The food selection is not that appealing but the mall is huge and has lots of great shops for all types of customers, head to the Houston Waterwall for a picture while you're at the mall.

Love shopping here! Amazing selection of shops, nice dining options. Been here so many times but my first time leaving a review! Love Saks Fifth and the restaurant inside Nordstrom.

My other half would prefer not to go, but this is one of the best malls in the world. This is my happy place!

Stores everywhere! All kinds too! It was greattt!! I even got lost that it was so big. My family loved it!! Has a little of everything for all of the family!

I took my wife and 4 teen-aged children and the massive mall had such a variety. All our needs were satisfied in 1 location. Endless shopping, fun ice skating and lots of eating options.

Wow this place is huge. Every designer brand you can think of is in this mall. I loved the ice skating rink that was on first floor by food. I spent 2 hours on the first day not near enough time to explore everything.

It's a beautiful shopping center with an ice rink in the middle it's definitely upper class. It mainly has fancy shops but there are ones sprinkled through that everyday people can afford.

Plenty of shopping options, amazing food restaurant nearby, quality shopping experience.

Always a go-to when visiting Houston. Love seeing the new store options and plenty to choose from. Visited Capital One Cafe near Apple Store and tried the new gelato spot as well!

The mall has many great stores to choose from. I love the cleanliness. Parking was a little challenging.

Normal stores, plus some high end places. And....it's huge! Several restaurants and there's even an ice rink on the ground floor.

The Galleria is a great spot for shopping in Houston, a wide range of stores, everything is connected so you can buy without walking in the sun or rain.
There is also some stores located crossing the streets that are good choice for everyday and traveling needs.

Shops galore, ice rink, many levels of stores and high end to reasonable food. It’s a Houston must if you’re in town. There is something for everyone here. And it’s fun to see what people who go there wear! A fashionable and fun outing.

I think the best thing here is the food court.
Try the Chinese place not the one on the very corner on the first floor but the one next to. It.... There orange chicken is good and noodles 🍜...

The Galleria felt like Christmas Eve or Day when visiting it for the first time on January 1, 2021. People were making extremely long lines in each store, even in the high end stores. Crowds of people in and out in every single floor, and could not believe that it took us two hours to just walk every floor (three floors in total). In addition, there was a skating ring on the first floor. This mall offers a wide variety of stores for every single budget, and it is quite vast. For those obsessive shoppers, the Westin Galleria is available inside so you can rest and enjoy the experience from the beginning to the end of your stay. Social distancing can be a challenge most of the time, but people seemed to be wearing their masks at all times. I would highly recommend this mall to anyone interesting in shopping and willing to walk for hours this huge mall.

I took my wife and adult daughter here last week and it was scary. A bunch of thug looking people throughout the entire mall and we did not feel safe. No measures to reduce covid spread and no security. We had several of these thugs make degrading comments to us so we left without buying a thing. Also saw several car break ins and I would not recommend leaving your car unguarded. We will NOT be returning.

If you are visiting HTown and love to eat and shop definitely visit the Galleria. It will take a whole day maybe longer. You can always stay at the Westin Galleria and make it a shopping trip. Great places to eat from super fancy Nobu and Yauchacha to causal shake shack and a full on food court. Ice skating too. Clean, safe, plenty of parking Enjoy!

It remains an ideal place to shop for exclusive brands and enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner at the mall's restaurants. You can go with family or friends. I recommend it 🛍️💯

We went in looking for dresses for the bridesmaids at my son’s upcoming wedding. There are many places to shop but most were either very pricy or had carried limited selection appropriate for a wedding. Most of the nice dresses were more prom style than wedding.

We did enjoy walking around and looking since I hadn’t been there in years. This place is crowded no matter when you go.

There are many restaurant options from typical fast food to sit-down style. There were long lines at every restaurant though.

My complaint is that the parking is not convenient. We had to park in a garage across a major road and cross it to get to the mall. Construction did not help though that is no fault of the mall.

While at the Galleria Houston our car was broken into. We were left with only the clothes on our backs headed on a business conference and stopped at the Galleria while passing through. Supposively there were no working cameras. The thieves managed to pull every piece of luggage(3) from the back trunk to the front to get it out of the car. Also firearms, high end sunglasses and a small amount of cash for tolls etc. if needed were among some of the missing items. We were told that we was the 5th hit that day. At this point someone should have been patrolling. Not unless the patrollers are the corprits/bandits. Lives was put at risks without the public knowledge. This place is very dangerous and it was early afternoon. Galleria Mall Houston is dangerous.

Shopping at Galleria was delightful. There were exclusive designer brands as well as impressive anchors from Macy’s to Neiman Marcus (and Dillard’s just across the street) but also stores typically found at your average urban mall. Loved the options all under the same roof.

The mall is surrounded by crazy busy streets and I difficult to her to. I feel like they cater to valet parking and if you choose to use the parking garage, good luck finding a spot, and good luck being able to figure out to get where you want to go. There is a blue garage, a yellow garage, a red garage, an orange garage, etc…..the blue is the closest for the Westin Hotel (if you’re staying there) but a large portion of the blue garage is reserved for valet and another large portion is reserved for some kind of car spa/washing service. The garage is dirty. The streets stay bumper to bumper to all times of the day and there are homeless people all around the mall. We witnessed a man screaming inside the mall while two law enforcement officers pursued him, and we witnessed to homeless outside the mall get into a fight. It just all seems trashy. The ice skating rink is pretty and the kids had fun but at $25 per kid, I think you should be able to come and go. The museum of illusions was over $100 for my family. It took about 30 minutes and while there were a couple of fun exhibits, it was not worth the money at all. We stayed at the Westin, attached to the mall and they charge $22 per phone for wifi. That is absolutely absurd! It is all a money grab.

On this 10 day visit to Houston, we wanted to do some shopping. Firstly, there is none, absolutely none, downtown. It's comprised of offices, hotels and parking lots. The Galleria is a 20-25 minute car journey away. Apart from the ice rink on the lower floor, it's little different from any other shopping mall with 3 department stores and the usual range of high end brand name down to "off the rack" goods. Things are said to be big in Texas but there's nothing big about this mall. We have been in many larger in other countries.

I always go to the galleria you can always find what your looking for in 1 place. It does sometimes get crowded but its my go to mall

Galleria is a huge Mall right in the centre of Houston. The shops vary from exclusive high end (Bulgari, Prada, Louboutin) to every day stores (Macys and Forever 21). The ice rink is fun for the kids. Only criticism I'd have is that there isn't much choice for decent mid-price eats, and the place is like a maze. There should be more maps to help you find your way around or the particular store you're looking for.

One of my best places to go shopping! Bad and boujee. It's a great mall to visit they have variety of restaurants

The Galleria situated in downtown Houston is such a plush Premium Mall. Replete with all major brands, Salvatore Ferragamo, Prada, Louis Vuitton, and the likes. And anchor stores like Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Macy's. The list is endless. Shop till your legs give up.

Fabulous luxury wing with incredible array of enviable high end designers. Turn the corner and lots of empty storefronts in darker alcoves. Dining includes everything from Nobu to Food Court. Ice rink available too.

The Galleria is a Houston icon - its a must see - if you are a shopper you could spend hours an hours here. If you are like me and not much of a shopper you will still appreciate the opulence. The kids would enjoy the year round ice skating ring, there are a lot of food options - from high end to pizza to fit all budgets. Its also a great people watching kid of place too.

I like this mall so much, I contacted them to see how I can go about renting a store or a kiosk. I was giving a website to fill out a form and no one ever responded back to me. This was almost 2 months ago. What a waste of time.

The Mall is vast with all the famous brands, all in one place, XMas stats early in here 🎄 better to park in the Blue parking

They are running a sad scam that deserves full boycott! Blocking majority of parking spots and forcing you to pay exorbitants valet parking… it is annoying and ridiculous that they need to resort to such low tactics…

Big and modern mall, also bright and pleasant atmosphere. The stores are high end. Ice rink in the middle of the mall for the kids. A day was still not enough time to go through all the stores.

So nice to go to a mall that wasn't full of empty store fronts. We enjoyed both the shopping and dining experiences - the variety of both was excellent. We got lost a couple of times and would have appreciated more guides/maps/info services but spent almost a full afternoon there.

This place is huge! Lots of stores to window shop.
If your vehicle is 6' or higher don't attempt to park in the garage.
The parking garage ceiling is only 6' .
At the lower level there is the ice rink and a food court.

Used to be nice! Bathrooms were foul, roaches in food court & overall dirty. Approached by 2 different ppl asking for $$

This is a huge mall, running in two directions for a few blocks with many upscale stores. It has fancy restaurants and a beautiful food court next to the ice skating rink. We went there for lunch, as I was surveying the options several places offered me free samples. Highly recommended.

It is huge but with the exception of the ice scating area not very special regarding shopping or dining.

As a newcomer to Houston , I wanted to enjoy the Galleria but utterly put off by the confusing parking . On top of it , we were chased down a honking parking attendant telling us that this is all valet parking with absolute no signs . Seems like a scam . We turned around and left . Not worth the hassle . Merchants are missing out customers.

My main complaint about this mall is that it’s so hard to get around. So many twists and turns across 3 levels with not nearly enough signage or maps. I do not go to the mall to experience a maze.

There are loads of options for all price ranges in terms of shopping and dining. However, not much seating in the food court. There’s a kids play area like a fifteen minute walk from the food court so if you need a break from your kids just send them ice skating since it’s closer.

Yes, this place is large and it has an ice rink, but all in all this mall doesn’t feel like anything special. I’ve been to more upscale malls (with less confusing layouts) across the country so this didn’t impress me. If you need to do some shopping this place should be fine.

Worth the visit if you want to dive in a shopping spree. Several different upscale and pedestrian stores. A huge variety of good restaurants

A world-famous shopping mall, attracts shoppers and sight-seers from all over the world. Nice to see stores busy, nice to see so many people enjoying itself. And it is the anchor to the fanciest modern part of town, lots of tall apartment buildings.

Everyday I was in Houston, I walked in the galleria. This place is HUGE. So many neat stores, great restaurants and an ice rink. Enjoyed it!

I flew to Houston for my 22nd birthday. The mall is pretty big. I lost my car parking lol. Staff was friendly :) The building was clean.

Love to stop by the upscale stores and enjoy the indoor walking ambient. Found a variety of the latest styles.

It was a two hour drive to the Houston Galleria from where I live. But well worth the time and drive. I was familiar with the Galleria in Dallas and this one is much the same, maybe a bit larger. The shops were all high end so bring your checkbook or credit cards. I only saw about one third of the mall and it took me three hours, Yes, I like to wander and look and shop. The food choices were great, you name it and it is there. You will not go hungery. The skateing ring on the first floor is fun to watch with all the kids, young and old, learning to skate. All in all this is a great place to spend a few hours, parking is easy and no cost. See you all at the mall!

Walked in, host motioned us over to bar area, we find seats only to have someone come out from kitchen to tell us we weren’t spaced enough, then walks away!!! We are left there not knowing where to sit. We just walked out!! Rude people work here!!!

A decent out of city Shopping Mall, with a good range of shops and easily accessible by using the Metro bus service.

Great for shopping, major US shops are there and also design stores. Ice skating is always fun for kids and grownups.

If you can’t find a birthday gift here, it likely doesn’t exist, or you have difficulty with decisions. I sometimes struggle with that part, but when I walked into the Louis Vittton store my mind was put to rest. The sales associate provided all of the optional info, leaving the decision up to me. Kind questioning about style and personality were required. She said they didn’t have crazy, so we went with passionate.

Mall is severely overpriced and overcrowded. Yes it is humongous but maybe they should be more careful with how many people are permitted inside. I did not really feel particularly comfortable and safe

Since I stayed in Marriott Houston Westchase my Uber ride was minimum 12 usd to 16usd one way to the Galleria. First of all, this mall is massive and believe me you will get a good workout walking around discovering the shops. The Christmas decorations were already on display and this just enhance my festive mood and it was a nice experience to do my Christmas shopping. To me it was safe walking around as there were mall security every corner but then again situation awareness is also important on individual part. Macy’s is my favorite as when I showed my passport at the cashier she was nice to give me additional tourist discount on top of the discounted certain items. I also like Sephora as the staffs were friendly and always checking up on you if you need assistance. You can find high end to low end bargains in this mall. I take breaks in between by having a Starbucks coffee. I also manage to claim my tax from the tax free shopping office located at the other end of the food court which is also R level. But the total tax has to be above 12USD for you to get some cash back so if you spend 90 usd in one store it won’t be enough for tax return. I spend about 180usd at Macy’s and I got back about 7.25usd tax return. All I showed was a copy of my flight details as well as my passport and receipts .Then I walked to Westin galleria lobby to get my uber as it is a huge mall so will be difficult for the driver to find a pickup point.

This is a decent big mall. It has all the shops you could want. Decent food court. Has a skating rink. Otherwise it's a pretty standard mall.

Excellent shopping, where you have a wide variety of luxury homes, with not many people and excellent service apart has parking places everywhere and multiple entrances

lovely mall. great stores. airy and inspiring atmosphere. the ambience makes one feel as though they could buy everything they want. lots of parking options. many restaurants. the traffic around there is a bit pesky, tho.

Excellent Shopping experience with a ton of options. It can get overwhelming if you don't know which shops you want to head to as the mall is huge. They have plenty of online directories in the mall to help. Loved the ice skating rink and the 3 story Christmas tree.

Another beautiful place in the world. Very nice. Can find everything under one roof. No need to waste time anywhere. Cleanliness is some they need to maintain. Plz do not get lost your way. Highly recommended.

If you can’t find it here...it doesn’t exist. Seems like the largest mall in Texas with department stores, boutiques and even a Tesla store and an indoor ice skating rink. Fast food and high end sit down eateries. It also several hotels and office buildings connected to it. Have a great day Shopping.

I love the Galleria mall is a beautiful mall with several levels and selections of stores to choose from. I love the fact that there is variety of high end and commercial retail shopping available in one place. You can go solo or with the family but it can easily turn into a all day trip if you browsing. There is also a wide selection of restaurants avaliable and a fast food court if your looking for a quicker option. If you have kids with you they make like the ice skating rink located on the first floor of the main building. It is easily a place to get lost for hours.

The food at this mall is good and the mall is huge and is nice as well highly recommended visiting the Galleria mall if your ever in the Houston, Texas area very nice

This is the famous indoor shopping mall, very upscale. It was created a long time ago but keeps up with updates and renovations. And then there is the ice rink. So come and enjoy the modern history, shopping and architecture.

Very nice distraction while on a seminar. Nice collection of stores that rivals West Edmonton Mall. Food court was clean.

I was happy to shop in the Galleria area because there were stores here that are not in my home state: Neiman Marcus, Sax 5th Avenue, Dillards, etc. The after Christmas sales were in full force! The Galleria area includes lots of restaurants within walking distance of the actual mall. It helped that my hotel was in the same area, and offered free shuttle service to the area.

There is an actual Galleria Mall, and then there is the Galleria area (blocks around the mall. I liked the entire area.

Wow, what a Mall! I truly enjoy the Galleria mall so much I went twice and was only in Houston two full days!

Back to School Shopping Weekend! No problem! Spend the weekend at the Galleria for clothes and supplies for your teens! Get their hair cut and styled and don't forget to buy something for yourself! The skating rink level is a great place for people watching and grabbing a bite to eat from the many vendors in the food court! Out of town. Stay at one of the two nice hotels in the Galleria complex or the many hotels surrounding it!

Parking in garage is free, with entrance off San Felipe or Westheimer. Exclusive shops like Louis Vuitton and SACS and Burberry available here. Fast food and classy dining plus ice skating or 3X virtual ride all in one stop. Busiest on weekends with most people hanging out in food court. Safe family friendly mall, 3 stories high. Highly recommend the massage parlors.

I was here with my family just shopping as usual and when I returned to our car my new white/tan coach purse was taken as well as my tan laptop case which had my rose gold MacBook Air 13in laptop. There were few security cameras and I just hope they catch the robbers! I recommend parking in the VALET area to avoid burglary!

Lots of lovely shops to buy yourself something special, a great retail therapy and many places to eat or relax. You can spend a whole day here. Bought some presents in the Hot Topic. Houston, tranquility base here, the eagle has landed. Got myself the KD basketball jersey and the Houston Rockets cap.

It is a mall. Pretty big one, but it is what it is. Seems clean and I would go back if I needed to buy something.

The employees at the kiosks in the mall are absurdly aggressive. A man at a perfume kiosk in the middle of the aisle near JD Sports chased me down the aisle and grabbed my arm trying to force me to accept some of his perfume samples. He simply would not take no for an answer. He then started cursing me out in Arabic. It took a friend of mine pulling out her camera to get him to let go of my arm and stop bothering me.
Simon Property Group should be ashamed that they allow this kind of behavior in an upscale mall like the Houston Galleria. I will NOT be returning to the Galleria Mall -- I can shop at plenty of other very nice malls and not be harassed.
I DO NOT recommend the Houston Galleria in any way, shape, or form!

Sales tax fees shopping is a huge scam. The tax counter is a privately owned enterprise and takes half of your sales tax refund even though the counter advertises it as a sales processing fee. The fact that no sales staff are across this and mention it is also crazy.

They also close way earlier than the shopping centre closes. Makes for a stressful shopping experience as a traveller. Then the counter won’t process a refund for clothing items. You’re better off just shopping within the airport honestly.

As a galleria it’s definitely huge and has loads to do, but it’s not worth the time as a traveller.

I always stay in the Galleria area when I travel to Houston, and usually stay in one of the hotels attached to the mall.

It’s a nice break from the usual hotel experience to be able to wander around a mall, they have all the typical stores, Nordstrom, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus as anchors.

Lots of really good restaurants attached to the mall, Del Frisco’s, Peli Peli, Nobu, Oceanaire and others, unusual for a mall. There are dozens of hotels and restaurants in the immediate area as well.

Good Starbucks close to both hotels.

Only downside is that the Galleria area appears to be in a perpetual state of road construction.

Loved the high end shops and their amazing merchandise. First visit was fun. The Christmas tree was superb and the enormity if the area made it impossible to see all. Beautiful mall.

What a mall and what an experience. It was seemingly endless in offerings. Great food options also for fine dining. Was great to see the Nobu and other nice restaurants.

I try to visit this mall every time I go to Houston but this time was special. It was my 5 year old first time! The food court has great options. We ate at Chili’s while watching people ice skate.

The ice rink and food court have reasonable prices. Most of the stores are very high end. Great mall for walking.

The Galleria Mall what can one say, huge and just everything you could want and find here. Lots of places to eat and lots of different stores for shopping and just has a diverse culture from stores to people. Another great feature is the ice skating ring and its something to just enjoy.

This place is enormous, there is so much shopping and its super busy. We got lucky with parking, but I'm pretty sure it can take you a good time just finding parking, especially on the weekends. They had an Ice rink which was pretty cool for this time of the year. I'm pretty sure they have every store possible.

Low-carb cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory - Amazing. Wings at the Greek place? Only adequate. But if you want to relax a bit, watching the little kids skate at the rink is a bonus.

I’m pretty sure you can find anything your heart desires at the Galleria. Make sure you remember where you parked because there are multiple parking lots.

Very large mall with mostly very high end stores. Unable to maneuver from stories easily as they had them blocked for maintenance, so that was annoying.

This is a great mall with a lot of awesome shops. I visited both Bath and Body Works and Game Stop here.

Upscale - very upscale shopping mixed with traditional national mall chains. There is a good food court and restaurants for a variety of price points. There's also an ice skating rink on the lower level!

The Galleria was once the crown jewel of Houston shopping, but once sold to it's current owner it's no longer the same.

They do have some great anchor tenant Tiffany & Co, Nordstrom's, Saks etc.

The problem is once Simon property group purchased it they have made it more mainstream and less exclusive.

They have tried to maximize every dollar per square foot by bringing in those cheap kiosks where hucksters are trying to sell you e-cigarettes and a bunch of other junk.

This has really changed the demographic of the shopper there.

If I go there it's for a specific purpose and will use the valet parking available at Nordstrom's.

They made it like any other shopping mall from coast to coast.

Doubt they'll ever get that prominence back.

So many better and easier accessible higher-end venues have opened in that area.

The Galleria has just about everything you're looking for. Huge mall with different sections, it takes very long to find a parking spot, and the traffic surrounding the mall is bumper to bumper. I recommend parking across the street at 1 of the strips close by. Overall great mall.

A very large, active mall. So many clothing options. One negative are the pushy kiosk vendors trying to get you to "sample" their products. (No means no! lol) This is a very large mall, though, so wear good walking shoes. It's very easy to get lost so grab a map.

The fact that there is a Tesla car Dealership INSIDE should tell you everything! This Mall has everything! the shops are top-flight with al indoors as in under one roof. You need to take your time to take it all in, it was worth the time and oh did in mention the Tesla car Dealership INSIDE the Mall? MAD!!!

Ice skating was my daughter’s favorite- put this stop on your travel list. The atmosphere was nice & decorations were beautiful for the holidays.

The Galleria will have everything you want and a little more. If you’re shopping,fine dining,or just looking to ice skate while in Texas,it has it all.Plenty of parking for everyone

I was told that this mall was big, but it is huge. Got lost on numerous occasions. It covers three floors, with an ice skating rink on the lower floor. One floor seems to be for the high end shops, Gucci, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, you get the picture. There is a shop called Godiva, the best ice cream, chocolates, chocolate dipped strawberries, def need to try this place. The Galleria is definitely a place to visit, might pay to leave your shopping to last, there is literally everything you can think of here.

Wanted to make sure we visited this mall in Houston as it’s one of the biggest in the country and it is an amazing mall. Went in late August and it was VERY hot outside. Parking is definitely not easy to find, even with multiple leveled garages. Once inside, the mall is very large with tons of cool stores. This mall has some stores that other malls don’t have (Lego store, Microsoft store, etc). There’s even an ice skating rink! We didn’t see the food court or tons of restaurants, but maybe we didn’t see the whole thing. We’d definitely go back again to make sure we see everything.

It is massive, it has many shops and many restaurants. The building can be quite confusing and it is old, not in a good vintage way.

My daughter and I enjoy going to the Galleria to shop, eat and get haircuts. There is lots of variety and price points. There is something for everyone in the Galleria.

Too much crime for my shopping experience. You can't trust that your car is safe while you shop. Houston is simply heavy on crime.

We looked up things to do and the Galleria Mall came up for Houston. So I love shopping so my husband and I stopped by Sunday evening. We looked around a few stores and found some good deals on some shoes. We ran out of time and wanted to catch the Gucci store but it was already closed. This was a Sunday and the mall closes at 7pm🙁Maybe next time!!

Huge and bright, this mall has everything--even an indoor ice skating rink. It is a little confusing to navigate at first because it's split over a street with one side having more floors than the other.

Nice clean place. Great place to get out of the Heat and just roam around. Not too big where you feel lost. Great places to eat in shop and browse.

Took Chicago's Magnificent Mile, put it indoors where you don't have to dodge traffic or suck auto fumes, added some AC to keep you comfortable, plenty of food, and threw in an ice skating rink and some movie theaters. Hey, everything is better in Texas.

What's the point of having security, cameras, and valet if your car is still broken into‼️ LITERALLY 30 minutes in and all of our luggage was stolen‼️ If you are coming from out of town in a rental with out of town plates be careful your things would be stolen. The police or the security is of no help.

I took a friend who had never been to the U.S. to the Galleria.
As a European who doesn't get out much my friend was in total awe of the sheer size, shopping options and decor the mall had to offer.
Was a great day trip, window shopping, taking in the sites, watching the skaters in the ice rink, etc.

Galleria is huge mall,you can get easily lost.I visited this mall several times during my stay in Houston.Its really nice experience to shop here,specially Macy's shop.The prices for clothing items are rock bottom and the quality is premium.The mall also has all the premium Watch stores and they have a wide variety,This place is really good for shopping with affordable prices.The food court has good selection of various types of food,I tried Daily Grill which is worth every penny,

Thank you for a clean bright place to visit during the pandemic. Arrived at the mall a few minutes before 11 am and the shops were almost open. We strolled along with masks, everyone had one on, till the stores opened. The sales staff at each open business were more than welcoming, and were so happy we were there. We followed the indoor protocol, sanitizer shopped and left. Thank you for keeping the mall open.

The Galleria is a huge and fun experience especially if you like shopping in all the very nice and popular stores. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes because you will be busy!!!

The mall is massive, with a floor dedicated only to high end stores such as Jimmy Choo, Prada, etc. We visited from Virginia and I didn't see any different stores that we don't have here. I would prefer to venture to non large malls with the best bargains & little known stores.

The most famous shopping center in Houston, very large (there is also an ice skating rink). There are all European brands and all USA ones, there are obviously restaurants / fast food even if no one deserves particularly. Not on European brands, but if you happen in the sales period you can do great deals on local brands

Wow, this mall has 4 anchor stores and more shopping than you can imagine. One floor is very high end shops then as you go up they get less expensive. Lots of junky kiosks-dont make eye co tact and keep walking or they will accost you with their goods. The basement has an ice rinks and a food court including a conveyor belt sushi place. There ate plenty of high end restaurants such as Fig & Olive along with more mid range eats such as Blanco Taco that are open layer than mall hours too.

Took my daughter and my wife to the galleria in Houston on Memorial Day weekend. I didn’t feel safe at all. I saw quite a bit of thug like characters. I would dare go in to an expensive aflore and walk out in to that environment. Restaurant service was poor and parking was also bad. Nit what I remember it to be from 10 years ago.

I have been shopping in This mall for years. It has been changing a lot each year. I think shipping here is not only just find things you want to buy, but also could see many new products day by day from stores. One of fun is eating on the food court while watching people dancing on the ice skating rink. Then going up on the floor you can see most of the big brands from the Lemons to Saks Fifth Avenue and turn to left by the elevator walking forward is Norstrom. My favorite store is De Beers. Another attraction is Garden display will set up during the Spring. Shipping in Galleria is fun.

Very large mall with every store you can imagine, plus an ice skating rink. They have $11 valet parking at many (perhaps all) of the entrances.

A variety of shops for all!! Great stores, but also has ice skating for the kids! It is quite large and spread out.

This is one of the largest shopping malls I have ever been to. If you aren't paying attention to the direction you are going, you could get lost. The food court (which is why I went in) has a wide selection of foods from chicken to Cajun to sushi.

The mall is huge butt has an abundance of great stores... Traffic around the galleria is not good. But it was a good mall experience overall.

Okay I have to admit that we were all pretty disappointed with The Galleria.

It is not BAD, but with all of the options online, either I am just too old for malls or there is just no way for a mall to compete with online shopping.

Tons of stores, both high end fashion and more common stores. Please note that the high end stores such as Tory Burch and Gucci, there was a line to enter these stores.

It was nice to see everyone still wearing masks even with the mandate recently removed.

We visited The Galleria on a Saturday so as you can imagine, it was crawling with teenagers. They were behaved so nothing to report there, but even with the mall being as large as it is, there was no escaping the teens! Lol

We walked around 60% of the mall and we were over it.

Nice to know that there are hotels and restaurants if you truly want to make a day of it, but we had our fill.

One of the best malls I’ve seen in a while. This mall literally has every store you can think of... so be prepared to shop until you drop.

Walking out of the hotel, I was quite surprised to find that I was on the 3rd floor of a mall! It’s a biggie. Flanked by Saks and Nordstroms, a good 10 minute walk between them, there is a plethora of both luxury and mid priced stores. Several were unique to this mall.
On the ground floor there is a decent sized ice skating rink and a large food court.
A fantastic place for those who like to get their exercise by mall-walking.

Would not recommend this hotel due to the poor housekeeping service I received. Was in an executive suite with access to the club lounges and the housekeeping service was slow and not very efficient.

There are a handful of shops that are worth visiting, the designer shops, but they appear to be overpriced, so nice to look but not to buy unless you want to pay 15% to 20% more. There was a massive amount of building materials and work going on around a whole floor where the ice ring was and it’s next to the food court, so not great unless you want building dust with your fries. Worst of all it’s got an edgy nervous feel, like something bad is about to happen. We’ve been in downtown malls all over the US, New York, Chicago, NJ but this place felt bad. We travelled 3 hours to get there because of rave reviews and stayed for less than 1 hour, probably best to avoid.

The fit of the dress is also fantastic. I am quite petite and often struggle to find dresses that fit me well. However, this dress comes in different sizes, including petite, which was a game-changer for me. The dress hugs my body in all the right places without being too tight or uncomfortable. The length is also perfect, hitting right above my knees, making it appropriate for both work and social events.

I love this place and its exciting mix of a skating rink, shopping, eateries and people watching - love the energy in this place and the perfect mix of stores.

OK, it is a shopping complex but as far as they go this is a good one. Absolutely massive with shops of all kinds and a good food hall on the lowest level -- when we visited in November there was an ice-rink set out here but I'm not sure if that is just seasonal. Look no further for your retail therapy! :-)

The Galleria Mall in Houston, while generally satisfactory, exhibits a fundamental disregard for customer comfort, evidenced by the complete absence of benches or seating areas outside of dining establishments. This oversight might detract from the overall shopping experience, as there is no place to rest or place one’s belongings unless visiting a restaurant or cafe. On the other hand, the retail offerings are of a higher price range, which is apparent and expected by visitors. Despite this, the lack of basic amenities could be seen as a significant downside.

my boyfriend and I went to the galleria our first night in Houston and it was huge. We didn't expect it to be that big. We got lost looking for a store. But it's so beautiful. I wish I took pictures

A very complete shopping center that offers a wide variety of entertainment for adults and children. It has stores of all prices, although it is mostly focused on the public with luxurious tastes. It has an ice skating rink, restaurants of many kinds and an always curious to see Tesla store.
It is not essential but it is very curious and deserves a visit.
Next door it also has the Water Wall monument fountain so characteristic of Houston and the Williams building.

Complete shopping promenade with many shops to go around, both frontline like Zara, H&M and much more. There are restaurants and bars for a drink or a bite to eat, there is also parking.

Great shopping mall, if you have small kids, there is a small playground for free, only not many small cafes - one Starbucks in the middle of mall, pretty overcrowded.

If you are into expensive name brands at full price or above then this is the place for you. If you want a diverse shopping experience or place to enjoy a variety of options and shops then take a pass. I was so bored and when I did enter a store was either ignored or pressured.

This mall is so big. There is definitely a store there for everyone. The food court is located at the bottom level. Plus there are fine dinning restaurants located throughout the mall on all levels. If u don’t want to big crowds go there earlier in morning although on Sundays noon is open time for stores. Will go back and recommend.

Multi lever mall with cool shops, unique restaurants and ice skating on the bottom. There is something for everyone. Meny stores are not your traditional "mall" stores but they are neat. Meny are way more expensive then normal "mall" stores but they are beautiful.

Just a small convenient ride from downtown Houston, the Galleria boasts luxury and everyday amenity shopping. From fashion to technology.

It also has a great range of food establishments ranging from fast food to sit in.

Adjacent to the mall is several factory outlet stores. There is also an Old Navy.

You could easily spend the day at this mall it’s so big!

This is the place you visit when you are looking for luxury brands. All the top end stores are here. You will occasionally see celebrities.

This used to be the premier place for shopping. It is nothing but a war zone now. Gangs roam the mall. It is not safe in any parking garage, parking lot, nor in the mall itself.

Multi level mall with stores you would see at any other regular mall, although there are a few "luxury" brands here, it does not feel "upscale or luxury" shopping here. I mean, it's houston so it will get "a lil" ratchet, it's to be expected. There is an ice skating area at the bottom level. Food is okay. Parking is horrible.

I always love coming to the Galleria. They have opened new stores and restaurants since I last visited.

I may be biased because I live in New York, but I was underwhelmed by this experience. To me it just seemed like a regular mall with the unique addition of an ice skating rink. The stores were the same set that you can find in other malls with a few unique or rarer stores here and there. Overall wasn't as upscale or fancy as I had been lead to believe.

Took the family ice skating on Saturday night. Not like I remembered it. Definitely some sketchy people hanging around. There were a lot of police offers, thankfully.

This is much like any other mall just Giant! The stores are many, the bathrooms were clean and the parking was free. Definitely good for a rainy day activity or a shopping lover. Plenty of food choices as well.

This mall has a ton of stores and a ton of food options but I was disappointed that there are no high quality good outdoor type stores. There is a lego store and gamestop for kids. So many annoying vendors trying to sell skincare products from pop up stands I dont even want to go back but the ice arena and some of the stores like Kate Spade and Saks are nice.

You want they got it. Everything under one roof food, clothes, shoes, jewelry etc I love just walking around taking in the sites and window shopping.

This mall has everything you would ever need. Tons of shops, eateries, and even an ice skating rink. It was a pleasant way to spend an afternoon indoors escaping the Houston heat.

There are many stores worth visting i.e. Nordstroms, Macy and many more. I was also impressed by the skating arena in the middle of the Mall. However, I was surprised by the way Tax free process is handled.

One of the biggest and top quality shopping centers I have visited. There is every store you can think of, and lots of excellent restaurant places to choose from. Went there multiple times during my stay in Houston.

I spent about 4 hours at the Galleria and was impressed with the number of great stores and enjoyed my time there. I didn't get to all the shops and stores, but hope to come back the next time we are in Houston. The parking is free and it was very easy to find a convenient spot. This mall has everything you need from lower price point stores to your luxury brands! It is also covered parking, so it is a bonus for me, especially if it is raining. Nordstrom- yellow garage has the best parking. Lately Galleria has added more experiences to their already awesome ice skating rink! They have added TFTI experience which is a selfie museum and also an escape room. The food choices are phenomenal and also range in prices from Canes, chick-fila- to Shake Shack to Nobu, joey uptown, fig and olive, All inside or walking distance from the mall. With Houston being so big, Galleria is a one stop shop that you can spend hours. They also have the waterwall which is walking distance!

This is a huge mall. They have lots of stores to meet many budgets and fashion styles. I didn't buy anything or find any amazing sales. Just a day in a mall for me.

Stepping into The Galleria is like stepping back into time - in a bad way. The mall is grossly outdated with dim lighting, 1980s mirrors and brass and a layout that defies logic. Yes, there are some interesting stores, but nothing truly local or unique. Do not waste your time coming here unless stuck in Houston in (1) absolutely terrible weather or (2) noting left to do.

The galleria is huge! Too big for me walk the whole mall. It has 3 floors and a mix of high end and average mall stores. It also has a ice skating rink at the bottom floor for ice skating all year round.

Houston Galleria is a great place to shop. The Galleria is a multi level shopping mall which included hotels and business towers. From high end designer boutiques, nationally known big box stores, popular fashion chain stores, beauty services, restaurants and a children’s play area, there is something for everyone. The Galleria has an ice rink for family fun conveniently located near the food court. Shoppers can also find foreign currency exchange services as well as a post office. You may also find valet parking service in a designated area, as well as car detailing services located in the many of the Houston Galleria parking garages. The best of all....The Houston Galleria offers FREE covered parking.

The galleria is not only filled with wonderful shopping, but also the best Starbuck's! Also my favorite part is the ice skating rink in the middle where I could watch the ice skaters forever! Christmas time is when they put a huge tall Christmas tree in the rink and the entire Galleria is decorated with a full display of Christmas cheer! Several floors of fun!!!

Gigantic modern and fancy mall with all the major luxury brands represented. On the ground floor there was a nice skating rink and several food courts. Very high noise level everywhere when there are a lot of people, luckily I brought my earplugs to avoid the worst noise.
I appreciated the shops in the nearby Westin mall more (they are connected) as they suited my wallet better. Lululemon, Sephora, G Star Raw, Nort Face, Zara, Tumi etc. There were several nice restaurants where you could get away from the noise and crowd. Overall a pleasant afternoon with a lot to offer in the way of shopping.

Super ghetto. Crowds of thugs walking around not buying anything. Wouldn’t feel safe walking around with expensive items. Surprised some of the upscale restaurants don’t enforce more of a dress code.

The plaza has a good options to shopping, it is spacious and well designed. The food court offers good options of meals but i will recommend to increase cleaning all around the plaza thinking on the fact its a public space were viruses can be shared if superficials are not well desinfected.

This is the epicenter of shopping, walking and people watching in Houston. From great shopping, high end art galleries to ice skating, the Galleria is a great place to see and visit. Due to its popularity, the parking lots fill up quickly, especially in the holiday season. Get there as early as you can and preferably right before it opens to get a good parking spot. The Metro bus# 82 goes east and west by the Galleria and connects to many other bus lines around Houston. This is a must see and visit place in Houston and I highly recommend it,

Favorite place to shop! Love the dining options as well especially Blanco Tacos & Joey Uptown. Made a visit to Rihanna's new store Fenty and visited the TFTI Selfie Museum above the Apple Store.

If you can navigate out of the parking lot, you will be dazzled by the beautiful interior. Food court on bottom floor has a good variety. I loved Wexels Pretzels. Ice skate on their small indoor rink. Current rate is $17 for skate rentals which you can use until mall close time.

I live in Cypress, the only reason I chose to pick Macy’s in Galleria is because it has great restaurant and tax refund. My husband and I drove 1 hour to pick up our order. After 20 minutes wait we’ve been told by Chris the cashier that he can’t find my order, and said” if I have free time within next 30 minutes I’ll go back and find for you.” I was like what? Is he trying to send us home and come back again for the package???
My husband said: “ could you please go back and try finding it again?” He went back. And another 20 minutes later. He said no, there’s nothing there. He said there are too many packages. And he said “ leave your number and home address, tomorrow before I leave the store I’ll send you the package over night.”

Today I got his phone call: “ my manager won’t let me do the over night, could you please come here and pick up? We can only do free shipping, it will take at least 5 business days.”

OMG, I thought you are gonna pay yourself to do it! This experience sucks. Will never shop at Macy again. And I’m waiting here to see it shut down just like any other big malls.

This is our very favorite place to shop at back to school time! My kids love the store choices, I have a few favorites myself, and we make a weekend of it with the great restaurants and hotels within the mall! Highly recommend!

Houston fast becoming the most visited city for me and a hub to other destinations. The Galleria is an upscale mall with many leading brands. 1. Remember that as a tourist you can get your tax refund at this mall for any shopping done here or any outside so long the store is participating. I think the folks at Texas has refund are a bit warmer that the tax free folks. You can Texas has refund on level 3 overlooking Apple. 2. Note that there are discounted stores across the galleria like Neiman Marcus last call, Nordstrom rack, Marshall etc. You might score some good finds. 3. If you don't have a local number, and wants to book uber do so at the galleria. Enjoy the shopping but hold plenty cash. Lastly if you are a creed mania, Neiman Marcus stores them. Creed is not do easy to find in many outlets in the U.S.

It's a huge mall, they open at 10 am so you can get there early and spend as long as you can, there's plenty of places to eat and drink. 4 large department stores, that is if I notice that in most of the stores the attention is bad and impersonal, I feel that the employees are very busy or fed up with so many people who go, but you have to know how to sell to win

We enjoyed ourself relaxing at the mall. It was so fun watching all the ice skating that was set up in the center of the mall with all the Christmas music and it's the first week in November was the best part

My family has visited the Galleria mall multiple times and each experience is different. There are some amazing restaurants on the bottom floor near the ice rink. My personal favorite is La Madeleine, a French Bistro style restaurant. The next level has tons of designer stores. We usually take a quick browse by them, since most are out of our price range. The top floor has several stores for the whole family; Lego, Disney, Morphe, Hot Topic, and Attic Salt are just a few we frequently visit. There is also a really neat water feature in the middle of the mall.

One of the best place in town to have fun, eat and shop. There are numerous shops and a great variety of restaurants.
We brought family visiting from Canada and they loved it.

I'll admit that I don't usually go shopping in malls anymore (I prefer to buy things online), but this mall is both really big and super nice, with plenty of stores at different price ranges, so there's something for everyone. Some of the stores had long lines of people waiting to enter, as stores are limiting how many people can enter at once.
There's also a big ice skating rink in the middle, so you could feasibly make a full day out of visiting this mall. The food court had all of the usual dining options one sees at the mall, albeit of a more upscale variety; the food quality was pretty good.

The galleria is a nice mall and a great place to visit but the stores are not for your average joe. The prices are way beyond what I can or anyone can afford and it’s uncomfortable to walk in the stores

If you’re visiting Houston and have some shopping to do, head over to the Galleria. Yes, it’s huge (3 levels) but the variety of stores and eateries is amazing and you’ll surely have fun walking through. And do take time to stop at the ice rink and watch the skaters. The food court is right there so you can grab a bite to eat while watching the skaters.

It’s a fantastic place; it seems you never finish knowing it because there are so many shops and places; in different seasons the ornaments are fantastic and you usually always see it as spotless clean.
Recommended for Shopping (most stores are expensive) and if not, just for walking.

Nice shopping mall. Has nearly everything you could really want to buy, and eat. My fav is the LEGO store, the Cheesecake Factory and Yauatcha. Very festive during Christmas as well with an amazing (huge) tree and lovely decorations.

We visited the Galleria in Dec ‘22 with our young children. The building is pretty massive and looks like it is multiple interconnected structures based on the inside appearance. The kids enjoyed the ice ring although it’s pretty expensive and they don’t have and support structures for little kids who are learning how to go out on the ice. We were there for a couple hours and there are too many shops so we stuck the the Italian designer section. The place has a mix bag of patrons and shopping for any budget. It was a little annoying that you had to through a few steps in and out of the connected garage. It felt like a split level home with that varying floor levels. Good place to do some serious shopping but be prepared to deal with crowds.

I had a free afternoon and wanted to get out of the heat so someone suggested the Galleria. It’s a good place to eat - large variety- even a skating rink - and I even got lost finding my way out. You may find a few moderate priced stores but the ones with the posted security guards I did not find equal to my pocketbook. Most of the stores are high end and I didn’t even bother to browse inside. Good place to just walk around and that I certainly did over three floors, people-watching. Best place to visit there- the Cheesecake Factory!

This is one of the first big fancy shopping malls in the country and has long been a destination. Now, many years and many shopping malls later, it's just an upscale shopping mall. it is integrated into some offices, etc. But it's a mall.

Wow this place has gotten Ghetto...there was even a lady that was robbed inside the mall last week, they actually cut her expensive handbag right off her arm while she was INSIDE!
It packed with just people that you dont want to be around, I would that 70% of the patrons in the mall are not there to shop but to just socialize, none are carrying shopping bags and are just there to cause annoyance and trouble. Becareful

I visited this Mall in Houston Texas in 2019, it has everything to shop with family or friends and also excellent places to eat.

The bottom of the line you won’t feel that you are in a hotel you gonna feel home

This place is ginormous. Amazing selection of stores, including some high end spots you don’t encounter often. Strong security presence everywhere. There’s even an ice skating rink. Retail therapy can readily be fulfilled here.

This place was amazing. I had heard so much about this place over the years and to finally get a opportunity to go see it was outstanding. The year has not been a fun year with 5 deaths in my family months apart including my dad. But other wise it's been a blessing to go there. I'm very much thankful and grateful. We spent about 4 hours their. Next time it will be a little longer. But it's amazing place to check out if you are ever in Houston, Texas. I reccommend this place to visit.

The mall is like most other malls. Aventura in south Florida is almost just as good so i wasnt taken by surprise but it has a middle range side too where u find a good food court and free wifi with gap and other common American brands. The upscale side has louis vuitton and tesla stores. All in all good place for fun and yes my boys got to experience VR shows and they liked it.

If you came to Houston so you have to visit this mall where all internationals brands are available as will as lots of restaurants and cafes.

Luxurious mall with prestigious stores inside. It has Spencer's stores, hot topic, box lunch, game stop, Lego, Tesla car agency, Neiman Marcus stores, Macys. It has an ice rink and food area in the basement. I recommend entering through the parking lots on West Alabama Street as it is less crowded.

First time visiting Houston. We did not expect to spend 5 hours walking the mall. My daughter enjoyed ice skating. The food court was decent. It was Easter weekend so it was full of people. We stopped in a few shoe stores for my son and they were sold out but Tiffany’s had my fave perfume and we enjoyed The Fomo Factory.

The Galleria is the largest mall in Texas and the seventh largest mall in the nation. There is something for everyone in the mall. I especially enjoyed the B8ta store which features new items that feed your internal geek. There is an ice skating rink on the lower level and some world class restaurants such as Nobu. One word of warning, the restaurants in the mall have a high price point. 2 ruebens and 2 beers cost $48 at the Daily Grill, $55 with 15% tip, which is one of lower priced establishments.

It is a nice shopping but it also does not stand out as they promote it. If the NBA store is good, since my kids are fans.

came here to shop, it was very busy but it seemed very clean to me. the lines for some of the food places were too long, maybe because it was that time of day. i like how there is a skating rink there.

I came here with my daughter to have some lunch and to get some shirts. Managed both although surprised that they don't have a Nike store

Really just a huge confusing mall. Half the escalators did not work in Holiday Shopping Season. Not very clean either.

I don't know how it hasn't closed yet. There is almost nothing: 2 clothing stores, a few fast food and coffees and the only good thing: Funatics licensed store of all teams from Texas NBA, NFL, MLB etc.

Visited on March 5. Parking nightmare, had to pay $5 to park. Very crowded and a sketchy crowd. Alot of thugs walking around.

All you could think of for any shopping spree, Gucci? Sure... Louis Vuitton of course, anything and they have it here! Wanna go ice skating, done!

The mall is vast in millions of square feet and multi-story as well.

It houses a big food mall but lacks option of vegetarian food. But certainly kids can play ice skating there which would be fun.

Otherwise all branded store exists and big malls as well like
Masy's that gives discount options.

Must visit if in Houston.

Yesterday we were robbed in the private parking lot of this *big*, *luxurious*, *fancy* shopping mall. The management does not care. We could also be killed in that parking lot and nobody would care! Actually you would be much more safer in a warzone in Iraq than being in this mall.

The Galleria Houston, always a great place to visit, in this occasion we had to visit the money exchange booth since Carlyjosephine was traveling to Amsterdam for her study abroad program. We kinda got several things done all in one place. Hot some last minute buys at the many stores for teens. Enjoyed dinner at the oceannaire restaurant. Galleria is fun any time of year.

My daughter-in-law and her friends left their vehicle in the parking garage of The Galleria Mall and when they returned they found that their suitcases had been stolen after breaking the windows of their car. Although they had paid $ 18 for parking, The Galleria did not respond and there were no security cameras either.

As always around this time of year....the giant Christmas tree and watching the people ice skate were my favorite!!😍😍

The Galleria in Houston is centrally located and has many high end shops all in one place like St. Laurant, Gucci, Chanel, etc. etc. There are also good department stores like Nordstroms and Dillards. There are also many upscale fine dining restaurants and also a food court and even an ice skating rink. The reason I only gave 4 stars is that the parking is a bit difficult. I recommend parking at Dillards (free) and entering there. Also watch your purse and packages in your car as thieves do often prowl around the Galleria and the parking lot.

Beautiful indoor shopping center with about 400 shops and also large department stores - plenty to see and buy. An ice rink and swimming pools are available. It's crazy to skate indoors when it's 40 degrees outside! Air conditioning is less dominant. Free parking in the Yellow parking garage (2 or 3 hours)

The Galleria is very simply the best mall in Houston. If one is looking for high end shopping, one no longer had to go to New York or Beverly Hills. The Galleria has so many options: Ferragamo, Omega, Deutsch, Neiman Marcus, Tod’s, Prada, Saks Fifth Avenue, Tiffany, Gucci, you get the idea.

My only criticism, the owners of the center have apparently closed some of the public restrooms in the mall. Somewhat understandable but also a hassle for some shoppers.

Restaurants are fairly good with several choices. But the draw here are the stores.

Being from big town we have the same kind of malls but totally enjoyed the Galleria. Had lunch at Salatas which we have in our town but love it there

This mall was really nice. It reminded me of King of Prussia on the east coast. Every store you can think of is here.

Amazing place where you can find great brands, nice restaurants, definitely you can spent one day there without any regrets

We stayed across the street from this mall and every time we went in we found something we liked and purchased. High end stores and not to please most economic levels.

It also has numerous high end restaurants and not so high end (food court)

Beware! Avoid the Galleria shopping area. It is extremely unsafe! We were there in the middle of the day on a Monday with our vehicle parked close to a door and we were robbed. The window was broken out and all of our recently purchased items including other personal items were stolen. I feel like I may have been followed from the stores we had been at- lululemon, Nordstrom, Saks and Dillard’s. When I contacted the security guard after another shopper entering the store said she saw the people that did it- he shrugged his shoulders and said “it happens all the time”. He told me where the thieves park and just how they do it. And that they are sometimes more violent. When I asked security if they could look at their camera, they did confirm it was on camera but wouldn’t give us any details.
I can’t believe a shopping area of that size doesn’t have adequate security. My little hometown mall has a security vehicle driving around continuously.
I am writing this review to warn others to avoid that shopping center area! If I had known it was the norm I would’ve avoided it at all costs.

The Galleria is such a grand and fashionable experience. It has all the stores I wanted to visit. Being able to see the hotel in the mall was really cool as well! The ice rink adds the cherry on top. It makes the galleria a unique experience that families and friends would love to visit!

This is a wonderful shopping mecca with everything one would expect from a high-end outlet. Loved the restaurant choices, shops, massage, and even a Tesla dealer! The downside to the experience was the incessant high pressure sales tactics of the skin care vendors who are located in multiple shops and kiosks throughout. Don't fall for the "free sample" or offer to show you how they can reduce your eye wrinkles. Total scam and super super expensive product that they will "gladly" discount.

Excellently located, it is an old shopping center that has been updated. It has most of the designer stores and an ice rink that is very popular with children on weekends.

Big, with lots of shops and a very convenient parking. I don’t know what more one can expect from a shopping center.

Large variety of shops. Food variety like standard malls as well as high end selection. Visit was pleasant. Enjoyed Thanksgiving day 10pm fireworks were great!

Large selection of stores, restaurants, and other activities to kill time and a great "one stop shop" mall. Peli-Peli is my favorite restaurant here. I really enjoy the mixture of low to high-end stores so I don't have to drive around to multiple places. Driving around in Houston for shopping is an all day event! Thank goodness for the Galleria.

The Galleria is a great shopping center with all that you need. The variety of the shops are makes shopping easier. Plus the great food they offer in the food court.

Great mall, tons of shopping and good dining options. Enjoyed Shake Shack and then headed to take fun photos in their selfie museum afterwards! Love the ice skating rink as well.

Huge mall with every shop you’ve ever heard of.. teenager went into orbit when he got to your and sit in a Tesla. But seriously...every store!! It was fun...been A while since we’ve seen so much stuff!

Wow this is one of the biggest shopping centres I have ever visited! But be warned they are top end shops and very expensive!
There is a large food court on the bottom floor with a good choice of food and a full size ice rink!
They do have some good restaurants on the other floors which are worth visiting! You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to food.

It has free parking and is all connected so if it’s raining there is no need to get wet!
Most hotels offer a free shuttle bus within a 3 mile radius well worth it!

This mall is very large and has pretty much every store you can think of, including high end stores like Louis Vuitton. The down side is that it’s so big it can be overwhelming if you don’t know what you’re looking for. The one store I was looking for—Dillard’s—didn’t appear on the mall map. However, if you exit the mall and cross the street there is a Dillard’s that appeared to be independent of the mall.

OMG! This place is full of thugs & gang members! Now I know why so many stores have closed. The whole place reeks of nasty perfume from the kiosk salesperson that step in front and spray you!! Tried to take my daughter to Forever21 and she was accosted by salesman at a kiosk that grabbed her outside Forever 21. The MetroHouston busses are safer then this mall!! We left & went to Baybrook Mall which I much safer and more upscale.

This is an amazing mall. You can walk around for hours and it has all your favorite stores. Highly recommended.

This mall is huge! It has every store you would want to shop at … it is a 'higher end' store and has expensive retail shops, as well as several department stores. There are at least 2 food courts and a skating rink.

Upon visiting the Galleria for the first time, I only had a rough idea of what to expect—although my idea was somewhat negatively-constructed after watching a viral video of minimal social distancing measures and huge crowds in the facility. I ultimately decided to check out the mall with my mask and self-social distancing practices, and worst case scenario, I’d only be there for an hour as a taxi was scheduled to pick me up at closing time. However, unfortunately, the hour I was there felt prolonged quite a bit. I don’t wish to dock too many stars for the mall itself since it’s absolutely beautiful, full of amenities and hundreds of amazing shops, and a treasured place for the community to gather and spend enjoyable time. Nothing about the mall building itself was bad, nothing at all.

I just really, really wish the mall staff and Simon Property Group would intervene and **enforce social distancing and masks**. Just as I had seen in that viral video before visiting, crowds packed the hallways and stood close together in lines and probably spit and coughed on one another at some point out of the hours a typical family might spend there. I didn’t wait in any lines, didn’t enter any stores except for a snack shop, and did my best to maintain six feet from others. But it was very, very challenging. Galleria management likely won’t read this, but if someone happens to, I IMPLORE YOU to do better with COVID-19 precautions. Or else I recommend you shut the mall down till COVID-19 is less of an issue. I have taken this very seriously, and it’ll anger me if this blatant disregard for the public’s health continues.

And along with almost half the stores voluntarily closed to begin with, the luxurious, memorable Galleria shopping experience isn’t there with social distancing or not. So as I discovered the annoyed way, I ended up visiting basically to admire the upscale atmosphere, architectural style, and dangerous social scene. To all my kind readers who look at this review: please, please come to the Galleria AFTER the coronavirus dramatically subsides or there is a vaccine. It’ll be worth it for both your health and your enjoyment.

Decent mall with quite a big variety of shops from pretty basic to very high end, usually not too crowded. But not "the" shopping destination it is often describes as.

I love this mall. When I’m feeling posh, this is my go-to place to shop. My engagement ring came from a store in the gallery, as did my baby’s nursery. Yet it can also be a casual place to meet up : the ice skating rink, the movie theaters. Regional malls are dying bc they are not special, but this one truly is.

This is a huge mall with everything you can think of in it, including an ice skating rink. Lots of good shopping, places to eat, but also just nice for a slow wander out of the heat and a bit of window shopping.

You will find most thing you need and plenty variety of food and Children friendly. plenty of free parking and handicap access

Good selection of shops for all price ranges. But the mall is showing age, is usually overcrowded. Also the ice rink is not good, melted water collects in it, and an extremely thin layer of ice.

Misrak was the guy at the valet, he was very rude, I ask him who was his supervisor and he answer( No body! Im the boss) also he was trying to damage my vehicle because he was upset. Not recommended at all. After I gor the receipt from the parking he was calling a towing truck to take my vehicle.. Again BE AWARE of this employee

It looks like any other old, obsolete mall. The only cool thing about it is a giant flag, thus you can go there, take a photo, and return back. For some strange reason, people from Houston think that it's amazing. On the other hand, people who have traveled and bemused.

I have a misfortune of having to work in the Williams tower and come to the Galleria food court to grab lunch.it used to be a nice upscale mall 30 years ago. Now it appears to be the place where young gang members and their girlfriends go for a stroll. It is trashy, dirty and unsafe. Nobody is buying anything at Gucci, and Versace shops, they are too expensive. The food options re bad and the traffic is horrible. Avoid.
Oh, yes, and when I sometimes stay overnight at a hotel nearby there are all kinds of going ons happening between 1 and 3 am.not safe and trashy area overall. Going downhill fast.

The Houston Galleria Mall has the Worst Parking. It’s not that there isn’t enough parking But it is almost impossible to navigate to and from the mall. There is very limited to No Signage as to which direction the mall is and No maps that I could see for where the Zones are for each of the different colored garages. Also the Yellow garage has a Lower Level 1 & 2, the above 2 floors of shopping with 2 more garage floors. The 1st floor above shopping level 2 is Zone 3, which is the 5th floor. I will never bist the mall again.

Impressive Shopping Mall, with a Griffes concentration but also with medium interesting Brands.

Great shopping, however it is alot of square footage to cover! Cannot browse the entire mall in a day. So many floors and stores.

This mall is big you can walk all levels at a good pace in about 40 minutes. It offers food options from fine dining to a food court. You can buy Apple, Microsoft to Samsung and Tesla. Christian Louboutin shoes to Legos and Kids R Us. So something for everyone. The kiosk people are a little intense but otherwise a good variety of shops and a fun place to go for a walk and shop.

we were here due to my daughter photo shoot at waterfall wall, we decided to browse this mall its almost similar to Eaton center Toronto, clothing is expensive but other items are average price it's good if you small kids to spend day.

it is a normal top of the range mall went in to get a few items .full of top end shops designer type outlets which i am sorry is not for me .over priced paying for a name but then shopping is my idea of fun . i work to hard to put the folding stuff into the bank to spend a fortune on something just because of a name . the only store that interested me is Macy and they seem to have a sale 365 days of the year.if shopping is your thing then maybe this is a great place . glad i was here on my own because for sure if my girlfriend had been with me i would have empited the ban account

Several times I went to The Galleria, every time I found out something there. This kind of shopping centre isn't cheap at all, but chances are pretty high you'll find for what you are looking. Legendary is ice rink on base level. Food court right beside ice rink is a good place for a snack or quick dinner, if you are in a hurry. Several good restaurants can be found across the shopping centre as well,

I see no purpose for such a large waste of land and time. There is absolutely nothing special about this mall. You could skip it and not miss a thing. You’d be better off at an outlet mall. There were complete dead zones. Don’t Recommend!

My baby took us watch ⌚ shopping. So many shops to chose from. High end to low end. Well come again.

What a huge mall. An icerink inside, lots of eateries and a small playground for kids to play too. It’s good there are touch screen directories so you can find your way. It’s really big!

Very big mall! Good mix of tenants (Luxury, High Street, department stores). Good variety of F&B options too. the traffic outside the mall can be rather packed.

This place is almost historic as it has been around for a while and sort of set a standard for so many other malls. Is it an oldie but goodie? Not sure. A big mall.

It's easy to get lost in this amazing mass of shops. Even though I didn't buy anything here there was a great variety of shops. The only thing I didn't like was the cosmetic hawkers who tried to drag you in. Easily accessible from the Sheraton Suites by Galleria. Also huge variety of eateries down on link area, very cheap or the up market restaurants dotted around several levels.

I would not go shopping here. The Galleria mall has become super ghetto and scary. Tons of scary looking people looking for trouble. I will definitely not be back with my family.

You can do so much here, shop, watch a movie and even ice skate!! You could spend days in this place and not see everything

Not bad, but very pricey for your average buyer. Skating rink was neat to see. If you like high end shopping with guards at the store door, this is the place to go.

We were a little worried about safety based on some of the reviews, but didn't really see anything or anyone suspicious on a weekday morning. The parking areas have endless signs to watch out for trouble and do not leave anything in your cars. We left our luggage at hotel before visiting.

It didn't have anything unique. The waterwall is nearby which is great, but I wouldn't waste time visiting this mall when on vacation.

Also we found it difficult with a stroller as we only found one elevator near us.

Maybe for international travelers who have never been to an American mall or for people who want to walk indoors.

The mall is really good with so many shopping centers. I really enjoy going here. There are lots of parking place around the mall .. so many brands to choose within a same place .

T-Mobile has stolen my money! I’ve tried to buy a sim-card, the shop assistant told me that my card was not accepted but the bank has charged me. The overall service at this store was rude and unprofessional: they did not give the transaction failure receipt after I asked for it several times, helpless in giving information. Now the money hasn’t returned yet (Today is Feb,13). T-Mobile service assistants are telling stories about the bank transfers but refuse to send me any documentation confirmations. Please do not use T-Mobile - save you time and money

Won't go back. This place is huge but there are maps only at each far end of the mall. Had to ask employees and delivery people for directions and none of them knew where anything was. Took 15 minutes to find a bathroom. The maps don't help at all because there are many different buildings. The whole place smelled like perfume.

Very big mall in Houston with hundreds of stores and some very high end stores as well. If you get there late parking is horrible. Mall is kept clean and really nice at Christmas time

A must for all travelers. Shop til you drop, dine at great restaurants and they even have a fun selfie museum place called TFTI for fun pictures. This mall is right by the Water wall as well!

Big mall, good restaurants from fancy ones to fast food. The shops are nice, and you can find interesting things and clothes. It is hard to find a parking spot.
