This is great place to stock up for any occasion. Totally affordable and down home hospitality. Patricia was exceptionally awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and introduced me to new combinations. Kicking the old normal favorites up several notches making them new and exciting.

We had the absolute best moonshine tasting with the best bartender ever! Patricia was so knowledgeable about all the different flavors, moonshines, whiskey and rums! I would give her 10 million stars 🌟 if I could! She really took her time with us and she didn’t rush us through it like other places do so they can get more people in! We left happy and with some spirits to enjoy at home!!! We WILL be back hopefully soon to see her!!!!

Patricia was amazing! She was a great bartender and kept things fun and entertaining. Their fiery mango margarita moonshine is delicious!! We got that along with the Bloody Mary mix and margarita mix to go with it! Definitely worth purchasing. We also got their salted Carmel whiskey. Patricia deserves the badass award for sure! Their crème based liqueurs were delicious as well but not something we drink on the regular,

We had the Best time with our guide Patricia. Her personality was so much fun. We all ended up buying liquor and merchandise. She went out of her way to make the bride and groom in our party feel special and I just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed Patricia and the liquor tasting! I would definitely return when I'm in TN again and I would highly recommend every one to stop by for great atmosphere and tastings!

Awesome place! Super friendly staff and delicious, fine, unique liquors and other products. I love the fact they allow you to taste flavors, the strawberry butter is rich, smooth and perfect sweetness. That even added a surprise gift in the box (yes, they have nice boxes). And the looks of the place is cozy, warm, like a country home. Loved it!

A quaint distillery located in the foot of the Smoky Mountains. We were greeted with warm, hospitality the minute we arrived. Our dog was welcome to join us and he was treated like a celebrity. Patricia was a gem and was so fun to visit with. Free taste testing! Yum!

Went in for a tasting to get the Tennessee ‘shine experience. Jake was our bartender and did a great job! He was knowledgeable and had some great suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tennessee Legend!

We were visiting from out of state and stopped in because of reviews we had read. And I'm so glad we did. I'm not a moonshine fan typically, but I ended up walking out with an assorted case full of their moonshine because it tasted so great. And Alaina, our "Spirit Guide", did a wonderful job walking us through everything they had to offer. She even suggested some mixed drinks that were so tasty I had to write down the recipes. I highly recommend Tennessee Legend Distillery as a go to spot!

My wife and I are novices when it comes to whiskeys and other spirits, but Ryan educated us. We purchased 3 bottles and wish we had bought more. We will definitely visit again when we are in TN.

We've driven by the Sevierville location a number of times. We had thought about stopping in before, but never did. Now we wish that we would have stopped in sooner! Ma was great! If you’re looking for a place that offers moonshine, whiskey, and the most unique souvenirs known to humanity, look no further than Tennessee Legend Distillery! My husband and I stopped by for some tastings and were greeted by our server, Laura, who was not just fantastic but also a whiskey/moonshine connoisseur!

She poured us delicious samples that had us saying, “One more, please!” before we knew it. We loved the whiskey so much that we walked out with a bottle, and let me tell you, it’s the best decision we’ve made since deciding to try pickled garlic. Yes, you heard that right, pickled garlic!

And don’t forget to check out their wooden nut scratchers and lottery scratchers! Because who doesn’t want to scratch off their ticket with a penny while scratching…well, you know?

They even have sourwood honey, which is like liquid gold! Honestly, I think we spent more on souvenirs than on the tasting itself, but it was worth every penny.

We’ll definitely be back…partly for the whiskey, but mostly to see Laura again. If you’re in town, don’t miss this place. 10/10

WOW! Sevierville is a dry town, but not at this gem of a place!! There are free tastings and a wonderful person named Greg, facilitated this AMAZING experience for us Californians!!! If you think that you will come in for the free tasting and then want to leave, then you are wrong, because the flavors and selections of the tasting were off the chart! Out of the 4 of us trying the tasting, I am the one who really doesn’t drink, let me tell you, I could have bought several bottles. Of course we bought a selection of booze, shirts, salsa, whiskey BBQ sauce, etc! Don’t miss this experience and personally, I would ask for Greg!

Day one of our 14 year anniversary, we made the last second decision to stop by TN Legend Distillery thanks the there advertisement of the Assassin's Creed Whiskey. Ryan, who greeted us outside, helped us with a taste testing of a few different liquors they have. After talking about video games and the Renaissance Fair, I was convinced way to easily in purchasing their Assassin's Creed Vodka. It wasn't to hard to convince after Ryan explaining how they got the chance to make it. Looking forward to the rum they are coming out with.

Patricia is always a nice familiar face when visiting Tennessee Legend Distillery. It wouldn’t be the same if I didn’t see her during our visits here! She is absolutely the most tentative, funny, & kindest person I’ve met here.
My only complaint has nothing to do with her- & that is someone PLEASE correct the moonshine BBQ sauce! For heavens sake, it used to be thicker and more delicious- now it’s just a bottle of watery substance. Please please get this handled- it’s been months of meaningless trips to check on the sauce & no corrections made.

Other than that, thanks Patricia for always being so kind & understanding when we complain about the sauce again.

P.S- cream moonshines are pretty bomb- when you stop in you must try the cream brûlée one!

Great tasting experience with Patricia. It was hot outside but cool inside. Patricia gave several good mixing tips with some of the shines and the whiskeys. That's why she is the server! We always try to taste local from what is made in the great state of Tennessee!

Fantastic whiskey and moonshine. We were able to taste 8 and, while there there were some I liked significantly more than others, there were none I didn't like. Austin was really great to work with. He was really friendly, helpful and knew a lot about the different liquors and the distilling process for each. We ended up buying several different bottles because they wereall too good to decide between!

We enjoyed going here the gentleman that was working was great. I employees make or break the experience, I don’t remember his name but he is retired Air Force.

This is probably my new favorite moonshine distillery in the area. Don’t get me wrong we love our Ole Smoky but the flavors of the moonshine at Tennessee Legend might beat it! My favorite was the blackberry and the Firey Mango Margarita. My husband really liked the Hammershine. Our bartender Laura was nice and very helpful.

Stop in every year to not only taste 8, but buy a case. Great whiskey and atmosphere. Maddie B. helped out with the tasting experience this go around, to which she was a pleasure to speak to. We recently visited this moonshine distillery, and it was a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They were incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much fascinating information. It was clear they were passionate about their jobs, which made the sampling even more enjoyable. We had a lot of fun there. We did the tastings that was hosted by Josh. He was extremely knowledgeable and very entertaining. The store is well stocked with a very broad selection of products that aren’t afraid to have sufficient alcohol content in them. None of this 35 proof stuff.

Patricia (Ma) was an absolute ray of sunshine that provided an immaculate experience. She made my family laugh and provided tips for the available alcohol that was perfect. Ma made bloody Mary's for my family that were the best I've ever had and I don't even like bloody Mary's. Tennessee Legend Distillary is a must visit even if it's just to experience the wonderful presence that is Ma.

I went in today and Laura was right there to help. Asked what I needed and told her "Tequila and Rum" she asked which rum and I told her I didn't know. Told her what I had planned and she grabbed me exactly what I wanted even if I didn't know it at the time. Absolutely amazing!!!

We passed Tennessee Legend Distillery on the way to Gatlinburg and had to stop for a tasting. Ma was our guide and server through the tasting and she was amazing. Her knowledge of the liquor was top notch and she had a few awesome combos she recommended. She also had a great sense of humor and had had us laughing and having a great time. If you stop by this location on 411, ask for Ma, you won’t regret it!

Tennessee Legend Distillery is a must stop along the Tennessee Whiskey Trail. I stop by for a tasting any time I am in the area and pick up a bottle of the crème brûlée liqueur or the dirty cream liqueur. The staff are always generous and welcoming. I highly recommend this distillery.

I went there with my Girlfriend this past Monday 10/21 we are visiting from Florida and Patricia help us show us the products told us about the tasting and it was great describing every single drink that we try she was excellent and very welcoming, we bought a bottle and we are more than happy with our cream liqueur and with the service provided for Patricia!

Patricia, who goes by “Ma” was an absolute delight here in the Sevierville location! Anyone looking for a genuine customer interaction needs to go and have a tasting with her. Speaking with her and tasting the variety of liquors there was one of the best parts of our vacation! We might even stop in every day just to say hi to her.

Happened to stop by the location on Newport Highway thinking we would walk in, take a look around and head out. Boy were we surprised. First, let me say we showed up about 30 minutes from closing time. Were we greeted with an employee who was annoyed by our presence? Absolutely NOT. We were greeted by Ma, the most energetic and welcoming soul. She knew her stuff, okay admittedly not about the bourbon 🥃, but we laughed about it. Everything else she was a walking billboard for. You can tell just how much she loves this place, and her enthusiasm is infectious. We walked away with three bottles of bourbon, one bottle of moonshine, and a whole cast of accoutrement!! I wish we lived closer so we could hang out with Ma some more. And by the way, she is the ultimate pickle pusher!!!! The pickle back was a huge surprise, to my delight.

Whenever we are back in town, a visit to Ma will be the first visit we make.

Wide variety of spirits including tequila, rum, gin, whiskey, moonshine and crème. Loved that tasting was free unlike the biggest one around. I love that I can take home a little piece of TN. I can get that other guys stuff at my local ABC in SC.

This was amazing! We stopped in because of the free tastings, and were pleasantly surprised by hilarious and welcoming staff. Our server, Patricia (Ma), was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The free tasting includes 8 samples of anything from plain moonshine, aged bourbon, tequila, rum, flavored moonshine/whiskey, and cream liquors. Everything was delicious! Would highly recommend that you stop here.

We had stopped by with family who had previously been and said they had had such a great experience. They were 100% correct because my fiancé and I had such a fun time with Patricia as our server. We couldn’t help but leave with our favorite items we tried. Such an enjoyable visit, and next time we travel down it will definitely be a for sure stop on our list.

It's ashame they're not advertised like the rest. I highly recommend hitting them on your way in to Gatlinburg. Right off the highway,so convenient. Probably some of the best liquors and ciders in the area. Lizzy was awesome. Very clean, quiet and fabulous. Definitely check them out. You'll be sorry if you don't ☺️

Lavia was our server and knew exactly what she was talking about! She helped guide us to finding some of the most delicious spirits we’ve had in a while and we most definitely left with a bottle or two! 😉 We’ll be back the next time we’re in the area for sure.

During a family trip to Gatlinburg, we stopped at Tennessee Legend on Newport Highway. Ma (Patricia) was our “bartender”. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She was fun, sweet and personal. All the samples we tried were delicious!! Between Ma and the samples, this was probably my favorite stop on the whiskey trail.

Patricia was working on the day we stopped in July 6th 2024.greeting was friendly and polite. She was very busy stocking but still . Stopped in the middle of what she was doing to help us. We did a tasting and she was very knowledgeable and as she was helping and assisting us a big group of people came in and she was able to welcome them and still showed us enough attention. She was joking and laughing with us all. Thank you Patricia from the Minnesota and North Carolina gals. Who loved the Blue berry cream.

We stopped in here on our last stop to home and Ma immediately made us feel welcome. The tastings were great. Ma was very knowledgeable about what she was doing and helped with a few selections to take home.

The wife and I moved to Knoxville Tennessee about a year ago and we are finally getting out to see the city and surrounding parts. We were going to the Forbidden Caverns on 7/23 when we were told it was closed due to flooding. So we made a quick stop at the Tennessee Legends Distillery. Why did we wait so long. We came in and Patricia was AWESOME. She helped my wife with the tastings as I don’t drink. She was funny, helpful and her and my wife sang Bob Seger songs as they came up on the music that was playing in the store. We had so much fun with her, we are DEFINITELY going back when she’s there. She’s a BADASS and definitely worth seeing when in Knoxville. In fact, my sister saw a post on Facebook and now she wants to come out and go wine tasting. But I told her, she has to do whiskey tasting as well. Just to keep it balanced. Thanks Patricia for making our day. See you again soon.
