The evening view was beautiful. But I donāt understand why it cost $31. Didnāt have a tour guide or anyone to show you around. They say you get a free photo but you have to pay to have it printed up and put on a card.

Beautiful view. We were delighted with the experience. Very nice view, possibility to have a drink at the top of the tower, animation when we were there, explanations on the different buildings, videos... Free souvenir digital photos, with very American accessories. We loved it.

I planned and bought my tickets weeks in advance, the online process made me pick a date and time - it made me make a RESERVATION.
That made me think that entrance into the Tower was controlled. I also made reservations for another event immediately after our planned Tower visit.
BIG surprise to show up to a long line at the Tower with people just walking up and buying tickets. I asked the people working at the counter about buying tickets in advance and having a reservation and they said that was to control the number of people visiting the Tower at one time. I replied, it doesn't look like it, I see everyone just walking up and buying tickets and I see a long line and I bought my tickets weeks ago and have a reservation. They said, nothing we could do and that I just needed to stand in line like everyone else.
The line took 15+ minutes to go up and 20+ minutes to come down. We felt rushed to finish our visit at the top of the Tower before we had to go for our next scheduled event. Ugh...

There is a good view of the skyline and before you go up you get a free picture that's included in the ticket cost. It is a bit pricey though with not a lot to do.
There is enough space that people with a fear of heights can still look around but use your judgement

Very easy to find. The view was very nice but it was an overcast day We were very dissatisfied that thay had NO souveners of the tower itself. As we travel we ALWAYS leave with something. Usually a statuet of the facility. All they had was football memorable. Who cares.

I think this was worth it but would have appreciated more information and history upstairs, itās basically just a photo-op in the upstairs deck. Staff was friendly and gave us more than enough time for photos. The Dallas skyline was very nice and more big building than I imagined

Got to the tower early to our reservation, the wait in to the top was almost 30-40 mins by the time we got to observation deck only 5 mins had past before they told us to leave. Our Reservation was at 9 and the deck closes at 9:30. We couldn't fully enjoy the view. We then waited another 30 mins in line for the elevator back down. 95% of the time we spent here was waiting in line.
The View was amazing just wished we could spend more time at top. Other observations decks I've visited make time for those last hour visit. I wouldn't recommend visiting close to closing time

We went on December 27th, 2022. I know it was the busiest season of the year. And don't get me wrong, its a beautiful view.
However, they oversold tickets for our 5:30pm slot. We waited in line with 2 kids (4years and infant) for over an hour to ride the single lone elevator up. The other 2 elevators were functional but designated for the construction they were doing... By the time we got to the elevator to ride up my infant was asleep in the stroller and they said we couldn't bring the stroller up. So we had to wake a sleeping baby, who is now even more fussy, had a toddler who by then completely checked out and didn't want to be there any more.
We finally get up and its packed up there and the only reason its packed is because there was a line of 140 people waiting for the elevator to get down. My wife saw this and instantly recognized that one of use needs to instantly get in line for the ride down. So as she waited I took my toddler to look at the view...
Again, the view is fantastic. However, by now its past 7pm. And we didn't get to enjoy what we paid for, the experience we got was waiting in lines for a single elevator. I asked the elevator attendant why they wouldn't have one of the other 2 available running and he said he didn't know and was as frustrated as we were cause everyone wasn't happy with the situation.
This is a management issue and I know I'm not the only one with a complaint. I wish I complained harder and got my money back or the option to come back at another time cause good lord. For $100 for our family for 2.5 hour of waiting in line and a 5 minute view...
So again I know we went during the busiest season of the year, just after Christmas. However, am I wrong in thinking they should anticipate a crowd?

The staff from entry to top of tower are all fantastic! Very helpful and personable. Once we arrived on top, Jayme gave us an overview of all the local sights and showed us how to use the interactive screens. He was engaging and interesting. We chose the day / night ticket and I'd highly recommend that to get two truly different experiences.

Beautiful tower - great that it's part of the Hyatt - lovely lobby connecting the 2. Wonderful viewing from the observation GeO-Deck. There is a gift shop at that level, along with very comfortable and many choices for seating, if you want to sit and enjoy the scenery.

Try to visit the tower 30 minutes before the sunset. Dallas will provide an extraordinary view. <3 <3 <3

We had a wonderful time. The views were amazing and the staff were professional and helpful. The workers at the gift store were so kind, patient and attentive to our 8-year-old daughter. We could not have asked for a better time. Highly recommended!

It was great!!!! They were extremely busy, and still got everyone through the line with little to no wait time. The staff was very helpful!

Reunion Towers provides great views over the City of Dallas and surrounding area. A trip up is fair value and the merch shop was good too. I thought their might be more direct theming addressing different parts of the cities history and culture and more flow to the visit with a greeter or two pointing things out as we were pretty much left to our own devices and perhaps didn't maximise our visit. Nonetheless a very worthwhile activity close to the centre of Dallas and I would recommend.

Great views of Dallas downtown and nearby landmarks. Couple areas of improvement such as the elevators taking a considerable while to get down or up and causing a bit of a line to form. Other than that, nice place and cheap price.

Nice however disappointed the it doesn't revolve around anymore and restaurants not open for lunch!!!

Probably my favourite activity in Dallas. The views are great and there are lots of interactive opportunities. There is a lot of queueing - queue for tickets to be checked then queue for the lift so bare this in mind when you visit.

I had a wonderful experience we enjoyed the 360 view of Dallas. The elevator ride had a theme park feel it was exhilarating and the information was great. The price was good too.

Perfect place to stay at the night of our wedding plus some! Place was outstanding and clean! Workers were nice.

We went here in our honeymoon
The views are good but nothing compared to the famous sky scrapes elsewhere (NYC especially)
The people were friendly and helpful, we got plenty of photos.
Thereās not THAT much to see on the Dallas skyline either
Itās in an interesting spot, near a train station and to get to as a pedestrian takes a bit of figuring out

Ok. Nice views.Nice staff and was able to see the sunset and amazing views of the Dallas skyline and Dealy Plaza. Would have like a nice cocktail while up there but the ācokeā machine was out of order.

This was my 3 visit. Once on a kindergarten field trip. Again, 6 years ago. And my current visit 2 weeks ago. 6 years ago was great, kids activities on the inside, gorgeous gift "shop" that I purchased a few items that I still love and no lines, very pleasant. This time, it looked like Covid took its toll on the place. The Cafe is gone, no real inside activities (except a penny presser). Only one working elevator equals really long lines and waiting (both up and down). We were herded around like we were in a juvenille detentiom camp. The gift shop looks like the closet selling gifts for family members that children at the Elementary school buy from at Christmas. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. That was $50. down the toilet and disappointment for my granddaughter. It used to be such a prideful place. Wow, sign of the times. We must be getting closer to Armageddon or Zombieland.

A great opportunity to see the city from the top, there are some interesting activities and interactive panels, showing the history of the tower.

My wife and I visited the Union tower while on holiday in Dallas.Texas.
The tower is 2 blocks away from Dealey plaza, where President Kennedy was assassinated. So you can kill 2 birds with one stone as they say. The views from the top of the tower are amazing. You will also get 3 digital photos free as part of the entrance fee. Entrance to the tower is through the Hyatt hotel, we also relaxed there in the lobby and had coffee and cakes, before we entered the tower.

the day we visited was day after solar eclipse day which was not great weather
we enjoyed the views of downtown dallas and spent a little bit of time there as there was lightning warnings this didnt effect our enjoyment

I had been to Dallas several times before and saw the Reunion Tower from a distance. But never went. Then, when I stayed at the Hyatt Regency and saw that the observation tower was in the lobby in my building, I had to go. If you are a guest at the hotel, show your room key and you will get a discount. Well worth the visit. Check out the telescopes. Hope you have a nice sunny day.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday and it was our first time going and we both loved itā¦it was so beautiful we are thinking of going again.

Our college student group purchased tickets through group sales. Our agenda changed due to some unforeseen scheduling issues and we easily were able to make some changes to our tickets. Gregg in Group Sales was awesome! Communication was quick and efficient and so accommodating. Great customer service! Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful and the experience was amazing! Thank you!

It was a great experience you can see the whole city. They have free telescopes as well. Parking was easy to find there was construction going on so had to enter through the hotel but still easy to find.

Wonderful view, it has a small gift shop! They took photos for purchase, very reasonable! I would totally recommend!

Good place for the families, good parking, excellent service Clean areas Excellent view. They should improve the waiting time, a lot of time is spent in lines

We went on a rainy day so It was a little wet but the view was amazing, and the people in the elevator and in the entrance were super kind

A massive let down and an expensive waste of money if your family is going. We spent a whole 10 minutes there trying to get something worthwhile out of it - but couldnāt.

Nice view on top, no queue when we went there, everyone is helpful especially those who are on the front desk. Whole family enjoy the tour.

The views were amazing. However, I wish there was more to do once you make it to the top. Iām glad we did it because it was a sight to see. I just expected a little more.

Reps for the Reunion Tower should be at the counters much earlier - No one was available to answer any of our questions. The hotel employees could not help us.

We came from Houston with our family from Mexico 30 minutes before closing time, but we were allowed only 10 minutes outside view. Too expensive for a group of 5 adults and 5 children for 10 minutes visit. Picture was awsome!

I walked over to Reunion Tower from the West End Historic District on my last day in Dallas. The first thing I noticed was the poor street signage to get to the entrance. There was no one in line, and just three staff members hanging out. Admission was $19, which I thought was not inline with another tower in Texas I visited just 4-days prior.
I found one staff member was rude when demanding to search my backpack instead of politely asking. Reunion Tower wasnāt that great and it was cold and windy up on the observation deck during a late October cold front ripping through Texas. On the elevator wait to return to ground level, there was some type of elevator malfunction, or it could have just been the young operator as well as the empty lift returned to ground causing a large queue of people for the next lift.
The only positives I can say was there was no line going up, and I got a great view and photos of the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealy Plaza, which saved this attraction from getting a poor rating.

Excellent view, and no crowds! Bought tickets online but at this time that was not really necessarry. Stayed at the Huatt so down the basement and up the tower.

Amazing views of the city! There were a lot of people going up at the time of sunset! We had to wait in line for the elevator to take us up and then back down. The staff were all very friendly and helpful though. I would have appreciated some info on where to park and how to get to the tower. We spent 10-15 minutes wandering around trying to figure it out. Overall a pleasant experience though.

We got a free pass to this with our Dallas City Pass. I think older kids would think it's cool. Our daughter did think the long elevator ride up was fun. It's a neat way to see the entire city and take in the views.

I had a great private tour at the Reunion Tower with Jacqueline. The view from the tower was spectacular and the the guide did a fantastic job!

Visiting Reuion Tower as a part of City Pass was amazing, and I'm ready to return back , scenic view, impressive arcitecture...

Good views. Being able to book a dinner table for an intimate dinner is wonderful. Itād be awesome to eat dinner when the restaurant is ready

We arrived around 4:20 for our 5pm reservation. Upon arrival Amanda (manager) told everyone if you have a 5pm reservation to step into a line in the middle of the hall behind a sign that she had wrote 5-5:30 reservations. Everyone before 5 was directed to stand against the wall. She proceeded to let everyone in who was standing against the wall and bounced back to our line to answer a question. She then erased the -5:30 from her sign and announced that anyone with 5:30 needs to be in a 3rd line. Around 4:30, our line was moved to the wall and I noticed Amanda was telling majority of the people in our line to go stand in a ticket line but was unsure the reason until it came time for her to greet us. We also were directed to stand in the ticket line although we already had tickets with a 5pm reservation time. We stood in the long line as directed. While waiting in line, another employee came up and said if you have reservations at 5 to go stand in the line up against the wall. Myself and another customer began to tell her that Amanda told us to come get in this line. She had us wait and went over to speak with Amanda. We continued to wait in the long line and then showed our City Pass voucher and was given a 5pm print out and was directed back to the line by the wall. We were let in right at 5 through the 1st entrance only to find that there was another very long line to wait for the elevator to go up. We made it up to the top at around 5:35. I booked at 5pm so that I could see the sun before sunset. By the time we arrived the sun had already set so I missed the picture that I wanted to take with my family all because there was no clear procedure on City Pass customers. I asked for compensation but was only offered a print picture as Amanda said she is unable to refund when booked through a 3rd party. Because there was no clear procedure on how to handle City Pass customers, those with 5:30 who booked direct was moved into our spot so we had to wait for them. Awaiting to hear from Dusty or Shawn as I was not given their contact information.

The Reunion Tower is beautiful from the street, but we were disappointed when we got inside. We were restricted to a small section for viewing and it was nothing special. Also very crowded. We had hoped to eat in one of the restaurants but were told they were restricted to hotel guests. All in all, a big letdown.

You get a great view of Dallas city and a nicer one in the eve when all the lights are on. Can get pretty cold in the winters up there. The staff are polite and click a nice picture too which can view/print/email later before you go up to the top.

Good opportunity to see Dallas area from the top.
Not much else to do on top of this. One hour visit is enough to be in the tower.

It was an amazing experience! Excellent view of Downtown Dallas and all surrounding areas at night. I highly recommend this place.

took my grandkids for the first time, and we were not able to visit the restaurant, they were so excited to go but had to leave with the first 10 minutes because they were hungry

We spent lot of time in the observation deck and had a nice view of the city before sunset and after sunset

I had one of the worst experiences at this place. What was supposed to be a fun outing was ruined by the disrespectful behavior of an employee named Jaleesa. My friends and I chose the 7:30 PM tour on 08/31/2024. We had our tickets ready, which were quite expensive for such a terrible experience.
When we arrived, I approached the entrance to ask for guidance and check the timing for our tour. The lobby was crowded, and there were no instructions on how to proceed. When I tried to ask for help, Jaleesa, with a very rude attitude, yelled at me to wait outside. I immediately told her I was just trying to ask a question, but she again shouted at me to wait outside. I mentioned that I had a 7:30 PM tour ticket, to which she replied nastily that I needed to wait outside. I suggested there should be some sort of sign outside so people wouldnāt wander around confused. She raised her voice even louder and rudely told me that if I didn't like it, I could go home. At that point, I turned around and responded because I felt personally attacked and told her that there was no need to speak to me so rudely. I believe employees should represent the culture of Reunion Tower in a positive way.
Immediately after, another employee approached and told me not to argue. I replied that I had not been disrespectful to anyone. This whole experience at Reunion Tower was neither fun nor pleasant; it was sour and disrespectful. There was no manager or any place to complain about the employee. Based on my experience, I do not recommend dealing with the hassle of this place.

Finally got the chance to visit the ball. Overall great outing/experience except the long line with the air condition not working.

It cool to see. But its a little pricey I think. You just walk around and see different areas of Dallas.
It was too cold to be out best to do this doing warmer weather. Never received my digital photos that was supposed to be emailed

It seemed disorganized. You book a time to be able to get in the line to get into another line rather than being able to go up. Took us an hour just to get to the 1 elevator that was functional. If thereās someone with a VIP tour the elevator was the same one and would hold up the line since they go by themselves with their guide. Then thereās another line that took about 30minutes just to be able to go down. If everything isnāt functioning then there should be a limit on how many people can go per time slot.

The only reason I didnāt leave 5 stars was because the upper level was under construction and we werenāt able to go have dinner and a drink like we wanted.

It's a huge skyscraper downtown and you can pick it out of the skyline and you can take an elevator up to the top for a view of the city. Wait for good weather. A new landmark downtown.

The Reunion Tower always stood out whenever I saw pictures of the skyline of Dallas. I wanted to ascend to the top of this structure, and I got three hundred sixty degree (360°) views of Dallas from the inside and from the outside of the climax of the observatory. An elevator which had a window took many guests at once to the summit of four hundred seventy feet (470ā) in sixty-eight (68) seconds. The entrance to get to the tower was located inside of a hotel, and the guests had to go down a level. It was over twenty dollars ($20.00) for admission. There were photograph opportunities for guests, and these photographs could be purchased or they could be emailed to them. There was a gift shop, but I did not purchase anything. There were bathrooms and many chairs on the top. I spent about forty-five (45) minutes at the summit. The detailed pictures of the buildings in Dallas were somewhat confusing to me, but I got great views of the bridges, the skyscrapers, Dealey Plaza, a stadium, and the highways.

Run away... no point. 20 bucks per person, theft. Secure pedestrian access non-existent.
Certainly a nice view but only on the city side. No explanation. The binoculars make available have no interest. No coffee upstairs. You go upstairs... then count in 10 minutes is enough.

It was my first time visiting Dallas so catching views of the city was a must. I went up the tower at around 8:00pm, which was perfect as I got to see the transition of the city from light to dark. I went by myself but stayed for over an hour taking in the incredible views as well as getting some cool shots. Definitely a must see - the Dallas skyline is in a class of its own! I recommend going close to nighttime so you can enjoy the different feels of the city when it is light out versus dark.

Great view of Dallas Downtown! You keep taking great 360-degree photos of Dallas Downtown! Vc pays a ticket to climb the tower and can stay watching the view for as long as you want!

Ticket purchase and taking the elevator to the top floor is a breeze. Before the elevator, there is the usual photo taking over the green backdrop. What is cool is that the soft copy photos can be downloaded FREE. Once up on the top level, the outdoor viewing gallery is pretty small though. Probably can finish walking the entire circumference within a min? The views were quite awesome I must say. Especially on a clear day you probably can see many miles away. The views of the Dallas skyscrapers are the highlight. I would recommend to go in the dusk timing so you have a nice golden hour landscape for photo taking. You can also purchase the duo ticket option where by you can visit once in the day time and also at night fall (but it closes at 8pm). One thing I dislike is the ugly pillars and wire mesh. The views are obscured by the pillars and the wire mesh doesn't make good selfies. Nonetheless, in a city with few sightseeing points, this is worth a visit.

I was gonna rate 3 stars but lack of ramps for families with strollers and lack of parking space was a complete letdown.

We didnāt enjoy the Reunion Tower as much as we thought. Poor signs to find where to get in or where to park⦠parking itself was $14!!!! šø
After we got in⦠A really small, sad and dark gift shop. The common areas around were taken to people who were getting engaged and taking pictures⦠so everybody that wanted to walk had to wait a gazilions pictures to be taken before finishing the lap around the tower.

The sunset and evening views were amazing! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the tower.

A viewpoint with an excellent location to enjoy the panoramic views of the great city of Dallas Tx, the financial center with its skyscrapers illuminated with the evening light as well as the great American highways and see the rush hour when workers leave for their homes, a magnificent experience

Amazing view during sunset and Downtown evening illumination is beautiful.
Worth to visit and a must for Dallas visitors

I totally recommend it, beautiful view and such an amazing city. Itās perfect for any occasion, I recommend you to go later at night so you can enjoy the beautiful lights of the city and if you can catch the amazing sunset you wonāt regret it.

We purchased a day/night ticket. We loved being able to see both views. My 8 year old agrees though that the night view is breathtaking. I wish we would have came on a warmer night but it was still fun. The magician that was there put on a great show for the kids. He and I both loved it.

Whoever has been visited the Reunion Tower, I will highly recommend you to visit as soon as you can. We have been living in Dallas for 20 years and this was the first time we visited. So what are you waiting for? Get up and go⦠This visit is for every age group.

This was the last item of my Dallas visit and it did not disappoint! Definitely worth a visit with 360 degree views of downtown and the greater Dallas area. The staff was welcoming and I got great evening views. Good value for the price.

Nice trip to Dallas, enjoyed the 360 view from the reunion tower. Temperature was little higher, but the place was not super crowded. Specially because we had kids I liked the fact that we had a more space for them to enjoy.
The facility was clean and organized.

Enjoyed this visit. It was very quiet and so we didnāt have to wait. The staff were lovely and the view is amazing.

The view of the city is absolutely beautiful at night! The bridges, the buildings with the lights and the messages displayed in the Omni hotel. A must see when you are in Dallas!

Good views of the city and beyond on a clear day anyway. Nowhere to get a decent drink up the top though which was disappointing so it turned into a quick trip. The staff were more interested in talking to each other than helping or giving information (but maybe they were just there to man the gift shop).
Tip - have a drink before and afterwards.

The views from the tower are great however we were a little irritated by the "free" photo which appears to be a way to get the man at the top to try and get you to purchase more photo merchandise. He didn't provide any other advice or pleasantries during our visit!

Perfect spot for a mini daytime date. We each grabbed a coffee and looked at every landmark through the telescopes. At the entrance they have a backdrop of the tower, provide props and take 2 pictures. These are free. Yes, FREE!!

We had a stopover in Dallas we only had time to do one thing so glad we saw Reunion Tower. So fun to see the crazy freeways from the Geo Deck!

Cost is way too high for the tower. Nothing else apart from 2min walk around on the top. for the attraction provided I would be happy to pay 3 or 4 bucks per person.

Went at sunset, fun view. Signage in hotel lobby was vague, finally found stairs down to entry point. Bring something to drink because vending machines at the top were sold out. Glad we went, Dallas has a nice concise downtown.

This is a must do in Dallas. The view was beautiful. My family and I went in February and it was cold. Nonetheless, it was an experience!

Iām new to Dallas so it was a joy to visit the reunion tower. It reminded me of home(Chicago) of visiting the Sears Tower(Willis Tower) is what they have renamed it. But, a way smaller version

Spectacular view of the city especially at Sunset a must see. Take lots of pictures and the helpful staff will even take some for you

This was a cool experience while we were in Dallas!! The staff was great and it was cool to see the city lite up at night!! It is a must DO

We had a great time overlooking Dallas at night. We took our cousin who was visiting Dallas and he loved the experience.

It was spectacular because it was the first time I visited Dallas and my partner took me there, it was a very nice detail.

Although the view was spectacular coming in from another State, and spending the money only to go around in a circle and go back down was a little underwhelming. The view was beautiful but for the money it would be nice to at least greet people with a glass of ginger ale or sparklining cider to enhance the experience. Also what about having an actual guide up there to explain what you are looking at? The only reason I knew some of the buildings was because of a three hour tour we had taken earlier - I mean I am sure they can come up with a way to enhance the experience.

We had reservations and the ticket taker quickly got another person to come assist. We were expected and in no time were on our way to the elevator. The group picture was included in the price as were the telescope-type machines. It was interesting walking all the way around and seeing the various views. I was surprised there's so many grassy areas. Our elevator ambassador provided interesting information during the rides.

I recommend going during the day as the night is so dark with lights ⦠the souvenir store is actually cheaper than buckeyes and the other places you can buy things from.

We saw the tower from the 6th Floor Museum and decided to walk over to visit. There were no queues at all so we were soon whisked to the top. Great views of the city and of Dealey Plaza. We were transfixed watching the traffic moving on the impressive road network. Had our photo taken and were surprised to find out these were free of charge! A good thing to do if youāre in Dallas.

Reunion Tower is the best place in Dallas to get a complete and wonderful view of the city. Enjoy a wonderful 360° view of the skyline. You also learn a brief history of the city. Customer service was very warm and welcoming and the gentleman who brings you to the top via the elevator gives a brief history of the tower. If possible highly recommend you go during sunset

The tower is a must for everyone who visits Dallas. It offers an unique view of the city and would be awesome, day or night.

My first time in Dallas and wanted to go see this view at night which was amazing. The staff was great and very nice. The only thing that I was upset about is the souvenir shopped closed earlier than I expected so if you arrive at 8 PM please visit the shop first!

The tower offered a great view of the city. I entered from an underground tunnel through Union Station. The staff was very friendly and really seemed to enjoy their jobs.

Great very beautiful experience! We loved seeing Dallas that height, the hotel is beautiful and the dial internally is beautiful š, you take cute pictures and you can appreciate the sunset š which is beautiful. Recommended

The views from the top of the tower 470 feet above Dallas are amazing. You can see Dealy Plaza and the JFK School Book Depository Museum on one side, the fairgrounds, Cotton Bowl, and all of Dallas. We enjoyed all this and got wonderful pictures of Dallas from the tower. Five stars.

A must-see experience in Dallas! The 360 view of the Dallas skyline was amazing, parking was close and very inexpensive, and the tower had both inside and outside views. Amazing!

I have made a point to visit the various architectural towers (Seattle Space Needle, Tower of the Americasā¦.) and my visit to reunion tower did not disappoint. Especially visually engaging at sunset as the city skyline becomes contrasted.

Nothing really to say that hasn't really already been said. It's a very cool piece of architecture and the view of the city it provides is top notch. The day we went, it was cloudy so the sunset wasn't as amazing as I'd hoped but it was still a good time regardless. Pictures were included, all the staff was very friendly and approachable. Definitely would recommend but in the evening during sunset would give you the most awesome pictures and experience

We took a large group to the Reunion Tower at sunset and I cannot recommend this enough for Dallas visitors. The views at this height are just beautiful.
You will get 360° views of the city and the staff is excellent! There are restrooms at the top. The venue is clean.

Took an hour to get up to find It was closed saw outside for maybe 2 seconds then took 1 hr to get back down

Excellent view of the City of Dallas, when entering say if you are going to the restaurant or the observation deck.
At the viewpoint there are souvenir sales but if they exceed $75 they do not accept credit cards, only cash. In my case the bill was $80 so I had to use 2 cards to pay.

Never really thought about going to the tower, but we were in a vaca, so why not? It was amazing, better than I remembered! Me and my girl enjoyed it, now we planning on visiting again!

The view was wonderful! The experience is not really worth the price. Our visit was at 9pm. The staff were not friendly at all, except for the elevator guy. The store closed early. I believe they allowed too many people up at one time so it was crowded. We could barely get a picture and passed on the telescopes since there were kids running around and lots of folks.

We had an amazing VIP experience yesterday evening as a couple celebrating our anniversary! The ticket purchase in advance is definitely the way to go! When we arrived to check in it was very smooth and then our ambassador Emmanuel was very kind, thoughtful, engaging and had excellent customer service! He has a customer centric approach and is worthy of praise and a promotion! Also Mr Reggie in security was very on point and checked on us often. If you go as a couple, or a special occasion, you should UPGRADE to the special package! We keep looking at our pictures:)

Yea this was fun and easy to do. The views were very interesting of the city.. me and my wife really enjoyed ourselves and definitely plan on coming back.

Saw all of Dallas in a full circle šµ best view especially at night. The day view is great but the night view breathtaking āØļø

Overall was Superb.
*****5Stars
My first time Downtown Dallas, I really enjoyed it.
I will definitely go again.

Fast and easy ride to the top with amazing views! Plenty of room to maneuver about! Loved the free viewers where we were about to zoom in on the Cotton Bowl, state fairgrounds and many more!

Reunion Tower in Dallas is an iconic landmark that offers a unique experience for both locals and tourists. Standing 561 feet tall, the tower's distinctive geodesic dome is a highlight of the city's skyline. The observation deck, known as the GeO-Deck, provides stunning 360-degree views of Dallas, especially breathtaking at sunset or night when the city lights up. The interactive touchscreens on the deck offer engaging information about the city's history and landmarks. The rotating restaurant, "Five Sixty," adds a fine dining experience with panoramic views. Overall, Reunion Tower is a must-visit for anyone exploring Dallas, offering a blend of history, modern technology, and stunning scenery.

Really enjoyed the beautiful views of downtown Dallas at sunset. However it was really crowded. So many people you could hardly move around to the other side of the observation deck. The line waiting to go up was long, even when we had a scheduled time on our ticket. We almost were going to miss the sunset, which was the whole purpose we chose the time that we did. Staff was friendly.

Enjoyed the trip up there, especially where President JFK was assassinated⦠lots of history and view was spectacular.

I visited the tower many years ago and since I was passing through Dallas and it's the main landmark I wanted to experience it again. The tickets are $19.00 for adults and can only be purchased with credit or debit cards. There's a gift shop on the ground level.and the hours are from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm . It's a part of the Hyatt Regency and there's a revolving restaurant at the top . There are nice views of the Dallas city skyline and plenty of information about the tower. It's at the top of the list for any out of towner to see.

First time visitor and we had a great time, the views were great! We plan on visiting again on the Fourth of July so that we can watch the fireworks!!

The trip to the Reunion Tower was great we enjoyed very much. Unfortunately, the parking situation at the Tower outdoor parking lot was a disaster.
When entering the parking lot we did not get a ticket and so we could drive to the parking lot. When we left, we could therefore unfortunately only get through the barrier without a ticket by losing the ticket with a fee of 22⬠for about 1.5 hours.
This is not possible at all ...!!!!!!

Great place to visit, get to see the whole city of downtown Dallas, enjoy light shows, good music at the top and good people as well! Would definitely check it out my next trip here!

It's a new sky scraper with an observation deck to see the expansive views of the flat land that has been built up. Just a modern building downtown.

The tour view was great & the free picture was cute. One issue, I disliked is we were hungry and weāre looking forward to eat at the restaurant and we couldnāt it was by reservations only. I did not see or I might of misread it - I was unaware of the reservation part..we took quick pictures & got in a long line to go down the elevator to go find something to eat somewhere else. I had a hangry crown lol..

I enjoyed the view of downtown Dallas and the gift shop. It was smoothly run and overall a great addition to our weekend getaway.

It was a fun visit. Thereās cool technology in the tower, although it can be delayed or hard to maneuver. I liked that we got access to our photoāI assumed weād have to buy it, but they email it to you.

What an amazing time! The picture they took did not make it to my email. I called and the staff sent me a new link right away.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency which is adjacent to the Reunion Tower. We were literally able to walk to the Reunion Tower entrance from our hotel lobby. Sweet...
The observation deck is pretty cool. There's a tiny gift shop to purchase souvenirs and snacks. There's some interactive touch screen monitors powered by Google Maps that allows you to see Dallas landmarks from the tower. You can stroll to the outside section to really feel how high you are in the tower as you feel the weather elements.
I want to give a major shout out to the super friendly elevator operators and gift shop employees. Their vibe was friendly and their high energy positivity was cool to be around during our short visit.
I wish there was a bar or something up there to get a drink. I associate cool views like this with a cocktail or two lol
This is one of those urban tourists stops that's worth checking out once. Take some pics for the gram for the cool memories and all is good. Cheers!

Experience breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view. Historic Tower since 1855. Has a name in world tower history; from Eiffel Tower, Empire state, Torre Latinoamericana, Space needle, Calgary Tower, UFO, to Burj Khalifa.

This was an option on our City Pass, so it was already paid for. We walked from Dealey Plaza over to the Hyatt Regency where the Tower is located. It was an interesting vantage point and the day was extremely windy and cold, so we did not stay long as it was just too unpleasant outside, and I was concerned that the wind would blow my camera out of my hand. Very pleasant inside, though and this place was not crowded when we visited.

I recomend having a small cafe or restuarant at the top of the tower so people can sit and enjoy the vuew with the table and chairs already present

What a great and brilliant experience. Gives you the best views over the wonderful city of Dallas. A must do attraction!

Itās a great experience that everybody should have. We will be going back. Surely it will be as exciting

The view from the top is fantastic, but it takes forever to get there. We arrived early enough that it was still light out and the line was not very long (maybe 20-30 people) but still we waited in line for quite some time. We bought our tickets at the kiosk and STILL had to stand in the ticket purchase line, show our tickets and get BACK into line, further back than where we had originally been. Then we waited while everyone before us had their silly photos taken. As we didnāt want pictures, it was dumb to force us to stand through that. Eventually, it was our turn to go up; we had to show our tickets again, wait in another line for the one elevator that was running, and FINALLY got to the top. We spent about 20 minutes taking in the views and then had to wait for the elevator back down. By this time it was dark, ticket prices had gone up for night viewing, and the line was at least 100 people deep. Glad I wasnāt in THAT line!

Perfect place to see the city in 360. I went there for sunset and it was very nice. It looks a lot like Seattle's Space Needle less impressive.

I went to the Reunion Tower to view a magic show but it was such a great experience even past that! I got a free picture, a pin to commemorate the experience, and I'm glad I participated. I appreciate RT for putting summer events together.

The staff was super friendly. The views and the atmosphere was awesome. Iāve been to the space needle and things like this always blow you away.

Excellent place and the guide at the top gives PRECIOUS and accurate tips about Dallas and the region. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!

We saw really amazing city view and sunset at Reunion Tower, and we also got to learn about the location of different tourist attractions and history!

Great view of Dallas at night. Definitely a must see. Guides were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Amazing views and excellent staff especially Ange. Despite weather a great 360 view of Dallas and surrounding area

I got a Pogo pass and was planning to use the free internet at reunion towers to make the final payment. However, the internet did not work and I ended up paying for the tickets.... (~$68 at loss).

Jalessa was great! The love is in the air package was so sweet and special! Would recommend to couples celebrating a special anniversary

It was a fun, unique experience. Could see 30+ miles around DFW and even to Ft. Worth. Took a lot of photos and videos. Spent about 30-40 mins there.

I decided to do a Dallas trip for my first time with my buddy Jake. I had an amazing experience from approaching the building, getting checked in, and experiencing the whole trip itself. One of the ambassadors WIllie really made an impression for me, Jake, and the whole group itself during our time there. Willie made us feel the wonders of Dallas and he also made a personal touch with one of the guest, by singing happy birthday for a nice lady name Rosemary. We all sang together as we left and made us leave with a smile. Great energy, great experience to see the city, and overall very informative.

The views were amazing! We had a great time! Got lots of pictures! We even got our picture taken! Great experience!

My family enjoyed lot at reunion tower.we stayed evening to night time scenic beauty was too good at night time

Despite being recently renovated the facility looks to not have done much quality control among them wall paper peeling off. Might be a bit overpriced at $20 but if you're in the city it might still be worth to take a view from at the city and the valley. The should have some informational features rather than just the multiple touch screens. You'll be done in 15-30 minutes maximum. Not much beyond the scenic look though.

May have to wait a while for an elevator to go up or down but nice view with gift shop as well. Seating available inside and a restroom.

Good view of Dallas but quite costly, was only up there for 30 mins.
Poor signage to get in/out, there is an exit to the train but not very clear.

This towner is huge and the vision is amazing. The day that I visited was so cold, so it was difficult to enjoy all the views but it's a good place to go.

The views are amazing. I liked the interactive screens they had telling about the history of the buildings and locations you could see from the tower.

Was to celebrate a happy birthday to someone special and he always wants to visit that place thank you is amazing .

Was really bad we pay over 100 dlls and we got 0 visibility when we get at the top of the tower. My family and parents we can't enjoy the show.

great reception hall and view.
we had a picture that we received by email and be able to print for the memories!

We didnāt know the restaurant and reunion tower are separate and after we pay for admission and we didnāt even stay one minute they told us we need to reserve for the restaurant and I donāt have reservation and we ask our money back because we didnāt stay for one minute and they donāt give me my money back and a horrible experience I have because my reason come to their to dining to the restaurant celebrating my daughter birthday .

I just loved the Reunion Tower visit! My husband and I went for our 5th Anniversary and I must say we enjoyed the experience!!!

Get the 2 visits in one day ticket! During the day, and we got a clear one, you can see 32 miles in all directions. Show up right before sunset to watch the sky change colors and then the city lights come on. This was an amazing way to see Dallas!

We bought tickets so we wouldnāt have to wait in the lines and we still had to wait. Only one cashier with hundreds and hundreds of people waiting. We bought tickets online and they were more expensive than standing in line⦠And then we still had to stand in more lines. Not a great experience for our family.

It was nice to be able to be inside or out on the observation deck. There were many telescope viewers to use. Inside the media area made it intersting with the different catagories.

I have a thing for skylines so in any city I visit I search out a high building to go to the top off to enjoy the view. So, naturally, I did the same in Dallas with the Reunion Tower and wasnāt disappointed with the beautiful view over the city at sunset. I always go about 45 minutes before sunset to not have to pay for the day and night ticket so I stayed up there for about 2 hours which did get a little boring at some point of course since thereās not much else to do up there, but I had my phone on me to pass the time and it was worth getting photos at the same spot of the skyline at day, dusk and night.

Good experience friendly staff. It will be better if we can have restaurants inside to take our time and enjoy the view.
No space for children.

First the person taking the picture looked miserable doing her job. No smile, no welcome, nothing. That is how you treat guests and tourists? not right. Second, the crowd!! picking a time yet as bad as if it was rush hour. it took forever to get down due to the amount of people trying to leave. God forbid if you left the line. The price did not justify all that.

Nice place to spend the afternoon and take all
In the beautiful landmarks in Dallas. I bought my tickets to enter at 7 pm, but we arrive so much earlier, and they let us go in. I realky enjoyed the time spent there. I recommend this trip

We had a great evening when we visited Reunion Tower. We went at night at the views were spectacular. Staff were so friendly! A must visit!!

They were so wonderful to us! We did the Love is in the Air package, and I would highly recommend it!

The views were amazing and informative information about JFK. This was our first time and we enjoyed every second of our time.

Though it was a cloudy and windy day, it was worth visiting! The views are amazing and shows how flat it really is in Texas!

We came due this being part of the CityPass offerings and we're glad we did! We arrived about 30 minutes before sunset and got up to the platform with about 5 minutes to spare. We got some great shots and enjoyed the view all around.

It was an amazing experience! Such an excellent view of downtown Dallas and a perfect date night idea.

We went to Reunion Tower twice - once without a reservation and was told that it was "Sold Out". It was a Saturday and we were going for the sunset, so it was completely understandable, but nothing I had read mentioned anything about needing purchase tickets in advance. The second time we went, which was a Monday, again at sunset, we had advanced tickets, but they weren't necessary - people who arrived just before us were buying tickets on the spot when we walked up. And there was no crowd. We scheduled for 8, knowing the sunset nearer to 8:30, arrived at 7:50 and went up on the next elevator. We took pictures and looked at sights through the free view finders. My history teacher heart geeked out when I looked down to see all of Dealey Plaza (where JFK was assassinated) below! We watched the sunset, then stayed long enough to get some great night time pics. When we got up there, it wasn't crowded. A crowd developed around sunset, but it wasn't anything that became a nuisance and dispersed before we left, which was around 10. I have a lot of really great photos of Dallas from this one visit.

Easy checkin and very helpful staff. My nephew who was visiting from the UK enjoyed the beautiful view of the heart of Dallas from the tower.

My flight back to Chicago was delayed 4.5 hours, I called up an old friend of 30 plus years havent seen him in 25-28 years. he picked me up from airport we both love the beauty of landscape and sunsets. Timing is everything, so we decided to get tickets and check out Reunion Tower and WOW was it amazing best few hours catching up enjoy the sun seting from 53 stories up. thank you everyone was so nice great experience def will do it again.

I stayed at the Hyatt hotel for the HOSA ILC and on the 2nd day of the conference I was told that we could actually go up in the tower and see the view. I went up around midday and the scene was beautiful. I wish I couldāve gone up when it was darker but we had to go back home, but Iāll never forget the tower experience.

Beautiful view of Dallas from every direction!! I definitely enjoyed seeing the expansive view of the city.

If you want to see the city of Dallas you can view it by traveling in your car. Paying $20 for admission per adult is a waste of money. The self guided tour is honestly over with in 5 minutes. Not much to see, nor excitement. Admissions should be $5 for a pointless tour view! Once you arrive on the floor the workers at the cashier area does NOT greet people. I am truly grateful for the two older gentleman who still has hospitality and love ensuring tourist are happy. But, this was a totally waste of time! Could have went to the aquarium for that price instead of the Tower.

I booked a ticket online, and wanted to make some changes since my date had an emergency in the last minute. I am fine if they are not refunding but there is literally no one who picked my call, i called them about 4 hours and still no answer, absolutely worst service without even going.

The overall experience is well managed. Opportunity for photos with props against a back drop at the start. Only wish theyād told us the photos were free to download and we would have probably engaged a bit more!
Obviously the views are lovely but this is a brief experience at best which meant it felt overpriced for just a few mins of entertainment. Although it was nice it didnāt compare to the value of other attractions such as Fort Worth zoo or the Dallas aquarium-both of which were full day trips in themselves rather than a matter of minutes for the same or less money.

The view was amazing but what was most important is how safe everything truly was. If you donāt like heights this is still an amazing experience and I highly recommend you doing it!

We took advantage of family members being in town and planned a visit to the tower. The experience was amazing and we had a wonderful time admiring the view and taking photos. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The family was in Austin Texas for 4 night. We drove to Dallas to see reunion tower. Beautiful view at the top reunion tower seeing the city of Dallas.

It was a nice experience to see the whole Dallas from above...just do it for once in your lifetime.
You can see the history of JFK too inside the tower.

The viewpoint has a great view of the city, perhaps the view looks much better in the evening since I went at noon, outside of that there is not much to do up there. Ideal to visit if you are short of time.

It was a great experience to see Dallas 360 . I recommend going in the even at sunset or later to see the beautiful buildings all lit up. The main reason I didn't give it five stars is because they only had one elevator working so you had to wait at least 30 minutes or even longer just to go back down.

The tower was a great experience, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about our questions. Very clean with several things to do, felt like you could spend all day there just hanging out, looking out into the city. would do it again if I'm ever in dallas

Visited here when I was a child and decided to visit again. Thought it was awesome and a great experience to look and see how much Dallas lights up at night. The glass elevator ride up is cool and all the interactions with touch screen camera controls and all is a great experience.

Fab views not to be missed ! a must see tick list experience plus they do photo and email it inc in price !
Fabview at sunset saw city light up gradually quite breathtaking ššŗšø

Amazing views! Took photo downstairs, scanned receipt in kiosk upstairs, entered email, never received photos.š

Our visit was absolutely wonderful! The views were amazing and educational. Thank you Alisica and Shavon, you were great šš½

Do this in the early evening...the views are fantastic as the day changing through dusk...there was no crowds or queues at this time either. The complimentary digital photos are a nice touch and the people were super friendly š

I wish we could have had more time to take in the view. I loved the Geo Deck. It is absolutely breathtaking from up there. Itās is a must do for everyone. The only thing I wish is that more than one elevator worked.

It was a great experience the only thing I did not like is that you had to get online to get your tickets; it should really be easier!

Was nice. It wasnāt crowded. Was able to look out across the skyline. Used the telescopes. Had informative interactive screens where you could access cameras on the tower for different views, learn about history, and different attractions around Dallas. They also had a magician performing for the children.

I guess it is the tallest building in the downtown area, modern and it stands out. And one can travel to the top to enjoy the views. An important skyscraper for the city and the skyline.

Super wonderful views!!!
The best place to appreciate downtown!!!!!!
My Acrophobia was not an issue, don't let that stop you. I felt super safe the entire time due to the enormous space and layout. 5 ***** to this place.

While I was looking for things to do in my visit to Dallas, Reunion Tower came up as one of the places to visit so I decided to give it a try and I'm so happy I did... the view is espectacular!! Is something I would do again in my next trip to Dallas

The views from the tower were amazing! We could not get over everything we could see. The tower is also very well maintained.

It was great it was too hot to be outside..!!!
I definitely will return, but I will definitely choose different months to come and visit Dallas when itās not that hot.!

We paid way too much money to go up the tower to see chairs and tables stacked into the corner like a church room. There was nothing going on up there and half of the āinteractive screensā didnāt work. The view was the only semi cool part about the trip, but thatās about it. $20 to go up an elevator and back down 3 minutes later.

Its skyline view of Downtown, You able to see JFK Memorial, 6th Floor Historic and others.. LOVE the VIEW! will come back again

Amazing view from the top. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dallas. I appreciated that the binoculars on the viewing area were free!

Tremendous viewing platform in 360 views. It was a nice summer day, but be prepared for some wind up there. This is should do sightseeing spot!

It was storming and we got some beautiful pictures of the Dallas skyline with dark storm clouds in the background. The family enjoyed it.

It is a best place to see Dallas 360 degree view. Staff are very helpful. Buy your ticket in advance for the time you prefer. Generally being their just before sunset and night view are great. So plan accordingly. Restaurants are great. Especially Italian. Parking is just very close by and access able. Easily 2 to 3 hours can be spent. if you are planning to eat at restaurants, then add few more hours.

The Reunion Tower in Dallas magnificent and beautiful. Every one provided excellent customer service. We bought our tickets when we arrive to the building. Great experience. Beautiful view of downtown Dallas. I highly recommend this tourist adventure.

10 out of 10 would definitely recommend everyone visiting Dallas to check this spot out. The review was absolutely astonishing during the day. Would love to come back and check out the night view.

The views were beautiful and your staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful visit! TY!

Being an international visitor to Dallas it was wonderful to get a 360 degree perspective of the city. You could clearly see the location of the JFK assassination along with the building where the shot was fired from. The road system views were also fascinating for us to see from above.

Have great view of the city We enjoyed walking around the outside to view all the sites. Have a nice inside seating area as well, where you can relax while looking a the view. Cost is kinda steep I thought, but you do not have a time limit. We were there in the day time, which is good in that you can see different points of view, but the night time would be so pretty seeing the city lite up.

Do not waste your time. The views were horrible. No food/drinks available. The view from the Hyatt was better

While this is one of the shortest tours I did, it fit in well with the conference schedule I was attending. It is amazing to see just how far Dallas stretches out in all directions. Next time I visit Dallas, I hope to have time to schedule a night trip up the tower to see the city lights!

Good views of the city
Parking nearby
Drinks, food and lots of photo opportunities
You can also walk (15-20 minutes) to / from Dealey Plaza

What an experience and great value for money. Access via the hyatt Hotel lobby - have a free photo taken that will be emailed to you and then the views. You have the choice to see the Dallas skyline from in and out. We experienced large gusts of wind outside but it was very safe and the views!!

When you see that price you expect something really cool. Well it was not worth at all. For that kind of view, everything above $10 is way too much. Basically there is a room a little larger than a living room and you can try to see the city from there but all you see is some highways.
The only time I think it might be better if it is some fireworks but even in that case I feel would be better to see them from the ground around the tower

The views from the tower were wonderful, but what made this experience really great was Jayme. He was there to point out and explain what we were seeing. His knowledge of the Hunts, Joneses, Cubans (Dallas notables)and many others made for a much more interesting experience! More guides like him with background knowledge of Dallas would be a great addition. We felt like we were hogging Jayme because we just wanted to hear more!

Itās good to go to see a good review of the Dallas city and surrounding area. We just went on our own, I donāt know what the guided tour would give us.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful date night. We got the love is in the air package and very much enjoyed the VIP treatment and experience. The tower was very crowded so sometimes it was difficult to get the pictures and views we wanted. Lots of small children who were running around screaming which wasnāt exactly a pleasant experience. Would have been nice if we couldāve reserved a time exclusively for adults. We absolutely love our pictures. Only downside with that is the digital pictures weāve received are low resolution and we canāt take them anywhere to make copies because the quality is too poor. We have tried several times to have our pictures resent and have had little success. The chocolates and champagne we received with our package were delicious. And the staff were extremely friendly.

What a great vantage point to see all of Dallas. Wish the tower still rotated, but was worth it and the souvenir photos included in the price was a nice bonus.

This was a fun place to see the whole skyline. It can be very windy and cold up there but it was great that they had several spots for pictures and it was not super busy.

Lots of great views of Dallas. Lots of space and seating to relax and enjoy the views. Frienly folks to guide you to the elevator up and down.

Have visited the tower a few times and each time it was a great visit-- loved the view from the observation deck! A couple times - events were going on which added to the fun. An unusual fun destination in Dallas,

Really nice view of Dallas, spacious and a geat time. Highly recommend to see the skyline and all landmarks!

Utter crap - spent $31 ea for tickets for 7pm to be there for sunset but spent sunset in line waiting for the elevator >:{ ā read reviews and none said a darn thing about the wait ā¦. They let u into The Elevator Line at your ticket time; for us it was another 45min bored in line to get on the elevator to go up the tower, which closes at 8:30 in Mar23. Weāll spend more time grousing about the cost than we spent up too. No videos or anything interesting to read about the tower while in line or at the top. Grrrr!

I wouldn't have said anything had they not sent me this to review. I went to the ball years ago, sat on the Geo deck for free had a drink and watched the ball go around. This time the Geo deck doesn't move so we bascially went on it and had to walk around it to see Dallas and then some was obstructed so we couldn't get all the way around it. I guess you have to make reservations at the fancy restaurant above and that part moves. I don't know but I dang sure wouldn't have spent all that money for what we got. Won't ever be back.

First off if you're going to do the Reunion Tower buy your tickets in advance. We were there on a Saturday and it was sold out...fortunately we had pre purchased them. The line to go up took us about 40 minutes...and that was with a set time. The view up there is nice and it's neat for about 5-10 minutes then we were all ready to go back down. The line down took 45 minutes. All in all it's okay for something to do. Parking is an additional $10. I'd take some wine and glasses up if I could do it over...many others in the line were saying they should open a bar up there.

It is a really great spot to see the city of Dallas. You get to see the made part of the city. I would recommend this to anybody who hasn't been to Dallas to check it out.

Been to the reunion tower twice now; one of them was bringing a tourist friend to Texas for the first time. We both had a great time.
The views from the deck are awesome, the inside room is clean and great, and the tickets are decently priced. Definitely recommend for both residents and tourists!

It was a very nice place to visit we enjoyed the place and the view of the whole city if we can we would come back

A must in Dallas. Great views of the city. Gives a good idea of Dallas downtown size and layout. Connected the the Hyatt Regency

The view to the ATT stadium and The Ball Park in Arlington was imspiring as well as the local sights.

It was fine and scenic. It was nice to watch and see around that city. There were nice restaurants and a good tourist spot.

Husband and I visited during Memorial Day weekend, we got there about an hour after they opened and didnāt have to wait in line. They take your picture before entering the elevator which you can buy a copy at the end. The view was amazing! I wish there was better signage on which way the geodeck was, we got a little lost trying to find the ticket counter. Overall, we would visit again!

We had 8 girls bridge to the next program level. We had another 19 people who came to see them bridge. The girls loved the experience and then being able to go outside and take pictures of Dallas. Maggie who I had worked with to set up this event was wonderful and answered all of my questions. The day of the event the hostess did a great job taking care of our group. Everything was great. We plan to do this again next year.

Every time I come to the Reunion Tower is magical and it doesn't matter what time you come. You get to see the scope of how big Dallas is and how colorful it can be at night!

Excellent views of Dallas Fort Worth conurbations, and great overview of Dealey Plazza. Parking, access and customer service, all very good.

It was very good experience. Very helpful staff, enjoyable view especially the sunset. One time visit but would recommend it.

Very disappointed will never go again wasted money travel from west Texas took off work way over priced and pay for parking very sad that are business like yāall nothing but rip off

Had a great visit during a cold day. Staff was excellent Jayme at the top was great. Cold so didnāt spend too much time outside but still worth the time and money. Never received a copy of my photo from our entry so thatās disappointing.

At $20 just to get a ticket for an elevator ride plus another $10 for parking next door, my afternoon did not come cheap. Yet, I thoroughly enjoyed myself so it was worth it.
I have been to many observation towers around the world and I live pretty close to the Space Needle in Seattle so it was nice to see the cutouts of all the towers that are in the same partnership with the Reunion Tower.
It was not crowded at 2pm on a Monday and I didn't have to wait in line except for pictures. (You get four free ones with your entry). There was a volunteer at the top to answer questions. There were informational signs and I spent almost an hour relaxing at the top in one of the chairs and admiring the view.
I hope to come back again someday with my wife. She would enjoy this too.

Great for a family trip on a Sunday.
There's so much to discover.
Even for an adult it's a great experience.

Beautiful views!! Very friendly staff & a fun experience. Definitely worth visiting while in Dallas & catching a 360 view of the city.

We had a wonderful time and the staff was great very helpful and nice we will definitely be back we're planning our wedding and hopefully we can have it there

Awesome experience, I recommend it 100%, loved the view, specially at night seeing the city lights its breath taking.

The view was gorgeous. And honestly it was totally worth it. But the gift shop was lame! And thereās only one elevator so you have to wait so long. And also, when you order photos, there are only two kiosksā¦. We went toward the end of the evening and it was still so busy. I canāt imagine what peak hours are like. I mostly am giving a low review due to the gift shop. It was so so disappointing.

We opted to do the guided tour and had Chris show us around. He was warm, conversational, and knowledgable. We enjoyed our time so much that we also booked time at Crown Block for more time at Reunion Tower!

The Reunion Tower is a wonderful experience. The view is spectacular and you learn some history while youāre there. I was disappointed that there wasnāt any snacks or beverages, other than ice cream.

Reunion Tower was a pretty cool experience. Offers 360 degree views and a great view of the city. While not the highest observation deck weāve been to it was still a fun experience. One unique thing about this observation deck is that it gives you history on the assassination of JFK along with a perfect view of the building where the shooter was. Overall not the most exciting observation deck if youāve been to other cities like New York or Chicago and not something Iād come specifically for but if you happen to be in town and have some free time itās worth checking out.

Celebrating a 9 year old's birthday with her 6 year old sister can be a challenge for Oma and Great Aunt.
We bought tickets online and arrived a little early.
Valet parking was quick and easy, and for $20 we could stay as long as we wanted. It was easy in and out for 2 mildly handicapped seniors.
It was a clear, cool day. We could see all of the sights described.
All in all, we highly recommend this experience for families of all ages!

The tower is just a short walk from the JFK museum. It is reasonably priced and gives you a Birdseye 360 view of the area. There are interactive maps to locate various landmarks. We were there in Mid December and there were no lines or crowds. You can view from inside or walk around outside though it is rather windy. It's also nice being downtown and seeing it lit up with the skyline at night.

A fantastic view supported by fantastic staff. My only comment is that the photo machines are not the most simple to navigate

Reunion Tower was not worth the hype. You couldn't even take a picture with the city in the background without a metal bar in the frame. Would not go again. Not worth the price

Best views of the city!! Great time with my wife for her birthday ending it with a beautiful view of the city. Staff was also very friendly and you get free photos as well!

Wonderful place to view the Dallas area. We took out of town guests to view sunset. Unless you valet, parking is not super easy. The uphill climb from the parking lot was a little difficult for my mother-in-law, and departing after dark was not going to work for her going back down the hill. Thankfully the valet let my husband pull up there to pick her up & save her the walk. The elevator lines to go up and come down take awhile, just fyi, if you have people who have trouble standing for a long time. The elevator attendant was very helpful. Everyone friendly and customer service was excellent. I really enjoyed the view , atmosphere and view was amazing.

Very enjoyable - friendly staff / very clean great views of course, good tools to ID all the buildings, nice chairs for us elderly folks. Would be nice to have coffee available but I understand it could cause messes. My visitors from China enjoyed it very much

Amazing views! A bit pricey but at least they give you the photos they take of you as part of it. The observation deck did have an overwhelming smell of air freshener. Not sure what they are spraying but they need to cut back!!

Best place to see dallas at high and have a nice pic of the main down town buildings specially highways, better at nigth

I would not miss it if I'm visiting Dallas for the first time. I went around 3pm and the view was very very nice. I imagine it would be amazing in the night.
Consider there is nothing there but the view. No bar, no snacks, no beverages :)

Our visit to Reunion Tower was so pleasant. It was Valentines Day weekend that we went and it was a romantic environment for couples. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I was here in Dallas on a solo trip & read that this was a good place to visit. When you get to the top, thereās a feed on the touch screens for each of the cameras around the deck. The cameras have very limited visibility & the view is foggy. Iām assuming the lens on the cameras arenāt cleaned often. It wasnt a big deal for me since you can easily step out onto the observation deck to see the view shown through the cameras. It was a cool experience. The interactive map was very helpful in giving me some ideas of other places to visit during my stay. The girl who took my pictures at the beginning didnāt explain that digital copies of the photos are included & sent to my email. I didnāt find out until after Iād already spent about $45 on physical copies of the photos under the assumption that there was no digital option. The elevator operator, Kofi was very kind. He was the one that informed me that the digital copies are actually sent to us & offered to walk me over to the kiosk to view my pics on the way down. Overall, this was a cool experience. Highly recommend using the interactive map to see other landmarks to visit in Dallas.

The Eiffel Tower of Dallas!! Such fun photo opportunities, and delicious mocktails up on the deck! Family of 5 with 14,14,and 12 and they enjoyed the change of view.
We had a great time up, would recommend for anyone - probably not small children though

We had a family reunion in Dallas so, of course we visited The Reunion Tower!
The Geo Observation Deck offers great views of the city from different directions and is an excellent photography opportunity!

Amazing experience at the Reunion Tower GeO-Deck! The views of Dallas were breathtaking, especially at sunset. A must-do when visiting the city!

Excellent views, great customer service, friendly staff. Overall amazing experience. I suggest you book using TripAdvisor though. Their website has been having problems.

A fascinating overview of the city of Dallas. Everyone was professional, courteous and helpful. It was amazing seeing the city from 470ā. We had an amazing time.
I would recommend this tour for all first timers.

Nice little adventure thereās not much more I can add to this that others have an already said. I think it would be much more enjoyable at night. Maybe next time we will give it a shot

Our family and guests were delighted. The view of Dallas from every direction is incredible. Everyone had a great time identifying landmarks. The weather was perfect, which made the experience ideal.

This certainly isn't the tallest tower I've been in it is not as tall as the CNN tower in Canada or Seattle Washington or the Empire state building but it has a unique History and a neat observation deck 360° it has Bars around it in such a way that it's like a globe ,somewhat distracting when you try to take pictures but some may find it more artsy. I decided to go at 730 pm so I could see it during the day and then at night the guy starts going around at 8 PM saying that it "closing 30 minute got one elevator" then he goes again at 8:15 it closed at 830 when it was dark so I got some good pictures of both. Then you do have to wait a while to catch the elevator back down but not bad

This attraction had a long line, but it was worth the wait. The elevator ride up to the top is beautiful.

Went there to enjoy the view and couldn't find a place to park due to construction work going on at the nearby parking lots and the hotel parking lot not being available. A notice of current conditions or options should have been given prior.

Reunion Tower is a must-see when in Dallas! The views are stunning, and the top gives you the perfect spot for amazing photos of the city. The elevator ride up is a bit nerve-wracking, but worth it once you reach the top. One thing to note: the photo they take of you before heading up is super-fast, no time to pose, just click, click, click! But itās all part of the fun, I suppose.
If you're looking for a unique experience and incredible views, this is the place to be!

Great way to take in the views of the city. We were lucky enough to get to the top and the sun was setting. Took us about 30 minutes to get through the queue and onto the elevator. Once we were up at the top it gave gorgeous 360 degree view of the city. I would recommend!

My entire family enjoyed the view!
The price was good for our family size of 13. The children loved it, from the elevator going up to the awesome view!
We will definitely go back when in Dallas area.

This is a great tourist spot. The tour is very organized and the view of Dallas at the top of the tower is very nce.

Nothing spectacular during the day. The space is tired & dirty inside & there isnāt much beyond looking out the dirty windows or over the windy rails.
$10 would be more appropriate price

I was surprised of such a good experience. My expectations were not high, but once in the observation deck I was impressed of the views, organization and the customer service from the staff.
We ended up spending +2 hours. at the end when we were ready to leave, one of the staff (don't recall his name) approach us asking if we were visitors in Dallas, and he took the time to speak of the city using the interactive monitors and making it very entertaining for everyone including the kids.
Once out of the tower we stop at the coffee shop for some good coffee.
Awesome experience.

I took the Guided Tour. Yazmin was very knowledgeable about the cityscape of downtown Dallas. I gained a lot more knowledge compared to if I just got general admission.

The Tower is amazing. As you approach the tower, the view, looking up from the ground, is magnificent. We just went up for drinks, while visiting Dallas for a convention. The view overlooking the city is incredible. Another bucket list must see trip.

It wouldāve been a lot better if we had more time. We had reservations for the latest time slot at 8:30pm and literally when we got up to the top of the ball they said we had five minutes it was very disappointing being that it was a special evening as I was presenting a ring to my girlfriend. Being that all the previous observation times were a half an hour.. The gentleman offered us to come back the next evening but we already had prior plans. I would just say if youāre going to close early on the latest reservation time donāt even put that time slot available!

My partner and I were visiting Dallas for a mini vacation and stopped at the tower cause we heard it was a must see. Great and amazing view of the city. Staff was friendly and very informative. 100/10 Recommend the visit.

It is a beautiful place place but I didn't get much of I expected due to it was under construction. But still I advising people to visit it.

Great views of Dallas!! It does get busy waiting to go up and down on the elevator! But it is definitely worth a trip to the top to take in the views of Dallas!

Helpful and respectful staff. Good way to spend and hour or two judging the city from the top lol. Nevertheless, going on weekday would help spend time much better because of less crowd

It's an exciting visit! You feel the wind in your face and you can enjoy the 360 ° view of the city. It's a wonderful land! Everything is very clean and confortable. There's a small but nice store of souvenirs. And I definetely recommend to get the picture they take you at the entry :)

Amazing view of the beautiful highway bridges and surrounding cityscape. However, once the blue hour started and the highrises started to light up, that's when I got my best photos. The crowd was jovial and the vibes were good. It was very humid and hot (in 90s) but the indoor spaces were air conditioned to help cool off. Plenty of interactive displays and nice atmosphere inside. Staff was very nice and I think the price of a ticket was well worth it. This is a must if your visiting downtown.

I canāt believe we paid $50 for 2 people to ride up an elevator. We couldnāt get to the top, all the restaurants were closed. Quite a rip off for us. Nice view, but not worth $50. Open back up Dallas!!

We are from St. Louis where we have the Gateway Arch which is 630 feet while view is just as amazing you are enclosed and little windows. Reunion Tower you have 360 degree landscapes to enjoy. Awesome to view Dealey plaza from there. Such a time in history to reflect on. āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø

The whole set up was well run by people that knew what they were doing, and the view was worth every cent!

My last full day in Dallas, and a visit to this iconic tower HAD to be done, and I was very wary as I'm not too keen on heights.
Admission was a reasonable price, and included a photograph to download or print in the gift shop.
I was the only one in the lift, and the delightful lady operating explained a little about the time it takes to reach the top. I glanced outside with the ground quickly getting further away and immediately regretted coming!
We soon reached the observation deck, but I had no intention of stepping out, instead I looked in the gift shop, and scanned my ticket to see my photograph. I was quite impressed with the quality, so ordered one framed, the others are sent to your email to download at your leisure.
I DID want to step outside, but my nerves didn't allow it, however, a helpful tourist offered to assist me outside for a picture, so I slowly edged out and he took a picture for me. I couldn't get back inside quick enough!
Straight back down to the gift shop and collecting my souvenir framed picture.
Listen, it's an iconic landmark, the staff are great and the complimentary picture (included in the admission fee) is excellent, but please be warned, do NOT go if you are scared of heights, it will spoil your enjoyment. My fear of heights has nothing to do with the Reunion Tower and their professional staff.

The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Very easy to get in, enjoy, and exit the site. Very interesting and enjoyable perspective of the Dallas metro area and history of the city's development.

We went to Reunion Tower for our very first time. They took picture of us as group. We were told that they will email to us but we still never received any pictures of us from them. Of course we were disappointed. We went up top of tower. It was real cool. Seeing down beautiful castle. We can see few different cool bridges. We can see city of Dallas as 360 degrees. Awesome!!!

It took us 16 years of living in Dallas to finally visit the Reunion Tower. My boys (10 and 11) enjoyed seeing the downtown from up high and learning about the JFK assassination. We learned about the details up in the tower and decided to walk to the site afterwards. I enjoyed the sites!

Worth the visit, well managed, beautiful views and sunset. Parking experience wasn't that great, its card only, single lane queue while getting out and card reader was taking quite a bit of time.

We had our girl scout troop bridging at Reunion Tower and it was wonderful! They were very communicative ahead of time and had a lovely set-up for us on the observation deck including a small bridge decorated with balloons to walk across. Very friendly employees on site, who were very helpful. Stress free!

As to be expected, the views of the Dallas skyline are pretty good from here. We visited on an early Saturday afternoon and there was very few people. There was about a 10 min wait to go up and unfortunately about a 20 min wait to go down. The website urges you to prebook your tickets for a timed entry, but we saw no need for that. We found the entrance to be a bit confusing. You need to enter the Hyatt hotel and then look for signs.

Upon arrival in Dallas, my friend and I immediately visited this location, enjoying breathtaking panoramic views extending to Fort Worth.

Great time! Me and my wife had an amazing experience and the escort was awesome! Thank you so much and we will definitely do another visit.

What an amazing experience to see the City of Dallas and to learn about JFK'S last moments of his life!
It was cloudy & bit windy, nothing to fret about.
Take lots of pictures:)

Great family time. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed every minute. Fantastic evening views. Easy to schedule your times and tickets

Incredible views, good food and good service! We definitely enjoyed the tour. I recommend going during sunset, it's beautiful!

What a place to go! The views are fantastic, but what made my day was talking to one of the security guards who work there, Oluchi. Oluchi not only told me some historical facts but was extremely friendly and kind and let me charge my phone which was near 0%. If you go I highly recommend you chat with him-he made my visit!

It has a very beautiful view, I thought it was complicated to get to and enter but no, it is very easy to get there, you don't wait long to get to the Tower, if you only go for the view you can dress "normally", I went alone and I enjoyed it very much, keep in mind that it is better to make a reservation online, you must also pay for parking, and if you go after 6 in the afternoon the entrance fee goes up $5 more.

Been on my bucket list for 20+ years. I have been in the metroplex area since 1989 but never visited. The wife and I went recently and it did not disappoint. Beautiful picturesque scene and great memories!

A beautiful view and friendly staff, free pictures, pretty clean ,it was kinda hard to find the entrance but it was awesome.

Excellent views! I recommend going at sunset, but don't expect too much from the souvenirs or the photos unless you take them yourself. The 3D backdrop photos tend to be overexposed.
Good
The building, cleanliness and views were amazing 𤩠the reason I am giving it 4 stars is because some of the staff were very off putting, rude and not customer service oriented . Really put a damper on the experience.
