If you are looking for average outlet pricing then this will be a good shopping experience for you. No empty stores. My wife and girls were happy.

So many stores here! Prepare to spend some time there. We got some good deals at Reebok and Fossil. Regular stores seem to be mixed in, non outlet prices. So many choices for everyone here!

Love this shopping center. Lots a stores, and lots of parking. Always go here when looking for a good deal. They have so many good stores

We always stop in on our visits to Pigeon Forge as there's usually a deal or two to be had. Pick up a Coupon Book at Shopper Services - it's worth the extra effort.
This time we even got picked up by a golf cart shuttle driver who gave us a ride to the other side of the facility. She took friendly to a whole different level.
Most of the stores have shoppers' club in which you can enroll and they often will send you special offers.

I love to go outlet shopping when we go on vacation. We bought some Christmas presents with better prices.

Our first visit and I was expecting all store to be outlets. Unfortunately that is not the case. Did hit Vera Bradley at 80% off everything. Samsonitht store was outrageous in price.

A lot of brand name shops. Something for everyone from candy to clothes to tools. You can still walk between all of the shops even in the rain.

Very good selection of stores, something for everyone. My only comment which is true about any outlet is know your prices. There were a lot of places that I could find better prices back home during sales. All in all a good place to spend a day shopping til you drop.

Been here many times, some new stores noted. Most of them didn't interest me (man in early 60s), but enjoyed walking around. Lots of foot traffic for a Friday evening. Spent my money at the Columbia outlet store.

Tanger outlet contains numerous chain stores of all kinds. Plenty of parking is available as long as you get there early and it’s not a holiday. We found many bargains in the stores we visited. All kinds of shoppes are located on the sight and restrooms are readily available, as well as a center to obtain coupons.

Great selection of stores, I absolutely love The North Face store here, fantastic deals if you’re a NF fan.

First week days after Thanksgiving definitely a good time to go, crowder down Nd sales still going.
Parking lot is always crazy.

Good shopping experience, but not really outlet pricing. It was an overall good experience with a few good finds.

ALL the multitude of outlet stores and a good buy is RARE. I went in SEVERAL stores on a HOT summer day only to find full prices on most of the merchandise that I saw. I always love to visit Dress Barn and their clothing is just SO nice ... but I had to pay FULL price for everything I bought. SAD! I think I do a LOT better just shopping the SALES at regular stores.

Absolutely something for everyone. I did 90% of my XMAS shopping here. I love this place. It is by far my favorite place to shop. Join the club and get a free coupon book for more savings.

The Tanger Outlet Mall in Sevierville offers something for everyone. They always keep the grounds looking good, you can find great deals and the people working in the stores are generally super friendly.

We have maybe ten stores or so that we check out when we go to this Tanger Outlet. I love the Kitchen Collection and other stores. We did get some good deals but not as many as I was hoping for. I also do Christmas shopping as well when on vacation. The coupon booklet is helpful. We were very disappointed that the Corning Ware / Revere stores have shut down in the area. I always go to that store to find great buys. I was aiming to buy presents there for others and it was a failed attempt. And forget trying to buy stuff from them online as it is very expensive to get that way. The buys in the outlet stores had much better deals. But, otherwise we did get some deals in some of the other stores. The prices in the Simply Southern Store has better prices versus trying to buy their stuff in Hallmark.

This place is very nicely done and has good variety. The parking is also spacious and spread out which is helpful.

Lots of shops to choose from if you love shopping. Close to hotels and restaurants. The traffic has always been a headache when I have been there.

The layout of this outlet mall is confusing. They seem to have a decent selection of stores but I was disappointed that they closed at 7 pm.

Great one stop shop to get everything the teens need for school. Enough stores to satisfy anyone. I took a group of friends and they all left with lots of bags. Note...... not all stores are outlet. Great coupon if you sign up to be a member.

We shop here every vacation & we always find what we are looking for. I love that you can just pull up to the store you are wanting to shop at without having to park a mile away.

While moving around the area in a wheelchair, there is one area that remains a cause of concern. While using the crosswalks, there is a step at the Chop House and I'm not able to use my wheelchair at this point and have to go out into the parking lot to get into the Chop House. Please correct.

There is a great variety of stores at the mall. This is a true outlet mall, and good prices could be found in many stores.

Best place to go back to school shopping and Christmas shopping.. I have 2 children that have very different taste in clothing so going to Tanger Outlets is the best way for each of them to get what they want. Wonderful place to shop!

Love the outlets miss Timberland and a few other. This past visit didn’t find many sles but a wonderful way to spend the day getting. Little shopping therapy.

Promised my self I wasn’t going to buy anything but then I went into Clark’s and there they were....my favorite flip flops on sale with an even better deal on the second pair. My friend found great deals on lots and lots. She more than made up for me only buying my flip flops.

This complex has just about every store you can think of. Unlike alot of areas, this complex has almost every store filled. They are doing very well and it is a great complex to spend a day in.

This is a huge mall. Plenty of stores to look through. It was packed both times I went but well worth stopping by.

This is a nice large outdoor outlet mall with plenty of major chain stores. Ample bathrooms with sever places to eat spread around.

Was a littlemore expensive than a noal.outlet mall. Maybe more like a normal outside mall. Some deals were there but we're few and far between.

Part of our trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was specifically to have my Christmas present sized and engraved at the Fossil store, since this service was said to be free. We were worried that it might take a few days or have to be sent away, but nope! The girl in the store was super nice and helpful, knew exactly how many links to remove to fit the watch to my arm, helped me decide on how to format the engraving, and we were done in no time. I was pleased to finally be able to wear my gift for the remainder of the trip.
We hit a few of the other stores, such as Old Navy, Torrid, Lane Bryant, the Disney Store, etc. They are all essentially what you expect!
The one disappointment was The Fudgery. We expected this to be amazing fudge. What we ended up with was thirty dollars of mediocrity. The two different types of chocolate we got were okay at best, and the vanilla was frankly awful. I'm genuinely shocked at what they charge, when you can buy some from a grocery store deli which is significantly better for significantly less.

A very BUSY place. A good selection of stores. Finding a parking place might require a little "circling-the-block" but is doable. Clean.

Wide variety of shopping experiences. We bring home large hauls on every visit. Especially good for back-to-school clothes shopping

There are a lot of stores, but getting in and out of you vehicle to get to those stores is not ideal. Mainly because finding parking is not ideal. It is always crowded, which is a good thing for them I am sure. If I am in the area, I stop in, but I wouldn't make a trip just to go to this outlet.

This is an excellent location from the standpoint of having many stores and products to choose from in one location. However, it is quite large so those with health conditions should plan on taking the shuttle or moving from area to area by car. The latter of which can be difficult during peak times.
While it is nice to have this many choices in one location, don't expect a lot of great deals traditionally associated with outlet stores. Most stores have a few good deals with the remainder of the products priced similar to a department store.
Additionally, don't rely on this location to satisfy your food needs. The choices are extremely limited so unless you are drawn to one of the few on site restaurants you will have to go elsewhere for food.

Lots of great stores all within walking distance. Even a few restaurants. A new Pink store just opened. So many name brand stores. There is a put put golf for Dad and kids while mom shops. Lots of parking. Be sure to start at shoppers service to get your coupon book

Great sweet fruity wines with the muscadine wines that have the slight real muskiness. Definitely try the cider with the soft fizz and fresh real flavors, no candied flavors! Courtney had a great attitude and knowledge to keep us informed in our tastings.

Very friendly and helpful staff, first visit was to obtain cup so I could give my dog some water. I was given one at no charge. I returned to purchase some fudge as it looked very good and the samples provided confirmed taste. I purchased 4 bar and was given two free and they give military discount which made it that much more deal. Chocolate peanut butter was my family favorite but chocolate nut and chocolate plain were equally as delicious.

We went to old Navy and staff was very nice and helpful. All the shops are very nice and friendly people

Visited mall twice because we were unable to get into all the stores the first day. Even though all stores are open, the parking was the most accessible I've ever seen it. Brighton had a limit of 4 in the store so I missed getting in. Some other stores had limits but didn't affect us.
Area was clean and well maintained.

We always enjoy shopping here and catching good sales. Plenty of stores with restaurants near by. There are even kid activities within walking distance to give mom time to shop.

Great selection of stores. Something for everyone. Our teenagers always insist on Tanger outlet being a stop everytime we visit the area. It's one of the must do things when in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville.

Every year we trek up to Pigeon Forge for fall break and hit the outlet mall. The Vans store staff always goes above and beyond to help my teenage son pick out his shoes. They all are very helpful.

We stopped here yesterday. I loved the Old Navy. It had great deals. The Carters and OshKosh were not great deals and I felt like it was the same price as their website so I wouldn’t consider all the stores to be true “outlets”. There’s so many stores here though and so many options so a great place for pretty much anything you need. We forgot our stroller and they had rentable fire trucks for $10. My kids loved the rentable fire truck. Parking is kind of horrendous here but that’s to be expected.

Made our usual stop here last weekend while in town. We always enjoy coming here because of the variety. So much to see, so little time...and money. Ha! We will definitely be back.

Clean, easy to navigate and good selection of stores. We found some decent bargains and it wasn’t too much walking from store to store.

Many people on a Sunny Day. Stores are clean and RRs are clean. Few available parking spots. Name brand stores and eat at Chop House and use Open Table. One of the better Tanger Outlets.

Service is fine but this store does not update or honor their posted store hours. If you are ever needing to come back to pick up an order or drop off something for repair just accept the fact that you will never find the store open again. Incredibly frustrating, especially seeing that you must first navigate lots of tourist traffic before you truly find that out since you can’t trust what someone tells you over the phone.

Always crowded, but its an outlet mall in a tourist town. Lots of walking since our stores always seem to be spread out.
Good for people watching...

We enjoyed visiting here. There was quite a few stores. The parking was easy and location on main strip makes it easy to get there. Clean walkways and the bathrooms were clean also.
Coach, Kate Spade, Alex and Ani, Tory Burch, Gap, Banana Republic, Nike, Under Armor, Vans, Northface, Aerie, American Eagle and Jcrew to name a few. There is a Starbucks there, snacks, and a few restaurants including Joe’s Crab Shack.

Great shops and deals if you want to look. Parking can be a problem but have patience and keep looking. Best bet if find a parking spot and do lots of walking.

My wife and I buy most of our clothes here and have for years. We come to Pigeon Forge at least once a year and sometimes twice. Be sure to stop by the mall office to get a coupon book which gives you additional discounts, free for seniors. My wife’s favorite shop is Chico’s. Shout out to Pam who always helps her find what she is looking for and if necessary ships the right size or color. Pam cares about her customers. Always great buys at Tanger!

This is an amazing amount of stores! Put on your walking shoes! I loved the Vera Bradley store! There is something here for everyone's shopping pleasure. My granddaughter loved the fun filled Disney store! My daughter loved the North Face store. We had a fun afternoon of shopping on a rainy day

I thought there would be more discounts at the stores but I didn't see very many. We went in every store and spent alot of money but the discounts sucked

Great Location So Many Good Places To Shop And Lots Of Good Deals And Very Nice Area Easy To Find And Get To

Good stores but NO parking - very congested area - long lines at snack/coffee stores. Public Bathrooms were disgusting.

If you been to any of their other malls this is the same wear good walking shoes very big mall it’s spread out. I’d say 90% of stores had an employee standing outside their store letting only so many people in at a time. Just need to watch yourself we were walking in a crosswalk and was almost hit buy a big SUV must have been in a hurry to get a parking spot. Like most of the outlet malls need more restaurant choices and not just fast food after a long day shopping people would like to sit for awhile and relax and enjoy lunch. I think I only saw 1 sit down restaurant

They have a huge variety of stores and plenty of parking. We were able to find shoes for all of our kids as they have all the main brands of athletic wear.

This place has the rudest employees that I have encountered at any store.
They must not understand they have a job because of the customer.

We always go shopping here when we come to Pigeon Forge. We always have no trouble parking and can get into stores. Yea it’s usually busy but you can still do what you need to no problem. Highly recommend.

This place has it all!! Clothes, food, shoes, toys, you name it they got it. Also get your coupon book to make the deals even better at checkout. If you looking to do some shopping you better not pass this place up.

Good selection of stores, but this place is very spread out and hard to find some stores without driving around a bunch. Some of the stores were very dirty and picked through, while others were still pretty nice. EVERY restroom I went to was disgusting.

Not the best Outlet Mall I have been to and the prices are outrageous. This mall is smaller than most that I have see.

One of the top Tanger Outlets I have been too. Outside great selection of stores for all age groups. Make sure ypu have pn comfortable shoes its a lot of walking. Conveniently placed restrooms for those who have children or if you just can't hold it. Enjoyed all the stores. Restaurants scattered on the property.

Wear your Fitbit or Apple Watch and get your credit for there is some walking to do here while you shop for the bargains. There is always a sale...and as my grandfather always said, "You can go broke saving money"! This place is no exception for that but do not try to re-park the car to get closer. It is so popular a shopping stop that you are better off to walk as you may not find another space if you do. You will find a Disney Store tucked in a corner, a Starbuck's by the street, a Coach Store, Nike Store, Jack and Janie, Loft, Michael Kors, ... Only one restaurant directly on the property, otherwise you are looking at a Pretzel or chocolates for snacking.

The person who designed this shopping center hates you. It’s a hike to get anywhere on narrow sidewalks. But that’s only if you can find a parking spot in the disastrous traffic flow.
If you can make it into a store, you’ll find prices close to retail that aren’t worth the hassle to get here.
Bonus fun: if you happen to need a restroom, the designer hid them in the most difficult to get to corners!

This is a great place to shop. Stores selection met the needs of my entire family. It's also a high traffic area so you need patience when looking for a park.

If you like shopping, this is a place where you can find about anything you want/need.. We found some excellent deals, many of which are unadvertised.

We love this outlet mall! We visit everytime we are in the area on vacation. We love the Disney Store, Vera Bradley, Columbia, Skechers, American Eagle etc etc...very easy to get around. Walking around is easy. Lots of restrooms. Lots of parking. Right in the middle of everything in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. Lots of fun shopping!

Love the Tangerine Outlet Mall for shopping. We bought some things at Vera Bradley,Coach, and Jockey. Since we’re older, we shopped until we dropped. It’s a must when vacationing in Sevierville.

Several stores it was so hot could not walk the entire thing .
Ample parking . Free parking
Reebok,Nike,Hot Topic,Old Navy,Bath and Body Works ,Victoria Secret, coach and more.
Enough store for everyone and every age range.
Would visit again

I went to Vera Bradley and had a great experience there - but the traffic at TANGLE OUTLET was awful. No signs that direct you in and out. It’s a bees nest - poor engineering for traffic. I am surprised there are not more accidents. No parking. Just a mess.

Love to shop at Tanger Outlets when visiting Sevierville. We always find some good deals. We were told by a few stores that they get the newer merchandise, then what doesnt sell gets moved to other stores.

Great place to go shop Reebok outlet, Grunt Style and taste at Smith Creek moonshine. We were there and the weather was great for “winter” on the calendar only!

Remember when outlets had great deals on close outs and discontinued items....no more. These are really only company stores that don’t offer much more than you could find at a good sale at Kohl’s.
Plus - keep in mind that TN has sales tax of over 10%.

We visited several stores. We found each store had great deals! Outlet shopping is the way to go to stretch your dollar and fit any budget.

Huge variety of outlet shopping. Due to Covid 19 some stores still not open, others limited with customer numbers and others wait in line to get in - still great deals and always worth a visit.

Went in the tool store for a specific tool found it with no problem. Store laid out very well. Got the tool I wanted at an even lower price well pleased.

We were pleased with the number of and variety of outlet stores- definitely something for everyone. The traffic was very heavy and parking was hard to find on the day we visited.

This is one of the best outlets I’ve been to. The selections of stores is fantastic. It’s not very often I’ve come across a Disney outlet. Easily accessible from the main road and simple to maneuver through.

Traffic and parking is terrible. Shopping is good and there is a wide variety of shops. Prices are ok but not great.

I love to shop, but also love to save money. Although I prefer a traditional mall, I love these shops. Almost all of the shops are “outlets”, which are the companies official shops but sell products that MAY have minor “deficiencies”, though that is NOT always the case. You can get name brands at a good price - our FAVORITE is the under armour outlet! They are almost always having a sale, and if you are military you can get an additional discount. Definitely recommend going here if you love to shop!

Stopped by to go into two particular stores for wife to pick up something. Staff in both were practicing Covid-19 guidelines but patrons were not. Outlet was very crowded and social distancing was a joke. Some people were doing there part and wearing masks but majority were not. Hopefully this will not cause a spread of the coronavirus but it appeared that a lot of people were not concerned.

The shops were very diverse and had a lot to offer for all. The tanger club has something to be desired as it does not work in all stores that are part of the outlet mall.

Tanger Five Oaks is still one of the best shopping centers, with plenty of stores and great deals. We miss the Kasper, Wilson, and Corningware stores, which have departed. Parking near stores is difficult, but the problem lessens as the day progresses.

There are a lot of great stores here for a variety of ages...Disney to keep the little ones entertained. Under Armour, Old Navy, and Gap for the guys to go to. Vineyard Vines and Vans for the teens. The best hidden gem is parking in the back and the exit behind the stores to avoid extremely slow moving traffic in the parking lot.

There is nothing outlet priced about this place. It is always very crowded and overpriced. The best place you can get a deal is at Vera Bradley.

Been shopping here since the beginning of this mall, before it had even expanded. Just heard they will be doing away with the free coupon book for AAA members, and not surprised. Seems as though the entire mall is offering sub par merchandise for outlandish prices. People mistakenly believe it to be a savings destination, and that is not so. There is a variety of stores, but some of the employees need some additional training. Example at American Eagle Outfitters: "what brings you in today?" I replied "just shopping" and then was met with additional questions: "Who are you shopping for?" did not reply, kept walking and was hounded with "for you? or someone else?" Folks, look...some of us just want to look around, ok? We will let you know if we need anything. Same with Coach.

i love this place so good on everything you buy and you can get a coupon book that helps with your shopping at the outlet, people are very helpful and so nice the lady that gave me the coupon ws so sweet and told me about signing up for a lifetime membership for 10.00 get as many coupon books as you want and believe u save big tie

We had a great day of shopping. We visited lots of stores. The Kirkland store here is huge and has lots of stuff (and smells so good)! We stopped at the Tanger service center and did the $10 life time membership. The lady that helped us was extremely nice. She gave us the coupon books, some extra coupons, a bag and some other smaller bags for my girls. She also explained how to scan your receipts for Tanger rewards. I appreciated her being so pleasant f and helpful!

We made the complete walk around the complex totaling over 6500 steps. You have to look for the deals. Most stores priced as high as regular stores. Being a member of Tanger gives you access to extra coupons. Brighton had a great sale. Hubby finally found Levi’s with the help of a great associate. She did not give up when he was ready to settle. I found two sweaters I wanted but refused to pay 50% off something over $100 at an outlet, so it is still there.

A good variety of stores for all ages for shopping and food. Easy to navigate. Lots of parking. It's easy to spend at least half a day here.

You can find almost every store here. Victoria Secret, Tory Burch, Michael Kors, Nike, and list goes on. I could visit this place every time I visit the Gatlinburg area. Definitely a FAVORITE outlet strip!!

This was in our to do list while going through the area. They have countless stories, more in my opinion than most other outlet malls seem to have. It was clean and well kept. Friendly people and activities are close by.

Excellent shopping experience. All your family needs in one great location. It was very crowded, but each store ensured shopper safety and adhered to all COVID-19 restrictions and recommendations.

If you like walking in an outdoor outlet mall, this is the place for you. Lots of stores for everyone. Kids, adults, gift stores, perfume shops, Disney. There is even a Srarbucks andca steak house. The parking is always full for 9 months of the year. It's a very crowded outdoor mall, so watch your belongings where you go.

Found a variety of great stores and good buys. I enjoyed buying for myself for friends and four grandchildren

I live in the area and have shopped here numerous times. They have a wonderful selection of stores and restaurants. The grounds and bathrooms are very well kept and beautiful. Extremely safe environment.

There are a lot of options for shopping at this location. Many of the stores are real outlets and offer great buys. Others? The social distancing by some store was crazy to stand in line only to get into the store and people were all in your space. Plan to spend several hours here.

There were not many good deals to be found. We found a few items at the Disney Store. Come early before the crowds get too big.

The Tanger Outlets are awesome! Lots of great stores and plenty of parking! It is very clean and overall very worth going!

Pretty good variety of stores, but most of the standard outlet mall staples. We were there in the off season so the crowds were non existent. Plenty of parking as a result. Place is rather spread out so be prepared to walk a bit. Found some decent sales going on too!

Love the store's but the traffic patterns are difficult to impossible with a large vehicle. NOT RV FRIENDLY!

Had to stop here for a quick peruse; went to several shops to include Perfumania, Ralph Lauren, Victoria Secret, and more. Great location, lots to choose from. Would come back for sure.

This is a good size outlet mall. They had some good deals 70% - 50% off in a lot of the stores. It is a bit of a hike to get around the place and we went late in the day so we did not hit everything. But we did hit under armor , Disney, coach, Tory Burch , Kate spade, Michael Kors, simply southern, Johnston and Murphy, Columbia, and a variety of other’s. Some stores have alot and some were really picked over. The stores here are aimed more at adults than kids. Overall it’s like all the other tanger outlets if shopping is your thing pay it a visit.

This place is packed! It has all the big name outlet stores. Perhaps it was because of when we came, but we found very few values.

Has a couple stores that other Tangers do not. Other than that... it's an outlet mall.
(Please type extra characters)

This is a great stop to do any shopping you need. All kinds of different brands, fun stores, food, good deals, they have it all. Highly recommended.

The place has a store for EVERYONE!! Be sure and get a coupon for the free “coupon book” too. I always find a good deal here.

Some stores are great others are very overpriced (Nike). The best stores are Under Armour, Adidas and Disney, The parking and traffic is not for the impatient.

This is a large Tanger property with many stores.....most of the typical outlet varieties. I didn't find the selection to be very good. My wife had somewhat better luck.

My review is going to be less about the shopping, and more about how the outlets were dealing with COVID-19. My friend and I visited the following stores: Gap, Vineyard Vines, Disney, Old Navy, Vera Bradley, Under Armor Youth, and the Cosmetics factory.
By far, Vineyard Vines and Disney were taking COVID precautions seriously. I felt like their policies not only protected their customers, but also their employees. Masks were required in both stores, and there was an employee stationed at the door of both establishments enforcing the wearing of masks, and handing them out to those who didn’t have them. Additionally, both places only allowed in a certain number of people at a given time. I will note that at Disney, I also saw the young man working at the checkout wipe down the counter two times in the 15 or so minutes we were in there. Kudos to both stores for making us feel safe!
The other stores did not enforce a mask policy, however, I would say that at least 70% of patrons were wearing masks. Hand sanitizer was readily available at Gap and Old Navy, and all stores had somebody at the door letting people in (minus the Cosmetics Company.). I will say that there were, in my opinion, too many people in the store at Vera Bradley. In particular, almost everyone was in line to check out, and nobody was trying to distance there (although the shopping space was fine...checkout was just way too slow, causing people to bunch up and not distance.)
The one part of the outlets that were completely unacceptable, however, were the restrooms. They were not really clean, and given the COVID 19 situation, for them to be that dirty is irresponsible on the part of Tanger Outlets.

-Great location
-Easy accessible areas
-Plenty of stores
-Clean restrooms
-Fun to spend the day shopping or just sight-seeing

This outlet mall is amazing. It had such nice stores - some that are not usually found in the outlet malls we are familiar with - and the prices were great! We didn't have room in our suitcases to buy a lot but would have liked to spend more time there.

All the shops you could ever want. Mall was very busy but the stores were handling the crowds well. Masks worn by everyone and people were very good about distancing .we've been here many times as we make a visit every time we come to the area.

Clean, modern shopping center. Super Busy! Sure looks like most every retail category is represented. We bought colognes @ Perfumania where the clerk was really nice. The value? - OK, I guess. Around back you'll find Smith creek Moonshine which is a neat room serving and selling spirits.
You can find a coupon in the tourist brochures for a Tangers discount coupon book.

We stopped in because my wanted to look around. There are many high level stores and many average stores. The area was well kept and very neat. There were plenty of bathroom options which were very nice and clean. The store employees were helpful and nice in any of the stores we entered. A very good option to spend a rainy or hot day... or any other... a must stop...

Great outlet mall! We stop in everytime we are in the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area. Lots of great stores! Lots of restrooms. Plenty of parking and sidewalks to walk or move car around. Our favorite stores are Disney, Vera Bradley, Oakley, Skechers, and Columbia. Lots of great places with good prices.

This place has almost anything you could want. Parking was easy and they have a great assortment of stores. Also they have little treat places fudgery, auntie Anne's, etc... sprinkled throughout.

One of our must do days when visiting this area. We figured our savings this trip amounted to around $800 for my husband and myself this day. Under Armour alone is worth the trip, but don’t forget Carters, White House Black Market,Nike, and the list goes on. I have the Tanger lifetime membership which is worth the $10 you pay. It gets you a parking pass for store front parking, unlimited coupon books (you pay $5 each time otherwise for one), other specials throughout the year, etc.

Shopping had what we wanted. Bought shoes hard time finding shoe have such a small foot. Had a good selection.

This was a vacation and school shopping visit. I enjoy the variety of stores from Justice to Kirkland and the Disney store. Every member of the family can find plenty of stores that meet their needs. I was able to use online coupons at the Yankee Candle store!

Took the wife and kids here to do a small bit of shopping.
Everything you are looking for alll in one place.
Great deals to be had in nearly all of the shops.
Plenty of places to eat and food is realy good no matter where you eat.

Great stop for a shopping day. Lots of variety here. Several places to shop. We visited here Monday, Oct 23, 2020 and it was an extremely busy day at the outlets as it was very overcast/cloudy day with light rain.

If you enjoy shopping then this is the place. I thought it was larger than others and had something for everyone.

I love this outlet mall! It’s full of great shops and sales. This is a great spot for shopping, eating, and they have a mini golf course next door.

Many name brand stores with amazing sales! Parking was difficult but we were able to park behind the stores. All of the employees were helpful and kind!

This area is a great location and easy access. The kids got back to school stuff and of course shoes!

Always have to go by 5 oaks mall when in Sevierville or Pigeon Forge. Great buys at all the outlets.

This place is what outlets should be. Great deals, not gimmicks. We spent a few hours here and it didn’t get old. Clean, organized, and great prices. Well done.

Great stores with awesomeness me deals. Good selections of different stores. Something for everybody! The deals are also good. Only complaint is it is always packed.

...poor strategic planning.
Let me expand upon that. Tanger Outlets that I’ve been to in the past have usually done an exceptional job planning for their popularity. Not this one. In the middle is all the parking, and on the outside are the various shops. So when you put a lot of pedestrians trying to walk around, and cars trying to park everywhere, it gets stressful and could be dangerous if you’re not careful.
However, the variety of shops is wonderful. There’s something for everyone. Some of your bigger name-draws like Nike, their store was completely full when I went, and it was hard to navigate.
There are signs everywhere to help you navigate and there are maps everywhere to help you figure out where you’re going, so that’s helpful. This may not be an environment suited for small children, unless in a stroller, but strollers would be hard to navigate in the stores.

First Off, parking is atrocious! Second, the Maps (online and in the Outlet Mall are illegible to say the least). Third, I can purchase any of the items in the stores I entered at the Non Outlet Stores for less than here. I was going to rate this place a little higher but why bother, they Tanger doesn't bother to make this place a little better as long as they are making plenty of cash!

My wife and I live just 30 minutes from here and we go here about 4 times a month. So many great deals and stores!!!

Parking lot is a bit complicated so view online before going. The stores had plenty of current items. Coronavirus restrictions (mask, social distancing, limited people in stores) were in place to be mindful of peak hours

The outlets are laid out like most, but well maintained and a good variety with a few of our favorites!

We visit Tanger outlets a lot. We go to several different locations. The variety of stores and great deals keep us coming back. Become and member of Tanger Club it is worth it.

This Tanger outlet is huge. There is just about any store you would want to shop at. Most everything is expensive but there are some deals to be found.
The coupon book helps some. It’s free for military and $5 for everyone else. I wouldn’t pay the $5 for the book. Most of the coupons can be found in the app for free.

Fun place to go to shop (or window shop). There’s a ton of chain and unique shops here. There’s something for everyone. The place is huge. There’s food and drink places mixed in to.

One of the nicest outlet malls I have been to. Just about every retailer is there, multiple clean rest rooms, ample parking, a mini golf course, a very nice restaurant to dine at. Next door is go kart track.

Don't be fooled - it says on the signage that this is a Disney Outlet but it is just a Disney Store. There were a few clearance items but most product had the original full price tags. The selection is limited as this is a small store. This is also the only place in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville that required masks of everyone entering. The only item we found worth buying was a Halloween costume for our granddaughter.

We come to tanger outlets very often on our Smokey mountain adventure. There are lots of shops to look at here. This is the ultimate place to shop in Sevierville.
We love shopping at the polo store, old navy, Disney Store, and the cosmetics store.
But good luck trying to find parking because this place can sometimes get very crowded.

Tanger Outlets in Savierville is our favorite place to shop. We always find parking places. The samples at Harry & David's are tasty. The prices for clothes and other goods are hard to beat.

I would give this place a five if it wasn't for the hordes of tourists. You need to come first thing in the morning, on a weekday, if you want to not face people that are tired of hiking and playing on the Pigeon Forge strip.

Lots of good stores with deals, due to Covid you have to wear a mask and may have to wait outside for a minute for each store.

A stop at Tanger outlets is a must! This has to be one of the largest Tanger Outlets that there is. There's not a single store that I wish it had. The mask mandate had just recently been lifted and had no issues except for at two stores, the candy store and the Disney Store which told us we must have a mask to enter and we chose not to shop there.

What a great outlet mall. Certainly not what I remembered in that area. So many stores, clean, well maintained. Worth the trip if you have time.

We visited The Tanger Outlets in Pigeon Forge last week. The shopping is great! They have a large selection of good stores. The parking is great. Get a mobile coupon book to save extra $

Lots of different stores. Easy to park in one place and get to all of it. Plenty of restrooms, benches and shade for in between stores.

So many stores to pick from. Friendly staff and many people are doing a great job with social distancing.

Must improve traffic flow before next tourist season. This is my 26th year to visit. Change and Progress is very good for PF and GB. Continue. Never experienced crime or seen a crime committed.

In the past, I have gotten some good deals at these outlets. That wasn't the case this time. I did buy some soap at Bath and Body, but that was all I purchased. The big name stores like Old Navy and Nike were just priced out of my price range. I will say that everything was super clean. All of the stores are well organized. I loved looking at all the Kate Spade merchandise. However, it was not outlet prices at Kate Spade. I will definitely visit these outlets again, but don't plan to spend a lot of time there.

Nothing special, a typical outlet mall with lots of stores and no parking. If you can I’d recommend walking here or taking the trolly. Which is a long wait during peak times, but at least you don’t have to hunt for a parking spot.

LARGE place all kinds of shops and stores lots of parking much more than what I expected so enjoy shopping

This is called an outlet mall , but I find it's just pricey as any outside store . So I just gave a four star rating because there are many stores to choose from .

No one can help the pandemic .
The stores have cut hours and only allow so many people in at once which is appreciated. A large percentage of people are wearing masks which is good. This place is crazy busy without all of that happening just imagine adding that on. Several large lines and people waiting to get in stores. Most stores are small so it's hard to stay away, especially shoe stores.
I think everybody is doing the best they can but with the changes and summertime business this place is nuts right now.

The Tanger outlets are located right in the center of everything! They offer a variety of stores. Something for everyone. Some of our favorites are Francesca’s, American Eagle, LOFT, and more! Give it a visit when in the area.

We visited on a rainy Saturday. The outlets were busy but there was plenty of parking. My family visited many shops and found lots of good deals. The salespeople were very friendly. We love to visit the outlets.

The good news is there is a huge variety of shops. It’s a great destination for back to school shopping for families with kids in different age groups. The one downside is the parking lot is one of the worst ones we have ever been in. Spots are tight and not laid out well at all and overall parking is crowded even on a “slow day.” It might be worth riding the trolley to and from if that is an option for you.

Always stop in vera bradley and bath and body works. There are numerous stores to choose from sketchers, tommy hillfiger, under armor, disney, harry and david just to name a few.

Location is excellent. Finding parking spot near a shop you want can be difficult at times. Sign to get the book for discounts sometimes it can save some more. If you know you are coming back sign up for logging in your merchandise and you get a chance for more discounts.

They have a great variety of stores which are overpriced for outlets, not sure they should be called outlets. The parking and traffic are horrible and it really was not designed properly. I went to one store and left.

There are a few places to eat. Tons of stores to shop at. There is plenty of parking.
This is a very large out door mall.

Personnel at Under Armour store were not professional. Store checkout policy was very poorly designed and not enforcement consistently. When faced with the decision of going through the checkout policy of this store or putting article back on shelf I chose the latter. If this store's personnel were at Under Armour's Corporate Headquarters the company would not be profitable let a lone survive. I give this Under Armour store a ZERO! But Tanger Oulet in Sevierville a 3.

If you want to shop this is a good mall. You do need to be aware they are VERY busy during October and November especially this year. I did t stay long due to the increased crowd but did find what I wanted.

i found a wide variety of stores, designer stores and more.
the only store i missed was calvin klein.
Prices are really good, and if you want to get your gear in order to get the most out of the winter season, this outlets store have everything you might need.

Loved the Hanes store great customer service! Wish we had more time to visit outlet! Liked the layout

When we went, it was very crowded. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, there were long lines to get into many shops.
There is a wide variety of shops....however, there weren’t many great bargains.
In most of the shops I visited, the items were MUCH more expensive than they would’ve been had I ordered them online, on sale.

I love going to the Tanger Outlet in Sevierville! There are stores for almost everything! Plan to do a lot of walking. We usually shop an area and get in the vehicle and park in the next area. Like that we can dump our packages and have free hands when we tackle the next group of stores. There are restrooms located in most of the outlet mall sections. Be sure to stop by guest services. You can pay a one time fee to become a Tanger member. It's well worth the benefits!

my husband was able to find some nice clothes but i wasn't able to find any that i liked. i did find some nice earrings.

No matter where we vacation, we always find the outlets! These were definitely worth the trip. While we've certainly shopped at the same stores in other places, we found the prices and selection superior to many others. This was a terrific way to spend some time on a very rainy day.

I have shopped here on many occasions. I always find something I love!! The Bass store and Chico’s are my favorites! Good food close by as well!!!

This is a great mall area. It has lots if stores from coach to pink to vera Bradley. U wont b disappointed in this location there is also several vending machines around as well as the chop house to eat an other food places.

Plenty of stores to shop at. Every time we go there is always a new store in place of another. Parking is a nightmare but find a spot early in the mornings. Do have some eateries but not many.

Always take my wife here. She loves to shop here since you can find everything she may be looking for aa far as clothes and shoes are concerned. We like to park and just walk to the various stores she wants to visit. After she makes a purchase I take it back to car in between visits.

I’m not really into outlets or shopping, but this location was nice. Great to walk around to kill some time. I did find some deals but other places really didn’t have much deals (I could find the same items elsewhere for less than they had at their stores).

We found lots of things to shop for at the outlet and it was clean and felt to be very safe. There was a wide selection of stores to shops from and name brand items.

Very crowded. Difficult to find parking. Nice shops, though. It's Sugar was amazing. I will consider coming again

Love, love, love this place! The staff that works outside are very helpful to get you where you are going. Awesome stores located there!! We go everytime we come thru! Highly recommend!!

Great shopping, clean atmosphere and variety. We went on a Wednesday in August, after school started back and it was t too crowded!

Loved all the shops ther but i did miss the corell place.Wish they had kept it there and had it open. They have a little bit of everything if i had just been able to look but it sure was hot.

Stopped here and went in a bunch of stores they are high priced for a outlet mall. Can buy top quality stuff for less at a retail shop instead of seconds! Traffic is real bad to! No places to park!

Our first stop when we arrived in TN. Not crowded for a Sunday at lunch time. Only hit a few shops before we headed to hotel but picked up some good buys at Tommy Hilfiger and Kate Spade.

We visited first thing on a Saturday morning and boy did we regret that decision. I've been to plenty outlet malls, but this one has one of the worst parking lots I've ever seen. It was bumper to bumper and trying to pull out of our spot was awful. They have lots of stores and I did score some deals, but all in all, had I known what a stressful time I would have, I would not have gone.

Went here shopping and went to fossil, bare beauty and other stores. The prices are amazing compared to full price. Would be a great place for back to school shopping.

There are great stores at this outlet mall. We really enjoy it when we go to Pigeon Forge. Our next trip to Pigeon Forge we will have to return.

Was here with my wife, daughter and her family. There was something here for the whole family. Wife and daughter loved the the Vera Bradley store and Bath and Body Works, grandkids loved Disney and 17 year old loved the sunglasses store and sports stores.

If there is something you are looking for and you can’t find it here then something is wrong a little bit of everything and a good workout with all the walking

I felt safe at the outlet because mask were required in all the shops. It was enforced and social distancing.

We've been to several outlet malls in our lifetime, but this one is probably the biggest one I've ever been to. I swear it went on for miles.
They also had several top-notch stores that you don't usually see at outlet malls which was fun.

This outlet never disappoints me! I always find great deals here for the entire family. Back to school shopping here is a must.

While the outlets stay very busy and it can be brutal getting in and out and finding parking, it is worth being patient for. We always find great deals for our entire family and we enjoy the time we spend there.

My friends and I enjoyed a day of shopping here, and also had some refreshments at a restaurant. Lots of variety, and premium brand outlets. Will definitely come again!

This outlet is very nice and well maintained. There are lots of stores And few open storefronts. But my one complaint is almost no books. There’s one very small bookshop that has very little to offer.

If you are expecting some good deals you will need to drive back out, go home and shop online. if you have a hearty budget and a lot of cash to spend you'll be fine here. lots of shops for people of all ages!

First off it is great shopping if you are not handicapped. No elevator to rest rooms from bottom of outlet. Not enough handicap parking. Need a larger section. Some areas we had to lift the wheel chair to get across the street to next section. Poor planning on someone’s part. Love the outlets but will never return with my handicapped mom. It’s sad that they don’t think of adding more parking, and have some one directing traffic inside when it’s so crowded. We did see about 7 security people standing around taking with each other when they could have helped with the traffic jams.

The parking is awful and it doesn’t help with all of the pedestrians and cars trying to get out. The prices and outrageous and not outlet prices. Many stores didn’t have any sales.

I took my wife to the coach store to get her a second coach purse. The prices at very good on the items. The store was very clean and nice. The associates were very nice and helpful. It’s a great place to shop.

I enjoyed shopping the outlets and found very friendly staff at Coach and Jockey. I was able to get a bundle deal on a purse, wallet and small wallet purse at Coach. They go out of their way to help. I could not try on bras at Jockey and when I did try them on at the condo, they did not fit and took them back with a smile. One make up shop was not open. Definitely get there early to avoid crowds.

Very good experience, workers at stores are very pleasant the only thing is that parking can be a pain in the butt because it’s an outlet mall. we visit sevierville regularly and are used to the traffic here. not too much of a worry and nothing that anyone can really control unless they were to add an additional parking lot. will continue returning!🥰

I have started calling this area Branson East. My family and I spend alot of time in Branson. We come here to visit my father. found this area and looks to me like Dolly Parton moved the ideas of Branson to this area. Almost identical in all aspects. Anyway. this place has great shopping alot of different choices down side....very spread out. If you don't like walking, you better plan on doing 2 seperate days.

If you are traveling and buy something from "As Seen On TV" beware if it's defective you have 7 days to return it for an exchange only! We bought a Veggetti Pro and it was defective (no power) they will not honor anything unless it's returned in person $40 down the drain. I ended up buying the same thing from Amazon. at least they will honor a defective product. FU Tanger and Pigeon Forge!

I would consider driving to each section and parking vs walking it. One issue I have is very few places to get immediate food and drink. Several drink machines but as someone who can’t have soda that is not helpful. There is only 1 spot, if that, per section that might have drinks. Out a cart or something out. It’s hot, we are walking miles and thirsty.

I love Tangar Outlet. There's so much to choose from. They just opened a Pink. They have a Chico's and White House/Black Market, but they need their sister store - Soma. They could use a couple more sit down restaurants for dining. The Chop House is good. They also could use more home goods stores like Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma. This place will not disappoint.

Very nice place, but we missed guess shop:)but all surrounding was clean and there is a lot to do,good prices

A great range of different shops with great discounts available. I think North Face always offer the best savings. Loads of free car parking too.

Went there for the moonshine and end up going to the other stores. The sales wore great plus you get an coupon through the website for the place. Also, we received free tasting at the moonshine.

ONLY hit the Tory Burch outlet store with my wife (which is new to the Outlets). We have been to the full retail store in Georgetown, Washington, D.C., so this is out point of comparison. The Outlet has a different selection of Tory Burch merchandise, but my wife was happy with the selection and the prices. Finding a wallet to match her recent purse was impossible since the Outlet does not carry the same lines of merchandise as the full retail store. Nevertheless, she found 2 pairs of shoes and a purse. She was happy with the customer service and her purchases. When she is happy, it makes life easier for all of us. Positive experience.

Labor Day Weekend. Hours 11-7. Good parking and only one restaurant. Use Open Table App if you are cool. Park in the middle of the complex. Easy in and out.

It was great! A lot of shops have sales, and you can find some off-season stuff for a big discount! I wish they had some sort of map/outline for where and what stores were in the different buildings because it is a very large and fairly congested space

What are you looking for? This place probably has it! Clothes, shoes, makeup, kitchen wares, house wares, coffee, food, and more!

Huge place. Lots of stores. Typical, not what you really think of as "Outlet Prices" Outdoor Strip Mall but broken up into segments/areas. We were there on Monday May May 15, 2023 in the afternoon and while there was lots of parking there was very little parking available. We wanted to stop at two stores: Disney Outlet is tucked into a corner but a larger store. They had a few things that were decent prices but most things were just your normal 10-20% off stickered prices. We also went into the Alfred Dunner Outlet for Mom. She did find some new intro 2023 items for 30% off sticker, which is okay I guess. In a regular store I'd expect to pay sticker with 10-20% for sales. We really didn't plan to stay long as we have a similar "outlet" mall just 10 minutes from our home.

Yes, we went there again this trip (non-holiday weekend) and the traffic in this place is, yes, insane!! Ok, it was back-to-school no-tax weekend but after literally hundreds of visits to this place, traffic here has increased to ridiculous and unworkable.
If I can avoid it, I will never go again.

We drove through the parking lot expecting the typical outlet mall. This was not the case! Many shops we don’t have at our outlet mall! Great shopping experience! Well worth the stop!

Tanger Outlets is a massive mall outlet complex in Seviersville Tennessee. The amount of stores is staggering. My wife spent 4 hours shopping while I walked the dogs and talked to all the friendly folks shopping. My wife bought bags of Christmas 🎄🎁🎁 gifts while I walked. This mall is great for walking. Very level ground for long walks.

This was a nice outlet mall with a variety of stores. The associates in each store we went into were attentive and helpful. The location was easy to get to and had plenty of parking.

My recent Christmas shopping trip to Tanger was one of the best outlet shopping experiences I've ever had. While the parking lots were crowded the way the lots are set yo you can easily find a parking space with little walking to the store of your choice. The mall is laid out for quick in and out, no wasted time. I also appreciated the availibilty of restroom facilities, no searching each wing had a set and clearly marked. The selection of stores is huge, another plus. I had avoided shopping there because of the crowds but no worry, the layout keeps it under control. I'll be returning soon!

Great break from go karting and playing. Stores for everyone. Easy to navigate as well, although parking was a little tight.

Been to one Tanger Outlet you have been to them all - there is really no difference so if you are in Tennessee on a vacation there is much better things to do then shop at a outlet mall!!! Most people have them at home as I believe they seem to be scattered around every state - same thing different place! So skip it and see unique places instead!!

The Tanger outlet is one of my favorite places to visit ! the Oakley outlet store is great and so many places to eat along with a Starbucks for that great cup of coffee and plenty of parking

On our vacation in the Pigeon Forge area, we shopped here one day. The parking lots are connected and very busy and crowded. The stores are arranged here and there in what seems like a maze like system with adjoining parking areas. You may want to do some research online ahead of time and map out which stores you want to visit. I ended up doing a quick shop in one store outlet and got a great deal on some nice warm winter pajamas.

We enjoyed walking around and even bought a couple of very reduced items but….the sales tax in this area is over 10% and we did not like that one bit. Made us shove our hands in our pockets and keep our wallets closed.

This place is a death trap waiting to happen. It is absolutely chaotic! I can not believe they leave this place to chance and don’t hire some kind of parking help. Cars are everywhere!! Parked on the sides, parked on the curbs, traffic backed up onto the main road, people trying to turn around with no room, all the while people walking and crossing everywhere and it is unreal!! People and cars everywhere. With today’s attitudes and impatience it is only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt. Terrible layout!! Spend the money and make another entrance/exit! It’s irrelevant about the stores because it’s so stressful just trying to get around.

My family and I enjoyed the place as it has a variety of choices. A lot of brands are available. It also have choices of food and drinks.

We had a wonderful experience at this outlet mall. The store varieties were good and we found great personal and gift items while there. We enjoyed the covered walkways as well.

Great upscale stores. Know where to park. Usually the middle area near the flagpole or by Columbia. One good restaurant Chop House. Use call ahead. Tanger needs to continue to keep the location clean and safe. Very large Outlet. One entrance and exit. Expect delays in PF traffic.

I would just like to say how amazing the Adidas Store is. Adrian the manager really does care about the veterans of Sevier County. And, also Amber Yonts an employee there. They went above and beyond their duties as store associates. We were made to feel very welcome in the store. They also recognized my Daddy who is a Vietnam Veteran. Adrian has went above the calling of a manager. All Veterans receive a very good discount in the store. And, all of the employee’s have been very helpful in there. I highly recommend shopping and supporting them. They all go above and beyond their store duties. Plus, the store is always very clean and well stocked and organized every time I go in there. I’ve never had any problems in there. Thanks again Adrian, Amber, Adidas Store and the Adidas Employees for everything you do especially for our Veterans. It is very much appreciated!!

Lots of nice shops but the layout is terrible! It's set up like a giant maze and dont take a wrong turn you will be behind the buildings. The bathrooms smelled and had no soap or anything to dry your hands. Worse tanger outlet i have ever been to.

If you like to shop you must go here. Tons of great stores. Lots of great prices. Loads of good stuff. Some of the stores are actually factory outlets that have better prices than your normal Tanger. Nike, Sketchers, Jockey, addidas. All the Stores are great, I spent to much money.

Tons of stores. We’ve been to plenty Tanger locations and we all agreed this one was the best. It’s shopping so there isn’t much to say but my teens got their outlet mall fix so I’m happy.

Tanger Outlets are headquartered near where I live, so I always like to visit Tanger Outlets when we are out, whether it be in Myrtle Beach, Mebane, Pigeon Forge or elsewhere. The location in Pigeon Forge is laid out so weird, unlike other Tanger Outlets. It's very easy to get confused as to where something is. I am also very disappointed there is no Nautica at this outlet. The Tommy Hilfiger store is my favorite. Be sure to get a coupon book! We first went on Saturday and there were ZERO parking spots anywhere and 9 million tourists here. You could not walk around hardly and each store had a 30 minute wait to get in. We went back Monday evening and were able to park in front of any store we wanted to go in, and were able to go in each store with no wait. What a difference the weekend and week make. I'd still recommend Tanger to anyone though.

A nice place to shop, but it is very busy and lots of traffic. Often it is hard to find a place to park. Some shops had good deals, others did not.

We managed to stop here after visiting the Titanic Museum, viewing the Hatfield & McCoy displays and seeing the upside down Wonder Works Building. Besides finding parking anywhere near your store of interest, we were cautious with the crowds of shoppers, many without masks.
Clean restrooms, complimentary electric car charging station and nice masked employees working at the stores.

You can definitely shop until you drop (or run out of funds) here. Be sure to check the app for the outlets for coupons to save a little extra. Saturday was super busy and parking was difficult however they did have officers out to direct traffic and pedestrian traffic helping to keep everyone safe.

Lots of stores to peruse, however there were very few with "outlet" prices. This was the most disappointing outlet we have ever been to. It seems to be geared toward more affluent families as most items weren't more than 20% off an already outlandish price. Would not recommend shopping here unless you're prepared to pay typical store prices.....no deals.

As always Danger loves up to its reputation. Helpful, friendly, knowledgable sales people in every store.

I enjoy shopping but was looking for some deals, considering they are outlet stores. Everything I looked at was more expen
sive then the same item at Penny's or Macy's, even with my 25 percent off coupon. One clerk told me there are "just regular stores" no deals.

I visited in the area after Christmas and this was a typical walking mall with numerous shops - so many in such a small area. Due to it just being after the holidays I am sure it was busier than normal, but they need to do something about the entry/exit of this place! With so many stores to go to this is definitely a great place to shop, but with limited ways in and out, it makes a shopping trip here less enjoyable. There is a lot of walking traffic and this small area was not designed to accommodate people and cars. I would go back next time I visit for sure and maybe not go during the holidays!!

Great Outlets! I love when the outlets have REAL low prices...Ralph Lauren had a 40% of sale...and it goes on and on. Every place had a sale. It has a Starbucks too. This place is BIG so have fun!

Get ready to walk and manuver around the crowd. Some of the best shops are at this place. You have a mixture of shops and food and it can last all day.....

on weekends it is so crowded that parking is hard to find & traffic inside is a gridlock ..I guess it is because of the variety of stores and the prices

Many name brand store, to choose from, and everytime I've been here they always have a great sale throughout most of their stores.

The Tanger Outlets have a variety of stores for shopping. Unfortunately, the Bass Oulet store and Lenox are going out of business this year. Best time to visit is during the Sales Tax holiday weekend in July/August for bargains on school clothes and shoes.

The largest I've ever been to. Can spend the entire day if you wanted to. Nice selections of stores.

I love to shop here but it was not worth my time this visit. All the stores had lines to get in. Many great shops. Absolutely no parking. Parking spaces are a tight squeeze. Tourists flock to this place for shopping so beware. It’s crazy.

This is a happening place - we had to drive thru 3 times to find a parking spot on Saturday. Not sure if every Saturday is like that or just last Saturday. I did find some good deals at the Clark shoe store. They have a wide variety of stores that you would expect to find at an outlet mall but had some others that I had not seen before (Kirklands for example).

Many stores for all in the family Restaurants Many public restrooms which I Like as an older person and a Grandmother! even a Moonshine Store

Tanger outlets was a disappointment to me. I went to PINK, needing a perfume (was not sold there). Next, went to under armour (didn't have what I was looking for). Then, it took me forever to find Bath and Body Works! The name wasn't on any of the signs, just had to drive around in circles until I finally found it. The parking is too close quarters.....

Never make a trip to Gatlinburg without a visit to Tanger Outlets. Love these stores but my favorite is the Brighton Jewelry outlet. Always find so many great deals in this store. Love Brighton jewelry and really love the prices in this store. I will be back!!!

Visiting town to celebrate friends anniversary. Decided to do retail therapy. Thoroughly enjoyed. We went thru about 10 stores
Loved it

Good. Variety of shops. Actually went twice. Stores were clean and not overcrowded. Easy to Park, shop, and walk around

Tanger Outlets was a pretty place with a nice area in the middle for kids to play and plenty of benches to rest, not to mention clean bathrooms.
The only thing I didn't like was that because my daughter went with her friends, they were hoping for nice places to eat, there was only 2-3 options of where to eat.
Overall the experience was average, and I wouldn't recommend this place as a must visit for shopping.

Great day browsing the outlets with our pug. Everyone was so friendly at the outlets and everyone just loved Garrett! We always stop and browse the outlets when we're in the area! Highly recommend.

My wife wanted to go to the Lenox store and it was easy to find thanks to the many directional signs. Downside are the narrow parking lanes and spots.

This outlet is definitely an all day trip due to the numerous shops. Kirkland's and Old Navy especially seem to have great deals. Get there early because the parking lot fills up quickly.

Good prices on alot of things here but hard to find a parking spot, but the walk let us look into more shops also

Every-time I’m in the area. I always come to the outlets. Great place to shop. Parking can be a hassle sometimes.

Nothing special here and no deals to be found. People drive through the parking lot like they are on the freeway. It was a way to kill some time nothing more.

We stopped at the Tanger Outlet Mall so my daughter could do a little shopping. I got a blue raspberry Icee and that was it. Tanger Outlet Malls are too expensive for my tastes.

This outlet mall has a lot of stores to choose from. The only draw back I saw that its spread out over a large area and it was hard at times crossing the streets with all the traffic.

There is definitely lots to do and finding great shopping was an added bonus. Clean, plenty of parking and great name brand outlets. Will be back when go back for vacation!

Great mall! Not sure if it's really an "outlet" but it has some good shops you don't often see anymore. I really liked the layout which offered plenty of parking. I imagine this place is packed on weekdays so definitely go on weekdays if possible. PS Parents, there's a Disney Store!

Very good place to shop, there were many offers for Christmas. It is the typical mall open with many top brands and for all tastes. There is parking and several places to eat or drink.

This has to be one of the biggest outlets we have been too. Any store you imagine was here. We had a nice time but it is hard not to buy something from store you go into. Parking was a bit crazy because it was packed each time we went . Make sure you have a stroller for small kids.

Many shops for shopping, a restaurant, great outlet prices. Highly recommend for those living here and visitors.

My wife loves this outlet mall. this time she visited Coach Outlet. Bought a nice purse and matching wallet. She said it was a bargain. I think that I'm happy.
It was very crowded at the mall.

Large selection of stores but poor traffic flow and parking. Stopped at several stores friendly staff with good prices.

Several great deals and several still overpriced. Glad to find Bath and body works open as they have been closed in Florida.

So many stores! Not all stores have a sign represented from the street. Take a drive through, you'll love it!

We took advantage of the new Tanger savings card and received a little backpack to help carry our savings. Kids got shoes, clothing, Nike leggings, shorts and tank( they don't participate accept to accept $10 coupon😝).

Like most "outlet malls" these days, there are few true "outlets." The stores are a mix of their brand's regular boutiques offering what ever special all their stores across the country are currently offering; stores carrying their line of merchandise manufactured for the "outlet" price point, which is then tagged with a high price and placed under a "sale" sign, and customers are handed a "coupon for an extra % off"; or stores pushing stacked deals to get what really isn't a discount. This particular time frame was post "tax free weekend" in Tennessee, so like all retailers everywhere, there were clearance racks to unload summer merchandise to make room for fall/winter stuff.
I did get over 12,000 steps on my Fitbit

We were in a hurry so only got to four places. We went to Lane Bryant , then Under Armour where we found out that the kids sizes were in a separate store across the parking lot, and finally to the Disney Store. I found everything I needed and more. The BEST thing I found was super helpful and friendly employees less than 2 weeks before Christmas. Who can ask for more.

We had a nice time shopping with the kids. Loved the distillery in the mall! Prices were ok throughout.

I visited Tanger Outlet Mall in April there are so many stores to choose from. I went to my favorite store New York and Company and found lots of deals. I also purchased two pairs of shoes for $10.00 from Rue 21. My friend purchased several shirts from old navy. I had ice cream and visited Kay Jewelers. I have never been to an outlet mall so this was a great experience. I am going to take my kids there when they visit in two weeks.

Great sales and responsible srore managing customer numbers and mask requirements . From shoes to Moonshine they have what you want

Sad and okay Where’s the Guest Service center?! I would not go into Nike shoes store again?! Staff walk past me and look at me and didn’t even ask me if I need any help! I were being followed like I a a criminal! My money is as good as any one else!

Nothing out of the ordinary. Lots of stores with just ok pricing. Some store same as their regular retail counterparts.

Under Armor thank you for saving us tons of money this trip. Your 50% off was great but offering 20% more off to Veterans was touching. All the shops are great!

Very busy outlet mall. All stores occupied. Friendly people and well stocked stores. Moonshine outlet had great deals. Would highly recommend stopping at this Tanger Outlet!

the mall is deceptive. its actually larger than I initially thought. I ran in here on a time constraint looking for 4 stores which it had: skechers, grunt style, Nike and lululemon. I really wish I had more time to explore, maybe next time. have tongive a shout out to skechers staff, trying to help me find a hard to get particular shoe, no luck, but not from lack of them trying! next time, I hope I will have time to try the chophouse restaurant too.

Courtney was very pleasant and was pleased to assist us with our wine needs! The wine we tasted was all so tasty!

We always find something here. At least the wife does! She shopped for the five granddaughters and found something for all of them . Was not to badly busy with the craftsman show just ending

CLEAN AND STOCK THE BATHROOMS!!!! Went to take my 2 year old potty at the bathroom by torrid and the bathrooms were SO disgusting even she…A 2 YEAR OLD..said they were nasty and did not want to use them. And only ONE stall out of 5/6 had 1 tiny roll of toilet paper. I’m a local and I’ve NEVER seen them so disgusting.. I didn’t even take a picture of everything, I just wanted to get out of there, I’m very disappointed.

A lot of store to choose from and easy traffic in and out. The stores were following COVID guidelines and were really making sure everyone was following them

Great selection of stores. Prices are great and staff at every store was so helpful! I wish the Tanger near me were this nice!

Nice and clean well kept shopping complex. Some stores are not outlet prices.Noticed that some of the long time stores were no longer there.A lot of BOGO deals, but by the time you pay sales tax no bargain.

Whenever we are in Pigeon Forge, we always make plans to go to the Tanger Outlets. Our first stop is always down to the mall's Shopper Services to get our free Tanger Coupon book by showing our AAA card. There are always discount coupons in this booklet. There is always plenty of parking, and this time was no different. On this trip, we were sorry to learn that the Lenox store was going out of business, but that meant some fantastic deals with items 80% off, which we took advantage of. Then we separated, my wife going to some of her favorite stores, and me to mine. If you don't want to shop, there are benches along the way in the shade to sit and rest. I like to visit some of the men's stores, and this time I got some great deals on a shirt, tie and slacks at the Van Heusen store. We met up an hour later to review our purchases and both felt we got some great deals. Its always a treat to go to Tanger Outlets.

Some decent deals but need help with the traffic. Too many people and not any control
Made for a lot of angry folks

Visit to Tangiers is always a good rainy day trip while on vacation. Exterior of property was very neat and clean.

This is like most outlet areas but nice, with lots of options! Nice selection and served our needs. When busy, it will take awhile to find parking.

If you can’t find it here, you really don’t need it. This place is huge. Although it’s really pretty to look at, the layout can be a nightmare. You are not likely to find a good convenient place to park when it’s busy and I’ve never been there when it wasn’t busy. If you go with other people make sure you have your cell phones because you will get separated at some point.
Ladies - Bring a group of friends and spend the entire day shopping for absolutely everything! There is no food court, but there’s a Chop House restaurant for lunch.
Men - There are benches conveniently located throat the complex to sit and wait, and wait, and wait...

We visit Tanger every chance we get, I go straight to shopper services to get a coupon book, free for AAA members. The name brand stores have good sales, I wish they offered more food to choose from for a quick snack.

Great shopping! Excellent variety of shops. There is something for everyone! Restaurants are close by and there is ample parking.

Took the kids school shopping up there some of the stores have really great prices. Lots of different stores to check out for any age group

I'm not sure why, but the outlet Shoppes just didn't work for me! I've tried these several times that there are hardly no deals to be found. I think prices are higher than you can get in other stores.

It seems like no matter what time of year we visit, there are always so many people. Good variety of stores.

Went there while waiting on our cabin to be ready to kill time. Got a wonderful deal on some cologne and perfume at Perfumania. Great selections and sale associate was very helpful

A trip to Sevierville is not complete without a stop at the outlets! We love Tanger and have been to them all around the US, but this one is super special! The sales are present in almost every store. Great, great deals!
Outdoor mall
These outlets have a ton of different shops. Everything from high end Tommy Hilfigure to Old Navy. The only negative part is the lack of food options. There is a subway & The Chop House for lunch/dinner. We ate at the chop house which was reasonable priced. We spent about 2 hours in the outlets and didn’t get a chance to see it all but had a great time.
