Great Outdoor Flea Market!!

By aggieyank13 |

Great outdoor event for the hot months. Fun vendors, friendly staff, and close to home. I've been going to all the Wolff's market for almost 10 years now. This past weekend, the main building at Allstate was closed and it was over 90 degrees... but Water Boy Roy came to our rescue! He had a cooling station with misters and kept us hydrated with a carefully monitored drinking water station.
Highly recommend this market to anyone looking for some Sunday morning/afternoon fun!

What a great way to spend your Sunday!

By Kristen K |

This is the greatest place to go if you love garage sales and flea markets. They have antiques, new stuff, packaged goods, and much much more. My Dad lives in NY, but when he comes to visit, it is basically scheduled around this fleamarket. Be prepared to spend a good 3 hours there. We both agree, it's the BEST FLEA MARKET EVER!

Shopping at Wolff's Flea Market is a fun slice of life

By goconto |

I try to go to Wolff's Flea Market in Rosemont every Sunday morning for food and fun. I get staples like bread, coffee, fruit and vegetables and new and used clothing, sunglasses, tools, sporting goods, pots and pans. But the main reason to go there is for the experience, meeting friends, chatting with vendors, finding interesting treasures. I purchased exotic items like my giant sumo wrestler coffee table base, stained glass lamp shades, a beautiful large wooden Thai figure from a bank that closed in Indiana, wicker elephant end table, with bike repair while you shop, fresh nuts and baked goods. There is something for everyone there and things you never knew you needed or wanted. Hardware items, duck eggs, books, plants, decorations, bikes, snow blowers, almost anything you can imagine can be found there at a decent price. Food trucks are the latest addition with Mexican food, cookies, pizza and beverages to keep up your strength.

There are bathrooms inside the Allstate Arena that are available which is good, but they are clean but smelly. Bring a shopping cart or bags and come early for the best free parking spaces.

Fun Time At The Flea

By Larry K |

I've been selling at Wolff's Flea Market in Rosemont for the last 4 years & I love it. Great way to have fun and make new friends. I've developed a lot of new customers who visit me every weekend and sometimes they buy other times they come just to say hello, which is fine with me. I 've been in the flea market business for about eleven years, used to sell the the Whelling drive in by Palwaukee airport. I now got my wife involved with this and she loves it. It gets us away from the kids and dog for part of the day. I will renew my space again for next year. My space number is B8.

A Gem of a Time - Great Staff, Food, and Stuff!

By hoagiej |

What a fun time! My daughter and I went to Wolff's Flea Market and had a heck of a good day. Special thanks to the nice ladies at the information table, the cashier at the gate (Cocoa, I believe was her name), and the folks handing out water! Waterboy Roy, Bill the Bulldozer, and Don the Dapper Dude were the friendliest. This is the best market in the Midwest hands down. Possibly the entire country! I've been to many :) GO HERE!

Flea Market

By nayboo50 |

I have enjoyed going to Wolff and have been able to pick up some nice old stuff. On a nice day you can have what seems to be at least 500 dealers. It is on a parking lot and easy to walk on. Indoor bathrooms....food etc. Easy to get too....not far from the casino either.

Tons of Stuff, but Rude Staff

By Downtown65 |

I love this place! There is always something I find that I don't need but buy it anyway.
I really like everything about this place. But, the not sure if it is the owners or just workers.
Whom ever directs cars and traffic in the early morning needs to get some manners. Just because
it is a Flea Market does not mean you have to talk to people that way. I think they forget who the
customers are!

Barter for your goods

By norma_gordon |

These flea markets have to be one of the best. Open all day Sunday and only $2 entry fee with free parking. We spent 5 to 6 hours walking around, there are several food trucks where you can buy food and drinks, the area is so huge. There is a mixture of old and new things ranging from food to gardening tools with a lot of bargins to be had. We bartered for the items we liked and if the price was not to our liking we moved on. A great way to spend the whole day and hopefully bring home a bargin

I love the flea market!

By amyj0807 |

I love the Wolff's Flea Market. I love flea markets in general, but I especially love the size of this place. It has a great mix of vendors, food items and good old fashioned garage sale stuff. It's exactly what a flea market should be - a little bit of everything. There is a minimal fee to enter $2 per person, they have water, soda and pizza for walking around at very reasonable prices. There is free parking. A really great way to spend your Sunday morning and a few bargains in the mix!

Super shopping always in always wow

More deals then ever before just right for these crazy times. Just keep it going thank you one and all very nice.

Fun place to spend a Sunday morning

By Gayle S |

This is a fun place to hang out. Several years ago my brother use to set up a table here and I helped him out. The staff is friendly and helpful and the customers who visited his table were regulars that we got to know. Even though we don't set up there any more, I go at least once a month, because you never know what you'll find. My first stop is always the bakery guy. Great tomatoe bread and pastries. Than I hit what I call the box guy. It is the dollar store in boxes on the ground. There is a large variety of vendors with both old and new stuff. I make sure I have a low denomination bills (good for haggling) and my shopping bag on wheels. It is easier than carrying bags around.

this is one of the best flea markets you will ever go to

By AVALANCH2015 |

we never miss go every week end we can sunday morning 6 am lot of new stuff lots of old stuff lots every day needed stuff we save a ton of money going here

Awsome day at the flea

By lmonchis |

Why not take a stroll thru the flea market in rosemont next to ohare airport ,I've en going thete for the last 5 years and it an amazing experience from old vendors to the new ones great prices plentiful for the collector and bargain shoppers A+ a must when in chicago

It suffers from its own success

By 4Endymion |

We have been going since it started. I believe this was previously at the old Twin outdoor in Wheeling, so may be it has been 30 years. Nowadays, you can't even park. My last visit - with emphasis on LAST- the brilliant Rosemont Police department set up an infinite traffic loop. There is no plan here for handling the parking or waiving off people when the various lots are full. They just mindlessly wave you onto the next full parking area. We live nearby but prefer to drive to Kane County or even Elkhorn WI!

best flea market ever

By AVALANCH2015 |

if you need it they got it any thing from lawnmowers to beaver traps lots of new items and not all the normal junk good stuff real good stuff the best good stuff

Flea Market Finds

By Mark E |

Located just minutes from O'Hare Airport, this is a great place to find deals on almost anything, including new & used merchandise, antiques, collectibles, food, etc. The market is clean and organized and vendors are friendly. Wear comfortable shoes, as there is a lot of ground to cover.

A few hours in the sun

By Greg B |

Nice sized flea market in the arena parking area. I went on a cool spring Sunday morning, near 9 AM and easily found parking. Two dollars gets you in, and there were well over 100 vendors selling everything from old cameras, old and new jewelry, childrens toys, military surplus items, perfumes, and other things you would hope and expect to find at a flea market. There are also a few vendors selling food snacks like nuts and apple fritters. For me it was a nice way to spend a few hours in the sun, getting some exercise walking, and seeing older things that I remember growing up with. I enjoyed it and would go there again.

The Best Flea Market Around!

By Stan P |

I'm one of the early Guys out there not as early as others but I'm there Hunting for vintage items. Great Flea Market.Great people!

No Customer Parking

By Downtown65 |

Love this place! But, NO customer parking at 8am in the morning. Stop selling parking spaces for vendor space. I believe you will have more happy customers and vendors. I left by the way for I could not find parking, AGAIN!

July Flea Market shopping

By 2LoversatGlovers |

Where we live we don't have open air flea markets. We went in July and did enjoy it. Everyone working was very very nice and accommodating. Reasonable $2 to get in per person and they had a ton of food trucks with lots of food variety. Only thing we thought that was missing was antiques and more furniture items. BUT that has nothing to do with Wolff's, just was happenstance. Areas were clean. Overall was a great time!

Great Flea Market, lots of variety!

By David W |

Accessible location, safe neighborhood, low admission price, free parking, lots of variety, you never know what you'll find week to week.

get way to spend a Sunday!

By robertreidrx |

Always great merchandise and friendly vendors! Great staff running the market! Best flea market I've been too!

Always something interesting to see.

By Mary C |

Excellent Flea market, variety of items for sale Reasonable admission rate. Parking can be a challenge at times.

Bigger and better

By M C |

How come in the USA things are so much bigger!! This Sunday morning, what we English term as a car boot sale, was no exception. If you are passing on a Sunday morning it is well worth stopping as seeing how the Americans do a car boot! Hundreds and hundreds of stalls selling everything you can imagine from firearms to swimming pools! I managed to buy a Tiffany table lamp for $12 so I was happy

Awesome place to be on a Sunday morning!

By mexitup |

This place is always hit or miss but that's what I like about it! You can find the most random things, the most amazing deals and the best bargains! Parking is free, it's $2 to get in (different price for seniors and kids). So get your cup of coffee in the morning and walked around this place! After you can always go to Santouka in Arlington Heights for the best ramen!!!!

Huge flea market. Good to buy basics, short on antiques.

By UpperMidwestUma |

We stopped here during a trip to Chicago. It is a huge market compared to what we have been to in smaller cities. There was a lot of new merchandise, but we were looking more for antiques and unique objects. If I lived in the area, I can see going to stock up on basics.

Great for junk hunters

By mja1982 |

If you are looking for antiques this isn't the necessarily the place for you. Yes treasures show up every week, but you have to dig amongst the new stuff to find it. Parking is free and it's only $2 to get in (less for Seniors and Children). Get there early for the best treasures and beware that on some days planes will be landing at O'Hare right over your head (and I mean RIGHT over your head).

The best place in the world to shop sub-wholesale

By tony r |

this is the best and ONLY place to shop if you want to buy ANYTHING (except food and clean underwear) for an average of 10 cents on the dollar. Now mind you, not everything is priced that way, but you can negotiate with the vendors who must be in a cash flow crunch, because they bought or have too much "stuff" and need real dollars to pay their rent and utility and cell phone bills at the end of the month. You must get there at 4 am to get the "good stuff", and go thru the market at least twice to pickup deals that are yet to be put out the first go round. You must start IN THE BACK and stay away from the regular vendors that try to make this their full time job selling tube socks and other sundries. Any food you buy from the truck vendors takes away from your buying wad, so bring some bananas and water to hold you over. This is a BUYING venue, people, so if you try to sell there, be aware that NOBODY will pay your asking price.

Five star experience

By JAMAIKON |

Best flea market ever!!!
I have been in all the flea markets around Chicago land and by far this is the best.

rusty gold

By Perry S |

I went late this time, about 12:45 and I still found great bargains. I meet people with some of the same interest in collectables and antiques. Now the market has more food vendors. I saw one person with a big ol cup of fruit with juice. I'll have to try that.

Fun way to spend a sunday

By Larry K |

I've been in the flaw market business for 11 years,I've seen the best and I've seen the worst. The economy has indeed has an effect at the flea market. I've been selling at Rosemont for the last four years. I just renewed for another season- can't wait. I've even got my wife hooked on it,she joins me almost every sunday and we both have fun. I know some dealers go with a goal to make and if they don't,they don't return. We go with no expectations. What ever I do is more then what I started the day with.
Plus i'am good friends with a lot the sellers and I do have a lot of clients who stop by every week to see me and to see what I've got new.. & they do buy. I've had some great days I've had some bad days. But I had fun.

Unbelievable variety

By Kat-kat2007 |

You can walk for hours and keep finding things you weren't looking for but are interestingly inviting. Know your prices to be sure you are getting a good deal. There are things that are priced to sell and then those that are looking to make a good profit. I love to come back every week and see what's new

Huuuuuge

By Lauren P |

Huge flea market. You can find just about anything here... From shampoo to a guitar to a carousel pony. You can do some good haggling. I got a cute picnic basket for a couple bucks. And decorative lighthouses for my bathroom for a few bucks.

You won't leave empty handed.

It's 5$ to get in and worth it to get there when it opens to beat the crowds and get the "good" stuff...but not everyone sets up that early. Takes a few hours to go through the whole thing.

Tool Time!

By John H |

Always an adventure!!..I'm there every weekend and there's always "fresh meat" (collectibles and tools) to be found! I've outfitted my shop for a fraction of the price by buying great quality American Made tools at a vey reasonable price...Would like to see less of the mass marketed imported 'junk',but all in all it will keep you coming back for the spirit of the HUNT!!..Also..Excellent bakery goods for snacking while you're shopping...

Best Flea Market in Chicago Area; great selection

By taxnoone |

Plenty of variety available and the Management are not Pirates like some of the others operations on the south side. Cost are reasonable for buyers and sellers. They try hard to keep attendees apprised of schedule changes. We make several 20 mile treks there every season because it is well worth the trip. We promote it in the course of everyday conversation because it helps one to survive in a high cost, highly taxed city.

Wolff's Flea Market - Rosemont, IL - Great Fun and Great Finds

By Tom M |

If you're like me, you're always on the lookout for interesting finds where ever you go. We were in Chicago several weeks ago and decided to check out this flea market. Unlike what I usually do, we got there relatively late, just before noon. They open at 6 a.m. so I assume a lot of buying and selling goes on early in the morning. Still, there were some good deals to be found for collectables and antiques. The dealers were willing to haggle and prices were pretty reasonable. There was everything from junk to kitchen items to antiques to fresh vegetables. Admissions was 2 dollars and for that price alone it was worth the free entertainment value of seeing so much stuff. I came away with a nice pottery lamp base that I carried back to Mass with me. Check this place out on a nice day.

massive variety, great vendors, many fun shoppers

By Valerie S |

we both exhibit and go for shopping and it has ben great on both counts. Always a good time and always find things YOU JUST HAVE TO HAVE!!! Plenty of walking so have comfy shoes.

Best Exercise!

By workerchimp |

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Lots of great vendors selling pretty much anything and everything! Yea the parking is kind of a pain, especially if you have to park across the street from the hotel, but the fun times at the flea market are always worth the parking hassle. I wish they would put more food vendors in place, maybe have some free outdoor music events--lots of bands would play for the free publicity. Bring back the old spirit of Maxwell Street....

Worth a visit if you are into junque

By Lawrence T |

While Wolff's has slipped in recent years, it is still a nice stroll amid a number of "I haven't seen one of those since.....". Alas, recent years has shown an increase in Taiwan/China mass produced imported trash. Also, recent years have shown a marked increase in staple offerings to the Hispanic clientle, but enough of the olde "treasures" still remains. Recent years have seen an increase in vendors who do not understand that this is not Nieman-Marcus, but rather a flea market. An added bonus is the jets buzzing the market to land at O'Hare. Wolff's is no longer a fabulous flea market, but it is still worth a visit.

HUMMONGOUS

By Gil M |

Extremely large outdoor market, with goods of every kind.
Excellent values, well organized and plenty of free parking.

I return every couple of months, and have never been disappointed !

Kinda Pricey

By Pip1128 |

Beings that I am not from the area and used to East Coast flea markets....I found the prices were rather high for an actual flea market. Things appear to be a bit manic because they are only allowed to be set up for a certain period of time.

You have to pay a $2.00 entrance fee. Restrooms are in the building. Lots of things to look at and we didn't buy much of anything

A gem in the middle of metropolis

By Kimski S |

This flea market opens on Sundays only at the parking lot of Allstate Arena. It is located under the flight path of airlines so it is very noisy.
Lots of yard sale type of merchandises but occasionally you can find new things too.
Not much available in the way of fast food but there are fresh fruits for sale.

Something to try and I’m sure you will find something to take home. A lot of stuff to see, antiques to junk to modern.

"Howling Good Deals"!

By John H |

The fleas, the food, the fans, the fun...yeah it's all here! I'm a 'regular' for a lot of years and each week I attend there always seems to be a new bounty out there that is worthy of the hunt! I'm a hobbyist who has literally fitted out my shop with tools and supplies from this great marketplace! With that complete,it's just plain fun seeing what others collect and bring to sell at Wolff's. For two bucks admission, you're
hard pressed to find a better entertainment value...Come on out and try it once...you'll be hooked!!

You Can Find Some Deals

By steelchess77 |

I went here a couple of times over the summer. Found some pretty good stuff. Personally, I don't buy any fruits or veggies here. Not worth the risk. But there's a lot of other stuff that will peak your interests. $1 or $2 entrance fee.

Found what we were shopping for

By Allen21096 |

We have passed this flea market for years, but had never gone. We thought that we would try it when we were looking for two bikes. Parking is on the east side of the Allstate Arena parking lot. The flea market is on the south side parking lot and goes from the east edge of the arena to the far west end of the lot. The entry amount is nominal. It is laid out in an easy to walk through lay-out. There are food trucks and you are able to use the bathrooms in the Allstate Arena - you enter through the south doors. Most of the vendors that we talked with seemed very friendly, though I'm sure they wanted to sell stuff. We found both bikes - one looked nearly new, though old and the other was perfect for a young kid to start her bike riding. Depending on what you are looking for, this may be perfect for you. It worked for us.

Anything and Everything You Can Imagine

By lynneg773 |

Nothing better on a lovely Summer Sunday afternoon. If you are into junque or new items - they have both. The amount of vendors and customers varies from week to week. On a good day, you can barely finish walking every single aisle. (Great exercise and sun bathing, while you shop.) Free parking, adjacent to the market. You will never leave empty handed - they have everything. There is another Wolff's in Palatine. It is indoors and much smaller, but I shop there also.

Such a fun place to be on a Sunday morning, this is a family usual for us.
Shout out to Donna C. She was very helpful, sweet, and just a wonderful lady!

Best Flea Market Ever!!

By Gouldusa |

Wolffs Rosemont is the best flea market in the area for a wide variety of finds. It has every type of vendor from families selling their personal items to antique type dealers with collectibles. Make sure to check their schedule since they close early on some Sundays if Allstate arena has a scheduled event. Recommend you go early when they open and on days that close at 3:00 pm. Parking is free!

Great flea market

By ChicagoAverageGuy |

We go every year, April is the best weather permitting as after May the selection goes down. Lots of vendors so get there before 7:00 as by 10:00 it will be crowded.

fun time

By John G |

What a great place to have fun on a Sunday morning!!! When you walk thru the entire parking lot you get a free work out. They have every thing there from trinkets to great food. They have free parking and a two dollar entry! I always find something from fresh vegies and fruit to stuff I did not know I needed until I saw it. It is just fun and you never know what you will see or find.

Great run flea!

By Suz K |

We have been to Wolff's Flea Market at Rosemont on several occasions and most recently as a vendor.

Using the Allstate Arena really helps give this market a great format as there are plenty of washrooms and escape from the unbearable Chicago heat in the middle of August to give you a second shot of energy as well.

The staff is very professional and helpful regardless of you being a buyer or seller and they are so organized it makes your head spin at 4:30 AM ! It is a top notch group that keeps the rif raf out and concentrates on providing a great market every single weekend.

Plenty of parking, food available and my favorite the traveling drink cart, always comes by at the right time. Plan on spending a good amount of time as the place is huge and you really need to do all the aisles. Frequent trips back to your vehicle makes it an easier day as well.

Great for the whole family, something literally for everyone!

Time at the Flea!!!

By Vish T |

We look forward to the Wollfs Flea Market every year. Is for great unexpected buys, great people and hopefully some nice weather on a Sunday morning!!! The vendors we know year after year are struggling more than ever to get products to sell. We need to support the Flea Market to make sure it stays a fun and great outsdoor event for many years to come.

Good deals to be found

By Kelly Cathcart |

This flea market is huge. There is free parking and it's $2 to enter. it is worth the money. I found some great items. Just be prepared to arrive early, and bring your patience. getting in the parking lot took some time, but not insane. Like all flea markets the selection will vary week to week.
