What a disappointment.
We have visited theme parks in Anaheim, and all theme parks in Orlando, SeaWorld was the last on the list and i wish it wasn't.
Firstly, no cash accepted to park your car, the most expensive parking out of all the parks locally $40 - they don't even offer anything special for the $40 like the other theme parks do to assist getting to the front gate.
We didnt see any characters out for the kids, toilets were disgusting, lack of maintenance every where we looked.
We went on the Journey to Atlantis ride, when we got to the front of the line, there was no staff managing the line the guests were organising the line themselves - i feel sorry for anyone who bought a lighting lane pass.
This ride needs to be closed - we were generally worried for our safety.
Rude staff, it looks like they don't enjoy working at SeaWorld - there is no leadership in the park and operates by itself.
This is the first and last time we will visit SeaWorld Orlando. Don't waste your money.

I waited so long to come to this park but it was a disappointment, taking the animals that are wonderful of the rest totally to desire.
Theoretically the park closes at 19h but the Russian mountains stopped every 16h for "bad weather", at no time it rained, it was a bit covered but soon opened the time but the Russian mountains did not.
At 18:13 I went into a restaurant to eat since I closed the ticket with food and the employee did not leave saying q was closed, detail the park closes at 19h.
And to close with a golden key we came to watch the Orca show that is scheduled for 18:30, it is almost 19h and they did not start justifying bad weather. They said the show was cancelled and when everyone was leaving came an employee saying that the time had opened and that they were going to have the show. They did 5 minutes of show and it was over.
I'm very afraid of how they treat these animals, if they don't have consideration with people Tb don't have with the animals they say "care"
We need to do something to end this.

This was the first time I'd been to SeaWorld in almost 20 years. I was looking forward to it. Here's how things went.
Let's start with the positives.
The Manta was a fantastic ride! Fast, and with plenty of twists and turns.
The exhibit designs for the penguins and sea lions are very good, and the mime who entertained us before the sea lion show was quite funny.
Feeding the sea lions at Pacific Point was a massive plus.
The dolphin show was okay and was easily the best show of the ones we saw.
The number of signs we saw by the tanks with sharks, rays, and fish is a positive and adds to the educational aspect of the park if anyone wants to know a bit more.
Now let's get to where improvement is needed. Because people need to get their money's worth out of any visit.
First and foremost, tell your staff to show enthusiasm and make sure they're being more helpful. The interpreter by the Manatee and Turtle Rescue was good, but the one by the Dolphin Nursery sounded like she didn't want to be there. The parking attendant revealed we were misled about the possibility of free parking after purchasing a multi-day park ticket and suggested we go to Guest Services. We didn't see guest services until we were in the park and had paid the parking fee anyway. Because of that we were charged for something we didn't expect to be.
Then there's the animal shows. Orca Encounter emphasizes an explicit conservation message at the expense of entertainment, which made it uninspiring. Then there's the Sea Lion show which was overly campy and boring. SeaWorld, don't be afraid to entertain people with animals. There's nothing wrong with it, despite what activists say. Don't just tell us these are intelligent and amazing animals. Show us! We all want to see it! I work at a zoo, and I will tell you most people go to zoos and marine parks looking for entertainment and fun, and not education.
Lastly, and I won't sugarcoat this, CUT YOUR PRICES! Stop with the surcharge and roll back your ticket prices. These numbers make Disney look like a discount. I would even suggest offering free refills on water throughout the day. My recommendation to anyone visiting is if you're looking for something to eat find what you think will be the most filling and split it between the people in your party. Then if there's something you find you can do at no cost, go ahead and do it so you get more of your money's worth out of your day.
If SeaWorld makes these changes, I think there's a serious amount of potential to be realized not just for the park but for conservation efforts for years to come. Please make the effort to inspire and motivate people as well as make sure they have a joyful day at one of the most famous parks in Orlando.

Quite disappointed with my visit. Parking is more expensive than Disney or Universal. Although some of the rides are good, the ridiculous queue's spoil the fun for everyone. Most of our day was spent in queue's, some up to 2 hours long even thought the app was showing a 25 minute wait! A lot of the rides require belongings to be left in a locker, and of course these lockers have to be paid for at a cost of $5 each ride! Dine all Day is definitely not worth buying. Spending most of our day in ride queue's, we only managed to have 1 slice of pizza and 1 drink all day. Thought we would get something else to eat before leaving the park, but not a chance. Even though the park closed at 6, a lot of the rides and food stall started to close at 4:30 - 5:00. We spent the last hour of our day trekking round the park looking for anywhere to use our so called "Dine all Day" card, only to be told the only place still open had ran out of food. Guest relations were not particularly interested, and merely gave us an email address to contact.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the VIP tour. Sandi and another guide made the day incredible. We had so many opportunities to be up close and personal with all the different animals! I would highly recommend getting the walrus encounter because Slow Poke was the best!!! Lunch with the sharks was also included!
I will mention that my only negative was the booking process. I noted the price had dropped so the representative told me I had to cancel original booking and rebook to get the savings but failed to mention I would be charged another $99 service fee and the original $99 fee would not be refunded which meant that all my savings was lost to the double charge of fees. When I addressed it with her, she just said "Oh yeah, sorry." and when I sent an email to SeaWorld asking for clarification by management, they just wished me a good day in the park. That was disappointing considering we had just spent over $1600 for 3 people but I wouldn't let it stop you from enjoying this amazing tour, just be very aware and cautious as you book.

Horrible parking situation. Going in and coming out. No parking attendants to direct traffic. Overpriced food. Not enough activities for the number of people they allow in each day. Not all activities in the children's area were open for the kids to ride on. Long, long, long waits for everything. One ride was 160 minutes without fast pass. Fast pass was 35 minutes. Agree with the review that said don't go. Overheard many adults say they could wait to leave.

Fabulous place, well organized, great shows and attractions. We saw the dolphin show and the orca show, all of us loved it.
Queues moved quickly to enter the park, so much to see.
Visitors were treated with respect, I really admired their highlighting of serving and veteran military members, both of US and allied forces.
SeaWorld was the top place of our Florida visit, I'd highly recommend it.

Renewed our annual passes recently and I am second guessing this decision. I had terrible customer service while visiting today to celebrate our daughter’s 15th birthday. It all began while at the kiosk, she brought a friend with her so we went to claim a guest pass. At this time it gave me the opportunity to purchase a refillable cup for a year. I read the information closely and decided it was a good deal. When we entered the park, I hung onto the soda voucher. While the teens went on some rides I visited some feeding stations and animals exhibits. Around 2:30 I was getting thirsty so I decided to redeem my voucher, near the dolphin area, I was told that redemption could only be done on the other side of the park at the gift shop at exhibition Odyssey. So I walked to the other side of the park, to be told that I actually need to go to the coffee shop. So I walked back to the coffee shop, they have no idea and suggested I go the shop out by the entrance. So there I go , now feeling frustrated! He reads it and tells me to go to the tent over by seafire grill , where the all day dining is. So I head there, they tell me inside any restaurant just show my id. So naturally I go inside seafire grill. They tell me they have never seen this and can’t help me. I have walked over a mile back and forth. I then head straight to guest services. The female attendant was loud and very verbally yelling at me. Naturally I met her energy and asked for a manager. Where she make multiple attempts to explain to me that my pass isn’t valid until the date on my voucher which clearly reads valid through 1/5/2027. No place on the voucher does it read “not valid until “. Remember this was presented to me on the kiosk. After asking for a manager 3 times. She walks away. The “Manager“ proceeds to tell me it has something to do with 12 days of Christmas, and it’s not available to use until January 2026. He says hen tells me it’s not his problem that I didn’t read the pass holder benefits. It’s not his problem I “don’t read”! I have no words. I simply requested a refund, I thought what I purchased could be used the day I bought it. No where in the kiosk or voucher did it indicate it was for a future date! I was refused a refund, and gave Ben a soda voucher. I was spoken down to! Then when entering a show to use reserved seating, I was told that we could use the reserved seating but our guest needs to sit elsewhere. Our benefits don’t transfer. I am absolutely appalled!! I used my guest pass which is a benefit for pass holders, but they can not use the benefit of sitting with us. I love the animals and trainers, shows even. But customer service sucks!!! Think twice before purchasing. I wasted money and time! So disappointed!!!

Shows are amazing, but fill fast so plan being there at least 15 minutes early.
Two water rides were closed all day.
Hot dog stand took an hour to deal with a moderate queue. All other food stands seemed to sort you out much better quicker, which I wish I’d known beforehand.
Refillable drinks are cheapest when you get inside ($20 or $16 each for 3), and the refill stations aren’t that obvious. Just look for Coca-Cola signs.
Ride queue signage not accurate. Penguin ride queue also took forever - and the penguin experience is after the ride… would have made more sense to be before for those queueing.
Anyway, all in all it was a good experience. Just a few things that would have been a bit better if the owners put a bit more thought and care into the attraction.

With much anticipation, my wife and three children booked a two-day visit to Sea World theme parks. Today, Friday, April 11, 2025 - we visited Sea World. Several rides were not functioning, including Mako, Atlantis and it seemed like several general exhibits were undermanned or suffered from a tired malaise that seemed to cover the park. The attractions seemed dated, stale and a bit patronizing in a rapidly modernizing world. The kicker for us was that they did not inform anyone ahead of time and closed half the park for a private event at 6pm - the half of the park with most of the good roller coasters. This time are the golden hours where you can ride without having to wait for 45 minutes to 75 minutes for a 75 second ride. The food was extortionate, with little value, both monetarily and nutritionally (I gather this theme purveys all local parks.)
Overtures to Guest Services for a refund fell on deaf ears. First they offered me a re-entry in 7 days. I was able to negotiate a year and asked that they comp me something and we will maybe come back. This was met with a firm - impossible. They take your money with an array of kiosks and online portals, but refunding a shoddy and shady product is anathema to them is seems.
There were some moments of levity, the penguins, rays and sharks were marvelous - but the orca's were just a sad scene.
We have prepaid for a pass to another park in their family tomorrow and are thinking of pulling the plug.
My recommendation - there are numerous competitors in the area, put your hard earned dollars elsewhere. This park's better days are in the past.

What can I say
Not my first time here and yet it always seems to amaze me
Was here in November the Christmas spirit was fantastic
the ice show the dancing fountain the lights and fireworks were amazing
The staff here are much much friendlier than the sister park Busch gardens
The park elves are very good with the kids
The kids loved them great touch
The animals looked amazing
Enclosures looked great
Food all across the park was good with good options and choice
We purchased the all day dining and quick que which were worth the money
The rollercoaster and attractions are some of the best in Orlando
The shows are completely amazing and well organised and orchestrated
SeaWorld creates an amazing family memory
Suitable for all the family

Terrible!
Expensive, everything costs extra.
-Extremely run-down
-Dangerous rides there inept employees, attention constantly mistakes, wobbling seats, problems over problems and unfriendly employees.
I would never let my children drive here! Seaworld lost me forever!
The shows
Real animal cruelty
Those who don't realize that....
This should be closed immediately

Having just spent three days at SeaWorld Orlando over Christmas. I can tell you that it is sad to see how far down it has fallen since the days of the blue horizon dolphin show and the believe orca show. Having traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and all of the Florida theme parks. Those two shows are probably the best we had ever seen with amazing production value in storyline. Suffering the worst almost laughable. Storyline is the sea lion Christmas show a literal 14-year-old could’ve scripted better. with very little actual animal performance It was more about reading scripted lines that were really sadly written.
My final grip would have to be the dining plan situation unsure what it’s like the rest of the year but during the Christmas holidays, it was pathetic at best with wait times being a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour and a half standing in line in the restaurants that are available to the plan. Only to see 3 to 4 food, serving lines, sitting, unused and at the three main locations with the largest crowds, they have 4 to 6 checkout registers available and only had two running at Max at any given location when we were there. Peak days should be all hands on deck really seems that they’ve gone to we don’t really care about customers or customer care. Yes they trew up a new ride every now and then but unlike the previous owners, the new ownership group apparently thinks that you can run at 1/3 the staff level. No reason to pay for a quick queue because the quick Q line is almost as long as the regular line 3 days over 30 rides and not once was it verified that we had an active quick queue although we did we would not have needed it . And they merge the quick queue line and regular line about 2/3 of the way into queue with no control there either so really no point of purchasing I can tell you four people that won’t be back after many trips. It has come to an end.🥲

TERRIBLE..teenagers work no customer service extremely rude, pants down to there butt, no SeaWorld member trying to control traffic getting out of parking Terrible. Supervisors don’t do nothing but talk about their girlfriends or what they did this past weekend. If you go here know that you will be paying a locker fee on a ride or 2. Just know food prices are out of this world and I mean chik fil a in sea world should not be over a $100 for a family of 5 sorry that’s crazy. They make the disable drop their wheel chair off to walk on a ride makes no sense. Had a member stick their arm out and hit me with it no apology what’s so ever. I know SeaWorld may not read this but if any of you do. Might want to train your staff a little bit better on customer service and direction

We have annual passes, which is a good deal considering parking is up to $40 a day. We went on Thanksgiving and had a great time! It wasn’t too crowded. We did the dolphin encounter for the first time. It is a 15 minute experience. You are with one or two other families. The amount of time actually interacting with the dolphin is minimal, but for the price, a good deal. Their Christmas programs were operating and we loved Elmo’s Wish! All of us, from our 2 year old to our 60 yr old. Clyde and Seymore was great as usual. Get there a little early to see the mime. Also saw Oh Wonderous Night!! It was fabulous! Highly advise seeing it. Get there very early!

I visited SeaWorld today with my family, 1 hour into being there I went to a rollercoaster called Maka. I had a staff member chase after me in the queue to say I had to put my bag in the locker or I can’t ride. I explained to him I need my bag which he rudely interrupted me and said I can’t ride and he’ll take me upto his manager. I said that is fine, in the lift upto the rollercoaster floor where his manager was he then goes away then comes back and says my manager will be with you in 10 minutes, after waiting 20 minutes no manager came to me so I decided to try find a locker as my children had joined the queue for the ride. At the locker I see another member of staff which I explained I need my bag as it contains medical belongings to which he advised I can keep my bag with me. When I get back to the ride the manager and her colleagues are all discussing and pointing at me laughing. When I get on the ride I was approached by another member of staff called Andy who told me to watch my attitude. Anyway I ignore it as I wanted my children to enjoy the day and proceed to ride. When the ride had finished Andy approached me again to say I cannot come back to the ride again. At this point my blood is boiling so I go to Guest services to express my concerns. Not very helpful & advised me staff from Moka had called to say I was being aggressive. The manager from guest services gave me a fast track pass to go back to the ride which we did. Then after another ride we was followed by another staff member. 5 minutes later security approached us to asked what had happened, which I explained and asked them to check cctv. They didn’t do this but agreed the staff was right and escorted me and my family out the park. I’ve took recordings and photographs and will be taking this further. I feel imitated and harassed. What an experience after travelling so far to the USA! Avoid at all costs!

SeaWorld is such a fun place! With amazing rides, delicious food, and elegant shows, you are sure to enjoy. I really love Kraken and Mako. The food service and taste is delicious. Also, the Fun Pass is surprisingly cheap. I really like that SeaWorld isn’t doing bad things like Disney. Such a good theme park. 5 stars.

I was here on April 1st, and I enjoyed coming here but I couldn't ride anything because of my weight and size. And two rides I could ride were both closed (Infinity Falls & Journey to Atlantis). The Sky Tower was also closed which I enjoy riding. It's a shame that I wasn't able to ride the 3 new coasters SeaWorld built since the last time I was here.

I know everyone’s opinion of sea world will be different because of the animals, which I totally understand. But we have an amazing day there. They have some great high speed rides and shows we didn’t get to see every thing but we done most of it. We paid extra for my wife and daughter to do a penguin experience, they were both blown away by the experience, they both got to stroke and interact with a rock hopper and empire penguins, all the animals came to them they were not forced. My daughter is a master penguin fan and the experience added to special holiday, they she never forgot. All the staff seem to have a passion for the health and well being of the animals they are looking after.

The park is large and very well arranged.
Lots of attractions (roller coaster) and lots of animals.
The problem with this park is that it only thinks about money.
I came there a few years ago and it was different.
Dolphins could be fed by buying food for less than $10.
Today you have to pay $40 + tax for just an interaction of less than 15 minutes.
They don't let us into an attraction with our purse.
So we're forced to go put our bags in a $5 Locker.
I find it simply shameful.
Too bad because I really appreciate this park.

This was the most miserable experience we've ever had at a theme park. 45 minute wait for parking, followed by a 30 minute wait for security, another 30 minutes for ticketing. All shows were sold out. All rides had a 90+ minute wait. Minimum 45 minute wait for a hot dog. If you want decent food it's even longer. Orca show requires a ton of effort just to see a 15 minute show that's half video. Big screen is run down with lots of pixel issues. Bathrooms smell of urine. App is spotty. Order ahead option doesn't work. We paid over $300 to get in and couldn't get on a single ride. Walking anywhere felt like claustrophobic. They could do more to manage the crowds but they don't. They just shove as many people into the park as possible. In hindsight, we should have gone to Discovery Cove or one of the nearby water parks that's not nearly as crowded and way more fun for almost the same price.

We should have turned around at the pay booth for parking. The guy was the rudest human we’ve ever encountered. He didn’t speak when we pulled up, we politely asked for general parking to which he barked at us the price. The machine wouldn’t stretch out the booth so firstly he snatched our phone to pay and then grunted that we need to give him the card. He was getting more cross by the second and couldn’t get it to work and then my husband got out to put the pin in. My husband asked him if he would mind looking away whilst he entered the pin. This lead the guy to start shouting abuse at us saying we were not welcome in his country. Slight over reaction to say the least and the guy clearly has anger issues and shouldn’t be allowed to work in a public facing role. What a terrible first impression of the park. We were left quite astounded. However, as we went around the park you definitely get the vibe they staff are not happy and it is clearly just a money making experience. Everything is extra, sections which used to be accessible under general admission have now been changed so you have to pay. You don’t get a great vibe for the animals and just seem to be turning it into a rides experience. We paid the $5 for the locker as you couldn’t take items on the expedition ride. They then closed the ride. Beluga whales were not available to be seen which was disappointing as they were one of the main attractions for us. Sadly we will not be visiting again until they start to invest in their staff and guest experience. We went to Abu Dhabi sea world earlier in the year and a very different experience 5*!

Dolphin and sea lion shows were amazing. But that's where it ends for me and my family. The staff set the mood first thing in the morning and carried the mood throughout the rest of the day. They weren't helpful or kind. They were just there, barely guiding lines, shrugging their shoulders when asked questions. A bathroom cleaning attendant mopped floors in stalls as the stalls were in use! She was looking in the door crack and all! Also, there were random upcharges for purchases, food was expensive. How is one soda $6.70?! And please spare me on the inflation excuse because Disney sodas aren't even $6.70. I refused to buy already pricey souvenirs because of the upcharge. It truly ruined the experience and we ended up back in our resort room by 6PM to escape the disappointment of it all. I was reminded why I haven't been to SeaWorld in so many years and have firmly decided to never make the same mistaken again.

As if the in park prices for food and merchandise weren't high enough in Seaworld watch out for the small print saying that they are adding a 5% surcharge to their advertised prices at the checkout. If Seaworld need to increase their prices they should be honest about it and show the real price on their price lists. This practice is bordering on dishonest!
This is the first time we've visited since the blackfish scandal. Used to think that Seaworld food was much better than other theme parks but not any longer.Food was very ordinary and cold!
Most of the staff gave the impression that they didn't want to be there or to be serving us, the customer.
Might be a while until we go again!

This was my 10th visit to seaworld, been eight years since my last. A few more rides had been added, things moved around a little. Still got the firm favourites, thankfully. Such a Shame there are so many bars when it’s a family park, but each to their own.
The only issue is how expensive everything is £28 for two cups of ice cream dots 🤨 £20+ for a very measly pizza, I was very disappointed, your food used to be quite reasonable.
The shows as always are fantastic!
Most of the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The shows and exhibits were good but eat and drink before you go! and bring a bottle of water( the only thing they let you bring in park with you) ..the food and drinks were WAY too.over priced a hit dog $13 other food appx $25 a bottle water $5.00.. the water fountains dont work correctly! Im surprised more people dont pass put from dehydration there..prices on food and especially drinks need to go.down..

we are annual passholdlers and have been for a few years. This time we took my elderly mother who cannot walk long distances (not at all without a walker) on January 1st. We arrived in the afternoon and found there were no wheelchairs for rental. We waited 45 minutes for someone to return one so we could pay $50 to use one for a few hours. it was pretty busy, but still no wheelchairs for rental? Also they will not let you take them outside the park (although i did and was helped by a very nice security guard to the curb so i could get Mom into the car). Forget trying to get annual pass benefits - most you cannot print them at home, kiosks in the park dont work and the customer service line always has 50 people waiting. The burger and chicken sandwiches at Altitude burgers were warm at best and the condiment sections were mostly empty (certainly not maintained). The restrooms were in disgusting shape- apparently very short handed in the maintenance group on the holiday.
For good news - we did manage to do 3 things in the 5 hours we were there. 1) dolphin show 2) ice skating show & 3) oh wonderous night show. All 3 were excellent - we had seen 2 /3 last year and they were just as good!

I've always thought Seaworld had some of the best coasters in the area and whilst we dont visit everytime we are in Orlando, we saw the "coasters after dark" and thought this was great opportunity to do the big rides as we werent really interested in anything else. Coasters after dark was from 9pm until midnight, with park access from 8pm.
We arrived in the car park just after 8pm and was charged $35 to park.
Once at the front gate of the park, there was a large queue of people queueing for the nightime event - sadly this was also blocking the people trying to leave the park. there was no organisation from Seaworld staff. It took over 30 minutes to get in.
My first visit was to guest services to query the $35 dollar parking, and after speaking with a manager, they refunded me. (Apparently most poeple visiting would've been AP holders and so parking would've been free.)
We then went off to find some rides......and this was a problem. There was no specific information anywhere as to what rides were open - and worse still, some paths were closed so you walked for 5 minutes to find it a dead end to a closed off area.
In the end, out of the 7 rides (i think it was 7) 3 of them were down most or all of the night. We did manager to ride the surfboard ride once, but it then got stuck with a full load of thrill seekers on it. Not sure how long they were stuck on it for.
I went back to guest services, and without even a quibble, we were offered a refund.
It was a cold night so we headed to the coaster coffee shop to get a drink. A coke and a coffee was $15. From my brief visit, it does seem that Seaworld is giving Dinsey a run for it's money when it comes to squeezing cash out of it's customers. I hope that isnt the case for when we next visit.

We happened to go on a day when the park was very quiet. We had pre purchased quick queue in a half-off sale but it wasn’t really required. My daughter is a coaster fanatic and must have rode 15-20 rides that day, and we were only there 5 hours! Hence the 5 star review as our day was awesome.
Some significant things to be aware of -
Parking is $37 by the time tax is added.
The food and drink prices are outrageous and make Disney look cheap. My jaw hit the floor at paying $8 for a very average donut for my son (not including tax and various random charges on top) - no wander nothing has a price on it. We bought 2 chicken and fries meals to split between the 4 of us for lunch - $18 each. Food was pretty good and service was quick, again, no one was there so may not be the average experience based on other reviews. We used the water from the soda machines to fill bottles. I didn’t see a bottle refill, just water fountains.
We found staff to be of generally pleasant demeanour but compared other theme parks they are understaffed - no one to direct queues, minimal staff loading and checking. Loading is not efficient - empty seats everywhere - and I can easily see that on busy days this would be frustrating.
You can put phones, glasses, waist bags, water bottles in bins next to the rides. This saves renting a locker, unless you have loads of stuff.
No one checked our bags going in - I wish I had known this because I definitely would have packed more food for the day.
We took the time to see the orca and the dolphin shows. I enjoyed them and felt the trainers and the creatures had a lovely bond. That said I understand some people may be averse - my 11 year old daughter made a comment about their captivity.

Nice park with lots of rides. Great roller coasters. The animal shows are beautiful but you watch with mixed feelings.

Horribly filthy and smelly bathrooms. No maintenance person in sight.
Trash strewn everywhere along pathways; even discarded trash on floor in aquarium room.
Stepped into Edy's ice cream for a moment to see pricing; asked employee for help explaining the changing menu and she waved me towards the ever-changing sign. Pricing that could be found looked very high.
Left park after 45 minutes; did not feel safe or secure - and felt dirty.
Have annual passes for both Universal and Disney world and never experienced this type of issues in those parks.
Stay away!

I was disappointed by how few animals the park contains and how mediocre the Dolphin and Sea Lion shows were. The exhibits were a far cry from aquariums I have visited elsewhere. The "shark experience" is pathetic. In addition, there were few places to sit and rest, the restaurants were jammed and didn't look very good. The food stands along the walkways seemed to offer mostly a few barbecue-type meat dishes and tables where one had to stand to eat. I didn't notice any water stations where on could refill a bottle. It was also annoying to be there (supposedly) to enjoy visiting the sea creatures only to have to listen to people screaming on rollercoasters constantly.

The Seaworld has a footprint of more Russian mountains which, in my opinion, is good. However, the owners of the parks extrapolated any descent limit: the parking is almost 40 dollars, the bathrooms very poorly cared for (photo 05/02/25), cabinets to store the paid things (there is no free option), food very (MOLT) bad and well expensive (1 chicken tender and 1 dessert gave more than 30 dollars). Also no longer accept money (only card). Despite the good toys, the board of this park should understand that they are not in a position to charge more expensive than Disney and Universal (even because these two are a thousand times better in relation to structure). A reflection of this are the parks (sea world and busch garden) completely empty...

Very good attractions, roller coasters of the best.
The shows of dolphins, sea lions and killer whales without great.

We were last here 11years ago and we did not see much updating. The park is very tired, the app is terrible, signage is not great, food is awful and staff are in desperate need to service training. The orca show is good although when you have seen orcas in the wild it is sad to see 4 of them in a pretty small enclosure. I would not recommend you sit close to the enclosure unless you are fine with getting soaked multiple times.
Tickets at the park are $143 for the day and online $80.
Parking is $35 plus tax and the park is completely cashless.
Someone gave us a ticket that contained all day dining and it was not easy to find places to redeem this.
The website boasted the food festival was running but we went on a Tuesday and it’s only open Thursday and Sunday.
Based on our experience we won’t be back and have removed discovery cove and aquatica from our plans.
We also purchased the quick queue for rides and no one even checked our tickets for this.
I would recommend any Disney or universal park experience over this.

Recently purchased annual passes in April for my husbands bday. Chose today to celebrate 4th of July and was denied entrance bc my service dog barked at the roller coaster going over heads. She’s been to SeaWorld once prior. I was harassed then at the front gate bc I had picked up my service dog to protect her from the large crowd. I have a seizure disorder and my service dog alerts for my safety. I was verbally attacked by security at the front entrance gate. We never made it to the check in. She said my dog barked and I wasn’t allowed in the park. Are you kidding me…. I asked why she just stated again my dog barked. We requested a supervisor. She contacted someone in the radio and stated we had a barking dog and it wasn’t even in the park yet. She tells me I’m not allowed to enter the park. She got in my husbands face when he got upset about her treating me unfairly bc of my disability. She was so aggressive that a police officer came over to us. I asked her why she was being so nasty and aggressive she blamed my husband causing her to react in Such a manner. She then smartly says” I’m denying you entrance! Ha “. I’m very very angry at this moment. We spent over $400 on passes and have not used them to date. I want a total and complete refund!! I want a written apology from that security personnel named Gigi. She needs to be written up and she needs proper training in dealing with disabled ppl, or even be fired for her gross negligence in respecting my disability. She made me feel like I was being targeted bc of my service dog!!!! I will no longer support SeaWorld at all!! I will spend as much time as possible informing others of just how horrible SeaWorld treats the disabled!!!!!

We bought 2025 fun cards and we will not ever waste money again. The staff is very unfriendly and seemed like they disliked their jobs. The ride lines are unorganized and unmanned. We purchased a dolphin encounter for my daughter. They require an adult to go with, money scam. I wanted pics of just my daughter with the dolphin as the experience was for her, I only went because of the requirement. They would not just do pics of her they said it was group only. The whole experience was super short and not worth it. The price for parking is ridiculous. Overall the whole experience is just not worth the money. Save your money and just go to Disney.

This was my first visit to any SeaWorld, having been to Orlando about 15 times over the years. The park is designed well overall. If you like roller-coasters this is the park for you while in Orlando. We attended three animal shows and liked them very much. Food options are good overall. We bought the meal plan. There were periods of time when it seemed nothing was running yet weather was great. We rented a wheel chair at cost of $45/day which is WAY higher than other theme parks in the area [$10-15/day], which I did not like. When I decide to return it will be to see one of the other properties.

Always great shows the Orca, sealion and the dolphins shows amazed me how animals can flip in the water and do other movements. we got to feed the Sea Lions word of caution the fish you feed it are smelly and do not feed the birds. I was amazed to see additions of rides. OMG waiting line for some rides had a sign 45-minute wait. Sesame Street also had a parade and of course I had to go see it. I loved watching the amazement in the child's eyes when they see their Sesame Street character walking down the street well worth to watch the parade! The park is well maintained clean park. Wear comfortable shoes to walk in and be seated early of the show to select your seat.

SeaWorld is definitely a place of my childhood. I went there plenty of times when I was a child and recently decided to take a visit.
First of all, just as any theme park in Orlando, everything there is overpriced. A children's meal at one of the restaurants there was over twenty dollars. Don't come if you are not financially able to buy food for your family.
The rollercoasters are somewhat decent- I was very impressed with Manta and applaud SeaWorld's creativity in that regard.
The staff members there (at least the ones we came in contact with) seemed to all hate their jobs, however. Although I know that some employees may enjoy their jobs and I know that there are plenty of good-natured employees, most were unfriendly and that was disappointing to see.
Now I'm not going to scream in PETA lingo nor am I going to make a cow of this, however I do agree that killer whales should not be kept in such small tanks. The Tilikum incident was enough to show that you can't keep these animals in such close captivity. It's one thing with dolphins and rescuing them- but I can't say I agree with the animal shows. Rehabilitation does not include overworking them in shows every single day.
Overall, it was an average experience. If you want to come, I won't stop you. But do be aware of the problems laced in the park's foundation.

I have not been in a few years.
Old or young, there is something for everyone. You can be a thrill seeker on roller coasters and flume rides, leisurely walk the park, take in the shows and entertainment and/or eat and drink until your hearts content. There is an opportunity for fast passes for rides and meal plan options.

Well…
What a disgusting place! This place has really gone down hill since and I last went! It’s really grubby and just looks like it’s just been left (haven’t been since 2017) so overall I feel like it’s been just left and it’s just awful.
Rides…
Not very big friendly (bigger chest or belly) they say the have done accessible seats and if they call them accessible then they need to look at it again my sister is a size 16 and she struggled to get on a few. There is one ride that is more accessible however the seatbelt is rubbish they are very small. It’s very hard if you’ve paid the price to get in and you find out you don’t fit on anything we done the two water rides and left which wasn’t nice at all. It would be helpful if they put sizes on the ride (if your bigger than 52inches you may not fit) something like this as you encouraging people to buy tickets and then when you kick off that’s you can’t get on rides it’s oh I’m sorry!
Food…
Deffo worth doing the dine in all day. Very much worth the money. You can each and drink every 90mins however for 3 of us to eat each meal should of been £38.10 - the dine in is Deffo worth it!
Parking…
Parking was expensive $35 per car what a joke! They make you park far away and for someone that is disabled it’s horrible (we showed them the blue badge but they were not even bothered and still made us park far away!
Overall my experience was absolutely rubbish and I won’t be going back until it improves! Very sad when you take a family member for the first time 😡

We were in Seaworld last Friday and I lost my phone during manta ride. We could find the phone in the safety nets with great luck, but nobody there would pick it up for me since we were told that it was the task of maintenance team. And they are not collecting the phone for the passing 3 days. So the phone was hanging there exposing to the extreme temperature and rains. In the past comment from 2020, there was immediate support for the similar case, but not for us. I am hoping someone could help us here and hope we can go back to our own country with the phone, which is imperiale for the daily life. I know it is my own fault and Seaworld has the clear warning about the loose items but pls help us here! What if you had the similar case ?But I am crying for help 3 days with all possible methods including reporting to lost and find and nobody from Seaworld could fetch the phone from safety net for me. I hope there is management of Seaworld read my comment and could send someone to save the phone from further damage. Thank you very much. I hope we could keep the memory of Seaworld nicely in the future

We really loved this place, we visited twice and saw everything they offer. The shows were fascinating and well organised.

Let me start off by strongly suggesting that if you're planning a trip to SeaWorld, change your plans.
Start to finish nightmare. Let me explain..
First of all, the entrance to parking is a disaster. We waited in a relatively short line for forty minutes due to whatever issues every other car in front of us was having.. Only to get our turn, and find out there is a language barrier.
Once we were parked, we found our way to the ticket line only to realize that they charged 3X the price in person as they did online.. So while in line for tickets, we bought them on our phone (with all day meal deal). We then left the line, and walked to the entrance where they scanned our digital tickets and we found another language barrier. They gave us no wristband, or any acknowledgement that we spent extra on tickets for food.. Nor did we get a map of the park. We quickly realized that we were on our own for geography, and did our best being guided by the far and few between signs with arrows pointing in "ish" directions. From time to time we would have to stop staff members to ask where we are going, and (with more) language barriers, they would send us in the wrong direction time after time. We were lucky enough to stumble upon the mediocre 10min dolphin show, and were more or less lost after that.
Now it came time to eat! After aimlessly wandering and luckily finding the apparently only air conditioned place to sit down and eat, we were met with even more disappointment. Setup like a food kitchen with a confusing selection of which our food pass only covered a portion of. We were charged immensely for having the wrong menu items on our tray after making our way through the line. Now that we paid for the food we paid extra to be free, it was time to sit down and eat. Ha! Good luck with that. There were hundreds of people in the place with maybe 30 tables. Sharing was the only way, and you had to wait to even get that. After eating we decided our day was over, and skipped the orca show all together. Even finding our way out was a chore.
Find literally ANYTHING else to do in the area, and you won't regret it. SeaWorld needs to close once and for all. The enclosures are tiny and crowded, the animals all look miserable, and it left my family and I in a deep hole of disappointment. Never Again.

Guest services are HORRENDOUS! Don’t purchase any of the add ons, or promotions. We bought the dining package, the park closed due to weather (Fair, no issue here), but as it closed after 2 hours, we didn’t get to use the dining package and no refunds are permitted.
Trying calling guests “Services” - what a joke.
Waste of money, time and ruined what should have been a great experience. The “Supervisor on duty” on 15th of October, is an arrogant piece of work. Said there was ‘no one else in the entire park’ that I could speak with. There is no one that he reports to, no one in management, would not even advise customer service managers name, there is no complaints email address. He was the ONLY person who I could speak with, as he was authorised to assist me. Assist me he did not, instead kindly condescending “I know it’s not what you want to hear, but it is the only answer you will be receiving”. Even gave me a final warning - what a star!
SeaWorld you would be ashamed. Charge for an experience that was delivered and refuse a refund. I haven’t even asked for a refund for the park ticket, ONLY the dining that wasn’t provided.
Any guest want to hear a recording of the call, leave me your email address.

We went here while on holiday in Orlando the Sunday before Easter. The parking fee was included with our tickets.
We were very lucky as most roller coasters were a walk on or waiting 10/15 mins. The app actually said longer then the time you waited. Only 2 rides had long wait times of an hour and the rapids said 2 hours (we didnt go on this).
I had booked dining with the orcas. This was well worth the money. As the food was lovely and 2 of the orcas was in the pool beside where you ate lunch. The trainers also come around and you could ask questions. They seemed to really enjoy their job and cared for the orcas.
We all had a great time and would go again when we are next in orlando.

Will Heather Thorn and the Reindeer Horns be performing again this Holiday Season? They are an awesome addition to the park

Seaworld is amazing it has some amazing rides and the shows are so good the only thing I would say is the food is expensive but all together was an amazing experience and would definitely go back there

The staff at the rides are rude. At Expedition odyssey. The staff were rude. When we went to ride the new penguin coaster it was closed early for the day and it was only 2 PM and the park close at nine. And it was not closed due to weather or technical difficulties . They just said it was closed for the day. I got an annual pass and I am really regretting getting one, I can’t wait for the year to end to cancel and never again. Save your money. SeaWorld is not what is used to be.

Because with great attractions, be it the Russian mountains or the concerts with animals. But the park crashes in the organization, especially when compared to the organization of the Disney and Universal parks. It does not interfere with the experience, but the lack of organization is clear.

Sea World Orlando is a scam operator that uses social engineering tactics to manipulate consumers with false advertisements and listings. It has no connection with Disney World either. Sea World Orlando has been advertised on the internet and their website and their App that all the attractions of the park available for consumers/visitors to attract but it was not true. They have falsely listed and sold. Sea World Orlando has placed vending machines to the entrance area of the Sea World Park but there is no human staff and/or information service around. I relied on their advertisements and purchased a one-day-pass-ticket via their vending machines and paid $153.00 on March 12, 2025. On the receipt the address was different. This charge appeared on my Credit Card as “SEA WORLD, INC while it was a fraud since this business is inactive according to the records at State of Florida, Divisions of Business Corporations; they are a big scammer not only for the consumers but also the IRS.
Sea Wold Orlando has an App to download from AppleStore which I have done but this application is totally useless since it does not give a direction to find your way to the attractions and also does not show if the attractions are unavailable or closed. Contrary all the attractions appeared available until physically going and finding the location of this attraction in the park after lost several times and waste your time while time is money that you had paid-one-day pass. When I found out the location of the attraction by losing my way several times, I learnt they are all closed. Journey to Atlantis, Water Coaster Ride, Sky Tower, Wild Arctic (walruses, beluga whales, seals) were all closed; thus I could use/see them. Flamingo Paddle Boats were an additional fee—Thus I could not use it. There are more shopping stores and restaurants than the attractions but I have not paid to enter this park to shop and eat; and spend more money on them. I noticed only one person operates the rides in the kids’ section of the park “Sesame Street Land”. There is no human around to get guidance and help either. Under the hot sun in the sunny day of Orlando, I got cardiac angina with the stress and feeling of betrayal. There was no first aid and any help whatsoever. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the unsafe conditions of this Parkin addition to dirtiness with strong filthy urine odor as well as false advertisement to get advantage of my time, money and put in jeopardy to my health.
Finally someone recommended me to talk to the guest services. But they placed it on the peripheral side of the park which is also difficult to find a direction to go there and you must pay $153.00 one-day-pass-ticket and be inside of the park to speak with them. I waited in the line to talk and requested a refund from the people in the guest service but they rejected my request—instead, they told me that they can give me a ticket to come again another time—I told them, this resolution is not acceptable for me to come over from another state as I am a senior with disability. They are not helpful at all and extremely rude to me. They were only making a strategy on how to back each other.
In summary, this is totally unfair business practice. Most importantly it is false advertisement and fraud. I am dismayed by this dangerous scam artist park operator. I am not the first one that has exposed this dangerous scam park’s crimes!

Didn't realize SeaWorld had so much to offer. Took the family on a past vacation and was really surprised. My kids loved the coasters. We also did a dolphin encounter and it was awesome!

Rides were great with almost zero wait times. They were also decent quality. Very impressed.
However food was awful. Zero options for vegetarians. Tried about 5 restaurants and found nothing. Ended up with 3 portions of about 15 fries and one fries with a couple of awful pieces of chicken for £47. No drinks. Very poor

SeaWorld is the saddest place. I have gone many times and even had a season pass because I love animals and adored seeing them up close. But then I realized that my entertainment wasn't worth the cost that these beautiful animals were paying. SeaWorld could be a marine-themed park with rides and characters, but they keep thousands of live animals in captivity and force them to perform for human entertainment. For all of their lives, these marine animals are trapped in cages and tanks equivalent to us being trapped in a bath tub for our whole lives. Orcas travel 50+ miles per day in the ocean. These babies are trapped in concrete, chlorine, and wires, often completely alone, when the entire ocean is right next to them. :( Animal Cruelty marketed as family fun.

5th time at Seaworld and I’m sure the dolphin and orca shows are getting shorter, still very good though. Whole place is nowhere near as organised as Disney and getting on the rides a bit of a free for all. Orca experience stadium needs a good clean, utter filth under the seats. Come on Seaworld, make a bigger effort.

My wife and I waited over an hour in the guest service line. One single gentleman was with an agent for 30 minutes. Agent left him twice then someone else came to wait on him. Shouldn’t take that long to resolve any issue. Definitely need more agents. There were several empty terminals.
Finally made it to an agent and each collected our two $10.00 gift cards. We then went to a gift shop and picked out a shirt for Father’s Day. We got to the register and gave them our gift cards as we have done in the past. Cashier told us that you can only use one gift card per item. We told her that we have done this many times but she didn’t care. My wife went to another cashier who said she would do a one time exemption. It is printed on the card that they can be combined.
Very poor customer service.

Seaworld is a nice park, but stands out against the violence of the competition. There are a large number of roller coasters and they are fine, but the place is not nearly as well maintained as at Universal and Disney and it is also clear that the staff have to work very hard. 'Operations' at the roller coasters are quite slow, although safety is paramount. SeaWorld's app could do a lot better and doesn't even mention waiting times. That's a novelty for me. Furthermore, the entrance fee is a bit lower than at Universal and Disney, but water costs more. The locker system is also quite complicated and in practice just costs you 12 dollars. Nice park, but something can be done about the standards.

We visited sea world twice in the same week. The first day we visited we found the park pretty empty. We arrived at 10am by 2pm they closed all the rides and shows down till 5pm due to poor weather apparently however the sun was splitting the sky and not one rain cloud in site. I totally understand they cant control weather but I have never known a part to close when the weather looks fine. The cost of this place was extreme. We did buy the all day dine but good luck finding a place to eat or drink at with the deal. We did manage to get some where to eat a 3 course meal for 40 dollars plus tax which was good value but this was of course on top of what we paid out already. To buy drinks it was nearly 30 with a cup. On a 2nd visit as we got a rainy day pass from the first visit (even though it didnt rain) we experienced exactly the same thing but this time the park closed at 1pm so we wasted more money in taxis and the park didnt even open again. I am in agreement the park has gone down hill alot and I believe they are struggling as it honestly was not busy.

We visited SeaWorld Orlando yesterday and, sadly, it fell far short of expectations. I’ve always wanted to visit this park since I was a child, but it just didn’t have the magic or vibrancy I’d imagined. The whole park felt quite run down — not awful, but definitely tired and lacking the clean, polished feel you get at other Orlando parks like Disney.
The grounds were noticeably unkempt, with litter scattered around, and the restrooms were genuinely filthy — strong smell of urine, toilet paper all over the floor, and no sign of any cleaning being done regularly. For a major theme park, this was really disappointing.
It was a very busy day due to several school trips, which we expected, but the park didn’t seem prepared for the crowds. Queue management was non-existent. On Kraken, people were standing in front of the numbered bays and blocking movement, which caused bottlenecks and frustration. We also saw lots of queue jumpers and absolutely no staff enforcing any kind of order. Even the orca show — which was the highlight of the day — was chaotic. People were shoving, pushing, and racing to get seats. It actually felt quite dangerous, especially for families with small children.
We used the official app, but it wasn’t much help. The directional navigation didn’t work properly — it sent us the wrong way several times, and there’s no arrow to guide you, just a blue dot that doesn’t show which way you’re facing. The wait times were also totally inaccurate — it said 20 minutes for a ride that ended up being 70.
Food options were overpriced with very long queues, and service was poor. Alcohol prices were extortionate — honestly, it felt like a complete rip-off. Overall, we felt it was very poor value for money, and we wouldn’t return.
SeaWorld Orlando has potential, but right now, it’s poorly maintained, poorly managed, and doesn’t offer the experience you’d expect for the price you pay

Amusement park has nice attractions, that is not up for discussion, however, the animals have far too little space, killer whales just hang their fins dangling there, dolphins have very little space.
Keep in mind that prices are really skyrocketing there. Almost 20 bucks for a slice of pizza, 6 bucks for water, 37 bucks for parking, 4 bucks to rent a locker for 2 hours, because you can't take a backpack on all the rides, and so we go on.
For me personally good for 1x, but not 2x.

Such a shame to be writing a disappointing review about SeaWorld. I remember my first visit over 20 years ago and don’t remember it being the same way. I know that was a long time ago but if other parks can keep up the magic surely this company can. I know I shouldn’t compare this to the likes of Disney as they are on another level, that being said universal certainly gives Disney a run for their money, but surely politeness from staff is a given regardless? From rude and unhelpful staff on entry that seemed like they would much rather be elsewhere to staff organising activities that didn’t seem to care that you’re plans had been cancelled due to rain. Totally get the weather situation and it’s a gamble this time of year in Florida but they had no compassion for those who were really upset about the penguin encounter being cancelled. A poor family had it cancelled 3 times with a young child and the staff just didn’t seem to care. Just to add, it was because we had to walk literally a two minute walk over to the penguin enclosure from where we were asked to check in and there was lightning in the area so it was deemed dangerous. (Encounter itself is in doors) Again I understand the safety of staff and guest are the up most important but why not just meet at the penguin enclosure? Again the staff cannot help the weather but there were no apologies, just something that I think you would get from the likes of Disney. I know I said I shouldn’t compare but I can’t see how the likes of sea world and Busch Gardens are going to keep up unless they up their game.
We were offered another day to book onto the penguin encounter don’t get me wrong but it was a “if you want to but it’s probably just going to rain”. We choose a refund. To be fair they did say we could go to guest relations to get a rainy day ticket as we only had one day included in our tickets but the queue for guest relations was longer than any ride I’ve ever seen! If that doesn’t say something then I don’t know what will.
Toilets were dirty, lockers needed paying for which I believe should be included in your park ticket like Disney and universal but they didn’t work anyway, rides were unmanned, when you get to the front of a ride in the queue system, there is no staff asking how many and assigning you a lane, it’s a free for all. This also meant multiple coasters going with empty seats leading to longer queues than advertised but to be fair the park wasn’t massively busy and I think I now know why. Staff loading rides were miserable. We lasted all of 3 hours and left, an hour of that we were waiting to see if the penguin encounter would take place as they could only cancel after a certain amount of time so we had to stand in the rain and wait.
It felt like we had paid for a premium theme park and attended a traveling funfair, that being said, I feel like I am doing an injustice to a funfair.
Busch gardens wasn’t much better to be fair, maybe the company should just focus on their animals and operate as a zoo/sea life centre as theme parks are clearly not at the heart of this company anymore. I wouldn’t visit either again.

we buy the tickets for Discovery Cove, and we choose a package which includes 3 more theme parks (Sea World, Aquatica and Busch garden), we can go to these 3 theme parks in a 14-days period. We went to the SeaWorld for multiple times, we did all the thrill rides, attend the special events in Christmas, e.g. meet with Santa, but disappointed that the train go to see the Santa is not work, (even we came on another night, still not work, we need to walk to meet Santa instead of riding on a train), we saw the Orca show, the dolphins show, the sea lion show, also some musical such as "O Wondrous Night" which is quite good, also the ice skating show at night, and the firework. we saw the firework for 2 night, but both of them had an announcement saying that it was not the full show of the firework, due to weather/strong wind, they didn't do the firework show in full capacity, so I am not sure how good it will be if in full version, yet, still happy to see some firework show. If you went there in the period after Christmas and before New year, it will be much more crowded, if you went there before Christmas may be better, less people and less waiting time for the rides.

As a family of 6 from another state we based our 2 days in Orlando around SeaWorld and Aquatica as you can imagine that is not cheap.. it ended up raining here and there with some thunder for both days as a family from out of state we didn’t know to look for this when booking. I filed the forms for the rainy day guarantee for both aquatica and SeaWorld as soon as our trip ended within the same week and havent heard nothing back that was back in August. It is now November. I sent another message through their portal (maybe they didn’t get my first one) back in October and havent heard nothing back… at SeaWorld we got to see no shows at all. Rode a few rides but had to wait all day for them to open them we got the whole package quick queues and meals.. wasn’t going to give a review because they can’t control the weather but, the fact we haven’t heard back is sad. We spent at least $1000 just on the one day at seaworld not including aquatica and hear nothing back.. now we know and when you think about going to the parks make sure you check if the weather will be good otherwise it’s a waste..

Went last week in August with my spouse. Park has many coasters and some other rides and some good shows. There were storms in the area the day we went so many rides had to shut down periodically. The reason I gave the place 2 stars is because at the Lakeside Grill restaurant they refused to make a plain burger for my spouse. He is a fussy eater and will only eat burgers at parks and they have to be plain. They said that is the way they come. I had to say he had an allergy which he didn't, so they would accommodate. They also accidentally gave us a burger with everything on it, so I had to go take it back and get a plain one. As far as I know I am the paying customer and trust me these burgers weren't cheap, so I should be able to get what I ask for. I put in a written complain at Guest Services but still haven't heard anything.

We really liked SeaWorld! The roller coasters like Mako, Manta or the new pipeline are absolutely top – pure adrenaline! But also the animal experiences were special: The Orca Encounter is designed mindfully – if the animals don’t want to, there is no performance. That impressed us.
The highlight for us was also the artistic summer show, with really great artists and a great atmosphere. Then in the evening the Summer Glow Club with music, light show and a beautiful drone show – really good vibes!
The staff were friendly and helpful everywhere, everything was clean and well organized. Overall an all-round successful day – we would come back anytime!

This is the perfect place if you have young children. We traveled with the two and a four year-old. They had a great time. Little hotter and more crowded than we expected, but so many places to duck in and get out of the heat and the sun, one of the most unexpected and great experiences was our seven seas festival. The food was outstanding!!! Also, if you’re a pass holder, there’s a lot of fantastic perks that make your day even more special. The only thing we would have loved was a whale viewing area like they have for the dolphins sea lions, etc.. The education on the animals was excellent and everyone had a great day!! we did not get on any of the roller coasters, but I heard everybody raving about them.

Fab day at sea world been twice bought the all day dinning it's well worth it saved a fortune family of 9 3 younger kids enjoyed the kiddies rides older kids enjoyed the roller coasters we all enjoyed te orca and dolphin shows

Not a fan of writing bad reviews but this needs to be done!!
Had the worst visit here the other day.
First of all it’s crazy over priced, we got tickets “discounted” but so glad we didn’t pay full price.
We went at like 11am ish and nothing was on. Every single show was closed for the day or not happening. Which sucked!! I don’t know if this was an app glitch but this was information found on there app..
There is no maps about apart from on the app. miserable
We paid $27 for a refillable cup!!! Like what is that money.. plus where is the refillable stations?
Had to ask someone where to find them and she rudely said “emm in there” and pointed to a cafe. Like sorry- if never been here I don’t know!!
Really rubbish day out

Horrible wait times, way worse than last year. The monitors are far from accurate. One ride said 30 minutes wait, but it took over two hours!! And no, this isn't the ride that had technical difficulties today. The only way to have a 30 minute wait would be to pay and additional $70 EACH on top of the $250 I paid for three of us to get in. Better (and less expensive) to just go to the aquarium to see the animals. Never ever ever again.

I just can’t understand that people still visit SeaWorld in this day and age. How can you enjoy shows in which animals suffer – just so we can be entertained for a few minutes?
Behind the scenes is deep suffering, broken souls locked in tanks that can never replace the ocean. It's staggering that we're still being amused by the suffering of other living things.
Everything is overpriced – a single rip-off at the expense of those without a voice.
Anyone who really deals with the background of such parks can no longer enter this place with a clear conscience.
Imagine no one going there again.
Then the suffering would finally stop. 🌊💔

PESSIMA ... we were stolen on 13/12/2024 ... took backpack with personal belongings, dollars credit cards and passports ... all all allocated in the baby cart parked in front of the place to take photos with Santa. Our backpack had an AirTag that was found buried near the baby cart away from where we were parking for photos with Papi Noel. The park security also requested that a mother with three children stay in the parking lot watching our rental cars and do nothing to help us. When they triggered the alarm of our car and we ran to see, the thieves were in a car inside the parking lot looking for our vehicles and once again we felt unprotected and captive of lack of security. BAD EXPERIENCE! !

Loved the animals, loved the orcas. If your intention is to go to the shows, this is a top tier attraction. The animal staff is friendly and it appears to me that all the animals are well taken care of. This was the purpose of our visit, and we all enjoyed the trip. As a tip, I would recommend planning to go to both orca shows.
Things to be aware of:
The signage is not great and kind of sporadic. The app is not much use either, so we kind of found our way by just walking around.
Parking is expensive, and there are different categories. Make sure you park in the correct zone. It looked like cars had tickets on them when we were leaving.
Animal staff is fantastic. Majority of other staff is awful. This isn’t really a platform to just vent my complaints, but don’t expect the current shop/food vendor staff to be friendly or helpful
They do sell unlimited refill cups that you can use throughout park. This was a good deal considering, and we definitely got our moneys worth.

love this place great value for money and my family loves it. easy got up and plenty of things to do for the whole family including those who have a disability or other health issues.

We were in Orlando for a birthday celebration and decided to go to the SeaWorld NYE celebration. Big mistake.
We paid around $100 per head for the "experience" and I am regretting it every day since.
I live in England so thought the US would do NYE brilliantly - not so.
We had VIP seating (which means an area with not enough seats for the people who've paid) and a limited amount of food and drinks some of which were pre-made (6 choices of not-very-nice cocktails) and some bottles. The food was cheese and crackers - if you can believe it.
The problem with the VIP seating and view is that there is a free area just next door (OK, no drinks) which has the same view.
Anyway, the ticket claimed a glass of champagne at the stroke of midnight but there was none. The fireworks weren't much good either - just some rockets in no particular sequence. The strangest part of it was that the lake has fountains which were doing some sort of show - except it wasn't lit so nothing could be seen other than they were on.
Recommendation: don't do NYE at SeaWorld - or if you do, just get in using your normal tickets and bag the free seating. Don't pay extra for something that isn't worth the entry fee.

I recently became a season pass holder, but may reconsider extending this once the year is over. Your employees (Ambassadors) are horrible, rude, and it's like employees that walked out of McDonalds to work here. They don't show any care. the park is disgusting and dirty. The staff working overall is too busy using inappropriate words to Guest and to each other including mocking someone who was in a ECV. When I went, I was with my daugter who used the restroom, a bunch of kids (teens-20's in age range) found it funny to run in the girls room while my child was in there. This feels real unsafe to be at and would send a letter to your corporate office about this complaint. There needs to be better security or your park needs to go bankrupt and gone!

Not the best theme park we have been too. Food was not bad, but way overpriced. Lunch for four was 100$ and that was no frills or extras. The park kept experiencing power loss in different areas throughout the day. It did stop my husband from buying a 70$ hoodie though, lol. The app was a must, but kinda difficult as well. I just kept getting lost. The animal shows and exhibits were the best part for us and they were excellent. We did ride the new Penguin Trek coaster and it was great too. Line was long but not unbearable. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn't great either.

Food is extremely expensive and of poor quality, rides are ok but not much else going on so with so many people and so much less to occupy them the ride times can be quite long 45-85 minute wait.

Overall a disappointing day. The park is much much worse than I remember from years ago; it's trying to be a theme park now with rides. We'd done the big theme parks and wanted something different. The App was pretty useless, we wandered around trying to find the actual sea life we came for. The food is the worst and most expensive we have found anywhere in Florida in our 2 week stay. I wish I'd read the terrible reviews before we opted for Altitude Burger (or Attitude Burger as we prefer to call it)!! The staff were rude, the food was inedible and way overpriced. We had to complain it was so bad. The place is mainly shops (they're everywhere) rollercoasters with a few animal attractions that seem too small for the animals. I don't recommend visiting and won't be returning. Gatorland is way superior to this place in all respects.

I was very disappointed with this recent visit to Seaworld. The cost to hire a wheelchair qas 3 times the cost at other attractions, the cost of food and the fact that several attractions were closed due to various reasons left me feeling underwhelmed. The drink refill cup was worht it though.

The park advertised a 6pm closing. However the pizza restaurant we got to at 5:15 and they were already cleaning in the back claiming they didn’t have pizza, and the rides closed early too. Either your open to 6 or your not. But stop with the false advertising

LUDICROUSLY priced!!!!!! £640 for tickets for one day for my family. £100 for 5 slices of pizza and 6 waters. Parking was £38. Pushing £800 for a day out at something ‘ok’. I could/would never recommend going to anyone. Just don’t do it to yourself.

Visited SeaWorld Orlando on May 28, 2025, with my husband l, daughter, and a family friend. What was supposed to be a fun family outing turned into a chaotic, hot, uncomfortable, deeply disappointing experience.
The park grounds were absolutely dirty, paint fading, trash & debris everywhere, no real care for the optics of the park at all.
Staff did not care AT ALL to offer assistance or directions.
Maps or signs are horrible, making navigating the park difficult. It literally felt like we were stumbling through a maze, completely on our own, as our stress and irritation grew.
We arrived early for park opening at 10am, BUT once in the park most rides were closed until 11am, but no signs at the attractions telling you that, just not open. We had to ask what was up.
Major attractions were just closed, Antarctica, Empire of the Penguin, Sky Tower, and Journey to Atlantis, with zero prior notice or explanation.
Infinity Falls stopped while we were in line, blamed vaguely on "maintenance." …. Ahhhh ok?
The Manta coaster stopped with people on it while we were there. A horrifying event for those people, we chose not to ride after that.
Everything in the park was outrageously expensive.
There is no visible staff presence, zero customer support. We witnessed a young boy visibly sick, white and clearly not well, not one park worker stopped to ask if they needed assistance. Careless! It was a sad experience really.
Having visited many parks in Orlando, I can honestly say SeaWorld is the worst of them all, a crumbling shadow of what it once might have been.
I wouldn't recommend this park to anyone. Not safe, not clean, and certainly not worth the money.
Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go elsewhere.

My visit to SeaWorld Orlando on 10:14.25 was an extremely negative experience, completely overshadowed by a complete lack of professionalism from the Guest Relations team, including a Park Manager.
The day started with a basic hygiene issue: arriving at 10:15 AM, the restrooms near the Dolphin Adventure had no toilet paper. This is unacceptable for a major theme park, especially so early in the morning.
The situation escalated dramatically when I attempted to exchange a Quick Queue pass at Guest Relations. After waiting for nearly an hour, the staff member at the counter (identified to me as a Park Manager) falsely accused me of queue jumping and refused to process my request moving on to the next person in line. When other guests in line confirmed I had been waiting, the manager then refused service.
This baseless, humiliating, and aggressive interaction completely ruined our family's visit.
In an attempt to resolve the matter, I returned to Guest Relations. A subsequent apology offered was the most insincere I have ever received and the manager refused to discuss the matter further. Shockingly, the situation escalated when a staff member suggested involving park security and possibly issuing a trespass simply because I was pursuing an explanation for the insulting and false accusation made against me.
To be treated as a disruptive threat when seeking basic customer service and an apology for their employee's misconduct is utterly appalling. We immediately left the park with my family, unwilling to spend another moment in an environment where paying guests are treated like criminals by management.
SeaWorld Orlando needs an urgent review of its Guest Relations staffing and policies. The level of disrespect and aggression shown by a senior staff member is inexcusable.
Would not recommend.

An exciting park. The beauty of animals is amazing. I know there are people who oppose this kind of attraction, but I think it only increases respect for animals. The Russian mountains are also sensational.

There's not enough wheelchair spacious and instead of making these people sit in the chairs in front of them like they're supposed to they're running and grabbing chairs and picking up the wheelchair spaces because these people are too lazy to sit in the blue chair in front of them to start with

Its been a few years since we last visited the park. We were able to see the three shows in one day although show times are limited so plan accordingly. We got to see lots of animals and ride several coasters. It was not very crowded when we went.
I have two complaints: one major and one minor. The minor complaint is that a lot of the coasters were only running one train when they needed to be running at least two because some of the waits were longer than what was posted due to this.
The major complaint has to do with the fact that they charge you a 5% service fee anytime you make a purchase whether it is food, drinks or merchandise. They have gone completely cashless in the park, which is fine, but then they charge you the fee for using either your credit card, apple pay, google pay, etc. which is complete bs. If you've elected as a park to go cashless, your park should not be charging me the guest then to use electronic payment because there is no other option to pay. Disney went cashless at a lot of their carts but they don't charge you a service fee then for using the only method of payment available.

There were some really nice things about visiting on a Monday. Less people, choice of arena seating, and great nice live shows. But there were a few things that could have really been better. The Clyde and Seymour show was confusing and disappointing. It felt like it was all over the place. The dolphin show was good, but the acoustics were terrible. I couldn’t understand half of what was being said. And food prices were stupidly expensive. $42 for lunch for 2 at Chik-fil-a. And $15 for a hot dog.

This summer, my family and I went to SeaWorld, and it was honestly such a fun day! We had two adults and three kids — me (16) and my two younger nephews (7 and 5). What I liked most was that there was something for everyone. The rides were awesome, and the shows were perfect for the younger ones. Unfortunately, one of the shows got canceled because the animals didn’t want to perform, this was a bummer. Later in the evening, a big storm rolled in, so the rides had to close. Classic Florida weather!

Well the new ride wife had a hand bag and she had to take it off and pay for the lockers total rip off any thing to make money never again

Please watch the documentary blackfish. It’s terrible how the lonely orcas and dolphins are locked in a small box to do tricks all day long! One of these killer whales is the sweet Orca Lolita, she was snatched from her family in the ocean as a small baby and held by these monsters for her life. After 50 years, she would be freed but died just before her release.

It was a relaxing theme park experience. Food was good and I know things are under construction, so it was okay for the penguin area.
The rides are fun! And the other parts were great to walk through.
The worst thing was leaving the parking lot. Like “OMG!” It legit fend for yourself trying to get out. No one was directing. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

We had a fabulous St. Valentine's in Sea World, Orlando.
We bought the basic package with all day food option online. No other upgrades.
We arrived early and parked just a short walk away in the white zone. We were impressed - the park was clean, well maintained and had many shows and exhibits. The schedule online guided us well through the park regarding times of the shows and directions. The park is huge and we lost our way a few times. We are both retired and my husband has mobility issues so we had to plan where to go. We attended the dolphin, orca and sea lion adventures. All great but the dolphin was the best. We attended most of the exhibits and one ride where we got soaked. There were reasonable wait times everywhere even without the fast truck. The food was great. The participating restaurants and their menus were well indicated on the online schedule. We loved the Voyager's Smokehouse #1 and Waterway Grill. Altitude Burger was so so but their vegie option was good. We ate too much and could not fit any other bite by the end of the day. Nice concert in the evening as well and plenty of places to sit, relax and eat. It is worth it to buy the food package because otherwise it would be expensive. The staff was nice and helpful. Next time we will visit Orlando, we will go to the Sea World again - we could not see everything.
Thank you...we had a wonderful time.

SeaWorld blends top-tier roller coasters with marine life exhibits and family-friendly shows. Mako and Ice Breaker are standout rides, and Sesame Street Land is great for younger kids. Some animal habitats feel small, and food options are limited, but the all-day dining deal helps. Best enjoyed with a flexible schedule and comfy shoes.

This place is a joke, no staff causing very long wait times, the app is another joke never updates never right. The longest queue is the food and set up the wrong way around by the time you get food and pay for its cold. The people working here are all the people disney wouldn't hire. Is there even a cleaner onsite? Maintenence and update? place looks like it's used the same toilet seats since it opened. The shows are a joke some thought went into them. Save your money here and use it for fast passes at other parks

OMG SO EXPENSIVE! Cashless but with machines to convert $$ to a credit type card. I guess Sea World only expects you to come once a year, parking $35!!!! Shamu show is now a bit whimpy. Trying to become a roller coaster attraction nowadays. Where did the PET SHOW go to??? WHY would they remove that one!!! SO DISAPPOINTED. Hadn't been since Shamu left. Buy the food add on! (no lines to speak of on WED.)

I took my family here including 4 grandchildren. The entire experience is overpriced and under delivered. Ordered food on their app - it was 20 minutes late even I ordered almost an hour ahead. The park is a joke. I will never return.

Our family of four spent two days at Sea World. It is a pretty large park so study the maps and figure out where you want to spend your time--rides, animal shows, etc., Some people have written about rude staff members, but this was not our experience. I do believe that there could be better signage. Some of it is a little confusing. The animal trainers were amazing and spent time answering questions and talking with patrons. We loved all the animal shows! The Penguins were also a favorite for everyone, and being in their environment was a great escape from the heat. If you have food issues, try The Waterway Grill. The person who took our order there helped us choose gluten free options which was so very helpful.

Staff are rude and surly.
Ride operations are incredibly slow.
Park is disgusting, toilets unusable, smoking area never cleaned....a mountain of cigarette butt's. There was also a used blood bag discarded there.
Nearly $8 for a bottle of soda.
Park is cashless, yet they implement a 5% surcharge to use a card.
Food at Lakeside Grill was atrocious, the ribs tasted like they had been cooked with car fumes.
Genuinely gutted how poor this place has become. I won't waste my money next time.

Paid around 40 bucks each for admission via a tickets at work discount program. Parking was 43 bucks! Lunch for 3 - consisted of a chicken Caesar salad and 2 plates of crappy chinese food was 80 bucks! They have the tower that you can go up in that’s very similar to towers at other amusement parks (including Carowinds in NC that’s included in admission) that you have to pay 6 bucks a person. The workers are mean, rude, unfriendly and genuinely seem annoyed to be working there. Oh yea, everywhere you buy food - they have the nerve to have the option to leave a tip - literally laughed out loud when I bought a 80 dollar crap lunch when the worker said I had to answer the tip question before they took my 80 bucks. The dolphin show was super cool - but was like 12 minutes long and had like 8 people working the show? Perhaps maybe that’s where my dining and parking fees are going, since they are clearly not going towards the workers that were hired solely on one prerequisite- to have zero personality. Then you have the coasters - only went on Manta - these goofballs working there made us a bit scared and on the verge of forfeiting our place in line out of fear of safety measures. Watched them continue to struggle to lock in harnesses. Lack of communication also abundant as they lowered all the restraints on an empty train before sending it on its way - with no communication as to why they didn’t load anyone. There is an extreme lack of ability and efficiency on everything at this park. From waiting in a line for 30 minutes to order horrible food, to getting to a 5pm Orca Show (something that I feel is a SeaWorld must) and they just have the gate closed and the 5pm show no longer happening with absolutely no one around to communicate this - I feel completely comfortable as a diehard Disney fan to say SeaWorld could 100% learn a lot from sending there leadership team to Disney to learn how to operate a theme park.

Today we attended seaworld for the first time in 9 years a family from the UK. We are deep into our holiday so had already done all of Disney and most of universal. I could not believe how different this place is. Parking was a maze to find the right entrance $43 dollars to park. 40 mins to get through the parking queue. The toilets were stinking and no toilet roll or soap at 11am in the morning. A coffee and two cookies was nearly €30 dollars, $26 dollars for a refillable cup with barely a fill stations open. Park was meant to be open till 8pm some rides were being shut at 4.30pm.. it is so overpriced in here compared to Disney and universal. Staff were I wouldn’t say rude but not very helpful. The shows the shows are still decent if you compare them to back home however they’re now shorts less thrill and are more geared towards justifying how they help the animals. No staff on most of the express queues so people were just bundling in without paid passes. Was it terrible no, was it worth the full day and cost no, would I go again probably not. It was ridiculously expensive noting I am on holiday in Florida and not scared of spending some cash. Overly dear and asking for tips on top is crazzzzyyy.

Sea World is not what is used to be :-(
We haven’t visited for almost 10 years and it has changed so much from when we used to go. The rides are good but that’s about it.
The food is overpriced, cold and frankly horrible.
Staff all looked really miserable.
Nobody organising the rides to make it streamlined.
Everywhere looks tired.
Hardly any shows anymore.
I also remember the days where you couldn’t drink out of a plastic straws to protect the animals, now there is rubbish all over the place.

We booked the trip in advanced with all day dining and fast past. All day dining is amazing by the way and the park seems nice
We were unlucky with thunderstorms that closed the rides for hours in the afternoon which we accepted as the have a weather guarantee for a re-entry within the week.
So as we were walking around in the afternoon we got stopped by a member of staff to get the entry passes which we thought Great. However long story short for about an hour we were there and they were hard selling a completion to win a stay at resort next year. Despite telling them we were not interested and wanted $50 for the privilege. Finally he accepted we didnt want the competition and only wanted the re-entry tickets. At this point the ticket machine wasn’t working and told to come back later.
We left immediately to guest services and waited a further half hour and was told they don’t do re-entry since the rides were up. (Only been up since we were pulled to one side in the first place) and the person infront of us got a re-entry from a different sales person.
My advice is if you wanted to visit SeaWorld buy your tickets on the day and check the weather don’t buy in advance or even better yet got to Universal or Disney
Staff here seem clueless, rude and don’t care.
I honestly wish I never booked this

I was quite excited to get to know the SeaWorld Orlando, especially the Russian mountains that I always heard very well. In fact, the attractions are incredible, but unfortunately my experience was deeply affected by the incoherent and, at some times, inflexible posture of some park staff.
Right on Pipeline – The Surf Coaster, I was barred for having a small bag. Until then, I understand there are safety rules. The problem is that while I was prevented from following, other people were coming in with big backpacks on their backs without any impediment. This gave me a sense of selectivity and lack of standardization in the approaches, which is extremely frustrating for those who expect fair care.
In another attraction, the Ice Breaker, we managed to go with the bag normally, as there was a specific space on the other side of the attraction to store our belongings. However, as we tried to go again after lunch, another employee simply blocked us, saying we could only enter if we used the locker. We explained that we had just gone with the same bag and kept in the appropriate location of attraction, but it was inflexible. The worst was that when we went to the specified locker, there were no more compartments available. Probably in other areas of the park there was, but this made us waste time, patience and courage.
To complete, we tried to take a picture in front of the SeaWorld sign, as any visitor would like. As we were just me and my fiancé, we asked for help from an employee who was on the spot with a camera (apparently a park photographer), but he refused to take a photo with our cell phone, saying he could only with his camera. I found the attitude completely without empathy. At Disney, for example, employees take the visitor’s cell phone with them if asked, and offer the professional photo — which is a respectful way to address all audiences.
Faced with all these situations, we left the park discouraged, even without watching the famous show of the orcas, which was something we really wanted to see. It was a day that started with high expectations, but ended with frustration.
SeaWorld has really very good attractions, but the lack of preparation or empathy of some employees has too damaged the experience. I urge the park to review how it trains and guides its team, so that situations like these do not distract visitors.

Was so excited to visit here as not been before.
It was super hot and the queue to get in on opening was huge!!!
We went on all but one of the coasters and really enjoyed the thrill of it.
We booked a penguin encounter tour when we got there and although it was cute to be near to the penguins, it was disappointing that we couldn't actually 'encounter' them or get near them. It was basically going back stage and then standing behind a fence to learn more about them.
Overall it was a lovely day out.

Worst theme park experience ever… horrible customer service. All the workers were extremely rude if you could even get them to help you at all. 2 people working the counter for food when hundreds of people are in line. Meals are $40 for cold food that isn’t cooked well at all. Line cutting was insane and no one says a word about it. So frustrating to stand in line for hours and watch families cut past you over and over again. Trash everywhere…. Especially in the water. It’s clearly been there for a long time and I can’t believe they don’t have people checking that stuff. The only kind employee we met all day was the woman standing at the dolphins. She was great! I have very low expectations and am very easy to please but this was just awful… spent the whole day frustrated. Party of 8 that spent 2k for a day there and it was just a horrible experience from start to finish.

My husband and I visited SeaWorld Orlando for the day. We paid $350.00 for two park tickets plus dining. We then paid $37.50 for general parking. I purchased the tickets on line. When we arrived, we noticed there were several things closed and areas blocked off along with some of the rides. That should have been disclosed when I purchased the tickets. When we ate at one of the participating restaurants for the dining package I was told water was not included with the package. The restaurant staff was rude and it was obvious that they did not want to be bothered with anybody or anything. The shows filled up quickly and were at capacity so we were not able to see most of them. We did see the dolphin show and it was very good. The park itself is run Down. The restaurants we went into were run down as well. This park is almost as much as Disney WITHOUT the great experience, beautiful sites and exceptional customer service. They need to learn something from Disney. DONT waist your money or a day of your life here. GO TO DISNEY instead. You will be MUCH happier for the money. This park looks like it will not be there in the years to come. It’s most definitely on the decline.

I find it challenging to articulate my experience at this location. My family and I were filled with anticipation to visit SeaWorld, as it was my inaugural visit, yet it turned out to be a significant disappointment. The costs are exorbitantly high, there are no food choices available for vegans, and bringing any food into the park is prohibited, leaving me quite hungry. I had paid for a dolphin encounter, but it took nearly 45 minutes to locate the venue. I felt utterly disoriented because the maps provided are quite perplexing and not user-friendly, but rather intricate. Everything imaginable comes with a staggering price tag, to the extent that one would need considerable wealth to avoid financial ruin. Interactions with animals also come at a cost which is a very disgusting practice. The tigers were never visible, so we could not see them at all, and the giraffes were positioned so far away that they were also unobservable. The only aspect that I found enjoyable was the scenery within the aquarium, where I had the opportunity to see a sea horse for the first time and that was actually free of cost. If you are inclined to spend all your money, pay for animal experiences, have no option to pay in cash, stroll through a park to spend money, encounter a lack of vegan options, pay exorbitant parking fees, and face a price tag on everything, then this is the place for you. If you are seeking a fun-filled family outing, I strongly advise against it.

Lots of roller coasters. Was surprised of the upgrade since last visiting in 2019. Was so much more to do. Happy I went there.

The park looks nice, but overall SeaWorld Orlando just can’t compete with Disney or Universal. Ride operations were incredibly slow — it often took 4–5 minutes to dispatch a single coaster train. Even with a Quick Queue pass, we ended up waiting with the regular line very early on, and no one even bothered to scan our tickets. Honestly, don’t waste your money on it.
Pipeline and Mako are beautiful, smooth coasters and the clear highlights of the park. Manta and Kraken, on the other hand, feel outdated and a bit rough around the edges.
We also tried the All-Day Dining option, which was a letdown. The food quality was poor and the wait times ridiculous. At Seafire Grill, we stood in line for 15 minutes just to place an order, then another 30 minutes to get our food — handed out by a single staff member moving at glacial speed. If this wasn’t part of a prepaid deal, we would have walked away.
We didn’t get to explore all of the animal exhibits, but the sting ray section was a nice moment of calm. The orca show was fine, but not exactly mind-blowing — maybe just a case of inflated expectations.
In the end, it felt like a park trying to charge premium prices while offering a subpar experience. I’ve definitely seen better, and left disappointed.

Booked on line and wanted the quick queue tickets as well. Could only book with all day dining but that’s ok. However the food at waterfront grill was cold and not at all great. My main issue was the quick queue, it does say before you book 2 rides (penguin trek and pipeline) are excluded so that’s fair I knew about them. We headed over to expedition odysea only to be told as it’s new you need to upgrade the pass I had already paid extra for. No apology just suck it up. The park staff are not at all friendly however I’m probably comparing them to Disney and their customer service. All in all $368 and feel ripped off not a great experience
Poor poor poor I would have expected more.
Disgruntled uk visitor

We are long time Platinum pass holders and had an unfortunate situation with the Supervisor Anna and associate Tyler at the Ice Breaker ride. We would appreciate a call from an area or regional manager. Extremely poor attitude.

They changed the park hours to close at 6 the day I purchased my tickets while it says online it close at 9. Over rated park , Many rides are closed. Confusing difficult to reach your ride , long rides wait time and short ride duration. Unhealthy restaurant and Dirty restrooms. .

Visited SeaWorld Orlando on May 20, 2025, with a group of 7 including my 4-year-old son (43" tall) and my 80-year-old mother. What was supposed to be a fun family outing turned into a chaotic, unsafe, and deeply disappointing experience.
From the moment we entered, the grounds were noticeably dirty, with trash in several areas and no visible staff to offer assistance or directions. There were no clear maps or signs, so navigating the park felt like stumbling through a maze, completely on our own.
The dolphin pool was heartbreaking. The water was murky, and the animals looked lethargic and visibly unwell, it felt like we were witnessing them die slowly in a neglected enclosure. It was more tragic than educational or entertaining.
Three major attractions were closed, Antarctica, Empire of the Penguin, Sky Tower, and Journey to Atlantis, with zero prior notice or explanation. On top of that, Infinity Falls stopped twice while we were in line, blamed vaguely on "maintenance." Maintenance of what, exactly?
The worst moment came at Manta. At the very end of the ride, the coaster stopped with us hanging face down for TEN MINUTES. We were suspended, crushing into the restraints, unable to breathe properly, and watching as children and seniors in our group started to panic and feel faint. Not a single staff member came to check on us. No apology. No explanation. No offer of medical attention. Just a horrifying silence as they eventually let us off and left us to collect ourselves, shaken, dizzy, and angry.
Even basic amenities were lacking. The "free" water fountains smelled and tasted like irrigation runoff undrinkable and possibly unsafe. It’s shocking that a park charging premium prices has the worst water of any public place I’ve been to.
There is no visible staff presence, zero customer support. It's alarming. Having visited many parks in Orlando, I can honestly say SeaWorld is the worst of them all, a crumbling shadow of what it once might have been. Restrooms are clean.
I wouldn't recommend this park to anyone. Not safe, not clean, and certainly not worth the money.
Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go elsewhere.

Date of transaction: 10/20/24 Time: 1:54 PM Location: Seaworld, Orlando FL Complaint: False advertising of business hours and park usage for guests Guest Services Agent: Annie Transaction IDs: 08739554, 08739555, 08739552, 08739553 Situation: I purchased two 2025 fun card to receive two additional park tickets, due to being declined military tickets. We were not informed that during our visit to the park, that they would close areas of the park off HOURS before their advertised closing time. I brought 2 kids with me that could only ride in the sesame street park area, and they closed it off at 5, a full 3 hours before they were supposed to close. They blamed the hallowscream event, which is bogus as no one informed us before we purchased that we would only have 3 hours of playtime. Had we known that, we would not have even come in today. If I had the option, I would have just taken a ticket extension to the next business day so we could plan to be there earlier. I went to guest services to try to work that option out, but they would not help me what so ever. On top of that, I purchased parking for disabled persons, as I am disabled due to combat related injuries, and I was not even given the courtesy of that parking when coming into the park. I was told by parking servicing employees that, "your good, go to overflow" and that the overflow would be just fine. They took my money and didn't follow through on the fulfillment of the full hours of usage in the park, which to me is a violation of my agreement for purchasing entrance to the park. Being prior military, I was told how we would be treated with dignity and respect here, as Seaworld puts a lot of thought behind their Waves of Honor program. Boy, is that the biggest load of excrement that I have ever heard. I would highly recommend folks avoid this park, as it is not what it used to be. They are money hungry and looking for quantity of people without giving a quality product.

A very good mix of attractions and animal shows. Just 1 negative point... paying lockers for some attractions. On top of that, the lockers are so small that only 1 'backpack can fit in and with backpack you are not allowed in the attraction.

We visited the park after several days at Universal & Disney parks and we were left very disappointed.
Park is very tired and pales in comparison to the theming and stylisation of universal/Disney. Most of it looks run down, including queue areas, rides & the animal enclosures.
We went on 1 ride then struggled to find any others that were open or running. One ride appeared to be running but we only saw 1 car every 5/10 mins so didn’t feel confident joining the queue. Paid $12 for a locker to then find that the ride wasn’t on - complete waste of money. Even for $12 and the multi use option you only got 2hrs of locker use (then would need to pay again I assume?)
Tried to explore the park and find some running rides but sections and paths were closed off - became impossible to find anything to do so we left and headed to Disney.
Severely disappointed but grateful we didn’t stay for lunch judging by the reviews!

January with temperatures in 60s made for short lines for rides. Note some concessions closed. Found the app very helpful for navigation and showtime! Don't sit near "soak zone" in cool weather as you'll be soaked! Grandkids learned the hard way! Roller coasters were highlight for grands
Dolphins and orcas were amazing. The sea lion show needs a complete revamp with NEW show it was a dud. Arrive early to get seats at shows. Felt they could do more to enhance educational components of critters throughout park, my opinion only.

I bought entrance to the park with meal service included. Most of the park attractions were not working. Park with few employees and the queue beyond any control. Few restaurants accept the full meal service, plus the park closed earlier without notice. Money thrown in the trash. Only animals save. The rest does not pay. I'm never coming back.

This park is showing its age. I do believe it requires some serious investment. The skip the queue is a farce. Most of the ride operators don’t even check your pass. So what’s the point of spending extra money. People were jumping into the skip the queue unchallenged. Very frustrating. Don’t get me wrong they have some awesome coasters, but the infrastructure is very lacking and the older rides are really showing their age.

Phantastic day in Seaworld - beautiful shows, and lots of things to see. Enough space and little things to see along the way plus a great choice of restaurants to grab something to eat. Love it!

The rides are good and unique but the management for them isn’t good at all, the public is left in charge to choose a line themselfs. The bathrooms were so dirty and clogged that even in the men’s toilet they had to que and men’s toilets are normally fast going. Some of the staff encounters were rude especially after penguin treck. My mum walked towards the exit sign and up to the doors. The worker (blonde, glasses, white and was working there on Saturday 26th October 2024 around about 1:30) shouted at her to wait behind the line without any warning what so ever. Then, my mum asked “why?” In a calm confused tone because she wanted to get through to what she thought was the theme park but instead of explaining to her that there’s a penguin enclosure the other side he snapped at her shouting in her face “because I told you to” and rolled his eyes. My mums experience was a bit ruined for the rest of the day as she couldn’t believe how rude he was. It was a bit just all over the place the park itself. The only one that was themed was the Antarctica area there was so other areas that were clearly themed.

This was a very overpriced ‘experience’. Had a photo taken with the whale behind us and that was literally it. £100 each and the photo wasn’t even included in the experience, it was extra. Our guide, Scott, asked two ladies if they were presenting the behind the scenes tour for our group. When they said they weren’t Scott then told us that was the end of our experience as the whales needed medical treatment and to enjoy the rest of our day. They had also changed our tour time so we didn’t even get to see the orca show! I asked for our money back as it was so poor to be told they wouldn’t do anything for us. Really, really poor experience and customer service. I would like to add that Scott was really good with the children in the group and with answering some of their questions on the way to the whales and I genuinely felt embarrassed for him when he had to muster up an excuse as to why we couldn’t finish our experience.

We visited Seaworld a few times on our 17 day stay in Orlando, and have visited this park many times before in the past. It is always a pleasant visit. For the time of year we came, the queues were not as long as usual which was a nice surprise. All of the outdoor animal shows were extremely good and suitable for any age. I personally would recommend eating in the Expedition Cafe as i found the food in there to be very nice. Everyday we had here we really enjoyed, the only downside to one day we had here was an extremely rude staff member on the gates to pay to enter into the carpark. The old male staff member was creating a pointless argument with us about how we were not allowed to enter the park with our 2 week free parking ticket, as he said they “were not valid”, this was absolutely ridiculous because we still had a week left of our tickets, therefore there was no issue with them. He was extremely disrespectful to not only us, but also the young man who was serving us in the first place, snatching our ticket from his hand and shouting at him, he had also shouted to us “i will let you off free this once” ??? He was acting as if we hadn’t been here already multiple times during our stay and were let through with no issues at all. Other than this issue, we had a very positive outlook on Seaworld, i would just recommend reminding some members of staff to be more respectful and friendly, as this does not look good on the park as a whole. Another slight problem within the park was how they are quite understaffed, which had created the queue lines to be very chaotic and a free for all. We also experienced many queue jumpers, which is always very frustrating as we are to queue, not push through people in order to get on the ride straight away. The firework show was really worth staying for as it was such an amazing experience. There are many parking spaces, and wifi available throughout the park. We will definitely revisit Seaworld when we return to Orlando.

Need second mortgage to pay for tickets and food 😩
Bag of sweets was $10!!
Too crowded, staff really unhelpful and in fact downright ignorant.
The eating venues looked like something from 1940,s war recovery.
Beware the penguin experience….. very claustrophobic and you go from an outside 34oc to -20oc and is major body shock .. especially for our 18month old !!
Worse venue we have ever been too in over 15 countries visited .
Spend your money more wisely or donate to charity.. you will feel a whole let more fulfilled !

Had to que to get our tickets printed once we got there, understandable, then had to que to get in, and having bought fast passes then had to que again to get them printed too, took 65 mins to get in the park! We had all day dining so thought we woukd eat before we started the fun, well that took an hour as there was only 1 person serving, 1 pouring drinks and 1 serving, and tge food was terrible! We continued our day which was generally good with the actual attractions, but overall found the service at every restaurant was absolutely awful and the food was just as bad.
Summery, don’t buy all day dining, be prepared for absolutely shocking food, and the lack of healthy food. AND you don’t even get water with your dining so you must take a fizzy drink. Seaworld has gone down hill from last time I was there 5 years ago. Sad to say but I won’t go back!

(The BAD) The prices of everything from drinks to food to apparel or toys past the front gate are purely criminal. I felt as if we were forced to pay the price gouging that was going on.
( funny how that's illegal with a disaster).
You are not aloud to bring any snacks in, only water.
Ex. For my family of 4 lunch was 145.00 for 2 burgers 2 chicken sandwiches 4 fries, one mozzarella stick, and one slice of cake.
If that wasn't enough, later we bought 2 refillable cups with soda...cost was 47.00.
Not to mention 3 water bottles for 24 bucks, Really!
All of this after you pay to get through the gate.
I absolutely grew up loving Seaworld and want my kids and grandkids to love it too. BUT at what price.
As if all of this wasn't a slap in the face, the once great shows were such a disappointment EX...show times decreased, show quality decreased, the shark exibt in Tampa is much better than the great Seaworld. More time spent on a mime than a show of the animals.
(The good)
For those of us who remember the Seaworld from the past, not much. For the kids, the animals are a great experience.

We had a great day at Seaworld as a person with a physical disability (handicap) the park was really easy to get around and there was plenty of seats for us to sit at in the shows. We didn’t do rides on the day we went but still had a fantastic time watching all the shows & walking around the different areas as a 43 year old I must admit sesame Street was great funny & meeting all the characters made my day this is the first American show I remember watching as a child, even my 7 year old loved it. Feeding the stingray’s was super fun as well as the experience with the dolphins that was a childhood dream come true. The park is really well maintained & clean toilets were super clean. The unlimited drink option is fantastic, the food was a little bit pricey & not great quality but you expect that in a big park.

capture of protected manta ray in Florida By supporting Sea world you are supporting bad behavior Taking of our local resources is not ok

The majority of the rides are a lot of fun but also very old so they might give you the occasional headache. The park was very understaffed as there was no one on any ride directing people into lanes at the end of queues which end in huge crowds and yelling between the public. The food is meh unless you enjoy smoked barbecue. They close the indoor animal shows due to rain which is ridiculous and not at all necessary. The majority of staff don’t even speak English and we didn’t get our annual pass discount on a few ponchos, even though they were labelled ‘SeaWorld’. Huh????? The shows are fantastic and are probably the best thing to do at this park, as well as the animal encounters. Overall, not the best prepared theme park in the world. Use to be better when I was younger.

We visited here on a Sunday in October with friends who have been many times before and the place to packed. They had said they have never seen it so busy.
We watched three shows and all of these were amazing. The rides were great however we did end up buying quick passes as the queues were so long.
Really nice place and lots to do, we were unlucky it was so busy on the day we went.
A couple of observations, staff need to cheer up and could do with some customer services training, so slow at getting customers onto rides and lots going out with empty seats.
It’s bad taste that all the parks in Orlando charge for parking, given the amount you pay to visit the parks and spend of other things while there.

Unfortunately the park is no longer what it was. Firstly, the parking is more expensive than Disney!! (USD 35 here vs 30 at Disney). Then, once in the park, it was (mostly) ok. However, the sit-down restaurants were pretty sad and run-down- uncleaned tables, stained carpets, mid-matching chairs with toilets that seem not to be cleaned regularly. The food was very poor and costed an arm and leg. The rides were still good, although you are now charged for lockers! The animal shows are still the highlight- dolphins, seals-lions and orcas still do their “things” with prominent conservation messages which just avoided being preachy. Overall, the ground staff were very young and unmotivated. One that I spoke to didn’t seem to understand English even. Sadly, can’t say that it is a “must-do”. Disney is more value for money in my opinion.

Worst day of our holiday. We paid for the All Day Dining Deal. Unable to purchase any food or drink before 11am and everything closed by 5pm, an hour after opening and before closing. Food was a very poor quality, no choice for vegetarians. Customer service in general is very poor, some staff were very unhelpful. No sanitary products in the ladies rest rooms so told by numerous staff to purchase in the stores. We visited several stores only to be told that they didn't have any and to try another. One member of staff was very rude and sarcastic
WE WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN.

With sea world decked out for the holidays and Christmas music playing there really is no other 5k like it. The weather was also fantastic and the other runners very jolly

Seaworld did an amazing job with the drone show and fire, fireworks, Lazer and dancing waters.
This park is all about the animals and there care. Super crazy roller coasters with special events throughout the year !

It was a hot but beautiful day and the park was not too crowded. That being said, we Did not enjoy Sea World. Ticket were expensive, parking was expensive. Map app was difficult to use. There were insufficient signs and the staff helpers were not very visible.
Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Sea World was amazing. We went four times during our six week stay in FL. The grounds are immaculate, shows fantastic and staff helpful.

We bought tickets along with the all-day dinner. It is 5 meals that you can make in a 90-minute interval and each meal has 3 items , entry or dessert , main dish and soft drink ( no juice ). Water is free in the drinking stores and ordering in the restaurants. Bottled mineral water is charged the part as well as other beverages. The park does not review outside food 3 nor does it directly monitor those fast queues paid the part for toys , being that in some of them , neither division has . I mean , a lot of people are running in line for this exclusive line . We found good employees and others very rude . Clean park. Now the stickers:
Just like in the Bush, the parking gate opens 30 minutes before. Park opens, all Russian mountains and attractions and restaurants closed.
You program yourself to arrive early and play more and everything is closed, without any warning that it would be closed and hear from the employees who stay at the entrance of the queues that have no forecast to open making you a fool. Had one that said it and 5 minutes later the attraction opened with me already far from the entrance.
All day dinner: and a good yes. 2 large meals already pay the package, but for you to eat everything you have the right to play and have little fun. Restaurants don't open with the park and close 40 minutes before the park closes. A tremendous sacanage.
Here too , good and bad employees .

This was not our first trip here so we were very surprised at how scruffy it had gotten. Some of the staff seemed totally disinterested in providing anywhere near decent customer service - slower than a snail's pace despite very long queues! We had the "eat every 90 minutes" ticket and one of the main restaurants was closed both days we visited, you couldn't swap main meals for snacks and the food wasn't actually great either so none of us ever ate "every 90 minutes'! The ride Pipeline has no staff to point you to your place on the ride so it's a free for all which causes absolute chaos and queues and despite information boards around the area informing you of how to save the planet and oceans, I didn't find one single recycling bin. Also, even though the park might stay open late, a lot of the the eateries and non ride activities do not!
If you're not a fan of rollercoasters this is definitely not the park for you! There isn't much to do whilst waiting for family members who do go on them if you wait by the rides and there is minimal seating. The non roller coaster things are ok, but again, need money spending on them i.e. painting, fixing broken bits etc.

Definitely sad the fireworks were canceled due to weather, but completely understand. Over all an excellent day! The winter themed ice skating was beyond incredible!!! Can't wait to come back!

Since the 1970's my family has been vacationing in Florida, and Seaworld has always been a staple of our trips, we could skip Disney, or Universal, but our trip wouldn't feel complete without a visit to Seaworld for a pleasurable and memorable experience. Fast forward to vacation 2025 with our 2 day Seaworld pass in hand, on our way to yet a MEMORABLE but NOT PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE, we also purchased the all day meal pass (which is a must, should anyone choose to ignore my reccomendation of not wasting your hard earned money, at this attraction). In my opinion they are extremely understaffed, and the competence of most of the staff, is questionable. Issues included register staff trying to charge for items, included in meal plan, at lakeside grille ordered a cheeseburger that came with no cheese, staff went into kitchen, came back with cold cheese, placed it on now somewhat warm burger, at almost $20 for an unappealing and unappitizing cheeseburger (the fries were ok). At the seafire grille we tried to order a chicken sandwich, with everything describe on menu, without the bun (we're not at Kennedy Space center, this isn't rocket science) after 3 attempts at explaining without bun, I said forget it, got sandwich and removed the bun myself, sounds petty , but due the frustration, caused by the lack of competent staff, and staff in general it was just another straw on the camels back. The pictures included are at the seafire grille at around 11:30am, approximately 20-30 people waiting in line at serving area, other serving area closed, only 1 cashier, with another line forming to pay. Let me assure this continued throughout the day, at almost every location. The shows seemed mediocre at best, also the watersking show at the stadium, is a thing of the past it's turned into a
half-a$$ed DJ, inviting patrons and their children to dance, not the show I thought i was paying for. Seaworld management should be ashamed of the path they've chosen. DO NOT PATRONIZE!Seaworld has also gone cashless, and they add 5% for credit purchase. I assume this is due to lack of staffs compatance, or ability to make change, either way I prefer to pay cash, and shouldn't be charged for Seaworld taking that ability away from me, and others like me.

Worst park I have ever visited. Payed around 700$ for my family of 4. (General admission + all day dining + locker + parking)
We were only able to do 7 rides/animal shows. You can do the math on that… (we were in the park from 8:30am till 10:00pm)
They are selling to much tickets and most of all to much quick queue tickets. This makes waiting times for general admission unacceptable and sometimes makes boarding of the rides very inefficient since the quick queue often comes via the exit and board via the other side.
The all day dinning can only be used in a few locations and waiting times are just like the ride’s unacceptable. Never again in my life i am visiting SeaWorld again. It is a big scam!

We visited Sea World this weekend with our adult kids and 2 year old granddaughter. She absolutely loved seeing the dolphins up close at the dolphin nursery, the penguins in the Wild Arctic penguin encounter, and seeing Elmo and the other characters in the Sesame Street parade. The adults really enjoyed the Pipeline, which is the new stand up roller coaster. Food and beverage options were great.

In this Christmas season everything gets more magical yet the Christmas uses adoration , the tree show , and the Rena Rudolf show is very cool

We visited with high expectations, but unfortunately due to last-minute changes, we lost the chance to enjoy the day as planned. Better communication and timely solutions could have saved the experience. We hope management will improve for future visitors.

I haven’t visited this park for over ten years, and so was excited to return. Seaworld always provided a somewhat more laid back approach compared to the other parks in Orlando. However, having now visited the Disney parks, SeaWorld just doesn’t even remotely compare.
The positives; despite how you may feel about the animals at SeaWorld, the animal experiences are still part of the parks unique appeal and are well done. They also have some well presented rides; my son and I enjoyed the new penguin trek rollercoaster and the Arctic odyssey ride. For this they earn the two stars. But that is where the positives end.
The negatives; This park is VERY expensive even compared to Disney prices. To give some comparison, had we not had a dining plan our meal for four (2adults, 2 kids) would have cost around £125 whereas a similar meal at Disney $60-70. They whack their own tax on top of the usual tax so be warned. Even parking was more expensive than Disney. They tried pushing up charges on you everywhere you turned. A tray of fish to feed the dolphins was something like $12 ten years ago, but now you can pay for a ‘dolphin encounter’ for around $50 per person.
Food was also mediocre at best, but mostly pretty poor. The park was uncomfortably crowded particularly towards the end of the afternoon and so many of the ride queues were long!. Service was equally poor, with most staff in the restaurants looking fed up and not wanting to be there.
A lot of the restaurants and toilets were dirty at times. Then towards the end of the afternoon the park started pumping dance music across the park as part of the summer event. Maybe I’m just not the target audience for the park any more, but I don’t know what the park is trying to be any more. Animals clearly aren’t their main focus any more, which is a shame because this remains one of the parks few strengths. Unfortunately after my visit, it is unlikely I will be back and my advice would be to save your money and spend an extra day at a more superior park!

To anyone looking to go to SeaWorld anytime soon I just have to say what a huge disappointment it was.it started with all the rides my son and I wanted to ride was down for one reason or another nothing running.the park did have only a few things going for it the penguins and dolphins that was about it.it one I will probably never return to. I could not believe 42 bucks just for parking and pricing inside was no better if you're going plan to spend a lot.other than a few rollercoasters that was about it.also plan on some very rude disrespectful people not a friendly or helpful person to be found from the gate to customer service and especially when we ate just felt like leaving you can't make a full day out of this park it's a total waste of time to me and my son SeaWorld get it together show some customer service skills training in that department I can see why attendance is way down I hope someone there sees this and takes it to heart.all the reviews I read were the same including the attitude of your staff

We have annual passes to the park so we visit 4 or 5 times a year. The gate price is a good value compared to other parks. You can find good deals throughout the year. It looks like they prioritize getting people into the park and make money on the consessions. The consessions are expensive. Anything inside of the park is 20-50% more than youd expect to spend in a theme park. They have good attractions for younger kids and teens/adults, not much for middle aged kids. Sesame Street area is great for kids upto about 5 or 6. Weve spent the whole day just in sesame street before. They also have lots of rollercoasters spread throuought the park. The roller coasters usually have long lines 50+ minutes. The animal exhibits are spread out with the rollercoastets so, you can walk and explore as you're moving around. The general park upkeep is low to average compared to other major parks. The bathrooms arent as clean as you want them to be. Theres rust here and there throuout the park. The service also is low to average. Lego land and Disney do a great job with maintenance and customer service. Sea World is disapointing for both of those. Some of the exhibits we love are the Shark area and the Arctic Penguins. If we visit 1000 times we'll still visit those two every time. If you have young kids, Sesame street is great. My 4 yo son watches Big Bird story time every visit. I dont think hes watched much Sesame street but, he still loves it.

We were pleasantly surprised to discover that Veterans and 3 family members received free admission to SeaWorld during the time we planned to go. We had to book our tickets online ahead of time using Id.me to prove my husband’s veteran status. So we saved quite a bit there. We arrived to the park right after 9. There were already tons of cars lined up to go in. When they started letting cars in around 9:20, they only opened 2 gates, so the cars in about 6 lines all had to merge into 2. We ended up buying the VIP parking which got us nice and close though probably wasn’t really necessary at about $70. There was a separate entrance for strollers which my husband pushed the 2 kids through but I was told I had to go through the regular line! Which was really long! So that was slightly annoying. We got through the gate using the tickets on my phone quickly and with no problem. We realized once in the park that there was nowhere to go until the park officially opened at 10. We stood over by the flamingoes and watched them until the rope was finally opened at 10, which let us into the area where the touchable stingrays and sharks are. My daughters really enjoyed that. We bought some food and were able to feed the stingrays too. We then went over to see the dolphin show. The schedule online said 10:30 but it actually didn’t start until 11. So we did a lot of waiting. We sat in one of the rows in the “soak zone” (by the way, these are NOT the rows you get if you reserve and pay extra ahead of time). I thought it might be nice to get a little wet on the hot day! But this was not in a shaded section and it got kind of unbearable during the wait. Plus we were toward the back of the soak zone and even during the show we didn’t get wet! If you want to get splashed, choose one of the first rows! The show itself was awesome, though short, and my daughters loved it.
We also went to the Orca show, which is MUCH bigger than the dolphin show and very impressive! The Orca stadium is quite a walk from the other side of the park.
We went to the keeper talk at the dolphin nursery. You don’t really need to go at the specified time. You can see them playing in the nursery anytime and there are always attendants there to answer any questions you have. There really weren’t any “babies” - the youngest was a year and a half.
We also went over to where the manatees, alligators, and sea turtles are. We loved looking at these animals, especially in the underwater viewing tunnel. We waited around to hear the keeper talk about the manatees at 3 pm, only to finally be told at 3:10 that everyone was too busy and the talk wouldn’t be happening.
We saw that the wait for Atlantis didn’t look too long (Penguin Trek was an hour and a half) so we got in line. Ended up being about an hour wait. And after we finally got in the boat, they wanted to measure my younger daughter and according to their tool, she was about a half an inch too short! Which was very disappointing since we had measured her upon first entering the park and there her head was hitting the 42 inch marker! So I had to leave the line, carrying her away as she cried of course that her sister was able to go and she wasn’t. Older daughter and husband also went on Ice Breaker (about a 50 minute wait around 7 pm) and they enjoyed it. If you want to do rides here, you really need the Quick Queue!
For lunch we went to the Expedition Cafe. That was disappointing. Very few options - pizza, chicken tenders, chicken teriyaki/fried rice. The kids did like the huge cupcakes though! I wish we had tried the different foods at the 7 Seas Food Festival. Those options looked much tastier!
Sesame Street Land was a big hit. The kids had tons of fun in the splash pad. They loved Slimey’s Slider and must have gone on Grover’s rollercoaster 10 times! We also did Elmo’s train (for the very young) and the carousel. Sadly, Cookie Drop was closed as was the teacup ride. We didn’t see any parade at 4:30 as advertised on the app.
Around 11:30, I had gone over to Sharks Underwater Grill and was able to make a dinner reservation for 5:00. That was a cool experience! Great atmosphere and the food was delicious. Our server, Gustavo, was excellent.
One thing that was bothersome - my aunt had bought us a $100 SeaWorld gift card, which I had electronically on my phone. I had downloaded it to Apple Wallet as well. Unfortunately, almost no one would take it! Not at parking, not at Sharks Underwater Grill, not at the popcorn stand outside Orca Stadium, not at the Expedition cafe. Frustrating!!!
At 8 pm, an announcement was made that the park was closed. That was disappointing since the hours listed are 9-10! As we walked out, the gift shops remained open. Edy’s was also still open but when we stopped in for a cone, they were out of the best flavors, the toppings were unavailable, and they had no cones left!
Overall, there were for sure some areas for improvement, but we loved being able to watch and even touch some of the animals, eat surrounded by sharks, and have fun on the rides. We would definitely come back.

Honestly the worst day of holiday! Free dining? Wow? Can’t eat until 11am. And poor options. Half restaurants closed. Xmas stalls closed. Wanna go on the viewing tower? Oh that’s not included in the obsence entry costs thats extra. Wanna feed the animals the food that they give them? That’s an extra charge too. Rude miserable staff. No cash payments accepted anywhere. Overall shocking

They don’t tell you about the pay for parking of $40-$65
Crazy thing…. we could not find fish to eat at any of the restaurants.
Only one had a salmon salad, and they were out of salmon

Parking at Seaworld is awful! It took us 45 minutes to park, and then nearly two hours for us to leave! We were funneled into a single file line of cars to exit, and sat idling for nearly an hour before security arrived to direct traffic. If you’re going to charge $40 for parking, you should at least make it organized!

We spent an absolutely wonderful 2 days at Sea World Orlando! The rides, shows, and animal attractions are world-class! We were there for during the seven seas food festival, and that was a lot of fun with delicious food and drinks! The only thing that was frustrating overall, was that the locations that accept the all-day dining pass had very long lines during peak times. Probably close to an hour.

This park has great roller coasters and shows but it doesn’t matter because it is so poorly run. The rides load one train every ten minutes so even when lines aren’t terrible all rides are over an hour wait(even little kids rides). The meal plan is a scam as the places it covers also have over an hour wait so you will just give up and pay for food. There are no workers to assist, only to sell you an upgraded experience. Compared to Disney or Universal, this place is hell. What was once a great park is now the armpit of Orlando due to poor management.

We went on Mon 16 Dec and the place was deserted. Not only void of people but also staff and therefore kiosks being open. Unlike Disney they had no one directing traffic and parking so you could park wherever.
This meant it was great for queues as we walked on and off rides, all except one that was busy but again no one directing people into bays for the ride so there were gaps that could have been filled by single riders and one ride that wasn’t working.
Park was easy to get around as no one there. Not a patch on Disney in terms of atmosphere. Rides were ok but not in a hurry to return. Didn’t try food due to comments here. Left to have lunch elsewhere.

A very poorly managed amusement park. Don’t waste your time or money!
Hours:
Park hours state that park opens at 10 am. However, that is only one section. They use a “staggered open” method, so if you have young children there is minimal for them to do until 11am when the rest of the park opens. The back area of the park is roped off until that time. This is stated no where for guests trying to plan their park day.
Parking:
VIP: first two rows closest to entrance. Sectioned off by cones.
Preferred: is the 4-5 rows behind VIP.
General: fills in behind that
If you are there early enough save your $$ and take the extra few steps.
Management: No where in sight.
Food: don’t waste your money on meal vouchers. They might be worth the value, but unless you plan your day around the restaurants not all places accept the vouchers.
Rides/App:
The day we went two attractions were down on the website. However, when we got into Sesame at 11am when they first opened all rides were shut down due to an “electrical outage”. How this is possible when they had an extra hour to test rides prior to opening that area of the park is beyond me. Then Ice Breaker was shut down after waiting in line for 10 minutes. Seemed majority of the rides were closed. Ride attendants don’t fill rides efficiently which adds to long wait times. When there is a row with one person in it, ask for next party of 3 to fill the ride. Ride attendants don’t check quick passes for guests in quick pass lane. It took 4 hours to see one 20 minute show and go on 1 flower tower ride.
Majority of rides in kid area are not shaded and they have fans, but they weren’t working at the time.
App/Wait Times:
The app doesn’t work. The wait times for the attractions are never accurate. Expect to wait double what the app states.
Shows:
Orca: no need to wait in line as there is plenty of seating. Splash zone seats got the most wet to the left or right of the stage. The middle seats didn’t get wet.

Tracy went to Sea World last year have wirstband was free with Chanelle and `i have been last year Tracy was upset then the Children was bang the glass Shamu was fighting the children was banning the windows we watched killer whale close up Tracy was taking the trinner when Tracy was loves her Whale Shamu is good girl loved Tracy was enjoying herself and she went on ride myself on manta she had a bad headache and eat her dinner and Chanelle booked Uber pick up Tracy and Chanelle from Sea world. Tracy was back to hotel to taken her tablet for her headache.

Please don't go until the whales and dolphins are rehomed or free especially from forced breeding and babies removed this is the time to stop treating the animals like this they have feelings

We had a family group with young adults and 4 young kids. We all loved the animal shows (dolphins, orcas, sea lions/otters) and exhibits (penguins).
Then the littles hung out at Sesame Street (who doesn't love carousels) and the more adventurous hit bigger rides.
A bit chilly. But no lines!!
(PS if you sold hot drinks on the cold days, we would buy some!)
Fabulous and memorable. On our must do n list again for next time.

Absolutely loved Sea World. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Loved the Christmas music - even had classic Christmas hymns -songs. The orca pre-show had sing-a-long songs - then a wonderful saxophonist!!
Loved Sea World so much I bought an annual pass
Such a beautiful place and shows were fantastic. Family loved the roller coasters too!!
Spent 9 hours there and missed seeing lots!

I have already visited SeaWorld San Diego and Orlando many times already. This time it was simply horrible. They canceled the shows multiple times and the rides were not working. I noticed that they want people just to spend money in the restaurants and shops. Because there was no reason to cancel the Orca whale show 3 times, the Christmas show was canceled and also the fireworks were canceled. I just left the park at 5pm without going to the rides (always broken) and the shows canceled. Don't waste your money at SeaWorld Orlando because they really don't care about their clients. I felt disrespected as a client by their employees who waited until you climb all the stairs to mention that the show was canceled. I walked 12kms inside the park from one attraction to another just to hear that everything was closed

Expensive and nothing really there!
Sessame street was a disappointment
$45 to hire a wheelchair! vs $12 at disney world!

The park is very tired and rundown, the employees are miserable and poorly trained, and the all day dining and quick queues are a ripoff—even imat a discounted price.
Andre the supervisor at guest services is a complete dirtbag with poor people skills, and atrocious customer service ability. He cares none about you as a customer or your problem and offers no solution to fixing my all day dining that was not working at restaurants. The guy should not be a supervisor and I will never bring my family back to this park because of him.

Problems began immediately at the entrance. No covered parking options. Parking is $40…why should a parking space cost so much. Disney is $30. Universal parking garage is $32. My waves of honor passes didn’t work so took 75 minutes just to get in the park. Purchased 2 refillable drink cups, later found out one leaked at the top. 4 attempts to fill them up throughout the day resulted in reduced options at refill stations and half the time no ice. Ride line were all well over 60 minutes and most of them were triple digits. Penguin trek = 100 minutes, Infinity Falls = 130, Manta = 90…stopped bothering to check the other ones. We did get to ride Odyssey and the wait was only 30 minutes. Odyssey was cool…just an Arctic version of soaring. Spoiler Alert! The underwater part was the best part. All the restaurants were packed with no seating to be found. The BBQ and Brews event has stages set up that camouflage entrances to attractions such as the shark experience. The Hydro stage show is the worst performance show I’ve ever seen at a theme park. Now the bright spots…still love the Orca show. These are amazing creatures and I love SeaWorld for offering us a close up and majestic view of them. The dolphins, sea lions, sharks and penguins make SeaWorld a fun place to visit regardless of time of year. I just think SeaWorld would be better off sticking with their purpose and being more of a family friendly zoo type and focusing their efforts on that experience. Sure you can have some rides and other special events but focus on the animals and the rescue mission. The only reason for this 2-star review is I think SeaWorld is trying to be something they’re not. Oh and the wait times on the app were never accurate and they don’t show on the overall map (like Disney). If SeaWorld doesn’t want to get compared to Disney and Universal then be SeaWorld and not anything else. Just my thoughts.

ear SeaWorld Guest Services Team,
I am writing to extend my sincere gratitude for the complimentary tickets provided for myself and my four family members. We were truly grateful for the opportunity to visit the park, and we thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience—from the amazing animals to the thrilling rides and friendly staff. It was a memorable day for all of us.
However, I would like to bring to your attention an issue we encountered with the All-Day Dining Deal that my husband and I purchased for our visit. We ran into some confusion and disappointment during our attempts to redeem meals at the Voyager's Smokehouse on June 8, 2025, specifically around 12:02 PM and again at 1:30 PM.
While speaking with Supervisor Salina and a Senior Cook at the Voyager location, we were informed that pricing and menu changes had gone into effect the previous Friday. Unfortunately, this change was not communicated to us when we purchased our meal plans on or before May 10, 2025. As a result, we were surprised to find that certain items required an additional cost, even though our understanding was that they would be included in the dining plan.
We would appreciate some clarification regarding this policy change—specifically, how updates to menu pricing or included items are communicated to guests who have already purchased dining plans in advance. Transparency in such matters is important to ensure a positive guest experience and to avoid confusion during an otherwise enjoyable visit.
Again, thank you for the complimentary admission, and we hope to return to SeaWorld in the future. We simply ask that our concerns regarding the dining experience be reviewed and addressed.
Warm regards,
Kay

Went dozens of parks over the years. Seaworld Orlando is by far the worst park anyone can spend your money on.
Few years ago I thought it was an isolated experience. Big mistake! This time got worst. Park is run down, dirty, and disorganized. Worst food service in any organization you can ever find. You can practically spend a whole day just to make lines for food. DONT BUY ALL DAY DINING DEAL! You will be trapped and stuck in making lines all day. The program is a fraud and is very problematic with many restrictions. Can’t even choose a bottle water but forced to drink sugary fountain sodas only. No exaggeration. They try very hard to make you give up on using the ‘Deal’ that people paid in advance for!
The only star they deserve is for the animals they keep.

First visit to the park since 2015 and some hew rides to enjoy as well as old favourites. I would in the past have given 5 stars as it has always been my favourite park. However they are clearly looking to recoup funds by inflating prices beyond reasonableness. One of our party has mobility issues so we always hire a wheelchair. In Islands of adventure the previous day we paid $15. Seaworld charged us over $43 dollars. They would get payback on a single manual wheelchair in less than 10 days.
It's a scandalous way to treat guests with disabilities. Suggest hiring a wheelchair elsewhere for the duration of your holiday.
Also don't buy a beer in the park without checking out the menu first. Cost me $43 dollars for 2.

Seaworld is a good park and they are doing their best to complying with the no interaction rules
The only thing with the park is the shop in Sesame Street,
The staff take all the prices off all goods, this means that you have no idea what you will be paying.
I did speak to a manager in the store and expressed that I think this is an illegal activity and she was not concerned.

So aggravating. I had spent a considerable amount of time researching available information from their site, their app, and other sites. I planned our day carefully. The gates opened at 10:00 and zoom we were off to our first ride - Expedition Odyssey. Except after walking a quarter of the way around the park we found the main path roped off until 11:00. So only HALF the park opened at 10:00. Rather than waste the hour sitting by the rope we trudged all the way back to the entrance to start on the other side. First up Penguin Trek roller coaster. But wait, ANOTHER problem. The small purse my companion wore slung around her body perfectly secure was not allowed on the ride. No problem, go to the lockers. Problem. It cost $4. No problem we will just leave the purse there for the day. Problem. No. You can’t. It has a time limit. No problem, let’s just go see the penguins. Problem. THE PENGUIN EXHIBIT IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS with no notice on the website. So frustrating. So, pay another $12 to get a code to use a locker for the day at multiple ride sites and at least get one fun thing in before trekking back across the park for the Orca Show. * Note: FANNY packs that go around the waist are allowed just not purses worn across your chest. 🙄
We did not shell out the extra money for skip the line because we intentionally picked a slow day. But by opening half the park later and closing the park at 6:00 they managed to create hour(s) long waits at the popular rides. You might as well budget skip the line into your trip as well.
The all day meal deal seemed like good sense when I bought the tickets a month in advance and thought the park would be open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. After booking the day we wanted I learned the park actually opened at 10:00 (and remember that’s only half the park) and closed at 6:00. And the restaurants opened later than that and stopped serving earlier. So instead of 12 hours we got about 6 hours. The portion sizes were twice what anyone but a teenage boy would eat so you either ate once or you threw out enough food to feed a family. Because you can’t share it. And in the intense Florida heat (it was 95 - hotter in the sun) you just don’t get that hungry anyway. So meal deal BIG waste of money. We could have easily split any meal for $20 instead of spending $80 for 2 all day meals.
Also, the wait times on the app seemed totally made up. The posted 5 minutes was at least 20 minutes and I shudder to think what the posted 65 minutes was. Lines were made longer by poor utilization of available seats. No attempt was made to find a second for the single rider so those seats just went empty. I counted 5 empty seats on a 20 seat roller coaster. That could make a sizable dent in wait times.
On the plus side I did enjoy the 25 minute Orca show and the 15 minute Dolphin show was fantastic. And Expedition Odyssey was amazing. And the food we did eat was better than I expected for park fare. Especially the ribs. My experience would have been much better if we had spent the meal deal money on skip the line, brought a Fanny pack instead of a purse, and if the park did a MUCH better job communicating what exhibits and paths were open and when. All in all I figure the two of us got 1 hour of excellent entertainment and a good meal for our 5 miles of walking in the brutal heat, 2 hours of standing in lines, and $290.

The stroller security line stretched out past as far as the eye could see. My family went ahead while I walked back through the huge parking lot to put the stroller away. When I finally got back to the front of the line over half an hour later, my ticket scanned as already used. Incorrect, but the people at the gate had no options. I am waiting in the car in the parking lot for my family to finish with the dolphins. Worst vacation experience ever. Thanks SeaWorld.

I received a reward card from the ticket booth for free food for the sting rays. When I showed the reward card to the attendant, she said this reward card is not good enough. You have to go back to guest relations and get another piece of paper which is all the way back to the front and stand in another line in the very hot sun. This is stupidly at its finest. My question is, Do you do this to discourage us from walking all the way back to the front in this unbearable heat? Please change your policy because this is enough to anger anyone.

I had never been to Sea World in Orlando. I wasn’t really interested in the loop roller coasters, but we saw 3, fantastic shows with dolphins, sea lions, and orca whales. I think they saved “the best for last” because the orca show was educational and entertaining. Don’t miss the new Penquin Exhibition; there were 100s of penquins. Don’t forget a jacket; you’ll need it in there. I’ve never seen anything like it!

Great experience, but food dragged it down. We visited this park in October 2024, and the vegetarian options were excellent - sadly this time either the restaurants that served these options were closed or although the app stated that they served vegetarian options they were not available. It’s easy to dismiss this but it made the day much less enjoyable than it could have been, especially as we had a dining pass. Not sure why Seaworld has let itself down on this.

Where do I start?!! The staff was RUDE and not helpful! The rides were not functioning quite often. It's very overpriced for the experience! Everything is to be purchased! I was waiting on the charge to breathe in that place. You have to pay $14 for a locker to store your bag/ backpack to ride anything which is insane clearly my backpack was secured and was not going anywhere! I stood in line 30 minutes only to be told once I was about to ride that I had to put my bag in a locker! Now on to the food. We chose the Voyager and there were not enough seats. There were tables without chairs because they had been taken to other tables. So we were forced to stand up and eat! There were no cooling stations in the park. The temp was 110 with heat index! You'd probably have to pay for that! There was not any ice in the soda fountain, after paying 20 for a cup. $35 for parking, oh you better take a pic of where you parked as there wasn't any lot#'s To sum it all up we felt like this visit was a real waste of money and will not return and will not and do not recommend!

Our family has a great time. We arrived early but the wait for parking was 45 minutes. The orca show was very entertaining. You will definitely be splashed and get wet if you see in the front rows. There are lots of tanks and animals to see plus demonstrations. There is an interactive area for touching stingrays and fish. There was one interactive shark tank but we didn't see the shark. The rides were nice but the better ones were at least an hour wait. We did stay the entire day and the park seems to empty out early so we were able to go on some rides a second time and the wait time was definitely shorter. In summary, it is a great attraction.

Awful, old, broken and a rip off
App and entrance to rides stated 15 mins which we then qued for 2 hours to ride the journey to Atlantis
Then headed to kraken only to join the 15 mins qué where the ride broke down and another hour gone
A bud lite was $15
Just like other reviews, a great park that has significantly gone down hill in recent times.

For a family with teenagers to a 6 year old Seaworld was our best experience for everyone - much more than Disneyworld!! Well worth the cost!

Great day out and then went back a few days later for the evening fireworks, not overly busy this time of year and lots of fun to be had, give it a go. Will go back again when we return next year.

In 2006, I was in San Diego. Now in Orlando again. But this one was a little disappointing. And become very commercial. In addition, I believe there are five or six rollercoaster. Nice for the enthusiast but I come for the sea animals. Liked the orca show the most. The dolphin show was also a bit disappointing. Food, had a ticket including food, I found in terms of choice very bad. Furthermore, a nice large park, in January not so crowded but not everything was open. The app is very useful. A little disappointed back to my hotel.

Throughout the day there was inconveniences that made for an overall poor experience.
1. The park opens at 9 but not all of it and you don’t know until you reach a rope in the path saying not open till 10. Then a few of the rides don’t open till 11, so there’s no getting there early to beat the lines.
2. The lines! The wait time is not accurate on the display at the beginning of the line nor on the app.
3. Lunch spots aren’t open until 11:30 or 12 so if you woke up early and are ready for an early lunch too bad.
4. Lockers. You can’t get in line with a backpack on for most rides so you then have to rent a locker. But you can only rent one for two hours at a time not all day.
5. Too much theme park and not enough animals.
6. App isn’t really helpful.

We got to seaward and the whole park shut down within 20 minutes of our arrival due to weather. We weren't able to do a single thing. We have called 6x and waited on hold for around 45-55 min each time. After waiting on hold they have said they'd call us back 3 times (never happened). After getting ahold of them they have dropped the call 2x and the last time they refused to refund after the other people we talked to said that they would (Before dropping the call). Customer service is terrible. We drove 3hr in total to get there and back. Spend $40 on parking and $200 to get in that was all for literally nothing. You would think they would happily refund us but all they said is that they can give us complimentary tickets that last a year. We live in Utah no where near a Seaworld and don't have plans to visit near one within the year.

Go to all the shows! Eat before going and take water and snacks. Food was very expensive and drinks $8. for fountain drinks.

We had a great time at Sea world. We have two kids under three and they loved seeing the animals. We got to pet and feed a dolphin and the shows were so fun! The workers who are with the animals are awesome but the workers at the rides were not. We went into sesame street land and it took (no exaggeration) over 5 minutes to load each ride and get the ride started. My son and I sat on the carousel for over 5 min while the worker checked each and every seat belt, then checked the gates, then let another family on the ride, and rechecked the seat belts. Then the same thing happened at the Cookie Monster drop. So add lots of time for the rides or just don’t do the kid rides.

Even though it was rainy the day was nice. Everyone had fun. Lines were long at some attractions, but for the most part it was a very long wait to ride.

Came here for a work event at their pavilion… it was really nice! They brough different animals, like a sloth and a frog-mouthed bird out to take pics with and pet the sloth. They had a nice buffet and the food was pretty good. It was a luau themed event, so they had native dancers come out and dance and put on a show too. The selection of beer and wine was decent too. Definitely a nice venue for an event.

Absolutely awful experience. Staff are rude and blasé. Terrifying experience at Pipeline coaster where a rider came back into the station unconscious; station staff just left him hanging in the restraint by his chin and poked at him. Food left members of our party very unwell. No queue control at rides making it an unpleasant and unsafe free-for-all. Staff clearly not trained and do not care for their jobs. Opportunist thieves in restaurants due to poorly thought out drink barcode system which staff did nothing to stop or rectify. Overall a poorly veiled money-grabbing exercise. Avoid at ALL costs.

Great vibe! We went with another family and there was something for everyone! We started the day with the national anthem when the park opened. There was happy Christmas music (including Christ focused Christmas music) playing throughout the park. The teens rode rides all day with short lines compared to other parks in the area. We got the "all day dining" pass so they could eat every 90 minutes if they chose to do so. I spent the day going from show to show. The shows were excellent. The dolphins, orcas and sea lions did not disappoint. The ice skating show was a high quality performance with amazing tricks and transitions! The Greatest Story Never Told was a fun and gospel choir type presentation with puppets, amazing upbeat singing and live animals. Well done Sea World Orlando!

Sea World was amazing. We went four times during our 5 weeks stay in FL. The grounds are immaculate, shows fantastic and staff helpful. Can't wait to come back!

I was in Orlando in July and chose that would be the experience I would love most for being able to see the animals.
The disorganization was already noticed at the parking lot. There was no physical map at the entrance. Penguin attraction closed without any explanation. We kept looking if it wasn't the wrong place we were until we found an apathetic employee who when questioned said only that it was closed.
In ALL places we stopped to buy soft drinks, water or snacks in NENHUM there was any kind of communication with the employees or thanks at least, not even a smile on the face. Even you thanking them do not respond. What's going on in this park? Employees are forced to work this way, because it is not possible. They're all apathetic, don't talk, don't respond, don't smile, don't inform. Pareciam robôs.
After going through the impeccable organization and education of Disney employees, I was shocked by SeaWorld. My dream of seeing the park is over and I will never come back.
The 16hs started getting cloudy and the whole park closed and we left frustrated.
It was only worth the dolphin show and the restaurant of the shark aquarium, where we were well served by the restaurant.

FINANCIAL RAPE on food and drinks 5x cost at store $7.59 for a 20 oz. coke, $9 for 15 french fries can you say PRICE GOUGING. Servers are close to subhuman when it comes to manners and knowledge. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY. Its a shame cause their mission statement is so animal friendly but their staff is not. ALSO THEY CANNOT AFFORD TO PUT LETTERS AND NUMBERS ON PARKING POLES SO GOOD LUCK FINDING UR CAR UNLESS YOU TAKE PICTURES OF THE SURROUNDING LANDMARKS.

We LOVED this place! I am a seasonal Florida resident, but this was my first time to visit SeaWorld. It will not be my last. I've heard horror stories about long lines & capacity seating for shows, but we did not experience ANY of that on our visit. We rode all of the roller coasters (Ice Breaker was not open, though) & had enough time in our day to ride most of them again. We even rode Kraken three times, with no overcrowding or congestion at all. Also, I learned a lot about ocean-wildlife rescue & was pleased with the educational aspect of this park. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that they charge a mandatory 5% "donation" to their rescue fund with each purchase. I don't mind contributing to such a worthy cause, but making it mandatory & not disclosing it seems wrong. The bartender Ramon at the Glacier Bar was exceptional & deserves a special shout-out for his friendliness & good cheer.

I’m visiting this park since 1983 and this time I’m my age of 47 this was the last I visit this park. The crew members was very rude no respectful and the food was cold and overpriced. This park need more cleaning detail and the bathroom looks like be fix by a home no experience plumber. You know was a pressure washer in 2025 exist!!! I’m very disappointed and the last the parking lot need repair someone can fall.

I've given this place three visits hoping that I just had bad days, but every time at least 2 rides are broken down for the day, one is running well, and the others are running but very very slowly. I waited 3 hours for penguin trek just for it to be horrible, have always wanted to ride pipeline but it's always broken. I rode three rides in a full day of waiting in lines. It's a horrible quality park that charges prices close to much bigger parks like Universal, and you could pay about $20 more for two days there over one here. Or you could go cheaper and go to Busch Gardens, a place that is twice as good and fun as SeaWorld. Just don't come here and waste your money, go somewhere actually entertaining.

First off SeaWorld has 6 roller coasters that are easily as good as any at Disney or Universal and the queue are much much shorter 0-20 minutes when we went. There are also great animals shows but they're dependent on the animal welfare so may be cancelled.
Biggest complaint of the day was that all the rides were understaffed meaning they were rushed. Two of our party were told to get off Pipeline despite using the test seat and the harness locking because the crew couldn't be bothered to do a second check, really ruined the day for us.
The food deal is good value but would be better if you could get soda more often than every 90 minutes.

B&M did well with Mako. Pipeline was also a great coaster, I feel like Mako is the original version of Candymonium, since Candymonium and Mako are basically the same. But! Since one was out before the other, gotta give the credit to Mako, loved the orca shows, pipeline is the only standup coaster I’ve been on, and it was amazing, I recommend visiting in the summer months.

We came to Sea World for my Husbands Birthday and we got into Sea World because my Husband is retired Military. As soon as it opened we went in and everything was still closed even a place we was going to eat at the lakeside grill I think that was the name. The needle or the point the goes up was closed, the Penguin stuff was closed all day my Granddaughter really wanted to see that stuff she had never been to Sea World and within a hour of being at Sea World we was ready to go back to the room or just go somewhere else because that was a complete waisted trip. I drove 8 hours for that. We won't be going back to Sea World because of this. I am a travel agent and I just feel like we could have done something else. Payed for the food and drinks every 90 Mins and it should be sooner like 45 mins ya sure don't get enough to drink when its over 90 outside.

Don’t miss the dolphin show, hands down the best one here. The orca show is a close second. I skipped most of the rides due to long lines, but they looked fun.

The documentary Blackfish shows how severely killer whales and other animals in Seaworld suffer in captivity. I advise everyone not to come here. Those poor animals don't get fed and are punished if they don't do tricks. They are separated from family and locked in small tanks. No wonder so many trainers have been killed by killer whales over the years. I find it inconceivable that Seaworld still has a right to exist.

I have to say from the start that we do not support SeaWorld because of the animals etc, however, after a very disappointing trip to Busch Gardens, someone provided us with free tickets for SeaWorld and we decided to visit just Sesame Street.
It was lovely, my grandson absolutely loved the choo choo train. He got to meet Big Bird - which meant nothing to him but he loved the "'Quack quack". He spent ages in the wonderful splash pad and enjoyed other rides in the kiddie area.
Although we are not fans of thrill rides, on the way out two of the group decided to have a cheeky ride on the Journey to Atlantis ride. As we had brought swimwear because we weren't sure how wet we would get on the splash pad, we were wearing this and just removed our shorts before boarding the ride. The guy seating people asked if we had shorts and told us to put them on. We were shocked as he said it was mandatory to wear shorts as we "weren't in Hawaii"!!! There was nothing indecent in our attire, in fact we were dressed for the conditions! There was also nothing in the ride rules which said this was mandatory. As we left the ride, soaking wet of course :-) , we asked for clarification and were told that on the entrance to the ride it stated that shirts and trousers (or shorts) must be worn. We checked and it didn't! It said shirts and shoes. Nothing about shorts and to reiterate, we had proper swimsuits on not skimpy bikinis. This kind of making up rules is bloomin annoying.
Anyway, that aside, we had a great couple of hours on Sesame Street.

Great shows the staff was informative and helpful. The park was extremely clean. Definitely recommend we go again.!!!

Visited in Sept/Oct 2024. Family of 4 (2 teens).
Booked directly with SeaWorld as was cheapest; package included 14 days SeaWorld, aquatica, Busch gardens all with fast passes. Also included 1 day in discovery cove with swim with dolphin.
In the end paid nothing, see below.
Wouldn't particularly recommend, unless you want to swim with dolphins or see orcas, there are other places that do everything better.
Closing early.
On Thursday closed early due to a hurricane 400 miles away, that they knew definitely wouldn't effect Orlando. SeaWorld was the only theme park to close.
Both weekends - Friday,Saturday & Sunday the park closed earlier than advertised for Halloween. Sign in park, website & app all stated 7 or 8 (depending on day) but whole park closed during the 5pm Orca show. When we exited the show all of park was roped off, all rides stopped, staff telling everyone to overcrowd a small are & exit the park, all shops closed except the one by the exit, all food outlets closed (wouldn't let a woman top up her babies drink, that she had already paid for).
No other Orlando parks do this at Halloween, they all stay open to the advertised time.
Customer service
Both in the park & online customer service is next to useless. Rather than acknowledge a problem, apologise & find a solution; they want to argue & don't accept responsibility for mistakes.
Staff put very obvious & easily probable lies in writing which is very unusual.
We did speak to customer service in park about closing early, they were no use.
Emailed SeaWorld customer services, who at first said park was completely open until I offered to send them my video of staff ushering us out of the park early & asked them to check there own CCTV.
Then I was offered replacement tickets, with fast passes, valid for upto 3 years but as we wouldnt be returning, I didnt accept this.
I did say I would accept an experience upgrade that wouldn't cost the park anything, but customer service declined this & told me to claim the money back on my credit card.
So as instructed I claimed everything I spent back on the credit card for SeaWorld, aquatica, Busch gardens & discovery cove.
Dine with Orcas
We booked this but it was cancelled on the day with no notice.
Noone bothered to get in touch to tell us this.
The excuse given was because the day before there was a storm 400 miles away. It didn't affect or damage the park in any way.
SeaWorld also said they didn't let us know it was cancelled as they didn't have our contact details, however a SeaWorld employee phoned & emailed us the day before about another matter.
Staff (not including trainers or educators)
Park staff are rude, ignorant & most grunt when spoken to. The opposite of all the other theme parks, it was like being back in England.
Ask a basic question or for directions & they do not know. Everything was too much trouble.
Some staff told us, this is because SeaWorld pays under minimum wage or hired groups of people they get government subsidies for.
My recommendation is hire better quality people, train them better & pay them better.
Car Park
iRide drops off at the door. Taxis & Ubers can drop off at the door. Car park is a reasonable size. This is really good, better than other similar parks.
Security
Security do a reasonably good job. But they easily lose control of guests & crowds. There are a lot of them for such low numbers of guests.
Universal & Disney, deal with much larger crowds more efficiently & faster, with less security.
I suggest SeaWorld has a member of staff organised the queues before the security.
Also on the days we visited no-one was allowed through security until the parks posted opening time. This is very unusually I don't think any other parks in the world do this.
Ticket booths
On the days we visited, these only started at the posted opening times, in most other parks around the world they usually start an hour or so before to avoid big crowds.
It was staffed by old retirees who didn't know how to work a computer, so anything other than selling tickets they struggle to deal with.
Any questions we had or rebooking experiences canceled by seaworld, they were unable to deal with.
Entrance.
On the days we visited, these only started at the posted opening times, in most other parks around the world they usually start an hour or so before to avoid big crowds.
Very slow & inefficient.
Universal & Disney, do it a lot more efficiently & faster with less staff.
Our queue had about 100 people in it, the staff member put a rope across & just walked off. This caused a massive problem, as noone knew what to do. Our queue had to merge into another one, this caused many arguments & we even watched a fist fight.
Park
The park is very dirty compared to other theme parks.
All throughout the day, bins are overflowing, litter everywhere. Rodents running around. I recommend having someone sweep the park & empty the bins before opening each day.
Drinks
Unlimited soft drinks are about $15.
On repeat visits you can pay $2 per refill or $6 for the day. However we watched most people just say it way their first day & get the drinks for free, the park doesn't have a way of checking.
As the park closed early & we were denied drinks from 5pm, we claimed all of our drinks back on the credit card. If this happens to you, I advise you to do the same.
On my first day I walked to the cart, picked up my cups, scanned them myself as it was self serviced & paid on the card; the staff member who stood there and did absolutely nothing had the cheek to ask me for a tip. I said what for, I did everything myself.
Shops.
Nothing special here.
Most things can be ordered cheaper on Temu or AliExpress (I expect this is where SeaWorld gets them).
As well as tax, SeaWorld also adds an additional 5% surcharge on top of all prices. This is just for extra profit & should be included in the listed price.
Rides.
No complaints about the rides themselves.
App & signs don't display accurate waiting times, needs fixing.
On the Saturdays we were there the fast pass queue got over 2 hours for most of them.
Rides open & closed constantly. On all the days we visited the rides were probably closed more than they were open. This was not for safety or weather, I suspect a lack of staff.
Any slight wind, minor rain, etc & the rides close. These rides are built to keep working during the weather we experienced.
Animals.
Actually enjoyed this part.
We got to see & do a lot of activities involving the animals that we can't do elsewhere, it's all banned in the UK & EU.
Shows are cheesy & outdated. Clown at dolphin show is boring & needs replacing.
Watching dolphins being trained was more entertaining.
Trainers are reasonably knowledgeable about what they do. About half of my children's questions about animals couldn't be answered.
Many animals clearly have eye problems from being exposed to too much sunlight & UV, more shade & canopies would improve their welfare.

The park is very poorly cared for .We have been other times, but we felt a clear decadence this time: dirty restaurants and bathrooms, poorly preserved .Even the shows no longer have the charm, the glamour of years ago .We will not return again .As for the meal plan it is worth it because the meals are very expensive (as in all parks), so it pays to pay for the plan.

This was my first and last experience of seaworld.
After purchasing 3 adult tickets we made our way to seaworld on a sunny day despite hurricane helene weather warnings seaworld announced on Facebook they were open and monitoring conditions. Fine
We got there only ONE ride was open. We basically paid £300+ to walk around shops and eat.
After our meal we were told by members of staff the park was closing early (2pm) and we needed to leave but we’d be refunded for our tickets.
I made my way to guest services only to be ushered away by a staff member who handed me a card with seaworlds number and email on.
I emailed and still to this day have received no response. Their call centre staff are rude and ignorant and “don’t give refunds”.
Had we have been locals their return another day ticket would’ve been fine but were from the UK so can’t exactly nip tomorrow.
Absolutely useless company, and now understand why people are boycotting seaworld, go see Mickey Mouse instead, Disney refunded my money when they closed their parks no questions asked.

Had a fantastic time as this family friendly theme park. SeaWorld is a little more budget friendly, but packed with fun. It’s nice that they reimagined expedition Everest. It is very cool! and It is similar to Soaring at Disney World as a very immersive 4D experience. We loved it. They also added two new roller coasters that were really fun. We like the penguin trek in Antarctica and after the coaster you go into the penguin habitat. It was cool, but it was definitely freezing in there! There are tons of different choices for foods and drinks all around the for quick bites, but I highly recommend taking a visit to sharks underwater Grill. The food is elevated and they have a full drink menu and many specialty cocktails to choose from. what’s most exciting is the view of the Shark Tank that you will be looking at as you dine. The service in this restaurant is always consistently spectacular as well. SeaWorld also has stepped up its game with infinity falls (you will get soaked on this) and the surfboard roller coasters. People think that SeaWorld does not have a lot of coasters, but it really does!!! Manta and the shark coaster Mako are some of our favorites. My son also likes that you can feed the stingrays at this park and all of the aquamarine wildlife that you can see. They have tons of marine life to see as well as beautiful birds and manicured gardens. They’ve also added the dime with orca event which is cool because you sit right next to the orca tank while you eat. There really is so much to see and do that you can’t pack it all in one day, so I would recommend two days. If you’re roller coaster junkie like us, then I recommend getting a fast pass so that you can skip the lines and get on the rides a lot more quickly. Park is always kept very clean and staff is always friendly. I highly recommend and will return again.

Just got back form in Orlando. My family of 5 did Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. We had an amazing time. Sea World was great much more than an aquarium. We rode every single roller coaster and the lines were minimal. My 6 year old boy loved “Ice Breaker” and we rode it 3 times. An unexpected bonus was the ability to duck into some of the wild life exhibits and get some time away from the crowds to recharge. We finished the day with the Killer Whale show which is too cool to believe.
Our second day we went to the sea world water park “Aquatica.” We had a great time and left with some tired kids!
To top it off on day 3 we went to discovery cove. We splurged a bit on the private cabana and Dolphin swim but I’ve gotta say it was 100% worth it. The place is like a tropical paradise hidden in Orlando. The food and drinks we perfect and our personal concierge, Nick, was awesome. The Blue Berry Splash and Serinity Bay Cocktails were unreal. When we got back to New York my kids couldn’t wait to tell their friends about the dolphin swim. I can believe what they are able to teach them. To top the day off as we were wandering around the property we stumbled into the snorkeling pool which was filled with sharks and stingrays. You just walked up and grabbed a snorkel. My wife and I watched our kids snorkel for an hour as massive sting rays swam at our feet.

It was so crowded every show kept being full. We did the close up tour of the dolphins which was cool but we didn't get great pictures. We also did the close up tour of the penguins and didn't get much time with them. Overall rude customer service except in the artic shop the lady was so nice. Long bathroom, dining lines. It was super expensive 😫

I visited Orlando quite a bit with my parents in the late 80’s and throughout the 90’s, but I only have memories of going once and that was maybe our first visit.
25 years since my last visit, and I took my wife and two young daughters to Florida, and as we purchased the Orlando Explorer ticket, it included Sea World and with free meals.
At first I thought nothing of it, but you are entitled to a main, side and drink every 90 minutes.
This effectively provided us with our breakfast, lunch and dinner, and probably saved us a good $400-500 when all added up.
Sea World was actually better than I recall and regret putting it off.
Rides are all extreme as Universal, but has the relaxed vibe of Disney.
Also you do not spend as much time in line as you would think you would.
More so my two daughters loved the animal shows, and were determined to sit in the Splash Zone.
All in all a fantastic day out at a park we had planned to maybe spend 3-4 hours in, yet spent a full day at.

My best friend and I went to Sea World during our yearly girl's trip. I was so excited to go back because I had not been there in over 25 years. We road a couple coasters when we first arrived and then made our way around the park. We came upon a lagoon with dolphins in it. This was the area where they did animal encounters, so that was pretty cool. We left there and came upon the manatee enclosure, and while there, an aggressive "SNAKE" was approaching people looking over the wall at the manatees, so I said SNAKE, they didn't hear me so I yelled snake and we all got away. This was the most thrilling thing of the day. They had underground viewing of the dolphins and some sea turtles that was pretty cool. We did get to attend the sea lions show and later the dolphin show, with the dolphin show being the best of the day. From what I remember from years ago, they had way more shows and not as many rides. A person who hadn't been there and chose to go looking forward to seeing Sea life related shows and exhibits will be let down. I know that they're competing with Universal and Bush Gardens with having more rides for people, but it would be nice to get back to what made yall famous, the animals. If you go, make sure to add the "Quick" queue to your ticket. It's well worth the $50 or so dollars you pay for it. BTW, they do have a few really good coasters, if you like thrill rides.

We had a great first trip to SeaWorld. Our 12 year old had never been on roller coasters so to spend the money to go to Universal would have been an iffy move if he’d not liked them. SeaWorld was a great balance of rides and shows that appeal to all ages. The park is super clean and there are tons of restrooms, restaurants and lockers all over the park. The only draw back is that parking is super expensive - $35 for general parking, and the whole park is cashless. Although they do have kiosks where you can put cash on a Visa card that can be used throughout the park.

The roller coasters are excellent, but the signage and employee interactions are terrible. We bought the Quick Queue for $20 each (which we thought was an incredible deal since we paid exponentially more for Express Unlimited at Universal. But as it turns out, we really didn’t need to buy it because the Quick Queue lines were not manned or monitored at all. Anyone can just jump in the quick queue line. The bathrooms are not easily found and they are pretty nasty, as evidenced by the mold in the picture. And the app is terrible. Directions to anywhere are wrong. The food is good and the meal package is reasonably priced. But on the whole, as Cam Ward would say “if I’m keepin’ it a buck, this is ass”.

Overall my friends and I had a bad experience at Sea World. We arrived to the park and went to the manta ride where, after waiting 30 minutes in line, the (very quiet) PA system announced that the ride was broken down. After that we went on a 2 rides which had long lines with little shade from the hot sun. Then we went to the water rapids ride which, after 15 minutes, turned out to be broken too, so we went back to the Manta. We waited in line for the Manta and got to the dock area but that’s when it broke down for a second time. Next it rained and we had to seek shelter for an hour and a half. After we went on another ride and then back to the rapids ride which, after waiting 1hr 30 mins in line, you guessed it, broke down. Overall we only rode 3 rides for a 9 hour park experience which was very disappointing considering how far we drove to get there. Also the app “wait times” are extremely innacurate. I would most likely not recommend Sea World Orlando to a friend nor go back.

*** HONEST REVIEW ***
So we have been twice on our trip this year having been once before a good few years ago.. if you want to ride some great roller coasters with no wait times, this is the place to go..
We had 2 great days here and both occasions the wait times for the rides were less than 15 minutes… whilst this sounds great, it is concerning for the long term future of the park as you would expect to wait up to an hour and more at universal and Disney.
The rides there are brilliant, however the overall experience seems short of Disney and Universal. Why? There seems to be a lack of enthusiasm around the place. It just seems a little… “let’s just get through the day and go home” from the staff which is a shame really because it could be a fantastic place to visit.
There is a lot of stigma around this place regarding the welfare of animals and mammals but we only saw good engagement and care taken ( obviously only what we could see on the day ).
Price of food and drink is on par with everywhere else around Orlando… overpriced but again you need to expect this before you come and not complain like other people have because that comes with the territory..
Overall:
Rides - brilliant
Experience - good
Price - expensive ( same as everywhere else though )
Atmosphere - could be better
Staff - ok but could be more engaging
Animal welfare - good ( what we could see )

Unbelievable that in 2025 places that have animals in captivity that belong to another field are still open, just for the purpose of entertaining. Very sad

Great first visit to SeaWorld.
My son absolutely loved Seseme street land.
He’s got accessibility needs so can’t queue, and they was really helpful with giving us a pass so he didn’t have to queue and got a return time.
We loved the penguin enclosure. It’s freezing cold which is a shock to the system from the Florida heat 🤣 but obviously it’s perfect for the penguins.
Loved all the rides.

We had tickets through attractiontcikets.com. I scanned the tickets on the self service kiosk, where it said it was printing our tickets and then said an errror and we had for attendance a customer advisor. I tried another self service kiosk and it said the tickets had been issued, which they hadn’t!
We then had to wait 25 mins in a queue to get to the ticket office as it was extremely slow and little staff in the booths. Three of them packed up and left while we were waiting. The member of staff at the self service kiosks was of no help. The person at the ticket booth was disinterested and took ages looking up our tickets, simply to write our names on a piece of till paper, along with the barcode numbers. I questioned this as the tickets were supposed to get us into aquatics and Busch Gardens. He was of no help and told us to see customer service once through the park gates. The lady on the park gates looked at us funny with this handwritten till receipt and the codes did not work!! We waited again before someone actually got us our tickets. It took an hour to simply get into the park.
The park is tired, and needs maintenance. The toilet next to the stingrays had one sink which was not working. There was one broken soap dispenser lying in the sink, which was supposed to be wall mounted.
The app for the park is appalling. The GPS is inaccurate and there is no pointer to tell you which direction you are facing. Some rides don’t tell you the waiting times. The ones that did have waiting times were simply pointless- one said 5 mins, the actual queue outside the ride was 75 minutes. Another said 15 minutes, the actual queue was 110 minutes. They are simply made up numbers. We managed to get on one ride in the full day.
We had all day dining tickets. Only certain restaurants do this- we had to google which ones they were as the app does not appear to tell you. The food was actually quite nice, however the ‘fast’ food takes at least 30 mins to get served. I bought ice cream from Rita’s - I stood in a short line and this still took 25 mins to be served. All the food places we used only had one person making the food.
There was a lack of staff generally about the park, and the one ride we actually got on had few staff, meaning lots of empty seats on rides as there was no one to coordinate it.
We travelled as a family (me, my partner and 2 kids (8 and 10 years old), and none of us enjoyed the park. It was a waste of a day in our holiday in Orlando. I would suggest avoiding SeaWorld as it really felt that they were happy to take your money, but really did not care. On top of this, they charge $40 for parking. Overall it was a really disappointing day out. :-(

This review is not addressing the morals of animals in captivity, but the overall experience.
I have visited SeaWorld before, its one of the better parks as it seems to be one of the quieter ones. We signed up for the dolphin experience which was brilliant, they explained about how they take care of the dolphins where the dolphins only do what they wat to do, but are encouraged with treats. This is the same way we have trained our dogs to behave, not through the use of sticks or punishments, but by rewarding.
The evening entertainment of the ice show and fireworks was excellent too, although the seats are really uncomfortable.
We love the rides of Manta, Mako and Kraken especially Mako as it is the highest and smoothest ride in Florida, where the queues are a couple of minutes rather than hours. The new standup surfing ride, was sadly just average. Be careful with the Penguin ride, you exist through a very very cold and stinky penguin enclosure. Would love to have seen them, but was far too cold, so just wanted to exit.
My last visit would have given 5 out of 5, however, there are two big issues with the park now that are having 2 stars removed.
1. The absolute con of charging silly money to put your bags into a locker (penguin ride) this is just daft as the same rule does not apply for the big rides.
2. The shockingly bad food and extortionate pricing. We visited twice, one on the eat hat you like for a fixed price and another time when the fixed price wasn't available. The food in general was worse than dire, the Philly Steak sandwich looked like my cat coughed up a hair ball and a pudding that we call the playdough cake as we have no idea at all what it was or was supposed to be, but had the texture of play dough.

Great fun as an aquarium for a 3 year old who doesn't go on any rides. Can be done in 1 day leisurely as long as you time the shows correctly. Orca encounter and Dolphin show tend to reach capacity during the mid day hours so head in 15 minutes early. Food took insanely long for burgers and tenders for some reason so go to Waterway Grill and Bar. It's furthest from the front entrance thus has the shortest line. Go early to beat the crowds if you do want to go on rides. The line to get into the park was 1 hour by the time it got to 3pm as we were leaving.

We paid full price for three tickets, two with unlimited dinning and two with unlimited quick que... $600... only to then see that SeaWorld dropped a 40% off deal for 4th of July. So the park was crowded, my request for price adjustment was ignored, and we found that the all day dining is not worth it at all. You have to eat at specific places, bot all food on the menu is part of the plan so for example a piece of cake is included but a cup of fruit is not. There were also meals that were excluded. We only managed to eat once and when we tried to eat again around 8 the place was closed and we didnt have time to search for another one as we were trying to make the orca show. It was extremely hot and bottled water was not part of the plan so we still ended up spending money on bottled water because who wants to carry a paper cup with no lid that gets soggy? Plus you have to throw it out before rides and then it takes another 40 minutes to find a place included in the dinning plan and wait in line for a cup and deal with a fountain machine that doesn't work very well. The quick que was only for several rides and they kept closing. Several rides had technical difficulties and my son waited 30 plus minutes to get on. Certain wait times made it impossible for us to try Penguin Trek, Pipeline (was on and off in terms of operation), and Expedition Odyssey... which meant we paid $600 to ride like 5 rides. Getting lunch at 2 pm was a disaster... took 30 minutes to get the food... so crowded and not enough staff. If we only wanted a drink we still had to stand in line and it took very long! Overall, I would not recommend this park... it wasn't worth what we spent. Evening drone and fireworks show was nice.

Amazing place with lots to see and do for all the family. The shows were absolutely amazing and marine animals are incredible.

We recently had our 3 visit to sea world, having not been for several years it was sad to see how much it has gone downhill.
Everything was extremely expensive, your forced to pay for lockers or you cannot go on the rides no free lockers available, the staff are all miserable and completely unbothered by customers it seems us being there was a huge inconvenience by there attitudes, the bathrooms were wet and filthy and this was at 9.30 am so most likely hadn’t been cleaned the night before, getting served any food took forever, the welfare of the animals here no longer seems to be a priority and it’s all money making, sadly we won’t be back.

Awful and a waste of money
Just been to SeaWorld today with the all day dining. We managed a total of 2 rides the queues were horrendous . There is little to no maps that actually tell you where you are and there is no management of crowds it was a total let down the all day dining wasn’t worth it at all for the money the queues again were appalling staff were rude and disinterested and by the time we had stood waiting to pay with our disgusting burgers and chips they were cold as it took such a long time to actually get to the till !!! We Managed to see the orca show and the dolphins then left as it was overcrowded and just a disaster a waste of money never again !

I was really looking forward to visiting SeaWorld but it just didn't meet expectations. We didn't even manage to spend a full day here and that was with watching some of the shows. I'm not a fan of the bigger rollercoasters so did give a couple of them a miss but even so, I felt the value for money wasn't great.
Food options on site are limited and very expensive.
We wanted to go on the sky tower which to our surprise was an additional $5 plus tax, which we did pay but were a little disappointed given how much we'd already paid for entry tickets.
They do refillable drinks here if you purchase one of their bottles which was great on a hot day but we did feel that sometimes the drink machines were a little difficult to find.
If I visit Orlando again, I'd probably give SeaWorld a miss and just buy a ticket for Aquatica which is their waterpark located nearby, which was fantastic!

Too many people in park with inadequate seating/benches. People sitting on curbs and walkways to eat. Older folks just out of luck. Limited and overcrowded AC spaces. Waited in line 1/2 for food. Left after a few hours. Just not worth it.

A well-kept park with good options for feeding. The park is moving to a park facing the Russian mountain and today has some with great experiences, such as the Pipeline and the Shark. It's worth a visit.

We enjoyed the dolphin show but too much about the rides and not enough about sea life. To get to the shows, you had to walk forever and on a very hot day, not the most fun. And the show times are spread out too far apart and not enough for someone who doesn’t enjoy rides to do in between shows. I’m just happy we got half price tickets cause I would not have wanted to pay full price for the little bit that we did.

This was by far the worst experience I have had in this park since becoming a platinum member in 2007.
Lacking attention to detail, Eddie in guest services. William in guest services had to fix his mistake.
Carlos and Gabriel for the ride pipeline had a full conversation about my issue without including me. Seriously?? But what took the cake, waiting in the guest services line for over an hour at the end of the day in attempt to recoup money from a mistake made in Sea Fire Grill where Mangers David and Sonya's excuse for a new cashier not processing an order correct, oh well, she's training? Do you want more food? And not only that, the cashier who would not take my daughter's 10 coupon did not give her back her Sea World card because the park no longer takes cash.
It's always something with this park. Earlier in the day in trying to get my money back for a locker I did not want, thecashier in the store said, she knew nothing about lockers. It took Carolina to at least told me Guest Services could help. All together it was the most horrible experience. If it wasn't for William and Carolina, I'd have absolutely not ONE kind word to say about my experience today.

It's been over 10ys since we visited SeaWorld but this year was average as the food on offer was poor & we don't know how new the no cash policy is but it's a complete con if like some of the people we went with who didn't take their bank cards with them only cash and they used the machine's dotted around the park to put cash on a card which an ideal way for Seaworld to receive extra profits for nothing, a complete rip off.

Sea World is the oldest theme park since 1964 , the more and newer theme parks that’s being created makes Sea World the forgotten park. Sea world is a place to introduce smaller kids to sea animals , their rides are for teens & adults. It’s a good place for students who are pursuing in marine biologists. Sesame St has partnered with sea world. The park is big, will accumulate more than 20k steps walking around. Alot of shows to watch, long line for the rides and when it’s rains , even longer. Food court is small. There’s a Chick Fil A inside . The package meal is a good buy. Every 90 mins the voucher replenish . Each ride takes at least 1-2 hrs wait , after each ride the voucher is good to go to purchase another meal / beverages. The food court with the variety of pork meals is the best. Over all was a good day at Sea World . My Time Share was across the street so I walked back and forth.

SeaWorld was a very fun place my personal favorite is the orca show it was very fun I got soaked and then i went on penguin trek all the rides were fun it wasn’t busy at all so we got to go on a bunch of rides in 3 hours

One of the top 3 Roller coasters in Orlando is Manta. Cannot change my mind.
While some things can be improved its mostly petty , and its a phenomenal experience. I was able to do a behind the scene tour with a trainer and the love they have for the Orcas is obvious.

Staff miserable, rude and very unhelpful, lots of places boarded up. Place looked very run down. And when you purchase goods there is a 5% surcharge as well as the tax added. Seaworld decided to go cashless but they are charging you for using your credit card????
Lots of shows missing. Very disappointed.

The app doesnt work and the estimative of the time in lates it’s totally not acurated.
I choose a rider that was 25 minutes in the app, but it was more than a hour.
Terrible

Worst theme park we have ever visited, and that includes Dollywood and Six Flags Atlanta.
First it took 2.5 hrs to get into the park. They have NO traffic organization AT ALL.
38 dollars to park and no spots available so we were finally sent to an overflow lot 1.5 miles away (no shuttle). Employees were no helpful and very surly. Emphasis on both.
Our "fast track" tickets were nothing of the sort we were lumped in with the morass of humanity waiting to enter (took another 30 min).
Finally in, the park was very overcapacity. Which was cited to us as an excuse for not doing anything by most of the Employees there. We'll, if you sell the tickets then STAFF THE PARK!
People here are simply a cut below those at Disney btw. Rude Karens waddling along using their infants as fullbacks to plow the crowds will yell at anyone not getting out of their mouth breathing way.
Bathrooms are like the one from Trainspotting....if you have seen the movie you know of what I speak.
We got on no rides and saw 2 shows. In 7 hrs.
Leaving we were made to walk through the poorly lit parking lot and crossed the BUSY street with no traffic attendants then walked through the UNLIT side road, full of roots and broken concrete, to the poorly lit parking lot. Plaintiff attorneys woukd have a field day with this place.
Bottom line is that this place is pure trash, a ripoff, and ought to be shut down. It is a disgusting trailer park vs an upscale attraction park. You are better off shoving 500$ in cash down the toilet at home, setting g your hair on fire, and thanking yourself for doing so versus coming here. We will NEVER come here again.

I’m an Orlando local, and SeaWorld used to be one of my favorite parks because it offered real value for the price. Unfortunately, each visit has gotten noticeably worse, and my most recent visit on Christmas Day was the breaking point.
The park is tragically understaffed, and many of the staff who are there seem disengaged and overwhelmed. Several major rides and exhibits were closed with no explanation posted. When I finally asked an employee why one of the headliner rides was down, he candidly replied: “We don’t have enough staff, as usual.” That pretty much summed up the day.
Despite multiple closures, the park was extremely crowded, leading to massive wait times. On Pipeline, there was no one managing the Quick Queue line at either the entrance or exit, turning it into a complete free-for-all. I genuinely felt bad for guests who paid extra for that perk.
Even more concerning: Pipeline was operating with only two employees instead of the usual five. One employee was in the control booth on his phone while the coaster was running. That alone made me uncomfortable enough that I exited the line when I reached the front—it felt unsafe.
After that experience, I went to Guest Services to cancel my Florida Platinum Pass, which I’ve held for years. Out of roughly ten service stations, only two were staffed, and the line barely moved. I ultimately canceled online because it was taking so long.
The maintenance and cleanliness have also declined significantly. Bathrooms were unserviced and frankly disgusting—something you would never see at Disney or Universal. Self-service machines were rusty and worn down, giving the whole park a neglected feel.
This is a real shame. SeaWorld used to be a quality, affordable alternative in Orlando’s theme park landscape. Now it feels like a park cutting corners at the expense of guest experience and safety. I hate saying it, but it seems like this is what happens when an equity company takes over a once-great attraction.

Feel like we were cheated and very disappointed, from what should have been a memorable day, for good reasons.
Paid over $100 each to get in, plus car parking, and a further $300 for the "Orca close up" experience.
Orca experience turned out to be a photo opportunity on other side of rope barrier next to pool underwater viewing area! $300!!!
Keepers were good and gave a personal talk, and answered questions, but $300! Pictures were poor due to contrast with bright tank!
We're planning the 4:00pm sealion show, but at 1:00pm park announced it was closing at 4:00pm, 2 hours early, due to rain, meaning we also lost two hours of our visit, particularly as it had stopped raining at about 2:00pm. So we never got to see the whole park, or have anything to eat.
The exhibits we saw were great, but one of the aquariums only had one small tank on display.
No Orca experience displays.
Will go home (UK) trying to forget this poor, overpriced, experience. Only saving grace is money spent helps animal conservation!

I purchased an annual pass partially for all the benefits they offer. However, upon arrival benefits were not available. The Platinum plus entrance was closed both days I went. The Kiosk to print benefit tickets such as free ride queue were hard to find and out of service. The reserved sitting for shows was very crowded and any one was able to sit there not just passholders. Lastly, I purchased one thing and the credit card I used to purchase the annual pass (which was not with me) was charged for passes. I reported this as I was concerned about having my credit card hacked and still have not heard from anyone.
Lastly they offer special discounts for Discovery cove, however, the offers anyone can get just by signing up for emails.

Went here after my last visit was around 30+ years ago. As a kid it seemed much bigger and more impressive. My 4-year-old seemed to enjoy it, even with some attractions/exhibits closed down. We don't ride roller coasters and were still there for 8 hours. We walked around 7 miles total. The shows are only about 15mins long. We went on Memorial Day, and it never seemed too crowded.
We had a dining pass, and the food was really good. Lines were long at lunch time of course, but they moved fairly well.
Unless you ride the roller coasters, I think as an adult you will be a little underwhelmed.

My family and I have been coming to Orlando for summer vacation almost every year for the past 10. We do Universal and Sea World always, occasionally Disney. We skipped the past two years, and returned July 2025. In the past, the day we did at Sea World would often be one of the best of the trip. Usually highlighted by lower ride wait times, a decent All Day Dining deal with pretty good food, lower crowds, cool animals, and a great night show! However, all that seems to be a thing of the past. We went on Friday July 18th, and it was PACKED! The busiest I've ever seen it and we always go in June or July. The "lines" to get in at 11:30am were all zigzagged together and people were arguing with each other, no direction from staff whatsoever. The first thing we saw when we entered was the Manta ride stuck with people at the top of the lift hill for at least 15-20 mins it seemed, and that kind of set the tone of the day. Many rides kept breaking down to the point you didn't really feel safe getting on them, my son was waiting on one when the locked harnesses reopened and they couldnt get them to re-engage so shut down the ride. The lockers are now $14 for the day or like $5 for each ride and many locker stations are filthy. I've never seen wait times as high as they were and as others have mentioned they do not match what the app says. Atlantis said 20 mins on the app and 120 mins once you actually got to the ride. The penguin ride said 45, but we were on in 25, just no consistency. The food options for the dining plan are much more limited than they used to be, and the quality of the food was down, long lines there too. We were bummed the nighttime Orca show was cancelled due to weather but we understood. Went to see the night show which is always good, however no drones likely due to weather and just didn't seem as grand as it used to be. Lastly, but the MOST disappointing thing- the park was absolutely filthy. I mean disgustingly so. Almost every female bathroom I went to all day had no soap in the dispensers, paper all over the floor, dirty, just gross. The men in our group, who are not very picky, qere also commenting how dirty the mens' rooms were. The pavement almost everywhere, but especially around food areas, was visibly dirty, sticky and gross. Time for some power washing, seriously. In the Arctic section, my feet were literally sticking to the ground and the tables were filthy, some had no chairs like they were to stand only, it was way overcrowded, no ice in almost any drink machine the entire day! All garbage cans overflowing. Good thing I carry wipes and hand sanitizer everywhere we go. I'm not kidding people, I felt like we all needed to shower on the way out. I don't get what happened here? This used to be a somewhat affordable park that was clean and organized and felt like a good value. It now just feels like a ripoff and low end park that the employees don't care about. I felt bad because I talked my sister into buying tickets to come with us this day as she'd never been and then spent the whole day telling her how much better this and that used to be. Oh, and Turtle Trek dome is now not used for the 360 video experience which was cool, it now just houses coral that you xant even really see very well.

After reading the reviews I wasn’t expecting it to be great. Just back from Seaworld today and we had a great time. The park looked great, not sure why people said it was dirty and run down. We rode all the coasters and they were excellent, that was the main reason for going not the animals. We parked and exited fine but we were early and left at lunchtime. We decided to eat outwith the park and went to Raising Canes on the way home. All in very good.

having been to Orlando and Seaworld for the past 25 years, I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK, ABSOLUTE LOAD OF 🙄 customer service, staffing have no interest in the customer and ZERO experience in what they are doing, we were passed to 3 people to sort our PRE-BOOKED TICKETS OYT and wasted an hour trying to sort out, quick Q extra payment was a rip off as most of the rides were minimal staffed and no queue, THE PLACE IS SO RUN DOWN and never worth the money to go there, seriously I’m not a winger, I’m a decent member of the public who loves a day out……
TAKE A LEAP OUT OF DISNEY’S SYSTEM TO GET BACK ON TRACK AND EMPLOY MORE PEOPLE……….🙏

The positives :
There are some entertaining shows, with the Sealion and Otter show being the standout.
There are a number of impressive rides, with the best being Mako, Manta, Icebreaker and Pipeline.
There are several places where food is adequate for a theme park.
The negatives :
The staff could not care less. Seriously, almost every member of staff appeared inexperienced and thoroughly bored by their job.
I highlighted to several members of staff that there was nobody monitoring the Quick Queue and the Standard Queue, and was repeatedly informed that it works on an Honesty basis. This was at numerous rides, and the same thing happened at Busch Gardens (which unsurprisingly is the same company). People were just picking the Quick Queue as they realised throughout the day that it wouldn’t be checked and they would pass the Standard Queue. Clearly SeaWorld is cutting costs, and this is causing a problem. At one ride I heard an argument as a result of jumping the queue and it looked like it was going to get violent. The staff were nowhere to be seen.
The question is why buy the Quick Queue Pass if nobody will check but you can use the Quick line anyway?
Queue jumping at other points goes unchecked and not dealt with.
Standards have dropped in other areas. The narration within the Journey to Atlantis ride are non existent.
There is a net below the initial climb on Manta where I sat eating an ice cream. There were a large number of times on the net which had dropped from riders. The most striking, which numerous people looked at and took photos of, was a flick knife. And there is security on entry to the park.
On the plus side, Mako remains a very smooth ride. One of the best in Florida.

Park is nice but they did a bad job informing about the quick pass purchase. They advise “Unlimited” but it is not really unlimited. They limit you for two rides where they require the “unlimited plus” pass to go through the quick line.. you should be aware of this otherwise will have a bad experience as I did.

We went on all day dining tickets and wish we hadn’t wasted a day at this park ! Ethically we were torn from the beginning with the whole lack of space in the pools but also wanted to believe that there is a conservation angle here. The park however is very poorly operated and the management should go and spend some time at universal to see how it is done. Park was overcrowded - ride times and breakdowns unacceptable and all day dining package was a waste of money as food was pretty bad. Better off spending an extra day at universal or Disney or just go outlet shopping.

We have visited Seaworld before over 10 years ago, and it was always one of our favourite parks so was looking forward to revisiting but boy were we disappointed!
We purchased quick queue passes at $125 each.
There is only ONE coffee shop in the entire park (and one express pop up) and the prices are extortionate! $52 for two yogurts, two cup cakes, one turkey wrap and one coffee, whilst I fully expect prices to be higher in theme parks this park was on a different level. An absolute rip off!
We did the all day dining (coffee shop not included) which was a waste of money, you can only eat in certain restaurants and the food is average at best, also bottles of water not included in this package.
RIDES
Two rides were permanently closed yet the interactive map or website didn’t state this, one being the log flume.
The rest of the rides are good at SeaWorld which is one of the reasons we enjoyed this park previously however the lack of organisation within the ride queues and the attitude of some of the staff who clearly don’t want to be there really let’s this park down. We arrived at the park at 10 am and left at 7 pm when it closed, we were only asked to show our quick Q pass once, there was nobody monitoring the queues therefore people were jumping in which is totally unfair to people who have paid.
There was a real lack of staff across the entire park and if you were lucky enough to find somebody they didn’t seem to know what they were doing or had an answer to your question. The toilets were dirty half of the sinks didn’t have any running water. They didn’t seem to be cleaned or toilet rolls replenished throughout the day and the general appearance of the park was rundown and unkept.
In my opinion you are far better off spending your money and going to the Disney parks which are well organised, clean and friendly and although busier with much longer ride queues the queue organisation is out of this world so the queues do go relatively quickly, SeaWorld could do with taking a leaf out of Disney’s book!
I honestly can’t see SeaWorld being around for much longer unless something drastic is done to improve the park. We will never visit SeaWorld again and have now cancelled our plans to visit Busch Gardens and Aquatica as reviews are similar to our Seaworld experience.

Loved it. When you enter I highly recommend starting at Stingray Lagoon. It gets full quickly. While you're there go to the bamboo sharks u can also stroke their back. I suggest going to the turtles area next as you can see turtles, manatees, fish, and other cool animals. After you should stop by the alligators. if you go to the right of the alligators and down the path you come to Journey to Atlantis a roller coaster ride in the dark with cool features NOT for the faint of heart. To the right of Journey to Atlantis, there is Kraken I never rode it but it goes upside down 7 times. When you leave Stingray Lagoon and go staight then right you get to the Flamingos if you move toward Manta another roller coaster you can go see the aquarium. After if you go towards the penguin trek you can see the penguines do this early because the lines get crazy ling also make sure you are in the exibit line not the ride line to see the animals. At ten am you can go to the other side of Seaworld. It opens at ten on weekends and 11 on weekdays. At 11 thirty go to the orca show to get a seat in the soak zone if you want to be wet go to rows 1 through 5 I was in row 7 and bearly got soaked. Bring a poncho so you don't need to walk around wet all day. The Orca show is amazing. There is also a dolphin show it runs from 11 to 11 thirty. it also goes from 2 to 2 thirty. If you want to be wet at that show go to rows 1, 2, or 3. If you have young children or toddlers in our group sto at Sesame Street Land to take pictures with the characters and go to the Saturday parade. Behind Sesame Street Land you can see Wild Arctic which has a few Arctic animals. I also suggest you go to the shark habitat is really cool and has a few different sharks.

Seaworld advertises the advantages of buying reserved seating tickets, however for the three shows on offer at none of them was a reserved seating option visable, so a total waste of fifty dollars.
There were no park maps to hand, so we had to queue at guest services for 20 mintues to be given park maps. The business encourages you to download an app, however when the map directions dont work a paper map is essential!
No close captioning on the presentation videos. Very hard to hear the presenters at the shows, above the screaming visitors on the rides neaeby and the poor sound direction.
No thought as to how a wheelchair user could use the handdryers, in the restrooms which are situated high above the sinks.
The terrain is very unfriendly for wheelchsir users and in particular the steep inclines up to two of the shows we saw.
I would not recommend Sea World, a waste of two hundred dollars.

So we just dropped a couple grand to get Platinum passes for our family. How we enjoy the park remains to be seen as we’ve been waiting in the guest services line for over an hour to redeem our “perks” for our passes. One of the perks being a quick queue, which we’re waiting in the longest line in the park to get. SeaWorld, I have a hundred ideas to improve on this. Call me!

They do not run their amusement park rides very efficiently. The rides were a nightmare. Ride times would say 5 minute wait and it was an hour. The new Expedition Odyssey ride is a disappointment for a brand new ride. It was literally 4 minutes of drone footage edited together. There was no story line, no real education.
School trips seemed to dominate lines. Lots of shuffling for all the kids to ride together or ride with the appropriate age/ height chaperone, which left the other guests to the school’s mercy. I get they have to stay together and they’re trying to have fun too, it just wasn’t managed well. The ride operators are not very well trained to run them smoothly. Trains were filled, exiting and entering was a mess. The rides were not a good experience.
The shows are good, we had been here a few years ago as a family and they were the same. We enjoy the sea lion show the most and the mime, he’s a lot of fun!
We tried a different experience this time since we were on a special trip with just one of our children. We did the lunch with orcas. It seemed like a good deal at $35 per person, with a decent looking menu. I was told check in started at 12:15, so I went back at 12:10 and they were already seating people. Then I asked about seating and they said your table was determined when you bought your ticket. That’s fine, but at least one table didn’t even show, so there was a spot right along the window where you can see the orcas well. I do wish it would show seating when you purchase your tickets, let you choose your table, or see what’s available, because there is a row of seats right along the window line and a row on the inside as well. They shouldn’t even have the inside seating because you can’t see the water, presenters, or orcas very well. The food was okay. I have some dietary restrictions, which the server asked at the beginning and said she would bring a special menu out. The menu was the same, it just showed what common allergens were in each dish and it wasn’t specific - for example - I ended up getting the Grilled BBQ Chicken, with mashed potatoes, that was marked for most common allergens (gluten, dairy, soy), so I still had to ask specifically about the dishes to figure out what not to get on it that had the ingredients I could not have. Basically I could have plain grilled chicken with grilled veggies and fruit as a side. Which is fine, it just seemed like the allergy menu wasn’t labeled like what I was expecting. Knowing what it is now, I don’t think we would do it again unless there is someone really interested in orcas and wants to talk to the trainers.
Of course everything is expensive - I bought a bottle of water because it was closer than a drink station and it was $6+. Otherwise it was a good day. The trainers are all very enthusiastic and willing to talk.
Personally, I don’t think it is a place I would visit for entertainment often. I feel like twice in 2 years has checked the box.

SeaWorld is a company that relies on the exploitation of marine animals for entertainment, and this raises serious ethical concerns. Orcas, dolphins and other animals are forced to live in conditions that do not meet their natural needs. These creatures, which usually travel hundreds of kilometres a day in the oceans, find themselves confined in tiny pools.
Captivity has devastating effects on their physical and mental well-being: many suffer from psychological disorders, which manifest themselves in aggressive or self-destructive behaviour. Moreover, the shows impose unnatural performances, transforming majestic animals into mere objects of entertainment.
Despite growing awareness of animal suffering, SeaWorld continues to promote these practices, disregarding the welfare of its captive animals. It’s time to rethink this model of “entertainment” and focus on initiatives that truly respect wildlife.

Absolutely a rip off
Cost a fortune to get in... I can cope with that..
But $40 to park (universal is 35)
But the one that really grinds my gears...
You MUST get a locker for the rides. Another $15 for the day
Unlike Universal where complementary lockers are provided.. or there as a basket by the ride side. Sea world extract yet more cash
Even in the UK they are not that stupidly ignorant to insist on such extortion.
So be aware . If you want a little bag ...even you women with a hand bag....
ka ching
There are better parks .. go there instead.

Wow. Where to start. I guess with the good. The Orca Show, the Dolphin Show, and the Clyde & Seymour shows were great. I thought the food was decent as well. Definitely recommend the meal plan.
Now the bad. We did a hotel package as in the past, we received queue passes at the concierge desk. They told me that they stopped the complementary passes after Covid. I asked how much the passes were and she told me $165 per person. No thank you. Ok the bad about beverages in the restaurants. You only get one drink and no refills. It is monitored via a qr code reader (which was a little finicky). Only being able to get one drink every 90 minutes after buying a meal plan and being close to 100 degrees is a little ridiculous. One refill would be more reasonable. The staff at the rides in general were rude. On the Journey to Atlantis ride, it broke down twice while we were in line. One of the employees got excited every time the ride broke down. Pretty appalling. Most employees need better training in customer service or just plain be let go.
I Probably won't be back to this park. Save your money and go to Discovery Cove. Everyone i interacted with there was great.

Overall a good trip and experience however was expecting a little
More and attention from the animals.
Overall was a good experience just a few we picked up
On

So rigged the hight Sid my son was to small to ride a 54 inch ride but rode all of the other ones worst park in the world and I mean it

I only went here cos the husband loves rollercoasters. I HATE seeing the animals doing tricks, and the poor stingrays swimming in a circle all day. The first shock was the cost of manual wheelchair hire, $42, Universal Studios was $15 ! A small chicken wrap $20, an iced coffee $10.

This review is for the penguin habitat. This used to be a wonderful exhibit to visit, not any longer. The penguins were previously in a temperature controlled habitat with snow machines and seemed to be very comfortable, and the visitors were in a separate large viewing area, also temperature controlled, that allowed for prolonged viewing. The area is now open with the whole area at antarctic temperatures, hence the staff wearing suitable thermal clothing. This is very unpleasant for visitors who enter from an external temperature of approximately 30degrees C and now only rush through the exhibit to get out of the severe cold. Does anybody know why this ridiculous change was made? Don't visit this habitat unless you like freezing temperatures.

The two of us went for an afternoon. We bought our tickets online at the entrance before walking in the park to save money. We went after lunch and left before dinner because park food isn't really that appealing to us. We had a nice afternoon, the crowds were minimal and the shows, talks and concerts were good. We didn't ride any rides. They could use a few more directional signs, but all in all it was a fun afternoon.

Horrific place - Im so ashamed I spent money here.
The dolphin ‘nursery’ was simply heartbreaking. I was broken by this. Such intelligent animals in a cramped warm pool going round and round and round. Forced to breed for entertainment purposes.
And the orcas. In fact all the beautiful living creatures captured and forced to perform for tourists. Abhorrent. Wont ever ever ever set foot anywhere like this again.

It looks really nice on the outside...but bad on the inside. It's really expensive and their restaurants did not even have enough seats for people who visited and the parking is nearly $40.
Somw of the food is okay and the shows were really good. It is a shame it is not looked after better.

SeaWorld is in a transitional phase. The orca era is coming to an end because of some unfortunate events over the years and the age of the orcas. So, if you want to see them, you need to go during the next few years. The dolphin show is still top notch and a highlight. But, the penguin area is completely different and has declined.
SeaWorld is attempting to move into a different direction. This is economically difficult because it's main appeal has been marine life. In the future, it's focus will be developing new high-priced rides--which means all of the difficulties with running a strictly focused amusement park will emerge. It will also means that it will become more expensive and the flash pass system will be a backbone for their economic success. Truth to be told, amusement parks love long lines and sometimes even on a weekday purposely lower the level of cars running on popular coasters to encourage more flash pass sales. If you read the following reviews, some of the criticisms are based around this new strategy.
As for our experience, we had flash passes and all was smooth. We had a "linner" (what we call a large 4:00 meal outside the park, as we skipped lunch). Like most amusement park food, Sea World's has increased prices by about 40%, post Covid. For small children and larger families, Sea World still offers Dine with Orcas. It's no longer a buffet, but a three course meal and might be the best dining option for some.
As for the coasters, Sea World Orlando is better than most Six Flags parks.

An amazing park, it has many shows that are really good, plus mechanical games, it is a mixture of both.
It was really the park I enjoyed the most.
We pay for the all dinning program and it is definitely worth it, you can eat every 90 minutes, the food is good.

I’m writing this to share an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience my family and I had at SeaWorld on April 12, 2025. We spent over $500 on tickets, a Dolphin Encounter upgrade, and Preferred Parking — which we weren’t even able to use because the lot was already full.
We left the park after less than three hours due to a disturbing incident during the Dolphin Encounter. My husband, daughter, and I were placed in a group with four adults who were screaming profanities at the top of their lungs, acting aggressively, and making everyone around them visibly uncomfortable. Their behavior was so extreme that security had to intervene and physically separate us from them for our safety. My daughter was so shaken she didn’t want to remain in the park, and we made the decision to leave immediately.
I reported the incident to a Guest Services Supervisor named Robert, who wore a badge indicating 20 years of service. Instead of showing any real concern, he dismissed the situation by saying SeaWorld “can’t control the behavior of guests.” To make matters worse, he made an offensive and prejudiced remark about my New Jersey accent, saying “New Jersey is the profanity capital of the world,” as if to excuse the group’s outrageous behavior and dismiss how it impacted my family. His response was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate.
While I was refunded for the Dolphin Encounter, nothing was done to make up for the fact that our entire day was ruined. The restrooms I visited didn’t have soap, the park was severely overcrowded, and the Preferred Parking we paid for was unavailable.
I am certain that if this had happened at Disney World, those adult guests would have been removed from the park immediately — and I would have been offered a full refund without even having to ask. SeaWorld failed to uphold even the most basic standards of guest safety and service. My family left feeling shaken, disappointed, and completely let down. I will never return — and I strongly encourage other families to think twice before visiting.

Yes it was very insulting the customer service was terrible, I mean they ran out of food they sold us $90 lanyards and the food was gone we just waited in line and left hungry it was a $305 experience for 3 hours and most of that was waiting in line where the food had been taken already customer service there is no customer service "extortion" $100 an hour for good entertainment is a great deal unfortunately we got the (opposite) of that

This is my experience- I only post it as a heads up for others with food allergies. I’m sure others have had a good experience with food services. I asked several times throughout the day about who could help me and no one could give me an answer. Mostly I got one word answers from staff.
I contacted SeaWorld before purchasing the dining plan. I asked if I would be able to eat the food due to food allergies or should I just bring my own food. They responded that I could definitely bring my own food and that I could rent a locker for the day to store it in. But- they said I could use the meal plan and people would be available to help me select appropriate food. So we bought 5 meal plans. It did not go well. There was no-one in any of the places that could even answer a question about ingredients or direct me to a person who could help. Breakfast - ate 2 slices of watermelon and my daughter took a bowl with 3 mandarin oranges as one her options so that I could eat a bit more. Went completely down hill at lunch. I ended up eating a small side salad with a bowl containing 2 small slices of watermelon. When I was standing in line I asked if someone could tell me what was in the chicken. The person responded no. No other response. Went to the next person. Same response. So I grabbed an extra bowl of watermelon as I was hungry. At the till the cashier told me I had to return the watermelon as I was only allowed 1 dessert. I explained I could not find anyone to help me and that I wasn’t able to select an entree. She said I feel for you but put it back. My son returned his cheese cake and grabbed me 2 slices of watermelon. Went for a really early dinner as I was starving. Same experience. I asked what seasoning was on the fries and when he said no idea- I asked if I could get some fries with no seasoning. No. Again- my kids and husband gave up their deserts so I could eat watermelon. We went back to Disney early because I was starving. Went down to our hotel’s cafeteria restaurant and a manager came out with his binder and said pick something you want and I will make it up for you.
I appreciate allergies are difficult, so I usually bring my own food and have a good day. If I had known that it would be so difficult to determine what was in the food I would have brought food with me.

Great rides and exhibits. Educational for the kids but in a fun way. Kids go from 17-7, all 3 had fun. We've gone back a few evenings to avoid the heat.

We went as a surprise to our 3 and 4 year old and they had the best time! They love Orca’s so we went to that show and they loved it! There was so much we learned and so much to see. We didn’t do the rides or anything but we were able to get through the whole park in about 4.5-5 hours and that includes stopping and sitting down for lunch

They hate people like me. Had a bad time. A man in the aile said i’m not to worry about alligators in the lake, but I did. I wasn’t going swimming, but he told be to stay away. Didn’t make sense, but I thought he was angry.

Our trip to Seaworld today was disappointing. We purchased 2 adult passes and the two all day food passes. We arrived at ten am and were walking to the car by 2:30. It was our hope to take in some animal presentations and shows, but there were very few to be seen. We caught the tail end of the only dolphin show, and the only sea lion show, and unfortunately, we missed the only Orca show for the day, unless we wanted to stay into the evening, which we did not. The food offerings for our all day pass was minimal, with some of the options “closed for the day”.
We settled on the only restaurant we could find that wasn’t a hotdog stand, and had chicken tenders and fries our $100 food vouchers.
The dining hall was unclean, with filthy carpet and tables aged with paint peeling off. There was a stage for a show in the dining hall, but you guessed it- CLOSED. Needless to say, not only will we not be returning, but we certainly could not recommend others to go either. Save the money, drive to the beach and dine where you please.

This was our first visit - and last - from the moment that you entered the park to pay for parking you were greeted by a staff member that made it clear that they hate working there. I think the entire time in the park there were only a couple of words spoken to us by staff members. Basically they utilized grunts, pointing, and death stares. Honestly not worth the tickets.
We rode one roller coaster - it said 30 minutes, we waited for more than an hour. The worst part was watching the workers try to figure out why the safety harnesses kept popping open.
Everything was an extra cost - and a long wait. Even the shows like the dolphin show felt cheap - 12 minutes at Seaworld, isn’t that supposed to be their thing.
The cherry on top was waiting 30 minutes in line for mall food to be slopped onto our plates - all without any worker feeling the need to speak to you at all, and paying 20 bucks per entree. Yet when you get to the cashier she points at a button on the credit card machine for a tip.

Visited seaworld orlando today, and while the park was quiet it's not hard to see why. The park is older, a bit tired and definitely showing its age. The rides though were good and wait times low.
Where the park really falls down though is the staff. Particularly one arrogant rude nasty woman called JOY ( oh the irony)
Supposedly an animal "ambassador" JOY tried to defend the captive breeding of Orcas and Dolphins. When I politely said I didn't agree with it and we would have to "agree to disagree " JOY lost the plot. Ranting on about people not caring and being ignorant if they can't see Dolphins and Whales in captivity.
And as I began to walk away from this clearly obnoxious individual she yelled " IF YOU DONT AGREE WITH IT, LEAVE AND DONT COME BACK".
The people around me were just as shocked as I was by the sudden and completely unwarranted tirrade.
So, we left, and we will not be going back.
Here's the thing - being rude and unpleasant and moreover unprofessional, does a great disservice to those animals you claim to care so much about.

First time here in 15 years never be back .Absolute daylight robbery. 100 dollars spent before 11.30.
How can you justify charging your guests 75 dollars for two standard cheeseburgers, 2 bottles of water and tiny tubs of coleslaw then 14 dollars on a mandatory locker for the day!? I'm disgusted not staying here a second longer and not coming back .
Go to Disney or universal for your days out.

Can you say price gouging? In addition to charging everyone an entrance fee, which is very understandable, parking in the farthest parking lot is $35. Two grilled chicken sandwiches, one chicken wrap, one children's tender meal and one ice tea - $74. Normal size hot dog - $10.59. Dolphin show was good, Orca show is mainly talking about "saving the whales", we missed the sea lions & otters because only offered couple times a day. The Orca parade was lame but the Sesame Street parade was excellent. Penguin encounter was closed and are too many "encounters and talks" for an extra charge of $40+/each.
Sesame Street Land is nice for young children with a great splash pad to cool off. However, the Sesame Gift Shop had the prices cut off the merchandise. When I asked the clerk why she said because when they get the merchandise in, the prices are not what they charge which means to me they double the price. When I asked how was I to know what something cost, she said I had to ask her. She was the only clerk so would have to stand in line just to get a price and then if it is higher than you want to pay and say no, most kids would have a fit because they are not getting what they want. So parent caves in and buys it. Great Marketing Ploy.
Not enough restaurants to sit in to enjoy some air conditioning.
Did not like the new Hydro show and definitely not for young children. Extremely loud rock music, too many flashing strobe lights and some acrobatics, we left after 10 minutes.

Subject: Request for Help with Fraud
Dear SeaWorld Headquarters,
I’m reaching out for assistance regarding identity theft and fraud with your company. Between July 1 and 3, my credit card was used without my permission for an Easy Pay loan of nearly $2,800 for someone else’s passes. I’ve also seen multiple fradulent charges from SeaWorld.
Despite contacting your team, I haven’t gotten any help. I filed a police report and would like to know your verification process for email use and your ID policy for ticket activation. I also need access to security footage to figure out who is responsible.
Thanks for your prompt response.

finally achieved a boyhood dream of mine to visit seaworld. Loved every minute of it. We had got tickets which allowed us to get food and drink every 90 minutes which was worth its weight in gold. Park wasn't busy which meant we got on most rides inside 10 minutes. The dolphin show was spectacular. The orca show was good but a tad disappointing from an animal welfare perspective.
My biggest thrill was seeing the locations where they filmed Jaws 3 - what's left of them anyway (loved this film as a child when it came out).
Roller-coaster were out of this world - the mako and the manta-ray were defo the best by far.

Excellent rides and animals too. Would highly recommend the Penguin Trek ride which sees you going on an expidition at the south pole. In the dark you cannot see what is coming next. After the ride you them go through a very cold enviroment and are surprised by a waddle of penguins, including gentoos, kings and chin straps.

seaworld like a park without rides on a seaworld Theme parks in orlando you seen my new shamu orca toy we got.and the play and music over there.

July 4 was the first time I attended Sea World in Florida. I was super excited when I saw this advertisement on the SeaWorld Website for private viewing for fireworks and dining (buffet) at the Lakeside Grill. Soon, I and several other families realized this advertisement was deceitful with intent to defraud the public.
When we arrived, there was little food or organization. It took 25 minutes to get through the drink line, in that time they ran out of some finger foods before most of us got through the 25-minute drink line. It took another 25 minutes to get through the food line (what was left). We had 10 minutes before the fireworks. For $50 I got a small bowl of nachos and two tacos for our meal. Most of the guests registered and paid 24+ hours prior to the event-how is it possible not to have enough food? How is it not to have staff to provide a service for drinks (there was only one person manning the drinks.)
Next fabrication, with intent to deceive the public. 360 firework observations. None of the guests were aware that you could only see 50% of the fireworks from the facility. The finale was in the back of the restaurant not visible due to the trees.
I am shocked that SeaWorld supports this fraudulent advertisement and deception of the patrons who supported this event.
I am posting on all social media, sending it to the Attorney Generals Office and Better Business Baur. This is shameful and deceptive! I did not think that SeaWorld would support intentional deception of the public.
**Note: if you are considering purchasing a platinum membership be aware that you can’t use the quick pass on the new rides. That is HIDDEN in the fine print.**

This visit was our first time back to Sea World in about 10 years and we were shocked by how it has deteriorated. First, the app is terrible so we went to customer service looking for a paper map only to have the obnoxious customer service rep try to hard sell us a vacation club tour over at Walt Disney World! The park is in terrible shape, chipped paint, rotten wood, and trash under bleachers. Staff are rude and not helpful, definitely don’t enjoy their jobs and most of them can’t answer the most basic questions . The shows are now short infomercials for Sea World’s rescue programs. We ended up leaving early because it was so unpleasant and we felt sorry for the animals. Gone are the glory days of Sea World, it’s now just a money grabbing scheme.

do workers here are mean in the rides are lame he only good thing about it is that how cheap the food is best food out of any theme park still I will not recommend unless you only going for food

Do not go near the holiday and on a weekend. Terrible - over crowed long lines everywhere. If you get the meal plan very long lines !!!!

Visited last Sunday, 1 adult, 3 tween age kids. Park not crowded at all!! Decided to splurge on the expensive Ultimate VIP tour and additional penguin, beluga encounters as special celebration for our family. Mel was the best guide and customer service over the phone was phenomenal. We were blessed with great weather, great shark lunch, all the wonderful private animal encounters, and front of line access to all rides which we loved! It was a once in a lifetime day we will never forget!!! Even for those that don’t tour, the upgrade animal encounters are SO worth it!!!! The park was very clean, updated, no smells - similar to our Disney and Universal days. Maybe we got lucky since low crowd day but was exceedingly impressed by the park!!! All 3 shows just as fantastic as when saw them 40 years ago!!

Actually, we loved this park.
First, it is cheaper than Disney or Universal, and they usually offer promotions for tickets all year round.
When we visited it, the hours were somewhat limited, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but we managed to enjoy practically everything because we went on weekdays, which is the best time to visit it, as weekends are usually more crowded.
The park offers a unique combination of exciting roller coasters and encounters with marine animals. It has around 6 roller coasters, several of them intense and unique in their style, plus 2 water attractions. Animal shows, such as orcas and dolphins, have a stunning staging, and seeing penguins up close is an unforgettable experience.
It also has a children's area dedicated to Sesame Square. For those of us who grew up with this program, it is entertaining to give a brief tour of the area, even if it is not a place to spend a lot of time, if you do not go with young children.
One detail to note is that, unlike Disney and Universal, they do not allow food in. However, they offer a special meal pass that you can use every 90 minutes to order a main course, side dish and drink. If you buy it in promotion, it costs between $35 and $40, which is worth it.
In short, I highly recommend this park. It is a different, exciting and accessible experience.

We had pre-purchased our tickets and all day dining. Prior to entering the park, we had to scan a barcode to obtain our actual tickets. The machine scanned our barcodes and returned an error. Multiple times. Our visit went downhill from there. We got into the ticket line where all the booths were occupied. We were next in line. It took an inordinate amount of time for the people being waited on to purchase their tickets. We finally made it to a customer rep, Agguie, who informed me she could get us into the park, but we were likely not going to get the all day dining plan we paid for. Agguie then proceeded to write down what seemed to be two 42 digit numbers, which the person at the entrance had to key in to get us into the park. We went right to Guest Services and another queue. We were eventually “waited on” by Bonita after a 30 minute wait. I had to explain the issue multiple times. Finally, another employee stepped in. Still, Bonita had to type our codes into the computer. One digit at a time. Each digit took 30 seconds for her type. Neither of these employees (Agguie or Bonita) should be anywhere near a customer. Our first hour was spent in queues for customer service. Or I should say customer disservice. The “all day dining” is not all day, but mostly 11-3. The food was terrible, bathrooms dirty and wet. One restroom had about a half inch of water. I will not return. Ever.

Worst park I've ever been to in my life. Everything is broken or closed, rude employees, everything is very expensive, terrible...

Overall , this experience was great !
A bunch of rides , food courts , and animal experiences . A lot of rides , generally , are not suited for children under the age of eight , but there still are family friendly rides . Our family enjoyed visiting animal exhibits , which were looked after extremely well :) Our favourite ride in particular , was the river rapids , which got us absolutely soaked , but around the park are drying machines (which cost $1-$4 to use)
This was a great day visit ! Highly reccomend :)

A very underrated park. Seaworld has amazing rollercoasters but also mixed with vital educational talks about the rescue work they do. Now some may not like the physical interaction with dolphins and orcas but it is a balance of giving them stimulation and teaching. The new ride odyssey is amazing. Its immersive and you realise what a beautiful planet we have and we need to preserve it. Love this park and can't wait to go again in 2yrs time

We booked cheap tickets on the 4th of July sale with unlimited dining.
The park itself is overall quite tired looking.
Signage is terrible, as a first time visitor it was painful walking about in the heat, trying to find stuff.
The app navigation is rubbish.
One of the water rides was off.
None of the service staff seem that well trained. Even a small queue seems to take forever.
We didn’t do any rides as there was no way we were waiting 45min in the heat, so I can’t comment on those.
The unlimited dining food is bad. I would be furious if I had to pay $160 for lunch for 4, for bad food, so at least the cheap tickets saved me from that.
The restaurants are poorly run, short queues seem to take a long time.
The restaurants were also dirty and tired.
The unlimited dining also isn’t that clear in most restaurants, you can hear the staff having to explain it multiple times when you are in the queue. A lot of the time, they still where not clear.
We noticed a few people just sat down and ate as they couldn’t be bothered waiting for a member of staff to show up and take payment at the register.
The dolphin and orca shows were good and entertaining.
One really annoying feature of the day is the swarm of school kids who dominate every queue or drinks stand. A few times during the Orca show, we couldn’t hear the show presenter as the kids would either constantly clap or cheer (when there was no reason too )
I wouldn’t recommend SeaWorld and will never go back.
I wish we had just done another day at universal, park is spotless, everything is well organised and staff are more helpful.

I like Seaworld these days, I don't love it like I used to. It is still a great place to visit, but in my opinion the fun has gone out of a lot of the shows and they have become to preachy, yes we need to look after this world but we do want some fun as well, as that's what we pay our hard earned money for. Too many rollercoasters have been added which now distracts from the beauty that once was the old park. Manatee's are still my favourite, its just a shame they need to be rescued from idiots in boats.

In my opinion Sea world has too few employees. A fight broke out during a show and no one was around. It is no place for kids. No one helps seat people. The workers look and act like they hate their jobs. No one is cleaning. Will never return.

We went to SeaWorld today and at 11am. It was over 90 degrees so we decided to pay for VIP parking so we wouldn't have to walk through the massive parking lot in the heat. (Why don't they have shuttles?). Then we stood in a long line to enter the park. Finally after passing all the various ways to spend money - gifts shops, rentals, food - we made it to the whale show. Unfortunately, we paid for reserved seating. No one checked that we had paid - anyone can sit in reserved seating with out showing any proof. It was hot so I got an expensive ICEE for my daughter. The whales were amazing but the show was short. All the rides had lines that were 50-60 minute wait times. We could have bought the quick que tickets but it would have added another $200 to our visit and we already over paid for the reserved seat passes that apparently we didn't need. We went to the dolphin adventure show - again sat in reserved where no one checked our tickets. We were so hot that we stood in a gift shop a while (no charge). Then we decided to leave. We could only exit the park one way - opposite direction from VIP parking so we had to walk in the heat before we could turn around to get to our car. Please let VIP parkers go the left. If you make them exit to the right - its an extra walk to the car in the heat and doesn't feel very VIP.

Company refused to reimburse tickets due to poor weather. We bought a very expensive package and was not able to take full advantage of it due to the weather. In spite of several phone calls, SeaWorld was not interested in compensating or perhaps offering partial credit.

Was looking forward to SeaWorld on our trip to Orlando. We got through the park gates and my wife went to what she thought was an information desk. Wyndham reps were operating from it. Of course we got sucked in with it and ended up parting $75 which made us miss the dolphin display which in turn made us miss the orca display later trying to catch the two shows as orca stadium was full. When I researched it later I found out what a scam it is. Seaworld why do you think it's ok to let scammers operate within your park on unsuspecting tourists???????? Disgusted and it more or less ruined our whole day. I would have been happy to leave the $75 dollars in your park paying for food but we left without spending anything in your park out of principle.

Great time with the family. It was a great way to end our Floria family trip. Te animal exhibis are beautiful and well cared for. The show was our highlight and amazing how smart and graceful these animals are.

Went as part of package deal from Discovery Cove that included admission to SeaWorld. Second visit with the first one back in 2018. Things have changed unfortunately.
First off the pros
The dolphin show was amazing!!
Tom the Mine at the Sea Lion show was hilarious
Staff at the SeaWorld Tower very friendly.
Orca Performance
All you can drink cup for $31 dollars
Cons:
Staff at the food restaurant. Went to one place, workers couldn't understand or spoke English that well.
Sea Lion show - mostly one sea lion swimming around but the performers trying to be cute.
Broken drink stations throughout the park.
Re-entry policy of a hand stamp. We left briefly to escape the heat and planned to return later on. Were told a hand stamp was required which nearly washed off after swimming at our hotel pool.

Terrible All this place dose is abuse animals dont go here its pure evil all of these parks are these animals are as intelligent as humans there not circus acts

We had a one day ticket and arrived at 9am when the park opened. We got in okay and managed to do 5 rides with very little queueing. We also saw the Sealion show, the Orka encounter and had a meal on our all day dining plan by 1.30pm. So we were very happy at this point. It was then starting to get really busy and as thunder was forecast and our hotel was only 15 minutes away decided to leave and come back at about 5.30pm to do the final 3 rides we wanted to do, eat and see the firework show. Getting back into the park was ok…but Manta was advertised as a 5 minute wait but actually took 40 minutes to queue. We then moved onto Atlantis ( which had been broken down in the morning) as app said it was a 20 minute wait. We queued for over an hour and a half as the ride kept breaking down….this meant that the fast pass queue grew longer and longer so it was really slow moving for the standard queue. We got all the way to the loading bays and then the ride broke down again. There was very little communication - an announcement was made over the tannoy but no one could hear it. The ride was poorly managed with not enough ‘ambassadors’ managing the situation ( loads of people were pushing in as well). In the end we gave up as it was 8:15pm and we needed to eat and then get to the show. ( we did not have time to queue for the last ride we wanted to go on). We went to the all day dining restaurant that we had chosen and it was closed ( this was about 8:30pm). We then found another restaurant that was still open but the queues were massive and so we gave up….we went to a kiosk to buy drinks as we were so thirsty and for 4 bottles of coke it was 30 dollars! The show was okay but by this point we were fed up and so watched by the side of the lake rather than at the stadium so we could leave the park as quickly as possible.
It just felt in the afternoon when the park was busier that there are not enough staff to manage it and the app does not give true wait times which is frustrating. The all day dining was a let down as we only had 1 meal, we had to pay nearly 40$ to park and the 30$ for 4 drinks. Staff are not as friendly as in the Disney/universal parks and don’t go out of their way to help you. Our afternoon/evening visit was very disappointing and felt like I had wasted a lot of time ( and money!). Roller coasters that we went on were great - just not the SeaWorld park that I remembered from my last visit 7 years ago.

I absolutely do not recommend visiting Seaworld during October. I have never seen so many people packed into one park. It was so crowded you could not even walk. My children were not able to ride any rides due to the crowds, and over 60 minute waits, while the app says only 10 minute wait.
They close half the park off at 5:00 to get ready for fright night, so you are not able to enjoy a full paid day.

It's not what it used to be. Only 2 live shows, as many have been discontinued. There are several talks during the day but that's about it. It used to be a beautiful park with parrots and flowers and beautiful gardens. Now it looks like a monstrosity of metal. They have turned it into an amusement park, like there aren't enough in the Orlando area. We have been there twice in 6 months and the Sky Tower was not working either time. It was great when Anheuser-Busch owned it. It probably had several owners since then and has gotten progressively worse. We bought an annual pass as we go to FL 2 to 3 times a year but will not be renewing it.

Don't waste your time or money here. The Seaworld of old and actually up to a couple years ago IS NO MORE!
The place, overall, is decrepit and in need of a major update! It is overpriced from parking to food to gifts. The bathrooms are disgusting, the food is overpriced and mediocre, the exhibits and shows are underwhelming, parking is expensive, the app is misleading and inconsistent with the paper map, gift shop items for the most part are overpriced 'made in China' junk with some items which have been on the shelves forever having blacked out prices perhaps to increase them and blame it on the tariffs.
Such a sad state of affairs for the once beloved Seaworld!

Very disappointed with SeaWorld Orlando services. I ordered 3 months in advance the Dinner with Orcas lunch package. I have an autist grandson and he is crazy about sea animals. He was more excited with this experience than with the park itself. We travelled from South America so he could be close to this giant animals.
When the scheduled time arrived (12:30) we approached the place. It was completely abandoned, no one inside, no sign. When talked to a Sea World employee, he had no idea what happened. Called someone and we were told it was canceled. No information, cost refund or not even a sign informing it. I was told I need to go to guest service to request the refund. More than 40 minutes waiting on a queue. Family totally disappointed and I still had to loose time waiting on a queue because their totally lack of respect with customer. Very sad experience! My grandson very disappointed!
Poor, expensive very disappointing day out.
More expensive than disney, food very poor, staff rude, serving staff literally dirty, girl on panni stand had the dirties jumper on chewing cuffs, ended up having an an argument with staff to get what we had paid for. Guess its the training dont give whats paid for and you can demand another tip to sell them another one. More like a very expensive theme park than seaworld. Our experience was it was trying to be too many things and doing nothing well. Pricing was not clear and seemed to he what they thought they could get out of you. Drinks bottle advertised at $17.99 at the till price went up to $27.99 + $6.99 to fill refills extra, obviously not available where you but the bottle. Save your money and go elsewhere. UK holiday maker, oh yes they expected a tip for poor service.
