10 of 524 Best Attractions in Minneapolis

I was lucky enough to be invited to join some business colleagues at a game between the Twins and Boston Red Sox. We had tickets for the suite area too which was great. A fantastic experience, easy access to the park - if you have a bag you will get searched but it was very quick. Food and drink areas were busy but again quick service.

This is the best baseball stadium in the US.sight lines are excellent. Parking is good or you can get there by light rail
The food selection is great and food is decent. Guest service staff is great

We have been to games and events here and always enjoy the place. Easy public transportation with the light rail as well as lots of parking. If you are from out of town, park at the Mall of America and take the train.

Target Field is the 16th major league ballpark I've visited; I had heard many good things about it ever since it opened, but was finally able to make the trek up to Minnesota 8 years after it opened. After visiting, I can firmly say it's a personal favorite and a ballpark that deserves more national recognition.
The Twins don't play in a major market and they're a team which generally doesn't make headlines; therefore, national attention to the team and the ballpark it plays in is generally scarce, so many people may not realize what a stellar venue they now play in. After years of playing in one of baseball's worse ballparks (the Metrodome) and unsuccessfully seeking a new park while fielding teams with modest payrolls, the Twins finally were able to build a new ballpark in downtown Minneapolis which combines the best elements of the retro-inspired ballparks built prior to it while adding its own touches of class and distinction.
The best parts of Target Field:
1) Exterior Architecture: ever since Camden Yards in Baltimore became the poster child of the retro-inspired ballpark, nearly every ballpark built in the next 15 years used similar inspiration, particularly for its aesthetic: exteriors with lots of brick and exposed steel beams. Though it's an attractive look no matter how often it was copied, it came to the point where ballpark exteriors were just as indistinguishable as the multi-purpose concrete bowls that pre-dated them in the 1970s.
Ballparks like Nationals Park and, especially, Target Field shifted away that trend towards a more modern look of glass and, in the case of the latter, distinct and highly attractive limestone. The result is a gorgeous-looking facility that sets it apart from its peers.
One drawback of the downtown Minneapolis location surrounded by highways means that many fans may not be able to fully appreciate Target Field's unique exterior look. The ballpark is surrounded by parking garages which can be directly accessed off the highway and which opens into the Twins Plaza beyond right field.
Interior Architecture: Target Field becomes even more impressive once you step inside its gates. Limestone touches are used gracefully around the interior of the ballpark and the small footprint of the ballpark(at around 8 acres, if it's not the smallest in baseball, then it's amongst the smallest) provides a real sense of intimacy and just stellar design.
Target Field is full of unique design choices which are both subtle and not gimmicky; for instance, the overhang in right field - a couple rows of seats which provide a unique vantage point while also offering a target for left-handed letters for an easier home run. The grandstand seats beyond right field are so close to the adjacent parking lot that the seats had to built at a steep pitch and unique trapezoidal shape. It was a necessary design which is both functional and highly unique.
Other cool touches include the unique roof/canopy which acts as a sun/windscreen while also housing lights in them(no light stands on the roof - another unique touch). The home run celebration fixture in center field also adds a distinct Minneapolis/St. Paul flavor. The skyscrapers of downtown Minneapolis rise up impressively from beyond right field and the neighboring Target Arena.
Seating: Adding to the sense of intimacy and smaller size of Target Field, the ballpark also features one of the smallest capacities of any in MLB (about 39,000). The upper deck must be one of the smallest in all of baseball and is divided between 2 sections of seating.
The result are not many seats which are either very far from the action or very high; sightlines did seem a bit obscured for balls hit down the corners from certain seats, but that is a minor quibble.
Affordability: The Twins are not a major draw despite Minneapolis being a large city with a franchise in each professional sport, so ticket prices and the overall cost of attending a game was similar to smaller/middle market teams like Cincinnati and Milwaukee. Parking was available at several adjacent parking garages for $15; for those looking to save $$, smaller lots and street parking are readily available within a mile walk of the park.
While the ballpark is exceptional, I do have a couple negatives of the overall game experience:
Concessions: While the concession variety at Target Field was commendable (there was even an Indian food stand - a first at any MLB stadium I've attended), the quality was pretty mediocre. When I think of American cities offering legendary cuisine, Minneapolis does not come to mind, but solid versions of ballpark staples (hot dogs, nachos, pizza) mixed in with some local flair has come to be expected.
I opted for a nachos grande which was ok except for some ground beef with a bit of an odd aftertaste; it didn't help that the vendor talked up the beef as something he just tried today and was almost a culinary revelation to him. My wife ultimately decided on a gyros wrap which, again, was ok but some pieces of lamb tasted a bit questionable.
Overall, the prices were consistent with most MLB concessions, but there was nothing memorable nor anything I could heartily recommend.
Atmosphere: Minneapolis is a football town first; hockey may even be more popular than the Twins.
The days of dismal attendance which led to serious discussion of the Twins being retracted 20 years ago are long gone, and I must consider that the Twins have been a disappointment this year, but 23,000 fans on a Friday night in August are likely the norm unless the team is contending. It probably didn't help that the Vikings were playing a pre-season game that same night (we probably saw as much Vikings gear as Twins at the ballpark).
The atmosphere was rather subdued compared to most MLB venues I've visited; even the in-game entertainment seemed a bit bland. Many of the fans I encountered came across as knowledgeable and polite but lacking in the passion of the city's football fans.
Target Field met and exceeded all my expectations; it's a fantastic venue which any baseball fan who enjoys visiting ballparks across the country should add to their must-see list.
My Top 5 of 16 MLB ballparks visited:
1) Wrigley Field
2) AT&T Park
3) Dodgers Stadium
4) Target Field
5) Petco Park

it was a great place to bring familyBeautiful stadium, friendly and helpful staff, easy to get to. Easy to find your way around and the tram station is right outside...

My husband is trying to hit all the baseball stadiums. This was his 16th.
There are lots of hotels around the stadium so you could walk to the game and lots of bars to stop at.
We always get the cheap seats because I don’t last very long at a baseball game. They had some good picture opportunities out front.
We walked around and there were plenty of food options/varieties. A great area for kids to play in. We happen to be there where I believe they had eight homeruns, fireworks going off.

Great ballpark! Can be pretty expensive, but overall a great experience. So much to look at and so well designed.

Target field is one of the bast parkin to catch a game. The park in beautiful and they serve a ton of craft beers

Had a real nice time at Target Field on my first visit in June of this year. Drove from Iowa with a longtime friend, got GREAT seats in the shade behind home plate. Restrooms were abundant, as were the varieties of food. Of course, I chose a footlong. We chose to park at Mall of America and take the train in. CHEAP. Drops ya right of at the ballpark.
I'm the Rays fan in the pic, if only they would have won...

First time attending a Minnesota Twins baseball game at Target Field earlier this month.
Easy walking distance from our hotel (Crowne Plaza Downtown Minneapolis). The park is beautiful, seats were typical - we had a good view of the action from Section 215, behind home plate. Night sky views of the city beyond the park were very nice too.

Great Ball Park, one of the best in MLB. Good parking, great seats with equally good sight lines. Good informational displays and excellent audio. Food is pricey but good in preparation, selection and variety. Over all a good choice for athletic entertainment.

As part of our annual trip seeing new stadiums, my friends & I attended our first games at Target Field and were amazed at everything Target Field has to offer. First class through and through - a perfect place to see a ball game! We walked the outside perimeter of the stadium sharing baseball memories while viewing the great statues of Killebrew, Oliva, Carew, Kaat, Griffith and Puckett!

Came with a friend to see the First Place Twins in action as they demolished the Seattle Mariners. The Twins organization and Target Field staff do a great job of putting on a very good event. I should come here more often.

Visited the park 7/23 and 7/24 to see the Yankees and I loved the place. The lower boxes have their own concessions and restrooms which saves some trips up the stairs. If you have time, I highly recommend the ballpark tour. Our tour guide Aaron was top notch and we saw a lot on the 90 minute tour. Beautiful ballpark, if you go to a game you won’t be disappointed!

Target Field is a great place for a baseball game. There are plenty of places to enjoy the game, regardless of where your ticket is. As a fan from out of town, I was greeted warmly by staff and fans. Kudos to this beautiful stadium.

Nice ball park which was celebrating Pride Night. Loved how all the Twins and all fans embraced embraced love and inclusiveness. This is the 10th ball park I’ve been too and it was ranked in my top 5. Beautiful backdrop of the Minneapolis skyline.

I felt the area was pretty safe to move around in. We parked right across the street. Security everywhere. I don’t think there is a bad seat in the house. Besides Baseball there is a lot going on, Kiss Cam, Dance Cam, games , songs, fireworks, exciting stuff. My only complaint was the cost of food and beverages. $17 for a beer in a can and $17 for a Brat. The Value store was still pretty spendy. I’d go again and save up for next time.

This is an amazing stadium in downtown Minneapolis. Perfect for an evening of baseball. Easy to get to with great hotel and dining options for a night or a drink after the game.

We took our employees and spouses for a night out earlier in August and the evening temp was perfect for catching a 7:05 game. Tickets weren't too expensive, parking was cheap compared to Chicago, and the Twins won! We had $35 seats, and the were great.
Concessions weren't bad, but the bar and restaurant scene in this town is worth visiting by itself.

Great place to enjoy the sights and sounds of major league baseball. Tickets are reasonable even if you pay full price. The Twins have offered many ticket discounts recently so shop around on their website and you should easily find good value.
The main gripe from the 1 and 2 star reviews seem to be food cost. Here are some pointers:
1. The Twins allow you to bring your own food to the ballpark.
2. You can get a free soda from the Budweiser stand if you vouch to not drink.
3. There is a discount concession stand in right field where everything is $1-$2 cheaper.
4. You can get family section tickets with a hot dog and soda built into the cost of the ticket for $5-$8 more. Good deal.
5. Friday nights you can purchase an all you can eat ticket for $30.
Overall, Target Field food prices are in line with other similar venues. Yes, it is more expensive than the grocery store. I have shown you numerous options for how to get a hot dog and soda for around $10 or less. Quit griping about food costs or bring your own. Enjoy the game and the Target Field. You can enjoy Target Field on a budget. If you want to drink beer, you are on your own and will have to pay.

It was exciting to attend a Twins game in the 'new' Target field! The Twins lost the afternoon I was there, but thoroughly enjoyed it!

Wish there was more variety for food choices...we had chicken burrito bowl that was good but needed more chicken. Bar near our seats where we got 2 drinks for $23...so over priced of course.

Ballpark has a great view from just about everywhere! Staff was kind to visiting team fans. Food was very good, but a little pricey. City skyline was a beautiful backdrop.

We have a family member that works for a company that rents a suite for the Twins games. We enjoyed the suite as a really fun event to celebrate with family and watch a game. If you are ever given an invite to a game to watch it in a suite, you must say yes!

On a recent family vacation we had the pleasure to attend two Twins games versus the Yankees. Both games we had great seats on the third base line with a great view of all the action.
Although the score in both games favored the Yankees I believe there was a record broke for most home runs in a series. Making for exciting baseball.
The ballpark itself is situated right downtown Minneapolis which makes it very accessible. Nice open entryway once in the park with the team store nearby.
Food and beverage options are varied and plentiful. One booth that offers gluten free selections, but get there early as amounts and choices are limited.
The weather co-operated on both days. Hot but not overbearing. Scenery from upper deck very nice with a great view of downtown and the Target dog with his wagging tail. Nice effects if the home team hits a home run. Overall great experience.

Last home game if the 2021 season and it was PRINCE night so we got free Twins caps with Prince embroidery. Nice venue and we had seats near the home dugout. Lots of homeruns and an enjoyable game against the Tigers. I enjoyed a polish sausage and roasted peanuts. My wife had fries.

The Target Field is a great place to watch a baseball game. Ample parking, great food, and the fireworks on the weekends at the end of the game are great. For a night or afternoon out with family or friends in the summer it is a great time and well worth the cost of a ticket.

It was my first visit to this stadium. Number of friendly & helpful staffs were standing every corner for smooth access of the spectators. The place was very clean, well-organised with many snack stands. The panel displays & music for the game was properly done. It's truly worth coming!!

I’ve attended a couple concerts at target Field. I have also attended a couple of concerts as well. It is a state of the art facility.

We had so much fun at the Twins game! The stadium is as well designed as any I've seen, although it is open air.

Went to a Tigers vs Twins game. Our seats were great! Sat above the away dugout.
Had our own restrooms and food underneath the stadium.

Great food options. I wish the baseball was better. Be prepared for the long lines. It is worth the wait though.

Great game and food. Fun time until you want to leave. A virtual sea of homeless and beggars await you as you leave the baseball park. Not a good place to be late at night--which is commonplace when watching a sllllooooowwwww paced twins game!

But I don't go there anymore. The incessant noise and constant bombardment of advertising makes what should be a pleasant experience more annoying than anything else. There is a section that is enclosed but it's on an upper level so you're somewhat removed from the action. Why can't there be more quiet time? Do the Twins believe that the product on the field is so boring they feel compelled to provide additional entertainment?

We took a group to see the Twins play this summer at Target Field. Ticket price was great, ball park food concessions were delicious and plentiful! Sitting on the sun, enjoying a bratwurst, beer and time away from real life was awesome (our friends weren't baseball fans - yet had a great time!)... You have to make time for at least one game each season!!!

What a great place to watch a game. Saturday afternoon game. Great seats. Close to food, beverage and restroom. Easy in and out.

I had season tickets so mu says were behind home place lower level. The year before i was in 109 1st base line lower level but seats were under pavillion to combat the heat. I thought sitting behind home plate the net would bother my view but it didnt. The food is actually not had and there is a lot of variety with individual stands and not just concession stand food. The brats and kraut are yummy. The stadium is well kept and clean. Most of the games I went to stands were pretty empty I am sure due to high cost of tickets and the team isnt very good. They need to work on their pricing to attract an audience. They will make up the difference on concessions. Always able to find parking at the stadium or sometimes i rode the train from the MOA.

If you are a baseball fan, do yourself a favor and go to a game at Target Field. I have sat in several different location and can honestly say I have never had a bad seat.

Being from the UK and visiting friends who live here, we were so excited to see our first baseball stadium!
I got some great workout clothes from their shop to take back with me too!
Love it

Target field is an awesome place to spend the day...!!! I took my 90 year old dad to an afternoon game. We had great seats in the last row in a handicap section. Single seats neat the food, beer and restrooms. The view was great as well as the people working our section. We took the Northstar rail from our town and it dropped us off at the stadium. The only downfall of this trip, there are no restrooms by the train, however the train has restrooms, but the doors do not open until just before the train departs... Use the restrooms before you head to the train. The prices were what we expected. Costly but we came prepared.

We ce to 2 games here with friends while we were on a baseball parks tour.
The stadium is awful. It's SO LOUD. We've been to many MLB and AAA parks and so far, this is the worst. It's so loud you can't have a conversation. Food and drink options are terrible. We won't come back.

The field is beautiful. The Twins are playing well. The food is delicious...try the fries...root beer floats...brats. The Friday night fireworks are spectacular.

If you're vister or live make sure you watch the fun baseball. Have nice burger with refreshing beer or soda*

Target Field is home to the Minnesota Twins. A great venue to watch a game, but a bit challenging to get to. I highly recommend paying the money for an Uber/Lyft so you don't have to deal with the traffic and parking. The stadium has security check bags and purses, so leave your big purse/bag with everything in it at home. The stadium also has amazing suites! Air conditioned, small kitchen, seats inside and outside. An amazing selection of food, wine, beer, and of course, popcorn! Great staff service the suite to keep the food a plenty and clean. No matter what seat you choose, they are all great for cheering on the Minnesota Twins!

Since my husband and I aren’t baseball fans, it’s kind of interesting that we’ve been to the field twice to watch the MN Twins play. It’s a beautiful facility, best that our tax payer dollars could buy. Me, bitter? Eh, I’m over it by now. Those of us that are into engineering and architecture can still find something to admire, even if it isn’t baseball or a return on investment. One neat spot we found in the ballpark was a beer vendor that sold all taps by the size, not priced by the type of beer (macro-, micro- or craft brewed). As beer snobs, it gave us great pleasure to enjoy our favorite craft beverages without being penalized for our choice; thank you!
We made a small tour of the lower level and checked out a number of sight-lines. Really, there are a lot of great seats! We hung out in left field and enjoyed the hit parade from the Bomba Squad. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the fan experience immensely.

Fun ball park with all the usual suspects, lots of good beer selections to choose from and good food.

Was a little strange how we were not Charged our $6 beers for the 612 special before the game?? Got credit card and we’re all $12 or more???

What a shame. What used to be a great place to grab a game has become another bastion of slow service, overpriced food and employees that simply don’t care at all. If you want to wait in line for food and have employees that know nothing about the park and don’t care, Target Field is your place. Oh, the Twins are playing pretty well.

Target Field is an excellent venue for stadium concert tours. We attended the Stadium Tour with Steve Miller Band, Journey and Def Leppard- it was an awesome 5-hours rock N’ roll experience for over 35,000 people of all ages. We had excellent seats behind the dugout. We also came to a similar tour in 2016 and had the nose bleed section then. I think all the seats are good for large concerts.

Very friendly place to see a game, clean looking, comfortable, vibrant atmosphere, very comfortable seats

Our tour guide Joel was very experienced with the Twins & an expert of Twin info. We got to meet hall of famer Tony Oliva ?? Great experience!!!

First time visit as I work to burn down my bucket list of ballpark visits, just 4 more to go. Anyways the ballpark is beautiful, clean, spacious walkways and a good assortment of concessions. But it is a ballpark so bring your wallet, nothing cheap here but in keeping w ballpark prices elsewhere. Friendly staff, ushers who actually wipe down your seats before you sit down. Tickets prices also very affordable. Good empty time when game ended too. Nice venue.

Easy in, easy out, never have had a long line for the restrooms, great view from every area I have been in, great food choices. Really love everything about this ball park.

We are huge Prince fans and attended the Prince Theme Night at this ballpark and all I can saw is wow! We were able to get hats with our ticket purchase and the first 10,000 of us received special Prince baseball jerseys. The park lights were purple and they played Prince music throughout the night and for the post game fireworks, very special.
Outside of the Prince theme, this is a gorgeous baseball field. There are great city views from almost every seat and the park's modern design is really nice. The workers and fans alike were very friendly and helpful it was a fantastic experience.

We attended a Sunday afternoon game and found parking to be pretty easy because we went early and had already reserved a spot in Ramp A using a parking app. It was a short walk through some covered walkways and there we were right at an entrance. There were a lot of kid activities happening, so our kids were super thrilled! The concourses were easy to traverse, even when it got crowded, and I was impressed with the variety of food options here. All the lines we waited in moved swiftly. All concessions staff were helpful and professional. I randomly found a concession on the 200 level and found it was super quick to order on the computer kiosk, and it offered value pricing. Pretzel, cheese, fountain drink, and popcorn all for $10. We were in from out of town, so it was fun to see another MLB stadium. The stadium is beautiful and clean and easy to navigate!

The park is clean and easy to get around. Great seats no matter where you sit. GET A BUCKET OF MINI DONUTS! Hubby and I are going to 4 different parks this week for vacay and we can’t quit talking about the mini donuts at Target Field. We got a bag and immediately wished we’d splurged for the bucket. We’ve looked for them at every park since and sadly no one else has them. Can’t wait to go back to Target Field.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was a "top ten Minnesota weather day" which is always amazing. The crowd was excited to be there. My husband grew up watching the Twins with his grandpa and converted me to the Twins and our kids have grown up watching the Twins. Target Field lived up to it's reputation!! Great night out!

The tour guides on this tour were great providing much historical detail about the Twins and the Target Field Ball Park itself. Park has the best collection of baseball memorabilia I have seen in a any ballpark and the guides also provided a lot of detail on baseball in the Twin Cities area over the years. Tour includes sitting in the dugout with their heated seats which was great as it was a cool day. Tour includes the big private suites and all parts of the park including the Visitors locker room. Best ballpark tour we were ever on and have been to many over the years. Highly recommend this tour.

Great fun for all ages. We had young children through seniors. There were fireworks following the game. There is even delicious ice cream in plastic baseball hats.

It was the Twins last regular season game and it was fan appreciation. There lots of kids and giveaways. Even got a special gift cause it was my birthday.

This was a great stadium to watch a baseball game. The area surrounding the statement is fantastic, with a lot of dining and bar options. The stadium itself is fantastic; even if not going inside the gates, it's easy to get involved in the atmosphere of an ongoing game, with an open plaza outside of the outfield gates.
There were a lot of dining and drinking options within the stadium itself. The stadium is well-kept, and was a pleasure and comfortable place to watch a game.

...only they did.
Yep.
Yes, there was a rain delay and yes, we had 300 level, last-minute seats.
Only the Twins were so fun to watch.
And.
We were there on Margaritaville Night.
And we parked close enough by for not that much money.
And we liked the food options (a cheddar sausage for her and a chicken burrito bowl for me).
And local brews.
And fireworks.
So.

Enjoy a Twins game in this state-of-the-art stadium. Great views from all seats. Lots of food and beverage choices.

We go to quite a few games each year and just love Target Field. We have visited a lot of other stadiums but none that I have been to have compared to what we have right here in Minneapolis.
Some things I love: Food (great brats, Tony O's Cuban sandwich, Loaded Nachos, Pizza Luce and Turkey To Go are my favorites. Drinks: If you love craft beer (as I do) there are lots of places to grab a cold one. My personal favorite is right inside Gate 34. Fun stuff: Sundays are kids day and they have a TON of fun things for the kids. This year right inside gate 34 they have rotating local vendors selling merchandise and food. The vendors change every home stand and it is fun meeting the people behind these local establishments. We have purchased several items both for ourself and gifts. The section in center field (called Catch) is all inclusive so your beer, wine and food are included in your ticket. Great vantage point too. If you haven't been to a game here and like baseball you definitely need to check it out...you never know who you might run into!!

Not a bad view here!! This time we were in section 107, 21st row up very good seats! It was a warm night with lots of people! Everyone that works at the stadium is so helpful and very friendly! We had Murray's smoked sliced beef with homemade seasoned chips, the Cuban, cheese curds, and mini donuts! I recommend all of them!! Always very good food! Our family gets the souvenir cups with free refills which averages about $7 per glass we feel it's a good deal!! Something I learned is you can bring in water bottles and snacks! No backpacks though!! We had an amazing time!! If you want food before the game get it right away and come early, it gets crazy!! Also, leaving gets crazy when you leave at the end. All in all we love coming here at least once a year!

Great evening with a Friday night fireworks show. Good site lines and a stand for the budget aware patron. Tiny baseball park with a max seating of 39,500 plus capacity. Still fun and the staff is very well trained and friendly.

We have been to Target Field many times. I know they say that there are no bad seats..yes, there are. If you sit up in the outfield and higher up all the players look like little ants running around. There is a great variety of food, but too expensive to buy. There is no way an average family could afford to go.

I went to a Twins game this past weekend on both Saturday and Sunday! The Saturday event was very cool because Joe Mauer's number got retired! The ceremony was amazing! Target Field is quite an amazing place! I was a little disappointed on my food and drink options in those two days! These are the places I would tell you to stay away from! We went to Hrbek's bar twice to get a couple different fancy margaritas! It could have just been the bartender, but both of my Margaritas tasted about the same and we're not very good! We went to the Murray's smoked beef portable stand. It was kind of plain! Just a bun and some shaved beef on it! For $15 it wasn't worth it in my opinion! The next day I went to Barrio and got a Barbacoa Rice Bowl! That was no big deal either! It probably would have been better if I would have spent more money to add some sour cream and guacamole! We also tried the Tony O's Cuban sandwich! That wasn't that great either! The best thing I had in those two days was the Izzy's hand scooped ice cream! I got the blueberry cheesecake and it was delicious! The second day we took the light rail down to the Twins stadium! That worked out slick and was only $6.50 for a round trip ticket!

This was an opportunity to watch my husband's favorite team play. No hassle with security and the staff was helpful and friendly helping us find our seats. The food was good but a bit pricey. Can become a costly outing with kids. But the field is beautiful and most of the seats have excellent view of the field. Definitely worth going to game here.

It was good I went for the twins game but this was like in 2017 cause that wasn’t an option but I have great memory so I remember that I got a Dr Pepper and when I first sat down they didn’t clean the seat and I sat in ketchup so that sucked but everything else was good.

Beautiful weather (Sept. long weekend), fun activities to watch on the screen, super family-friendly place to be. Down side - food expensive as expected; parking - if at all possible, arrive SUPER early, or take an Uber - we missed 3 homeruns driving around looking for parking. Also, DON'T TAKE A BACKPACK - or water bottles. One day you're checked, next day you're not. Just take a small purse and a see-through bag so you won't have a big hassle. Rules were slack Friday, but Saturday they were very strict about what you could and couldn't take in.

We have visited the park numerous times and never is there any disappointment. Seriously the most amazing sports complex in the world. So fun!!!

I took a tour with a group of engineers to see Target Field and learn about its LEED practices. It is a very neat place and has a lot of innovative environmental practices. It would be great to see other facilities and municipalities implement more environmentally friendly practices. As a bonus, we even got to sit in the home team's dugout.

We came to Target Field to watch the Twin City Summerfest featuring The Killers, Flaming Lips and Death Cab for Cutie. Great line up. Target Field is an excellent baseball venue but watching a concert here was not overly enjoyable despite the terrific performance by the bands on the stage. We had a relatively good seat down in front of the stage but as there is no natural slope, it's easy to stare at the back of other heads unless you are over 6 feet tall. I couldn't imagine being in the stands for the show as it is a mile away from the stage.

Was a great trip in the beginning of baseball season. We arrived a bit after the game started so security took a bit of time but otherwise was pretty good! The arena is nice and bathrooms okay.

I have been to many ballparks, old and new. Target Field is one of the best. The food is great, the seats are good, the views are awesome. Go and enjoy the game!

If you can only make it to one game all season with the whole family, go club. Shorter lines, better seats, and air-conditioned areas to cool the kids off throughout the day.
Everything was clean and well-staffed. The kids each got a little TC Bear for their promotion, and got to run the bases on the field after the game.

This stadium has got to be one of the best in all of baseball. It has an open feel and the views are always good. There is also a great selection of traditional MN foods.

Visiting the area for a Vikings game and we bought tickets on last minute for the experience of seeing a game. Doesn’t matter were you sit, the views are fantastic. Very good atmosphere and great facilities. Drinks and food very expensive though. 13 dollars for a beer! Security was tight but very thorough and the staff were amazing considering the amount of people they had to attend to.

NO RE-ENTRY??? BOGUS, SPECIALLY with children. Takes my drive out of going again for sure. We like to confer and go at Will. Specially when paying.

Cool, excellent ballpark tour from Mr. Bob. We got to see many areas of the park that would otherwise be off limits to fans, including the...

Like almost everything in a venue like this everything was expensive. $8 for an ice cream and $10 a beer.
The stadium was nice and clean. We got great seats for a cheap price. No balls flew our way but we were able to see the Twins hit a grand slam shortly followed by one from the Yankees.

Beautiful stadium, friendly and helpful staff, easy to get to.
Easy to find your way around and the tram station is right outside.
Security checks were easy but done correctly.

Great park, lots to do and food everywhere. My family visited from out of town and felt extremely safe. Getting picked up by Lyft was difficult as the street signs and locations are not well marked. Next time will walk down the road a bit.

The field layout itself is decent. That is nice. That is the very end of anything positive.
The atmosphere is dull. The parking and transition in and out of the stadium is a mess and pain in the neck. The service from employees is nonexistent or uncaring. The people are unfriendly and unpleasant. The food is gross and old. There are much better, much more fun, and much friendlier stadiums if you can go elsewhere.

At my local minor league team I feel valued and welcomed, but you don't really get the same experience at MLB games, and this was no exception. Food and drink prices were astronomical - I'd never even consider buying anything to eat or drink at this stadium and I just had to laugh when I saw what they were charging. Totally unrealistic prices (although I guess I'm in the minority as everyone else spent most of the game filling their faces). Our seats, which hadn't been marked online as restricted view, had a railing in front which entirely obscured home plate and the third base line - fortunately we were able to move to some spare seats behind, but if we'd been forced to sit in the seats we'd bought, we would barely have seen a thing. During the game I tweeted the club a quick question about some cool merch I'd seen, but never received a reply, so went home empty-handed. I'll stick with minor league.

While I still think any stadium in Minnesota should have the option of a roof, this is a fantastic ballpark for outdoor baseball. It is clean, pretty, and fun. I wish the seats were about an inch bigger though, it was a tight fit, which was embarrassing.
Kramarczuk polish sausage with grilled onions and sauerkraut was delicious. My coworker got Holyland and it was cold!
If you have the opportunity, go, but know that if you are larger the seats might be uncomfortable.

Excellent food, drink and entertainment watching baseball. Parking is easily accessible, traffic was minimal getting downtown.

Experienced Target Field for the first time and it was for a football game. Imagine that. I want to commend the employees for their friendly and helpful handling of the 35,000 Bison fans. Lots of food and beverage options throughout the stadium. Viewing from may locations we're fantastic. Awesome day.

Easy in, easy out, lots of great food and beverage choices and as a woman I have not had to stand in line once to use the restroom!

We were at the ballpark in early August. It was hot, humid, and the game day activities, including inductions into the Hall of Fame, were delayed for about 2 hours due to rain. There was still lots to do at the stadium from the Bat and Barrel restaurant to games and local vendors in a section off the main entrance, we stayed entertained until the game started.
From a viewing standpoint, there are no bad seats in this ballpark.

First time at Target field and I was far from disappointed. We scalped two seats for $10 each in section 239 in right field and they were very good for the price we paid. Tons of food options on the main concourse, we loved the Holy Land chicken shwarma with hummus. Not the typical baseball fare but it was really, really good. $10 craft beer cans that were 20 oz. was not the worst thing in the world either.

We were in town for business and decided to go to a baseball game! What a blast! Target Field is a great ball park with a ton of food choices!
They have a great Jumbotron so you can see all the action up close and personal, they do a 50/50 raffle at the games and donate 50% to various charities and then the winner gets the rest!
Very fun afternoon! Play ball!!!

This stadium is great. We had a wonderful time. Seating is quite comfortable. There’s about any kind of food you could want. Lots of souvenir spots. We stayed at Marriott and walked. Perfect distance and we were able to just drive out no problem.

I am local who does not like baseball, but I even found an OK place to visit. It is a tidy stadium with good food. If you are bored with the game you can always walk around and sample the tasty local restaurants that have outlets in the stadium. The grass field is gorgeous. I had the opportunity to see it up close as I toured with the marching band for the evening.

Great venue for a ball game! Husband loves the option of bleacher seats. Only complaint is the price for food and drinks, but as the Husband says, "It's Major League prices!" Would go here again.

We have been to about half of the Major League ball parks across the country but have never had more fun than we had at Target Field. Very nice park. No ballpark can compare to Wrigley Fjield or Fenway Park but the atmosphere at Target Field was second to none. Everybody we talked to was friendly. Not just patrons but all the park employees were truely friendly and seemed like they really enjoyed being there. We even got to meet and take pictures with the organist. Sue I believe her name was and she was as nice as nice can be. Oh and the Twins won that night as well. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful park. It was my 18th park I’ve visited and easily in my top 3-4. If visiting, stay near it in the north loop area.

Attended the Def Leppard/Journey concert in July. Sat outside Delta 360 Club, last row.
Acoustics were terrible! Had to leave halfway through Journey. Have seen both bands at Excel and know they are both incredible but the acoustics at Target Field did them no favors! Would go back to the Field for a game as the stadium is great for that but never again for a concert!

I try to check out one new ballpark a year: no matter where I've traveled, Target Field is still my favorite. There is not a bad seat in the house, and you can see the field from almost anywhere in park that isn't a bathroom or elevator. Every year they have new food to try, and every year I skip it to stick with Kamarczuk's Sausages, cheese curds, peanuts, and a couple of beers.
For being only 8 years old, there is history all over the park. The retired numbers down the left field line; the men who manned first and third base in the respective lounges; the statues outside the park of Killebrew, Puckett, Olivia, Hrbek, Carew, and Tom Kelly; the Twins Hall of Fame out on the plaza; the giant Gold Glove... there's things to do and see everywhere. And TC Bear is accessible during the entire 3rd inning in left field.

We took the pregame tour of the stadium and enjoyed what we learned and John our guide was excellent - friendly and informative. Passionate about his position and time with the Twins. Target Field is impressive and practices many impressive environmental/sustainability habits. Staff during came we’re as warm & friendly as well as most fans.

This is the 24th MLB park we’ve visited, and we were not disappointed. Beautiful, clean park. Plenty of food options. We enjoyed the offerings at the Gate 34 Experience. Walking distance from plenty of hotels and restaurants.

Easy access with the light Rail system from the MOA. It took roughly 30 minutes. Plenty of food to choose from(usual fare) at crazy high prices. We sat in sec 106, row 3 and it was a perfect view and easy access to food/restrooms.

Parking was a nightmare, but otherwise it is a beautiful stadium. I am impressed with the amount of healthy food choices.

If you like sports you'll love it. If you don't you will still really enjoy it. Beer, hotdogs, shouting encouragement, why wouldn't you go..

We took our twins to see the Twins! Great place to see a game. We used the skyway from our hotel to get to Target Field. Easy! The hotdogs were delicious. Great fans and family atmosphere.

For the past few years, I've gone to Target Field for a company event. The company I work for hosts it over two days typically, with one day of setup. The staff at Target Field have been very helpful with setup, teardown, and coordination of the event. (That's been a huge help. Thank you!)
The facility itself is awesome. It's decorated nicely. It's CLEAN as can be. It's a comfortable place to enjoy the game with co-workers, friends and family. Plus, there are always a number of good restaurants and bars to choose from.
What's also both cool and a bit of a hassle is the location. Target Field is nearly downtown, surrounded by roads that can be a little sketchy at times during the winter months in bad traffic. Congestion can be just terrible down there, so depending on when a game is, you'll have to plan for an extended commute to, from or away from the field.
(I really don't like traffic.)
But, the upside to that is it's downtown so there is plenty around before and after the game. Public transit runs right by the field, and there is on-site parking. All good things that try to make up for the sometimes awful congestion. But, it's the price you pay -- and more often than not it's worth it.

Nice place. Parking is easy, close by, and just $15.
There is a good variety of food at this venue. Some of the stalls were credit card quick serve only.
Also several places other than your assigned seats to watch the game, drink, or eat.

Not really a baseball fan but my hubby is !! But I enjoyed the twins whoop those Texas rangers twice , it was almost rained out Friday night but the show went on and what a show it was . They even have vegan dogs and burgers now, really tasty

There was so much to see and especially to eat! The view in the park was very nice. You get a good view of the city. The food was amazing! The burgers at Red Cow, the Chicken sandwich on the first level, and the famous bratwurst in the outfield are all good choices.

I’ve been here for baseball games & concerts. Both are enjoyable. Went to a Twins game this week. It was raining but we sat in “Bat & Barrel” & stayed dry the whole time. Never felt pressured to love by staff or to keep ordering to “keep” our seats. Had a great time & our bill wasn’t ridiculously high like it can be when drinking beer at an event like this. Split a burger, an app & had a handful of beers & it was under $50.

Best stadium in the US best sight lines best food best of everything . Been to a few others but I’m really partial to this one.

A stop on our Segway Tour. It is a nice ballpark to visit. Lots of photo ops for the taking. Great for kids as well.
You can take either green or blue metro line to get there.

Holy cow, how can anyone afford a night out to a Twins ballgame? My husband and I had burger/fries, quesadilla and 2 drinks and it was $60. And the beer was warm besides! I expect things to be spendy but come on....professional sports outings are getting way out of hand.

Very nice experience to see a baseball match. More interesting than expected. Even more with the Yankees playing, a team I only saw in the movies until now. But of course we supported the Twins, the local team. Beers and food far more expensive than tickets.

Plenty of parking, lots of activities to keep adults and kids interested between innings. So many food and drink choices and nice souvenir stores. Staff is all very friendly and helpful. A really nice day at the park and then plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding neighborhoods for before or after. Easy to get to by car or transit.

Overall, it’s a baseball stadium, but it’s really nicely done. The graphics on their scoreboards were awesome. Plenty of food, choices, restroom options, and good seats.

Great stadium but the product on the field should be better! Having great seats makes it a whole different experience!!!

Our tour Guide was nice and polite but he just rambled on about stats on various players. The tour took too long walking through all the various levels of lounges. You could see that the group was so happy to get outside by the field.

The fan experience, views of the field, and food options are second to none. The ballpark is easily accessible via the blue line lite rail and there is plenty to do before and after the game, including a stunning fireworks show after one of the games we attended. Target Field was built for baseball and it shows!

Love to visit ballparks. Target Field is very nice, especially the statues of Twins greats that circle the park. Nice, but not quite to the level of PNC, Camden Yards, Coors Field, or Oracle Park.

We went there for a concert and it was a blast. We were on the field and had a great view of the bands. Everyone there was very friendly and it was a nice walk through the city on our way back to the hotel.

Beautiful, comfortable ball park that’s easy to access and it’s hard to find a bad seat in the place. Food and drink is a pretty standard price for a sports venue too.

I've been on many stadium tours, and this was one of the best. The stadium itself has some very nice areas to tour that many other stadiums don't have.

Have attended multiple events, not really a bad seat anywhere. Just depends how close you want to be to whatever the event is. Food can be a bit pricey, but there are so many options and it all is wonderful.

Great food, amazing views from anywhere in the stadium. You can just get a cheap ticket and walk around. There is even a full bar in left field where you can watch the game. So fun!!! Try the mini donuts to the right at the main gate they are worth the wait! Enjoy

We came for a Twins game, there is so much going on which is great. Many gift shops and places to grab a bite to eat. The quick order was quite the cluster, not really a great system to pick food up.

Target field is amazing!! Very expensive food but such a fun experience! Be careful though for all those foul balls. They were flying all over the place tonight!! Great evening as a family.

Saw the Twins v Tigers
What a spectacular place. Excellent seats, great atmosphere, food, and a great crowd

Great seats and accommodations in the facility with convenient motels nearby. Be sure to get there early for concerts as entry will take at least 20-30 minutes, use the bike Taxi to get as close as possible to the gates. Nicer newer facility. Love that it is downtown.

I’ve been to Twins games several times at Target Field and it is always a great time! The stadium is large but manageable to get around. There are a lot of great food options from local restaurants. Epic city views from within. Give it a shot even if you don’t stay the whole game!

I was in town and figured I would have to take the tour. Since it is the off season there was ample time without the hassle of a crowd to take in the sights. The behind the scenes stops along the tour, including the visitors' locker room, gave a little insight into what it's like to be part of the action. The tour guide was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, adding several Easter eggs along the tour.

Probably echoing everyone else but here goes. The stadium is nice, there probably isn't a bad seat, the Internet is good and there are plenty of concession stands to get food and drink. However the food and drinks are horribly overpriced, still think you could make more by lowering the price and people would buy more. $5 for a bottle of water is a bit ridiculous. Also if you can avoid it don't bring a big bag or purse, they check those carefully which is a good idea but the lines can be long and slow.

Awesome place will definitely try to make it back soon had a great trip with family had a great time great staff and people working here also

We went to a baseball game for the first time on Sept. 29. We now know we are not baseball people. The people that were there were great and very friendly. It was very cold this night and it was not enjoyable for us.

Haven't been to that many, but Target Field is NICE. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. Caught Lyft to game, dropped me right at main entrance. Same on the way back.Got inside and to my seat quickly. Seats are a little small in Section 133. Stadium itself if beautiful inside and out. Bathrooms were clean with several stalls. Are outside stadium is super nice also. Would visit again.

Visit to my 17th ballpark. The views from section 223 are awesome. I don't think there's a bad view in the park, but this park seemed to have a better view of downtown than other parks trying to have this view.

I absolutely love baseball and hope to visit every Major League Park (24 and counting). We went to a Sunday day game with our twin toddlers and had a great time. Our daughters aren't at an age yet where they are going to watch 9 solid innings, despite how much I try. The stadium was really nice, the people were friendly, and the game was exciting. There was an area on the first level, near right field, that had a bunch of games tailored towards young kids. I thought this was the best "play area" in the park, but I do wish there was a bit more for young kids at Target Field. The area upstairs was a bit small and overcrowded when we stopped by. The food options were solid and there are great views throughout the park. It's easy to get to, especially if you're staying downtown like we did.

We frequent stadiums across the country and Target Field is top notch. Gorgeous clean stadium and a warm friendly atmosphere!

The facility is very very nice. Huge variety of food to eat. Easy to find your way around. Great service in the seats and out of the seats.
The location is easy to get to by car.
Never felt unsafe wandering around the surrounding area.
Seems to be in the middle of a lot of night life.

Went to a recent Twins game and Target Field is so beautiful. The team is so so but the ball park is stunning. Also been there for concerts in the past and it’s perfect.

On vacation, we decided to squeeze in a baseball game. Great fun, and the Twins did not disappoint, they won. Nice stadium, great views all around. Parking however was a challenge. We reserved for indoor parking, but the area surrounding the park gets so backed up. Consider parking in one of the outside lots in the area and walking, would have been faster.

Target Field was MLB ballpark #29 out of 30 I have been to since my bucket list item began in 2002. I was very impressed by Target Field. It would definitely be in the top 10 of ballparks I have visited. The ONLY bad thing was how the Twins treated us as they beat the Yankees in the two games we saw.

There aren't too many bad things to say about Target Field. It is a great place to watch baseball for both Twins and visiting team fans alike. The Twins obviously but a lot of effort in providing a pleasant game day experience and the clean, fan-friendly facility still feels like new. The food concession options are typical for a sports venue and a little expensive, which is expected. The ballpark is easy to get to, even for out-of-town fans who have never been near the downtown. I would recommend a trip to Minneapolis on every diehard baseball's fan's bucket list.

I was in town for only a few days, however I was able to get some Twins tickets. It is convenient from St. Paul thru the light rail--there are many stops, however. The last stop of even the second from last will still get you close enough to walk to the stadium. What I really noticed is that there are many, many food options--had the cubano grilled sandwiches and they were pretty good. Twins played pretty good so the home run fireworks were quite active. It doesn't take that long to get to your seats, even on the upper levels. Would like to go back in the future.

We attended a baseball game in August 2018. We rode the light rail. It was great and stops right at the stadium. When the game was over there were clear signsasto where to go and which light rail to get on. It made it super easy to get on the right train. The staff at the ballpark was super friendly and helpful. We just had a blast.

Target Field is a great place to watch a ballgame and kick back with friends. There are also some great places to eat and take in the atmosphere. The place feels more upscale and inviting than the US Bank stadium.

Growing up in NYC, I was a Yankees fanatic (I still am), but also a baseball fan no matter who's playing. When I moved to the Twin Cities more than 30 years ago, it was my 4th American League city to live in, which was great for me as the Yanks would make at least one, sometimes more appearances each season. I have also lived in Chicago and Oakland.
While I grew up visiting the original 1923 version of Yankee Stadium countless times as a kid, I have also been to plenty of games at the refurbished original stadium, and have been once to the new Yankee Stadium which opened in 2007. Let's just say that I love Yankee Stadium for the history and memories, and always it will be my favorite ballpark. Often for reasons other than the game itself.
Let me also be blunt and say that I absolutely hated the Metrodome, the Twins indoor home from the time I moved here in 1983 until Target Field was built. I detest indoor baseball anywhere as it removes so much from the enjoyment of baseball from the fan perspective. But the Metrodome was awful multiplied exponentially as it was baseball being played in a stadium designed for football. Enough said about that.
To be totally honest and direct as I usually am, Target Field is a gem of a ballpark. There isn't a bad seat to be had, the sight lines are fabulous, and the entire ambiance of the facility is top-notch. With rare exception the last few years, the Twins have fielded such a mediocre team that tickets are easy to come by, so there is little reason to pay top dollar in advance. I go to Stubhub whenever I want to go, even if the Yankees are in town, and I can generally get a great front of the upper deck seat for somewhere between $9 and $14. It's that inexpensive. And since I enjoy baseball from any location as long as I'm inside the stadium, I don't overpay for overpriced tickets. The Twins just aren't worth. Maybe/hopefully this will change sooner rather than longer, but for the time being I'm satisfied with watching good visiting teams at affordable prices.
The two issues that I do have with Target Field are, and they are both Twins ownership issues, not with the facility itself are:
1/the food options are average at best, and I have enjoyed a lot better in terms of variety and quality in New York, San Francisco, and yes, even Oakland.
2/the food and beverage prices are INSANE. In fact, they are so out-of-line that there is no way that a family attending a game can afford tickets, parking, and food in any quantity. I rarely buy anything other than a beverage these days. No soda is worth $8.50 for the standard size, and no, I don't care that I get to keep the cup. And $12+ for a beer, or $14-18 for a burger and fries is outrageous. No thanks. I'll eat at home, or before or after the game at a restaurant where the food is a lot better.
As for the baseball quality.....c'mon Twins management/owners, you've now proven that if you build it they will NOT come indefinitely if the team, pardon me, sucks. It's long past time to put a competitive team on the field so that we can at least enjoy a season with some hope for the future. I would like to root for the Twins, but you make it nearly impossible to do so.
Of course, I'll admit that I'm a Yankees fan first and foremost and always will be, but when baseball fanatics like me are rarely attending games, you have a major problem.

Love this ballpark! Came for a Cubs game - tickets were so much cheaper than Wrigley and they were in section 118 on the aisle. Everyone was super nice, even though it seemed like there were more Cubs fans than Twins. Night game so didn’t have to deal with the sun shining adding to the heat.
Food was good - have to have a brat. Beer selection was a lot of IPAs, but good!
So easy to get to with the skywalk from our hotel. It leads right thru Target Center to Target Field. So convenient and cool!

Arguably one of the best ballfields in American Baseball. Beautiful, too.
There are plenty of bathrooms for women, the concourses are wide, and there are food stalls or counters about every 30 feet. The sight lines are great and the seats feel close to the players.

One of my top 10. I have visited 25 of the 30 parks. The food is pretty good. Sight lines are excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Always fun when the Twins are in town! You can find any kind of food here! It is pricey, however! But it is always worth the experience, at least once a year!

There is not a bad seat in this stadium. Easy to get to via public transportation (light train) for it located in the middle of the city. Wat can I say: The stadium is he home of the Twins!

Very bad food at Truly on Deck. Do NOT order the short ribs, they are awful. Two tiny cubes of meat served kebab style with raw vegetables. Cheese bread sits in a pool of oil. The fingerling potatoes on the menue were raw red potatoes. Sent them back and 20 minutes later got more raw potatoes.Murrays sandwich was better. But Andrew Zimmern's chicken was overcooked and tough. Service friendly but slow, no drink refils.

I went here for a game on a Saturday. Parking was easy. The stadium is very nice. Great sight lines. The food choices are great. The fried chicken place was very good. Such an enjoyable day.

This is a great place to watch a baseball game. There is a great public transit with the light rail system that can take you right to the ballpark. The stadium that the Twins play in is family friendly, clean & modern with a great feeling inside it.

Caught a Twins game while visiting the area. Actually stayed out in Bloomington and took the light rail in. Great option and drops you right off at the stadium. Besides great baseball, there is a ton to see and do while at Target Field. Eat the delicious food, fresh made doughnuts were my favorite, and take in the gorgeous city sky line. Not a bad seat in the house.

We all enjoyed the evening out at the ball park.
Free Twins Star Wars T-shirt....storm troopers, Darth Vadar, Chewy and other characters were there. Twins won so it was a perfect night!

Saw a Twins- A’s game. I really like the intimate setting. Good variety of food. Also very good fireworks display after the game.

I do t know where to start, but if in Minnie, a Twins game is a must, even if you don’t like Bball!!!
Find the Bloody Mary bar (it’s worth it) and snack on all the different treats available. Oh, and watch some ball too inbetween!

While visiting MN we took in a Twins game and found the stadium to be really clean and friendly. Parking is conveniently located in decks right outside the stadium for easy access. Only negative was that the food, though good, kind of lacked imagination. Usual park food, although the Murray's (?) beef sandwich was very good and different (but pricey, too).

Target Field home of the Minnesota Twins is a nice ballpark and should be on your list to visit. From the nostalgic “Twin Cities” sign in center field to the construction features, the is a must to visit in your stadium tour.

I recently attended a Twins vs KC game. The fans were nice. The game was ok. But this is no Wrigley Field!
The best word I can use for the feel of Target Field is: cramped.
Simply put, the field is built UP instead of OUT (undoubtedly because of its location), but the result is a latent feeling of slight claustrophobia. And in the cramped quarters there’s not a bit of a chance that you ever get a breeze in the place.
So...you sit elbow-to-elbow and roast. Now the positives: the beer was good and cold, the cheeseburger basket was fresh and tasty, the field is served by light rail...that’s about all I can think of that’s positive.
So...if you love baseball and can’t move to Chicago, I guess you’re stuck. May I suggest either football or hockey as alternatives?
OH! One more thing: the cheap artificial turf forming a sort of batter’s eye is terrible looking. May I suggest getting in touch with the landscaping team at Wrigley to request some authentic ivy cuttings to rectify this artificial solution?
PS The homerun fireworks were puny.

What a great time! I enjoyed the win and atmosphere. Everything was excellent. Beer, food and Target Field!

You must go, even if you’re not a Twins fan! Look up the Bloody Mary online. Yum! And u can get a free First Visit certificate, how fun.

Lots of parking easy to pull out of parking garage and right on the freeway. Plenty of food options, nothing really unique. Be sure and bring sunscreen. Overall nice park not top tier but nice

Everything was excellent! My 90 year old dad had a wheelchair rather than walking long distances. We were able to store the chair near our seats without any problems. The staff there was very helpful. I highly recommend anyone to attend a Twins game there!

Its a nice ballpark, very friendly plenty of food and drink. enjoy the game..very cozy seating. very affordable as baseball stadiums go. many bars and restaurants near by

So many options for food, beer and so many options!!! Everyone is kind and most of the staff has been there for years and years! So much fun!
They need to work on their on-screen entertainment for those of us who are not baseball junkies. Replays, fun games, insights, etc help the game go faster instead of just seeing who’s at bat with stats and a kiss camera activity here and there.
Chocolate covered bananas were delicious!

Take to a ball game my good friend said visiting from Pennsylvania who LOVES Camden Yards.
He loved Target Field! We enjoyed the Twins beating the Yankees and winning the series!
If you are from out of town during baseball season I invite you to enjoy not only Twins Baseball, but an attractive ball park experience.

A great park right downtown, with truly good food from local restaurants. Fun to walk around a bit - good field views all around.

Minneapolis has so many great venues downtown including Target Field. Walk to it outside on a great day or use Skyway system if it’s cool or raining. So many great food and drink choices, don’t settle for the usual choices. Great view from any ticket you buy for a baseball game!

Talk about triple treat- Roosevelt teddies- target field - Minnesota twins. Twelve innings of EXCITEMENT

Pricing for Twins games gets dramatically cheaper as you go into the upper decks (big surprise). However - the 300 level (top deck) usually has lots of seats AND has a great view of the game - you can see all the action looking down from above - much better than sitting beyond the outfield fences.
You still get access to all levels and restaurants, and the beers vendors sell local craft brews - although selection varies from vendor to vendor - you may have to do a walk-around to find your favourite !
Save money, sit up higher and enjoy the great facility !
There is parking on the street and downtown ramps - but it is expensive. Take the train if that's an option....

Loved Target Field! Beautiful, modern facility with friendly staff, good food & great baseball.
Go see a game there if you get the chance!

We took in a Twins game at Target Field and it couldn't have been a more perfect night. Great weather, of course, helped--it was just a perfect night for baseball! The stadium itself is very nice, and I was duly impressed with all the exhibits honoring former Twins throughout, even in the restrooms! Speaking of restrooms, there is my one complaint--the game is not heard while one is in the restroom, unlike the way many other teams do it. The ushers were friendly and most helpful. There are plenty of photo opportunities. Parking was a breeze, connected by one of the famous skyways a few blocks away. Food was OK, but nothing to brag about.

Truly one of the best stadiums in the US. Easy access from streets and parking garages. Just downtown so access to restaurants and hotels. Not a bad seat in the house! Great seats. Food is good (yes its a bit expensive) but some local dishes as well. Go root on the Twins!

Fun afternoon even though the Twins list. A late attempt at a rally but to no avail.
Parking was a bit trying even though we were there over an hour early. Got a lot a few blocks away before it filled up. Hot day but still fun!!!

This is a great stadium to go check out. Even the outside of it had some historical banners and photos of famous players. The best part is in the summer (Not sure about the winter) the city has scooters you can download an app and use to get around. There were some at Target field and you could take them everywhere.

If you’re a baseball fan, this is definitely for you!! If traveling with friends and not necessarily into sports, this could still be something for you. The actual game was a blast, and what a spectacular, spare no expense stadium! I really could have done without the massive crowds, 2 rainstorms, games delays, crappy, expensive food - but I guess that’s all part of the experience and expected. I’d still recommend a ballgame, even though this isn’t really my jam. Plus, it’s fun for people watching.
I’d also recommend buying your parking in advance (unless you arrive early enough to find a decent spot). And note to self: the store (team shirts, caps, and other memorabilia) is closed prior to gates opening (this I couldn’t understand???). Then be prepared to wait in a massive line once the stadium is open if you do want to shop. You’ll find kiosks of memorabilia throughout the stadium, but selected is limited.

The only plus is it’s better than the Dome. (The reason I gave it two stars) However the diamond in The Sandlot tops the Dome so it’s not saying much. It feels as if they squeezed a Major League Baseball stadium into a tiny spot so they could stay downtown Minneapolis. The parking completely sucks and offers no tailgating experience that lots around the Dome did. It’s cavernous as the pitchers warming up in the bullpens seem like cars driving on a road that you’d view from a plane. The tickets are way overpriced compared to other and better stadiums in baseball (see Camden Yards). The food is relatively the same price but their “speciality” items they keep thinking up to coax you into coming to the stadium are absolutely not worth it. The atmosphere is sterile and the energy, well there was none to write about. Between innings during one game was some obscure local rock band playing songs that no one knew. Their promotions lack creativity and adequate supply to give to many fans. If you’re not there super early you can forget about the only exciting thing you’ll get that day. The Twins stated they needed a new stadium to compete so they got one. They then proceeded to cut payroll so I was done with them. The only time I go is if my Orioles are in town and I think about how I’d rather be watching at Camden. I know Minnesotans are IN LOVE with this stadium. I agree it’s better than the Dome but it actually sucks and is quite mediocre compared to others around the league.

Went to two weekend Twins game vs the Athletics. Got seats between home and first near the field. Crowd was subdued compared to the Vikings game. Tried a rather large hotdog. Food was good, stadium was next to the light rail and if you go across to Walgreens before the game, you can get bottled water for 98 cents instead of paying $4 plus in the stadium.

Great spot in Minnespolis to watch the twins play baseball
There are many places to pay for parking nearby
Nice places nearby to eat and drink outside the ball park

Target field is a smaller baseball park than many from the last generation of fields. It holds over 39,000 vs. Coors Field in Denver that holds over 50,000. The site lines and video boards were great, as was the backdrop of Minneapolis. The game atmosphere was alright, but had too much video/music to pump the crowd up. Sometimes it’s nice to sit and take it all in while not having a chant or rock song snippet between every pitch. The local fans were a little unaware of when to go to concessions, etc. Most fans wait until the end of an at-bat or inning to move, but these fans just kept coming. It was a little frustrating as an old baseball fan to bob and weave to see each pitch from the steady stream of nacho hunters.

I love target field. If anyone doesn’t love this ballpark, the problem is with them and not the park itself. It is absolutely beautiful, there are endless food options, and if you look hard enough, you can find good deals on tickets that won’t hurt your wallet. However, you might want to eat before the game because you will get ripped off on food. This is standard with any ballpark in America though. Overall, a great way to spend an afternoon or evening is watching the Twinkies at Target Field.

first time visitor. ticket rep extremely nice, security was very helpful, concessions staff were nice. Pretty backdrop towards city. Stadium seems to be well maintained. only draw back was sound both from PA, between innings entertainment etc was very poor. not sure if stadium spec wrong but sound needs some rework for sure. Great place to watch baseball and terrific big board with stat cast information. fans were knowledgable and welcoming to visitors. food prices higher than anticipated but for families there is a concession stand above left field on main concourse with family pricing.

It is a nice ballpark, been to nicer but still nice with very good sight lines and food options. It was $1 hotdog night when I went so I went with that. The cheese curds looked crazy good but hit dogs were more than enough.

I love this park. After years of being in a Teflon bubble. Baseball where it belongs outside. I'll be going again

I just love coming to Target Field. It's one of the most comfortable stadiums to watch a baseball game and the food is amazing. So many different options and store to shop all your favorite t-shirts, hats, and so much more.

I really like target field. The stone they used on the wall is beautiful, it’s very clean and modern.

Target field is super clean and a fun, spacey ball park. Only 9 years old and built with comfort. Never crowded. Lots of standing room options if you buy cheap seat tickets.

A new bag policy took affect July 5, 2019. So we encourage you to check out the Minnesota Twins website for more details. We parked in Lot B and event parking for the night was $17. They only accepted credit card for parking. Many choices for food and drinks. We went to a game that had a rain delay and followed Twitter for updates on first pitch.

Had a great time at the Twins game. Target field is clean and easy to navigate! The staff is very much available to the public!! We had great seats in the dugout section. It’s easy to get to via private, public and mass transit! The crowd was MN nice as far as I could tell!! Lots of food options!

Target Field is the nicest ballpark I have been to. You can get very close to the players and the field, and won‘t have to pay a fortune for the tickets. Having sat in many different sections since the ballpark opened, there really aren‘t any bad seats. There is also a great variety of foods available. I see a lot of fans from other cities who come and watch their teams play the Twins because the likely get a better (and closer) look at their favorite players than they would in their home stadium. The people working in the park are extremely welcoming an friendly - Minnesota nice!
An experience not to be missed!

Had a great outing for my first ever Twins game. Easy to get to, wide food and drink options, great views of the field. And they won!

A check of my bucket list another stadium down. Grew up a Twins fan so it was nice to see the ball park. First visit. Have seen the Twins in all their stadiums and this one is a good one.
Of course a return when in town during the season.

The Twins have done well so far this season. It was disappointing with several stars on the DL. It was a beautiful evening and it was fun to see all of the loyal MN fans enjoying this fine ballpark. I especially liked the family area in right field! Although Target is a very nice place, it's not quite up there with Comerica, Kauffman, or Progressive.

We were visiting from the Chicago area and really enjoyed the park and the views. Very friendly staff and fans. We were in the bleachers though and when the sun creeps over the overhang...it was quite toasty so keep that in mind.

I organized a group of 55 from my community to attend a Twins game at Target field. The chartered bus was able to park in a designated bus area about 3 blocks (easy walk) into the stadium. Target Field is a beautiful stadium - the view of downtown Mpls from most seats is awesome! The stadium has so many types of food choices - typical ball food and even restaurants. Be sure to take the time to walk around the different levels of the stadium too! If the Twins hit a home run, look towards the center field to see Minnie and Paul shake hands! You might want to take the train from the Mall of America as it drops off right outside of Target Field.

Target field is fun place to do with friends. Its super clean and big base ball park. You will not find it crowded.

This is a must see and do, at least once! Beautiful stadium. Bit spendy once inside for this mom but there are ways to save once inside.

My phone camera wasn’t working well on my trip, so my memories are stored in my head. But Target Field is by far one of the best new baseball stadiums out there. I can’t express this enough. This was number 28 out of 30 for me. I took a tour, and our guy was supposed to be the more “historical” one. But...I wasn’t too impressed by his knowledge. But the tour was pretty great, well worth the price. We got to go onto the field. Clubhouses were off limits as there was a game that night. Sight lines are great. There really isn’t a bad seat in the house. The food was AMAZING. When you think Midwest, you think beer, cheese and bratwurst. And while there were plenty of those stands, I was very impressed with their veggie and vegan options. I ate at a stand called “Soul Bowl.” I am STILL talking about it. I’m not sure about parking. I took the light rail in. That was super easy but gets crowded after games so heads up there. And I have to give props to the focus on their history. I’m such a geek about that type of thing. Also - pictures with TC Bear (the mascot) happens around the 3rd inning in the kids section. Of course, I’m an adult and I went haha. When I was there, I was already making plans to visit again. A must for every baseball fan.

Wonderful ball park. Great views from every where, great food with something for everyone and awesome beverages. Always a fun time on a sunny day. A must see if visiting town.

Amazing ball park right in downtown. We parked on Ramp B and walked over the connecting Skywalk. So much to see and the stories were great. Loved the exhibits and memorabilia. They have a full time curator! Fascinating to see all the behind the scenes stuff like the meeting rooms, radio broadcast rooms, corporate boxes, turf conditions, etc. A must see for baseball families

Every time I go to Target Field it’s a good experience. The food is expensive, but good! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable of where everything is. We love Target Field!

Went here on a road trip and was passing by tbh so we saw a ballgame here. Real nice ballpark for family or teens. Had cheese curds and a dollar dog there. Both were tasty. Nice night for a game and I liked the long walkway connecting the parking garages with the ball parks. Was pretty cool. But overall a fun night to watch a game and a nice clean park. Just sad that it wasn’t packed and it was quiet. I bet it would be even more fun when the stadium is packed. It still a fun time.

Visited this place with my wife during a game of Blue Jays (Toronto) vs Twins (Minneapolis) and the team from Canada won. Excellent atmosphere, it was my first baseball game experience and I liked it.

Five of us went to game and we were blown away by this park. Great seats, awesome food choices, and the staff there is first rate! Such an amazing experience!

We took the VIP tour and saw a game. I thought the VIP your would include special dressing for the fireworks, but they canceled the show. I'd probably do the regular tour not the VIP if I knew that. However, the stadium is beautiful. I'd recommend checking it out.

Great place to see a ball game! Clean, great sight lines, lots of amenities and places to walk around. Good food and drink selection. Kids area. They also sell standing room tickets super cheap. Parking around the stadium is not expensive and fun bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Although there was a chill in the air, there were plenty of warm spots in the stadium. Great game and between inning entertainment.

Be prepared to spend money, but well worth it, there is a good variety of food and beverages to choose from!

I am not a baseball fan, but I had the opportunity to attend both a daytime and a nighttime game recently. The prices for the tickets and the food were extraordinarily affordable. The customer service was excellent! There's not a bad seat in that entire stadium. The view of the city at night was phenomenal!

Great night at the ball park
We are visiting all 30
This one was fabulous ...
Easy to get to... light rail right outside the door... plenty of parking ... ride sharing friendly

We visited this park as part of a baseball tour. We did a ballpark tour before the game and were really impressed with the use of space by the architecture/construction teams. The use of space and resources are both pleasing and environmentally friendly.
From a game experience I would rate this park as one of the best we have visited. Seats are all oriented to home plate, aisles are wide enough to keep flowing. Food options mix standard ballpark food as well as Minnesota treats. The other stand out is Bat and Barrel where you can sit and eat in an area full of Twins memorabilia. If you go there try the walleye fingers appetizer.
Everyone we met who worked in the park was super friendly and welcoming.

This is a great ball park. Great food, pleasant surroundings. Big plus is that it’s right on the light rail and there is plenty of nearby parking. And there’s a bonfire!

So we got FREE tickets to celebrate another great year. I'd like to thank the TWINS for giving this group these tickets. What a wonderful way to get kids and their families out and watch some baseball. Our family had a great time.

I’ve been to all active MLB stadiums and rank Target Field in my top five. Great downtown location and view, the best food in the MLB and close to a lot of breweries for pregame fun

Target Field is a great stadium to see a mlb game. Not a bad seat in the house. Service is great, people are very helpful. You will enjoy your game.

For those who remember the old Metrodome, well, this isn't that! This is an actual baseball stadium! Great seating, not a bad seat in the house. Plenty of food and drink options and plenty of activities for kids. Easy to park in the parking ramps and easy to get out. One of the best stadium's in baseball today!!!

Brought my kids to their first ever game here and was surprised at how easy it was to navigate and how friendly and approachable the staff was. We are from kc and my kids wore royals gear, even though they never went ro a game there, and was nervous we’d get a hard time. However, no one ever brought it up and only asked if it was our first time there and welcomed us. The only drawback was that we were in the 200 section, and the one we were in was kind of hard ro tell which one was 208/209/210. We ran into some issues with people sitting in the wrong seats and it took a little bit to sort out who was sitting wear. Also the website you buy tickets from isn’t quite clear on location on the Seats when you get a sample view so we were under the impression we were a bit lower than we were. Wasn’t an issue since it was a nice day, and eventually the sun dipped back behind and we were shaded. But I could see that being a problem on a hot day.

A great place to watch baseball and enjoy a summer day (not so great in April/May when can still be very cold). Good selection of foods and beverages as well though typical ballpark prices. Easily accessible by metro rail or parking garages as well!

This is a great place to go to watch a baseball game. Access to the stadium is easy especially if you ride the Northstar line in. Food choices are good, the seats are comfortable, and the view of the field is excellent

My 10 year old son and I attended a Wednesday afternoon game. We sat in the outfield bleachers, next to the bullpen. The kids can watch the pitchers warm up before the game, my son even got a ball tossed up to him. It was a super hot day and we were in the direct sun (first row), so we got up and walked around and explored the park. We found ourselves spending the rest of our time in the Bat and Barrel restaurant. It's air conditioned and there's a lot of seating inside. You can pay $5 to sit outside and watch the game on the rail with waiter service (min $20 food/beverage purchase required) - if we ever go again, I would definitely opt for that option. We didn't eat, but I had a couple of drinks, very good craft cocktail options.
The day we went happened to be $1 hot dog day, my son loved that! They pass out free program/score cards as well. Lots of food options, for the most part I found the drink/food prices to be on par with most other major league parks (pricey).
Everyone we encountered that worked there was so friendly! The guys making the Bloody Marys at Hrbek's, our server at Bat and Barrel, ushers, ticket takers, hot dog vendors. Honestly the friendliest ball park we've ever been to!
We stayed at the TownePlace Suites nearby, walk was less than 10 minutes. The light rail lets you off right in front of the ball park.
Overall it was a great day!

Target Field is a nice park that sits near the heart of the city. You will most likely find parking in a nearby garage which was easy to get into but an absolute pain to get out of. If you can get to the ballpark another way, I'd recommend it. We sat in the home run deck, which was a nice seat . Most of the seats seemed to have a good vantage point and are not too far from the action. They have a good mix of seating options and a lot of standing spots for drinking and watching the game. The concessions were somewhere around average. I thought the curds were the best food option I had, but nothing really stood out from all the food we got. I got a refillable soda cup, but it seems that the regular coke line was hooked up to the diet coke line, which was not great for a diabetic. It was definitely a line mixup since I saw them hit the diet tap. It wasn't until the third vending stall we stopped at that we got the soda hooked to the correct line. Besides that, the crowd had good energy and I enjoyed the retro Twins sign in the outfield. Overall, a good atmosphere and ballpark experience. Concessions and parking could be improved, but it is a well designed park. I'd recommend checking out a game here if you are in town.

The Twins have gone out of their way to make Target Field a great experience for all types of fans - diehard fans (like me), families, groups, couples, friends and people just out for a night on the town. A large variety of food and drinks are available in this beautiful ballpark. If you’re really hungry, try the Boomstick - a two-foot Long hot dog named after Twins slugger Nelson “Boomstick” Cruz.

Be sure and go to the Two Gingers near Section 312. They have the live ballpark organ player right in the bar area.

Love the view of the city, but, concession prices are outrageous, concourse is so crowded you can barely get around, takes you like 5 minutes in between innings to leave your section because there’s a line to literally get out onto the concourse, no designated line for concessions, people just stand wherever so that probably contributes on why it takes forever to get around in that place, just seems like a free for all when you are trying to walk around, you have people literally shoving into you and walking in front of you, literally lost who I went to the game with because so many people were shoving into me and walking in front of me. If you don’t like crowded spaces, DON’T go to a game here.

Screw you Yankees. Screw you Red Sox. This stadium is by far the best in baseball! I recommend a third base line seat for the best view with the Minneapolis Skyline behind.

Excellent ballpark tour from Mr. Bob. We got to see many areas of the park that would otherwise be off limits to fans, including the dugouts, visitor locker room, suites, championship rooms, press box, underground, and on the side lines. Just don’t touch the grass! We were allowed to take many pictures, just not video due to copyright issues. This seems like an amazing ballpark. Too bad the Twins were at an away game when we were in town.

Caught a Minnesota Twins game at this field. A lot of fun, & well worth a visit! This was the first baseball game I've seen (I'm Aussie), & it didn't disappoint!

Target field is not only visually beautiful but the amenities are first class. It’s clean, has endless food and drink options, and is easy to navigate. Located in downtown Minneapolis there is a lot to do around the ballpark as well!

Terrific ballpark, have only been to this one but attended six times. Sat on various spots, all seats have great views (obviously behind home plate or close to dugouts more awesome) but even nosebleeds are good. Can't wait to come back!

Very improved food and beverage offerings, easy access to get to the stadium especially if you take the Metro directly to the stadium. Not a bad seat in the house and a really fun and electric atmosphere when they are good or play the Cubs, Yankees, Red Sox or Brewers. At worst, when the Twins aren't competitive it is a chill visit.

Can’t go wrong with a weekend getaway to the Twin Cities, especially when the Twins have a home stretch!

We were not too happy with a recent experience at this stadium. My husband bought tickets for us and three friends for a Twins-Braves game. When looking at the depiction of the seating, the chart must've flipped the representation on his ipad and he wound up buying tickets that were in a very good section, but in a straight line back. The field representation showed they were along what looked like the rail, not the aisle, and were in a row. He also had problems printing the tickets from the website so when we got there, he had all five tickets on his iphone. That wasn't a problem. But when we got in to the seating and discovered what had happened, he asked a couple of different ushers if there was a ticket box or someone he could talk to at the stadium to see if we could get different tickets. The response was the same, too bad, we can't help you. Really rude. Learn how to listen: he wanted to know if there was someone other than YOU we could work with to buy or exchange our tickets!
So our section was pretty much open except for a group of athletic young men sitting together a couple of rows ahead of us. With the number of people coming and high-five'ing them, a friend guessed they were with Minnesota United. Nope. I have flown to Atlanta on the same flight with that team. My guess was they were with the Wild.
The seats just didn't fill in our section and they showed "SOLD" on the website. So we waited a couple of innings, and by the fourth inning we were sitting together in a group of three and two which made it easier to talk and not bother other people. We looked and our ticketed seats filled in. As the game went we saw a number of people come and sit in our section that we were certain didn't have tickets for it: furtive looks, switching seats for the best sight line, etc.
Before the game, I stopped in the women's bathroom near our section (I think that was Section 21). The bathroom was filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned nor the trash dumped after the previous game. Two trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. The floor was filthy and looked like it had been mopped with a rag mop (pieces of the mop were pushed up against the wall along with other debris). The fixtures on the sinks were too dirty to touch and yet hands had to be washed.... Some people were leaving the faucets running after they washed and some didn't shut off. The stench was unbearable. We've been to other stadiums and outdoor concert venues and this ranks among the worst. We went to a Twins-Braves game at Turner Field a few years ago and that facility was very clean. And this was before the game too!
The ushers would hold people at the top of the ramp if a player was up to bat. Well that didn't work so well for the people seated and watching; all of a sudden, there would be a group of people descending to their seats and you would miss the next play. Completely. That's because large groups of people don't sit down right away. This happened to us over and over. Re-think your strategy, folks.
Food and beverages: mediocre at best. The bratwurst from Sausage Haus were tiny. They must be specially made for this venue, and at $8.50, just weren't worth it. The help there was zombie'd out. Later I bought some basic nachos for myself and my husband. Cheese sauce was ok, chips were rancid. Or when I mentioned that to my husband, he said "No, they're Old Dutch." Says it all. The beer was good but you had to walk a ways and play detective to find something that wasn't "Light" swill.
There were two good things with this game: 1) We were with friends; and 2) we saw Sanos hit his massive home run! This game was pretty entertaining except for the middle when it looked like both teams ran out of steam.
Overall, there are a lot of things that COULD be fixed if management wanted to. Especially the cleanliness issues.

I guess the rain and team not playing well didn’t help. The park is nice, easy to get to, easy to get in, if you go to the west side where no one goes, to enter. It’s just crazy expensive as all professional events are. The food we had was mediocre at best, not served well by the vendors (the park vendors, not the local food places—should have paid extra).

Visited with my Sister and her family. Easy to get to via the light rail system. Needing a cane to get around there is a shorter line for handicapped to get on the train for return trip after the game. The stadium seems to have been built with the needs of the patrons in mind.

It’s hard to beat this stadium when you combine features, comfort, sight lines, and accessibility from downtown. We were fortunate to catch an exciting game that featured several bases loaded plays, including two grand slams and a few double plays. The Twins won, which made the game even better for the home town fans. I’ll be back!

I am a season ticket holder for the past 5 years and attend 20 games a year. I have been to other fields and I know I am biased, but we have the best field, vendors and the Minnesota Twins and specifically Joe Mauer make you aware of what a hometown atmosphere we have!

Went to see a game here. Nice field for baseball, not a multi use field so it is better for viewing the game.
Only caution is there is tons of what appears to be long term construction going on downtown so traffic is sketchy.

Fun game. Pricey concessions but that’s to be expected. Nicest usher in our section I’ve ever seen at a game! Not a lot of people so buy cheap tickets and sit wherever!

Nice stadium friendly staff lots of food options, the seating felt close to the action.took the blue line in from mall of America area, east and efficient coming or going

It is a great place to take a family for an experience to watch a professional sports team. You can get deals that have food, drink and a ticket that won't break the bank.

Great ballpark. Fans were very engaged and excited which made it more fun. Concessions were easily accessible in each area and the food was good.

My wife and I travel the country and see MANY ballparks. Target Field is a nice place....not the best ball park but far from the worst. Seating is tight. All seats are angled toward home plate. The stadium is VERY VERTICAL (5 levels) since it looks like it was "shoe horned into a very tight space. It surely is not like PNC PARK!
PARKING IS A KILLER with a very poor system when exiting (you pay when you exit and it dramatically slows down getting out of there).
There is no view of the city, but there are some nice "honors" to famous former TWINS (statues for Hrbeck, Puckett, Olivia, Carew, Killebrew). I liked the pennants with the year by year rosters on them.

We're St. Louis Cardinals fans and we happened to be in town. So we decided to catch a game. The stadium was beautiful and clean. A great experience.
The parking situation BLEW MY MIND. Connected to the ballpark was so convenient. But leaving and we exited the parking garage and were immediately on the highway. That was astounding.
Serious props to the person who designed this.
It was a fantastic experience.

Wow! This restaurant had the best pretzel I have ever had. I'm always looking for a good pretzel. And the rest of the food was wonderful! Had their Cease and Desist Burger. The best burger I've had in a long time! And our server was amazing. Great experience for a first timer!!! Everyone in our party was very satisfied!!! And we thought the days of great customer service was long gone!!! And of course I had the Truly Strawberry Lemonade!

Went to Target field to see the Twins play in an afternoon game, with a friend from Pennsylvania! Was able to get tickets NWT to the field on the third base side(greatseats). Very friendly people from who showed us our seats to the many vendors! Best way to get to game is the light rail( buy an event ticket good for 6 hours only a couple of dollars) plenty of GREAT food, and really enjoyed the craft beer 🍺 😊 ENJOY

The evening was hot and humid but still a good evening to go to a game. I followed the saying 'life is uncertain, eat dessert first' and started with mini donuts. They were great. There were unusual clouds during part of the game but no rain.

This is such a beautiful ballpark. Each year new food vendors offer fresh choices beyond the basics sure to please most appetites. Prices are too high, of course, but there are some options for limited budgets. Too bad we can’t get a winning home team in there!

Target Field is fairly fan friendly, but the lay out of the field is unusual. When I ordered tickets I wanted seats 1, 2, 3, 4 because like to be able to get out of my seat easily. The section where I sat, Seat 1 was up against a wall so I had to crawl across a whole row of people to get out. This information was not available when ordering tickets. The concessions have changed since I was there two years ago. They used to have a bratwurst that was close to a foot long and they were well cooked and browned. Now all they have are brats the size of a hot dog, look like a hot dog and grilled 'til warm. They no longer have the 24 ounce can beers available. They only serve a 16 oz can beer. You can go to the concession stand and get a 24 oz in a cup but then you spill a good portion climbing over people getting back to your seat. The location of Target Field is in the center of Minneapolis. Maneuvering the traffic is terrible. I'd almost rather drive in New York City. The train is an alternative, but trying to get on after the game is over is truly a challenge. Lastly, why would anyone build an open stadium in Minnesota? Did you know it's a bit chilly there in April?

Once passing the security lines, you get a great open view of the field lit up for the game. It was so fun to see this relatively new stadium. Walking around, there were pockets of areas with heat lamps where people congregated (if you really want to be indoors, there are some "restaurants/bars" where you can watch the game without taking in the cold). Depending on your seating the wind can hit pretty hard. Lots of food options available. All around a fun field to visit as well to take in a game (we got relatively good seats for just $7!). The night we were there, they were doing $1 hotdogs.

Had the opportunity to see the Twins win and it was great! Park is beautifully designed with all the comforts. Look for the public art wall by Ned Kahn. Lots of bells and whistles to energize the viewer experience, maybe too many, but it's sure fun.

Was in town the last week of the season and was able to watch the Twins play the Tigers. It was a pretty chilly night so was thankful to find a seat under a heater. Parking was simple and the people were friendly. Stadium was clean and pleasing to the eye. I was also able to move around a lot...not a bad seat in the house.

The guided tour gave insights into the history of the Minnesota Twins, of course, but also presented the stadium as something of a miracle work, one that ingeniously shoehorned 12 acres of field into less than 9 acres of space. The guide showed not only how fan- and player-friendly the stadium is, but also how ecologically friendly it is.

Der Ausblick war wie immer wunderbar :)

Target Field is a wonderful ballpark. The weather was perfect for a great Twins game. Target Field is a marvelous place for a family outing.

I haven’t been to a Twins game in 10 years. We ate down the street before we came. Beer isn’t cheap, but you don’t go to venues to save $$, stay home and watch it on TV!! We had 8 kids and 11 adults. The roar of the crowd and watching big kids and little kids waiting for the foul ball to come your way!! FUN!! Having the elderly Veteran presented and sing the star spangled banner with us, it brought tears to my eyes!! It will not be 10 years until my next visit!!

The seats are very narrow but otherwise good ballpark. You have plenty of options for food and drinks. Normal prices for ballpark food.

This is the fifth ballpark I have visited. Parking was the easiest of all the parks I’ve been so far. Entry was easy. Field looked great and the place was clean. Seats were decent. We had seats in 117. Prices were fair for stadium food. The biggest disappointment is how bad the lines were for food and selection of food. Most of the food was basic ballpark food with a few different things but those were few and far and between. I saw multiple concession workers slacking off and saw popcorn getting burnt and other foods were getting overcooked. Lines were long because people had to wait what felt like forever. Gift shops were good and plenty stocked. Twins loss btw. Overall an ok day., not good not bad but just ok.

This is an excellent venue to watch a baseball game. It seems like there are good sightlines from anywhere in the stadium. Garage parking is adjacent to the stadium and an easy walk.
Arrived about 1 hour before a 7:05pm game. There are statues of some former players to take pictures with. Vendors abound thru-out the stadium. The usual baseball souvenirs are readily available on all levels. The food vendors are diverse in the type of food offered and they are everywhere so the wait times to order food are not too bad. Food, to me, always tastes better at the ballpark and Target Field was no exception.
Recommend sitting so you have a frontal view of the large scoreboard in left center. The neon lights being on at night gives off an aura you can't duplicate anywhere else. The game itself is sometimes anticlimatic to all the other hoopla associated with the ballpark.
The stadium staff and vendors we came in contact with were all friendly and courteous, which added to the positive experience. I definately recommend attending a game here. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Twins, for a very positive experience.

We went to ballgame on sun day the white soxs. We are from Chicago but I am only a cubs fan We came with family for a 65th birthday party in the sky box . As Chicago cubs fan I wood really like to say you have a butafull ball park in and out side I was really inperset how cleane the hole park was so friendly and cleaned. All staff top to the end and never been to a game when the bathroom s wher cleane from the start of game and to the end of game so from a baseball fan I wood give you 12 stars. I will be back for a game a big thank you. Carl lorek. Keep up the good work. Go twins.

Took the tour on a Sunday morning. Tour guide Lynn L was terrific and really engaged everyone while knowing great facts. She listened well also. Only drawback was trying to find the meeting point for the start of the tour - better directions are needed for that.

Target field is a well designed, modern ball park. It is easy to find your way around and it is fully accessible. I'm not from Minneapolis (Go Oakland!) but I enjoy baseball. The Twins did not have a great season this year but I figured an evening at the ball park is better than not an evening at the ball park and two mediocre teams playing each other can add up to an exciting game if they are fairly evenly matched. All the sight lines are clear and the scoreboards are easy to read.

Most enjoyable venue for football. Upper deck seats still came with a good view of the field. Beer and peanuts were expensive, not unusual from other stadiums. The sound system was not very good, considering the is a professional baseball field. PA system sound garbled not understandable for the entire game.

Located right on the light rail line adds a lot of convenience for getting to and from the stadium. I’m pretty sure you can bring in an unopened bottle of water. Wide variety of food offered in addition to the usual ballpark fare.

Very nice stadium. Handy to downtown!
I bought the cheapest seat and walked around during the game.
Fun place for a ball game!

We took advantage of StubHub and enjoyed a great Twins game under the lights in Dugout 1. Superb seats and access to dugout concessions cafe made the time extra special !!!!

OMG, Best place on earth. Delta 360 sky view is amazing. Beutiful Ballpark. Could not be better!!!!!!!!!!

Great venue for a baseball game! (Weather dependent, obviously). Great variety of food options available. Seems like all seats have great views.

We were there when it was really cold. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The variety of food options was incredible-Indian, Mexican, Asian, you name it, they have it. It's a little expensive, but it's nice to have options. The seats were comfortable and there's a great view of the skyline.

Wonderful outdoor baseball stadium. You can have fun touring the stadium, eating and drinking. Beautiful views of Minneapolis from the park.

There are so many unique features that went into the design of this stadium. When the team is away, there are tours available for a very reasonable price. Lots of history, a chance to see the higher priced areas I wouldn't normally get to see, great city views (especially at twilight). Learn the story of the flagpole, the lights that show you what inning they are on, the significance of the location of the golden glove, Minne and Paul, so much more. Park in one of the ramps or take the light rail train to the gate. Have a meal at one of the local bars/restaurants beforehand or enjoy one of the many choices at the ball park.

I've been to most all of the "new" stadiums in the country and the only one I would rate more highly was the first, Camden Yards. Most of the reason for that was how they developed using the neighborhood around the park. Also, full disclosure, I'm a lifelong Twins' fan who went to multiple games in the Metrodome despite it being a terrible ballpark for baseball.
So, after too many years, I finally made it back and took in an afternoon and night game. The afternoon game, despite the temp being in the low 80's, was brutally hot. I actually saw a half dozen people getting attention from medical staff due to overexposure or heat related issues.
The night game temp was perfect, a typical Minnesota August night.
The park is excellent. We sat on the 1st and 3rd base sides, lower level. The seats and vantage points were great. There is sufficient room in the rows. Not luxurious but adequate.
The concourses are large, eating options are good (didn't eat) and they encourage refilling bottles after you've bought water or pop.
Bathrooms were good.
Their in game entertainment was good and the crowd does a great job of supporting the team throughout the game.
But, this is about the ballpark and it's beautiful throughout. so thoughtfully considered and perfect for the area. The blue line runs right to it and there is a ton of entertainment, bars and pubs on all sides of the park.
Absolutely fantastic.
Can't wait to go back.

Where to begin...first the view. The first row may have an only slightly obstructed view but the rest of the rows and ESPECIALLY the standing room, leave you with virtually no view of the game. If you are expecting with Standing Room tickets that you would actually have a place to stand, then you will be surprised to find there is no where to stand and instead you are instructed to sit in the bar stool table seats, which have virtually NO view of the field.
Second, the food is not good at all. Cold sausages, dry chicken and roast.
It was boiling out too and the fans weren’t on.
The only good thing is the staff are nice.
Do NOT waste your money on these seats, the good reviews written about them are probably fake.

Target Field is a great place for a family night out. They have added some games by the main entrance which were nice to play while waiting for the game to start.

We nearly watched a perfect game here! Although irrelevant to the review, it’s worth taking a note! I was in town and the Twins were playing. (I’m a cubs fan) but decided to attend. What a great stadium and fantastic architecture. This is the gem in the mlb that no one knows about. 13 stadiums and counting and this ranks #1!

Clean environment. Seemed very safe, family oriented and relatively fair priced for MLB stadiums. Lots to do for kids outside of the gates as well.

Target field is a fantastic place to watch baseball. Great view from all the seats, great entertainment. Plenty of stalls for drinks/ refreshments. You are able to walk around the entire stadium and see the game from every angle. Make sure you check out the organist in the two gingers bar at the top. She's fantastic - it's not a recording.

Target field always rocks. Great family friendly environment, great views and always a blast. Highly recommend for sporting events and concerts.

and at a baseball stadium. Tons of food and beer (you will pay a bit extra) - always a great time - a must see. Bring hats and sunglasses during afternoon games - it can get hot!

I’ve been here for baseball games, concerts and most recently a college football game and it’s a great venue for any event. Seating is a great view from any angle and there’s a huge variety of food/drink options close to where you sit throughout.
You will pay the event pricing though!

First, a disclaimer. My family, all die-hard Twins fans, LOVED the tour. They would probably have given it 5 stars. I did not because I did all the research, bought the tickets, and know we missed out on seeing the dugouts, visitors' clubhouse, and field (yes, I knew this in advance, but I hoped we would see other things to compensate.) We didn't get to go into the pressbox or locker rooms, but we did get to see pictures of the locker rooms. I'm pretty sure I could find those online somewhere. At the end of the tour they gave us swag bags, but most of the items in it were free and/or advertisements. And yes, I know batting practice is not guaranteed, but I was super disappointed when it didn't happen on our particular tour day.
To be fair, our tour guide, John H (one of three, we were told), was terrific, and the sights we did see were cool. I just don't think it was worth more than twice the cost of the regular tour to see fewer things.

What a great ballpark! They have plenty of standing room sections. The Barrio Bar is a very good place to stand. The self serve beer fridges is a genius invention. Please put these in all ballparks. This was a first for me not eating at a baseball game because I was filled with burgers and wings from earlier in the day. It was very difficult because the entire ballpark smelled of sausage no matter where we were.

Ticket prices are reasonable and the food choices are pretty good. Hit up Tony O's for a Cuban. You will be very happy you did!

My son received tickets from his school for Kid's Day at Target Field for the Twins vs Orioles game. My son invited 2 other friends for the game. They had a blast eating cotton candy (only for $8.50 you get 3 regular size cotton balls). Waters are $5, food is nearing $20. Yes, the stadium items are pricey, but most stadium items are. I consider this average. The stadium is beautiful and open. There were activities available for kids to play at the well-known Gate 34 entrance. We were sitting in the "nose-bleeds" but the view of the field is so well-lit and easy to follow the game. The only negative of the experience and that myself and the kids got cold quickly. It was only an hour into the game that we had to discuss staying or leaving early. Although it was a cloudy day, the wind decreased the temperature and made it hard to enjoy the engaging game. I understand the fun and tradition behind having an open stadium, but we live in Minnesota and a retractable roof for cold/windy days (especially possible snow in April or thunderstorms) would have been well-invested money for the audience experience. Also, merchandise (to find blankets or sweatshirts) were only available on the first floor at the time. Being on the third floor made us feel as an outlier instead of included; since most of the action was held on the first floor. Food is available on the third floor, but merchandise being available and maybe a visit from the media or TC Bear would have been pleasantly inclusive.

Came here for the first time on Sunday. What a great ballpark! Just a short 5-minute walk from the parking structure. While the game started at 1:10PM, they were letting people in the park more than an hour before that. The process for getting in the park was seamless! They have the same security system as Disney, so bags are not individually checked. Every ballpark needs to implement this system for optimal efficiency. As soon as we entered, they had staff offering to take Polaroid pictures of us for free, and we were given clear crossbody bags with Twins logo on the front. What a great souvenir! We explored the whole park. I was happy to find the Mickey Mouse, Charlie Brown, Snoopy and Statue of Liberty Statues. We also stumbled across the enclosed rooms open to the public. They had tables and a full bar with bartender. One of them just so happened to have the woman who played the organ in it, what a treat! She was such a sweetheart and interacted with anyone who wanted to talk. The food options were excellent, offering something for everyone. We tried a brat from Kramarczuk's! We loved exploring this open-air ballpark. This is our 7th ballpark we have visited so far, and we definitely put this one as one of our favorites!

My dad and I went to a baseball on my birthday and it was amazing. The field was great and the food was great. The Twins even won the baseball game. It was fun at night when the field lit up. I loved this field and can't wait to go back.

The stadium itself is gorgeous. Unfortunately it's also one of the most uncomfortable ballparks I've visited. The seats themselves are tiny and very low to the floor, and space between rows is very tight. They also have standing room behind the last row in many sections, so you can look forward to someone yelling in your ear the entire game.

We had a great night during the recent Red Sox series and although the Twins lost, it did not diminish the experience. This was my first game since the Twins left the Metrodome. Great stadium. We sat on the first base side behind the Twins dugout and it was great. Nice views throughout.

Great ballpark in the heart of Minneapolis. Most seats have a good view of the field, and a nice view of the Minneapolis skyline. There are plenty of food and drink options, all conveniently placed throughout the stadium.

The outside and inside is decorated with beautiful sandstone. Tons of things to see around the stadium. Good views from the seats and had a great baseball park feel to the stadium. Was surprised that they didn't have a roof but the hardy fans in Minnesota don't need that to cheer on the home team.

While not a Twins fan per se, I recently attended a work conference in Minneapolis and decided to mark another MLB stadium tour off my list. Bob, my tour guide, was awesome and very informative. While on the tour, I also had the pleasure of meeting Ivan, Dick and Blake. Each one of these guys was fabulous. I had an amazing experience at Target Field and given that I was the only one on the tour, had some moments I won't soon forget! Thanks to each of you for making this Nashville girl feel welcome in the Twin Cities!

The majority of the seats in the stadium are in the sun so come prepared for hot days. I was disappointed with the ushers as they were not helping those who were physically impaired find seating on the chairs along the concourse rail.
The stadium is easily accessible via light rail and is just a short walk to downtown restaurants.

I’ve been more than half the current ball parks and this one is in the top 5. Fenway, Wrigley among the old, San Francisco and Target Field at the top of the new. A must stop plane for any baseball fan.

Love this ballpark, hope the new management can improve the pitching! Concourse is great for food and watching the game!

Very Nice New Ballpark ~ getting to it by public transportation is an unusual highlight. Many Parks have a stop, and this a bit of a walk. The light rail literally opens up directly across from the gate. If you are staying down by the Mall of America, there are several places to hop on. Target Field has a great baseball presence ~ everybody is "Minnesota Nice". Sit on the 3rd base side for best view of the city during the game.

First visit to Target Field. Took the train from hotel we were staying at. Loved the convenience. Ballpark is really nice. Wide concourses, plenty of concessions, with a variety of offerings. We were on the club level, which given how cold it was, turned out to be a good decision. Went inside a few times to warm up. Great seats. I have no rooting interest in the Twins, but enjoy baseball. All the employees were beyond friendly. Just a very nice visit to the ballpark.
Great ballpark, light rail so easy to get to and from
The light rail drops right at the ball park. It was also very well organized in getting people back on the rail without battling a rush of people when doors opened. This is our 15th Park, and have to say that experience was the best I’ve had.
The park is nice, good food selection, good layout. Nice bar/restaurants in centerfield, armed forces appreciation day was well done. Our seats were first level, second section behind catcher. Just note, for the 1pm game we were in full sun and the 80 degree day felt MUCH hotter, with little air moving. However, by the 3rd inning we were in the shade. Seats behind visitors dugout remained in the sun for a long time. If that’s something you like to know!
