One World Observatory was the first of the five skyscrapers we visited during our trip to New York, and it was truly a moving experience. Visiting One World is not just about the incredible views, but also about the significance of its location above the 9/11 Memorial. The observatory is entirely indoors, offering stunning panoramic views of the city and beyond, including distant glimpses of The Edge and its striking corner terrace.
Although it doesn’t have open-air spaces like some other observatories, the height and design of One World make it a must-see. It was the first skyscraper we visited, and it left a lasting impression on us. Each of New York’s skyscrapers has its own unique charm, but One World’s combination of history, architecture, and views make it a standout experience. I highly recommend making it part of your New York itinerary.

Fabulous and well worth the vip skip the line . Plus $15 to spend which doesn’t go far in the over priced cafe BUT still worth every dollar. Highly recommend

Perfect tour for hitting highlights of the sights in NYC. We had an authentic native New Yorker for our guide. He was very knowledgeable & imparted his stories with humor. There were just the right amount of stops & at the right times for restroom breaks. The bus was not a huge bus, rather small accommodating around 26 people….good size for a tour. At all the places we stopped, we had enough time to explore & take pictures. Our guide Mo Green, knew the ins & outs for getting optimal views especially on the ferry ride. He pointed out many details of the city structures. Our driver was excellent, too. We certainly enjoyed the water they provided.

Underwhelming and not good value for money. The 360º view of the city was good, we had a cloudless day and could see for miles. My main issue is the price and what we got for it. Tickets can go upto aroud $50 each, but very little information abkutnwhat you can see is available. Other observation types of attraction across the world provide signs showing what you are looking at and information about it. If you want this you have to pay $15 to hire an iPad, good technology (point in the direction and it will provide information) but expensive if you have a family on top of the entry fee.
I suggest reduce the admission, or include the iPad in the cost. It's not as if you are going to struggle to survive.

One of the true highlights of our NYC visit. The staff are so helpful and friendly and gladly answer any questions. The introductory presentations before and during the very rapid elevator ride to the top are phenomenal. The view from the bar and restaurant on the 102nd floor was astounding--the entire area for 360 degrees, all the buildings, bridges, the Statue of Liberty, unobstructed. And the food and cocktails were sensational--helping to assuage the emotions experienced at the memorial.

Fabulous view of a different part of the city from the view from the Empire State and the Edge but the experience for us was average. The view was not as nice as either the Empire State or the Edge as there was no outside platform.
However, our main issue was the scam relating to prepaid drinks vouchers.
Our admission as part of a NYC pass. On entry we were sold a drinks token each for $24 plus tax of $2.12. We checked out the bar menu and chose cocktails with a value of $23. We were given a different menu and told we had to order from that we were not allowed the drinks valued at $23 each. OK - fair enough so we ordered two lovely Margaritas from the "allowed drinks menu". We were then presented with a bill for $8.28 gratuity and $4.08 tax based on two prepaid drinks worth $46. We pointed out that the drinks we had prepaid were for a value of $12 each and that we had paid the tax on that amount. Also why should we pay gratuities based on two $23 drinks when we had been told that we could not order the $23 drinks of the main menu. We were baffled. Manager said that he could not remove the tax as he was not allowed ... We ultimately therefore ended up paying tax both on the prepaid voucher and again on the value of two $23 drinks that we had no been allowed to order. This is a scam and cannot be legal. We have made a complaint in writing.

This place is taking advantage of America's tragedy for money. They are overpriced for a crappy elevator ride, try to sell you a tablet that you can use your cellphone, with super overpriced food and drinks at the top.

Incredible experience that climb to One World Observatory that I hope to relive one day. I had already watched New York from two other skyscrapers but the view from One World allows you to discover the city from a different angle, see the whole bay, Brooklyn, New Jersey, and I advise you to book your climb just before sunset. So you enjoy the day view, then the sublime sunset and the night view. You will observe the views behind the windows but they are incredibly clean, it does not detract from the quality of the grandiose show.
The staging at the elevator exit is breathtaking.
Bonus: we had no wait before we could climb.
Do not hesitate to go up to One World, you will not regret it.

I would say it's good to scratch off your bucket list, but that's about it. The best thing is the view of course and that's about it. I did the guided tour and my tour guide was great, but you really don't need the tour. The cafe has ridiculous price. They gave me a $15 voucher as part of my tour and it still wasn't enough to cover the $9 fruit salad and $6.50 water. That's criminal and when I went to go sit down and eat my $9 fruit salad there are no chairs in the cafe. Just insane.

it is the southernmost observatory among those known, so slightly outside the New York skyline and with a wide view especially of the Hudson and New Jersey, even if the observer offers a 360 ° view; the path starts from the ground floor of the one world trade center, where you access modern elevators that lead in a few tens of seconds almost to the top of the skyscraper; you access the usual controls, in the normal or priority lane (although I did not find so many lines at the first entrance in the morning); to access the elevators you cross an underground path that shows the stones that house the foundations of all of New York; the elevators "shoot" the occupants in a few tens of seconds at the observatory, where you start from a dark room with an interactive video and then show the spectacular view over NY; I must say the point in favor of this observatory is the southern position, facing the Hudson then secluded from the other competitors; otherwise the view is beautiful, but the environment is quite aseptic, with an interesting but expensive shop; overall the ride lasted just under an hour

The tower as everyone knows was built after the collapse of the twins tower and is exciting already x this. 1776 feet tall (height chosen to commemorate the year of American independence) seems to be in the sky. You enter with almost all city passes. Sublime view of the bay and statue of liberty looking tiny

Superb view over New York from this magnificent tower! Climb in 42 seconds to the 102nd floor.
We had the very practical skip-the-line ticket but there were still few people! Upstairs, plenty of space and windows to see everything! A must do

This is a must do experience in NY. We all enjoyed it. We had skip the line experience which if it would have been a busy day would have been worth it but the lines were short. You do get a $15 / ticket to spend either in the Cafe, restaurant or gift shop. So if it would have spent the money anyway it costs very little more than the standard tour. Only one recommendation - do not get the IPAD experience (they give you an IPAD and as you point it at the view it tells you what the points of interest are). The problem is it always identifies objects to your left and not what you are looking at so it is very awkward.

Visited here after visiting 9/11.
It was a beautiful clear night and the views were amazing, useful to have the tablet device which helped identify landmarks with associated information.
As time was getting on we opted to try restaurant, we had not booked, but the lovely lady on reception couldn’t offer a window seat as they were all booked ( didn’t know you could) we had a lovely quite booth which you could still the amazing views down Manhattan Island back towards the midtown area.
Fantastic end to a memorable day.
Food was good, but as with everywhere in NYC it’s expensive.
Well worth a visit.

The Edge is one of the most worth - spending - money observation decks in New York. Whether it's the sunset, the city's night view, or the sense of high - altitude challenge, it can fulfill all your fantasies about that “blockbuster feel”. Don't forget to make an early reservation, gear up, and come along to capture your very own New York skyline!

We really enjoyed all aspects of this attraction. Our skip the line tickets was nice and did give us $15 coupon for food or gift shop but the crowds were not bad and everyone seem to move along at a great pace. The elevator experience was really neat with the video on the inside walls to add to the ride up and again down. Once at the top we were given an IPad to use that helped identify the views in all directions of what we were seeing. The cafe food of drinks, desserts, etc were great to enjoy. The views were amazing and I really like being inside to enjoy without the heat of summer or being wind blown. At 2 pm there was a city pulse talk that was very informative. I loved the gal who gave the talk that was fun and spoke so well of the history and tips to see the city. We also was honored to spend time walking around the 911 Memorial. The volunteers and others around the Trade tower to help or assist were so nice and helpful. What a great experience!

Beautiful experience it was magical with a perfect view on New York ! The little movie before seeing the view was unbelievable ! I highly recommend doing it if you’re in New York.

We wanted to buy tickets online but waited to ensure the weather was good. The website had a special family rate that was 20% cheaper and only included admission which is what we wanted. We visited at 10:30 am on a weekday and walked in without any wait. The elevator is very fast and shows a time lapse of New York City. The views are great even though there is no outside portion so all of your pictures will be through glass. I prefer Rockefeller Center or the Empire State Building but enjoyed visiting One World Observatory.

I had the VIP tour and I can’t speak highly enough of it. Our guide, Michaela, was excellent…friendly, informative and nothing was too much. Would definitely recommend the experience.

Open all seven days from 9 AM to 9 PM
Nearest metro station is World Trade Centre from where it is a few minutes walk.
Tickets can be bought online or on reaching the observatory through a ticket machine.
There was a kiosk but there was no one selling tickets there.
Tickets online are much cheaper than buying on site through the ticket machines.
We were trying to buy cheaper online tickets on reaching the observatory but the website will not function and didn't allow us to buy tickets online. We then went outside and walked a few hundred metres away from the observatory and tried again. The website started working.
It is still better if you buy tickets from home before reaching close to the observatory as they are the cheapest.
I think the website is designed such that farther you are from the observatory, cheaper are the tickets.
Although the tickets are highly priced, there is a minimal discount for senior citizens and young adults.
There is a 20% discount for a group of four.
Since the tickets are expensive , there are not many visitors and there is no need to pay extra for skip the line tickets. We were there on Monday.
One has to pick time slot for entry
There are some displays as you enter and then the elevator will whisk you 100 floors above in 47 seconds. There is a simulated display in the elevator as you climb.
There is a three minute presentation in the theatre at the top and then the curtains go up suddenly to give you an awesome view.
There are two floors of observation deck and there are excellent views seen from all around.
There is a cafe and a restaurant on top.
Washrooms are available on top
You have to pay extra if you need a picture taken by professional photographers.
There is a souvenir shop on top too
Total time required is approximately 30-45 minutes

So pleased we did this whilst visiting. Spectacular views of NYC and space to sit and take it all in. Nice gift shop and there is a restaurant (open from 12:00) and snack shop available also. Would recommend a visit. The guide was really friendly and informative, great customer service!

Thankfully it wasn't too busy. The views were amazing.
Only downside were the rip off prices at the café, $15 for a small can of Heineken???
And they don't take cash either.

The Go City Pass ends up costing far more than expected due to all the extra add-ons. The whole "reveal" process feels like a pointless delay—just let visitors explore freely. And those mandatory photo stops? Another unnecessary bottleneck clearly designed as a gimmicky way to squeeze out more cash.

If you have been to other towers like Edge, Summit or even Top of the Rock you can save it. It doesn't contribute anything new. You cannot go outside.

There are a number of options when wanting to view the NY skyline. I went to one of the twin towers observatory deck about 30 years ago and so it felt fitting to go to the One World Observatory having returned to New York after all these years. It was poignant to reflect on what has happened since my first visit.
We arrived for the 9am booking (the earliest option) which meant there were no crowds and so we pretty much shared the space with about 40 other people. I can see the fuss about going at dusk but the sky was blue and the peace trumped the evening lights for us (if you get the subway at night from Brooklyn that passed over a bridge, the views of the city in the dark are incredible so that ticked that box for us).
The trip in the lift was a worry for me as I don't like heights or confined spaces but the video show was brilliant to distract you. One tip would be to record the presentation as you get out of the lift and before you step into the observatory. We didn't and I wish we had!
I guess the disadvantage of this observatory over the more mid town ones is that you can't see uptown (e.g. Central Park and beyond).
There is a cafe which is reasonably priced - and a restaurant which I suspect gets booked up well in advance.
We then followed the visit with a sombre reflection at Ground Zero.

The ride up on the elevator was good but… The view was bad, It was fairly boring, I was in and out very quickly. There are better places to go for the views.
The outside was nice, the water fountains were nice and the food carts were very good.

One of New York’s most breathtaking observation decks! Thanks to the New York Pass and a pre-reserved time slot, we walked right in—no lines, no waiting. At the top, the 360-degree panoramic view of the city from the 102nd floor was absolutely unforgettable.

Spectacular view, among all observers this is the one in my opinion most excited, the view ranges from the statue of liberty, to the empire BALDINI state and Brooklyn gates. To try

...47 seconds in the elevator to reach the 120th floor and you are on the tallest building in New York.
Spectacular presentation and then the 360-degree view. The Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge and all the skyscrapers of Midtown....

Visiting the Memorial, the Twin Towers fountains, and the new Freedom Tower was probably the most moving experience of my entire trip.
Unlike other rooftops, this time I bought my ticket in advance, choosing the "skip-the-line" option, which also included a $15 voucher for food and drinks inside (perfect for a quick snack).
Thanks to the priority access, the queue moved very quickly.
The view was spectacular, I will definitely return as soon as I get the chance.

Thanks to the priority pass, the wait was very short.
Spectacular view: I will definitely return as soon as I have the chance.

Eulalia was so kind and helpful, gave us very personalised customer service. Very hard working and What a lovely lady❤️

Very nice panoramic view of New York. This tower allows you to imagine what the 2 TOWERS were, with the fountains and the memorial next door.

The views were amazing! I was there during sunset it was so cool I love ecaslators the elevator was cool I touched bedrock I got a hoodie it’s cool very cool would recommend 10/10

Amazing views of the whole city with brilliant photo opportunities, very comfy with sets dotted around for you to sit and take everything in.

A spectacular 360 degree panoramic view!the ultra impressive climb with a grandiose staging from the arrival at the summit.
Impressive views of the various boroughs: Staten Island, Liberty Island, Ellis Island, Brooklyn, New-Jersey, Queens.
The only downside, no access to the outside so a few reflections if you take photos.
The best time for me is in the morning with a clear view.

I have to say that visiting the observatory at One World Trade Center is like being on top of the world the views are so amazing.
You did not just see all over New York City but into New Jersey as well. I could see the Wonder wheel at Coney Island you could see so far. I have been there in the evening in the past and that is when it’s the most amazing.
You can see all over the City from this vantage point. I have been to the top of the tallest building in the World in Dubai and still not show the views you would see from here.

One World Observatory is undoubtedly the highest vantage point in New York and offers a 360° view of the city. The panoramic effect is impressive, but unfortunately the overall experience did not live up to expectations.
First of all, you have to count at least 40 minutes or even an hour in a row, complicated by extremely strict security checks (more than those at the airport). For example, my camera tripod was seized because it was considered dangerous, so I had to take everything freehand.
The staff was unhelpful and not particularly courteous, which made the experience even worse. The windows of the observatory were not clean, making it difficult to get good photos due to reflections and footprints. The photo shoot offered on site was also not of good quality.
The price is decidedly high (about 60€ per person) and, considering everything, not justified. Personally, I found the Summit One Vanderbilt experience much better, which I highly recommend.

Fantastic views of NYC,
Full 360, can purchase a iPad style locator for an extra $10 which is well worth it…
Enables you to pin point building and tells you the history of it,,,, very good.
You start off at 102 floors in 47 seconds,
Then cafe/ restaurant on floor 101 then floor 100 is the full 360 experience…..
A MUST WHILST IN THE BIG APPLE.
👍

Was amazing, we went inside the building so fast, The elevator is super modern and takes you to the 102nd floor in 47 seconds, You can see the Uptown Manhattan from there.

Great views of downtown Manhattan.
Visited early and it was not busy. Bought tickets on the day from the machines at the entrance.
Elevators were fast to get to the top and had clear views on the day.
Also visited Top of the Rock & One Summit but would recommend One World over these.

This is a must do in New York!! Breathtaking! I highly recommend this in your travels to take in this experience a must do!

My husband and I were looking to kill time and there was no line at One World so we decided to give it a try. It was decent, but I think there are other observatories that are better.

We went at night. Very cool experience. Very easy process and felt it was a reasonable value.
Would recommend it to anyone.

my family had a wonderful time at the observatory Eulalia was amazing we will definately recommend . love lt .............

We ordered the premium pass. There was no waiting in line it was very easy to navigate around. We had a person with us that had limited mobility and he was able to easily get around and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights of our trip to NYC

This is a amazing excursion first you go to the museum where you can learn all about the events of one of the most tragic days in modern history listen to voice recordings of people who were there and see amazing artefacts recovered from ground zero. Then move on to the one world Observatory with its spectacular views

We tried the new observatory and were not disappointed, because it is modern and well organized, the elevator ride is fun as you see the evolution of NYC through the centuries.
The location is modern and the view spectacular although you are not in the middle of other skyscrapers. On the contrary, you can see the Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty very well.
A bit stressful the overcrowding, as you still make reservations at precise times but too close and people stay very long. They should let fewer people in
Best time the sunset, it is recommended not to show up too early as they do not let rise

It was our first trip to NYC. With very limited knowledge on the history of Manhattan and the surrounding Barrios, the view from the top of the Observatory along with the presentation was informative. 360 degrees view of NYC and parts of New Jersey were amazing.

The multi-media content was great, views were to die for, and the city pulse was breathtaking. My favorite part was the elevator when they had an animated video so it could make you feel like you’re flying.

Beautiful architectural structure of this building. Do not miss the observatory from which you have a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline.

Really neat observation building, especially for close-up views of 9/11 area. This building stands very close to where the North WTC Tower was, so can look right down at the South WTC Tower Memorial. Somber, reflective experience. Love that this observation area goes all the way around, for many different views of things. Best tower for views of harbor, Statue of Liberty area, NJ.

Great experience, especially at dusk. We were lucky to have a golden sunset over Jersey City and the Observatory was just the place to see the NYC skyline as the lights went on.
Look out for the nice surprise after the initial introductory presentation. The experience in the lifts is also a highlight.

Observatory near the memorial of the Twin Towers. Great views of Mid-Town and the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. The surprise effect of the view is also beautiful. Recommended.

We went during the day so it wasn't too crowded. As we had done top of the rock at sunset the previous year, It was nice to see NYC from a different viewpoint and time of day. Also being indoors in November was nice!
Great 360 views with the option to pay extra for an iPad with information on when you point it at various places, although we didn't bother with this and were not pressured to by the staff either, it's a great idea.
We were lucky to time it around 3pm when there was a presentation, explaining the history of the WTC and lots of interesting facts about New York. The guide made it fun and was happy to answer questions.
There are plenty of snack bars and gift shops along the way
Overall, I highly recommend this, especially in the winter months, I expect it would be busier at sunset like the other viewing decks but was a lovely experience for the daytime.

The best views of NYC! It was also nice and warm which was fab in December when all the other observation decks were so bitterly cold!
It was very busy, which did take the shine off things, as it would have benefit from a few less people to be able to see out of the windows more effectively.
I think the views on a good day here are much better than the other observation decks.

We enjoyed the view. Would recommend The Edge for a better view. They had someone do a good educational presentation about NYC

A must-see in New York. There's no escaping it. Despite the prohibitive rates, it's once-in-a-lifetime (at least). Getting there through the Oculus is an absolute must. That said, breathtaking 360° views... nothing more to say. You have to go there to find out.

You can spend as much time as you want here. There is a nice gift shop and coffee shop at the observatory.
Do this in the day so that your photos have the Empire State Building in them and then do the Empire State Building at night for the great skyline lights.
You don't need to stop at the photo place, just walk past it.
Bathrooms are located at the gift shop.

In less than a minute, at two floors per second, not-at-all-claustrophobic elevators shoot you into the sky, with beautiful views of NYC from the southernmost angle. Stellar view, absolutely not to be missed.

Climb 102 floors in 47 seconds to the top of One World Trade Center and the One World Observatory and experience spectacular views of all of New York City's five boroughs, New Jersey and Connecticut from the highest point in the city and the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. From 1,300 feet in the air. Open from 9 to 9 and located on floors 100-102 with exhibits and restaurants, at 117 West Street, at the corner of West and Vesey Streets in lower Manhattan, the Old World Observatory features three sprawling levels and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame spectacular views of New York City. See the city's iconic sights, including the Statue of Liberty. and surrounding waters and iconic skyline, amazing 360-degree views for up to 45 miles in any direction. Take an interactive guided tour of the city, grab a bite to eat at the cafe and stop at the ONE restaurant's mixbar for a glass of celebratory prosecco wine. Also learn about the history of the World Trade Center.

Our dining experience was fantastic! We especially loved eating at the top. Our server, Haque N, was outstanding. He was friendly, courteous, and helped us make excellent meal choices with great recommendations. He was also incredibly kind to my daughter, answering all her questions with patience and warmth.

Experience from start to finish was excellent. We got tickets for 9:30 admission and there was zero line. The 360 degree view was breathtaking. Staff was very helpful.
We were there for about an hour start to finish. There was an option to buy a tablet which u could scan the view and it would tell you the history of the location etc but we didn’t opt for that.
Would definitely recommend this for a NYC visit.

Going up in the lift was a fun concept, the reveal was breathtaking. The talks were really informative. I could’ve spent all day just looking onto the city!! Definitely recommend going if you are in New York.

The experience was ok. We were disappointed. It’s very crowded. The iPad thing is a joke. They don’t work very well and are cumbersome to carry around. The restaurant is a skip. It was very disappointing

A superb 'must do' attraction. All of the staff that we encountered were great, even when the attraction closed due to high winds on our original booked date.
When we re-used our tickets the next day, it was well worth it.
Be aware of the upselling of a computer/tablet that points out the names of certain buildings. We met a very friendly staff member who explained it and told us it would be $10, but upon getting to the till, it was suddenly $15!!! Honest mistake or scam, I really don't know!

Climbed at the start of the day when the weather was rather bad, we were offered to postpone the visit but it was the last day, so we went.
Attentive ground staff, disdainful restaurant staff, impossible to sit down, the space is closed, in short a bad surprise.

My experience on the tour was perfect — a super friendly person and a true gentleman who knew all the areas very well and made a great effort to explain in detail all the views of the building, its surroundings, and the ongoing projects. I recommend him without a second’s hesitation.

The elevator is super fast and shows the city as it looked in prior years. Once at the top 360 views of all of nyc and particularly the area facing the statute of liberty. We did the memorial and museum afterwards.

I would have not minded to pay a little more money to have less people up there.
The venue was very crowded. I do realize that it is a very sought after place. Possibly placing raisers along some parts of the windows. And the very beginning part before we enter the observatory, it would have been nice to have steps in a bleachers many so that everyone would be able to see the intro.

Don’t pay the $10 for the ‘interactive I-pad. It isn’t and the info on the hi lighted buildings isn’t anything you didn’t already know.
The cafe is cashless now, but no indication anywhere to say so. Staff more interested in taking photos of the stunning sunset than serving.
Fantastic views watching BY darken by the minute and the sunset is brilliant.

Great food ,great atmosphere and fantastic views. The dining package seems expensive but it is great value for money. I would really recommend it.

This was one of the best things we did while in New York, make sure to video the elevator ride up and down it is great. You can see everything from 102 floors up. I highly recommend doing this it is well worth the money!!!

Transaction was very quick, it only took a few minutes to add info. I purchased tickets right before I walked in. Great experience.

A fantastic experience and views - as long as you're not afraid of heights! We combined the tour with dinner and were treated to an amazing meal and sunset. Seeing the city in lights at night completed the experience.

Left feeling I must go back with family. Last trip to NYC IN 1999, we ate at the top of the world and stayed at the Marriott on site. Takes your breath away. Never forget 🇺🇸

We got really lucky on the day we visited. No waiting. Straight to the top. Beautiful day. Great views. Best in my opinion.

Our visit to the 102nd floor of the One World Observatory was amazing!
Impressive lift tour up, not very busy. The view of the 100th floor (about 500 meters high!) was impressive. A 360 degree view of New York and surroundings! In short: incredibly beautiful! Highly recommended.

Without a doubt, this is the best observatory in NYC. I had ideas on others before this and still surprised me with the sight. The experience is amazing, from the elevator to the presentation for opening the curtains.

Amazing! The views from the top of this building are breathtaking. So much to see. We were given an iPad which showed the names of some of the buildings we were looking at. We had photographs taken on one of the floors which were then available to buy with different backdrops. They were quite pricey - $100.16 for 3 prints on top of the $65 dollars each to get in. We were given a card with a QR code on which we have been able to see all our pics on and can download any we want to print off ourselves. Not sure whether this would have been free if we had chosen not to buy any prints. We were given a $15 voucher each off food and drinks so 2 coffees and 2 cheesecakes in the cafe there only cost us 49 cents. All in all, a really good experience

I have taken visiting family twice and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed it. Be sure to check how busy it is before getting skip the line tickets.

Compared to the top of tea rock c is disappointing
First we are inside and then we try to sell you more pictures
Yes we have a beautiful view but we missed the whaouu effect we only had in the elevator

The overall experience would have been okay, had it not been for one particular situation.
As soon as you ascend, the staff immediately tries to rent you an iPad that provides information about the buildings visible from the observatory. The employee who assisted me quoted a price of $10 for the rental, so I accepted. However, when it came time to pay, she charged me $20. When I questioned her, she insisted that I must have misunderstood, claiming she had clearly stated that the rental itself was $10, implying there was an additional fee.
Ultimately, I ended up paying the higher price. Later, inside the attraction, I spoke to another person who had also rented an iPad. He told me he paid only $10! They had tried the exact same tactic with him—quoting one price and then attempting to charge another—but he refused to pay, so they honored the original $10 price.
In such a major tourist location, I felt I could trust the employees, but I quickly realized they are willing to do anything for extra money. I felt completely scammed. When I brought this up to the supervisor, he simply stated that the price was $20 and flatly denied that anyone had paid $10. He showed absolutely no willingness to help. This entire ridiculous experience completely ruined what should have been a great visit to this tourist spot.

Well . It's tallest building in NY but that's it. It was open until 9pm in August only so only about 1h after sunset. difficult to do a good pictures because other lights reflect on windows like emergency exits.Plus all those finger prints.

I would highly recommend going to One World Tower. The view was breathtaking and we were very impressed by the service. Eulalia was so kind and helpful. We had such a great time, and really appreciated being treated so well!

Unbelievably high - 102nd floor! Breathtaking 360-degree view, great experience. Definitely recommendable, not to miss!

A breathtaking view of NYC that must be favored one day of good weather. A climb in an elevator with a majestic animation, the discovery of the New York panorama is extraordinary.

Ok, so this was a last-minute dash as I had booked the restaurant but didn't realise you had to also book for the observatory tower too. Anyhow, all sorted in just enough time.
Positives:
The views are phenomenal.
Going at 6.30 pm meant no crowds at all.
Dining with these views is amazing.
Staff members were ever so friendly, especially in the restaurant where our server was amazing to my girls.
Negatives:
The food was not what I consider a la carte, nice but standard. The steak was quite fatty.

Speedy admission and quick lefts up to the top where we viewed the skyline and stopped off for some wine, would highly recommend as it is right on the waterline

The experience of viewing the sky line and the history of the building were great. Some truly great views.
The restaurant: I was packed in at the bar like cattle. The service was good but for the prices you would expect some decency in terms of where you get to sit. Food was nice but overpriced. I also find it pretty cheeky to add a line for a tip when you have already automatically added on 20% service charge…
$140 bill for one person, 3 drinks and a burger after you paid an expensive entry fee.
Lady came onto the bar mid way through my meal and was making a fuss saying this is why she should have been on the bar. Wasn’t a guest conversation but loud enough to be heard, not particularly relaxing knowing there is hostility among the staff.
Credit to the lady who was seating eveyone at the restaurant on Saturday 25th of May she was really nice.

Great place to visit. Lots to see and do, amazing decor. Would advise anyone wanting to go to go. Great views of city and staff are flexible with tickets if the weather isn’t great up there.

The views from OneWorld are remarkable! We were given the tip to go up around 4.30 and stay for sunset. There is no time limit on your visit, so this was a great idea. Not just the views of Manhattan, but over the Brooklyn Bridge to Brooklyn and to Jersey were spectacular. It was a poignant observation deck for us because of the history of the World Trade Centre buildings and reflection pools below. They do lose a point though because of the outrageous drinks prices. 2 standard beers and a bottle of water was over $40 USD. But hey, I guess it’s a beer I’ll never forget 🍺🍺

A pretty funny experience.
Really well done with the elevator torture up.
And when you get up there is the coolest view of the whole city .
All money worth

Great views of the city, the lift up is very fun with the history of NYC unfolding as you go up. I think I was a little unfazed by this point as I had already done several of the other tower viewing platforms but it's got great views of the Statue of Liberty, several of the bridges as well as Empire State in the distance.

The skyline, cityscape, and endless views surrounding this place make it magical. It's incredible how far you can see out.

Last trip, we did Summit, The Edge, Top of Rock and OWO. The latter was the one that had the least publicity but I was fascinated and I put it first... the whole experience from the floor... is impressive and the museum paragraph apart!! Definitely repeat!! it's wonderful!!

We attended on Halloween using the Go City Pass - there were high winds outside and when we got to the front of the queue for the lifts we were told they could not operate due to the wind. They checked them every ten minutes to see if they were safe to use and we probably waited about 40 mins until they were operational again. No issue with this as it was a safety issue so totally understood it. When the lifts got going again we headed to the observatory. It is undoubtedly a spectacular view but it was my least favourite of the observations decks we did, which included Empire State Building, Top of the Rock and Summit One Vanderbilt. This one had no real theming or experience like some of the others had, no real information about the building, it just felt a bit bland. Bought a drink at the cafe which was overpriced (not a surprise in New York) but it was pretty annoying that you couldn’t even sit down. The staff in the observatory were not engaging whatsoever. We obviously used the pass but I’d have been very disappointed if I’d paid full price.

No respect for the schedule, despite an extra price to see the sunset. A crazy world mismanaged and dirty controls (yes I had hydroalcohol gel). Arrived long after sunset... a crazy world to make a bigger recipe probably... but no pleasure. I don't recommend it.

Proceed with caution when purchasing the Priority Ticket for an increased cost on days where the visitor volumes are low. I spent $75.00 for a Priority pass, only to find out that they were “ignoring” the 33-minute wait time that was posted as the next entry time for the standard tickets. It was so slow, there was no point in the expedited security check line or exit lines when you get ready to leave. It’s a shame that One World Observatory would offer such a ticket offering when there wasn’t a need. It’s misleading and deceptive all in a way to earn extra income.

Another view of New York, which allows to discover another part of New York. The weather was a bit overcast but the view is impressive.

Awesome views of the city. Went early with our 10/12 year old boys. It’s worth Combining it with the 9/11 memorial visit.

I have a fear of heights so doing this was a point of pride!! The views are spectacular and going later in day means get to appreciate all the lights in NY city. Downsides, don't take a selfie stick as not allowed upstairs. There is a place to get food, but no where to sit unless you are having a sit down meal. And the windows will get crowded with people trying to get their pics taken of the skyline, but just be patient and will get your chance at window.

A climb to the 102nd floor and an incredible view of Manhattan, from the Statue of Liberty to Central Park. A visit that is really worthwhile and not without some emotion. The view is breathtaking and the experience incredible. Don’t miss it when you’re in New York.

The view was amazing even with clouds I can't imagine what it's like on a clear day. The fragrance of the place smells so good. I honestly hung out a little longer to enjoy it and the view. They warn you if there is zero visibility when you come in. The introduction movie was very good and the staff was really cool. Be ready for security check and you can't bring your drinks up with you (my insulated water bottle was ok but I had to ditch my Starbies)

The barcode sent to my email, did not generate both tickets. Scanning it generated an error, so we were not allowed to enter.

The observatory is incredible but our experience was ruined by an extremely rude staff member in the gift shop. She has curly hair parted in the middle. She yelled at us for not using her register. Quizzing us on why we didn't line up at her register. Then rudely said I know you saw the sign saying card only but you still try pay cash. She was rude and aggressive and we were taken aback. Only rude person we have encountered on on holiday to New York from Australia. Time to retire love.

One World Trade Center is the tallest building in the US and the observatory offers 360 degree views for miles. The history and the legacy is awing, as you think about how this tourist destination would not exist had it not been for 9/11. I went on a clear day and had great views. The price isn’t horrible if you just do the standard admission. To me, it’s nothing I would need to experience again but overall it is worth the experience.

I DIDN'T HAVE IT IN MY PLANS, BUT I DON'T REGRET DOING IT!!! IT WAS AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE, I SUPER RECOMMEND!!! IT HAS TERRIBLE VIEWS OF TOTA LA CIUDAD!

Very nice and instructive.
The staff was very helpful in answering our questions.
The view that you can see is fabulous and gives to 360 'over the whole city.
Recommended

The slightly different view of New York. From here you can see the Brooklyn Bridge, which is really great. Plus a nice view of the River and New York from the other side. You can walk around completely once. The pictures are taken in front of the window because there is no area outside. These can occasionally reflect when the sun is shining. Otherwise great!

I pre booked this experience directly through the website back in early 2022 before our visit to NYC in December 22. We were lucky to enter and get straight through security with no queues, and the elevator to the top was so quick.
When the screen opens at the top it’s literally breathtaking, the Incredible 360 views of NYC from 100 floors up is something else. We managed to catch the sunset which was very romantic to just sit there and watch.
Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting NYC, It’s a must Do

The views are spectacular, but they don't worry about the windows being clean, nor about the reflections that kill the photos. The entire observatory is closed, although WTC is better positioned, I recommend going to EDGE more

Went on a cloudy New York morning. There was no line to purchase tickets and no wait to get an elevator. We purchased the combo ticket that included the digital skyline guide which was actually very helpful. I would recommend getting one if this is your first trip to NY and you need help figuring out what you’re looking at. There was also a One World guide walking around answering questions and she was so nice and full of great information. I would highly recommend this experience! The views were incredible even though it wasn’t a crystal clear day.

Just amazing. Had to imagine the previous building here (which I had lectured in, back in the 1980s and 1990s). Enjoyed the live talk (at 10:30 near the South sign). Gal was very informative and knew her history. Today it was quite hazy, so pictures of the surrounding areas didn’t come out well.
Skip the VIP tour pass (with the gift shop and food/beverage credit). We had a $30 credit, but wanted to buy a single postcard at the gift center for $1.95. No refunds for unused credit. Decided to go back up to the cafe and spent $36 on 1 bottle of H20, 1 bottle of diet coke, 1 bottle of ice tea and a tasteless wrap. Zero flavor discernible in the wrap. Eat before you go

Located on the top floor of the one world trade center building on the site of the 911 terrorist attack, with a spectacular view of the Bourklindary and the Statue of Liberty, Manhattan

Of course always spectacular, especially at sunset.
Drink prices very high.
Unfortunately no outdoor area.
Booking with a pass is easy

Excellent experience that we will remember for the rest of our days the whole experience was well worth it.
Hardly any queues

I visited the observatory with a bunch of my good buddies. The view was nice and all, but it was Phillip that made our day!! His knowledge of all the buildings around and his humor was so refreshing. We truly enjoyed conversing with him. He helped us find every building/area we were looking out for. Nicest man. If all people in the world were like Phillip, the world would be a better place.

I’ve been lucky enough to experience good service and on occasions fantastic service but very rarely exceptional service. This was one of those occasions. I went with four friends looking to visit the Observatory and was lucky enough to be served by Yohanna (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly). She helped us to get the right tickets for the visit and at the time was within our available window. She walked us through the entire process and ensured we got EXCEPTIONAL service
It was an amazing experience to visit but as always it started from the point of purchase. Thank you for being an extraordinary individual you whom customer experience means everything

I didn't carry my card and according to me you could buy the tickets in cash and it wasn't possible so I went to buy a gift card it was the first time I did it Miss Alyssa Bravo helped me in everything from the activation of the card, the purchase of the tickets, the entrance to the show .. definitely a great person.

I paid for a regular ticket, which allowed me to view the city from 100-102nd floor. For someone who hasn't been this high up before, I could see the appeal in this activity. For me, aside from seeing the view, there's nothing to write home about. There's a cafe in the observatory and a gift shop to purchase merch. Those might be worth it for some.

I went up one of the twin towers the last time I was in New York about 30 years ago and so it was fitting to go to the one world observatory. The viewing platform is great - and the introduction when you get to the top and before you get out is spectacular (get your camera ready). I don’t like heights or small spaces so took a chance but the lift experience was so quick and distracting I didn’t notice and then you forget you are at the top when there. We booked the 9am (first) ticket and it was so quiet so anyone who doesn’t like crowds I would definitely suggest doing that. We had clear views because it was so quiet. There is a cafe and a shop as well both of which are reasonably priced. You can stay as long as you wish.

Full disclosure I accidentally booked this observatory. I thought I was booking Vanderbilt One and somehow booked this, so the experience was way different. That being said, this is way overpriced and not worth your time and money. It’s a ride to almost the top of the building in a fast elevator with pictures projected on the screen/wall. Then you unload into a waiting area where the wall lifts and you get a sneak peek at the views. Now you are let out into the snack and restaurant area then down one floor to the actual observation deck. So here is where my real disappointment began this venue has no outdoor areas, every view is through a window and windows means reflection, so sad.
Our tickets included the iPad tour/map if you do go here do not bother with this, the app is glitchy and the iPad heavy and cumbersome.

It was exactly what I expected, amazing views of the city from every direction. There are multiple attempts to upsell you if you haven’t bought the deluxe ticket, but they’re not too pushy. It’s not something I would do on every trip to NYC, but would recommend for first time visitors.

This was an experience from start to finish! And the views were spectacular from all angles.
Only thing that was a shame is that there isn’t an outdoor section (like at Empire State Building) but understandable given the difference in height…!

This experience was amazing, one of the best we did in NYC. We had tickets for the day before and it was zero visible so staff recommended we change the day free of charge and it was easy to do and the staff were friendly and informative. The day we visited was a beautiful clear day, the views were spectacular. We had cocktails and flight of beers in the bar. Matthew was our bar tender and like the rest of the bar staff he was really friendly. They took time to talk to us and give us information about the city. We would have loved to be able to come back to the bar to see the staff again and to have a meal but to do this we would have to buy another day experience ticket. Access to bar and restaurant only would be great and we would have definitely returned for a meal. Over all everyone that works at One World Observatory was great. Thank you very much. We would visit again if we are ever back in the city.

I booked this trip with Viator back in the UK.
I opted for skip the line tickets with iPad tour once up at the Observatory.
I wasn’t disappointed the process to get through security was swift and then we were shown to the elevator up to the top.
WOW - the views of Manhattan and beyond were amazing.
The iPad was excellent at advising you of what you were looking at.
This was a fabulous experience and worth the money in my eyes.

Great customer service by Devana. She noticed I was struggling bc I my phone had almost no charge so she kindly offered to charge it and she saved our trip! Great customer service and great human being.

Great view of New York and New Jersey. Used the IPad to see around the city and surrounding area. The Empire State Building and Statue of Liberty are things to look at, at the top.

Well worth the price of admission, especially at sunset. Such a neat experience and wonderful views of the city. Staff were all friendly and helpful too. My only comment was that the extra price for “skip the line” was not at all needed at this time of year. Other than that, so cool!!

Sadly, no fault of the attraction itself. We had $285 in tickets with zero visibility minus the clouds moving randomly. I would suggest waiting until the night before or the day of to purchase your tickets for this attraction because if it rains or has fog issues, you’re not gonna be able to see anything and I know the view would’ve been stunning otherwise. Now graciously, they offered us to move our ticket to the next day but unfortunately, we only had one day in New York and couldn’t do that. At 10:30 AM a lady spoke on one of the observation decks and gave a lot of information about New York and the different things you could see and things you could do. She did a really good job and was very informative. So I highly recommend hanging around and listening to her talk. I’m sure they probably do this several times throughout the day but we happen to be there for 10:30 speaking.

The fully guided VIP Tour is a semi-private tour that provides a wealth of information about the former towers, memorial, the construction of post-911 buildings, and plans for future buildings. We learned so many details about the planning, architecture, construction and emotional elements. Luckily, we had a gorgeous clear day with expansive views. The aerial architectural tour at the top was a great overview of notable locations around the city and surrounding areas. Our guide was local and shared his decades of knowledge and experience. Highly recommend it!

It was my first time traveling to New York City and using TripAdvisor made the experience extremely easy for tickets to events. I would highly recommend.

The whole experience is to force you to pay for a photo opportunity against a fake back drop at the top of the tower !
The long wait that takes you up to the top leads you across views that are completely obstructed by blinds. You're then forced with no choice but to wait for the photo op.
This whole experience is distasteful, rude and a complete waste of time and money.
Avoid.

Complete poop terrible 8 dollar water scam over commercialized garbage build up for a mid view of the city the elevators were cool going up and completely idiotic going down I’m going to repeat the water was 8 dollars completely disgusting scam BIG L

One World Observatory is one of a handful of observatories in Manhattan and it's quite worthwhile to visit with the main competitors being Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center and the Empire State Building.
Being the tallest building in lower Manhattan by quite a bit, it provides essentially unobstructed 360 degree views and comparatively is actually cheaper than its counterparts (Top of the Rock is comparable but often more expensive and the Empire State Building goes for nearly twice the price). We went after sunset so there was a bit of glare due to the light within the building however the views were still quite incredible.
The price seems steep but is reasonable especially given what other similar observation decks offer and the advantages found at One World.

It was amazing! Place with many stories, modern architecture and the view is amazing! I consider a must go when I'm in NYC

We were blown away by this experience. Absolutely incredible views of all five boroughs. Photography can be a challenge given the reflections off the glass (in comparison to Top of the Rock, which is open) but we still managed to get some incredible pictures, especially as the sun went down. Highly recommended!

Went around lunch time on a Sunday, purchased our tickets via Groupon right before hand. Weather was clean, so the view was great. Didnt need to wait very long at all to get up and down in the elevators. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I got there early and avoided the long line. 47 seconds to the top for a killer 360° view of Manhattan and Brooklyn. When taking photos, get close to the glass to avoid reflection.

Excellent service, very interesting but sad the history of this place, is a unique experience. I will recommend it to my family

Second time visiting and forgot how good it was! We pre-booked an open ticket so could arrive anytime between 12-4pm and it included priority access so we avoided all the queues (I would advise getting the open ticket as if it was a foggy/cloudy day it would ruin your visit). The elevator whisks you up in no time at all and the whole lift is a video of Manhattan being built which is amazing. Once at the top, the short video you watch is good and the wall lifts up to reveal your first glimpse of the skyline from 102 stories up which is awesome. The 360° views of NYC are spectacular and on the lovely sunny day we visited, we could see for miles! The shop sold some lovely items at surprisingly fair prices and there were very clean toilets available, as well as a water fountain.

All of the observation decks in New York City are AWESOME. I would not say that one is better than the other. In May if you come around 8pm you can see the city in daylight, sunset, and night. You have to get your tickets in advance with time slots.

It was a great experience going up in the lift to 102 to start with,it showed a virtual picture of newyork development through the yrs, queues were minimal and the views from up top were fantastic because the weather was great on my trip, information about newyork was well conveyed by an enthusiastic speaker ,who made it an enjoyable history lesson

Personally I thought this was the best of all the observatory’s. The view is amazing, all of the observatory’s offer similar views. Having done them all I thought this was the best one.
If I were to order them this o e then the edge, empire states and last top of the rock.
Well worth a visit, we had a city pass which includes this and all of the other observatory’s. Queue was minimum. Well organised through the lines. Overall really positive experience.
I would definitely this one above all of the others and if I had to pick only one it would be world one.

If going on a weekday, don't spend extra for the priority access. The iPad they provided showed some of the highlighted buildings. For better photo ops, go to an outside observation deck such as the Empire State Building.
Hideous and disgusting rap music that played on an incessant, irritating loop, which played the entire time and on all the floors, ruined the entire experience.

Views of the Manhattan area and the Statue of Liberty. But the photos remain random due to the more or less well cleaned and inclined windows.
Visit quite simplistic and a shop at prices far too high for souvenirs.

We got a good deal via US Groupon - 4 people for less than $100 which is around half what you would pay to go to Top of the Rock or the Empire State Building.
No queues to speak of, straight through security and into the lift. Lifts are amazing, up to the 100th floor in less than a minute, you don't really feel you are moving apart from feeling the pressure change in your ears.
There is a wow moment when screens are lifted after you exit the lifts, then down to the observation floor.
Great views over Manhattan to the North and Staten Island to the South , main problem is you are always inside so photos are impacted by glare from the glazing. Also, the really interesting stuff is in Manhattan but that's only a small part of the view.
There is an overpriced cafe with a small drinking area with elevated tables but no seating.
Overall an underwhelming experience, great view but certainly not worth a full price ticket.

Great experience from the moment you enter the elevator. You your are traveling in high tourist season, spend the extra USD$22 for the enhanced experience. The value (for me) was VIP (shorter line) entrance to the elevator up and leaving (no line) to the exit We stayed until sunset, with 100’s of others, and the line to the elevator backed up quite a bit. VIP was no line at all.
The elevator ride up was 47 seconds with an awesome surround video of how NYC developed from the 1600’s to date. After the quick human intro you get a short video and an impressive surprise (no spoiler here). The view is incredible- no time to try the coffee bar (USD$6 for an expresso but “free” with your USD$10 gift certificate when you buy a VIP ticket. We did. It use it not tried the drinks. The kids, both teen agers loved the experience.

If you'd like to see and marvel the skyscrapers of New York City then this is a place to visit. You get a full view of Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn and Staten Island. Really breathtaking view of the city from up there. Also you get to ride the world's fastest elevator that can take you to the 102nd flr in a minute.

I had been to the original towers several times, but this was the first time in the new building, and it was an Awesome experience. Cool technology on the elevator up…won’t spoil it here. Amazing views and learned a lot about the city. Shoutout to Eulalia who was a big help getting us the correct tickets guiding us through!!

This is our second visit to One World Observatory. Both time so we did not have to purchase tickets in advance . We walked up to the ticket counter purchased our tickets and went directly to the elevator . After a very short time waiting for the elevator we were whisked up 102 stories in just 47 seconds . The views are unbelievable . Bring a pair of binoculars if you want to see points of interest up close. Nothing compares to the view especially on a clear day . Expect to stay at least one hour to two hours . Incredible !

A truly unique experience, with great service and food to boot!! The staff were friendly and incredible. They really pulled all the stops in accommodating us. We’ll definitely be back!!

Good, but expected better. Would have liked a little bit more information. However the process getting to the tower was good

The quick climb to the 100th floor and then all of New York. On our previous trip to the Big Apple we had seen it under construction and so this time the climb was a must. More than 40 euros the cost of the ticket, but what is cheap in NYC now??

Excellent 3 story observation deck on the 100th-102nd floors of One World Trade Center which was constructed on the site of the former World Trade Center complex that suffered the horrific terrorist attack on 9/11. This is the tallest building in the US and in the Western Hemisphere and is the 7th tallest in the world. The 360-degree views of NYC including of Manhattan, the surrounding boroughs and of the New York Harbor are amazing. The ride up and down in the elevator is quite an experience in itself depicting the transformation of the city since its founding. Although it is all enclosed, the windows in the observatory are from floor to ceiling. Not as nostalgic as the Empire State Building and missing the adrenaline of being outside, but the views from One World Trade Center are probably the best in the city. We chose the more expensive timed entry skip the line tickets. As it turns out, this was unnecessary on a weekday morning in April when we visited as lines were short. They may be more useful during busier times such as weekends or at sunset. A visit here is not just enjoying some amazing views but it is quite moving as it is a celebration of the resilience of the city and country following the devastating attack that took place in 2001.

A must do in NY ! you wont be disappointed !
Theres no need to buy skip the line
Have a nice restaurants on top
Bring your camera and binoculars

Beautiful view, little wait, very friendly staff! One of the attractions not to be missed if you are staying in New York

The observatory itself was amazing - you could see for miles; it’s 360 degrees; the lift to the top was innovative and interesting.
With that being said, it was very pricey. A plastic Christmas decoration was $49.95 in the gift shop! It’s pure extortion to be honest.
I think once you’ve done it once, you’ve done it.

The view is great, you can see all of Manhattan from downtown!
But unfortunately the glass is very thick, which isn't always very clean and spoils the view a bit!
You have a "far-reaching view" of the city, but it's nowhere near as good as the views from the Empire State Building or Rockefeller Top of the Rock.
I wouldn't choose this deck a second time! But it was worth the trip up once!

Im not a lover of heights but this was definitely worth going up. You are taken to the top in seconds where you get a 360 degree view of Manhattan, New Jersey and Connecticut (45 miles on a clear day). You can also make the use of a tablet that shows you different landmarks of the area you are looking at. Huge windows allows you to see everything. There is also a restaurant, cafe bar and a drinks bar. We didn’t book. it was $45 dollars for a 30 minute wait at the time we went or $64 to have entry straight away but you also got a $15 dollar voucher to spend at the bar. As we intended to have a drink anyway this was the best option for us.

Absolutely breathtaking! My husband planned a birthday trip for me, which is coincidentally also the 4th of July, when America goes big on everything. I feel like there is no bad time to see this observation deck. Summer? Winter? Sunset? Perfect, each time. However, have in mind that New York City may get overwhelming, so definitely buy the tickets in advance.

Beautiful 360-degree view! Grandiose on a sunny day. To do! We enjoyed the organization and management of the queues.Tb.

The pre-booking was well designed and on arrival everything was easy and fast. The views were incredible and lunch at the restaurant was very nice too

What about.... you have the feeling of being tall.... :-)
not to be missed, being in down Manhattan the view to the North contemplates all of Manhattan

Do not pre buy tickets for this. If the weather is bad on the day, you can see nothing and although your visit time can be extended, in case the weather improves, that may not happen and then you have lost the money and it is an expensive visit!

Wonderful experience, great view and a particular thanks to Eulalia for the support and the kindness ! She helped us to buy the tickets for family at the automatic machine . She Is very professionale and smart !

Great views and a large 360° observation floor allowed us to see familiar landmarks. The tablet that was part of the combination ticket was not very useful. It was trying to point out landmarks so far away and so obscured by other buildings that we could not really see them well. Better to just look and marvel at the nearby sights. The floor has a complete gift shop. The clear view was spectacular.

Incredible views and experience! We decided last min to go at 7pm and it was amazing! Sunset maybe a tiny bit earlier would’ve been cool too but at night the 360 views were insane! Gave us chills! It is indoors, no outdoor viewing like empire but that didn’t matter, they keep it dark inside at night so you can really see everything twinkling and glowing. The experience getting to the top was very interesting with facts and info also! Absolutely recommend!

I was not expecting the dramatic reveal of the view following the introductory video. It was definitely a wow moment. You are getting the downtown view of the area, which means you won't see any of Central Park. You do see the Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges and great views up to Midtown and over to Long Island and New Jersey. We enjoyed the experience, and it was a little cheaper than the other observation decks we considered.

The views from the observatory were phenomenal. The elevator ride is a bit difficult, but this was due to motion issues. People at the observatory are very helpful. There was an excellent presentation to explain about the building of the original twin towers, building the One World Observatory tower, 911 memorial park., etc. Was a memorable experience.

Well, it was high. And it was 360 degrees. And the elevator-ride up video (NYC time-lapse from the first explorers to today) was so interesting that we went up twice to take another look at the video and could have gone up three times because the video wraps around three sides.
BUT the admission is overpriced and there's a device that identifies what you are seeing that costs another $20 and doesn't work really well. PLUS the location at the southern tip of Manhattan Island is great for looking at New Jersey and Brooklyn but NOT as good as the top of the Empire State Building for seeing Manhattan. From down at the south end one can't see lots of what makes NYC most interesting -- Central Park and the museums and many well-known buildings like St. Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Center, to name a few.
I haven't been to the top of the Empire State Building since the last century, and many tall buildings have gone up since I did, but I'm willing to bet the experience still beats One World Observatory.

For the price, the experience was only 20-30 minutes. The view was great but there is only a few places where people were not

AMAZING! VERY ATTRACTIVE and GREAT PLACE TO STAYCATION...
One World Observatory in the NY United State...precious location and stunning views beautiful surrounding.. with a general admission ticket to one world trade center ..you will haven. Accessto the observatory located between the 100th and 102nd floors to recommendation is to buy the admission ticket in advance it also allows you to enter without waiting in line....directly accessing the building ..foods was disirable ..One World Observatory is the tallest skycraper in the western Hemisplace....

The views are amazing, I've been twice now once back in 2018 it is also right next to the 911 memorial museum so that is handy for doing 2 attractions right next to each other.

I had a great time at the observatory, the view was spectacular and it is absolutely worth the time. I would definetly recommend Eulalia helped my family getting the tickets, she is amazing

We had a priority ticket so we skipped the line and entered One World Trade Center quickly and easily. After a tour about the building we used our $5 priority coupon for refreshments. I would recommend!

Uninterrupted 360 Deg views of Manhattan and beyond. Fabulous photos. Not as iconic as the Empire State or as pretty inside but the space to move about and get the photos you want are a lot better.
However be aware if you fancy a just a drink / snack there is NO seating you have to pay for that in restaurant which is a real bummer and why it doesn't get 5 stars.

Wow, wow, wow! What an amazing experience! Had tour guide Emma all to myself for well over an hour today and she was simply incredible! Her warmth, friendliness and knowledge of all things New York was absolutely second to none.
Engaging, charming and easy to converse with - no question was too dumb and I had the best time at the top of the observatory.
I learned so much about the creation, history and expansion of New York (who knew that bridge caissons could be so interesting?) that I can go home happy in the knowledge that I know more than I did 4 days ago.
Would throughly recommend a visit to the One World Observatory, even if you don’t manage to get Emma to give you the low-down

It was a wonderful experience. A spectacular view
No waiting to go up or down
The elevator ride flew by thanks to the video presentation
Definitely recommended. Panoramic view of NYC

One of the best observation points in NEW York... if not the best... I think it is the synthesis of the best skyviews in Manhattan

The construction of this dizzying skyscraper, 540 meters high, represented the rebirth of the area following the September 11, 2001 attack. In just 47 seconds, a lightning-fast elevator takes you to the 102nd floor of One World Observatory, where you start your tour of the rooftop terrace for a breathtaking 360-degree view of NYC. You can easily identify the main sites that made the metropolis famous in the world, from the Statue of Liberty to the Empire State Building, as well as some historic buildings of early New York, which look very small in comparison!.

We didn't have such high expectations, as other viewing platforms are somehow more in the spotlight.
But we were totally impressed:
- great view
- no waiting time
- great "presentation"
I would definitely come back again the next time I visit New York.

Bought a skip the line ticket through get your guide. Entry was simple and there wasn't really any queue for regular tickets either. This was around 11am on a weekday. Straight through to the lift which was done brilliantly with the journey to the top showing you the development of Manhattan over the years. Really well done. Then a reveal at the top before going in. Views are spectacular all around and this is really well done and quite moving given the history. I would really recommend this.

This was such an amazing experience! Elevator to the top was quick, insane to travel that far that fast.
Enjoyed the video screens in the elevator to help ease nerves! Outstanding and must do when visiting New York!

Unfortunately, our combined ticket did not quite hold up to what we thought. ATTENTION: If you want to enter with one of the New York passes, you don't pay anything on it if you wait 1 1/2 hours! for admission. With 45min waiting time you have to pay 8€ extra and if you do not want to wait because you have already paid the admission, you have to pay an additional 12€ per person!. We found it outrageous and even briefly considered whether to skip our visit here. We then accepted the long wait. The viewing platform was very nice. You have a beautiful view on all sides out. We liked it in the end, even though I am still annoyed about the additional fee or the long wait.

So impressive, so high! Unfortunately, it was rather cloudy during my visit, but that didn’t take away from the thrill of being 102 floors up- and the views remained breath-taking.

It was awesome going up the lift - it went really fast, and my ears popped! I loved the view, and it was great to recognize so many famous landmarks.

The BEST VIEWS!! I went to The Edge Observatory, but this one was the best. The gentleman who assisted us at the elevator was very nice, and professional. The gentleman who did the prelude was amazing and energetic and captivating. The decor was appropriate and allowed guests to take nice photos. Everyone was very helpful.

The views are fantastic, offering a different, Lower Manhattan perspective compared to the other NYC observatories. However, this selling point is also One World's biggest drawback in a head-to-head comparison with most of its competitors: those that are in the thick of the vast forest of skyscrapers in Midtown just provided more jaw-dropping, dizzying close-up angles on the heart of the city. Also, we found the glass here more prone to glare than at Summit One, making photography more challenging.
In some ways the experience was more pleasant than elsewhere - there was no queueing, it was less crowded and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful when we visited: Wednesday 22 January, at the top from 11.45am to 1:00pm. But in the end, it's all about the view, so I have to rank it a little lower than Summit One, Top of the Rock and the Empire State Building.

The views were amazing and there was no wait for anything. Jay who worked there was wonderful. He answered all of our questions with a smile. You could tell he loved his job! Would definitely recommend!

What a disappointment! We used the GoCity Pass, which doesn’t allow you to book a specific entry time. Tickets are collected from machines at the entrance (no other service available). With the pass, we could only get tickets for an hour later, so we missed the sunset. It wasn’t a matter of availability, because after paying an extra $12 you could get an immediate-entry ticket, and there were maybe 15–20 people total on the observation deck – it was practically empty.
The view itself is indeed beautiful and, thanks to the location, offers a completely different perspective than the other observation decks – but probably only during the day. After dark, due to the strong indoor lighting, all you really see are reflections in the glass. Forget about taking nice photos of the stunning view.
I felt like the observation deck was more of an add-on to the bar, restaurant, and gift shop. During the day – probably worth it. After dark – a complete waste of money!

Very nice views, thanks to the height, but no outdoor terrace (like top of the rock or empire state) or attractions like summit (mirrors) or the edge (transparent floor).
It is limited to the view, but it is unique.
Cutting lines is not necessarily necessary.

We had NY Sightseeing passes otherwise I would not have visited this attraction as it is rather expensive. We went at 10am on a weekday and there were zero queues so we went straight in. I was very apprehensive as I have a fear of heights but it was fine. Very smooth and fast lift up to 100 floors. Absolutely incredible views for miles around in all directions. The restaurant was closed which was a pity as, having looked around, there is not a lot to do - you could buy some refreshments.

The One World Trade Center, known as the Freedom Tower, is a very special place. Although my favorite skyscraper remains the Empire State Building, the view from here is simply amazing. Being in the place where the Twin Towers stood is a unique emotion. Wonderful place, will definitely return.

Excellent visit and experience. Really slick operation with airport style security , friendly staff and of course amazing views! Definitely worth a visit. We didn’t need to bother with skip the queue ticket tho as there wasn’t any queues! Also don’t forget to trade in your $ in the shop or cafe! We forgot to do this 🙈

Took the tour of the one world observatory, start taking film of the elevator journey to the top, and film the scenes at the top, then the real view is revealed, awesome experience, we had lunch with the est views over Manhattan, and got a discount due to the tickets, I really do recommend going

Pros: Views are amazing.
Cons: This is a pricey touristy thing to do.
Tips: Buy the all inclusive ticket as you get flexibility of entrance and $15 per person for their cafe or shop. Also, they give you a tablet that can be oriented to show the major buildings.

We did the 8pm viewing and saved money and was able to see a bit of daytime and night time with lights. AWESOME! We also got the special iPad for $10 that allowed us to explore the things we saw

This tower was recommended by my tour guide during a city tour. I guess that most of the towers will be incredible but I am pleased with choosing this one. Everyone should see New York from above!

View was wonderful elevator was really unique. Staff was good . Went for lunch but worst service by far in a few years. 10 tables 7 staff. We couldn't get anyone to take our order. Went to the bar just to get a beverage. We just said maybe it a sign that we need to eat somewhere else. We were not the only people who couldn't get waited on. Felt like the restaurant staff was from the twilight zone.

Great views from the top of One World. We went early in the morning and there was hardly anyone there so had the place almost to ourselves.
Great elevator ride and the photos were worth it aswell.
Friendly helpful staff and the coffee shop was reasonably priced too.

Very little reception by the employees, not very attractive, it was not worth the money spent.
A place I clearly won't be returning to and won't be recommending to anyone

The One World is one of NYC's best watchers. From it, you can observe magnificence of NYC and its surroundings.

Our family decided to do the standard admission at the trade center/observatory. The other items at higher ticket prices are essentially upsells, but if you really want to pay for those items, then go for it.
When we toured there was no line, so no need to buy priority tickets. The elevator is really fun, super fast, and the views are spectacular! Only place in NYC to get these views! Definitely worth experiencing at least once!

We originally wanted to go to the Empire State Building, but 3 failed attempts to use our credit cards led to this decision. A video from a New York YouTuber praising the One World Observatory led us to this. We booked the evening tickets for 8:10 pm, which gave us a 15 USD discount per person. New York at night was fantastic, although it would have helped to have a person by our side to explain what you were seeing. Still, just having this experience was the cherry on top of our last day in New York.
Cheaper than all other tall buildings.

Amazing view. Very scenic. Great facilities. It is very well organized, there is an small cafe but it open after 12PM. Make sure to take your own binoculars.

The elevator experience and view was absolutely amazing. It never felt busy and we were able to spend as long as we wished admiring the view.
All of the staff were friendly and professional.
We paid for the all inclusive ticket and it was a waste of money. We were able to skip the queue, except there was no queue (despite visiting during peak times). We also got $15 credit to use in the shop / cafe but The tuna sandwiches we bought were inedible, literally the worst sandwich we’ve ever eaten and that it saying a lot!

The views are spectacular but it gets a little crowded around sunset. The ride up is super fast and it's so cool to see the city after dark from above. I would do it again!

The skyscraper that turns 360 ° on itself and therefore you can see completely New York is the only one in the battered city where there is a 360 ° view all around is very high so the visibility is fantastic excellent. I wanted to tell you that it is not the skyscraper that I liked the most is worth seeing anyway I suggest to book it the period Near sunset to have a clear effect. Much more beautiful photo shield. I found the ticket only for a different time that sunset and then I will not be able to make point of attention very strong attention to backpacks pass under the detector meter everything that looks like even including a photo tripod that hold it and you have to go and collect after me the tripod they took it I could not then use it to take the photo. The queue is very long take it at least half an hour, three quarters of an hour from when you climb inside the building until you are above. There are toilets souvenir shops.

After making the Top of the Rock and the Empire, we wished to change... And unfortunately a nice disappointment. We opted for the night... But the view is only behind glass. And not outside. So we see our silhouettes in the glass...
It must therefore be done by Day

This was the absolute best part of our whole trip. Stepping out of the lift and the city being revealed to you through the huge windows is just hard to put into words,it leaves you speechless. We had drinks at the bar while looking out over the city and it was just stunning, didn't want to leave!

An astonishing sight and really well staged! Watching the whole town Up to the One WTC makes us feel like the king of the world.
I would like yo thanks especially Yohanna, working AT "Guest services desk" who had been very helpful and livrable, when I had a problem with my Pass before I entered.
I recomand the One WTC!!!

The observatory was a great experience and worth the cost. The views were breathtaking, and its on your own once the show is done. I gave it four stars and not five b/c thr glass simulator was not working and also no drinks are allowed in. They do have a Cafe, store, and plenty of restrooms. I didn't rent the camera they were showing for $20, as I just used AI on my phone for building locations. Good option for families, not a lot of steps to climb and you are able to relax and go at your own pace.

The visit is absolutely not worth the price of the ticket, the visit consists of watching a meaningless video and continues with the observatory all inside. Photo with reflection of glass and halos .
I recommend visiting the Empire State Building and the top of the rock.

Views were obstructed by snow that day, started after we got there. Nice place though. One thing that needs improvement, in the cafe, you had to stand at tables to eat. No chairs. Ridiculous

Really a great trip overall and worth it but I don’t see value in the upgrades — I experienced everything the upgraded ticket holders experienced with the exception of a tour guide. Beautiful views — go first thing in the morning.

My partner and I had a fantastic time visiting this spot. Unbelievable views of NYC from the observatory deck - truly incredible!
We also had lunch and a drink in the restaurant, and the service was stellar from the team here. Sat in a table right beside the window looking out over Manhattan. An experience like no other!
Will definitely return!

It was a great experience! They really made it out to be captivating with the showing of a video and a host who talked about each of the 5 burrows. Beautiful view and I highly recommend it

A must-see in New York, this is an observatory to do.
Beautiful view of the whole city and surroundings. I recommend it to you.

We had pre-booked tickets which meant we did not have to wait to get in. The entry process was very well organised, and we felt all the instructions were clear.
The lift journey was a history lesson, using all available time to tell you things about the development of Manhattan.
The theatre before entering the observation decks was wonderful - made everyone ‘ooh’ and ‘ahh’.
The views were spectacular, and the use of technology was great to identify landmarks, something that is missing from many attractions.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and would highly recommend going.

The good 40 euros are very well spent. On the one hand you are on the tallest building in the western hemisphere and on the other hand you have the perfect view over the city. Especially the view north to Midtown is great.

First of all, amazing views across Manhattan and Brooklyn and jersey and beyond just before and after sunset. Can’t beat that. Elevator staff were great. Went to restaurant and asked to see a drinks menu, rude woman standing doing nothing pointed at menus and said “there”. No customer service. Restaurant was quiet so we were going to have a drink and were told we could only sit in the middle at the bar as seats around outside were for guests who were paying to eat by the gentleman who was also there. Rude! We walked to the nice lady on the Sip stand, got two Heineken to then be told they were a cashless building. Not everyone likes dealing with cards in foreign countries as tourists as charges can be very high. What if a child wanted to buy something with their hard earned cash from the gift shop - tough would be their answer. We fortunately could pay by card but was irked at this as we had the cash with us. PS no issue with tipping in cash I see. Need to sort this out WTC, you are only looking after those who have cards at this point and alienating others.

As a New Yorker, I am totally disappointed in this sad replacement of the Twin Towers. The building is not as high as the original towers. They attempt to make it bigger by including the antenna as part of the total height. The views are ok but no different and just as good as The top of the rock, The edge, or the Vanderbilt. The restaurant was terrible. Extremely disorganized and kept us waiting while we stared at several empty tables! The admission price is extremely high for what you get, which is pretty much nothing. The interactive tablet they give you is useless and does nothing spectacular. You don't need it. You're just walking around with this heavy tablet. Would not go back or recommend. Go somewhere else for views. Did I mention the AC wasn't working properly. It was 98 degrees outside, so we had to deal with the heat inside as well. Don't get caught in this tour trap.

A visit to the One World Observatory is an unforgettable experience and a must for anyone exploring New York City. The 360-degree views are absolutely breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the city from every angle.
The excitement begins the moment you step into the elevator—among the fastest I’ve ever experienced—which adds a fun and thrilling start to the visit. We timed our arrival about an hour before dusk, allowing us to witness the city transform from day to night. Watching the skyline light up as the sun set was truly magical.
One of the best aspects is that there’s no time limit on your visit, so you can take your time soaking in the views, capturing photos, and enjoying the atmosphere at your own pace.

The views are absolutely amazing, it is a complete must see and a memory that will stay with me. You could see for miles and it is so peaceful inside. Only downside is we were charged more money when we got there as the wait was so long. We got a city pass ticket, they then charge you extra to go there and then. Gift shop is really expensive but if your not looking to buy anything it is great.

$50 to simple go up to the top and around one floor with views? WTC, do better! After attending the Summit and it’s whole immersive experience, plus the video explaining the whole construction process of the Summit, we were very much underwhelmed by what the observatory had to offer at the one WTC. There was hardly any history explained of the tower and it was just mehhh. Had the tickets had been prices at $20, it would be good value.

Booked this as part of a wider offer to access several attractions under one pre-purchased ticket. Thought this was well organised and presented, easy to access, and generally a good attraction. Obviously the stunning view is the main thing on offer, that aside there is little to see or do, so we felt we could have been up and down easily within 30 minutes, which would include the impressively rapid 100 floors in 45 seconds or so lift (elevator). Lift includes scenery evolving over the years, and I would have liked to see more of that, followed by a short video before a dramatic unveiling of the "view." You get good views of lower Manhattan, the bridges, and The Statue of Liberty. This is the best place if you want to see these. We did three high rise views whilst in NYC, I guess all of them fall in the same bracket, once you've seen the view, took a pic or two what else can you do, other than get a souvenir or go to the restaurant. If I'd bought this as a stand-alone attraction. I would have felt really short-changed for the cost, I didn't, so overall it cost a lot less and is worth doing if you have the same deal and a bit of spare time.

Clear view all the way to the Catskills! Beautiful views all around. I always like to go to the highest place and see things spread out below.

Stunning views of New York. What more do you need? A photography package is offered at the top for an extra fee, but it’s reasonably priced and definitely worth it for the quality of the photos. A must-do experience in NYC. The lift takes you up to the top in seconds and is an experience in itself.

Awesome views, different than the ones from e.g. Top of the Rock or Edge. Cool “intro”/ presentation at the beginning of the viewing floors.
But if you wonder which viewing platform to prefer, I tend to Edge or Top of the Rock (did not visit the Empire State Building recently or never vistited the Summit at One Vanderbuilt which I also expect to be a bit more entertaining).

It is definitely worth visiting the One World Observatory. An indescribable 360 degree view over New York. Don't be confused by the "business introductions" (iPad guides/photos), just walk through and enjoy the view (...and enjoy the elevator rides)

We arrived early to book our tickets for later that day. No queues then, but when we came back at lunch time it was much busier.
The interactive lift up to the top was cool.
The views from the top were very good. We paid 15 dollars to hire an interactive I pad that pointed out the buildings and key areas in the NY skyline. It also gave us information.
We had already done Empire state building and also did top of the rock.
This is very modern and gives more information compared to the other 2

The observatory is great, the views are great as well, the restaurant and bar is really bad, the people is extremely unfriendly, and there’s not enough seating available, we purchased $15 drink and eat voucher. It was not possible to get a seating. Even at the bar, there was not enough space.

When you visit and dine at such tourist attraction we are usually expecting to have an experience of a tourist trap, not this place. DaDa Daranee and I purchased the lunch package $100 each and it was a great experience. Of course the views are amazing but the two course lunch which came with a choice of beverage, we choose a Tuscan Villa Antinori wine all of which was of exceptional quality and cooked perfectly. Great value and must addition to your bucket list. 🙏🇺🇸❤️

Second time in NYC, second visit to One World. Second time was just as good as the 1st visit and one of my favourite of all observation decks in NYC. Highly recommend.

Unlike most people who made reservations in advance, mine was spontaneous and last minute to take advantage of a nice weather with clear skies, and on a weekday.
Better yet, visiting after 5pm to take advantage of seeing the view during the daylight and also at night. It's highly recommended that you book the tickets online in advance, but they also have a ticket office onsite. It's a straight forward ticketing purchase.
You went through a security check, then a brief exhibit providing basic data of this building. Then you take an elevator. The elevator is quiet and fast. Once you reach the top, they show you a video, and it was well put together with visual effect welcoming you to see the specular NYC skyline.
The rest was pretty straightforward, 360 degree observatory deck. They haven't imposed time limit yet, so you can stay as long as you want.
They also have tablets for rent at $15/device where you can see famous landmarks. There is no physical signs showing all these buildings/landmarks you see through the windows.
The best way to enjoy this is wait until you have visited all main sites and get familiar with NYC, then go up there, you can identify more major sites and make the visit more meaningful. If you can't do that, and it's still worth visiting to enjoy the beautiful skyline.
Last time I saw NYC skyline from the same location when the old twin towers were still standing. The view is still amazing, but let's not forget there were two tall buildings once stood near this location. You can see the 911 Memorial from there too.
There is a bar/restaurant where you can dine.
I suggest you go there 1-2 hours before sunset to see the day view, then dine at the restaurant there. After dinner, enjoy the night view, before heading down. It will make your ticket worthwhile. Get the best of both worlds: dayview and nightview.
The view from this building gives you a better and closer view of the New York Harbor and its main landmarks such as Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Governor Island, Brooklyn Bridge, 911 Memorial, the bridge connecting between Staten Island and Brooklyn, and New Jersey site of landmarks along Hudson River, compared to that of Empire State Building in midtown. You don't get to see Central Park from here though.
Burj Kalifa in Dubai and either One World Trade Center or Empire Building are two places I recommend visiting a high rise like this to enjoy the view and appreciate the engineering accomplishment.

Located in the financial district, this became sensation and an alternate to the empire state views. This is a little expensive, but we'll organize cleaner space and less crowded, but on a clear day, you get mesmerizing views. There are kiosks to purchase the tickets, and they have packages, but we took the basic package, which should be good enough.
The staff is friendly and explained the entire process. The elevator ride was nice. My friends visited with me from the UK and didn't like this place, but i felt much better compared to Empire State on views perspective. We watched sunset and it was beautiful. So plan accordingly you can watch sunseet and then lights of newyork city.
There are restrooms at both the ticket level and observatory level. There is a store in the observatory level to purchase souvenirs, travel needs, etc.
This is one of the most beautiful places, and must visit areas if you like the entire view of New York.

Now one of the biggest classics of NYC skyscrapers tours, it is also the only one in Mahnattan South. Everyone else is in Midtown, so the outlook is different.
A little expensive, but impossible to skipper because - unfortunately - legendary. Steeped in history, the place must be visited to remember. Then the views are still amazing.
An absolute must see. If you only have to visit one, it will be this one.
View of the Statue of Liberty, the Verrazzano Bridge, the Chrysler Building... in short tutti quanti!

Oh, the One World Trade Center is really impressive! The view from there is spectacular, especially because you can see the whole city, New York Bay and even the Statue of Liberty in the distance. The One World Observatory at the top is a unique experience, with an amazing 360-degree panorama and a dive into the history of the city.
Taking my children to this experience will be wonderful! Besides the view, the 9/11 Memorial is also very impactful and educational.

Excellent observatory. Not the best of NYC, but the experience is sensational. It's very worth it. Combine it with the visit to the September 11 memorial.

Amazing experience walking into 104th floor of the building. All Inclusive ticket facilitated the walk in experience. Had all the time in the World to spend at the top. Enjoyed a 360 degree view of New York City from the top with luxury of chilled beer courtesy the ticket. Had all the time I could spend at the top without much crowd. The presentation on New York City was very informative. Value for money experience.

Wonderful!! Council especially at night. The only flaw is that the photos could come with the reflection of the interior lights!

Our ticket included the use of an ipad which we used to identify places on the horizon and get a brief history of that particular area. We spent a long time looking at the landmarks of New York close up.

The highlight is of course, the observatory. But on the way up (and down) there is an immersive experience enabled by technology that shows the building of New York till today. The views are fantastic and you can really appreciate downtown NYC.

Nice to have pre-booked ticket, got in straight away without queuing.
It was not crowded, the rest is so nice, after we have read reviews from other places. Here we could freely walk around and look/take pictures.
Here it is so nice and neat and nice with quiet music - and of course also the most beautiful view.
However, everything is indoors, so if you take photos there may be glare.

Due to the weather, there was little to no view at all. The access up to the 102 floor was quick, very organized team. Disappointed with the view but worth it on a nicer day.

Wow! 😮 no words! Breathtaking, amazing building! Elevators give the story of NYC all be it brief! Ears will pop! I challenge anyone to not WOW loudly when the shades rise up and you see the city in all its glory! One off the bucket list! But it sways! We didn’t stay for super long was beginning to get sea sick’

Very glad I decided to go the Observatory. It's an incredible view at all angles. The video playing while the elevator was going up made me dizzy so had to look away at my phone (it might be worth keeping in mind if you get a bit queasy like me!) But once up on the decks, the heights are fine.

Incredible! The elevator and reveal was stunning! We used our City Go passes. We booked the same day and it worked out well. Very clean!

Amazing place to visit while you are in New York City. It’s a beautiful memorial as well. The tour was great and there is a lot of history here too

Great personal guided tour with Phillip. Once thru security, the tour began with information. Proceeded straight into an elevator with amazing graphics! Stepping into the observation room, Phillip guided us around the full view while pointing out landmarks and providing us with intriguing history about NYC. Highly recommend the VIP tour.

A really great view from the top of this skyscraper. It's worth climbing to see New York from above with a 360-degree view.

An amazing day for me and my Family. The views are out of this world and the introduction is breathtaking if not a tear jerker moment. So proud of this city and our country. Oh, and you must stop in for a bite afterwards at the cafe. The food is some of the best in NYC and the service is impeccable. Our server Axel was not only professional but extremely kind and knowledgeable!

This is a great experience & a lovely design build to look at outside, the views are fabulous of lower manhattan , brooklyn & liberty & upper manhattan , nice touch when you reach the top after watchiing the tower video the screens open to the views 100+
Floors up wow!, u must do this attraction its cool🇺🇸

Just get the regular ticket!!! No need to skip the line!!
Waste of extra money! You do not skip the line and you do not get any priority in lines or cues!!
I paid for this and was just chucked in the regular line and told to wait then get in a packed lift!
Overall I found the staff jaded and fairly rude to anyone trying to use a phone in the cinema entrance.
The visuals were basic on the enter hall projection wall that you are all forced to stand in line to watch and be quiet!!! As she said
Along with bad quality images and projections was a paired no descriptive audio sequence.
It wasn’t impressive and felt dated and clunky!
Ok so I rushed past the iPad people frantically dishing out iPads to tourists.
Clunky again and slightly off with the vibe.
Either way got to the main deck and enjoyed my views. Because it’s all behind glass most of the images are blurry and no use for any social media posts !!!
Sticky windows and fighting for a place next to the same person doing selfies for 30 mins
Anyway not sure it was worth the money at all and felt a bit anticlimactic
Sorry

The One World Tower was built very beautifully. Really beautiful. You can admire the whole of New York from the observation deck.
Unfortunately, admission is very expensive.
TOP TIP: we bought the City Pass, so the admission was already paid for.

There are some attractions that one visits and despite their fame, they just don't deliver. This isn't one of those, the benefit of raising the middle finger to terrorism by doing so is of course justification in its own right, but the sheer breathtaking spectacle is also worth every single penny. When in NYC, make it top of your must-do list, absolutely spectacular!

The views are very good-- you walk around an enclosed area and get a 360 degree view. If you want to see the view from waaaay up high, this is a good option. The elevator ride is fun. It goes by quickly and isn't scary. On the way up and down two different videos play on the walls so it gives you something to watch while you experience the change in elevation. The first thing they do after you get out of the elevator is dramatically raise the blinds and then shepherd you into an area where someone tries to charge you $15 to borrow a tablet that doesn't do anything Google Maps and Wikipedia can't do. Skip that! Then you go to an area where they want to take your photo with a green screen. That's $25. Skip that too unless you love souvenir photos. The main thing is walking around and admiring the view. There are some dining options we didn't try and a small gift shop. That's it! Overall it's worth the price once, especially if you're with kids and experiencing the city for the first time. I can't imagine any of the VIP stuff is worth the add-on cost. As for reservations, I did reserve a timed ticket but when we went (early March) this didn't seem strictly necessary. There didn't seem to be a line at all BUT they had ropes up so I imagine it does get busy in peak tourist season and maybe at sunset. We had a clear day but it would absolutely not be worth it in cloud cover so weigh that possibility if booking an advance reservation. One other thing that makes this a good choice over Empire State building or Rockefellar Center building is the connection to 9/11. We visited right after spending 3 hours in the 9/11 museum so it was quite sobering to look down and think about the people who were on the top floors of the towers on that day.

Came to the One Observatory with my family.
Best view - sunny weather
Superior help and service from Eulalia
Recommend to everyone

A new experience in which we have the possibility of seeing all of New York. We chose a wonderful day where we could enjoy the view! Access to the 102nd floor was quick

The One World Observatory experience is absolutely breathtaking! The views from the top are stunning and definitely worth the trip. It’s an incredible way to take in the skyline and the surrounding areas.
Make sure to dine at the restaurant while you’re there. The atmosphere is fantastic, making it a perfect spot to relax after the walking around.
Overall, it’s a very cool experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting NYC. You won’t want to miss it!

A very good viewing platform to see Manhattan and Brooklyn from the south. The view of the Manhattan Bridge and Brooklyn Bridge is unique.

Good not to be missed. An exceptional view. An extraordinary building. A 360 degree view. Amazing!!! No queuing problems in this very surprised visit.

This is so much fun, the views are amazing and if we had not gone when the storm was on we would have seen so much more, Had dinner in the restaurant after and there views once the clouds had cleared are outstanding. A must visit in your NYC

The ticket was included in the personal tour of the 9/11 Memorial. So glad we took advantage of the access. Don't know if we would of done it otherwise. Would do it again for sure. Just make sure you have your video ready for the ride down the elevator! Amazing!

Lois was extremely friendly in providing us with advice on what other sites we should see whilst we were staying in New York. She took the time to go through a list of attractions on our Go City pass as there was zero visibility at the observatory and recommend other sites, museums and tours we could attend. She was so helpful and we are very grateful to her.

...Yes; the views are amazing & yes I did take a heap of shots, all of which are tremendous. We went later in the afternoon on 9/9 so there were not too much of a line to avoid; all went very smoothly.
I will comment on security; it was tight (as it should be considering the Monument here); however the youngest member of the pre screening team needed some further training on discretion. For a few seconds he was well and truly out of control; his manager sorted him out quickly enough. The entire time in the building was great!

Excellent views of Manhattan skyline is the best part. Bring your camera. The worst part is the constant push by photo vendor and food vendors for your money. Long lines only because you must wait in line for your photo ($30) even if you don't want one, a can of soda is $5 and snacks are overpriced too. It's a barrage of people wanting your money. But once you get pass all of them, the views are great.

Excellent with Eulalia the whole purchase was much easier and friendly. It was wonderful. The experience of seeing the whole city

Wow this was AMAZING, a true must do and see. The tower is so tall, the view is absolutely stunning. There are excellent displays everywhere around the tower, about history, about what you are seeing below and on the sky line. And the talk they give is very good, the docents wandering around ready to answer questions are great. I was very impressed, and was glad that I did it. I didn't do a guided tour, I was familiar with the location and the history and didn't feel I wanted my visit narrated by a stranger.
I wasn't sure about visiting this location, a long time ago I used to travel to NYC for business, and I used to sit on the edge of the fountain in the middle of the World Trade Center buildings in the evening before going into my hotel for the night. I was afraid it would make me too sad, but I was OK, it was good to see the memorial fountains in the outer courtyards, I'm glad I went early to take it in without any crowds or too much noise. And the Oculus and Transportation building done by Santiago Calatrava was awesome, his designs are always so angular and eye catching. I did not do the museum, I think that might have been too sad, and there was a long line by mid day when I finished with the tower.

So badly organised, you wait and wait for eveything , lousy attendance , no smile no interact they rather not want to see us i guess, you get stack in font of one elevator makes you feel like sheeps .
All of that waiting to get to the top and really there is no wow there.
We have been during our one week trip going on five different sky high,
They all had something special but this ridiculous unworthy of the attention they pull.
Someone should really see into it,
Don’t bother getting in the building just look at it from the outside and save yourself some disappointment

No queues, fast entry and minimal tourists on the observation deck made this visit very enjoyable. Two of our party had not been before and they were blown away by the views of the city and rivers. Especially so as it was a beautiful clear day.

I consider it second only to the Empire. The ascent is quick and easy with videos inside the elevator. Upon arrival you remain completely indoors behind glass and there is a dining area and a shopping area. the spaces are large and allow you to see New York at 360° even if there are a lot of people. a different view compared to more central skyscrapers and what you see is something fantastic. it's definitely worth going up and even for those who suffer from vertigo, just don't get too close to the glass to be able to admire New York in all its beauty and great grandeur. an absolutely must-do visit in an exciting place. The totems placed at the entrance allow you to book the time of the visit

We entered immediately, there was no line. At the time of purchasing tickets there were only two options: enter at that time paying $70 per person, which included a $15 coupon that you could use to buy merchandise or drinks and food. It also included a tablet for virtual guidance.
The experience was fascinating, it is the tallest building in the Americas and the elevator takes you to the 102nd floor in less than 50 seconds. As the elevator tour takes you through the development of NYC. The experience offers a 360 degree viewpoint, the viewpoint is interior.
With the use of the tablet for the virtual guide you can know some of the most emblematic places in Manhattan and its surroundings in its 4 cardinal points.
Up there you will find a place selling souvenirs, drinks, snacks and a Restaurant that you can pay for using the coupons that came with the package.
I recommend the experience!

The One World observatory is located in the old area of the twin towers. Also called the tower of freedom, it is an impressive glass-coated building, which when viewed from the bottom up is lost in the clouds.
The show begins when you enter where several giant screens, report on the building and its construction. Then it continues in the elevators, where as it climbs to the silver of the viewpoint, the entire elevator environment (walls), are video screens where it recreates the environment of the building. As you go up, the years go by and you can see how the island of Manhattan and its surroundings progress in time... it is something very curious and worth seeing.
Once above, you have a 360 view of Manhattan Island and its surroundings. It's clean vision with no visual obstacles.
It is very worthwhile and we highly recommend this viewpoint, as you can observe everything and from any angle of the building.
Reservation is necessary before day and time, which can be obtained through the machines located at the entrance of the building.

After our first trip to NYC a few years ago we was gutted to not have gone on this observation deck. So fast forward to earlier this month we put this deck on our itinerary. Unbelievable views of the city, glad we made it. Would recommend to anyone coming to NYC to give this place a try.

I don't think it's the best observatory in NYC, it was gray out. The restaurant is awfully expensive.

Experience nothing short of fantastic!!! Attraction with an organization nothing short of perfect! The view well, being on the 100th floor definitely speaks for itself! Really excellent! Must do if you want to see, in addition to an exceptional view, also a UNIQUE (initial) show!

The elevator ride with time-lapse history was fascinating. Sunset timing was perfect for romantic photos. Pro tip: book priority access tickets to skip the lines. The city looks absolutely magical from 100 floors up!

A very nice way to experience the skyline and views of the surrounding boroughs. Very pricey, don't bother if the weather's not clear.

My family came yo the observstory the View was amazing and Eulalia hace the best costomer services ..................

The view is unbelievable (100 meters higher than the third floor of the Eiffel Tower), the journey to the observatory at 385 meters from the ground is done in 45 seconds, it is even too fast and there is little time to see New York form over time on the screens of the elevator.
Count a budget of $200 for 4 but the spectacle and proximity to ground zero really gives meaning to this tour.

WASTE OF MONEY. View was only redeeming factor. Employees in Cafe and Photo Booth are too busy goofing with each other than paying attention to the customers. $209 admission and $60 for coffee and terrible pastries…down the toilet👎🏼
Top of the Rock was cleaner and the employees were so friendly. Try them instead.

Ben R had so much info, and gave me the info I needed and info I didn't know I needed. I was the only one on this time slotted tour and had his completed attention. He was patient with and listened when I spoke.

It is clear that you have a magnificent view of NYC from the One World Observatory (almost 400 m). However, you should be lucky that the weather plays along. So if you bought your ticket some time in advance, perhaps even in connection with a visit to the One Dine restaurant on the 102nd floor, you could be very disappointed if the view is not good due to bad weather. Nevertheless, it is highly recommended to buy your ticket in advance to avoid long waiting times at the ticket offices and elevators. In any case, we were able to go up immediately in one of the impressive "digitalized video screen elevators" and were almost alone in the elevator. When booking our restaurant visit online, we had to state whether it was a birthday, which was the case. And we were asked again at reception. But that was it. There were no consequences (e.g. a candle or a small cake). So we didn't understand the point of this question. The food in the restaurant was fine; However, we were not expecting fine dining at the highest level. The service was friendly and efficient, but we were a little disappointed with the ambience that evening. While we were dressed quite smartly, we saw several guests in shorts, short T-shirts and flip-flops or sandals, as if they had just come from the beach. Of course, the restaurant's owners are only interested in money, but as a guest, especially if you are dressed a little better, you would wish that in such a spectacular place you did not necessarily find the ambience of a fast-food restaurant. Although this is not to say anything against fast-food restaurants per se. Ultimately, the building lives from its height with the phenomenal view and is therefore worth a visit.

Of course the view was amazing, but the tickets were way too pricey and not worth it the $106 I spent for two people. They try to make it “an experience “ by adding curtains and a little photo montage when you get near the top to increase the suspense. None of these “extras” were necessary. I’d much rather have skipped the “extras” and paid half the price. Would not recommend this to a family on a budget. But I’m not sure what your best option would be if you want a spectacular view of NYC while not blowing your budget. Do your homework ahead of time.

Great view of the World Trade Building, for all of New York, it is recommended to visit in good weather when there is good sight.

Awesome built 🤟🏻I’ll be back to NY and all fascines stuff city and great people in there. One World is an amazing experience

This was a great experience! Staff was so helpful and accommodating. I felt I was at Disney World lol I was with my senior parents and they were accommodating helping my mom get on an elevator as she can’t to the escalator. One of the servers at the cafe helped us use the elevator and ensured we were safely on the observation deck! The view was amazing and we learned so much! Great job! We live NY!!

Very awe inspiring, the slide show before the reveal was amazing. The view was absolutely stunning! I def would visit again 😊

Our visit to the One World Trade Center Observatory was truly extraordinary from start to finish! 🌟✨
The experience began with the SkyPod Elevator ride, which whisked us 102 stories up in just 47 seconds. The views from the top are absolutely breathtaking—panoramic vistas of New York City that seem to go on forever. 🗽🌆
The observatory features interactive displays and the immersive Sky Portal, which added both fun and educational elements to our visit. Standing on the glass floor and looking down at the bustling streets below was exhilarating! The One World Explorer iPad guide provided an insightful and engaging tour of the city’s landmarks.
Beyond the stunning visuals, the observatory carries a profound sense of history and resilience. It’s a place for reflection, remembrance, and inspiration, making the visit even more meaningful.
If you’re in New York City, a visit to the One World Trade Center Observatory is an absolute must. It’s an unforgettable experience that captures the spirit and beauty of this iconic city. 💙🌏 #OneWorldTradeCenter #NYC #SkyHighViews

Good to visit and amazing views of the skyline. Little bit cheeky to have taken down all the information about the view and charge $20 for an iPad with the info on! Otherwise a good trip.

Fantastic experience - incredible views that made Willis Tower seem like a waste of time. The bar/snack area at top was great and the bartender, Nicole, made a fantastic Paloma with Tajin!

Having seen practically all the others, I think this is the best point from which it is possible to view the entire New York skyline.

Amazing views. Quite the day we went which was nice. iPad is a great idea to identify what you can see. Overpriced for what takes about 30mins. But best views of the city

It was a great experience to be up there, but we liked “the Edge” better because there is an outside viewing platform.

Breathing taking 360 degree views of NY, NJ. Good photo opportunities. Next to Oculus and 9/11 Museum. You can do all 3 in one day.

They let us in late after standing in the cold. People were mad and verbal about it.
People rushed the line once we got in getting thru security.
The company’s layout is VERY unorganized w/ admissions.
People were very confused on which way to go due to lack of direction and signage.
Getting out was also a nightmare. People crammed in a line to zigzag in hopes to get on a packed elevator to exit.
Beautiful views once up there if you can get passed people making out in the window seals. 🫣
Not sure I’d go back. Spend the extra $$ for express entering and exiting.
However….once in it was a.m.a.z.i.n.g

We were fortunate that there wasn’t a huge crowd to begin with but judging from the way they are prepared for major lines. I would always use the express pass. It’s well worth it.
Undoubtedly the highest. Exciting area. The best view despite being in the extreme south of the island. Precisely for this reason the best view from above of the statue of Liberty and behind the whole island of Manhattan.
