3 of 36 Best Attractions in Clermont

The monster bus ride was awesome. I would go back when the fruits are in season. Inexpensive and entertaining for the whole family.

I am just not sure what to think about this roadside attraction. It has orange juice slushies, ice cream, a full bar, wine, honey, ostriches, an orange grove, really hot toilets, weeds, lots of Americana, and friendly workers. It’s just really strange.

Don't expect too much. It's a u-pick orchard with a store and some side attractions to keep the kids (and others) occupied for a while.
We were concerned with the prices, and the fact that the citrus products were listed as "packed for" the store, but not made there. Which means it's the same as the grocery store, at thrice the price!
That's not to say it was a bad visit; we had fun. However, I wouldn't recommend making a special trip. We won't be back. But if you're en route to another place, it doesn't hurt to stop in. The place opens early.

This is a small unique attraction near Orlando. Eleven of us took the monster truck school bus tour. Our drive Martin was marvelous. He was a veteran and a funny guy! Some of the adults and children were able to drive the bus. We saw several birds, one alligator, and two zebras. The store has a lot of unique and unusual foods and souvenirs. The petting zoo was nice for the kiddos. It only takes a couple of hours to see everything the showcase has to offer. A nice morning or evening activity!

This place was so unique and everyone (ages 50-5) had a great time! The young kids loved the variety of animals. Food was available to purchase and feed to the animals. We did some mining and found some really great gems in our bag. There’s a large covered area with a bar, snacks, smoothies, etc and several gift shops. Theres a large variety of wine, jams, sodas, gifts, and citrus to purchase. We didn’t have time to ride the big bus but it sure looked like a lot of fun. The decor is very eclectic and fun. We spent several hours here until they closed but we could easily have stayed longer. There’s a fun play area with swings and other equipment and as well riding toys for small toddlers. They had an ad for line dancing classes on Tues/Thurs which looked like a good time!

This place is not a real Florida experience. Unless you count it being a tourist trap. Not only are things completely overpriced. The place has really poor customer service. I really have nothing good to say about this place and hate to go on and on about how awful it was.

So, think old school Florida roadside attraction. At first I was disappointed because I had a different vision of what it was going to be like. After I embraced the kitschy fun to be had, I left there with such a good feeling. My husband and I took time to appreciate all the fun retro collections. We fed the animals, played bean bag toss, had an orange creamsicle slushy, taste tested different honey, and took the educational monster truck ride. True, we did expect something different and more oranges, but we enjoyed it because we decided to have fun with it all. Sometime, it is the simple things in life that can be the best.

In my opinion it is overpriced. $5 for a wrist band for u-pick oranges + $10, $20, or $30 for a bag to put them in --> $40 for a family of 4 to pick a medium bag of oranges. $5 for a cup of food to feed the animals. $9 for a medium orange Creamsicle drink. $25 for the monster truck ride. I would not go back.

If your looking for quirky roadside Americana, then this is good place to lake a pit stop. So much to look at from signage, decorations, merchandise, etc. Enjoyed feeding the animals too.

If you're mainly visiting the parks in Florida then Showcase of Citrus is well worth a visit. It's not an all day experience, but certainly 2-3 hours if you do the 4x4 tour. They were friendly and welcoming. The 4x4 tour was something different and the guide/driver was excellent. We saw Gators and many other animals. If you're planning to pick your own fruit then be aware that picking season tends to be from November to June, so not ideal for Brits visiting in the summer holidays. ( to be honest we didn't want to pick fruit anyway, especially after being told about all the critters that reside in and around the orchards!).
The shop reminded me very much of a farm shop in the UK. The ice cream slushie things they do are lush too!!
I would highly recommend Showcase of Citrus for a break away from the theme parks ( which is essential!). Get out of the Disney bubble and experience the real Florida!

Always great fun to pick oranges in Florida - a great alternative to the make believe parks. Showcase of Citrus is a good fun place and the fruit is wonderful. It has been a bit over-picked recently and there are fewer and fewer oranges on the trees and they are harder to get. In the past, there was more variety. Now the picking is more limited. But it is still worth a visit.

Showcase of Citrus, Clermont, FL
We wanted some Florida citrus and the local grocery stores don’t necessarily sell local citrus. So off we went. It was also a beautiful day.
This location actually lets you go out into the groves and pick your own if you want to. However to do this is $5 per person plus buying the bag you need to buy to put the fruit in. So it is actually cheaper to just buy the bag and fill it with citrus that is already picked. We bought a half a bushel bag and filled it with a mixture of Eureka & Myers Lemons, Pomelo, Red Naval Oranges and Sugar Belle Oranges. We also bought my wife a Class 5 Hurricane Blue Sangria slushy, she really liked that
They offer a monster truck ride through native woodland, pastureland, grove land, and swampland, while learning some of the estate’s history and interesting Florida facts.
We enjoyed the visit and will be back again.

Got a groupon for this as a surprise for hubbys birthday... Very informative, lots of fun. Great when Grandkids visit and you dont want just the parks!

I use to live in Clermont and had to take my friend try an orange slushy!!! Which was excellent. Try the Creamsicle which is our new favorite! This place has every tourist need to bring home from Florida made goodies, citrus trees, fresh juice and now has a bar! You can take a quick selfie with all the props!!!! Staff was friendly and very helpful

Went on the monster truck ride, didn’t see much wildlife but was still worth a visit, bought a good deal of groupon, would have liked to pick some fruit but it’s still out of season,

They relocated their entire business to a different part of property. Expected a new facility similar to what Southern Hill Farms has done, but it's not even close. Far parking, unpaved, narrow sidewalk. Pavilion did seem new but felt unorganized with different stuff everywhere, not sure where to go for anything. Live music very loud.
Bathrooms were disgusting. Only a few shared stalls and they were shacks. Not a good experience, a porta potty would be better.
Employees did not seem overly friendly or outgoing to help. Overall, extremely disappointed. Was hoping to find a good local Florida business to support with the family, but this is not it. Will not be back.

Took my son and his friend and they had a blast. We went on the monster bus ride and it was great. The kids always Love coming here.

There is a little bit of everything here. You can pick your own citrus or fill up your bag from the prepicked bushel baskets located inside the store front. You can taste test local wines, honey, hot sauce or preserves. If the map of the property is not adequate you can always take a monster truck (chopped school bus on steroids) tour. There is a small petting zoo. Additionally there are some great props for photo opportunities. The traffic to and from Kissimmee was reasonable with a 1.00 toll (4 quarters only) each direction. The parking and bathroom facilities were adequate. Our family and friends enjoyed the 4 hours we spent there and finished by drinking a beer and eating chips and salsa we purchased from the store.

We love stopping by and seeing this place great shopping for different snacks. The employees are always helpful. Haven’t rode the big buggy but next time for sure.

I love this place! I moved to Clermont last year and have enjoyed Showcase of Citrus many times. Everything here is super fun, family friendly, and at the right price. My friends and I have enjoyed the live music, the food and drinks, and the atmosphere. The monster truck ride is a must! Two days ago I went to pick oranges for my traditional Christmas dish - ambrosia. My tram driver was Jim. He was so friendly and most helpful in showing me what to pick and how to pick, as this was my first time. As a result of his advice, all the oranges I picked were perfect. So sweet and juicy! A new tradition was born! I will definitely continue to be a regular here. I already can't wait for Elvis night!

Only about 10% wore masks on the property. The truck was packed and only three of us had masks on and then the tour guide made fun of us for wearing face diapers and then goes on talking about how he had COVID twice. He then proceeded to give his opinion on politics the entire ride. It seemed like he talked more about his political beliefs then the actual ride itself, he would only refer to the zebras as 2nd amendment zebras for some odd reason. As far as the ride itself goes, very underwhelming, most people could easily outrun the truck so there is nothing exciting about the ride. The only “fun” part was feeding oranges to cows.

I happen to drive by this place when driving to Lake Louisa from our resort. Bought the Groupon for the Monster Truck tour. They are truly monsters. The ride was good, but I will echo previous mentions of no speakers makes it hard forNo those in the back to hear. I definitely recommend taking cold drinks on the ride during the heat. We did actually see an alligator on our ride, which was cool.
I really enjoyed the store. There was a vast array of jams and honeys to sample and the ones I tried were delicious. Compared to similar types of stores in New England where we are from, the prices were very reasonable.
The petting zoo was disappointing as we were only able to interact with two donkeys. The rest of the animals were sleeping or hiding.
Sara was especially nice and helpful.

Kitschy but worth a stop during the week. It’s a blast from the past but has some food items such as honey that’s worth a trip.

Went and did this while down visiting friends. We got a groupon and did the tour on the monster truck buses which was so cool. You can go out and pick oranges. And they have so much selection in the store. Definitely worth checking out.

They have many types of fruit and wonderful honey. You can pick your own fruit if you want to. This not your ordinary fruit market!

Great time here. Fresh orange juice, mimosas, smoothies. Lots of animals and a great tour of the Grove. We loved our tour guide, Orlando. He was very informative and it was so much fun!! You need to do this tour.

After dragging my kids along to work in Orlando, we passed this little stand with an ostrich. We flipped a U-ie and spent an hour feeding the animals, panning for gems and fossils and trying local honey. This is one of this stops the kids will tell their children about as they take their road trips! Very fun little stop along the road!

We've been meaning to visit this place for years and finally we did and we took all the family. Out of the 3 week trip in Orlando it was one of the favourite things we all did. It felt lovely to escape the Disney bubble and do something a little different. Lucci our monster truck driver was so much fun. We would definitely visit again"!

I stopped in once with friends, and we sampled citrus wine, which we purchased on-the-spot. I liked especially the blackberry wine. I also bought two wine glasses for $8.00 each. Another time, I stopped in with my wife, and bought ice cream cones, which she craved. We also like the "zoo", and see the pot belly pig, the ostrich, the donkey, and the chickens. I also buy my honey there, and my wife buys her mango salsa, which is homemade. We definitely like this place a lot.

We had a great ride on the monster truck tour. Don, the driver, knew quite a bit about the local birds and animals. The wine and honey tasting was fun.

We had family visiting with a 2 year old and a 7 month old. We made our reservations online at least 2 months ago and still only were able to get the last ride of the day. The 2 year old loved playing with the ride-on toys before the monster truck ride and the sand pile and trucks afterwards. Our driver was Jeff, he was very informative and he related well with the adults as well as the two year old. This was the second trip for my husband and myself. All of the staff was very friendly.

Great experience something different we really enjoyed our tour and seeing the different animals, our tour guide Orlando was very informative. Nice relaxing atmosphere and much needed cold drinks in the bar afterwards. We went back a few days later with the whole family (9) the grandchildren loved feeding the animals and buying gifts in the shop.

I usually don't write negative reviews but this was a safety hazard! And it was so hard for to see the animals mistreated (we are talking about cuts and deep gashes on animals in the "petting zoo"). Do NOT go on the monster truck tour if there is any rain or thunder storms in the forecast as you will get soaked and they do not have a backup plan to safely get you off if there is lightning. During our trip our driver tried to hide us in the trees and we were so lucky is was a quick storm. But there is also no getting off the truck as to do so and walk back wold mean walking past alligators and MASSIVE 10+ foot snakes that are not native to Florida.. Also the truck itself had metal jutting out that our driver kept saying he would "fix later" but had any of the passengers fallen into it it would not have been good (particularly when he would frequently start driving the bus again while people- including children- were standing up.
All in all, would avoid at all costs.

We had a great experience at showcase of citrus. We went with our whole family and kids! Lots of fun things to explore and the monster truck ride was fun for everyone. Orlando was a great tour guide!

Spent a few hours here yesterday lots of fun. You’re greeted by a variety animals behind low fences including pigs, donkeys and goats. Quite friendly. They have specific food that you can buy to feed them.
You wander down the path to the main building - shopping, a full bar, music and lots of seating. All sorts of local food products to purchase. Of course oranges are the priority- you can pick yourself or buy from their bins out front. There are food trucks there as well.
The monster truck ride - lots of fun. Martin was our driver. Very informative. We saw zebra, steer and big foot. FYI - military n Vets ride free.
We’ll worth a few hours outside the Big parks.
This is not paved, don’t wear your Pradas 🤓
Return? Yes with visiting family n friends

We can with the family and picked oranges. We had a blast walking through the rows of fruit. We also enjoyed looking at the animals in the petting zoo. The cats they have on the property were one of my families favorite parts. Definitely get a frozen lemonade on the way out.
If you want to pick oranges, wear long pants.

Went for the 4x4 farm tour, which my boys loved. Lots of space to play, and there are food trucks onsite with picnic tables to relax and eat. By midday the play space was pretty crowded and we left, many people not wearing masks as it is all outdoors. Downside: everything costs something... so come prepared to pay for each “experience”. Weekends are crowded.

The attraction is a 2500 acre ranch filled with varieties of citrus, cattle and some exotic hoofed animals. You can pick your own oranges, shop for the most unique gifts, have fresh squeezed slushies and mimosas, and be surrounded by old Florida decor. Petting animals was fun but they definitely need to upgrade the facility that the animals are housed. It’s pretty sad.
The monster truck ride was fun but the English narrator was way too focused on making political statements about “snowflakes” and “Karens” and his speculation about why so many people are moving to Florida. Just not necessary when there is so many interesting things to talk about. However the truck ride and seeing the animals on the ranch was fun.
Just enjoy vacations that are free of the political divisiveness of the country.

Friendly welcoming helpful staff. Delicious fresh juice and produce.
Sighting of wild life is a plus!

We had driven by the Showcase of Citrus many times on Hwy 27 and never stopped in. We decided to go and take the granddaughters for the ride in the big truck through the property. It was fun, but they definitely need to improve and update the things to do while visiting the property.

Nice place to spend with the family. Playground for the kids, yummie treats. All type of different sauces for sale. Definitely had a good time.

Great little stopping place for delicious jellies and souvenirs. Stopped in July of 2021 so the oranges were not ready for picking yet. Very friendly staff.

This place has something for everyone! Rides, shopping, games, animals, food and refreshments. Every time we visit we have a great time. It's a really cute place with a great staff and they do what they can to make sure your visit is memorable.

Family enjoyed the 4x4 Bus-ride & even had a chance to drive. The ride-through animal park was big, and had plenty of various animals to see, from bison to camels to zebras, antelopes and more! The store had such a variety of jams, jellies and salsa to choose from, animal feeding and gem-mining were also available!

My sister and I really enjoyed our visit here. We spent a few hours and loved the atmosphere. It felt like being at a country fair. There seemed to be many local families enjoying themselves which is always a good sign. There were 3 food trucks on site and the food was delicious. There was a DJ playing music and people were dancing. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a small zoo and you can purchase food to feed the animals. We went on the monster truck tour which was a lot of fun. The driver took us through the orange groves and blueberry bushes and we saw cattle and other animals. It was raining during our visit and we drove through a lot of huge puddles which was fun. The driver stopped a few times and he gave us facts about the 2500 acre family owned farm. One of the monster trucks broke down for our scheduled ride but we just changed to a later time which wasn’t a big deal. Jojo who was wonderful said we could have a free slushy for the inconvenience and we had the creamsicles which were awesome! The gift shop has interesting choices and there are many places for photo opportunities. It was raining when we left and we had parked far away and they graciously gave us a ride to the car in a golf cart. I highly recommend a visit here!

We stopped here, excited to take our 2.5 yer old on the monster truck and pick oranges.
We were a little disappointed in the lack of orange picking - and the hike to the orange trees- and decided to opt-out due to my husband's recent surgery.
We did do the Monster Truck - it was hard for our son who got a little antsy every time the truck stopped - he just wanted to go. But it was so awesome to see the variety of wildlife, the cows, gators, deer, and all of the property.
The playground was great for our little guy too.
Drinks/Food are overpriced but you are paying for the experience of it. We got a mimosa and slushie for $15 - both were very good. We also opted to get the *world-famous* creamsicle for $10.50 - it was very good but just a lot of money.

Very interesting and fun place to visit
Nice selection of oranges fresh from the tree
Nice selection of jelly’s and other gift and souvenir items
Fun family place

Totally Not Worth It. Luckily we stopped on a lark to get some oranges, not an orange to be found. The place has no paved road, no paved parking lot, no sidewalk. This smacks of tourist trap with junk that is completely overpriced and the food is food trucks. I really have nothing good to say about this place and hate to go on and on about how awful it was.

The experience was gosh dang delightful. Riding a monster truck while picking oranges was a million-dollar idea. I have been to this place twenty-seven times now, and let me tell, ooouuui, the orange picking never gets old. They had many types of oranges there which was great but I gave them a four out of five because they didn't have my favorite type the golden nugget tangerines. Still, a very good experience overall, and I even was able to sell a few magnums and bolt-actions.

Had a great time. Our driver JD made it fun and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend this experience. Don't miss the frozen OJ, it was very refreshing!!

Very nice store (love the fresh squeezed orange juice). They have expanded the store in recent years to include a bar and lots of other interesting food.

Our guide, Tim, was fabulous. We were disappointed that the truck doesn't go thru the river as shown on website. Tim explained everything about the citrus Grove in great and humorous details. He made the trip worthwhile.
Joe the camel was fun to feed and pet. He has a sweet personality. The ostrich did a hilarious dance.
I'd love to be there in December when they harvest the citrus.
The gift shop area is well stocked with jams, jellies and farm harvested honey.

Showcase of Citrus is an amazing chill spot. We had a lot of fun!!!! The bar area as a lot of selection. We will be coming back tomorrow for the Monster Truck ride. The bartender Hunter was a lot of fun and filled with great information about the establishment.
Definitely a must do if you have a free day while visiting Disney or Universal.

We had a group of 12, 6 adults and 6 kids, everyone had a great time! We booked the monster truck tour in advance through Groupon, easy to book! The kids had a blast on the tour and feeding the animals in the petting zoo. Would definitely re-book if we are in the area again!

Drove 30 minutes to get there and then found out there were no oranges to pick.
They shouldn't be open.
Very shabby and run down.

DOG FRIENDLY
This place is always busy,
It’s a great spot to try sample of products made on-site and there are many!
Pick your own oranges or blueberries
Take a ride on their big monster trucks through the orange groves and swamp
See turtles, gators and all kinds of wild life on this ride.
The employees treat you like family and are very friendly and helpful!.

My family and I went on the monster truck tour and we all had a great time. We learned about citrus trees, saw lots of animals, and road through whiskey river. The blueberry slushes and creamsicles were delicious. The kids had a lot of fun! We will definitely come back 😊

Excellent experience!!! We recommend that everyone enjoy this fabulous place. Is for all the people that like the adventure.

Do not pay to pick the fruit off the trees. We spent $50 to pick a medium and a small bag of oranges. We took them home and tried what we picked and all of the fruit was bitter and we could not eat it. When I e-mailed them they said that if we were in the area they would "comp" us a bag. We were on vacation from Illinois. The wine is good but DON'T waste your money picking oranges you can't eat. When I e-mailed them the second time, they never responded. They should refund money if we couldn't eat a single orange unless you like bitter fruit.

if you have extra 2 hours in Orlando area. This is a perfect place to spend it. We took a monster truck property tour. They have beautiful orange groves, some exotic animals, swampy water holes and very fun driver. Simply a great fun time. The little store is full of fun treats and objects. Don't miss.

We stopped in briefly after our balloon ride, the shop has a vast selection of locally made honey products. We purchased some honey as it tasted really nice and also sampled some of the honey wine which was interesting but very good. Worth a visit if you’re in the area as other things to do there.

Got some of their delicious Citrus Wine, Apple Pie Jam, & Mango Jam.....DELICIOUS stuff! Also, their homemade BBQ sauces are delicious!!
And you have to try their deep fried peanuts....yes, they are really good!!!
Their staff is helpful, and friendly...and if you want to try a sample of any of their goodies, with are always willing to please =)

I don't know if it was the attraction or our driver but this tour was BORING. He did not feed the animals as had been done in the past, very little interaction with the passengers, kids were given no special treatment. All in all. a recording could have done his job . Last time I was on this it was very interactive and I learned a lot about oranges and the animals. It seemed like the most important part was to get us back to the store so we would spend money. Not worth the price or the drive

Such a fun stop!! Friendly staff and amazing, very knowledgeable tour guides. There were lots of different things to do and look at. Overall, such a great place to visit!!

A google search of orange groves brought us here. Well worth the stop on our family vacay. Monster truck ride was super fun (be sure and download the coupon on the website)! Very informative tour guide, fun to see the animals and feed them, and the grove/forest tour was super fun. The shop and complimentary tastings are yummy too. The blueberry lemonade creamsicle is to die for. Definitely recommend this place for individuals, families, and couples.

We visited showcase of citrus two years ago. We loved it then, so figured we would visit again this trip.
The same as the first time, we spent time in the small farm shop. Looking at local produce.
We got some animal feed and went to the farm animals. We fed a donkey, small horse, goats and a pig. Awesome, activity and cost less then $10

Despite tours not usually running at the time we were there, they were happy to take us out for a private one and it was very informative.
Tim was an excellent guide and very friendly and the tour covered everything from the citrus plants and the huge operation they have going on there, the wildlife and nature of Central Florida, the history of the site and we even got to throw some food out for the three zebras that the park has.
There were plenty of souvenirs and unique items in the gift shop, a kids’ play area and although we weren’t able to last week because they hadn’t ripened yet, citrus picking is a must-do when in the right season but there is still plenty to do here without this.
If you are having a vacation in the Orlando area and want to find out about the nature Florida has to offer then the Showcase of Citrus is one of your best ways of doing so. Definitely will visit again in the future.

I took my son for his birthday last week, and we both loved it. We drove 2 1/2 to get there. We arrived early which was great because I paid and then we could check out the animals, gift shop and the grounds. At 11:50 we went to the designated area and we were greeted by Jeff our tour guide. We were the first ones on the vehicle and got the best seats. Jeff was a fantastic guide he was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. We saw alligators, zebras, wild turkeys and fed oranges to the cattle. Also rode through deep water which was cool. It took an hour and I thought it was worth the price.

I phoned ahead of time to reserve space for our party of four on a morning Swamp Monster Truck Safari at the Showcase of Citrus in Clermont, Florida. We were instructed to arrive 30 minutes early. After checking in for the eco-tour ride, we had plenty of time to browse through the market gift shop . I browsed the many netted bags of fruit, the jams, jellies, syrups and BBQ sauces. There were unusual salad dressings, marmalades, boiled peanuts, even natural soaps. I think that I tasted every sample of honey in the market as well as the salsa and chips. With still time to spare, I checked out the wide variety of fruit wines and champagnes in the wine store. A few school children were enjoying the many toys set out on in the play area behind the gift shop. Others were off buying some of the many Florida souvenirs in the market. I joined a few children who were feeding the farm animals. Still other children were lining up for gem mining with their teacher. Finally it was time for all of us to gather for our Swamp Monster Truck Safari Rides. We were assigned to one of the two trucks set up across the wooden bridge. Johnny was our entertaining guide. The kids all piled in a different truck. These are the largest 4x4 trucks in the world.
For almost an hour, we drove off-road through the 2,500 acre fruit groves and stopped a few times while Johnny explained some things to us. How exciting it was to stop and observe a large swarm of butterflies surrounding the ripe oranges in one grove. Johnny told us that he had never seen that before. We saw many varieties of orange, tangerine and grapefruit trees, many still bursting with ripening fruit. We stopped again to see bee hives being trucked to various parts of the grove. Again we stopped when Johnny spotted a baby alligator in a creek alongside the dirt road. Finally, toward the conclusion of our ride, we came upon several wild animals resting in a meadow near some Ibis. I loved seeing the zebra, water buffalo, Watusi and Long Horn. Since this is a cattle ranch, too, I was hoping to see more large wild animals, though. Expect a bumpy ride; you many even go through water if it has rained recently. The ride is handicap accessible and operates daily. Reservations are recommended. There is a pavilion for picnicking; restrooms are in the gift shop or just outside it. Cool off after your ride with a local beer, a delicious creamsicle or a refreshing smoothie. You can pick your own fruit, too, although on our morning ride we saw few people walking through the groves. I recommend this fun and educational eco-tour for the entire family.

We travelled to Florida for the holidays in December and really looking forward to this “adventure”. We even held off buying fruits since we anticipated to pick our own citrus especially the sunshine state oranges. Let me just say we came with high hope and returned empty handed. December was within the picking season as they advised. However we were told there were nothing to pick as the the fruits were not ready to harvest. We could only buy from their pre-picked piles. Well, I could do that in the neighborhood store instead of traveling 100 miles here. I asked if we could take some pictures. Yes, but with a high price. Big disappointment for the sunshine state!!!

Our family loved the tour and the guide was great-a real laugh a minute. He even let my kids drive the monster bus-result. Never seen cows eat so many oranges in my life.
Really recommend and great value!

We stopped here on the way home. Bought a nice bottle of wine. Tasted some honey. I did not realize that honey had different flavours. We always try to stop here during our vacation.

Fun place to take the young ones. Swings, teeter totters, piles of sand with toys to play in, petting farm with unique animals, and the big truck ride. Our grand kids loved it. Lots to see and learn on the truck ride. If you want fruit, oranges and other citrus available. Be sure to get a slushy or creamcicle.

I visited the place this week very friendly nic atmosphere nice ppl but I thought we get on the monster truck we would see more the we we seen it wasn’t mucg it was vert hot too hot for Orlando the drive to stop every second wit kids it was really nothin to se my grand kids were disappointed wit the truck ride it was boring

This place is a refreshing step back in time. Everyone is happy ( truly) friendly and it’s like your hanging out with neighbors and old friends. The atmosphere is homey and comfortable it’s not commercialized. I can’t say enough good things about it and the people who run it. It’s a great place to bring the kids and encourage them to explore, feed the animals, identify bones.

We got a great deal on Groupon, and it was worth the trip. We love this tour. This was our 2nd time here, and now there are wine smoothies available to take with you. Better yet! The guide was informative, engaging, and funny. We had a great time, and will try to make it here any time we are in the area. Where else can you feed cows oranges?!

We were in the Orlando area for the send and I have always wanted to pick a fresh orange from the tree and eat it my wife and I and a close friend went and had a wonderful time

I was a little disappointed in this place. They advertise well. We spent about 15 minutes looking through the shop and bought some honey and a few drinks. We also did the monster truck ride. While it is unique, I was hoping for a little more excitement. I was also thinking I could go into the petting zoo. You can only feed them through the fence. We do not have small children but I do think it would be a fun place to take them.

Visited the citrus orange farm with the whole family, 12 in all…had a great time on the monster truck, loved seeing the alligators & turtles in the swampy lake & feeding the cows & zebras…the children really enjoyed this. Our tour guide Orlando was good answering questions from our youngsters.
Spent time back in the ‘park’. Panning (sieving) for stones like the old miners.
Feeding the different animals & browsing the quaint little outlets. Purchased a couple of very different jams. Marmalade & honey. Enjoyed our time there.

Very friendly staff. Try the gator chili it’s fantastic!! If ever near there again would stop just for it! The tour was very interesting great guide! The cats were and added treat, so they’ve got everything wine, honey, food😍

Nothing out of the ordinary about this market, products much the same as all the others in the area. Produce was very fresh at the going rate in the area. Worth taking a few minutes to look around

It was a beautiful day out in Clermont, this location was easy to find with. no hassle parking.
The farm store had wine tasting, honey tasting and salsa tasting. Impressive selections of honey, jellies and salsas ( my favorite being the sea grape honey). The orange slushie and the creamsicle was fresh, tasty and affordable.
Very family friendly with a kiddies play area, exotic animals to feed and eco tours on massive four wheelers through the groves and swamps with furry surprises.
For $11, $18 or $30 with a $2 per ault/$1 per child entry fee you get to meander through the groves and pick several species of citrus ( red navel, honey tangerine, pineapple orange, Valencia to name a few)
Did I mention the bar with wine tasting and mimosas with fresh orange juice (for about $9.00 though).
All in all a relaxing day with scenic walkways and many photo opportunities.

Too simple. We expexted more. High weels was nice, but not in real deep water. Animals were attracted by feeding them

We went to this because it seemed interesting in the advertisements, and we had some time to kill in the morning. We arrived about 10am, only guests there at this time. Cute place, fun stuff to look at, but not one person on the property even acknowledged us. No hi, no can I help you, no have any questions. It was if we were bothering them by being there so early. Why open so early, if its a hassle.

Stopped by just to check this attraction out. Didn't really check out everything such as the monster truck but I did have an opportunity to create a plastic/wax gator. What is interesting is that Sinclair oil had the same machine at the 1964 world's fair in NY.
The Sinclair machine made dinosaurs but other than that it is the same.

Showcase is such a fun, family friendly location! There is a little bit of something for everyone. I went to a wedding hosted there and it was simply perfect! To be fair I was skeptical at first but honestly it came together perfectly and the staff were absolutely amazing! If you are in the Orlando area it is worth the stop! You won’t regret it!

We had a great ride on the Monster Truck. Our guide Orlando was amazing. He obviously loved his job and joking with the riders. He was also very patient with the kids on the ride, which we really appreciated since we had 5 of our own.
We didn't get to see as many animals as we were hoping for, but the ones we did get to see were great and close up to the truck and Orlando gave us a bit of info about all of them and also stopped so we could take photos. He also had food for us to feed them, which the kids loved!!!
We went right after a hard rain, so that could have contributed to our not seeing a ton of animals.
The gift shop was great, the orange beer was amazing (according to our friend) and the kids loved the popcorn and slushies.

We toured the farm in a so-called "Monster Truck". A fun thing to do on a beautiful sunny afternoon.

My husband and I had a fun morning at Showcase of Citrus. We liked the country store with touristy finds, and enjoyed some fresh smoothies and sangria. The monster truck ride was fun and the guide driving the bus was friendly and knowledgeable about the farm and its history.

I took my Granddaughter and my 3 Great-Granddaughters to the Showcase of Citrus. I am a local and have driven past it hundreds of times but never stopped. A "tourist trap" I thought. I could not have been more wrong!! This is an excellent place to spend am afternoon. This place is a great place to take pictures, or have a birthday party. Plenty of animals and the Donkey is lets you know he is there!! Very funny. We also took the MONSTER TRUCK SAFARI and it is a must ride!! Isaiah was our driver and he was personable, friendly, and informative. He even spent some time taking pictures with my Great-Granddaughters after the ride. Told us how he had to wrestle a 5 foot alligator and relocate him as he got to close to the place. AWESOME person. There is a mural of two beautiful ladies in the open beer bar, one of whom is named "Tara." So I walked over to the juice bar and there was a lady who was the spitting image of this lady so I said "Hello Tara." She looked surprised and said she did not have on her name tag so I told her I saw her name on the mural she modeled for. Very pleasant lady who happened to be one of the owners. I purchased a couple of pure orange juice slushy's from her, which are to die for, as well as our Safari Tickets. Active duty and retired military tickets are complimentary which tells me these are Patriotic owners as well. Thank you very much!! Anyway, just a blast to visit. Highly, highly recommend!!

What a great venue for a family. Great tour in the monster bus. Fun and educational for all ages. Very welcoming atmosphere. Souvenirs were very reasonably priced too.

This place has some of the best acoustics I have heard for karaoke. Jim (the karaoke DJ) makes this place come alive!! The regulars who sing at this venue are also some of the best I have heard. I had some reservations about how good the sound would be because it is pretty wide open but somehow the acoustics cause the sound to fill the room. Great place to visit if you enjoy karaoke and Jim is still the best karaoke DJ I have encountered.

We were hoping to pick oranges but there was only one type to harvest and they did not look great. The staff is very friendly, parking is plenty and the rest of the petting farm is appropriate for families with very young children- 8 and under with a little playground and petting zoo animals.

Fantastic experience seeing the Florida landscape. Great agritourism adventure. The monster truck was perfect for my 6 yo. Cute tour for us adults. Juicy oranges. Yummy orangesicle.

Everything in Orlando is so expensive and plastic - this place was reasonably priced and unique- we had three large families and did a birthday package for all 17 of us! The kids had the best time, the adults were surprised at how cool the place was, and we stayed longer than we excepted because it was so relaxing. Completely enjoyed our experience - highly recommend!

For kids it is nice to make a ride on highwheels. You can see cows and alligators and some other animals. Again, nice for kids.
I prefer the fruit picking

Drove 40 minutes to get fresh oranges... most of it was old and molded. Biggest turnoff were the cats that were allowed to jump up on counters where food was served. Also, the smell of cat pee around food... HUGE TURNOFF.

We very much enjoyed the Monster truck tour and I would recommend it as a good distraction from the normal Theme parks.
The Citrus stand itself is just average and if you are not going to do the monster truck ride, then there is not much here for you.

Stopped in to see if they had boiled peanuts and to let our little one pet the animals and run around for a bit. When we arrived, we were greeted by a super friendly guy who works at the newly renovated bar area. He explained their happy hour and told us a little about their wine selection. We opted to buy some wine and I had a beer while we browsed the shelves for some local honey, hot sauce, jams, relishes, etc... They have a lot to look at.
The playground area outside is ok. Some of toys are a little run down, but they have lots to choose from. We didn't have time to do monster truck tour, but it looks like fun, so we'll be back for that. The animal area is small, but they have some pretty standard petting zoo animals that you can feed too.
They also have a little dock if you wanna fish for a bit. They also do Blueberry picking during April and May.
Oh yeah, they have those boiled peanuts that we were looking for. Even a 5 lb bag to take home and make your own!

Very nice place to visit. Loved the 4x4 Adventure that toured the Citrus Farm & drove through swampland. We had great wine slushes after the tour & purchased honey & unique jams. Would recommend if you want an outside, relaxing activity.

This is a family run citrus farm that is a quaint little niche experience in Florida not too far from the craziness of Orlando. The monster truck safari experience is $25 per person (military is free), and was just under an hour long. We saw zebra, antelope, a camel and ostrich. There are also multiple penned animals around the property - kangaroo, pigs, chickens, capybaras, goats, llama, cows, and rabbits. They sell buckets of ‘feed’ for the animals ($10/bucket). They also have little stores that sell locally made salsas, jams, sauces, etc. and some food trucks (we didn’t eat anything from the trucks). The animals appear well taken care of and the whole establishment has a family friendly good vibe.

We allways go there at first day. Cooked peanuts are must and make us feel we are back in FL.
Earlier there was gator chili which was wonderful. Hope it comes back. Picking up own citruses is nice way to spend time. And monster truck drive is great way to see "the other Florida", farms, cows etc. Once driver let my son drive also.

The staff at Showcase of Citrus is absolutely wonderful. They were helpful in assisting us with picking out items from their store. Mike was the driver on our tour, and he was very informative, clear speaking, and gave a great tour. There are a lot of free activities for the kids to do, animals to see, swings, play area, etc. You can buy a bucket of food for all of the animals. It is a great place to spend time if you have kids. Mike's wife, that worked in the store, was delightful!!!

My family group of 17 and I had a great time at this Citrus farm picking our own citrus. Prices were a little steep but the quality of the oranges were excellent! We all enjoyed our ride on the monster truck touring the orchard and seeing the livestock of the farm. On the tour we even stopped to feed the cattle with citrus. Didn't know cattle enjoyed citrus. Overall the staff was super friendly and the place was a fun stop to make. Only complaint were the bathrooms were a bit run down and dirty almost outhouse like.

We’ve visited Showcase of Citrus the last three years straight. The monster trucks rides are great for all ages. We highly recommend you do that at least once. Groupon is a great place to get reduced rates.
We visited this year to feed the animals, purchase hot sauce (excellent variety), do some gold mining and let the kids enjoy one of their more memorable spots in the Orlando area. You don’t need to plan a day to enjoy it, we find going impromptu has worked well for us.

Nice place to visit lots of activities for the family, the creamsicle are amazing. So much to see it's like everything has it's on little story.

If you're looking for fresh fruit, fun and unusual wines and condiments, and cute photo ops, you'll really like this place. We've taken the monster truck school bus probably half a dozen times, and it's the most fun when the swamp is flooded. Our tour guides have always been fun and personable, and there are lots of different kinds of animals to see with sime that you can feed and/or pet. I love taking out of town friends and family here that are game for something different.

Ive heard that the mud pits make for fun, but we didnt go there due to dry weather. The other riding around was ok

We love this place, we stay for hours. However, they just started charging for admission which is a huge turn off. We spent over $80 on fruit and they nickle and dime you with admission!? Otherwise great place for families but a little pricey.

Amazing experience, we came in early to avoid the summer heat. We were able to take lots of photos and feed the animals before going on a ride on the monster trucks. It got much busier after 11am. They have a good range of different sodas, jams and honeys in the store. I wish I had time to visit the winery.
My kids loved feeding the animals and playing on the sand pit.
Very nice adventure on the truck. It was nice seeing what the groves and fields look like from beyond street view. We even got to see the zebras and throw some food at them.

As we farm back in Minnesota, my family was interested in the citrus farm. Though the harvest season seemed to be over just a few months ago. The family took the one hour tour at a very reasonable price and enjoyed it. Various products are available to purchase in the little shop. There is also an outside bar that services wine and beer.

Showcase of Citrus provides something fun to do with the family besides an amusement park. You can taste test the different oranges prior to picking them. Being in the orange groves is very peaceful and is a fun family activity.
If you decide to have an adult beverage (and want a souvenir glass) be sure to ask for it before they pour your beer. For some reason you cannot buy the $5 glass for $5 AFTER you buy a beer. If you decide you want it AFTER, it is $10! (This is the only reason I rated it very good, not excellent.)

We've gone usually a couple times a year for close to a decade when we are in Florida (from Michigan). Kids love it and we enjoy it as well! The animals, the oranges, food trucks, drinks, sweet treats, and more always bring us back. Can't wait until our next visit!

I live locally and anytime family comes to town for a couple of days, we always bring them to the Showcase of Citrus. Small area to see animals (Donkey, Mini-horse, Pig, Goat). The little kids like it. There is a play area outside and big sandbox for the kids too. We have done the 4x4 tour at least 5 times in the last 7 months. It depends on the weather and your tour guide, but it can be a nice way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the normal Disney scene. My favorite reason to go is there amazing food. Honey!!! I love honey and they have the best around. Wine, salsa and some decent grill rubs. I always buy something when I go.

We easily booked our tour slot on the website the day prior to our visit and the check-in process was quick & easy.
Our tour guide was brilliant & very informative. Although we didn’t see many animals (aside from the cows & zebras) this didn’t detract from the trip.
We spent ages afterwards in the children’s play area- the kids loved the swings, slides, climbing areas & the sand.
Now onto the purchases! We picked up 2 bottles of wine- a green apple & a raspberry and they were delicious! We also purchased some Traffic Jam (we’ve been back 2 weeks and the children have finished the jar!), some Frog Jam (for our cheese & cracher nights), BBQ sauce, Salsa & 2 types of honey- all of which are delicious! We were fortunate enough to sample some of the products before leaving & they are well purchasing- only problem was not enough room in our luggage to purchase more & get them home!!
It was a fantastic day & all 6 of us really enjoyed ourselves. Keep up the good work & we can’t wait to come back

Third time - still love this place. We go here every year with our grandchildren. It’s fun. They love the Monster Truck ride. Even though we didn’t see many animals because it was a hot day, we enjoyed the ride. The driver even let some of the people help drive (with his next to them). Just a wonderful experience. After the trip we get the frozen orange juice slushee.

came here a few years ago and was a great visit, but this time very messy out back of the shop even though the shop looks nice but the animals outback don't look like they are in the best interests of the owners as well as other people next to us saying the same thing but i do hope they are as animal lovers and the hello and politeness off the staff were a miss this time maybe an off day not sure if we would visit again, a shame we liked the down to earth side of things of it last time

we have been here many times.it is a great relaxing afternoon after the parks.the monster truck is excellent and try the orange creamsicle.the staff are friendly and will give you samples of any wine.

We wanted a day away from the crowds at Disney. So we took a short drive west of Orlando to Clermont to visit the Showcase of Citrus and took a tour of there farm and citrus grove in the Monster truck. The family had a blast! The place is very old school Florida and the kids admitted to having more fun at the petting zoo and seeing baby gators up close and the Monster truck ride was the highlight of their vacation.

Depending on season, they offer a variety of citrus (oranges/grapefruit/lemons/etc. The store has jarred preserves and some select hot sauces - plus fresh boiled peanuts and squeezed juices which makes it great place for a quick break to rest before getting back on the road. Finally the kids can view the small offering of farm animals.

My family and I have been here a number of times, and it never fails to bring us joy. The shop is first rate, and the monster school bus tour is very fun and informative.

Showcase of Citrus is a little off the beaten path from the other attractions, but well worth the detour if you are looking for something very "Florida" to do!! We got tickets to the safari swamp tour on Groupon and it was SO much more fun than we expected. The driver was very knowledgeable and taught us a ton about oranges, farming in Florida, the history of the state and the animals they have there. We had actually recently moved to the area when we did this and hadn't seen any gators yet in the "wild". We saw a few on the tour which was pretty exciting to us!
The store is full of amazing Florida tchotzkes (I am butchering that word but oh well) and foods. Their fruit wines are to die for!! It was an amazing way to celebrate the purchase of our home in Florida and I couldn't wait to share this place with family and friends who visited us. When we did the swamp tour that just made me love it even more. It only takes an hour or two out of your day but is a great break from the hustle bustle of the other attractions in the area and is fun and educational. A+ from me!

We wanted to do something away from the parks and this was perfect. We rode the trucks, fed the farm animals and wandered around the citrus groves. We had a delicious mimosa on the tour and samples all sorts of local goodies. There are tons of photo ops! This isn’t a place you would spend all day but for us (a group of adults) we were able to hang out and spend time doing something silly. We all agreed we would come back.

The grandkids really enjoyed the monster truck ride and feeding the animals. Grandpa and I thought it was fun going thru the swamp with those giant wheels too. We were disappointed that we didn’t see alligators tho.

Brought the grandchildren to the monster truck safari tour. The truck was great and so was Jeff, the guide. The only problem is that we did not see any wild animals except the exotics that they had in a special area. Probably mainly due to the warm weather and the early part of the day. Later we were told that the 6 o’clock tour usually showed more animals. Got a good price For resident.

Came here after revolution off road to meet up with other members of our family and booked onto the tour in the big 4x4s through the 2500 acre land. We arrived early and bought slushies which were fantastic! I had the blueberry lemonade and it was tasty whilst others tried to frozen orange juice slush which was great also (i stole a taste) Plenty of free samples from hot sauce, fried peanuts, honey, spices, and salt scrubs great opportunity to sample these products before you buy.
Our tour was great, it was informative, we really enjoyed it and even though there was a lack of bulls and cows as they were hiding (probably due to some lightning) we spotted some Zebra and got some practical skill experience with the trucks. Our guide was super friendly and answered any and all questions we had. They have an opportunity to pick your own fruit and much much more! Great fun i highly recommend.

I went on the monster truck safari. It was very nice I had a lot of fun and I would go again. My tour guide was very informative and he knew what he was doing.

A fun day of riding on a monster truck, feeding animals, taste testing honey, & learning a little about Florida.

What started as an off-the beaten path activity quickly became a staple of any Clermont kids childhood. From orange and blueberry picking to monster truck rides, Showcase of Citrus is the perfect place for an evening with family.
There’s a playground with swings and a slide for the kids to play on. Once they’re done with that, they can have the delicious Creamsicle. It’s made with natural orange juice slushy and thick cream! The store sells jam, honey, pure orange juice, and more.
To see the best of what old Clermont has to offer, be sure to visit Showcase of Citrus!

We love this place! And we didn’t even take in the orchards the ride or the animals. We were just stopping on our way out of town and bought some amazing food to take back home. It looks like they also have wine tastings and other type of event.

This place is a little gem! My 4 and 5 year olds had a wonderful time on the monster truck! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Perfect activity for families with young children!

We visited on 3 different days when we were in the area. The ride was a lot of fun and all of the activities on site are a lot of fun. The creamsiciles are worth stopping for. The oranges are the best we've ever had. The gem mining was a fan favorite with my kids.

It sounded better on line. They were very friendly and the store was fun. Orange slices to sample. Plenty to buy and eat. Salsa and jelly were superb. But really came to take my 2 1/2 -year old to the "petting zoo". It was a fenced in area with a couple pigs, goats and emus. The emu was very nasty. Bit me twice and drew blood. I spent the entire time trying to distract it so my little one could feed the pigs and goats. You buy the carrots and or peanuts to feed them. Be VERY CAREFUL of the peanuts with the kids. They are wormy and the kids touch them then their mouths. YUCK! There is a play area near the store for little kids. Lots to do but well outside and ride around toys old and dirty. Picking there. We did not do just bought fruit inside. Did not do the monster truck thing. Maybe another time. Soil very sandy so not good for wheelchairs. All visitors appeared to be enjoying their selves. Ok for tourists. French Fry the cat was cute.

My son, who is a car nut, loved the monster school bus and the Studebaker out front. We enjoyed the bumpy ride through the water and forests. We saw one croc, liked viewing the cattle, zebra, and water buffalo. Viewing the citrus trees gives you an appreciation for just how huge the groves can be.
Other than that, there's not much for teens and adults.
The farm animals--two chickens, a burro, a pony, and another equine, an emu, a wallaby, a goat, and a hog were all toward the highway side of the place. NOTHING was happening there. The animals looked hot and were lying in the few patches of shade they had around. The two chickens lived in what appeared to be two old greenhouses. Huh? I felt sorry for all the animals. They kinda seemed ignored.
The gift shop has many types of honey, sauces, dressings. Beer, oj, slushies, sodas were available.
It could be that it's a more happening place when the citrus picking season is in, but to us, it looked pretty sad and depressing.

Did the 1100 Monstertruck tour as we did two years ago. Unfortunately this time, you were not able to ride the truck through the large waterhole as they filled it in with soil/dirt. The route was a little different. We did see some wild turkeys and two rescue zebras. The remaining exotic cattle and herd animals were hiding I think, because it was a bit windy. Kudos to the young lady at the ice cream counter. She was very nice and helpful.

Lots of free things to do too ! There is something for everyone, including photo ops, petting zoo, exotic wildlife, hayrides and even a Monster truck tour of this mammoth Citrus (and more) farm. I highly recommend all to take a trip to this great spot & enjoy picking your own citrus, Blueberries and filling your cart with old Florida foods, Jams, Gator tail and much more !!

Loved the tour through the property! Orlando was an amazing tour guide! Loved hearing the history of the farm and learning about different wildlife. The orange slush with ice cream was a nice treat.

My family and I went here in August 2020. My husband wanted to come back at pick oranges from the trees when it was in season. We got there to find out you have to walk over 15 minutes to even get to a tree. The oranges they had there were the most awful looking oranges I’d ever seen. We couldn’t ride the monster truck because it was totally booked. It’s truly a kids place out outside adventure. Our one purpose was to pick oranges off the tree and were disappointed of the fruit. They did have food trucks there but we did not eat from them.

Always wondered what this place was like so had time and decided to visit. All but one small room which has wine in it has A/C. Suprised they had all the food, honey, snack, etc out where the heat or cold could affect it. They do have many side show experiences, but it was early morning and I was just interested on what local food items they had. Not real impressed. Ladies were nice, but I'm sure it is HOT most of the time. It looks better very impressive from the road but dissapointed about how they store the food.

Great place to pick your own fruit the store has so many different items the jelly and jams are great they also have a good wine great customer service please take time to check out the cats

My friend and I visited on May 14 and went on the "World's Largest 4×4 Adventure." Martin was a great tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about the farm, the animals living on it, and the work they do with their produce. We saw a ton of fun animals (alligators, turtles, herons, cows, longhorns, and zebras)!
Our experience with picking your own citrus wasn't entirely what we expected, but most of that was on the fact that it's the end of citrus season. Definitely do your research on that if you're really wanting to do it. I imagine going during the height of citrus season would be a lot better.
We enjoyed orange creamsicles from the snack bar area, which were really great, and went home with two jars of their house-made jams and a sampler of their house-made honey, all of which have tasted great so far! If you're looking for something to do near the Orlando/tourist area in Florida that's not a theme park, I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Remember to make reservations as the tours are sold out quickly. Book online or call them. Tour every two hours.
Big remodeled Monster Truck with seats for around 40 people. Friendly and informative driver. Let a birthday boy drive a few meters :-)
Awesome tour which we all enjoyed. We even got to see a medium sized alligator and a baby one too. Feeding zebras along the route.
Pet farm animals which you can buy food to feed after the tour.
Pick citrus fruits and pay by the pound is also a possibility, but we’re tourists so we skipped that.
Wear clothes suited for outdoors, however, shorts and T-shirts are fine...
We warmly recommend this tour!

We started our visit at showcase of citrus with the country store and the little farm area. The orange juice was delicious! Very nice start! Unfortunately after 20 mins of riding the monster truck and chasing the wild turkey the front right side of the truck started smoking. A few minutes later, the truck started going sideways/slanting, at first we thought it was part of the show or just hitting a pothole... But that’s not what happened! We lost a wheel! Most of the people on board fell on the floor and babies (our little girl specially) were crying. The truck was smoking and what was concerning is the fact that we had no way of getting out (no ladder) and waited a while before someone came to rescue us. Although the guide did ask us if anyone needed an ambulance but now I’m wondering if there was even a first aid kit aboard. Reflecting back, we could have easily tipped which would have been disastrous with no security measures in place.
We were having a lot of fun with our family before this incident so the concept of the visit is very good, and has a lot of potential but should have better safety regulations and regular checks and maintenance on those machines.

What a wonderful place!! We thought we would stop for a few minutes to let our grandson run around but we ended up staying for hours.
There was so much to see and do. The animals are very well cared for. The play areas are clean and nice.
The breezes off the lake were nice and cool. This is a beautiful place for all ages to explore and enjoy.

They have two zebus, a miniature horse, an emu, sheep, pigs, ostrich, a donkey, goats, turkeys, ducks, and geese. I visit often to check on these precious animals and they looks miserable. They are there for entertainment and people pay to feed them. There is minimal shade from the sun. They have two tiny tarps that shade a few feet each and half the day it's shading the side of the tourists. There is a tree that provides minimal shade and minimal shelter from Florida's intense thunderstorms we regularly have. There is a shack that the pigs stay in to protect them from the heat, I've witnessed other animals try to get in during storms but are not able to. There is little grass for them, the grass area has antique farm equipment out for display providing a smaller area and a more dangerous one. There are only two small water sources for all of them. The many pigs they have don't have pools to cool off in, the goats have nothing to jump on and they don't get exercise. I've approached and called staff members with my concerns. I've been told that improvements for this area are "on the table for discussion" and they had a better cover for the animals, but a hurricane tore it down (years ago!). When I asked what they do for these animals during the handful of below freezing nights we get I was told they do nothing but it's OK because the animals get along well with each other and they cuddle, she said "it's cute". They get no blankets or covers and have no area to protect them from the elements. I'm attaching a video during an approaching storm last week and a picture of that storm. Hail was predicted and all staff were huddled under the protection of their sheltered roof watching the animals suffer. These animals need an improved area, please visit if you haven't and if you agree with me, please speak up and help these beautiful animals.

The monster truck ride (free for military & veteran ID holders) was a blast! They also give generous wine, salsa, honey and citrus samples. Their wines are delicious and are reasonably priced. A fun place for all ages!

We had a great time in the u-pick fields. Probably should have gone earlier in the season, the honeybell fruit was too high for us to get to, but able to buy some at the store

This place is a hidden gem. So much to do for children, teens, families. Fun for everyone!
Even something for mom & dad, wine tasting and beer on tap. A great gift shop!

It was nice to really see what Florida is without all the park stuff. I think you owe it to yourself to do this.

Took grandkids, they loved it. Fed animals, ate ice cream and enjoyed children's acitivities. Did not go on truck tour.

We spent most of the day there; it was fantastic. From sitting in a western saddle at the bar enjoying an afternoon beverage to riding in an awesome off-road bus on the citrus farm tour, I would strongly recommend visiting. The selection of fresh fruits, local honey products and souvenirs was outstanding. For the wine lovers, they have a huge selection of local wines….my favourite was the Blackberry wine and the Honey wine. 😋. The staff at the farm were very welcoming and very helpful with all the questions we had For the families, they have various animals from ostriches to donkeys, pot belly pigs, ducks, and even an alligator at the pond. This excursion was the highlight of my Florida vacation and I will be returning there next year.
The Citrus farm is only a couple miles away from the Lake Louisa State Park so I suggest visiting both venues on your next vacation !!😎

The place is huge and has a large variety of things for sale (soap, wine, fruit, jelly, etc). The staff is friendly and helpful.

Always a nice little place to stop and enjoy some things. Monster truck ride is fun and entertaining (check group on for a deal) and enjoy the sights, animals and picture locations around the property.

My kids ( ages 7,9, and 17) all had a great time picking their own oranges. The gator chilli was excellent and the orange and yogurt slushes delicious. Will be back next time.

The 4x4 ride driver gave so much information about the groves and animals. EVERY employee we came in contact with was SO friendly. It was a great day and we would recommend to visit.

I am amazed that some people gave one star! I had such a blast! I went at the end of September, there was no fruit to pick at that time, but I had so much fun! I was immediately sent to a monster truck where the driver told us about the history of the farm. He took us on an amazing animal safari with all kinds of animals. Since I was running for the truck, I didn’t realize you could buy a bucket of fresh fruit and vegetables for the animals. Wow! They have such a healthy diet! The children on the truck loved throwing the animals their fruits and veggies! It was like Marti Gras for the animals! When we came back from our safari tour, there were 3 “Elvis’s” taking turns serenading the crowd. They were so good! This part was free! It is completely free to get in. You only have to pay for the monster truck and the animal food. They have two old fashioned stores. I purchased 3 different types of raw honey they collect on the farm. I can’t wait to go back again to pick some citrus and see what other types of entertainment they will have!

The Monster Truck ride was awesome. We got to see some amazing animals. The tour guide was funny, knowledgable, and really made the drive more fun. The grounds are beautiful. The Orange Slushies were fantastic. Very nice for families!

There's quite a lot going on here, with a shop with all sorts of curious and interesting items, of course lots of citrus fruit and citrus-based foods / jams / dressings, animal feeding with a pretty amusing and random assortment of animals, the monster truck rides, and orange picking. There were also other food and drink options there.
The orange orchard is MUCH bigger than we initially realized as we thought the only orange picking was in the area near the animal pen. That's only a tiny amount of the available area which extends further back and extends way over to the right, and when you wander further away from the entrance the picking is much better. You need a wristband to go into the picking area ($2 per band) and then you buy different sized bags which you can fill as you go. Some of the better oranges are higher in some of the bigger trees so grab an orange picker pole, and there are a ton of ants and anthills throughout the orchard (some of which have fire ants), so close-toed shoes are recommended. (One of us was in flipflops and did fine but had to be careful about where to step). In all a good family fun experience, and we enjoyed many of the different varieties of oranges that we picked.

We did the monster truck ride through the property it was fun and it was informative the landscape is beautiful and and everyone was very friendly if you go you have to have a creamsicle they were hands down amazing!!! We had the blueberry lemonade creamsicle and it was wonderful.

You will learn about citrus groves and many other things. Our guide was Don. We learned about bees and citrus growing and many of the plants that grow both good and bad. They have a couple of zebras, water buffalo and something else with large horns. The monster truck is something else -nothing luxurious but definetely different. It was a very interesting tour. We stopped many times to listen and look. Don't forget the orange float at the end in the store ! I think the entire family would enjoy

Had a great time at the showcase. The Monster bus ride was a blast and the tour guide was both funny and knowledgeable.
Saw lots of wildlife including zebras gators and birds.
Petting zoo was also fun for the kids, they had an ostrich a kangaroo and some pigs.
Lots to choose from in the store and the honey tasting area was great.
Get a creamsicle! Amazing

Visited and loved this location several years ago. Gift shop and citrus options are good. Was disappointed the 4x4 ride is now just a small loop past some pet zebras and cows. Used to be exciting through swamp and cattle herd. Expensive for what it is - short ride with lots of Bigfoot jokes.

This isn't just a place to buy Florida Oranges. There is a small kids playground with plenty of sand toys, a gem finding operation "like panning for gold" and a small animal
zoo. The citrus slushies are fantastic along with the Monster Bus ride. Many great pics to be had all around.

This is definitely a must see if you are close to the area. Something for everyone and lots of things going on all the time! Visit their great animals! One of the best attractions in the area and prices are great.

We stopped here on our way home from Orlando airport as we had purchased tickets from Groupon a few months prior. We arrived early and had time to peruse the property. The store had numerous jams, jellies and honeys. There is a play area for small children. At the assigned time we boarded a converted school bus which took us on our tour. We passed though orange groves and blueberry fields (all out of season) and had a fun although a bit bumpy at times, and the driver was quite friendly and informative. After we returned, we purchased orange slurpeeswhich were quite good. It is a good one time experience and was very enjoyable.

So many things wrong - not sure where to start. Maybe with the goat in the petting zoo with a fresh deep gash on its neck. Or the tepid employees. How about the bathrooms that don't lock well so people walk in on each other. Or the piece of metal jutting up off the floor of the monster truck when you enter. Or it could be all the non-native Florida animals they show or the tour guide giving his opinion on other states he didn't like and the pandemic. All in all, it was an uncomfortable experience.

I was looking forward to going here and seeing/buying their products and maybe walk around the site. I was disappointed. It seems they have put in all kinds of things to entice people to come with their family. I did buy some products which were good and we did buy lunch from the food trucks that were there. The food was good. We bought from the Vietnamese truck and the Cuban truck. The pan con lechon sandwich was very good. My husband loved the Vietnamese fried rice, but I thought it was just okay.

The citrus that we saw didn't look like it was in very good shape, and the animals in the "petting zoo" looked similarly shabby. I guess $2 isn't a lot to ask, but still, they charge just to walk around the place? We wanted to learn a bit about citrus, but the people there said the owners weren't around, and they were the only ones who knew anything. Didn't do the monster truck ride, as it wasn't running the day we were there. People in the main shed selling tickets seemed like they were just bored. And the bathrooms were so disgusting my wife and a friend just waited until we got to a nearby gas station. The only interesting thing was a large gator sunning himself in the "gator nursery" area.

The first time we went it was crazy busy so we only stayed about 30mins. But 1wk later we went back and there was no wait to ride the swamp buggy ,it was fun , our son loved it! There's small pastures that have miniature donkey, miniature horse, a kangaroo with attitude, pigs, chickens, goats, sheep and an emu. Yes all the animals the kids can pet. There is a small play area for the very young kids. Everything there is made with citrus, wine, the citrus salsa is worth the monies! Try it

No your typical tourist trap. Something there for everyone. Kids and adults will enjoy the fun. From beer and wine tasting, to ice cream and slushies. And of course grove tours in huge school buses. Fun for all

For those days when Disney is overwhelming.....come to this venue. Drive around in an uncomfortable bus on steroids and tour orange groves, cows ( who love to eat oranges), 2 Water Buffalos, 2 zebra.......and a swamp

Only a stones throw from our holiday villa we decided to stop in and see what this place was about.
It’s a really fun mix of farm/bar/kids play/souvenir gift shop and experience.
We went on the monster bus tour through the farm which included a comical guide (if you like dad jokes Doc) and was almost but not quite a safari.
They serve many refreshments that are produced from the farm and the staff are all super friendly.
The whole family had a great time here and if we are ever back in the area would definitely look in.

Fun tour of the property with lots of Florida wildlife. The kids enjoyed the ride and experience. If you need a little time away from the amusement parks, this is a good option.

Great place to take the family for a day outing! Has a lot you can do the truck ride is super fun. Nice to have something to do in this town .

We didn’t know what to expect, but we signed up for the Monster Truck safari tour of this citrus farm. The ride through the farm to look for wildlife was fun, and the tour guide was humorous, but we didn’t see much. We saw a few cows, and a zebra, which was a little disappointing, but the grandkids loved the big monster truck. There was a petting zoo, and a nice shop of honeys, hot sauces, and souvenirs. Worth the trip.

was very pleased with our visit there as a family. they were easy going and friendly in these covid times. the monster tuck was great-tip: get cheap tickets on groupon. the ornage picking was nice though would have been better if the day wasnt so hot as theres very little shade.

When we visited 15 years ago, this was a farm stand with a pick your own orchard out back. Its a destination now with the monster truck ride, playground, farm animals to feed and bar. It took us a while to figure out where and how to pick fruit! Young man at the check out was super helpful.

Every time we go down to FL we stop by and pick up fresh squeezed OJ and fruits. Some years I have called ahead and placed an order for what we want and it is always ready for us to pick up with the fruit being fresh picked that morning.

Climb up into the monster truck and off you go. So affordable after a day at Disney. We drove through some orange groves, got a bit of history of the area, and saw some animals, not all were typical of a farm, such as camel and zebra. We bought a bucket of veggies and fruit and the kids loved feeding the animals and seeing them up close. Some come right up to the truck. There are some playground areas and a sluice to pan for jems, which the kids also enjoyed. There are some cute photo opps, like a gorilla, dinosaur, old farm tractor......
We didn't pick any oranges, so can't comment on that.

Visited on a cold rainy day but still had a lot of fun at this family farm. We did the tour and it was well worth it! The tour guide was funny and knowledgeable.

This is a unique find. From a country store, to good eats, fruit picking, monster truck rides, and some farm animals! An inexpensive find with fun for everyone!

Great fun, a few animals there to see, play area for toddlers and sand put which is good. I would say some of the old toys need to be thrown away but other than that this place is a perfect way to spend some time away from the crowds of Disney.
The monster truck was fun and our one and three year old loved it. Orlando was amazing with his talk and answering questions and keeping the kids entertained..... even feeding the cows oranges.... who knew they liked oranges!?
We had a frozen wine cooler after which was very tasty. Will definitely return for evening activities with live music one weekend.

This is a big ranch where yiu can do an eco tour with interesting information. People can pick up their own oranges and blueberries in April and May season.
It a great place fir families and children

I am disappointed. I wanted to see a citrus grove and learn all about it. The monster truck ride brings you out into the grove but our driver Isaiah only told us that there are 50 different kinds of citrus growing there. Thats it!! We did get to throw some oranges to the cows who got up when they saw the truck coming, who knew cows loved oranges? The cows were cute. The store has wine, oranges, grapefruit, honey all of which can be sampled. The wine, grapefruit and oranges were all very good. The orange vanilla creamsicle slushy is very good. The area where you walk from the store to the trucks is littered with kids toys and old ride on's which is not nice to look out and dangerous to walk through especially if you are an older person or need a clear path for a wheelchair or stroller. The woman's bathroom was beyond disgusting. It is a one stall but the toilet was clogged and disgustingly dirty, as was the floor - I walked out as quick as I could. This could be a nice place to visit but they need to clean up the area, put more thought and information into the citrus tour and organize it alittle better.

We stopped for a soft serve ice cream and were surprised by how much this place has to offer. Plan on spending time wandering around this interesting place. They were out of cones but the ice cream was tasty in a cup.

It rained during our visit but that didn't seem to affect the tour too much. The kids absolutely loved 'off-roading' it, although the vehicle seemed more enclosed than last time, which did impeed visibility a bit.

We went there with 2 small kids and took the safari. The driver was really fun and the store was fun too they have all these fun things to look at. Picking oranges was also good but we were at a bit of on off season. Kids loved the monster schoolbus!

We came for a short activity before heading to the airport, and it did not disappoint. We did the monster truck tour, and it was an enjoyable hour. There are a number of interesting animals along the way, and our guide was funny and informative. It was a bit cool the day we went, but that is not something anyone can control. There is a lot else to do here, but we only had time for one activity.

Our first visit to Showcase of Citrus was 9 years ago shortly after we moved to Florida. The charming, old Florida roadside attraction was basically a citrus farm stand in those days. They had a great BBQ, citrus, and farm stand stuff; I think they had the off road tour as well, but can’t remember). We went at least a few times a year.
Fast forward to 2019. We haven’t been back in 2 years. Wow, have things changed!
The citrus is still there, the stand setting still in place. But over this last decade they’ve evolved. while the greatest jump appears to have taken place since our last visit. This is now a real Florida roadside attraction, much like what many Baby Boomers and GenXers remember from childhood. Their offerings have changed up some, with older things still in place. And if you’re looking to revisit a feeling from those days gone by, Showcase of Citrus will give you that opportunity.
The main building remains offering up some produce along side canned and jarred treats (think homemade honey and jams), plus drinks, and Florida nicknacks. They have citrus samples, wines, and even some snack foods like hot dogs. The BBQ we remembered loving has been gone for many years (a pity - it was amazing).
I noted another review referenced “rotten fruit.” We didn’t buy any, but as usual took note that what they sell on site isn’t the prettiest. This is often the case of farms that offer their produce on site: they tend to ship the prettiest stuff to stores and keep the “real looking” stuff themselves. We Americans love pretty and often miss out on taste. Again, we didn’t try the citrus, so cannot speak to it. But often looks don’t = good taste.
They have expanded their attraction offerings by a long shot. Pick-UR-Own is still happening, in season, so you can enjoy that. Or enjoy a snack in the barn yard, pet some farm animals, or take your picture with their giant “caught shark” hanging like a caught Jaws out in the parking lot.
The biggest change is their prepping barn where they used to prep fruit for sale or shipment. That has been totally converted into another enjoyment area offering up more options including a wine bar and tables. We tried their wine samples - very good - and checked out, but did not buy their bar. It’s a great repurpose of the space and I think could be a nice place to sit and rest or enjoy something to eat. We didn’t take note of how much is offered.
There is more to do within the stand and more to purchase to reflect your Florida visit.
But the biggest attraction on site is the off road bus tour of the farm. We still haven’t tried it, mainly because of price-to-ROI. We can’t decided if it’s worth the price, which is up there. True, it’s a tourist thing, but we want a god ROI and we can’t figure out if this offers it. Kids will likely enjoy, but... we just cannot speak to it. I’ve done them in vary diverse egos systems in the state and they are fun, but based on the description by an employee we asked, this just didn’t seem to come close enough. But that is not to sway you from trying; just make sure to ask.
Overall it’s nice to see this family run spot still going strong; the crowd was large and parking lot full - there is an overflow lot behind the front lot. There is more to do and see and enjoy. If you’re looking for a low price or budget thing to do, stop by. If you’re looking for something Old School, stop by. If you need high speed and far more modern, then this isn’t the place. This is Old Florida.

There is something so peaceful about enjoying the outdoors and picking oranges (and other fruits). My group had an enjoyable time waking the groves and seeing all the different varieties. The staff member was very friendly. The country store selection was large with a lot of options. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy quality outdoor time.

Awesome experience with a great tour! Love the amenities, ooen air market, citrus slushies and food trucks.

Kinda interesting for those from out of the area. They did have some good wine though, which they allow you to taste. Kinda a retro tourist stop but fun and different.

It would be fair to say first off, I did not do the monster school bus trip. Maybe that's why people visit here. Without a monster school bus ride, the rest of the attraction could use a refurbishment. It was close to where we were staying, so I thought of dropping in for an hour to keep my granddaughter amused before lunch. Animals to feed, small play area, food and souvenirs etc. In my opinion they could do so much more... The few animals are interesting to see and you can feed them overpriced carrots in an overpriced souvenir plastic bucket. The play area is mostly full of broken toys. I mean ride-on toys with broken wheels and missing pedals and sharp bits of plastic sticking out. The kids did not seem to mind, but it's sad when you can pick up a replacement toy from Goodwill for $3. The state of the toys reflected the rest of the place really. A large shark that could use a paint job and a pond with dilapidated boat on it and plastic decoy ducks, one half submerged and listing to one side... In the UK this would be a health and safety nightmare. Small children can get through the fence on the dock and fall in the water.. Local produce for sale which I thought was pricey. $7 for 8oz of honey. Local beekeepers will sell you a pound for $3. I don't think it's worth a visit, but then again it may be you need to ride a big truck to experience the full package. There were plenty of visitors, so don't let me put you off...Its cheaper than Disney

Went with the family for a ride in the big truck around the orange groves and had an amazing time. Our 2 year old grandson loved it and then had a ball playing on the sandpit after. Lots of animals to pet as well. A good way to spend half a day

We had an amazing time riding the monster truck. Our driver was Martin and he was fun, knowledgeable, and a great guide. Highly recommend this as a fun place to go off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando.

kids will enjoy it as they have live animals, they have a lot of products, oranges, wine, gifts, but I thought they were all over priced.

We decided to take a trip on the monster truck into the wilds. It was abit bumpy but that was to be expected. We managed to see alligators, zebras and cattle on the hour long trip. The driver was very good and even let some youngsters drive the truck.Back at base there were loads of stuff to buy and loads to eat and drink. A very nice experience. Worth a visit.

Orlando was a Great tour guide! He was very informative. We are Florida natives my Wife and Myself but we wanted to take our 3 year old son on a lil family vacation.
If your not from Florida its a nice very informative tour and gives people a nice representation of what the environment is like in Florida for orange farmers and they raise cattle there. its 2500 acres the farm. they have a great gift shop and bar and a lot of things to see besides just the 4x4 tour. I definitely recommend it. if your only into boogie attractions like Disney resort or universal and sea world you might not like this attraction but we certainly did and were glad we did go.
they are the only place I've ever been that lets veteran's or active military ride the 4x4 tour for free that's right absolutely free! they actually do honor their military and veteran's there thank you guys very much we enjoyed ourselves and recommend it to others.

Over the years, we always made time to pick citrus at Showcase during our visits to Orlando. Unfortunately, during last week's (early March) visit it was apparent that "citrus" has become a distant after-thought with them. With their new pricing policy, a 10-12 bag of citrus would now cost us $38(!) - and, with just one variety of orange available (no grapefruit or tangerines). Showcase has become a text book example of how NOT to treat your loyal customers.
If you are looking for a wine bar, monster trucks, gem mining (in FL?) or a small petting zoo, then Showcase may be for you. As for us, we will not be going back.

This was an awesome experience for my family and I. We was looking for something different from the "Mouse", the "Whale" and the "Horror Night". Well boy did we find it! This place had a little bit of country, a tiny bit of zoo, a bit of wondering of big foot, lots of weird stuff and a huge monster truck thrown in for fun! Michael was our driver and informant, he was very knowledgeable, I learned more from him in 45 minutes than in an entire day at the local zoo. Apparently, the place host field trips and he was just full of crazy knowledge about animals that made the monster truck even more fun. One last thing, you can miss seeing Joe. He will follow you around until you chat with him and he isn't big foot either. Joe was so dang cute!

We stopped by here on a recommendation from someone at our condo. Great spot. We bought local preserves - Jams etc. and other trinkets.

Very fun, local joint off the beaten path of things to do in Orlando. This is a working orchard and you can go out on monster truck bus tours through the orchard. The center has a great store with all kinds of local preserves, dips, sauces and wines. There’s a bar on the premises too for the adults!!

We loved Showcase of Citrus! Great way to spend the day for a family of all ages! My young boys enjoyed the animals, gem mining and monster truck ride for property tour!

All these years of vacationing in Orlando and we’ve missed this wonderful experience! We took the monster truck citrus tour and learned so much about the citrus groves. The best part was our guide, Orlando. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the land and the animals that lived on the property also. We will definitely bring the grandkids next time!

Having read the reviews we thought this would be a good idea. Very wrong. $25 each to sit in a tractor for an hour. You drive through a little way of orange groves; a little swamp pond: feed cattle from the truck and return. As others have said you can’t hear the driver - no mike or speaker. Definitely not value for money. All the staff in the store and our driver gave great, friendly service. But it’s a lot to pay for very little. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. If you want to see the orange groves take a sack from the store and go and pick some oranges. Pay when you return. You’ll have a better experience and all you pay for you can take home.

We visited after seeing a video on YouTube from @TimTracker. Didn’t know it existed until then. A great morning, friendly staff with some unique opportunities. Love all the jams and salsa’s and the home produced honey is out of this world. I’ve always wanted to pick citrus direct from the tree, walking around the orchards is great on its own, loads of wildlife, from Turtles to Cranes.
The monster truck ride was great, Kelly our Driver was brilliant, very knowledgable, funny and friendly. Feeding Oranges to Cattle seemed odd but then logical, not really an option for us in the UK😂, but guess it’s standard in the Sunshine State!
I would really recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s nice to get away to a more traditional Floridian experience. I will certainly be back👍🏻

A bit off the beaten track for the typical theme park tourist but it’s free to have a look around. Mid summer so no oranges for picking. We did a gem hunt and found lots of interesting things.
Staff really friendly.
The shop is full of offbeat items including a Trump fortune telling machine.
Some nice wild country nearby with lakes and forests.
We were there in the morning and it was pretty quiet but couldn’t say how busy it might get later in the day.
We didn’t do the monster truck experience so can’t comment on it.

Cute place... reminded me of old Florida roadside fruitstand. Nice shop and grounds. The big foot swamp/citrus farm buggy is kind of silly but the kids love it.

Went today on Christmas and hat a wonderful way to spend the day. We took the monster truck ride and this was fabulous....the tour guide, Arne, was very informative. Not just a ride but an education about the orange groves, wild life and the area. The tour was about one hour but we hung around the facility for a total of three hours. My son uses a walker due to his disablilyty and this was very easy to get in...plus Arne was of great assistance. We then had their famous slushee creamsicle which was great. Picked fruit from the store. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms clean and the entire area was clean. Will visit again when in the area. Next will try the gem mining.

Our family went on the monster truck tour .... we had a great time! Our kids (3 & 5) loved driving through the swamp... 2nd visit for part of our group! Delicious slushees and mimosas ....

Great looking place with lots to purchase.
Monster truck tour was worst tourist scam in a while.
It is worth visiting the place, but without wasting money on a 1 hour tour to see 5 cows and a goat and learn nothing about citrus at all.
Gabe was great but it's a very disappointing tour.

We decided to go here on our last day and arrived around 10am. The 10am monster truck was just about to leave but they held it back to give us time to pay and get on it. The tour takes about an hour driving around the estate. Didn't see any gators as too hot, but saw a Water Moccasin curled up, and quite a few other animals. Chicken were given oranges to feed to the cattle. Driver was very informative. Rather bumpy but well worth doing, but thought $25 pp was rather expensive.
There's also a small animal petting area, and a childrens play area. Shop sells some interesting bits and pieces, including lots of orange and honey related products.

We went out on their 4x4 to view the farm land, we really enjoyed this. Picked our own oranges, best tasting oranges we ever had. It’s a great road side market with lots of great local perseveres and sauces. We really enjoyed trying samples and bought lots of things to bring home, one bottle is almost gone already. While you are there don’t forget to get a orange slushy! And better yet, their orange creamsicle was amazing!

Visited Clermont recently and researched an opportunity to visit a Citrus Farm and this site came up. The directions weren't great. As it happens we passed the site several times during our stay there. We referred to it as 'the swamp'. After trying to find the location we realized this was it. It was dirty, tired and a total waste of time. It didn't do justice to any aspect of citrus. A large bin of green, squishy oranges were described as what is available at the grocery store before they are treated with ethylene dioxide to turn them orange. A tired styrofoam shark, a fake gator in the swamp and some critters running around were the attractions. The store's offerings were tired. An assortment of well used children's toys greets you on the way to the 'grove'. Lots of bugs and dust. It all needs a good hose down, cleaning and some real TLC. We were so looking forward to trees full of fruit with the scent of citrus in the air. Disappointing to say the least.

For a fruit stand this place has lots to offer. Fruit is seasonal and they have a small selection of baked goods. Great place for local honey and various fruit wines. They have a I pick it farm as well as a petting zoo.
Definately worth a stop....

We stopped in to the showcase of citrus when passing through Clermont a few months ago. Since then we cannot pass by without stopping in. So much to do!! I love their pepper jellies, their wines, their honeys, basically everything. Stop in and spend a few hours sampling, feeding the animals, picking fruits. Definitely enough to do to spend a whole day. And we even got to pet the Kangaroo 🦘

We went to have the famous "Creamsicles" and those were good. The facility was very rundown and dirty. We walked around a bit however it didn't feel inviting so that was short lived. Thankfully I have teenagers because the play area was littered with broken toys. I wouldn't suggest this as a must see destination however if you happen to be driving by then stop and grab a cool treat to enjoy in your car as you drive to wherever it is you are heading.

Our kids loved it! Inexpensive thing to do and military/veterans ride the 4x4 ride for free. There are food trucks, petting zoo, gem mining, gift shops etc….

Stopped here between a couple meetings I had. Everyone was very nice. It was cold so didn’t venture out much. Just got me some oranges. You can go pick your own if you would like

This was advertised as an "animal safari"... We saw a few wild turkeys, a water buffalo and 2 zebras. The guide kept trying to find the cows,, really? This makes me think I should charge visitors to my home as I have more wildlife in my backyard, and I live on a golf course. The "swamp" was a road they dug out and poured concrete in the bottom of for the trucks to drive on and then filled with water for perhaps 50 yards. Prices in the gift shop are definitely for soaking tourists. Sorry y'all........

We saw this place on our way to Clermont. So glad we stopped! Family run warm with acres of orange trees and ,Eminem trees. We were there in March and the scent of orange blossom filled the air. I was hoping they had perfume to buy at their store but the one they had was very commercial and didn’t have the right scent. We bought a half gallon of fresh squeezed OJ for $10 a small container was $5 so the half gallon was a better deal. It was delish! Also bought a candle that smelled just like the scent of the trees. This place has everything! Kids playground with lots of things to entertain the kiddies. Also a giant safari truck ride thru the orchard and a pick your own option for buying oranges. They also had bins of already picked oranges to buy. The store was FILLED with homemade jams and jellies from all the various fruits they have on the farm. You will love it here. Worth the stop. We will go again soon.

This was a great place to stop. Neat photo opportunities, and fun things for the children to do. Prices were reasonable and great staff.

With this being our sixth time in Florida, we decided to limit the days at the theme parks and explore some of the other things the area has to offer so decided on the Showcase of Citrus. We were out of season for the fruit picking but did the 1 hour Monster Truck Ride and at $25 per person it was worth every penny for the very informative stories and facts about the farm, land, animals from our excellent tour guide / driver ‘JD’....To be honest, I’d rather sit and listen to the likes of JD than go on another Roller Coaster any day.

I love this place!! My boyfriend and I come here often for the creme sickle! He prefers the Blue berry but I promise you the Strawberry lemonade is definitely the best. Cool things for young kids from small animals to truck rides thru the groves. Must see if visiting central Florida area or local!

We had fantastic time visiting the farm. It was relatively cold day so the farm was pretty much empty.
They have a great play area for the kids, with lots of toys and swings. Farm animals that you can feed and pet as well as gemstone mill to get your own stones. Lots of beautiful citrus trees of many varieties, anything from limes to grapefruits and of course SOOO many types of oranges. It’s an all season farm so there is always fruit to pick and try, trees are blooming and it’s beautiful.
There is NO gators on this farm anywhere.
Farm is very well maintained and clean, staff is nice and store at the front sells lots of fun souvenirs, gator meat, boiled peanuts, orange ice cream etc. 3-4 cats are lying around in the sun who are very friendly. Plenty of photo op opportunities with fake gators and GIANT shark hung at the front. Fruit pickers are in good condition, lots of wagons for kids as well. Bathrooms are small but clean and well maintained. Parking is free. Sacks are $10 for the fruit, you pay for them at the front and stuff carry away your own fruit.
HUGE monster truck rides are a hit and lots of fun.
I would highly recommend this farm for a family day spend outside. It’s about 15 min from Disney, which is nice.

We had a wonderful adventure here! My husband loved the monster truck ride. Saw some great animals. Although we did not have small children with us this is a great activity for families. Lots of things to do with little ones including a petting zoo and playgrounds. I thought we would see how oranges are processed but that is not in this tour.

I took my family here today and we had to leave. Who would want to stop to eat ice cream or eat and drink at an establishment that reeks the smell of crap. That is the only way for me to describe that smell.

Enjoyed our couple of hours here. We were only staying 5 miles up the road so handy for us.
We also had a groupon so made it even more of a bargain.
Nice little shop with all sorts of goodies, jams, honey, sweets etc. There are also a few animals that you can go and have a look at.
Our tour was a quite day, just us and another couple. But our guide was great and gave us a tour as though the truck was full. He gave us all sorts of interesting info about the area and the orange groves.
Whilst we didn’t really see any wildlife this time but it was a nice was to spend a couple of hours doing something different.
Our only disappointment was the fact our guide went out on only a 4 person tour, gave great service and the other (American) couple had a great time but saw fit not to leave a tip!!!

The area this week. Nice people. Has the feel of old Florida. And when the fruit is ready, we plan to return to pick. The monster bus ride is fun too. Kids loved it.

It was nice to step away from the Orlando crowd and visit the Showcase of Citrus' new digs. The big red barn is spacious and still has all the original charm of the old building. We had so much fun feeding and petting all the animals old and new, my daughter was happy to see her cat friends. The monster truck/bus ride was enjoyable and informative. I finally fulfilled my dream of picking oranges 🍊 Be sure to add the Showcase of Citrus to your up coming Florida vacation to do list. The staff is super friendly!

We had a great time for a few hours. Fishing, mining, snow cones and relaxing. It was a nice time and something different for the family. All of the employees were so nice. Thank you!

We were traveling with a group of 16 people ranging from a 1 year old to a 63 year old. When we arrived, it didn't look too promising because we weren't really sure what there was to do. However, after we took a look around, every person had somewhere to be -- some people were feeding and looking at the animals, the kids were playing with the toys, some others were looking at the gems. Every person was entertained and happy. Then we all went on the monster truck tour which is a MUST. Every single person enjoyed it. I would try to sit near the front because it may be hard to hear otherwise. After, we picked oranges which was fun for everyone and we got the most amazing pictures. It was a fantastic day and honestly we had more fun as a big group with all age ranges than we did the next day at a big theme park.

Very nice place to visit with or without children. They have a nice local family own gift shop with local wine! The monster truck ride was very educational. Tim was our guide and did an awesome job. We came back to a petting area with an ostrich, sheep, and many more. The views were fantastic for pictures!

The most chilled, cheap and fun day. Simple is sometimes best, our children love this place and always want to come here when we are in Florida!

Came on wet overcast day on a spur of a moment and we weren't disappointed. We booked the bus tour and enjoyed the informative time with JD our driver. We learned lots of information about the plants and animals found on the ranch, along with interesting facts about many different things along the way. The locally made honey is amazing, I bought several different bottles and haven't been disappointed. The hot sauce tasting area is useful, we bought many different hot sauces and you will need to get the Citrus salsa, we went through our two bottles in a couple of days. It is worth stopping for a couple of hour to enjoy and learn about orange groves, alligators, black angus cattle, honey bees, wood storks, etc...

We had a great little visit here. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a good time sipping out Creamsicle and looking at all the animals. Many small kiddie rides. Nice decor and many souvenir and jelly options. A must visit!

We have been going for almost a decade with our kids to this U-Pick citrus orchard, but it is so much more than that...and it continues to get even better. It’s currently ranked as the 4th best thing to do in Clermont on Trip Advisor, but in my view it should be among the top 3 things to do in the whole Orlando area (it’s a short drive from Disney) for families and anyone (and I would list it at #1). Not sure who the mastermind creative directors are behind this place with regards to how it keeps getting more fun! Since we’ve been there, they’ve expanded to add an outside place with tables to eat and a bar to relax. Didn’t eat there because we didn’t allow enough time this trip, but tried some amazing Italian moscato today.
Of course there’s still a playground, and they added a beautiful gem mining water feature where you can buy a bag of dirt and let the kids pan for the gems. Super cute. There’s too much to list here of this great place. There are beautiful ponds/lakes too so watch your little ones (we saw a cool alligator taking a siesta on the opposite side). The staff was VERY helpful when showing us what was ready to pick (and gave us a map). There are samples to try prior to picking as well.
And there are so many varities of citrus, you just need to check it out this relaxing farm for yourself. I heard a local mutter that “this place has really changed and has become a tourist destination. We liked it when it was just for us.” Sorry, the secret is out😉.

This is a nice place for families to visit. Lots of things for kids to do and see. Plenty of animals and the monster truck ride was fun. Plenty of food and drinks for you. We had a nice time here.

Great event you ride through the groves in a monster school bus learning so much about different types of oranges and why they look different on the tree than in the store. The tour continues through a swamp where you might end up seeing little alligators ending with seeing long horn steers and other animals in the outback
Finish with oranges to buy and even wine tasting

Kind of a fun kids thing to do. Animals to pet and feed, giant 4 wheel drive vehicles to tour the farm in. Lots of touristy stuff to buy. Label it under "Roadside Attraction".

Overall a very disappointing experience for two main reasons.
We visited on Friday April 5th. On their website it states in numerous places that citrus picking goes through May, but as of April 5th it was already done for the season. I get that different variables can affect the harvest, but if you are done for the year, maybe you could update your website?
There were numerous school field trips on that Friday and they booked all the monster truck rides for the morning, so that left pretty much all other visitors with nothing to do. The staff didn’t seem like they cared at all and just an overall very disappointing experience.

We really enjoyed our time here! I do wish there was more citrus stuff in the stores. It was great to ride in the giant buses and the orange juice and frozen yogurt was amazing! We also loved the vast honey selection

The monster truck ride was very cool. Lasted about 50 minutes or so. We saw a handful of different animals and got to feed some oranges to cattle. We got a great deal through Groupon. I would suggest searching Groupon before paying the retail price.

If you have seen all the orange orchards around Orlando and would just love to get your hands on some fresh fruit, this is the place to come! You can wander through the orchard and pick oranges right off the trees!!! We brought the kids, thinking this would be a quick 30 minute activity, but 2 hours later we are still having fun among the trees!
They also have a Monster Bus that you can buy tickets and ride through the fields for a tour!
Plenty of stuff to see here as well as free samples, and the oranges are delicious!

This is such a unique fun place! Many things to do and see. The safari ride is fabulous! Tim our driver was very knowledgable of historic facts, friendly, funny and professional. The gift shop has a wide assortment of trinkets, souvenirs, jams, honeys, sodas, salt scrubs etc etc etc. There is a bar and ice cream. This place has animals to see and feed. We had such a good time here. Very reasonably priced too. Definitely recommend

This place is awesome. Customer Service is impeccable. I LOVE these people. This place has become a part of our family routine. And they keep expanding which is great. It’s a great family experience for all ages.

Was not impressed, inflated prices, long walk to pick oranges, play area dirt, oranges $11 A 5 lb bag whether you picked off the trees or from wooden crates inside . 4 year old enjoyed mechanical pony ride, 9 year old and teens were bored

Our family has been coming to Disney every year for 6 years and part of our trip was going out to the Showcase of citrus. Last year we noticed a big change in the place and not for the better. But this year was the pits. The staff were rude and indifferent to any questions we asked and to any simple requests like a lid for boiled peanuts. Without looking up from her phone the girl said "No you won't get a lid here". And now they have a small handwritten note taped to the counter that tells you there will be a $2 charge for each adult or teenager going into the orchard to pick AND a $1 charge for any children going into the orchard. And the reason given is each of you is paying for the "experience of going into the grove". And when asked what citrus they have to pick from, the reply was there is only 2 kinds of oranges to pick and you can't go in the other sections. Please don't go and waste your time and money, it is not worth it. Next year we will look for another orchard to go to, and if there are none then we will stop at a fruit stand on I 95 instead. It is very sad to see that place deteriorate into a bunch of bruised fruit and rotten staff.

We picked this attraction for the monster truck ride which I would give four stars to. The kids thought it was fun and we were even able to see a gator while on the tour. I was surprised by how little fruit we actually saw due to the time of year we were there. I was unimpressed by the U-pick part of our visit. There was only one type of orange available and after we bought our bag to pick the oranges no one told us anything about how to tell which ones were ready to be picked. Also we bought food for the petting zoo, but I think it was just too hot the day we visited. Most of the animals didn't even want to move. I can't say as I blame them, but my daughters were disappointed that the kangaroo stayed in the back of the enclosure while we were there. There is also a wine tasting area. When we finally got someone over there to help us she was friendly and generous with the samples. Unfortunately when we picked one, that isn't the one she put in the bag. We didn't realize it until back at the condo, and we didn't really care for the one we ended up with. Overall it was not something I would go back to.

We had such a great time on the monster truck tour with Martin! Saw lots of wildlife including an otter and learned a bit of the farm’s history. Everyone was so friendly and the wine slushies are delicious.

What a fun, relaxing way to spend an afternoon. You get fresh oranges right off the trees. The monster truck tour was super with a fun driver. Food trucks, drinks, beer, shopping, something for everyone.

Their fertilizer is actually human waste they lie to there costumers and claim it dung from the Disney animal kingdom gross I wouldn’t eat those oranges!

Was very nice for families to stop and enjoy the animals or have a wine tasting. Very nice shop with food samples.

This is not just looking at orange trees, you do it from a monster truck. Your kids will love it. There are several varieties of citrus to either pick or get at their store price is the same. There are several types of exotic animals and of course an alligator nursery. Group on will save you 7 to 10 dollars a ticket.guides are fun and a good way to spend an hour or so

Completely unexpected delight. We thought we were going to a citrus farm and maybe we would pick some citrus. We ended up not picking citrus. We just bought a bag because we spent so much time enjoying the area. It is a delightful farm with a variety of interesting/exotic animals you can feed, a wonderful open barn-type room with delicious refreshments. Whoever did the vintage/antique decorating has an amazing eye. Lots of love went into the creation of Showcase of Citrus. We were there for about 2 hours but it could also be a pop-in visit. We were there with teens all the way up to mid-80s. Everyone had a great time!

Kids might enjoy the experience, but for adults, ho hum. Most of the trip was through orange fields where we tossed oranges to cattle. The price of merchandise was on the high side. Not impressed.

Such a fun place to explore for the morning (or afternoon)! Our kids enjoyed feeding the animals most. We took the monster truck tour - definitely do it, if you have time! Take time to browse the shop, they've got some great local goodies.

It was a fun few hours out and something different to do with the kids away from the parks. The kids enjoyed the monster truck ride and Orlando was really knowledgeable and friendly.
However, as there was 6 of us, fruit picking would have been over $20 just to go in snd then additional cost (minim $10) to actually pick fruit which was too expensive So we cut-out visit shorter than we initially intended.

We've visited this place in December and more recently in April.
The choice of fruit is huge in December but down to one variety in April.
Its definitely worth a visit and kis=ds of all ages will enjoy picking thier own fruit (which also tastes amazing.
Its only $2 each and then $11 or $18 for the bag to fill depending on size.
We've used both and the $11 fits enough in.
There are also alligators to be seen in the river and a few enclosed animals.
There is a shop and a bar serving good beer and all things citrus - including mimosa/bucks fizz

We checked the website before going and it said most oranges were in season. But when we got there we were told there would be no picking as the oranges would be out of season for 2 weeks! Also, they didn’t even have any picked oranges for sale. We looked at the animals and had an ice cream but we came from 30 mins away and the kids were disappointed that the citrus farm had no oranges.

Granted this is a tourist stop, but the locals can enjoy the monster truck ride as well. Monster
Ride was the main attraction. Pictures describe it better than I can. Store sells all kinds of jams, wines and snacks you can imagine. The boarding of the vehicle is easy walking up a couple of ramps safely.
The driver starts out through part of the 500 acre citrus orchard. Citrus is out of season until December. It is a view you will never see again. The driver steers the monster into the wild part of the farm which is 2,000 acres of trees and palmetto.
Along the dirt road The narrative is interesting and informative. You will see a couple of zebra which are fenced in but can throw some food which the driver brings along. They raise 600 cattle in this area and only see a few head on the trip.
The wet area is a small swamp which is a short drive but we did not see the 9 foot gator which hangs out there. The trip is about an hour.long and is a fun trip for adults and kids. I am a veteran and appreciated the free ticket. Thanks Showcase of Citrus.

We enjoyed it. Lots to do with the kiddos. Would have liked to see the grounds a little better kept but it didn't bother the grandson. He enjoyed feeding the animals and playing on the play grounds.

My family and I had a free day in between our Disney vacation and we noticed this attraction close to our Air B&B. As soon as we parked and got out of our car I noticed a baby gator in the lake. They have so much local items for sale and we enjoyed their orange creamsicle and blueberry drinks. We decided to go on the monster bus tour and it costed $25 per person and I got a free ticket because I am a veteran. It was a slow but informative ride on the monster bus. We drove through a orange groves and swamps and learned a little history lesson.

This is a place that you could easily drive by thinking it is just another tourist attraction and not worth it. Wrong. We took our 3 grand children who thoroughly enjoyed picking their own oranges, lemons and grapefruits for a $10 fee! Next was the visit to the emu, the kangaroo, pot belly pigs, ponies and more. Feeding them corn. Wow. Their freshly squeezed orange juice is expensive but worth every drop. The orange yogurt was terrific as was the salsa. Lots of tacky items for sale and viewing but this is a stop, that is enjoyable for all ages

Came to see oranges! We were able to walk in the rows of citrus trees. It is the beginning of the season but many trees had blossoms and fruit in various stages of ripeness! The orange blossom smelled great! Perfect for us!

Return visit, we truly enjoy this Florida experience. The 4x4 truck tours are our favorite. Our guide "Orlando" was great. He was fun and very knowledgeable. Great ride for all ages.

We enjoyed ourselves and riding the monster vehicle. The guide was truly amazing. Having said this, it’s good for this one time, but if you have kids, they would enjoy the petting zoo and the ride on the truck. Stores sell the usual fare but not much of it in variety. Wish there had been fresh oj to buy but was told they only squeeze on the weekends so it was all gone. Also would have liked to buy orange jam or marmalade but none available either. Plenty of honey, though.
The associate who sold us our tickets was super customer friendly and immediately made us feel welcome.
There are a couple of props to take pics.
Glad we went. We can now say we rode in a monster truck.

My wife and I (50-somethings) enjoyed the grounds and especially the monster truck tour. Look for discount coupons for the tour.

Staff are very nice. The monster truck driver was very informative about oranges. He engaged the children. It was a little upsetting because we purchased food for the petting zoo but the few animals they had were not interested in coming to get food from us.

At the Showcase Of Citrus, they have a small kids area with trikes and wagons, they have huge fields of oranges and other fruits to pick, and a shop, filled with honey, candy, and orange juice. It’s a great place to go with the family. I highly recommend going to go to the Showcase Of Citrus.

We went on this tour two years ago and now its not as long and no water but yet your sign out front shows the truck still going through the water and other people who were on it the same time we were last week also were confused. It is false advertising and if we had known we wouldnt have wasted the money on it .

Great change of pace from hitting theme parks all day. Fresh air and a fun ride on the monster truck. My son, wife and I had a blast. Jim is a great tour guide. Must have the creamsicle! Many different activities or just go for the chill vibe. Would visit again!

Wow 😮 we came today and what a great experience, what great staff they have they are credit to the establishment. We traveled from the UK and would recommend this to anyone especially if you want to experience a real Florida attraction. We look forward to coming again with our grandson next year too. There are a lot of brits out here on vacation who probably don’t know about you. It maybe worth joining or contacting some of the admins for the Facebook groups like international drive Orlando that a lot of uk people use to get your name out there as I reckon lots of them would love your place. 😎👍 thanks for an awesome day

Went there with my mother and my husband a couple of weeks before Christmas. It was a lot of fun and educational! The staff at the gift shop were very friendly! Lots of photo opportunities before you even get onto the monster truck!!
Our tour guide, Mike, was awesome, very knowledgeable and fun!! If you like dad jokes, he’s your guy!!! We got to learn a bunch on how to choose a citrus and how they are picked… we saw a lot of different rescue animals (camel, bisons, etc) and were even able to feed the zebras!!!
We didn’t have time to do the “pick your own fruit” but it looked like fun also!!
If you are ever in Clermont, FL you should check it out!!!

We went here to spend a couple of hours. We were not expecting much as the price was really good- wrong! This was probably one of the highlights of our trip to Florida which our family of four agreed was a lot of fun. We went on the tour - riding the 4x4 converted school bus was a lot of fun. The tour guide (I can't remember his name) was great. He was funny and very informative. We saw some native animals and birds as well as some they have been fostered onto the ranch. We would definitely go back and recommend to others as a way to spend a few hours.

We did the swamp tour with Don who was great. We went on a massive monster swamp buggy and were driven around the farm estate seeing the different areas of the farm. It was interesting to learn about the orange groves and I think the best trip would be in the early warming when it is cooler you may see more or if it’s cloudy. As a family we had a good time and it makes a change from the glitz of Disney. Thanks

The weather played a part in the animal site seeing. Too much heat for them to be out in the open.
However, the ride/ tour of the prperty in itself was fun! How many people can say they have ridden in a MONSTER TRUCK!!!! Our tour guide Iseah was very funny and knowledgeable. Be sure to TIP him after the tour.

After 20 years, coming to Florida, we wanted to live a Florida experience by going to pick oranges directly in the orange groves. It was a very beautiful place with large spaces. The oranges were organic, sweet and juicy. The smell of orange blossoms was fabulous, but a little spoiled by the smell of gas from the trucks. Perfect for a little afternoon activity. We took about 30 minutes to pick a small bag of oranges. The employees were welcoming and friendly.

Pretty cool place with lots to see and do if you choose to. Great food trucks to choose from, and local products jams, jellies, wines etc that can be bought. Activities, large off-road vehicles to see orange groves, animals to feed. Veteran discounts are available on some things. pretty cool little place.

We visited the Showcase of Citrus for the main purpose of taking the Monster Truck tour of the citrus groves and cattle ranch. It turned out to be less than expected. We simply drove by the groves with a little explanation from the driver. The cattle ranch experience consisted of 2 water buffalo, a Zebra and a Texas long-horn. The driver stopped by the water buffalo for photos and orange feeding. We than drove past the fertilizer processing area... not much to see. This was an uncomfortable, dusty, and smelly (diesel fumes and manure) ride... not worth $25.00 per adult. ALTHOUGH the free admission for military and veterans is truly appreciated.
The store and citrus stand were okay with the Orange Creamsicle being a worthwhile highlight at $5.00 for a small. I do suggest a visit to this place. I didn’t pick any oranges but that may be better option than the monster truck ride for some. I bought some interesting jams, salsa, etc., all pricy but not excessive for this sort of venue.
The property and amenities were a little run down but were an interesting experience for families at no cost.

Tour the 2500 acre citrus and cattle ranch on one of the largest monster trucks/swamp buggy around. Taste various types of local honey and boiled peanuts.

If you want to know about Citrus fruits - this is the place - and you can purchase just about any type of citrus fruit, jellies & jams and assorted other items.
You can walk through groves of oranges, different varieties - and pick them yourself.
They have a very big 'Swamp Buggy' that gives rides - what a treat and greagt fun for the family.

Based on the website description and video, we expected to drive through swamp(s) and see alligators/snakes/exotic birds in addition to other animals.
We drove on dry land and saw (4) cattle (1) watusi, (3) zebra, (2) Buffalo, (1) goat, waterbuffalo.
$25 for a 3 gallon bucket of animal food is a bit much. I assumed we would hand feed the animals on the tour so I bought the food ... but you simply toss the food to the animals below the truck. We ended up hand feeding the farm animals our left over food. Camel, chickens, goats, donkey, pig, cow.
The driver, Orlando, did an excellent job explaining the history of the land and driving

We purchased tickets and found Showcase of Citrus through Groupon, and it was a great way to take a day off from going to the Disney Parks. It is located 15-20 minutes from the parks, and it was an easy trip in a rental car.
We took the monster truck ride through the citrus farm and then through the wildlife preserve. We were able to see water buffalo, longhorn cattle and a zebra on that trip; no alligators were visible on the day we were there, but the trip does take you through a 3’+ deep area of swampland. It is something that you can’t experience many places.
After the trip, we purchased a 5-7 pound bag for $11 and were able to pick varieties of oranges and lemons. Grapefruit, limes and pomelos were also available. We had one of the oranges when we got back to our condo, and it was terrific!
The orange slushees and orange creamsicle were also great. They have a large gift store with trinkets, as well as local foods for sale.

We visited as a couple, a month before the orange picking starts, and had a Groupon voucher for the monster trucks which was really fun!
The tour took us 40 minutes and I wished it was longer! It toon us through the orange groves and into swamps where we saw an alligator and some amazingly massive spider webs!
We then spent some time in the shop checking out the local honey which was delicious and you were welcome to try. We had a "world famous" orange slushy which was so welcome in the 30 degree heat that day.

My daughter bought us a ticket on Groupon for this place.I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but we road the Monster Truck (what an awesome time the driver was very knowledgeable and shared about different things ) I had a blast also enjoyed the gift shop and all the fun stuff they sell.I would really recommend taking the kids for a nice family fun day where you can eat play and relax.

Great for the kids. Lots of good food, friendly locals, and lots of things to do. Very friendly and welcoming.

We visited on a weekday morning and were pleased that there were no crowds and we could distance. Our 2yo son loved the toys all over in various sand pits and DID NOT want to leave those areas. We bought carrots ($12/bucket) to feed to the animals which was fun. We picked oranges and had slot of fun looking for the best ones in the field. Visiting in the morning meant the weather was cool enough to enjoy our visit. We also enjoyed the orange ice cream/ slushee.

We came here with our grandchildren, eight, three and one and our daughter. We ate at one of the food trucks and it was delicious. The kids enjoyed the animals and playing with all the toys, but the highlight for them was the monster bus. My three year old grandson thought it was awesome when we went thru the swamp. Our driver, Orlando was great. Very personable, informative and safe. Too many little hands made looking in the shops hard so I’ll just have to come back!

Don't bother checking the picking schedule on their website because they don't update it. I went expecting to get several kinds of citrus that were in season according to their chart but only one variety was available. The monster bus ride was horrible. The fumes from the diesel combined with the bumps and smell of the natural fertilizer (cows) made us sick. We did pick the one variety of oranges available but found a citrus stand a few miles down the road where we could have gotten it at a significant savings, and not have to walk a mile through the grove. The orange creamsicle is good but $5 for a small. The staff are too preoccupied to be helpful or friendly. I won't be back.

We loved the casual nature of going out and picking oranges. It was $2 each to pick and $11 for a 10 lb bag. But being outside and picking your own fruit was delightful. They had Valencia & Naval oranges ripe. A wonderful walk through the groves. Great fun. They also have a little zoo and monster truck rides for a fee. The store has great supplies of honey and salsa and shakes and freezes. Really enjoyed this citrus grove.

Cheerfully cheesy and fun. Lots of different local honeys to sample and purchase. There is a giant shark and beach chair for photography opportunities. The staff is friendly. There were even Girl Scouts selling cookies. Saw some emus nearby.

We had fun at Showcase of Citrus!! It was neat to learn the history of the farm. If you are expecting a monster bus ride with off roading, this is not it. It is more of a history based ride through their farm. We really liked it. They had some great wines and some "different" items in their shop!!

We have visited here several times over 7 years but after our last two visits in 2019, we will not go back. My two girls aged 6 & 8 love to feed the animals so we bought a bag of food and went to feed them. The animals looked ill. We could not see clean water for them and in a separate metal contained area there was no shade unless the animals laid against the aluminium sides which must have been boiling in the hot July sun. The water area was full of green vegetation looking more like a little pond than a water area. We were so concerned that we mentioned it to a staff member but she was very rude in her reply and simple said all of the animals are fine. She wouldn’t let us finish talking and she wouldn’t cone to look at what we were describing. She simply did not care and she was an adult. These animals do not look well and half of them did not have adequate shelter/clean water. Shame on this place! They have expanded and it appears these beautiful animals have not had their areas of living improved, quite the opposite! I do not recommend this place!

Very Cool!! The Kids loved It!!! The parents did too. We experienced the Monster Truck tour and our tour guide was awesome. My apologies , I don't remember his name but he's a Navy veteran. He was very cool stopping along the route to educate us on the history of the farm , the growing process of all the fruits and the cattle management. The store has so much to choose from from local honey and jam to REAL alligator heads. Great experience and worth the trip. Thanks so much Showcase of Citrus

This place is awesome! So much to see and do. You can pick oranges. Go to the petting zoo and feed the animals. They have enlarged the animal area giving them more room and have removed some animals. The monster truck was great. Tim our driver would stop along the way, turn off the truck and talk to us. He explained about the loss of citrus trees due to the disease that attacks and kills the tree. There is a spray for that but here they are also beekeepers and it would be bad for the bees. Along the way we saw a soft shell turtle, gator, turkey and zebra. We got to feed the zebra. We learned a lot about the citrus farm and their ranch. He tells how they make their fertilizer from animal dun from Disney Animal Kingdom. After the monster truck ride go check out the store and bar. Look at their wine, honey, salsas and other handmade items. The staff is very friendly. Well worth a stop.

We made reservations by phone for the truck tour. Arrive a bit early, the store and bar area have neat and unique items for sale. Our truck tour was 15 minutes late getting started, it was a cold day, but, the driver was fun and he clearly enjoys visiting with everyone. The only downside is how many people were crammed on the truck for the tour. We were close to sitting on strangers. The experience was one of a kind, there is a play area for kids, you can pick your own fruit, or even fish from the dock. Most definitely a 5 rating if the truck has enough seating room for your tour. Enjoy!

Took 3 year old son to this and he had a blast! We had just as much fun!!! The driver/tour guide is awesome and funny. The staff were all very friendly. If I lived closer, I’d go monthly. It was my first visit but won’t be my last! Very enjoyable!

Was a bit disappointed in the place. the truck ride was a SHORT 45 minutes and does not encompass the 2500 acres of the property like they make it seem when you read about it. There is little to do after you complete the truck ride. They have the customary places to purchase items that are certainly overpriced. I am sure the little kids will like it just to see the animals in their pens. I would say it is not worth the 40 dollars we paid to take the short monster truck ride.
Wide variety!
Whether oranges are in season or not, this is the place to go for wine, honey, jerky, jellies, and so much more. Return here every time we visit Orlando even if we stay 40 minutes away! Love it!
