Football fans will love this. We went during the weekend of the HS football state finals and the crowds were still manageable. We had plenty of opportunities to enjoy everything. It's a very well done museum. The locker room section virtual experience was really cool. It has a nice amount of interactive experiences combined with plenty of history/reading. We loved the outdoor football arena, it was a great opportunity for family fun and pictures.

The gift shop was a bit pricey so be mindful of that. The entry to the museum is a bit expensive but it was well worth it. You get your money's worth especially if you are a football fan.

I cannot say enough good things about the Pro Football Hall of Fame. I have wanted to visit here all of my life and I was not disappointed. There are tons of things to see and do and it was just awesome being able to see things from all of my favorite players from my childhood up until now. The Hall is well presented and organized. There is a lot of stuff inside. We were in the Hall over three hours but I think we saw and did everything so I don't think you need more than three hours unless you are just a super fan who wants to read every single exhibit about everything. You cannot miss this place if you are a football fan, but my wife (who is barely a casual fan) enjoyed the history too.

Any football fan will love this museum. Many films and displays of the history of football in the U.S. The hall with busts of inductees is awesome. If you can make a trip there I highly recommend it.

One of the best museums we’ve ever visited! It’s very easy to navigate, is filled with so many one of a kind pieces of memorabilia and it’s engaging enough for even the kids. Make sure to do the “the locker room” holographic experience.

Pro Football Hall of Fame was an awesome experience and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I love all the interactive thing and all the videos. If I lived in Canton Oh I would love to work there.

By Amy O |

Went during the Pittsburgh Steelers display in February! Grew up about an hour from Canton, but had never visited. Husband and I had a fantastic time.

By jiffi |

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had. We spent the first 2 hours on our guided tour with Fred Cook. Hands down the BEST tour guide. Phenomenal guide!! Personalized the experience with great inside information and tid bits you would never know without the tour! The remainder of our time, another five hours, was spent embracing so much history and our love for football! An experience we will tell many about and never forget!

By Jrcgasket |

I spent over 3 hours making my way thru the Hall. The memorabilia is great. The video presentations were first class. (Take time to see the holographic presentation). The hall with all of the busts was impressive. You can look up teams and or players on video monitors that direct you to the player you are looking for. If you love Pro Football you will love the hall. Different eras are well defined and fact filled. Take time look under to hood at the video review display.

By Robert C |

My wife enjoyed this as much as I did. This is not just uniforms and photos. A lot of videos with interesting commentary. The Hologram presentation was fantastic. The movie of the last supper bowl was great too. It put you right on the field and in the huddle.
This is a must see for all sports fans.

By anderson213 |

This is a good sport's Hall of Fame. It's a good mixture of history, hand-on experiences, novelty memorabilia, and examening the faces and names who are in the Hall. More media highlights could be used, but other than that, it was a very good experience.

fulfilled one of my bucket list by visiting. Die hard NFL fan for more than 60 years. Relived great some memories.

By Marilyn A |

A must see for pro football fans!

Many exhibits covering the history of Pro Football as well as honoring the greatest names in football.

The whole complex is over the top.

By Looking_for_Serenity |

Visited with our 17 year old Chiefs fan, actually way more entertaining than I thought it would be as I’m not a big football fanatic. It took us about 2 hours to go entirely through it plus the couple movies they had. Well worth the visit.

By Dave B |

I love football and I love Ohio, but this was so-so. In many ways it seemed a bit dated and old, like something from the 1980s. I had a few days visiting my old home town and thought this would be a great way to spend the day, but I was finished in less than two hours. Maybe I am getting older and more jaded, this would probable be great if you were a teenage kid or young adult who loves football, but for me? - Meh. If you are in the area and are bored, this is probably fine, but I would not make a special trip. On a happier note, the browns are looking very good this year.

The HOF offers a daily Insiders Tour for $10 over regular admission. This tour was worth every penny. It’s a guided tour through the HOF that lasts about an hour. The guide connects the exhibits to the history of the game and adds stories and background.
After the tour, we went back through the exhibits to take a closer look. We were at the HOF about 3 hours and enjoyed every minute. It was the best part of our Cleveland area trip.

By DarylJ552 |

We purchased our tickets online and went there early on a Tuesday morning. I had been to The Hall of fame back in 1989 and expected a huge crowd. Actually it wasn't that crowded and it was easy to see all of the exhibits and read about the players. There was a good holographic presentation with Joe Namath and a really good video in an auditorium showing just how hard the tackles are in the NFL.

This place is so cool bc of the history and all the football info in it. But I must praise the employees!! Every single person was an absolute delight. I think they all enjoy working there or they are just sweet people. They all seem so happy and appreciate you are there! They welcome you with a warm greeting. You get there and a kind man tells you where the bathrooms are. The photographer lady was sweet. The next man asks you about the NFL team you are wearing and where are ya from and proceeds to explain the layout. The guy in the Madden bus was so excited about the bus! The man who has to stand all day by the locker room theatre greets you kindly and tells you to enjoy the show. Which I totally did. Joe Namath talking and all the inspirational stories. It was hard for me to hold back tears. Loved that part of museum. I also liked the video road to super bowl but my boyfriend wasn’t a fan bc it was all about the patriots and what some consider a boring super bowl. I enjoyed it. The busts were the coolest part of the place. Loved that. I ended up buying the photo deal and even that lady was an absolute doll! We even had lunch at the cafe and it was quite delicious! We were glad we could eat there and not have to lose travel time finding a place to eat. Lady in cafe was nice too! Then you get to the store and they have awesome stuff! I could have stayed there a lot longer but we had to hit the road. Some unique things in there very cool. I think we spent about 3.5 hours in total there. You could stay longer if you choose to read every display. I had to take a pic of the “Lions were dominant in the 1950s” bc it’s pretty rare to see Lions and dominant in same sentence. But this place is really cool we loved it. I just had to comment on how wonderful the staff was. Hope they know they are appreciated.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the Pro Football Hall of Fame and I'm not into football but I am now. It was so amazing to see how football came to be. Very educational

By David C |

Being a football guy, it was great! Only drawback, it was expensive!! (Except cafeteria) People stationed around to answer questions. Souvenir store was very expensive too. Soooo much history!!

By amorace |

I enjoyed our couple hours their looking at all of the displays and learning some great history and the players that made it happen.

By Roger C |

We stopped on the way to a family vacation at Cedar Point. Parking was a breeze even in our 35' motor home. All of the staff very super friendly. We had misplaced our tickets, but had an email receipt... OH NO! This was not problem at all. They cheerfully looked us up on the computer, and let us in. Plan on staying at least 2 hours as there is so much to see and do. There are many interactive exhibits also that are a lot of fun. This is a must do for all football fans!

By Darren D |

Whether one is a fan of American football or not, the Pro Football Hall of Fame is a nice perspective of American history. There is a lot of variety throughout the museum that keeps it interesting from start to finish.

By Seasidesandi |

Was very shocked I liked this so much. A wonderful exhibit of memorabilia, the busts are amazing and what they are doing with technology and able to ask bust of inductee questions. Amazing! Amazing stuff happening on the grounds there in the next few years. Would return.

By Ernie K |

A Must Stop for NFL fans found in NorthEast Ohio. Having been here multiple times every visit is unique and different. We stopped in Monday following the Seahawks Browns Game in Cleveland. The History of not only the NFL but football here in the cradle of the game in NE Ohio. Displays of old and modern play plus the room with all the HOF Busts. The fan experience area is also a great display. Expansion is on going and originally started with the football shaped building now field and fan upgrades. Catch a game in Cleveland and make the short trip to Canton right off of I-77 for the history behind the game.

Decades of history, players and knowledge on the Football:
From the early days and teams and leagues to the commissioners, players and cities, equipment and investors, owners and coaches. A huge gift shop too with loads of items for every team

By Becky P |

Exceeded all expectations! I was there for 5 hours and only left because they were closing. If you are a football fan this is a must see!

By Michael W |

We were just there a month ago and hadn't been in about 12 years prior. It is 5 x the size it use to be and still growing. If you are an NFL fan, it's worth it.

By slandry1042 |

For my son’s 13th Birthday we decided to make the trip to Canton, Ohio to visit the Pro Football Hall of Fame. We found the facility to be clean, informative and fun! The very best part was the hologram program, it gave me chills!

By Andrew M |

Over 5 hours at the museum (incl. throwing some balls at the field outside w another family) !!

can you believe they actually used a rugby ball like thing early on; so you gotta look at what benny friedman accomplished as a passer in the late twenties/early thirties!!

and pete rozelle was an early wheeler dealer trading for ollie matson in an original herschel walker gambit.

From the entryway photo opp to the player drawings leading in to all the rich history on several floors, to the "it all leads to the SB movie" and super bowl hall, to the busts and video player profiles to the locker room joe willie hologram, all the interactives, and so much more; and a GREAT store too.

The museum brought to life so much for me as we all LIVE with the NFL EVERY YEAR; a great historical sports museum.

What a treasure and delight!!

By Dean G |

Football fans must visit! Excellent venue, great from beginning to now. I learned so much more of the history that I thought I knew but didn't know as much i I thought.
A real need for any NFL fan, even all maybe fans!

By Michael O |

This is an amazing place that you have to come to and experience . Even people that do not like football will enjoy going through it. The experience is interactive, educational I’m extremely impressive. The staff is excited to talk to you and help you in anyway possible

By 64Jag |

Really hard to identify the key moments in the over 100 year history of pro football. This place does a great job. I loved the acknowledgment of Jim Thorpe and his early accomplishments. The movie on the most recent super bowl is very well done. The turning of the seats to different screen was rather lame. Loved seeing the busts of the greatest players. A special moment.

By Roger101052 |

I would have given this a 5 except for the expensive parking. As a longtime NFL fan and retired football coach, I found it fascinating. My wife enjoyed it and she is not the greatest of fans.

By ObserverGuy |

Football lovers get here pronto! Very well laid out and presented. The bronze bust area is legendary, but my family loved the Super Bowl ring display very much. The workers/volunteers are very helpful too. We were lucky to be there when John Maddens’s first cruiser was on display. Very nice inside!

By Darlin |

We were in Ohio for the holiday weekend and decided to visit. Surprisingly there weren’t many people in there which was great. It wasn’t hard to social distance at all. Masks are required to be worn inside and there are several COVID measures in place to keep you safe.
This place is amazing. We took our time and explored everything- we really enjoyed the shows that were presented, especially the hologram locker room experience.
You can’t take pictures in certain areas, but you will be so busy enjoying the place that you will not be worried about taking pictures.
Their gift store was huge and amazing although they need more Atlanta Falcons gear in there😀.The prices were very reasonable.
Overall, it is a fabulous experience for football fans of ALL ages.

One last thing-if you are a military family, they do offer a discount with the admission tickets.

By Andrew M |

We stopped by the HOF as part of a road trip. If you enjoy football, this is a nice half day stop. The staff/volunteers were very friendly and knowledgeable. The displays were informative and interesting. There’s a nice area to play maddon. The tickets were reasonable but remember your AAA card for an additional discount. If you’re on a road trip like we were - the Air Force museum is within striking distance and that’s also well worth it and free.

By Marisa S |

Pro Football HOF is worth the stop. Plan to spend at least 3 hours here if you do want to read all there is to learn. I truly enjoyed seeing the HOF and my friends felt the same way. Worth every penny no matter what team you like.

By sqivdad4life |

Huge football fan here. It was great to visit the Hall after seeing it on TV countless times growing up. The Hall of Fame busts were terrific to experience. That being said I thought everything else was a bit outdated. Most exhibits were either old videos or memorabilia placed behind glass. There was little to interact with, possibly due to COVID. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. In summary, if in the area I would recommend, however, IMO this is not a destination experience worth the expense or effort to travel to if some distance away.

By vickies433 |

OMG!!! My visit to the Pro Football Hall of Fame was everything. There’s a lot of football history here. I recommend a visit for the young children and teens who are interested in playing professional football. My favorite exhibit was the Hand and Eye coordination with Larry Fitzgerald.

By MS |

Worth the Visit as we planned to drive thru to Cleveland but I convinced my friend to make the visit here before getting our hotel. It was very interesting and interacting with the visitors. You can look for your teams players as well as the history which was interesting more than we realized. It takes about 3 hours to visit properly. We enjoyed this Football Hall a lot more than the Rock n Roll hall of Fame which we visited the following day.

By Lisa H |

My husband and I have always wanted to see this place, and we were not disappointed. From the moment you walk in, there is SO MUCH to see. John Madden's cruiser is currently out front. Not sure how long it will be there, but if you want to see it, you have to be there before 3 pm, because they close it then. We were so impressed by all the details and things to see. The interactive shows were short (which is good because of all there is to see) but they were so good. My favorite was the locker room! We were there for 2 1/2 hours and could have stayed a lot longer. It was worth the price of admission. I would love to come back during the Hall of Fame game!

By Craig Z |

Traveled from Pennsylvania for my wife’s birthday weekend. Spent our last day at the Hall of Fame. Well worth the visit if you are a NFL football fan. Definitely can spend the whole day there, so much to see and take in!

By Dave K |

Our visit to Canton was part of a 3 part trip to Canton, Toronto and Cooperstown. Leading up to our trip, I was least excited about visiting Canton (being from St. Louis I have a deep hatred for the NFL)(Not the players, but definitely the owners). I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the experience. The exhibits were well laid out, and had plenty of hands on opportunities to keep you engaged in your visit. The exhibit areas were spacious, and gave plenty of room even when it was crowded. My family and I especially enjoyed the game of life holographic video with Joe Namath. There was a lot of construction going on, and I look forward to returning in the future to see what new things have been added.

By Porthos7 |

Let me start by saying I'm not a football fan... I'll watch it if other people have it on, but that's about it. But - I am a fan of history, and this place is filled with it! After being annoyed by the almost $50 single ticket price (and that was just a basic ticket - can't the NFL let go of some of their billions for this place?!), I planned on spending about 30 min there... I ended up spending almost 3 hours (I like to read the history stuff). Lots to see and learn about even if you don't follow football. Sadly, I noticed most people would just glance and keep going through the place which is too bad - the information was excellent, intriguing and fun. The place is entirely handicap accessible, and they even have a cafe. Go have fun and learn a little history!

By Momtojack |

Great place to visit for any football fan. The “talking heads” in the bust room were an awesome feature. Lots of history combined with new greats. Only downside....a little on the pricey side!

By lmarty2015 |

Wanted to do this for a long time, have now visited Basketball, Baseball, NASCAR and now Pro Football HOF. Very interesting on the history of the league and history leading up to founding of league.

By charlesburton1050 |

Excellent exhibits and the staff was great. Someone put a lot of thought into laying out the museum. Many of the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would go again if in the area.

By AJC110756 |

I’ve always wanted to attend the Hall of Fame and I’m glad that we had the opportunity. We went on a Saturday and we were concerned that it’d be crowded, but it wasn’t bad at all.
It’s an amazing place to visit and there’s something for everyone. When I think of this venue, I immediately think about the busts. I was a little disappointed with how they’re displayed. The lighting creates a lot of glare and it’s difficult to see the nameplates for each. I was extremely happy to see our Philadelphia Eagles represented there with several displays. That in itself was worth the trip. Go Birds!!!

By YourAdvisor |

$45 a ticket? For a museum backed by billion-dollar teams? Seriously? I’m a football fan, but my non-fan family took one look at that price and did a clean U-turn at the door.

Even seniors and veterans only get $5 off — that’s barely a hot dog at a game.

Come on, Hall of Fame — if fans can’t afford to get in, what’s the point? Lower the price and let everyone enjoy the history of the game.

By Kay |

I wasn't the biggest fan before going here (though I was a bit). But after going here I wanted to watch a game; too bad its June. There is lots of things to do and see. There is two really cool theaters that show diffent things. Lots of interactive displays and videos. Its not all the same around the whole place. Some places and about the history of football, others about the super bowl and so much more. At the end the gift shop has every thing you would want and even more.

By mort4herd |

1st visit here. Exhibits were nicer than I expected. Took about 3 hours to go through it. The price was outlandish. As you can see in most reviews, they charge $10 for parking. There were numerous places to park in the lot. I see where Mgmt always replies that the parking fees are used to help the facility and it’s expenses. I get that, but the high admission costs should clearly be enough to do what they need to do. It was hard navigating the place. No guidance other than a pamphlet. Felt like we kept going in circles and were never sure where to go next or if we missed something.

By J P |

B. O. R. I. N. G.! For $90 for two adults, this was a ripoff! The employees were wonderful and very helpful. The exhibits, videos, etc. are not interesting or engaging. I think some good music could greatly improve the atmosphere and overall experience. I do not recommend, not at the current ticket prices!

By mkeesee2021 |

We enjoyed touring the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The staff is courteous and helpful. The tour is optimally laid out. Social distancing was recognized. I learned a lot about football.

By Pastor S |

Access to the museum from the expressway is easy. There is plenty of parking--but you pay to park. The displays are first-rate throughout the museum. They incorporate all kinds of ways to tell the story of professional football, its heroes, and it impact on American culture. If you read everything and watched everything, you'd be there for a week. The museum's docents make special presentations throughout the day. We attended one which told the story of unusual things in the museum's collect. The docent was great--informative and enthusiastic. The only downside for our visit was a school group which ran from place to place in the museum and weren't well supervised. That is unfortunate.

By LaurenEA91 |

Very clean, exhibits are spread out and very informative. Guides are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to chat. I also noticed on the giant record board that they incorrectly had the Eagles record at 4-11 last season instead of 4-11-1. Guide said that I was the 1st person to point it out. Road to the super bowl was awful. Unless you like Tom Brady the cheater. It was nothing but a love letter to the bucs season. I thought that it was going to be about winning a super bowl, not focused specifically on last season. Also they charge for parking after already paying for tickets.

By GothamPOP |

We stopped by the HOF in mid-August and the parking was virtually empty. No.prking fee. No line to get in. 4 tickets were about $100. Masks were a must.

Lots of good reads and videos about the history of football. Great memorabilia. I enjoyed the busts of the HOFers but some of the players do not look like themselves.

The store was big and I'm sure most people walk out with something. They had some cool stuff. I thought the HOF would be bigger but they do a good job of showing as much as they can with the given space. I wish they had more interactive things though. It's bigger than the baseball HOF. We enjoyed the visit.

By Prego51 |

We finally ventured out and loved the HOF. The people were super friendly and they had a comprehensive collection of football artifacts. The highlight were the movies!! Don’t miss them!!

By 282tiffanye |

Loved our visit! We spent a little extra for a 60-90 minute tour, and it was worth every penny. Thank you to Dick (our tour guide) for sharing a wealth of information and making the experience even more outstanding! You are phenomenal! We highly recommend visiting!

By Todd S |

It was a self guided tour, but so much to see. We absolutely loved the locker room show with Joe Namath. Well done.

By Goldie |

Beautiful building and grounds ( which were under construction) that holds everything a football fan could ask for. This is a large museum and it a little pricey as others have mentioned, and you even have to pay to park. Probably too much for a family unless your kids are old enough to appreciate it. They show a little intro movie that includes a few personal stories of how football has made an impact on players lives which was very well done. We spent the better part of the day here until we were told to leave for a private event. We did not have the time to return later but saw mostly everything except having time to browse the gift shop. All in all a great day ! Go Patriots !

By Dennis Z |

I was in the area so decided to visit. The staff were SUPER helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed several features including the videos in the bust room where you can select by player and watch some great videos. Also, enjoyed the "you make the call" feature where it simulates a challenge in a game where you have to make a call in 60 seconds on whether the original call was correct. Lots of really cool nostalgia.

By Colin O |

Big NFL fan (Go Pats!), but felt that the value probably wasn’t there. Especially if you are bringing kids, there just wasn’t enough for them. A lot of standing and reading more so than interactive exhibits. Yes it was cool to see some game worn memorabilia and stuff they wore in games 100+ years ago, but not enough to warrant the price.

By Joyce R |

Although it's pricey ($45/person), but on Tuesday there is a walk up pricing of $15 for seniors. So if you're a senior, Tuesday is a great day to go. It's not a posted price. You have to ask at admission for the senior pricing but they readily give it to you without question.
There is plenty to see to keep you busy for at least a couple hours. Make sure you attend some of the live presentations. They are excellent and really add quite a bit to the experience. Also there are lots of volunteer docents who are very helpful, informative and encourage you to ask questions. Take advantage of them.
The lunch room options are reasonably priced so consider having lunch there.
The gift shop prices are high so be prepared to spend quite a bit for a souvenir even if you find something you'd like on a discounted rack.

By bruce g coston jr |

Watching chiefs win super bowl on the big screen and hearing everything they say threw the game .also the uniforms used years ago and helmets simply amazing.about 3 hours depending on how fast you walk.

By Bill H |

We have gone to multiple Hall of Fames this year, and the pro football hall blows the others away. It was well designed enabling you to follow the flow easily throughout the hall. It had a nice mix of video and live demonstrations that did allow for a little rest in between the walking around.

By dichuck |

One might think the cafe inside The Hall of Fame to be overpriced and poor quality. The opposite is true. A nice selection of sandwiches, freshly made in front of you; subway style. The breads are toasted and the ingredients are fresh. There are some salads and fresh fruits and nachos to chose from. If you find yourself inside and it’s lunchtime or snack time give it a try.

By Ken E |

If you're from out of town, this place is a must see. All the teams are well represented, and the individual accomplishments are well documented. Was a little crowded on a Saturday, but still had a very enjoyable experience.

By Kkoleary |

I found many of the exhibits interesting and a lot of short videos were fun to watch. Not sure what I expected but did think there would be a bit more to it. Maybe a room discussing just improvements in equipment and stadiums. More on other key figures to the game. I just felt I got through it all too quickly. And charging me $10 to park (how else would I get there) is criminal!

By Megan |

The pro-football half of fame is a must see and do experience. We had so much fun discovering the facts of football through the different eras, and enjoyed the interactive displays available. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The museum houses a ton of different artifacts that are sure to please any sports enthusiast. All of the NFL teams are represented in the museum. The museum is well laid out and you will learn so much as you journey through the different rooms. The only thing that was a bummer was that parking was not included. I feel the tickets are enough at $28 a piece and the $10 parking was not necessary. Due to Covid, the cafe is also closed and there are no vending machines. Eat before you enter!

By Soulki |

Great tour with lots of things to learn about football and it's origins. I am not a football fam and really enjoyed it.

By Lisa P |

Great experience! I love football and loved seeing some of my favorite players enshrined here. The history was great and measures were taken to ensure safety with the Covid-19 pandemic. If you are a big football fan, you will enjoy it. (Guests were all spaced out enough to allow for social distancing naturally.)

If anyone from the HOF sees this, I don't get why you charge for parking with the parking lot right there and not in the city. If it is for extra revenue, why not just increase the price of admission? We paid for parking at the place we paid for admission. I didn't get it.

By Marie N |

I have wanted to visit the Football Hall of Fame for years. I'm so glad it was included on this vacation. I really enjoyed the interesting and educational aspects. There are always ways to improve, but since this was my first time I was thoroughly in a learning mode. I wish the lighting in the Hall of Fame Gallery was a bit brighter and as someone who is vertically challenged some of the busts higher up were harder to see. Overall, I'm glad I visited and would probably visit again if in the area.

By tee0cee307 |

Enjoyed the Hall of Fame! Plenty of Football highlights there! You can even watch a play, put on headphones and review the play and see if you make the right call! Amazing! Went to the USFL CHAMPIONSHIP. Really enjoyed the game! Way better than I thought. Drive for me is about 6 hours, so I don’t know I’d make regular runs.

By Becky P |

My father had daughters, no sons. Growing up, Sundays were for church and Steeler football. In the 1070s, it was easy to get caught up in Steeler success. Though I dont follow the team as closely as I once did, I did appreciate the rich history of pro football on display. The exhibit of football cards is impresive. It is all so well done with several interactive exhibits. My favorite part has to be the display of Super Bowl rings. I was not a fan of the holographic presentation as being overly dramatic. The shop yielded a few Christmas presents for family. The docents are terrific so be sure to chat with them as you make your way through the exhibits. Be aware of the $10 parking charge on top of the admission price. That is the reason that four stars are my rating.

By Thomas W |

Absolutely Wonderful and enjoyable to walk through! Had a blast. Even the wife was impressed! This was even better than the rock n roll hof!

By jmch491 |

I took the tour, and was awed by the guide's extensive knowledge. He started off by asking where everyone was from, and throughout the tour he pointed out items that were of interest to each of us. The museum is huge -- so plan on spending some time. Don't miss the amazing theater experience, too!

By JGM418 |

Stopped as it was half way to our destination. The price was right with the Senior and AAA discounts! But why $10 to park?? Just raise the ticket price if you want to make more money! The exhibits were great and the interactive touch screens enjoyable. Loved seeing the information on the early days and all the busts! A must see if you are an NFL fan!

By Barbara C |

Visited the Hall of Fame and the gift shop. The Hall has continued to grow and add to its displays and collections. The gift shop has a nice selections of team gear and memorabilia. The Hall is a great place to visit for the true football fan and attending the Hall of Fame Week events should be on everyone’s bucket list.

By GreggMS |

This is good place to visit if you are a fan of the NFL. I spent a whole day here and will probably visit again. Their gift shop has plenty of souvenirs and the people who worked there were friendly. They have a couple of different showings that last about 15 minutes. One of the showings was last year's Super Bowl between Tampa Bay and Kansas City. I really think they should invest and have a 45 minute showing and have highlights of previous Super Bowls. I really liked the touch screen they have by the busts of the players. You can search the HOF players but team or by name. It gives a nice summary of each player and I spend a lot of time on this. I do wish they had more water fountains there and it would be nice if they had a place where you could purchase bottled water or a soft drink. Be sure to get a hearty breakfast because there is no place to eat there. Best time to visit is in October when there are no crowds. Definitely worth a visit.

By KCLJ520 |

This was an amazing day! I travelled to the HOF with my 2 best friends, and we spent probably 5 1/2 hours looking at all of the memorabilia, the busts, and enjoying all of the video presentations as well!

We started on the main level, which is the early days of the NFL, founded in Canton! There were some amazing artifacts from that era, which then gave way to the Jim Thorpe statue in the center of the room!

We then headed upstairs to more of the awesome items there, and really enjoyed everything. There are plaster casts of the arms and legs of several HOF players, amazing how strong these men are!

The two video presentations were really cool, one was "Your Game for Life" a hologram with Joe Namath as the presenter, encouraging visitors to live their best lives, giving background on the lives of other Hall of Fame players. The other video presentation was near the Rings display, which was also really cool. The second presentation was in a revolving theatre (the room turned 180 degrees during the presentation!)

The busts were also very cool, displayed by each year of induction. This was a really neat experience, with low lighting and curved walls displaying the busts of each HOF player.

There was also a wall of cards of each HOFer, with the logo in the center. Super cool!

My husband, adult son and I visited the HOF. I was impressed by the displays from the “beginning” of football until present day. It was interesting to read and see pictures/videos of players thru the ages, rules and how they changed, as well as the uniforms/equipment and how safety has evolved over time. The lady who was in the HOF bust area was very informative and told us many interesting facts about the busts of the players. All staff members were very pleasant, helpful and informative. We are so glad we had the opportunity to visit-we all highly recommend!

A really well-done museum to American Football. Immersive exhibits (only a few closed due to COVID) and some very cool multimedia experiences make this an essential trip for fans.

By Frank Lambert |

It's been a childhood dream to visit. I enjoyed the history of American football and the different activities. I spent the whole day there.

By sommers400 |

My wife and I visited the Pro Football HOF en route to Ann Arbor, MI. The HOF is often regaled as a " must-see " destination, and it is a very well developed facility. However, given the ENORMOUS amount of video footage available (mostly from NFL Films), the HOF would benefit from showing MORE of the historical plays, especially from the distant past. There is an excellent balance of recognition of old and new dynasties, old and new helmets, etc. but for the very casual pro-football fan, it does not capture interest consistently.
The HOF is just off Interstate 77 and easily accessible, but if you plan to go on HOF Weekend, parking could be a DEFINITE problem. The neighborhood surrounding the HOF is not the best, so I would be hesitant to park in nearby neighborhoods. We had no trouble parking on the day we went (Thurs., Sept. 1, 2022) but other times could be challenging. The HOF Cafe was decidedly weak and small.

By Donald C |

They give a good history of the game there. There is some interactive exhibits. You are blown away when you see the Hall of Fame room and see the busts of the greats.

By Smudgecats |

The first hall, the rotunda, gives a great history of the game, from its first days. Great photos and stories. The hall where there are busts of inductees was a bit disappointing. Only info was teams and years. No bios under the busts. Would require a lot of added space in the hall, but...

Parking is $10, and one of the cashiers was automatically adding it to every couple coming in. Several caught this and had to argue that "We drove with them and they already paid." I took an Uber, and after seeing this, I made sure to tell the cashier "No Parking -- I took an Uber."

By darbtravels |

Football is my favorite pro sport and I've been wanting to visit here forever. The Hall effectively shows the evolution of football its start to current day. It was great to see all the equipment and uniforms of the game's greatest stars. The holographic film starring Joe Namath was a highlight.

I was a bit disappointed that the Hall didn't offer more interactive experiences. It was a bit dry as a museum but could have make the visit more fun.

By Xeuropn |

I was not disappointed when my wife and I paid a visit recently. We arrived just after opening, received a map and went on our way. You basically walk through the two floors following signs directing you through the exhibits. There are theaters interspersed, and guides letting you know when and where performances are. Very well done and seeing some of the jerseys, helmets and stories behind them were awesome. Entering into the Hall of Fame Gallery gave me the chills, to be face to bronze face with my past heroes. Large gift shop before you exit. Be advised, that there is a lot of construction going on just outside the Hall, so sone roads may be closed. Suggest getting there early to get a decent parking spot.

By Cynthia P |

My husband is the football fan. We ended up spending 5 hours here and could have spent more. While he enjoyed it more than I did, I found it unexpectedly interesting. The displays and staff were great. I could have lived without the Superbowl movie although my husband enjoyed. The holographic movie in the Game for Life Theater was very well done and worthy of major attractions. Please note they do charge for parking.

Since I could read a boxscore, I've been a fan of the NFL (since 1983). So what anticipation I had when I realized I would be in the Cleveland area and would have the time to make the hour drive south and visit the pro football HOF!

For $40 admission, I think the experience could have been better. There is some interesting history for sure but the artifacts seem a bit lacking. Also, for how great NFL Films has been over the decades I thought the theater experience was wide right. The "training camp" video they showed as we waited in line for the theater was more interesting (IMHO) than the Super Bowl highlight reel from January 2022 (15 months earlier!)

As a dad in his mid 40's who is trying to get his teenage son to share his love of the game, I was disappointed that the experience was rather 'meh' for him.

The Football Hall of Fame is worth every minute and every dollar (actually very reasonable cost)! The HOF does a magnificent job of telling the history of the NFL, explaining the important characters in its evolution and elegantly and respectfully presents the historical challenges, accomplishments and insights to the players, owners and the league's remarkably diverse history. I learned so very much from the visit and came away with a deeper love and appreciation for game, the players and the league. I never thought that was possible. Also, the staff are superb. Helpful, friendly and patient.

By Marlene B |

I participated in the Draft Day 5K and had a free entry to the Hall of Fame. Sometimes you never go to the tourist areas nearby, but this was my chance to see the improvements made since my earlier visits several years ago. The entry now contains collections of football cards. It was fascinating to understand how they get rated and to see cards of the same person with various ratings due to their condition. I enjoyed the holographic image of Broadway Joe explaining what goes on in the locker room during a game, and seeing the plays in the game day stadium. I have never attended an NFL game, but I could certainly feel the excitement inside the theater. The busts of the players are amazing, especially because I have seen so many of them inducted since the hall opened. The rings are unbelievable, too, and the Super Bowl trophy is also on display. No interest in football? Go anyway! It may change your opinion!

A must to see the mecca for football history. Well worth the stop. Covers the beginning of the game to today.

By Brian S |

My wife and I visited the HOF on 08/11/25 and purchased the "insiders tour" tickets. We are both long time football enthusiast's. Our docent was Fred Cook. Fred stated the tour was typically 60 to 90 minutes long. Fred was personable and very knowledgeable, keeping are small group of 4 engaged encouraging questions along our tour. After 115 minutes or so, in which Fred made sure he wasn't keeping anyone, we wrapped up and thank Fred for his knowledge, passion and commitment to the HOF. He volunteers his time! To make the day ever better, we went to the cafe, reasonably priced, and met Fred's lovely wife, also a volunteer taking their break. After his wife had to get back to "work", he joined us and for the next 30 minutes or so, we learned about Fred's family as he regaled us with stories about HOF players. While we found the HOF store to be a little pricy, 80$ for a polo, 40$ for a T-shirt, we walked out with a 6$ can koozie. However, Fred made the entire experience beyond our expectation's. His knowledge, passion, and genuine demeanor, make him a valuable asset to the HOF! He should be rewarded, maybe a little something to add to the Steelers man cave at home!

We have driven past this a couple of times and finally visited. Nice museum. Many exhibits brought many memories of games past. We didn't feel it was worth the entry fee.

This is a must see for pro football fans. They also have a small college football area. This place shows you the origins of football up to present day. Ravens fan here, so I loved seeing Ray Lewis and Ed Reed's accolades. This was a great experience. They also have some items featuring Hollywood Brown and Lamar Jackson. Obviously they have other team memorabilia, but again I'm a Ravens fan, so I was enamored with their displays. They have all the pro football busts, the yellow jacket, the rings, and the Lombardi trophy on display😁this place is amazing! Loads of interaction displays for the kiddos ( and adults). Wish I could share more pics🙃

By sccarm |

I DO NOT CONSIDER MYSELF A BIG FOOTBALL FAN, BUT I AM A HUGE FAN OF THE PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME.I have been there three times this spring and summer. I have taken children from 8 years through 19 year old, adults from 20's through 70's, men and women. Last time, I took 15 relatives with me! They all loved it! We spent over four hours there, including lunch stop at the cafe. It is VERY interesting. By now, I can practically lead the tours and answer people's questions! I especially like the beginning with the "Hupmobile" , the locker room experience with Joe Namath, the movie about the highlights of 2022 season, and lots of inter-active experiences. It is well-organized and there are plenty of volunteers and employees to help you navigate the Hall! I HIGHLY recommend it! Let me know if you want me to be your guide!

By Shirley J |

It was very interesting for 2, 70 year old ladies friends of a lifetime to see together-lots of memories...

By kdkelley |

This is such a great place. It really tells the story of football! So much history, so many items to see - it was awesome! Even if you aren't a huge football fan, you get to see how a sport/business was created and how it evolved even through wars, and continues to grow.

By Mad Dog |

This museum is an amazing site to visit. As a football fan, I enjoyed it tremendously. Even a non-fan would love it here. There is so much to see and do, words cannot fully express the experience.

By Shanie G |

This has been on my bucket list for many years and didn’t disappoint. A couple great movies to watch and all of the history was hard to get everything in.

By PapaKoolKat |

It’s what you expect .... almost. I really expected a hall full of bronze busts and lockers with each players stuff displayed. The busts are amazing. The player “stuff” is there for some. Lots of history. A very uninspiring locker room talk by Joe Namath. This is where a few lockers are displayed. The display of Super Bowl rings shows how gaudy and pretentious the NFL can be. The historical information and displays are the redeeming value at the hall.

All in all .... I would go back. But I would highly recommend the Pro Football HOF organizers take a trip to the Lincoln Library and Museum to see a highly organized trip through history should be.

By Lisa B |

This was so much fun!!! Displays are full of information & so much history. Very organized section of the bronze bust & how to find inductee’s. Spent 3 hours.

By Sarah F |

Visiting the Hall of Fame was one of the reasons we planned a trip to Ohio, and we weren't disappointed. We spent six hours walking through the exhibits. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes.

There is a complete history of professional football from the earliest beginnings to the near present. I liked how in-depth they were in presenting the history. Seeing in person the Super Bowl ring display, the Lombardi trophy and the bronze busts was really cool.

It would have been more fun if they had more interactive things like the College Football Hall of Fame--like pretending you're in the Monday Night Football TV booth or having you register with your team so interactive displays focused on them.

Was disappointed that the Super Bowl theater show wasn't working that day. The "cafe" was also closed that day, so we were starving by the time we left.

By Melissa R |

Football fans must see this! My 15
Year old son really enjoyed the museum. It starts off with a baseball card exhibit which may be boring for some but the museum gets better as you move on.The room of hall of famers contains the
Bust of all the members. Neat!
My only complaint is that outside a lot of construction is taking place. Parking may be a pain. Also, you don’t pay to park but they ask you if you drove when you purchase your ticket. If you say yes they charge you 10.00. If I would have know I would have said I Ubered it, to
Save a few bucks. The NFL isn’t hurting for money. It costs 26.00 an adult. They do have a nice gift shop that you exit through. If you are hungry there is cafeteria at the end. It took us about 31/2 hours to go through. We did watch 2 video- shows and read a bunch. I would recommend the hall of fame theatre!

By Gina W |

Really good displays and mementos. Perfect for football fans. Had some great interaction displays but would have liked to see more.

By buckeyefanoh2015 |

A must see for any football fan. There are always new things on display . Any fan will love this place. I live in the area and visit when out of town folks visit.

By Barbara |

Loved this! Spent three hours here and would have liked longer. We didn’t get to see it all. Exhibits are beautifully done. Museum staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Parking is paid inside when you buy tickets. Restrooms on each level. Places to sit scattered here and there. We definitely hope to return.

By John D |

Finally made I have been through Ohio several times and have never taken the time to go to THE Hall of Fame. So glad that we did today. It is spectacular. It would take a week to spend time in the HOF and study all of the artifacts and exhibits. Of course, I had to go through the bust room and look at every one. The locker room show was wonderful with our host Joe Namath. I may never make it back but I was able to see it.

By empressellen |

My first visit, and this was on my bucket list. The exhibits are wonderful, the Hall itself a near religious experience. We were lucky enough to be there when John Madden's bus was on display and we got to go inside that! (The only disappointment was the gift shop, which is huge, because it's mostly stuff you can buy on Fanatics.) I'm a huge Joe Namath fan and he is well represented. The staff is genuinely happy to be there and were fun and knowledgeable.

By fnaturtles |

Make sure you check the Pro Football Hall of Fame hours. On Trip Advisor, they said 8:00 p.m. closing time but it was really 7:00 p.m. It made us very rushed through the museum.

By Lyndria |

There was lots of neat things to see at the museum. It was really cool to see all the Hall of Famers busts. The Joe Namath film was great! The museum was easy to navigate and well laid out. We were able to see Super Bowl rings as well as mementoes from special moments during the season. Highly recommend if you are in Canton!

By MikeyTravel |

This is a must-see for any football fans... There is a lot of historical information about the formation of the NFL, as well as some interactive exhibits. We spent a few hours here and could easily have spent a few more if we read everything. There are two movies you can see, one is a "locker room" speech movie hosted by Joe Namath. The other movie was basically a recap of the last Super Bowl. There is a gift shop with lots of swag for purchase. The cafeteria was very small and limited, so probably I would recommend eating somewhere else. I learned a lot about my favorite team, as well as other teams I never heard of from long ago, the Europe League, inter play with Canada, and lots of other tidbits. Overall, we had a great time visiting.

By romadaro |

I am a diehard football fan, both college and pro, but, like everything else in the NFL, $45 for a one day ticket to a museum is just too much. It’s a football lovers dream, but you need to be here when the doors open and be prepared to spend the day to take advantage of all the interactive displays, movie clips and all that the museum has to offer. I’m not saying that it isn’t worth $45, but the ticket should at least cover two days admission to allow you time to fully enjoy the experience. That’s all I’m saying. I was here for the Black College Hall of Fame Football Classic and tried to combine a visit to the museum with the game and found it impossible after spending the $45 for the ticket. I got to the museum around 11 and the game was at 4, but I left the museum around 1 to hit the tailgates before the game and felt like I wasted $45 because all I could do in a couple hours was a quick walk through. A word to the wise….

By pfefmeister |

If you are in the area, do stop in and check it out. I thought it was inferior to the Baseball Hall of Fame in New York. We moved through it in about 90 minutes and I'm a huge football fan. Find your favorite Hall of Fame player and have your picture taken next to his bust. We spent most of the day in Cooperstown, there's just more to see.

By RandS_TX |

I have been a fan since the late 1960's and appreciate the history of this sport. I spent over an hour in the shrine ooking at all the busts. They have some displays that show members by team and by their college.

By Koro214 |

This is a beautiful place even if you aren't that into football you can't help but be impressed. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful.

By Alan D |

MY only regret is not coming sooner if you are into the history of this Great Game this Place is a must visit you can spend a day here and still not see everything the new upgrades are amazing and you could spend hours in the talking busts alone well worth the time to make this trip

By John91C |

Great experience and highly recommend taking the insiders tour. Very informative and lots information on the history of the NFL.

By JayTay |

A must see for all football fans! The "Pro" Hall Of Fame explains the history of professional football. I recommend spending 5 hours inside if you like to watch all videos, read all the descriptions, and artifacts. Your mind will be blown by all the interesting things you never know about. Excellently well maintained facility.

Behind it is the HOF village with some shops and restaurants. The brand new ferris wheel and Zipline unfortunately didn't provide a good aerial view of the HOF + Tom Benson Stadium. You can tour the Madden bus back there any day except for Wednesdays.

Tip: it's not crowded if you visit on open holidays like July 4th. Open until 8pm in the summertime!

By lovesaltyair |

Well-done, detailed displays and artifacts for the pickiest of fans, and engaging for the novice football fan. The special-effects with the videos and the "locker room" hosted by holograms were all spectacular. Their restaurant is currently closed, but we enjoyed a great lunch at nearby sports bar Jerzee's before entering the museum.

By RCTALLEY |

Reviews say it takes a good three hours and that’s correct. Spent most of our time studying the early early history of football in America. Especially enjoyed learning about the Duluth Eskimos and Ernie Nevers. Touring the HoF busts is very cool as well, of course. And be sure to step in to the original Madden Cruiser between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. We especially loved all the Broncos stuff, with Mr. Bowlen and Champ being inducted this year and the original Barrel Man’s barrel from the South Stands at the original Mile High. Go Donks!

By Brandi K |

Our family consists of a football fan, a fair weather football watcher, and a teen who couldn’t care less. We all enjoyed our time at the HOF. The vibe and displays are top notch, and the Hall of Busts alone is worth it. The football fan read every paragraph and watched every video and said it was fantastic, and the fair weather fan read stuff here and there but still loved all the displays and especially the interactive things upstairs. Even the teen took photos and got into finding stuff about the handful of players she had heard of for pop culture reasons.

By Lovetotravelfamily4 |

Great museum and glad we stopped. We spent two hours here, lots of good history and memorabilia to look at. There are a few short videos that you need to watch, so don’t miss those.

By EdFIII |

Enjoyed seeing early uniforms and my teams hall of famers (Baltimore Ravens) busts with the super bowl rings on display

By markbkeller |

The Pro Football HOF is the best I have visited. The history of the game was enlightening. The exhibits were done very well. The two movies were terrific. One is with a hologram of Joe Nametth as the emcee.

By Joseph C |

The most memorable part was paying the admission fees: $134 for a family of four. Fortunately, our two boys were under 13 so they qualified as children. Big prices for souvenir photos, too. Pro football is the richest of spectator sports, backed by the biggest of corporate partners. Eighteen major corporations have logos in the handout leaflet. So how about a price break for Mom and Dad and the kids?

By Jenni M |

This was my first time visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame. There is so much football memorabilia and history to see! I love football and I found this place fascinating. The staff was very helpful and were able to answer questions, if needed. You need to budget plenty of time to see everything!

By Michele B |

I was pleasantly surprised at what a great time I had! We spent 5 1/2 hours there looking at all the displays, interactions, theaters, and cafe. All the people that work there ate volunteers smh couldn’t be more helpful snd kind! I would tell anyone who likes football, this is s must see!

By MorganHannigan88 |

When they recommend 3 hours I totally agree. I feel like you could spend most of the day here if you stopped and read everything and watched the videos. It was amazing to see how far the uniforms have come. It is a wonder more players weren't hurt worst back in the day. Definitely worth the stop.

By Mark T |

Allow yourself a full day to do this right. The interactive exhibits on the history and growth of the NFL were fun and informative. When the docents come around announcing a presentation, make sure you take advantage of it

By Trent H |

Having dreamed about visiting the Football Hall since a boy in the early 70's, I finally made the 10 hour trek with my 91 yr. old mother. Was totally amazed at the terrible location & the awful appearance of the "grounds" with all the construction. There was good handicapped parking to unload her wheelchair out of the van & the facility that houses it all is nicely designed. Speaking of wheelchairs,.... I needed one when I was told the price of Admission!, INSANELY overpriced, as is the price to park!!. If you've ever been to COOPERSTOWN, you're guaranteed to be disappointed with this attempt to honor Football.I honestly don't know how to even sum it all up, it just plain sucked. It has ZERO atmosphere, it has no.... FEEL. sterile. I'm truly sorry I wasted all the time & effort but I guess I had to find out for myself even after having heard it was terrible from fellas I played with in college. All I can say is, decide for yourself, but I, for one, sincerely thought it stunk. Wow. Go see the Baseball HOF and the difference will be obvious in so many ways.

By Karinmch |

I am not a hardcore Football fan, but found this place to be very interesting. Displays are well done. Many interactive elements. The Hall of Fame Gallery was overwhelming. Great history of football and current exhibits. Glad we went!! Took us about 2 1/2 hours. Would have been a bit longer but Super Bowl Theatre was malfunctioning. Place is easy to access from highway.

By Barbara R |

We got there at 9 a.m., just as it opened. There are numerous volunteers everywhere that are a wealth of knowledge and extremely friendly. We learned so much today from both the volunteers and the exhibits. It opened in the 60's and will be expanding soon. There is so much to look at and do and watch. It starts with the beginning of football. Lots of original football memerabelia. You won't be disappointed, I promise!

By petestrack |

If you are a football fan, this is a required visit. Besides the busts of the enshrined players, the amount of football history is amazing. You learn things that you did not know, even if you are a die hard fan.

By Hondo_in_Huxley |

As you might expect, this is a "must see" site for anyone who is a pro football fan. Expect to spend several hours attending to see it all.

We enjoyed the variety of exhibits covering everything from the roots of professional football on up to some things from the most recent season. You want to see documents about the founding of the league? They have it! You want to see how your hand and leg size compares to that of modern players? They have that too! You want to see game-worn gear from legendary players who are in the hall or players who had record-setting moments but careers that didn't get them into the hall? They have all that. You want to watch great movies shot by NFL Films? You can get that too. On our trip we enjoyed a special temporary exhibit about football trading cards, so be sure to look into whatever special exhibit they have going on when you go.

Of course, don't neglect to visit the portion of the hall where you see the busts of all the inductees. My wife and I enjoyed seeking out those of our favorite players and coaches for our teams, as well as seeking out those of the people whose teams sometimes wrecked the seasons for our teams via their own greatness.

By the way, we traveled to the hall from Cleveland, which was about 90 minutes. Canton is also relatively close to Pittsburgh. We suggest that you pair your visit with a game in either of those cities.

By Bill F |

It was all that and more. I strongly recommend the guided tour. Interesting fact you wouldn’t know if you didn’t. Take advantage of the live discussion and the film opportunities. We spent 5 hours there and loved every minute

By Miamitim72 |

I thought the $10 charge for parking was kind of steep but it is what it is. Once inside though the experience was above expectations. Glad I waited til they did their remodel and doubled its size. They did a good job telling the history of the game...the hologram of Joe Namath was wild...they should do some with actual coaches before it’s to late..like Shula etc. gift shop was great and and good selection of items no matter who your team is. If your going to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame buy both tickets at once to save. Defiantly worth a stop.

By lindamshoney1 |

We had a great time!!!! What a wonderful tribute to NFL’s Best of the Best! The museum is rich in football history. My favorite things about the Hall of Fame are “Game Day” very energetic film of current Super Bowl highlights and much more. I also loved the Bronze Busts of each Hall of Fame inductee. The stunning Super Bowl Rings are a sight to see. The history from the very beginning to what the NFL is today is worth the trip in itself. Also the staff of the Hall of Fame are fantastic. Mason our 9 year old guest enjoyed the helmet presentation... from the old Leather Head Helmets to the most current Dallas Cowboy helmet. Helmets have come a long way!!!! Thank You Pro Football Hall of Fame for a Great Time!!!! Don’t forget the Awesome gift shop!!!!
They have gear for every NFL Team!!!! We will be back to visit!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🏈

By Barbara M |

Spent 3 hrs in museum. Thoroughly enjoyable. Staff well informed and extremely friendly. Movies were great. A do not miss!

By kntcole |

This is a trip on our way home from Cleveland. A great side trip on our long weekend. Early on a Tuesday morning no crowd. The staff that works there at the Hall of Fame are very happy to talk over your favorite teams and show you a few extra little things that you might not of known great great staff. If you like love football this is definitely a stop you should make. I’m very glad we did thank you Clyde!

By Cheri D |

This was just an awesome visit. We spent around 5 hours there. We probably could have spent even more there. So much history to view about the game and its origins from the past to the present day. So many exhibits to see. If you are an avid football fan, this is a must do trip. We were there a week or 2 before the Super Bowl so there was excitement in the air. Tee shirts and other items were coming in for the two teams playing, the Philadelphia Eagles (our team) and the K.C. Chiefs. There were just a couple of the exhibits missing, including the being shipped to the Super Bowl, including the trophy. They do have a very small restaurant to purchase lunch and snacks, but that was just okay. For us, we wanted to spend more time touring the exhibits than eating so it worked out fine.

By johntavernier |

There a lot to learn here .. Everyone was real nice here . An teach me a lot things ,I didn't know about history of football. An something about Detroit Lions I didn't know Like how good there was back in the 1950's . I wish it was true know.

By LeePulaski_Va_ |

I won't say that visiting the HOF was a bucket list item, but I have always planned to visit. The positives are substantial. It is mere seconds from I-77, I found free parking, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The building is clean and well organized. The videos are good, and the gift shop is expansive.
Why then was I disappointed? In truth, I am dead sick of the NFL: the fake, showy patriotism, the exorbitant cost of tickets and jersey's, the non-stop talk and over analysis, the mind-numbing replays, the idiotic comparison of teams to families, and the wasted hours watching the games. I really deplore the horrific announcing; "give them credit" and "dial up the pressure" are not the only phrases in the English language.
I suppose I will continue to watch my lowly team (the Commanders), but I may give it up altogether.
I apologize for this negative review. My fellow patrons seemed to love it.

By DaBearsWISC |

I suppose if you're a die-hard fan, it could be important to see this, but even then you may come away underwhelmed. It's a bit run-down around the edges, they don't have very many historic objects on display. I expect more for the admission price. And don't even talk to about the prices at the museum store. $3 for a postcard?!!

By Marisa C |

Planned this trip last minute. It was a great experience. The displays were very informative. Organized well to keep people distanced while enjoying all that the Hall of Fame has to offer!

By Robert G |

We made our tour on a slow day, so we could move from exhibit to exhibit at our leisure.

Only disappointment was that this Lions fan was unable to find the wing dedicated to all this franchise's success in the Super Bowl era.

By TomW2791 |

Guided tour was awesome! I have been to Hall of Fame multiple times - amount of information is overwhelming! A guided tour took 2 hours and hit MANY MAJOR points. Plus ability to double back and explore more on own! An absolutely incredible place eith many interactive exhibits! Gameday Theater is a must - absolutely incredible!

By Tammy M |

Very informative and interesting. Our favorite things to see were the hall of fame statue room, and the Super Bowl rings. Was disappointed in the lack of Lions representation in the store.

By Bobby |

Must see for football fans. Interactive experiences and the Joe Namath hologram show was excellent! Lots to see and do.

By Amy K |

On our second trip, we really only wanted to see some of the new stuff. It was nice seeing Jerry Kramer finally in the hall. They were running specials in the gift shop as well.

By pjhahn |

While I think most fans will walk out wishing there was more about their team or favorite players, they won’t be able to avoid being sucked into football history. From the sport’s beginnings to its highs and lows — it’s chockfull of stats, dates, memorabilia and more.

Our favorite parts were the decade by decade panels; the Hall of Fame bust room; the Super Bowl rings (and design your own) and John Madden’s personal bus (parked outside).

We were disappointed in the Super Bowl section - wish it had an exhibit for each one, not just the first three.

Be prepared for the huge amount of visuals and info to take in. You won’t leave lacking in football knowledge.

An employee told us that soon there will be a HOF app to use as you go through the Hall of Famer bust area. You will be able to “talk/ask questions” and get answers from your fave Hall of Famer.

Right now there is some construction going on (Hall of Fame Hotel) nearby so you will have to take a shuttle from a parking lot. Shuttles run often and smoothly.

Have fun!

I was most eager to see the Hall of Busts when I visited. I have a vision issue that makes viewing details in low light very difficult. If you experience a low light visio deficit, the crown jewel of the Hall may not be for you.

By sportsfan |

Extremely overpriced - we mistakenly also paid for the tour. If you can read, you don't need the tour guide to read the information contained in the museum. He took us to one small area (large enough for about 10 people to stand) to look at the area below showing where some of their archives are located. Other than this, everything else was visible to anyone paying to enter the museum. A complete waste of money for the tour, and overly priced admission and parking fee!

We really enjoyed our visit to the nfl hall of fame . Great experience. Very friendly staff . Perfect day for a football fan . Clean , great gift shop .

By Steve H |

Very nice Hall of Fame. Lots of great artifacts and memorabilia. Had some presentations during our visit on the evolution of the helmet and unusual artifacts. One complaint: hometown Seahawks under represented. Four full time Hawks in the Hall but none were represented in the displays. They had two Russell Wilson jerseys but he's not there...yet. Small cafe available tucked back in a corner of 1st floor (open Th-Sun on our visit). Food was decent. Spent 5 hrs here and could have stayed longer. (May 2019)

This is a must see for anyone remotely into football. The theater in the Super Bowl area was fantastic.

By Jill F |

I'm really surprised with some of the reviews. We are an older couple (60s) so I guess we got exactly what we expected. It is a museum. It is very well done. The films to watch are very good. Don't pay for the pricey pics if you don't want them, take your own. The parking charge I have to agree is ridiculous but we parked right upfront, just a few steps away. The staff was very friendly. The cafe is just a little glorified foodstand but the prices were not ridiculous and those workers were very friendly as well. We spent 5 hours there. Yes, go early. We are both huge NFL fans so we were interested in the things there knowing they are on loan or donated. Take your time, take it all in, enjoy!

By Nate080411 |

What can you say. This spot is a great place for the NFL fan and there is so much to see. When we entered they said a standard visit is about 3-4 hours, and they were right. I wouldn't say we were slow when reviewing the artifacts, but it still took us about 4 hours to go through the place. You can easily stay the enter day here. They have food onsite and just offsite that you can breakup your day and stay fed. The pro shop is exactly what you would have expected, merch from all teams and for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. I think any football fan should come and make this a must visit.

This site is a beautiful tribute to the men who made football what it is today. More importantly, it emphasizes how football was just the starting block to many accomplished men after they retired from playing. It teaches young people about the value of pursuing a dream whether in sport or in life. They have so many sections. If anyone says this site isn’t incredible missed the best sections. From seeing a room with bronze heads of the greats, to watching a hologram video of Joe Namath & Vince Lombardi in a mock-locker room (super high tech & emotional) , to watching an interview of a pro player, to looking at the size changes of Super Bowl rings over the years, to a huge gift shop, this place has it all.

By MarticaP13 |

In fairness I don't particularly care about football either way. I watch if it's on but not something I seek. My husband on the other hand lives and breathes it. He thoroughly enjoyed it. I liked the busts and the hologram coach speaches. Covid did eliminate a couple things but understandable. Some seating areas would help as it's a lot of walking, but that too might be removed for Covid. There was an occasional folding chair avail. I loved the hand washing sign! I don't regret, but unless you love football, let those that do go and you do something else. Nice gift shop.

This is probably the only reason you would come to Canton if you didn't live here. (Very nice area by the way!) Also a must for any football fan! They have a 60 yard football field outside the hall of fame that you can run around on and let your kids play for a bit if you want, which is a nice touch! They also have the stadium here for the hall of fame game! Unfortunately they do keep it locked so you can only see it from the outside but still very nice. The inside of course has an amazing breakdown of the entire history of the NFL and a lot of stuff that I was not aware of. Especially regarding the 1920's and 30's era. You can see all the bust head statues of all the hall of famers which is very cool, they also have all the super bowl rings from every game in a case that you can look at and much much more. Kids and adults alike can find stuff to look at, we spent about 3-4 hours here and I could have probably spent more had time allowed it. They also have several theatres that have showings, this I did not get to do but everyone talking said they were very good shows. They are adding a complete hall of fame village over the next few years so once that is completed will def. be back!

Visited on a Tuesday morning soon after opening. Probably less than 10 visitors during the 2+ hours we wandered the hall. The staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. They waive entry and parking fees if you have a membership to baseball hall of fame. A must for football fans.

By Amy N |

We visited during the enshrinement weekend. It was much busier than normal but not so busy that you couldn’t see things. With the crowd it took us about 1.5 hours to tour. We did not go to the movie when is 30 minutes long. The first thing that I noticed is the size. It is very small. With that being said it had everything you would expect. This would be great for families. They had a few interactive exhibits. We saw the super bowl trophy for the upcoming season but I did not
Get the feeling that it was normally on display.

By Brad M |

i've been a diehard NFL and Dolphin fan (save your jokes were rebuilding...lol) for almost 50 years now and for the most part it was pretty good, i enjoyed the theater film very much and the gift store and all of the memorabila but was disappointed in the fact that there was no interactive things to do like kicking a field goal or throwing a football at a target at the very least and not to mention how can there be a NFL hall of fame museum without a game worn Marino jersy somewhere, the first QB to throw for 5000 yards in a season...really!!!

By Doug C |

Not a lot for kids to do, they got bored quick. Only 1 xbox and 1 playstation. Kids couldn't wait to go play on the turf field outside but I guess the paying guest don't matter, the field was being used by a bunch of local kids playing a pickup game and they didn't care if you was trying to play catch, they just played right on top of you. I would think the hall would think more of the people that drive long distance to visit. Make a field for the locals to play and keep this field for paying customers. The hall it self was ok.

By Biff Simpson |

If you are in the area, you pretty much have to go because of the uniqueness, but nothing wowed me and the theater with Joe Namath made me gag. Just meh

By Sunsets4evr |

Without a doubt if you are a pro football fan this is a must see. Tons of football history, lot's of interesting memorabilia, not too mention the actual gallery of Hall of Fame players. Everything is very well done. Take time to go through all the exhibits and shows. Information is right up to date through the last season. We went on a Friday, first thing when it opened, and it wasn't crowded at all. Ended up spending 4 hours looking at exhibits, shows and the store. Parking is onsite ($10), and near the front door. Easy access from the interstate.

By StefC313 |

The hall of fame itself was very nice. My complaint is this: We called before we drove from Pensacola, Fl to see if they allowed Dogs into the facility. We were told yes, on a leash. We got there and then was told we could not bring in our fur baby and she was in a stroller. I was very upset about this but my husband and I took turns going into the hall of fame to look. I went first and was in there about 30 min- all while my husband sat in the lobby with our fur baby. When we swapped out, I was sitting there no more than 5 minutes and the same manager came up to me and told me that I had to go outside and get out of the facility with my fur baby. Why didn't he tell my husband this? He was rude and I felt like he told me because I'm a woman and he could bully me. This could've been a great experience, but instead was ruined by a bully.

By mommanesky |

I enjoyed our experience at the football hall of fame immensely. The whole museum could be seen in about 2-2 1/2 hours. I was surprised it was so small. The Joe Namath locker room presentation was great. The only experience there I didn't enjoy was the road to the super bowl movie about the Patriots. It would have been nice to see a super bowl movie through the years so all the teams could have been included.

By Rebecca R |

Pro Football Hall of Fame is a must do if your in Ohio. We enjoyed the visit which took about 3+ hours. The history of pro football was interesting. We even had fun looking around in the gift shop.

By Ace M |

NFL history was great. Hall of famers info was tremendous. The videos and movies were fantastic. Can't wait to go back.

By Nancy A |

Even if you're not a huge football fan you'll probably enjoy the HOF. It's very well done with some interesting things I've never seen before (like playbooks). BTW, it's a little pricey.

By fsu227 |

If you are a football fan, MUST see! They begin with earliest games and players to this years inductees. You need to see the locker room video and Super bowl movie.
You also see rings and uniforms of players. Great gift shop with all teams represented.

By charlieome |

I went alone and should have probably brought someone to interact with. Overall it was pretty well done just not as cool as Cooperstown. Maybe I’m just getting old.

By Thomas |

I recently visited the Pro Football HOF in Canton. Admission was $28 , parking was $10.
I spent 4 hours looking at the exhibits, and really enjoyed my time there. I am a huge NFL fan, and there is much to see, and I thought the guides were very helpful. 😊
The HOF is located just a few miles from downtown with plenty of restaurants and hotels nearby.

By rgpollard |

The first floor is mostly about the history go the game, I'd give it 5 stars. 2nd and 3rd floors, its very apparent the NFL was and still is pissed of at AL Davis. Though out the rest a the building there was very little about Mr Davis and the Raiders, although his influence on the merger of NFC and AFC and has won 3 Super Bowls. Other than a few standout players in the Hall of Fame. When I ask a volunteer about it, he agreed.

By Margaret C |

If you are a pro football fan, this is a must see. The exhibits were very well done - lots of history about pro football, artifacts, and even baseball cards. The 2 short movies are great and the replay booth was fun. I enjoyed seeing all the Super Bowl rings and designing my own! The gift shop is big with lots of choices. The snack bar was closed when we were there so only vending machines were available. We were there about 3 hours but could have stayed longer if it weren't closing. I would definitely recommend a visit.

By Diane G |

It's a great place to visit. loved the live shows. we spent 3 hours there but could have stayed longer. would definitely go back again.

By ttrottjr |

One of the two movie features was not running. Would have been nice to know that up front! At $80 couples with parking a little pricey. Experience overall was enjoyable!!

By Peter H |

This is the place for the avid pro football history buff who would like to trace the history of the game as well as see all those who have been inducted to the hall of fame. Every inductee has his own bronze bust. It is also adjacent to the Tom Benson Hall of Fame stadium (formerly known as Fawcett Stadium) where a number of venues have been hosted.

By Kathy W |

We, too, were disappointed with our experience at the HOF. One would expect there to be enough displays to occupy a football fan for hours. But alas, 45 minutes was more than enough time to see everything. That was for those displays you actually could see. The "bust room" was very poorly lit. Did someone forget to turn all the lights on? Or does no one look at the displays after they set them up? I don't regret going as this was on my bucket list. But I won't encourage anyone else to waste their time there.

By Julie |

I’m more into college football than nfl but thought this was a pretty cool museum. I appreciate and respect the nfl and game of football more now. Went on a random summer Thursday and took about 5 hours because my other half really was into it. I think I could have done 3 hours but I was a sport. Very cool info and videos inside. Only thing I didn’t like was rotating video for Super Bowl was not necessary and the main video on 2nd floor was scary and loud with a huge BOOM like a haunted house on Halloween. After that it was excellent but wow they screwed up the first part. Glad I stayed in the video but almost left. We enjoyed the hilarious video of players talking during the game saying and doing the funniest things on the sidelines. I LOL. Museum Very well thought out. Saw a lot of cool things and it exceeded my expectations. If you are at all into football even a little you will like it...if you love football you will love the visit. Probably not for young kids just fyi for parents. Middle school and up maybe? But mostly for adults since there’s a lot of old school stuff. Store inside carries tons of stuff for all nfl teams which is awesome! I highly recommend visiting here! Some highlights for me were seeing memorabilia from my favorite teams and learning about how the old players view their time in the league. The main video was very inspirational.

By Teahan |

This was my 2nd trip to the Hall of Fame, I was here back in 2006. The Hall has really upgraded itself, the exhibits and interactive displays are very good and of high quality. The busts of the enshrined of course are awesome. The store is of the highest quality and the staff throughout the Hall are friendly and helpful. You will see endless exhibits and items from players and games ranging from the famous all time players to famous plays. We went on a weekday in winter which I highly recommend as the crowds are a lot smaller. Plenty to see and do and the overall area has a lot to offer.

By RavensFan7 |

Went during the Hall of Fame as part of enshrinement week. The museum has a lot to offer of which you don’t want to miss any of it. There are people there that will answer your questions or even to take your picture for you. A lot of interactive displays. Can’t wait until you are able to interactive with the Hall of Famers head busts. 10 out of 10 in my book. Will return again.

By Lynn |

If you're a football fan this is a great place to go. Take the kids to learn about some history. We spent about 4 hours.

By AndyKansasCity |

We really enjoyed the history of the game and all of the displays at the HOF. The demonstration on helmet development was interesting. I agree with a previous comment that the Super Bowl video would be better if it was a history of the game and not just focused on the most recent event.
One criticism, we’re Chiefs fans and were wearing Chiefs shirts, which prompted more than one staff member to warn us that we wouldn’t like the Super Bowl video. One of them jokingly asked if we needed tissues, as if it would make us cry. The comments didn’t make me angry, but did become rather annoying after a while. They obviously know nothing about the heartbreaking history of the Chiefs. 😊
All in all, it was a good time. We spent about 4 hours there, including the gift shop. I recommend arriving early, if possible.

By Lia H |

Im not a big football fan, or a fan at all. But it was enshrinment weekend and there was a lot going on so we made the trip. The hall of fame itself is nicely set up, lots of info, very friendly. What i loved the most as a mom, that made me a definite fan as of today was the message to the kids. All over the walls and in the videos, the message is clear.... Commitment, integrity, courage, respect and excellence are the values of a champion. Any kid, and even adult, leaves with an uplifted spirit, wanting to go out and be the best. Wish we had more places like this. Great store inside, cafeteria, restrooms. If you have kids... You must!

By AndreaUbok |

We paid $10 to park & $33 each to enter, there were lines & it was crowded, many weren’t wearing masks. We spent 2 hrs here.
We started with the history of football. The evolution of equipment was impressive. We compared our legs, bodies & hands to players. I liked the gold jackets & Super Bowl rings. There were hands on displays. We enjoyed walking through the heads inducted & seeing the ceremonies. We walked through the Black College Football Hall of Fame. We saw a display of the house sports medicine, umpires and Xbox before ending at the huge & expensive gift shop.

There was a huge NFL store.

By Selena S |

While visiting Cleveland for the weekend, we decided to add onto our Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ticket purchase, the Pro Football Hall of Fame ticket. I'm glad we did! My husband really enjoyed it! I liked it. A lot of reading but you don't have to read everything! I really enjoyed that you can take pictures inside. I liked the Inductees bronze busts. I liked the hands on exhibits also. If you love football, this is your place to visit.

By lisajames98 |

We were in awe from the minute we walked in the door. The Football card collection is amazing. As you walk through the HOF, there are so many awesome artifacts, jerseys and so much more. I loved being up close and personal with several Superbowl Trophies. Do not miss the movie they have. (I forget the name) It's pretty awesome. You need at least half a day to do it justice; more if you have it. There is so much to see and you don't want to rush through. We would go again if in the area again.

By SueC56 |

Regular adult tickets are $45, but on Tuesday Seniors get in for $15!

When got there and found out that the tickets are $45 a piece, we hadn't even decided we were going to go in, but then we asked about a senior rate. There were a lot of interesting things there, including a collection of Super Bowl rings. We would not have found it worth $90. But it depends on how strongly you feel about NFL football.

Be sure to follow the guided route on the map of the building, because it is otherwise very confusing.

By raybyerley |

I took this rainy cold Saturday afternoon off and drove from Medina to Canton and spent a full 2.5 hours before they closed at 5 pm - I could have spent longer.

I considered myself a knowledgeable NFL fan until I came here.

The hall is not just a place to see NFL greats that have been inducted. But also a museum of the NFL and has a significant amount of history, including the early teams that formed the precursor to and to the AFL and NFL going back to and before 1920.

I had no idea the beginnings of the NFL started in a car dealership in Canton until today.

I attached some but not all the pictures I took there

By ron daltorio |

Went years ago when it was honoring the greats. Now it is overwhelming and Disneyesque. Guess that is the world now. No room for the purist. And they Charge $10 to park- like you have any other option.

By susan b |

We thought we’d spend 1 1/2 hours touring but ended spending more than 4 hours! Well organized, super exhibits, information, movies and videos. The Super Bowl highlights where players were mic
Plus great hands on displays where we could compare our hand and arm muscle’s size to those of famous football players! Our favorite
We did not have children with us but saw many having a blast.

By Catherine S |

Booked early tickets on a holiday Monday. Not crowded. Got up close and personal with nicely organized memorabilia. The chronological displays helpful. Enjoyed the bust room and the super bowl rings. Docents were helpful and friendly. Great gift shop! Took about 2 hours and felt satisfied with the visit.

By Denise S |

We had a great time. We shopped and stayed at the Fairfield hotel. Uber to the Imagine Dragons concert. Great ride both ways. Great concert. Fun time making memories.

By Steve Y |

Must see for Pro Football fans as games development and stars of the sport glorified in Hall of Fame setting. Tons of interesting exhibits and memorabilia for fans of all ages. We particularly like the film in theater about the “Road to the Super Bowl”. Well done. Can easily spend 3-4 hours going through 2 floors of NFL material & displays of every kind.

By 3NC-Travelers |

Very nice. Educational. Allow 3-5 hours, depending on your love of football. Did not seem to be practicing any COVID protocols as far as wiping the buttons, handsets, etc that are touched by so many visitors, and the areas to get very crowded.

By charliespal2 |

I'm a huge football fan and had been wanting to see this for a long time. i was first surprised at the price of admission, $45. Forturnately, it was not busy when we went. There are several good exhibits where only 1 person can see it at a time...I don't know how you would ever get to see these exhibits if it was busy. If you like seeing only uniforms and equipment you will enjoy the exhibits. I was disappointed with the room with the busts. The room was dark with each bust dramatically, but poor lit. It was difficult to tell who the player was in many case if it weren't for the labels. It was also very somber atmosphere, almost emotionally sad - not one that seem to celebrate and acknowledge the great play of these men. I guess the statues were place in son order but Joe Montana was located in a the bottom at the end of a row - difficult to see and not where you expect him to be. We were there for about an hour and that was enough (we did not see the short films they showed). Unless you are big football fan that wants to see some old unforms it is not going out of your way for and in my opinion, not worht $45.
Please don't take this the wrong way - I think the achievements of the players is spectacular and should be remembered. I'm glad there is the concept of the Hall of Fame, I'm just not a fan of the physical Hall itself.

By John V |

Another check off my bucket list. I was lucky enough to be at a convention in Cleveland and realized that the Pro Football HOF was less than an hour away.
This place did not disappoint and it took about 2.5 hours to complete and definitely could have stayed longer.
Just getting the chance to see the history and memorable names and faces was amazing.
Loved all the videos that were provided by NFL films. Great place for the family, just make sure you plan at least 3 hours minimum.
Definitely a venue to put on your bucket list.

By Hoben01 |

This place provides a great fan experience for any fan of the NFL. Obviously you get an idea of the history of pro football with its beginnings in Canton, OH. The displays are a mixture of static and interactive displays. Its not only the stories of the greats of football but quirks such as strangest plays in the nfl, longest streaks in the nfl, etc.
The exhibit is constantly updated one of the last fan experiences was the retelling of the most recent superbowl including the coaching, player talk.
If there is one issue is getting here public transportation is spotty. There is now a $10 parking charge but its based on the honor system since they ask at the front desk did you park outside

By DaBigG |

5/7/24. Good entire history of Pro Football. Brought back a lot of memories of when I was a kid. I do wish the NFL would stay out of politics and concentrate on football.

By spacepilot500 |

The hall of fame has a great collection of football items, and history going back to the early days. You will learn about teams you never even knew existed, see uniforms of famous players, see a kids dream collection of football cards. The busts are a great tribute. If you are a NFL fan you will enjoy yourself. The original Madden bus is parked outside, but be aware it is only open till 3pm for some reason. After your tour you can buy general hall of fame jackets etc or a variety of items and apparel that varies by team. I was disappointed that there was such a small collection of Broncos items on sale as some teams had a large choice.

By Brian L |

Lots of memorabilia spanning from the early 20th century to present. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of interactive exhibits. I spent about 4 hours there. My only complaints are that it felt weirdly Browns heavy and the price was a bit steep.

By Erica S |

We went with our 12 year old daughter and 9 year old son and they both enjoyed it. I bought tickets and parking online and was able to save them to my wallet making for easy check in. Parking is $10. We got there around 925am and it wasn’t very busy. There is a ton of memorabilia, many of which you will never see anything like it anywhere else. They have a trading card collection that is to die for. Player memorabilia is all over. We loved reading about the history of football and the records of many players. The bust room is pretty incredible full of legends. A nice man who worked there told us all about how the busts are made as well as the rings and jackets. You can try on shoulder pads, helmets with coaching calls coming in for the quarterback and then size yourself up against some of the greats. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit and would recommend it to any football fan.

By TJLandof10000lakes |

I enjoyed the exhibits on the early days of the NFL. The equipment and teams like the Duluth Eskimos were interesting. I wish I could have seen the John Maddens bus, however it was not available for viewing that day. It seemed like a lot of the exhibits got repetitive, or had info and videos you could easily get on the internet. You can see 100’s of HOF busts, and dozens of Super Bowl rings, but you get the idea after seeing a few of them, or your favorites. They had a large display of rare football cards, but I didn’t find that at all interesting. It is inspirational to reflect on the sacrifice and hard work exhibited by many in the HOF. Maybe a real football fanatic would enjoy this more, but I think the billionaires, prima donnas, and horrific injuries and brain damage associated with today’s game lessen my enthusiasm for the HOF.

By Sondra O |

I cannot speak highly enough of the volunteers we encountered during our visit and tour. The retirees really no how to deliver a great experience and customer service. The insiders tour was very informative and well worth the price. The had an info session where we got to see the progression of the helmet and it was very interesting. We were a group of four ages 53, 48, 17 and 15. We are different degrees of football fans but we all enjoyed this.

By Heather K |

If you love football, you should visit! There’s so much to see. Loads of history. I’m a Bills fan so some of that history was painful.

By PSmitty123 |

Drove about 100 miles out of our way to stop here. I am a big Pro Football fan.
The Hall of Fame was disappointing. Considering the history and popularity of the sport I expected much more. One wall panel per 10 years of history does not come close to covering it. I noticed they still have not updated the all time leading scorer display (which was a small sign) sign even though Adam Vinateri broke Morton Anderson's record a couple of years ago. One section dedicated to black college football players....not sure of the relevance to Pro Football. Holographic show had good effects but Joe Namath? really? Pretty obvious Vince Lombardi was the Dad on the Wonder Years. Good idea...poor execution. If you go, lower your expectations.

By cherylynn3 |

I’m a pretty casual football fan and not a sports-minded person at all, but I was entranced by the Pro Football Hall of Fame. They had me early on with “The Knocks” videos where 2023 inductees were filmed while hearing the news of their selection. I almost cried when these guys heard the news! And what a first-rate layout and flow for this museum! Highlights for me were the interactive elements where I could “arm-wrestle” the receiving arm of a player or try my grip on a football like Troy Aikman, the fabulous display of HoF rings, the Joe Namath-narrated film, the displays of the progression of the game and it’s equipment over time, and lots of docents to answer questions and offer extra insights. One surprise was talking with docent “Steve”, a British dude chatting from London via iPad…delightful! The store is first-rate and you can also order online all the things you debated on while in Canton but still really, really want - ha, ha! There’s a whole stadium and also a practice field for tossing the ball outside. We were there the day before the Hall of Fame game and got to see part of a 5000 kid human chain delivering the game ball. This museum is truly one of the best I’ve ever visited (and there have been many!). You could plan a visit to Ohio solely for this purpose and not be disappointed!

By Linda C |

This is a must do for any football fan. There is a lot of history of how the game came to be. I was disappointed that the field did not have the name on it or any where on the building. It was supposed to be named Benson Field after the Saints owner. Give yourself plenty of time to see the movies and presentations.

By B138877 |

Lots of stuff to see. Didnt seem to have too much original game worn type things.... Was very expensive for what it was, they even charge you $10 to park.... This is why it is brought to average.

By John J |

So much to see. The HOF does a great job with the early days of professional football. They have short videos and tons of memorabilia to see. Helpful and friendly volunteers are so knowledgeable. You can even try on the ancient equipment. I thought it would be bigger, but they are in the process of adding on to it I understand. Thought there would be more obout the Dallas Cowboys (e.g., record for most consecutive winning seasons in the 60/70s), but seems like a bias against and they had as little as possible. I would have liked to see more film on the old games. Definitely worth a visit and on Tuesdays, seniors get in for only $10!

They have a restaurant, but I would not go unless for snacks. There are two good restaurants a very short walk from the HOF (give Shula's a try).

By Craig |

Well done, professional football exhibits and busts of those elected to the HOF. Next door to the former Fawcett Stadium.

By plgarlepied |

My husb wanted to visit which is why I did. Being from New Orleans, there was a slight mention of the Manning family & drew Brees.
The rest…eehhh: not worth the $45! If you are a senior, it is $15 on Tuesday. Free parking included in the 45$. No problem walking in & buying tx at entrance. Not much else to see in Canton. Could have sat in the car & read a book while husb visited the 2 hrs

By Citallwic |

I've visited hundreds of museums and exhibit halls in America and abroad, and where sheer intelligence of design is concerned the Pro Football Hall of Fame ranks right up there with the best. I'm not a big fan of pro football (my comfort zone is the college game), but this place quickly drew my interest and held it quite firmly for the several hours we spent there. You exit this place through a gift store (naturally!) and this gift store is so well-stocked it's almost mind-blowing. Very highly recommended for football fans of all ages.

By tjstech03 |

I am not a die hard football fan, but this place was terrific. I learned a lot about the history of pro football. There were engaging exhibits and some were hands on. The videos were well done, especially the one with the hologram! Took me 2.5 hours to walk through and see it all. Lots to buy in the gift shop, too.

By NancyDPA |

The Hall of Fame is an incredible collection of memorabilia of professional football, starting in 1920 to the present. There was a lot of history that we never knew about teams, players, equipment, etc.

By danamarie31 |

Always have wanted to stop and see the Hall of Fame. We stopped by on spring break. We all enjoyed it especially my cousin who is 15 years old. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We spent 1-2 hours there. Well worth the stop.

By rockcole |

The contents are obviously the main attraction. Some of the volunteer docents were excellent. They knew their football.

The entrance fee $ 36 per person is high but to make it worse there is a $ 10 charge to park in their parking lot. I expect better from a multibillion dollar enterprise.

By guillepinar72 |

we visited last Sunday and had a great experience. We were invited for a presentation at the golden jacket where they showed us old footballs, footwear and memorabilia. It is really organized and we spend three hours and couldn't see it all. The 10 dollar parking fee in my opinion was unnecessary since the entrance is already on the expensive side but if you are a football fan you will suck it up and will pay it and the NFL knows that.

Not enough old school exhibits, had to many displays of non HOFers for my taste. In order to be mentioned inside, one should at least be a member. Had plenty of ‘Gronk and Brady’ game worn stuff but wait until they are inducted. Not much material on the 70’s and 80’s players. It was easy to navigate around to see all the exhibits, the ring display was nice, and of course the gift shop was big enough to open a 2nd hall of fame if they ever decide to display more football from the past.

By Tammy Harvey |

My family and I stopped there on our way to Kentucky.Couldn't stay too long. The place is pretty good size.Loved the gift shop but my daughter didn't find much Carolina Panther stuff.

By crystalbreitrick |

We visited the Hall of Fame this week during a special event that brought in over 600 school children, which made our bucket list tour difficult to say the least. I would encourage anyone visiting to avoid early May (staff indicated this is an end-of-school year event) or call ahead when planning your visit. Staff were friendly and what we could see of the exhibits informative, just not the “off peak season” museum day we anticipated.

By MelissaWP |

We enjoyed our visit here. We spent nearly five hours here. Our expectations were what it was: to learn more about the history of the game and memorabilia. As a Bears fan, though, we were disappointed that the bronze busts of Bears' hall of fame players had been moved to Chicago for the NFL opening night the next day on Thursday night. Overall, glad we came and a must-do for NFL fans.

By Robin L |

Never thought I'd ever get here but so glad we made the trip. I loved the history of football exhibits. They had an interesting exhibit of football cards. Uniforms, footballs, helmets, and tons of information on them. A hologram show where you're in the locker room and Joe Namath is talking to you. A Super Bowl show, I think from NFL productions, which was a recap of this past year's Super Bowl, which as a Patriots fan I thought was fantastic to see on such a big screen. The gift shop was fantastic. This place is first class all the way. Football heaven.

By SusieSkiBum |

This museum was way better than I expected. There was so much to see:film clips, all the Super Bowl rings, a live talk about football helmets, and even Ai Joe Namath! And so much more!

By James & Beth |

We drove up when visiting Columbus on Sunday after the enshrinement. Well worth it for any football fan. It takes a good 2 hours to really enjoy it. The bust room is crazy good. As they get closer to this year, they are more life-like than ever. I was sad to see the Pat Tillman display from years earlier gone, but the officiating portion and HBCU Hall of Fame are a great addition.

By Kiedis75 |

Guys. Even if you don't like football (like me), this place is awesome. Took us about 4 hours because my husband is a die-hard football (L.A. Rams) fan. So we looked at everything in every nook and cranny. It's worth watching all of the films, too. The exhibit with the hologram of Joe Namath was REALLY neat. You'll get chills when you're leaving through the hall. The little cafe area is nice, somewhat high priced but not too bad for what you get, and the food was delicious. The gift shop is massive! We had an issue there (got something that was the display, checked the box when we got home, and it wasn't in there). I called them, and we went the next day to get it. They made it right, and they were very apologetic about it. It's a neat place and I recommend going.

Staff was great very knowledgeable and the when my brother asked a question the guy didn’t know he went and tracked down an. Answer cause it bothered him. Wish I had got his name to shout him out a bald gentleman.

By Marisa M |

As huge football fans, we were very excited to make this trip with our family. Admission was high but the $10 charge for parking (which was under the highway with an uphill walk) was ridiculous. Do not plan on eating here during your visit. The “cafe” was a glorified break room. They offered sandwiches, a couple of salads and some stadium snacks (nachos, soft pretzel). The fruit cup was rancid and the paper cup of tap water (which was not free) leaked.

The HOF experience was good, not great. Definitely some interesting exhibits, of course the busts and super bowl rings are highlights. But overall, I feel like this is a missed opportunity. Could have been an amazing interactive experience and it misses that mark. Glad we went to see it but will not be back. If you have a day to spend in the Cleveland area, go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

My wife, daughter and I spent about 2 1/2 hours at the Pro Football HOF on a Sunday morning in October. My wife and daughter are huge college football fans; I grew up in Philadelphia as an Eagles fan, but have lived in Atlanta for a long time and have been a long-suffering Falcons fan. We all had a great time at the HOF. I enjoyed the artifacts from the early days of pro football -- the uniforms, leather helmets, vests, evolution of the football, the player contracts --as well as the very well produced videos and other exhibits throughout the museum. The staff was extremely friendly. The museum was not very crowded and was easy to navigate. I recommend the Locker Room video with Joe Namath and the Road to the Super Bowl video. The latter tells the story of the Rams winning the Super Bowl in 2021. The video action is terrific -- highlighting the brutality of football, and the blood, sweat and tears that goes into becoming a winner in the NFL. Even though you know who won the game, it was still a superb show. There were several exhibits documenting the integration of the NFL and highlighting the emergence of Black players in positions like quarterback. I did not, however, see anything about Colin Kaepernick. Why not? I also didn't see anything about CTE or concussion protocols. Did I miss something? For all the good things that the NFL does and represents, I would have appreciated more information about the Kaepernick saga as well as the efforts the NFL is making to ensure players are as safe as possible in a very rough sport. If you're a fan of the NFL, this is a must-see.

By Kilizen |

I took my 6 and 12 year old. The 12 year old got more out of it so far as reading the history of the game. The 6 year old liked the old equipment and some of the interactive displays. The holograph movie and Superbowl rings were the highlight for us.

Now the negative and the reason I only gave it 4 stars. You go to pay for entrance to the museum, which is not cheap, and only then do they advise there is a 10 dollar parking charge. To me that was WAY over the top. I did not see a notice outside and it is a small lot. I think that should be included as I am already paying 50 dollars for a family to get in. It is kind of like paying for parking at an amusement park. You really have no choice and it is in really bad taste.

By jslove-bc |

Spent a half day at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Really enjoyable and good value. As a casual football fan, I was pleasantly surprised at how fascinating it was. Brought back lots of memories and provided many new interesting historical facts. Volunteers strategically located around the exhibits were informative and engaging. Really appreciated the movies. Don’t miss the Joe Namath hologram presentation; it was truly amazing. Well worth the time and admission price.

By Sue K |

We visited the HOF during our stay in Canton for Tony Boselli's induction! What a great week - Canton was great - visiting the HOF was really interesting. We really enjoyed the history of football and it is definitely worth it to wait for both video experiences. They were both great! Surprisingly it wasn't as packed as we expected it to be. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. Definitely a bucket list item for football fans!

By David S |

My excitement to finally attend was overcome by disappointment. $100 for my wife and I to see minimal exhibits and info about our legacy favorite players. There’s a whole section on black NFL players, seems racist; and even a large section on NCAA black college players!? …..why does that belong?
I did enjoy the ring section as well as the rows of busts for all players inducted.

By KevinP83 |

It was ok, nothing blew me away. $10 for parking is a tad steep since its not in a downtown area and sits to itself.

By Arlene R |

Such a wonderful, interesting, educational visit. Wow!! Love how they have it set up with short video clips for the time periods. The two theaters had 2 good films. The hall of heads , such a memorable experience. A must place to visit if your a sports fan!!

By Wonder03 |

This was a great experience as we begin to venture out after the Covid 19 shut down. We really enjoyed the artifacts. We did not go to the shows offered, but the exhibits were really nice and has a lot of great historical information. It really took us back to our youth and our present love of the game. The busts were pheno.enal and we loved taking our pics with the Lombardi Trophy! We were a little disappointed masks were not required because of the number of groups with children, but every one was friendly and adhered to social distancing, and the hands on exhibits had sanitizer and the museum was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the overall experience and gift shop. We would highly recommend for families and football lovers.Go Browns!

By Rebecca H |

My grandson enjoyed this a lot and so did his non-football fan grandparents. Well done exhibits, movies, interactive areas.

By Katherine C |

As football fans this was very cool!!! Lots of reading, plenty of videos, lots of displays. This is a must see for any football fan. We took our time & saw everything, we were there about 3 hours. They have a cafe but we didn’t visit that area.

By Kathleen P |

We went to the Football Hall of Fame because my husband is a huge fan. I just like the Packers. I was impressed to see what an impact the Green Bay Packers have had on football. I was also impressed by the character building traits that are ingrained on the players to make them real assets to society. It was very enjoyable.

By SouthernCooks5153 |

The Pro Football HOF houses an extensive collection of memorabilia from professional football players who are in the HOF. We spent around three hours here and saw pretty much everything. The Super Bowl rings are fantastic and very impressive. John Madden’s Greyhound bus is on site and can be toured - pretty cool. While we were there, we met a gentleman who worked for Greyhound when the company provided the buses for Mr. Madden, and he had some good stories.

By notadiningdiva |

That bad review from a couple must not be football fans! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!! Especially uplifting was the 15 minute history video with Joe Namath! Very encouraging and uplifting for our world today!! Staff was also extremely helpful and friendly!! Loved our visit!

Labor Day weekend, my father, husband, and I were in town for the Black College Football Hall of Fame Classic game between Tennessee State University and Grambling University.

Before the game, we decided to tour the Pro Football Hall of Fame. We are so glad we did. It has been on my dad’s bucket list for years. The entry fee was reasonable, the staff and volunteers were all friendly, and the place is immaculate, overflowing with history.

We thoroughly enjoyed the exhibit halls, the movies, and live presentations throughout the museum.

I am glad my dad got to check this off of his list. It was fun had by all of us.

By CuriousPartyof4 |

Museum offers something for everyone. Took us about 2-1/2 hours. Super Bowl film was well done by NFL Films, interactive exhibits allowed kids to touch and feel the game. The display of Super Bowl rings was impressive. Amazing how far the game has come with safety and competition! Great visit for any football fans. Nice size gift shop as well! Cafe is more of a quick snack shop.

By CCutler29RW |

Visiting the Football HOF was a bucket list item for us. We thoroughly enjoyed all the displays and the history of the NFL and the teams.

By Jack Courtney |

There were 4 of us and 3 are total football fans (Green Bay, Cleveland and the Ravens) and the remaining person just liked to watch the game, but prefered to play it instead. This is the famous Football Hall of Fame and is very worth every single minute you spend there. The price of admission, for us vets is very reasonable! The HOF has done a really great and magnificent job of telling the unbiased story of the American NFL, explaining in detail, all the important characters, events, changes in the equipment, the football, its evolution, the special games that helped to make the game what it is today, and respectfully presents the historical challenges, the many accomplishments and views into the lives of the players, owners and the league's remarkably diverse history. I learned so very much from the visit and came away with a deeper appreciation for game. I never expected that was going to happen. Also, as an old Marine, I must salute the staff, they are professional, understanding, helpful, friendly and patient with all the visitors from the young kids to those seniors that don't walk so fast. You have my sincere respect for the service you perform to the public that visits this HOF. Thank you!

By Trumaverck69 |

Definitely worth the trip for any football fan. Staff on site were knowledgeable and helpful pointing out things to see. Expensive yes but something is wanted to see since I was a boy.

By ToughOlBird |

There is a lot of rich history here to be sure, We didn't find this experience as intriguing as Cooperstown. The flow of the walk through the years was a little confusing at times.

I must add, though, the staff here is very cordial and helpful.

By 974paulette |

This place is bigger than life! Madden's bus is on display, there is a wonderful historical view of the game, and the tributes to the players is terrific. Found out I know more about the game than I realized!

By DougP39 |

I am not a super NFL fan but the visit was worth the trip. The museum covers the history of the NFL and its players. Calls out the record holders in a multitude of categories. A true fan could easily spend many more hours than I did. My only serious complaint was with the room of the busts of the inductees by class. A dark gloomy room with all the busts the same bronzy brown. This made it difficult to see who the bust was. Also under the bust on a small card was the name, position, teams and dates. I would have loved much more information about the players. I was with someone who has only been a fan for a decade or so. To them, most of the HOF players were unknown.

By janelord |

Wonderful museum - lots to see - helpful guides! Set up so that you can easily find your team's inductees. Highly recommend.

By Terry H |

I've lived less than 2 hours away from the Hall for 17 years now and finally made it up. The whole experience was amazing! Learning about the history of the league and the teams and different individuals. As a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, I was focused on a lot of those players and history. Seeing the letter (typewritten!!) that Art Rooney sent to a prospective player in 1940 was amazing. Seeing the Vince Lombardi trophy close up and the championship rings over the years was cool as well. The staff as well were great, knowledgeable but not intrusive. Great to go at your own pace, see areas of the Hall that you wanted and not worry about being part of a 'tour group' per se. I can't recommend this highly enough and will definitely go again! Thanks for a great day!

By Garsu |

Seeing the busts, jerseys and lockers of the all time greats made it worth the trip. Glad we visited!

By Darren L |

It's an awesome fan experience fir those who love this game. You learn about its past, present and see what the future will be. I'd definitely will make a return trip back to this place. If this place is on your bucket list. You won't be disappointed.

By HeyKell |

I am not a football fan... but I did find this museum amazing! I enjoyed a visit with my friend (a HUGE NFL fan) and we wandered around and checked out the exhibits. I loved the room with all the busts of hall of famers. The interactive parts were fun, too. It has a fantastic store with pretty much anything a football fan (or not - I bought several things) would love. Definitely a reason to head to Canton, Ohio!

By Bob C |

The Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton does an excellent job of telling the story of the history and development of pro football from when the National Football League was established in 1920 all the way up to the present day. These exhibits along with the busts of all the inductees make for a very informative experience where fans can easily spend hours. I was fascinated by much of what I saw, and that was just from the self-guided tour; insider tours are also offered for an additional cost. This is definitely the place to gain a greater appreciation for pro football. Would recommend to even the most casual of fans.

By Connie B |

I had a couple of hours to kill in Cleveland & decided to rent a car to visit. Totally worth it. From the picture of Peyton at the beginning; through the cards; to the locker room presentation—it was great. I loved the display that showed who came up plays and how they are run. Learning and relishing football all at the same time.

By Scott C |

This is my first ever negative rating, but I consider it a public service announcement. This was the most disappointing experience I’ve had in this genre. We’ve been to several sports halls of fame, but this was a travesty comparatively. The quality of the exhibits are on par with a fifth grade science project. Interactivity for the kids? Just Madden on Xbox. I drag my kids off the couch to learn some history and the best you can do to make it relevant to them is to revert to video games? We can do that at home (without paying the admission fees). Please, please, please spend your money elsewhere. Or better yet, spend that time at Cuyahoga National Park for free. The Pro Football Hall of Fame was hugely disappointing.

By rosenc1c |

I have always wanted to see the HOF. I don't know what I was expecting, but it was a little underwhelming. I'm still glad I went, because it's a bucket list item, but I don't need to go again.

By TravelingBum10 |

Cool place to visit. We spent about 2 hrs looking at all the stuff. They have 2 theaters with short films. One of a hologram show. It was kinda expensive to enter and the parking is hard to get. Some construction when you first enter.

By MajkMan |

I am not going to say anything that hasn't been said by others. IF you are a fan of the NFL, and especially the history of it.....you have found THE place to spend half a day at. It's beautifully designed and well laid out, and has HOURS of historical artifacts to review. If you are between the ages of 7 and 77, you will find something here that will satisfy you. Tickets were $28 and a fantastic value.

By 318bks |

This was a couples vacation, the Hall of Fame was on the list just not my list.

I spent 3 hours here and maybe could of spent more.

Well designed. Not overly large museum, but exhibits are setup in a circular way as each one is separated from the next.

Lots of interesting information.

This would be great for the family, the next time were are this way.

By Shaun J |

This is a must for any football fan. They do a great job covering the entire history of pr football & the gallery of busts is impressive. It would be nice if they had a book that covers all of the inductees & history of the game; seems like a missed opportunity

By Mathieu P |

Went with my 14 years old son. 2 hours to visit. A must see for sports lover while around Cleveland.

By cmathews1 |

What a great place! Great for those that love football and even those that are not big football fans. For those that are....this really is the "Holy Grail" of football. I especially liked the Ring room (Superbowl Rings). The Joe Namath Locker Room Hologram was really exceptional and a must see (in my opinion) for all young people. There is a gift store that has a lot of team gear, you don't have to pay to go into the gift store and for a small fee, they can ship your items home. The weekend I visited I was fortunate to meet Hall of Famers, Emmit Thomas, Ed "Too Tall" Jones, Charlie Neal, Charlie Joiner, Ken Riley, Donnie Shell, Ken Burrough and Ken Houston! Seriously Ed Jones is so tall I had to stand 3 feet in front of him just to get a selfie with him in the photo.
If you are going to be in Canton or Cleveland or the Ohio area...go to the HOF... It will not disappoint!!!

By Huggybear1949 |

Well, the NFL Hall of Fame is Outstanding! Parking during construction is a bit of an issue however, it's worth it. The history of the game is Fandamntastic and the early equipment is amazing. The displays are very detailed, interesting and lets you appreciate what the players go through on the field. Worth the price of admission.
The HOF cafe is very clean, staff is pleasant and friendly, the food selection is meager and unimaginative. With the HOF expansion, the cafe is a dull after thought....

By Stuart S |

Very cool place to go see the legends of football. Easy to find. Free parking. Very and knowledgeable workers. Nice NFL shop.

By spike9090 |

Second time here and I loved it just as much this time. My favorite thing is the locker room show. They get you so pumped up that you're raring to go and feel like you can do anything! The room with all the busts is also incredible and you can't help but think about so many memories of so many players. I feel the prices are reasonable and they also offer discounts. We took advantage of a first responder and Military. They have a large parking lot, which is free. I highly recommend the Pro Football Hall of fame!

By DGVNJ |

One of the reasons my wife and I took a trip to Cleveland was that it was an easy drive from there to Canton and the Pro Football Hall of Fame, one of the places on our bucket list.
The layout is designed perfectly. You start with the historical aspects of the game and players and ownership and progress through the years soaking in all the nuances of the development and growth of the sport. The displays are informative, some are interactive, and you'll gain so much knowledge from the visit. The hall is always evolving and growing and stays up to date with all the current events of the game and they even have a special room that displays accomplishments happening today like the Jets QB's record setting game jersey and ball.
The one display that fell short was the Road to the Superbowl movie. It was just focused on the last Super Bowl and didn't really go into the full season that brought both teams there....it was more like a highlight reel of the game and didn't add any insight or illumination of what it takes to get to get there.

A Must for Football 🏈 Fans!
Sr Day is on Tuesday
Will be fun to see what all restaurants & shops are going to open around the HOfF

The Pro Football Hall of Fame is a great place to visit. They have everything football on top of the bronze busts of those enshrined. Many game worn items are scattered throughout, along with very knowledgeable staff. Football history comes alive, and it is well worth it.

By char1scott |

Amazingly fun place to visit. Lots of see and do. The Hall of Fame was impressive and we even learned about helmets! Highly recommend.

By Maria F |

The Insider Tour is awesome. The guides are informative. The whole staff is accommodating and professional. Don't miss this trip!!!

By Achim4711 |

Anyone who is interested in football should stop by here. Admission is not cheap, but everything is immaculately prepared and the staff are very courteous and always open to a little small talk.

By rhondahempy |

Overall, I got the impression from the movies at the Pro Football Hall of Fame that for America to survive, we must follow and worship football. It has given opportunity for poor, marginalized boys and men around the world to better themselves and their families by becoming athletes. It gives a sense of patriotic pride to all those who watch and follow their particular teams, etc. Oh, the sacrifices these men have made to make America great!
It would have been nice to see more balance. There have been plenty of scandal, abuse, bodies and minds ruined, players who have beaten or killed others, and even sexual abuse by owners, not to mention drugs, cheating, deflated balls, etc.
Football is a great sport to watch, but let's get real about it's impact on society and our young people.

By Jane K |

The museum was informative, expected to see more memoriabilia from recent players. Nice point of interest, took about 2 hours to tour. Did this and rock and roll hall of Fame in the same day

By Tracy |

I really liked this place, I thought it was very interesting and I took a lot of photos and there was alot of interesting things to see and learn about football

By Sharon H |

What a waste of money! This place is a visual nightmare! The layout is chaotic and the glare and light are even worse! The Hall of Fame busts were SO poorly lit and so many were over my head, many didn’t remember the players. The only good thing at least we didn’t have to pay for parking.

By bostravel122 |

Lots to see and better than expected! We spent about 3 hours here but if we didn't have dinner reservations I would think 4 hours would have been better. Enjoyed the mini-films/movies and learned some fun facts that I hadn't known before. Large gift shop. Snacks/cafe in the basement - a bit small but probably has everything you need to a light bite or snack, drinks.

By tahoe100110 |

We were able to use AAA discount to save 10% off all our admissions. 2 adults and a child so that saved some money. 10.00 to park as others have indicated spent roughly 2 hours at the hall of fame. Watched the 20 minute movie with Joe Natmath narrating it also the super bowl movie game was the chiefs and the buccaneers. Great place to visit if you are into football.

Can't believe we live in Cleveland and this was our first trip to the NFL Hall of Fame.
It was my husband's birthday today. Had a nice breakfast at our favorite local place in Broadview Heights and then off to Canton.
Very impressive museum. So much to see and learn about. All the videos along the walls were interesting to play. I learned a lot and my husband Dave enjoyed all the memories of past football hall of famers.
Gift shop was filled with many treasures.
Had a great afternoon!

Much much more memorabilia & interactive exhibits are needed.

The mission of the museum is to preserve history…. Etc. There’s a bit of that, but the experience is mundane. We went to the NFL Experience in NYC a few years back (before it closed) and that was way more exciting. We had a blast attempting some of the physical feats the players attempt.

I love football, but why isn’t there more team history in there? With so many teams, tell more of their story and history too. I just expected better from a league that is worth billions of dollars. I realize that this is a nonprofit, but sheesh.

I will say this is a one and done museum. I am glad to have gone, but really going again does not appeal to me.

By Sueceezee2015 |

Fun museum for fans (or even non fans) of football. A little bit on the history, on football cards, on everything from equipment to instant replay to stadiums to super bowl rings and of course the bust of all the Hall of Fame players. 2-3 hours to do it right.

By rmurphree1953 |

Bucket-list no more. Incredible items on display.....great history of the NFL and other up and coming leagues. Incredible variety of team gear in the gift shop.

By J M |

During our road trip to Cleveland yesterday (April 9), we stopped by.

It’s unfortunate we didn’t arrive until 3:30pm and the museum closes at 5pm. Since we were short on time, it was recommended to prioritize the upstairs where the busts are and where the Joe Namath hologram show is.

We also made it to the store where the employees were so helpful. I was surprised that they even sold any Washington Commanders gear. Anyway, we bought some Chargers/HOF t-shirts among other Chargers stuff.

I got into watching NFL football in 1984 after the Baltimore Colts left for Indianapolis. I wanted to visit the Pro-Football Hall of Fame museum for years and now I can check it off my bucket list.

By Polly F |

My partner and I are both huge NFL fans and were so excited to visit. We spent about 3 hours here and really enjoyed our time. We learned a lot about the origin of NFL, Football, and Canton, and also was incredible to see the inductees' as well. The staff there are all INCREDIBLY friendly and very open for chats. They were full of tidbits and facts which we were so appreciative of. We also really enjoyed the HOF show that gave us chills from the get go.

As fans, we did wish there were more they showed about each inductee, and more they could offer to tell us about each member and their amazing records and feats. We also wish there were more about recent times, such as Pats dynasty, etc.

Aside from that, we still had a lovely time. I am a HUGE NO Saints fan, and understand my team hasn't broken as many records/have as many inductees as other teams, so I appreciated the few bits of NO I did see around (though as mentioned, a bit more about each inductee would have been better).

By Midwestexplorer72 |

Excellent audio visual experiences. Learned a lot about the origins of pro football and the "behind the scenes" action. Very informative, yet lots of fun. Excellent gift shop-started my Christmas shopping!

By Justinefino |

NFL Hall of fame was very big and lots to read. Confusing layout but many interesting facts and finds about the history of the NFL

By De-De W |

Thought it was absolutely awesome, just thought parking and admission were ridiculous, especially since we got there at 2:30 and it closed at 5 ...

By btrflybabe215 |

As a Pittsburgh Steelers fan this was an awesome place to visit! So many greats immortalized. The hall where all the busts of the Hall of Famers was just overwhelming! The cases filled with memorabilia and history, just so much to see! The interactive exhibit of the instant replay booth gave a new perspective. We were there for about 3 hours and I could have spent a lot more time there!

By MS |

Nicely set up, very clean, friendly staff, easy to navigate and interesting for all age groups. Loved the movies and interactive information. Better than the Rock n roll HoF…

By Brook P |

Fun and informative for any fans of football! Interactive exhibits and tons of history. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cafe is very small so plan to eat at a nearby restaurant. Gift shop is huge and has something for every team.

By KAREN T |

Great experience to check off our bucket list! Online ticket purchase was easy. Upon arrival, Fred greeted us and told us some highlights not to miss in the HOF! All the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend.

By Sandra T |

We stopped in Canton at the Pro Football Hall of Fame on our way from Virginia to Michigan. We had a great time.

By rogersober |

The place is very large and displays nice with very little made of Cincinnati Bengals as they seldom induct anyone from Cincy. We get the Rattler in this year before Kenny Anderson, I guess they will wait until he is dead. Paul Brown is barely mentioned in this whole place which seems like sour grapes as his family is the only one which makes it’s sole living on the NFL. What a bunch of BS. Charley Joiner went into the Hall before Munoz and no Paul Brown Bust just a bronze hat, how disappointing. Forty five fifteen for a place that sees to belittle my team. The shop had only XL and larger gear. Sad. Jaguars had better representation with a player the played a year less than Anderson?

By Keith T |

Enjoyed walking through and seeing all the visits. Many were interactive. Only part I didn’t really enjoy was waiting in line for a theatre experience about the road to the super bowl. Much over hyped production focusing on the most recent game itself, rather than the season, playoffs etc. was not worth giving up 45 Minutes that could be spent elsewhere in the Hall.
