimming, but the water was still a little too chilly for me. We were there mid week. Not crowded. Not rowdy. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful beaches and relaxing.....IF you avoid the congestion of condos around the pier. Wall to wall umbrellas and tents in that area. Advertised as the place to go to avoid the crowds - not so much. But, if drive further down past condo row, you can find some breathing room

We rented two condo units at the Navarre Beach Regency through Vrbo and were so very impressed with the beach and surrounding area. Absolutely breathtaking!!
White sand beach, without the frustrating traffic of Destin. Highly recommend Navarre Beach!

My first trip to Navarre Beach. The emerald water is just amazing. Clean beaches, white sand and beautiful water. There are public beaches that have showers, restrooms and adequate parking. I just loved it and want to return very soon.

I always feel like im on a private beach when i visit the beach here. Very family oriented, so bring the little ones😊
Beautiful Beach
This beach is the most beautiful beach we have seen in our travels. The water is so clear you can watch the mote rays swimming near the shore from the pier. The water appears to be deep blue with emerald green high lights. Not only is the beach and waters so clean, it is active with ocean life. Children will be amazed with all they see. Our next trip the grandchildren will be coming! Its a wonderful vacation for all ages and very family orientated but still romantic for young or old love. When showing pictures When I'm asked, asked, "wow, where is this?" I don't want to say. Its like a secret treasure island full of wonder. Its not all built up yet with plenty to enjoy. They have a play ground and water park for kids just mins away, excellent food and atmosphere. Plenty of sun and fun, peace and relaxztion.
