1 of 11 Best Attractions in Central Valley

We have been here twice before last year and the year before, I feel the prices are a lot higher this time. We have seen the same items cheaper in the shops in Times Square, after spending an hour of our time getting here and an hour back has been a waste of time

Lots of stores for women of course. Men not so much. Nike store is a shambles looks like rummage sale what a joke. Save your time buy online.

Stores Opened late. Parking is terrible. Handicapped spots far from stores. Nike had a line outside to limit customers. 50 people in line, letting in 1 or 2 at a time. Paid parking lot makes it hard to park near stores.

Waste of time and money - while there were some good deals, availability of stock was ridiculous and the shop staff in general were unhelpful and rude - you are far better off to do your shopping in NYC!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Family attended today and enjoyed the outlets on a cold, freezing-rain December day without the crowds, fantastic.. Daughter in particular enjoyed spending

We came here with a Groupon ticket with the shortline/coach USA bus from Port authority. The tickets were $27 USD per perosn return. The bus left several times in the morning there and afternoon back. Get there early before the departure time as there are lines for the bus.
We took two empty suitcases for the 5 of us to fill and we did so comfortably. The prices for things at the outlets are much cheaper then in Australia. There are a wide range of shops, all the big brands are there. The options for food weren't great.
If you love to shop and are after discounts around 60 to 70% off you should come here.

For those in the UK this is like Biscester and even though the exchange rate is appalling there are bargains to be found here without a doubt. We booked on an organised trip via Tripadvisor which I’d highly recommend. Excellent coach tour operator.

Many premium brands outlets so you need to spare at least 3 hours to do shopping. Foodcourt is available and we try the Chinese food at Kungpao Kwok. Happy shopping!

We jumped on the coach from the terminal and have to say it was a very comfortable ride, this gave us the opportunity of seeibg a little bit of outside central new york and our first glimpse of snow. One day was not enough time, we manages to save hundreds of pounds, purchasing michael kors coats, hand bags and purses, tommy Hilfiger padded jacket which in the UK was £300 and we paid £90, we really didnt get to visit all the shops - highly recommend

With far too much time on my hands and having always been curious about this particular outlet mall for years, I finally ventured to Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets on a cold, winter day. I found it to be well worth the drive, but just noting some items:
• Arrive early. There were a lot of people looking for parking spots during the early/mid afternoon and lines to get into certain stores were considerably longer. It started sleeting in the middle of the day and it absolutely did not deter the crowds.
• Be strategic! Figure out what stores you want to go to and where they are because there is a lot to see here! Either print out the map (PDF version available on the website) or view it on your phone so you don’t walk around in circles.
• I noticed a lot of buyers in line at 11am with suitcases when stores opened (yep, stores opening later due to COVID) because they are buying items here and re-selling online. Hit your favorite stores first before others snag up the merchandise.
• You’ll be walking a lot. Wear comfortable shoes. There were benches outside, but given the weather conditions lunch provided the only opportunity to sit down.
• Eat during “off” hours. A few of the eateries weren’t open during COVID and there were either long lines during lunch time (Shake Shack) or limited seating (Market Hall – i.e. the food court.) And unless I overlooked something, there aren’t a whole lot of eating options nearby the center either. I saw a Dunkin’ Donuts on the way in, but that was it.
• Come with an open mind. You won’t find an “it” bag here or current season clothes (e.g. I went in Feb 2021; items were from FW 2020 or FW 2019), but it definitely wasn’t the leftover/junk merchandise either. Said another way, it you are looking to find a specific pair of Nike tennis shoe, you’ll be disappointed, but there is a lot of great merchandise here to peruse. I've been to other outlets in the US and seen a lot of rubbish; selection here was significantly better.
• Don’t bother waiting in the bathroom line at Market Hall. There are lots of restrooms throughout the center.
• You were able to try on clothes in most stores, but not all. If not, just be like others where you buy it and try it on in one of the nearby restrooms.
• All stores required guests to use hand sanitizer before being able to touch any of the merchandise.

This outlet location has the higher end stores, however if you have the means to buy then perhaps this place is for you.
It is huge and plenty to choose from, however it can be a long day if you want to do all of the stores.
Good deals can be found in the regular store brands.
Plan ahead as it can be busy with all of the NYC buses that drop people off for the day.

Visited mid July 2024. My worst experience was in the Burberry store. Female employees were openly hostile to customers behind their back when deciding who of them should help customers. Imagine, I just entered to shop and buy a $3000 Burberry bag and heard all this nonsense behind my back….Employees were making rude comments and remarks about me and others entering the store. Customers were being treated disrespectfully, mocked, subjected to racial harassment and jokes - calling them FAT, UGLY etc. Naturally, I decided to make my purchase elsewhere. Employees like this are a bad sign for the business. In other stores lying and providing misleading information on prices is a common practice the same product costed 40% off for me but 40% off PLUS 30% off for my husband. Imagine the difference of $800 for the same bag (!).

Since the last time I visited Woodbury, shopping at these outlets has been upgraded. Luckily we arrived about 9:30 am on Monday(10 days before Xmas), because we were still able to find a free parking spot near the Gap Outlet and not in the parking garage. The walkways have been widened and the variety of designer stores has grown by leaps and bounds. The food court has expanded too and offers many choices for snacks and meals. There were great sales and no waiting lines out the door to get into the more popular stores. Make sure you have comfy sneakers on because you will do a lot of walking to take advantage of all those discounts. They also improved the entrance and exit roads to reduce traffic congestion. Therefore I highly recommend Woodbury Outlets, but only for serious shoppers.

Huge outdoor shopping with pretty much every brand you can think of! If you even want to make a quick stop to NYC, it is only an hour away!

This is our 3rd visit to Woodbury after 6 years. We have visited the ones at Tokyo, Barcelona and Malaysia. There is less crowds and the discounts are not as fantastic as previously. Tho we still get good buys at Cole Hans.
As for taking Coach USA bus to Woodbury, buying it online is definitely cheaper. Buying it there at Port Bus Terminal is at US$41 each and the trip took 1.5 hrs. Attached the bus schedule from Woodbury.

Woodbury commons is amazing with a wide variety of shops there is something for everyone although it was raining while I was there which did ruin it a little it was still amazing. I would recommend bringing a suitcase if you are going

Shopping was very good but waited 30 from the last departure time not enough busses at all.
Other that transport issues the location is worth the 1 hour travel time from Manhattan

I'm not a name brand person & before my arrival at Woodbury, did not own a single name brand item........ but this place turned me into a Brand Monster! Oh my word, even coming from a country with a sub-par currency we still shopped till we dropped... for probably 6 hours. Like that wasn't enough, we went back again for another 4 hours!!!
Prices are unbelievable (40% - 70% discounts at most places) & the Customer Service is really excellent! The ladies at Ralph Lauren were very attentive, no doubt a contributing factor to the amount of bags I carried out of there. The savings at Tommy Hilfiger were amazing as well.GAP Factory was good, but didn't realise that there are GAP Factory everywhere actually.
Don't forget about the discount book & check your till receipt, there are more discounts for in case you go back again - like we did! But be aware of what you consider a discount & what is simply a small mark down. Know the prices generally before you go.
It is really well laid out & neat. My best hint - take an empty suitcase! Get there early & pace yourself. Get a map & plot your course with a coffee. Then set off with a plan.

Went to Woodbury in May 2018. Easy to get there via bus from port authority and stops right outside. Great when weather is nice but can imagine it would be cold in winter. Plenty of shops for everyone and you’ll probably need around 6 to 7 hours including 3 hrs travelling time. Also hire one of the trolleys for all your shopping, it’s much easier and saves your back

A one hour trip from NYC on the coach was well worth the time. Lots of shops, not all to our taste, but some good bargains to be had. But don't be fooled, not all the shops are outlet shops.
Some nice places to eat, but be prepared to spend the day here its so large.

We had the perfect timing of being here while windchill fell well below -25°C. As a result we didn't spend a lot of time outside although we could recognise the perfectly landscaped surroundings. There's a tremendous amount of stores and a wide choice of food outlets. Prices are most of the time better than downtown NY so when you're looking for some great deals it worth the trip.

Incredible place with perfect shops and great prices.
I highly recommend it, it's about an hour and a half by car from New York but it's worth it.
Dedicate a whole day.

Parking lot is horrendous. If you don’t want to pay $10-15 more to park , you’re relegated to parking in the outskirts of the complex. Thanks nice touch, especially in sub-freezing temperatures.
Clothing prices are nothing special and yo have to pay NY sales tax on clothes.
Shop online or just about anywhere else, easier, cheaper and infinitely less frustrating!

We didn't want to drive here from New York so we purchased seats on a charter bus (through Groupon). We spent the whole day and did some damage to our credit cards. We came in December but I believe all the purchases we did were ourselves. Oops, forgot about gifts :)

I found it a tourist trap very expensive not worth the bother if I’m being honest. Eating there was very expensive as well.

This is our fourth visit (we go once a year in autumn), and it’s still a great place to shop. They have a wide variety of stores; it’s extremely clean and well organized, with plenty of restaurants.
As for bargains, it depends on which store you go to and what promotions they’re having… some will be great deals and others not so much. For us, we typically save 25-50%—again it depends on the store.

Visited this designer outlet whilst visiting New York and was happy we did. There are lots of shops there with plenty of designer names. It is a Very clean outlet and has a good food court catering for all tastes. For all the UK readers of this review it's like a Cheshire oaks on steriods.

My wife wanted to go here and shop for a couple days. The place is huge! 220 outlets and a lot a restaurants too. I am not much of a shopper but the people watching is good too. The outlet grounds are landscaped very nice and they are very clean. If you are going for the first time give yourself a couple days to see all the stores. We spend the night and come back the second day for 3 or 4hours. It is dog friendly.

We live in Northern NJ and visit these outlet stores about three times a year. Holiday shopping is an experience in itself, with the shops and paths lit-up and the giant Christmas tree in the center of it all. Once they added the outdoor Black Dirt Bourbon Bar, the commons were complete! Though we only go for good deals on what we need, we notice the pricier band-named outlets are always busy with lines outside. Covid precautions are followed everywhere here, which we appreciate. This last experience did not disappoint, as we spent last Sunday strolling, shopping and imbibing when done. However, we were very disturbed by an unsafe and out-of-place situation at Sax 5th Ave store, which we always make a point of stopping in, as I usually find good deals there. Instead, what we found as I waited for a dressing room was a man sitting right in front of the hall dressing room mirror on his phone-smack in between 2 close dressing room that have only curtains closing them off! As I was bring told that there was not enough room for me as yet due to distancing precautions, I'm pointing to the guy in the middle of the dressing rooms and in the way of the mirror asking Why he's being allowed to remain there, if they are in fact being cautious??! A "store manager or supervisor" (I was not told who came in to talk to me) only looked at me with a blank stare and said nothing much, so I dropped the 4 articles of clothing I was holding and reiterated that since I did not feel safe in the setting they were condoning i was leaving. We headed over to Anne Taylor Loft where I found respectable staff, a safe covid-cautious setting and No husbands or strange men lurking in the dressing areas....Not even my own husband who either waited outside or came into the dressing room with me-as it should be!

Lots of shops which was nice but most are regular stores with no discounts not outlets, my Nan got a few good items. The food court had lots of options which was good but not enough seating

Great if you like shopping, I don't, but my wife enjoyed it. A decent variety of places to eat. Nice to get out of New York for the day.

I usualy go lots of designer outlets around the world. I was in Woodbury on 24.11.2023. It took 3 hours to reach from ny city, and only 3 shops I could visit since it was very crowded. Than go back to NY city again into 3,5 hours.
Ok it was black friday but for example last black friday (2022) I was in Parndorf Designer Outlet in Austria it was also very crowded normaly but there was a good system, all day I was able to shop easily. Lots of security staff was managing the traffic, parking the cars, getting into the shops etc.
In woodbury nobody was helping people about what to do, where to park. Because of traffic there was no taxi, uber etc. We lost one day of our holiday’s for nothing.

We were in February 2018 in New York.
We stayed at the Woodbury the whole day.
It definitely worth it to come here with an empty suitcase. ;-)
As a tip: buy the busticket by groupon (is much cheaper).

It is one of the biggest tourist attraction, yes tourist attraction for people visiting New York, the whole place is huge, connected by a lot of coach buses, private bus.
However for my visit, as it is closer to winter, for a person that living in Singapore, I don’t have much clothings to shop, nevertheless I do shop at Tumi and other bag shops.
My recommendation is to get the bus ticket from Groupon, go to port authority bus terminal earlier and hop on to the bus, it will take 1hr to travel from Manhattan area, and crowds, car park will be filling up the place by afternoon.
Look forward to next visit in New York.

It’s good to see people supporting the economy and spending the unemployment checks lol. Most popular stores mainly athletic wear and luxury brands have at least an hour wait on line. Nike, lululemon, Prada, Gucci, Dolce and Balanciaga.
I like the shake shack burgers and the Columbia clothing store. Nice staff at Nike store, thank you!!!

This USED to be a GREAT place to shop before the owners got greedy. Tore down the Applebees, and wanted to put one of THEIR restaurants in place. Still waiting. No real food court to speak of just fast food crap! Posa Posa 2 restaurant they also forced out and we lost out favorite Italian restaurant as well. And now they have the BALLS to place 3/4 of their parking on valet and pay????? And you pay NY state tax on top of all this? Every year it got crappier and crappier to the point where we will no longer go there. OK, so they bus the sheeple in from NJ and NY. God for them, BUT you will not be getting any more of MY cash. It is really a shame I DID love this place at one time. Oh and I forgot it is now full of Chinese resellers in Coach.

I enjoyed Orlando Outlet malls more than Woodbury Common Premium outlet. I do not see many valuable offers and good prices at Woodbury mall.

Since we're from Burlington, Vt., we'd never been before, and it was spectacular.
We'll definitely be back.

This is a good option for folks in the 5 boroughs to get out and smell some fresh air. The value of shopping at outlet malls is what you make of it. Significant infrastructure improvements in the past 5 years. New parking garage improved the parking situation. Recent reconstruction of the roads around the outlet also alleviated the traffic nightmares for out of towners unfamiliar with the area. Many new food options added to the mix in this area as well. Only drawback is the staffs here used to be super friendly as they sourced labor from surrounding towns, thereby having that small town touch in a very sophisticated upmarket label’s environment. No longer the case as I’d noticed more had been hired from the 5 boroughs to work the stores, bringing the nyc snarky attitudes to this area. This group just started treating all customers like tourists with 0 regards to real courteous customer services.

We stopped on the way from flying into JFK on our path to skiing
It's huge. Outdoor mall, so a bit chilly to walk it all. We moved our car a few times.
The wow was Columbia. We picked out $350 outlet priced items... Then they had an additional discount walked out for $160.WOW!

Brilliant range of shops both well known designers and USA only designer shops good prices.Thee are loads places to eat with plenty of choices that are reasonably priced

Very good place. Good stores with amazing price. It's little far from New York but worth going. We did lot of shopping at very attractive price. Saved lot of money.

Worth the trip out to bag loads of bargains. Plenty of shops to suit all tastes. Not so busy that you have to fight your way around. We went on an organised trip using our NYC explorer pass, we left at 08:30 and got the bus back at 15:00, into NYC by 16:30 due to traffic. (That was on a Sunday. I would imagine traffic would be a lot worse on a week day).

Came here on a snowy morning , easy journey getting the bus from port authority bus station - arrived and it looked closed and deserted but wasn’t! Have to say really didn’t find any decent bargains and can get much cheaper at home / online . Arrived at 10 and left at 11.30 , for the price of the bus ticket $80+ for two not worth the money ,!
Positive_ easy busy journey and frequent

It was quiet when we visited (a wet and rainy Wednesday). Got the bus from port authority and our driver out was fun and informative.
To be honest, having been to outlets in Florida and Vegas, I wasn’t that impressed with Woodbury. A lot of things were the same price as the UK (converse, Nike etc).
There were real savings to be had in Ralph Lauren though where we spent most of our money and time! The kids stuff was especially cheap with t shirts from about £6.
The journey home is a lot more stressful, buses don’t not run to time and lots of people queuing, you just have to wait and hope you get on one of them.

Fabulous outlet shopping you need the whole day. It cost us 40$ each by bus from bus station near Times Square. The bus drops off and collects you right outside. Good facilities.
Take an empty case with you to wheel round and pack all your bargains.
Well worth a trip!

We drive up from Queens a few times a year for seasonal shopping. The outlets are laid out perfectly and has all the best stores. Must visit.

Excellent place for shopping and something for everyone here.
Take plenty of money as you will defo want stuff.
I am going back

Partly the same prices as in the store. Ralph Lauren, for example, has changed the concept and does not offer the goods at a reduced price.

Woodbury Common Premium Outlets is everything but common. There are so many designers to choose from, and something for everyone. A nice setting to shop but wear comfortable shoes because you will be doing some serious walking if you plan to cover the entire space. Many of the stores are higher end with high prices even at the "discounted" price. All relative to where one lives....

The outlets are a little out of town $30 bus return from NY City but well worth the visit.
All the outlets you would expect to find
Don’t forget to get the discount book when you arrive, it will save you a few more $$$.
Take your suitcase if you have a spare, it’s easy to wheel around and pack your shopping in as you go.
The bus can accommodate these underneath.
The food options were good, the bathrooms clean
Overall loved the shopping day here

Beautiful Mall with great stores, but not a great discounts at this outlet mall. Maybe 5-10% cheaper, but you have to pay NY state tax on clothes and shoes, so there goes the deals! The worst part....very crowded parking and in many areas, you have to pay $10 to park. I was shocked. Never saw this before. I'll never be tempted to go again.

Great outlet which is absolutely huge. Suggest serious shoppers spend a night nearby otherwise be very selective about which shops you visit. Wear good shoes as you will walking a lot! Bargains in some stores better than others so there is an element of luck involved (as is the case with outlet shopping generally)!
Also join the vip club online in advance for more discounts.

Outdoor shopping mall... Good place if you want to walk. And there are many shops. But little worth buying. So much of the stuff is "Made for Outlet Malls" that you really need to be careful in what you select. Most things are not bargains.

This outlet is Huge. There are hundreds of shops with big names in the mix as well.
Great place to shop.
Tips:
- This place is in the middle of a valley and the winds can be brutal in the winter, so prepare accordingly.
- There are trams as well, which can take you from on point to another in the outlet.
- Wear comfortable shoes as this place is huge.

We visit this place at every opportunity when in New York and always leave happy and delighted with bargains and great finds!
Most people bring empty suitcases to take advantage of the sales and great buys.
My recommendations for bargain hunters and shopaholics:
1. arrive as early as possible. There are tour buses and locals flocking here so you get the idea....
2. Plan in advance which shops you are wanting to visit especially if you are using the bus tours - time is limited and precious!
3. Anticipate queue times especially for those popular brands - think Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Kate Spade - ladies, you know what I mean....
4. For guys, there are plenty of shops to peruse so don’t think this is a ladies trip only!
5. Wear comfortable shoes and dress accordingly, the facility is open space - not a mall.

I went with my husband, simply fantastic discounts!
However, there were delays with transportation, and there is limited food variety.

Fantastic, the only bad thing is that you don't get to visit everything, in the time that your visit lasts, we arrived at 12 and returned at 5, but it was good, my daughter was the happiest with the variety of items on offer.

Every brand I am aware of has its kiosk on Woodbury Outlet. The discounts depend on the brand but almost every kiosk I visited had a good discount or offer.
I made my main shopping from there and the deals I found were the best I could wish for.
The good thing is that you find in just one place every recognized brand. It also has a market since most visitors spend their day there.
You can't visit it without transportation but there are buses that take you there.
If I would suggest something, that would be to add electronics kiosks as well.
Also, don't forget to carry luggage with you. If you don't only need a couple of things and you want to go shopping, you will need luggage to carry your purchases.
Lastly, it's hard to visit every single kiosk. You may need to decide in advance where you wish to go.
If I visit New York again, I will definitely go again to Woodbury!

Rubbish if your from UK,its a waste of time everything is cheaper at home, was a waste of a day was so disappointing

I shopped at Woodbury Commons today. Although I really didn’t see anything that was such a great bargain (all seemed to be the equivalent of prices you can at regular stores when they run sales), the layout was nice and they have a good food court. The REAL problem is getting into and out of the parking lot. It took me over a half hr to
Get onto the parking lot and I overheard employees complaining that it can take 2 HOURS to get out. I assumed I had just misheard then but perhaps not. On a Sunday night at 830pm it took over a hour to get out of the lot.

Great variety of top American brands in a well laid out format. Only about 1 hour 15 minutes from the Port Authority in New York. We went on a Sunday, so traffic was light.

Bought Coupon from Groupon, Call 48 hrs earlier so you can book your seat on the bus. Very easy to find bus stop 4 pick up locations in manhatten. We went at 9:30 am and caught the 3:00 pm home, loads of fantastic deals. Many high end shops . Something for everyone. Alot of people take an empty suitcase there to fill.

The renovations to Woodbury Commons have made it a very pleasant shopping experience. There are numerous "resting" spots, where the less enthusiastic shopper can take a break while others continue bargain hunting. The rocking chairs are a great addition. As always with outlet stores, the true "deals" are hit or miss. Some aren't any better than what you would get at a department store sale, but the convenience of having so many brands in one place more than makes up for that. One caveat: don't go on the weekends any time in the holiday shopping season. It's a nightmare.

Cheaper than Manhattan with lots of discounts, the place is huge so you need a good few hours here. You get a discount book too so it’s worth going if you intend to go shopping in nyc. All main brands if you like designer clothing, bus took around an hour from Times Square.

Don't bother especially if your from the UK. Prices not really discounted. Save your money and shop in Manhattan. On the plus side very clean great staff but no real bargains.

We always go to Woodbury Common when visiting NYC. Love the bus trip, love the shopping complex (outdoors and like a little town), and the food, and of course, the options to purchase!
Was freezing cold (-10 degrees) this day but sunny and sparkling with snow outside each 'cottage' and icicles from each roof. It was truly magical! You buy what you can afford and there are many many choices from high quality high-end, to more ordinary stuff.
Thanks to the staff we met- it was a pleasure to meet the store attendants.
But we would like to give a special mention and thanks to the kind and sweet lady attending the toilets in the food market. She was from Honduras, and had a smile that could light up a room! The toilets were spotless and this is by no means easy to achieve. Some users of toilets do not understand hygiene. But this lady, patient and kind, and smiling, was proud of her work. If management is reading this, please reward this lady! Thank you sweetie!

Went here to look for some great savings however we did not find many this time around. Prices and offers were not as great and to be honest some items were cheaper or the same price back home. Came away with some items but overall felt very underwhelmed by Woodbury.
They are constantly expanding and building new stores so I wonder if this is the reason that Woodbury has lost its sparkle.

Large outlet, with many famous brands but also someone less known. On the day of Black Friday files even beyond 3 hours for stores. As far as catering services are concerned, I would like to point out a really poor seating capacity. There are also few indications for orientation (lacking the names of the avenues as in ours, maps often lacking the point "you are here") while the toilets are clean and well sized.
Prices? Excellent on BF day: you get real discounts of up to 60%!

I went to Woodbury right before Memorial Day. Prior to that visit, I hadn’t been to Woodbury in over 15 years and decided to visit after realizing that I can grab some deep savings at the luxury stores. I couldn’t believe the prices I found and ended up doing really well in Saint Laurent, Gucci, Uggs, A/X and North Face. The deals were so good that after coming home I ended up calling in for another bag from Saint Laurent. And next week I’ll be going back with my niece. Only this time I need to stick to a budget. Fingers crossed.

Got voucher from Groupon when we arrived in NYC,glad we only paid half the normal trip price ,don't get me wrong it was a lovely place to visit but it wasn't quite as cheap as we thought and to be honest slot of the shops seemed to be getting rid of old stock they couldn't sell last year ! The only shop that seemed to have the real bargains was Michael Kors ,I got a purse that was $130 for about $40 ! We went on a really freezing day and the place was empty so we had no problems with queues for buses home so can't complain about that ,it's a nice day out away from the city but I probably won't go anymore as I certainly couldn't fill a suitcase with bargains! I suppose it depends what you want , maybe the high end designer stores where cheap but we didn't go for them so best go and experience it for yourself see what you can find .

This was my first experience at this outlet. My one criticism is the lack of signs and posting of where we are and where to find the other stores. The only signs I saw was just showing a few stores that I could already see from where I was. Tried for a long time to find a food court. Found it finally. I went to 2 stores, the food court and then to the car.

Very nice shopping center. We were here on a Wednesday in mid-December and it was just quiet. You get good discounts at the 'normal' brands (including Columbia, Levi, Tommy Hilfiger, Ugg, Sketchers) and VIP coupons are also accepted for even more discounts. Nice atmosphere and nice Christmas music. Not the standard songs you always hear, but fun, original songs. Highly recommended if you are in New York!

A very picturesque setting for a shopping outlet surrounded by trees in a valley.
Lots of bargains to be had compared to UK prices. One hour by bus from NYC Port Authority. Do go you will be rewarded with sizeable discounts and plenty of discounts.

Huge outlet, the biggest I've ever been to by far. Really premium and exquisite stores. Prices are very good. We shopped til we dropped. Definitely recommend it if you are willing to buy stuff (and not window shop). Came all the way from Montreal to go there and it was worth it.

This is for Vera Bradley Outlet store also sent to their headquarters and Yelp: On Sat July 11 2020 at about 11:15am I and my sister were standing online at the vera badly outlet in Harriman NY Woodbury Commons… to get into the Vera Bradley store. There was an elderly couple in front of us and when 2 people were done shopping and let out of the store, an employee of the store opened the door, allowed the 2 people to exit and held the door for the the couple in front of us to go in. In a time of social distancing and this pandemic it is a good policy that the store is doing. We are middle aged women, not kids making trouble. If fact, were were there to try to get readers because as you age your eyes need some glasses.
When the next 3 people exited the store it was our turn to enter. The employee purposely let the door go, not holding it for us like everyone else. We thought it odd. Even more odd was her continued glaring at us. We could not figure out why. As I looked at her again at the door, she was standing there just looking at us. It was the craziest thing I ever experienced in a store. After a one minute discussion between my sister & myself we decided to leave the store. Who was going to put up with disrespectful and crazy behavior? I would not do it under normal circumstances, no less in the pandemic. There was a person exiting right in front of and again that employee held the door opened. As we approached she let the door go. We pushed the door open and my sister said as we left, don’t think we aren’t yelping this.
It isn’t that she would not open the door, who cares. It was that it seemed to be her job, or a courtesy to the customers that wasn’t extended to us. I cannot even tell anyone here why it was. We don’t know. We went to many other stores at the outlets and in the town, no one behaved this horrible. Everyone was respectful and helpful to help us find what we were looking for.
This review really is for the manager of the store - you have to give employee sensitivity training. Because an employee doesn’t like the way someone looks or doesn’t like what they are wearing - the employee should have some respect. We say this because my sister and myself were wearing masks that said “WE are in this together” obviously referring to the pandemic. We thought maybe this, for some unknown reason, this black mask was offensive to her????
Whatever the reason, we ended up leaving. Needless to say we would not be back to this location or any location, if this behavior is condoned by your company. Rarely, if ever, do i give a review like this, but it was so offensive and disrespectful to us. You really should review this complaint as behavior like this will cause you to lose customers - something you probably never want, but certainly you do not want this during this pandemic. Again I would like an answer to why we were treated like this. The employee was a youngish girl with dark hair.

Visited with a friend whilst in New York.
Lots of shops (although lots of American brands that we hadn’t heard of)
Was not busy so we were able to take our time browsing. Staff in all shops were polite & helpful.
Do not need the whole day there - we arrived at 10:30am and were ready to go by 2pm.
Good if you know what you are going for (discounted UGGs/Kate Spade etc)

Rude man at desk when enquired about extra discount coupons. Only available online and bad WiFi so no connection.
Prices not that different to England due to bad exchange rate, not sure it was worth paying the price to get there

I've been shopping at Woodbury for YEARS! My life responsibilities have changed, so I don't visit as often as I used to, but I still love it whenever I do. I was used to the old layout of the mall, but I'm still pleased with the NEW and IMPROVED Woodbury. I LOVE THE DOUBLE DISCOUNTS on the holiday weekends THROUGH OUT THE YEAR.
I will be going there this coming Veteran's weekend.

Many branded outlets with super prices. A good market hall with plenty of choices for lunch. Could easily spend a day there.

BE AWARE OF THEIR CASHIERS , i bought 2 same wallets, the one was charge 59,2 usd and the one was charge 88,8 usd, SAME WALLET, SAME COLORS, SAME DAY but when i confirmed through calls they told me that the one which is correct was the 88.8 USD!
They just said like that to make me didn't complain anymore and didn't have to refund the excess I paid. HOW is it possible that the price is 88.8 when the tag on his wallet is 59.2! And the first payment was 59.2!!!( even if its true that 88.8 was the real price , how about the price you write at the tag 59.2 at that two wallets ? Is it your sales carelessness? Its Still your sales fault right??? ) BE AWARE, WATCH YOUR BILL! Dont be influenced by them invite you to chat when paying so you dont pay attention to the bill! Here i upload THE PROOFS (you can check the date, the wallets SAME! Even the barcode number is the SAME! ). And one thing you must know that the furla woodbury only can be contacted through calls they dont have the direct email! (While most of the customers at woodbury outlet are the overseas customers) How come such big brand like furla have the AFTER SALES like this. Please dont fool your customers ! REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!

Parking easy bargains were there if you looked. All stores plenty of staff to service the customers. Clean and very nice setting. Great for families have playgrounds and lots of restrooms. Plenty of restaurants to handle the crowds. Great experience and did all our back to school shopping in budget.

If you have a disability like cancer, you will be made to wait in the cold on 1 hour line. No compassion or understanding. If you don’t like it, too bad. Should be reported to ADA.

We bought our bus tickets online the day before we were going to Woodbury. We picked up the tickets in morning before we were going. It took about one hour to go there from New York.
It feels like you are walking around in a little city (With only stores).
There are so many different stores and a big food hall.
Normally I hate to go shopping on my vacations, but I think this is a good way to do it. There were almost no people here and you can make some good deals on the more expensive brands. Especially if you compares it to prices in Denmark.
I bought clothes and shoes from Calvin Klein, Hilfiger, Diesel and Adidas.
I will recommend you to go here if you will do some cheap shopping where it is not totally crowded.
You should remember to go into the information and get a voucher with all the discounts and you can also take it on the phone.

Often visit these outlets when in NY. Lots of stores (all the brands) if you are in to that and good deals compared to retail malls. Depending on time of year of course you get even better discounts. Some stores can have lines out the door! Uggs, Kate Spade, to name a few but the deals are really great usually. Good food court and lots of parking. You may just need to walk a bit of course. This is an oudoor plaza type setting, so you are subject to weather (summer heat, winter cold), as opposed to for example Sawgrass in FL which is largely indoors. But worth a visit if shopping and brand name discounts are your enjoyment.

Disappointingly expensive... In EU you will find better deals and you get vat free while going outside of EU. Only good price was in the under Armor shop. Rest same as EU. I would spend 40$/person for nice things in TJ Maxx or Marshall's in Manhattan rather to come here and waste 3h for round trip by bus.

Went to the Woodbury outlet based on a friend's recommendation. Easy busy ride from New York, goes from central bus station, approx $40 a person takes just under an hour.
Shops were insane and the bargains were readily available. Other people on the bus took a suitcase for their shopping.
Spent the whole day there, was really empty had most stores to ourself.
Food court was lovely with plenty of choice.
Last bus returns at 7pm and on the hour before this.
Highly recommend this mall.

This place is massive with loads of shops to choose from. There are the usual designer choices such as Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and Michael Kors along with Gap, North Face and Nike. We spent the whole day there as there is so much choice. There is a good court though there wasn't much choice for breakfast if you get there handy and don't fancy McDonald's.
Make sure you get your VIP discount booklet from the Customer Services as tjefe are further discounts available in most stores.
The only downside was we had to wait nearly and hour in the queue for a bus back to New York ( Port Authority). Luckily after half six the buses were a bit mire frequent though the queue was huge.

What you would expect from an outlet mall but was not impressed with prices overall This is my 3 rd time visiting Woodbury. Would go back but not my favorite outlets

Woodbury Common is located in Harriman NY and is just a hop, step and jump from NYC via the New York State Thruway at exit 16. It has world renown recognition as an outlet mall with approximately 250 designer and brand name stores. People from all over the globe shop at Woodbury in search of bargains not likely to be found elsewhere. The whole area is structured like a mall town providing a "one place shopping" and "shop t'ill you drop" venue.
The scope of outlets at Woodbury include avant guard fashion and designer brands including Celine, Polo, Michael Cors, Burberry, Coach amongst others. And then there is a host of the usual outlet mall stores such as Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Gap and the like. The most popular stores are Nike, Puma, Adidas, Converse and other running shoe stores. There is just such a great affinity between people and running shoes. Every possible design and colour (even the laces) are at your beck and call. With all the walking you do here at Woodbury, you just might have to buy a new pair to replace your old ones, just to get through the day. There are bargains to be had; but make sure you pick up a coupon book at reception to enjoy significant savings.
The facility is massive so there is a trolley to hustle you around. Parking is significant, but on busy days you may have to circle the wagons a couple of times for a spot. The Market Hall offers a slew of grab 'n ' go food vendors including Chipotle with their sandwiches as big as a football, as well as others. But again, at peak eating times, waiting is the name of the game.
Bus loads of tourists empty into Woodbury, primarily from NYC, but from everywhere too, so the crowds can approximate Times Square at certain times and certain locations. It is amusing to watch shoppers toting 2 or 3 bags on each shoulder and carting, by the bag strings, another 5 or 6 in each hand, their appearance approaching that of the HULK as they limber down the lanes of the mall in search of yet another bargain. There are numerous attractions in the area including Bear Mountain National Park, West Point and more. If you're thirsty try the Angry Orchard Brewery, but watch out for the angry birds in the orchard.
As a shopping strategy, a lot of tourists make a shopping pit stop at Woodbury to cash in on the bargain prices, and then go on to NYC for unusual or hard-to-get-items. Keep in mind that you need stamina to shop here, it's not for the faint of heart, as well, a strong credit card and enduring bag-carrying arms with serve you well. So if you are a bargain hunter, it's worth your while to try Woodbury Common......Beats NYC Prices.

I always enjoy the ability to go to Woodbury Commons. There are many roads which intersect just before a person reaches this venue. There is much parking space, but these parking lots can often get very full. This facility is huge, and it may be wise to frequently look at some of the maps. I have often found many of these stores to be very expensive, but I have gotten some great merchandise from these stores, such as an abundance of clothing. I definitely get great exercise from the prolific amount of the distance in which I walk. This venue can definitely get crowded, and there are many diverse cultures of people who visit this area. There are also many restaurants for people to dine.

In principle, you can find the same brands here as, for example, in Jersey Gardens near EWR Airport. It's not necessarily worth making the trip for that - but there is a casino next door, so you can spend your savings there.
It's important to mention that textiles are tax-free in NJ... that may be the killer argument against WBC outlets, even if the scenery is very beautiful

Best outlet in New York! Good thing it is only 45 mins to my house! Lot of high end shops and super sale!
The outlet is huge! If it is your first time, you can’t shop for a whole day maybe 2 days lol! I’ve been here multiple times so I know where to go!
Shops that I love are: L’OCCITANE, ADIDAS, NIKE, NORTH FACE, SUPERDRY. The only problem here is there is not much food choices, only SHAKE SHACK, CHIPOTLE and MCDONALD’s are okay to go to, plus they are mad expensive than their regular price in the city. For the kids, they love DYLAN CANDY STORE, LINDT CHOCOLATES and VENCHI ICE CREAM!
Will I buy here? Yes af course! There is always big sale here almost 50-70% off! I am hoping that they will add more restaurants here!

We had a lovely day out shopping, having some food and time for coffee and cookies in the afternoon.
Lots of stores, a nice trip out of the city. We had snow as we were there early December. Plenty of shops to meet all needs and budgets.

A great day on many levels.
We live in Northern NJ and I have always wanted to go but never have.
With it being a gorgeous Sunday and low humidity, my daughter and I took the hour drive to the WBC.
Parking is hard to find. We wound up paying the $10 to park in a cornered off section and it was worth every penny. It was right near the Ralph Lauren Outlet, for reference.
We had lunch at Parm (writing a review following this one) and loved the food and the outdoor seating.
Spent the next several hours walking around, visiting stores, people watching and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
It is a clean, spacious, enjoyable time to spend an afternoon or a long weekend.
There’s something for everyone. We will be back during the holiday season to enjoy the sights and sounds.

I was going to be at the Stony Point Center for a retreat and thought I would stop off here to shop. I LOVE outlet shopping.
But seriously, these are not outlets. In no way, shape or form are these prices discounted in a way that the shops should be called an outlet. I was so disappointed. And the brand names are just too much and too many. I won't be coming back here...

For the shopping livers it is the place to be More thn 240 stores offering high ends products at affordable prices. You can easily spend a day or even more! A bus takes you from port Authority station to the mall for 42$ including return ticket. Last bus leaves the mall at 9:26pm. To avoid the rush and queue, better go to the bus stops and wait a bit. Get an empty suitcase with you! i.e: a pair of Ugg boots is as low as 60$, high end brands are at 65% less and even more, most of the shops have special promotions on top of the discounts, a True Religion pair of jeans is for 55$ approx. At Tory Burch hand bags are around 150 up to 250$. You can even have perfumes or beauty make up products for.less thn 70% of the original prices. I highly recommend this place!

We had time to visit this outlet centre & spent around 4/5 hours there. Real mix of shops but mainly high end. Be prepared to spend as there are bargains to be had - appears most savings made when you purchase multiple items. I got 3 pairs of Levi’s in a deal price of $120, if I’d only bought one pair then looking at around $70. Was apparent people were spending by the number we seen with suitcases - which they were filling! If limited spend or buying single items not the place for you.

I really liked the outlet it has a wide variety of shops and restaurants. I enjoyed shopping for myself and my husband. We found all what we were looking for. Every time I visit NY I have to go to it.

We Trips regularly in America and always visit the premier outlet but it was very small. Few shops and the well-known shops that did exist were small with a small assortment.
Didn't find it real outlet prices either I'm used to different. Afterwards, it wasn't worth driving to Woodburn from Portland 45 minutes before that.

Tom Ford Staff name Xavier. I went in with my husband and 2 kids on a Wednesday where there wasn’t any rush anywhere. I was handling 2 kids one being an infant. This guy after showing my husband 2-3 sunglasses suddenly he said you guys are taking too long and spoke rudely and murmured in his own language

If you're planning to do some serious shopping when in NY, you must come to this outlet. In order to get there, you catch a bus at Port Authority (42nd St & 8th Avenue) which, after an hour ride, will get you there ($42 per person for a two way ticket). Most premium brands are there, shops' catalog is quite large so book a whole day for your shopping!

Love Woodbury Common outlet, lots of designer shops, plenty of eateries, and most important, plenty of bargains to be had. Not as cheap as earlier years due to poor exchange rate, but if you hunt around you will find plenty to spend on. Excellent bus service from the Port Authority, about 1 hour 15 mins journey. Buses back are frequent and comfy,

This place is huge
please be prepared to face rude sellers at some shops, families fighting, kids screaming and so on.
Some shops indeed have very good deals, others not so much.
You need to be ready to walk a lot.
the best tip is to get the map and stores directory in advance and plan your day, otherwise you will be waling up and down.

Woodbury Common Premium Outlets is the best outlet mall in the world. There are 220 stores. If there is an outlet, it is here. Up to 70% off big names in luxury (Gucci, Prada, Chloe, Balenciaga, Burberry), and staples (Ralph Lauren, J Crew, Tory Burch, Lululemon). Be prepared to shop til you drop.
It is located about an hour from NYC. There are daily buses, plus ample parking. Plenty of restrooms and food options.

We visited here many years ago when the £ had some purchasing power. Not anymore though and this top end factory outlet (think Bicester Village on steroids for UK folk) holds no real bargains. However, we were in the area and decided to visit again. It was quiet and easy to park close to a major entrance and most of the shops were quiet too. We did spot some dollar friendly outlets however and to our surprise and pleasure got some well priced items. The food court is impressive with some interesting outlets but we weren't hungry so did not partake.

First visit to Woodbury Common as I'm from the UK and I must it was a very good shopping trip. Great discounts available in so many shops.
We bought a variety of things from jewellery to shoes at very good prices. Unfortunately we didn't get around all the shops as we had to catch the coach back to New York but would definitely visit again.

Shopping is always a fun experience if you get to find what you are looking for. Sometimes you are not looking for anything but you go shopping because people you are with want to shop. Woodbury Commons premium Outlet is the place to go to if you want to go to find all the things you never thought you wanted. This is truly the best premium outlet available in the north east. A true gem of an outlet. Impeccably clean and modern. Greatest brand names like Gucci, Prada and Dior. They have a map on their app and a traditional paper map you can pick up at the welcome services. Some stores offer incredible deals like 70% off and an additional 30%. Some not so much but you can still find value. The map is almost essential since the outlet is so big. If you are looking for a particular store it might take a while to get there. The map allows you to locate yourself and park nearby. I saw multiple buses with large groups pulling up. So it gets crowded quick and this was on a Monday. You should get there early. It’s an outdoor outlet so dress accordingly. They have a good food court with many options that can please all members of a family. It also has a starbucks and a Shake Shack. Overall very nice option for a day trip or even two as you might need more than a day to get through all of the stores if you enjoy that type of thing. One downside to all outlet shopping is not knowing what you will find. It’s the opposite of online shopping. It is you and your luck that day. So if you enjoy picking up a bargain and have time to browse the endless stores head out to Woodbury Commons and feast on all those spectacular brands.

I love to shop here! there are a lot of stores for every taste and budget. Polo is my personal favorite. Only down side is that parking can be a mess!

My goodness, what horrendously rude staff at the visitor 'welcome' office. My husband stumbled slightly in asking about the discount book and the staff member immediately interrupted him to say 'lets not make this into a speech'. We were totally shocked and embarrassed in how he spoke to us with utter disrespect. Disgraceful start to an otherwise good day. This needs addressed.
I am not sure the name of the individual but we arrived on the 11.30 am from NYC on a Coach USA bus

Yesterday I forget my hand bag on the restaurant shake shack after a long day of shopping. I call them directly and they confirme that they have my bag . But!!!! One of there employees Branda take the bag and give it to me without the 4000$! She stole the money and give me the rest. The police confirme that on the video we see Branda take the bag and open it and count the money! So it’s a prove that she is the person that she stole the money! But she lie and I never have my 4000$! So take care when you are in these zone!!!

Love Woodbury great stores we vist 3 times a year beautiful area. Lots of great sales polo outlet and coach the best

A lot more stores now than before and if you like designer stores then this is for you,you should get there as early as possible as it gets really busy by lunch time.

There are almost all the brands inside. There were great discounts on Tommi Hilfinger, North face, Timberland and in general the American companies. The crowd was not as many as I had read and in general the shopping was comfortable. There are also many options for food and relaxation

I have been to premium outlets both in Usa and Europe and this has been so fat the biggest with the biggest array of luxury stores( including Bottega). There is shake shack here, outside the main market hall which is huge as well. Definitely a must go place when shopping in nyc!

Parking here is big, but it gets full fast! I arrived at 10:15am and the parking is almost filled up!
For the items, nothing much cheaper (unless you cop those discounted Nike with your size and some Calvin Klein) but the rest, you are better off getting it from NYC itself.

its about and hour from new york port authority bus station which is a bit if a nightmare to negotiate tbh - look out for signs for woodbury and allow yourself a good 45 mins to get your tickets, find the bus lane and get a place in the queue as the bus fills up quickly (there and back). buses run fairly regularly (roughly once an hour). excellent selection of shops, eateries,

Visited here November found lots of bargains but in all fairness not as many as the other outlets I have visited in the states previously. North face was ok, Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein seemed the best. We used Viator for our trip and it was pretty easy to find the pick up and drop off. Food was a bit of a disappointment but that may have just been where we ate. All in all a good shopping day

My wife and I stopped at the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets in April 2024. We arrived at around 10 am. First we visited the Market Hall, food court and information (to get a map). Then we walked around for around an hour. Woodbury Common is a massive place with a huge number of stores. I went to the New Balance outlet and got some new sneakers. I also had a latte at the Starbucks and waited for my wife. It was an enjoyable experience.

I went to this outlet twice in January. First, with my daughter and the second time, alone. It is very convenient to go to via the Grayline bus. We enjoyed shopping and finding great deals here. And during my second time, I simply bought a suitcase! ... to carry all the stuff I bought. :)

Large shopping center a good hour outside of New York..
Really competitive prices (watch out for the dollar though)
It is best to buy a bag on site and fill it.
Many km on foot be prepared to walk

Great place to get reduced price for luxury & branded products (e.g. Prada, Gucci, Ferragamo, Mont Blanc, Calvin Klein, Under Armour etc etc - pls see attached pics)
Suggestions
For tourist that not driving there on a day trip - do check out this hotel Hampton Inn Harriman Woodbury which is just 5mins drive to this outlet mall. The hotel do provide shuttle bus to & from the mall.
Malls opens at 9am & closes at 9pm (do check their site for any changes)
This place is huge (see attached pic). If you are those that like to visit all the shops (over 200+ shops) you might need more than one day. Our last trip we stayed at the Hampton Inn Harriman and shopped there for 3 days. This time we stayed only 2 nights. Spent approx 11 hrs there including breaks for lunch & dinner
1. Once there - 1st thing to do is go direct to the Visitor Welcome Centre and asked for VIP Coupons which will give additional discount for certain amount (in monetary or quantity) of purchases.
2. Do go for either early or late lunch or dinner to avoid the crowds especially when there are tour groups that comes in coaches
3. Most Restroom has water dispenser - summer time is hot but not humid
4. This outlet mall do rent out trolley (almost like those in supermarket) as carrying your purchases from 1st hour to the last can be quite tiring & stressful. Stressful as worry about theft). Another solution is to put your purchases in Lockers with security pin. Charges as of July 2019 - USD 15, 20 & 25 for Standard, Large & Extra large size respectively. Rental is for 24 hrs per purchase & can access abmnd relock back.
5. Do ask each outlet whether they have special discount as some will give additional % above certain quantity.
6. Some other we seen today (4 July which is a public holiday in USA) has long queue - Gucci, Nike, Tory Burch, Burberry. Kate Spade. Prada could have but this was the 1st outlet we went in straight away at 9am & no queue.
So if time is not on your side... do plan which outlet you want to go too and go directly to them. Thereafter you can visit the rest of the shops
A lot of seating areas around the mall thus don't worry about tired legs. Even has rocking chair.. !!!
Besides some food stores scattered around the mall, there is also a centralised food with more than 10 eateries - that is at the Market Mall.
Enjoy shopping guys!!!

We have learnt from several visits that you have to do your homework and be selective. Some outlets are trying to sell you stock that is 2 or sometimes even 3 years old! Others have current stock that is an absolute bargain. #ColeHaan had current stock at amazing prices while Max Mara had items from fall 17/18 at not so good prices! We bought another suitcase and filled it with great gear for our grandsons from Ralph Lauren and enjoy coming here on our visits.

What a great mall. Decided to stop at Kohl's which is right off Th 17 in Harriman on the day before Thanksgiving. Surprised it wasn't too crowded. Clean , wide parking areas and got an outstanding deal on a Fitbit 2, better than Amazon and super service! The 3 outlets we stopped made our trip worthwile. Besides , I like to try on things in a store before I buy.

Tip for any Europeans visiting - buy US brands such as Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Hilfiger etc. as they are far better value that the European brands. The outlet is large, well organised and very clean with plenty of toilets. The food court also offers a plentiful choice. One of the nicest outlets I have been to.

My goal was to shop for host gifts. I experienced an average of 5% off of full retail prices in the stores I visited. Not worth the trip for me.

Usual shops selling so called bargains. Not a comparison to Florida malls where your money goes further.

Shops were a good price for the majority of items. Took the shuttle rather than the bus, well worth the extra money and our guide/driver was entertaining.

Went to Woodbury Commons for some shopping znd a quick meal. It was crowded. Parking was not that long of a wait. There where lines at all of the store. But that was due to New York States covid policies. You can save money shopping. You won't at the food court. Prices are very high. But it wasn't a bad visit. My only complaint is there were only a few restrooms open.

Not worth anyone’s time. Shops are overpriced and majority of the main parking lot is pay to park! 😡😡😡

We visited Woodbury Common back in April 2019, I only decided now to write a review due to the current lockdown. I suppose I took for granted the freedom of movement and the fun we had them at the time. We caught the bus from the main bus terminal in NYC; ticket price was just over $30 per person. However, the savings you make when you’re at Woodbury, you’ll claw that back anyway. We bought our tickets via Groupon, which we highly recommend as they always have on-going deals. In 2019 the exchange rate was very good for the British pound, so we managed to pick up some great deals especially from the Tommy Hilfiger store, plus there were items that were only exclusive in the US. This was the same for the Levi and the New Balance stores. My advice is to get there early, although when we were there it wasn’t all that busy, however the number of stores that were there and the stock they have, you’ll be a while looking for that elusive deal. Also, you may be tempted to return to an earlier store to purchase an item that you were dithering whether you should purchase or not. That’s what my wife did. In terms of eatery outlets, we only bought snacks so I can’t really comment on the food in general. Words of advice for those of you who have never visited the US; all the prices displayed are without VAT. So you need to add the tax on before doing any conversions. If you like shopping, a visit to Woodbury Common is a great idea, you’ll find the people there are a lot more friendlier and very welcoming than those from NYC. As long as the pound remains stronger than the dollar you’ll reap the benefits, if not, the prices will similar to the UK.

Certainly a bit off the beaten track. Go if: you are in the city for at least a week, have access to your own car, are shopping a lot. Bit pricey, unless you buy several items. Check for offers! Go with friends and family, to save more. Fantastic facilities and foods. Nice surrounding area. Great Polo Ralph Lauren store.

This place is amazing - take loads of money because it’s bargains galore and I mean real bargains off designer stores - don’t spend your money on 5th Avenue save it and spend it here
80 dollar return (for two) on coach from port authority , takes an hour , sounds high but it’s worth it
It will take you all day , take a suitcase in fact take 2 suitcases !!
Brilliant !

We arrived to Woodbury Common Premium Outlets by bus from New York Port Authority Bus Terminal; ticket USD 40 per person. The outlet mall is a huge shopping area so please be ready to walk a lot. WiFi is available within the mall and inside the shops.
There are various clothing, shoes, bags, watches, jewellery, and accessories brands suit everyone.
Many restaurants are available in the food hall and within the outlet area. We had lunch at Shake Shack, which was really great experience.

This outlet center is huge. Mostly high-end shops. You could spend hours/days shopping there. Very well maintained. We were just passing through on this occasion. Will have to return when there is more time to shop! Definitely worth a visit.

Must be one of the best outlets in country. Extremely well organized and easy to get around. Plenty of clean bathrooms and great food court. Surprising as to how many people come with empty luggage and leave overweight

Plan to spend 1/2 a day or more here. This is one of the biggest outlet facilities I have visited. You definitely need to stop at the welcome center and pick up a map. Great selection of stores to choose from. Well worth the stop.

Disappointed with the visit main reasons are:
- not any cheaper than UK prices when visiting British outlets some are even more expensive.
- you can’t get into a number of shops even on less busy days unless you are willing to que outside for 20mins.

If you know cutlery this is a knife enthusiast’s dream. There are no poorly made knives here, they are not inexpensive, but you get more than what you pay for. There are different price points, so not everyone goes into sticker shock. Besides cutlery, there is cast iron cookware, knife blocks and sets, an assortment of tools. Check out Williams Sonoma or Sur la Table if you need more than cutlery. While you’re there compare prices.
Sales associate Joshua is not only knowledgeable but friendly as well.

It is still worth it. Prices continue to be top.
We are also currently benefiting from the good dollar exchange rate

I couldn’t wait to visit Woodbury Commons on our NYC trip. Very high end shops at super discounted prices. I was in shopping heaven. We prebooked our trip in the UK which entitled us to return coach transfer, discount booklet.
The journey is just over an hour traffic dependant. We were there most of the day. Lots of lovely food eateries too. Definitely recommend a visit if you love shopping.

Been to a lot of Outlets from east to west in the usa and this is one of the biggest so expect a lot of people. but As usual there are many delicious shops at ok prices. Here, many branded goods are 50-70% off, so you can really make a good deal

good prices, a lot of stores, you need at least 2 full days to visit all the places,
please notice that there is an book with special discounts that you have to get in the welcome center door,
also some stores if you buy a lot , they give you extra discounts tickets for other stores

My 15 yo daughter and I hit up these outlets with a vengeance, my credit card is slowly recovering. Great outlets, great specials and real discounts. The best for us Aussies is the shoes. Adidas, Nike and vans were great deals, so we made the most of it with 15 pairs purchased.

My family and I drove down tothis mall and we were truly impressed with it's offerings. Firstly the mall is organized into sections and there is a wide variety of brands. From old navy to coach and Gucci. The mall is must-do for persons who want to get some great deals and do some shopping in NYC!. The Simon/Premium outlets company have remained consistent with their malls across the country. Excellent guest service (if you get lost), large food courts with variety, clean bathrooms, scenic views for great photos...highly recommended for shoppers who want a shopping experience without the hustle and bustle of 7th avenue NYC!

I visited here in May with my wife and a couple of friends. My wife and I had been 3 times previously when visiting NYC the last visit being 2017 and always found their were really good bargains to be had. This year we found the prices to be very high and the bargains not as great as in previous years. Maybe Covid has pushed the presale price up but it did feel that everything was highly priced pre discount. Also when we visited in May the stores opened at 11 and not 10 so after the Grayline bus from NYC arriving at 945 we pretty much had to kill an hour or so before anything opened. For reference the website and app stated 10AM.
Levi, Boss Ralph Lauren and True Religion stores had some good offered at the time we visited.

There is no bargains here. Just over priced cheap quality version of the real stores. Eat before you go unless you like spending big money on fast food. Plus they make you pay to park. I think the target market for this place is Chinese tourists or Kardashian wannabes. If you have a lot of money and like to throw it away, by all means head here and throw it away with the other crazy people!!

We visited this Outlet mall on Sunday. This mall with extreme number of visitor and long line to entry to most of shop was not the best purchase experience. Good thing is a lot of parking. Entry and exit from the mall by car require rethinking.

One of the best designer outlet malls in America. Name a brand and they most probably have it! Prices unbeatable for designer goods. Lots of restrooms and restaurants. Tourist/shopper friendly. You probably need a full day, literally, to see all the shops. Must visit when in New York 🤗👍

Great outlet! Even with better prices than Orlando! Spacious stores, we went on a Tuesday, it was wonderful. It wasn't crowded, you could look at everything calmly and without huge queues! Free parking. We rented a car and went, it was the best thing! Apart from the small town of Woodbury Village where it is located, very beautiful and charming!
It is 1 hour from NY. It's worth going!

This is a must if you are in NYC for shopping - it is massive, with every conceivable store, beautifully laid out, great facilities (clean loos, good food outlets, places to sit etc), great bus service from NYC and fantastic discounts.
You need all day because there are so many stores - don’t try and rush it.

I just love the variety of luxury outlet store’s available here!! Great deals!!
The staff at most stores are amazing although Gucci could do with more sales people. Burberry didn’t have friendly salespeople… Coach, MK, Nike, Kate Spade, Mulberry, Tori Burch… top notch salespeople!
I also love how easy it is to get there. I caught a bus from coachusa stop at station.
Dedicate a day here and be prepared to SPEND!!!

Something for everyone - quality items and amazing prices. The location is an opportunity to see some of the state away from Manhatten.
Need to sort the transport link out though - too many people for the number of buses and the frequency

Love Gucci outlet stores you can find really good deals at times. The handbags are always the best prices

This is one of the best shopping malls in NY ! It will take you long time to get to ! There are many buses that coming from NYC to Woobdury ! Worth it! From high end brands to just something more basic! If you will get it into the season sales prices are great!!!

We went there in early January to exchange some Christmas gifts. The workers at the Timeberland store were extremely helpful. We'll go back in the spring since all of the mall is outside.

All brands are original but not value for money. The clothes are very very bad quality. I bought three shirt from Ralph Lauren and the 3 has small holes. The same my mife from Tommy hilfiger. The shoes from Nike same problems. Go way from this common outlet

February 14/2023 Trina was good Saler in Woodbury NY, she spent time look the size fit both of us, finally I bought two and my wife bought three,

I usually go to Woodbury per year before the Black Friday, The discount is 70-80% in the past two years, but now only 60%, this place is very big, you need to have a plan if you want to see all brand you want in one day. RECOMMEND TO GUCCI, COACH AND TB FIRST

Lots and lots of shops, good specials, make sure you have lots of time. Lovely, peaceful mall - we were there on a weekday, not too busy.

Although I went with my husband, the trip was for me. The eating options made it more acceptable for him so we had lunch with table service, a nice respite from the shopping. Like all outlets, sometimes you find great things but sometimes the prices are much like the local Marshal's r Bloomingdales sales. When it is hot, it is very hot there! I would not associate it with Wellness because of the size, and sometimes the lines, it is stressful. However, I was able to order a healthy table service lunch! Shopping is an unofficial sport!

Absolutely amazing outlet it was my 3rd time and did not disappoint! Picked up Michael kors bags $67 huge black bucket bag for $93 and large purses $43, north face Parker $150 which is £300 back home, Nike, Adidas, only to mention a few. Food court is fab as well make sure you take an empty suitcase mine was filled after 3 shops. Can’t wait to go back

One of the best outlets in the world.
You can get the best offers ever of a famous brands such as Armani, Armani exchange, Burberry, Polo, Tommy Hilfiger and a lot a lot

I visited and reviewed here once before but I have more to talk about. The deals are very good and there are quite a variety of shops to choose from. The food we had was from Kung Pao which tasted good but instead of giving us BBQ chicken they put some other chicken in our plate. It was too late to exchange it. I love the Pinkberry since they are not too many frozen yogurt places in malls in the city. They still do not have a Lego store or any toy store which will be great if they did. Many families come with their kids so the management should consider opening a toy store and a Lego store also. The mall is just one hour and a half from Queens, NY and the parking is free.

Very organized place and a pleasure to shop at it was an amazing experience and I would definitely come again! Went the right after Christmas and there were great sales!

My 2 sons and I went to the Woodbury Outlets last week during February break. It was a cold day but it was fun walking thu their village and shopping in the various numerous stores. There are so many designer stores that are not in the malls and also stores found in the malls. The difference is that there were discounts in all the stores we visited and we all ended up with really good buys! The food court has a great selection of food for meals or snacks and the prices were reasonable. We ended up spending the night at the Hampton Inn which is 5 minutes away from the outlet. They have an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room and free breakfast. So we ended up enjoying a mini- vacation.

Driving back from a vacation in Montréal, we decided to stop. Let’s just say it’s cheaper to park and eat in old town Montréal than it is to go to this random outlet spot in the middle of nowhere where they charge you $15 to self park your car. We decided to keep driving as the lot was a mess, there were lots of angry and aggressive drivers (because they’re frustrated!), and the food menus showed prices at about $20 for a hamburger. Greedy grab for money — there is plenty of parking in the area, it’s not a city. Terrible. Why not drive north five hours to Montréal and have a nice little vacation with independent shops for about the same price as a few days at these overblown outlets? You don’t have to stand in a 50-person line to get in a store, either. More people should vote with their wallets — this situation represents the worst of American greed.

This is where you would want to go for good deals. This is the place for the ultimate shop till you drop. If you are a local it’s cool , but for a tourist like me , it can be hellish , with the eagerness to shop knowing that it would take time for me to come back to this destination. Many designer brands. But it was on Thanksgiving that we were there. We initially thought that crowds would be less since we didn’t come to the parade, going there on opening hour. But the queue is still long. Michael Kors , Saks on 5th, North Face , Ralph Lauren , the list goes on. Then when you are tired and hungry to go for a late lunch . The food hall is jampacked. Long lines again for McDonalds and Chipotle. Well that’s about it. Plan ahead. Later we realised that Pre Black Friday sale has started.

We were a bit disappointed with this mall.
Roadworks didn't help as created a nightmare getting in and out.
Good selection of shops but some you had to queue to get in, which I can't be bothered with!
Layout isn't great, doesn't flow very well so kept having to go back over some areas and missed others out
Toilets dreadful.
Expected better.

We were in the area & I just HAD TO check out this mega shopping mecca. I browsed ALL the high-end stores. I didn't snag any bargains, but I did treat myself to a Gucci handbag!!!

Well, the first thing which comes to mind - it's Huge. This shopping location was built for shopaholics who desire premium goods at bargain prices. In short, Woodbury Common has it all. Woodbury Common has established its reputation as one of the most popular, and largest, shopping outlets in the nation.
it is located in Central Valley, NY, just an hour North of New York City. It is a popular day trip from New York, and as a result, many vehicles operate between New York City and the outlets.
shopping location was opened in 1985 and has slowly grown over the years since. It now welcomes more than 13 million visitors a year, and it continues to grow as its current structure is renovated and new stores are added to the already extensive selection of shops.
The giant contiguous outlet store now has 220 outlets and unlike neighboring outlets, it has high-end brands as well like Gucci, Lacoste, Dior, Versace, Prada, Valentino, Balenciaga, etc...
The layout of the outlet shops is quite nice and cleverly done. The shops are grouped in Stepford neighborhood groupings such as Niagara, Saratoga, and Hudson Valley.
so, plan your shopping properly as you can't cover the whole outlet in a single day for sure!
Restaurants and eateries are prevalent in Woodbury Common, as well. If you’re looking for something quick, you can check out Shake Shack, South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries, or Au Bon Pain, among others. For a sit-down meal, it does have an Applebees! Also, there are many bistros, food trucks, and a large “Market Hall” with dozens of food stores.
Parking: the first time I was seeing Valet parking in any outlet mall, we were there on the 3rd of July and the parking was almost full, of course, we were not going to Pay $10 that too in the outlet area, we searched on google and seems, the outlet has 4-floor parking garage behind Old Navy store, ample of parking.
We parked at level 2 and started our shopping from old navy.

Great shopping experience, some absolute bargains to be had. We got the bus from NYC bus terminal to Woodbury, pleasant journey and didn't seem long at all. Plenty of choice in shops to suit everyone. One thing we learnt was that we should've taken our empty suitcases to use as shopping bags instead of trying to carry the individual bags round.

A great shopping mall with every shop, brand and designer you could want, however, this time we made the mistake of going to Woodbury Common on Black Friday which proved to be a nightmare; queues, queues and more queues!
After queuing to enter most shops the queues to pay for items took even longer with lines going all the way around the shops, and taking up to 90 minutes to be served.
Loads of bargains to be had but far too busy on Black Friday...
Lots of choice in the food hall but far too busy, many queues and nowhere to sit once we got our food.

Very Crowded ,lack of food court no tables aviabiale after you got your lunch. Only two choices. Paid to park but if yiu leave to go to another section you have to pay $10 again..

We went to the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets on our first day in NYC and we were not disappointed. The place is HUGE!! A large amount of stores and a huge variety of products from Disney store, Saks Fifth Ave, Scechers shoes (HEAPS of shoe outlets) Sunglasses, Jewellery, make up stores, clothing stores, Swatch Watch store etc etc etc. Some of these outlets are not cheap but they are better prices than you would find in the retail stores.
TIP: Give yourself at least 5 hours (yes I know that sounds insane but you will need that much time) I highly recommend Woodbury Outlets for any visitor to NYC

Thanksgiving, Easter, New Years Day. All mandatory working days for the employees. Employees are people too.

Went with family here today and haven’t been to Woodbury in ages. Overall a nice and huge outlet. Parking was hard to find since it was July 1st and it was very packed. I would recommend nice walking shoes since women would love it here.

Stopped in for a couple of hours enroute to New York. Wished we had of had longer here and the weather had of been better as there was little shelter from the persistent rain between stores.
Loved the layout and the stores and definitely planning a return one day.

Don't buy tickets from website, because you have to go to get your actual tickets from the office anyway. At the office there are lots of people in line and you have to wait. We bought our tickets online in advance and we got this vouchier. Vouchier was somehow invalid because it didn't have the needed QR code in it. After arguing situation for 30 minutes we managed to get our tickets despite the missing QR code. They said our phone was broken, but in fact the error was in their system. So the customer service was very disrespectfull. Also don't trust the website, schedule isn't correct.

Lots of different shop (plan which ones you want to visit as you won't have time for them all). You get a coupon book at the entrance but just sign upthought the app instead.
It's not a bargain and you need to consider the cost of going as well but it has the advantage of having everything in one place so it's easy to split up and see differnt things and the meet up. We managed to fill a suitcase which you can bring on the bus without any problems so you don't have a carried lots of bags.
We were travelling with two teenagers and was there from appr 9.30 - 17.30 which was fine. The trip back to N.Y. took 1½ h due to traffic. I'll advise you to come early as possible before the crowds. It takes some standing in line to pay later on.
I found it rather annoying that there was loud music everywhere - inside the shops and outside. I should have brought my headset with noise-reduction! But maybe an excuse to visit the Bose shop...
If you want something a bit closer to N.Y. you can choose Jersey Gardens which is basically a large shopping mall. We went there on our way to the airport but the prices were higher and the selection a bit less than woodbury.

This place is always busy. They have local day on Wednesday which is okay.some Most stores are not that great of a bargain. I like going to Vitmin world, North Face, Vera Bradley and a few others.

It’s a very well kept outside mall. Bathrooms were clean and stoked. Nice food court with about a dozen food stands. Lots of free parking.

This outlet is easy to get and shop all day.
Has almost all the premium stores catering to every age group.
Great place for shopping! Highly recommended.

I love this outdoor big-brand-names mall. There is always a good bargain to be found. On a beautiful sunny day this place is packed. Plenty of shops to please everyone, and plenty of good comfort food and deserts, wether in the food court or in the restaurants. Easy parking, and friendly staff.

On our visit here we scooped up loads of bargains. We hired a care from NYC and drove the 1 hour or so to get there it was much easier than the bus. Get there early as it gets very busy in just before lunch and if you do drive expect it to take a while to get out of the car park in the evening.

Accessories yes but you will not find clothes. They said they had one store Van Huesin THATS IT...no Avenue, Dressbarn...Torrid...Lane Bryant...my last time here.

It's worth spending at least 3 hours to catch some great shopping opportunities. The major brands in the world are present.

Lots of shops and plenty of choices, especially fashion. Be careful because some of the bargains are so good you can easily break any budget you set yourself. Make sure you give yourself a whole day to check out all of the shops.

Parking is a MESS. No free parking availability except in parking garage and this was limited. Many $10 spots available along with $15 valet spots available. Typical outlet mall quality. Some high end stores. Disappointed.

Excellent shopping experience -
Moncler, Oakley, CK, Northface, Converse, Nike.
Highly recommended.
Took USA coach from NY 👍🏼

The only two stores offering good deals, when it comes to clothing, were Ralph Lauren (premium line) with 60% off on all items and Phillip Plain with 70% off. The Breitling store was offering 15-20% discount (2 year international warranty) and Tag Heuer even 40-50% (I was a bit puzzled to see Carrera models without transparent case, though). Unfortunately, the Breitling store is being closed this week.
All in all, for someone coming from Europe, it was a waste of time to spend an entire day on this tour when we can get the same prices year-round.

I went here with my wife as one of four adventures that we booked a week prior to coming to New York. We booked out tickets through Costco at a fraction of the price that you would expect to pay elsewhere. Travelling time is around an hour from time square minus traffic.
Woodbury Common is large so expect lots of walking. Whatever your style and budget I can assure you that you will find something within your budget. Plenty of parking if driving here is your preferred mode of transport. It is a little bit colder than NYC here so be prepared for that. The shops aren’t over crowded and the service is good.
We made a savings of around £450-£500 when compared like for like prices in a similar uk 🇬🇧 outlet.

They block off most of their parking lot to charge you $15 for self parking. This is a new thing and is greedy and insulting. Causes a back up as everyone is looking for a parking spot in the “free section of the lot” while the $15 parking areas are nearly empty.
This is a shopping mall, not a resort! Will no longer shop here!

Not as good as in the past. Their website is not updated with the companies that are present so very misleading and you will likely be disappointed if you rely on the website. E.g Ellie Tahari gone but still listed. The information center was canceled and the service in the outlet when you arrive is shockingly appalling with no information other than a tear off map - help yourself. Also can’t find out information about feturn buses so that’s a roulette waiting for one so best book a tour nit Greyhound and when you call the support number it’s not working properly - customer service is closed and the information provided is useless. Whoever runs the shopping center should be ashamed and embarrassed. You will likely find good deals just brace yourself with some patience and lower your expectations. It used to be the best experience ever not anymore. They should do better.

Very decent up market out of town shopping outlet. Variety of food franchises too. Some good prices to be had in some clothing shops compared to prices in UK. Trip itself on bus journey from Manhattan was worth it alone.

The outlet has a lot of brands here with good deals..
they provide food courts also..
it is definitely one stop shopping center,
You can find any brands also the luxury brands..

I will never shop at the Maje outlet store again. It was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Not only was I sold a damaged dress, but when I returned to the store after discovering the issue at my hotel, they refused to take it back. I was told that because the item was on sale, no refund or exchange was possible.
As a result, I’m now stuck with a faulty dress that I’ll have to pay to have professionally repaired—making the purchase much more expensive than if I had simply gone to the regular store.
Even more concerning is that this policy seems to be unique to the Maje outlet. When I asked other nearby stores, they were shocked by this practice.
The most disappointing part, however, was the attitude of the staff. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and made no effort to provide even basic customer service. At no point was I informed that returns were not allowed, which feels deceptive and unfair. It felt like they simply didn’t care.
As a loyal Maje customer in Europe for many years, this experience has completely changed my view of the brand. Maje has lost me as a customer, and I’ll be sure to share this experience with my girls friends and entourage.

We have been to Woodbury a few times now, the last time was about 9 years ago. It has been developed, there are loads of shops, it's clean, tidy, welcoming and a great day out. We hired a car from the city so we could explore some more which was great as we could take the shopping back to the car at regular intervals!!!

needed to pay for parking fees. The price was too expensive although they claim that it is an outlet. Not worth of shopping there.

This is the largest outlet village that I have come across. There are even buses from New York to here. Take a photo of the outlay or get a map, otherwise you will get lost. There are many specials and some stores may give an additional discount on a Saturday. So be prepared for a surprise. Ample parking which fills up as the day progresses. So many bargains that you will shop and will leave happy. The is a food hall which has a roof for cold or hot days. Enjoy.

This outlet centre is simply awesome, with some 250 & a full range of brands up to & including brands like Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, Burberry, etc.
The sales & saving we got were so good, we could hardly believe it.
Definitely a lucky shopping day for us, can’t wait to return!

This was one of best shopping mall experiences I've had in a long time. We went with friends 5 hr away. The mall is huge and has everything needed for a serious shopper. This was my first visit, it's an hour north of NYC. The outlet mall has the most high end stores I've seen anywhere, Prada, Versace, Bally, Gucci, etc.

We had gone for shopping in November 2020 and found very good stuff with great deals and had a very nice experience with chipotle and othe food joints
It’s very vast with good brands and enough parking throughout

I went in November so it was super cold when I wasn’t in a shop. Got to plan out where I want to go and be objective in the shopping spree. Things may not be as well organized as in the main stores but if you check the sales items online and zoom in on those items, the discount deals are not bad. Managed to visit 10 shops within 4 plus hours, inclusive of lunch.
I bought my two-way bus ticket from Groupon at $27, which is half the price. But have to call them at least 2 days in advance to make reservations. I almost cannot get a seat. So do the homework before going. I went at an earlier timing and there were empty seats which they allowed me to board. So it all worked out very well!

We decided to visit the outlet whilst in New York. We purchased our ticket directly from The Port Authority Bus Depot and took the one hour journey in a ok’ish coach... on arrival it became apparent that this place is big...we spent around 4-5 hours there and probably walked 2/3rds of the stores available...their were bargains to be had in Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren and other stores such as Gucci, Saint Laurent...overall a pleasant experience and nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of New York

Hi, I will be in NYC during thanksgiving and definitely will go shopping at Woodbury to get Black Friday’s discounts.
So can you give opinions about what is the best day and hour to go there during Black Friday?
Thanks

My husband and I and our Yorkshire dog went shopping all day they had amazing store I went for Micheal kors and Nautica and Lacoste and coach... etc nice walking area and nice snack the bathroom very clean the sale person very friendly. When your on your way to New York City it’s a absolutely place to go before👍

Half designer brands like Gucci only have handful of discounted items (5-10 items) most sold out.
Being from London where we have Bicester Village (Oxford, UK) these prices were all more expensive by over 20% more. Not worth it.
No halal food available.
McDonald’s and all other food is about $15-30 a meal.
Not worth it stay away!

I PURCHASED ONLINE AND AFTER 60 days I RECEIVED NOTHING!!! CHEATED AND DON'T TRUST BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RESPOND AND WASTE TIME ALL THE TIME

Initially I wasn’t sure if I should go especially cause my husband doesn’t like to shop and spend much
BUT we both ended up loving every minute and we’re extremely busy shopping there!
We were there from 11am to 7:30pm and still wish we had more time
Envious of the locals who can go there all the time !

I thought 5 hours there was more than enough for shopping, but this outlet is very big too explore. I had to finish shopping as to rush to Woodbury bus that took me back to New York.
Many stores provide good quality of products with very interesting discount. Two stores I visited gave 70% discount and 20% additional discount for some product ! Most of the stores provide friendly and good services.
One thing confusing is the location of the stores that cannot easily to be identified on the colourful map.

The Woodbury Premium Outlet is quite well known and popular for New York tourists. Actually, there are shopping buses from New York City. There are many premium brands such as Fendi, Burberry, Gucci which you don’t see in other outlets. Great discounts plus more & more special deals which you don’t have in the stores. For instance, Coach has 70% off with an additional 20% discount, so its 76% off. Moreover, you can get additional discount with the coupon or coupon book if your purchase is $200 or more. Anyway, it’s definitely a great opportunity for you to spend all day here, hunting for great deals.

I was at the woodburry outlet today and experienced the worst client service I ever had. Ni
Not only I had to wait more than 45 minutes to get the bus back but on top of it I had to pay another ticket to get back. Why? Because on the internet site of Woodburry, they are actually advertising and directing clients to buy tickets on line. What they don’t tell you is that if you don’t pick up the bus ticket at the port Authority you can not get in the bus.what happens is that I come with friends taking a cab and then wanted to take the bus back.
So I came with my e ticket and the driver told me that I need to have the printed ticket. And atbthe guest service, at woodburry, they told me that they can not print it at they are not working for the Coach us line company.
Isn’t it a big fraud this woodburry services? And on top of it, the women at the guest service asked me to show my ID just to annoy me. WOODBURRY, you may consider train your staff and review the conditions with Coach line as from a client perspective this is not acceptable. And I am not even talking about the non ecological behavior of this company!!!

It happened 22/9 days Sunday..had in many large stores terrible discounts of up to 70%
I've been shopping with my wife for a lot of things and expensive chips! It is worth visiting..It has a place to eat and generally it is very large..Only in targeted stores I suggest you go because you will not get anything all day!

There are a lot of outlets but it's expensive compared to other outlets I've been to across the country.

We spent about five hours here on a Monday. We visited many stores and found some great deals at stores such as Brooks Brothers, Vineyard Vines, and Tumi. We will be going back, but only on a weekday as it gets very crowded on weekends. It was easy to park and the bathrooms were very clean.

Woodbury Common Premium Outlets is very similar to most other outlets in that they offer a ton of name brand stores. The facilities are exceptionally clean. The staff at the Coach store were very friendly and helpful. Everyone was handed a 70% off ticket upon entering the Coach store. Purchased a nice leather purse for under $100. The prices were good, most were not exceptional savings so we window shopped a lot. If you like outlets this one is spread out and you could probably spend at least half a day here. The outside kiosk/cart for crepes was overpriced at $10 each and not that good of taste or texture.

While the outlet is well stocked with shops, I didn't think it was cheap by any means. We shop regular in the outlets in Orlando, and find them considerably cheaper than Woodbury Common Premium Outlet. It was a nice day out of the city, however wouldnt rush back for bargains (I didnt get any!!)

It is really great outlet mall. There are top luxury brand stores including Tod's, Prada, Gucci, Alexander Macqueen, and Dior etc. The restroom and restaurants are clean and easy to use.

The best shopping experience. Busy but fantastic prices and every brand you could want. Can’t wait to return!!!

The girls on this desk need a lesson in customer service. The Addidas shop was shut for renovations opening sometime in the afternoon, when I asked if they knew what time it would open they didn't even know it was closed for renovation and then it appeared to be an inconvenience when I asked if they could find out what time it would open.

Best outlets I’ve ever been to and discounts in every store. Bus was easy to arrange and get from mid New York. deffinately worth the day trip

Having been to the maui and las vegas version of the outlets I think this one is not as cheap as the Vegas one.
You need to book a bus which is booked solid for days ahead
The coach company is not well organised so get there early and be aware.
I do recommend to take a spare suitcase as it is easy to fill up
It is open type shops so take an umbrella if overcast
The trip is 1hr from manhattan

Breitling Outlet Store at the Woodbury Common outlet:
Let me begin by saying I purchased 2 watches from the Breitling Woodbury Commons store before and have no complaints, in fact they were two excellent transactions and the salesman Suhaib was great. In fact, that is why I went back for my third watch.
My third transaction was anything but excellent. I was sold a Breitling Chronomat that was supposed to be new that came with scratches all over the crystal and they swapped the rubber band on my watch to a band that was not what I was supposed to receive. I was given my money back very quickly(the receipt reads all sales are final) as they knew they lied and tried to pull a fast one. They gave no apology nor a reason for what happened etc.. just a quick refund and out the door I went.
Be VERY careful as to what condition your watch is in. Have them put in writing that it is new and don't assume your watch is new! Put the watch under a magnifier or scope when you get it home and look for imperfections. I highly recommend you trust no one here, I sure don't after this experience. There are plenty of Breitling dealers willing to make deals off of list price out there that are selling NEW watches and not damaged as this outlet store did.

Stayed at the Sleepy In & Suites while doing a two-day shopping trip to Woodbury. The Sleep Inn was very comfortable, nearby great eateries..the best was the Captains Table.

We have visited New York multiple times, historically we visited the Secaucus and Woodbury Outlets, however only really Tommy left in Secaucus now, so Woodbury is a must do.
Great selection of shops, with my wife going for Coach and Kors at the top of her list, the discounts working well. Personally I pick up a few Ralph T shirts, which are now £39 in the UK outlets, are considerably cheaper. Tommy has a great selection for kids.
Gap, Adidas and Nike are not great, with the UK outlets being better value and choice.
Tips for visits include:
1) Get there early, and hit the big names before the locals get up.
2) Don't go at the weekend.
3) Don't laugh at the people dragging wheeled suitcases about, they are not so daft.
4) Get a locker and design your route with drop offs at the locker.
5) Hit the food court early.
6) Take change for the vending machines, in summer it is hot.
7) Wear comfortable shoes, looking great comes after you have made your purchases.
8) Sun cream in the summer.
A bargain is only a bargain if you need it, we use our trip to stock up and buy a few treats, though do try and mix it up with shops you don't know, my wife and credit card are testament to this.
Look it is laid out well, during the week not too busy, the bus from New York lets you see a bit more than just Manhattan.
Get your discount book from reception, providing you are getting stuff you need then you can make savings.

Spent a day here on recent NY visit leaving the city at 8:00 and opting to return at 15:00. We didn't arrive until 10:00 and really could have done with more time. Massive selection of retail outlets as you'd expect with some fantastic bargains to be had. We had a sizeable shopping list for the family so we had our work cut out. Large selection of food and drink available in the main entrance hall to the park right next to the car park. We were advised to take a holdall for our purchases which is a must and can be stored safely in the coach hold to be collected when dropped off back in the city.

Outlets are not what they used to be in the past. These are regular stores and they sell new arrivals. There is small part of the collection that goes on discount. Nothing special for Europeans apart from the “ Niagara” part, where one can find many local US brands not to be found in Europe. Same outlets you can find in many places in Europe. If you like shopping, you’d better go to Soho and just ramble around the streets, where you can find enough expensive but quite authentic stores. There is also a TK Max or a similar at fifth Avenue. If you go on the weekend, then you will probably get big sales, but as soon as you go on Monday or Tuesday, most sales will be over and just a portion of their stock would be on sale. In the past at such locations, all stores would have everything on sale the whole year around and they would be full with past collection’ items. One would not be able to buy a new collection items.
And this is over now.
It is like a big shopping mall. You can shop until you drop.

Day trip on bus from NYC. Travelling from UK with husband and 16 year old daughter. We all loved it and wished we had more time. Our 0830 bus arrived just before the stores opened at 10am so we had brief time to have quiet walk and a Starbucks. We had a 1530 return but could have stayed another few hours as time goes fast. We go for Calvin, Tommy, Nike, Timberland, Levi, Adidas, Ralph Lauren and random stores. Ralph Lauren didn't have many deals and found it similar prices in UK but daughter got some jumpers. Fantastic deals in Calvin and Tommy, I could have spent much more if I had time. TIP: We took our Aldi shopping bags (bags for life) and others from UK said it was such a good idea as it rained heavily so paper bags were all ripping. Also you can fit so much more inside them. UGG shop was a disappointment, no prices and some models behind yellow lines so you need to ask the price, the lady sounded as if she was just making the price up when we asked, we left the store. Florida UGG outlet much better. Good deals in GUESS, daughter is into that fashion and loved it. Converse similar prices to home. I would definitely go again with more bags for life and more time! We don't go to be picky otherwise you might find nothing. Go with open mind and get random things that are more expensive at home i.e. jumpers and tracksuits/jeans/work plain tops.

Gray line bus from port authority $42 which includes a coupon book and buses all day. Lockers range in size and price - largest one fitting a small suitcase at $25. The range of stores keeps expanding and the offers are great. Would be good to see more food outlets.

Go the bus from New York $51.75 + taxes return.
We came here 15 years ago and remembered the great bargains, this time, nearly all the supposed 'outlet' stores were more expensive than London retail stores.
We went into Coach for a bag for my daughter, who, who sent me the screenshot of the one she wanted and the bag back in London was £290, the exact same bag was $450 + tax, more than £60 MORE!!
The same with Pandora, Paul Smith, Nike & more
Save your money & enjoy NY if you're a tourist & if you're American, come to London & see another great city & if you come when the sales are on, you'll enjoy it even more.
See you all soon in London.

As a family we made a visit to this outlet for a second time. As the first time we were not let down. The Gucci Outlet was fantastic with great savings to be had. Unlike other posts we found the staff very polite and very helpful

Enjoyed the shops, lots of bargains. Caught bus from port authority, very expensive and then waited over an hour to get bus back as so many people queuing and not enough buses.

Great alternative for shopping outside Manhattan with famous brands, low prices and region to see the surroundings

If you like shopping, this is the place to go. Of all the Outlet Malls in USA we have visited, including the ones in Las Vegas or San Francisco or even the largest one in Miami, This is the best one. This has the best collection and great prices.
Take a bus from Port Authority Terminal. And if you like Shopping like us, take a large empty suitcase and a lot of time. We took 8 hours of shopping to cover the stores we liked. And the deals we got, it literally made our New York Stay free when we compared the money saved with prices back home…

We visited the Woodbury Common Premium Outlets (Central Valley, New York) in late December.
We travelled via Coach from the Port Bus Terminal (tickets purchased at the terminal). The drive is approximately 1 hour - we enjoyed this as we got to see another side of New York (covered in snow).
There was a great variety of stores (220) with plenty of bargains - we came back with quite a few purchases!
Overall would highly recommend Woodbury Common Premium Outlets – great shopping in a lovely setting.
Tip: If you are travelling via coach, plan your time at the outlets as the coaches only run at select times in the day. These can also be very busy and have limited space for bags – condensing your bags is a must.

We really enjoyed out visit there.
Prices for everyone.
You can find out what are you looking for.
The place is well organized with plenty of restaurants to eat and rest.
I definitely recommend it.

We visited today travelling from New York. We booked our coach tickets via groupon for a 50% discount which was great. Got the coach from the port authority and arrived just over an hour later. With the tickets came a discount booklet which helped. It had been snowing which made it feel a little festive.
The prices weren’t as good as I remembered and you could easily go mad!
Is the discounts and offers carefully
The food in the food court was to the normal food court standard
Beware the coaches on the way back. The queues start a good half hour before they are due and people hustle in the queue. Currently making our way back to NUC in a busy but thankfully warm coach

I was sceptical about spending $43 dollars for each person to go on a coach journey to Woodbury Common - but I now say it was money well spent! We got some fabulous bargains and it was an excellent day out!! The place is massive though so one day is not enough bit with some careful planning you can target the shops you want by looking at the map of shops online first. The facilities are excellent and the food court is excellent and sufficient too.

Help me! I'm going from Europe to Black Friday this year! I've been to New York a few times, also at the Woodbury outlet! But I've never been there on Black Friday! Where to buy better, Manhattan (century 21 Macy's) or outlet?

Really a good place to shop, I bought my ticket on Groupon. I advise a full day because it's really huge and an afternoon you will not have time to go around, and moreover there is a lot of people. The prices are correct, good discount, and very good brands.

This place will hurt your wallet. My wife and daughter loved this place. I had fun walking around but crying the whole time. Get there early before all the buses show up. Not sure about bargains...

I have been to several outlets in Long Island City and NJ but this was my first time over there. It was highly recommended from my circle as I work for a financial institution and we take our visitors/clients there quite often for a nice shopping experience.
It looks like a little village with signs which makes it easy to navigate.
They had several sales going on, it was pretty easy to shop but if you are a fan of Gucci, MK and Nike, be ready to stand for a while in long lines.
The downside is that they tax you for clothing and footwear. So be aware.

Parking is an absolute nightmare. If you want to spend $10-15 more for preferred or valet parking you are relegated to the nether regions for parking with a long walk to the stores. Nice touch especially in the winter time with sub-zero temperatures and snow!
You have to pay NY Sales tax on clothing. Save time and money, shop online and save the aggravation of Woodbury Commons

To FRETTE:
I don't even know where to begin. I had a HORRIFIC experience at your Woodbury location today. Your employees whom you chose to represent your brand and name, in addition to being the face of the company, would be expected that you chose wisely. Your employees at this location - Tony and Jess are everything other than what employees of a company like yours should be. Rude is the first word that comes to mind, impolite is the second, the incredible lack of customer service skills and etiquette are immediately apparent. I waited 40 minutes outside (while there were only 2 customers in your store) to come into your store from out of town. Your employee Tony, when I attempted to ask her how long the wait would be, slammed the door in my face and would not let me in. When l knocked - she decided that it was appropriate to show her tremendous attitude and inform me that would not be letting me into the store - when I told her that I would contact corporate, she sarcastically responded that they are in the office today (Jan 1). Tony went on and got Jess, Jess decided to let the 5 people in behind me in. These 2 employees acted as if they are your CEO's and COO's - not only will I not be coming back to this store. I will also stop buying Frette products from other retailers. I suggest you invest more into HR procedures, go through better meticulous selection and training of your employees. These two, decided it was appropriate to treat a customer like animals. Now I look at your brand with disgust - as it is not only the product but also the service.
To Future customers:
If you want to be treated like garbage, this is your go to destination :) Ask for Tony and Jess to help you out :)

We always enjoy doing a few hours of shopping here while in New York. We typically rent a car and do it as a day trip from Manhattan. Very easily accessible, parking is never an issue and the outlets have all the major brands you would expect with good collections and of course great prices. There’s a food court with some great options, not just your typical fast food joints, but options include Pret A Manger and Just Salad as healthier alternatives to burgers and pizza. Make sure to get a map to plan your route as the place is huge! If you like outlet shopping you will enjoy coming here.

Not sure it is worth the hour long bus trip! I got a ticket on the same day at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Shops have merchandise created for outlet stores. Was quite hot at the time I went, and was quite a schlep to walk store to store in the heat. The locker cost is an additional $20. And the wait for the next bus can be quite lengthy. Prices arent that cheap, the Disney store is fractionally cheaper than the TImes Square one. Rather use the time to explore Brooklyn or Manhattan deeper.

Crazy deals here compared with Europe and Japan in some international brands eg; Tumi, Lacoste, MK, Kate Spade and etc ♠️ 🎁

DO NOT visit on Black Friday or busy days. Worst shopping experience Ever.
MASSIVE queues, taking up most of the day and just as long of a wait to pay.
Tommy Hilfiger closed their change rooms so we could not try anything on. what is the point??! They didn’t tell us while we waited in the cold for ages.
Absolute disaster and managed badly. Not worth it. Poor quality clothing, I’m sure they make the clothes cheaply so they can sell at cheap prices just for the outlets. Never again. Hawaii outlets were AMAZING compared to this place.
It took an hour and a half to get there by their bus from NY. Waste of a day

Worth to travel here for shopping if you are looking for American brands such as Coach, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Timberland etc. Huge discounts and hard to get bargains in Asian countries.
個人很值得來到這邊逛 美國品牌的商品超值優惠
從紐約搭客運過來大約一個小時 很方便
可以到資訊中心索取優惠券

Great shopping outlets, great deals only downside maybe more buses to and from Porth Authority in New York.

Great place for good shopping. Great deals, especially on the US brands. Reachable by car as a best option since all the other options takes more time and little time left for shopping

It's about an hour out of the city, you get the bus from the bus authority terminal near times square, earlier the better as there is a queue ready to go, once you're there it's deals galore. Michael Not a and Kate Space handbags are cheap, CK have some great offers on as well, allocate a day and you won't regret it, fellas if it does get too much for you there is a bar half way around which sells local beers.

A lot of stores. True. But not a lot of things to buy, unless you’re into very basic stuff. No, I don’t expect haute couture at discount prices; however, something more interesting than CK jogging pants, Tommy’s college shirts and Prada shoes from before three seasons wouldn’t hurt. Terrible food choices (only fast food).

Typical premium outlets mall with many great deals being offered. Outlets include Burberry, Polo Raulph Lauren, Armani Exchange, Armani, Bally, BOSE, Boss, Brioni, Brooks Brothers, Canali, Cole Han, Crocs, and over 200 others.

Excellent, an hour bus journey fro Port Authority takes you directly to Woodbury, discounts on the shops are really good and the selection of them is also good. This is one of a few outlets close to Manhatten. Worth a visit.

, groupon sometines do cheap bus travel to here from bus authority terminus always check. $22 instead of $32 return. in shops take no notice of ticket price as always great offers on like buy $200 get $20 off on top of 50% off ask them to put purchase through $200 at a time so u get max discount (dkny) and take a lge empty suitcase to woodbury as u cant carry all u buy! theres good food court for when your hungry we go at 9.30 and dont get back till 9pm and we only get round 1/2 of the shops. its cold in winter so wrap up well

If you can hunt the whole place for good deals! This place pays off! Most of the stores, especially the mid range ones are just selling last season stock at a slightly reduced price! Some deals, you can find better on a sale on asos. Also if you have a dog, your dog doesn’t want to be here, you don’t need to bring your dog. Leave it at home, no one wants your dog there.

A huge disappointment, if you’re looking for bargains. The outlet malls in Orlando, San Ysidro, Denver, even Winnipeg, are all far better. Lots of shops at Woodbury Common, no real deals. I’d like to give it less than 1 star.

The drive from Philadelphia to Central Valley wasn’t bad at all.
Located in Orange County.
A lot of highways.
The mountain views are breathtaking.
We didn’t have an issue parking.
People were wearing their mask inside the stores.
Tons of stores (designer also)
Tax on footwear 8.12%
Tax on clothing about 4.25%
Nice people
Very nice holiday decor
Wear sneakers—-a-lot of walking
Loved it!
It’s cold up there. Bundle up!

Got bus from Port Authority Bus station takes about an hour to get there and an hour and a half back if leaving at 3.30pm (recommend as it’s just before rush hour). Great bargains if like me from the UK especially Ralph Lauren and Levi’s work out at £30’a pair where we pay £80. Place is huge so download their app and work out what shops you want to go to as you will run out of time!

We spent over 4 hours at this Centre...could have spent more time and money.
I really liked the number of seats around the Centre for bored husbands and brothers!!!!

What a place, its huge. Was not very busy when we went. Which I liked, as I'm not good with crowds. Bus journey was ok, you get to see different neighbourhood's on the way. Lots of good shops at good prices. Was worth a visit.

Fab outlet. It’s huge! As the pounds not very strong against the dollar it wasn’t amazing value but we still picked up a few bargains. If you’re in NY and have the time do it!

Went with our teenage daughters with our explorer pass - 10.30 to 630 pm . We really enjoyed it lots of good bargains but know where you are going so plan ahead . Fossil shop is excellent as was under armour . Had lunch at shake shack which was too busy but good .

I cannot believe that this place makes millions and on top of it 90% of the spots are take by premier parking 10.00 shame on you never again will I come here

We have visited Woodbury Common Premium Outlets many times over the past 30 years and witnessed its growth and increased popularity. Located about an hour north of New York City, WCPO is just off the New York State Thruway and is an easy stopover for those driving to upstate New York or Canada. To avoid crowds of shoppers, we typically avoid weekends and holidays and that has worked well for us. Some of our visits have been as short as two or three hours with a few targeted outlet stores; other visits have lasted a full day or more and been more relaxed. WCPO offers a very good mix of high end and mass market outlets spread out over colour-coded neighbourhoods, so comfortable shoes and being somewhat laid back are a must. Our most recent visit was one of our more successful; we stayed over in the area, drove around the Ring Road to the Gold area behind the centrally located market hall and parked without stress. We also had a very good dinner at nearby Cosimo's (reviewed separately).

We took the bus from Manhattan which was so easy and was an hour journey. The outlet has a nice variety of stores which suited our party. I'm more Calvin Klein and my friends more Gucci. Deals are there if you look, Ugg was my star buy store.
Being a rainy Monday it was quiet and it's not the best place in the rain as many stores give you paper bags. Grabbed a coffee but focused on the shopping.
The bus back didn't stick to timetable but after a 20 minute wait we got on, slightly longer trip back with traffic.
All in all if you have time and ticked off all the NYC attractions and you love to shop, then do this excursion.

I actually visited in September 2019, however due to travelling all over the world for the last 12 months, I am just in the process of writing all the reviews. This is my second visit to to the outlet – the first was back in May 2015 – and it’s exactly as I remember it. It’s easy to get the bus from the city to upstate New York, it only takes about an hour. There’s additional coupons available to pick up at the customer service desk when you arrive and plenty of shops that you could easily spend hours here. The clothes in America are already so much cheaper than the UK so the discounted extras are just a bonus! I would definitely recommend a visit to this place.

You essentially have to pay for parking. More than half the spots are set aside as “premium parking” that costs $10. This is ridiculous for suburban shopping mall. We had to spend 15 minutes looking for a spot on a weekday with half the actual spots vacant. Would avoid this outlet.

We love it here. So many shops and very good deals. A large food court with many options. They still have not added a Lego store which was mentioned in a review sometime ago. We were surprised that they now make you pay for parking which was free last year. Bathrooms are clean.

We used their bus service to get there which took about 1 hour to get there but nearly double that to get back onto Manhattan due to traffic. This is a massive site with some great shops and brands to choose from. Stone Island Mont Cleu plus other designer brands had queues to get in but the majority we a breeze to get in and out. Some real bargains to be had but plenty of dross too.

We caught the bus from NYC, approx 60mins drive - each way. Great shopping options & lots of brands from basic to luxury. Good prices even with the AUD at a 10yr low 😂😂 Woodbury offers a food court - that’s the only disappointing part of the day.... restrooms are clean & bus returning to NYC comes regularly even if you have to queue before you know it the next bus arrives. I would definitely recommend a trip out to Woodbury Common!

We took the Grayline bus from NY to Woodbury Common ; at $ 42 a person, that's $ 84 that you need to make up in bargains . . . The shopping Center is huge, with a vast array of well known brands divided in different area's all centered around one hub. We visited from Australia, and, especially with the current exchange rate, there were absolutely no bargains for us. Some shops are shambolic with baskets of clothes, where people are rumbling through. Others are very classy and the prices accordingly.
Frankly, the Australian outlets offer better shopping, but are not as big - everything is bigger in the US of A.

You are about 1.5 hours by car from NYC. There are shuttle buses that tourists can board to come here for a day of shopping. This is a giant outlet village that will take a full day to really get through if you are not looking to shop at specific stores or for specific items. Stores range from mid-range chains (American Eagle, Levis, etc) to high-end stores (D&G, Bottega Venetta, Varvatos, etc). There is plenty of free parking surrounding the shops and a massive food court to feed the hungry shoppers. There are bathrooms throughout the outdoor complex of shops.
Amazing deals can be found here, if you take the time to scour the shops and look thoroughly. We found a pair of G-Star jeans deeply discounted at $20 (original price $180) and also an stylish pair of men's high rise boots at Bottega Venetta for $250 (original price being $1300).
Wear comfortable shoes to pound the pavement all day. Tourists come here with large suitcases they fill up with items they purchase. They roll these around the shopping village. If you are in the mood to shop and have the time to search for hidden gems that are deeply discounted, come spend a day here. We came ona weekday and there were no crowds, on the weekends this outlet village is mobbed with shoppers.

I've been coming to Woodbury for almost 20 years now - and I still love it! Great choice of brands and always super discounted. Get there early (before they open at 10am) and 'plan your route' :-) if you really want to go into every shop and look at everything and try on stuff, you need more than a day. I did this before, of course, and stayed in a nearby hotel (free shuttle bus!), then continued the next day and left around mid day (less traffic, less people on the bus). Due to other stuff happening during our time in NY, we had to go on a Sunday, but it was not as crowded as we expected, so rather go on the weekend then skipping it. Food court was renovated a few years ago and is really nice now. Also there is free wifi. Bus to Woodbury took us 45mins only, return journey about 90mins, but we were tired anyway, so didn't really mind. Staff is very friendly in every shop and I just wish I'd live closer to my shopping haven *sigh*

This is a great shopping destination for anyone after high end brands looking for a deal who want to spend big. If you are sticking to a budget or don't care for big named brands this won't be the destination for you.
As someone in thier mid 20s i felt there were few clothing options as many of the stores were aimed at an older age bracket of 35+ with great options for anyone after sporting clothes / shoes. Big named brands like Coach, MK and Kate Spade had great sales and bargains whilst other stores were mainly full price with small racks for sale.
If you love labels this is a great day out but for me i didn't find it was worth the hype.

Excellent. Gucci was the best. Great sales. So pretty there. Wear your comfy shoes. I take a large rolling beag because the parking lot is so far away. enjoy. I did !!!!

If you want the best deals then visiting the outlets is a must! Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein had the cheapest prices for amazing items! My partner and I had to buy a suitcase there because we bought so many things! You save a lot of money! Worth the visit!

Spent hours in the bus, super exited after reading good reviews online, only to return back with one pair of socks from Tommy Hilfiger, super dissapointed, empty shopping bag. Poor quality and all in all expensive goods. We ended up doing all our shopping at TKMax in New York city in stead, where prices was half of the outlet prices, espesially Kalvin Clein and Michael Kors was priced high at the outlet. The only great place at Woodbury is a small house in the middle of the outlet where you can buy hot Apple vider with Bourbon and drown your sorrows over not finding anything to buy.

The shops are spread out so you could spend all day if you wanted to go in them all
There are bargains to be found if you are prepared to look for them
It’s a shame the food places can’t offer discounts
Coach from NYC does take a while and people can buy lots so take suitcases with them

Been here 3 times now.
Never we go home empty handed.
Shame about the snow, but that’s not the outlets fault.

Huge and clean outlets with so many different types of stores, variety of brands, with some great discounts and deals.

The Excellent and biggest outlet mall, has a big variety of the trade market shops with the very good discounts and in very nice place

We’ve been going to Woodbury outlet for years, and observed the changes for better and worse. It became prettier for sure, more modern, but they added high end stores , and they don’t have much sales in those unfortunately ;((
Food selection could be better in the food court.
But they also added sushi place, ( in a different area, not at food court) which is very expensive and also Shake Shack .

I love an outlet and this has to be one of my fav visited, it wasn’t over busy in-fact it was quiet which was great for me! Excellent prices loads to choose from can’t wait to go back and shop again here

Despite having booking on arrival at bus they didn’t have record and hence reduced our shopping time by 1 hour. This is a place you could shop at all day at and this severely hindered our outing. Had to leave wanted items at store due to bus departure and very slow service in Gap outlet. Ruined experience and I had been there before and loved it. Don’t book it through New York explorer pass. They are the ones who stuffed it

Best place to shop for all US products . Coach , Fosil , Levi's are among all brands at there . You can get a good deal and extra discount if you collect the voucher booklet at the front desk counter . remember to show to the staffs when u paying . The outlet also quite big . therefor ,if u plan to buy a lot , better bring a luggage bag along with you

With discounts for Military on top of other discounts for all kinds of merchandise and shop after shop for hundreds of stores selling not only clothing shoes and accessaries, but also specialty foods like Lindt chocolates, you can spend the entire day walking and shopping or just sit outside in one of the many benches and chairs sipping a Starbucks coffee people watching- or maybe you want to tryout your foreign language skills on tourists from throughout the world. On a great weather day it is a nice place to walk shop and people watch. Fun way to check out the latest and out of style fashions on people of all sizes shapes colors cultures and languages. Some could argue you may discover aliens looking for bargains too! 😁

Very good layout and shopping experience for a person who is interested in branded goods. Took the Woodbury tour from New York and was a day well spent. Suggest that a small suitcase is taken as invariably you tend to buy based on the many offers given

Visited with my husband and had a fantastic time. There was lots of bargains to be had if you looked in the correct places. Those identified as outlets had much better sales. Calvin Klein we saved 73%. Place was clean, good choice of food and shops. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely return. A fab day out.

We booked the bus ride from 10:00 am and thought it would be enough time for shopping if we get back at 3:00 pm.
Oh, we were so wrong. We had to choose between lunch or Levi's store, guess what we've chosen 😉.
So, nevertheless, we got plenty great clothes, even presents for our beloved ones at home.
Really great prices! Don't miss!

Loved this complex. So many shops and something for everyone. Would recommend this to everyone going to ny

Just off the Thruway this is a huge outlet mall with all the major luxury brands. Great shopping! The parking areas fill up quick so the early bird gets the best spots. Tip - go direct to the paid parking; the free spots are almost impossible to get by noontime. Always a highlight to visit when we pass this way.

To go there by return taxi, it costs 500 dollars, which is dissuasive. Otherwise the shuttle, from Manhattan: +- 45 dol, would prove to be a good alternative. Most luxury brands have a storefront there. The prices are too fair and would perhaps be attractive during sales periods. Decent food court. To visit outside of rainy days.

Good range of products and brands..... and nice eating options.
But bargains were few and far between..... were there to fill 3 suitcases, and barely could fill a handluggage.... prices were about the same as ordinary shops and seldom any special offers.
Saks OFF 5th.
Solar power should be collected on rooftops of parkinglot so cars could be in the shade.
Nice to see gucci, brioni and high end brands have own shops....
maybe got connotations of word wrong, expecting outlet to signify good prices...
anyone feeling thrifty for bargains try Marshalls and save time travelling..
Thankfully there is a playpen..

Great outlet but typically veryy overcrowded. If only there were more food options in the main area.

We loved north face, Nike, Michael Kors, Hilfiger, levis, puma, under armour. Tip bring a suitcase and make sure you get a discount book. Bus from port authority was great. Lots of food options but can get very busy. We intended on spending a morning here after getting the first bus and stayed all day. Would return for sure!

Great outlets. Busy in December. Went back twice as we had purchased so much. Some of stores had awesome Customer service.
No Free Parking
Great stores & brands -No PARKING !! Have been going to Woodbury Commons 25 years .
Over the past 2 year, Simon Property Group as turned 35%
of parking most near the mall
To valley & pay $15-20!
So I need to walk 6 blocks to get in ! If they can’t get enough rent from their tent, they will not get it from me !! Amazon has free same day delivery & this changes $20
To park in an upstate remote location !! Done with this place !!
