46 of 471 Best Attractions in Orlando

Starting with the entrance to the parking lot and the huge parking garage, you first become aware of the dimensions of the parks. Amazingly, things then go quite well in the parks and we were also lucky and there was little going on, so we never had to wait longer than 20 minutes in the normal line.
Parking costs a hefty $32. If you arrive after the cinema opens, you can buy two matinee tickets for just over $20 and get a refund for the parking ticket. We haven't had the cinema open yet, so we haven't waited extra.
We only stayed at Universal Studios because we only had one day and the tip to have one park a day if you don't want to have stress really makes sense.
Basically, it makes sense to deal with the attractions in advance and use the app. The park is actually not very well signposted or poorly described, whether it is a roller coaster, 4D coaster or just an experience like Ollivander for example.
We were really excited about the layout of the park. Super detailed and well done, nice to look at, although of course it is questionable whether it even has to cost that much. But if you can get a little excited about the films and stories presented, it is really worth it.
On the subject of backpacks: there are small lockers that cost nothing during the journey and then 3 dollars per 30 minutes, and large lockers that cost something from the start. One locker can be used per parking ticket. A medium-sized backpack with Tetris experience will definitely fit in a small locker. We had the allowed 2 liters of water per person with us and then drank bottles before using the lockers. We didn't take anything to eat because it was on the internet, but apparently it depends on the folder if they let you in with it. We saw a lot of people with sandwiches they brought.
Small advance warning, food and drinks are very expensive in the park. Half a liter of water costs $3, a Coke $5, a beer a hefty $13 and a quarter of pizza $12.
Highly recommended are the Michshakes at the small shop next to Mel's Diner, at the latter was a huge queue...

I traveled with my service dog and universal was more than accommodating. They had kennels to put my dog in at every single ride and had an attendant at all times watching her. The kennels were out of the open and that was incredibly helpful and gave me peace of mind. We were given a disability pass and everyone was fantastic and went above and beyond at every ride for my dog and I. I have a bad back and the disability pass saved me many times. However, at HHN the kennels were outside in the rain and not away from people, and I am glad I kept her in the hotel or it would have been dangerous. The bathroom situation was less than ideal and lines for every bathroom, and for that reason I can’t say I was pleased. I wish they would also have made waiting in line at HHN more accommodating in terms of the excessive standing and offer benches or places to sit for those who cannot for more than an hour. Otherwise, we had an amazing time and everyone was accommodating.

Customer service awful. Approached a woman with a high vis to ask for directions. She tutted and rolled her eyes at me wish I hadn’t bothered there was no need at all. This was today (14/05) at around 09:00am at the pick up drop off car park

Mickey in moes bar was horrible, rude and demanding tips from everyone. and serving underage children not asking for id

Brilliant fun and the rides are unbelievable!! Highlights were Hogwarts / Harry Potter rides & village - completely amazed by the attention to detail. Got 2 weeks for price of one, also stayed for a night at the Hard Rock Hotel & got 2 days of fast passes included.

We had the 14-day ticket to three parks. Great days, few trils but lots of simulations. Overall, very interesting.

On Average is an hour wait 200$ to stand 95 min in line at most rides nothing less than 35 min. You need to use the app to purchase food in moon pizza. Do it once when your kids old enough never do it again

We went to HHN stayed all weak. Hhn was a better experience than the last time we visited post covid. But not as good as pre covid. Seems like they forget what made it so great to start with. Now the park. I come to ride those sophisticated rides not listen to some bs on how they break down from time to time! Hagrids was broken down for two days out of a five day visit along with other rides. THAT IS WHAT WE COME FOR NOT TO SHOP!!! Still as long as this ride has been open no express. REALLY! If you've never been here read everything very carefully before you come. Look at all reviews. It's a great place but it was alot better before covid. Now I believe they want your money more than guests having a magical experience. Been coming since 06 so yes I do remember what it was like. I'm going to wait on epic listen to reviews and see how it goes before even considering going. They aren't offering any type of benefits to go so why pay premium price for no perks? OH, how sophisticated is the globe to make it turn? My kids were always fascinated with that thing now it just sits there. Nothing. I left my vacation package number for UOA to see maybe they will offer me a refund because of rides being broken....

EXTREMELY large park, be prepared for a LOT of walking & crowds of people, especially on the Simpsons side of the park & around Diagon Alley.
I went to UC to ride Hollywood Rip, Ride Rockit as it was closing the following week & I didn’t ride it on my previous trip to IoA. RRR was REALLY, REALLY amazing & awesome! Not sure why it got so much hate because it was amazing.
I was disappointed that the Mummy ride was closed for maintenance that day but I plan to visit again next year so hopefully, it’ll be open next time.
Everything was great but I didn’t like the fact that some of the conveyor belts at the entrance were not working. I’m mobility challenged so not being able to use them was a bummer.
Some suggestions I have for the park are to have some type of free transport to move people who are mobility challenged around to each section of the park. This would’ve been so incredibly helpful for me. Secondly, please consider posting signs on which characters will be coming out at which times. I had trouble finding this information on the app. Thirdly, please consider posting a sign at the bottom of the elevator pointing the way to the busses for partner hotels. I had no clue where to meet up for the bus to take me back to the hotel & ended up having to wait an extra hour as I’d been waiting 45 minutes already, in the wrong area. The bus driver for bus B was extremely rude & unhelpful. He had a very arrogant attitude towards me & very unapologetic for any misinformation I was given regarding where to catch the bus at. He absolutely could’ve taken me back to the hotel as it was only a few minutes past pickup time, especially after I’d explained my dilemma to him, but he refused, saying I’d have to wait an extra hour! It didn’t matter that I was having so much difficulty walking, my legs & feet were so swollen, I could barely walk just to be told I had to walk all the way back to where I came from to wait on the bus so just be aware, the waiting area for the partner hotel busses are on the ground level BEHIND THE ELEVATOR, not where the regular busses are!!
The Hard Rock Cafe staff were absolutely phenomenal! The food was excellent & the decor & gift shop was amazing as always. I didn’t like, however, the EXTREMELY long walk back around to the entrance. I didn’t see a bridge cutting across so I’m unsure if there’s one available. If not, another suggestion to the park is to install a bridge to cut across from the Hard Rock Cafe, to help those who are mobility challenged to not have to walk so far back around.
Overall, I was able to accomplish most of what I set out to do here. I was unable to ride everything. It’s possible to ride everything in one visit but if you’re mobility challenged, you may want to consider renting a mobility scooter or bring one if you’re local, you may wish you had if you don’t. The entry fee is way overpriced IMO. I don’t think that riding the Hogwart’s Express should cost extra, we pay enough already, just to get into both parks there, HWE should be included.
I really enjoyed the Wicked display as well as seeing so many characters out & about.
There’s a mini golf there by the conveyor belts as you enter the complex but unsure if it’s included or how to access it. I’ll have to check into that for next time.
I advise to consider doing a multi park ticket for multiple days. Some areas are just too crowded to be able to see so adding a second day is definitely something i suggest doing, if you can.

ATTENTION
If you are at Universal Orlando Park (whether Universal Studios or Adventure):
Very careful, because if you forget the cable from your phone to charge it, be it Android or Iphone, you are in trouble.
It happened to me on November 22, 2024 at Universal Orlando Park, in both.
My cell phone was on 8% battery and when I went to look for the cable to charge in my backpack, unfortunately, I had forgotten at the hotel.
I ONLY STAYED WITH MY LAPTOP CHARGER WITH 75% BATTERY.
I went to the Guest relations of the universal adventure park, I was attended and an employee told me that he didn't have any cellular cable to lend me for 10 minutes, funny or, is he not using a cell phone???.PASMEM, NO UNIVERSAL PARK FUNCTIONARY, BOTH, I asked about 10 employees, NO I was able to borrow a cable to charge my cell phone for 10 minutes since I had the portable charger.
VERY CAREFUL:
THERE IS NO SHOP, NOT IN BOTH PARKS OF THE UNIVERSAL OF ORLANDO AND NOT IN CITYWALK THAT SELL ANY CABLE TO CHARGE CELLAR.
The FUNCIONARIO indicated a machine from the company FUELROD, near the bathroom of the Marvel area, that you can charge your cell phone without the cable, only pass your credit card.
I got there, I did the whole procedure, I passed the card, I was charged $26.77 and I couldn't charge my cellphone.
I returned to the Guest relations of the Universal adventure park and another employee indicated me another machine from the same company FUELROD, this is next to the Universal store, the left, right when you enter the park.
Believing in the good faith of Guest relations, I went there and just happened the same thing. I did the whole procedure, I was debited from my card the value of $26.77 and there was no charge.
I WAS BACK AT THE PARK'S GUEST RELATIONS AND THE FIRST EMPLOYEE WHO DIRECTED ME REGRETTED AND GAVE ME A PHONE NUMBER FOR ME TO CALL AND COMPLAIN TO FUELROD, OR, I APOLOGIZED THAT THE MACHINE THAT DIDN'T LOAD MY CELL PHONE
IT'S NOT OF THE UNIVERSAL AND THEY CAN'T DO NOTHING.BUT THE MACHINE IS IN BOTH PARKS OF THE UNIVERSAL.
I ONLY USE INTERNATIONAL CHIP WITH WHATSAPP WHEN I'M ON INTERNATIONAL VIEW, I CAN'T DO NORMAL CONTACT.
MY LUCK IS THAT I SAW A COUPLE WITH A SON TALKING PORTUGUESE AND I ASKED IF THEY HAD AN ANDROID CHARGER AND THANKS TO THEM I WAS ABLE TO CHARGE MY CELLPHONE AND ASK FOR A UBER TO GO BACK TO THE HOTEL.
PARQUE UNIVERSAL ORLANDO NOTE ZERO FOR VOCES!!!

Ridiculously overpriced, wait times are absolutely sickening, tired old mediocre rides, toilets filthy and broken, food barely edible. Rolls Royce pricing for quality. In a phrase: shameless rip-off.

Universal studios is simply the greatest of all theme park complex’s for all those who love thrill rides (and of course Harry Potter).
The theme park complex is comprises of Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay & many hotels.
We absolutely loved every ride, experience and show on offer across the different sites.
I was also a big fan of the many resultants, such as Hard Rock Cafe, Bubba Gump etc located in and around the entrance to the complex.
The staff were always very friendly and happy to help anyone throughout the stay.
My personal favourite rides across the sites were the different Harry Potter experiences, these were simply excellent.
We visited in July and you have to be prepared for exceptionally warm & long days, with plenty of water and sun screen.
We got an uber from our hotel in the Disney Land complex to Universal and it is important to note, it can cost up to three times as much on the return leg (with the dynamic pricing in place).
Volcano Bay was an excellent day out, the pools were great and offered plenty of spacious swimming, whilst the rides were also excellent. If travelling by public transport, you need to get an Uber to the main complex & then a free shuttle bus to swimming.
A must visit with either children or adults.

This has got to be the worst ever experience I have ever had going to the theme park in the last 15 years of coming to Florida from start to finish it has been a nightmare upsetting stressful and spoiled a family holiday that’s cost thousands of pounds
After buying tickets through your website and paying out £100 for per person for tickets to then go to Universal Studios to be told that those tickets don’t exist on that they’re not valid and there was a glitch in the system and having to leave the rest of our family to enjoy their day and walk away because we couldn’t get in and we couldn’t you take our money and not returned it and then even after complaining through my family at the end of the day and sorting out epic tickets to go to in two days later we then turn up to find incorrect dates on there so they wouldn’t allow Enmy yet again and again the family has now been split up and they’ve spoke the day the second day at universal making it probably the worst ever experience I’ve ever had
You try and talk to somebody a guest services even after having case numbers and trying to organise things and it just seems like hard work sort out your customer service. It is shocking stop making us feel like where the problem your systems are wrong. Sort it out.

We visited Epic Universe to see the Harry Potter and Super Mario Brothers areas. As we didn’t know the references to the other areas, we skipped them. Super Mario area was very colorful and felt like we were inside the game. The lines for the rides were very long and there is not much shade there. Nice to look at, and super fans will love it. The HP area was very well done. Lots of shop fronts to look at, great butterbeer and one ride. If you have one of the special wands, there is an interactive game.
We found the customer service in Universal to be very poor. Not very friendly or helpful.

Superb park, fantastic scenery, exceptional activities.
In August necessarily waiting up to about 1 hour.
A pleasant staff
In short we loved it.

Amazing venue. We had tickets to cross the line. Otherwise the waiting time is too long. On some rides even with this ticket we waited for 30minutes. But the rides are great.

I met and had the experience of going to the park of Universal in July, found an incredible experience.
It is a park with many attractions for both children and adults, I recommend the mountain and russa and the transformer simulator.
It has a very good infrastructure, has free water and refill of soda. Some toys need to pay the locker if their bag is big, but we like it quite.

I visited the park twice in a couple of days and the experience was tremendous. I do have to note that we were very fortunate.
Our first visit was from 10am on an overcast Monday morning which meant the car parks were empty and we managed to get on every ride without waiting more than 30mins despite some rides stating the wait time would be 60mins.
There’s a good blend of experiences and rides for those less adventurous and those seeking some serious thrills. We did Kong, Spider-Man, Harry Potter (all of them), Hulk and the incredible Velocicoaster (incredible rollercoaster).
As you can imagine, food and drink is expensive. Also if you want to consume alcohol, be sure to bring ID with you. A photo of your ID will not suffice as one of my friends found out.
Our second visit a couple of days later was facilitated by my employer. We were given exclusive access to the park for a few hours after it was closed to the public. We had full access to (Harry Potter, Velocicoaster and Jurassic Park). We also had unlimited alcohol and we were given a feast to line our stomachs. This was easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a theme park. There were absolutely no wait time to access the rides we wanted. I had colleagues go onto the Velocicoaster again and again and again (they would get off, then go straight back on again). At one point they were the only 2 people on the coaster!!
I would highly recommend this theme park. What fun!

We paid nearly $800 for four 1-Day, 2-Park Park-to-Park tickets to Universal Orlando, plus $32 for standard parking. Additional costs included $3 for a large locker per 30 mins while queuing/riding. We also paid $28 for two chocolate frogs and over $10 for one butterbeer. One of our family members cannot tolerate long queues or being separated from us for extended periods. In the UK we hold the official Access Card and, at all of the major UK parks we’ve visited, we’re issued a virtual return-time card: you go to an attraction, a Team Member notes a comeback time equal to the posted wait, and you return at that time to ride together. It’s simple and it works. For this trip we did our homework and obtained the U.S. equivalent—the IBCCES Individual Accessibility Card (IAC)—which was approved. Disney DAS offers the same virtual return-time system that works perfectly well.
Before our visit, Universal attempted to call to discuss “accommodations.” Because we were travelling and dealing with phone issues, we asked to handle it by email, but were told that wasn’t possible and that it could be dealt with on the day. We arrived early and went straight to Guest Services outside Islands of Adventure with the IAC, expecting to receive the same basic tool we’re used to—the orange return-time card (AAP)—or some clear app-based equivalent.
Instead, the advisor said that, based on our needs, he would provide a “queue re-entry accommodation.” He did not explain what that meant in practice. We asked if we needed a card to record return times and were told no. From that exchange, it was reasonable to assume things would be handled seamlessly, perhaps via the app, since no physical card was issued and no clear process was explained.
We headed straight to Hagrid’s. The Team Member there told us we did, in fact, need the orange return-time card from Guest Services so they could note a comeback time based on the current wait. This directly contradicted what we had just been told. We went back to Guest Services to sort it out. The same advisor now elaborated that his accommodation meant we should stay in the physical queue and, if necessary, two of us could step out with our family member and later re-join with help from staff. Again, this had not been explained earlier, and no card had been issued. When we asked again for the orange return-time card—the simple, proven tool we expected—we were told, very matter-of-factly, that based on the earlier discussion this was the only accommodation they would provide. We shared more detail about our family member’s needs, but the advisor refused to change the accommodation. The manner felt obstructive and not at all customer-focused.
We asked to speak with a manager. After roughly ten minutes, a supervisor arrived. Although more courteous, the supervisor also refused to issue the return-time card. We explained that, had we known this would be the approach, we would not have spent over $800 for a single day. The supervisor offered to discuss “options if we wanted to leave,” which wasn’t helpful after a three-hour drive with two excited children. As a make-good, the supervisor said they would call Hagrid’s to authorise one-time immediate access. We walked back to Hagrid’s, gave our name, and were told no call had been received. A manager at the attraction confirmed there was no record of any call and sent us back to Guest Services. By this point we had lost about 1.5 hours at the start of a 10-hour operating day—roughly $140 of our time—while queues were building and our children were understandably upset.
We then tried to use the queue re-entry model we’d been left with. In practice, it was unworkable. We were told to locate a Team Member inside the queue if our family member needed to step out and then re-enter later, staying in touch by phone. In reality, there were no staff visible inside the queue until the very end near boarding, and only at the entrance at the start. “Chill-out rooms” were mentioned, but these were few and far between and not conveniently located. The result was constant phone coordination, uncertainty, and stress—the exact opposite of what accessible accommodations are supposed to relieve. By contrast, the return-time card we have used at every park we have visited is clear, predictable, and allows a family to plan their day without escalating anxiety.
To be clear: we arrived prepared, with an approved IBCCES IAC, and asked for the straightforward return-time tool that is standard practice at other major parks we’ve visited. At Universal, we received conflicting instructions from Guest Services and the attraction, we were refused the card that the attraction itself expected us to have, and even a promised one-time authorisation was not communicated to the ride. The combination of lost time, mixed messages, and an impractical alternative turned what should have been a special day into a stressful and expensive disappointment.
For families with needs like ours, this experience was frustrating and costly. If you rely on a functional return-time system to manage hidden disabilities—especially when separation from the group is difficult—be warned: what we encountered at Universal Orlando fell far short of the consistent, workable approach we’ve experienced elsewhere.

Still a great day out. Visited the first time in many years and felt as if the movie history the park used to have has now decreased significantly, a couple of Back to the Future references is all that seemed to be left. The rides however are great and the kids really enjoyed them.

Fun experience but be careful about sudden weather changes since can mean many rides will shut down till weather calms down and also noticed some test seats for rides are misleading because tested mummy ride for example and it was pretty bad but the actual ride seat was a lot better. There's plenty of cool rides and love the parades but the Transformers greet and meet weren't as sociable as I expected based on what I previously saw on Youtube.

Universal Studios is a fun filled theme park with many attractions and rides, including Harry Potter's, Diagon Alley, Transformers, The Minions, and the Simpson's.

My second visit to Universal Studios however this one was for Halloween Honour Night which was a different experience.
The level of detail they go to for Halloween is amazing, from the point of walking in the place looked amazing.
Now one of the issues is the place was just so busy so we did end out doing an RIP tour which was very expensive, there was 6 of us and the tour was brillaint. We were paired with 3 other people who were also a good laugh. Our tour guide was Kagan, absolutely brilliant with great banter.
We managed to do 6 of the houses along with all the rides, only 4 were open, all very good.
They have specific food and drinks for Halloween and the people walking round trying to scare you are great.

I’m the parent of a 4-year-old with anaphylaxis-level allergies to dairy and peanuts. Before visiting Universal, we were approved for accessibility accommodations via IBCCES. We submitted a doctor’s note and completed a pre-trip call where we were reassured that dining locations could accommodate food allergies.
That was completely untrue. We visited 7 restaurants in the park, and every single one told us they could not guarantee safety due to shared prep spaces and lack of dedicated allergy procedures. It made dining at the park unsafe and terrifying.
Additionally, there were no easily accessible nursing areas for mothers, and the app didn’t list any information to help us locate one.
I feel deeply disappointed and misled. Universal should not claim to support food allergy families if they are not equipped to follow through. We were left without safe food and felt entirely unsupported. This experience was discriminatory, dangerous, and heartbreaking.

The overall experience was great, 15 of us had a good time. Props to being handicap friendly, staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to special needs. Downfall people on phones while walking and bumping into me in my wheelchair and then getting angry at me and non handicap people using the one handicap stall! Park was clean and well staffed! We were not part of a tour.

I left my purse out in the locker room accidentally and it got turned in but MY $200 WAS TAKEN! I understand it was my mistake but when I talked to security and stuff about it it was a long process and many tears were shed! Also the lady working by the locker was so rude and not a help at all! And our ride broke down twice the transformer ride and was a wast of time! If it was me I wouldn’t go back tbh it wasn’t worth it and Disney is wayyyy much better! Omg and it was a waste of my day bc I couldn’t even talk to guest services bc they couldn’t even for sure get my money back and they didn’t have security footage of it! So I left with sore feet and -$200. Sketchy time if you ask me! ;)

I don’t get it. For a person in the UK it costs £483 to go to Universal Studios Orlando with 2 parks, 2 water parks and a small Universal City Walk covering in total 1291 acres for 2 weeks. Compared to Disney’s 4 parks, 2 water parks and a huge Downtown Disney ag a whopping 27500 acres for £530 for 2 weeks. Indeed Universal’s 1 day ticket is over £200. Am I missing something here? Most families go a couple of times during their children’s childhoods. Flights, hotels, food, insurance, mementos, clothes and car hire are all expensive before theme park tickets are included. Who has an extra £500 per family member to buy 2 lots of tickets? For a family of 4 that’s another 2 grand.

We visited three Universal Parks in August 2025: Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and the newly-opened Epic. Whilst most of the rides in all parks were fun and engaging, the overall theme coming from the experience is that some guests (wealthier) are more important than others!
Let’s start with Express Passes. For a family of four that had already spent an arm and a leg getting to and staying in Orlando and then more to get into the parks, I was constantly being upsold the Express Tickets. For an extra $1200 per day, I, with my family of four, could skip any queue as many times as we liked. Morally, I just won’t go there and do that. I like to teach my children patience and fairness. However, others (with more money than me) had no issue with this and whilst you wait in very long lines with the other morally superior people (but more financially challenged) you watch endless streams of Express-Pass holders file past you and get on rides at a ratio (and I quote one of the miserable staff members now) of 3:1. That’s right. For every ride, they let Express-Pass holders ride at 3 to 1 in Express-Pass holders’ favours. Yes, I’m bitter that they have more money than me for such things, sure, but where it really affects us common people is that it ups your wait times considerably. One of the Harry Potter rides had a wait time of 25 mins so we joined the queue. Within a few minutes of this, Universal had shut down all of the external coasters due to adverse weather. That meant that within 10 mins of our 25 min wait, the Express lanes had filled considerably, turning our 25 min wait into an hour and a half as the Express holders were constantly favoured over us plebs time and time again. It just leaves you with such a sour feeling of second-rate citizenship and that as a guest, you just aren’t important and it’s about nothing more than greed.
Right. Back to miserable staff members: these people have no idea of how to speak to or treat people. Lost? Need directions? Ask a member of staff, right? Nope! Wrong! They just shrug their shoulders or plain ignore you. Want to buy something in a. gift shop? Most (not completely all of them in this case) treat you with apathy and barely make eye contact. Want to know info about a ride at the entrance to a queue? Well, have the decency to at least wait until the two staff members stationed there have finished their private conversations before having the audacity to actually talk to them! In all, the staff were mostly (with a few notable exceptions) miserable, misanthropic and clearly hated their jobs. I actually started challenging some of them as to why they were so rude to me for no reason? They just turned their backs most of the time. Appalling behaviour for those in the service industry. Worth pointing out that I’m a relatively easy-going, relaxed and polite person and not what you’d consider difficult or awkward.
Let’s talk about the locker system. It’s rubbish and completely flawed! Lockers are located outside rides and are slightly bigger than the hole for a UK letterbox. They’re tiny. Some rides have metal detectors that mean that you have to leave everything in a locker: phone, wallet, hats, drinks, glasses… rucksacks! Yup, your rucksacks, full of water and no doubt food to avoid those $12-20 snacks have to go into the teeny-tiny lockers. We needed three as a family of four and more often than not, there weren’t actually any lockers free. But hold on, there are bigger lockers available… at a price of $3 plus extra if you exceed a certain time. Another greedy ripoff. Some rides don’t have metal detectors so you can keep your wallet and phone at least which allows you to plan your next queueing adventure once you’ve done your two hours of watching Express-Pass holders get one over on you (I’m still bitter about that!) but they don’t tell you which so you’re left to guess. It’s such a stupid and ridiculous system. It’s downright dangerous sometimes trying to get a locker as the cramped spaces are full with people pushing and shoving and others trying to put things in or take things out of lockers right above your head. The crème-de-la-crème of this system, however, has to be that in order to open your locker, you need your ticket. The same ticket that you likely keep in your wallet or on the phone that you have to stare. Such a clever, well-thought out plan Universal. Paper ticket in my pocket then - a ticket that needs to make it through two weeks of parks and coasters and queues etc in sweltering heat…
The final icing on the cake for me was buying a refillable cup at Toad’s Cafe in Mario World on our first day. I asked the explicit question: Is it refillable in all parks? The answer: yes! Is it valid for all days? The answer: yes! Whoopee! $40 well spent on a cool cup for my children that was also refillable making it actually worth it. Until you get to another park on another day only to find the real answer to the questions: Is it refillable? Yes, but only on the day that you purchase it! Can I pay to recharge it like the other refillable cups? No. We don’t sell those cups in the other parks so we can’t do anything about it. Hmm, pretty sure I’ve seen them for sale in these other parks! No you haven’t, sir! Oh, sorry. Of course, I forgot I’m a compulsive liar. (I did get somewhat perturbed at customer services at this point!) But there you have it - Universal’s non-award winning approach to a customer-led experience. Nothing. Zilch. Nada.
My feedback to Universal is to send some execs into their own parks as a standard customer (no Express Passes) and then send them to the Disney parks. Who does it better? Disney, by such a huge margin. The organisation, the timings, the general ‘can do and nothing is too much trouble’ attitude of the cast members there is something that Universal really need to take note of. No matter how good your rides are, people still want to feel validated and acknowledged as welcomed visitors to your parks.

The Minion is another disaster.I am about to think that Universal Studios has a gypsy curse or a lot of incompetence. Now I have been queuing up for over an hour at The Minion and they have just reported that they have technical problems and that they apologize. Conclusion, the attraction does not work.Adults are sparkling and children cry. There is no tourist attraction in this World that is worth the life time that is wasted here and the torture that is spent. After yesterday's bitter experience for more than four hours locked in Harry Potter in Epic for similar problems I have been put on and invited.

We spent two days at Universal, one day at each of the parks, December didn't seem the right time to visit the 3rd, water park.
Whilst the general layout and attention to detail is easily as good as what Disney provide, it was so refreshing to be away from the Disney experience, Homer Simpson being stupid in photos, Bart being a clown was hilarious. By the time we visited Universal on day 7 of our two week holiday, I was getting a little fed up of the 3d rides and simulators, whilst they are very clever, I longed for good ol' fashioned roller coasters. The "Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit" certainly did that, whilst we had to wait for the rain, thunder and lightning to pass, it was a crazy ride. I love you can choose your own music for the experience, once I had reattached my head at the end, I was just about able to walk to the exit. Other notable rides that I would gladly go on in a second, Men in Black, Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts, VelociCoaster, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey and Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure is a long queue, but well worth it.
Here is the shocker. The Food was actually edible, all the Disney / SeaWorld parks we have experienced so far have inedible, vile food, this was really good, I had the cottage pie which was delicious. Still a shortage of veg, but really tasty. Others reported the fish and chips was excellent too - noting proper English chips rather than crisps.

The place is fun and good, but I wouldn't say the same for the management. Kicking out a guy in a wheelchair just to making fans happy is absurd. If you are very optimistic about staff, do NOT go to this place.

Very pleasant visit to the park. However, very expensive and no disability discount. The staff very friendly. Prices in the park as expected, not exactly inexpensive.

this park is AMAZING it was so fun most of the rides are 3d expect mummy and rip ride rocket they where by far the best ride I would definitely go on them again the food was great and so was the workers would defo recommend for family

Universal Studios was amazing! Me and my family had so much fun during our time in Florida. we enjoyed it and would really recommend this for other families!

Not as good as IOA but still a fantastic theme park. Really enjoyed the day. We were able to get the park done in half a day with express passes. Will definitely be returning

Just to express my disappointment with Epic Universe. Despite being beautiful, it is just not functioning well.

Extreme long queues for lunch…
Soda machine was out of coke and any juice, what do you do if your kids doesn’t drink soda?
Carrossel attraction broke while we were in the line.
Ice cream vendor was out of ice cream flavors
I went to the guest service and the two ladies who attended me, used a “call center” script instead of having a conversation.
Single riders queue in the Mario Kart ride, showed sign that the queue was OPEN so I went with my sister and left my 5 year old. It took us 2 hours to ride. No problem to wait, but set clear expectations, and say it it will take 2 hours.
Went to Harry Potter simulator, after 2:40 min in the line, our ride had 2 seats empty and I asked if they were broke, the employee told that they were not! Why? 2 seats available that is why the queues are so long
Went to meet and greet Toothless Dragon, they said that we had to wait more 15 min because toothless had to have a break. Really?

We went for Halloween Horror Nights and it was extremely crowded with the wait for the houses being more than 2 hours. I would recommend going on a week day and purchasing the early entry for your best visit.
I did enjoy the food from the vendors and there is just so much to look with the rides, and stores and the lights at night. The rides and ques also are very entertaining while you wait.

Although I really like the Island of Adventure, Universal is special. I love cinema a lot and having the taste of seeing how this world works is fantastic.

It is all decorated, for Christmas they make a parade that the children love and feel very much the Christmas spirit.
There were almost no people so we practically did not stand in lines.

We got a 1-day ticket for the park during the day (with the express pass) and a ticket for the Halloween Horror Nights (without the express pass). Both experiences were below our expectations, to say the least.
During the day, the attractions were really short and unexciting. The two "roller coasters" (if you can even consider them that) "Escape from Gringotts" and "Revenge of the Mummy" were somewhat fun, but they were more like 4D experiences on wheels than actual roller coasters. Other rides, such as "E.T. Adventure", "Fast & Furious Supercharged" and "MIB Alien Attack" were even more boring. And those things were basically everything you could do there besides the kids' area. I suspect some attractions were temporarily closed for HHN, because I have a memory of Universal Studios parks having way more adrenaline than this; or maybe the extreme stuff was all in Islands of Adventure, I'm not sure.
At HHN, the experience was a bit better, but not that much. The haunted houses were basically all the same (not sure if I should expect something different, though), the animatronics (including the ones from FNAF) were really stupid with some really cheap-looking and boring movements. On the other hand, the actors did a good job in the haunted houses and the live performances on the street, the ambience and atmosphere for everything were nice, and the "Cirque Macabre" show was really well-done in its own way. In the end, the whole HHN experience was kind of boring, for the main thing was repetitive and simple, but some things stood out positively.
I wouldn't recommend HHN to adults, unless they have a child.

Clean, walkable, plenty of activities for all age levels. Mobile food ordering was great. Harry Potter worlds were soooo detailed. Some attractions are dated but still fun to explore. The mobile app with ride times was essential.

Family of 4 traveling from the UK!
Amazing experience, enjoyed by all of us, we can’t wait to return and explore the new park!

When we arrived early in the morning there was no one at the waiting lines giving instructions of the different alternatives and for that reason we waited 30 minutes in line just to find out at the end that we were at the wrong line.
Once we entered the park I asked for a map of the park and was told that they're no longer available. I was told to use their app. The app is not user friendly at all. For that reason we missed most of the shows that run on a schedule. Paid an arm and a leg to travel (hotel, airplane ticket, car rental plus park entrance) And couldn't enjoy the park at all because you don't give out a paper map of the park. They should at least have the option to buy one. Simply terrible.

My husband and I went with a friend for a day. We got there early. The line wasn't that bad. The check in process seemed a bit slow but was better than I imagined.
None of us really like rides but since we were so early and there were no lines we went on a couple. We spent a whole day wandering around and had a lot of fun.
I have been to Disney World but my husband says it's more for kids and Universal seems more for adults or at least people of all ages.
The food was OK. Pretty basic. About what I expected really.
Overall it was a fun day and I sort of wish we'd done two parks instead of one!

Just returned from a 2 week vacation back to the UK after a 10 year absence. This time though with a 7 year old granddaughter in tow.
She loves everything Harry Potter and had an awesome time visiting the Harry Potter world and travelling on the Hogwarts Express.
We queued for over an hour for the Hagrid ride only for it to be delayed so that was disappointing.
The Jimmy Fallon ride through New York was excellent and there wasn’t a big queue for this attraction so we we repeated it a few times during our stay.
The Macy’s Holiday Parade was magical and was definitely worth seeing.
Overall a great experience and left great memories of our time spent together there.

My son and I in the 5th and 11th had a great family treat.I'm sure he's well worth the money you paid.If you're off the road, I'm sure you'll go. We bought the beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beaded beads The air was hot gun drows in your master while you roam around the hole. The only problem is that you have air conditioning in the indoor areas in your hole, wet there can be sick while waiting.I'm sure to keep an eye on it.I'm not officially sick cockroaches. The only problem is that you don't eat Turkish dishes. We're having trouble eating beef in the U.S.

Had a blast at Halloween horror nights with some friends, Jordan and Mimi at The mummy made it an exceptional experience

Having been to Islands of adventure and Epic which were excellent, Studios seemed very dated. There weren't any decent rollorcoasters and the clarity of the visual effects in the rides like escape from gringotts, again were dated compared to newer parks where you feel totally emersed in the surroundings. We left at 2pm and took Hogwarts express to Islands of adventure.
The highlight for my 18yr old daughter was the Rip ride rocket, mine was the parade and being asked to dancer by one of the salsa dancers in one of the pop up shows. Unfortunately some of the movies are old so not know to the younger ones. Time for a revamp!

By far the best area is Harry Potter. The ride Gringotts Bank is fantastic, the fire breathing dragon amazing, and the shops and streets are so realistic. If you are a HP fan the park is worth it for this area. Otherwise, the park is sooooo outdated. Men in Black, Simpson’s (so jerky), Jimmy Fallon, Fast & Furious, and Minions, all need to be REPLACED! Even though ET is also outdated- at least it was a cute, fun ride. Lunch at Finnegan’s was average- definitely need more restaurants. The parade was lacking, and also outdated. Overall, for the price, this park was very disappointing.

This was our first trip to rhe Florida parks and we had a blast at Universal, probably more so than Disney World. Definitely get premium accomodation which gives you express pass, which will make the park doable in a day if you have a short schedule and want to squeeze in islands of adventure and epic aswell, if not you'll need a couple days just for this park, easily do 20k steps per day in this park alone. You'll still need admission tickets on top of your hotel express pass, we bought annual park to park passes for the whole family as it was more economical for our 5+ day visit, this also gave us access to the UOAP merch store which had 80% off up to 4Jan, we bought $700 worth of merch for $140.
We caught the Hogwarts express back and forth between Diagon alley and Hogsmede, this is only viable with express passes and park to park tickets. Just the experience alone for the family was amazing. If you are a Harry Potter fan then get a 2nd generation wand and link it up to your universal app to take maximum opportunity of the capability as there are quests you can do, we had several visitors, Americans included that asked us how did we got the extra spells.
Dont forget to hang back a little to video your travelling companions going through platform 9 3/4 at the London station.
Universal is better set up for access to water and ice, with machines everywhere .
The family rooms for child and parent swap are an excellent concept which Disney does not do as well as Universal.

The park is very interesting and entertaining: it has character areas from movies, it has attractions based on movies, like Harry Potter,
Transformers and others.
Plus shows and parades.
Visiting it was a beautiful experience!!

We went to Universal today and whilst in Islands of Adventure DJ the security guy was amazing and extremely helpful. Our autistic son was very overwhelmed with being extremely wet after the water ride he kindly took him to the shop and gifted him a new top!! What an amazing human and he really made our day!! The IBCCES pass worked really well for us today and we were very grateful for this as we were able to enjoy the day with our son without overwhelm. Well done Team Universal but especially DJ the hero!!

My child age 6 assaulted by her father. On camera. Called police. And we were asked to leave. Not that we did anything wrong they said it's just policy. That's ridiculous!!!!!

We were in new park Epic Universal loved the experience, we had a great time, family trip, all adults, this park is super magical, has many good things including restaurants, which are very good, that if I recommend making reservation for restaurants. We stayed at a Universal hotel I think it's best you have transfers to the park all day.

We visited Universal city walk. This is a neat area to play mini golf and visit the shops and restaurants. We love the city walk area. I definitely recommend it.

It is disheartening to see so many individuals with disabilities expressing their dissatisfaction with Universal, having to fight for the right to access accommodations that are not requested out of pride but out of genuine need.
We visited the parks earlier this week, and I am incredibly dissatisfied with the customer service across all Universal Parks. I requested the disability pass one month in advance to ensure that everything would be approved on time. When the representative called to confirm, she clearly explained that the process worked as follows: I would need to approach the queue attendant to receive a return time equivalent to the posted wait time for the attraction, with the only difference being that I would not be required to stand in line physically. This seemed reasonable.
However, this information was entirely inaccurate. The actual procedure required one member of our group to physically stand in line while the rest of us waited elsewhere—completely contradicting what I was told. We arrived at the first attraction and, when we asked for the return time, we were told it was not available and that we should go to Guest Services. When I contacted Guest Services for clarification, the only response was, “This is all we can offer,” which was both dismissive and unhelpful. It is particularly frustrating because obtaining the IBCCES card requires guests with disabilities to provide documentation, including sometimes a visit to a doctor to supply recent information about their condition to ensure the card is not denied, yet the procedure currently enforced—where one person stands in line while the rest wait elsewhere—can be followed without presenting the card at all, making the process both inconsistent and unfair.
My outrage stems from the evident lack of consistency and communication among Universal staff. It is unacceptable to provide one set of instructions over the phone, only to alter the procedure arbitrarily upon arrival. Guests make plans based on the information provided by your team; misleading or inconsistent guidance creates unnecessary hardship, especially for individuals with documented disabilities. Furthermore, it would be appropriate for your Guest Services personnel to recognize and respect the sacrifices and extra effort that guests with mobility challenges must make to participate in certain activities.
Between the time lost trying to resolve issues with Guest Services—which unfortunately were not resolved and showed an evident lack of concern on their part—the long lines, and the number of ride closures at Epic Universe, these vacations were far from what we had expected.
I urge Universal Parks to take immediate corrective action by ensuring that staff are adequately trained, that procedures are consistent, and that guests with disabilities are treated with the respect and consideration they deserve. Clear communication and empathy are essential to providing an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

The Harry Potter area alone is worth the trip. It’s so well done and really makes you feel like you’re part of the movies. But honestly, the whole park is packed with great stuff. There’s something for everyone—Minions for the kids, Transformers and The Mummy for thrill seekers, Simpsons for a good laugh, and of course, Harry Potter for pretty much everyone.
The parade is fun to watch if you catch it, but it’s not really the main reason to be here. The rides and the theming are what make the park special. If you’re trying to do everything, one day really isn’t enough—you’ll be rushing. Two days gives you way more time to actually enjoy it, maybe ride your favorites again, and grab some food without feeling like you’re missing out.
Overall, it’s a super fun park and definitely worth a visit. You’ll walk away with a ton of memories and probably already be planning your next trip back.

An extraordinary park... of those places that one dreams to know since childhood...very fun, very friendly people and very well crafted shows

Coming to Florida without visiting at least one of Orlando's parks would have been a shame. Maybe just to criticize the high prices and the fact that the attractions focus more on adrenaline than cinema. Anyway, we had fun. The top in our opinion is the show "The Bourne stuntacular".

I found Universal Studios/Adventure Park to be a mixed bag of really great attractions/experiences/food and ridiculously long lines at an expensive environment.
What the park has for entertainment is top of the line for sure. The food is great, especially compared to other large park locations, and the staff is very informative and positive to work with. Sadly, however, I don't think my family and I will ever return.
Incredibly long lines and near atmospheric cost, even more expensive if you want to spend a few extra hundred dollars per person per day for a fast pass. We waited in a 2 hour long line for an 8 min train ride between the parks, I was so disappointed with the wait it ruined what should have been a great experience. Lather, rinse, repeat and you have a day trip to Universal.
I did spend the money on express passes for my family and I for tomorrow, I am hopeful this will change my mind. But I sense I will regret this expensive experience.

Universal Studios Florida is an amazing theme park and a must-visit when you’re in Orlando. The park does a great job blending thrilling rides, immersive attractions, and classic movie magic all in one place. Every area feels detailed and exciting, with something for all ages.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley was a standout experience — incredibly immersive with fantastic theming, shops, and rides like Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts. Attractions such as Revenge of the Mummy, Transformers, and Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit delivered a perfect mix of thrills and fun.
The park was clean, well-organized, and staffed by friendly team members who kept lines moving efficiently. Food options were varied and better than expected for a theme park, and there were plenty of shaded areas to take breaks.
Planning ahead really helped maximize the day. We used saverseats.store to organize entertainment plans and tickets during our Orlando trip, which made everything smoother and stress-free.
Overall, Universal Studios Florida offers a full-day experience packed with excitement, nostalgia, and world-class attractions. Highly recommended for families, couples, and thrill-seekers alike.

“An absolutely amazing experience — I’ve been there a few times and still can’t get enough. Every time I’m there, I feel like a small child again, full of joy and wonder.”

So I’ve been a few times to universal and love all the big rides but this was my first with my 1 year old twins. Not a lot for them to do, we are staying at Disney but still a long day in the pram for them.
The ticketing system is years behind disneys so I finally thought having QR codes on the app would stop all the nonsense of paper tickets how wrong was I. First roller coaster i have to scan my express pass then get given a paper locker ticket and paper express pass?
Surely they’ve heard of magic bands? Get with the times. Also because I booked the tickets I had all the tickets on my app so when our party split up they were funny about my sister using a screen shot of her ticket even though she’d had a picture taken the same day to move parks?
Something else that wasn’t at all clear the parent ride swap! On Hagrids ride I was first told that we’d have to queue with our baby twins in the pram until we reached the family room in the queue where we could then actually ride swap.
My reply? Why can’t you do it like Disney where the other half who has the kids returns once the first parent has had a go. Oh we do that also ask for a ticket (recurring theme here).
Also think alot of the parks are looking a bit tired very 90’s and need modernised. Another park coming but surely redevelopment is also needed?
Big Thrill rides awesome ✅
That’s about it!

Universal as a park is great ,but if you loose something ,their lost and found is terrible rude staff ,don’t want to help ,got the impression theyd rather do anything than give you your lost item back ,no acknowledgement,ie can I help you ,then when they do bother to look even though id been told by islands of adventure that my make up bag was in universal studios lost and found couldn’t seem to find it ,eventually when they find it ,I’m told I need to show my passport or driving licence ,which I didn’t happen to take with me around the theme parks ,not sure why ? My make up bag had no photo or identification relating to me ,anyhow ruined my day after waiting there for 40 mins then to b told I can’t take it as have no id ,even though they take a picture of you when you enter their park with your park ticket ,I advise universal to change their policy’s regarding showing Id ,and maybe get your staff to improve customer service .

Visited here a few times previously. Having visited Epic Universe the day before, you can really see where all the time, money and thought has been the last few years. Universal Orlando seems to have a lot of redundant areas now and everything, apart from the Harry Potter areas, seems faded and old.
We loved the Harry Potter areas - Universal do their recent theming so well (as can be seen at Epic Universe). Staff are just ‘not Disney’ - we came across many grumpy, rude staff who couldn’t even crack a smile or respond with a ‘Good morning’ back. We had Express Pass as we stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel - as we visited in a quiet week at the end of August it wasn’t really necessary (although the added bonus of Hagrid’s Motorbike being recently added to Express pass did reduce time) the rest of the rides- we did get the feeling we were actually forced to wait longer than the regular line due to the need to photo ID you - this worked brilliantly at Epic - not so much at the other parks. On The Simpson ride we actually waited more than double the 15minute advertised wait and saw regular queue goers skipping away long before we got on- the staff had only two of the 10 rooms in action on the Express side so this may well have been why!!
I really hope there is investment in these parks and staff training over the next few years - we have many happy memories of visits to Universal Orlando but we won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Great theme park, there really is so much to do and visit. Hoping to catch some good days and without too much line you can visit really many attractions.
The park is extremely expensive (of course) and by that I mean they try to draw as much money as possible at every opportunity (water costs $6, food costs a lot) but you can bring food and drink from outside.
Some attractions, especially the new ones, are a bit monotonous and to me, who suffer from car sickness, they have disturbed a lot (like the Minions, Spiderman, Jimmy Fellon and Transformers), and they are basically 3D stuff that for me are passable.
Very beautiful instead those of King Kong, the whole world of Hogwarts and the water ones (you get wet!)

Another trip family made to Universal studios Florida in November 2025. Weather was great high 70's to low 80 degree. Hit good week for that. Comparison of previous review for pricing we paid about $1600 for
(2) 3 day park to park pass which one of those days for Epic. and (2) 2 day pass park to park with one day Epic.
2 years prior we paid around $1300 for close to same.
We did check on some fast pass and they were approx $450 more per ticket the days we were there. Very expensive to attend to wait in lines. Parking is $35 per day. Parks still have chips in containers for refill of drinks, container costs $20 and each day after is $13.99 with tax.
Epic was ok, funs to see. Extremely busy days before Thanksgiving 2025. Still fairly new. Universal was also fun. However, my son and GF spent over 3 hours in line for 1 single ride. Crazy. They were not happy.
Food at park hasnt changed since last trip even thought rep starts they will look into some issues with it. Its not difficult to see. Young people serving food could care less about quality. Not looking for perfect for park food, but hot would help for the price you pay.
Fun, lots of waiting and standing in line. Expensive. Good to visit at least once in lifetime if possible.

We dealt with an associate by the name of Alaina Wilhelm and seen her behaviors unusual. We noticed she smelled of marijuana and she refused to help us in anyway. I thought Universal would have Excellent Customer Service but I am disgusted with the service of this associate and hope that our complaints will be heard and this associate be disciplined and dismissed. People save thousands to go to these theme parks and our family was one of them and this experience will go down in history for her attitude, disrespect and the fact she was obviously under the influence.

Was really looking forward to HHN but it’s extremely over-hyped. The houses are too crowded so you can see the jump scares a mile a way taking away the element of surprise. Also, the wee curtains the scare actors hide behind are a dead giveaway away. There is huge gaps between the scare zones which just ruined the atmosphere and then each scare zone only had a couple of actors who weren’t even that scary. The only good part was diagon alley with the death eaters. They were amazing and very scary.
Overall, the experience was a let down. I’m glad I done it because I would always want to but I’ll never do it again. One and done.

Also this park is 5 stars, there is neither for every taste and need! Personally I really enjoyed the Harry Porter and Simpsons “worlds”, all very realistic, fun and exciting. The park is large and offers many things, very good also the various bars / restaurants!

We had a good time but it does take more then one day to visit and a little disappointed that we were not able to do some rides in Harry Potter because the train was down and one ride we waited 40 min to come to the and it was broken. We entered at 9h30 and left at 7h00pm . The wait in the rides was around 10 to 40 min

Very, very nice experience. A park like never before. Look not between 2 days 2 parks and 1 days 2 parks with wire cutter, the best is wire cutter.
The only wireless attraction that is Agrid’s motorcycle rollercoster, required 80 minutes of off-peak waiting on the lunch break.
Otherwise with cutting es attractions are done in 1 day for both parks without the water park.
We started with the Jurassic Park area then Harry Potter and skull. Then at noon it was the water attractions we did. And there be no mistake you end up in the shower dressed, e is not a joke, the Popeye attraction makes you go completely under buckets of water. When it's 30 degrees you dry in 30 minutes and take a break.
For the meal, already that it is America, it is worse in the speeches, so we eat even worse there.
Side sensation, it is unforgettable and incomparable, stroller foster more than 3 minutes, I did not know before.
Replay 22km travelled optimising the route and the feeling of spending a day in the best Hollywood movies.
The sets are remarkable with movie details all day.

Please adopt the Magic Bands for Universal Studios!!!!!! They make entering the park and rides faster, easier and more efficient. MAGIC BANDS please!!!!!!!!

Do not buy the premier annual pass or visit during holidays. On our first day of vacation, we waited in 2.5 hour lines for individual rides. After wasting over half a day in waits like this, my husband went to purchase an express pass and he was upsold to an annual premier pass, which the woman told him would include park access and express lanes. What she did NOT explain is that express lanes don't open up to premier pass holders until 4pm. On our last day of vacation, we went back to the park excited to spend a day zipping through the lines and do everything we missed the first day. We rushed to get there early in the day, only to learn that we couldn't get express access until 4pm. We again wasted hours in lines for individual rides and by the time our express lanes opened up, the rides were repeatedly breaking (especially the one in the Harry Potter Castle) and even the express lines waits were incredibly long. To top that off, the bathroom waits were exorbitant and we were pushed out of Harry Potter World, even as I told the workers who were standing right in front of the bathroom that my young daughter was going to wet her pants. They said Harry Potter World was too crowded and shoved us out of the way, separating us from the rest of our family. We had trouble finding the restroom in Jurassic World, where they pushed us and once we did, the line was around the corner. My daughter peed her pants and we had to end our day as a result. This was our children's' Christmas gift and Universal Studios ruined it. The premier passes should include full express access, communication should be improved upon, and the park should do a better job limiting admissions so that crowds aren't so horrendous. If you pay for park access, you shouldn't be getting pushed out of the area you flew across the country to see. That's not to mention that I had to spend over two hours on hold when calling to complain about our experience, and one of their employees, Catherine, laughed at me as I explained our concerns. Poor customer service. Miserable crowds. Breaking/unsafe rides. Exorbitant waits. Maybe it's better outside of the holidays, but this could not have been a worse way to spend our holidays.

Great visit and transformation of park from daily amusement to a nightly horror fest. Not accommodating for younger guests during horror fest but plenty of warnings before you go into scar zones.

we went late mid October /November and found the parks extremely busy when they are usually quiet . there were too many construction walls up in both parks and some always seem to need work done on them . usually very good it is in my opinion better value than Disney .i try new rides each time i go and do enjoy the mummy which is my current favourite. universal are constantly changing and am happy for this to continue .

Really nice theme park, beyond all expectations. There are attractions for young children too. It turns quietly in a day. I recommend not missing the attraction of Harry Potter and The Simpsons.

Having been to universal studios a few years ago I was looking forward to returning. But what a change I know things have to move on but we got there at 10.00 and by 13.30 we had been on a grand total of two rides. This was due to the crazy queues and four rides all next to each other breaking down. More shops and restaurants. I can see why people say Disney is better now. Would I go back probably not and for the price they charge they need to get there act together. If you go be prepared to take at least two days if you intend to try every ride and experience.

After a conference, we were given tickets to the park to get in at 2pm. Plenty of time for us, who are not riders to see a few shows and walk around and see all the exhibits and areas. Overall a nice day.

I bought 2 day get 3 days free tickets and enjoyed my visit. I saw the Borne Stuntcatular about 5 times and I loved it. I rode just about everything in the park several times including the Mummy. Fast and Furious needs to go already. In my opinion Universal is a better park to visit if your on a budget. Disney will never do a Buy X number day and get X number of days free promo.

I was blew away. The themes of the rides, the amazing staff, the chilling rides...all so cool. Make sure to go slowly so you can fully appreciate everything.

Good and fun park...
Island of Adventure is more fun though...
Recommend buying park hopper and jump between both parks...
Could be long line at the ride attractions so express pass is preferable...
Well worth a visit even if it is quite expensive...

Visited here a few times over a week, it was great fun, the wait times were a bit too long so I didn't go on all the rides I wanted to unfortunately,I especially enjoyed the Blue Brothers show, and Halloween Horror Nights was good fun

A great day had by all. Second time visiting in three years and as great as always!
Ride selection is always great and also good to see characters walking about etc, though sadly missed earl the squirrel this time around.
A great day all in all though!

Visited 20 years ago as a teenager, came back from U.K. this year as a dad of a teenager and a toddler.
Park was awesome, loads of things for everyone to do. A huge amount of rides my tiny 4 year old could do with us. A lot of rides surprised us like the Bourne Identity. We planned to come for one day but visited two days it was that great.
Plenty of shade and drinks machines everywhere. Refillable cups you can buy multiple for deals (like 16 dollars each when you buy two or more) and you go through easily that much drink a day they are great value.
The small kids land is awesome with dreamworks show a highlight where you can cool off and see an upfront live show with little ones.
All the rides were fair waiting times just be smart with the app. We didn’t need express, happy to wait 20 mins or so for rides in the height of summer.
Great park, great memories

Long mechanical delays for major attractions. That was on top of the 2-3 hour wait.
If you really want to go then buy the express pass.

Universal Studios Florida is a park that offers a very entertaining experience, with many activities and attractions to enjoy. One thing I think is practical is that you can put foods in that don’t need refrigeration or are in glass containers. As for drinks, I recommend purchasing the refillable glass of the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. For about $20, you can refill it every 10 minutes with a wide variety of drinks. Also, the water in these machines is free even if you don't have the glass.
This particular park has numerous simulators and only one roller coaster (which, rumor has it, could be removed in the future). Therefore, if you are not a fan of simulators, it may not be the best option for you.
The area of Diagon Alley is smaller than I imagined, but still incredibly magical. It's a must-see place for Harry Potter fans. On the other hand, the New York area has some of the best attractions in the park, while the attractions of Minion Land didn’t seem that interesting to me, although the little ones might like it.
DreamWorks Land is a children’s area worth a quick visit, and the Simpsons section is fun, with decorations and activities that recreate the iconic town of Springfield.
If you are considering your visit, my recommendation is to purchase the Express Pass, as it significantly improves the experience. Unlike Disney’s Quick Line system, with this pass you can access attractions at any time, without the need for reservations (except for the Hagrid attraction). Although the price may be similar or even higher than the park entrance fee, it is really worth it. You will save a lot of time, allowing you to enjoy more of the themed areas, decorations, shops and even lunch without hurry.
During our visit, we made the most of the Unlimited Express Pass, which we obtained by staying one night at the Hard Rock Hotel. This benefit allowed us to enjoy the Express Pass from the day of check-in to the day of check-out. Thanks to this, we were able to climb several times to our favorite attractions, even repeating four times in one of them. This flexibility and comfort made the experience truly unique.
An important detail to note is that this park usually does not offer early access and closes earlier than Islands of Adventure, so organize your time well.
In conclusion, Universal Studios Florida is an extremely fun park that we really enjoy. Its atmosphere, attractions and advantages such as the Express Pass make it an excellent choice for those looking for a complete and memorable experience.

Universal Studios Orlando is overhyped and overpriced. It’s worth experiencing once in a lifetime, but beyond that, it doesn’t justify the cost. The biggest issue is the long wait times—if you don’t buy an Express Pass, be prepared to spend hours standing in lines instead of enjoying the attractions.
With a regular ticket, you can’t truly enjoy the park, making it feel like a wasteful expenditure. The only way to have a decent experience is by purchasing a Fast Track (Express) ticket, which adds a hefty extra cost. Without it, the visit can be frustrating, making the hype around Universal feel exaggerated. If you go, get the Express Pass—otherwise, it’s not worth it.

My family of 4 purchased a 2 day, 2 park (+2 additional days) ticket in December. We planned it out so that we would be visiting the park for 2 days and had 3 nights booked at on site hotels. The dates were for March and our children (who have never been before) were so excited. As we got closer to the date we were planning to leave, I decided to do some research online and discovered that one of the two days that we were planning on being in the park was now a blackout date (not a blackout date when we purchased our 2 park, 2 day tickets). So, we (being naive) called guest services to make sure we were mistaken about what we read about not being able to enter Universal Studios FL on one of the days we paid to enter it (surely, Universal doesn't treat patrons this way). Then, the kind representative told us that our fears were justified, we did pay for 2 park, 2 day tickets but could only see 1 park on one of those days (did I mention we paid for 2 parks for 2 days?). Unfortunately, as a mere seasonal pass holder ($400+/year) we were not going to be able to use our 2 day park ticket on one of the days we paid to use a 2 day park ticket...but no worries he assured us...we could visit all the parks on any other day of our (2 days) visit or we could upgrade to a Preferred pass holder (for only $218.33). We already spent $3000 on this package. Oh yeah, or the Power Pass and we could access both parks after 5 pm (? ? My kids are 10 and 8...they are not going to last much past 5 pm, dude.) I explained to him that this was an unfortunate situation because we paid for 2 parks with the understanding that we would have access to 2 parks and were now being told that we were not going to get what we paid for. (He said, "oh" when I explained that we only had 2 days at Universal). That's when he quickly directed me to another representative (DeeDee), who saved the day. DeeDee spent over 45 minutes on the phone with us (very kindly) fixing the dream vacation that Universal and its *%&# blackout dates had attempted to ruin. She helped us shift our dates because we decided that the last thing we wanted to do was spent MORE money on a trip so that we could use the tickets that we already paid for 3 months earlier. We ended up shifting our dates a day (which meant we also had to shift work schedules, dog boarding and a car rental reservation). Shifting our dates to a Saturday to Tuesday saved us $40 at the park but cost an extra $60 for our car rental. Still, we spent $20 more and not $218.33 which was the solution suggested by the first representative.
Moral of the story: Universal doesn't care about its patrons. It doesn't care that you spent months planning your family's trip of a life time only to find out 2 weeks before you leave that one of those 2 days will not allow you (with your $3000 4 day, 3 night vacation package) to enter a park you already paid to enter because of a "Mardi Gras Concert" that day. Universal cares about the bottom line and the drinks purchased by the patrons attending the concert more than your children. Another moral would be, check ahead because Universal will screw up your vacation if you are not careful and do not talk to a friendly guest services employee like DeeDee who helped us save money and switch our visiting dates.
DeeDee is a hero. Universal and its blackout dates are zeros. (Universal gets 0 stars. The star is for our hero DeeDee)

November is the perfect time to go! We're still experiencing sticker shock so be sure to check prices. All I can say is, "it is what it is!" If wanna play, ya gotta pay.
We had a great time. Awesome shows, rides and food.
Lines weren't terribly long. We were on most in less than 20 minutes.

Back again to visit Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Loved these places as such a great selection of rides and shows. The Christmas evening parade was beautiful with all the floats and dancers.
We calculated costs and again staying in a park hotel that offered free Express Pass was sooooo worth it. No ride took longer than 25 mins. Crowd size was not huge for a mid week day but going off peak beginning of December certainly helped. 2 days back and forth enjoying a wonderful day.
The park to park tickets are a must for Hogwarts Express ride and worked fantastically.

All day of fun, we went on weekdays and there were not many people and when there was a long line we passed as single riders even if we did not go together, food if it makes me expensive but you can enter with food that does not need to be heated or that comes packaged, some sandwiches are perfect and the water is drinkable, with that you already made it, carry a small backpack with basic things and leave it free in most lockers, if one of those who go buys the photo pass, everyone can be in your photos.

Amazing, Want to go next year, loved the Hollywood Rip Ride Rocket. Was my first roller coaster and loved it. Despicable me was also very good. And my favorite of all time was Hagrids. From going backwards, to the drop, everything was amazing. Me and my family don't like upside down roller coasters, and loop de loops, so we loved this one very much.

Orlando universal its nothing then wasting money. Don't go, its nothing there. I recommend to look on something else, like SeaWorld or so. Big disappointment.

Actually this isn't a review about Universal Studios. We have been many times in the past and had a great time. But this time two family members are disabled. My son suffered a stroke and can not walk to far or stand for long periods of time because all his right side is numb.
Me I have arthritis and scoliosis in my spine and I have COPD.
We both put in for the IBCCES IAC. Today they phoned my son and told him the IBCCES IAC is only for people staying at their hotels. And he could always hire a wheelchair. My son is only 40 and won't be pushed round, he doesn't want to be a burden, has do I. I can't walk without my walker.
I can not belive that they don't have a line for disabled guests, it's all wrong.
My holiday is spoilt before we even get there.
Thanks Universal.

Excellent theme park, well laid out and plenty to do. One day is not enough to see and do everything. Good mixture of rides and que times weren’t too bad. (45mins max).

Not a very pleasant experience. Very ambiguous messages received in email. Picking up the tickets at the kiosk was a real struggle. I DO NOT recommend this service !!!

Pretty fire🔥🔥
The only reason it's isn't five stars is because I was told I looked nothing like my pass the picture was fire 🔥🔥

A great place for excitement and adventure. But do not expect the food venues to be quick or value for money. I understand we are trapped in here and have to buy their food. But come on! Jurassic thunder falls food court is abysmal . Super slow. And staff who I’m sure really wish they had worked harder at college as they were depressing.
It’s a great park. But be careful on the crazy costs of everything and service levels that don’t even smile when they rob your wallet

the rides and everything here is so lame and it's way too much money even SeaWorld is better than this because of the food the only good thing about Universal is the Mario Kart ride but but that's it I still don't recommend

We visited Universal Studios Orlando yesterday and, unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations. Despite purchasing tickets at a higher price, the park was extremely crowded, and the weather was unbearably hot. We had to wait between 45 to 60 minutes for most rides unless we paid an additional $160 per person for the fast track option—which felt unreasonable on top of the already expensive entry fee.
The long wait times, coupled with the heat and extra costs, made the day feel more exhausting than enjoyable. While the rides themselves were fun, the overall experience wasn’t worth the money or the effort. Disappointing for what’s supposed to be a premium theme park experience.

Good theme park, but expensive. Also, TERRIBLE for people with disabilities. I'd followed the procedure & advised online that would be in need an assistance pass. I was supposed to get a phone call to discuss need. No call!! I emailed them, no response!!!
Arrived at the park. Waited for an hour in the queue to get the assistance pass, to be told i wasnt eligible under the parks regulations!! I have CFS/ME & osteoarthritis in both knees, was in a wheelchair to cope with the park. My son is type 1 diabetic & unable to withstand long queues as danger of low blood sugars in the heat. I also had my elderly father with me. Thankfully, after MUCH discussion with a member of staff, we got a limited assistance pass. But in total wasted 1 hour & 43 mins at the park!
This could have been avoided had I been contacted prior to the visit.
I felt like this was a waste of money! (Not a problem at SeaWorld, they were happy to help us!)
Considering the high cost for tickets & $60 for parking you'd think the least they could do would be to help those in need! Appalling !
Will NOT be returning to Universal Studios Orlando.

This was my first time visiting Universal Studios since I was a kid. Our hotel offered a shuttle bus to the park, which was super convenient. No parking stress to deal with. Once we got dropped off, we went through a quick security check, then headed to the main gate to scan our tickets. This was also my first time buying the Express Pass. I got to ride every major ride the park has to offer. I skipped the kid section since that’s just not my thing. The Harry Potter area threw me off at first. It’s kind of hidden behind a brick wall, and we actually walked past it and had to walk back. But once we found it, we rode the rides and tried the famous Butterbeer. To be honest, it tasted like cream soda with whipped cream on top. Overall, the park is definitely more for families and people who prefer mild rides. I’m more into thrillers and intense coasters, so for me, it was just okay.

Universal studios is a great theme park with loads of fun rides, things to do and characters to meet. We had an amazing time at the park and would recommend it to others
We did one day in universal studios park and another day at islands of adventure
The staff were very accommodating especially for my son who has autism and ADHD, they helped us get set up with a pass so we could get return times or queue immediately if a shorter queue
Crowd size was fine with it being early November before thanksgiving and the Florida weather was very nice!
Much better managed park than the new epic universe which was horrendous!!

The best rides were not operational, the admission price was $217, it took over an hour to ride the short train between parks, the wait times were 1 hour or more for the better of the remaining rides, the price for a hot dog was $13, $3.5 for a small bag of Lays, and $5 for a drink. The park was a TOTAL RIP OFF and not what it used to be. AVOID unless you like to spend an average of $50 for a 2 minute ride after a 1 hour wait.

Hagrids roller coaster happens to be the only ride that doesn’t accept the express pass. Since we spent the extra money to stay at one of their hotels we had a 1 hour early entry. We entered at 8am which is 1 hour early. Hagrids roller coaster was down. It remained down until approximately 1pm and when it finally opened it was a two hour (120 minute) wait to get on the thing. How can their advertised best ride be down For 5 hours and then you have to endure a two hour torture wait? No apology from any staff just a smug it’s broken! With the early entry and if the ride was not broken we should have only waited 15 months to get on the thing.
Total disregard for customer service and basic ride maintenance so that the thing works when paying customers are on site.

We went last night to the concert and needless to say the performers were outstanding. It was real worship occurring at Rock the Universe.
Here's the problem and Universal doesn't seem to care based on previous years reviews. They clearly oversold the concert and did not clear non-attendees like they said they would do as it was so ridiculously crowded that although we bought tickets to be in there, we could not get in. If you're thinking about attending at some point in the future, just buy park tickets as they did a horrible job of managing crowd control. Clearing the crowd did not happen whatsoever. People were pushing and shoving especially when panic set in. In addition they kept running this ride over the top of the stage. This is a pure money grab and greed for Universal. It's a shame because if they did what they said they were going to do, it would be an extraordinary experience. Instead it was ordinary. As mentioned above this is a reoccurring problem when you look on reddit from previous years so Universal has no interest in fixing it because people keep showing up to an oversold event.
Final suggestion - skip this at Universal and find out out where the performers are in concert - fly there and truly enjoy worshipping without the greed of Universal. It will be half the price, better food, and a true worship experience.
Sorry Universal - you failed miserably.

I visited Orlando quite a bit with my parents in the late 80’s and throughout the 90’s, and the older I got the more I grew to prefer Universal Studios more.
25 years since my last visit I was now in Florida with my wife and two young daughters for 2 weeks, and having the Orlando Explorer Tickets, we got unlimited access to Universal, and making use of the free parking after 6pm, we visited quite a bit at night, and had two days here were we did Adventure Island in the morning and get the Hogwarts Express across to Studios after lunch.
Out the two, Hulk at Adventure Island edged it for me, but I do love Studios.
Rides here seem to be more interactive than actual thrill rides, but still excellent.
Men in Black as good as I remember from my last visit, and Simpsons ride (while might seem primitive when it comes to effects these days) is also a fun ride.
Poor ET seems VERY dated by now, yet has a charm that my two young daughters actually liked (and were streaming the movie to watch for the first time as soon as we were back at the hotel at night).
Transformers and the Mummy rides were surprising hits, but to me the hidden gem of the park is the new Bourne Stuntacular show.
I was up for seeing this as I love the movies, but my wife and kids were pretty “meh!” on it and saying “do we have too?”…. As soon as the show started though they were gobsmacked, as was I, as nothing can prepare you for this and HIGHLY recommend getting there early to get a spot.
On the more low key things to do, the Monstors Make up show can be a tad “dad humour”, but kids will love it.
Minions stuff is also good.
Their evening show though is arguably better than anything Disney put on, especially when we went our second time and they had the accompanying drones for extra effect.
All in all, some of our best days were at Universal and we will probably be back here more often than Disney when we return to Orlando one day in the future.

We our halfway through our stay here in Orlando
Our first day a lot of the rides were shut
Twice we waited over 40 mins to get on men in black and both times the rides went down
Both times we paid for a locker
We did speak to someone who told us they couldn’t help
I know it was only about 6 dollars
But with the amount we paid for the tickets
This is not right
I did send a email on the app
But guess what I’m still waiting for a reply
We also did volcano bay
But was so busy the day was not enjoyable at all
After only three days
We are not coming back

Poor organisation.
After spending a lot on park entry the last thing you want is to spend 50 mins in a queue to get into the car park (an extra $32 charge), 15 mins to clear security and then nearly an hour in a queue to get into the park itself.
With the right infrastructure this should be 15-20 minutes start to finish - max
Oh and then almost 1 hour to go from one park to the other by the train….
Parks and rides are great, but experience is tarnished.

VIP tour of Universal Studios Florida plus Island of Adventure. Do not recommend at all. We spent 2 hours of the tour and asked for refund. We were refused due to being too far in the 7.5 hr tour. The idea of the tour is letting you to rides skipping the line. Buy express pass - will save a lot of money and time.

Don’t waste your time or money here. It’s a complete scam. And security will steal your personal belongings and refuse to return them, even though the items are not listed on the prohibited list. No-one cares so don’t think that customer service will help you - they won’t. I am astounded people write good reviews - I think it’s because they’ve spent so much money that they can’t admit to themselves that they got it wrong. Don’t do it folks - you work too hard to waste your money on visiting here.

Universal needs significantly better training employees - all on a different pages about rules, what can ride, who can ride with what.
My husband is a disabled vet with a back injury from 20+ years ago. He wears a back brace frequently for support. We rode nearly every coaster in three parks without issue. When we got on Minion Mayhem (yeah… the little cart that tilts), we were told he could not ride due to a medical condition. When I questioned the policy the employee said my husband should have been stopped at every ride, and due to the death on Stardust Coasters they are trying to be very strict (but obviously failing there).
This policy confuses me - guests have no autonomy to make their own decisions about what is best for themselves? What is Universal doing to ensure the people who have “hidden” medical conditions don’t ride? If you are singling out people with visible disabilities only, I imagine that will result in a lawsuit sooner than later, as it’s discriminatory on its face, especially since it is apparently only enforced by one employee in the entire park.

**Review of Universal Studios Florida**
Had an absolutely brilliant time at Universal Studios Florida! We managed to visit all the attractions we wanted, and the whole experience was just fantastic. The theming throughout the park is so well done, and everything feels immersive from the moment you step through the gates.
The highlight had to be The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – it’s genuinely like stepping into the films. Walking through Diagon Alley, seeing the fire-breathing dragon, and riding *Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts* was just incredible. The level of detail is next-level, and if you’re a fan, it’s an absolute must. We also tried a Butterbeer, which was great fun (and surprisingly tasty!), and spent some time watching people with their interactive wands making magic happen around the park – it’s such a clever touch. We also loved standing outside Grimmauld Place, waiting for Kreacher to appear in the window – such a brilliant little detail that makes the whole area feel even more alive.
Our favourite ride, though, was *Revenge of the Mummy*. It’s fast, thrilling, and just the right amount of scary! The mix of coaster and special effects makes it one of the best rides in the park. We rode it more than once and would have gone again if time allowed.
Queues weren’t too bad, and we found the app handy for keeping track of wait times. Food and drink were on the pricey side (as expected), but there were plenty of options.
Overall, a fantastic day out with loads to see and do. If you love films, rides, and a bit of magic, you really can’t go wrong with Universal!

Very nice parks with special mention for Volcano bay.
The other 2 parks are clearly lacking in attractions. If you remove the attractions in 3D, there really isn't much left.
In addition, breakdowns are quite common. When you’ve been in line for 1 hour and when you get into the attraction, you’re told to come back later (and wait 1 hour or more again to do it) ....
Considering the price equivalent to Disney, it's better to go to Disney. More than 170 attractions compared to about 40 for Universal.

I had visited Universal before, but this experience was absolutely unique. I attended a special event that organized an exclusive night in the park: they closed Universal just for us!
From the hotel we were transferred in comfortable buses, and upon arrival, everything was free: food and drinks available on the streets, lockers free of charge, and unlimited access to all attractions. It was amazing to be able to enjoy without lines or waiting for roller coasters like the Hulk, Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, VelociCoaster and Jurassic Park River Adventure.
In addition, the night lighting and the colors of the decorations made me discover a park completely different from the one you see by day. The atmosphere was magical, enveloping, and added even more to the experience.
The event lasted from 19:00 to 23:00, and when we left, the buses were already waiting to return. An unforgettable experience, full of adrenaline, good organization and attention to detail. Universal showed off!

The rides they have are great but there aren’t a lot of rides. The drinks are $5 and no refills. The drink machines only fills the cup up part way and because of the no refill rule makes it not possible to fill the cup up. The employees are noticeably not a friendly as Disney cast members.

Worst park in Orlando
Pros:
Harry Potter land
Mummy - getting a little old and repetitive thought
MIB- Fun but also getting a bit long in the tooth.
Cons:
All of the other rides
The second half of the park is void of anything interesting
This park is in need of a major renovation and additions.
This park is an easy skip right now.

This trip was so worth it. I don't recommend driving to Florida if you're far away. But the rental wasn't expensive it was actually pretty cheap. We got a good deal on tickers buy 2 days, get 2 days free. We ended up getting a huge rock thrown into our windshield on the highway. There are nothing but diesels all the way there and back. Anyways Universal was amazing, no regrets, totally worth it. We got our most important things done the first day but we went Mar 6-10 and it was busy and we had fast passes that was the ONLY way to enjoy this during a busy time. My son whos 12 and tall, and I road every Rollercoaster except for 2. It was great. We loved rip ride rockit and hagrids motor bike the most, but also Forbidden Journey and hulk. We felt unsafe on Velocicoaster we both came out of our seat the entire time. Our favorite areas were Jurassic world and Hogsmeade. Dreamworks was a little disappointing but maybe if your kids are very small they might like it. Smaller kids would also like dr suess world, although the kids rode every ride there the second day and liked it. My 7 year old wanted to stay there. Dudleys ripsaw ride is awesome. Grab you a turkey leg and some elote near there. Bilge rat barges was closed 😢 all the VR rides were awesome you have to do skull island!! And Transformers, Spiderman, Minion mayhem, escape from gringotts(amazing), and simpsons and men in black were ok. If you are a water baby and love water parks, Volcano Bay is the ultimate water park totally worth it. The lazy river is ok for kids too(7 yr old went), and the rides are amazing. But just note they won't let you on some of the bigger slide rides with water shoes or regular clothes like a cotton shirt. So I would recommend either going around barefoot, or wearing crocs that you can leave outside the ride in the little nets provided, and wear a full suit. I didn't want to wear a normal one piece or anything and wanted to be comfortable so I just wore swim shorts and a swim shirt. We loved Minion cafe because they had something like ramen, you have to get the Minion roll because the little banana dessert is amazing. We ate from the little stands like corndogs and churros. But you HAVE to get a swamp dog from shreks swamp snacks in Dreamworks. Eating at the three Broomsticks wasn't bad but all the food was basic and unseasoned so meh. But you gotta try the frozen Butterbeer and I like the pumpkin fizz. Florean Fortescues ice cream was great I had the spicy chocolate it was actually great. You have to stop by the fountain of fair fortune
So more tips, make sure you download the app to find things quicker and see wait times. Get a refillable collectors cup. We just shared 2 of them as a family of 4. We had the kids just take turns drinking Gatorade for the most part, and when they didn't have the cup we had water bottles. You get free water everywhere so you don't have to buy drinks if you don't want to. I bought drink holders on Amazon that have shoulder straps for everyone. They worked out too well. I also got waterproof pouches for phones and a waterproof fanny pack that we kept our important stuff in. If you plan on buying things or carrying anything else a backpack would really help. They have free lockers at most rides but they are small so try to only take the important stuff. If you're planning on riding Rollercoasters all day, the less you bring the better. There are a few coasters that you can't take ANYTHING on not even a phone and they do use metal detectors. So just put your stuff in the locker and don't waste time fighting them. Wear sunscreen don't buy it there because a little bottle is $18. Wear a hat. Wear comfortable shoes you'll be walking for 12 hours at least if you're trying to get everything done. Make sure everyone is drinking water and Gatorade. There are concerts included with your ticket on certain days if you want to try to go to those look online at the dates. But it will be busier, so consider the fast pass. If not, go during the week during a slow time. Depending on the season, even in march you might want to take a hoodie. In men in black store they have a tshirt and hoodie combo for sale, and I think a hat and tshirt combo those are the ones we got. We did buy various stuff like hats, backpack, ponchos for the random rain one day, and a cute blanket. And snacks. So be prepared to spend a little money haha. And when you walk up to show them your ticket they take a picture of you and that becomes your entry way through the gates everytime, super easy. We just followed the map on the app and did every ride. And stopped where we wanted to stop. You'll notice a lot of stuff in the stores are repetitive. We still just ran through them. If you have a couple of days you can get through most of islands of adventure and studios if you keep it going the whole time, with breaks to sit down and eat and stop to get more water and plenty of bathroom breaks. Theres no point in drinking any beer or anything because you'll burn it off and not feel anything. If you get more than 2 days you can go back and ride your favorites and then you start to slow down and notice more so don't be afraid to go back to areas you've already been. If you get 4 days, spend it at Volcano bay.

Hogwarts express not working 3rd day for maintenance, a number of rides experiencing delays and no idea when they will resume, other rides have massive lines due to this, shame on Universal Studios, total waste of money!

We went in early May to avoid the bigger crowds that come later.
Rides were great fun and immersive. Wait times were reasonable and it was fun to catch the Hogwarts Express between this and the neighbouring park.
Disappointingly, there was no early access for those staying on the resorts for the entire 9 days we were there.
Great fun though!

Going to UNIVERSAL is always very cool... In the last two years I've been a few times. My son loves it. But I admit, other parks end up having more fun attractions. The queues are usually big! Patience is the soul of business. The thematic part of the Simpsons is, in my view, the best area.

We did Universal before Disney and it was a fantastic experience. The parks are great, brilliant rides and well laid out. Harry Potter rides are fantastic, ET was sensational and Kong which was exceptional. For me, not as good as Disney but such a good experience. Sadly we had to go to first aid for most of the day because my wife got motion sickness. However, the first aid people were excellent - full of empathy, compassion and medical knowledge. It’s such a good park and it’s easy to get to both parks via the Hogwarts express, loved it!

Cost of $176.00 per person very expensive , queues that take 1:20 hs. One day park for 3 attractions
Not worth it....................

It fulfilled all bucket list items and didn’t ever disappoint! Went on several rides, enjoyed the walk down memory lane regarding the comics and movie store fronts. Recognized many names from the walk of fame stars. The food at Margaritaville was fabulous as was the service. The butter beer was phenomenal and wish I knew how to make it! Visited Moe’s bar and had a Duff Beer at the Simpson. Harry Potter on both sides was amazing. Loved the outdoor entertainment.

Universe is one of the most disability unfriendly places on earth. First, the handicapped parking is miles away and they have no complimentary wheelchairs until you walk miles to the parks. They lied to me and kept sending me places to get a wheelchair and wasting my time in lines.

It feels like they are mailing it in. I don’t know if maybe they’ve redirected all their capital to Epic at the expensive of maintenance at their current parks but it feels that way. Lines are long to get in as they are short staffed at the gate, the Universal globe sign no longer rotates, the Island of Adventure tower no longer has its light beaming out at night, the Volcano Bay volcano no longer has water streaming down, only the up escalator works at City Walk, and the Hulk ride no longer has its signature beaming sound when trains depart the loading area. It just feels like a diminished experience and I hope they fix it as our family loves this place and prefers it over WDW.

Universal Studios has a lot of simulator rides. Also some good shows. Don't miss the Jason Bourne show. It's easy to walk by and miss. It is indoors and air conditioned. A lot of the rides are indoors. Don't miss the Harry Potter area of the park and if you have park to park tickets take the train. It is a very unique train. There was a parade around 2 or 3 that we didn't expect but was a lot of fun. Take in a Stanley Cup or some type of cup with water. It's allowed and you can refill it with water. It is hot. And it was only in the low 90s. There are also roller coasters but we didn't get on those.

Because they opens Epic park 5 mile away it’s like they gave up here.been for last 20 years over 12 times but be LA from now on

The whole experience at Universal Studios simply did not meet my expectations after paying $720 for a family of 4. The few rides and 3D rides weren’t really ALL that and looked outdated for the most part. What caught my attention was the amount of restaurants and souvenir shops, as if they aren’t happy enough with their ridiculous ticket prices ($12 for a bottled water and a soda). You basically pay almost $200 per person to stand in lines for hours with screaming/crying children and to walk around in what almost looks like an outlet (mall) more than an amusement park. Not for me, will not be coming back.

Very interesting park but still missing something .. the attractions we did are practically all similar .. only the subject changes .. all in all it was a beautiful day... We were lucky that nn c was so many people so we did not queue

Primarily interested in Wizarding World. Thought that by visiting in second week of January it would be less crowded, and I guess it was, based on the number of remaining parking spaces and queue lines that were unused, but it still seemed crowded with long wait times. Must have two park ticket to ride Hogwarts express. Diagon alley, knockturn alley, and hogs Meade are immersive and just like walking into the movies. Ate at three broomsticks and leaky cauldron and though I’m generally opposed to apps, ordering food then scanning your table number when seated was pretty efficient. The interactive wands don’t work that great. Be sure to talk to the knight bus driver and shrunken head. Pleased to meet some characters in other parts of the park: scooby and gang, beetlejuice, puss n boots, and king Julian. No lines and they were all very fun and engaging. Don’t miss the interactive ‘play’ area in dreamworks for feline fans. Minion villaincon could be skipped.

Fantastic for fans of Star Wars, Indiana Jones, the Toy Story, the Muppets and many others. Ideal for due whole family. Especially the rides are highly recommended6

Universal theme parks- prepare to stand and walk A loT. Islands of adventure is the better park. I would have saved money and just done that. There actually aren't that many rides here. More of them are experiences and if you like 3D/4D stuff. I don't. Velocicoaster can't be missed. It's epic. Hagrids ride was closed, that was so disappointing. The theming in the park is excellent though. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. Not a great value imo.

Visiting Universal Studios Florida over Thanksgiving weekend was a high-energy, festive experience. The park was buzzing with families and holiday decorations, and while the crowds were definitely thick, the atmosphere felt celebratory rather than overwhelming. We focused on key attractions like Revenge of the Mummy and Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts, and even with longer wait times, the immersive theming and entertainment between rides kept everyone engaged. The seasonal touches—like holiday music, themed treats, and character appearances—added a special layer to the day that made it feel like more than just a theme park visit.

Very unhappy with my experience here. Most staff members are rude or short with you. You can tell it’s not about an experience but about them making money. Everything is over priced food and drinks. Do not waste your money on the express pass tickets. They do not stop selling them and the line is as long as a normal ride line. Also we had a person in our party in a wheelchair. Some rides they separated our group. Very disappointed in this park. I’ll stick with Disney.

Visiting the Universal Studios park in Orlando was an amazing experience! The attractions are very fun, especially the Russian mountains, there are also many film-based simulators. The park is divided into areas such as Hollywood, New York, San Francisco, World Expo, Woody Woodpecker's Kidzone, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley. We love to know the thematic areas, such as Harry Potter, I was impressed with all the details that take us to the history of the movies. It is important to buy the park-to-park ticket if you want to visit more than one Universal park on the same day, and use the Hogwarts Express attraction which is the Harry Potter train. The park offers various live shows and themed experiences, such as the Water Spectacular. It's worth waiting to watch the closing show. We suggest you arrive early to make the most of your experience.

Several rides like the flagship Harry Potter and escape from gringots, mummy , fast and furious getting delayed or closed during peak business times. Pathetic !! People plan their days based on ride times and they get ruined

If you or your family are into Harry Potter this place is a must, The London part Diagon Alley and Kings Cross station is terrific, the train journey is also very clever and well done as is the Hogwarts end.
However otherwise there are a few fast and some water rides, but there is little else here compared to the Disney Parks. There are lots of cheap pretty sad fairground type games which cost - they even charge for the driers after the water rides!
Furthermore several rides broke down over the two days we visited, specifically King Kong Skull Island which my daughter never actually got to ride on . They have much less staff than the Disney Parks and those that are there are less friendly and interested. The Spider-Man and Transformers rides are very obviously use identical technology so there are few surprises. Furthermore the soundtrack was lost for the last two minute of Transformers Ride. The queuing information times were erratic to say the least. The limited number of street performers withe exception of the builder drummers, were not a patch on the Disney ones. The whole place feels much less polished, underfunded, and just not as well organised as the Disney Parks.
Unless you are very into Potter or can tolerate long queues for fast or water rides often with inaccurate waiting time information and risks of breakdowns don’t bother.

Awful experience in Universal studio. We were two and coming specifically from Paris to visit Disney World and Universal Studio. At Disney it rained all day but we had no problem! At universal priblems all day long ! Started with Gringots the attraction wasn’t available all morning until 2pm ! We had changed park when it opened again. Jurasic parc raptors closed when we had already been queuing for 1.30 hours to open later. End of the day we queued more than 2h at Haggrids to here the attraction was closing for technical reasons. Technical problems all day ! We paid nearly 500$ for two in two parks + the hotel + car renting + plane for this. No compensation excepted for a fast track voucher for haggrids only. Si that means paying again two places + all the travel fees just for one attraction ! What a bad joke ! So my advice spend your time and money in Disney and other places but don’t loose it in Universal ! Very bad experience! So disappointing ! We are two big fans of Harry Potter so we had bought places for the two parks for this reason. We didn’t do any attractions we had came for ! We are flying back tomorrow night so disappointed !

Awesome first time experience! I'm not much for rides but I really enjoyed the shows and food. The staff were all friendly, polite and very helpful. Bourne Stuntacular was incredible and I really enjoyed myself in the Harry Potter lands. So many little details to see all over the place. My only suggestion would be more shaded areas in the middle section of Epic Universe. I will be going back!

My family frequently visits Orlando, and we go back-and-forth between Disney and universal. Now that my kids are older they prefer universal and I do too. So we purchased tickets through Sam’s Club and got a little bit of a savings along with the dining dollars.com pretend discount. I say pretend because you cannot use the dining dollars at Universal Studios. I am not sure who to blame for this Sam’s Club or universal but either way it’s very misleading and disappointing when you spend hours setting up the account and trying to figure out where you can actually use the dining dollars. Not fun. Let’s put a damper on the experience but overall my kids still had fun. I just want to know everything upfront if I’m buying food for the day, I can budget for that but if I’m told I have $80 voucher for food I expect to save that $80. Don’t fall for the food voucher misleading promo that’s my lesson learned.

Our experience with the Universal Stella Nova/SuperStar departure shuttle was an absolute disaster. We were told to be ready at 5:35 AM, so we were outside by 5:15. In that time, multiple vans came and went, picking up other guests, yet not a single person checked with us, called out names, or confirmed who they were collecting. We had zero communication and no idea whether a bus or a van was even supposed to pick us up.
After no shuttle ever arrived for us, we called the company — only to be told the driver had “already passed by.” That is completely false. We were standing in the same spot the entire time and no one approached us. We were then told the next shuttle would come even later, long past our original pickup window.
By this point, we had been waiting over an hour, stressed and completely in the dark, trying not to miss a flight. We finally had no choice but to book our own Uber. And of course, after we left, we were suddenly told a driver was “five minutes away.” Too little, too late.
Universal usually delivers great service, but this shuttle operation is a mess — unreliable, poorly communicated, and totally unprofessional. If you need to catch a flight, do yourself a favor and do NOT rely on this shuttle. It caused nothing but stress and wasted time.

I cant say enough awesome things about this place. Definitely go during the week(its more crowded friday-sunday) The wait times weren't horrible, and the lines are all interactive I never had to give my kids a cell phone for entertainment! I will say food and drinks are expensive throughout the park(6$ for a soda) so pack a water bottle there are plenty of refill stations throughout the park! The rides were all awesome, the meet and greets fantastic. We will be back!!!

We got a yearly pass , got here 2 hours ago and still dealing with getting our passes we have been to 5 lines now getting our passes. What a waste of time.!
Not enough guest service employees so there is a constant line very frustrating! We wanna go have fun!

Amazing park, probably my favorite park of the four, was a little disappointed with epic universe because of the wait times, but this park was well themed and over all, EPIC. This park should be called epic universe. Loved diagon alley🩷🩷🩷I’m a big Harry Potter fan. Even though universal can be pricey with the express pass, this park makes it worth it.

I bought tickets with my locator on in Orlando, Florida. California was NOT shown until tickets were purchased. When we got to the park, it did not work. This was obviously a regular occurrence because Universal had a plan and gave us discount tickets. When I called to get money back, I was put on hold 4 times and told they were "working on it" then refused to reimburse via email. It was a total scam. If they have a plan to keep you on hold while you are actually in the park, it is obvious this is a way for trip advisor to make money and not deliver. DO NOT USE TRIP ADVISOR!!

We had a great day all round. Got on all the rides we wanted, the minion banana cake was very good & just a perfect park day. We did get stuck in fast & furious which took a while but didn't ruin our day!

Universal Studios has become a new family favorite to visit. We love the nostalgia of movies like E.T. and Back to the Future, to movies my children grew up watching like the Despicable Me and Transformers franchises. We love the adventures of visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Universal Studios does an excellent job of helping to leave the real world behind in order to have an escape into favorite stories.
A couple of "musts" for visiting Universal Studios? Get the Freestyle, refillable cup. Freestyle stations are set up all over the park except the Wizarding World. With individual drinks starting at $5, purchasing a cup that can be refilled every 10 minutes is totally worth it. The other must is to take the step up and get the Park-to-Park option to be able to ride the Hogwarts Express between Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure...the story is different each way, so make sure to do that!
There are great places to eat in Universal Studios. Our family favorites are Finnegan's Irish Pub and Florean Fetescue's Ice Cream.
If you can, plan to visit Universal Studios on a night when Cinesational is showing. It is an incredible nighttime show that is worth the wait!

the rides are nerve rocking omg! but it was so much fun and I enjoyed our visit. I would highly recommend this to anyone and also the theme park are great too!

Big and bold but no soul.
We travel thousands of miles to visit Harry Potter world and the Hogwarts Express is "delayed" all day. No, it's not delayed it's broken down. The language is confusing and quite frankly incorrect. We had to walk a mile to Diagon Ally in the melting heat. If Universal used the correct language we would've saved the effort to attempt to use the train.
The fact that a major part of the park wasn't operational is a joke.
Both Universal Studios and Island Of Adventure lack any magic, any pizzazz. The staff at the gate were miserable, the staff walking around all had sour faces indicative of a poor employer.
What a horrible place, it used to be awesome. The only places worth visiting were the Harry Potter areas and Jurassic Park area (although the Discovery Center was sad and some of your infotainment was broken). The Pteranadon Flyers is a joke, only for incredibly short families or children under a certain size. Who would let their 11 and 7 years old children by themselves on a ride for over 35 mins?
Not even close to Disney. Will never come back.

We had a blast, however, compared to Epic you can really tell how the older parks are very dated. Even the locker technology is old however still had fun on the oldies but goodies.

Everything here is well thought out and entertaining but you will never get your money’s worth. The best way to get on rides quickly is to use the single rider lanes. Express passes work but are too expensive. Two parks in one day passes are a distraction; you need one day for each park, so if you want to see two parks buy a two day pass and forget about the Hogwarts train connecting parks. DO NOT waste your time eating at Richter (as in Richter scale) Burgers in San Francisco… it takes them 45 minutes to bring you a burger; and since they already have your money you will be stuck there when you could have been waiting for an attraction. I found the perk less commercial than Disney but it is almost as good as a Las Vegas casino at separating you from your money.

It has more lines than attractions. And fast-passing it has to be illegal to take a piss. It can’t be that paying for the same service someone else pays more to advance you and add waiting time to you having arrived earlier. It violates the principle of equality between persons.

We purchased family day tickets which came with $20dining dollar vouchers. The queue to get in took a while but not unexpected. Some of the rides queues were long but rides were great fun. However when it came time to to purchase my young family lunch then people in the restaurants did not know anything about the vouchers, we tried several restaurants and all told the same thing. We went to customer services and was advised they aren't used in the park. I literally showed her on my phone the website where you purchase tickets with dining dollars and she still refuses All in all I think if universal are selling tickets with food vouchers they should at least have the decency to honour them.. felt we has been taken for a con.

We came here a lot when our kids were little and thought we’d go again with our grandkids. What a huge disappointment. We had single day tickets and a case number from a bad experience (vomiting in a crowded area) in 2010. We wasted over an hour in line and talking to guest services for them to not be able to find the case number. It was ridiculous. Then every single attraction was over-crowded and the wait times were too long. We waited four hours for one ride! That wasted half the day. Beth in guest services was no help. In the future, we will spend our $ at SeaWorld, or Busch Gardens.

10/10 I want to go back sooooo bad.
The Simpsons area was epic (huge Simpsons fan here) It was actually a dream to visit.
Must visit!!!!!!!

Universal Studios Hollywood you should be ashamed of yourself. Denying an AAP for an austic 3 year old!!! Especially since you have approved other children with the same disability. Been on the phone for over an hour trying to convince them that autism is a disability. This is ridiculous

We decided to go to Universal Studios Orlando for our Christmas Vacation trip.
The hotel within the resort was great. However, the experience at the park was very disappointing.
Normally we don’t write reviews of any type but in this case it merits one.
There many issues with the park, which as a result limit significantly how many rides we did on a day.
Our original plan was to go to Universal today with early admision and then transition for lunch. When we arrived we were notified that Universal no longer has early admision and had to go to Adventure Island. This is disappointing due to the false advertisement we were given at the time of the purchase and no sure why this is no longer available after new years.
The Hoggarts motor bike adventure was down for a long time and decided to move away from it and take the train to Universal. The train was down as well and had to step away from the line as no times were provided.
We then moved to Jurassic and the same issue with Velocicoster.
Moved to Kong and had the same issue. However this was fixed after being in line for a while.
We then decided to move to spider man and as we are in line we are told again about a delay.
This is disappointing and ridiculous. I can see one or two rides being down but not almost every one in the area when you pay what you pay to be at Universal Studios.
The answer was to go stand in line at guest services...
Before you go to Universal, you might want to consider if it is worth to pay what you are paying to be able to ride 3 to 5 rides a day regardless of the season.

They have no smoking areas in the parks anymore. Popeye is the only one, who is still able to enjoy as an older smoking citizen! In the last years it became more and more obvious, that Universal is not caring about all customers anymore - very disappointing. To the rest of the little and bigger changes, service level and customer orientation going down - we were able to adjust. But that they don't care about veterans anymore is just too much - we won't visit anymore!

The Park is beautiful, the attractions are superb BUT they are constantly DELAYED; during the day (although from the opening) we could not do everything because some attractions were closed; worse, we were in line for 40 minutes to hear "Sorry, the attraction is temporarily closed, we do not know when it will reopen"; little tip, do not buy water there are free water dispensers.

Beware Kate from guest services!
We had the vip tour and gotten a little lost trying to find the correct entrance. Cast members sent us to the wrong guest services but surely guest services would be helpful right? Think again! We were explaining the situation to our team member only for Kate to accuse us of inciting her. She’s dangerous and needs to be fired asap

Did all universal parks a lot of the rides were closed intermittently, some closed permanently for our time there. Went to epic first experience was the ministry which it said was closing early. Still didn’t open at 10 technical problems !! Still not working at 10.25 rubbish universal, not worth the money

Underwhelming, velocicoaster was good, A lot of screen type rides that make you sick. Hagrids was ok but very annoyed I couldn't ride the bike because I had a wizard cloak on (Maybe put a sign at entrance before I queue 2 hours). The fact you have to put everything in a locker at every ride was really annoying then one of the locker machines stole our money and was told I had to take it up with a third party company as the lockers are nothing to do with universal, spent an hour of our time sorting this out (and missed the start of parade) eventually got a gift card but they really didn't want to and it took a lot of complaining and requesting to speak to a manager. Overall bad experience in parks and not overly impressed with rides, Hotel was nice and HHN was fun.

Epic Adventure = Epic Failure Spent $1924. on tickets for family of 5. This was one day Epic and one day park to park. After standing for 90 minutes to get on a five minute long ride we walked back to purchase a fast pass for Epic; only to find they were sold out for the day. We purchased fast passes for the next day (park/park) for a total of $1571. Adding this balance to our original tickets we now have spent $3495. for tickets for a family of 5. (approx $700 per person for 2 days; one without fast pass)
In my opinion, Epic Adventure is not fully developed. The Disney/Universal experience is not there yet. Rides are limited thus lines can be over 90 to 120 minutes of wait time; often in full sun. Sit down restaurants few and far between. There is a Starbucks. I noted while walking through a tunnel numerous family groups sitting on the ground resting against the sides of the tunnel just to sit and find relief from sun. I went to an ice cream stand and there were three small tables only 2 with umbrellas. We invited others to sit with us as there was nowhere for people to take a break in the shade. I spoke with two park employees who said more things would be happening in the future; I think Universal should be ashamed of themselves for offering such a poor experience. People where actually lying in landscaped areas just to find relief. This is July in Florida, and as a resident I believe I am more acclimated to the heat; and felt very sorry for those people with young children in carriages, as well as the elderly. Unlike the other parks I did not see any characters for picture taking or interaction. The rides appeared to be more roller coaster types (think amusement park, which you can get anywhere). Due to the long wait times I believe we only went on 4/5 rides. You do the math for the cost per person per ride. I asked my grandchildren ages 10 and 12 (full adult ticket purchases) which they enjoyed more, Hersey Park in PA or Epic Adventure. They chose Hershey, followed by Busch Gardens, Williamsburg Va or Dollywood.
The second day we went to combo Universal Studies and Universal Island of Adventure. All around it was a wonderful experience and I wish we could have gotten to many more rides. There are numerous indoor dining venues, as well as stands that sell a variety of food items, such as fresh watermelon. Shade is everywhere. Character interaction is numerous; the afternoon parade was great! Musical performances (like Stomp) are ongoing. I can't say enough about how great these two parks are.
Unfortunately my son had a medical emergency and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital. I have to commend all staff at first aid for their expedious triage and care. Truly first rate.
Due to the emergency we would not continue to enjoy the great experience we were having, but we did get numerous rides in and staff was outstanding.
If I returned, I would go only to the Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Get the fast pass it is worth it. Skip Epic for a while until it is fully built out. What you save by skipping Epic Universe will pay for your fast pass for the other two parks.

Disappointment when I brought my family through the main security area near the parking garage. The day after Thanksgiving, NO CHRISTMAS MUSIC was playing. I saw the park was getting beautifully decorated, but nothing for security. Why are they so grinchy?! They NEED to keep on theme. Grinchmas starts, so does the music.

Taking possession of the tickets was easy. We had a great time and took several pictures in all the parks.

The Buses to Epic are not plentiful enough! The lines are to long selling to many tickets to Epic for customer enjoyment.

Amazing place to visit! So magical! Loved the rides, the food, the hotel, and everything. Harry Potter areas were amusing! Hagrid's ride and King Kong were one of my favorites. The Minions land was super cute and fun. I can't wait to go back there.

In what I deem a terrible decision, they no longer have maps to hand out with information about show times. To get a park map, you have to download the Universal map and navigate to the map. It is VERY hard to navigate the map on a smart phone. Very disappointing. We spent all day tracking down park staff to ask for directions.
And to make matters worse, there are very few posted maps within the park to help visitors. Frustrating!!
PS: the parking garage needs more directional signage too!!
PPS: great rides!

Review of Universal Studios: A Disappointing Experience
I recently visited Universal Studios with high hopes, expecting a magical day filled with excitement and unforgettable memories. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but. Despite the promises made from a previous trip that was less than desirable including us witnessing a fight at our universal Studios Hotel.
Essentially promises were made in the form of a fast pass on your next trip and when that day came today, we were told it was one fast pass for one ride. That’s interesting considering we paid full price for an all day pass.
In summary, Universal Studios fell far short of the expectations it sets. With the amount of money spent on tickets, I expected a well-organized, guest-focused experience. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and misled. Until Universal Studios addresses these issues and prioritizes customer experience, I would not recommend a visit.

We have a kid with heart disease who can't stand in lines because he turns purple. Susan and Judy have treated us terrible, denied us a quick pass even though something may happen to her. We have been told that we have to wait up to 3 hours and they do not want to give us anything they have told us in writing. Two years ago they gave it to us and now that it's worse, it's not. This is Epic Universe. Don't go if you're in trouble. A disgrace!!!!

Wear comfy shoes and a hat! So much to see and so little time to explore.
Amazing food and lots of rides. A lot of queuing in the blazing sun.
But definitely worth the wait

We arrived at Universal on what must surely have been the coldest day of 2025. It was so fiercely bitterly cold. We could see that a lot of rides weren't running, but it didn't matter... my son was only interested in one thing... CHARACTERS. He wanted to meet them all. He's 14, has autism and a significant learning delay, but he wanted to meet as many as possible.
Although there were so many amazing memories, such as the Scooby Doo gang, Minions, Vector, Homer Simpson, Shrek and Trolls, there was one he was desperate for and we weren't sure it was going to happen... and that was Betty Boop.
Betty... what a star, what an angel. She was so patient and sweet with my son, and gave him an experience he'll treasure for years to come. Her glamorous security detail, Bear, was also an absolute gent - he made sure to intervene and make my son aware, in plenty of time and with clear communications, that Betty needed to head off. Honestly we're so used to businesses with such poor handling of neurodivergent kids, it was just marvellous to see two people so marvellously clued up and doing the right thing.

On our annual Universal Orlando week-long visit in April 2025, we were fortunate to visit Epic Universe, Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. Of the three, this is still our favorite park. The mix of movie themes, live character actors, entertainment, excellent rides, dining and unique shopping options, Harry Potter world, and family friendly planning make this park a perennial favorite. One can easily stay till closing time and its easy to have an enjoyable time.
We loved the 2 pm float parade of classic movies, their characters and their iconic music.
The Bourne Stuntacular show blew us away with the live stunts and the stage settings. This is a must-see recommendation.
The Hollywood Makeup and Horror Show was entertaining as always.
The Leaky Cauldron restaurant is a must do when we visit, we enjoy the food and the restaurant decor.
Arcade games provide a fun activity for all ages and abilities, making the Springfield a fun family hangout area.
The rides are great as always, the wait times are accurate on the app.
Cons: Universal needs to improve signage (is better than what was there last year) to save visitors the aggravation of knowing where they are in the park and what’s in the vicinity .
The music is cranked up to be very loud, we wondered whether this volume level is absolutely needed.
Shaded outdoor seating is still hard to come by.
Water fountains and restrooms are a bit spread out.

We travelled to Orlando from Ireland and visited the 3 Universal theme parks in October with our three children two 16yos and a 12 yo. Our son who has autism, an intellectual disability and is non-verbal struggles with queuing so we qualified for Universal's GAP pass. This essentially allows you to use the express lane at each ride. This in itself was really helpful but we found some rides still had longish waiting times in the Express lanes (which is not always obvious when you start queuing). Whilst at Universal Studios, we went on a ride which had a longer than expected express lane queue and our son got very agitated and distressed at the length of time he had to queue in a fairly enclosed space. When we went to the next attraction we told the staff member at the entrance of the experience at the previous ride which had been very difficult to manage and had blighted the experience for all the family. The staff member was extremely helpful and understanding and took us to a different entrance to the ride so that we didn't have to queue as long. We were then able to make the same request at any of the other particularly busy rides and the staff always looked after us. I cannot tell you how much easier this made our visit which could have otherwise been very stressful for our son and our family. This assistance was also available at the other two parks Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay which we visited and thoroughly enjoyed.
I would like to congratulate Universal for providing not only the attraction assistance pass but for the training of their staff to understand and recognise needs of families with special needs children. This made such a difference to our holiday and it has been one of the most enjoyable vacations we have ever had as a family together. Well done Universal!

On August 22, we visited Universal Studios Florida with my family. Except for the Minion show, we didn’t wait in line too much. I think it wasn’t very crowded since it was the end of the summer season. Those who bought the Quick Pass didn’t have to wait at all. The Mummy, E.T., and Harry Potter were amazing. If you don’t have much time, I wouldn’t recommend stopping by the Minions since it’s not as good as the others. Overall, we really liked it and had a lot of fun. You should set aside one full day to visit Universal Studios Florida. It’s better if you go early in the morning.

Worst experience ever. Main attraction Harry Potter Forbidden Journey closed for 3 days while we were there. ET went down. Hippogriff ride took an hour because they only had one and one of the seats couldn’t be used. Only 14 people at the most on each ride. I had to get a 2 day pass just to be able to ride the Hogwarts express. I could have seen it all in 1 day. The price we paid for 2 days and having rides closed should have been compensated in some way. I won’t ever be back or encourage anyone else to come.

I guess we shouldn’t have expected much since we cheaped out and only paid $200 per person for one day passes instead of $400 each for the express passes. We arrived at Universal Epic to find certain rides like Curse of the Werewolf closed and other attractions like Harry Potter and Cirque of Arcanus closing early for some reason. First attraction was. 1 hour wait and Harry Potter was 2.5 hours. In between we had a decent lunch for $100 for 3 people. Also your ticket price does not include parking, so if you are cheap like us you will pay $32. I guess if you are a hard core Universal fan, maybe it’s worth it. But if you are just looking for reasonably priced fun, I would save your money especially if you have little kids. My son is 19 who loved Marvel and DC, but he is done with this. Just sick over how much this cost!!!!

The 1 Park Per Day ticket was a smart choice for our family of five, especially during such a busy holiday weekend. It allowed us to stay grounded in one park without the pressure of hopping, which helped us pace the day and enjoy each area more fully. With kids in tow, it was nice not having to rush between gates or juggle transportation. The ticket also made planning easier, and we felt like we got our money’s worth by focusing on Universal Studios alone. For families visiting during peak times, this option keeps things simple and still delivers a full, satisfying experience.

Great park. We were only on the city walk, but it was still great.
Delicious restaurants. Nice walk. Great scenery.
Only the parking was a bit too happy with 32€.

Awesome day out at Universal Studios. Took most rides as single rider to save on time and ended up practically together! Next row on most rides. Saved hours! So much fun, so clean and always thrilling. Thank you U.S

SCAM!!!
So what's the point of spending 540 usd additional to have an express line if these are the real lines. They mix everyone in some point so there's no real benefit.
Do not buy the express tickets. It's not worth it

Universal is state of the art, beautifully themed, exquisite theme park which I visit every time I go to Orlando. My favourite is the Wizarding world and Jurassic world sections.
If it’s your first visit allocate at least one day per park, but ideal is 3 day ticket including Volcano Bay

The amount of vaping and marijuana smoking was overwhelming. We witnessed people rolling their own and lighting up in line. These people were not even trying to hide it. The lines are so close, there was no escaping. There was more visible security than I have ever seen at other parks, yet they seem not to notice or care. Definitely not a place to take your kids unless you are ready to discuss drug use and poor decisions.

From our point of view, the visit is only worthwhile in combination with the Parkhopper ticket, so the park is visited as a supplement to the Island of Adventure. We liked Revenge of the Mummy and Man in Black the best. The Harry Potter world was also very successful and the evening show was great. Overall, there are a lot of 3D rides, which not everyone likes. This left us without variety.

The props and rides are great, but the user experience at shops and restaurants and the outrageous prices compromise the whole thing.
When you go to a theme park, you expect prices to be higher, but they were insane. It was cold, so we bought two unbranded hats and two pairs of socks for $75! A single churro is $7. A donut is $4. So that just makes you bitter. Tix for a family of 4 for one day was $780 so altogether we dropped over $1000 for one day.
The other annoying thing is how badly designed the user experience was at shops and restaurants. For ex. if you go to Olivanders to get a magic wand at Harry Potter land, there are no prices anywhere! You have to find an employee and ask what they cost. There are different wands but no indication what is inside all the different colored boxes so again you have to somehow find an employee and ask. There are different "generations" of wands too but that's not posted anywhere either. It's crazy. All they had to do was show prices and pix of the wands on the boxes but instead they have huge crowds of confused frustrated patrons. It's similar at restaurants with no employees yelling because they have no microphones, customers not knowing where to go because of confusing signage etc.
Also, we ended up going at a very busy time of year so most rides had 1hr waits or more. Altogether we would not do it again.

Excellent in every sense the dream place full of emotions and lots of fun for the whole family would return for the new park

This is a great package to enjoy the parks in a reasonable budget. The 2 day+2 free option gives you plenty of time to experience all the parks. We rode the Hogwarts Express between the two parks and it was so much fun.
I bought a 3-park, 2-day +2 free pass and upgraded it on the last day to a 3-park power-pass. I had to pay a small amount to cover the difference. Look into this option,

It's definitely worth it, but be prepared for significant costs for a family of several, especially if you want to be free to visit multiple parks at once. Recommended, but advance with tickets.

Now that my grandchildren and children are older, we are going to set Disney aside for a few years and decided to do universal annual passes and are so glad we did. There is something for everyone.

Accidentally purchased Universal Hollywood tickets instead of Orlando, did not know until I got to the park. Waited 1 hour in the customer service line to be told they would do nothing for us. 3rd party fixed it in 5 .minutes. if you go, buy your tickets from a 3rd party. They might help you. Universal won't.

Another overpriced lame experience. This time at the Epic park. Day pass alone is more expensive than Disney and then to enhance experience was told to add express pass at the overinflated price of 299 per person. Absolutely not worth. Express pass lane still took on average 30-40 minutes to go through. Stairs up the wazoo and number of total number of available rides less than 10. Way better off at Disney. Even one of the cast members said express pass is not worth it especially since it excludes the 3 most popular rides anyway. Also food line was over an hour to get worst tasting burger ever.

Fun day, but a very pricey experience for family of 4. Bought the Express pass and was very happy about it. While expensive, your wait is minimal and it makes the experience so much better than waiting in lines for an hour or more per ride.
Once inside, most good and souvenirs are priced within reason for the most part.
Visited Islands of Adventure, which has great rides, including some with water, which allow for a nice cool-off in the heat of the day.
Stayed at a nearby hotel which allowed us to walk. Glad we did, because parking looked like a nightmare.
Park is a blast if you're willing to pay for the premium experience.

We had 2 great days there. The only down side was buying a fast pass for the 2nd day and discovering some of the best rides were excluded. Loved the Harry Potter parts. Even in January the queues were very long.

Who doesn’t love Universal?!
Amazing atmosphere, clean & so much fun.
The only reason I haven’t scored 5/5 is I feel some of the rides could do with an update.
We really enjoyed universal - love how there was a splash zone for younger kiddies

Universal is the best theme park I've ever been to. The rides are great, the staff nice and it has a variety of shops and restaurants to pick from. It's also great that all of their hotels and other parks are very close to each other. I see why Orlando is the theme park capital of the world.

We have an ASD child, so we brought express passes. We were still unfortunately waiting over 30 minutes for a few rides. The express pass is very expensive.
We did not unfortunately able to see the characters we wanted to see, we had to ask if they was out on that day, unfortunately we wasn’t. There is nothing on the app, on times or who will be available for the meet and greets, which doesn’t help when you have a child with Autism.
We nearly missed the wicked character, we checked several times, and cast members kept either saying they didn’t know or they can’t tell us.

My advice is save your money and take your kids somewhere worthwhile. Too many people, every ride we went on (except x1) broke down at some point either mid ride or while queuing. Food is rubbish. I could go on. It’s a box to tick but honestly, save your money and go somewhere else.

We visited all four parks on multiple days. We liked Islands of Adventure the best, followed by Epic Universe. If you have been to Universal Hollywood, there are some similarities, but Universal Orlando is much larger with four separate parks. We enjoyed the Universal Studios Park very well. There are 8 "lands" in this park, including a Harry Potter themed land, a Simpson's themed one, Minons, and some old school Hollywood themed ones.
The rides at Universal Studios are a notch below Islands and Epic, but they have some solid ones. Escape from Gringotts excellent, and the Simpson's ride and the Minions ride are fun. Transformers and the Mummy are also fun.
Daigon Alley is super cool, as is the Simpson's area. The park lacks some indoor eating facilities, or at least they get very crowded. The Today cafe had some seats. The Simpsons had some good dining options, including Krusty burger.
I would advise to go to at least this and Islands together if you are visiting, unless you are a local season pass type.

We did the VIP experience and it was so much better than the DisneyWorld VIP. Besides getting us on every ride (as many times as we wanted, really loved Hagrid’s ride), we got a visit with the Grinch (he was amazing!) and Universal has food! We had three meals that day that were included at restaurants of our choice. It really was fun and thank you Brittany@the Vacationeer for all her great suggestions.

Universal is awesome!
Universal is a resort where you can ride MANY rides to choose from whether you’re looking for a fun family and friends vacation or just a husband and wife trip Universal is your number 1 option. There are many theme parks, Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and Volcano bay. Islands of Adventure is where you can ride many rides to choose from such as Harry Potter land. Universal studios is pretty much the same thing but has different rides such as Minion Mayhem and the other part of Harry Potter land. Volcano Bay is a water park with many fun waterslides you will get a bracelet called a Tapu Tapu where you scan the bracelet on a sign and your bracelet pretty much waits in line for you. The final part of my report is about the hotels I can’t rate all the hotels but I can rate Cabana Bay, this is a hotel with a walk-up diner and the hotel is pretty clean. So, if you are looking for a fun family-friendly vacation destination Universal Studios Florida is your number 1 option.

My kids and I enjoyed Universal tremendously. This was enhanced greatly by the Express passes. The Express passes we purchased changed 120 minute waits to 20 minute waits generally. At Universal Studios, Escape from Gringotts, Men in Black ride, the Simpsons ride, and the Bourne Stuntacular were highlights.
Tip: consider the Express if it works out financially for you, especially if you are traveling a very long distance just to get to Universal.

Universal Studios Florida offers an unforgettable experience for movie enthusiasts, adrenaline junkies and families alike. The park is superbly designed and manages to transport visitors directly into the worlds of well-known movies and series – whether it’s the action-packed “Transformers” ride, the immersive “Harry Potter” world or the nerve-racking “Revenge of the Mummy” roller coaster.
Particularly noteworthy is the attention to detail: From a butterberry-sipping stroll through Diagon Alley to a visit to The Simpsons in Springfield, everything feels authentic. The shows and interactive experiences (such as “The Bourne Stuntacular”) set new standards in technology and entertainment.
The organization in the park is also very good for the most part. There is ample signage, helpful staff and the Express Pass system can reduce long waiting times – albeit at an additional cost. Prices for food and drink are rather high, as is usual in theme parks.

Just want to say thank you to issac (not sure if right name) he was dooing serveys at the entrance and was really helpfull and friendly and answered all questions with a smile and knowledge

Be careful with "Team Members" from Universal, which the universal no and more the same everyone already know, but go from bad to worse. We had the worst experience possible. Today while we were leaving VelociCoaster and at the time of the departure we confused the lockers.... I, my daughter and my niece we passed right, or instead of picking up our belongings, we were informed that as we entered the toy again we could pick up our bags in the locker, until there's all right, because we had the express passes, so that it was already 19h and she had already screamed so much that I thought she was talking out of her and back to ask for help to a team menbers and in this a person uniformed with VelociCoaster's clothes started screaming saying that we could not come back, talking absurd, but I didn't even think she was failing with me, because she was thinking she was talking to someone who was talking to me, and I didn't respond to our problems for 12 years, And she said that if we complained we'd get nothing and she laughed to kick us out of the park. We were all indigent and my niece after much asking.... IMPLORAR came back to pick up our bags, and even so the completely uncontrolled Universal employee did not stop saying that she would kick us off and put us out the base of shoots. It was deplorable the scene of that 1.80m woman shouting with us. I was afraid of her and could only say STOP because she came closer and closer to trying to attack me. In all these years of Universal, since I work with tourism and already lived in Orlando, I have never seen anything so absurd and humiliating. I went to the Guest Service, which yes, heard me and a kiss tchau. The conclusion that I have that is common, and normal. We were our day, our night and leave us with a bad experience. Out of all the shame we've been through. Therefore, beware of these poorly-humored, skeletonized people who work in the park at Universal.

I love it here but I think that they should remove the fast passes as I’ve been waiting for 60 minutes + and all the fast people just walk by nonchalantly like it’s no biggie and it annoys me!!

We had a great day in Universal Park. Knowing that we only had one day we took only the entrance to Island of Adventures Park. The scenery is very well done especially in the part of Pré-au-Lard with the castle of Hogwarts. We were able to do a lot of attractions and particularly enjoyed the Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure. Be careful, however, only very small bags are allowed. Lockers are available outside the attraction but some are charged. I can't wait to get back to the rest of the park.

Universal… velocicoaster changed my life in the best way possible. This is the coaster that got meme into coasters, your the GOAT of theme parks, keep up the great work.

Waste of money. Dont bother if you on holiday go to the other parks.
Went 30 years ago and was wonderful. How things have changed.
Appears they let too many people in and the tides cannot cope, just take your money and push you in.
Cost over £450 each, first day we queued for 3 hours to get on haggard ride, got to front of queue and closed due to fault. Told come back on 1 hr and would get us on, when we returned the person was not there. Spent all day there and got on 3 rides.
2nd visit had done express passes, another waste of money, queue nearly as long but did get on a few more rides.
3rd visit went to epic, another waste of time , upon entry informed queue for Harry Potter ride was 6hours, didn’t want to spend all day queuing do went to circus, again 1.5hr wait to be told it was cancelled. Spent the day just looking around. In total got on about 10 rides over 3days, so about £45 per ride. Won’t return here again.
The other parks better value for money.

This park is incredibly enjoyable. Everything in here is just amazing and I can’t even put the words to describe it. Usually people would thing the old parks would be bad but nothing can beat this park and its experiences there is not one thing in the park that I was complaining about. The vibes there were awesome and my favourite park around. Definitely recommend.

9am being hauled vertically with Abba's Waterloo blaring in your ears as the Rip Ride Rockit tips you over the top is a great way to blow the cobwebs out first thing in the morning, so good you have to do it again before escaping from Gringots and the Mummy all inside the first hour in the park. This was followed up with a trip round New York with Jimmy Fallon, then another visit to the Rip Ride with the rest of the party and a second encounter with Imhotep. The main benefit of the rest of the party turning up was they were able to look after the bags for us rather than having to use the lockers which at $3 a ride to store the rucksack was starting to get pricey. After watching the Blues Brothers show and a spot of lunch we headed to MIB which is one to avoid if you have motion sickness and then the Simpsons ride which is another queeze inducing one. It was at this point and being furthest from the gates that a massive storm hit and the roadways turned into rivers with ponchos being sought from every retailer and the restaurants filling up with park guests trying to stay dry. With no respite in sight we braved the rain and made it back to the main entrance soaked through where the smarter members of the group were able to change into dry gear. Why there is no covered walkways I can't quite fathom but its warm rain as opposed to dreary rain you get in the Uk.

Jsut want to say thank you to the guys at louise restaurant they were verry kind and helpfull and I loved the garlicky knots wich they hand make absolutely brilliant

Hopefully someone will read this and learn.
We’ve been here before but it’s been a long time, over 10 years. Park prices are very high. $340 for two adults for one park for one day. Yikes!!
Even though we came here on a weekday in mid October the park is still very crowded. Wait lines for the rides aren’t extremely long, we waited probably 45 minutes at the most for a ride and did not do the fast pass because we didn’t want to pay any more money than we already did.
The park itself is nice and there’s lots of characters out and about along with some nice attractions like the animal show and the Blues Brothers show.
For food, don’t expect anything reasonable as far as prices are. They also have a drink cup, which you can purchase for around $20 and you’re able to refill it for free throughout the day. Be warned though that they limit The time you can refill the cup as there’s a sensor on the bottom of the cup and you can’t use any other cup than the one you purchased because the machine knows.
We were here eight hours, went to about four rides as there’s a lot of 3-D rides and can get a bit overwhelming at times.
Overall, we had fun, but it is expensive and we will probably never return again as we’ve already experienced this park and it’s just too unaffordable nowadays.

Enjoyed the day at Universal yesterday with the family, Feb 17th 2025. I was blown away by the extent they go through to make everything look as realistic as possible. It had been 24 years since I was last there and my memory is junk so it was all pretty much new for me!
One issue and it was a large one. Getting into the park. We were there at 8:45 and queued up to go through the entrance. Yes, it was a Holiday and more people than normal I was told. There seemed to be a log jam at the very front of the line. After 30 minutes of barely moving people were not happy although hey, it was a beautiful day and we were at the happiest place on earth.
After another 15 minutes of a slow shuffle forward, Disney employees started yelling, yes, yelling at the masses to move all the way to the end. Being in the middle of a crowd most of us had no real idea what to do. So we all shuffled right a few feet and the yelling stopped. Okay, back to waiting.
At 9:44 we reached the front of the line to see that the bottleneck was a photo verification process where each guest was requested to have their electronic picture taken. An extremely slow process which caused much angst for me at least. To make it worse, if you are a resident of Florida you must also produce photo identification to prove that the money you saved is legit. Just another step in an already flawed process.
As an option, you do have the right to opt-out of the photo id request although that can only take place when you are standing there to get your photo shoot. I may be incorrect about the opting-out step and where it can be initialized although I was not much in the mood to learn more.
I expressed to the ticket attendant my displeasure with the process, not being rude or ignorant, understanding that they are simply performing their duties. They expressed to me their apologies and that once inside I would forget all about the wait. He was 100% correct.
Until I woke up this morning.

I would give 5 stars for the rides and the attention to detail that capture the spirit of the movies. Butterbeers were so good. The lines were horrendous during the weekend and it took me almost 2 hours to order and get lunch! Add in the stifling heat, and the overall experience was awful. The lines were unbearably long.
I give customer service 2 stars, barely. Some staff looked disinterested and worst of all, I was yelled at twice by workers on the King Kong ride for stepping in the wrong line. I had 2 kids with special needs and they were condescending and terribly rude. Who does this?! This added to an overall poor experience. Will not be coming back. Our experience at Disney was magical and above and beyond expectations, partly due to happy, engaging and respectful staff.

VIP tour of universal park.
My husband surprised me with a vip tour of the universal park at Orlando, and unfortunately that surprise was very quickly turned into an extremely unpleasant experience. We’ve travelled all the way from the UK as part of her honeymoon and have had a great stay in Orlando, and had left the visit to universal as a way to end a beautiful trip on a high.
We had asked several members of staff for directions to the meeting place for vip tours, and not one member was able to direct us to the correct location.
After several unsuccessful attempts we made the decision to go to guest services, and were greeted by the rudest human I have came across in my life!!
Whilst waiting in the line, Kate from customer services yelled at us to step back behind the door, which we obliged to, even though there are no signs that this should be the case. She then passive aggressively also said that some people have no respect for others privacy. We were then called forward by another member to be dealt with, whilst doing so Kate then yelled that we shouldn’t move forward until asked to do so, and then preceded to speak with the customer she was dealing with to say that we weren’t listening. At this point I did ask what she was saying and she continued to aggressively say that we should only come to counter when called even when I explained that we had been asked to come forward. My husband and I were very taken aback by this and did explain this to the adviser who was dealing with us. When we did this Kate then preceded to shout that we were just annoyed that she had told us to follow instructions and were trying to “incite her”.
We were eventually directed to the correct place, for the vip tour, with Todd our tour guide. Credit to Todd he did help us cheer up and is an absolute delight, however the experience with Kate was absolutely awful and made the whole experience very un enjoyable. Having already bought a 2 weeks pass and an additional vip tour it has been extremely expensive and certainly does not feel very vip!!
It’s also very concerning that such an angry person who lacks patience has been placed in guest services.
I would suggest also that other staff should be trained and educated about new products and experiences you guys offer as lack of knowledge does portray incompetence and looks very unprofessional.

Very dissatisfied with universal Orlando. 5 attractions and 8 hours of queue. A day of lost and $513 to waste. I really don't recommend this park in Orlando! Extremely disappointed. And in addition no place in my tail to land (more than 4 hours of waiting on Hagrid without being able to sit down, just scandalous).

I’ve been to universal studios and islands of adventure once before and it’s amazing. the only annoying part was that my mom wanted to go on the cat in the hat, while me on the other hand wanted to go on the Incredible Hulk!😂 the queues were pretty long but it was amazing. I’m going tomorrow and I can’t wait!

I would say that the universal park in comparison to islands of adventure is slightly boring for older people. I had lots of fun here when I was a child and think children would still feel like this now, but it doesn’t feel like there is as much to do in this park and a lot of attractions seem dated and in need of a refurbishment! I enjoyed Diagon Alley a lot though and that was a real highlight to the whole day - it is clever and so immersive which is great for a Harry Potter fan!

Universal Orlando should be absolutely ashamed of how they treat disabled guests especially autistic children.
My daughter is autistic (Level 2 ASD) with Tourette Syndrome. She has a fully established AAP profile from our last visit in 2023, when Universal’s accessibility program actually worked. This year, the program is completely broken discriminatory, misleading, and emotionally damaging for families who depend on disability support.
We had a 1 PM appointment at Guest Services. The employee “Chris” immediately lied and claimed Universal never offered the accommodations we used in 2023. When we corrected them, they changed their story proving they either didn’t know their own policy or were intentionally misrepresenting it.
After wasting over 30 minutes of our day, Universal informed us that they removed the ability for autistic guests to use a reasonable accommodation. Instead, they now offer a so-called “return time” system that STILL forces a child with autism to stand in lines, endure crowds, and wait in environments that trigger sensory overload which defeats the entire purpose of an accommodation.
This is NOT an accommodation.
This is NOT ADA-aligned.
This is NOT autism-friendly.
This is a downgraded system disguised as policy, and it puts disabled families at a clear disadvantage.
The new AAP caused my daughter distress that the old system prevented. Instead of help, we received misinformation, rudeness, and a complete lack of empathy. Universal advertises inclusion but delivers the opposite.
For the amount of money families pay to be here, and the expectations Universal created based on their former AAP system, this was a violation of trust. It ruined our day, created stress for our daughter, and showed that Universal prioritizes crowd management over basic disability rights.
Universal has taken a massive step backward in accessibility, transparency, and compassion. Their AAP program no longer meets the needs of autistic guests and does not reflect what they promise the public.
Until Universal restores reasonable accommodations not watered-down policies that do not help disabled children I strongly advise families with autistic or disabled children to think twice before visiting.
Universal Orlando: We deserve acknowledgment, accountability, and corrective action. Families like mine deserve MUCH better than this.

I honestly thought it would all be a bit naff but it was so much better than I expected. The Harry Potter area is incredible (the gringrotts ride is one of the best things I’ve ever been on). I loved the mummy ride, the blues brothers show, simpsons area and ride, and Jimmys New York ride. Don’t bother with the men in black ride it is utterly terrible. Great food and drink options throughout. What’s great is it isn’t very big so you can get round it at a leisurely pace.

This was our first visit to Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Resort Orlando. We purchased our passes online, including an early admission ticket which gave us 3 hours extra to enjoy the park during the day time ahead of the main event.
After many visits to Universal Studios Florida over the last 30 years, it was great to see it in a different light (Mon Oct 30, 2024). There was a jovial atmosphere and when it got dark it was as creepy as hell thanks to the Scare Actors, sound effects, smoke and lighting!
Thanks to our Early Scream Tickets, which enabled us to get into the park at 2:45pm, we enjoyed a leisurely look around the park and took in a few rides before the horde of HHN ticket holders march en masse through the entrance gates at 6pm:

We bravely passed through the 5 Scare Zones several times throughout the night. We remained on the road, interacting with the creatures, whilst those too scared travelled along the sidewalks where there was no interaction. We jumped out of our skins many times! The Swamp of the Undead, near the E.T. Adventure ride, was the scariest Scare Zone thanks to the road being narrow and enveloped in fog and mist - it felt like a real zombie invasion!
Almost all park guests were well behaved and respectful to the Scare Actors throughout the night. We did see one guest shout “boo” behind a monster, making her jump. She quickly pointed him out to a uniformed colleague who went after the guest, presumably to reprimand him.
We were surprised and impressed to see many deputies from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office stationed around the park, keeping everyone safe. What an unusual assignment for them! The Universal security team were highly visible too in bright yellow shirts. The event was well staffed and well organised.
Out of the 10 ‘haunted houses’, we managed to visit 7 of them and caught the 11pm circus show, which was incredible - we didn’t know where to look as the stage was engulfed in fire while stunts and magic were performed right in from of us. It was well worth the ache in our feet during the wait for seats in the old Fear Factor stadium:

The quality of the HHN haunted houses was high and while you were only in them for around 4 minutes, they were all worth the wait.
The wait times were fairly accurate and we gave the Insidious, The Quiet Place and Goblin Feast houses a miss as their waits were well over an hour. We did notice that some guests had paid for VIP access, branded as ‘RIP’, plus there was Express lines, which only added on to the wait for the regular guests.
FOOD, DRINK & MERCHANDISE
We spent a small fortune throughout the visit on food, drink and merchandise. Stupidly, for the majority of the day we had only consumed sugar - Voodoo doughnuts, syrupy coffees, Blue Moons in Hard Rock, a s’more - so come 6:30pm we were well and truly ready for some actual food.
👍 We particularly enjoyed the Ghostbusters Stay-Puft S’mores and the now-famous HHN Pizza Fries!
👎 We had disappointing burgers from Richter’s Burger Co. Bland and dry!
🦈 It was fun to have an Ocean Attack cocktail from the renovated Chez Alcatraz, as the bartender recreated the JAWS shark attack with a puppet and grenadine syrup.
🎃 All HHN merchandise was reduced by an impressive 70% and we had to seriously resist, as we had no luggage on this trip. We did give in to the scary Chucky popcorn bucket which was reduced from $39.99 to $15.99. Perfect for a Halloween decoration next year!

I'll start with this: I discovered on site and too late that Universal offers a show with animals. The use of animals for human entertainment is wrong and doesnt have its place there, nor anywhere else.
As for the rest of my experience: attractions are good, lots of ride simulators, but the entrance fee is way too expensive (150$ that day) and on top of that you pay 32$ to park your car...

Last time I was here was about 12 years ago when I was in town for a conference and we ate along the City Walk a couple of times. Came back this time for a gala at the Hard Rock. Last time I was in the park was probably 20 years ago and this place has gotten a lot bigger and busier, seems like the anti-Disney, all the way down to soda as the “Mouse drinks Coke” and they don’t here. It’s OK, but they have amp’d up security everywhere due to all the inappropriate teens and young adults coming here, exhibiting their poor upbringing and bad manners.

The management at this place is terrible. They kicked out a guy in a wheelchair that was just trying to make some fans happy. If your very optimistic about staff/management. Do NOT go to this place.

Poxa, I don't even need to say how good this park is, nor do you talk about the Russian mountains, the only thing I have to say about the universal is: MAKE AN EXPERIENCE THERE AND THEN THANK ME

We did Universal today and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. The staff members we encountered were all extremely rude with the exception of the ones with characters. Many of the employees were paying zero attention to their lines and kids were just running through express pass lanes. The tickets were booked in my name and we didn’t have any issues getting into IOA this morning, rode the Hogwarts Express twice with no issues and then went to get into US and suddenly it was a major issue. We had to wait while someone came and changed the names on my husband and son’s tickets before we could get in. I will say we had character experiences wi th scooby and gang and sponge bob and those were fine. Many rides were down today. We got to the park at 8am for 9am park opening (didn’t have early access which was fine and we knew) and rode two rides the entire day. We ended up just leaving.

I stayed at Hard Rock that gave me that gorgeous queues. I can't even explain how much that changes the experience. I found the park much better than when I visited in 2011, and it wasn’t just because of the new Harry Potter area. I'm saying Orlando's best simulators are in Universal's parks. And it's a park full of them. If you are the type who is afraid of Russian mountains and these more radical things, this is a park where you will enjoy a lot, because of the simulators. I highly recommend you buy the park to park ticket to take the train from Hogwarts which is very ball show.

Calling it a playground is limiting, you immerse yourself in a world. So many games and shows they deserve as much as games. For two days about 400 euros each and you do not stop there, you have to eat, you will not be able not to buy some gadgets. Amazing world harry potter, village and shops rebuilt identical. I loved King kong, blues brothers, stunt man show and harry train that takes you to my favorite island

Rides kept breaking down and the universal express pass was ridiculously expensive (it costed more than our park tickets). Despite having the Universal express passes there were very few rides where we were given priority and still ended up waiting.
Also some of the rides we wanted to go on were delayed due to issues. This was very annoying.
I have been to Universal several times before Covid, however this time was a big disappointment and we will never come back.

To be quite frank this place was as expected a fairly overpriced been there done that experience. Like who really comes back to these places year after year….really? Lots of strange looking adults who never matured or seem like they are missing a few screws. Save your money and just say at really nice hotel instead …you will thank me later.

This is a good park. Some of the rides were good like the Egyptian Mummy ride and Harry Potter Escape from Gringgnots. I think there are too many 3D rides though. This universal park is probably better for kids than Islands of Adventure. But older kids and most adults Islands of adventure is really good. We went to Krusty Burger for lunch it was good. I loved the stunt show too. This park is good if it is a bad day for weather 🌦️.

Great for all ages. My 10 year old up to my 18 year old nephew all had a great time. Mostly motion simulators but they can get moving. Transformers and the Simpsons were everyone's favorites. The Simpsons area is fun to walk through and see the local spots from the show. Lines moved quickly, longest wait was an hour.

The views are amazing. The rides are well themed. Lots of restaurants. This park needs more roller coasters and thrill rides.

Excellent place to spend it with the family. One day is not enough to see just a park by the long lines but it is still worth it.
Recommendations buy tickets on the web are up to 100us cheaper
There is a lot of organization in the parking lots and super fast security check in.
recommendation arrive early and buy two days two parks.

You can save yourself the money. They're just rip-offs and nothing to bid on. Pure boredom. Don't come back. Food highly calorific and miserable, extremely expensive, fries cost five dollars!

This was one of the most underwhelming yet frustrating day trips I ever got the opportunity to experience. Starting at the line outside of the parking garage, we spent 2.5 hours just trying to get into the park and we prepurchas3d the tickets! There was no order to the lines to get through the turntables to actually enter, causing guests to get frustrated and annoyed before entering. Then the lines were outrageous, you could purchase the fast pass but the amount of rides in the park does not justify the insanely high cost of the express add on. For example my ticket was $150 and to add the express was an additional $200+. Just truly disappointed.

Been to universal 4 times in last 15 days got there early .got on 5 rides before 11am after 11 was busy wait times for bigger rides were 40/90 mins done everything we planned to do and more

We had high hopes but it was extremely hot without a lot of shade. Hour waits for rides first thing in the morning. 159.00 for not a lot. The ET ride was so dated and underwhelming. Floridians have a lot of speeding truck drivers. Freeways don’t feel safe. Won’t be coming back.!!! California Universal is so much better.

The place is getting old and out of seven rides five were broken. Lineups with 2 hours long which is ridiculous. It's better to go to the beach, no line up there. When we complained they gave us two rides speed passes and they were not accepted at the rides that we wanted to go on once they fixed two of the five broken rides. So I left us with two rides and at $150 that was $75 a ride absolutely ridiculous. One of the rides which was the Harry Potter ride broke down while we were upside down. It kept restarting and putting us in different positions on our sides on our fronts and breaking down again All in one ride. It took 30 minutes for us being stuck to getting off the ride by reversing the ride back to the beginning slowly. Go to six flags it's way better.

We went to Universal Studios on Monday and had a very bad experience — I do not recommend it at all. My wife and I went specifically to visit the Simpsons World, and the ride was closed, which was very disappointing.
Later, we were on the Jimmy Fallon ride, and all of a sudden the ride stopped, and we got stuck with our seat belts on. No one could get out, and the doors wouldn’t open. No one from the staff or security team came, and people started getting very anxious. We were stuck for around 30 minutes, and everyone was getting desperate because we had no idea what was going on.
I had a terrible experience because my wife started crying from the anxiety. After more than half an hour, they finally managed to get us out. The next day, I called Universal to report what happened, and they told me they couldn’t do anything — they would just take note of it, but that was it.
This really upset me because we traveled a long way, spent a lot of money, and planned this trip over a year in advance, only to have such a bad experience — and they didn’t want to offer any kind of solution. I absolutely do not recommend it.

The roller coasters, theme rides and the vibe is amazing. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is even more stunning than in any other Universal Studios theme park. Definitely spend there as much time as you can, buying the fast track pass saves you a lot of it.

The experience was trilling. Perfect for a family visit with lots of exciting rides. We did the two parks in one day; Universal Studios Resort and Universal Studios.
Because of the wait time for some rides, we were not able to properly explore all the options/rides available. My recommendation is one park per day.

Universal Studios was a thrilling, never to forget experience full with world-class ride and immersive themed attractions. The park is well-organized and spacious, making it easy to navigate between its many themed areas, each filled with food and drink options to suit all tastes. From quick snacks to sit-down meals, there's always something nearby to keep you fueled for adventure. A cheap alternative is to take your own pack lunch in and you can eat on the move/que so you can get on more rides, water fountains are located around the park too.
A highlight is the Jurassic Park area, where guests can explore lush, prehistoric
landscapes and take on exciting rides like the Jurassic Park River Adventure & Velociraptor
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is a standout, with detailed, atmospheric streets, shops like Ollivanders, and rides like Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey that truly transport visitors into the magical universe.
Fans of The Simpsons will love Springfield.a vibrant, comical recreation complete u iconic eateries like Krusty Burger and N Tavern. But the Hulk, Transformers, Minions, Fast & Furious, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit & MIB all deserve a mention too
With so many attractions and experiences catering to all ages, it gets very busy. So at time you will wait a good spell of time for the rides but with the interactive Que areas your kids are kept occupied. You can hire strollers but it’s approx $20 per day, a lot cheaper to go to Walmart and buy a Disney buggy for $30!

My first visit. Initially a little underwhelmed as it is dated but then we got to the Simpsons area which, for a fan like me, was awesome. Then we got to see Homer walking down the street and got a photo. That made my holiday.
But it was pure luck we saw him.
Great to see the Blues Brothers too and the parade was fantastic. Still have good memories of the day, though not sure it is worth a return visit.

THIS IS NOT TEH PLACE TO GO IF YOU ARE SCARED OF HEIGHTS!!!!
I went here and I threw up on one of the rides because it was very very very scary
velioscoster.

We visited here as a family of 8 including 3 grandkids under 10 years old. I was last here with my 2 youngest kids over 20 years ago and it was nice to see some familiar sites within the park as well as so many new ones. Our favourite was always Men in Black and we managed to ride this twice with very short waiting time. The Harry Potter sets were amazing and well worth a visit on their own. Once inside the Park was not too crowded, but the usual hassles of car park queues, security queues and park entrance queues are why I have graded as only 4 stars. A more streamlined entry would definitely enhance the experience- especially at the prices charged.

Great park with amazing theming. You honestly feel like you are in a film set in some areas. The Bourne Identity show is a must see! There seemed to be a lot of simulator rides in this park and I'd say Disney is better for people who are not fans of rides

This is the park for movie aficionados! I enjoyed the streetscapes even though I didn't recognize all the shops/buildings. Some rides like the Mummy and MIB seem dated, but I enjoyed the nostalgia factor. Being able to do a meet and greet with a Transformer was cool.

So firstly the parks could be brilliant and have so much potential but unfortunately they did not live up to expectation for us.
Universal studios
We arrived early to ride Harry Potter the Forbidden Journey. We were guided all the way through the castle and queues to the gift shop! Turns out the rides broke and nobody bothered to tell us.
We headed to Jurassic park the kids wanted to ride Pterandodon Flyers 15 min queue time quickly turned into 60 minute.
We then headed to Reign of Kong, queued for an hour and it broke down whilst we were riding and had to be evacuated. We got one ride complimentary fast pass.
Headed to Dudley do rights ripsaw falls that was broke down. We did ride the rapids though and that was fun! Went for lunch paid $70 for three meals and an incredibly rude cashier who stopped me mid order to have a 5 minute conversation with someone else.
Headed over to Hollywood studios went on minions with the fast pass, we still queued for 30 mins and it wasn’t worth it.
Went on villain con that broke too.
Finished in Simpsons land it was ok.
Chose to spend our last day at Epic Universe, what a mistake!
Nintendo land looks amazing but was crazy busy. The rollercoast was broken down and the two rides had wait times of 80 and 245mins. We had a fast pass for our nephew they told us to come back at 3pm, we couldn’t use the pass for anything else in the mean time and it only halved the wait time.
We headed over to Isle of Berk three rides again, wait times of over 180 minutes for the three rides. We booked the roller coaster and headed to Ministry of Magic. The ride wait time was 210 minutes, not happening with young children.
We had lunch and went back to our booked time-slot for the rollercoaster at Isle of Berk. After a 30 minute conversation queue the ride broke down and we had to leave. At this point we headed to guest services to lodge a complaint and were placed in a huge queue of people. We gave up and headed home.
Universal studios could be great but long queues, rides not working rude staff and generally run down and tatty park areas left me unimpressed.
Epic Universe - I feel I have been robbed. The price of the ticket that I only have one day to use and the long wait times mean it’s impossible to do it all if any. Universal put you in a position where you have to pick maybe 2/3 decent rides because the queues are so long or pay them even more money for a fast pass which isn’t really that fast. To expect people to wait over three hours for rides is crazy and quite frankly wrong especially with younger children.
The price I paid for the tickets and the experience didn’t match up at all and I left thinking ‘wow I could have gone on a weekend European break for the price of that.’
Hopefully others go more prepared and they have a better experience than we did.

Everything was nice. Price and service balanced. Nice abd quick service.
We are totally pleased with this experience. We will return.

Universal has to compete with Disney, I have no doubts. Minions, Harry Potter and Simpsons make it semi unbeatable.
The loose is perhaps the organization of restaurants or food courts. Hard to get anything decent and at a good price.

The good: Islands of Adventure is beautiful, Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade and the Castle are breathtaking. Very well done on the sets, anrchitecture and styling. Dinner at Leaky Cauldron was fantastic - best meal I’d had in a few weeks. My picky nine year old loved hers (and it wasn’t a burger, pizza, or mac and cheese, so this is saying something). Leaky Cauldron staff were amazing.
The bad: Immediately I felt like something was off seeing the thousands of people on a weekday, on a non-holiday week, in the slow season. We had all had the same idea. Not Universal’s fault the park is popular. What I do feel is square on their shoulders is the lack of capping capacity. They say they manage attendance and visitors, but it’s too high, period. It’s actually insulting. On every ride we waited on, multiple people were shocked at the fact we were traversing through 8 different rooms and sections - sometimes more - and miles of queue - before reaching the ride. You go through this downward spiral of emotions - excitement for the ride, then realizing it’s far worse than it looked, since, around the corner are miles of queue you can’t see. You have waited already now and hate to disappoint your party. As it drags on room after room after room after room, you begin feeling trapped and reaching for the Xanax. Sometimes you’re literally in a 6ft wide by 8ft high cave that goes on for over a mile it seems and is beyond the negligent level for claustrophobia even in a normal person without severe claustrophobia, and a fire hazard disaster par none. Your kids then have to go to the bathroom two or three hours into the line, and there is no bathroom in these tunnel vision experiences of doom. The kids are panicking, they need to go, but they’ve waited so long, it’s a mess. You then come to the realization that’s obvious - they’ve chosen this. The park has clearly built this torture maze and has normalized it because they want and or need these crowd levels. It’s abject greed. I went when I was a kid in the 90s and it was nothing like this. We thought one room of lines was bad. Try 8 rooms. Some had more. It’s an insult to their customers and I’ll never go back. THREE QUARTERS of the Wizarding World rides were down today, on top of ALL of Jurassic (both of which are what we came for). We couldn’t move in Hogsmeade, and Diagon Alley was so bad we couldn’t get in most of the shops- people were in line just to GET IN A SHOP. It was 45 degrees out, but the ice cream line trailed out of the shop because of the masses they had allowed in. There’s no real crowd / attendance limit, so, beware. Don’t count on Express passes either, we stood side by side with Express passers who waited over an hour still and the passes don’t even apply to several rides. This can be fixed if they want. But they want this at a cattle herding scale.

Very funny!
We were able to get on several attractions, everything flowed, it was a good day although the heat was scary but well that is something that does not control Universal.
Lots of laughs...

A great park, with great attractions. Better organized than disney (fewer rows), ideal for teenagers. The simpson sector spectacular. Harry Potter's is always full.

A lot of simulators rides. Got very tired of the rudeness by staff, nothing like Disney which was a totally different level of politeness. Universal really should invest in their training more

we arrived for our annual holiday and headed to the parks as usual doing studios first it was not to busy average i would say Halloween horror nights were underway on select evenings ( Wednesday thru Sunday) last visited in march. i will start by saying with the opening of epic universe universal in there wisdom have decided to flood all their shops with merch from epic
we went to studios 5 or 6 times getting progressively busier until the impossible last weekend when it was mental ques etc just check the times you go it may be American holidays Halloween horror nights was a blast not as good as previous but still a nice change ( note this ia a separately ticketed event)
lots of small bits needed doing ie repairs at minor locations the parade had a few omissions no raptors or jaws floats like earlier in the year (cutbacks again?) by the end of the holiday it was cancelled because construction walls were placed across the road blocking the route
while there rip ride rocket was being demolished to make way for a new coaster

I would give 0 star for customer service from a food stand.
All other park experience is 4 stars.(the reason not making it to 5 stars as there were so crowed, long wait on many popular item. )
Our family of 4 visited one of your food stands on our second day in Universal Studio.
My son enjoyed the refillable cup on the first day so he wants it again on the second day.
Not until we just paid full price of $18.99(with tax $20.22) and were waiting for your staff to hand over the cup and receipt. My husband asked if there would be a better price if we already have a cup from the first day? And your staff confirmed that “we only need to pay $12/ before tax. Thus we asked to adjust the payment right away ( either refund the first full price payment and charge $12 or adjust the original payment to $12).
He said he couldn’t do it , he had to wait for the manager for authorization and he indicated that he texted his manager. So we were waiting and waiting on the stand on this hot and humid day…. We have been very patient but up to a point we feel no one cares about us or does anything.
I asked Ricky, is your manager coming ? He said he had no response from the manager , not only that , he was never trying to resolve the problem while we were waiting for long. So 30 mins past , I checked again and nothing happened and not even with any progress, I told Ricky , I want the receipt that I paid for full price . We are really not paying hundreds to waste our time here. I will file a claim later. Even though I said so, he still kept me waiting for another 10+ mins ( even other customers reached out to me and wanted to know what happened as they noticed us standing there for a long time ). So at the end of the day , we still paid full price, not the $12 that we are qualified for. And we waited for over 40 mins suffering from the heat for NOTHING!
Here are issues for your attention:
1. Staff Ricky didn't make efforts to help but only asked us to wait forever.
2. Any shop should be able to reverse the transaction and why this specific staff, Ricky, cannot do it - either do refund or adjust the payment.( It is always possible that your staff may make a mistake on charging customers or customers make a mistake on their order,as well. Shouldn’t staff be capable of managing the change /correction ?
3. If only the manager can do such a payment adjustment or refund, why did it take such a long time for the customer, especially during peak season in summer ?( we waited for over 40 mins but nothing happened, so I doubt how much longer it would take to get a manager's response and even if the manager would come to help ? ) it is too ridiculous for Universal Studio as such a high end and pricey theme park to provide this poor service.
4. If a customer can use an existing cup( which is great for the environment too ) to get a better price of $12, why not let the customer know at the first place so that we don’t have to suffer the price adjustment processes in our case.(not until we asked or we will never know this deal)
Some customers who saw us waiting for a long time highly recommended that we should reach out to you guys to explain the whole thing , as it was so wrong! They would be frustrated like we do.
I am sharing my experience here, as I hope other travelers would not waste their time waiting for something like this as you will have to spend tons of time on waiting for rides .(If I knew it took so much time, I shouldn't trust your staff and wait there.)
I am attaching the food stand, our receipt, the staff name and coupon for your reference.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon!
Thanks!
Sincerely,
Ling

My annual pass was supposed to end in February 2025. After 4 months, I discovered that it had been renewed without any kind of notification from Universal. Even without having used the pass and without knowing about the renewal, I was charged 2 months at once 4 months later on my account. After sending emails and calling, the response I got was that they will not refund the amounts charged.
Be aware of the expiration of your passes. If you do not want to renew, even change your bank card, because they will not refund your money under any circumstances. Of course, I will dispute these with my bank.

Universal Florida, is going thru growing pains, as the two older parks update they are still way better than Epic Universe. To really enjoy Universal and Islands of adventure, you really need a Park to Park ticket, just to be able to ride the train for Harry Potter. Also an Express pass is a must, just to really enjoy the park and not wait in lines for ever. Also note that end of August must be Hurricane and Rain season because it rains a lot in Florida. Universal, is a great park, you start off with Minions ride, never gets old. Then ride Jimmy Fallon, first time riding, it was pretty good, as last time we were here it was the Tornado attraction. Over to Transformers, never gets old, good ride, but the video should be updated to 8K, ride is showing it’s age. Revenge of the Mummy all 4 times we were there it was down or in line and went down, gave up on it. Fast & Furious ride, just skip it not worth the time. Harry Potter Diagon alley, awesome to experience this land, take your time. Leaky Cauldron one of the best park food restaurants. Men in black, in my opinion ride it once and you are done. Simpson land is fun, the ride always a fun ride. ET is a nostalgia ride, as one of the oldest rides in the park, still good to ride even by today’s standards. Then go back to ride the Hogwarts Express, each way to the park is a different experience. Wear comfortable shoes, buy their water cups as it makes sense since you and your family will be there for a few days, and they have stations to refill ice thru the park. We were lucky we got to ride Rip Ride coaster one last time on its last day.

The old standard-bearer for the company is still a good park But, after visiting it once before many years ago, not much has changed. Fear Factor is gone and nothing has replaced it. The Revenge of the Mummy is still the best ride there. Of course, there's Harry Potter section. Fast and Furious is still garbage. But, the Minions will make you laugh. After all these years, E.T. is still going back to home to help his planet. Problem: in six years, little has been added.
Epic Universe has cost $7 billion dollars, with reports that the Harry Potter ride there took almost a billion dollars. But, the standard-bearer of the company looks tired and forgotten. Instead of wasting (yes, read my experience at Epic) such money, the company should have revitalized this park--at least with an additional billion.
Smaller children will enjoy the park more than teens,

From crazy super funooooo it's amazing the experience every well-kept attraction is something you couldn't explain with words I would recommend 100×100

The Harry Potter ride was awesome! The theming across the park was insane and very immersive, would definitely recommend.

We had a great day at the park but the lines were insane. But to some degree that is expected. What gave them a horrible rating was when my friend tripped in a dark pathway and fell into a nearby employee. Neither of them fell or were hurt and my friend immediately apologized , but the employee started screaming that my 5 foot tall friend had "hit" her and it hurt. She called over her manager who told my friend to be " more aware of her surroundings because touching an employee is inappropriate. One woman falling into another woman by accident does not deserve a reprimand. We were afraid the manager was going to kick us out of the park. Ruined the whole trip. That employee was insane and the manager was just as reactionary. Definitely not Disney.

I have attended the last 18 years of Halloween Horror Nights. Always have had a great time. I usually spend 4-5 days...stay on site at either the Hard Rock or Portofino. The location of the Hotels is what you pay for...however this year, they're rate hikes may keep me from going for the first time in 18 years... just for the principle. The hotels are not Hawaii resorts!! Yet they ask some 4 digit rates, (they've increased their rates 40-90% vs. last year) crazy.
Anyway...the parks are great, Citywalk is fun with good restaurants...highly recommend Universal. If you go to Horror Nights...splurge on the Express Passes, they may seem expensive but if you go on a Friday or Saturday...you will soooo love having them!!

This park had a few things I could do. I cannot ride the rides as I get sick. My favorite thing was the Jason Bourne adventure. I also enjoyed seeing the Blues Brothers but the show wasn't very long. Husband enjoyed many rides and we were there about 5 hours. Very costly to be able to do what I did. Won't go back due to cost factor and not near as many shows as I thought there would be. Hoped to see more than we did.

This is a tip that may be known about the lockers you have to use to stow your stuff before getting on the rides. If you are doing a child swap for a large coaster or aggressive ride, you do not need to stow your items in a locker which will save you time. The person waiting with the young chid can just hold the items or in some cases my wife didn’t want to ride at all but still waited in the family room with the child and bags and then we just left.

I visited the two Universal parks with my family at the end of August.
Unlike my experience at Epic, which I found absolutely disastrous, my experience at these two parks was absolutely positive.
The parks are well-organized, and it's very easy to find places to refill your water supply, which is extremely difficult at Disney parks.
The attractions are objectively well-made, and the confusion and associated wait times were acceptable (if you can, stay at Universal hotels to get the Express Pass included).
I must say that the days spent at these two parks were absolutely enjoyable.
Perhaps because of their setting, the Harry Potter areas are the most beautiful.
I have to say, an absolute highlight.
The option of getting free lockers before entering certain attractions is wonderful (in the Disney parks, I only saw it at the entrance).
The internal signage is excellent.
Just as I gave Epic one star, I give these parks 5 stars.
Highly recommended, and perhaps even better than the Disney ones, for those with children who are already teenagers.

Very nice experience, but the queue times kinda ruin everything. The best ride imo is the Transformers one, and I wish all the simulation ones were like that, but they were kinda bad and samey. Excited for the new park!

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Universal Studios Orlando. The staff’s demeanor was unprofessional, and the overall cleanliness of the park was severely lacking.
Nearly every restroom we used was unhygienic, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout much of the park.
Additionally, the animatronics on nearly every ride we experienced appeared to be in disrepair, which diminished the overall experience.
Unless the park undergoes significant improvements in both maintenance and guest services, I do not see myself returning in the future.

What an experience this was!
I had a great time with my family in this park. Lots of things to do and didn’t really had to wait a lot in line for the attractions. I know that it isn’t really cheap and maybe not completely worth all that money but definitely something that you need to experience yourself once’s. I don’t think I wouldn’t go there again because I’ve seen everything already but I’m sure happy that I’ve been here.

We could not get on any Harry Potter rides due to it either being stopped (delayed) or a 3 hour wait! A lot of rides were delayed. Qued for over a hour before being told this over the tanoy! It was the same at the new epic as well! Food is dismal and the merchandise extortionate (bought 2 wands 1 was 90 dollars the other 60 dollars. People with lightening passes walked straight on to the rides This was very disheartening. We spent 15000 altogether on our virgin holiday, so could not justify spending extra for front line passes (my grandchildren waited 2 years for this holiday.) it was also 38/39 degrees.
Universal need to do a rethink, as it was an endurance rather than a holiday which was not what we expected. Totally ruined thus part of our hiliday.

Having been to florida many times and visiting Disney in May, we decided to give Universal a revisit ( not been for 10 yrs) several aspects were very dissapointing, first thing having only online map and guide. Ok if local and good with tech.....having to constantly look at our phone, found this very annoying and inaccesssbke as were lots of the rides, steps galore.
However the thing that is most annoying and actually made me very angry was the bag issue. Firstly the lockers, mine was over run with cockroaches, but more so, rode the Harry Potter and the forbidden journey twice, first time with a small bag ( back pack, which i put over my shoulder). 2nd time was told my bag not allowed, when i said i had literally just ridden, was basically told i was lying, policy was no backpacks and we had to go and put the bag in a locker ( which took about 10 extra mins and hassle) prior to this saw x3 staff along queue, as we had fast pass, not one raised it as an issue. Might be helpful if the staff member at the entrsnce said something. Or even better, that its on the sign with conditions/ info at ride entrance. We checked and there is no mention of back packs or bags......absolutly ridiculous and extremely annoying. I wont be visiting again in the forsesble...Disney do it so much better .

Unless you have kids that limit you to going during Spring Break, I'd pick a different set of dates, as the parks are packed. Also, as of this review, general parking costs $32, and they take cash or card. As for the parks and rides, all fun, and some pretty rough for some of us not-so-young people (Like the Hulk, or the big drop). The raptor ride was intense, and that's about my top level of tolerance. You're provided lockers (at no cost), to store EVERYTHING in your pockets, because you will lose it otherwise, so don't take a lot of large items in the park if you want to ride some of these roller coaster rides. One particular show, the Bourne Stuntacular, was really worth seeing. Very impressive setup and execution. The sets, and interactions between live and background were almost seamless. ET was a nice calm ride. For several other rides, expect to get wet. Plenty of restaurants and snack bars throughout, as well as stores selling t-shirts, hats, etc. Take a picture of where you park, so you can find it when you leave. One thing to note, a 2-day, park hopping ticket is cheaper than paying for a one day ticket. It's much more expensive to get a fast pass, but worth it if you're going during a busy break period, or holiday. Overall, a really fun time...and my personal opinion, the California Universal park is better...just my opinion of course.

We booked a 2 week holiday to Universal studios, Islands of Aventure and Volcano Bay with 3 park passes. We had saved for over 4 years for that once in a lifetime holiday to celebrate getting engaged. I cannot cope with big crowds of people so requested dates that the school children would be back at school and the parks a bit quieter. We are both huge Harry Potter fans so we were very excited to go.
The day we arrived the hotel staff were amazing and helpful. First few days in the parks was also really good fun. However, we were informed that at the weekends the parks would be closing earlier for the middle school children to come to the parks from 6pm. That we did not really have a problem with as long as we could spend the day without all the crowds. Should add we did not expect it to close every weekend if our trip for this. What greeted us was hundreds and I mean hundreds of Middle School children running riot with no adult supervision. I use a walking stick and they were pushing me out the way and some even kicked my stick. They had no regard for people who had been queuing for quite some time and just pushed there way to the front ignoring those already in the line. The staff also let them get away with it. We were told they would only be in there from 6pm after the park had closed to the public and hotel guests, however, they were there from the morning. We paid a lot of money for our tickets and hotel and felt that we were second rate to the school children. And as stated not a teacher in sight to control them.
A lot of the staff were actually really nice, whereas most were miserable and even rolled there eyes and huffed when we asked for so much as a drink, others would not even say hello or even acknowledge us.The food was extortionate, and the breakfast in the Leaky cauldron was tasteless and cold and definitely not an English breakfast (from the UK)
We paid for a premium hotel which ended up with conferences the entire time of our stay. They were noisy and loud and we were woken up several times with them talking louldly to each other when they were stood next to each other and the children with them were running up and down the hallways knocking on doors.
We paid for a 3 day photo pass, thinking we could use one a day for each park. We started with Volcano bay and checked our photos on the Tapu watch and saw the ones taken. When asked how do we get the copies for download the man behind the photo booth told us he did not do that there to go to the concierge desk and they would be able to give me printed ticket to gain access to our photos. This we did but they then told us they did not do that there and told us to go back to photo guy. This happened several times until I got a little upset that no one seemed to know what they were doing. As stated we had checked on the watch and wanted to get those photos. The photo station man just looked confused and tapped away on his computer, made me tap the watch to obtain the pictures. What he added was photos of empty flumes and photos of other people and not us.
I tried to get this rectified but we were palmed off to different people who eventually then sent us to guest services. They told us no, we would need to go back to VB to get this sorted. Anywho, we ended up paying for a 3 day pass only to receive effectively 2 days, as we needed to spend the other days at US and IOA.
And last but by no means least, we did the early access to IOA for hagrids motorbike ride but kept getting an announcement of "we are experiencing technical problems and our technicians are looking in to the problem" this happened almost every day with several of the big rides and also the hogwarts express, so early access was a complete waste of time. I would have thought that a company as big as Universal they would at least have the rides working and check before anyone entered the parks. I was also aggressively threatened by a guest in the cue for Hagrids for mentioning I was fed up of people using there children to jump the cue/hold a places for many family member making everyone else's wait so much longer. After that happened I would not go back in the parks.
Wish we had not wasted our hard saved money on this holiday. We were thinking we would also spend our honeymoon there but after the last 2 weeks we would never ever come back.

Just a downright awful experience. Spent 8hrs between both parks and was only able to ride 3 rides. Universal did not accommodate a member of our party that has a disability and we left multiple queues due to the long lines. We were also advised to buy Express which was over $300 per person, but that was sold out. Guest satisfaction and comfort means nothing to Universal and I feel like that goes double for those with disabilities. I will never return to any Universal park and will tell everyone I meet during my travels to never go there. Similar prices as Disney with 0% of Disney's customer service.

Amazing parks.
We were only in Orlando for one week before travelling around Florida so we did both parks in one day and got Fast Pass too.
It was a bit rushed but we went on everything. The Hagrid Motorcycle ride broke down but they gave us red passes to try again later (Fast Pass can't be used on it) and it was brilliant. Even better, we were at the front.
Favourite ride was Hagrid's and the Velocicoaster which went on five times.
A fantastic day!

Terrible place.... DON'T GO!!
Total rip-off (you won't believe the final price).
Old and tired (some 'rides' are over 30 years old and feel it).
So crowded and HUGE waits.
Parking costs are extortionate.
Staff don't care
All negative reviews get the same AI generated response.
Endless breakdowns.
This place is owned by Comcast and they REALLY don't care if you have a good day......it's just Money, money money.
Now let's see the meaningless AI standard response from Universal!!!

Great experience, a lot to do and the admissions fee is pricey.
It’s ridiculous when writing a review and you are forced to write a huge story, I just wanted to have a captivate 1 line sentence but I can’t and now I have to write how I feel about the process.

We are from Australia so we decided to spend 2 weeks and do both Disney and Universal. We found Disney an amazing experience, everything was so convenient and easy for a family to navigate. I have 4 kids including a baby and I was able to go on so many rides and attractions with her in a carrier or on my lap.
Unfortunately, Universal was disappointing. I couldn't enjoy anything with my baby on my lap at all. My older kids love roller coasters which is why we bought tickets. So many rides were closed and we struggled to do more than a handful of things per day due to long wait lines and walking a lot between attractions that were closed. We had four day passes and my kids didn't even want to go back after one day.
I also did not find the experience of the staff nearly as helpful or friendly as WDW.
We wished we had spent our second week exploring other things like Legoland for example rather than Universal.

DO NOT TAKE THE SUPER STAR SHUTTLE SERVICE for UNIVERSAL. I have emails/ text and a physical card that our pick up time from cabana bay was 2:15 pm to take us to the air port. They didnt send us a cab until ONE HR LATER. after sitting on the phone with the nastiest workers at the shuttle NO REFUND. First lady said our shuttle was 2:45, than manager said it was 1:45 but our emails and text were confirmed 2:15! They wasted an hour trying to convince us that their records were correct and they have NO IDEA WHO SENT US TEXT OR EMAILS THAT HAVE THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS ATTACHED TO IT. The manager HUNG the phone up on us while i was asking what happened when we miss our flight? And i was asking for a full refund. Totally left a terrible last impression of universal.
Shout out to the bell hop at cabana bay (his name was Orlando) he was going above and beyond to help us! Thank you!
I have tried to reach out to speak to someone and no one answers. Unacceptable. Unfortunate.

Visited Universal Studios Orlando Park, and the experience still lingers! It's a place where literally every turn evokes emotions, from delight to slight adrenaline. The park is huge, thoughtful, perfectly organized, and you're completely immersed in the atmosphere of film, fantasy and adventure.
🎢 Attractions
Attractions are a separate love. Virtually every show and slide is built on a combination of real scenery and 3D technology, creating a sense of full presence. Particularly enjoyed:
• Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts is an incredible adventure with plot, special effects and unexpected moments.
• Transformers 3D is a dynamic and vibrant attraction, after which you literally come out with the feeling that you saved the world.
• Revenge of the Mummy is a combination of a classic slide and special effects that keeps you tense until the end.
• The Simpsons Ride is a fun, intense cartoon chaos, perfect for the whole family.
Even if you're not a movie fan, emotions are provided.
🎭 Atmosphere and scenery
The park keeps a sense of celebration all day. Each zone is made in absolutely different style: New York, Hollywood, the magical world of Harry Potter, Springfield... everything looks so realistic, you want to photograph every detail. The music, the actors, the costumes -- it's like being in a movie.
🍔 Food and service
The food in the park was pleasantly surprising - there are quick snacks and full restaurants. The portions are large, the service is fast despite the number of people. Separately it is worth trying the branded Butterbeer - for this drink many come to the park specially.
🕒 Queues and organization
The most important thing is that everything works very clearly. Even with large numbers of people, the queues move quickly, the staff is friendly and helps on literally every issue. If you can - take Express Pass, it saves a lot of time.
🧼 Cleanliness and comfort
The grounds are well maintained, clean, neat, the toilets are in good condition, lots of places to relax in the shade. You can see the park is being closely monitored.
🎉 Outcome
Universal Studios Orlando is a place you want to go back to. The park is perfect for adults and children alike. Enough impressions for at least a month! Whether you like rides, movie themes or just looking for vivid emotions, this park is a must-see.

There for a week in October. We had a good time overall. Went to HHN and it rained all night so it wasn't a great experience. All the scare zones were empty and the rain made the night miserable. Not Universals fault though. Very glad to see the globe turning first time in several years. Also glad all the rides are now accepting express passes. We also went to epic (only way to buy a vacation package) wasn't that impressive for what you spend should offer what parks you want to go to package. We won't be visiting during peek times anymore just way to expensive.

Wifey and I spent a very hot fall weekday at Universal Studios. This was our 2nd visit. Our first visit was 17 years ago. Anyway, we waited negligible amounts of time to go on 8 or 9 rides. The Harry Potter ride was the longest wait in that we had to wait 50 minutes. Overall, the park is laid out very well and provides a festive atmosphere. Most of the rides are mid-impact with a lot of 3d rides. Just a lot of wholesome fun. Our lunch was nothing to write home about and the extra costs for sodas, etc was just a bit over the top and kept this outing from being a 5 star experience. This park is leaps and bounds above the Epic Universal (which is horrible.)

Had a great time with our family in May 2025. Definitely worth the two park ticket and riding Hogwarts Express to the other side. We had a great time even in the pouring down rain.

The weather was perfect and we got promotion tickets. The whole thing is very impressive with exquisite theming details in the stores and buildings that house the attractions. The lines weren't that long when we were there and there is a lot to look at in the queue to keep one engaged. It is the ultimate experience in commercial entertainment. You have to get over that though. If you just accept it for what it is, it is still a lot of fun.

We visited Universal Studios Florida for Halloween Horror Nights with Scream Early tickets and a pre-approved Individual Accessibility Card (IAC). What was meant to be an inclusive, fun evening became a 7-hour ordeal of confusion and disrespect.
Staff repeatedly gave us contradictory information, dismissed our concerns, and even spoke down to us — all while we tried to accommodate our autistic son. Despite waiting hours as directed, our IAC times were repeatedly reset or ignored.
After speaking with 11 employees and walking all the way back to Guest Services for help, we were refunded only for the Scream Early tickets. The refund didn’t come close to addressing the real issue: the IAC process itself is broken, inconsistent, and demeaning.
Accessibility should make things easier, not harder. No family should spend an entire night defending themselves to indifferent staff or explaining to their child why being “different” means waiting even longer.
Universal, please do better.

We went to universal for a day with my boyfriend for December 25th and we were able to enjoy both parks to the fullest! for lack of time and budget we had only one day in both parks (universal studios and islands of adventure)!
we arrived at 8:30 and left at 10:30 pm, so it was a long day but it was incredible! enough to get your eyes full with all the attractions and universes offered in these parks!
in our opinion the 230 euros per person is worth it even if it is quite a price!

Wowza! If you are in orlando for a weekend you gotta visit epic! It was so cool seeing all of our son's favorite worlds collide in one massive theme park. Big mouse has nothing on universal is all I'll say. One thing that I think they should approve upon is their waiting or stuff to do in line. Other than that our weekend at the park was magical and something we will never forget.

Absolute best park I've been to in my entire life, saying that while knowing i had been for at least 50 big theme parks around the world.
The lines aren't too bad unlike Disney world, good rides (very good), the area is just amazing like the themes and stuff, the ending show is just... Wow
Recommended!
Also the pictures i added aren't the best so...

This place is out of this world. Jurassic park, Hulk, Transformers! The park is clean and tidy despite the volume of guests. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There are safe and secure lockers to store away valuables when on the more daring of rides.
If you want to scare the living Jesus out of yourself then try the Jurassic Park Raptor ride!!!!

Don’t bother with Mel’s Dinner there. I ordered $15 worth of lunch, but they were letting the cooked orders sit on the shelf. 2 ladies were handing them to People, but so slowly the Food was getting and cold. 15 minutes later, i never got my food, so i asked to speak with manager. He was young, kept demanding I tell him what I want. He never understood that I wanted to tell him what i see. I’d tell him i just wanted to tell him what i saw, and he’d start interrupting me again. I just walked away, out $15, no food. No reason to go there.

Visited from the UK and we definitely don't have anything like universal in the UK! The ride ques have interactive things to make the wait not feel as long. Cast members are friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

My family and I traveled from Spain with great enthusiasm to enjoy Universal Orlando Resort, a destination we had always dreamed of visiting. Until August 26, 2025 the experience had been wonderful, only marred by a mishap we had at an attraction in which, for no apparent reason and in very bad ways, we were separated from my children to ride in the attraction in very bad ways. I have to say that this problem was solved by the person responsible for the attraction in a very quick, humane and professional way, always understanding our discomfort.
Unfortunately from that day everything was twisted by poor management and poor information by the park.
One of the main reasons we chose our dates was to avoid early closures for "Halloween Horror Nights". I previously consulted the official dates and at all times it was indicated that the event began on August 29, just the day we returned to our country (we wanted to enjoy the maximum number of hours of the open park). However, on arrival we found that on August 26, 27 and 28 the parks were also closed earlier than usual, something that was never clearly reported during the planning, nor in the sales channels.
Consequently, our plans for those 3 days were ruined as activities we had prepared, such as riding Velocicoaster at night, were impossible to perform.
To try to make up for it, we tried to buy tickets to Halloween Horror Nights so we could at least enjoy the park those nights, but we found out that these dates were not available. That is, for three full nights we simply had no option to enter either park (they closed around 5pm-6pm)
I find it unacceptable that a company of Universal’s prestige and price is not clearer and more transparent with its customers, especially with internationals who travel so far and make a significant investment of time and money.
Both my family and I are very sorry to return to our country with a bad taste in the mouth of this experience.
Ultimately, what should have been an unforgettable experience became a disappointment, especially for my young children.

Strange riding a coaster that was then ripped out a day or so later. Well starting the work.
Without that coaster, most rides are average. The Bourne show might be the best in Orlando. Simpson, fast and furious and jimmy fallon are really poor. ET needs to go. Newer and more rides are required.

A very interesting amusement park!
One day is simply not enough to visit all the interesting places and venues.
All very bright, interesting and beckoning. Visitors with children: be careful, there are many shops designed to attract children. Without toys, souvenirs and sweets, your children will definitely not let you out of here))
I highly recommend purchasing a fast track, spare no money for this, as the queues for all rides are gigantic. For the most popular in this park (Harry Potter grounds) there are waiting lines of more than an hour. It is also very convenient to use the official park app - this will help you quickly find information about waiting times for the attraction you are interested in, about the location of restaurants, snack bars or toilet rooms.
And pay attention: security at the complex strictly enforces the rules and you won't be able to return to the park even if you're out for just a minute. So, for example, we finished our walk in the park, but when I left through the turnstile, I saw in the gift shop next door the same toy I couldn't find all day. I came back (it was about 30 seconds before I left the park), but the guard literally kicked me back out, arguing that I had already left the park and had no right to come back. I understand that, but it's still a bit of a shame - all I wanted to do was purchase a long-awaited toy. The situation was unpleasant, but it still did not overwhelm my positive emotions and admiration for my day here.

Good afternoon
Universal Orlando Resort does not provide mobile phone chargers either for free or for payment.
I had to charge my phone on November 22, 2024 and I couldn't. There is no inside the two parks and no citywalk, no type of charger, and no store that sells cell phone charger.

Terrible experience. If you have to go to guest services, plan on spending half your day in line. Staying on universal property - boarded boat at 9am. 11:15 and still in guest services line. 1 window open and was told all guest services are busy on other side as well. Concerning that only 1 window is open for all guests for park. Will be 3-4 hours from time we got on boat til time we get in park. Scam
First time, did the park to park tickets. Had an absolute blast!! Didn’t get to do everything, probably could have spend one whole day in just one park. Went during Christmas set up and it was beautiful, the grinch show was amazing!
