Nice indoor facility

By Benson W |

Love shopping here during bad weather. Lots of stores, bigger ones like century 21, off 5, Burlington, provides lots of choices. Of course they also have the standards, Nike, Gap, Banana Republic, etc. have stores for kids too Lego, Game stop. Good food court, Burger King, Popeye, and a few restaurants. Snakes are available all over. Prices are okay, very rarely do they have super sales, just your average outlet discount. But keep in mind no tax on clothing. Nice place.

All Shopped Out!

By Caity1993 |

Fantastic bargains, nice large airy mall, exceptionally clean and not too crowded on our midweek visit.

Highly recommend taking a suitcase to load your purchases into whilst walking around, we bought loads and this was a godsend!.

Best bargains we found were Michael Kors, Kate Spade and Victoria's Secret ($5 bras!).

We were lucky with buses but I think it's just your luck.

Shopping

Some of the prices were awesome. Burlington was my favorite store. some of the prices are too high.
Customer service was good.

So convenient from NY with some great bargains

By sloping_fungus |

Visited in a recent trip to NY, so handy to get the 111 busy from the NY Port Authority and only takes around 40 minutes. Great selection of shops with some great bargains. Food court is quite good but could perhaps have a wider selection of food types

Great shopping mall

By p3aud |

Spent an afternoon here before our flight home from newark airport. It's an easy 10 minute shuttle costing $9 return with shuttles every half hour. Lots of shops and big food court. Just wished I had more room in my case.

Wow! Need more time !

By Wendy1764 |

My last visit was 9 years ago & I thought it was a great place for bargains then. Boy has it changed, for the better. I stayed in Manhattan again & got the bus from the terminal- made easier now as large signs telling you which bus goes here. ( Make sure you plan your trip as a early as possible, as bus service from NYC ends around 4pm. From the Mall it is later- check time, but again don’t leave it till the last bus, as there is only so much space on the bus) if you have ever been to Westfields London then you’ll understand the size of this place, but with Outlets. The only think I felt it was lacking was more coffee shops, for those well need breaks, but a large food court. This place will be on my list when I make my next NYC visit.

A full day of shopping

By lillibet12309 |

An ex colleague recommended coming here. We caught the bus from the Port Authority terminal near Times Square and the cost was $14 each return which we thought was reasonable value.

The three shops we wanted happened to be close together and we bought in all of them. (The service in Sephora I have to say was abysmal).

We wandered in many of the other shops but they weren't especially to our taste.

There was a food court area at lunchtime but mainly the choices weren't things I would have opted for. We chose something from the Louisiana counter in the end - the portions were enormous and we could easily have shared one meal between us.

The bus back to NYC was already at the bus stop when we left the mall and the journey back was approximately 45 minutes.

The wait for the bus was horrendous!

By Mary B |

We visited Jersey Mills on a wet Saturday and overall felt it was worthwhile. Good value to be had on Levi (jeans two for 99 dollar) and MK bags (80-180 dollar). We didn’t buy the voucher book and I asked in several stores and they wouldn’t use them in combination with whatever discounts they were running so probably not worthwhile buying. Be aware you will be asked to provide an email address to avail of offers so it is worth having a junk email to avoid the spam. Food choices I felt were limited if you didn’t want burgers and chips etc. One caveat is the wait for the bus to get out was ages, like 1+ hours ages. It may have been a particularly busy day being a Saturday and due to the rain but in hindsight we would have gone earlier in the day to avoid the wait.

Go to outlet mall in NJ

By Maricar B |

Second time at this mall. Last visit was in July 2014. There are lots of stuff to buy in this mall with very affordable price. In the month of Dec it's even cheaper with additional discounts. Brands such as Tumi, Adidas, Samsonite, Michael Kors, etc can be found here. There is also a nice food court and mini Mart you can buy food from.

Nice mall

By Rajagopal S |

Love this mall. We love about 25 mins from this place and this has been our go to place for shopping , before big trips. Almost all brands are available here - tommy, Nike, adidas, armani, etc etc . Parking is crazy . Tough to get parking on weekends and holidays. Billing is pretty slow in most of the shops and is always crowded . Lots of eateries. Overall a great place to shop ..

Huge Mall

By VPR |

Many of the factory outlets, ample parking, able to get all brands under one roof, nice location, hope to visit again soon

Shopping day!

By Lapinoloco |

Easiest way to go there is with a bus (USD 7.-/trip/person), every 30mn, takes you about 45mn in, 1h30 back (much more traffic at the end of the day). You have all the shops you want on two floors. Maybe not much less expensive than in city center, but special offers (take one, second at 50%). And all brands at the same place. Free wifi inside.

A smart choice

By Gioacchino C |

While visiting NYC, we decided to spend one day in an outlet: the choice was between Jersey Garden and Woodbury and eventually we chose the first one. It takes about half hour to get there with bus n. 111 (vs. more than one hour to Woodbury), the return ticket from Port Authority bus terminal is $16 (guided tours to Woodbury cost at least $40 each): consider to arrive there early, it opens at 10 am, since to avoid traffic to come back in NYC is better to leave before 4 pm. The mall is big enough to be visited in one day: Woodbury is huge but it would need more than one day to be worth to go there. I suggest Jersey Gardens to have a whole day of shopping and be back in New York on time for appetizer and dinner time. Enjoy the visit!

great deals - no tax !

By Empathy |

you can get there with a shuttle from EWR for 5 usd one way or via line 40 for 1.60 (free if you take weekly NJ transit from Penn Newark to Penn Manhattan for 46 usd) - great deals like clarks second pair for 10 or 20 usd or Checkers latest ! pairs buy one get second pair 50% off. found coupon booklet useless as usually not to be combined with instore deals

The ultimate for branded apparel and shoes

By Abumik |

If you need to do serious shopping for cloths, shoes and bags - this is the place. Not much of anything else.
You will find most of the brands here, both the lucrative and the casual.
Tips:
1. Its huge, vacate a full day
2. Bring comfortable shoes
3. Bring a trolly (or buy a cheap one if you need anyhow)
4. Check upfront for deals in the website, and check the coupons book at the entrance
5. You will not cover everything even in full day. Try to build a plan with priorities before you arrive.
6. Prepare for very crowded experience during shopping holidays such as black friday

Enjoy!

Very very very disappointing

By Ignacio Domingo |

It is not an outlet at all, the prices are normal, we have seen cheaper things even in Times Square.
Don't even think about buying the $10 voucher, it's a scam, they almost don't accept it anywhere since they already have the offers.
Only Micharel Kiors is worth it a little.
Ah! You get a surprise with the final bill because they add taxes. In short, don't waste your time there.

Big mall

By 554MichaelA |

Very big shopping mall , lots of shops inexpensive and expensive, food court on ground floor very good , large amc cinema on site ,there is a free shuttle from out side port authority, or Newark airport , or it’s $3.50 from port authority ,worth a visit

Good mall

By Sherwyn G |

Went to this mall to just look around.. they are a lot of outlet stores and reasonable prices, also many restaurants to choose from. Arrived at 12 pm and ended up leaving around 5 pm. I would recommend checking this mall out

Good shopping mall

By Candiece L |

Good outlet mall Mainly went for UGG and Michael Kors. MK had good discount and better than outlet store back home. Husband and daughter both got good deals in adidas. Bloomingdale’s and saks off 5th were like a jumble sale. Was easy to get to from the PABT and only took around 40 min. Pick us where you are dropped off. If you plan on buying a few items maybe think about taking a suitcase as they charge $8 to rent a cart and a few shops want you to leave the cart at the front of the store to prevent theft.

Good Shopping

By Debbie K |

We made a quick stop at the mall during or pre-cruise stay at the hotel across the street. It was Black Friday so the mall was crazy busy and the police actually closed it for a while. We enjoyed shopping there.

Great day of shopping

By pip t |

East to get to on the bus from Port authority bus station , they give you a timetable tell you gate number easy, it was $27 dollars return for 2people.big queue for bus at 0910 but another was behind so no problem.
Took about 35 mins to get there but on the way back an hour due to traffic .(air con so fine)
The bus drops you where they pick you up and again big queue and no shade to wait under. We got on but some had to wait 20 mins for next bus be warned.
The mall is big with great names and discounts you can google the shops that are there too many to mention.lots of places to grab coffe food etc not great but ok.

Transportation nightmare

By Ryan |

The center has all the right shops. Staff is quite inefficient and there will be lines even when the stores are not very crowded. In my humble opinion, after been traveling all over, new york and surroundings have some of the most inefficient service providers I've met so far. We took the bus from Port Authority to the center at 9 am and that was ok, that took about 40 minutes or so. The ride back at 3.30 pm on a week day took about 2,5 hours and that was because the bus has a few stops at some very inconvenient places! If you visit the center, be sure to be out of there before 3pm.

Not great.

By Artful D |

Always on our last day in New York we go to an outlet mall. On this occasion we went to the Mills at Jersey Gardens where normally we go to Woodbury Common. I was disappointed it looked on the inside like an old run down mall and I ended up buying nothing, my son on the other hand bought loads. If you have to choose do Woodbury Common, way better.

One of the best shopping options for those in New York

By Ander_MS |

Great shopping option in the NYC region, taking about 1 hour from Times Square. It has 3 major strengths:
1 Closed location, very similar to a shopping mall - which is excellent because it is air-conditioned, not suffering from external temperatures.
2 despite being in the state of New Jersey, it is easily accessible from NY, including a direct bus that leaves from Port Authority Bus Terminal.
3 As it is located in NJ, there is no tax charged on clothing, which can represent significant savings.
It's worth the trip.

Good outlet mall

By Seni A |

So many places to shop...some very expensive while some were affordable. Loads of places to eat. Tourists are advised to register with their passports at the entrance of the mall for good discounts. Got some great perfumes st Burlington.

More shops then you'll ever be able to visit!

By unkybuck |

This place was huge! We spent 6 hours shopping and probably saw a quarter of what was in the center. There's some brilliant outlets offering great deals that makes it well worth a trip. Many people (us included) brought a suitcase and started filling it to save us carting our many many shopping bags around. The centre is spacious with a large food court and lots of variety.

Overcrowded

By janickaau |

Easy to get here from NY, catch bus 111 from Port Authority $14 rtn. Would not come on the weekend again, too many ppl everywhere, queues to get in stores and then queue again to pay. It get’s really hot inside. The prices were higher than Woodbury, would not be coming here anytime soon again.

Interesting

By debarilaw |

I would not rank it as one of the top malls in New Jersey, but it does have a wide variety of stores with significant discounts.

come with wallet and bags

By gilfuss |

we took the bus 112 from city we brought suitcase with us i gave for each kid budget to spend and we started
first in the entrance they sell for 7$ coupons book

so for that few word most of interesting shop dont give discounts with the coupons so check before what store u want to buy and if its in the list!!

Shopping Therapy

By Stavros S |

Great place, hopelessly low prices on many items compared to Europe, many options for food, coffee and rest. You're actually paying back part of your trip...

Ok, service level low

By Italytravel |

Ok mall, contact week before visit never got answer.
Service in shops from nice service to poor at the NBalence, no service at all ,staff to bussy on there phone. Toilets clean. Parking lot dirty.
50% of food court restaurants was clossed

DO NOT BUY COUPON BOOK

By corksth |

DO NOT, DO NOT! BUY THE $10 DISCOUNT COUPON BOOK AT RECEPTION! IT'S A TOTAL SCAM. THERE'S EVEN A BIG SIGN AT RECEPTION STATING THAT BOOKS CAN'T BE RETURNED ONCE BOUGHT. YOU WILL FIND OUT ONCE YOU ENTER THE FIRST STORE. THE COUPONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN ANY STORE AS YOU WILL BE TOLD THAT THE ITEMS ARE ALREADY DISCOUNTED. LUCKILY WE ONLY BOUGHT TWO BOOKS BETWEEN FOUR OF US BUT IT WAS $20 DOWN THE DRAIN. THE ONLY SHOP THAT GAVE A DISCOUNT WAS TOMMY HILFIGER AND THAT WAS FROM THE COUPON ON THE BACK OF THE OUTLET DIRECTORY WHICH IS FREE TO TAKE FROM THE RECEPTION DESK. FROM THE FIRST SHOP WE WENT TO THE SALES ASSISTANT ADVISED US THAT SHE FELT SORRY FOR TOURISTS BUYING THE COUPON BOOKS AS THEY ARE USELESS AND QUOTE "YOU GUY'S REALLY SHOULD BE TOLD THAT". APART FROM THAT THE CENTRE IS DEFINITELY A MUST FOR SHOPPING AND THE FOOD COURT IS FINE. WATCH THE TIMES OF THE RETURN BUSES TO THE CITY. IT'S A GOOD DAY OUT TIRING BUT ENJOYABLE ONCE YOU GET OVER BEING CONNED AT THE OUTSET.

Great Premium Outlets

By George |

I never imagined of such a Premium Outlets location close to Manhattan - NY. After a recommendation from a friend I embarked on a mission to check it out and was not disappointed. It’s only about 45 minutes by bus from the New York Port Authority Bus Terminus on 42nd Street in Manhattan. Book a return trip when buying tickets. With a wide variety of the major brands one cannot be illusioned as an option opposed to the far off Woodbury Premium Outlets it is worth a visit and the tax is less than that of Woodbury. Worth visiting before doing a major shopping in the malls in Manhattan.

Go to Woodbury Common!!

By pamibiza74 |

We went here after we had been at Woodbury Common Outlets. This didn't even compare. This is more of a mall with a few discounts than an outlet. We did bag a few bargains bit not even a tenth of what we bought at Woodbury.

Shopping paradise near NY

By Bianca |

Super varied outlet. You really find a lot of cheap stuff. Easily accessible from the Port Authority. One wonders at first why the locals carry a small suitcase, but relatively quickly it became clear that there are really many bargains to be had.

PREVIOUSLY FOR 10USD buy the voucher book at the service point, it is worth it directly! It can also be viewed beforehand.

Great shopping centre

By sharon m |

It was super easy to get to from Manhattan on the bus.
We felt really safe in the shopping centre .
We got loads of bargains .
The centre is very clean and has a good range of shops.
We would return in the future.

Shop till you drop

By upstage jazz |

I just love coming to the Mills for shopping. You get value for your money. Just allocate whole day to be able to visit most of the shops. I will be back!

Great mall - lots of bargains

By Billy G |

Great mall , lots of bargains to be had.
Good prices on many of the items and of course because its an outlet theres normally a sale on as well - so more money off!
Been here a few times when visting New York and will be back again.

Shop Til You Drop!

By TripTips14 |

What ever you need, more than likely you can find it here at the Mills at Jersey Gardens. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes because the mall is very large. It is not the most decorative mall but there are bargains for every budget from high end to low budget. It attracts bus and car loads of New Yorkers because there are no state taxes on clothing! There is adequate parking. There are multiple restaurants and a food court. Although there is also a movie theater with an IMAX, I would not recommend it. It is not clean nor is it well run. The lines are long for everything, including tickets, food, drink and theater entry. However if you like to shop and you are in the area, you may want to visit Jersey Gardens.

Shopping lovers

By Yasemin S |

If you love shopping, this is where you have to go. I recommend you to bring an empty suitcase with you so you don´t have to carry all the bags and it´s also easier on the bus. You can take a bus from Port authority. The first thing you do is to go to the information disk and buy a passport for $5. This means you get some discounts in some of the stores. It was worth it.

A shoppers paradise

By Annette D |

So many different stores to choose from. Spent a few hours here but could have stayed a lot longer! Easily accessed by bus from Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Massive!

By TrevorClack |

If you're looking for cheap deals and don't want to pay crazy Manhattan pricing for things/gifts... this is for you!
Plan a full day for this place! (Don't make the same mistake as us & think you can get away only spending a few hours there - we ended having to back again the following day!)

Mall outlet

By Mauricio C |

Good outlet and mall the place to eat is not
Soo good but the prices in son stores are good and worth while

bargains could be found here

By Wei C T |

this outlet mall is not large by standard, but it is the largest mall in new jersey and the closest outlet mall to new york city. it’s indoor (good for bad weather days). it’s about 10 minutes away from newark airport making it a good place to spend some time if you have a layover. the best way to get here from new york city is by bus (111 or 115) from port authority bus terminal.

tourists could buy a discount booklet which costs $5 (thought this should be free). this booklet provides for further discount and you could easily recover the $5 paid just in one purchase.

we enjoyed shopping at century 21, saks 5th avenue off 5th, vans, levi’s, tommy hilfiger, polo ralph lauren, uniqlo, coach, kate spade etc. this is a place mainly for mid-range designer brands.

there is a food court mainly for fast food. we are quite pleased to find cold stone ice cream.

it’s a great place to find some great bargains.

One of the best places for shopping in New Jersey .. Great Sale prices

By jassi2u2 |

One of the best places for shopping in New Jersey .. Great Sale prices, specially in Winter, Since this is heated place and has enough parking and great food options.. The Sale prices are almost similar to premium outlet malls

Good outlets

By kay c |

We came here as we heard it was better value and nearer than Woodbury Common outlets. We took a bus from port authority and it took around 30 minutes to get here. The shops didn’t open until 11am (we went on a Sunday) . It wasn’t too busy in the morning but after about 1pm it was very busy. There are lots of good shops here and I managed to stock up on Levi’s which worked out at £25 per pair. We bought a coupon book from guest services for 7 dollars and we made it back straight away with the 30% off at Levi’s. There was a huge queue outside of Nike so didn’t manage to get in there. We ate lunch at Applebees and we enjoyed it. I would recommend a visit here if you are looking for good outlet stores. It’s all under cover as well which was good as it was -7 on the day we went!

Perfect for layovers!

By DKLo |

If you ever get the (slight) misfortune to have awkward flight schedules through Newark airport, you'll be thankful for this mall. Situated close to the airport, it is the perfect stop for everyone to spend a few hours.

I didn't notice any real huge high-end retailers, but most of the everyday nice stuff can be found here. Stuff like Old Navy, Gap, and even Penguin (one of my fave brands!) Maybe it's just me but I didn't find the deals to be that mind-blowing. Perhaps it's the time of year. But still, nice to stroll around - love that it's an outlet mall that's all enclosed.

The food court is nice and expansive, lots of room to stretch your legs, and definitely comfortable enough to bring a family to. And of course, I am a little partial to the mall as it's walking distance to the Country Inn & Suites Hotel which we stayed in.

Fantastic shopping

By Julie M |

Fantastic shopping some Amazing Bargains Highly Recommend so many shops. There is a food court serving different foods Excellent place!!

Know what you're looking for.

By pinchasgerber |

This mall really should a terminal in Newark airport. It would save the 7 minute trip and inconveniences of getting there. Of course you will not contemplate this venture without Waze or Google maps - otherwise you'll end up in Florida. Really!
This is not a shopping experience for the weak of heart. Be prepared to walk. Be prepared to meet people from all over the world looking for a bargain.
You will definitely need to know in advance what you want. This is not an adventure where you can just meander about. You'll be here for days.
Some savvy shoppers come with or better buy an empty suitcase for their retail therapy.
But think before you swipe your credit cards. Though most stores offer a reasonable to excellent discount, some offer a discount only for the second item. Others have considerable markdowns and the prices seem reasonable. Like anything else...THINK before you buy.

Great indoor mall

By PassionBaker |

It's a great indoor mall with discounted good brands. It was easy to get there from New York's Port Authority. Board the bus which brings you there directly. There are cafes, food court and restaurant to meet your hunger pangs after shopping. Highly recommended. However, be mindful not to bring too big luggage as you have to place it on your lap. It depends on the driver of the bus, if they will open the luggage compartment when you leave for the mall.

Well worth a visit

By Caroline O |

Great value here. Get there early because it is huge. Great bus service from NYC and back. Fabulous range of shops. Check your stuff before you leave though. Bought a flying fairy from a stall. It was useless and never worked. Bought light up shoes in Skechers and only one of them lights up. Otherwise all good quality and value.

Positive experience

By Bevis1992 |

Great place to shop. Bring a suitcase as we learned the hard way !! Give a full day of your trip to new york to go shopping here. We got some good bargins!

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan

By irishmick2018 |

If you like shopping then this shopping centre is a must see. They have everything any shopper could want here. It's only 45 minutes from Manhattan On public transport. Bus direct to the door of shopping centre couldn't be easier. Take a break and go visit you won't be disappointed. I went with family they live to shop I don't' but I still enjoyed it .

Nice quiet shopping place

By rita v |

Good selection of shops and nice and quiet away from hustle and bustle. Only issue is that most of the really good bargains didn't have sizes in small or medium in a lot of shops. Lots of XXL available. Still we had a good time

Awesom

By Nigel S |

Shop to you drop folks, large mall over two levels, crimbo shopping delux, we spent the whole day going around shopping, when you arrive pay five dollars for the discount booklet, well worth it, spent a fortune but saved a fortune some discounts with the in store and vouchers ended up with 75% off in most cases, a must place to shop.
Take the bus from the port authority, about 30 mins or so trip depending on traffic, my tip would be to take a suitcase and fill it as you shop.
A must do shopping experience.

Great place to shop

By Christopher J |

After a great day at ny window shopping we read that this was the place to go and get real deals, and sure is. You have to stop by and enjoy the great prices!

Great prices

By Vale Pesa |

It's got great prices and a wide variety of outlet stores. It you're a turist, make sure to ask for their "savings passport" for even better discounts. It's close to Manhatan.

Shopping trip

By Dizzylee1977 |

We visited whilst on holiday to New York, we have been to Woodbury common previously a few years back and thought we’d try something different. I really loved the mall shops, whilst my husband preferred Woodbury. There were plenty of stores with huge discounts. Def worth a visit. If we had more time I would have returned without the teenagers who were tired and bored half way through.

Well worth a visit

By Say what you see |

If you fancy a little shopping when in New York, this is worth a visit. It has some big USA brands and some good outlets. There are some discounts available in the mall guide. It gets busy so be prepared to wait in some long lines.

Good Variety of Shops

By Neeevard |

Took the bus from Port Authority station, very easy and took about 40mins. We went on a Saturday (mainly to give my poor feet a rest from walking miles around NYC)!
Good variety of shops and plenty of eateries.
Easy to navigate and wasn’t too crowded.

Probably the best shopping place I ever visited

By Abumik |

It is an "indoor-outlet-mall" and it's huge. If you never visited here before, I would recommend:
1. Take a look at the map before you come so can get the general idea
2. Take a map from the information desk or you will be lost for sure
3. Bring comfortable shoes!
4. If you plan serious shopping, consider bringing (or buy there) a trolley case. Very difficult the carry your shopping for hours around this place.
5. If you can afford, vacate an entire day. At least... The time goes by super fast in this place, before you even notice.

This place is mainly for clothes and shoes. Hardly any electronics and gadgets.
Huge outlest stores of all known and popular brands. Make sure you understand the nature of the deal before you spend time to try the clothes/shoes so you are not disappinted. There are many good deals if you invest the time to search (could be as low as 50% of what you would pay elsewhere), but there are also many regular or even expensive prices. So take your time to research.
Foodcourt is, as expected, huge as well and you will find whatever style you prefer.

Even if you are not a shopping enthiusiast, I guarnatee you would enjoy this place.
Have fun and good shopping!

Huge waiting line for the bus!!!!!

By AleelaG |

Well people who say here it’s nice and everything ok you are right, you get some great discounts (up to 70% off). But you should also make people aware that to get on the bus (to or from the outlet) you’ll probably wait for 1-2 hours!! Especially in the weekends. So be aware of that!!

Cold outside - go to the mall

By Westcoastweirdo |

With nothing to do on a Saturday I went to the mall. At least it is heated and you can walk around. I ended up getting pants at levi's Jeans.

sooo far!

By Brunakimor |

I went on a Monday in December, and the line to go there by bus was really long. It took an hour to get in the bus, and another hour to get there. the place has a lot of good stores and the prices were good. and you don't pay tax over there.

Good shopping

By Phil&Kim |

It's an outlet mall, a very large outlet mall. The store selection is good and varied where thankfully places relating to Burlington were cheap because a lot of the rest seemed expensive.

Weirdly enough, we went in a couple of the stores (the anime/japanese ones) and many items had no price which I found annoying and so we gave them no further consideration.

Birthday treat

By Jackie C |

Massive place! We visiting here as a birthday treat when we visited New York. Got some great bargains at the Michael Kors store, great value for money. The prices were great, on average about 50% off everything, Cohens(?) was great value for money and great bargains to be had. We were here for over 8 hours and still did not manage to get around it all. Would definately go back for another visit. I laughed when I saw people walking around with cases but by the time we were carrying our heavy bags around with us, I could understand whey they did it - recommend you do something similar :)

Good bargains possible

By Julia |

We were there in Columbus Day which might not have been the best idea because lots of people had the same idea and queuing could be quite long sometimes.

Some stores, such as Kate Spade or Levi's are really nicely organised with good offers, others have a bit of a "last day of sale" feel to it, so bring along some patience when going on the hunt for bargains ;-)

I need more time!!!!

By Team McLemore |

Awesome shopping experience, large walkways, easy to navigate and a ton of great deals!!! Can definitely spend a big part of your day here!!!

great shopping deals

By going4trip |

very good place for shopping and getting excellent shopping deals.
Tips:1-purchase the saving passport from the information desk for 7 dollars , go through it first before purchasing to make sure that the offers works for you. Many shops have good offers .
2-Calvin Klein clearance new shop is a must visit, great prices, a store with clearance merchandise only through the whole store.
3-Dont miss Burlington and marshalls , they always have good deals for bags and clothes .
4-Victoria secret 's price are great but all products are final sale no exchanges or returns are allowed.

Plenty of outlet clothing stores

By AndiamoAMagna |

Location has all of the more popular clothing outlets. It’s also near the airport. You can find plenty of good deals and I believe the sales tax is also reduced at the mall. Common areas are bit messy and untidy.

Great shopping experience!

By Johannes |

The mall is massive and there are many bargains at the outlet stores. Now I know why people bring large wheeled suitcases. I don’t have enough arms to carry all my shopping! The food court is good and there are enough tables to take a load off.

Great shopping experience

By icallsowhat |

This mall offers everything you need from a big mall in the US. All the stores that you need are here.

Foodcourt is okay, enough choice for food. Prices of the clothing are good. You can really find some good deals.

We want by bus from Weehawken. Connection with public transport is really good. Busses are driving pretty frequently.

If you want toen shop for a day, I would highly recommend this place.

Typical shopping center but great outlet deals

By Ahmed |

We went there on the right day. The day it was raining all day in New York.
We took the bus from Port Authority. Waited in a very long queue to get in the bus. Thought it would take hours but surprisingly it took 20 minutes. Many busses came (maybe because of the weather they allocated more busses that day).
Entered the mall. It was like entering any other typical mall. Clean and spacey, but crowded. It wasn’t annoying though. We went to almost all the brand shops and got us some great deals. Lacoste, Levi’s, adidas, tommy, Ralph. They got it all and good outlet prices.
Worth trying. Remember to bring a suitcase if you are planning to spend money. It is a must!

Shoppers paradise. It’s as simple as that.

You but a “cash passport” on the way in and it gets you discount in almost every store, even though there is already massive discounts in place.

Spent $1300 on clothing and if i spent it back hime it would’ve cost me easily £2500-£3000 for the same things.

It’s really hard to explain how good the discounts are but for example in the Tommy Hilfiger store, i got myself a top if the range jacket for $48. I compared it to the price i’d pay back in the UK, which is £150-£200.

Bus tickets from NYC to here are only $14 for a round trip so it’s cheap to get to and 100% worth the effort as you’ll fill an extra suitcase coming home.

Huge mall, fair prices

By Eyal |

Huge diversity of shops and stores - from pricey ones to really clearance sheds. We arrived by car and the parking was very close to the entrance. One must be focused on the shops / items one wants or otherwise a full day won't be enough. We found very good prices for top-shelf brands and goods.

closest outlet to NYC and no tax on clothes

By Bruna Gusmao |

It is the closest outlet to Manhattan, it is closed, so if it snows or rains you don't have to worry, different from Premium Outlets, that are open and further. Because it is in Jersey, and I guess it is a rule in this state, the clothes that you buy there do not have tax. There are stores like Abercrombie, Hollister, Victoria Secrets, Nike, Adidas, Vans, Rebook, and many others. If you buy a lot I suggest you take an empty luggage there with you so you put your shopping inside it. Many people do it. To get there from Manhattan is very easy. Take the subway to Port Authority. There take the escalator and go to the machines to buy the ticket. roundtrip is around 12 dollars. There are buses every 15 minutes back and forth.

A mall for shopping before christmas, cheap prices & good stuff

By eyoram |

Went to this mall for a one day trip, it started late 'cause there was a bomb in port authority station which made big traffic problems. We got inside the mall at 1130 am, and went out at 1930 pm, very tired and with so much stuff to carry to our hotel.
They have a big place for dining with variety of food

Good shopping place near airport

By Joel S |

Few minutes away from Newark Liberty International airport, we decided to check this outlet mall. Huge 2 storey malls offers different branded stores offering outlet prices. No tax clothing & shoe purchases adds up to savings. Huge food court conveniently located at the centre of the mall. This is a not to miss place when you’re up to dove shopping while in NYC & Newark area. Mall offers shuttle service from Newark Liberty International airport for a fee.

Mall was good, Bloomingdale's sort of sketch

By Ellen P. |

The prices at the mall are good, but I only gave it 3 stars because I think I may have had something stolen from my purse at the Bloomingdale's dressing room. I can't prove it, but I stopped there on my way to the airport, shopped for a bit, in and out of the dressing room, then went to the Newark airport and flew home to Toronto. It was late when I got home, and the next day, I couldn't find my travel jewelry box that had been in my backpack the day before. The only conclusion I could come to is that it was either taken there or at the Newark airport security, two areas that have been known for high theft.

The best place to shop the leading brands

By Einat |

A huge shopping center - 10 minutes drive from New Arc airport. All the leading brands and very good prices - great place to shop.
We came with our suitcases but they don't have a place to store it and we found ourselves with the luggage and it wasnt easy.
We spend the all day there and it wasn't enough.I recommend you to take an empty troly for you shopping.

Huge Mall

By Peter M |

Large with a range of Merchants from high end to low priced. Plenty of restaurants. Could have spent 2 days shopping here.

Soom good deals

By RIchard035 |

The Mills at Jersey Gardens is a large mall containing a large number of outlet stores. It is located near to several of the Newark airport hotels. While some of the stores are designer stores and expensive, there are a number of much cheaper stores selling very heavily discounted products.

Good Shopping

By Debbie K |

We made a quick stop at the mall during or pre-cruise stay at the hotel across the street. It was Black Friday so the mall was crazy busy and the police actually closed it for a while. We enjoyed shopping there.

Coupon book

By Dream53530 |

Hi I just wondering if you still get the coupon book free when you show your bus ticket and passport.

Must Go.

By Mayor P |

Plain and simple, the best Mall on the east coast. Best prices, everyday. There is no way you don't find something you'll like. Won't break the bank either.

Great mall in NJ, Could use more seating areas

By jaylessman88 |

We love this mall, a short drive from our home in NJ. Amazing shops selections. It could use some more areas and benches for sitting and breaks during a long day of shopping.

Shopping Paradise

By Sanjeev_Sharma |

Under one roof you find almost 200 stores from where you can shop

Prices are moderately cheaper than other places and has a lot of variety

Well planned mall layout. Has a food court

Great Mall

By ranjit s |

Stayed at the Extended Stay America across the road, which was very convenient for me and my wife. The shopping choices at the mall were very extensive, considering the variety of stores to choose from and the food court was the same. You can also catch the bus to NY stopping at Port Authority and return directly to the mall. The mall has great shopping and great food.

Still the best (outlet) Mall around NYC

By philConAdvices |

Great place to spend a day shopping when you are in New York. An easy way to get there is the 111 Bus from Port Authority NY City (Gate 223, round trip 14$ in 2018).
Make sure to buy the „Savings Passport“ at the entrance of the mall. It includes coupons for most of the shops in the mall for additional savings.

Solid Mall - Mostly Outlets

By ABesq |

Beautiful mall. Most/all stores here are outlets, which means excellent pricing. Store selection is pretty good, but not quite five star-worthy.

Worth a visit on a rainy day

By Katarina |

We visited the Jersey Gardens on a gloomy day, and ended up spending the entire day there. It is a HUGE place, with plenty of stores to make your way through. It is easily accessible if you're staying on Manhattan - just take a bus from Port Authority! It's $14 for a round-trip, and it takes roughly 30 minutes to get there. There are plenty of outlet stores at this Mall, which helps you save a few dollars.

Shop till you drop

By laura b |

We travelled by bus from port authority terminal which goes direct to the door. Great selection of stores inside. We spent most part of the day there. You have to look hard for bargains we managed to get a few in Michael korrs, Kate spade, Nike and under armour. My teenage girls loved it!

Premium outlet and Dept store combo

By haroonb |

About 30 min drive from Lincoln tunnel. Lots of shops and outlets undercover. So nice to do on a rainy or cold day. Plenty of eating places and parking. Very near Newark Airport. Not as cheap as Woodbury Commons but nevertheless well worth a visit.

Massive mall

By Kay I |

Love this mall...lots of shops and got some great bargains....we spent like 6 hours walking around and grabbed great bargains.....

Good place to shop if you have time.

By mishyt2015 |

Not bad for a nearby outlet mall, but I have been to much better ones. The availability of shoes at the shoe shops was a little disappointing. Shoes in common sizes such as 8.5 - 9.5 were few and far, probably because these sizes are in high demand. Eventually settled on a pair of Uggs that cost $160 USD. Only a little cheaper than buying them in Australia, and I discovered a few days later that Macey's in NYC was selling them for the same price. Many people had suitcases with them, so maybe they they were planning to shop a lot. We left early afternoon and I noticed most people on the bus did not have so many bags.If you want variety I would shop in NYC.

Get your shopping shoes in and get the kids involved

By Wei C |

We came today -July 4th, despite knowing it would be busy.

First- from NY- easy trip from Port Authority Bus terminal. Catch 111 or 115. Your Metro card not enough. Need to buy a ticket- $7 each way- kids under 11 free.

Brought our own suitcase- which we have filled. Given Australian prices things were cheaper, but the sales helped.

All the stores you could want and reasonable selection of food.

Do your homework and collect coupons or join factory store clubs- we received numerous extra discounts due to coupons.

This is a Simon Group Mall, but for some reason VIP club members don’t get a free discount coupon book which we get at most other Simon Malls- LA, Hawaii, Orlando. Don’t mix up vouchers for Jersey Shore.

Doubts

By Belominas Tour |

Could you please let me know what dates the Jersey Gardens Outlet closes, as I contacted support and have not yet received this information. And the dates from 27th to 30/12 do not appear on the website. Could you please inform me? Thank you very much in advance. :)

MALL

By Harold M |

Shopping at its best. Many stores, food court and Movies for entertainment. Parking and buses at the curb.

School visit

By Karen C |

We stopped at the outlet mall on our way back from vacationing in Wildwood for school shopping. We enjoyed shopping here as the stores were all inside. We found plenty of deals for the kids. Lots of stores for everyone. The food court was also fine. Since we are not city drivers navigating our way to and from the mall was a challenge.

Shopping mall with all common & big brands

By Tanmay Chaudhary |

Huge, massive shopping mall with all known brands at a reasonable price with discounts.

Many varieties to choose from for clothing, footwear, accessories, leather goods, jackets, designer clothing & many more.

Restrooms available all across.

Food court is on level 2.

Nice indoor place with plenty of shops.

By Karrempje |

It was a rainy day so we went shopping. We were there on Sunday at 12 noon and there were still plenty of parking spaces. Three hours later there was no free place to park. When we were there, some stores had sales. Everything is covered and spread over two floors. There are plenty of different shops for clothing, shoes, make-up, etc. And there is a food court. Wifi is not good. An occasional store, but not a general store for the entire mall.

Shopping paradise

By Almexplorer |

Prices are unreal. With a huge variety of proper shops it’s an absolute shoppers paradise. We were also laughing when we saw people leaving with suitcases full of stuff, however could imagine it afterwards. The only annoying thing is to get back to NYC around closing times as public transport is horrendous. We had to wait 45 minutes in a line to get on a bus back. Great day when it’s raining!

Traveled from NYC, great day of shopping!

By Babyfacee |

We decided to spend the last of our money here, it did not disappoint. Obviously Outlet Malls are commonplace for American's but as a tourist it was great to stock up on clothing from my favorite brands. Had Johnny Rocketts for lunch and spent the day here.

Beware, the bus from time Square is long, especially on the way back, there was traffic most of the way, especially the tunnel.

Definitely recommend, as long as you have the time!

Great!!

By baroneag |

This mall is centrally located. 2 minutes from Newark Airport, 20 minutes from New York City. 5 minutes from Newark where you have museums, Spanish and Portuguese restaurants on every block. The stores are upscale at outlet prices.
Fantastic bargains. Plenty of parking.

Went shopping- saw shooting.

By mjrfd99 |

Felt uneasy with the wildness then shots rang out. Never again will I set foot here with my grandkids. What has happened to civility and respect? Neither is in evidence here.
The security couldn't handle the crowd. Online from now on- the NJ malls have become hangouts for troublemakers. TA didn't like my first review that had the info so look it up yourself. Oh and make sure you google the correct mall as others in NJ had the same results. Delaware outlets from now on.

Amazing mall

By Jami581982 |

This mall is two stories and just about everything you could be looking for. A theater, many food choices sit down or to go, more stores than you know what to do with for shopping. Fun to go walk around and spend some money or just people watch!

Love shopping at The Mills

By joselyni2017 |

I have been traveling to Woodbury for years 15 years and The Crossings Premium Outlets in Tannersville as well when in PA until I discovered The Mills. The Mills is closer all the stores are under one roof. What was a planned day trip is now a short drive away. Love it.

Very nice mall

By mrsrraw1 |

My family & friends visited this mall June 2023. This mall is very nice with plenty of stores and restaurants. I would visit this mall again.

There are good deals to be had here.

By Marie G |

We got the bus from Port Authority which takes around 30/40 minutes. The shopping is really good. Most people had large cases on wheels which they were filling with clothes, shoes, sheets, towels etc. Good deals in Victorias Secret, Hollister etc. would think it is a better option than Woodbury Commons as it is less than half the journey. There is a great food hall too so every reason to take a break.

Favorite spot in Newark NJ

By JillrayO |

Nothing much to do really in New Jersey but we always stay in NJ than in Manhattan when going to NYC for practicality purposes. If you are a shoppaholic like my husband, this is his Orlando outlet shop counterpart. I could buy a $1 quality jeans from H&M and really sale clothes at Gap and CK. Theres also free wifi inside the mall. If you dont want to shop, this was a place we go for lunch or dinner from our hotel in Newark. More convenient and had varieties instead of getting same delivery fast foods. Also one of the best part was, the bus terminal if you want to go to NYC is always in the mall vicinity.

Best Shopping Experience

By RedJuly50 |

Visited on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Relatively quiet shopping day.

Some great bargains to be had. Lots of two for offers & % off’s.

Good food hall. We got Popeye’s & Burger King but plenty of other options too.

The Mall is massive. We only had time to do the top level plus the Kipling Store on the bottom level so we will be going back to do the rest.

Lots of restrooms.

Well worth the trip!

By charlottet958 |

We discovered this mall during a trip to NYC. Now we make it a point to visit every summer even if not visiting New York. One of my absolute favorite stores here is Century21 -- designer clothes at discount prices.

Superb

By Berenice B |

Great shopping mall with a wide choice of shops. Nike/Addidas/Under Armour etc Easy access from NY city centre bus, Penn station (30+ minutes only) 14$ return trip. Worth the trip.

Food & drink

By Karen M |

Ross was very friendly. Food was lovely; I had sizzling chicken & prawns, Paul had ribs. All delicious and very good value, thank you !

A must visit for shoppers from uk

By jla113 |

Forget the big stores in Manhattan and make the short easy trip to here for some great bargains. Take the 115 bus from port authority 42nd street which leaves about every 15 mins in the morning. Leave about 915am and you get there for opening time at 10. You can pay $5 for a discount book if you have your passport but we didn’t bother and still got bargains. Levi hoodies for $15 in the sale, even normal outlet price was $30. Century 21 and Burlington’s good for Levi jeans for $30 and various t shirts for $10 or less. Sketcher sandals and trainers for $45. Take your trolly dolly suitcase with you. ( everyone does as you’ll buy so much there your arms will hurt otherwise) we’ve been to nyc 5 times now and we come here every visit to stock up. Don’t bother if you are not a shopper but otherwise bring your credit card!

Love this place!

By Angelica N |

I’m always looking for a bargain and this place has an abundance of them. We usually avoid going into a lot of the stores because we end up buying an excess of things because the prices are great. They have tons of stores, and theres tons of deals to be had. My only qualms are that the mall is located in a pretty dismal area of Jersey, and that the parking lot fills up quickly especially on the weekend/holidays. I wish this place were closer to where I live! It’s truly a nice shopping experience.

Great bargains

By kathyemcg |

Went for a Christmas shopping trip to Jersey Gardens & wish we’d had longer. Didnt get to see half of the shops as its so big. Great bargains in the Calvin Klein clearance store, Reebok, Levi, Superdry etc. Brought home lots of christmas presents & saved hundreds of dollars here.

Bus left Port Authority bus station on 42nd street in Manhattan & only took 20 mins to get here. Buses were quite regular too. Definitely going back again!

Treated myself

By Cgrlmt |

There were many labor day sales & it wasn't overwhelmingly overcrowded at all. I appreciated the fact that chair massages were available throughout the mall for some relaxation as well. Maybe next time I will try the Aquamassage? Overall, much needed quality time to my self!

Better outlet shopping to be had

By Annalisa C |

We came before NYE attracted to many of the brands we like but don’t have at home ie Banana Republic, Saks, Polo etc and were quite disappointed with the lack of choices, sales and general disarray in the stores. We were there ahead of lunch and it wasn’t too crowded but come the mid afternoon it was crowded with queues forming outside of shops. There was a mix of outlet and non outlet shops with most of big brands represented. There are some good food options and accessibility for prams, wheelchairs etc is good. It has a good proximity to Newark airport.

Not really what it’s cracked up to be

By Sabina B |

Went with good expectations but was disappointed
Purchased the coupon book for $5 should have kept the money - not worth it.
Only marginal benefit was a free donut at dunking donuts when you purchased a drink
Yes there are coupons for some of the shops but you’ve got to spend loads to benefit
Getting there was easy metro then bus took about 40 mins
Ticket prices on goods do NOT ring true a handbag with a MSRP of $28 was being displayed at $49.99 and situation not as in UK they do not honour lowest price
Ask to see coupon book before you purchase it.

Mills Outlet Mall adventures!

By jetsettingtexan |

We flew into New Jersey on Wednesday to catch a Cruise for Friday. Being from Texas, the weather immediately surprised us! It was cold and rainy in 40* temperatures. We were definitely not prepared, but we had booked a room at a hotel across the street from this mall, what a lifesaver. We ran in there and had to buy jackets, raincoats and winter pants and shirts. We found great bargains at Bloomingdale's and at The Gap.
I didn't really feel like there were a lot of food choices in the food court that interested us, but we made do. We got hotdogs at Nathan's.
After our cruise we booked another day at the same hotel and this time we utilized the city bus that would take us to Manhattan for $8.5 a person. That was really an adventure for a couple of Houston tourists, this was a great quick excursion for us. We did not utilize the bus on the way back. Instead, we went to Penn station and got on the train that took us directly back to Elizabeth, New Jersey where we got an Uber to the hotel. All in all it was a great time and it all started at the Mills outlet Mall!

Great shopping mall close to Newark airport

By Reijo B |

Only 10 minutes ride from Newark airport. A large shopping mall in 2 stories, with a foodcourt and lots of good brand shops. Dollar was high, but really good prices made up for that. Recomended!

Very large venue

By DRF |

Plan your visit, we couldn’t do it all in one visit. Decide which stores you want to go to and use he map. Coach was a great shopping experience. Everyone was helping. And the sales were fantastic.

A day well spent!

By akhilaj2015 |

Ideal place for shopping. I visited Jersey Gardens last week and I am still thinking of this place now. Definitely, a highlight of my 2 week vacation in the states. I spent almost 6 hours in the mall and it was definitely not enough to cover the whole area.
A must go if you are in NJ.

Shoping Day at Jersy Gardens

By Yakovgu |

Advice for you to have minimum 7 hours for shoping in this place
The place is very organised and has alot of stores of famous American companies
For clouse there is no tax

Bargain hunting

By Fedros L |

Visited here for the first time, went to woodbury commons on last visit to new york. Found some good deals not as much as at woodbury but that was about 10 years ago. Easy to get to and from back to manhatten. Need to get there early as it gets busy early afternoon onwards.

You might bump into the Impractical Jokers here!

By Healthygina-aol-com |

Jersey Gardens Mall is an outlet mall with an excellent array of stores. At times, due to it's proximity to Newark Airport, you may feel you are at a tourist attraction.
Always lock your car doors. There is valet parking and a movie theater. It's a 3 minute drive off the NJ Turnpike exit 13A

Must go!

By rhianyn |

This place is amazing! Lots of bargains to be had! Came away wishing we had bought more but were worried about how we would get it all home!! Got the bus from NY city which was really easy to navigate. No traffic on way there and we got there just before the shops opened
Lots of choice in the food court
We bought a coupon passport for 5 dollar but didn’t use it because there are minimum spends for most discounts and we were often just under!

bargains.

By jasons1757 |

excellent shopping mall,a mixture of outlet and normal shops, wasnt really busy so had cahnce to look around without being rushed,we spent 5 hours here and got some bargains, very easy to get too just get the 111 bus from the port authority bus terminal and pick it up again from where it drops you off.

Great discounts

By Murphy2008 |

Place is absolutely huge and has great bargains. Bus from port authority is very handy also. Make sure to pay $7 for the passport.

Great selection of shops at these outlets, never fail to disappoint and the quality is fantastic. I’ve visited a few times, my favourite shops are coach, Kate spade, banana republic and Abercrombie and Fitch

Outlet in Jersey

By Eman S |

Reaching the mall is very easy. We took the bus from the Port Authority Terminal on 8th Avenue between 40th and 42nd streets. The ticket price was $8.50. We arrived in 30 minutes and returned in 35 minutes. The bus stop is right in front of the mall's main entrance. There are many brands, and the prices are very

Always Good deals to find

By Jeff W |

We are Canadian and even with the difference in the dollar there is always deals to find at the various stores. Indoor outlets so on a rainy day you aren’t outside.
We visit at least 2 times a year and it never disappoints.

Make sure you wear comfy shoes

By Tracy G |

Was recommended to go otherwise we wouldn’t have known about it. Got the bus from Pprt Authority bus station $14 return. 1/2 hour to get there - so many shops with goods at great prices. Good selection of everything- we had to buy another suitcase to bring it all home! If you like designer clothing and want to grab a bargain then it’s worth a visit.

Take time with you...

By Diana |

You can do it, but you have to do some shopping to make it worthwhile. You can save a little. However, it seems that clothes specially made for the outlet are sold there. Partially lower quality. The only thing that you don't have to pay any or hardly any tax is a plus.

Gi-normous

By beachbumjk |

Absolutely huge shopping mall near EWR airport. After driving around for about 30 minutes we found a parking spot and went inside. It was like entering an airport. So many shops and a decent food court is what we found. If you are a shopper then you will want to check it out.

Shopping Galore

By vix_36 |

Easy to get to from port authority and the bus stops right outside. This indoor shopping mall is huge and has a wide variety of shops for everyone. You’re best looking on their website as you can plan a little where you want to go. Huge food court with lots of different choices when you’re ready for a break. Hire one of those shopping carts as it will save your arms from all the bargains you buy

Great value shopping

By vtarch823 |

What an enjoyable visit! Plenty of daily specials, plenty of food. Plenty of variety and options. Customer service was abundant, everyone was attentive to our wants and needs. This was well worth to visit.

Great outlet stores - Find also all the stores.

By JerseyT777 |

I love this place. It's only 15 minutes drive from my home. I have been visiting this place it was opened and seems that many stores are keep coming in. This place has almost every store that I can think of Levis, Nike, Under Armour, Ralph Lauren, Gap, Burlington Coat Factory, ATT, T-Mobile, Game Stop, Starbucks, etc. It's only missing Apple store :). And it right next to AMC Loews movie theatre and it has food court and Applebees. One stop shopping place. All indoors.

The temple of shopping

By Gerasimos K |

It is huge, very huge. Hosts almost all known brands and it is worth to spend your time and some of your money there. Many factory outlets with good prices makes it worth to visit.

loved this place!

Great time visiting the mall, lots of bargains. Lots of places to eat or get coffee. Stores all bright and welcoming and staff all excellent. Will definitely return.

Wonderful shopping paradise

By Cayern |

Love the shelter and air conditioning shopping paradise! Great bargains everywhere. Also a good selection of food in level 2 foodcourt plus a Starbucks in level 1. There is a Chinese Sales staff in Kate Spade by the name of Melissa who is so friendly and helpful. Love her great service n the great deal. The transportation fee from Port Authority is US$14 round trip. Attached with the schedule timetable.

Great shopping experience, worth a visit.

By DocRah6 |

This was a great shopping experience and yes there were bargains to be had. You need to spend time there to get the most out of it. Took the air conditioned bus 111 / 115 from Port authority bus station to Elizabeth station , which stops right outside The Mills at Jersey Gardens. Cost US$14 return and it's an open return. Bus stops at one or two stops if needed but was on time. Takes about 35 minutes the trip. You can purchase a $5 voucher book but some of the stores give you vouchers on the receipts for other stores, like Calvin Klein gave me some for Tommy Hilfiger store etc. there are ample food and coffee areas as well.

Fun Stop

By James C |

My time in New Jersey was plagued by storms so this was a pleasant interruption to my daily programming. It has ample food, in-house theater, and too many shops to count. My wife and I were pleasantly lost for hours and did not regret a single second of it.

good deals

By Yehani V |

we took the bus from new york( port authority)-bus number 111. ( if you go on a sunday , bus fee is cheaper compared to weekdays and kids travel free on sundays)it was about 25 mins drive from new york to this outlet.
we purchased the discount passport for $5 and absolutely worth it.
there are huge sales on everything ( tommy H, couch, Ck, Ralph lauren, nike, mk,amani, underamour, abercrombie )

Great time to shop

By Karen S |

The stores are full of people trying to finalize their Xmas shopping. I love Carters, Nautical & Bed, bath. The hours are really long so everyone will get a chance to shop

Cheap and nice.

By DayTrip32969761734 |

Note that there is no airport.
Just a bus to New York
Take a taxi for $20.
There is also no storage.
So it's a little weird to put it on the way home, but it's a very nice place.

Australians this is for you

By foreverdreamin |

Firstly, before going to the bus at the Port Authority, purchase your bus ticket, if difficult to work out there are plenty of helpful staff. When you get off the bus, check return bus times. Second buy the discount book for $5.00, you don’t need a passport, you will reap the rewards. If you have a golfer in the family Under Armour is for you. For the ladies Tommy Hilfiger & Kate Spade, esp KS, was ridiculously cheap when we were there. A milkshake at Johnny Rockets will help with sustenance.

Junky at Jersey Gardens

By Miamor13 |

I would recommend taking the trip to Woodbury. Parking is a mess along with all the stores! This is not a great weekend spot. Craziness and stores that are all junked and shopped up! I would pass on this mess.

Big outlet mall!

By Travel X |

This is one of the greatest malls in the area I would say…lots of brand name shops and good deals…place is huge…I will shop here again.

We shop here every visit

Despite only being in the Elizabeth area for less than a day, we did manage to do a significant amount of shopping and dining. This outlet mall never disappoints.

Great

By maryring2 |

Great shopping centre if you're visiting new York city, it's very close to Newark airport.
From NYC we caught the 111 bus there and it's $14 return for an adult with NJ transit. Make sure to get band 5 or you won’t get on the bus
Took us about 40 minutes.
Great shopping centre.

Ok but preferred to stay in NY

By belindahammo21 |

I was told by friends to head to this outlet for shopping, I forced my better half that it would be worthwhile... to find that you get just as good if discounts at stores like Macy’s. It was 30min in from Manhattan and about an 1.5hrs coming home. Overall not worth it for us.

Shopping

Very big mall, I had time to kill so decided to have a walk round. Every shop seemed to have a half price sale. Upstairs there was a food hall with a wide offering from Burger King to Chinese. Good job my wife wasn’t with me, she would have shopped till I dropped!

Fabulous outlet with a range of shops from designer to high street and sport.

Brilliant deals to be had and even more when you purchase the coupon booklet upon entry with your passport. Great bargains to be had for men's sportswear. Will return. Only negative is that I didn't save more money for the trip!

THE BEST AND ONLY ONE IN NYC CITY

By SADEK |

The Mills are a great shopping activity.

A full day won't be enough. We found very good prices for top-shelf brands (Calvin Klein,Tommy,Abercrombie,Nike,Adidas, Levi etc.....

There is a food court, with many options.
You can reach the shops with Bus 111 from New York Port Authority.

My favorite place to shop when staying in New York!

Great selection of outlet shops

By Mr g |

I’m from the uk and this is as close as it gets to the like of Cheshire oaks outlet and so on.
Discounted clothes that are end of line stock. Very cheap and worth the trip if your staying in nyc
Catch the 111 bus from the main bus terminal in nyc and your there

Great

Convenient for EWR short layovers

By denver-spg |

Nice safe convenient mall. Good restaurant selection, excellent movie theater and has a variety of stores.

Branded items with discounted price

By pranav_bhavsar |

whenever visit to NJ and having weekend, I prefer to go to there for shopping. Little far from NJ but branded shoes and clothes are on discounted price, love it.

Great mall

By Avi Y |

Great mall with nice sales .
there is a bus from manhattan to this mall and back (cost 14$ round trip)

Do business

By Mélani |

Going to Mills in Jersey Gardens is nice if you want to shop at good prices.

Plan a whole day because there are a lot of shops that might interest you.

Indoor Outlet Mall

By motorcar1 |

This is a great mall. Great food hall and super selection of stores all indoors. Ideal for shopping and close to Manhattan for tourists

Go if you have no other plan

By kunaludeshi |

It's a huge mall with a lot of good brands, but really crowded and half the things were sold out in most shops. Go on a weekday possibly.

Excellent Outlet

By Avi P |

This outlet offers excellent variety, including brands, excellent prices and (sometimes) great bargains. One can easily spend a day there. In NJ clothes are exempt from sales tax so the outlet focuses on clothes and shoes, less on other merchandise. I found unbelievable bargains in the Bed & Bath store clearance section.
The best way to get there is by bus from Port Authority Station in New York City (Bus # 111), a return trip is 14$ (discount for seniors). Plan ahead and take a trolley (or bigger) with you. Wear convenient clothes and shoes so you can try on clothes if you like anything.
Numerous food courts, nothing gourmet but you would not be hungry.
If you visit NYC, this is a must.

Shopping At Jersey Garden

By nahilisabtu |

1. It was 30min bus ride from Port Authority Bus Terminal it cost you $14. The bus was crowded with shoppers heading to.
2. It indoor & two floor shopping centre with many established outlet like True Religion, A&F, Calvin Klein, Boss & many more. Good bargain & discounts compared to New York City. Worth the trip.
3. There are Food courts on the second with ample seating area.
4. Enjoy my days here with few bargains.

Great place for good deals on shopping

By samkuzmar |

We made our way to The Mills at Jersey Gardens from NYC after a recommendation from an Uber driver that the shopping was good in New Jersey - he certainly wasn't wrong! We left with more bags than we could carry and got some awesome bargains, particularly on brands like Naturalizer, Guess and Ralph Lauren which we of course can get in Australia but not for prices like we paid.
Well worth a visit if you are in the area or even if you're staying in New York and have a spare day like we did.

Enormous

By Juan Ignacio VR |

HUGE… it goes by all day. There are all the brands, a lot of people, and lines for Nike, Coach and some more... some things at a good price and for that you have to search and walk a lot but most of the prices are the same as in Spain... Easy to get to by bus from the Authority terminal on 8th St.

Go here first before you shop in New York

By minty999 |

We planned a day here. Caught the 111 bus fro Port Authority ($14 return - buy the ticket as you enter the station)
30-40 mins to get there

We went on a Wednesday and it wasn’t busy, easy to get round. I bought the discount book and we save a few dollars

Some great bargains to be had and lower tax,
We had breakfast of pancakes at the IHOP just over the road before going into the shopping mall, but there are plenty places to grab food in there
We really enjoyed our day - would definitely go back saved lots of money 💰

Huge indoor shopping mall near Newark

By Lulu T. |

I was here a couple of years ago and it wasn't as organized. Now everything is full. Lots of stores with great selections. It's suppose to be a factory outlet. I believe it offers complimentary shuttles to Newark and nearby hotels. Check their website to be sure.

Great shopping

By naswadl |

Having visited the outlets in orlando was recommended to go to Woodberry common on our visit to NY but found Jersey Gardens instead .... fab shopping, easy to get to by bus and all under cover - highly recommended

Worth a quick visit even on your last day

By DiniTharani |

Having been to many outlets, I would say this one is 3.5/5. It's got most of the key shops people like to shop at and some great deals.

It's literally 5 mins away from Newark so even if you spend your morning there before an evening flight it's well worth it! If you REALLY want more variety you can go to Woodbury which is a bit far off, but for being so close to the airport and accessible, this is definitely a must visit in NJ/NY.

Great shopping

By SaladaVerde |

This shopping mall is huge. You can shop till you drop. Great brands all under same roof. Food court could be better, but Applebees is also an alternative. Well worth a visit.

Nike Factory Outlet store

By Adventure742383 |

I would give them a 0 star if I could so today I went there and of course it was packed didn’t care about that because I know people are doing their holiday shopping but what was disturbing that made me write this was the employees they were super what’s the word rachet when rap songs came on the employee men were shouting the lyrics no lie shouting lyrics it was even one time I was standing in a spot looking for shoes that they started shouting in my ear they weren’t helping customers I could hear conversation like where the henny I even tried to get away from them I could still hear the shouting seriously they should be ashamed of themselves they were unprofessional and for now on I will shop online or drive far to a different store it was so bad of an experience with theses employees that I took time out of my day to write this review.

Great Selection, and Being Indoors is A Plus

By Cee_Wanderlust |

Wanted to go to some outlets, but it's hard to find indoor options. Jersey Gardens is indoors, and has a great selection of stores. It's huge, so prepare to do lots of walking. The only bad thing I have to say is that the Ralph Lauren Polo stores have poor selections, look like some sort of warehouse rejects.

Easy to reach from expensive NYC

By CBirks2014 |

Got bus from bus terminal near Time Square - went first thing 9am. (Bus 111 or 115)
Arrived 35-40 mins later. Very quiet - all the usual shops you find in US outlets (less some of the high end designer ones). 7 dollars each way - Bought lots of bargains then jumped back on bus back to Manhattan. Worth a trip

Don't waste time queuing for the discount book

By IrelandIrishcailini |

Great outlet, very easily acceptable from NYC. Head out for 10 o clock, morning time is the best time to go.

We wasted 30 mins queuing for the discount book, if you plan to spend 200 in calvin klein etc then its worth it but we tried to use it in Kate Spade and there was already discounts so you couldn't use it.

Samsonite was very good value.

Crowded

By Orlando M |

Place has.potential, plenty of stores to shop from, the only down side is the parking; very hard to find parking, specially on the weekends unless you get there as soon as it opens.

Great mall with loads of good stores at great prices!

By Amit B |

My family and I spent an afternoon here shopping to our hearts content. We found the prices to be more than reasonable and lots of offers and discounts where on in many if not all of the stores. We also had some online coupons which gave us further discounts in some store.
The food court is vast and has lots of dining options.
The mall is large and takes time to visit it in its entirety.
We will be back for sure!

Not the best outlet

By sarae235 |

I have been to outlets in several states but I didn’t find diverse collections or good prices when compared with others. The restrooms are filthy and there were no janitors in sight. Avoid visiting over the weekend because you will find very long queues to enter certain stores or at the cashiers.

Good selection of stores

By klukenda |

Good selection of stores, difficult to find way around mall. Best to get mall map prior to starting.
Go during the weekday, not on weekend.

not all that but it really depends on what you make of it/ feels like home.

By BIG ENTITLED!💋 |

i've been going to this mall for my whole life. i do admit it can be boring and maybe they can switch up the food choices but it kind of feels like home. i've been here on business, with a boyfriend, my family, friends and even by myself. this is a great place for anyone especially because there is movie theatre nearby. an ideal hangout would be movie date and then mall date, if you are lucky enough to have money of course !

Nice outlet mall!

By dustythoughts |

I'd heard good things about this mall and needed to stop for a few clothing items while on my way home from work, and was impressed with this mall. It's clean, well-lit, and well-organized, with two floors full of discount stores offering various sales. You can always find a good deal here! They have a wide variety of stores here, including Sak's Off 5th, Sephora, Coach, and Kate Spade. Parking is pretty manageable (not all malls have good parking lots). The mall's info center has coupon books for purchase.

Huge Variety

By M P |

Tons of people in this mall shopping there head off and then buying luggage and bringing back to their destination! Wide variety of stores with different price points. Food four and some restaurants as well.

Absolutely worthwhile shopping day!

By Sylvia S |

Easy and quick to get to (approx. 30 minutes) from NYC's Port Authority Bus Terminal. Round trip fare is $14. Huge selection of brands and shops with big discounts. A day of shopping is definitely worth it. There is also plenty to eat and drink - lots of offers. There is something for every taste.

Sale at Levi's

By Brandy W |

Had fun shopping here. The highlight was catching a 50% off sale at Levi's. Very nice mall even though it made me spend money.

Great Shopping Experience

By Tomcat4815 |

Great location and easy parking. The mall offers many manufacturers in a single location which saves time and money.

Well laid out

By Chris F |

Not my favourite way of spending the day when visiting NYC but to keep the peace I agreed to accompany my wife and daughter on a day out acquiring more dust collecting crap that we don’t need!

The bus ride out from the Bus Terminal was good and dropped us right to the front door. Added bonus of a Dunkin Donuts in the terminal.

Usual kind of outlet mall nicely laid out and easy to get around. A lot of the shops sell end of line or obscure sizes. If you’re a 34” waist or a size M/L you may be out of luck.

Decent choice of outlets in the food hall although Starbucks took a whole 30 minutes to arrange 3 drinks!

The queue for the bus back to the City was massive and my heart sank. Then, 3 or 4 buses turned up at once (as they do) and we were on our way back in no time. A nice view of Manhattans skyline in the dark was an added bonus.

Pretty Good Shopping

By Amir |

Definitely a great place for an avid shopper especially for garments and shoes. I always find some very good deals in one shop or another. Valet parking is definitely a plus and a good choice of foods at the food court.

Good indoor mall

By Chris |

This is an indoor outlet mall that a friend recommended.
Very interesting prices indeed. It is very big and lots of shops.
Some tourists had taken a suitcase with them and in the end I regretted not having done the same.
As it is in New Jersey the taxes are slightly lower.
There is a food court, with many options.
We took the bus 115 from Port Authority and it eas direct so took about 25 minutes.
For the return only bus 111 was available in the evening but it probably only used about 35 minutes.
We will definitely come back, and with a suitcase!!!

Okay outlet

By Devesh K |

Large outlet however not all stores are outlets and therefore found bargins harder to come by. Didn't end up buying anything.

Great day out shopping

By sallyjones61 |

This place really is a shoppers paradise, so easy to get to and a reasonable price, loved everything about this place

Bargains galore

By Rob |

We took the bus from Port Authority. It only takes between 30 to 45 mins depending on traffic.

There are plenty of bargains around and you're only restricted by how much you can fit in your suitcase for the journey home!

We got there just after opening and the shops were deserted and we could get through a number of shops quickly without the queues.

DONT GO !!! A BIG LIE

By maxcarlton38 |

NOT an Outlet, very expensive , products ald and fron china, very poor quality , all is a big lie , not chiper than new york, you are ging to lose all the morging a the 14 dolars from the bus .

Huge mall with exceptional pricing and everything you could want - must go location

By JCDavies67 |

We went to the Jersey Gardens Mall via a bus from the NY Port Authority (the no. 111 bus runs every 10 minutes and costs $14 per person return - buy your tickets from the machine as you enter the PA - you cannot buy one on the bus). The Port Authority is cavernous so do not be alarmed if you end up walking for some distance and up and down stairs etc. It was a nice 30 min ride through NJ to Elizabeth and the mall opens at 10:00 for shopping but earlier for breakfast so you can get over ready to go and get food first!
This is an exceptional mall - it has everything and the pricing is great with limited tax (or perhaps none) and heavy discounts at all stores - even the boutique ones like Michael Kors etc. (they were giving a 70% discount on many items and it was not unusual to find 50% in most places).
We intended to go over for 4 hours and stayed for 9, having meals and snacks in the food court and odd little kiosks - and hitting the stores with enthusiasm. It is easy to spend a lot here but for UK people, the prices are too good to miss and better than in Manhattan - we went here on day 2 of our trip and I am glad we did as it got the shopping out of the way in one go - no need to go anywhere else and the staff in the shops were so great and friendly.
I cannot recommend this mall highly enough and will get in here first thing on my next visit.

Not what it was !

By Chrissie77 |

We usually shop here when in New York.
This time we went on a Sunday. The bus service is very good and inexpensive.
We thought that there was more for sale at full price this time, so in fact not all discounted as it once was. Consequently we spent less! But maybe just an off day.
There still seem many tourists shopping with enormous suitcases!

Disappointing

By PMC1985 |

Easy to get to from Manhattan, port authority, 20 mins on a bus towards newark airport and you're there! As for the shops i was disappointed as it felt like they were mostly outlets and not a great range of choice. Found what i was looking for the next day in and around 5th avenue.

Great Mall

By skellar30 |

A great mall with everything you would need inside. One of the few last indoor shopping areas. Good and diverse food court, great movie theater. Lots of places to buy cheap luggage for out of towners looking to bring back souvenirs. Safe, upscale shopping.

Great shopping trip

By Patry9393 |

We visited for the day from New York, really easy to get to from Port Authority his station, just half an hour on the bus. Lots of shops and great prices and also lots of dining options. Will definitely go back next time we’re in the city!

Give it a skip

By Leigh D |

The staff at most stores are so rude!!! Stores a mess this shopping mall was WAY better in past. Lots of stores have also shut

Regular

By aldbelma |

Only my Hilfiger clothes saved the trip from Manhattan in the 111 line bus.
No enough as I expected.

Bargains Everywhere

By littlesmurf_eve |

We loved Jersey Gardens so much that we visited twice.

We took the bus from Port Authority to Jersey Gardens. Appx 20 minute bus ride.

The outlets were amazing.

We loved the Watch Station & Michael Kors.

We purchased 3 Michael Kors watches in Watch Station - these were cheaper than the Michael Kors shop.

I bought 3 bags from Michael Kors - 1 of them had 70% off.

I also liked the Gap store - hoodies for $14.

The outlet is a good size - over 2 floors. Lots of designer & high street names.

Jersey Gardens appealed to us more than Woodbury Common as it was all indoors. When we visited in April it was a little cold - appx 5c.

They had a fab food court which was reasonable in price and it had lots of food options to cater to every taste.

Definetly visit if in New York.

Great deals

By Nathan Alder |

Everything, is the best word to describe this place. You'll find all the brand stores you need here, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Adidas, American Eagle Outfitters and so much more. I don't think you'll find better deals than here. There was this Calvin Klein bag that initially costed $150 and was 80% off! All the stores offer great deals and it's worth the visit.
There is one flaw though, when I was the whole mall was way too heated, almost to the point where you had to stop and plant your head in a ice cube box because it was too much. The hundreds of people did not help either. I heavily advise to come at opening times and see all the stores you want to visit

Shopping center top

By andme1986 |

Centre co top is the dream.. full of promotion in July and when it is not the promotion period a booklet is sold 10$ at the reception to have more promotion so do not hesitate

always worth the trip

By njnine |

this is a very large, enclosed outlet mall. plenty of parking and a good variety of stores.
there is a food court, and a restaurant and bar, so if you need to take a break, you don't have to go far.
due to it's proximity to the airport, there are lots of tourists, many toting suitcases to fill with their purchases before heading back.
easily accessible from the nj turnpike, there are even signs which will direct you to the proper exit.

Great place for a rainy day.

By yvrgirlToronto |

Had a great time and felt safe and a sense of familiarity. Lots of options for the whole family for shops and eats, high and middle end as well as some super bargain prices. Good sales but high end items are still expensive Bathrooms were plentiful and clean.

Agree with previous poster not to get the $10 coupon book as most discounts are on regular priced items only; most of the mall has sale items.

Lots of people come here to buy luggage or roam about with wheeled luggage here so you won’t feel out of place.

Love it

By Hayley M |

A must visit if your in New York or New Jersey. A colleague of mine visited this mall whilst vacationing in NY and couldn’t stop raving about it so I naturally put it on my to do list when I went to NY a couple summers ago

It was really easy to get from NY to NJ using a interstate coach which took about 30min and dropped you right off the mall.

Now the thing that makes me excited about this place is the choice of stores plus the fact that you do not pay taxes.

Now as a tourist I took along my passport to the ground floor of the mall where we got a tourist voucher/ coupon book to use in various stores. coupled with the fact that there was the summer sale, you can imagine how pleased I was at the prices I was paying since there were no taxes, having vouchers put on top of the sale price. I kind of felt like I was robbing the stores lol

This was the mall where I bought most of my clothes whilst shopping in NY/NJ. Check out the website to see if the stores are where you typically shop in. Happy shopping!

Great bargains!

By comfgraz |

Boarded the last bus of the day 111 from Port authority ticket station.
Moderate traffic, lots of shop and great bargains, we certainly could have kept on shopping. left at 9pm when the mall closed!
Good range of shops for the entire family.

Annoying mall

By Spwilson13 |

Went here to kill time before flying. Nice selection of stores, just hard to find parking and gets too crowded. Food options are mixed. As far as malls goes this one is okay, but if in area again I wouldn’t return.

Outlet Mall with Everything

By ARTJPL |

Seriously, you can get everything here - there's a Century 21 (small, if you are heading into Wall Street, go visit their flagship store there), Marshalls, Neiman Marcus Last Call and Saks Fifth Ave Off and individual shops selling everything. You can eat here as well with plenty of customary mall dining venues inside. If you do go overboard with the shopping, the Samsonite, Tumi and Kipling shops as well as a few luggage shops, even a few pop up luggage shops.

Never ending shopping

By krispy1121 |

I think it’s considered an outlet mall. There was lots of shopping for Back to School and ok deals. There’s 2 levels of stores. For some reason the lower level had more deals. The food court is la King for such a huge place, but there are other chain restaurants located throughout. I’d shop here again.

Low prices

By Cristian González |

Compared to my country, the prices at jersey garden are quite good, much better than in Chile. Plus, it offers all services that you may need when doing some shopping

dedicate a day and buy luggage right there

By Gerardo B |

The place is spacious, comfortable, very varied and with many offers. There are only a few good brands that are not there, the rest are all. I recommend going to the opening time, until noon there are not many people, no matter the day. In the afternoon at times it becomes impassable. I was a Saturday, which is supposed to be the busiest day and I was still able to do a full tour.

Great mall

By Achim4711 |

The shopping mall in New Jersey near New York is a large mall with many well-known brands. Due to its proximity and connection to Manhattan (ideal by bus!), it is well attended, especially when the weather is bad. In addition to the clothing stores, there are a variety of options for eating.

Locations and Choices

Enjoy the selections of Restaurants and shops . Easy access from our hotel . We enjoy the deals at this Mall lots of walking to wide variety. Diff will be back.

Great outlet mall

By 17Merlin |

Love shopping at The Mills in Jersey Gardens. Buses from the Port Authority bus station in New York leave roughly every 15 mins and cost$14 return and takes about 40 minutes. It doesn't matter what the weather is doing outside you can wander round inside the mall and be warm and dry. You can pay $5 to get a discount book at the customer service desk at the entrance to the mall. The discount book gives you additional discounts in quite a lot of the shops. Although the discount book doesn't get you discount in Michael Kors or Coach they were handing out additional discounts when you entered the shops, which can be an additional 40% off. Handbags in Michael Kors can be discounted from $300 down to $99 so if you are after a MK handbag this is the place to go. So many other well known shops with good discounts, you can easily be there a whole day.

Negative energy at most shops

By Mario C |

THE staff at most stores is not nice. The brands present at this outlet store shall remember that their representative should not be “inferior” to other mainstream stores as they still are the face of the same brand.
Bloomingdale’s staff was just rude.

Great for shopping when the weather takes a turn for the worse

By LNeedham |

We had had 3 days of sun in NYC, and then suddenly...SNOW?! In April! What were we to do other than...shop, but we wanted somewhere indoor, and if possible at discounted prices. The Mills was perfect. We took the bus from the 42nd street Port Authority bus terminal, which was pretty easy (only takes 35 mins) but in the end we didn't use our return ticket as the queue to get the bus back was so long. We realised also that as we were staying in SoHo, it was much quicker (and not too expensive) to get an Uber via the Holland Tunnel (south of Manhattan). The shops are much cheaper here than elsewhere in NYC - typically 70% off (somewhat inflated) prices, plus additional discounts given in specific shops. You can also buy a voucher book for $5 at the information desk of the mall, which gives additional discounts still. The best shops I went in were Nike, Reebok, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Skechers. There were loads of other shops I wanted to go to but quite honestly, I ran out of steam!

Good shopping

By Ole I |

Big mall/outlet with everything you need for a day's shopping. Bus from NYPA Bus Terminal. Shop til you drop!

Wow big mall

By Pbishark |

Every outlet store you could imagine . Really big , clean and tons of restaurants. If your in the area and have some time definitely a way to burn 3-4 hours easy.

There are great deals here, but this place gets PACKED!

By TennisStar602 |

My family and I come here every so often to go shopping. There are great deals on so many items from the large variety of stores which are located over two (2) levels. I have gotten so many clothes from this mall over the years. This mall often gets super packed, and I do not always like the population which I see at this mall. Sometimes, I have waited on lines for the ability to use the bathrooms. It can be very difficult to park, so individuals should be prepared to be aggressive and to wait for an open spot, if a person comes here during the busy times of the year. There are restaurants and there is a food court. Newark Liberty International Airport, Interstate-95, U.S. Routes 1 & 9, and the city centers of Newark and Elizabeth are all within a close distance of this mall.

Shopped Till I Dropped!

By David C |

Now I'm not one for shopping, well that's what I thought.

I went reluctantly to accompany my partner whilst she did a bit of shopping, never did I think it was me that was going to be the one spending so much and filling up trolleys.

We arrived at 12pm and left at 10pm with around an hour break in between. 9 hours of solid shopping and I picked up bargain after bargain. For the larger gentleman it can be hard to find stylish clothes but I couldn't believe how much was on offer.

I can honestly say I have never shopped for 9 hours straight but I would have stayed longer if the place hadn't shut for the night. We went a few days before Christmas and there were a lot of great deals to be had.

You can purchase a booklet for $5 when you arrive, get this book! Plenty of extra discounts to add on to the already reduced prices in some of the stores.

Shopping heaven

By Per C |

A huge outlet with something for all ordinary credit card holders and more. A bit away from Manhattan, but easy access by bus. Plenty of good bargains as you would exxpect from a place calling themselves an outlet, but also ordinary shopping prices - watch out! Itˋs easy to get lost in this vast area of shops, and the information is so and so, we ended up using internet to find our way.

Great place to shop!

By Lynn C |

Great selection of brands (not all were outlet shops) with lots of special offers. Plenty of eating places too, all under cover so good place to go if the weather isn't wonderful.

Great Shopping Experience

By Voyager34526902192 |

A great place to shop with plenty of brands to choose from and fantastic savings. Would recommend to get here early if coming from NYC as you really do need the whole day to get around the whole mall. The bus takes you from Port Authority all the way in or you can get the train from NYC to Penn station Newark and then an uber is only $13 to take you the rest of the way/
Lots of food choices aswell in the food court along with iHop a Ruby Tuesdays across the road.

Shop till you drop

By Roedig |

Before going here, have a look online and register, so that you can see the daily specials. The outlet complex is situated on two levels and is loaded with specials. Don’t buy the first bargain, but browse and go back. Some stores offer a discount for registering with them. Some or the same may offer another discount for a online survey of your purchase. All in all there are bargains galore.

AMAZING!

By TYsadventures |

Fantastic, large and spacious clean location next to Newark Airport.

Wide automatic roll-in glass doors with great turning radius for us wheelchair users. Very well it with large readable signage on the walls and hanging from ceiling. Many elevators and ADA restrooms on all floors.

Giant selection of stores for every taste and pocket. Huge food court with many choices.

I was very impressed with all of my favorites there Timberland, Columbia, Nautical and Nike had to be giving away something free because their line was a mile long!

It was packed but felt so relaxed because of its size. Was very easy to get to/ from on the 111 NJT Bus from Port Authority NYC. Very nice view of the planes leaving while waiting for bus home.

Crazy busy place

By 139dread |

We were knackered by 3pm!!!

Got here at 11am and had to wait in line to get in stores, wait in line to try stuff on and wait in lines to pay!!
Got some good bargains so worth it, but not an easy day on your feet and can understand why people take suitcases.

Don't bother with the vouchers as I waited in line for 30 mins to pay 5$ and then realized that all the shops were offering the same discounts anyway!

Good Outlet Center

By KMK22864 |

You can reach the shops with public transport from New York / Jersey city, but we had a hire car. The Mills are on two floors and have a good variety of stores. It is worth a look if you are in the area as the prices are good. If you are an international visitor you can purchase from the info stand a coupon book for 7$. This price you will get back on your first purchase. Good shops to visit for bargains are the Levi store,Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Have fun and arrive early. On our second visit we took a suitcase to carry the purchases in :-).

Could have used more than one afternoon!

By Linda M |

Well, if you've visited their web-site, you know what stores are there, so have at it! I personally found Burlington had the best deals if you know the designer labels you want, and the prices at Kate Spade are very reasonable! Picked up a handbag there for $88 USD! The food court has the usual offerings, but you'll need refreshments during your arduous shopping trip, so there'll be something there for you.
If you're coming in from NY via the Port Authority, you'll be dropped off and picked up at the entrance! I suggest picking up both your tickets to and from there to avoid paying the driver on your return trip; it's just so much easier.

Great place to Shop for Bargain deals!

15 minutes away from Newark Airport so for those who couldn't make it to Woodbury Common, this the place for outlet shipping!

Excellent day of shopping

Highly recommend people take a day to go here for shopping whilst in NYC great discounts, lots of good shops, will be back again on my next visit. Like the fact it is only a short journey from NYC.

Mall was nice. Outlet stores are mixed with regular retail. Stores a little pricey. Great location to courtyard Marriott.

Far enough to travel for an outlet

By TheWinch |

The great debate. We chose this one and we weren't disappointed. Even myself (the none shopper) grabbed herself some bargains, as did the rest of the family from Levi's to an Armani watch. Get yourself along, staff in the shops were so friendly, especially our favorite in Bath and Body Works.

Plenty of discounts everywhere (so we did not buy the $5 booklet). Many stores and can easily spend the whole day. Its indoors so good even gonna cold winter day

Monday, great day to visit

By Garrett W |

Did plenty of research in advance, and despite giving up a lovely day of sunshine in Manhattan, Monday in June was definitely a great time to visit. No queues, shelves had loads on them, and just an easy shop compared to some of the reviews.
Having gone to this outlet mall 10 years ago, and having visited a good few around the US since it still rates highly for us. Simon (who own the mall) are good at attracting new retailers, so keep it fresh with 95% occupancy, and the other 5% in renovation.
It’s 100% indoor (good for bad weather days), about 10 minutes away from Newark airport making it a good place to spend some time if you have a layover.
We got the 111 bus from port authority bus terminal. 4 adults (well one 14 year old, who seems to count as an adult in nearly everything in the US) cost $7 one way. Decided not to get return tickets, in case we got too much and wanted to get an Uber back.
Used automated machine for tickets in Port Authority. Underground walkways from subway made transfer easy. Terminal itself has lots of food options etc.
Bus was quick and easy, about 50% full @ 9.15am. Traffic was heavy either side of the tunnel, but flew aside from that.
A friend had already given us the Simon Passport/discount booklet (which costs $5, normally free). This booklet provides for further discount and recovered the $5 paid just in one purchase. However, it requires large value purchases in most cases ($100-150-200), so not of real use to us. Zero tax which was a surprise as I thought NY had 0% only. Happy days!
With 2 adults, a 19 year old man, and 14 year old girl the hits for us this year were:
1. Vans - new range old school trainers ($60), and another pair of 'B' grade ($40). But 2nd pair half price = total of $80. In our case, we were not forced to buy the 2nd pair, as daughter wanted them. The main pair were the same price in most stores.
2. Adidas - bought myself a pair of CF Super Daily Navy gazelle type trainers for $40 (I thought they were a bargain, but similar online. Issues with sizing reported, so happy to see the colour and size in the flesh!)
3. Calvin Klein - 3 mens boxers for $21. I had a 15% off voucher, but could not find it!!
4. Tommy Hilfiger - wife bought a polo shirt for $20, and blouse for $40. Used a $5 'bounce' voucher we got with the Calvin Klein receipt! I found the prices high here, and the only shop with a significant queue to pay (+15 mins).
5. American Eagle Outfitters - men's jeans = $20. Same price in Hollister.
6. Journey's - single pair of Converse, standard price of $50, but was able to use Passport voucher for $5 off. Could have bought these elsewhere for BOGOHP etc. but just needed the 1 pair, hence the offer made sense for us.
7. Polo Ralph Lauren - polo for $42. Again prices high for smaller purchases.
8. Abercrombie & Fitch - 2 crew t-shirts for $15 each. I actually had an email voucher for 15% off, but forgot I had it. Lots of bargains down the back, but standard sizes (Medium) limited.
9. Old Navy - wife bought a few tops, happy with same
10. Bath & Body works - tried to go into their Brooklyn store a few days early. Queue to pay was huge, so gave up. Simple process here, and a few items reduced
11. Levi's - daughter bought original t-shirt for $12.50, which was 50% off the Soho store price. Wife bought blouse.

Slightly disappointed with Century 21 - the one by WTC is much better, and we bought a good few items there. Kate Spade looked good, but we were in the Sawgrass Mills store last year, so blew the budget there!
Went to Johnny Rockets and Cinnabon for food - check out individual reviews of both if interested.
Overall very happy with purchases. Still some good bargains, but EURO - $ exchange rate made them 30% more expensive then a few years ago.
Did not need the Uber in the end. Paid on the bus. Left 6.15pm, but traffic was light heading into NY, aside from toll near mall. Again bus only 50% full.
Hope that helps someone!

Opted for Jersey Gardens as all indoors. Huge with a good selection of shops. Bus direct from Port Authority & cheap enough. We got there abut 1ish & left about 9.30pm. We were shopped out. We had to hire one of the shopping carts they have, its a must. Lots of bargains to be had. If you like shopping then its a must

A huge mall for shopping.Advise you to check and choose which are your aimed and favorite shops in advance because it’s really huge

I'm not a mall person, but wow.

By femaleboxer |

I'm not a mall person. That being said, this place is pretty incredible. If you're looking to bargain shop, this is your place.

Alice in Wonderful Land

By pbrown1955 |

They had a lot of great deals and everything I was looking for. I did not know where to find certain I items and the information desk was very helpful in instructuring me where to go. The area was located in a safe environment with plenty of transportation available

Well worth the trip

By Nicky W |

The #111 bus runs from Port Authority every 20-30 minutes and takes about 40 minutes. Return trip is $14 per person.
Great selection of shops and some really good discounts.
I would recommend going in the morning, as the afternoon got really busy and it took a long time to pay in some stores.

Super mall, lots of deals !! Love

By DJtrinivibes |

We decided to visit this mall just to spend a day indoors doing something fun because it was a rainy day. It was just to walk around and enjoy the shops and food. Oh how I was wrong about that plan. I ended up seeing so many deals I shopped till I dropped. I saw so many deals from the many different outlets in this mall I had too. Nike outlet, adidas and so many more store I went crazy. The variety of restaurants in the food court was superb. The environment was perfect, the parking lot was huge and the mall was not packed with kids running all over which I loved. Great mall with superb deals, close proximity to the Newark airport and major highways. Great mall to spend money from super deals, you will thank me later. Enjoy

Nice mall, but not the greatest area

By Jcg0305 |

The mall definitely has nice shops and good finds. My problem is the level of customer service in many of the shops visited. Most places aren’t very professional. If you can get past that then it’s fine.

Great bargains to be found

By Saoirsesdad |

Great bargains to be had!

1: get the voucher book for $5 on the way in-it will save you so much extra
2: Serious discounts in Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors and Nike shop-some places not as good but those 3 are not to be missed!
3: Fuel up half way through on some good lunch at the food court.
4: This place is better than woodbury common as it is indoors and not as busy!
5: It is $15 to get there from port authority (buses leave every 15-30 mins)
If you are in NY go here to shop for some amazing deals

Great shopping mall in NYC area

By ALAN1001 |

It was just on boxing day that i visited this outlet center . At 10am was already lines and queues of people in front of stores like UGG , TOMMY , GUESS ... but thats normal for this day and for usa 😊 . Prices was really crazy cheap - especially if you use SAVING PASSPORT for 5$ . I really enjoyed shopping there and got nice stuff for cheap price !

Good selection of shops

By Advisorharris |

We arrived late and would have benefitted from more time here.
Good selection of shops but the mall itself feels a bit run down and in need of some tlc.
Plenty of parking.

Shopping

This is one of the best places for shopping in NJ . More than 200 outlets for shopping branded products at discounted prices. Must visit place for shopping freaks.

Exhausting shopping day

By Kay R |

I can't visit New York without visiting an outlet mall.

Firstly, buy the coupon for $7 as it's well worth it - although the rude receptionist could be a bit happier when selling it to you! Then go rent a cart to carry around your belongings.

We spent the whole day here, getting the bus from Port Authority Manhattan, at $14 round trip for over 12's.

My daughters thoroughly made the most out of the discounts here - as always Michael Kors is the biggest saving for us.

Having visited Woodbury Common previously, we prefer The Mills as it's closer and all undercover.

Shop till you drop

By Caroline B |

The best outlet mall in Newark. Marshalls, Burlington, Cohoes, saks on fifth, Levis, Maidenform, Bloomingdales, Footlocker, Footaction, and so many many more great stores. You can spend the whole day there and still not get enough of the place. Then there is IHOP next door, and Applebee's and Chilli's where you can get a great meal. Choices, choices......

Shopping!!

By ACONeill2017 |

My fave place to shop when staying in new york!! Shops like guess,Hollister, micheal Kors, sketchers, converse etc large food court to eat at. Abo 30mins on bus from new york city at port authority.defo worth a visit

Eh--

By Sean H |

Look. This place gets some riff-raff.. You need your head on the swivel in the parking lot for carjackers and bag thieves. There are plenty of great stores and deals inside though. I guess in any location like this, near and airport and an influx of foreign travelers, you are going to have your wolves preying on sheep. The Mall, and the City should do a better job with security.

Shopping opportunities

By Ari K |

Big 2 storie mall with dozens of fashion stores. Worth 4from Manhattan also by bus because fee is only few dollars per way. And bus was fast. It takes off from Port Authority bus terminal at 42nd street.

Brands, deals, outlets, foodcourt - one stop shopping mall

By Natalie1204 |

It’s a great mall that has a wide variety of stores and outlets. They have everything from Kate Spade, Tony Burch and Michael Kors to TJ Maxx and The Gap outlet. I quite like the foodcourt too - they have chick fil A, aunty Anne’s as well as Cajun, southern grill and Italian (sbarro).
It is a green mall so all the stores don’t give you plastic and there are hand dryers instead of paper towels in the restrooms

Ok shopping mall but no competition to Roermond

By Michiel T |

A big mall with discounted stores. Good number of store with ok variety.

But I’m used to the outlet in Roermond (The Netherlands). Just so much nicer to walk around.

Excellent shopping

By Lindsey G |

Me and my husband both spent 10 hours shopping here and could have stayed more (had our feet allowed), great selection of shops and food places to recoup. Buy a $5 savings booklet on arrival to give discount in most stores. We got the bus in from port authority, $14 return per person and buses regular

Outlet mall. Variety

By jeffreyokon |

Did some shopping here. Its is well stocked with all the major brands all under 1 roof.
Many rest spots too and well laid out.
The selections are numerous and ant competitive prices for factory outlets.

Excellent!!

By KatyandPeter |

LOADS OF SHOPS!!

Only 30 mins by bus from the Port Authority in NYC and only $9 each.

Great choice, good food options upstairs too.

Well worth a visit if you want a bargain and don’t want to pay Manhattan prices.

shopping paradise

By David B |

I'll definitely return. I love the discounts on stores I'd usually think I cannot afford back home: Cole Haan and Kate Spade come to mind. The discount stores also have unbelievable bargains: luxury shoes and fashion--you just have to be patient, though, while sifting through the racks. To rest my weary feet and fortify myself for more shopping, the food court is humungous and has a good selection of restaurants

Lots of shopping!

By Mavis R |

The stores are many and varied.
I would like to see an extra stairway/escalator or two halfway between the long walks from one end to the next.

Take a suitcase!

By Kay R |

My daughter and I chose here over Woodbury Common due to the shorter travelling time.

We spent 7 hours wandering around the first time we visited, rented a shopping cart which we more than fully loaded, and then panicked about how to get it all back to Manhattan! Next time I visit a USA outlet, I will definitely remember to take a suitcase.

The main attraction for my 13 year old was Michael Kors. The prices are 70% off the ticket price!

30 minute travelling time each way. We actually ended up going back for a second visit during our stay. Savings were well worth the journey.

Huge outlet mall so be prepared to do some walking

By deedaoz |

This is a great outlet mall, close to the Newark Airport hotels. We found many bargains and saved a packet of money here. There were plenty of places to get a cheap bite to eat in the food court, something to satisfy everyone’s tastes.

Be sure to visit their website to check out any extra deals that may be on offer. We got an extra discount in one store, plus $1 coffees by checking the deals.

I will definitely visit again if I’m ever in the area.

Lots of Outlet store options

By pfr88 |

Having moved south and originally from Jersey you miss the indoor malls and all the store options. It was nice having all the cool stores you search for under one roof. There is also a food court with various food selections or just a place to cop a squat in the middle of your shopping expedition. Two floors and lots to browse, so men find your seat, grab a coffee and load your most popular game on the cell as you will be waiting on your significant other for several hours. :)

Rainy day idea

By Jalenalr |

The Mills are a great shopping activity, especially if it's raining outside so you won't have that missing-out-something feeling. If you don't bring your luggage case as previous reviewers suggested, you can purchase a trolley for $7, just opposite of Starbucks, on the lower floor. All stores can be entered with it. Also, make sure you download Mills app, where you can find additional coupons for already discounted items. Happy shopping!

Nice outlet mall

By Rajagopal S |

Choose your day and go .. on long weekends and festival times, it goes crazy .. it’s even tough to find a parking .. they have now started paid parking for 5$ or 8$ because of the demand .. the outlet mall has a lot of varieties of shops. Very nice cafe too .. lots and lots of walking around :) we love shopping here !

Great and affordable shopping

By Pia P |

There are many differents stores with great deals. From "no name" brands to famous and expensive ones - everything at one place. Shopping mall is very big so plan enough time. We were there 5 hours and we could have been more. Also, be there early, right when it opens, since later it becomes very crowded, everything in shops is messy and the offer of differnet sizes is smaller.

Great mall

By TomWildenburg |

Just 10min away from Newark airport this mall is a good one. Not like the Dubai Mall we used to have with 1,000 shops but with 200 shops still a good offer and tax free shopping guaranteed. Nice to visit on your way home to the airport so you can avoid rush hours in the city and enjoy some fine coffee at Starbucks and do some last minute shopping. A luggage or bag room would be something to consider as I ‘m not aware if they offer that

Probably the best shopping venue in the world

By Tony B |

This has great outlets, great prices and is just a very nice place to go and shop. It gets quite busy but that’s only becoits very good. As I understand it, New Jersey doesn’t have sales tax on clothes so is significantly cheaper than the outlets in New York State

Wear comfortable shoes

By Leah H |

We wanted to visit the outlets this time on our visit to New York and Jersey gardens was worth a visit. We caught the bus from Port authority for $14 return which i thought was very cheap, the bus left ever 10-15mins not just as regular on the return journey. The mills is massive, you would need to take a minimum of about 5hrs to cover the majority of the shops. Some good deals to be had and some of the branded shop like hollister were definitely worth visiting. If you love a good shop go here. I bought the offer booklet for $5 which wasn't much but i didn't get to use any of the offers in the shops because of the terms and conditions.

Loud inside.

By ICUSNOOPY |

Where I live, we have no stores in our malls.... lol. This was very large and had a wide selection of stores & restaurants, snack bars.... some stores have lines outside to enter. I need nothing that badly to stand in line to enter. It was just so loud inside..... couldn’t hear the person with you.

Like heaven on earth

By JEJaramillo |

I never skip this place when I come to New Jersey. All the good shops are there and the process are unbeatable and many times they give you extra discounts at the register.

Wonderful place for clothes and home stuff.

Ready? Set. Shop!

By Shaggy |

So this is one of many outlets the US has to offer. Located at New Jersey in an area called Elizabeth. If you love shopping but wanna pay less than in the center, there you’ll have it. Get ready to spend at least half a day in there. Highly recommended to plan things before, stores you like, things you need / want. And let the rest come with the flow. There’s a food court as usual so you can stop by get a snack and return to dominating the shopping dance floor.
To stores we were in had a nice and helpful staff, some stores were affordable and some less, but generally, a big variety and you can find pretty much anything.
If you’re staying at NY you got a bus from the Port Authority and it takes around 30 minutes (depends on traffic times) - delight.
One last thing! If you’re a tourist and have a non-american passport, make sure you bring it, nowadays they’ve got a “Savings Passport” book that gives you discounts in a lot of places. Costs 5$. Enjoy!

Excellent place of rht shopaholic

By Michael C |

My wife and I were on a long weekend visit to Manhattan and had been recommended to visit this location. A half hour bus ride out from Times Square and we spent the whole day here shopping for ourselves and Christmas gifts for family. Amazing array of shops and restaurants/eateries, unbelievable discounts instore. Make sure you buy a $5 shopping card from Customer Service as this will provide you with additional discounts in many stores. There are even some men's stores - WOW!

All in one place

By MARIA LAURA C |

Excellent. best brands at super convenient prices. So is IKEA Primark and Burlington. It is easily reached from Port Authority, just 1 hour from Manhattan.

Nice Simon Mall as you expect it!

By KjellO |

Really not that much to say. All the relevant stores. Good pricing. Close to the Airport. Worth a visit. If you are known to Simon Malls - this one is bigger with more stores than the outside Malls in eg. Vegas and DC. Be sure to download the Simon app to get all the available discounts.

Great mall

By mel132015 |

Visited here recently with my daughter was very impressed with this outlet store amazing shops, value and eateries

A great shopping experience!

By rosie986 |

A great place to shop with wonderful top brand names and fantastic savings! A must for all who want to buy and save. The best shop experience for visitors and locals! Close to the airport, just in case you have time between flights! Love it...

Three occasions l have visited this mall and left with bags and bags of bargains that l would have paid a third more if l was shopping in the uk a abundance of shops gets very busy on a Saturday but go midweek if it suits , bus from port authority 8th Ave 41st 7 dollars one way , we Uber ed the way back due to amount of bags but l always when visiting America buy my clothes here rather than in New York

Great discount mall

By Gricanahuate |

Has many outlets, lots of options in clothes and shoes. Few fast food and restaurants. Has a marshal also. The only thing missing is a supermarket like target or something like that.

Get there early!

By June T |

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to The Mills at Jersey Gardens. We had a day to kill before our cruise out of Bayonne. Being from the mid west I was amazed how vibrant it was. Our Malls have all but died, big empty caverns of empty space. Not so at The Mills! Store after store filled with Christmas shoppers pulling their wheeled travel luggage to stash their loot and move on to the next treasure to purchase. We picked up a few items we needed for our trip. Get there early as it fills fast. A fun day window shopping and enjoying some taste treats from the kiosk's. Mango Mia was the best!

Good for Shopping

By patrick m |

Went to Jersey Gardens for a bit of Xmas shopping. Lots of shops and well laid out, easy to get around.
Food count was fine...though a little expensive.
Most shops face additional 10-15% discount if you provide email at checkout.
Calvin Klein and Levi shops had great discount.
Tommy was also pretty good.
Disappointed with sports outlet, particularly Nike.
Easy travelling in and out from Manhattan on the bus.
Worth a visit for shopping but think I preferred Woodberry Common (though appreciate deals differ day to day)

Best outlet store in New York area

By haybeth |

This place has everything you could want! Amazing deals. It works out cheaper than Woodbury Commons too. There is less tax on goods - 3.5% vs 8% in Woodbury Commons. 0% on clothes. It's closer to Manhattan too.
I got a Michael Kors bag - the place is constantly busy. 70 - 80% off all bags there.
They have lots of clothes, sportswear and shoe stores too.
Good food options too.
I travelled there on the 111 bus from Port Authority bus, only takes about 30 minutes. Cheap return tickets.
Love this place!

One of the best places for shopping

By Alon_Vi |

I've been here 13 years ago and it seems that it still great as it used to be!
Lots (and I mean(lots!) of stores - every brand you could think of.
Not all stores are with great discounts though.
You can buy a cuppon book in the info center and receive a book that offers great opportunities.

Highly recommended.

Best of outlets

By rohit s |

Been to quite a few outlets in the US over the years (this was our 5th family holiday) and shopping at outlets has always been
A highlight. Excellent selection of labels and offers. We took the bus 111 from Port Authority Bus Terminal. Best get a bus out between 0930-1030 and return 1500-1700 A’s frequency reduces after this and gets crowded resulting in long waits for the bus back.

Great mall in Elizabeth

By Quest816815 |

Really good mall, and has improved. My son loves the staff at the LEGO Store. Good food court too, good variety. Never an issue to park, except around the holidays.

Outlet Crazy busy on a Saturday afternoon- beware of the reliability of the shuttle bus

By maglund |

I had a about 3 hours here before my late evening flight on a Saturday night. Firstly, I issues getting the shopping shuttle from EWR P4 as it left 2 minuters early ( 00, 30 past the hour). The hotel shuttle kindly permitted me to ride with them and I gladly left a tip as otherwise it would be 30 minuters later.
Despite the sun shining and blue skys, the outlet centre was heaving and hence unpleasant. There are indeed a good range of shops here but there were queues outside the Nike shop and limited Numbers were allowed in. I figured no bargain is worth this. There is a very large Marshalls and queues for the cashiers were long but the staff are very efficient.
The AirPort shuttle supposedly returns from a stop at the upper level outside Chillis ( nr Uniqlo?) It is signposted but at quarter ( scheduled 45, 15) to the hour, the driver drove off without letting passengers on! I felt a little stressed and again legged it over to the hotels (on the other side of the shopping center) as their shuttle came to the rescue. What a relief! I've no idea why this shuttle did not work for me. I just wanted to highlight this to others coming from the Airport as one may be watching the clock.

just a normal mall not an outlet

By 552eddieq |

I had heard so many things about this place. 11 dollars by bus seemed a bargain. To start with the "free" discount book is gone for overseas visitors its now $5. Hit and miss bargain wise with most bargains available elsewhere at the same or cheaper prices. Its worth a look but if its a real bargain outlet you are looking for then choose Woodbury Common.

Good

By architamodi1 |

The indoor shopping mall (very few around) has almost all the brands including some outlet shops. Depending on what time of the year you go, you generally get all sizes. Its maintained well. Dont forget to the the discount booklet for $5 which is totally worth it. You will recover the cost and much more

Great Experience

By Mary J |

Being indoors was great especially during winter, way better deals than Woodbury Commons. The only negative was that we stayed in Times Square and 2 ubers cancelled on us.

Lots of bargains and great finds

By Page C |

The outlets make this mall awesome. The shoe outlets are most visited with long lines. Restroom are clean. But theres limited food chains we find. Its close to Jersey City and Newark.

Large shopping center close to Newark airport

By Mette M |

Large shopping mall but the prices and higher than woodbury outlet and the selection less but it's close to the airport so you can stop by on your way here.

You can take the bus from N.Y. but don't know if you can bring suitcase on this.

Shopping spree in New Jersey!

By tonyangbee |

A good buy for your money’s worth. Shopping here is a good experience. It’s spacious and very convenient. You can go from one shop to another without going out of the building unlike other factory outlets.

The best

By Rami R |

Arrived to the the mall at 11 am and stayed there the all day.
The verity of stores and the discounts were very attractive, we used the coupon book which you buy for 5 usd at the center guest office, the food area offers lots of options , so to conclude, one of the best shopping centers in NY area.

Good offer

By kjell m |

First time here and lucky only 20.min walk from apm terminals. There a good shop here and special good offer at elazabeth arden and tommy hillfinger

Great day out

By CJC30 |

So many shops , unbelievable discounts . Spent about 6 hours here and absolutely wrecked after it .. but well worth it - fantastic bargains . Only downside is the food options or rather lack of - all fairly dire and best avoided if possible .

Good option for a day of shopping

By MVargas |

A fairly large mall, you can find everything, if you want to go shopping in advance you need at least two days. There are hotels across the street that are very convenient to save on transportation. The prices are normal outlet prices and you can find several offers.
