Visited this location with my family to and man it was well worth it.
My kids thoroughly enjoyed strolling around the Mall and shopping for what they had on there own list.
Even our 9 month old had a great time as well.
The rest rooms are completely clean and the overall environment is well worth a visit.

This is a large mall that you can get lost in it. It has a great variety of stores and some parts are undergoing renovations.

The people in the store are awful
From the sales team to the manager
Quoted me a price
I tried on the shirt
Then the price doubled when I wanted to purchase it
Manager was useless and sales people need to get an attitude adjustment
Awful awful experience

Such a big outlet
Could find all I looked for
Huge place , not far away from Miami
Easy to find and easy to find your way through hundreds of shops

What a beautiful mall. Lots of great shops and pop up shops. There really wad something for everybody. There also were great food selections and everyone was really accommodating and kind. I just bought too much stuff 😊😊

Huge outlet mall with upscale stores. Tons of restaurants, a movie theater, plenty of parking. The mall get very busy at times.

Drove from Naples to visit this shopping mall, and it was well worth it, and an easy journey.
Ample parking, and all the shops you could wish for with plenty of deals.
Plenty of restaurants.
One thing we did notice was the place was lacking in customer service.
The staff barely spoke to us when paying for items, and in Tommy Hilfiger said nothing at all.
Toilets were not particularly clean.
However, it’s definitely worth a visit.

lots of stores, great prices! did a couple of quick walk around and bought items both times. Stores that i was interested in were scattered so it's quite a bit of a walk.

A lovely time if you want to shop or just browse. Lots of stores to choose from there's always something for everybody here! Elegant and clean, we enjoyed our time here. Do not miss the opportunity to visit this mall, plan to be here more than 3 hours, it is a huge one and 100% worth it!!

we were there for a weekend. the place is nice and clean. even though a lot of shops are closed during the pandemic, that was a real pity, the ones that were open seemed to have their guidelines and safety procedures in place. It would be nice to update the website and or put up a sign which shops were closed before entering.

This outlet mall has lots of stores both high end and commonplace and you can probably spend the whole day here hunting for deals. But personally I wasn't finding anything that was better priced than I can find back home. Food is also overpriced. With the Canadian dollar exchange rate being so unfavourable, there's no point buying things in Florida and lugging it all back. Probably won't be going back unless I have too much time to kill in Fort Lauderdale.

If you want poor service, and to be overrun by masses of rude people, please go here! The prices are not great and the store clerks are indifferent. I waited twice for 10 minutes each time to get an ice cream but each time others butted in and got service. Finally left. Stores are indifferent and the music is deafening in most of them. Could not wait to get out of there.

Sawgrass Mills was great surprise for all of us. We spent the last hours of our stay in Floria in here before heading to the airport. There were a lot of shops with many deals.

Well worth a visit. Just off a cruise ship where the prices were supposed to be low!
My wife who is a handbag expert, which I can now claim as my second career!
excellent prices.

Despite the many stores, the quality of the goods was poor in comparison to other USA outlet malls.
The staff in the stores in general were not interested in helping either.
Left without any shopping which is very unlike me.

A very large shop , with a huge variety of shops .
Many brand stores , many options with promotional prices . Large variety in the food square.
Only the bathrooms that were very dirty , it seemed like they had no employees to clean , such a large place with such expensive brand shops deserved more attention in bathroom cleaning .

Awesome Shopping Mall!!!
Huge mall with a lot of shops to shop from shoes to drones, electronics, food, etc.
Lots of people always, but amazing prices.
I guess one of the best things about this mall is that you can but from the very expensive stuff to the very cheap stuff all in one place.
Food is another great thing, you can buy from pizza to sushi, just a great to visit and let your shopping spirit run free.

Sawgrass Mills is massive with pretty much every outlet you could wish for. It has quite an interesting layout with both a normal inside mall and shopping streets for the upscale designer brands, including too clothing and watch brands. The parking is good also and there are some nice restaurants.

Excellent experience. It is worth visiting and touring. It has incredible prices, compared to Argentina. If it takes a couple of days to get through it right. And a good wallet, because you want to take everything. Highly recommended.

I love this shopping! It has everything, good prices and huge parking. The food is variety and delicious. Everything is always clean and tidy. Highly recommended! 5/5 stars

A very large location, lots of convenient parking & very wide variety of store selection. We found the stores & most prices on the high end variety, but then again we were not really looking for something specific. It was busy walking around the mall area & also attending to the outside sections/arms of the mall. Hard to believe that during the middle of the week & not a school holiday that there were that many children walking around as well as attending with their parents? Seen very few Security personnel which was surprising considering the number of patrons. They did have information kiosk that had maps & signage which helped identify the area you were in & also the location of your store preferences. Mall has easy access into & out of the parking lots with good signage.

I don't think this mall can be visited in a single day. It's huge. We found good deals on Calvin Klein, Guess and Lego. There were no good prices on sports shoes. The Nike store is complicated, you always have to line up and wait to enter. The food court is good, good food options. The restaurant we liked the most was Empanadas Argentinas. The parking lot is spacious and comfortable.

Sawgrass is one of the nicest and one of the largest shopping malls in the USA. The range of well known names is massive and if planning to browse this can take a full day and involve a considerable amount of walking. My suggestion is to head for the multi-storey car park near the Grand Lux Cafe. A great spot for dining. Parking is free. One criticism however is the awful map you can pick up. It can take a bit of effort to find your bearings and if you are trying to locate a store by name the list isn’t indexed by name but by genre if you know which category a particular store falls into.

Plan on several hours there. With 350 stores I decided to make a list of the stores I wanted to see. I then plotted our route on the store map. This way I made sure to hit the ones I wanted. All of the stores except for the high end designers are inside with streets radiating out. The Designer stores like Prada, Frette linens, Eacada etc are outside in one long ‘street’. Gorgeous clothes but still very expensive.

This is a huge outlet mall with a really great variety of stores. It is a little confusing though, and often there was a line at the information desks as clearly we weren't the only ones getting a little lost. Great for bargains though, and plenty of places to stop for food or refreshments.

Arrive early to get a good parking space and in the morning the movement is less, be prepared to walk a lot, attractive prices, food square with many options.

Wonderful and very long day of shopping in Sawgrass Mills Mall ! I founded som very low prices but it’s compulsory to check and check to found all of your items.

This is the best mall
The selection and caliber of stores is the best it has ever been
The mall is busy and still beautiful despite COVID

Enjoyed this mall very much and especially the cleanliness and ease of packing and the rides and car type shopping carts you can rent for children. Makes it a better experience for the children, parents and grandparents.

Nike Factory Store at Sawgrass Mills doesn’t honor their corporate warranty policy as published on Nike.com

This mall is really big, alot of great stores to choose from. If you're shopping on a budget, this is the mall for you

The valet guys are gangsters and stole a cellphone, Gucci glasses and part of the keyless car key. Unfortunately we can not use the valet service anymore. If I would be able to give no stars I would do so

Excellent shopping center and at Christmas they decorate it beautifully and you can take photos. The only issue is finding parking. We spent about 30 minutes on it but I recommend it anyway.

A place with everything to buy. Prices are inviting and the value of the goods are the best part. I strongly recommend

One of the biggest shopping Mall i everythink been , a lot of shops from the hight brand like Gucci Versace Armani Ferragamo, to the sport brand , i Hope to be back there again

It is I believe the largest single storey mall in the US. The outer part contains the high end designer stores the inner avenues have great deals. We did most of it but missed Nieman Marcus. Got some good deals. There is a good food hall. The Nike store, NFL store and the Levi store are worth a visit. Check the $50 bargains in Coach I picked up a wallet normally £195. The staff are helpful. Go early in the ,morning as the later in the day the more crowded it gets. Research what you want and what it will cost elsewhere.

Visited the Coach Outlet in Orlando and it was the most uncomfortable experience. The manager and clerks profiled only the Black customers. It was very obvious especially when I was asked to provide ID and the Caucasian shoppers were not. I was even told to provide email address for the warranty, which if anyone knows about signing up for warranty knows that was a lie. I'll take my business elsewhere. Profile all shoppers not just the ones with a darker skin tone, criminals come in all shades and ethnicities.

Don't shop at Bravo Electronics located at Saugrass Mills, i got ripped off in there. They sold me a watch arguing that it had certain basic characteristics that it actually didn't have, a few minutes after the purchase i asked in another establishments and they showed me the real price of the watch, which I verified in the manufacturer's price list (Garmin), and as it turned out, Bravo Electeonics sold the watch for more than a hundred dollars higher than the actual price. I immediately went back to Bravo Electronics to show them the proves and to demand a reimbursement, but they just offered store credit in order to make up for the lying and the over price, and when i denied they just left. Customer service in Saugrass Mills told me that this was not the first time that Bravo Electeonics does this to the clients.

Sawgrass Mills is more than a Mall. It is a huge mega mall, entertainment center, eating destination and on and on. To really see it, plan to spend the day and bring your walking shoes. Be sure to get a map when you arrive. My Son and his family always have this place on their list when they visit from Germany. Do part of it, sit and eat and relax awhile before trying to do more. My husband and I can't do much. Lot's of good restaurants and top of the line name brand bargains at the outlets. Go, just wear walking shoes and bring your patience. ALSO, DON'T FORGET WHERE YOU PARKED LOL.

Don’t be fooled by smooth talking “manager “ Chen Marcio who shows off that he knows 7 languages! He’s a crook from Brazil and the phone number on the receipt is a fake. I forgot my perfume on a 3 day business trip and since I have a ton of perfumes at home I bought this small one for $50
When I opened the bottle back in my hotel room it was all dried up! Called a bunch of times to no avail.
Please pay heed to the scammed reviewers here and save yourself the time and money!

You can also get there by bus from the Central Terminal and the cost is affordable, approximately $2. In my case, the bus broke down and I had to wait for another one in a lonely place.

Good place to shop, especially sportswear and department stores.
If you are looking for clothing and accessories from international brands, you can find them at a much better price.

Overcrowded, not many big name stores, confusing to walk around. Not the best mall… don’t waste your time, go to other local areas.

Every time we go to Miami, we also go to Sawgrass Mills Mall. There are so many shops and different brands to purchase good products for good prices. There are also nice restaurants, good bars and many options to have great meals. You can easily find some clearances and a good tip is to buy the discount booklet.

This mall has plenty of stores to visit. It has everything from Target to Burberry. The food court offers a variety of choices, and it is a combination of indoor and outdoor stores. Most of the higher end stores utilize the outside space.

The place is perfect to buy , all brands and prices available
. Facilities, internet , parking and a very large hararios

very strange construction going on at several parts of the mall and it made the interior of the mall look terrible.
keep in mind if you are an international traveler, that this is NOT an outlet mall, just your typical American mall, its large, parking is a bit strange, too far away, to be honest we drove to the other coast to Miramar Outlets, and it was well worth the trip, this mall is just average.

Sawgrass Mills is DEFINITELY a "Shop Till Ya Drop" destination!!!
During our brief visit to Florida, "THE" Girlfriend (my wife) scheduled lunch at this mall with a girlfriend she had not seen in 10 years. We arrived an hour early and she did some "Power-Shopping" at Nordstrom Rack; while it took me 20 minutes to find a parking spot in the mall's four-level parking garage.
After lunch, she and her girlfriend hit Neiman Marcus Last Call and several other stores. They were like kids in a candy store!!! After two additional hours of shopping, "THE" Girlfriend tells me she has to return the next day to shop the OTHER End of the mall.

The mall is huge, with a tremendous offer and good prices. There were an amazing number of people shopping WITH suitcases, and filling them.
There is also a reasonable offering of food outlets.

This place is definately a place you spend the entire day, plus more ..... the colonade outside and the mall inside just has it all, important thing is when shopping
is you spend alot time on each store and some you just dont even bother, my advice is be patient and just stroll along the aisle and suck it all in 😊
The Colonade is just a short stroll but has must top brands, Gucci, Prada, Boss, Polo, Burberry i could go on here...... whatcha waitin for ? Go go go......
Shop till you drop.

Ouaou....you need at least two days for shopping...good prices nice place to spend your money 😀😀.... don't go with your woman...the only negative it s the distance from the city of Maiami and the transportation.

Unprecedented shopping mall. And with Black Friday, lots of offers and decent discounts. Map can be found at the intersections. Parking is free (except Valet Parking Service).

My experience was amazing and my husband I really needed this time to relax and enjoy the area without any hassle and we will definitely be visiting here again it’s the only place I feel like I can really visit over and over although it’s been our third time visiting here

If you like to shop and/or like malls, this is one of the biggest/best. My wife and I were here for about two hours and I don't think we saw everything - it is so big. This is the only mall I have been two that has not one, but two food courts.
We were able to get to the mall using the no. 72 bus from Ft. Lauderdale.

The place is super big so you will spent an entire day here, bring a big backpack or luggage because you will have to carry your bags walking the entire day

To be honest, easily the best shopping mall I have been visiting. It is such a enormous place with so many shops that I almost recommend to visit this place during 2 days so you really have time to see everything.

Went with my shopaholic wife. This place is massive. I'd suggest you get a map, have a coffee and plan your way around to the shops to ensure to see what you want. Great value to be had. I got the steal of the century. An Oakley winter jacket reduce from 210 Dollars to 50 bucks .... Bus service from Fort Lauderdale might be worth researching.

I have been here many times and I have to say this mall is one of the best ones I have been at.
They have all the main high end brands and also the mid one. A lot of good options for food and entertainment.
Must visit if u in the area.

I come from an area that has plenty of shopping and I am not a person that enjoys shopping but I did enjoy the walk and the variety of stores located in the mall. The variety was amazing something for everyone.

The first thing my 3 1/2 year old grandson spotted when entering the store was a 5’ tall Lego resembling a climbing activity. He climbed to the top under my supervision and a female staff rushed over to tell us “ No Climbing!” . He was nervous about touching the other Lego displays after that and we had to reassure him it was ok. My advice to manager : Put a sign or remove it.
The staff were standing beside one another at the door like sentries but they didn’t provide a particularly friendly welcoming.
The sign in the window at children's’ level said “Come in and play” but I didn’t see what there was to play with.
Lots of stock and great displays of Lego sets.

This place is massive. A full day of shopping with 3 women almost killed me. A great American shopping experience. You name it, this mall has it.

Spent a lot of time here and in the IMAX due to 4 days of constant steady rain. Not our best vaca. Mall has to be one of the largest in USA. Tried to make the most of a very wet week tornado and all. Between mall, movie theatre and restaurants on property we did pretty well. Texas de Brasil, Johnny Rocket, Harbor House were convenient.

Loved this mall. Lots of great shops to spend the whole day in. Something for everyone. Only thing that was confusing was where we were at any given time. I didn't see too many directories to show where we were or where to go. Lots of good deals here. I would absolutely return to shop here again and again.

We have been a fan of this place for a number of years . You can buy pretty much anything here . This time it looks a little past it’s best . Literature out of date shops listed on the information sheet have moved or closed. Some walkways had no flooring .
It’s a huge mall it takes time to get around
Give yourself plenty of time.

Little difference in price from other malls. Too far to be worth it. The only advantage is the concentration of anchor stores in the same space

I grew up with Sawgrass mall. I remember when it was a tiny mall without the US tourist and foreigners. If you want better bargains you have to go into the main part of the mall. Bed Bath and Beyond is part of the main mall. The Oasis and Colonnade Outlet is the upscale part of the mall and is expensive. Sawgrass Mills IS NOT IN MIAMI!!!!!!!!! It is in a totally different county than Miami. If you want to visit this mall and dont want to drive to far you want to stay in Hollywood Beach, Ft. Lauderdale Beach, Hallandale Beach, among others. You want to stay in southern Broward County. If you want something in Miami (why you want to stay in Miami is beyond me) you want to go to Dolphin Mall.

The best time ever for shopping...I could not get past the, Old Navy, Burlington and Target. I have seen clothes I do not see anywhere else!!! Stopped by the Regal Cinemas to take a break and watch a movie.

Handsome Companion and I had reason to be in Fort Lauderdale this past week and managed a Friday morning visit to Sawgrass Mills. What a different experience from our usual pre-Christmas visit. It was quiet, even peaceful when we arrived about 10:30 a.m. We parked easily and walked our furthest distance, to the Nike Outlet, where we found the shopping delightful and easy. The staff is always so helpful. Special recognition to Brittany for helping H.C. find great new workout shoes. After checking out without a line, I walked our bags back to the car while H.C. ducked into the Grand Lux Cafe to get us a table for lunch. It was so nice to be able to leave the bags in the car while we strolled the Colonnade after a lovely lunch. Sawgrass Mills is always worth a stop, but it is so much nicer without the crowds.

Best Outlet in Florida, prices compare to those in Orlando, but with a much larger variety. Here you find grid of available sizes. Besides being in an air-conditioned environment. It also has Premium stores in the outdoor environment. That is, everything in one place. I recommend 1 to 2 days to shop. Service in English, Spanish and some shops in Portuguese.

I found it huge and some attractive prices. You need to take your time to see everything calmly. The few things I saw I found to be very attractive in price.

Wonderful place to do shopping in Florida with family! I strongly recommend this place because it is wonderful and has lots of different stores and restaurants to go to! I'd give it a 9/10 for an overall shopping experience and is indeed a world class experience when you explore this superb mall.

El la tienda VX technologies don’t buy anything NO COMPRES NADA estafadores
Triples prices Crooks
Item I got was triple
The price they told too bad

Sawgrass Mills Mall is a Simon mall in Sunrise, Florida. The Mall combines an indoor and outdoor mall into one. There's also an outlet mall attached. There is a nice-sized food court and eateries. The retailers are typical of what you would expect in a mall, including Dicks Sporting Goods, Target, and others.

This is an amazing outlet mall with a tremendous variety of stores. There is literally something for everyone here. Between home goods, to clothing, to gadgets, to art work, to food - everything is here. If you are looking for a gift for that hard to shop for person, you will find something here for them.

So many great stores and places to eat. We didn’t have enough time to go through all of the sections of this shopping center, so this is definitely on our list when we return to Florida.

The best and worst of outlet mall style shopping in one hit.
Too big, too many shops, food outlets spread too thinly.
It needs a rethink.

This mall is HUGE!!! Great variety of stores and restaurants. It’s inside and outside. Shop and eat until you drop.

Very Bad y I went with my kid of 10 and any close of big brands . Not recomendable because You can’t go with kids.

So I went with my family last December on the 26th (Boxing Day), and what a nightmare it was.
The shopping centre is amazing and there are plenty of stores with great sales, and that's the problem. Imagine hundreds of tourists pushing you like an endless river with no way of moving in any direction!
And the food court . . . 55 minutes to get a table, and arguing with unpolite tourists who race towards any available spot . . .
Was it worth all the struggle for the huge sales? Maaaaaybe, but be warned, it won't be a nice experience.

Fantastic cheeses at Sawgrass Mills Factory Outlet. Not to miss when visiting those factory outlets.
Among all, Banana Republic got Gap has most discounts.

This mall was amazing! It has every store and the whole family found what they were looking for. The rainforest cafe was really cool. The Oakley store had stock of all the custom parts I needed. Good drinks and snacks.

terrible experience at the zimmermann shop
no body in the shop but The so called supervisor the shop did not let any body enter.
whe had to wait 25 minutes for no reason
everybody was obsessed by the unprofessional attitude

This is an overwhelming huge mall. Some stores are outlet stores but not all. You can get a coupon book for 10$ to use in many stores .
You can really find here EVERY THING!

We visited this mall after a cruise into Fort Lauderdale, it was very easy to drive from the cruise port to Sawgrass and we were able to find lots of great bargains.
Plenty of places to eat too from snack stands, coffee shops to great restaurants

The center is great, very large, bcp choice. But be careful they are not discounted prices, 200$ for 2 pairs of fangs!

We did a shopping day in a large shopping center. The stores present were identical to those found in downtown Miami Beach. There was no particular reason, whether in terms of offer, prices or setting, to justify having to go to this shopping center.

Charlie was great, drinks were always full, food came out fast, and he was nice and friendly! Couldn’t of had a better server to make my experience great!

We were staying in Miami, drove there but also used the bus service, it’s easy to catch the bus at Collins Avenue.
The place is huje, try leaving Miami close to 10am, it helps if one plans ahead via their website which shops you want to see. There’s a wide choice of nice restaurants

Next to the Mall of America this is the biggest mall I have ever seen. The store mix provides a wide range between upscale luxery and casual from low to high price points. I suggest printing a map and having a game plan to avoid losing your sense of direction in the mall. This is a great place to purchase sunglasses lots of choices available. We enjoyed the holiday shopping experience and the mall was not very crowded considering it was the week before Christmas.

Sawgrass is outstanding mall, it has lot of stores for everyone. It looks a bit far, but it's totally worth to go, you can find everything under one roof.

Be prepared to walk. This mall is huge! Five different ‘legs’ extend from a central core area. Every type of store imaginable covering all spending habits. A must see. Lots of seating for us males! 😀😀

Great shopping mall that had the bonus of being an outlet mall as well. Absolute bargains galore to be had

Was worth the hours drive to this outlet. We went on a week day and was not too busy. Was v impressed with the Colonade shops. Really was good value. Highly recommend a visit if u in Miami and want to shop good bargains.

If you like shopping this place is the right place for you. It is a very large mall with casual and luxury boutiques. You really have to go to every store because every day is a different day. We came on a Thursday and we found a lot of things on special and then when we came back on the Sunday we didn’t find good deals. Michael Kors, Kate Spade and Coach usually have a lot of specials up to 70%. There is always a good line-up for the Gucci store, and of all the high end boutiques I would say Gucci is where you would be very lucky to find good prices on purses, sandals, shoes or accessories. Prada, LV or even Burberry prices are less on special. If you like to shop this is a must destination.

This was a crazy huge mall. Be prepared to walk for what seems like forever. There are tons of shops you can choose from. Also, there were what seemed like a million people. I am personally not a mall person, but the people I was with were. Judging by there experience, and you like malls I would check this place out for sure.

Used the CXI Currency Exchange at the mall. It was easy and effortless. Gloricel was so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in our request for European currency. Will definitely be back for my South American currency. ☺️

Great experience at this mall. Friendly people and it was a nice day out as well. Hope to come back with my friends again.

It is a nice place and good prices.
Parking on side.
Big, big place. Access for wheel chairs, food court, many many brands of clouths and stores.

Great mall with outlets galore. Largest adidas store I've been in. Nike Factory Store and all the others you need for sports minded folks like nyself. On west end of Miami. Take yge toll roads to save time getting there.

There are so many stores at this mall that you're sure to find what you're looking for. Give yourself plenty of time because you'll want to explore them all. Great place to go on a rainy day. Nice upscale outlets too.

We got an Uber from Miami Beach as this is billed as the 2nd biggest outlet Mall in the U.S., wish we had saved money and went to the Dolphin Mall instead. Average shops, average prices, poor range of food and a completely over rated destination. Any of the Orlando Malls put this place to shame, and over $100 of Uber there and back, what a joke.

We stopped at Sawgrass to walk through and browse a few stores. It was crowded and difficult to navigate. The directory is very hard to decipher and there were young people hanging around everywhere. We didn't stay long.

It is truly the largest outlet I have ever seen, it takes two days to tour it all, even if it seemed like a Mall more than an outlet, it is still absolutely worth seeing.

This Applebee’s should me a model if not to others in the Fl area. They go beyond don’t care what you look like how you speak or your background. They only want to serve great hot food. After reading on trip advisor for a good one I passed quite a few and drove to this one and boy they didn’t disappoint. Jeff the server is an asset to this business, after our meal the supervisor checked on me and my family including kids to make sure our needs were met !!! I’ll be back just like the terminator says. If you want a great experience with Applebee’s go here.

one of the biggest outlet malls in usa
so huge you can get lost
do your research properly before visiting to avoid gettting lost in the mall!!
lots of store with fantastic deals
excellent shopping experience
come with a large budget and shop to your hearts content

There are many stores to shop from that have a lot of items to buy. The food options are very nice with a lot of options like sweet or savory. I walked around a lot and had fun buying things and hanging out with my friends. There are many different store options like hot topic, Its Sugar, Forever 21, and much more. If you do not like the food courts there, then you can go to one of the restaurants like Johnny's Rockets or Rainforest Cafe. You can go here to watch movies in the movie theatre or to shop for groceries in the Super Target. I go here a lot just to walk around or get food with friends. It is always fun to go here and I highly recommend this mall, especially if you love to shop a lot.

We stopped here for a couple of hours during a full day tour after our Aruba cruise. They told us it was big but we really had no idea what that really meant. If you are a shopper, you could spend the entire day here easily, Most of the shops were high end but we didn't have much time to browse. We decided to eat lunch at the Rainforest Cafe and set off with our maps to find it. It was a good 45 minutes later when we finally arrived as it was completely on the far end from where our bus let us off. By the time we got there and waited for our order, we didn't have time to eat it and get back to the bus on time. We made it a to-go order and dashed for the nearest exit, where the waiter told us we should be able to hail a cab to take us back to the bus. Well, needless to say, there were no cabs. We waited and waited and then I thought to call a Lyft car. We made it back to the bus with two minutes to spare. So, moral of the story is - leave yourself a lot of time, put on your walking shoes, and remember that you have to walk back once you get where you're going.

Dogs peeing on poles inside the mall, smells like crap in there, and place is filthy. You need a bleach shower after shopping here. It’s also hot and feels like a flea market. It’s gone downhill.
I guess if you’re from a third world country like most shoppers here, it would be the greatest thing you’ve ever seen.
Bathrooms at a truck stop are cleaner.

We were quite disappointed, from what we had read in forums and they had told us in this place there were incredible offers in their outlet stores and the reality is different. There are offers, that's true, but far from being really bargains. Also, don't be fooled like we were because most stores are regular stores without any offers (as is the case with Victoria Secret, whose workers were surprised when I asked them about offers, telling me that there weren't any). So yes, this place does have time and you have a car, so you can consider it because there is variety and multiple stores, but for those who don't have a car, it's not worth it for me.
This place is located far from downtown Miami (approximately one hour) and if you do not have a car the price to go there is high, some companies offer shared transportation from Miami with a price between 25 and 35 dollars per person. The Uber or private transport between round trip exceeds 100 euros.
For this reason, what you save on purchases you spend on transportation. Many prices are similar to Miami capital and it is not worth going there. Everything here is very expensive compared to other cities and outlets in the United States (like Texas, New York...) that do have incredible bargains.

This mall is massive. Quite a few different sections, all massive with various shops. Also 2 (at least 2?) food courts and a designer store section out the back.
Map of the mall is verrrrry useful!

Sawgrass is a giant mall, often you can get wonderful Outlet pricing and deals. Be prepared to spend the entire day and some of the night there as well, there are just so many stores to see, and you will want to stop for food and refreshments too. Be aware that during the holiday season it gets insanely crowded. The outdoor section is more high-end and quiet, and it’s also great for just taking a walk.

In general everything is well worth going but I must recommend not to go to the VXTechnologies store for purchases on tech devices, I ordered an amazon Fire kids tablet in that store and I had an amazon fire (no kids) the seller insisted me and insisted that it was the same that was only configured, until he convinced me and also insisted me with an offer for a tablet protector, the thing is that already back in my country I see that the tablet is not the Kids edition, I also deceive me the tablet came bad; it shuts off alone out of nowhere and the tablet protector was not the size of the tablet, I know that there is responsibility for all this but the attitude of the seller was the worst, inciting me to buy nomas with a terrible attention without caring anything.

Someone told us about the Sawgrass Mills and how popular it is with the visitors, so we decided to spend some time there.
We were surprised to see how vibrant it was. We could not believe the choice of winter clothes in Florida. Prices were very reasonable and we bought a lot there.
Almost every brand could be found there.
There are two large eateries there that offer choices. We really enjoyed them.
One should allow at least three hours for the visit.

My wife and I stopped by here during a recent visit to the Fort Lauderdale area. This place is a huge and rather confusing complex with hundreds of shops and eating venues. There is ample, free off-street parking and you could spend hours exploring this place. There is literally something for everyone here and I would recommend it when in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Very good deals on luxury brands, it is ideal for driving because it is half far from the city. recommendable

Excellent shopping space, it is a very spacious shopping center, but outside of how wide it takes the most time is to tour each store. It is convenient to have organized which brands to visit to know where to enter and what route to do. Highly recommended.

This shopping mall is huge, brilliant day out, friendly and safe
Sent to the Ralph Lauren store and thought it may be cheaper than uk
The polo shirts are more expensive, pretty much everything else was on par with UK or more expensive
Then went to the Lacoste store, same here the polo shirts more expensive than UK and Europe.
Boss store polo shirts was cheaper, rou d neck shirts cheaper, and more colours and Designs than back home in UK.

The Colonnade is the outdoor section of Sawgrass Mills Mall Outlet, with designer boutiques such as Valentino, Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabbana, Tods, Gucci, Versace, Loro Piana, Burberry, St John, David Yurman, Prada, Tory Burch, Hugo Boss, Moncler, Canali, Ermenegildo Zegna, Saint Laurent, Vince, Jimmy Choo, Maje, Sandro, Mont Blanc, Coach, Rag & Bone, The Kooples, Tumi, Stuart Weiztman among others. I recommend visiting it on weekdays because on Saturday and Sunday there are a lot of people and it is hard to park. On “Black Friday" I suggest to arrive in the early hours of the morning because it is impossible to park, and people will fight to grab a place. The deals are generally good throughout the year. On the other hand, this section has 5 restaurants Grand Lux, Villaggio, PF Chang's, Matchbox and Seasons52 with specials for lunch.

Huge...but very nice indoor mall. We barely covered any ground. There are some great shops here, as well as hall vendors. Many for Christmas. It was very busy in the halls, not so much a few stores we were in or walked by. Good parking. And top tourist destination.

I finally worked out why so many people walk around with suitcases here!! It’s to buy the millions of goods they have in this mall. I didn’t even get to go to half the stores I wanted to because I was quite frankly knackered after visiting a third of them. I love Sawgrass and come visit every time I’m in Fort Lauderdale. As a shopaholic this place has me beat every time as it has everything for everyone!!

We went on December 28 and this mall was crawling with people. It took awhile to find parking but we had a bit of time before the hockey game so wanted to come. It was insane. We couldn't even separate as the WIFI must have was overloaded and wouldn't work! Not my idea of a nice trip to the mall!

HUGE variety of shops and restaurants, with many great deals! Great movie theater offers a good break from shopping!

A wonderful place not only for designer labels shopping but also place to spend when in Miami.
Most of the brands stores are selling their products at a discount and if you’re lucky enough to get your wishlist and the size then you should go for it.
Wonderful ambience and must visit when in Miami.

Lots of options to choose from... found 3 suits at different stores. Involved lots of walking but the mall is indoors so no worries about the heat.

Finding everything you are looking for is ideal, and in this mall you will find prices and brands. I will definitely return on my next trip to Miami

I love this place. And now there is a Christian Louboutin store! There is something for everyone there. All types of stores are here.

Takes a whole day to visit this mall, it's huge! - A great variety of stores from budget to high end. I personally recommend Century21 for its selection of clothes and accessories. Always remember to check the directories around the mall to make sure you don't miss anything as the layout can be quiet disorientating!

Wish I could give them 5 negative stars. Went in to purchase a bottle of Ed Hardy as a gift for my sister. Couldn’t find it in other stores and this store had 2 bottles left. They said it was the woman’s fragrance - and I asked twice - and they also said it was no longer being made and therefore hard to get. So I purchased 2 for $80 after they dropped the price from $50 a bottle. Well, turns out it was not the woman’s fragrance and learned it was the man’s fragrance I called the store and they said there is no return policy, only an exchange policy that you have to do within seven days of the purchase. I also learned from my sister that you can buy bottles for about $20 of this fragrance. Of course I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I even went into the store. Learned a good lesson from this disaster.

As everyone says, it's huge. You have to dedicate a full day to explore it. Wear comfortable shoes and be eager to walk.
Stores with very good prices!

This is one of the largest malls that i have visited and it is both an indoor and outdoor mall with lots and lots of shops in it. I only went as I wanted to go to the Vera Bradley shop where I got 2 bags for $19's each which is an absolute bargain as they should have been nearly $80's each.
We had a wander around and found the mall very clean, well decorated, modern and lots and lots of shops
The best surprise was on our way out we saw a Disney outlet shop and in the window was reduced price Disney Dorney and Bourke bags which I have never seen reduced before. I persuaded my husband that it would make a perfect birthday gift, now I just have to wait until August to see it again
Great mall with lots to spend your money on, definitely worth a visit

I love sawgrass because it has always great deals and amazing restaurants inside and outside the mall! You can shop/eat/enjoy a great day and get the best deals ever!

I love this outlet, they have a number of great stores and restaurants, the only thing I can offer is this place is crazy during the holidays, entirely too many people. The parking okay, but it really needs more lighting, especially if you are like me and come in the daytime and leave at dark.

This is a incredible mall and awesome stores and visited by people from all over World , it is always packed and parking lot immaculate. The variety of restaurants is great.

Great value, even with weak current pound to dollar. You will need an extra suitcase to bring home. Spent all day there and still didn’t see all the shops.

Get a map in advance and plan what stores you must go to then the stores you would like to go to if you have leftover time. My Husband and I went, planning only to hit a few stores...three hours later we had hit my big five and were exhausted. Before we had a map we found ourselves back tracking and zig zagging....not a good way to spend your time. there are some great new additions and restaurants making it more of a destination for eating as well as shopping. The mall has conveniently placed benches for those who need a break for all the walking! the mall is laid out like a starfish so I wish they had and indoor shutlte for those who need to get from one side to the other.

Very impressed with this mall. So many stores to chose from. I loved the TJ Max and Burlington stores. They were so big with a variety of items. My husband and I spent over three hours here and loved every minute of it.

Lots of pickpockets. I had my bag stolen and employees mentioned it happens everyday. Apparently no one cares! The prices were also very high. Certainty not worth the risk.

This is one of the largest shopping locations we have been to, with large department stores, mid size stores, and small/specialty stores, along with an outlet area. A full day is recommended. We went there twice during our week-long visit to the area. There are many easting locations also for any budget.

Excellent Outlet Shopping Center to visit and make good purchases at good prices, it is 35 minutes north of Miami, I think there are even buses from there but it is better to go by car, the stores are located both indoors and outdoors and with very good offers Some are offered by the brand stores themselves and others that can be added (with different conditions) to them, which are offered by the shopping center, through coupons that they offer you on their website, you have to request them in advance before going to the store. center and later pick up at the customer service point at entrance 2 (blue color). It is also full of leisure attractions and all kinds of restaurants, to visit it well two days are necessary as keep in mind that it is the largest outlet center in the world, avoid going on weekends and holidays, in short something unique that is well worth a calm and in-depth visit.

Depending on your view of shopping, Sawgrass is either paradise or hell. It's size and selection of stores means that could easily spend a whole day here, including refreshment breaks and lunch in the food court or one of the restaurants such as the Cheesecake Factory.
If you can do some research ahead, it is well worth it even just in terms of the best place to park for the stores you want to visit. You will easily be distracted along the way by stores you have never visited before or the adverised special offers in the windows. Maps are available and there are helpul information points.
Most of the main fashion players are here including Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Gap, Puma, BrandsMart and Brooks Brothers, plus niche jewellery, perfume and other outlets and kiosks down the centre of the avenues. Massage chairs are available for you to rest and recover from shopping.
Beware the offers in the shops however and check them out before purchasing. There are many amazing bargains to be had, but the sign saying '60% off' may not apply to everything under it and 'buy one get the second at 50% off' is not necessarily a great bargain.
But above all, have fun....

If ever you are in Ft Lauderdale you want to go shopping sawgrass is the mall u want to go they have everything there and if yu want to hang out and eat they have variety of food if you want to meet people sawgrass is the mall you would want to go you have all different nationality there they have a place in the mall for kids to play the icecream is delicious too so please dnt think twice want to go shopping and have fun meeting people sawgrass in sunrise Ft Lauderdale Florida is the place you want to visit

Enormous mall about 20 miles from downtown Ft Lauderdale. I racked up almost 10000 steps walking around the place. Lots of variety and lots of restaurants.

Very easy to park.
Establishment with many good shops but some not so good. Always with some promotion yet look for the big brands. Luxury stores have few product options.
Good restaurants and food square.
Get there and prepare for the transit on the way back to Miami!

Yes it is one of the largest outlet malls in Florida with variety of shops for all. From Coach and Tory Burch to Marshall's and Target they have it all.
Great restaurants and decent food court as well!

We traveled here during the weekend and it was a lot of fun. We went to visit a lot of different stores. It's nice and clean and I highly recommend it for people to go shopping. It was a great experience overall.

There are so many stores you will find what you are looking for! Wear comfortable shoes cause you will need them!

Well, a shopping center is a shopping center. Nothin different, beside that this one have all brands. The strip mall area has nice top brands like Hugo Boss, Coach and so on with really big discounts. Go there only if it is raining in the beach.

A giant complex with free parking and easy access. It has feeding squares with known nets and other options. More than 200 thousand m2. The main brands are around there, it is worth booking all day and research, try, take the shopping in the car and return for more. A tip is T.J. Maxx, store with multi-brands and plenty of option to “garimpar” pechinches. Uma curiosidade, ao lado fica a Amerant Arena, NHL, Panthers. Another tip is to go to the information desk and purchase a magazine (costs $10) that many stores apply discounts, a purchase already paid with the purchase. The people of the stores have quite courtesy, in addition to English, quite Spanish and even Portuguese. It's worth it.

This impressively large mall to the west of Fort Lauderdale is, I was told, one of the largest shopping malls in the US.
We found the layout quite confusing at first but once together your bearings and realise where the major anchor tenants are, it gets a little easier. It’s promoted as an outlet mall and while many stores are certainly outlet centres, the majority are not.
We only visited as American Airlines had lost our luggage and as we were about to leave on a 2 week cruise across the Atlantic, we needed to buy a whole lot, real quick. It was the perfect place for that.

Being one of the busiest and biggest outlet malls in the country, I feel over the years it has decayed and lost what it was once known as. From the Oasis, Wannado City and the classic hype from the early 2000's, this reminds me of an indoor updated version of the swap shop. I do enjoy visiting, but over the years to come, I see many businesses going out and may close down.

Just LOVE this place. The best for shopping. There are all the stores you can imagine. Not too crowded, air conditioning everywhere which makes ithe mall super comfortable to shop at. Ready to come back way more times.

Good prices, good food, clean Restrooms, lots of different stores. You can find a lot of excelent labels at good price and for everybody. Good food offee.

Best shopping day ever !! Love this mall. It’s huge and yes we were tired but we got a load of fantastic items for our cruise. Saved nearly $1200 on our purchases. Lovely evening drink at the end of the day at Matchbox finished a great day off beautifully. Can’t wait to go back there one year. 🙏🏽❤️

It's worth it if you're around!
If you’re in Miami, you don’t have to come because the prices are the same on the brands!
You can find in some outlets of brands some good offers!

Having visited many malls in the USA over the years, this one was a real disappointment. The photos looked lovely but, in reality, it was a confusing layout. The carpets were grubby and the roof was steel rafters - not a design choice but more a cheap and nasty effect. We came, we saw and we left after 20 minutes. We’d driven over 200 miles to get there. PLUS - not a Christmas decoration in sight apart from a few shops. Come on!!!

Welcome to the BIGGEST Factory Outlet in the United States! An incredible diversity of stores for all tastes... and all budgets! Let's say that it's almost impossible to see everything in 1 day... unless you run and don't look at anything too closely!

It is huge...no i mean HUUUUUGE! I've been at this mall many times. It is always busy. You will definitely find what you are looking for. I love the high end stores too. We have friends who live overseas and come every year just to shop at the Sawgrass Mills. They always find amassing deals on high end products. I believe the luxury section of the mall is called - The Colonnade Outlets. Hungry? We love Paul Bakery and Grand Lux Cafe! My kids hate this place (takes the whole day), but i always find something to bribe them with.

This mall has variety, it's huge and I would recommend that people do they shopping there. Shopping at Saw Grass Mills saves you a lot of time , than to walk around other places places to shop.

This is a large and good shopping center with plenty of stores. You can find most things here and the facilities are well maintained and clean. Most of mall is indoors but there’s one outdoor wing as well.
Price level is OK but some sale is needed to make the prices more attractive. Plenty of parking, both regular and valet.

Lots of shops to explore and grab some bargains! Make sure to read the labels/ discounts correctly to ensure you’re paying correctly. Busy yes but not overwhelming! Not much seating as you go round for a bit stop would be my only suggestion

Very America large spaceous restuarant, food very good selection of drinks, beers served in nearly half yard glass, soft drinks and hot drinks.
Food really good reasonably priced, friendly service. After a days shopping at Sawgrass Mills, sunrise, Miami to finish off with a birthday meal.

Visited several years ago and expanded since then. If you want to spend a whole day shopping and eating then this is your destination. Got a lot of great deals. Virtually anything you can think of. Everything from Old Navy to Gucci. Make sure you get a map and savings book at the information desk before you get started.

Enjoyed the multi hours walking around this mail. We were impressed with the variety and number of stores and eating establishments. With the numbers of shoppers we could not find an empty table for a quick lunch. Parking seems to be a problem later in the afternoon as we were leaving. Overall it is worth a side trip just to say you have visited a supply sized mall

I repeat my previous opinion: Not everything that glitters is gold. 1) More and more stores are looking for deals. 2) Spectacular cleanliness and neatness. 3) Karts to carry packages and one person went from 5 to 12 dollars per day. 3) There are stores that are used and sold MORE EXPENSIVE than on Amazon or in physical stores; especially the kiosks that are located in the center of the aisles. For example, an OTG Usb to C adapter for mobile sells it for $20 and at Brands Mart it costs $3. 4) Care: There are many perfumes with alcohol or other similar substance. Control containers well. 5) ALWAYS go to the original stores of the brands you are looking for. 6) Large multi-brand stores have really everything. 7) The food places are more expensive than outside; you have to look very well for what you want to eat. 8) Separate line for the restaurant that makes the cheesecakes: excellent. 9) There are 7 or 8 stores selling suitcases, but the best priced are in Samsonite and the huge store attached to Marshalls. 10) Cell phone accessories are expensive. 11) I didn’t easily find electric wheelchairs to get around. 12) If you go to Sawgrass Mills for only one day, you don’t buy a third of what you need. Two or three days should be allocated. 12) The Samsung store has mobile phones at the same price as Amazon and can be used in any country in the world because they come factory free. Amazon sells most mobile phones for AT&T, or for companies in the United States and therefore they are released by private technicians and not by factory, when they are not blocked equally. 13) When should I go? It’s better to go Tuesday to Friday because offers and discounts increase. Saturday and Sunday, they have a safe captive audience, there are fewer discounts and there is less stock for Monday. 14) To avoid having to eat lunch on site, most people attend after 2pm. Then it is best to attend at 10 in the morning. 15) Prepare to walk that the distances are enormous inside the grounds. 16) There is no Apple store. 17) The Polo Horse and Crocodile shops were expensive and with very few discounts. 18) Do not leave items in sight in the parking lots or keep the bags in the car as you shop because they may be watching you and stealing from you. Carry all purchases with you until the end. Some people buy a suitcase directly and put everything in there. Very few rent the kart or cart at the entrances or in the center. 19) Take care of your money and travel with general prior knowledge of the prices of what you are looking for or want.

Plenty stores and really good prices. Really large shopping mall with lots of different shops, Ranges from everyday stores to designer outlets, like new colonnade outdoor shopping area. Mall is very clean, plenty parking and nice places or fast food courts to eat at. Do recommend using printed guide as would be easy to get lost or confused as to where everything actually is.

we heard about Sawgrass Mills before coming to Ft. Lauderdale. We heard it was huge and it was designed to defeat even the accomplished shopper. We took the challenge and we lost severely. The sheer expanse of Sawgrass is incredible - this mall goes on forever.. . Of course its much like the others, but on this occasion, size will matter. We walked for hours, but we were happy, since there are some fantastic stores, like the Adidas Outlet. It was not fare from the hotel, but depending, I am going to suggest that you allocate 2 days to circumnavigate this mall.
Sincerely

This is a bit of a trek from Miami, but for me it was worth the drive. The place is massive, and we saw all the luxury brands we could imagine. There are great savings to be had for sure, but maybe it was because of the holidays(visited on december 26th) the place was absolutely packed to capacity. And because of the general Christmas sales going on in the city the mall did not quite leave me with the feeling of great deals that could not have been found elsewhere.

I recommend everyone to visit sawgrass mills if you are on Florida’s east coast. This outlet mall is huge with all stores available you can imagine. We found some bargain at century 21 and Levi’s ( 40 USD per jeans if you buy 3 or more)

I enjoyed being back at Sawgrass Mall. I went at 10:30am on a Monday and the mall was relatively empty. Def not what I’m used to. I was happy to shop without the hustle and bustle.
Various shopping options/stores and food courts.

Great place to shop! A lot of great deals. Specially at Marshalls
And Burllington. Try PF Changs cuisine for lunch

We went to
Sawgrass in the middle of the week when we thought there were less people .
We had lunch at home .
We stopped around 4 pm for coffee at “ Paul” , the coffees were too hot but the danishes were delicious.
We tended to walk outside a lot , masking in stores .
We had supper at Cheesecake Factory . My dish was delish : Skinny Lemon Garlic Shrimp. 5 shrimp.
My husband had skinny Chicken Pasta , where was the chicken ,? Only 3 tiny pieces in his bowl .
My iced green tea wasn’t good either .
No dessert .
We walked some more and took interesting pics of items in kiosks .

I got everything and lots more at this mall. Didn't enjoy food at the mall. There are many outlet stores and once you get the discount brochure at the international guest services centre, you can get so much off your bill.

Very large and clean mall with plenty of stores and food court. All stores you can think of and more. Perfect for everyone and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended a visit or two!

Unlike most malls which have had a large number of stores close as a result of Covid 19, Sawgrass Mills is fully occupied and fully open. Great shopping and plenty of food offerings in two food courts. This is a perfect place for air condition walking now that Florida summer heat has begun early this year. Free parking is unlimited and adjacent to entrances. A large outside mall with upscale designer offerings is connected.

Whether you're on your way to Miami or staying near by, this mall is a Must Visit for shopping lovers. One day won't cut it but if that's what you have, come early. Make sure you wear the right shoes for a long shop walk and of course loads of cash or credit cards. All set? Enjoy this wonderful mall.

We stayed close by for a cruise and decided to do some shopping. This outlet mall is HUGE. Parts are indoors and parts are outdoors. We scored some really good deals at Burberry, Ferragamo and Gucci. We gave up on Prada because the line was so long. All the high end shops have lines to get in so be sure to get there early. We also visited, North Face, Tommy Bahama, Vineyard. Vines and a bunch of stores for my wife like Johnny Was, Zimmerman and a couple others. Overall the prices were about 30-50% lower than their boutiques. However the mall layout is kind of wonky and not easy to navigate so take your time. We’ll definitely be back.

It’s a huge mall with lots of free parking. There needs to be more direction boards throughout the mall since it’s so big. Despite the mall being so big, we didn’t purchase anything which is very unlike us. The sales and quality/quantity of items were poor. There are lots of small kiosks who will try to hand out things to you as well.
Note that the luxury stores are outside the mall.
We also purchased a mini Dippin Dot and it was expensive for such a small amount.

Over the years I have visited many of the Mills malls around the country. Saw Grass is the largest one by far. The mall has a wide variety of mid and upscale fashion. The dining options are also wide ranging. We visited the mall during Easter weekend and found some bargains. Good choice for shoppers in search of a wide variety of shopping options.

This mall is really big and had every store I could imagine. I went just to kill time and realized I could kill time and needed more to check out all the stores. My only issue which wasn't an issue with the mall itself was sales tax on clothing. I believe it was 9% sales tax. In PA we don't have sales tax on clothing so that was a little bit of a shock. It didn't stop me from shopping and picking up a few items

I love to shop at Sawgrass it's got everything I need and more.
Designer low end you name it they Got it every time I come on holiday to the USA I'll make a point of shopping here I spent the whole day shopping having lunch shop till I drop. Xx

We have shopped at Sawgrass many times over the years always at the Colonade Shops. Sawgrass was offering a gift card if you spent over 150$. We spent in excess of the amount finaly went to the right customer service center to be told our purchases did not qualify as were do not live in Florida. The were happy to take our money even though we do not live in Florida. won't be going back!

A must visit. This mall is huge and filled with sales. For those who think they can shop till they drop... this is your opportunity. We were pleased with our visit and the deals we got.

I do not think I would visit during Covid while shops are limiting the number of folks entering. Gucci looked like a minimal three hour wait and Prada, where we were the fourth group in line, moved very slowly too and took like 35 minutes before we were allowed in. We had to take an UBER both ways from hotel on the beach and so we spent some $$$ getting to and from the mall, and then were only able to make it in a few stores during our time. They do have deals, but it's way too much waiting to be worth the bother. If you like shopping on Black Friday and fighting to shop, you may find this okay, but even the restaurants were slammed and there were tons of people waiting there as well. Not really interested in "fighting for the right to spend large sums of money" -- so we left.

I have been to Sawgrass Mills many times over the years and I still think it has the best choice of shops of all the outlet malls- from very very high end to very very high street.
It's worth signing up to their VIP club for even more savings.
There are outlet shops here that you would struggle to find in other malls especially along the Colonnades.
There is a fabulous new (since my last visit) Century 21, by the Rainforest Cafe, and looks are deceiving- you go inside and it's a regular store (that sells lovely designer items) but the back is like an aircraft hangar! You can spend hours just in here!
Special shout out for the lovely staff in Barneys New York who offered me water on a very hot day.
This year's fabulous bargain was a pair of Zadig and Voltaire boots at a fraction of the price they originally sold for.
Plenty of good places to eat or just have a coffee, lots to see and buy, Sawgrass Mills is truly retail heaven.

I’d give this place 5 stars if not for the insanely strong smell that was making me sick. I’m thinking it’s air freshener but whatever it is, it can’t be healthy for anyone. It is throughout the mall, in stores and walking in the halls. Not sure if I can do this again.

The biggest and best Shopping Mall in Florida...you will find everythig you need...100%...but plan a day to go through...

If you are going to venture out to Sawgrass Mills for a day of shopping, you’ll find something to buy, consume or do. It’s a massive expense of a mall, apparently the largest outlet mall in the US. There’s a number of food courts, restaurant options and snack stops along the way. There’s food for pretty much anyone’s budget. Choice, the key thing about Sawgrass is that you have choice to find something. Whether, it’s gaming or high end jewellery, sporting goods, candy shops, chocolates, a Super Target, you will locate something that you need. The one thing I noticed, especially sine it was around the holidays is that because of the number of booth retailers and a bit of a lack of seating, it can feel tight in the concourses while one is waiting for their spouse inside of a store. If you have to shop, then Sawgrass Mills is worth a look if you’re in the Broward County area!

Visited whilst in FL. Some great deals to be had. Make sure to spend the 10 dollars and purchase the coupon book. We saved well from using this. Great lunch facilities.

Great place for all kinds of Shopping... spend a lot and spend little. All the grifes you can imagine with variable discounts. Who wants to go Pro high end follow the COLONADES boards. Come early or it will be hard to get parking space. It opens at 10:00, restaurants 12:00, closes at 21:00. If you are with young children take the cart you have to rent inside the central shopping center. There is also one to load the Shopping. It was necessary and helped a lot.

Giant commercial complex! Shops of the most varied in a single place, but go with time to fundamental to be able to look with more tranquility. On search sites there is a link with a map of the place where you can put the starting point and get to the store you are looking for. Food square with few food options. Worth a visit!

An upscale outlet mall with a variety of quality stores that is clean and safe. Stopped after a cruise and enjoyed the same experience as we did 8 years ago. Well worth visiting!

Awesome outlets, great prices, wonderful staffs, good restaurants etc. lots of choices. Huge mall! Shop till you drop 😅. 2nd time coming here, can’t wait for the third time. I’ve recommended it already to my co-worker 😁.

I love Sawgrass Mills mall it has almost everything many stores with great deals in every store. Plan a visit for the whole day because you won't stop shopping. so many deals and great prices always. If I left the mall it was because I ran out of money otherwise i wouldn't have left haha.

The majority of the Sawgrass Mills outlet stores are ones you see everywhere (at least in major metropolitan areas) and I wouldn't bother going to them on vacation. But they do have one section, The Colonade, which has the very high end stores (Burberry, St. Johns, etc) - my wife found some great deals there and these are more unique stores that are in a limited number of cities.

I visited it twice as once was not enough. It has a very large collection of brand stores and outlets. However, each has fewer items in comparison to the Orlando outlet of the same brands. It is a very crowded mall. The map was not accurate and the WiFi wasn’t good.

I like going to Sawgrass Mills when in town but you should know this place is mentally busy and for that reason the prices are not the best outlet i have been to.
Parking is chaos, so i advise you use concierge parking at $13.
Also if you are spending quite a bit of money it might be worth investing in the VIP card at $10.
Ralph Lauren, Cosmetics Co, Nike, Adidas, Bed Bath are some of my favs here at Sawgrass.

Even an 82-year-old retiree can appreciate the extraordinary Barbie The Dreamhouse Experience at Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Florida. When it comes to shopping in Miami, one destination stands out above the rest. Sawgrass Mills, with 355 stores, 16 restaurants and 2.4-million square feet of space, is the largest outlet, retail and entertainment destination in the United States, a shopaholic's paradise that is bigger than the size of 41 football field. Built in 1990, it is located at 12801 West Sunrise Boulevard, 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale and 30 minutes from Miami and the Palm Beaches. Open from 10 to 9:30 Monday through Saturday and 11 to 8 on Sunday, Sawgrass Mills is the 11th largest shopping mall in the United States, the largest single-story outlet mall in the country, the largest shopping mall in Broward County, the second largest mall in Florida and the third largest shopping mall in the southeastern United States. No matter how you look at it, it's big. It features 10 anchor stores--Marshalls, Neiman Marcus, Primark, Target, Burlington Coat Factory, Nordstrom, Regal Cinemas, TJ Maxx, Q Store California and BrandsMart USA. And it includes such internationally known brand names as Adidas, Nike, Puma, Converse, Reebok, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Armani, Boss, Brooks Brothers, Balenciaga, Calvin Klein, Saint Laurent, Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, Prada, Gucci, Ferragamo, Zegna, Gap, Versace, Tory Burch, Diane Von Furstenberg, Dolce & Gabbana, Coach, Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, Polo Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Saks Fifth Avenue, Old Navy, Cole Haan, Carolina Herrera, Under Armour, Boss and Florsheim. But the most popular attraction of all is the Barbie The Dreamhouse Experience, an interactive installation, a show-stopper, Barbie's 10,000-square-foot life-size pink house. Interact and explore the different living areas of the house as you pretend to be Barbie. Yes, it's pricey. It costs $17.97 for adults and $15.85 for children 3 to 13. All for a 45-minute tour. But try to tell your grandchild that it isn't worth it. There are seven rooms--a foyer, a living room with a pink grand piano and super-sized soft sofas, a giant closet with shoes, dresses and costumes, two bedrooms, a kitchen and freezer and a bathroom. All covered in Barbie's signature pink. With lots of bling. There are many things to touch and play with, like the popcorn popper in the microwave, pink velvet cupcakes with white chocolate frosting on the touch screen counter, the stoves, a sleigh ride simulator, flowers that grow, video games on flat screens and a dog that comes out of his doghouse. After this experience, who needs to see the movie?

Sawgrass Mills is a giant outlet located in Sunrise, Florida, about 39 miles or 1h20min from Miami beach.
Especially I like it quite, it's the 2nd time I've been there. There are dozens of shops and we arrived around 16:00 and we stayed until closing. I suggest investing a whole day (or up to two) to see calmly. The parking lot was relatively empty and is free. The outlet was quite Brazilian, but not full of people.
Some interesting shops:
Samsonite - the prices of the bags compensate.
Bath & Body Works - great aromatic candles.
Lego - same products from Brazil, but for half the price.
Nike - Men's Tennis and Socks.
The North Face - Beautiful jackets with a price that is worth it.
Adidas - I didn't think the price compensated.
Tommy Hilfiger - cool polo shirts
Lacoste - great promotions for some colors of polo shirts.
Coach - beautiful women's bags.
For dinner there are also good options. We chose to go to the Rainforest Café, located in the West End pavilion. Tasty food and the animals making noises are an entertainment apart.
I recommend the visit! Corridors do not follow a logical order, so it is very easy to get lost.

You can really equip your whole family here for very reasonable
Prices. All you need is paciente and a credit card. Don’t go overboard. The price temptations are there. We jus stopped there and equipped ourselves for golfing, skiing and....working

We have been many times at Cheesecake factory but not this one. Service is awful. Our table was dirty. We had to call somebody to wipe it. The bread plates were dirty.. then, we had a 2 yrs old kid with us, the kid s meal came 20 min after ours. They give wrong answers about allergies that do not correspond with what is on their site. We love their avocado rolls but here they were soggy and not cridpy. The server brought us the bill while we were still eating. Don’t go there!!! You will regret every dollar spent!

We usually come to Saw-Grass twice a year. I came in May 2022, and they had better specials at high-end boutiques like; Prada Gucci and Fendi. This year it was regular prices. We stopped at Yves St Laurent, and I found they could have been more friendly. The best prices with good rebates were Boss and TJ Max.

Great Mall for shopping. Decent prices and many top stores. If you enjoy shopping the place to go in Fort Lauderdale. Large Car Parks long day if you want to see everything

We came to the mall looking for Target. We got inside and found a TJ Maxx and a few other big box stores we frequent. Never made it to Target.
The mall is situated inside and outside spaces with High End Stores as well as budget friendly. It has a little bit of everything. We tried to avoid some of the middle kiosk to get back to our car so we went outside thinking it was close and quicker, but boy were we wrong! We walked for several minutes, got too hot and found the nearest entrance back into the mall and ended up walking in circles both outside and inside before we Finally got back around. Very large and confusing.

This is the biggest shopping facility that I have ever been to. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that parking was a challenge, and I’m a senior so it was just turned out to be way too much walking for me. Otherwise, there is every scale of store that you might consider. One thing that I did appreciate was that there were plenty of sitting areas with comfortable chairs and sofas. In addition to shops, there were pleanty restaurants (all ranges), bars, night clubs, a movie theater, and more. Plan to spend the whole day (rather than a couple hours) and have a good time........that’s what I should have done.

We were in Miami and clearly our daughter "advised" us to go to this huge shopping center. You can find anything but it's anything but an outlet. The prices are also higher than our stores but you probably have more choice. We bought something but apart from the kilometric dimensions of the building we were not particularly enthusiastic. However, if you are in Miami, it's fine to take a quick trip.

I found a diamond bracelet today 12/21/2021 in front of Saint Lauren store
If you lost your diamond bracelet please give me a full description and I will send it back to you
My phone number is 419 324 5041

A wide range of shops, from economical to high end fashions. From Target to outlets, the shopping is very good and you can find something for everyone. There are household, restaurants and lifestyle.
It can get crowded so I recommend going in the mornings for shopping but go in the evenings for hang out, a meal or drinks. Love this place 👍

Huge outlet mall with lots of stores, some with multiple outlets. Prepare to do plenty walking, so make sure to have on comfortable footwear. If you're planning to do plenty of shopping it's a good idea to walk with a suitcase to put shopping bags into. Numerous eating outlets to choose from, too. Overall, it was a good experience.

Sawgrass Mills is located west of Fort Lauderdale, just off the Everglades. The outlet offers shops of all well-known brands and is definitely worth a visit if you are there in the area.
We went there with little expectation and found what we were looking for in many brands with great dresses. Prices were, typically outlet, very attractive.

The usual succession of stores, many luxury brands and good deals available if you are willing to browse. Many customers still turning up with suitcases on wheels to put away their purchases. In 2024, I would expect good free wi-fi, we kept loosing reception. I recommend wearing good walking shoes and pacing yourself for it can be a long day. We went during a no tax event which made the visit worthwhile.

This mall is very busy and very crowded. We went during a no tax event and I don’t think I would do it again. There were line ups to get into stores and everything was picked over.

This is one huge outlet mall. Every shop (clothing) you could want. Everyone found something they liked and we ended it with a meal at The Cheesecake Factory. It was busy, busy, busy but not so you couldn't move around freely. Ample free parking.

If you are looking for higher quality merchandise from Sak's, Neiman Marcus, Brooks Brothers, Bloomingdales, don't bother to waste your time. Not that the low end stores have cheap prices and you better read the discount signs closely before going into a store.
They do not have any higher quality and better brands, and only sell what you would find in Ross or Marshalls.
The only store with any quality merchandise was Tommy Bahama and they have a very small store and a limited supply, but did have items worth purchasing and did spend a lot of money. I did not make another purchase although we went through all of the high end stores.
I have made my last visit to Sawgrass. It is more Flea Market than Name Brand Outlet, as they don't have any better merchandise. I looked in every store I normally have shopped in priorly and looked a most of the racks.
As an example. Neiman Marcus, had one only better quality sport shirt in the entire department. There was less than 10 people is a very big store. You just can't sell from an empty shelf.
We went into Off Fifth and they too did not have one quality item in the Men's Department. They had merchandise, but not what they sell in a Saks store. A tragic joke.
When they opened we spent over $30,000 a year in that the previous location for the store, for our clothing and they had wonderful high quality merchandise. That was over 30 years ago, and was a lot more money than today's dollar, but they stopped selling what is in the regular stores. So we stopped shopping in this store.
This time we used it as an exit from the Mall.
Sad

Great place for shopping! Better stay a whole day, or book a part of the day to stroll around! Free parking and very large! Lots of places to eat!

Great place for shopping!
It has a large parking space and is in a beautiful area.
The place is huge and has all the shops you can imagine.
The prices are quite good and it is worth preparing to spend a whole day shopping.
They have carts to rent for the children who help too much on the journey!

Huge mall! There was all types of stores. You will not be disappointed. We got a bite at the Cinnamon Bun store inside they were very nice. Love mall!

Very busy outlet center. About what you would expect from your typical outlet but with way more stores. Some of the stores are inside and some are outside, which I thought was pretty cool. There are a variety of food choices to choose from as well as snacks.

When we were in the area, we made a trip to this outlet. The outlet is huge. I would recommend looking at what stores you may want to visit before arriving. They have several restaurants and there is also a Target Store located there as well. This was very convenient because we wanted to pick up some additional toilettes and snacks prior to boarding our cruise ship. This is the first time I have been to an outlet that has all my favorite stores. Worth the trip and plan to spend a full day.

We came here for shopping on a week day parked by the restaurants in sight of people. We went shopping all day and came back and the car had been broken into and a bag under the seat had been taken. They were an organised gang and they used coke to pour on the window first to prevent it shattering. The police and car rental said Sawgrass is really bad for gangs searching for hire cars in the car parks. The car park seems to have no security cameras so nothing can be done due to the neglect of no cameras. Would never ever go back and see wouldn't recommend.

Ultimate shopping experience-plan to spend an entire day at the Sawgrass Mall. Enjoy lunch at Rainforest Cafe. Dinner at Grand Lux. Parking can be challenging so valet parking is best. There are several entrances so it’s a good idea to download the mall directory to choose one’s optimum entrance.

Really a very large mall and many shoppers even mid day on a Friday. Variety of stores and restaurants, shops, even massage area outdoors. The largest Marshalls I have ever been into… great variety and good prices. Figure its worth a 90 minute road trip from Naples to shop there. Will be back!

I was so Excited to visit this mall always heard about it and saw pictures but never went for myself but I had the opportunity to go this August 2019 while on Vacation it was the best shopping experience ever ! Lots of stores Friendly workers and Great Prices and Deals!! Will definitely go back

Mall is huge and offers everything you could be looking for including some nicer sit down restaurants. We had a very hard time navigating and maps were even hard to find. Take a photo of a map when you see one and refer to your picture.

Huge mall. Good parking. Decent amenities. It had what we needed. Mostly inside with air con, some walking outside. So large I used google maps to navigate.

Huge outlet mall. Hundreds of fashion shops, from Prada, Gucci to Rue 21.
Variety of eating establishments to choose from.
Lots of walking, great way to get your exercise.
You need several hours to get through the entire mall, without even going into each store.
Definately a must see.

Huge shopping mall, mostly indoors with air conditioning and shelter from sun and rain. Resting benches, ample restrooms, free parking. Nice food court, snacks and icecream carts down every lane. Be prepared to walk as you can easily spend many hours here. Bring your own small bag on wheels as a shopping cart can set you back $8, On the plus side there is a seat to sit on the cart. You can customize print or embroider a garment here.

I just love this mall! The warehouses had good sales on outlet prices, other stores not so much. Great facilities

Sawgrass mills absolutely amazing. I got so many bargains. Tommy Hilfiger has additional discounts if you signed you by email an extra 30% off. I spotted this on entering the shop and availed of the discounts at the till.
Same with any shop offering a discount just connect to the WiFi and google the shop name discounts and you will get lots.
Also they have the biggest Target for all your Reece’s pieces, whoppers, Nerds etc stuff we can’t get back home in Ireland . All for $1 amazing value. Cant wait to return here.

Massive mall, could not get over the size of it, loads of parking, very clean toilets, visited whilst on holiday.

You must see “The Sawgrass” to believe it. It’s HUGE. Unique restaurants, multiple major brand outlet stores, Super Target, Meg (31 screens) IMAX theatre and the BB&T mega concert and sports complex across the street.
This place is so huge, sections are laid out and numbered with “road maps” outside.
Plan to send the day and take your most comfortable walking shoes. You can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner here.

Great discounted prices for brands. Gucci , Hugo Boss, Polo Ralph Lauren etc. You can shop and eat, guaranteed good experience, great finds. It's hot and you walk outside quite a bit so be prepared.

Lots of stores in the mall with great deals. Not far from Fort Lauderdale on major highways to get there

This mall was nothing other than great! Pretty huge so I would suggest using maps which are made available at various points.
Great food options and great shopping! I will be back

Sawgrass Mills is a very large one story mall with stores for everyone. There are restaurants, a food court, and many outlet stores, as well as a movie theater. There is plenty of parking. Inside, the mall is divided into different avenues. Serious shoppers may easily spend an entire day there. Sawgrass Mills is a great place to spend a rainy or cold day when in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Well organized outlet nice people and services nike ralph laurel Victoria secret beautiful mute duck

This mall has everything possible that you would need to buy. From designers to discount retailers. We easily spent 4 hours here and didn't even hit each section.
Alot of the designer stores were outdoor. And there are sections of indoor stores. Plenty of food options that are not just the food court but chain restaurants.
It was definitely busy on Saturday but it was worth the trip!

This is a fantastic mall with so many shops and restaurants! It’s huge….really big…Not sure if all the shops are really outlets, but there are some really good deals here.

Mall is too big to complete everything in one go...We will even get lost in between. I had to use google maps sometimes to find shops ..
Things I Liked: Full Indoor.. Had a infant with us. Was raining when we were there.
Being indoor was nice.
Lots of shops .. looks like they have all premium brands.
Food courts are nice .. Lots of options for all budgets
Didn't Like -- Limited number of family rest rooms. All of them not working !!!
Felt the sales guys not friendly ... May be am coming from a state
where people are more friendly .. :)
Doesn't have an area for kids to play and enjoy.

some parts of it are really traumacore haha (80s like), but the stores are good; some are outlets or factory stores, others are regular stores, but most of them are interesting. the exterior parts are far prettier than the inside ones. other than that it has a lot of signs and maps to help you find your way, many people speak spanish and are helpful and it has plenty of restrooms and parking lot areas. the only thing i dislike is that there are a lot of retail kiosks which makes it look bad and become loud.
oh, also… they should add a storage room to the mall. i saw plenty of people carrying luggage with them so I’m sure it is necessary. we had suitcases with us too because we were only passing by before our flight and having a place for them would have been greatly appreciated.

Good location for shopping. Reserve a day!! and wear comfortable shoes. Look for the deals, as well.

I preferred the shopping experience at Dolphin Mall.
Sawgrass is a bigger venue but perhaps too big ?

Tons of different stores...something for everyone! They even have a designer area with high ends like Tory Burch, Armani, and Hugo Boss. This shopping center covers a lot of ground, so wear comfortable shoes and map out your must see stores. You will get overwhelmed if you just come to browse.
Some stores had great sales...additional % off of prices, and some not so much. It seems like the whole center is a mixture of regular stores and outlets so do your homework before you arrive. Lots of different restaurants to grab a bite and stop to rest. You can literally spend all day here.

Massive outlet mall with all the main brands, luxury brands and lots of other shops, restaurants and cinema. Parking can be a pain on busy weekends so be patient with that.

Couldn't believe that this mall has these kind machines and customer service. Was just 2.50 USD but all indicates that is is systematic stealing! I asked like the security, everyone working close by and everyone like oh this happens all the time! Asked customer service they say we don't have nothing to do with those machines, I asked but you have them inside the mall should you at least have some responsibility by them stealing the clients money she just turned around, also gave me a totally wrong number to call! Simply they are stealing your money! With a low level of a mall and their customer service to steal like that ( it adds up by millions of visitors) huge fraude!

This outlet is huge with many shops and great prices and offers, take your time to leave early because if it is very big, very safe and very clean

Great deals to be had boxing week. Not busy in morning. Gets busy, but still manageable. Stayed at Doubletree by Hilton which is across the street.

My favorite part of our entire Florida stay was hanging with Joe, who worked at the restaurant and bar. He remembered every one of our names throughout the week, was kind, present, and made our experience that much better. It’s the people like Joe that make us come back. Thank you Joe!!!
,

Huge shopping mall, lots of shops but to be honest I didn’t think the offers was great. Going to a place like that I would expect to have lots of good offers, but I didn’t think there was many. Was hoping to buy a lot more than I did. Is quite far out from Miami centre, so make sure to have more than half day. I personally won’t be going back there if back in Miami.

Sawgrass Mills is one of nicest malls in Florida and there are stores for various budgets, from Versace to Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It takes a while to navigate your way through the entire mall, but the experience is worth it. There are times when one can get the feeling they are in a museum. There are many different restaurants to try (with various types of cuisine) and it is definitely a place to bring the entire family.

A delightful place, even with the dollar soaring, it remains advantageous for Brazilians.
Wear comfortable shoes and bring a suitcase to help you carry your purchases. You can spend all day, and you're sure to find your favorite brands.
Some stores do not offer discounts, only when purchasing the 2nd piece, others provide great promotions, what matters is knowing what is worth it and what your objective is.
There is a food court and Cheesecake Factory to complete your meal with that dessert.
Most of the mall is closed, but there is an open area where you can find designer stores with excellent prices as well.

Fantastic food, marvelous environment, front to the river. Excellent service, Don’t miss it! A new area in Miami in an open mall with a Marina and restaurants

Whatever it is that you are looking for, it can be found at one of the many stores at this mall. Spend the there; walk, eat, shop or even watch a movie.

I am trying to provide my review on the regal cinema, tried to put in the address but this is the closest i get. My husband and i went to this cinema quite a number of times as this is the closest we have for us to watch Hindi/ Bollywood movies ( wish we had seen what we've seen a lot sooner). Some other places might not have the movie nor they have subtitles provided. So last weekend on the of 12th of October 2019, we went to this cinema to watch the sky is pink at 1540 hrs movie. We bought our reserved seat tickets and headed in, by the time we got in it was already dark and we don't normally use our phone lights to look for our seats however this time we had to and also some kind of instinct kicked in to use the lights. We were disgusted, appalled and nauseous upon looking at the seats. It was filthy, full of stains from cheese and other stuff . We had to change our seats just to get away from the seats that we reserved. We found 2 seats which was pretty okay but throughout the entire movie I was not feeling good. I felt so disgusted with the cinema's seats that i felt like leaving but the movie was just too good for that. I sat for the entire 2 hours ish and once it was over, We left immediately. I told my husband we are not gonna return to this cinema ever again. I don't understand why is the seats not clean? They are making money from us patrons but yet the cleanliness doesn't seem to be their top priority at all. I have pictures and you can see for yourself what I mean. I am surprised that people still sits at those seats without feeling disgusted. Good luck Regal cinema.

Very good place to shooping!!! They have made the sawgrass mall very nice. The renovations have been very nice. Very nice decorated and with many services.

Love this place! A bunch of options to family shopping!
Good deals...Busy but worh it.
Recommend! =}

Ultimate shopping experience-plan to spend an entire day at the Sawgrass. Many stores, restaurants

Mills is a great malls with a large selection of clothing stores. It always amazes us how much bigger some places are compared to our hometown.

Although the mall is huge and it can get very crowded, it continues being a great option to find very good shopping and dining options for almost everything. Just need to get there early to avoid the crowds!

The best shopping and outlet where you can find both first brands and offers, an excellent place to always return. Of my favorite shopping, everything is great there, I love it! I want to come back soon, it has very good prices and brands

It is so big that you can't walk through it in one day. Cheap prices for us, the best brands are there, far from downtown Miami, but it's worth it

My wife and I went shopping at the Sawgrass outlet mall on 21st of September 2019.
We left at 04:30pm having spent a considerable amount of money and feeling very satisfied with our shopping spree.
We decided to head to the nearby Red Lobster restaurant, located at 803 university Drive, Plantation, before heading back to the hotel.
On leaving the restaurant, a police officer was looking around our car, which has been broken into.
His first question was “did you come straight from Sawgrass ?” He explained that we were probably followed by the thieves to the restaurant’s car park. They broke the rear window of the SUV and stole all our shoppings.
We went to Fort Lauderdale airport to replace the rented car from the car dealer. To our surprise another car with a broken window was ahead of us. Common denominator? They were also shopping at Sawgrass.
We talked to some locals and none were surprised, with some saying our case was very common and the police characterized it as an “epidemic in the area”.
I was hopping the Red Lobster restaurant and the other restaurants in the area would have CCTV cameras, but they don’t. The Red Lobster manager gave me some unconvincing excuses as to why they don’t have surveillance. One of them being “This is a safe area” I failed to convince her that CCTV is a deterrent and is very helpful to the police investigation.
I hope the situation is not going to be allowed to escalate similar to what happens in Miami, a few years back when a couple of thieves kept carjacking tourists in the MIA area. Back then the situation escalated to the point where Miami hotel occupancy dropped by 40%.
My advice to anyone shopping at Sawgrass, drop your shopping bags home/hotel before going to either a restaurant or any other point where the car will be left unattended.
It would be a shame, if a few thieves would cause a negative impression of the real beautiful area, where a huge amount has been invested in the infrastructure of Plantation.
It is up to the local authorities to take actions and ensure the safety & security of the people who are visiting the area and contributing to the local businesses.

Very busy mall and huge. Most importantly has all the stores you would need from top brands to affordable brands

This mall may have everything but there is 0 security - and crazy drivers who park every where. Rude sales people and again safety is an issue for sure.

The place is huge, well sign posted and has some amazing deals. Food I’d typically American fast outlets. A shoppers paradise and really helpful staff.

Disappointing trip to SM, there were very few deals, and the mall was very crowded, we have been to mant nicer Malls in Florida, we wont be returning.

We went twice and didn't make a dent in all the stores we could have visited. Mainly, I wanted to go to the Disney Character Warehouse, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx. The selection was good within those stores. Bought a few things and had a good time shopping. Most of the shops are indoors, but there are some outdoors, too.

Completely shopping, very large and worth seeing by the variety of shops. It takes a day or more to shop calmly. If it's just to meet one day is enough. Be prepared to walk a lot.

The mall has most of your top designers. Prada, Burberry, Coach, Kate Spade, Tommy Bahama, Saks of Fifth Avenue and so much more. There is something for everyone. Guest Services has the scoop on what on sale, so be sure to stop by so you can maximize your time there. You can't see it all in one day. It's too big!

An ideal place for shopping. Excellent offers.
It is advisable to use the discount coupon and the maps that have discounts as well.

If you are in the Miami area worth visiting. Be prepare to walk as it's a massive out let mall. Very good for bargains and expensive label brands

I think despite being very large and having many places, the mall lacks a dynamism, it is messy, not even organized the food court

If you come to Miami you must see this mall. You can shop for everything, clothes, gifts, shoes, children needs etc. And also when you tired shopping you can sit, eat and drink.

This place has everything, good shops, nice food court, ample parking. We went the Sunday before Christmas, big mistake, the car park was so full. Took us 1/2 to find a spot. But goos shopping mall.

We had some time to kill before our flight back to the UK, so we thought we would give this mall a try. The shops are great and there are many excellent dining options. Hope this is helpful.

A nice shopping malls with all kinds of shops and food. But if you come there the first time it is so huge. Difficult to find your way.
Perhaps some info stands for information and help.
But we come back!

I had to wait 45 minutes in line just to pay for a pair of sneakers. Meanwhile, several employees were chatting among themselves instead of attending to customers. One staff member (with short, dyed blonde hair) was even making personal purchases, further delaying the process.
When I politely asked why the checkout was so slow, I was met with dismissive behavior and what felt like mockery. Only after I spoke up did they start moving faster. An employee even told me this happens frequently and suggested I file a complaint—so here I am.
Nike, you need to fix this. Customer service like this damages your reputation.

i love this mall its so massive but filled with all the best shops and restaurants.
from marshalls to rainforest cafe to nike outlet to burlington to bed bath and beyond this has to be the best mall i walked all day and i still didnt go into all the shops. it has different areas marked in numbers so you wont get lost. come down and enjoy this mall i totally love it. and i would come back again and again.

It was very busy and I had to wait like an hour in line at forever 21...
U need a lot of time here and wear good shoes!
Overall it had all the stores a person needs but it’s so busy

BIG FULL OF OUTLETS NO SEASONAL CLOTHES MORE DEALS THAN ANYTHING ELSE AWAY BUT IF YOU'RE NOT LOOKING FOR ULTIMA FASHION IT'S WORTH IT

Huge mall with tons of designer brand outlet stores. Most stores have -30-70% discounts. Very clean too. Bathrooms were dirty however, and there are very limited number of those. Parking available, but prepare to walk.

Huge and getting larger and larger. While they tout themselves as an outlet mall they really are not. Most merchandise is full price or made especially for the store. Some stuff like most of the off brand luggage is pure junk. Some stores like American Eagle are true bargains. Bought several shirts for $9 which I had seen for about $48 in their regular store. Anyway, lots and lots of shops to browse, probably more than any other place in Florida. Usually very crowded especially weekends and holidays. Many many foreign visitors and tourists. Quite a few decent restaurants. Thousands of parking places but best place to park is in one of the garages. Wear comfortable shoes.... you will do a lot of walking. This is not a mall for a quick visit.

We visited Sawgrass Mills while we were on vacation in the area. It featured all kinds of stores, many of which I had never heard of or seen anywhere else. I really enjoyed it but it was almost overwhelming. Don't visit this shopping center for the first time unless you can spend all day there. It is large enough that it will take several hours to see even part of it.
There were some really great deals at the outlet stores on Columbia shirts and a variety of other brand names that we like. The only down side was parking--it took us almost a half hour to find a parking place!

There are over 300 shops and restaurants. Some shops are 100% outlet. Vera Bradley was offering 70% off on everything when we were there. Other stores seemed to be only partly outlet. A cinema is also available. We saw "Just Mercy" which had just opened. We ate at California Pizza Kitchen.

Great for shopping, several stores for all audiences and budgets! Take it easy, have lunch, have a drink and have dinner before leaving!

Sawgrass Mills is always one of my favorite places to go shopping. The mall is huge so there's so many stores to stop by and buy some clothes. Also, all the small stands located all around the store are so interesting and always catch my eye, especially the ones with delicious food. Not only is there tons of shops located in the mall, there is a Target attached to the side of it! Then, once you finish all your shopping and get hungry, there is a food court filled with lots of options to choose from. Definitely stop by this mall when you get the chance!

This was a great mall. It’s huge and has everything from Target to Gucci. There is also a TJ Maxx and Marshall’s there that have a HUGE selection of luggage.... I assume for people like me who are traveling, buy too much stuff, and have to get it home. Parking can be challenging though... even mid-day during the week.

This is a very large outlet mall with many good stores. Prices are fairly good and it is laid out well with good signs and maps and even people to help you if you get lost. It is undergoing some renovation, but is still a good place to shop.
I had an issue with the Bath & Body Works store; apparently, they don't like you just looking around. I went in just to see what was new as I love the products. At least 3 sales people came to me asking questions like when was the last time I was in the store, what did I want. I told each I just wanted to walk around; one followed me pointing out things. I left with no purchases.
Do stop at the two food courts and the outside shops and restaurants. We usually have dinner there before events at the BB&T Center right next door and in walking distance. Good location and overall great place to go.

The mall is very huge and I have never been able to cover the entire mall. My advice is to reach the mall as soon as the doors open and stay the entire day. It will be worth it. You will have plenty food options here as well.

Huge mall. Impossible to visit in one day. The best brands in the world are there. There are a lot of stores. A lot. In 3 days I couldn't explore everything.

We went to SAW GRASS MILLS FOR some good shopping n were hungry at around 3 pm so we just saw this restaurant n thought let’s check it ...
We were welcomed by ORNELLA AT THE RECEPTION n were given a good table with a good view...
The server was FERNANDO.... SINCE I AM a vegetarian he helped us deciding from the options ... The food didn’t take too long n the service was pretty fast...
When the food came n one bite n I was WOW TASTY FOOD... The food is out of the world n the staff is great...
The ambiance is good too...... would love to go again...

I was able to find everything and more, I found a good DVD player at Brandsmart, purses at Coach Out.

Best mall around. Bose store rocks- too bad it is going to close along with all the other Bose stores. This Bed Bath and Beyond has a multitude of Florida specific items. we were able to buy.cloth placemats for only $1. they are restocked and have all your travel needs. This mall floor is still under construction but still the best around by far

It was great shopping experience in sawgrass mill outlet mall. However the experience in samsonite showroom was terrible. The salesman there was so rude and did tell us outright to purchase the box and leave otherwise just go. He was a horrible salesman and made us feel that brown skinned people are not welcome there.
We bought a suitcase since it was a necessity. Otherwise we would have just walked off.

While on vacation, a friend took me to this mall. Extremely crowded on a Sunday afternoon. I didn't see a lot of bargains that you couldn't get elsewhere so I didn't see the outlet value. Hugh Burlington store. Saw Timberland, Bath & Body, Bed Bath Beyond, Cole Haan, Victoria Secret and several others. Because there are a lot international guest-there is a money exchange.

This shopping center has both outdoor outlet shops and indoor retail shops, as well as multiple dining options and a movie theater. There are several parking options: lots, garages, and even a valet service. If you love to shop, you should plan to spend a whole day here. Even if you only have a few hours to spend, it's worth going.

Ok mall, not superbig, like Orlando, but lots of shops still. At this time there wasn´t too many deals, so not too much shopping got done. I´m not a huge fan of indoor malls, and it got a bit chilly. Good food courts and parking was good too.

This is the go to shopping destination for everything from children’s clothing to the finest designer clothing and handbags you could want! Wander around and browse the endless possibilities with restaurants and movies to add to the fun!

This is a WARNING! My husband and I always shopped here when we visited Boca and loved it. The mall is enormous and always very crowded. Yesterday however really was eye opening to us! As my husband was walking around, 3 men knocked into him and somehow managed to pick his pockets and stole our Lexus keys! He had just put my bags in the car and walked back into the mall. A few minutes after this incident he noticed his keys were not in his pocket, but could not find the culprits. My husband found security people and went to report this but nothing was done. They told him that this is done constantly there. I luckily had a spare key and immediately went to the car before they were able to steal the car with all of our purchases. This incident unfortunately ruined our shopping day and our entire little 3 day vacation! We will never feel safe there again! This sadly is what our country has come to! We are just like a third world country now!😢

One of my favorite malls,. as it has all the stores I need. Sometimes too crowded, but I change the time visiting and it is great. There are also good options for dining, so it is a complete day experience :)
Worth a visit, limited bargains
Enormous “outlet” Mall with loads of small, medium and large shops. Definitely dropping standards with stores that should have been there now gone. We found that named makes were dearer than if you went to Macys or stores non Outlet.
Still worth a visit though.
