We had the best experience on the wine tour. Nathan, was fantastic. He explained in full detail the process of how the wine was made. He even explained a lot of the science behind it. It was fun, informative, and tasty! We had the best time. Highly recommend! And thank you Nathan for such a fun experience!

We had a great time as Seven Birches Winery! Our server Brian was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the wines available. We were able to chat about not only wines, but he was able to recommend activities for us to do in the area while we’re here. When we visit the White Mountains again Seven Birches is on our list for sure!

It was the best time! Camilla knows what she’s talking about and made sure we had a great experience. They do a great job and have some amazing wines. The alto and sunset boulevard were our favorites.

Seven Birches Winery served as the gateway to my enjoyment of wine (specifically wine tastings!). The wine is wonderful (I LOVE "Wild", "Angel", "Été", "Secrets", "Rebel", Blueberry, Apple, and Strawberry!), the mixes and wine descriptions are spot on, the atmosphere is amazing...but most importantly, the service and the people are the best out there!! Whether you're new to the world of wine or a seasoned veteran, they will make you feel comfortable and at home. All the staff I've interacted with have an amazing depth of knowledge with their wine and the winemaking process, and I always leave having learned something new! The thing that strikes me most about the unique wine tasting experience at Seven Birches is how they go out of their way to make it interactive and personalized. I highly recommend Seven Birches Winery - even if wine is not your forté, you will surely leave having made a new friend.

Absolutely amazing!!! Nate was the best. So knowledgeable, kind and so helpful! The best wine tour/tasting.

The wine tour was full of information on the wines and how they get from vine to bottle. Our guide, Patrick, was great at answering questions and was a charming host. This was our first "wine tour," and we had a great time. We sat outside on the beautiful patio after the tour and did our sampling, where we ordered delicious local cheese with crackers and pepperoni - with a gorgeous mountain view. Hard to beat! We happily purchased some wines to take home.

Mark is such a passionate wine maker and owner. The tour is fantastic and will not disappoint! The wine is delicious and I truly enjoyed the experience!

We loved this tour! The tour guide (whose name escapes me) was very knowledgeable and information. If you take the tour be prepared - the tasting pours were massive!! We got to try seven or eight wines. We’ll definitely be back the next time we are in town.

I was in NH for my annual trip and my friend and I always go to one or two wineries when I visit. She was hesitant when I suggested Seven Birches as she had heard it wasn't that great. We were so very happily surprised. Brian was absolutely wonderful. He was attentive and knowledgeable. We had a great time and we both purchased items as we were so pleased with our experience and the quality of the wines/ciders.

Very nice wine tasting. We shared a 5 taste sample of mostly reds and were happy with our selections. Seemed to be Cali, Washington, and Chilean grapes. We expected more counter service and it was good to have table service.

We stopped here just to get a tasting it was not crowded. Obviously not being in season, but it was just perfect. We were able to do sampling of the different wines and the gentleman working the tastings was very knowledgeable of the wines. It is not so easy to find right away as it is part of the resort but it’s a small little store no place to sit in the store itself but the wines are very tasty. The pours are very nice and there’s a little shopping to do as well definitely a great little stop for just a glass of wine or a nice tasting.

We had a great time on this tour! It was fun, informative, and relaxed! We sampled multiple ciders and toured the entire facility. I enjoyed learning about the science behind the process and the history of Seven Birches and Rhythm Cider. And we've been enjoying our complementary glasses!

Generous tasting with an unbeatable view if you’re looking to leaf peep this season! The winemaker is extremely knowledgeable (learned more than most Napa tours I’ve been on), and has a wonderful story to share. If you’re a hard cider fan, be sure to visit later this Fall for their first cider release - We were lucky enough to get a taste, and it’s sure to be a hit!

This was our second time visiting Seven Birches - I was so excited to go back!
My fiance and I did a wine tasting and ordered some cheese, pepperoni and crackers.
The cheese is the best cheese I have ever hand - hands down. And the pepperoni was out of this world!
We love the wine so much that we joined the wine club and went home with 7 bottles of wine.
I do not remember the young woman's name who was our professional but she was wonderful - would go back again to see her!

Had fun tasting five different wines! Enjoyed listening to the different flavors of wines. We picked the type of wines we wanted to taste & he suggested great ones to try, also. Had fun and learned a lot. Didn’t get to do the tour in the winemaking. Would have been interesting too.

I took my cousin to the outdoor venue,it was a beautiful day and a Wonderful experience. We sampled wine and had a plate of cheese to munch on.

Great place to try some local wine and cider. Outdoor patio was shaded and cool. Faith, our coach, helped us all find something new to taste. The local snacks helped pace our flights of both drinks. We brought home several of the ones we liked best.

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our walk-through tour of the winery with the owner himself. He seemed to be a great guy and he went quite in-depth with their processes and the different complexities they face. It was a marvelous, easy-going tour, and the wines provided were quite tasty!

Nathan was kind, thoughtful, funny, and extremely knowledgeable of the craft of winemaking and he provided me with great and useful insights as I am also quite interested in starting a vineyard of our own.
Thank you so much!

Nathan was excellent and enjoyable! His expertise and excitement over his wine is wonderful! Very informative and all the wine we tasted was delicious!

We had a wine tasting and some snacks. It was reasonably priced, authentic and relaxing. We tried several wines, the cider and the mulled cider. What a wonderful tasting and relaxing experience. The staff was welcoming and informative

My friends and I stopped in for a wine tasting. I am not a big wine drinker but Renée noticed couple wines I liked and brought out a bottle she thought I might enjoy. Long story short I walked out with a bottle the wine she suggested! The entire staff was very nice and you could tell they have fun plus enjoy what they're doing!

Nathan, the wine maker, was phenomenal! He was informative, entertaining, and he let the wines speak for themselves. We typically like one or two wines in a tasting, but on this tour, we loved all six. We immediately joined the wine club and are looking forward to the upcoming trips and events.

Thank you Ross for a perfect afternoon tasting these exceptional wines! Loved the hot apple pie wine!

I left the tour with more knowledge about wine making. The guide was informative and engaging. He took the time to answer everyone's questions.

My wife and I shared a wine flight and had a wonderful time. We also shared a cheese and cracker tray. We especially liked the Merlot and took a bottle home with us. It was a nice, fun time before we braved the crowds at the Ice Castles. Honestly, I would have traded my ticket in a second to go back to the winery and have a few more tasty glasses. Good wine versus loud crowds and screaming kids? No contest!

Went for wine tasting and ended up adopting a vine and bottle of wine! Very friendly staff! Three hours went by like nothing.

Excellent wine and cider selection. This is an excellent way to spend a couple hours of your afternoon. Make sure to try the maple cider!

As a wine lover, this was my first experience touring a winery. Let me just say “ I had an amazing day”! Patrick was a great tour guide giving us so much information and had a great sense of humor. The outdoor patio is where we did the wine tasting. The view, atmosphere and weather couldn’t be more perfect.
I would highly recommend a visit to this winery .

Being a wine snob my expectations were low, but I very much enjoyed the wines, had a glass & bought a bottle to go.
The graduate chick working the tasting room (living in Plymouth & self proclaimed competitive child) was a doll, she sunk the experience for all attendees! She is an asset.

Wonderful experience! We learned so much! Wine maker was extremely knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questions. Tasting room was beautiful and welcoming. Staff were amazing!

Small intimate room, w/ glass doors to large balcony & a breathtaking view. We enjoyed 4 whites; Solstice was unoaked & a bit sweet for my taste, although Liz definitely warned us! It would pair nicely with some chicken salad, but I was glad I sampled a glass rather than buying a bottle. For sweeter palates, the Strawberry Wine was a pleasant surprise & would pair perfectly with Summer Berry Trifle. The Pinot Grigio was crisp w/ expected apple notes. Riesling was nice light, semi-dry & refreshing. Our fav? The Sauvignon Blanc w/ nose of stone fruits (apricot to me, peach to my husband) & kiwi made for a crisp refreshing drier white. 3 Reds were quite pleasing for a summer day. Sunset had a very nice finish with a medium body. Cab Sauv had a great jammy nose w/ just a hint of oak & tobacco, perfect for some grilled meat on a cool summer mountain evening! Our favorite was the incredibly smooth flavored Syrah. Great nose, great flavor & finish. The absolute highlight of this tasting was Liz’s expert guidance. Her friendly banter through our tasting provided just enough information to confirm our choices, sharing little tidbits along the way about the winemaking, the winery & Virtual Tastings. We definitely enjoyed the well-curated selection of wine accoutrements & local foods: a nice variety of retail to pique the interest of any wine taster! We loved the local crafts. We will definitely be back every time we visit the White Mountains.

It was easy to find…. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a Charcuterie board and a pleasant view of the mountains… Being a member has its advantages. We bought 6 bottles of various wines at a discounted price. We try to visit every time we’re in the area.

We visited the Seven Birches Winery and had the lovely experience of Meghan’s hospitality. We walked in at 6:23pm (on our last night in town) knowing they closed at 7pm but reassured her we’d be done on time. She was patient, welcoming, and made us feel totally comfortable. Her knowledge of the wine was more than impressive. Meghan went on to tell us about the wine club which we happily joined. We especially love that the winery is independently owned! Seven Birches is lucky to have Meghan be a part of their team. We can’t wait to visit in the spring!
Deb & Ty

Really enjoyed learning how wine is made. Nathan did great job explaining different kinds of wine and how it was made.

Stopping by Seven Birches for a wine tasting is a highlight of every trip to the White Mountains. I've been a wine club member for a few years. This time I adopted a vine!
For my testing we had Faith. She is great. So friendly and very knowledgeable about the wines. She was so much fun, I brought my family back the next day for another tasting with her.

They have two locations, next to each other. The winery has tours and a shop to sample some of their wines. The shop includes some local made paraphernalia that you browse through as you enjoy a glass or two. Next door is the Atrium. At one end of the Atrium is a Wine Cafe. Here you can sit in, or out, depending on the weather. Cheese and crackers are available. Nice to sit and sample while your better half shops, or even better? Sample together!

We have been coming from CT since they first opened. Highly recommended! It’s a great way to relax in Lincoln

This was a nice wine tasting with some lovely varietals. Friendly staff was very helpful. Their wines were very good and one needs to try their mulled wine.

FAITH with the Wine Tasting was great, would really like to go back to taste more from her. We r looking forward to drinking our bottle of Pino at home, thank you FAITH.
KATIE at the resort was very informative and will book with her on our next visit. Nice personality.

Our host (I am so sorry maybe Patrick....if not Patrick I am sorry) for the tour of the winery was Awsome! He gave us a sneak taste of the Blueberry Wine that was due to start bottling the next day. I can’t wait to buy it. Liz at the tasting bar was super knowledgeable of all the wines, and was patient as this beer drinker kept asking different questions. My wife I can’t wait to go back over the summer and enjoy the back deck as we drink o bottle or two.

Faith was our hostess/ server she was awesome….She is 100 percent knowledgeable
On the wines and hard ciders….and it goes without saying the wine and hard ciders were delicious…I am now a wine member, home delivery…so excited to taste my next wine

MY friends and I visited Seven Birches Winery on Valentine's Day. They had a special event called Delectable Desserts Uncorked.Five wines were paired with five different desserts. It was fantastic! Yummy desserts and great wines. Meghan made it a wonderful experience as she explained the reasons for the pairings.

After recently being at a tasting that was overly pretentious with only mediocre wines, we were thoroughly impressed by Silver Birches. Our server was personable and friendly. We bought 3 bottles of the merlot (and I don’t even typically enjoy merlot!)

Great Experience. Ross was excellent and very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions as they arose. Very accommodating as my best friend and i were an hour late as we thought the tour started at 1pm. Ross proceeded to finish the tour we came in late on and took us thru the 45 min beginning we missed..

We stopped in for the Wine Tasting Experience as part of a bachelorette weekend, and it was fabulous. Ross is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about wine, which elevates this tour from a normal wine tasting. The wines are great, and the tour is very informative and enjoyable. I highly recommend this experience for anyone who enjoys wine, no matter how knowledgeable. Looking forward to returning next time I am in the area!

We did a wine tasting with Faith and it was so nice! Faith was excellent and so friendly and the wine was so tasty. We ended up purchasing 12 bottles of wine! I highly recommend this tasting!

My wife and I stopped in for a wine tasting. We were greeted prompt and professionally by Julie. She was very knowledgeable. And also asked all the right questions so to be able to suggest what wines we may enjoy (we enjoyed them all). Answered all our questions. Indoor room was beautiful. I did enjoy sitting out on the patio. Would highly recommended to others.

Ross was awesome. Well done tour. Great education on wine taste and why. Product is great quality and good price.

We attended a tour and wine tasting this week with Head Wine Maker Nathan and it was the highlight of our girls weekend in the white mountains of NH. The staff here is wildly enthusiastic about wine making the love comes through in each sip! Nathan smiled the whole tour gave enriching answers to all of our questions. We saw equipment learned about the company history and we got to try amazing flavors ! I highly recommend booking this experience

What a great weekend at Seven Birches Winery membership fall event! Mark, Nate and Faith were terrific and very knowledgeable hosts. We tasted some great new wine, blended our own wine, and experienced mead tasting for the very first time. We look forward to drinking our new wines and sharing them with friends and family. Looking forward to our next visit!

My favorite part of the experience was the knowledge and recommendations our professional, James had. James is so passionate about what he does and it shows with his interactions with all of his guests. He is very upbeat and personable and made the wine tasting experience very enjoyable. I can’t wait to go back!

What a delightful surprise this tour turned out to be. Everyone on staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The wines were surprisingly good and we brought some ciders home with us, which were FANTASTIC! Many thanks to Nathan for giving us a fun and informative tour. We are always pleased to meet people who truly love their work and are anxious to share their joy….kudos to Nathan and Seven Birches!

After a beautiful, blue sky day enjoying the white mountains ... 4 of us went to the Seven Birches Winery Atrium for a tasting. We really enjoyed the diverse choices of "classic" wines as well as those augmented with the local fruit ( the Ete with local peaches was excellent). The local cheese and pepperoni plate was a perfect complement. The server, Katie, was a lot of fun as well. I highly recommend a stop in to Seven Birches!

We had a great visit to Seven Birches Winery. We did a tasting, then had a glass of wine while enjoying their meat, cheese, and cracker picnic. It was a very lovely afternoon. The service was great and the knowledge about the wines by the servers was wonderful. We will definitely be going back there soon!

My wife and I stop by every year when my family stays in the area for vacation. Julie was VERY helpful and was knowledgeable about the wines. A very bright young lady who isn't pushy and trying to sell something. Seven Birches sells itself. Well done, Julie and 7 birches!

We had a great time but our reservation was set to the wrong time on TripAdvisor. We arrived in time for our 12pm reservation on our voucher to find out it was scheduled at 3pm at the winery. We learned a lot about winemaking from the owner of the winery and the wine was delicious! We had to unfortunately leave early from our tour because we had planned something else for 5pm (since we thought our tour was at 12pm according to TripAdvisor). Highly recommend to those who like wine and the beautiful views of New Hampshire. Next time we’ll call the place we make a reservation directly instead of going through TripAdvisor before going.

We have visited a couple times. It has grown and it’s a wonderful place to visit. We became club wine members a year ago-best decision ever! We get perks. Visit when we can. Many options of wine and cider for tastings. Can have cheese and meat boards as well to go with the tasting. Has a small area where you can purchase merchandise. Wines are delightful. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. The owners are here often and a pleasure to chat with.

Seven Birches was so fun and right next to Loon! The wine is delicious and the staff are super great! I highly recommend the “Rebel” wine and their new Malbec! Yummy! Cheers! Faith is the MVP. Don’t forget to sample the local cider too!

Katie was fantastic and was very knowledgeable about the wine! Wonderful atmosphere delicious local made cheese. We will definitely be back to get more wine!!! I wish they sold the wine in the liquor stores!

Nathan was very informative and engaging. He answered all our questions with enthusiasm and his passion for winemaking was apparent throughout the tour. He even let us try his new cider…SO good! Would highly recommend this tour and Seven Birches Winery!

Awesome experience! I recently visited Seven Birches, with my wife and daughter.
The wine and cider selections were amazing! In addition, our charcuterie board included foods from local artisans!
If you are familiar with Route 93/Exit 32, the Kancamagus highway and the various trails, within. Think about Seven Birches wine tasting, after say, hiking the Greely Ponds trial!
Or, if you are out of state and checking into the Resort. Seven Birches is right there. Think about a tasting, while you are waiting for your room to get ready!
There are spectacular views within their tasting room!
Five starts definitely!! Friendly, courteous staff, that make you feel as if you are the only person there!!! The staff is very knowledgeable about their products!!!
Time well spent! Seven Birches! Keep up the great work!!

My husband and I were quite surprised at how good this wine was. Our wine consultant was very friendly and knowledgeable. The wine prices are very reasonable. We did purchase several bottles to bring home.

Seven Birches Winery offers a great Wine Flight, allowing visitors to sample 5 of their wines, poured and explained by knowledgeable staff. Visitors can make their own picnic with specialty snack foods available for purchase. The difficult part was deciding which of their delicious wine offerings to bring home!

I stopped by the Seven Birches Winery "extended" tasting room and had the best experience. Amazing friendly and fun staff! Delicious wine..... especially their mulled wine!!! I will definitely be back during my next trip to Lincoln!

Highly recommend this tour with ample wine tastings. The bonus was a lesson on the science of wine given by owner Mark- who answered all our questions. We sampled six types of wines, saw how hard cider is made, and left Seven Birches with our favorite bottles of red and white. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The wine is unique and well done.

Intimate setting which was very casual and informative. Wine was amazing. We would highly recommend doing this tour. It was a great experience.

Did a wine taste. Ended up buying a glass and bottle of blueberry wine. Definitely coming back here!

We had a wonderful time on the tour. Nathan explained the entire process from start to finish. We enjoyed learning about how the wine is made, how the process is different for red vs white, what type of oak is used for each (if any), etc. It was a fun and informative way to spend the afternoon.

Our winemaker, Nathan, was FULL of facts about winemaking and the history specifically of 7 Birches Winery in Lincoln. The wines we sampled were generous pours, and all good examples of the styles they produce. He walked us through the winemaking process and also the cooperage process, bottling,, corking and labeling. The tour was about 2 hours, but could have been abbreviated to an hour without all of the info about bottling/labeling etc. Good value the time spent, and a great way to spend a day that's too cold to ski!

Great experience, Nate gave so much insight and background!
Definitely worth the time, you will not be disappointed!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Ross our guide was very knowledgeable and we could tell he loves what he does. Wines were excellent! The hot mulled wine was amazing! Can say so much more but you should experience it for yourself. Would highly recommend it!

Brian was the best! He was friendly and knowledgeable and made all 8 members of our party, including our 2 children, feel welcome. All of the wines were excellent, the ciders were fun to taste, and the Solstice White and Merlot were favorites. The cheese plate for 2-4 was a nice addition. After a fun morning for the kids at Clark’s Bears Trading Post, this was a nice way for the adults to relax. We visited around 1pm on Memorial Day, it wasn’t too busy, and the service was excellent.

We wanted a light lunch...so we stopped in for some wine tasting. You could do 5 tastings (2oz each) for $10 and we also got the cheese plate. it was the perfect lunch. I loved the wine and shipped some home. the mulled apple wine tasted like liquid apple pie - yummy.

Nice people, nice place, GREAT WINES. came in a weekend with my girlfriend (I was blindfolded and we love wineries)...we car to the resort and she looked worried...we walked in, and small no one here...we took our first sip of our flight and WOW WOW WOW. What a variety of great wines made just across the hall in a GORGEOUS RESORT. Could only imagine what it’s like in the summer and spring! They sell cheese and and crackers and a lot of house wine decorating things. We bought our own cheese and crackers not knowing and they let us eat there! Mariah was amazing!! Thank you for a afternoon worth remembering

Beautiful place! Faith really knows her wine. She was very helpful and informative when making our choices. It was a very relaxing and fun experience.

The staff was amazing and everything was so delicious! We arrived early and decided to have a flight of ciders before the tour. The young lady that helped us was absolutely amazing at explaining the flavor profiles. Then Nathan on the tour was so fun and engaging while still educating us! We will be back! Thank you so much

I took a class of wine tasting at 7 Birches Winery in NH. It was so informative. The tour guide, Ross, answered everybody’s questions without hesitation. I could see that he enjoyed answering our questions. The wines were delicious. My wife and I enjoyed very much. If you happen to be in Lincoln, NH this is a winery worth going to.

During a recent trip to Lincoln, NH, my family and I were in desperate need for a nosh and drink. The main tasting room wasn't open yet, so we went to the other location: Atrium Wine Bar at the Lincoln Village Shops. It was so great, that my sister-in-law and I went back every day for an aprés ski toast.
Faith served us two days and then Brian the other day. Both were SUPER warm and welcoming. Upon the first visit, Faith was very patient with our unruly and disorganized bunch...but she was great in answering questions and giving us tastings and great pours. The nice thing about this annex is that they have cider/beer tastings too. YUM! And tasty treats. Be prepared to open your own cheese, crackers and sausages--but all of the accoutrements are provided (knives, plates, cutting boards, etc.) The serving size was MASSIVE, so we brought the extra home.
The ciders and wine are local and pretty good. I loved the blueberry one, especially. Will definitely go back when I'm up in the White Mountains!

This was a fun way to spend an hour tasting wine and cider. We started out sharing a wine tasting. We tasted 5 wines of our choosing for $16. Our hostess, Kristin was a generous pourer, which was appreciated as we were sharing. We skipped the peach moscato and tried the other two whites, a chardonnay and a sauvignon blanc. Both were nice and crisp and not too sweet. We moved on to the three reds, a sangiovese (my favorite), a merlot and a super Tuscan, Rebel (my husband's fave.) We had some more time and I really wanted to taste the blood orange cider so we bought a sampling of the five ciders. I should point out that you can mix and match, we just chose to do them separately. The two apple ones(original and heirloom) were very different from each other. The blood orange was good, but the apple ones were the best. We also tried the blueberry and the lemon lime. The tartness from the MacIntosh apples gave all of them a distinct taste.
The only downside was that there was no restroom in the tasting room. I was given a key to the mall restroom, which was at the far end of the mall, steps away from One Live Brewery, which had their own restroom inside. I was surprised to find a place serving alcohol without having their own restroom. When I mentioned that to the key-holder she said that they are working on it.

We loved learning about the wines, fermentation process, etc. with Nathan. He was very accommodating and clearly very passionate about this. The wines were great and felt good to support a local business. Some sort of food pairing is the only suggestion we can think of. Overall excellent and highly recommended!

Just finished meeting Winemaker Nathan and cannot say enough positive remarks about the experience.
Highlights:
- very relaxed (yet knowledgeable) approach promoted learning through dialog and interaction across all participants
- his passion shines through in his mannerisms and openness to any questions with honest answers
- our small group varied in wine experience and curiosity, Nathan’s approach accommodates all interest levels
This winemaker prides himself on staying current, keeping it fresh, combining curiosity and free spirit to continuously create new libations.
Thank you Nathan for a great session, we will be back!

What an amazing experience, great presentation and even better selection of wines, Nathan Definitely knows the deep and complexity of wine making, and Mark, what an amazing human being, down to earth in every aspect of the word. Cant wait for the new location to open up and do it all over again.

Faith was not only very knowledgeable about the wines for tasting but could suggest one if you you were not sure exactly what you wanted to taste. She has a wonderful personality and made you feel at home

Always such an amazing experience. Amazing staff they are friendly, kind, and always on top of everyone’s needs. Spectacular wines, amazing atmosphere. My favorite place to stop at. Highly recommend!! Keep up the good work everyone!!

Brian at the new Studio and Anna at the River walk tasting room were even more phenomenal than the wine. They completed the amazing experience of wine and the new to us ciders. Can't recommend them or the fantastic winemakers at Seven Birches enough.

Nathan was unbelievable as a tour guide. We had a very fun time and learned a lot about wine and the process behind it. We loved testing the different types of wine and learning about the hard cider being brewed as well.
Conversation was very fun and personal and we would love to come back and do again in the future.

My wife and I tried this place as we were exploring the area. We loved it. It is located in some old school strip mall, which made us second guess going but we are glad we went. The staff was excellent, the wine and cider are delicious and the strip mall has a nice brewery in it as well. Worth the stop, check it out.

Recommended by our air bnb host and it did not disappoint. Faith was very knowledgeable and took amazing care of us which was the perfect way to end girls weekend! Thanks again Faith!

My wife and I have been to lots of wineries in Napa, Columbia Valley, etc. This was so much more interesting. It was led by the owner/winemaker, and it was amazing the amount of work that goes into the process of making wine on a relatively small scale. I was fascinated. And the wine was really good. Well worth the time and money.

This tour is held every Wed at 12 pm for $20 per person. We booked through our hotel, Inn Season Pollard Brook, and received a discount. For an extra $5 you can purchase a souvenir wine glass. The $20 is well worth the tour. The tour is supposed to be 1 hr, but we were there more like 2 hrs. The guy we had (I can't remember his name!) did a very good job. They show you the vineyard, which is very small. (not much to see) Then they take you in the wine making room. He explained the entire process and took his time. He had us sample 4 different wines while in that room. When the tour is done, they take you out to a patio overlooking the beautiful pools. He gave us a menu of wines and we could check off I believe 4 more wines you would like to try. They give you a bowl of oyster crackers to cleanse your palate in between wines. There were only 6 in our group, our 4 and another couple. When you are finished, there is a gift shop where you can purchase their wine or wine related gifts. I would say this is a must do while in the area. It was a great experience, and a relaxing afternoon - a nice break from site seeing and hiking.

Came here with a girlfriend as a little detour before dinner. Brian was great! He was attentive, chatty and warm. He helped make our cold evening a little warmer and cheery! Worth a visit!

Nathan gave an outstanding tour aka he's an important element in the winery's marketing plan. We felt more informed after the tour than when we toured a bunch of wineries in Napa. Not to be missed when you are in the area. Tasting room has lovely pours and snacks and gifts.

My husband and I had a great time! Mark was so informative, friendly, and engaging!!
Worth every penny! Can't wait to come back!

The wine tasting my wife and I had was great. Our server, Faith, was very knowledgeable and made it fun. Thanks to Faith, our anniversary was that much more special. The wines, are absolutely wonderful, the club makes sense to join, and we will be back again next year to celebrate here for the 3rd time.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem is you can't mix wines from the various categories and must try strictly from that group. Some sweet, some dry, some fruit and cider wines. $15 tasting for a fleet of 4 wines.

This is our second time at Seven Birches. We visited last summer and did the 'meet the winemaker' tour. This year we did a wine tasting at both locations. I like how they have different samples at each. My only recommendation would be that they offer a special where you can do a wine sampling at both locations for a discounted price (ex. Instead of $10 at each locations for a tasting, do $15 for a tasting at both locations). We had a great time!

Very enjoyable have done this a few times.
Purchased wine and will be back. We brought friends the last time we went.

Ross was awesome! He helped treat my girlfriend and I to an amazing experience trying out a variety of ciders and wines. We stopped in to kill some time while waiting to eat elsewhere and he made the experience so fun that we came back after our lunch for another round. Would highly recommend!

Our guide Nathan was very knowledgeable and seems excited about his product which in turn made us excited about it. I have never heard of this product before it is relatively new I do hope that Nathan will have a lot of luck with it in the future.

My friend Sarah and I came to Seven Birches and had the loveliest experience hosted by CHRIS. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful. A funny guy who sold these two white wine loving ladies on a full bottle of red. We will be sure FOR SURE! <3

Was awesome, learned alot, wine was amazing. So cool to see the equipment first hand! Worth every penny! We stopped at the bar after and had a great late lunch.

This was a great experience! We met Mark, the winemaker and owner, and Nathan, the assistant winemaker, while touring the boutique winery. Nathan did the bulk of the tour. He was animated, informative, and passionate about his winemaking. The tasting was wonderful!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable but the best part was sitting out on the deck for the tastings with the view of the mountains

Had a fabulous day yesterday doing the 5K! Wine sampling after was perfect! We left for lunch then returned for more wine and purchasing. We are club members here and we continue to have great experiences. Megan helped us out in the afternoon and she gave great suggestions based on what we like/don't like. Even got slushie samples! You will not be disappointed stopping in!

We have a home in Lincoln and spend a lot of time in the area so we know ALL the spots! I make sure to bring friends to Seven Birches as often as possible and this visit did not disappoint! Wine and now cider tastings, relaxed outdoor vibe, delicious charcuterie and wonderful service from Napa native James. If you’re in town you have to make a stop for the experience and the bottles you’re sure to buy in their super cute shop (lots of cute gifts and accessories etc). Cheers!

Nathan was so generous with his time answering all our questions with enthusiasm. Definitely recommend. Wines were delicious.

Mark was very informative. A great tour, very well presented with a nice touch of humour. They wine tasting was great with some fabulous tasting wines - something for everyone.we met some lovely people from Mass and Connecticut. Kristen looked after us really well too. All in all a great experience!

We regularly enjoy wine tasting at Seven Birches Winery! It is our favorite winery! Enjoy friendly service and expertly crafted wines and other fermented treats! And while you are there having a tasing or glass of wine, be sure to try some Harmon’s cheese!

Our server "Faith" was outstanding. Knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. One of the best wine tastings I have experienced and a beautiful mountain view setting.

We were a party of 8 plus on xmas vaca on a rainy Monday. We decided to take a "field trip" to Seven Birches for something to do-so glad we did! Kamila was welcoming and attentive to our rather large gathering and gladly moved tables and seats to accommodate our diverse age group and needs. She helped us pick our selections of cider and wine flights and also recommended some nibbles to go along with our drinks. It was a very relaxing, take your time and chat, type of evening. I would recommend a drop in tasting like we enjoyed if the “tours” ( which I’ve done before) do not fit your schedule. Great way to end the day! Thanks Kamila!

A fantastic winery! A good price for 5 wine tastings of your choice. Enjoyed my time there and always have. The just expanded as well which makes it even better. The staff is amazing and you’ll want to leave with your favorite wine. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our wine tasting experience with Katie! She was so knowledgeable about each of the wines we chose and answered all our questions about how the wines were made. We were able to relax and take our time. We loved it! Katie made the experience exceptional.

My husband and I took the meet the winemaker tour at Seven Birches. Patrick was very knowledgeable and informative. He encouraged questions and was very accommodating. We learned a lot about the wine making process. It was very interesting.
Afterwards we tasted a flight of 5 wines. The selection was somewhat limited compared to those listed on their website but we still enjoyed the samples. The glog (hot mulled, spiced wine) was delicious!
I recommend the tour and tasting. It was a lot of fun! We’ll definitely return for another tasting when we visit the area. The tasting without the tour is half the cost which I think is very reasonable!

My boyfriend and I ended up being the only 2 on our tour with Nathan. It was amazing! He was so nice, chill, and down to earth. The wine was great. We got a bottle and some ciders to take home. Definitely give the winery a visit.

I went to this winery as a day trip with my wife and to celebrate our 1st anniversary. What a great experience. The wine maker was super friendly and knowledgeable, kept it fun, not to mention the wines were delicious! We bought a few bottles and also joined their wine club. We would highly recommend visiting this winery!

We visited Rhythm and had a great experience! Shain was super nice and very knowledgeable for only being on his second day 😊 The ciders were amazing. The ambiance was nice as well. I would recommend trying this place! My only criticism would be the cost of food prices. We did not order food for that reason, but it looked nice.

Always a pleasure to see Katie in the Tasting room and Nate doing a tour! We always have a blast, the wine is amazing and the experience is always amazing! Would highly recommend!

It’s a very small operation space and it’s mostly a discussion of what they do and how. Tasted 6 wines. Will be moving into a new space next year so will likely be different then.

We had a delightful tasting at this small winery. They are still small so it is very personable. They gave some great one on one time so we could learn about the winery and the wine. They’re 5 samples for $20 was a great deal. We really enjoyed just the laid back atmosphere and fun host. Highly recommend this for about an hour of your day.

I had such a great time. My husband wasn’t feeling great and wanted to spend the day in bed and I took myself for a solo wine tasting and could not have had a better time. Brian was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly loved what he does! If you are in town, certainly stop in for a wine and chat.

We planned a rainy day to visit Seven Birches and I wasn't disappointed. Julie was an excellent pourer with good information about the wines. The grapes are imported from all over and blended into several fabulous blends. Wild, Jardin, Venus, are just a few. We wanted to purchase some wines for our week in NH. The tasting is $10 per person. Comparable to what we pay in Virginia. We bought eight bottles. No discounts on number of bottles purchased nor free tastings for purchase. We bought a pricey $35 cheese/meat tray that was to serve about 4 people, but it was enough for the 5 tasters and our 7 year old granddaughter. I'm tempted to go back and purchase some to take home! While I mark this as a family opportunity with young children, they're welcome at the winery but there's nothing for them to do. We stood at a table that had a ledge next to it where my granddaughter was able to sit quietly with her hand-held device.

Even if you don't have time for a tour, DO stop in for a tasting at this lovely facility inside the RiverWalk Resort. There's even an outdoor terrace. Grapes from all over are shipped to NH, then processed and bottled on site, and there are quite a few to choose from. The wines themselves are a mixed bag, but sommelier Katie made learning about each sip a real pleasure, and the charcuterie board made this a delicious and refreshing end to our day in Lincoln.

While in Lincoln for a mini vacation, we stopped in at this winery. It was a very nice place and we sat out on the porch for a wine tasting. All their wines were very good and we bought a bottle. The staff here is very friendly and Kate paired our wines with delicious chocolate. We are happy to add another winery to our list for when we need more wine.

The Atrium Wine Bar had a great selection of wines, food options and great atmosphere! Brian, our server was knowledgeable and friendly. Bought a couple of bottles of Rebel Red to take home.

Our meet the winemakers tour was very informative and fun! Nathan was great and answered all of our questions about wine making and learned a lot about yeast and processing—Nate clearly loves what he does!

My fiance and I did a wine tasting with Seven Birches at their new location. We got to sit outside on their patio while we enjoyed the 5 different wines of our choice. We took our time and enjoyed the view of the mountains while we sipped our wine and snacked on cheese and crackers. Mark assisted us with the tasting. He was knowledgeable and clearly excited about sharing the wine with us and seeing if we liked it. It was cool to see how passionate he was about the wine. I would definitely go back.

Me and my girlfriend was celebrating our 3rd Anniversary in Lincoln, It was month ago since we plan to go here and find some activities between winter and spring, not much of extreme activities coz some of them were already closed. When we found this Seven Birches Winery we definitely chose this tour and we never regret it. Were lucky coz Mark the owner is the one who tour and explain everything about their own product wines. Very knowledgeable since me and my girlfriend doesn’t have any idea how to make wines. Pleasure to booked this tour and 100% recommend this to my friends.

Excellent tour with Nathan. We really enjoyed hearing all about the wine-making process, and it was clear how passionate he was about his work. Great variety of wine for the included tasting as well. Everyone be encountered at the winery was friendly and helpful, highly recommend!

Highly recommend this wine tasting! We were able to taste multiple wines and our guide was extremely knowledgeable (as well as humorous). We learned about wine tasting, the wine process and how Seven Birches bottles their wine.

We loved our experience at the wine tasting with Zach! He was very sweet, knowledgeable, and attentive. It is located in a nice, small spot that overlooks the pool. It started raining while we were on the deck but since it was covered, we had no issues staying out there. We loved that you could either order a charcuterie board set up for you or pick and choose your own packs of cheese and crackers from the store. We will definitely be coming back again and recommend it to others looking for a fun thing to do! Zach was great!!

Did a tasting of their Hard Cider. Faith served us our drinks. Great atmosphere, great time…great location and great hard cider. Excellent service.

Nathan was really nice and very knowledgeable! He answered all our questions and it was great to see how passionate he is about the products they make. It was also nice to hear his story and how he got there. The wines were delicious. We’d definitely do the tour again when they expand.

Very good passionate presentation by guide Nathan. My group of 4 each left with a favorite bottle of wine we sampled. Highly recommend and looking forward to a return to trip to see their huge expansion.

We enjoyed our visit. We sat outside, tasted 5 wines each with generous amounts.
Some tables were in the sun, some in the shade. Seating area faces the street so it is not a picturesque location but still fun.
Wines were OK. Not bad and certainly drinkable. But nothing we decided to purchase.

We did the meet the winemakers tour. Nate was very knowledgeable and a great host. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed some delicious wine and cider.

We went to the wine tasting for something to do and it was very enjoyable. The wine was good, the server was friendly. We even bought a couple bottles. Thank you.

Fun tasting experience for $20! You taste 5 wines and you can select them yourself. They have both sweet wine and regular wine. Subverting for everyone. They have snacks on their menu and many more snacks you can purchase at their shop. They also have clothing and wine gift options. The winery is inside the hotel on the far right. You can view their wine making room through the windows downstairs.

We stopped in to do a wine tasting, Loved their wines so much. Joined the Wine Club. Jillian our server was so informative and didn't rush us at all. So glad we found this Winery.

I have visited over 30 vineyard so far and this one is the best by far! Nathan is passionate which creates a vibe. We discussed with him while he was showing his installation. Very unique vineyard with amazing product. My personal favorite is the rosé wine. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for an amazing experience with affordable prices
15/10

Wine tasting at Riverwalk tasting room. We tried 5 different wines including the mulled wine. Which was amazing. Our tour guide, Faith, was very knowledgeable gave us a rundown on how everything is made, bottled, even flavors you would taste. We will definitely be back! Also purchased some for gifts!

I love it here! The wine tasting is worth it, and you will want to join the wine club! Faith is amazing and very knowledgeable about all the wines, and really makes the experience luxurious. Very close to Loon\Cannon and is a great Après spot. I don’t think I can gush enough about Seven Birches.

The reservation was made here from Brazil, I had no idea what it would be like! And it was perfect! Immaculate attention. Despite the small production the wine is of great quality!

My husband and I stopped in as part of our relax and stay package and I am so glad we did. We had a great experience all 3 times we stopped in. Faith is amazing, funny and knowledgeable. The wines were delicious. If you enjoy sipping wine this is great place to go. Enjoy!!!

Nathan made this tour fun and informative. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants an introduction to winemaking. Plus, the wine itself was delicious.

If you’re looking for Rhythm Cider tasting- you’ll be out of luck. Website says open. Sign on door says moved to Riverwalk. Riverwalk pointed back to “door”. Aggravating

We were in Lincoln to ski for a long weekend vacation. On our last day, we stopped into Seven Birches and we were not disappointed! Mariah was so fabulous! It was a little busy when we first arrived, but she was balancing all of the guests so well without missing a beat or seeming overwhelmed whatsoever! Wonderful service from her and she was so spirited and upbeat! We are not super knowledgeable on wine (other than we know we liking drinking it!), but Mariah was so knowledgeable and explained the wines in the best ways, without making us feel "stupid" for not knowing much about wine, as I have experienced at other wineries. We will certainly be back thanks to Mariah for making Seven Birches such a wonderful atmosphere!

Our cider tour with Nathan was fantastic! He’s the winemaker as well as the cider maker and you can tell he takes pride in his craft. This is some of the best ciders I have ever tasted. His strawberry cider is amazing; it’s still a dry cider but with a hint of real strawberry taste. It’s the perfect combination of a fruit with a cider. He explained the process of making the ciders as well as some history behind ciders. It was a lot of fun. Then you are taken upstairs to the store where you can taste more samples and purchase ones that you like. They even gave us free glasses! Everyone from start to finish was extremely personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even the owner is on site and was super friendly. Go huskies!

Great experience - I highly recommend this winery. They allow you to pick your own flight of wine or cider. Also frozen drinks are yummy.

The tour was informative and interesting. It was a relaxed atmosphere with a passionate wine maker. The wine was very good. Our host kept things conversational and light.

We have enjoyed tasting Seven Birches wines at RiverWalk Resort overlooking the pool. The new location is just across the parking lot and similarly fun. These young wines are getting better every time we taste them!

Nathan gave an excellent and interesting discussion on what goes into the making of ciders. He was very informative on giving some comparisons to the wine making business and to breweries in the presentation. Thanks for an enjoyable 1 and 1/2 hour.

Nathan is amazing!! He tailors the tour to whatever the group wants to get out of it which I think is excellent. We had so good conversation, learned a lot and of course had some great wines! I don’t usually drink reds but I ended up buying two after the tour- Nathan does a great job! Will definitely be returning when I’m back in town :)

Both the Seven Birches inside River Walk and the Alpine tasting room were great. Staff could not have been nicer nor more informative. The tasting room went out of their way to accommodate the fact that we were traveling with dogs, offering us a table in the corner where our dogs could hang out on the other side of the fence while we did a taste. Our dog was having a bad day so instead I just sat for a tasting myself without the dogs nearby, and Brian was more than accommodating when I told him I was in sort of a time crunch. He still delivered a great tasting experience, and helped me decide which ciders were what I was looking for. Excellent service despite a very busy Columbus Day weekend, and great ciders and wine. We will definitely come back, as always, when we are back in the area. Thank you!

The tour was very informative about the creation of wine. From types of yeast to varietals. The wine was great! Nathan the winemaker had a great personality and answered everything our group had to ask.

Nathan we awesome! He was very informative and skilled in wine making, but also a cool person to talk to otherwise. We actually left with life long lesson about the culture of drinking wine, and couldn’t recommend him high enough! Thank you!!

My daughter and I really enjoyed the wine tasting! It was so much fun to learn about the different wines and the presentation was so interestingfrom the moment we stepped in the door! We will definitely be back!

Nathan’s passion for winemaking is evident in every word he speaks! It was very informative, interesting and fun! Mark, the owner, dropped in to chat with us as well and share a story or two. One was about how they chose the name — recommend asking! Definitely going back next year when the expansion is completed!

Great location and really enjoyed The wines Chardonnay and Rebel and cheese platter with great music what’s not to love - also cider for those that want something different!

We had a great time at the atrium wine market for a tasting! Kristin was so kind and fun and gave us great introductions to everything we tried

This was an absolutely incredible experience. Nathan was so knowledgeable and catered to our individual wants. The tour was intimate and the wines were exceptional. The wine tour really made our experience 11/10.

My wife and I go here every year we visit God"s country New Hampshire. We love the wines, not overcrowded, great scenery, the staff is wonderful and affordable prices.

Nice little wine tasting bar. We were traveling as a family. They welcomed us with our two young kids. Like other families, the kids played on their electronics while sitting on the floor and we stood during wine tasting. Husband and I selected 5 wines to taste each. Tasting was $20. Server was quite knowledgeable. Mulled wine was the best out of all of the wines we tasted. I personally only liked that one but I drink more luxury line wines.

The wine tasting experience with a professional is best described as a combination of a tasting, a tour, and a conversation. Ross is extremely knowledgeable about wine and is happy to talk about essentially any wine-related subject that you may wish to discuss. I've done quite a few tastings at wineries and one of the most interesting things about the experience is that it is not really meant to sell you bottles of wine (though they make a good impression) but rather to use the different wines as examples of the various points that Ross makes about wine and wine tasting. Ross gets in to quite a bit of depth (if you are interested in that) and pours generously throughout. A great experience if you are interested in getting into wine tasting, or if you have been to some tasting rooms but would like a more methodical and thought-out approach to thinking about wine tasting.

Had a fabulous time on our anniversary weekend with a wine tasting with Faith at the Seven Birches Atrium.

We had an opportunity to visit 7 Birches Winery the weekend of the 26th of June, 2020. Since we had already been there on previous occasions, we chose to have a glass of wine and ordered the cheese, crackers and meat board. Our server was Mariah. We felt very comfortable and safe as she wore a mask and kept a distance from us when talking to us. We not only loved the wine and cheese, but also having an opportunity to chat with Mariah who is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. We look forward to coming back to New Hampshire and to 7 Birches soon. If you get a chance, check it out. Good wine, great atmosphere and really nice people.

We totally enjoyed the story around the wine making process. The speaker was actually the winemaker - very passionate for his profession. Worth the time and money spent!

Nathan and Zach were incredible! Nathan was a well of knowledge and made the tour very enjoyable. The wine was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect.

Another great wine tasting. This time our host was Shain.
We really enjoyed Shain and his conversation and perspective on the wines.
All of the staff there is always very friendly including Mark who always gives immediate feedback when you leave compliments for his staff. That’s a sign of a well run establishment where the staf follow the lead from the owner. Bravo!!!
Thanks for all the delicious wines and good times.

Very nice your of an unusual winery! Only one located beneath a resort as far as I know. Nathan was very good explaining winemaking and answered all of our questions (and to a couple honestly said he didn’t know the answer). Learned a few things. You get tastings of 6 wines that are very different and a souvenir wine glass at the end. Most of the wines were not to my taste but everyone has a different preference.

Zach, Katie and Brian were knowledgeable about their wines, friendly, and really made the tasting experience the best in the area. Highly recommend this gem! Will visit agsin - hopefully when the temp is above -10.

This was the second year we went to Lincoln for vacation and the second trip to Seven Birches. Last year, it was all about the sampling of the various flavors, this year, it was almost all Blueberry wine! Left with 5 bottles this year thanks to Julie and Mariah's help over our 2 visits last week. Great outside seating to enjoy the beautiful Lincoln fresh air, too!

Had a difficult time finding the tasting room, but so glad we did. Huge mess and noise at the construction site next door - oh well. Enjoyed the tasting flights at $20 each. Enjoyed the local picnic platter and of course next the chocolate sampler. Kristin was knowledgeable and most hospitable, can only wish her pours were larger, but we get it of course. Loved it

My wife and I enjoy wine tastings wherever we travel. Seven Birches was definitely a good take, and one we'll return to next visit to Lincoln! Our hostess was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive- we enjoyed the delicious wine tasting and cheese (an unexpected treat)! We were comfortable, and the wines selections were varied and delicious. We bought several bottles to enjoy our favorite wines at home! Some great wine enthusiast's accessories, too! We also learned the origin to "Seven Birches", too

The wine was fantastic and the tasting was such a fun experience. Martinez was an absolute joy and made our afternoon there amazing. He was very professional while also being funny and personable. We will definitely visit again.

This was a great experience. Wine tour with Mark who is very knowledgeable and personable. Very tasty wines sampled during and at the end of the tour. New tasting room just across the way with other wines to taste. All were delicious. All of the staff we came into contact with were great. And you can’t beat the views!

My son, his girlfriend and I visited the Seven Birches Winery as our first winery tour. It was a small group so we also made a friend while there. Patrick did an amazing job sharing and teaching us about what a fun job he has with the love and passion he shares in making wine. We chose to sit out on the balcony for a beautiful view of the resort and mountains while Patrick brought us 5 different wines to try making suggestions as we went along. We also enjoyed a meat and cheese platter that was stated for 1 to 2 people but fed 4 of us with a local cheese, Delicious! One more thing, let Patrick know you won't need a dump bucket, all the wines were so wonderful, we never touched ours, we enjoyed and drank each drop !! ;) Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!!

We found this on line and decided it would be a different kind of NH experience and we're glad we signed up. The hour-long+ tour with four other people was a delight and included sampling 6 different 7 Birches wines, including a fresh from production Apple. Winemaker Nathan was knowledgeable, excellent at communicating his know-how, and was more interested in answering questions than lecturing. Tour included two etched wine glasses Thanks, Nathan and 7 Birches.

Great wine, beautiful location, and even better people! The fruit wines have distinct and delicious flavors, and I love the "Angel" and "Wild" wines!

My boyfriend planned a trip for a wine tasting at Seven Birches on a weekend away. I can not recommend this experience enough! Brian(i believe that was his name) was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the wines and ciders that Seven Birches makes. The wine tasting room provides a very clean welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful selection of gifts to buy. Seven Birches Pinot Grigo is a must try, it may just be my new favorite! Highly suggest trying their restaurant Rhythm located in the same building!

Mark, the winery owner, was very knowledgeable and informative about the wine making process. And the wine samples made it even better! Had a great time!

Our wine tasting/tour was very informative and interesting. Nathan is extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions Of course the tasting was the best part. With each pour, Nathan described the background of how it went from the fruit to the glass. We have been to the tasting room numerous times through the years but getting to hear how the many varieties of wine are created gave us more of an understanding of each individual label. We also tasted the hard seltzers and ciders which we had never tried before. It's truly amazing the production they have in the their existing room. We are so happy they will be able to spread out in the Riverwalk Phase II expansion and create more beautiful wines.

We have never had a bad experience here! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the wine is even better! We came here on a whim years ago and fell in love! This has become a must go to for us every time we’re in the area.
Their wine is amazing but their charcuterie snacks are incredible as well! The smoked maple syrup with cheese is like candy! We’re members and look forward to getting our wine delivery two times a year in addition to all the wine we end up buying every time we go for a tasting.
PS…They’re apple wine is a staple for our Thanksgiving dinner every year!

We were in the area on honeymoon and stopped at Seven Birches. Katie was wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable on the wines they offered. I enjoyed the cheese we had there too. Overall, we had a great experience and Katie made it possible for us to leave with a little trinket to remember our trip by.

Faith was fabulous! She was very knowledgeable about tge wines and led us through a great tasting. She encouraged us to visit the cider room, as well, which we did the next day. Double the fun!! Love love love the Strawberry wine! My husband was a fan of the ciders!!

Our party of six enjoyed a wonderful afternoon wine tasting hosted by Katie at the Seven Birches Winery. Katie is very knowledgeable and passionate about wine and is a terrific ambassador for Seven Birches. We got to sample several of their excellent wines and learned a lot about wine from her. We all would highly recommend stopping by the RiverWalk Resort and visiting with Katie for an afternoon. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful part of the country, fall in New Hampshire. Small winery, but big on great wine. Nathan is a great wine maker, very informative and personable. A must visit if your in the area. Mahalo Nathan from Hilo Hawaii

Amazing wine tasting at Seven Birches Winery at the Riverwalk with Meghan! Such a fun experience and the wines were delicious! Meghan was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to converse with!

This is our 3rd time doing this tour and yet it’s a different tour each time. Nathan was so knowledgeable and also kept it more like a conversation that just listening to someone talk. The wine we tried were all different from what I’ve tried before and we got to hear about the ciders they are making. We followed up the tour by going across the street to try their cider flights and another wine flight. I can’t wait to come back in 2024 when the addition is done and they’ve moved into the new space.

We visited for the afternoon session and had a very interesting tour of the growing facility, then a very informative wine tasting.
It was a very nice afternoon experience.

We’ve done this wine tasting several times, and it never fails to be a wonderful experience. We had Faith today, who was super friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We received an in-depth tour from the owner himself who, through his infectious passion for the field, truly elevated our own fascination with wine.

This week was me and my husband’s 5th time to Seven Birches Winery. I always make sure it’s our first stop when we come up there. Shain was our wine tasting host for the 2nd time, and he is awesome!!! So knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t wait to go back there again soon. Thank you!!
Jason and Elizabeth G.

The man giving he tour was very informational and friendly, the wine was great! Learning about the process and how to produce different tastes and tones was cool. Had a great time with my girlfriend!

Nate, was amazing showing us all the steps the wines and ciders are made. He is really passionate about what he does. I love that. We also me the owner, Mark Who was really nice. I think I love making wine now.

Lots of fun and personal…the wine is great and you get to ask any questions you may have. We stopped over at Rhythm after and had some cider and Meade too!

We had a great time sampling all of their wines. Katie was very knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend!!

The staff were amazing!! Faith was so accommodating and answered any questions we had. The wine and cider were AMAZING!! I reccomend trying the wine and cider!! Also Bryan was very accomadating with our needs when it came to buying the wine and cider! We will definitely be back!!!

Highly recommend the Meet the Winemaker tour. I am not a huge wine lover so just a tasting would not interest me. Really enjoyed learning about the wine making process. Nathan made sure everyone had fin and was very accommodating in answering questions.

Learning to taste wine in a whole new way. Expanding our wine pallet to flavors we never expected. Ross was phenomenal and so educational and we will definitely be back for another visit 🍷🚘♥️

Amazing wine flight! Tried their new seltzers as well, super tasty! Deluxe Picnic Platter was super bomb!

We had so much fun on our tour! We learned a lot, had great conversation, and tried so many amazing wines! It was our favorite part of our trip.

My wife and I ended up spending the entire day at the winery and cider store with Ross and the staff. The tour was like a college course in wine compressed into a couple of hours. This is not a snooty or snobbish operation at all. Ross covered the wine business, grapes, bottles, taste profiles, winemaking, blending, and the differences between wines. He has a no-holds-barred style and takes a lot of the fallacy out of wine, sometimes revealing more than wine dealers might want you to know. This is a small wine operation but Ross has done it all so you'll get a complete experience. Be prepared for rapid-fire facts and revelations. This is unscripted so I think you'll get a tour based on your interest level and the questions you ask. If you're really into it like we were you'll get a great day in return. We would definitely do it again.

Faith was knowledgeable, and friendly! Great time to visit with friends! Great visit for couples, friends or groups! Don’t miss this spot!

Had a wonderful wine tasting on Sept. 6, 2021. Our host was Faith and she did an awesome job. We were able to walk the “young” vineyard after our tasting and found our “tagged” vine as part of the “Adopt a Vine Club”. The cider at Rhythm Ciders (our wine tasting was there) is also delicious! Well done!!

Located in central Lincoln and a nice tasting room. 2 tasting rooms with different selections so if you have time try them both. Kristin took good care of us at our tasting. Tasting is 10.00 for 5 generous pours. We tried the Chardonnay and 5 blend white which were both good. The reds were decent. No grapes came from NH, all come from California and Chile. The Venus is most pepper tasting Chilean wine you may ever have. They do offer a military discount. Most bottles around $25-$30.

We enjoyed the tasting especially the Rebel blend (Merlot, Cabernet, Shiraz) that did seem to somehow invoke the taste of a Tuscan blend. Their sangria was local and very pleasant with cheeses. They had a hot apple drink that was warming and tasty. The mountain view on their outdoor balcony was great above the huge outdoor pool complex at the RiverWalk. We had a perfect early fall day.

This is a great place and the wine is really good. The staff is super friendly and made our experience there wonderful. I will definitely be having their wine shipped to me in Texas. If you visit there ask for Julie she did an amazing job for us

Much like the balance of the wine we tasted, the winery tour to meet the winemaker (Nathan) was a perfect balance between the technicality and complexity of wine making with storytelling. A+ I highly recommend!

Very over priced. The server way under poured. Don’t believe their two ounce advertisement. We barely got a sip of each and they rushed us out. Not worth the $100 spent on two people.

They added wine we didn’t ask for to our final purchase and charged us for it. The wine they included was one I tasted but found disgusting. This was after we confirmed our order and they took our list. We found one wine was good, but the others we tried were not well-balanced, and the flavor was awful. It tasted like they store it in a hot area. Not a worthwhile stop.

Both Brian and Katie were fantastic! Super kind and knowledgeable! The whole experience was so fun, delicious wine! Hope to be back soon!

My friends and I had such a great time at the winery tour. We chose to spend the afternoon here on a whim and it ended up being so much fun and so informative about the wine making process. Nate was such a fun an interesting tour guide and really personalized the tour for our interests. I would recommend this to anyone looking for amazing wine and a great time. Thanks so much for a fun day!

Nathan was absolutely fabulous. He gave us so much interesting wine information that we had not heard from other wine tours. His story of how he got involved in wine making is amazing. Don’t pass this experience up!!!

We came here for the second time for great wine tasting session. The wines are good but it is fun just to spend a few hours in a afternoon tasting wine. We bought a few cool gifts here and some bottles of wine.

Perfect afternoon with my mom with excellent service from both Renée and Jillian. I was impressed with the care they took to explain the wine, and both work behind the scenes as well. The wines they described and provided show a real depth, that will only improve with their upcoming expansion/tasting room. I paired my wine with assorted chocolate from Lake Champlain, which was the perfect amount but they have a nice selection of light plates for your wine tasting.
I want to highlight that on a clear and sunny day you are immersed in the mountains, the patio has a perfect amount of shade, and I was well taken care of by staff.
I would highly recommend Seven Birches Winery for a stop on your trip in the White Mountains, and am excited to pop by again in the future.

Found this gem on the way back to our hotel. We were greeting and served immediately. Ross and Faith took care of us and their knowledge and customer service skills outstanding! The wine tasting samples were extremely generous and they also provided additional tasting of unlisted wine at no cost! I would 100+% recommend all wine lovers or even wine likers to visit, you will be pleasantly surprised and probably go back next day....
Again, thank you Faith, Ross and Brian! See you soon....

Wine tasting at Seven Birches as part of the Jingle Bells tour. This was our first time at Seven Birches and Faith was great. She was very knowledgeable about all the wines and ciders. As part of the Jingle Bells tour we got great cheese and crackers platter. They had 4 different flights to chose from. I just wish we could have mix the fruit and whites. We will defiantly go back when we are in the area.

Nathan was a great presenter leading the tour and explaining his responsibilities in winemaking. The tastings were very good.

Seven Birches winery is so welcoming and enjoyable. We stayed at Riverwalk which their winery is contained in so the obvious choice was to go for a tasting the first day. While a winery in the hotel alone was amazing, the “bartenders” (Julie and Renee) for the tasting were nothing less than perfection. They welcomed us in, were wealths of knowledge, and very accommodating. For instance, we purchased cheese to have with our wine and Julie very quickly brought over a knife and cutting board for simplicity. We returned the next two days for a glass of wine and the meet the winemaker tour respectively. The wines are so good and during the winemaker tour Patrick answered all of our questions (and there were many). We completed the day by seeing Mariah in the atrium bar for a separate tasting which was just as traditional yet unique as the first. The wine is so very amazing as are those who work for seven birches. We will definitely return and are contemplating joining their wine club.

Nathan did an amazing job. He was very detailed and explained the process very well. It was throughly enjoyed. This is the best wine tour by far.

The tour was very informative and also very entertaining. The tour was from 3:00pm to about 4:00pm and we enjoyed the wine selections for the tasting.

Loved the whole experience! My husband and I each tried a flight and ended up purchasing a few bottles of wine that we look forward to sharing with friends. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable, explaining the whole process of wine making, answering our questions and making suggestions for what we like. We sat outside with a beautiful view of the resort and mountains which was the perfect way to end the day!
We also stopped into the atrium to check out and taste their Rhythm line of ciders and seltzers. We are not huge cider drinkers but after a tasting ended up buying some to take home because we really enjoyed it. I liked learning about how their products are made with all natural ingredients and fruits rather than artificial and they are proud of that. The apple honey cider was my favorite. I’d definitely recommend a visit to anyone traveling or staying in the area.

By far one of my favorite places to visit when I’m in Lincoln. Everyone at Seven Birches is so friendly and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about wine. The tour is a must when visiting Seven Birches. They are informative and engaging and are truly an enjoyable experience. Plus, their wine is amazing.

It was a great experience to learn about the process behind making wine. We received multiple generous samples and Patrick was an amazing tour guide. Would 100% recommend and would even do it again ourselves. Seven Birches Winery Tour was the best winery tour we have even been on. Thanks again!

3 had a Cider flight and one had wine. All enjoyed their cider flight and the wine was very good too. The indoor facilities was well designed and quite attractive. A fun way to end our sightseeing day. Appetizers are available for purchase. We went to the winery on our own, no tour.

It was my birthday weekend and I booked a wine tour and tasting here. I've been to Nappa and had tours aswell but this little family owned winery was by far the most personable, knowledgable and fun tour I've had so far. Thank you so much for hosting and the lasting memories.

Juliana was AMAZING! Brian was such a lovely host. My friends and I had an awesome time trying the amazing wines and ciders here. The customer service was phenomenal. Great find near our rental.
I would recommend 110%!

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience here. We did a wine tasting with Katie and she was great! We loved the Cabernet and the red blend, left with a bottle of each. We would definitely come back again.

We had a fantastic visit to seven birches! We stayed across the street at river walk and stumbled across this winery. The environment was friendly, very clean and relaxed. Ivy was wonderful; she was sweet, informative and attentive the whole time we were there. The wine was delicious!! Highly recommend :)

Our afternoon with Seven Birches Winery was lovely. Our server, Brian, was very insightful and a great companion on the tasting journey. We had gone in 2024 when they were in a smaller space, and after the renovations, we can attest that they now have a wonderful new location.

We attended a wine tasting for a Bachelorette party. We are a wide variety of girls with all different tastes and we all had a blast! Shoutout to Mark and Brian who were both wonderful responsive and welcoming. They were knowledgeable, and we had so much fun. We would all highly recommend!

I was staying at RiverWalk Resort with my family, and we had guests stay with us for a few nights. We went to Seven Birches for a wine tasting the first day, and loved each of the different wines we sampled. They gave us local dark chocolate to pair with each wine, and we took home a bottle of Riesling. We had another party of guests come a few days later, so we returned to Seven Birches for another tasting, more chocolate, and another bottle to take home. The service, conversation, atmosphere, and most of all, the wine, make for a local White Mountain experience that is second to none. Don’t skip Seven Birches, it’s an awesome spot!

So we decided to go in and have a few flights of wine to check out the product. The service and attention was top notch. The wines were ok. They arent in the style that we are fond of. We did leave with a few bottles though of the ones that were enjoyable.

Nathan was absolutely great, informative, and kind! It was a fantastic experience booking a wine tasting tour and getting to learn more about how much the business has grown. Highly recommend!

Had an enjoyable afternoon sampling a variety of wines. Was staying at the riverwalk resort and did the sample of 5 wines for $15. Faith and Katie were very good in explaining the different varieties . They have a nice outdoor shady seating area of about 6- 7 small tables that overlooks the pool and mountains. Decided to join their wine club which seems like it would be worth it if you like their wine.

We drove two hours in the down pouring rain on a Saturday with icy road conditions to finish our NH Jingle Bell winery Tour bell. This was our last stop on the tour. When me and my husband got to the Atrium wine bar at the Lincoln village shops we went in and a nice Gentleman helped us to sign in and gave us our last Winery ornament.Than we sat down at a table and a nice young Lady told us about the wines and that we can pick 4 different kind of wines and ciders that they make on the property. Than we picked our four kinds of wines and than the nice lady we worked here bought us a small cutting board with cheese and crackers for us to have with the flights that we picked. This was buy far the best winery we went to. I quess we let the best for the last. Hope to come back some day.

It was my first wine tasting event ever and I will be back for more! The host was absolutely amazing! Vibrant, knowledge, and made us feel so welcome!! She even took a picture for us❤️❤️ the gentleman who gave us a tour of the wine room was just as great! We will see them in October for the Crush Fest! Thank you so much!!!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time with Nathan on this tour!!!! Highly reccomend as Nathan was patient with our inexperience in the wine industry and helped us appreciate and thoroughly enjoy wine more!!!

Nate Faitl was passionate and knowledgeable about making wine and cider. He patiently answered questions and showed us the entire wine process from grapes to bottle and labeling. We tasted some wonderful wines during this process.

i went on a trip by myself. Kristin was so personable. i learned about each wine which tasted great. My favorite was the strawberry wine and i could not go home without it!! She was kind, educated on the wine and even gave me tips on things to do in the area. I felt so welcome!
#latintravel #blacktravel

NH wine at its finest! Had a nice selection of wines to sample and our guide was very knowledgeable, quick witted and friendly. Wines are only sold on location however can be shipped anywhere. Fun time!

We had a great experience with Liz! The wines are wonderful and there is a good variety for every taste. We did the tasting flight with the cheese and chocolate snack plates and it all paired well.

My husband and I had the pleasure of a tasting with Meghan on a Sunday afternoon in February. It was "private: as we had a table for two and Meghan was our tasting guide. Meghan was incredibly knowledgeable about wines in general and the Seven Birches' offerings in particular. She walked us through each wine, answered our questions, shared the history of how the winery came to be and suggested food pairings as well. Meghan is the perfect ambassador to showcase the delicious wines. She is friendly, professional, kind, humorous and obviously loves her job. We look forward to joining the Wine Club, enjoying more wines, and visiting the tasting room on our next trip to the area. Thank you, Meghan!

We sat outside and enjoyed a glass of wine at Lincoln Village Shops, from our helpful server Brian. One can select from grape wines, three reds, three whites, fruit wines, and /or hard ciders.
You can order by the glass, bottle or a tasting menu. Charcuterie and other items are available to order.
There is a shop where you can buy all wines, ciders, snacks, wine items etc. you can taste inside or out.
Totally amazed by a blueberry fruit wine that was Oaked, I typically hate fruit wines.

Beautiful location and delicious wines and cheese boards! Our server Faith took great care of us, and we especially enjoyed the hot apple wine. Had a perfect fall afternoon here!

I really enjoyed the wine tasting at Seven Birched. It was in a nice location with great service. I loved the mulled wine, cider and Ete!

This was such an amazing part of our honeymoon. We did the wine tasting with Faith and she was incredible! We loved the strawberry wine! Unfortunately there were no bottles for sale available but she pulled some strings and found one for us to take! She was amazing, and we are so grateful to have such a tasty wine to open on our honeymoon! Thank you Faith ❤️

My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon at the winery! Upon entering we were quickly greeted by Katie and Ivy. Katie was extremely knowledgeable in all the wine options and helped us choose our wine selections for our tasting. We enjoyed a wide variety of white and red wines along with hard and mulled cider. Both ladies were full of energy, down to earth and a complete complement to our afternoon. We will be going back again soon. As avid hiker’s in the white mountains this might be our post hike celebration. Thank you for the enjoyable afternoon ladies we will see you very soon

Cute little place inside the resort, spotless clean & awesome conversations with the workers...Great wines..

After a 3 hour car ride we were very happy to enter the Seven Birches Winery. Each of us tried five wines, but since I only drink white, she offered a cider as my fifth!
The winery was bright and cheery with the beautiful snow as a backdrop through the windows on such a bitter cold windy Tuesday.
Our hostess, Kamila was charming, entertaining and accommodating when she asked us what kind of music we liked. We definitely had some laughs and she explained to us that the grapes they use come from all over the world. She also explained the ciders to us. It was a great way to spend an afternoon and we would recommend it!

The tour was awesome! Patrick is very knowledgeable and passionate about wine making. The wines are very good and the service is excellent! I highly recommend the tour!

Nathan and Liz at Seven Birches were welcoming and informative. The tour was great and the wine too!

We came here after dinner to try some of the local wines and ciders, and had a blast. The staff was very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. I ended up going with a glass of their cider while my wife did a sample flight and we split the chocolate sample platter they have. You are able to pick up some of your favorites there as well to bring home to enjoy or give to friends and family.

My husband and I took the wine tour with Nathan, and he did an outstanding job. We learned a lot and tasted some excellent wine. I'm so glad we joined the wine club.

Interesting small winery. Many wines including blueberry and strawberry. Specialize in some cider.
Owner was out guide.

So let me start by saying the husband was concerned about the 28 min ride from our airbnb…well it worked out great. Our host, Nathan , was amazing. It’s always nice to meet someone who genuinely loves their work. The cider is truly spectacular. Especially the blood orange. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

We were on a family vacation a few weeks ago for a and we stopped by for a wine tasting . Our group was 6 adults and 3 children . Brain was our wine professional and he was amazing! So friendly , kind and professional and surely knew the wines he was serving ! He suggested the “chocolate tasting “ for the kids and loved it ! The wines were delicious as was the foods we selected . I would highly recommend Seven Birches winery ! Can’t wait to go back again soon .

Faith was very knowledgeable and friendly. Good experience. We only had a flight. The hot apple muled wine was delicious and perfect for a fall day.

The winemaker was very knowledgeable and he offered us samples of about 8 different wines. It was cool to see all the equipment and here about the process.

My girlfriend and I drove up to Lincoln New Hampshire to take a visit to seven birches winery. We love to go around the state of New Hampshire and visit all of them and this was one we chose to go to this summer. We were greeted so cordially when we walked in and everything was explained to us and we were invited to sit out on the patio while our hostess brought us many different samples of wine. We sat overlooking the beautiful pool and we decided to stay there and have a plate of appetizers and also got another full glass of wine after that! It was the most welcoming winery that we have been to recently.

Let me start off by saying, that this $25 package is a steal!
My fiancee and I toured with another couple, and it was a great experience!
Patrick was knowledgable, punny, and made the experience a lot of fun. This facility has been growing, and it is so cool to hear about how their winery is getting larger!
We saw the production room and tried some wine in-progress- which was delicious, and then we went out to the start of their vineyard (which was really exciting).
We had our tasting out on the deck and had a beautiful view of the mountains and resorts. The wine was great and the experience was even better!

Me and my girlfriend took the tour with the assistant wine maker and it was great!! Very informative, super clean facility, and you get to taste 6 different wines!!!! We were just a small group so we definitely got our money worth. They give you a complimentary glass as well. Staff is very knowledgeable I highly recommend!!

Good wines. Sociable hostess. Had our tastings at the bar, but they also have tables with no chairs for the tastings. They have an outdoor seating/patio for after the tasting if you would like to purchase a glass of wine, snacks for purchase, etc.
We did not take a tour. Did not see that this was offered?
We purchased as a Groupon. $14 for a 2 person tasting and 2 souvenir glasses. Excellent option at that price. Pretty pricey in my opinion w/o the Groupon which is why I gave a 3.5 star rating.

What a fantastic tour we had today led by the quite knowledgeable and friendly winemaker, Nathan. The format of the tour was very interactive and causal, which makes each visit unique and leads to great conversation. You can tell Nathan loves his job and is excited to share his passion with those who visit. The wine is superb and the free wine glasses were a delightful bonus. So happy we planned this tour during our brief visit to New Hampshire.

A wine tasting at Seven Birches is a must do for us when visiting the White Mountains. We've visited both the tasting room and the new Atrium. I love the terrace at the tasting room overlooking the pool. This post trip I literally felt the tension of everyday just melt away sipping wine in this beautiful place. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The wine is delicious. The bottle prices are reasonable for quality wine.

We were staying at the River walk resort and scored a Groupon for the Seven Birch Winery and glad we went. The space is cute and the staff is really nice and knowledge! The wine was good and it was a nice way to spend the afternoon

Enjoyed the tour, it was a small group setting that allowed for a more relaxed environment to ask questions. Would recommend to a friend

We planned a roadtrip 2 months ago and for the NH portion, this venue had great reviews and it looked beautiful from the pictures so we made it a mission. I had never had a wine tasting before and Brian made the experience very welcoming and informative. I love wine but I didn’t realize how much I didn’t know. Normally I don’t ask questions but Brian made us all comfortable and I practically gave him a quiz! I left with lots of fun facts, a bottle of wine, and a souvenir glass to remember the experience. We are on our way to Massachusetts tomorrow, and I am in a hotel room in concord having a glass of their latest Tempranillo, in my new glass.

Highly recommend this tour & tasting! Nathan the winemaker & Mark the owner couldn’t have been nicer! Very knowledge & anecdotal info on entire wine making process. Best part? The wine was awesome!! Do yourself a favor and go!

My wife and I stopped in for a wine tasting this weekend. The tasting room was bustling, but not overcrowded.
Mariah was a great host! We enjoyed her lively personality as well as her knowledge of the wines. Thank you!!”
Picked up a few bottles of great wine as well as a few nice Christmas presents from the well thought out assortment of offerings for the wine lover or foodie in your life.

Had a great time with Nathan the winemaker. He was very informative in the process and very detailed when answering our questions. What could have made it better is if we were able to sit down and taste the wine. It was not much of a tour really, but standing in place for over an hour.

The tasting room is a great vibe! Ross conducted our tasting and he was knowledgeable about all the wines we tasted and offered great insight about the area. The wines were great, and the gift shop corner offers cool local offerings. We will definitely return on our next trip to Loon. Also- a wine flight is 5 wines for close to $10, something you don’t see in the north East often. Don’t pass up this place! Thanks Ross for the great time!

Loved this winery! I have been on a few tours and experienced multiple tastings, but this place truly surprised me! I didn't know what to expect going in, but was pleasantly surprised to enjoy wine I previously thought I'd never really like. Their personality and creativity is obvious in their cultivation of wine and their enthusiasm in talking about the process. I was only planning on leaving with a single bottle of wine but ended up subscribing to the wine club and buying 6 bottles! I'm so excited to try new wines from this winery every six months and to come back in the future! I'm excited that they are expanding and I look forward to what they will do with the new space!

I had the unbridled joy of a wine flight accompanied by Katie, and was thoroughly pleased. As my wife and her friends were getting massages I decided to kill time and have a drink while reading a book. The book was not needed insofar as I had a fascinating and at times meandering conversation with Katie. I generally abhor and eschew conversation with strangers but she was interesting and fun. I’d return anytime just for the laughs and wine. I look forward to my return.

Seven Birches Winery will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We hosted our welcome party the night before our wedding here, and everything was fantastic. All of our guest commented on how beautiful the winery itself was, and from the moment they arrived, the atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and elegant—exactly what we hoped for as we kicked off our wedding weekend.
The team at Seven Birches was outstanding. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. We opted for a wine and cider tasting, and the staff was very friendly and made sure the entire process was easy and seamless, allowing us to truly enjoy the night with our loved ones. The wine and cider were both amazing, and after the tasting most guests stayed to have another glass.
In addition to our welcome party, Mark and the team at Seven Birches also helped us create our own red blend and white blend for the wedding, complete with personalized labels and everything. Not only did this help us create our own special touch for the wedding, but also it was a great opportunity for my husband and I to learn more about the wine making process and all the intricacies of what goes into it. We had a great time and our wine turned out delicious!
Whether you are considering visiting Seven Birches Winery just for fun or for any event, we cannot recommend it highly enough. The team helped us create the perfect start to our celebration and a memory we will cherish forever.

So I love this wine so much but never had time to do a wine tasting. My husband and I came up for the weekend and I was like I am not leaving without getting my wine! So we decided to do a tasting too. Boy was I so happy we did it! Shain was great he was so knowledgeable of ALL of the wines. The pours were perfect! I was so happy that I joined the awesome wine club they have! Cant wait to go back! Next time we are going to do a tour.

The Winemaker, Nathan, was very knowledgeable and so engaging! My daughters and I had a great experience and highly recommend this tour. And the wines were great too!

While visiting the area for hiking and biking, torrential rain sent us scrambling for something to do. We chose to try out a wine tasting at Seven Birches and were overwhelmingly pleased with the experience. We tasted 5 beverages (options of whites, reds, fruity, cider, or cocktail) and paired with a chocolate flight. Our professional, Katie, was both personable and knowledgeable; and truly brought the sunshine to our rainy day. Sat on the covered verandah with views of the mountain. Their new cider venture (Rhythm Cider) was our favorite, and we even bought a couple bottles to bring home with us.

The tour guide is the owner and very experienced. He was fun to listen to and the wine was delicious. The group size was rather large though.

Went with my husband on the tour and was definitely worth the experience. Nate was very informative, answered and encouraged all questions and made an hour fly by with conversation and amazing wine. Was worth the money and would definitely recommend if you enjoy wine.

This is a really lovely spot to sample wines and ciders. The deck is shaded and we had samples of red wine and hard cider. I like the honey cider. You can get a to go cheese and meat, lunch or eat it there. We took it back to the hotel. Great service. Very friendly.

We did our wine tasting one day and then went back the next to do a cider tasting. We had Kamila! She was so friendly, very knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful! She took the time to not only educate us on the product, but to also get to know us personally. We never felt rushed to move on or to leave. Kamila laughed with us, joked with us, and celebrated with us! She made us feel like we were new members of the Seven Birches family. We will be back!!
We enjoyed everything we tried, especially the slushy! We sampled 5 wines and 6 ciders (separate days). We are now members of the wine club!

My wife and I were visiting the area for our anniversary and did a tasting at Seven Birches Winery. It was a highlight of the trip. Our wine expert James couldn't have been friendlier or more courteous.
We each chose five wines/ciders to try. As James brought each over, he described each wine/cider to us in terms we wine amateurs could understand. We both tend to like the sweeter wines, so Solstice White 2020 was our favorite, with their Moscato being a close runner up. Of the ciders the original is still the best, though the blood orange was excellent as well.
Definitely a fun experience, and we are likely to return next time we are in the Lincoln area.

We drive up for the weekend and stopped for the wine tasting. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable, very relaxing environment and the wine was amazing. Defiantly worth stopping by. Try the Serah red wine and strawberry fruit wine. Both are great and they are brewed and bottled onsite.

Very knowledgeable employees and tasty wine it didnt offer much for the kids to do while a tasting happened but it was very nice

My friends and I spent the weekend camping and hiking around the area and decided to stop by the winery before heading home. The setting was absolutely beautiful with the Mountain View’s in the backdrop and our waiter, Brian, was fantastic! Super personable and very knowledgeable about the wine offerings. If we had the time we would’ve done the wine tour (next time!). It was a great experience and we fully intend on supporting the Winery whenever we visit Lincoln, NH.

Met up with Kamila who served me & made my visit there extra special. I had a flight of wine & cider & she recommended the chocolate selections to accompany the flight -that was the best!! Kamila was not only friendly & warm but full of knowledge. I never felt rushed. It was an excellent experience & I highly recommend it. The RiverWalk complex there is beautiful & I also enjoyed a delicious dinner at La Vista restaurant a few days earlier.

Disappointed for many reasons. Not on my list to go back. The tasting area is a patio that overlooks the hotels’s guest pool and a parking lot. We were seated for the tasting and the provided our list for selections. We received our1st pour and then waited for someone to come back to us. We did not receive a bottle of water to rinse between tasting until I asked and that was after the 2nd sample. Everyone else had the bottle on their table so not sure why we did not. Also we seemed to be the only table that did not have a dish of crackers between sampling. Maybe the staff was confused as to who should be taking care of us I am not sure. But at the end they were sure to ask if/what wine we would like purchase and noted the spot to add a tip n the check. This wasn’t our 1st rodeo as we always visit wineries when we travel. We will not be visiting this venue again.

My boyfriends family and I stopped in last night to do a wine tasting. Shain greeted us with a smile and awesome vibes! He was so knowledgable about each wine and was a delight to chat with. I'll be excited to go back!

We didn’t tour the winery, but visited the nearby tasting room and sat at a small table on the patio for a wine and chocolate pairing. Our servers were very knowledgeable about the wines and friendly. They paired our wine flights with Lake Champlain chocolates, which was really enjoyable. We left with a bottle each of red and white wines. The Peach Pinot Grigio is a lovely, light summer wine.

My daughters and I went for a tasting. The young woman who served us was generous with her portions and sold our party 2 bottles of excellent, reasonably price white wine. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her and learning about the area in the process.

Stopped by for the first time to partake in the wine flights. A knowledgeable young lady served us with a smile as we sat outside enjoying the beginning of fall.

Small group allowed for good q&a
Nathan our tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything in easy to understand terms

We have been here before and always make it a point to come back when in the area. This time was no exception. We received the best service from Liz on our first day and Katie on the next day. The wines are really good as well. We had the 5 wince flight with the Premium Picnic Platter. The wines this year are better than ever. Our top picks were the Moscato and the Apple wines. Great job Mark!
They also opened a new space across the parking lot from the RiverWalk with more seating outdoors.
I even joined their wine club and am enjoying a 15% discount on all wines with one FREE tasting a year. Best thing is that there is no fee to join! Thank
We will be back next time we are in the area.

Mark gave us an amazing tour yesterday! The tour included the history of the winery from foundation to now. He answered all our questions thoughtfully now matter how silly or random they seemed. I highly highly recommend this tour and the wine!

My wife and I enjoyed this tour very much. It gave us something to do without the kids while up in the White Mountains. Our tour guide (Nathan) was simply amazing. He was engaging, friendly and shared a ton of information. He also welcomed questions of all types.
After the tour, we then went into the tasting room and met Zach. He too was friendly, informative and made our wine tasting a great experience.
Lastly, and most importantly, the wine was delicious. We highly recommend this tour.
Cheers!

Knowledgeable and entertaining guide. Great wine, great learning experience and a great time! The experience was casual and laid back. Would recommend!

It's a tiny winery with knowledgeable people presenting the entire wine-making and tasting process, sort of a "Cliff's Notes" of the wine-making business! They know their stuff, and prove it with every taste. We took a tour via the InnSeason Pollard Brook tour program - a nice way to spend a few hours. I loved their fruit wines as much as their conventional ones, and signed up for their wine delivery service, too.
Ross is an amazing fount of wine knowledge.
Me and my partner did the wine tour on a whim and it was the most rewarding experience of our vacation in N Woodstock. It was only the two of us on the tour, for the most part, and Ross gave us an intimate, in depth conversation about everything wine for close to two hours. He answered all our questions as they came, and it was immediately apparent he is an expert. Can’t say enough nice things about Ross and the experience he showed us. I would recommend this to anyone, and I’d even want to come back and do it again just to ask more questions.
