Great place to shop. Lots of parking but the weekends are jammed packed. There is valet if you want to pay. Worth waiting for parking if you have time.

The day I was there, it was really hot outside and we did't want to spend a day at Universal or Disney. So we spent 5 hours in the mall and had a great time.

In a world where traditional indoor malls are becoming extinct Ontario Mills is holding on the the style of a mall where you would feel safe dropping off your teens or bringing your grandparents.

This is a Truckers Motel not for general travellers.
Receptionist is behind safety glass, asked me if I had a truck and trailer, said no just a car, seamed surprised.
Room was dirty, old and very stained furniture, electrical wires hanging from the ceiling, holes in door, very loose metal trim over tiles/vinyl floor between bathroom and bed room, could cut your foot on it.
Location is in an industrial area, no shops around.
Train line on opposite side of the road, very noisy, each train shakes the room and overpowers the sound on the tv, times the length of the train noise, it was from 2.5min up to 6 minutes long and a couple per hours at least.

There is so much here, but the crowds, ,traffic and parking can be maddening. Some great deals can be found alongside some real rip-offs, so you have to be careful and a wise shopper. Lots of eating options in and around along with movie theaters. I would suggest if you hate the crowds, go early in the morning and get out of there by noon.

We had a couple of hours to kill before a family get together. My wife had heard good things about this mall from her sister and wanted to visit. We had spent about an hour at Bass Pro shops the day before so I felt obligated to go with her.....I mean to say I was looking forward to seeing the mall with her!!!!
There is plenty of parking at the mall and we saw several security vehicles patrolling the lot. There are many shops here and a wide variety of merchandise. The grounds, and interior are clean and inviting. Nice sales going on and my wife ended up with a couple of purses and a new watch.....

Folks if convenience matters for shopping then this one stop shop is brilliant, not all shops are outlet prices but still are pretty competitive.
The advantage is this borders LA which means the variety is top notch and very decent food court to match.

Great outlet shopping indoors. Rain or shine, there's no worries. A food court for convenience of food within the premises. Great variety of stores for the whole family. Lots of parking.

Great Place to get Shopping, Movie, food and Boosting the mood. I love this mall. Different styles of interior, deals. Nice outlet mall prices. When nothing to do in weekend, I like to go here with family.

Big mall with a wide variety of shops. Plenty to choose from and most stores offered discounts. We got great deals in Sketchers, Sunglass Hut and Hot Topic. Medium sized food court and if you don't like what they offer inside, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Huge parking lot.

Love having an indoor outlet especially as it was a hot day and we wanted a day off the heat. Fantastic selection of shoe stores, having 2 teenage boys they loved all of the sports stores as well as Spencer, Hot Topic, Zumiez etc. Lots of activities that can suit the family like arcade games, movie theatres for those whose partners or teenagers don’t like to shop as long as some of us do! We found on a weekday parking was easy, would recommend arriving early and there are food choices to suit everyone both inside the outlets and several fast food and restaurants surrounding the exterior of the outlet. Worth a drive from LA if you are holidaying and need a great reasonably priced shopping experience.

The AMC movie theaters are always clean and the mall has a food court with great choices for lunch and dinner or just a snack. The store managers are willing to make a deal if you bundle several items together or on one item the manager will give you a discount of 10%

It was a great place, gave us plenty of shopping options. We stopped for summer clothes for the whole family.

I’m blessed to live within 15 minutes from this hangout place. Great for family too. Very recommended

Standard mall trying to be cool. No special anything about this place.
VERY limited seating while you're waiting for someone who's gone into a shop, which is dumb. I'll never return.

Ontario Mills is a tourist shopping hub, it draws thousands of people daily from all over southern california and the world. I find it crowded even during the week, however the selection of stores is unbeatable.

This mall is right off of I-10. Very large with outlet style stores. Very large Food Court. Was able to get a chair massage.

This is a huge mall with plenty of things to do. Tons of stores and kiosk carts... Several massage spots which are necessary after walking the place. The food court has great restaurants, but there are also good restaurants around the perimeter. You can also hit food and gaming at either Game Works or Dave and Busters... lots to do and lots of fun... you can also catch the latest flick or comedy show!!! Overall A+

Love this place for its variety of shops and some do offer great prices. This is a must visit whenever I visit California, even if it means hours of drive! We usually plan for a night's stay at one of the hotels across the road so that we have at least two days of uninterrupted shopping!
The place is so big yet its packed with people nowadays. This is worse on weekends. Parking can be a challenge when its packed. Try to park near to the area you shop or else it can quite a walk.

This mall is 3 football fields long and the shopping is great. It's an outlet so bring lots of money and empty suit cases.

Ontario mills has plenty of shops that will make you stay here for a whole day. Most of the store provide similar prices and promotions to those at Desert Hills and Camarillo.
Come early and you can get a good parking lot right outside the mall. There are also food available nearby in case you get hungry amidst all that shopping. The mall tends to get crowded on weekends during peak hours.
However, I have also visited Coach outlet here and find the customer service, or lack thereof, appalling. If you are interested in getting Coach products, head on over to Camarillo outlets, the service there is much better and the staff are way better in providing a positive shopping experience.
All in all, Ontario Mills is worth a visit, a good way to spend your day.

Depending on what time and day of the week you go, Ontario Mills will offer you a very different experiences. Mature people like to go to Ontario Mills an hour before the stores open to get their walking exercise in. Young mothers go there mid morning with their young kids when it's not as busy while teenagers like to hang out there on the weekends when everyone is there and the whole place is packed and offers plenty of opportunity for people watching.
Ontario Mills has most of the outlet stores you would find in Cabazon but inside the luxury of an air conditioned building. There is a store for everyone to find bargains.

Not much to say, boring old mall. Nothing noteworthy. Crowded. Huge rectangle to walk around in. Ewww.

The mall is huge. A drive encircles it, with lots of restaurant, stores, and a theater around the outside.

Went to the Ontario Mills Mall today and it is always so crowded. You can never find parking. You can barely walk around without touching someone else the entire time. The bathrooms smell like old urine.

Factory Outlets are killing this MALL. People are being bused from the surrounding tours and causing the big troubles for the local shoppers. The food court is over priced plus the health and welfare has gotten out of control. High Class cudtomers and Icon branded goods are running away.Warning be careful check your wallet and your credit cards.

Go early and get your steps in. Then stop at the food court for guilt free dining! Great shops, too!

Nice mall , has lots of fun attractions. Plenty of nice restaurants, all reasonably priced.Area isn't too crowded, weekends can be crowded at times.Area around has movies and other retail locations .

Great selection of stores, and the food court is very nice and clean, my wife and I enjoy just taking a stroll and window shopping sometime, I love the Nike store the staff is friendly and helpful.

The Ontario Mills Mall has been through some really nice upgrades. The cosmetic changes to the mall has given it a fresh new look without the discount vibe that it had before. The food court is awesome and it stays pretty clean. They have fabulous stores there such as PINK, COACH, OSHKOSH, SPECTRUM, & POLO to name a few.

This mall has every store you can think of, and some you didn't know existed.
Food court has plenty of choices to make everyone happy.
Bring comfortable shoes, or buy some when you get here because there's a lot of walking to get around this place.

Really had a good time here shopping, eating and went to a 4dx movie at regal and that was incredible. Saw avatar and it was a long movie that made it like a rough boat ride but it was awesome.

Plenty to shop, see and eat. Wide variety of stores to appease any type of customer. Good way to spend an afternoon.

Awesome shopping at this outlet mall. Carry all the major brands with Super discounts! Highly recommended.

Very nice experience we were very happy with are stay. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located in a great area near shopping malls and great restaurant's.

We went here in a shuttle bus from the hotel we were really looking for somewhere to buy some delicatessen food to make sandwiches for ourselves instead of buying expensive take away food sadly there were no shops like that here
The most impressive shop was the rain forest cafe it was lovely we had already eaten but did not miss the opportunity to get some great photos of the outside of this restaurant
The mall was interesting many clothes shops and trailers selling dried fruits

This is the largest outlet mall in Southern California and has a great collection of quality stores and brands. It is an indoor mall which is refreshing on a hot summer day in the Inland Empire where the temperature can be 100 degrees F or higher. Some of the stores are huge, like Marshall's, Nordstrom Rack and a few others. The Coach Store is just fantastic. Also has a very nice food court, although there's really not enough seating and the air conditioning in summer is a bit weak in spots.

Tons of stores and a great layout for walking and talking. There's also a cool looking rain forest themed restaurant I want to try when I go back.

This was a fabulous place to come shopping when it fiirst opened up and now it is mixed with low end stores mixed with higher end shops, I live in the area and rarely go unless I have an out of town guest and most of them LOVE it!!! I thing it is just meh... but I have it in my backyard so its novelty has run out. You should go atleast once, but be prepared it is extremely BIG so the sections are divided up into neighborhoods. Theres more than 9 neighborhoods, where comfy shoes and bring your credit cards and cash!

This mall was a great experience! They had most of my favorite stores in it and I enjoyed walking the facility and found that they had great prices available... its like an outlet/mall kind of thing but its really nice inside and they have an extensive food selection... I would love to come back!

This is one of the largest shopping malls in Los Angeles. Everything is well maintained, and the local streets are clean. Most shops are outlets that offers lower prices on limited items. In the mall is a big food court with a wide variety of vendors.

Ontario Mills has evolved over the years. Its no longer a place filled with outlet stores since retail stores such as Uniqlo and Forever 21 have opened. The food court inside is filled with fast food options. Rain Forest Cafe and Johnny Rockets are the restaurants can be found inside while the Market Broiler is a stand alone outside next to the Improv and across the AMC.
The busiest sections are the food court and the Coach Outlet wing. In each of these sections, there are plenty of seats and of course a Starbucks location. The Coach wing has the more comfortable seats. One thing to note is the long lines at Coach during sales particularly during the holidays. During a non-holiday sale, even though all the registers were open, the wait was at least 45 minutes.

This is really a great venue for a relaxed day shopping if that is what you need to do.
Coming from overseas where our exposure to this level of discounting is limited we are willing to take advantage of the various offerings.
Would highly recommend to those overseas travellers to at least look and see if you are in the area.

This mall offers so many choices to shop for everyone in the family or for that special anniversary, birthday, retirement or baby shower gift.
Get a haircut, manicure and stop in at the food court.
The bonus, this mall is so big, you can skip your workout at the gym!

I love shopping and my daughter does too. This is the most crowded mall I have ever been too. It seems more “outlet”-ish. Also seemed very dirty. However it is very big and you can easily kills many hours here!

Went here for Christmas shopping and found nothing. Besides the rude people shopping, there is nothing unless you are under about 30. Just go to your local mall!

If you can't find it here you didn't look hard enough. Very large mall where you can walk around and around.

This mall is always getting new sites, stores and activities while keeping some of the more popular places. Still nice, kept clean even on busy weekends. I remember when this place was built and only JC Penny was open. It's grown a lot and keeps getting newer and better. Some stores I miss like Cost Plus World Market and Black Market Minerals but love the Disney outlet. Lego store and build a bear for the kids.

Ontario mills is a sister to the malls of america and arizona mills. It has at least 50 factory outlet stores. stores like guess, oldnavy, payless, hanes, burlington coat factory, etc.

This Mall has it all! It is a shoppers dream with every store you can imagine. Mall has lots of eateries and the surrounding area is filled with every restaurant you can imagine. There are 2 movie theaters. AMC and Edwards with 50 theaters between the both. There is a gaming center for the kids and for the adults, there is a Comedy theater with all of your favorite comedians.

Better than most "Outlet " centres that I've been to, Ontario Mills is well worth a visit. We visited on a really busy day and we found parking no problem, the passageways are spacious enough to provide comfort and ease of getting around. Seem to be enough food and beverage options also although there were long queues for Starbucks.

So many stores and treats. Food,, fun.,like Dave and Busters. Movie Theaters., and a great Food Court for everyone's taste!

This. Mall. Is. The. Best. Amazing! I could literally be here for weeks. I was so tired from walking around. At least I got alot of exercise. No complaints here. It was sooooo busy at the food court though. I walked around for about 5 minutes looking for a place to sit. But overall, I will definitely return.

We need to pay 5$ for the tourist booklet where all the other outlets we went to are free. According to the staff, this is a mall and not an outlet. the choices are limited. the only shop that worth a mention is the A&F kids. lots of design to choose from

Unlike most multi-level malls this one is like a huge racetrack which you traverse in one direction only. You enter at any of about 8 or so points, then choose clockwise or counter-clockwise. But this means, you don't have to "double-back" to see all the stores: just keep walking...

If we have only 1 day of shopping this is our go to outlet mall. While most outlet malls are outdoor this one is entirely indoor. This is great to get in from the Southern California heat or even rain.
We have found the deals to be the same as any other outlet mall and it has our favourites like all the athletic stores (Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Puma, etc) as well as clothing (CK, Hurley, etc.) and some specialty shops (Lego, Disney, etc).
We are also a fan of Rainforest Cafe and Dave and Busters and always go to these 2 places when we come to this mall.
Food court has a lot of variety and there are some other places to eat throughout the mall (Blaze, Wetzel Pretzels).
It's a bit of a trek to get here and parking can be a pain as it gets busy. Also, and I'm not sure why, but different places charge different sales tax. Some were 7.75% and others were 8.75%.
All in all we love this place and always come.

It’s a great place to go when there and especially to get out of the heat. That place is our go to for Nike and Adidas. There’s a good amount of food places to eat. And there’s different activities the children can do if you’re willing to pay for it. There’s also a movie theater too. You can definitely spend a whole day there.

If you in the Inland Empire and need something to do beside watch TV in your hotel room, visit this huge shopping complex. It is a mix of outlet and regular stores-there are some great deals in outlet stores-just follow the busloads of international tourists to find the deals on on high-end leather goods etc. Better options for food exist outside of the mall, however.

It was my first time there and not the last. The outlet its huge and indoor. I find great deal and value during my shopping. The food court is good and big too.

Really nice mall with lots of shopping and food choices.
I gave 4 out of 5 because the women's restroom smelled terrible and was unkept.

Always enjoy shopping at Ontario Mills. Wide variety of merchandise choices and restaurants serving up delicious food..

If you need a good place to shop, a lot of different types of stores for all your needs. And a food court for even the hardest to please Pallet..

I enjoyed just walking around and seeing the activities all over the mall. Lots of different shops for all ages.

It’s everything you need for a night out shopping, entertainment, dinning, in one place I would recommend this place for sure

I love this shopping center. So many great stores, with fantastic prices. It gets a bit crowded at times, but can always sit down and find something good to eat at the large food court. Also, a few restaurants that are family friendly and can find fun activities for the kids. Many movie theaters to choose from too.

That's what we did...had a great time and found great values. Every time we go to California we go to ontario mills!!

A good center to acquire e.g. clothing or other household items. Lots of restaurants in and around the center.

I simply love Ontario mills. Been there umpteen number of times and it never fails to delight. It has a number of outlets for some great shopping. The food court is nice with a lot of choices. If you are on a shopping spree be sure to start your day early, there are a lot of stores so get that list of must visit and good to visit in order. If you are planning to cover all the stores one day is probably not enough.

Was impressed by this scope of stores available from Nordstrom rack to Levi's, easy parking and great deals. Would recommend this to anybody needing to do wide scope of shopping in a short period of time

Great 👍 lots of trendy stores. Used to be a outlet mall but not anymore. Can still find a good deal after Christmas

We just visited this outlet mall. Realy amazing.. very large array of brands..
They have very good restaurant and great foodcourt.. no worries..
The shops so completes.. and tje most important is.. they are in one roof so very cool inside

The mall is across the street from many of the better hotel chains. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and novelty eateries line the streets on the periphery of the mall. More eateries are inside the mall in addition to the food court. Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue have discount stores in the mall. Shop! Shop! Shop!

Lovely mall. We really like walking here especially when it's overly warm out. Nice assortment of shops. Great food selection in the court. Even the outside is well maintained. Beautiful flowers.

Go to their website to know the stores available...has a lot of parking space.
Kate Spade, Coach and Marc Jacobs are basically the branded bags here.
Pay US$5 at the information center to get a coupon booklet that offers extra discounts on a lot of the stores, even when there is a sale.

kinda not kept up to well.... the restrooms are always dirty. The mall is not a true outlet mall many stores are full price.

Beautiful Beautiful area
good shopping - outlet mall
Great choice of restaurants
Conveniently Located

Good place to safely walk and shop. Can get very crowded at times. Lots of good stores. Moderate food court.

This Outlet mall is heaven if you come with money and most important time. It's huge.
Impossible to find good deals in just one day unless you are used to run marathons.

Closed air-conditioned space with many store options and good prices.
A little far from the city, but worth just getting to know

The Mills Plaza is Excellent if you like to take the family out for a walk. But with all due respect is always crowded and hardly any good parking. The Stores are high dollar and make people thing they get a 30% to 50% Discount, when they actually bump the Prices but that or even more. Please remember the stores are there to make money, You see all the time stores that Close!. Why Prices are Just to high. Many Malls have to re-invent them self's after a couple of years. As Amazon is trying to take over.

Very good mall, clean, organized and easy to visit. Many well known stores and several places to eat. It also have a few departament stores. For me, if it had a Ross and a Reebook outlet, it would be the perfect a mall.

I love shopping at this mall. The outlets here are in abundance! There is something for everyone. There is a great food court and plenty of restaurants to choose from as well. The AMC Theater is at this mall as well. I would defiantly recommend this mall to anyone looking for a nice place to shop or eat.

Best place to shop for all your needs. Hundreds of stores. The circle of shops indoors is 1 mile. Great outlet stores. Good food court. 2 Starbucks. Great stores like North Face and Columbia, as well as the usual Gap, old navy, etc. I like the asics and Nike outlets. Tons of parking but you have to walk when it's crowded

This Mall was one of highlights of our vacation. It was located near to our hotel. It had all the stores we shop at and the sales were outrageous.
What I saw for the first time …was something called UP FRONT PARKING, you park in front stalls for a fee, we did that and it helped tremendously with the walking especially if you’re walking the entire mall and it got our feet’s sore, wish it’ll come to Hawaii one day.

Need to get your daily steps in? Go on over to Ontario Mills. This indoor mall is huge, and it is a terrific place to walk. Of course, you can shop also. They have a ton of stores to visit. Lots of dining options too. Check them out.

Right next to the ARYES Hotel.Walked over to it many time through the years I have visited. Many stores,Food Court,Dave and Busters and more.

Big mall, tons of stores and several food places inside and outside mall. Good exercise just walking around the inside. Went into several shops.

Show was great. There is a 2 drink minimum. They have a variety of appetizers.Great place for "Date Night"..Enjoy.

Huge mall with plenty of shopping choices and eateries. Shops range from high end to discount shops. Easy to wander around as the layout is very easy to follow and plenty of fee parking. Allow yourself a bit of time as it is so big. Something for everyone.

Love this friendly resturant. Good food and good service.Fast and delicious food. Enjoyed being there with my friends.

Another visit to a favourite place in California this time shopping for Mother of the Bride outfit and accessories! Again not disappointed! Great shops, large choice to suit all ages and great outlet prices! Yet again we found the bargains we were looking for with designer labels!
Ate at the Rainforest Cafe and enjoyed that immensely even with no kids!
After a 6 hour visit and many bags later we drove back to LA content!

Have a fantastic afternoon, kids playing on the the machines, food very good, service very good. Overall a good afternoon for us all until it was time to leave. There were 11 of us in total so the bill came to over $300 and as we were leaving we were stopped and accused of not paying!!!! We called over a manager who just said we had and review the incident. We have never in our lives been accused of not paying for something and were disgusted that the manager didn't even have the decency to apologise for the error. Needless to say we were left with a bad taste in our mouths and will not be spending our hard earned money in the business again.

When this place first opened it was alot nicer and cooler in the summer time then it is now. It really is not a true outlet store like it use to be. It is big but during the summer they do not turn the a/c on only fans and the mall get crowded which makes it really hot. The food court is good and so is some of the new stores they have. All in all not a bad place to go but be careful there are some seedy people there at night and on the weekends.

My opinion:
Pros:
1. Good selection of stores.
2. Central location (many restaurants and other shopping plazas nearby), and Ontario airport is 5 minutes away.
3. Indoor mall.
Cons:
1. Crowded.
2. Prices are good but could be much better.
It's an average place for shopping.
:-)

Great shopping . Love the variety of stores. Will visit again the next time I am in the area. I even picked up a couple of things.

The Ontario Mall is fantastic! there are plenty of stores to shop at and plenty of places to grab something delicious to eat. After a fun filled day of shopping you could pick one of the many restaurants surrounding the mall to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Have a great time everyone!

Advertised as an outlet mall but very limited number of shops are actually outlet stores. Good selection of stores though and very large food court. Nice mall.

Looked forward to finding a deal or two. What I found were really cheep stores. Burlington was so full of garbage in the floors I spent five minutes and left.

I love come here this mall is not just for shopping but entertainment adults and children. What a Family Mall...

Lots of people have the idea already put down, but it is the place to go shopping, partly have some fun watching a movie or playing some games and DoB. Also, lots of food around the area.

This mall is huge, so if you don't want to walk a couple of miles, then you need to strategically plan your visit. There are two movie theaters, an Improv, several restaurants and a food court as well. You could spend an entire day here.

Ontario has truly arrived a having a very nice indoor outlet mall. It has surly stepped it up a couple if notches.

This is a nice Indoor mall located in Ontario (San Bernardino County), California.
There are multiple hotels located near the Ontario Mills mall and are within walking distance. Ontario Mills is fairly large and there is alot to see. Some attractions in Ontario Mills include: Food court, Dave & Buster's, and Rainforest Cafe. Alongside with all the assortment of shops. This mall is indoors and it's good to walk around. This mall is great rain or shine since it is an indoor mall.
We went just when things were barely opening up during the COVID-19 pandemic, many shops and eateries were closed. I think that Ontario Mills is quite popular and bustling pre COVID-19. Rainforest Cafe in Ontario Mills was open, but their dining area wasn't open for customers; just there gift shop. The food court was open, but many of the eateries in the food court were closed during that time.

This mall is huge - there is a fantastic range of shops which would appeal to most people. We found the Kate Spade shop had some great bargains. Wear comfy shoes!!!

Great variety of shops and food. Movie choices are the best within 50 miles. They have a lot of security in place. One major problem is where to park. You really need to know where you will be finishing your shopping before you park so you don't have to walk with all your stuff from one end of the mall to the other.

Went to just walk around and see what the Mills had to offer. Carpeted flooring throughout the main pathway. Plenty of food choices. Not very packer for a Sunday morning.

I was visiting from the uk so was excited to pick up many bargains. Hugo Boss, amongst other well know US stores. I was disappointed that Miichael Kors was not open for business. Great food court.

I guess I should have expected the crowd on a Saturday evening. Good mix of stores, huge food court with a good selection of fast food stalls. What's also nice is it is one big oval to go around. Just keep walking and you will see all the stores. Simon has developed similar malls like this is Milpitas and Auburn Hills and I'm sure in other places as well.

Alway fun to go this place. So many brands to choose from and you can also get good deals. Make sure you have a whole day to be able to visit all the stores and a lot of space at the back of your car if you really want to shop.

If your thinking of going here dont. The security is terrible and the people who run this place will rip you off if given a chance. Its unfriendly and unsafe.

I enjoy going to Ontario Mills, first of all it is indoors and there are alot of stores with good deals, a place to eat for the family. Even out side the mall there are places to eat as wells. Just a great shopping experience for all.

It's a busy place and there is a lot to do.. It is not a place to shop if you are in a hurry. There are many shops, The mall is built in a rectangular figuration so that you can walk and walk and get back to where you started without backtracking.

ontario mills has been my most prefered outlet mall in california, it has most of the top brands under its roof. The layout is perfect to plan your shopping spree, free parking and tons of eateries in the food court area, must take a jamba juice break to re-energise your shopping spirit. Always look out for online coupon codes of the respective brands before making the purchase, most of them have something to offer. Abercrombie kids store should take care of your child clothing under 12yrs. The mall is huge and I would advice you to grab the directory to plan your shopping.

What can I say...I love this mall! There were sooo many stores to choose from. We had lunch in the food court and then spent the rest of the afternoon doing more shopping. The staff were so friendly in all the stores we went in. We found everything we needed here as there was so much variety.

This is a good place to come to see a lot of stores at a somewhat discounted price at most stores. Beware though, it is always very crowded!

The shopping is great, a lot of variety (make sure you have all day- the place is huge!!) and the food is good also. We will definitely come again.

You can literally spend a whole day here with all the stores they have here and all the restaurants. Coach, Polo, Lacoste, Lego you name it they have it.

We love coming to Ontario Mills to shop and travel a long way to come here (we're from Australia).
This is one of our most favorite places and always find great bargains! Ontario Mills didn't disapoint us this time either...

No need to drive very far to go to outlet stores. Great selection of stores and restaurants that are located nearby

I never confused Ontario Mills with an upscale shopping destination, but on this visit -- my first in several years -- a downturn was obvious. It has gotten a lot grubbier. Instead of a place to go looking for high-quality bargains, it has taken on the air of a huge rummage sale. I went into one store and couldn't even find help; the poor sales clerks seem overwhelmed and ready to bolt at any minute. As others have said, it is absolutely packed with people. Anyone daring to wear flipflops or open-toed shoes runs the very real risk of joining the walking wounded mowed down by one of the ubiquitous strollers. The moms and dads pushing them seem to have no problem stopping in the middle of a travel lane to yell at or clean up Junior, gumming up the forced flow of people behind them as a pathway made for five or six suddenly becomes a one-laner. A single lap in that crowd takes a LONG time. It was a relief to finally loop back to my exit and get outside for a breath.

Great mall with lots of outlet stores and eating places. We stayed at the Hampton Inn closeby and we're able to walk as often as we wanted. Spent money at the UnderArmor outlet and the Banana Republic outlet.

This has always been a good mall since it opened. It is huge! Selection is good. Parking can be difficult. Try parking near the movie theatre early in the day. Provides good access to the stores without walking a country mile to get there.

This mall has a lot of options when it’s comes to food and shopping. It’s a pretty nice size mall as well with full Nike outlet and Under Armour stores. I would return in the future.

Since I was staying at the Hyatt Place across the parking lot, one afternoon I walked to the outlet to look around. My first visit was to Last Call. I was a bit shocked when I saw the cheapness of some of the merchandise. It's hard to believe some of those items could've come from an actual Neiman Marcus store. That stuff must be made for the outlet.
Next, I went to Nordstrom Rack before venturing into the mall itself. Since it's summer (and 100+ degrees outside), there was a lot of foot traffic and noise from the kids. Plus, the Rainforest Cafe is loud.
Since it was my first visit, I didn't know what stores were there and finding a directory was illusive. When I finally found the visitor's desk, it was empty. Seems like the person was out to lunch. You'd think the mall would provide a replacement for those of us who needed help in finding our way around. At least the desk had maps. Plus, there's a food court, if you get hungry during your visit.
When I passed by the Lego store, a Porsche in the window caught my eye. My 11-year-old nephew is passionate about Lego kits. I'm sure he'd have a great time putting that one together.

It's nice location feel more like a mall than an outlet. It has alot to see you can spend all day there.

Shopped for homecoming dresses, shoes and accessories. Also had our teeth whiten at a kiosk and later had dinner at Rain Forest Cafe. Pretty cool mall. Lots of stores to shop at.

There are a lot of stores in this mall and usually great prices. This mall really has a lot of options, I would look at their website and see what stores they have for two reasons. First, this mall is huge so if there is a particular store in mind you'll know where to park. Second, an employee once told me that the roundabout to the mall is a mile long. My suggestion is that if you like something buy it because there is no coming back to get it. You'll give up on the item because you'll be too tired to go back.

This factory outlet is huge with most of the big name brands. Just shopping this afternoon and evening for last minute Christmas shopping and there are bargains to be had everywhere.

Fun Wonderful entertainment Mall great grill @n bars an a lot of upscale hairsalon fashion cute guys an much more!!!

Doesn't seem like an outlet malls. Busy place. Big. Has alot of stores. All indoor.has a a food court. Center vendors.

There is sooo many stores in this place and many factory outlet stores. Nice food court and not too crowded. Just beware of pickpockets, we lost one phone there. Otherwise easily accessible by car and easy to find stores You want.

Easy to find parking and good sales. Stores were clean. Disney store staff was very helpful and friendly.

I absolutely love going here. I live 4 hours always and it's so worth the trip. I have recommended and taken family and friends to shop here

Although I am a southern Cali resident, I still enjoy shopping at Ontario Mills. There are a variety of shopping outlets, so deals can be found within any price range. There are great places to eat, movie theaters, and arcades; that makes it easy to shop with children. Outside of the mall, there are multiple shopping establishments from Costco to DSW, along with more restaurants than I can list. There's even a comedy club for adult entertainment....Check for scheduled appearances by well known comedians.

Ontario Mills has always been a fun place to shop. You can save a lot of money at the outlet stores. The food court and the Market Broiler are just a few of the delicious places to eat. It has 54 movie screens that have everything from regular Digital to Dolby and IMAX screenings as well as the Improv Comedy club. A fun place to spend the day and evening with family and/or friends.

Ontario Mills is not a true outlet such as Cabazon. There are some outlets and some stores you would expect to find in a normal or slightly upscale mall. This is the best mall for men who are clothes shopping as there are many upscale (Hugo Boss, Lacoste, etc) and outlets that are appropriate. For men's and women's shoes I think this is the best place to go hands down. Tons and tons of variety and all price points. Be prepared for a lot of walking... This place is much larger than a normal mall but it is entirely indoors. I took a star off because I wished they opened earlier on Sundays and the collection of food options is not the best.

If you don't mind crowds, then it is a nice place to shop. They do have a nice movie theater, best time to go is in morning.

Great mall with great prices! Have returned here numerous times because of O’Neil surf shop, everything is usually 50%off! We love that it’s indoors an you could spend the entire day here! There is so much to do with family and friends!

We like to walk the mile loop shopping at Ontario Mills. Quite a bit to look at and good deals. A relaxing atmosphere. They also have good food, clothing, movies, comedy club, games, etc. Well worth the drive from Orange County or LA.

Is not a good looking mall but you can find great deals here. Is very popular so expect long lines to pay in the different stores. Try to go weekdays morning when is not too crowded. Weekends is crazyyyy! The Marshall's store here is very nice with really nice selection of Brands, same as Burlington that is the most organized Burlington I have been!

Everyone living in a 30 mile radius must descend upon Ontario Mills on Sunday. It's impossible to walk around because of the crowds. I checked out about six shoe stores looking for a pair of leather sandals, but all I found was here was cheaply made, synthetic junky sandals and overpriced at that. I noticed that people didn't have sacks full of purchases. I think this mall is just a getaway for the locals trying to retreat from the summer heat. The Food Court is overwhelming and noisy. I won't be coming back here in the near future. What a waste of our Sunday!!!

Thus place has everything you need. With ample parking and a movie theater, it's a one stop shop for a great day out.

This mall has everything! Lots of great outlet stores with excellent prices. It was clean, busy and I felt very safe the whole time I was there. I was only there during the day. They also had a great selection of restaurants in their food court.

We stopped into Ontario Mills to pick up a few things that we forgot for the trip. There is a wide selection of stores and it’s very much a typical outlet mall location. It is nice that it’s covered and cool during the hot weather. Ultimately it met our needs but wouldn't say its anything special. There are many Outlet store locations in one place if that’s what you’re looking for. The food court was adequate, but again nothing special. For us it met our shopping needs, but wasn't particularly memorable

A very nice big , indoor outlet mall with mid level brands , not many high end stores like Gucci , Parada etc . The food court is quiet good . The bathrooms definitely need more cleaning staff . The prices are definitely cheaper then regular mall . A good place to shop .

This was my first time here in Ontario, Ca. My family and I was trying to waste some time so we looked up malls near us. Ontario Mills happen to pop up so we decided to go. We did not know that this place is more like an outlet, an indoor outlet. They have many name brand store that are discounted and the place is huge compare to others. They have Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Coach, Nike, UnderArmour, Polo, UNIQLO, Fossil (just to name a few). They also have a food court and several restaurant, Rainforest was one of them. If this is your first time visiting I recommend you grab a map to know several short cuts to go to the other side. It took my family and I 3-4 hours to shop, find several stores, and get out to the parking lot. In my opinion this place is better than Gilroy outlet.

It wasn’t very nice out. So a lovely alternative to get some exercise. I’m not a shopper per say, but enjoy browsing. Nice selection of stores. But feel they need to update carpets etc a little. Felt slightly shabby. Was nice though to see a mall that still has life in it. On our travels across America, we have sadly found many malls have either completely shut down, or seem to be losing stores. At least Ontario Mills is still thriving with activity. And that’s nice to witness.

This is a great mall. It seems clean and safe. Also, it is huge with many stores. It was within walking distance of the motel. Cannot wait to return.

Would class this as an Average Outlet Mall which can get very busy at the weekends. Have visited a number of times over the years and each year the standard seems to drop. That saying, you can still find some good bargains through the good variety of shops.

We live in Beijing, China and every year summer we come home for a visit. I must buy new clothes while I’m here because I have trouble finding clothes my size in China. Thus, we always make it a point to head to the desert outlets as I thought it was our best bet. However, the outlets in the desert are pretty small and we have to go to two outlets to get the different brands and shoes we need. My sister suggested we go to Ontario Mills. I had been before to the Mills, so I didn’t want to go but my wife insisted. We decided on going and did we ever make the right decision. This is a huge mall with all of the top brands you could want. Each store is also way bigger in size with much more of a selection of clothes and shoes than the stores in the desert. We did all of our yearly clothes and shoes shopping in one stop. I may add that in the desert, the outlets are far apart and after each store visit, you have to venture and walk into the heat. The Ontario Mills is indoors with plenty of AC, restrooms, water and a nice food court. We won’t ever have to go to the desert anymore to hit the outlets. What was even better is that they give you a rewards booklet if you have a Union Pay debit card so we saved even more money! This is a true find, convenient and with plenty of parking. Next year, we will go earlier, shop, eat and watch a movie and it will be an awesome trip.

Great place to shop. Everything you need can be found at Ontario Mills at Great prices, also a variety of food to choose from.

Great time at the pool hall i Dave and buster with family. Walked around shopping in the mall. Always find great deals. Nice that it's indoors. Newly remodeled throughout the mall.

Stopped here on the way from LA to Palm Springs. Had no great expectations but, ended up blown away by this place. By my count there are 198 stores here so, almost any large chain has a presence. The place is so large it's divided into regions. Be sure to ask someone for a map as, without one it is much more difficult to find your way around. A couple of hints to make shopping easier. First, all stores have a number; usually in the lower left or lower right corner of the front window. If you go online before you go to the mall and record the store numbers and the sections that interest you most, you an save a lot of time. The one disappointment that I found was the lack of choice of restaurants. We were there during lunch and, considering the size of this place, the food options were a disappointment. Definitely worth a visit.

This is strictly an indoor outlet mall. Packed, looks run down and the exterior looks really bad with a lot of sketchy people hanging around. We did see quite a few security guards policing the parking lots and outside of the mall. We went to one store and left because it was so crowded for a Thursday night and it just had an unsafe feeling to it.

We have been here four times when we visit from out of state and still have not seen it all. It is a great place to get your walking in. The mall has many interesting shops as well as many of the big name national stores. Check out the satellite stores and restaurants around the mall. You will put several miles on your car but it is worth it. Here I found a Rocklear woodworking store that I always come back to.

This is a good size mall that offers something for everyone...discount shopping, higher end shopping...decent food court...theater...restaurants and more.

Crowded does not even begin to describe this mall. First, it took about 20 minutes to even find a parking space. Second, the fitting room lines were long then we had to wait in extremely long lines to pay for the items. Although, the mall had quit the selection of stores, I'm not sure if I'd go back.

Walked around the area last night and loved all the stores and restaurants options. The mall area is huge and plenty of parking spaces.

This mall was convenient for the neighbourhood I was in. It has many major retailers and many which are outlets - great for shopping on a budget! It is quite large.

It was an unexpected surprise to see a mall that is still active and vibrant. I will revisit this mall again when I am in the area.

Arrived in LAX and my brother inlaw picked us and drove us to his home in Ontario. Instantly was on a high at wanted to go out shopping, forget the jetlag! He dropped us at Ontario mills as he had work and we literally stayed here all day. Top mall of all the ones we shopped at in the US. Its layout is in a circle so you just walk around and dont miss anything and dont have to turn around and do it all again, you start and finish in the same place! So many bargains and so many options and food! On our next trip we definitely will come back and shop here. Rainforest cafe was cool! Great for kids.

My family went here late on black Friday. I dont know what we were thinking! There were so many people in the mall I could hardly take a step without stepping on someone else! We found a few good deals and the food we had was great! I would only go back on normal shopping days.

Nice place to watch people and shop. Overall one of the better Malls in the inland empire. Need some good walking shoes, plenty of area and shops to see.

Ontario Mills is very big outlet mall with many big brands from clothes to shoes and even a food court. This place is amazing with big brands and shopping available at unbelievable prices. Sales staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place for shopping to all the shop alcoholics.

The mail has little car parking, high priced restaurants and increased crime. The security patrol has not improved since the last violent and shooting. The facilities are expanding but no coverage to protect your personal property. Each week more crimes are occurring in the mall area.

You can spend a day walking here. Many factory stores, some with very good price. The place is very ectic, some parts are bran new while other parts are very old and pretty disgusting. But it worth the walk!

The mall has a lot of wonderful stores! At the time of my visit it was being renovated so there was lots of construction going on! I can't believe how big the mall is we did not have enough time to see the entire mall!

This Outlet mall has everything. Be prepared to walk. The food court is always busy & parking is usually hard to find by that entrance. I have found parking by Nordstrom Rack or Neiman Marcus Last Call to be less congested. It's also a good starting point. You are closer to COACH, Michael Kors, Nine West, New York & Co just to name a few. The stores have a variety of items & good sales. Some stores on busy days will limit the amount of patrons in the store at one time. You could easily spend a day or two going in all the stores.
It makes a big circle. There are many places to sit down. Not a lot of bathrooms. Rainforest Cafe is also located inside the Outlet Center. Everything is well marked outside in the parking lot as well as inside. Some of the stores are not outlets.

Always our favourite! We visit family in Ontario every year and within the first 2 days we're at the Mills! Great deals, very clean.

To me, it is small and there are not that many stores to shop in. Not that many good deals either. I do not recommend this place.

Place to escape and enjoy all stores and restaurants. I take uber there from the doubletree ( not a good hotel) work is work. AMC Movie theater, tons of shops great places to eat, MOA is great this is better due to the out door setting and siting for food.

Haven’t been to Ontario Mils for close to 15 years. Temporary moved back to CA until I can relocate back to Mesa. Decided to venture out to Ontario Mills to see what it was like and to see what the mall had to offer.
Was not impressed with the LEGO Store or the Disney Outlet. Just enjoyed doing my walk in the air conditioning.
Was also not impressed with the food court there...need more places.....Subway, Chick Fil A, and an El Pollo Loco would be cool. Plus you should move the Orange Julius to the food court also.
Still a nice big mall to walk through especially in the air conditioning. Enjoy your time at the mills.

Nice mall with lots of stores to shop from. I stopped by quickly to buy socks and found them at good price. Good parking and restaurants nearby

Beautiful and clean. Range of eating establishments in the outlet or within walking distance. Hotels within walking distance. My daughter bought a skirt at express. The prices were outlet. 30 to 50% off and nice items at clearance with additional discount. Includes large AMC movie theatre. I am not a shopper but my kids and mother could spend the day here and love every minute of it.

Great place to vacation. They had GREAT stores. One of the best malls I've ever been to. The 2 movie theaters that were next to the mall sweetened the pot. Awesome place.

This mall has seen better days, mostly outlet shops now. The Rainforest Cafe is still there, but otherwise one bargain outlet after another, and all selling more or less the same generic fashion lines.

The walking is the worst. Remember when Ontario Mills--The Mills--used to have Virgin Megastore? What happened to them? Well, they still have Rainforest Cafe, so that's good. Another good shop is Typo. (I like writing.) The prices aren't out of control, and you might be able to grab some good pens for cheap. Have you ever gone the wrong way in The Mills? Of course, you can enter through Dave and Buster's and grab lunch at the Food Court. They've also got battling robots. I've yet to try.

This is a great place to shop for brand names which is centrally located. There are always lots of people. I feel because it is very busy, in some cases the deals are not as good. I love that they have Columbia store there.

I brought Shannon, and friends to the arcades here in late 90's or early 2000's had a fun time.I specially enjoy the air hockey here.Italians love to play arcades.Call me when you need me.-Anthony

Bigger than what I expected. Tons of name brand /designer stores. Many of them were outlets. HUGE Coach store. Neiman Marcus is CLOSED. After 2 trips we still didnt make it through the whole thing.

Whether you're shopping in a budget or looking for high end goods, this mall delivers. They've got it all.

One of the largest and nicest indoor malls in Southern California. This beautiful mall has over 200 shops, restaurants, and eateries, including a food court.
They have a marshals and Nordstrom Rack, and they have a very unique currency exchange that is good for exchanging foreign currency.
They additionally have lots of your typical shops and stores like Dave and Busters, two starbucks, Chipotle and Panda Express, Rainforest Cafe, Potato Corner, etc.
This mall is huge with tons of parking. Plan to stay for a few hours just to see everything.

Can get crowded but there are venues to take a break and relax like movie theaters, Dave and Busters, and other restaurants.

This is the largest indoor outlet mall I've ever been to. Went there on a Saturday afternoon. Found a suit, belt and socks at Burlington Coat Factory, draw-string bag at Marshall's, and a pair of Rainbow sandals at Off Broadway.

We went there twice. There are lots of stores. Pretty busy. If you looking for place to shop and hang out I would recommend going to Victorias Garden instead. Overall average mall with decent selection of stores.

Great shopping with many stores however, it does not have prices as attractive as great outlets, but you can find good promotions in one store and another. The food square is quite small by the size of the shopping area, I found few food options.

I was privileged to attend the pre-grand opening evening before the Mills opened and I was impressed then. Even though some stores have changed, I am still impressed with the myriad choices available in restaurants and shopping. Many people think of the Mills as a place to see a movie and don't go inside. I admit, at holidays it is crowded but weekdays are not and many choices are found there that I have not seen elsewhere. This is also a good place for an indoor 1-2 mile walk on a cool or rainy day and many of my friends do so. If you like "mall-style" shopping indoors and haven't been there for awhile, get to the Mills, shop, enjoy lunch and maybe see a new movie.

Took my teenage granddaughters here for a fun day out of shopping. This mall is huge and has a large food court on one side. The site of the mall sits on the site of the old Ontario Speedway, long gone. The mall was made in the same configuration as the speedway, oval. Great place to spend the day. Ramps inside for wheelchair users. Tons of stores and eateries.

The only great thing about this mall is the different stores they offer that you can't find at a regular mall. The only downside about this place that makes it MISERABLE is that no matter then you come whether it's during the weekday or weekend it's ALWAYS so packed!!! I feel like I'm always bumping into people when I go. I usually just make it a quick trip anytime I do go. They have made some big improvements lately with the new strip they have added and some new stores like the north face and the new and improved Coach store. I still prefer to go to Victoria Gardens.

Ontario Mills really is a one stop shop. There's shopping for the whole family here. The food court is huge with American, Asian and Mexican food, many options available. My kids used to go to GameWorks here, they've been shut down recently though. Edwards Cinema is just across the mall and AMC is within the shopping center. The Ontario Improv is good for a date night. One tip for parking... Park near "Q" and just walk in the store to get to the mall. There's ample parking there. The valet near AMC gets kinda crazy sometimes.

The only place you will need to go for your shopping needs. It's either in the mall or in the area surrounding the mall.

Scored a nice Tumi backpack at Nordstrom rack also a lot of nice Nike sneakers. They have a Lego store but prices are not of any discount. Spent time at Build a bear. Kids really are having fun and we've only been here an hour.

Good selection of stores. It’s seems silly to rate a mall. Food court is ok. They have plenty of parking and a lot of hotels offer shuttles to it.

This is a good sized indoor shopping mall with "something for ever one"...top end merchandise to discounted items...infants to senior adults...fast food to sit down restaurants. In addition, there are a lot of stores on the outside perimeter.

And be at any of the “mills” malls. They have the same look, same setup and most of the same stores. Arundel Mills (MD), Sawgrass Mills (FL) and Concord Mills (NC) all look eerily similar to Ontario Mills. I can’t decide if that’s good or bad. The food court was pretty good, though.

Paradise for shoppers. Best deals from big stores during festive season. Nike and Asics showrooms are the places to be if you're a sports lover.

Not a traditional "outlet" mall so watch the prices. Very, very busy on week ends which seems to be free entertainment for families. There is an AMC theater on the premises and Improve theater. Parking can be a nightmare so go early. There is a food court and many fast food and corporate restaurants on the perimeter of the property.

I'm not into shopping at all. But this mall has something for everyone. Just a word to the wise there will be crowds so be patient.

Stayed at the Ayres Suits and noticed the mall just a block away....Wow is this mall huge! It has all the big high end stores you can imagine. It is very crowded along with a lot of walking so prepare those feet with walking shoes, the mind for the crowd and the wallet for plenty of spending. Have a great time it's a great mall

I love this outlet mall as it has plenty of parking and a great selection of stores. Whenever i travel from Australia to LA I always make sure to spend some time here and usually end up spending the whole day

Wowzaa! This place is the spot! We were in the area celebrating Thanksgiving and wanted to give Ontario Mills a try for Black Friday...well, so did everyone else! The place had crazy lines of people waiting for the doors to open at 6pm Thursday and it was jam packed shortly after opening. They have a lot of great stores and overall it's a nice looking mall. Would go back if I'm ever in the area again.

This s the only outlet I shop. Everything is almost @this outlet. There's always a sale going on.very conveniet, ample parking, tons of food & drink selection. And did I mention. ...it's indoors! !!!

Nothing special here. Just a very large indoor outlet mall. You can do better watching sales elsewhere although Tommy Bahama outlet has pretty good deals on clothing from time to time.

Very diverse mall. Lots of places to spend money and eat. Not a lot of teenagers running around and safe environment

The stores are conveniently located near the hotel and offer a great deal of variety including discount stores such as Nordstrum Rack. Employees considerate and helpful. Plenty of parking and very good signage so easy to find store you may be interested in.

This feels more like an east coast mall. The Mills malls are the best. Indoor shopping and huge selection with easy navigation. It makes me realize, in general, how much better the malls are on the other coast.

Cane here on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy as a zoo. This mall had a large assortment of stores and pretty much everything you need to buy.

Nice having so many good stores in one location, do not forget to grab something to eat and shop some more. Go Early it will get crowded.

We go here about once per month and it never disappoints. The selection of shopping and dining are the BEST!

Great variety of stores and shops and a really nice food court. 😊
We spend quite a bit of time here.

Visited the mall whilst on holiday from England food out lets and shops were amazing, if I come to California again I would return here and also would recommend to anyone I knew going on holiday to the area.

My friend and I just spent a few days in Palm Desert and we had to visit the Desert Hills Premium Outlet. Over there we felt that though stores had discounts, things are still expensive.
So on our trip back to LA, we decided to come here for a visit and wow, were we happy that we came. This place has deeper discounts and the 'value' dimension really goes off chart here. We were happy to spend a good amount of time here and some good hard earned dollars. We were so happy to come here.
We do feel that the food in the food court or in the establishment could be a little more eclectic. Most of the food served here are fast food -- fast American, fast Chinese, fast Japanese etc. One thing in particular that I wanted to point out is the Kelly's Cajun Grill. The place advertises, within their store, something in the extent of New Orleans Beef Noodle soup. Well, I know there is no such thing and I knew by looking at the picture, that the beef noodle soup was Chinese style. It was only $3.99 and I tried one. To my dismay, both my friend and I concluded that it tastes exactly like a noddle soup that you make from an instant noodle packet. We even can pinpoint the brand that tastes closest to this. In my Chinese grocery store in NJ, it only costs $0.69-$0.89 to buy the noodle packet.

Spent the evening wandering around in this huge mall across the street from our hotel while here on business. There are so many stores it is amazing. Lots of food choices, name brand high end stores also. Movie theater and way to much to see in short period of time. Go but plan on spending several hours here.

Worst Mall Ever!!! The prices are outrageous and the security guards think they're the Ontario Police Department!!!!

Mistake to go the day after Christmas too crowded even have long que to use the rest rooms.
There are nice varieties of brand stores.
Uniqlo have nice Yukata set for $20 very reasonable price.
North Face have good selections too.
Some of the popular stores have to que just to get in and que to pay lol. Need lots of patience.

Nice stores with beautiful streets to walk and shop around. Nice movie theater, all types of foods to eat, and most any type of store needed to find just what you want. Really enjoy warm evenings window shopping and having dinner.

This mall is always reinventing itself. I am always pleased with the variety of stores that suit my family from 6 years old to 40 years old plus some mileage. The food court has a very nice selection. My children's favorite is Sbarro. Always crowded and no wonder why. Just a really good mall.

I use to love the Mills now i will only run in if the parking lot isn't full and when i do go in i only hit a few stores, Nike, Lids Game stop and thats about it. the mall has become comprised of different stores selling the same product which is boring.

I love this mall, and they have great food at the food court. I prefer to go during the week because on weekends it gets really busy.

Large indoor outlet mall. We came shopping at Ontario Mills on Easter Sunday, and were happy it was open. Only a small handful of stores were closed: Nordstrom Rack, Burlington m, and Marshalls, sephora. Large selection of stores here. LIne for adidas was too long.
We returned to Ontario Mills on April 1st, to have dinner at Market Broiler. Parking near the AMC theaters very crowded.
Will definitely return when in area.

We stayed in Disneyland and drove to this great Outlet on a Sunday afternoon which took only 40 minutes. We loved the great selection of shoes and ladies fashion at good discounted prices found at Neiman Marcus Last Call, Saks Fifth Outlet, and Nordstroms Rack. Out of these three stores, I would have to say Neiman Last Call carried more high end Designer labels in shoes like Blahnik.
The mall is huge with so many other stores but unfortunately we did not have time to shop at these other shops because most of our time was spent shopping for shoes and ladies fashion at the above three mentioned stores.
We accidentally came across a fire stove pizza , Blaze Pizza, that was uber awesome! $8.25 for a medium sized pizza with as many toppings as you want with crispy thin crust. We had a ton of toppings like Alfredo white sauce and pesto iso the traditional red sauce, sausage 3 kinds, artichoke, roasted garlic, spinach, artichoke, caramelized onions, o,Ives, fresh basil, roasted red peppers, and the ltoppings continue.
Absolute wonderfully delicious pizza at a fantastic price!
We loved Ontario Mills And we shall return for more deals!

Having been to many Simon outlets over the years this was a nice shopping outlet. All the major brands were here and stocking the usual clothes and items.
It was nice to have an indoor outlet rather than the usual outdoor experience.
It’s a longer drive than anticipated from north Los Angeles but worth the visit.
Give yourself 4 hours to explore all the shops to make it worth a visit.

Great to be indoors from the heat as most outlets are outdoor. So right there it's a plus. Not every store is an outlet but there is a good selection of popular ones like DKNY, watch station, Calvin Klein, and Nike among others. We always like Johnny Rockets and Rainforest cafe. Taxes in orange county are cheaper than LA so your shopping goes extra far. Parking lot is not optimal but otherwise great place.

It's a great place to shop and has plenty of well known stores to shop. Plenty of places to eat and find entertainment. Big place to walk.

This is a great mall with many different stores and restaurants. The parking lot gets pretty full in most parts shortly after the mall opens.

They were lots of stores, clothes, food and everything you need all in one spot! A walking distance from hotel chains and airports.

Typical outlet mall where it takes you forever to get out! Beware dads if you take your daughters shopping :)

Hated every minute of the 9 hours of shopping.
Cost me a fortune. 3 watches. 15 men's tops. 11 ladies tops. Rings. Shoes and lunch.
Evil place. Will be back there next year definitely.

Great spot for families with young kids, lots of things to do for the whole family. Clean restrooms and great great bargains!!!!

One of the largest outlets I have ever visited> made the mistake by going on a weekend, it was crowded and difficult to find parking. During the week I am sure it would have been a pleasant experience. Many, many stores in all price ranges

I used to return to the US once a year for and after Covid, I hadn’t returned for 5 years. I returned to Ontario Mills and this is my preferred place to shop. You have many of the brands I like at discounted prices. I used to head to the desert for the outlets because I thought the prices would be better there and then I made some comparisons, and it wasn’t better in the desert. Plus, you also have the cinema and better places to eat.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn across the street. I walked through the mall for exercise one evening. I was amazed at all the choices. Food court had lots of variety. I would definitely go to this mall if I was in the area and needed to shop.

Ontario Mills mall located in Ontario, Ca just off the 10fwy at Milliken and 15fwy at 4th street just minutes from a he Ontario airport is a mostly outlet centric mall. There are a number of solid outlet retailers including Nordstrom Rack, Marshall's, Vans Outlet, Restoration Hardwares outlet,Toys R Us, Michale Kors, Tommy Bahama, Oakley etc.
The outlet center is home to a number of restaurants including Market Broiler seafood, Rainforest Cafe, New York Grill steakhouse, Dave and Busters and more. A fairly extensive food court offers a lot of quick options.
The Improv Comedy Club, two large movie theatre complexes and a Gameworks all provide additional entertainment options.
There are a handful of what I would call filler ships in this indoor outlet attraction along with some empty spaces and tenants "coming soon".
15 years ago this was an outlet ahead of its time. It's currently working to find its identity a bit but is still a solid 3.5 star experience.
A few exits away of Foothill is Victoria Gardens. Another solid shopping and dining destination and a great way to package your day for a full day experience when shopping in the Ontario area.

There is so much to do here it is awesome!, Great place to go for date night, comedy club, movies, Dave and Buster's plus more.

Great mall with a lot of diffrent options. Plenty of great restuarants within the property. If your trying to avoid the crowds shop early morning.

I personally try to avoid going here. Just too large and spread out. Trying to find a specific store can be challenging. If you like to shop and lookie-loo, and don't mind taking 2-3 hours to do it, you will be in heaven. Pay attention to what portal you enter the mall, or you will have another fun experience trying to remember where you parked. Wide range of stores; good eating places. Also has a Comedy Shop for night time entertainment. Valet parking is available.

huge mall w/ excellent laid out shops and wide selection for whole family, a gift in Ontario. very crowded cos its so popular but we like the experience. given that its indoors one can also do this on bad-weather days. also get lots of exercise walking around

Unfortunately, I visited on Black Friday and it was pure madness inside. I couldn’t get into many of the stores I wanted to visit as there was a waiting line of 30+ minutes. It took almost 30 minutes just to get from the street to the parking lot. I have visited this mall on regular days When I am in the area and found everything I needed at the stores I visited. I can’t say anything bad about this mall during usual shopping excursions.

the mills has an edwards and AMC so similar choices, with AMC usually offering more diversity of films

For just the movies, not v. accessible--signage inside and out is "less than". Looked pretty good for purposes of "hanging" esp for young famlies.

Great deals and great variety can be found at Ontario Mills. There is a store for everyone. From new school clothes to ties for dad, you won't leave empty handed. And, your stomach too, with a large and variety for all in the massive food court.

I have been going to the Ontario Mills since it opened and I still find it interesting lots of shops

This is a large mall with lots of shops and great deals! You can easily spend 5-6 hours or more shopping and exploring. There's also a movie theater next door.

I've been coming to the Ontario Mills mall for many many years. It is our local mall in the area besides the newer Victoria Gardens in the next city over of Rancho Cucamonga. Many of the stores have been here for a long time and have experienced a lot of expansions like Forever 21. Forever 21 was once a small store but now has expanded to be one of the larger stores like Marshalls and Burlington Coat Factory. As far as eateries, Ontario Mills has so many options; Dave's and Busters for the entire family, we have the only Rain Forest restaurant in our region with a fun atmosphere for young children and also the big food court with many places to choose from.
Next, on the same lot we have two nice hotels, two huge movie theaters (AMC 16 and Edwards Mann) and just on the outskirts there's a few fancy restaurants, several other chain restaurants and automotive repair.
Ontario Mills has a lot to offer, so if you are in the area you will not be disappointed because it has everything you'll need for your stay or lifestyle needs.

This outlet mall is unique in that all the stores are accessible from inside, which is very convenient on a warm day, which there are many in Ontario. Look them up online since there are some unique stores to the mall, not found in the regular outlet mall areas.

Lots of variety of stores here. A pretty large mall with several anchor stores. They have a large food court and several other standalone sit down restaurants. They have valet parking. There's even two different movie theaters on the property. Lots of other shopping in the immediate area including gas stations and fast food places. Plan for several hours if you come here and we are your walking shoes!

The food court at Ontario Mills is huge and has lots of choices. Everything we've tried has been good. This is a great place to get a quick bite while shopping, going to a movie, The Improv theater a much more.

This mall has primarily outlet stores but many high end outlet stores such as Tory Birch and Calvin Klein. They also have a few dress stores that cater to people looking for dresses for dances or formal affairs. What I like about it, is that where ever you start if you keep walking around it takes you in a complete circle but you never pass the same store twice. They also have a very large food court and game area as well as Dave and Busters and Rainforest Cafe. The only downside I would say is during the holidays it gets very very busy here so give yourself ample time or try to come during the week days early.

I love this outlet mall! If crowds don't bother you during the weekend the visit will be fine. It is best to go during the week. There are lots of stores and a lot of walking, but a good place to shop.

I actually live near a pretty good outlet myself but since I was here on business, I decided to check it out. Ontario Mills has a great selection of stores. They have everything at all price points and I was surprised to see a Tory Burch store - generally I only see those in really high end malls. Anyway, they have Kate Spade, Penguin, Lacoste, JCrew, Banana Republic Factory, Nike, Adidas, Marshall's, Saks Off 5th, Uniqlo, and Nordstrom Rack to name the noteworthy tenants. I'd also like to point out SSTCo which I understand is a Taiwanese brand but designed in Italy. They're menswear with a European/Asian cut so they are slim fit. Their clothes remind me of what I see in Korea. I liked their stuff so much I bought 5 shirts. I really liked their offerings due to their fit, styles, and selection. I'd totally recommend a look see for the well dressed Man.

Stopped for lunch at food court. Many choices. Recommend Cajun Chicken. The Bourbon Chicken is always a treat. Shopped at Aki home funishings. Great choices of bedding nic-nacs and furniture. Columbia store had great specials on light jackets as well. Cant pass up the real bargains!

I've been coming here since it has opened.
Great place to shop.
My most recent stops have been to the ECCO store.
Ask for Jorge - He knows his stuff.

This place has great shopping, eating places, entertainment and hotels.Easy freeway access.if you're into fitness a lot of space to jog, walk, bike ride or just be outside. A great place to visit.

Journeyed over to Ontario Mills to do a bit of shopping. Ontario Mills is found near the Ontario International Airport and Interstate 15 (Ontario Freeway) and the San Bernadino Freeway 10, making this an easy mall to access. Sufficient parking. Store hours are 1100 – 1900 Monday – Thursday / 1000 – 2100 Friday - Saturday. Holiday shopping hours will go into effect starting 01 November 2021. This mall opened its doors on 14 November 1996 and is the largest one level shopping mall in western North America with 1.432, 928 square feet of retail space. The Mall is home to 196 different stores and customer related services. Major tenants at the Ontario Mills include Skechers Factory Store, H&M (Hennes & Mauritz clothing store), Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and dozens of others stores. This Mall has a food court situated in the center of the mall. The “Market,” (Aka, the “Big Food”). This food court can seat 1000 quests. Panda Express, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cinnabon, and Burger King are just a sample of the dozens of different eateries at this food court. Other excellent restaurants (i.e., Rainforest Café, Market Broiler and Blaze Pizza can be found outside of the Food Court Complex. Spent four hours wandering around the shops, looking for different items. Made several purchases at different stores. As this is a huge mall, spread out over a large area, benches are conveniently found throughout the mall. Great for sitting down and resting your tired feet. Shops are interesting and have a multitude of different items for sale. For the most part store staff are helpful and friendly. After completing my shopping expedition, stopped off at “Haagen-Dazs” in the food court for a Pineapple Coconut Ice Cream, prior to starting the trip homeward. Overall, a fun day.

They have a lot of stores but it's NOT CHEAP to shop at. I read some of the reviews and don't know where they are getting the information that it's the place to shop at. It's nice to walk around and do window shopping and that's about it.

Ontario Mills Mall is full of almost any store you could wish to shop at; from music to leather and designer clothing to shoes, from simple food to unusual restraunts.
On a good night, you can walk the mall the beginning side of its circular shape passing the extensive food court, larger department stores and smaller shops without stopping and get a very good workout. On a bad night, it's circumference is packed with families and teens everywhere incurring difficulties getting in and out of the variety of clothing, shoe and accessory shops varying in style, body size and age groups. Despite all this, I enjoy taking my granddaughter to puruse her favorites; build a bear factory, Disney store, Lego store and Rain Forest Cafe.
The location of this mall is probably it's best feature as it is nestled in the corner of the interchange from the 10 Fwy and the 15. Along with the lofty list of stores within the mall itself it is also circumferenced by many other specialty shops, movie theaters, restraunts and a comedy club.
As the saying goes" it's a nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there" sums up my thoughts on the Ontario Mills Mall.

Although I've been to this mall many times since it first opened a long time ago, the mall has certainly changed since the beginning. Many stores have come and gone!!! I avoid coming here on the weekends because there is way too many people and parking near the entrances is full. The best time to visit is during the week or if you have to come on the weekend, go when it first opens and the crowd will be manageable. Unlike other comments, this is one of the bigger malls in the area. It is not South Coast Plaza nor Rodeo Dr, but it has its share of outlet stores. As of May 2016, there is a Nordstrom Rack (one of the better ones in the area), Saks Off 5th, Last Call Neiman Marcus (one of the newer ones), Coach, Nike Factory Store, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Michael Kors, Tory Burch (new store), Pink, Victoria Secret, LEGO store, Old Navy, Under Armour and more. I am a Kate Spade fan and I am surprised there is not a store here. Just recently, there is a Ghirardelli candy store which was new to me on my last trip. This place has also become a mecca for traveler's and now there is a foreign currency exchange, which tells you what type of clientele they are trying to cater too. In terms of in mall restaurants, there is a Dave and Buster's as well as The Rainforest Cafe and Gameworks. This is also where the Ontario Improv is located. I have not visited this Improv location so I can't speak much to it. The AMC 30 is also located in this same area.
If you are in the Ontario area due to a business trip and have some extra time in the evening, then you can spend some time here during the week and you should be happy. If you have to visit during the weekend, then consider yourself forewarned!

Great place to shop for economical but quality goods. One could spend the entire day and night there. There's so much to see and shop for. And a lot of eateries.

Huge mall tons of great stores. A lot of name brand stores. The hallways are very wide so you don't feel that it's packed out. But if you need anything check the mall.

I didn't realize how big this place is. Whatever your looking for. You will find it here. From the Nike store to the Coach store. Not only can you shop. So many place to eat besides the food court, Very family friendly.

I love Ontario Mills for the high end aspect... that goes for house and clothes. I usually stay on the one side of the loop and enter through Restoration Hardware and browse and have purchased some of my furniture house items/decor there. I love their Nordstrom Rack and Off Saks, Tory Burch (sometimes) and Ralph Lauren. Nice selection overall clean condition of the stores. I prefer to shop during the week when it’s less crowded with less crowds and less lines to wait in such as H&M.

So many different shops. Wear comfortable walking shoes as it is a huge mall. Lots of sales/bargains to be had. NICE food court with diversified food options

It’s so wonderful to be able to come here out of the heat and even just walk! So much to see! So many shops! Lots of food. We have been coming early and walking and have noticed a gentleman sanitizing the seating areas and vacuuming the carpets, sweeping everything away from the walls & store entrances to make sure the vacuum picks it up. It’s employees like this that make this mall a privilege to come to. Thank you!

We come here often. It's the closet mall to our home. Ontario Mills has pretty much all the stores you need minus the major department stores. It's great exercise to walk around it and a nice air condition place to escape to during the summer time with the kids. They have great stores for all ages. The only complaint I have is why is it called an outlet store but has no outlet pricing.

I give this car wash service a big fat ZERO. On 11/03/2023 I took my Nissan Murano to have cleaned as my auto went through the automatic car wash somehow someway water got into my tail pipe and flooded my engine I barely made it off there lot, my car was jumping and sputtering and the furthest I got was across the street in the Ontario Mills parking lot where I had to call a toll truck and have my vehicle towed to my mechanic who said that water got into the tail pipe and damaged my vehicle. On 11/06/2023 I called and spoke to the Manager and he did nothing but to argue at me about all the other vehicles like mine that come through his car wash and didn't have any problems. I said that this was my first time ever coming to this car wash and the experience was an awful experience. I will never in life go back to this place ever again, there equipment will destroy your vehicle!!!! The Manager was not apologetic and was very rude and non caring about my vehicle.
BEWARE OF THIS CARE WASH. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE EVER.
The 1star is there because I had to put it, I give this place a ZERO and do not recommend this place.

It the only place to find a Lego store other than Anaheim in this part of Cali.
Good size food court and the a great number of stores...I would rather go her than Victoria gardens.

Lot's of fun at the outlet mall goid eats, fun, shopping. Knock Off clothing for penny's. Lot's of parking wear comfortable shoes shop until your drop place.
Great place for early Christmas shopping great pricing on everything. Spend a fun filled day here with family, friends.
Dining from burgers to steaks, vegetarian coffee, desserts.
5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Star Rating

We shop here periodically, but only when we have a specific store in mind. It is designed in a way that you walk a large circle to see all the stores, and eventually end up where you started. If you don't like a lot of noise, this is not your best shopping destination.

Reached the mills @ 10am after 1 hr of driving from Hollywood. The journey was abit jam but in general driving is still the best way to reached the mills.... I Guess a full day is just enough to finish your shopping...

There's a nice variety of stores but the selection in them is dismal. No sizes unless you're a 0 or an XXXL. You could barely walk with all the annoying teenage girls loitering around. I felt like I really needed to hang on to my purse a little tighter with the clientele there also. I'd rather pay full price than shop there again.

This mall is decent for the amount of room and stores that they have overall. The great thing about this mall is that they always have some sales going on. The only negative thing that I have to say is that when I go, there were only a few times where something has caught my spouse or my eye to purchase. Other than that, it's not a bad place at all. Most of the time it's rather crowded.

Bunch of great deals when we came here. We originally came just to eat and Rain Forest Cafe before I had to catch my plane back home and ended up shopping away. Real nice mall. Came when it first opened and it wasnt busy but got busier and busier as the day went on.

They have made some new improvements to this mall recently to make it a little bit more upscale. The food court is good and they have a good selection of discounted outlet stores. It gets very busy on the weekends when it's hot.

All this place lacks is better eateries. Better selection of food in the food court. It’s kinda blah but it’s not terrible. Otherwise, it’s a great mall, busy on the weekends but not bad to find parking even during the holidays.

We spent a day roaming from shop to shop. We bought some great gear and at pretty good prices. The food options were limited for the size of the mall. It was clean and we felt safe. There were security guards around the mall which was pleasing. So many shops that a full day was needed. There are things to do with young children and teens.

Most of the best firms, great discounts!
Similar to Sawgrass Mills, great variety of firms to choose. Actually, I spent less money and took more goods on GAP here, than in Sawgrass (april2017)

While staying is Disneyland we decided to go and do some shopping. This place has everything all the good stores you are looking for from marshals to puma Kenneth Cole and so on. The only issue is it is over a hour away from Disneyland. If you need to get in your shopping it is a good stop. Bonus also this is a indoor mall so no matter the weather you are safe.

Great mall for all types of styles and prices.
I loved the atmosphere, everything is clean and fancy
You can get hot deals at the Northface store

To crowded and people were rude. I won't ever come back here. What a madhouse. Sets a bad example for the people of California.

Ontario Mills is huge and has a lot of shopping options. You can find anything you need in this mall. The prices are reasonable, depending upon what you are looking for. There's a nice size food court, a Johnny Rockets, and a Rain Forest Cafe in the mall. There's also an AMC in the mall (perfect for the non-shopping companion).
I would definitely shop there again.

We vistas on a Saturday morning and thought it would be a nightmare for parking and eating. But we parked the car without any hassle at all. Very pleased. All the major brands are there. Even though the car park was busy there was hardly any ques at the tills. Disappointed in the toilets as they were quite dirty and needed attention. Other than that it was an enjoyable experience even for my husband.

This outlet had a lot of things to do. My family and I were looking for something to do that didn't involve theme park lines. Ontario Mills outlets had a little of everything and we loved it!

We come here before every school year and always stay nearby to rest after long days of shopping. Prices, selections, and variety are excellent. Dining and other services are available here also. I recommend coming during the week to avoid extreme crowds.

If you will be a first time visitor, as I was...pick up a mall map as you walk in and mark your entrance in the map. Better yet, use an app on you phone to mark where you are parked! There are two separated halls with connecting stores that allow you to walk to the parallel walkway. If you are not vigilant, you can end up not remembering where you entered......
Seems to be a international tour stop for some tour bus company.
A moving sidewalk like in airports would be an improvement for older shoppers.
Ontario travel literature says people walk inside for exercise before stores open.
Many stores, interesting, some good deals. Food choices I saw were all typical fast food. Saturday afternoon was very busy. Much less foot traffic in a weekday afternoon.

I avoid going here if possible. Once you enter it is almost like you are trapped and the only way to get back to where you started is to basically walk around the entire place. Sure a sign will tell you what direction to go but it is to easy to say "go this way" and you will get there, because it is a loop. Keep walking and eventually you will get to it. Give me a mall you can walk in and out of or an outdoor mall so you can see certain stores any day over this. To complicated an to much like work to go shopping. And forget Holiday shopping, you might get a spot across the street.

When my kids were small 20 years ago we used to come here and love it. I was delighted to see it had gotten even bigger and lots of outlet stores. What a treat. I only wish I would have had more time but I was only here for a convention.

My wife and I come here often to shop at the nike outlet. This mall has a lot of stores in it. It also has a Dave and Busters, and a AMC dine in theater which is just awesome. The AMC is one of the nicest theaters we have ever been too. The mall also offers valet parking on weekends for $8.00. The guys that run the valet parking are great, super nice too. The food court in the mall has a good variety of choices. There are also a lot of nice hotels nearby, like Hyatt Place, Country Inn and Suites, Ayres, and Marriott. There are also great restaurants like olive garden and red lobster that are really close by too.

A great place to wander through especially on a cold or wet day. Many stores. Much variety. Many places to grab a bite. Very busy, which is unusual for a lot of malls in America. We enjoy stopping in here.

This outlet type mall was awesome. Spent over 3 hours there and still didn't see it all. Had to make two trips. If you love to shop, this is your place. Very high end and then more inexpensive also

We went here after my cousin's wedding. I spent most of my time at Marshalls since I really wasn't into so much shopping. The whole area is huge!!!. You'll have to spend at least the whole day if you would want to experience everything. If it weren't too far from my aunt's house I probably would have returned. Maybe when I go back to the US. But I did have a great time. I actually found better bargains here than in Camarillo.

You can get most of the items you need in the mill .Need not travel so far to outlet .They have lots of brands and discount to select .Only down thing is not much selection of food .

Not the best mall I have been to......indoors and very crowded and hard to navigate. It's only early November......what will this place be like a week before Christmas? Could not get a table at the food court

I enjoy going to this mall. It has all the shop's I need. The only thing is that around Christmas time is crazy trying to get parking but overall the mall is great.

It's loud, bright, and crowded. I'm sure professional shoppers will love this place. I find it too much for me

Ontario mills has everything and restaurants a fun place day and night central it's great
Shopping eating fun things to do and they are expanding I wish them well that they remain open and stay a nice place to shop

Ontario Mills shopping mall is indoor and it's huge! We were there on the weekend and it was like walking in rush hour traffic. You have to merge in and out of lanes and although it sounds crazy it is fun. There are plenty of stores to keep everyone in the family amused. You can't beat an indoor mall. There are also many other stores in the surrounding area so if you are a shopper this place is a shoppers delight. Nice hotels across the street and restaurants a plenty. These amenities would make for a great shoppers weekend.

Visited Ontario Mills for our shopping day on a short trip to California. An absolute phenomenal place, huge and containing just about every major brand you could think of and some bargain prices. Huge food court. This place is probably a full day shopping excursion.

Conveniently located for SoCal and has a few stores not found even at the larger outlet malls.
Designed in a large interior oval, it can be a major walk, map out your destinations to save time & aggravation.

Big mall! Many use for indoor exercise in mornings. About half mile around the inside area. No sun or heat or cold to contend with outside. It's mainly a discount mall with some very good restaurants close by like In & Out, Outback, Olive Garden, ect. A lot of kids hang out there, especially summer time. We go there when looking for something in particular but don't want to travel to another time zone.
Shopping
It was ok but I have been to the Ontario Mills malls on several different occasions and it was real busy but the stores i went in did have some savings discounts. I will go again
