It is a very nice place. The Casino is clean and the service was excellent. The only thing that botherd us was someone coming up to you every 5 minutes asking you to get a players card. We had fun there.

It was so nice that I would consider going again. However, it’s definitely for lovebirds because it is a love story.

One of the best experiences lived in Vegas thanks to this magnificent Resort and casino the food was delicious the excellent service the entertainment without a doubt 100% recommended Definitely a place that I will visit again the next time I'm in Las Vegas
Emphasizing the gesture of loneliness on the part of the hotel towards the people affected by the Los Angeles fires

Really loved the Wynn from the free parking (as compared to $18 per night at the Bellagio where we also stayed) to the room and staff. Things to highlight are the concierge was great and advised us to do lots of free things, we did the show at the Wynn called La Reve and this was amazing. We had the buffet at the Wynn and this was amazing the biggest and best I’ve ever had and had a great meal in Le Jardin. I’m comparing the Wynn to the Bellagio, which we stayed in after the Grand Canyon and the Wynn is better by miles.

I’ve seen both O and Le Reve, and I was very disappointed with Le Reve. It’s boring and repetitive and felt like a poor attempt at copying O, which was incredible! I remember that at the end of O, I was clapping so loudly and wished that I could sit there and watch it all over again. During Reve, I was constantly looking at my watch to see when it would end and even fell asleep at one point. The talent, music, originality, technicality, humor and, acrobatics is far superior in O. I felt ripped off in Reve. Totally not worth the money.

There is nothing in Las Vegas that can compare to the WYNN. As much as a destination, it is an unforgettable experience. Everything is top tier, first class and beautiful. The rooms are elegant, well stocked and comfortable. The views are outstanding. See the photo of our room below. If you have a choice - this is the absolute best.

The Wynn is a wonderful place to hang out as it has all the amenities in a clean, upscale and quality environment. A number of excellent restaurants, Le Reve which is like a Cirque show with water, all the gaming tables you can want, the Encore theater for live music performances and it is clean and modern.

The rooms are nice but the casino is the worst everyone who works there are very rude, all the servers are trash.

My husband and I recently stayed at Wynn and enjoyed it. We picked this hotel because we were attending Encore Beach Club and XS Night Club multiple times during our visit so this was the perfect spot to stay. We really enjoyed all the food at the restaurants and appreciated the Italian restaurant being open so late that we could grab food after the night club. We also did the breakfast and dinner buffets. They were a bit pricey but worth the convenience and the food was good. We did not gamble here, we aren't big gamblers in general so I cannot comment on that. The hotel was clean, the staff were all friendly and I really have no complaints.

Always an amazing visit! The colors and decor is what makes this place. From the floral merry-go-round and the hot air balloon to the bright and so very well decorated buffet serving a wide selection of tasty food The Wynn is one of our favorites.

When you look at the Wynn on the outside, it doesn't look as fancy as other hotels. However, when you enter it's another story. Beautiful interiors, nice casino. You can take pictures on the waterfall outside.

Impressive theatre and impressive show. Not a bad seat in the house. Best show in Vegas. Better than any of the Cirque shows including O.

Originally when we booked our trip to Vegas we were disappointed that a couple of Cirque shows were not performing on the nights we were available since we had seen 3 Cirque shows previously. Based on reviews, we booked Le Reve - The Dream. We were so happy we did as we thoroughly enjoyed the performance. All seats are good seats in the circular plan. Performances were spectacular and we both said after the show it was an excellent choice. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed at the Wynn on August 22-24. I am frequent at the Wynn property enjoying all that the property has to offer. Tableau, SW, Wing Lei, the Spa are all incredible. During this trip, 95% of the stay was great. One incident that happened within the hotel room, was resolved by the hotel manager, Jonathan James ( I hope that is his full name ). There was something wrong with the room and he took care of it for me. The second incident happened at the spa. One of the most atrocious experiences at Wynn. The staff's name is (I believe) Natasha. I had my credit card on file and many charges were already placed on the card. My guests went into for the massage and I returned about the time their massage was over. Natasha then chased me down because the credit card denied. It was an American Express Platinum and there was no reason for it to decline. I ( and I stress I ) went down to front desk to see what the problem was, line too long. I called AMEX and the card was good. But before I went down to front desk, she almost demanded, that I had to pay for the massages right then and there. She treated me like I was a criminal and didn't do her job thoroughly before asking for payment. All she had to do, was to call down to front desk and ask them to lift any holds and the card would be activated. She exuded horrible customer service. I don't know how Wynn would hire someone like that at Wynn. Wynn exudes the best and Natasha is NOT the best. I was embarrassed in front of my friends and it left a bad taste in my mouth.
Dinner at SW was incredible. As I speak badly of Natasha, I will praise others. Jessica, from SW,,,an exceptional manager. She is extremely accommodating and helped with all of my reservations and requests.
Valerie and Maria at Tableau...for the 15 years that I have to come to Wynn, these 2 are the epitome of the excellence of service. I look forward to seeing them before I come to Wynn. Maria remembers my voice over the phone...Amazing.
Having been a guest of Wynn for many years and frequent to Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace, the brand is still the best in gaming resorts. There will always be a few bad apples and unfortunately I had to experience one of them.

This casino is beautiful inside - but what we really love is that it is never really that busy. It's located at the north end of the strip, and most tourists do not make it out this far. The drink service while playing is great, and the drinks are strong also.

Clean, comfortable, large, and pretty casino--Easy to get to---Nice people around--Decorated beautify

The casino is beautiful and very clean
Service was very attentive and available at all times
Was a lucky stop for us on this trip

It was fun, and I happy. The people were happy, and I smile. I saw television . I saw the newspaper.

The entire atmosphere at Wynn's is very comfortable. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and friendly. It would be nice if they changed their atrium. They have beautiful flowers and a carousel, but its the same all the time. Rated highly because of the overall feel, nice stores, bars, restaurants and excellent staff.

The show set was not what I anticipated based on other set lists from recent concerts. I can accept a shorter show, but songs were not full versions either.
That being said, John was good. No complaints just short, compared to the recent stadium/ arena tour that hit Vancouver Canada.
My complaints are for the Wynn staff.
You pay good dollar to see a show and you are up and down every 5 minutes with late arrives, more drink people. Was not an enjoyable show experience. It would be great if they could limit in and outs.
Also lots of people filming and cell phones distracting.
I have seen Fogerty before, he is good.

The artwork and floral decorations around the casino is very nicely done .The red card program is also good , we got 4 free buffets for the 4th of July weekend .We were able only to go once .The casino had mostly newer games and we had fun ...

Incredibly talented cast of divers, gymnasts, dancers provided non-stop entertainment for over ninety minutes, with beautiful costumes and sets. The show was in the air, on platforms that rose out of the water, and in the water. This is a show you should see!

I have stayed at Wynn several times and again a wonderful hotel. I was comped for three nights as well as buffet for three times and slot play. I upgraded to the tower suite and had to pay some money but with that you have a $50 a day breakfast allowance. I opted out of the resort fees because during the day I was at the pool and used the WiFi there and would not use the gym. The staff at the pool couldn’t have been more accommodating. From bringing me bottled water constantly to moving the umbrella numerous times so my husband could be in the shade. The casino is so clean compared to others. No matter who I came in contact with, there were pleasant. One night I lost my bearings in the casino and went to the Red Card Desk and they brought me to the machine where my husband was. My husband and I do not like buffets. However since we had three we did go everyday for lunch. I just had my usual lunch salad and my husband ham and Mac and cheese. Regardless of our feelings, it was still great. I will return to the Wynn every time I go to Las Vegas. I do wish they would offer me free rooms at the new Encore in Boston but not yet.

If you go to las vegas you must visit the Wynn, pure luxury and if you hit a lucky streak the better

I did not stay at the hotel in the Wynn but I did eat at the world famous buffet. Be prepared to wait hours in line for the Sunday buffet. My friend and I didn’t think of this beforehand so we were a little hangry and caffeine deprived. But we made it through. There is an alcoholic drink package that I opted out of. Instead, the waitress to our drink orders (juices, water, coffee and teas available). The food was high quality and offered everything you can imagine. I was most excited about the gourmet desserts though. Some dishes are made to order. Worth the wait and the price tag. Plus the decor is beautiful!

The Wynn casino Las Vegas is a beautiful casino, red carpet, red curtains, red everywhere. They have a very big sports bar, which is also red. There are several restaurants there as well small gift shop and a coffee shop , several bars. They offer players cars, but their odds are not very good at the casino. It takes $100 of dollars to get any points, so I do not use it much. Compared to the other casinos I have free rooms all over Vegas my life card players card. They have players tables, slot, machines, and video machines. The one thing I didn’t notice is the payout of their casinos you go into and someone’s always winning on top of the slot. Machine is spinning people signing for their money didn’t see that much. It’s fun for a while, but I would pick another casino if you were a serious gambler.. I would recommend the Wynn, more for fun.

So I hadn’t visited the Wynn casino ever since it’s opening mainly for the reason I’m a low budget gambler. Anyways what prompted me to visit the property was mgm’s tier matching proposal. So upon getting the players card I started wandering around the property and found many versions of bubble craps here with $3 minimum. Something I expected at downtown not on the strip. The machines are mostly the individual bubble craps they had multiple versions of crapless craps:easy craps, crapless craps, and the version where you select the two dice out of three choices. Great thing is it was easy to find an empty terminal.

Wonderful stay at the Tower Suites in the Parlor Suite. The room was fantastic and the food was great at all of the restaurants onsite. Plenty of places to shop and enjoyed the slot machines.

We have gone there a few times and it is so gorgeous. I don't gamble, but my husband does. We also love to go see Le Reve the Dream and eat at Lakeside.

I am partial to the Wynn because they have maintained their free parking, where most of the other casinos charge for parking. The casino is beautiful.

Walking into the Wynn Casino is amazing! The colors, decorations and all over feel is amazing. It is breathtakingly beautiful inside.

Simply put, it's the nicest casino in the world perhaps. But it's not pretentious. Whether you are playing slots or betting fifty dollars a hand on table games, I felt the service was equal. I played over a hundred dollars a spin at roulette and I felt that the dealers were genuinely happy if I won and I tipped them well when I did. Likewise, at slots I was usually playing the minimum bet, but I got constant and friendly drink service even though it was about five o'clock in the morning. The security is really good here. The place is amazing. I highly recommend Wynn Casino Las Vegas.

This casino looks plain on the outside but is beautiful on the inside. There is a waterfall on the outside which is nice for pictures. Inside are beautiful gardens set up great for pictures, be sure to see the hot air balloon and carousel made of flowers.

If you’re going to Begas I recommend paying a little more and staying at the Wynn. Every night there’s something interesting happening, great shows and many interesting people stay there. Great playlist at the night clubs.

If you are into water shows, this one is for you. The performers are so talented and spectacular. I don't want to give anything away but from start to finish you will be wanting more. The story line is epic, and you will be thoroughly entertained. This one is worth the time and $$$.

This isn't a place you expect to win at, but it's a place to relax and have fun. Great to people watch. They usually give me $300-500 credit to come stay and play and I blow thru that in a few minutes without hitting a thing. But again, we don't expect a lot in that regards. It's a beautiful facility. One of the nicest in Vegas. The security kept hassling our son, who is 26. Asked him 6 times to see his ID in a 1-2 hour window. That was pretty rude and they new it. We stay there a lot, a coupe times a year, but makes me want to choose a different place next time.

WOW, Yesterday was amazing in the casino slots machine. I am a loser for the past 6months with a lot of thousands in dollars and I did not think to ever give up on gambling, eventually, I meet a God sent to show me the secret trick to never losing again....... Tonight, am going to catch out on some bonuses and a jackpot, and soon gonna buy a brand new car....

When in Vegas we always go to Parasol Down for the view on the patio, drinks, and service. While no longer on the current menu you can order a signature drink, the Sinatra Smash and their crab dip is very good. Always enjoy the experience, particularly after visiting the shops.

My husband and I were married here in 2018. Came back and once again couldn’t have been happier. The Wynn was by far the cleanest and most Covid organized of the hotels we went to. The restaurants and encore area had different times than our prior visits so be sure to check that out as we didn’t realize. I love the Wynn and will most definitely be back. We ate at The Terrace, Charlie’s, and the Cafe. All 3 were amazing as usual.

The casino is so fun and the roulette dealers were fabulous. The casino is really easy to navigate although quite large!

I cannot express enough positive words regarding the theater the athletes the show everything was top-notch. Only negative is that people are allowed to come in late which is aggravating if you're sitting on the end of the row. We paid a lot of money for the tickets so that should be a requirement to arrive on time. Aside from that Bravo the performers are amazing. Thank you for a job well done we had a fantastic evening

Once you stay and play or eat at the Wynn your hooked ,many nice places to stay in vegas but the Wynn is the winner.

Hubby and I spent some time in this casino. The machines are further apart and it didn't seem smoky at all. The best part...hubby won $400 on a penny machine!

Lovey hotel very classy and good quality, everything is very clean and staff friendly.
Would love to stay here one day.

Rooms are the best I've stayed at in Las Vegas - clean, updated, very spacious, and elegant. There's even Amazon's Alexa to control the lights, blinds, and temperature. The casino and food options are pretty standard, but all felt updated and clean. We got a deal on prices, lucky we did!

We walked to the Wynn just to see their indoor flower garden and famous tulip sculpture. The Christmas flowers and little houses were beautiful. Nice free side trip.

Great shopping at the Wynn!! If you're looking for luxury designer brands the Wynn has them all, and also a few lil boutiques and great restaurants

The Wynn is absolutely beautiful. The décor, the shops, restaurants, slots, we just love.
being here. We go twice a year and only stay at the Wynn. We have stayed at just about six hotels, but nothing beats the Wynn. Favorite restaurant and would highly recommend is Sinatra's.

We stopped at the casino after the buffet. It seemed quieter and more spacious than other casinos on the strip.

The Wynn is awesome. Spacious and lots of non smoking areas to gamble in. The Wynn feels like home when we are there. We rarely leave the resort. It has so much to offer.

However for the not so experienced gambler I think that there are better choices for you to gain experience, No low buy in blackjack and everything is multi deck. Very classy everything and the gamblers are definitely paying for it.

The Wynn used to be our go to spot on the strip for a luxury stay but now that it’s back after COVID the quality is not there.
The noise from XS can not be overstated. We stayed on the 59th floor and every night you could clearly hear the music until 4am. If you do stay here make sure you request a room facing south or you’ll be kept up. As other guests note they’ll happily offer you earplugs, but I just slept with my AirPods in.
Even on weekdays (when there were less people) it was horribly understaffed and there were always lines. You’ll learn to order everything ahead of time and pick it up. Their little coffee shop by Allegro was always a 20 minute wait (you can cut this down to 10 minutes if you do drip coffee from the express side).
The buffet food was exceptional, but it’s reservation only now. Don’t worry, you’ll still wait 10-20 minutes in a line to enter the buffet at your reservation time making the whole reservation system entirely pointless.
We paid for a late check out when we booked the trip, but clearly no one communicated this to anyone. The maids knocked on our door at 1215 to ask when we were leaving (do not disturb sign was on). And then our keys deactivated so when we tried to return to the room at 3 to get our bags we had to go back to the front desk first to get new keys.
Not that most people use it, but the gym is way too small and was always packed. Oh, and still closes at 6pm. They’ll use the excuse of COVID but I can’t imagine the virus gets more virulent after 6pm. But they would then have to pay for an extra shift.
So overall this is no longer a luxury hotel, at least not from a service standpoint. In the future we will stay elsewhere as for the price I except better than Luxor service.

The Wynn is undoubtedly a beautiful and elegant hotel and casino. I stopped in and was looking forward to spending some time in the casino playing Blackjack in this stunning setting. However, when I discovered there wasn't a table with under a $100 minimum, I headed for the exit. I may be an idiot at times, but I'm no fool.

Building is huge, lobby staff is a little officious and some have an attitude toward "questions". Everyone walks through the garden off the lobby which is an elaborate display of live floral arrangements that change with the seasons. Casino is even further away as are dining facilities, renown buffet, ballrooms and meeting rooms. The mile walk is not for faint (or ill) of heart. Everything is expensive!

The casino and main level is beautiful, well designed, colorful, vibrant.
Lots of photo opportunities.
Great wayfinding signs.
Wonderful but high end shops in the general casino areas.

This is by far the best casino in Vegas. Very classy and unlike many other casinos it is not dingy or smokey.

Two Towers Wynn at the north of the Strip with the Buffet and and other great restaurants inside, plus high-end stores and theater. Model, clean and luxury decoration casino, enjoy the time in the casino and around.

The rooms are luxurious. The restaurants are top notch. The people watching is very interesting. Playing the slots is a must.

Absolutely beautiful and less crowded than other more famous casinos . Lots of delicious places to eat for anyone’s taste. Double the choice with indoor connecting hallways to the Encore

We visited the Wynn casino and founded it to be a wonderful spot on the strip. It is an immaculate hotel with a well organized gaming floor. It was an enjoyable spot to visit!

Solid venue for all things vegas. Gambling, shopping (they have Louis, Christian Louboutin, as well as every other major brand for women's shopping right on site.

This show leaves u in awe! So many performers that are on stage and water drives and show theatrics are just incredible, a must see

We very much enjoyed our recent stay here. We played a lot here and never wanted for variety in the a lot department. They have lots of great video poker and all the latest slots. I didn’t get a great look at tables, but it sure looked like they had a lot. The players club is nice and you will probably get some good room offers like we did if you play even a little. Staff is great, drinks are easy to come by while you play (try the mojito and strawberry daiquiri), and there’s tons of great food everywhere.

One of the more expensive hotels on the strip - however, it is also by far one of the nicest hotels on the strip! 10/10 (though I'd stay at Encore over Wynn.)

Beyond words the theater. Beautiful the chairs very confortable. The scenario is spectacular love the show the colors the actors the water the fire
Can’t mixed it If you are in Vegas
All actors acts like all were the leader one
Is a must. When in Vegas congratulations to the choreographer lights and every one behind the scenes

Being from California, I have stayed in Las Vegas for over 40 years. There are lots of great resorts and rooms available, however my room at the Wynn wasr second to none. Classy and spacious, modern touches, great room service menu and quiet at night.
The Casino is for VIP high rollers and not a lot of people gambling. Table limits on a weekday afternoon averaged $50 to $100 per hand or roll of the dice. Occasionally there might be a $25 table early in the morning. Although I did not have time to lounge by the pool or swim, the pools areas were very nice.
Being alone on business, I ate at the sports bar alone and prices were very reasonable and the food was excellent. A great experience overall. I would recommend the Wynn resort and casino.

If you're in Las Vegas, you must see this spectacular show. It has it all: swimming, diving, acrobatics, aerial feats. Amazing show requiring incredible talent and mind boggling logistics.

The casino 4 is very nice it's big they have nice variety of slot machines to enjoy some machines are tight but you have to find that special one it is very nice place to enjoy and safe.. Follow me on YouTube slot king dream

I visit the Wynn casino on every trip. It has quiet elegance. The drink service is very good. Quick and friendly. I haven’t tried any restaurants there yet, but will eventually. Beautiful place overall.

Went to the casino and attended the craps lesson from 11am
Very simple and enjoyable and I’m not confident to play at Vegas.
I’d encourage everyone who is interested in attending a lesson.
Also a beautiful casino which is spotless - friendly staff too.

Ate at their buffet which was wonderful. Played in the casino which was not crowded which made it comfortable. Very attractive interiors.

Steve Wynn is the genius of Modern Las Vegas!
After the Mirage, Bellagio and others he showed everyone how to build a classy hotel with excellent service and maintenance!
The name does justice to the quality of your hotel!

The hotel and casino are very upscale. Though smoking is allowed never really smelled smoke as is present in other casinos

We have just returned from a week at the Wynn and i can honestly say it was an amazing hotel and well worth a visit even if you just want a look around.
The rooms are spacious (for Vegas), it’s not too big you get lost finding your room. We were on the 23rd floor and had a golf course view, which was nice but I’d have preferred a strip view.
Part of our package was we had Buffett passes for the week and after a few days I was getting bored of the same old thing. There’s not much variety or change in the menu from day to day.
Poolside is lovely and we had a nice relax, drinks start from $9 for a beer but then you add the delivery on from the lovely ladies in red. (Worth every penny) So a bucket of 5 beers works out at $78 which is dear and cocktails are around $20.
Over all the place is a beautiful hotel and staff are always happy to help. Don’t forget the resort tax at the end of your stay which is $39-45 dollars a day per room. It’s not part of your package and can soon add up.
Definitely stop there again and would recommend it all day long.

Casino is very clean, well ventilated, very well lit and bright. The staff at the casino floor are friendly and if ask will give you the ins and outs of the place. My wife and I discovered it by chance since we only went there to get a bite to eat at one of their cafes but ended up spending the rest of the day and the following day there at the casino playing the slots even though we had our room at another hotel nearby. An excellent environment for those of us that just want to relax, unwind and play a few hands of black jack or drop a couple of quarters in the old slot machines. An outstanding find for us and we can't stop telling our friends about it.

Hi every body, I have the opportunity to state 4 Night in the Wynn Las Vegas, and I can tell you that is a very good experience from the public areas to the rooms every thing nice and clean well organized that make feel very good and you enjoy the time there, They have different Casinos, stores, restaurants and café in the property but my favorite was the Bouffe, that for 50 dollars you can eat every thing and every thing is especial and very good, general staff very friendly and the security is in every place so you are secure all the time, I can said that is a very nice hotel and I recommended

Best place to stay, gamble and eat! Can't wait to come back, was a nice fancy treat for my stay on the strip.

Spent the whole day here, they have it all. The Buffett was delicious, friendly staff, and the cleanest hotel on the strip. Loved everything there,I will be staying here next time for sure! No comparison the service you receive and quality of food cannot be beat!

This casino was just beautiful. It was quite a pleasure walking through the halls and casino. It was decorated very tastefully.

This show had us both with our jaws in our laps from beginning to end. The costumes, the talent, skill, athleticism, entertainment value, story line, and overall quality of the production is beyond anything we have seen since. La Reve set the bar very high for all the shows we have seen, and we are prepared to see it again on our next visit.

Love playing slots at the Wynn! My girlfriends and me always have sooo much fun and the casino has the BEST hot chocolate with whip cream!

This was our first in Wynn,we never went before because we're not high rollers, but as soon as I sat down to play the server came and ask me if I needed a drink, which was awesome, good vibe would like to stay here sometime

If you plan on sleeping before 4AM you should never get a room on the pool side of the hotel.. The music is EXTREMELY loud, the bass permeates the rooms and it doesn't stop until 4AM. So if you gamble until 2AM plan on staying awake and getting a headache until the music stops at 4AM. Demand a room on the other side of the hotel.

Beyond words theater. Sat near pool, comfortable chair. Loved the show, spectacular performances, story was seems to be bit difficult to understand but performances make up for it.La Reve set the bar very high for all the shows we have seen, and we are prepared to see it again on our next visit.

Doesn't stink as much as the Encore which reeks of cigarettes!
Nicer layout, nicer gambling areas.
A classy casino.

We stay here every time we are in Vegas hands down the very best always the go to hotel in town love Wynn

Loved the incredible variety of choices! The setup is so great, by having several rooms to sit in, which makes it so cozy!

Always a delight to visit the Wynn and Encore casinos. The decor is spectacular. Slots are varied and fun. Table games are great. A must casino to play in.

Everything about the Wynn is class. The casino, the hotel rooms, the food (try the dinner buffet, best in Vegas)

It is a well done hotel, but nothing that stands out for Las Vegas. I like the Venetian better. The location is right on the strip.

We had a great time playing here. The service was good and the casino floor was clean. I would recommend this casino to anyone.

Saw a fantastic Robbie Williams show in this intimate theatre, it has a wonderful atmosphere and perfect for this type of entertainment, you feel your on the stage with him.one of the highlights for my week in Vegas.

Playing a poker tournament: it was the worse service ever. The floor manager named Adam was a total jerk and made my expérience very bad.
Never called the food service even if asked 5 Times. He clearly got something against French people and gave penalties for no reason. The hotel is amazing I just think keeping a Guy like him at the post is a big mistake. For French people just avoid to play tournament if he’s your floor. Very regrettable, I have been playing poker all around the world and never been treated like this. Ask to see a manager who tells me afterwards sorry but nothing can be done now.
Very regrettable I’ll not come back in this hotel because of the attitude of this guy. I’ll avoid play the poker tournament as well even if the tournament itself is amazing.
Disappointment

Good place for dinner and to watch the water show while eating. Nice casino with nice bars on floor.

Did not enjoy this casino. Looks lovely but too much smoke. Why is smoking still allowed? No special perks for new members. No status tier match.

Entered from the designer shopping mall, a top hotel in Vegas, very well appointed, casino, I would consider a stay here.

Everybody is very attentive, always making us feel like we’re at home the place is so perfectly maintained the staff is so friendly and I’ve been going there since the first day they opened and will always go there and will always promote them to other people and friends and family to go to🙌🏾😊
Simply the Best in Vegas!!!

The Wynn has never been known for loose slots and high paying tables. But the casino is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the waitresses actually take drink orders. If you actually win you could count it as one of the better casinos. If you do not then its still slightly better than the others because of the service the staff delivers.

I have seen many shows in Vegas and this one is by far the best. Had fun watching family get all dressed up and not let them know we had tickets in splash zone!

Pretty to look at, but, don't expect to leave with money, the slots are very tight, my guess is, their rent and expenses are too high.
I lose every time I go there.

The outside entrance with waterfalls and landscaping is stunning but the inside flower entrance takes your breath away. Entering the Wynn never gets old - bright, beautiful, unique and smells amazing. The casino is clean, bright and airy (despite the many cigars). All staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is gorgeous and you feel like you are away at a 5* resort not on the Vegas strip. The little pond with views from Parasol up or down (bars) makes for a lovely afternoon or nighttime stop!
My only caveat would be the fact that the wynn does not yet have the electronic machines that allow you to play roulette, craps and black jack at once based on the roulette and craps table with the digital cameras -although this is a small concern, it is my favourite way to spend money at a casino.

This hotel was one of the best ones we visited. The decor and floral displays were beyond beautiful and worth the trip. The casino floor was also very stunning and a nice walk through to our brunch destination at the Jardin restaurant.

Beautiful Casino, not as crowded and busy as others but still have all the popular games. Not as crowded and smoky as other casinos on the strip

The Wynn is a very beautiful and stylish hotel. This time I stayed at the Wynn Towers which has a separate entrance, Check in,and Concierge which I appreciated in these times of COVID-19. The safety measures were very comprehensive as far as I could see.
The restaurants which were open offered an excellent choice of dishes and service. The staff overall were very customer - oriented and friendly and I throughly enjoyed my short stay.

Been to many Cirque shows and this was one of the best! Costumes, lighting, skill and talent was over the top.

The Wynn is by far one of my most favorite resorts on the strip.
The selection of restaurants are varied and there is one that can fit every budget -from the conscious to Michelin Star extravagant.
Rooms: You can become quickly spoiled withe the floor to ceiling windows, automated controls through out, spacious bathrooms and well stocked full size mini bar are just a few of the amenities that will have you hooked.

While in Las Vegas, even if you are not staying in the Winn Hotel and Casino, you must visit it. This hotel By Steve Winn is beautiful and the grounds are magnificent. Fairly loose slots and a great Buffet.

Great Casino-resort
not the greatest view but room was excellent! It has an Alexa that my BFF enjoyed. Handicap accommodations were good.

This is definitely the show to watch ! Amazing effects, absolutely stunning show , costumes , performers, singers , decor, sounds, lighting .. etc .. you name it .. this is a show you will be impressed and talk about for long time . If you have to do one show , then this is not not even debatable, just do it !! I travel quite a bit and have watched a lot of shows all over the world and by far , this is superior and the best ! I won’t even go into details to review because it won’t do justice .. you just have to go and watch . A little tip ! Get VIP seats to get the best experience and view ! Enjoy :)

Sports Book is the Nicest in Vegas. Absolutely amazing!. No need to go Anywhere else to watch a Game!...

A really nice place went for afternoon tea and thought that we should try it next time, was very clean.

We had seen most cirque shows in Vegas but discovered we hadn’t been here. It was one of the best shows. The diving and synchronized leg swimming along with the acrobatics was fantastic. My favorite cirque show has always been KA, but this one sure made me rethink that. We all thought it was great.

A marvelous evening of extraordinary talent combined with great music in a wonderful theater. Compared to Cirque shows this is equal and at times even better. The lighting and stellar acrobats are in a water world which adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend for a fun filled evening and after the show or before the show the Wynn is a updated casino with a multitude of restaurants and bars to provide additional entertainment for those that seek to extend their evening.

Excellent show to watch. Wonderful choreography and music. Story line was breathtaking with all participants in action. The theater was decoration was amazing.

I love the attention. Drink is the best margarita ever. The lady in the bar is super polite. I love this property. Better the Bellagio 100%

Went to see the new show Awakening an awesome show by the way , we had time to spare and ate at Charlies superb spots bar excellent food and service, I tried my luck at slots and did good excellent wait staff and even had a players card sent to me while at a machine. Win for the Wynn.

a little out of the way and very pricey. Stay there is someone else is paying. Food very pricey.........

Went to the Wynn for some gambling at the Casino and won on the Fort Knox machine $400. Also saw the show Le Reve The Dream! Superb!

I didn't stay here but I gambled in the Casino. This place is classy and so nice!! So many places to visit while gambling as well if you get hungry or just need a break from gaming. Love it!

It PAINS me to write this One-Star Review after over a decade of being a regularly invited guest.
After 3 years using my Black Tier Rewards card to stay & play w friends of Black & Chairman’s Club status I’ve become disillusioned- it’s NOT WORTH IT; ANY OPTION ON ANY COMPETITIVE CORNER IS MUCH BETTER.
Guest service by floor personnel (CASINO) is not just lacking; it’s downright non-existent. RUDENESS & CONTENTION from employees whose managers enable it.
They’re NOT concerned for you nor your health - just look at the only reviews they respond to - one guest who claimed construction hampered her stay - why? Because the resort can use that as evidence to extort money out of Formula1? (eminent domain)
This place has been riddled with the feels & vibes of an underground strip club run by security - AVOID CASINO AREA.
Despite having “Black Status” allowing you Tower Room Suite upgrades (unavailable this year) & priority slot service (takes FOREVER & cocktail last week denied a Wynn-labeled half-size bottle of water; not even brand name or full-size. Yes, I was playing with player ID card, yes, I had both ID & Passport. Yes, I tip well; was dehydrated w symptoms)…They won’t care & treat you as a burden. A repeat-theme for the past year getting worse.
Check thoroughly any area prior to sitting or placing your belongings. If someone has left an item behind, a penny voucher - DO NOT SIT THERE - you will be accosted & falsely accused for “possession of stolen item;” even if it appears to be trash. So, no - don’t try to return it; don’t try to ask the cocktail for security (you will be demeaned and ignored); DEFINITELY DON’T try to RESOLVE IT with the intent to turn it into lost & found. Check before you sit for another patron’s negligence (despite the Resort repeatedly stating that it is “not responsible” - casino security floor staff will make you responsible despite having no knowledge of the item being there at all & not noticing anything when you sit down - how is this sort of thing the patron’s responsibility? Because the casino staff and security staff want it for themselves & to use you as an unsuspecting solution to appease their superior, then they’ll confiscate yours, too).
Don’t use your phone to take photos or record. You may think it’s a public space but so many rules are sprinkled for them to use at their discretion & cherry-pick who to harass. You will have no say so in explaining. You can tell them your phone has no photos or videos & has been off. They will demand to invade your privacy and immediately go through it or THREATEN to throw you out despite being a long-time invited guest of the resort on file w host for years; security won’t care & their management & resort will back them in harassing & accosting guests without allowing w statement nor guest POV.
This place cares about the profit only, not the people.
Several persons have had serious heart/ health issues on property RECENTLY while staff continued to deal & play disregarding a person’s well-being (one died - lookup lawsuits online, trip advisor etc). Not concerned with guest health/ disabilities/ accommodations - only their bottom line on paper.
Start of ‘23 to present = notably AWFUL experiences w FLOOR STAFF.
Casino feels run by a hustler / gangster mentality (shady & shiesty) security & their manager (keep gaming control # in your contacts 24/7- they are not allowed to deny you your chips or vouchers being cashed for any reason; side hustle on the ill-informed. They will prey on your privacy).
I would never allow anyone I knew or cared about to think for a second this is ever going to be the same experience as it once was known. Be very aware that at any point an ENCORE rewards desk employee can become irritable & contentious, a WYNN cocktail waitress (Rare sighting to begin with) can become dismissive & difficult - denying service request for security & even WATER on HOT summer days exceeding 110. SECURITY is the WORST of ALL regardless of which side of the issue you’re on. They love to bully & berate, falsely accuse & accost.

We actually stayed at the Encore, but spent much time in the Wynn. Beautiful place, but food is all very expensive. did not win in that casino, but did win some in the Encore casino.

Large room, great bedding, spacious bathroom, panoramic view. An overall upscale experience. Nice holiday decor in public areas.

Limits are high. if you are looking for comps or just to pass the time gambling, this probably isn't the place for you. The ambiance and decor and people watching is as good as it gets. Beautiful people and excellent set up. The dealers are pros and the drinks are top notch and come around often enough compared to other casinos. Its just expensive to gamble there, but if you are OK with that or can hold off going on tilt then it's worth checking out.

We stayed in the hotel itself a few times. Always clean and comfy. Probably one of our top 5 choices. This trip we stayed elsewhere but we did stop in to gamble a bit. The place is always clean and friendly. We did not win but that is the way it goes. Will stop by again next trip.

Racist security in black suits! I saw them treating a guest poorly. I don't want to get into details what happened, but they can be so cruel...

We aren’t gamblers but we visited the Wynn to see the lovely decorations inside and to eat at the evening buffet. This was a treat for us and outside our normal budget for food but worth it.

Great atmosphere, fantastic buffet, friendly and helpful staff, love going here and I highly recommend this establishment

You seriously cannot beat the Wynn.. We’ve been coming here for 14 years since it opened. The finest experience on the strip. Interestingly enough you can find hidden deals here, if you are an astute traveler.. Staying in tower is a must if you’re wanting some quality pool time.Genesis at front desk check in was amazing!!

One of the nicest on the strip along with it’s sister property the Encore. Nothing in here is cheap but that does help keep the
class of clientele up.

Stayed here durring the Covid recovery period, Very nice and as pricy as you want it to be, lots to choose from. Very good security,

The Wynn knows how to do it right. Upscale rooms. Tasteful. Fresh. Great staff. Attention to detail. Location at end of strip appeals to a clientele that used to go to Bellagio.

This is one of the best shows in Las Vegas that I have seen. The theatre is in the round and is primarily a large, deep swimming pool with all kinds of different hydraulic systems functioning within. I won’t spoil the plot but the acrobatics and diving alone are worth the price of admission. The female star is gorgeous.

Walked downtown to the dinner Buffett at a Wynne The food was average at best and the service was below average

I really enjoyed my trip with my cousins. It was a memorable experienced. The best buffet, lots of international cuisine choices and yummy. Casino area is well maintained.

Love this hotel. Nothing they won’t do , if you ask. Very accommodating. Beauty you can really appreciate. From the entrance of flowers,to the buffet of colors, the shops, the restaurants , casinos. Loved staying here.

Did not expect such a nice hotel with natural garden inside. nicely designed and signs presented , lovely cafe with lovely cakes , thoroughly enjoyed , best coffee in LV

This is a beautiful hotel and casino. The rooms are large, clean, and plush. Great restaurants and many things to see and enjoy.

We are hardly high stakes gamblers. However, even if you don't gamble at all, the Wynn casino is a beautifully built and decorated building. Also, there is no overpowering smoky odor like many strip establishments and it is quiet and uncrowded. The shops are upscale and like any other complex on the strip, there are many eating and drinking establishments. The Wynn also has a mountain and waterfall (free to view) and a bizarre musical evening light show on the hour (also free). It is not well known because it is not visble from the street and the teeming masses mstly don't venture north of TI. On our visit, the entire complex was extravagantly decorated for the holidays and that in itself was worth the visit.

This casino seemed to have a more relaxed feel about it. Situated in the centre of the hotel, it means most people use the walkway around the edge of the casino, which means you don’t get a lot of people walking past you in the middle of the casino, whilst you are concentrating on playing. Far more relaxing I felt. Usual great choice of games, the casino is spotlessly clean and the service is a high as you’d expect from a great hotel. Really for me, the best casino in town.

Nice art themed casino, , also can visit the ferrari room for a fee, they have also a very good buffet, go for it enjoy.

As one of top casinos on The Stripe in Las Vegas, Wynn Casino is a nice place to walk around. We were waiting for “The Buffet at Wynn”, thus we spent about an hour to tour it. Apparently, the Beach Club has some kind of special activity going on to have a lot of people getting in line to get in. There are a lot of luxury brand names stores located inside Wynn and worthwhile to shop around.

While sight seeing we opted to take a stroll through through the Wynn. neighboring great neighborhood set just back from the strip. Beautiful casino with lovely displays. Shops across the street, Next to Palazo which is an experience unto itself great area easy to see a lot of attractions with minimal walking. Currently using their app to secure a stay in the near future.

Won 130$ in the end here.
So quity good memories )
It's quite fancy and the table minimums are quite high compared to some of the southern casinos. Beautfull inside and a bunch of fancy people)

Beautiful but not amazing. The buffet isn’t good and the cassino not impressed. But you must go to see the cascade in one caffe, beautiful!

There was a beautiful garden display. it seemed less smoky than the other casinos.it was fun to walk around and check it out.

I lost money. You cannot win any money. Also, people at red card service area are rude and not polite.

It was my first time to Vegas and I'm not a gambler, but decided to try my hand, just for fun. The guy running the table was so helpful and informative, took his time to explain everything that was going on, and how to best play my hand when it was my turn. Obviously, I wasn't there to "win big" and had a set amount I was willing to lose, and was just having fun, and the staff at the Wynn made it fun for me.

walk thru it was a very very clean place could not smell smoke that you can in others would stay there next time

What an amazing theatrical experience. This show has it all: class, sensuality, glitz, thrills, spectacle, and beauty. The visuals are worth the price all by themselves. Bravo to all who created this wonderful experience.

As a Vegas regular, we always enjoy the shows. This one was fantastic. It is worth noting that we booked the top row with the tv screens and super comfortable seats with tables. It was worth spending the extra few dollars.

As always the Wynn property did not disappoint. We went to see Awakening at their amazing theater. We dined at the buffet before the show and I ate all the great seafood I could.....fresh and good. Shout out to a Thai basil dish with beef it was so good too. So many choices I had to stay focused. Awakening was superb with a very cool stage that rotated, dropped it was amazing. The gymnasts and circus actors were elegant and had us gasping all through the show. Stage props were really great to. Gambling after the show was fun, drink lady's came by often and were of course super attractive. We loved our visit again to the Wynn.

Just treat yourself to the best buffet in Las Vegas at the Wynn. I ate and ate until my heart was content and still hadn't even scratched a tad of the selection they offered. I will be going back to try my best again for sure!

Excellent decor and atmosphere so much to see in this casino lot of space you didn't feel cramped -- waitress were there when needed

My hotel if I go back to Las Vegas. Seemed cleaner and sharper than the others. Loved the on site shops and stopped by at the Parasol for a cocktail. Excellent white negroni in wonderful surroundings.

Visited here whilst exploring the strip in vegas. The hotel looks amazing from the outside and is the same inside. The casino was nice and clean and surprisingly empty. I had a few bets and lost as normal, but definitely glad I visited.

The Wynn Hotel was very nice with beautiful decor and merry go round. The live arrangements were gorgeous. The casino was nice. The large area with numerous tvs showing games and horse racing was impressive.

This venue often has some very good performances. This is an upscale hotel that recently rescinded their self parking fees..

I always enjoy visiting Wynn's Casino, This time taking in a show and wonderful buffet afterward!!Buffet expensive BUT worth every penny

Stool waiting on the balcony near the Bar Parisol to see the Lake show. It was.... different. Anticlimatic. Not what we expected at all. Otherwise the hotel lobby is stunning with the hanging flower balls and carousel. Definitely stop by

We stayed here about 12 yrs ago, although we did not stay at the hotel this time, we wanted to visit the casino. It was a good as we remembered. The lobby, casino and public areas have been kept in pristine condition. This is a lovely place and worth visiting. My husband enjoyed the blackjack table and I loved looking at the lovely shops and lobby area.

Wynn is just high class ... clean, friendly, a lot of machines, and comfy LEATHER chairs! This is top rate in my book!

I won $3,000 by convincing my wife to lend me 200. I love all the games and they play well. 10/10 I would definetly recommend going here.

Nothing missing here First class all the way and the pries in the restuarants are comparable to the other strip joints BUT better quality and presentation over the top

I haven’t been there, I don’t know how they relate to offshore zones, for example, in Qatar, I don’t know where to get a license for a C-rated casino in order to establish, through closed channels, possible games of poker or a rooster fight. England will understand the photo is not attached, guys, magicians would be very interesting for our kids, a couple of grandfathers frosts or magicians like Copperfield in the great wort to Santa Claus, maybe feed in silence the guys in a fur coat are interesting, but I don’t know the open type saunas - like - like the type of jacuzzi there is not required by the constitution to have a constitution in a jacuzzi I would read

This place is awesome Top 10 in LV in my book. We don't go here often but when we do it's always a fun evening. From shows to for you can miss. Our guests alway rave about it.

Wynn in Vegas is undeniably an architectural marvel with excellent ambiance and an amazing hotel. However, the experience at the casino tables was a major letdown. The staff were incredibly rude, making me feel like I was doing them a favor by playing. One of the dealers, a white lady, stared at me as if I were some kind of gambling addict. In the morning, only two roulette tables were open, and they were far too crowded. For me, the attitude of the casino staff is crucial, and this made it a horrible experience.

The only spot we stay in Vegas. Everyone treats you like you are a rockstar. Customer service is top notch. Can not say enough good things about the Wynn. We spend most of our time here and rarely have to leave the hotel. All the restaurants are great and plenty to do. Only wish they had a Lounge with live music at night.

The buffet of course is no longer self serve, but it's better than ever! Reservations recommended as you are seated according to CDC guidelines. The interior is beautiful as always. Provided with the ability to scan your menu using your phone or with a paper menu, wait staff efficiently take your multiple orders until your full. Experience a full buffet from pastas, seafood, pizza, salads, appetizers, meats, sushi, desserts. etc. The range is extensive and some of the dishes are just plain 5 star. I was beyond impressed. We did not feel rushed and were encouraged to order more. If your looking for inexpensive, cheap food...go eat at Denny's. If you're looking for a nice buffet, eat at the Wynn.

took an uber here from bellagio to play some table games for the evening. Walked around on weekday and all the games were 50 or 100 minimums and half of them were empty. walked next door to venetian and played for 25 instead.

Very Clean and comfortable. Spent an hour in the slots, same general area, and only saw one drink server I had to flag down. Spent over an hour in the sportsbook and never saw a drink server. Bar at rear of sportook would not accept drink vouchers. Won't return.

Great first time in Vegas. Sight seeing and playing some games of chance, but not a lot of luck at Wynn.

It is one of the popular Casinos in Las Vegas, and it has impressive curvy architecture, and the impressiveness continues to dominate inside it too. It is luxurious.

By far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. I had a work conference there and it was very convenient and had lots of food and gambling options. Very large rooms on the Encore side.

This hotel is always a delight and so awesome to visit!!! I love the bright colors and extremely trendy design......uniforms, restaurants, and shops! All just gorgeous!

If you are not staying at this hotel and want to park there, always use the self parking in the garage because Valet parking is $30.00 for the first 24 hours unless you spend $50.00 in food and/or merchandise at the Wynn, then they will validate your parking voucher. The free parking is ONLY for self parking. This hotel is a good visit if you have never been there before. The prices for staying there were on the higher end

Wynn operating like a circus. Lots of clowns in there. Casino trash. Go to Venetian or Palazzo spent most of my time there after I realized how bad the service was at Wynn. Like casino doing soo bad they basically stealing too make money. Pathetic

We came to Las Vegas to play at the Casino, the Casino is out of range, you really have to go, it's incredible, the welcome is magnificent, very beautiful cars and it's huge

Well I went in Wynn and encore Las Vegas. So I had to compare it to Encore Boston. The one In Everett Ma is a lot more extravagant. More beautiful and bigger. The outside here is bigger but Las Vegas is very nice. I played craps the and some middle eastern guys had the table locked up. When I played they got out.
So oh well. The one in Everett is a lot more money

Our (and many others) favorite casino in Vegas. TEveryting in the casino is top shelf, from the dining to the shopping Wynn is and excellent destination!

The Christmas decorations are worth seeing at this hotel. Everything was made out of flowers and it was so cool!

I have been to many casinos US and in France. I love the Wynn. Not only fun for gambling, but great food and just beautiful

The Wynn Casino was very beautiful and busy. Because it's so busy, there are more people smoking, which to us, was not very pleasant. We attended The Steve Miller Band Concert there and it was outstanding. No smoking at the venue.

So I visited this casino early in the morning so there were not a lot of people gambling. However this allowed me to really look at the casino. It is super elegant and they didn’t devolve in to some gimmick. They kept it simple and I love that.

My husband and I enjoyed this show greatly!
As it was not sold out, we asked the usher if we could move from our front row seats to the back and she was able to accommodate us. (If you don't ask, the answer is always no)!
The athletes/artists in this show are AMAZING!

No major complaints. This is a very nice casino resort. I’m not a gambler, but I was in Vegas for a convention. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The service was very good at the hotel. The only slight complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom in my room. Nothing major, but the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. It wouldn’t keep me from returning, but I would have expected a little more from a resort of this caliber.

The flower showing was spectacular and the colors vibrant. Food at buffet was amazing,we got there before got overly busy. Great variety

CONS: Entire computer system all phones and video and slot machines including their red card system was down for hours the second day. there was no communication about our promo credit the day we checked in and we repeatedly got misinformation from the red card desk. Staff seems rude and the rooms are getting dated and old. ridiculous promotion did not include use of the fitness center, first in my life I've ever had something so absurd & cheap. No coffee maker in the room. ridiculous b******* charges like personal use of the minibar $25 a day or $25 for your stay to request a small refrigerator if you don't use the mini bar. PROS: good air conditioning and shower, perfect waste of natural resources in an area that needs conservation the most.

Amazing talent, athleticism, costumes, set, singing, dancing, special effects! This show had it all—romance, comedy, action, drama. Better than Hamilton! Highly recommend! Highlight of our Vegas trip!

Although the casino its self is very nice (smaller - which is great) with quality food options ...
The rooms do not have any coffee making !!!! I would expect a Nespresso machine in a resort room for the price $$$$ you are forced to descend to the casino level to buy coffee.

Went for a Robbie Williams concert which was brilliant. Prior to concert had a couple of drinks which we felt were a bit expensive.

Be expected to shell out cash when playing at the Wynn. Most of the tables were always $20 minimum bets!!

IMO the Wynn and or Encore are the coolest and best Casinos in Vegas. Yes expensive but that tends to keep it the crowds away. I for one approve ……

We stayed a week at Wynn for the bowling nationals and a 50th anniversary stay. The valet parking and registration/baggage handling was excellent. The staff was always polite and helpful. We had a 22 floor room with a great view of the area and golf course which is undergoing rehab. The room was large by normal hotel standards, the bathroom was very large with both shower and bath, great towels, bath robes, and double sinks. Maid service was a bit slow but done by 3p.m. The room was very quiet, no sounds of note in the evening. The elevators were always just a few seconds wait. The beds were excellent and lots of pillows with each. The A/C was superb and was virtually silent when running. The concierge was very responsive to all requests and printed out our airline boarding passes in no time. Checkout could be done on line to save time. We did it that way in a minute or so. The buffet was complimentary for us each day, and good thing, because it is expensive, up to $50 on some days and times of day. The Red Card play generated some comps. for another patio restaurant where we did breakfast each morning. Breakfast for two ran about $40+ each day. The croissant french toast was superb and the blueberry muffins just bristled with blueberries. The muffin alone was big enough to fill a morning start without over eating. On balance, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend it for those well heeled or celebrating some event, or just wanting to be pampered.

You get a reservation for 730. You get there at 645. You wait in line till 9pm to even get in. At 80 dollars a person the food was not worth it. No shrimp cocktail, roast beef was okay, Presentation nothing special. The staff rush you around and are very curt. Unfortunately there are not that many buffets open in Vegas during this time. You would think the ones that were would put on a better presentation. VERY DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

DONT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!!
I’m typing furiously at the airport right now.
They are the most hardheaded hotel I’ve ever dealed with in my entire life.
Booked a hotel with hotels.com from August 18th-21st. I wanted to cancel because there was a flood warning but then their policy was that I would lose one night. I decided to go anyway because I didn’t want to lose the $400 a night for the room
When I got to the airport my flight was canceled. I wouldn’t be able to get on the flight until the next night. So I would lose a full 24 hours. I wanted to cancel the trip bc at this point I would only have 1 full day left so why even bother going? I then called the hotels.com again and they talked to the Wynn people and and asked them for leniency. The agent put me on hold for 25 minutes. He was working so hard and practically begging Wynn to show me mercy. It did not work. Wynn would not budge.
Disgusting, greedy hotel. If I can get 10 groups with this review to not book with them it’s worth it.
If you have a death in the family, and you want them to give you a refund/show you leniency, They will say NO. And “rules are rules”
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Whoever was involved in the landscape architecture here was a genius. It is simply beautiful. The prices are steep, but you are paying for that ambiance anyway. Beautiful high end shops too..

For the high roller in you, this is a place where you can make it or break it, Gaming taken to new heights.

We loved the Casino at The Wynn! I think it´s the best casino and hotel at Las Vegas, we´ll come back for sure in our next trip to Las Vegas

We were staying at Caesar's Palace and decided to walk to the Wynn Casino because we had never been there ( in our 10 years of going to Vegas). It was reviewed as the #1 casino & hotel. I cannot review the hotel but I will review the casino. The lobby area was beautiful - flower carousel ,decorations, etc. High end stores which had no customers. I always join the players club. We were told that after a certain amount of points , you can spin the wheel to earn free play , buffet or room .After the next level , you get the buffet, etc. We were there for about 2 hours , my husband passed spin the wheel & was up to buffet level. I was up to the spin the wheel level. Then the computer system went down. This meant that play time wasn't being counted , you couldn't use a voucher in the machine or cash a voucher at a machine. Everyone had to go to the cashier. We went to the customer service desk & they were in the same boat. All computers were down. We walked over to the Venetian & played there for 2 hours and decided to go back to the Wynn to give them another chance. the computers were still down . The customer service desk did give us one free buffet. My husband said although there were many variety of meats at the buffet , there were hardly any vegetables to go with his meal. One of the workers said that since Steve Wynn stepped down , the place has gone to hell. I do not think I will go back there.Ever.

Beautiful, classy and exciting. This is a first class hotel and casino, with all the amenities. The buffet is absolutely fantastic. A must see!

Came for my birthday and wedding anniversary. Arrived on my birthday with my ID and front desk said after- I pointed out it was my birthday -“ oh it’s really your birthday “ Not happy birthday? The third day in I called and spoke to a manager because it bothered me so and she sent a gross old cake that should’ve been thrown out to our room. With the casino and hotel here I think they could have done something nice.
With so many choices in Las Vegas try elsewhere!

Brilliant atmosphere with amazing decor. Not to be missed if you are visiting Vegas. Many and varied places to eat. Not the cheapest but excellent quality of food and exceptional service. Casino staff are extremely friendly so adding to the overall experience.

This was only my second visit to Las Vegas, and my first to The Wynn Casino. The Wynn itself is gorgeous, and the Casino the nicest of all.I liked it so much,I went every night. Not much of a gambler, but it was fun.I was staying at another hotel, but definitely will stay at The Wynn next time

The Wynn casino was the best on the strip. Beautiful, clean, smells great. And a lot of cocktail waitresses around taking your orders while you gamble. Great experience.

Probably one of the first times that I have won at the Wynn,, HaHa. Mainly played video blackjack and roulette. We are usually scared away by the high table limits but we found a niche that worked.

I just play the slots. I did not win, just broke even. They do serve free drinks. Evenings were noisy and crowded.

This was my second trip to Vegas and my wife and I were spending two nights in the Encore so it was easy to visit the Wynn Casino. This is a review of the casino only.
The place looks and feels ritzy. We are slot players and there were plenty of machines and a great selection. The chairs at each slot machine are super comfortable and some even incorporate the games theme into the chair. The air is clean and fresh - something a lot of casinos lack. So just the overall feel of the place is high end. I rate this as one of the best casinos we visited with the Cosmopolitan and Aria included.

The Wynn is a beautiful property and love the flower displays. Casino is large but too many video type games. The night we were there it had to be 80 degrees in the casino. It was less than 80 degrees outside.
Cocktsil waitress walked by at really quick speed says “cocktails?” You would have to jump up and catch them. Didn’t seem like they wanted to serve drinks. Since they work in tips, I didn’t get it.

After staying here many times over the years I have to say that the place has gone down in quality. Rooms are dates and not updated. Plumbing issues , hole in the painting , cheeped paint and lights. Sauna and steam rooms are closed , gym hours 6-6, many restaurants and bars have shortened their hours or closed down period. Lots of newer better options on the strip at this price point.

The Wynn was so clean and refreshing after visiting so many dark, smokey and stuffy casinos.Their ventilation system must be the best of the best. The waiters kept the drinks coming and the machines were generous. I hated to leave, but we had dinner reservations across town.

My husband and I chose the poolside seats (the cheapest) and were pleasantly surprised. The plus is that you will be so close to the actors; and you will feel the mist and fire times stronger than the back rows. The whole show was a great sensory experience!

We walked into Wynn hotel to have breakfast at its restaurant, place is amazing, very nice decorations. We set outside, and we were facing its wide long swimming pool. Food was super delicious, and the service was fast. Visited the casino afterward. They have all new machines that offer multiple "spins" that can really add up to a good Jackpot! but not a lot of luck this trip.

If you love walking through the hotels in Vegas then put Wynn on top of the list. There is a beautiful garden inside with a carousel make from flowers and a hot air balloon made from flowers (although not real flowers) the lighted trees and tiled walkway and the way the hotel has been decorated inside is well worth the visit. Great for a few pictures for sure. Also, Le Reve is a new favourite of mine, I think of it as a 1940's Hollywood style musical just in water. The choreography with a group of swimmers is amazing, I don't know how they all keep in time while under water, costumes were beautiful and the theater does not have a bad seat in the house. A must see, and well worth the money, equivalent to the O Cirque Show if you loved that you will love Le Reve

This was our first visit to Vegas and the only show we had time to watch. It was a fantastic experience and the aerial acrobatics and the synchronized swimming was amazing. The lighting and special effects were spectacular. Would highly recommend seeing this show.

It is still a very lovely, well maintained property. I could see little difference from years before. One doesn't really feel like being in a casino.

Really comfortable surroundings and a great atmosphere. Waitress service was really good. Always very clean the cleaners continually going around cleaning the areas. Would highly recommend a visit you won't be disappointed.

This is everything you could want from a Vegas show. We did the buffet / show combo and both were crazy good. Best night we spent in Vegas - HIGHLY recommended!!

Absolutely outstanding show. Loved everything about it. Paid a little more for VIP seating and it comes with a monitor at your feet showing what’s happening under water and behind the scenes. Great idea. This show was a great entertainment value.

This place is over the top plush and we felt a little intimidated by it. The hotel though has amazing displays. Casinos....once you have seen one you have seen them all

The Wynn is the most beautiful casino in Las Vegas. The decor is someone to experience.
The outdoor waterfall is a wonderful place to relax and have a drink. The casino is high end in appearance and I had a good time gambling here. The breakfast buffet is very good and the ambiance is special. The “Le Reve” is a very good show to see here. The XS nightclub books great DJ’s. There is also a good collection of very high end stores.
The beauty of the hotel/casino is truly a destination point in Vegas.

Gorgeous surroundings! Easy access to Fashion Mall. Quality and professionalism, cleanliness. Wynn has all you want in a safe atmosphere.

I say Vegas Rewards Wynn Las Vegas Casino Guests With JACKPOTS because I have won thousands there. I wrote a book "Vegas Rewards" about how I get free food, shows, rooms and cruises all over the world at casinos. Wynn is a great atmosphere and you can WIN BIG.

the rooms the service the restaurants, lounging at the pool and the workout area was 100%. People are always available to assist you immaculately maintained not one dissapointment

One of the best shows I’ve seen. A bit on the short side but I felt money well spent. The set was beautifully done. There were something to look at from all angles. After being wooed initially, I started to appreciate how humanly difficult it was for the performers to do most of the moves. The aerial stunts were extremely impressive. Dance choreography were pleasing to the eyes.
It is a circular theater. Any section is good, no difference. However, you should get upper rows. It is much easier on your neck on the upper rows. I could clearly see the dancers and their faces on the third most upper row.

We stayed at the Venetian, but had to do some casino hopping of course. I'm not a big gambler, but the feel for the place was really cool. We just played some slots and walked around. It was more just a quick tour of the property and then we moved on to the next, trying to see as much of the strip and week could in just a few days. This was definitely one that you should get to and check out. Hopefully with better luck than us.

Beautiful shops although also very expensive. I played the slots and did well however any change left over on your ticket will be kept by the hotel and supposedly given to charity.....only done here at this casino...everywhere else you get all your money back.

This has got to be on the list of top shows that I have seen. It is such a septacular set. The skills and high level water dives is incredible. A must see if you in Vegas.

This is a very nice expensive Casino. I went in to see the Ferrari Car lot, inside, but it has been replaces with fancy shopping.

My husband and I really enjoy this hotel. It has been a great experience even through COVID. The hotel requires masks everywhere. They are more strict that most hotels but at the same time they have more open than other hotels too. The pool is great. Just be prepared for very overpriced drinks, especially at the pool.

we didnt win as we wanted or hoped to, but we had a a lot of fun, we spent more o r less 100 doillars in the machin for 3 hours so it was like paying for have fun instead of hoping to get something

Wynn has the best affordable buffet in Las Vegas! Many unique items to choose from and try out. The dealer's were all very nice and accommodated my 21 yr old son by patiently teaching him to play many games without disrupting the seasoned players.

Our friends from Vegas recommended this show instead of a Cirque option. Glad they did. The various aerial and water numbers were amazing, but really the star of the show is the arena itself which changes from stage to pool and back again. One minute someone is standing center stage performing a dance/acrobatic feat, the next minute someone dives from a ridiculous height into water right where center stage just stood. Performers don't walk off stage, they just slip into the water and disappear.

I stay at the nearby Encore hotel but since the two casinos are literally right next to each other, I come to the Wynn very often. IMO Wynn is one of the best casino in Las Vegas. Really love the restaurants here and the interior decoration is just luxurious and beautiful.
Next time, i'm going to stay here for sure

This buffet is pricey but sll worth the money. There’s tons of food selections including made to order crepes and an omelet station.tons of desert selections

All the older machines have been replaced or turned into $10 type machines. We didnt stay- for that reason

Around 55 dollars for the buffer and all inclusive beer / wine for 2 hours . Good choice of food steak sushi salmon pizza burgers

Every large hotel on the strip has a nice big casino with lots of tables, games, etc. The Wynn does too. Doesn't necessarily distinguish itself but it clearly represents to be high end - and it is. But it's a casino.

We think the casino is beautiful and the interior decor is very nice. We did have a bad experience with one worker and that put a poor taste in our mouth. There too many casinos to play at to stay there

Had the pleasure to walk around and enjoy this amazing property. Beautiful sites and very nice time taking in all the flower attractions. Go and see this property.

It was a Beautiful casino. The buffet was amazing, the price was outrageous, but delicious. There was a line.Fun to see the nice shops too.

YOU HAVE MANY PLACES TO VISIT AND I WENT FOR 6 DAYS,
YOU MUST DEFINE THE PLACES YOU PLAN TO VISIT
PREFERABLE TO RENT CAR TO MAKE LONG VISITS MORE COMFORTABLE
LIKE THE GRAND CANON AND THE HORSESHOE
IF YOU LIKE CASINOS, THERE ARE MANY, EVERYWHERE.

This is a fun hotel to be in. I lived in Las Vegas for 9 years and always liked walking up and down the Strip at night and going also to see the Bellagio Fountains and Conseratory.

The views from the top floors are incredible, the rooms are very comfortable and expensive.Would recommend this hotel for anyone but cost is a factor

We played and won but kept our winnings. sadly people playing 24 hours a day - losing lots of money. Bit smelly as people smoking at tables and stale air in the area which is in the whole of the middle of hotel.

Wynn/Encore one of the better places on the strip, classy, clean, great decor, a very pleasant environment to gamble. Like any high end place nothing is cheap or even reasonable, price is the price for nice. If your budget allows this place is great. With Resorts World across the street now that adds in more options for eating/gaming. Worth it if you got it.

What a combination of colors, Wynn deserved a better location, that is his only problem. One of the best casinos in Vegas. And if you want to party they have Encore beach club that is just awesome.

If you want the wow factor this is the hotel, stunning in every way inside the hotel is a carousel and a hot air balloon made from fresh flowers amazing, the buffet brunch was gorgeous so much choice perfectly cooked and the dessert display is something else. We paid $29 and went at 11am unlimited soft drinks too. There is designer shops I there aswel as a large casino.

Decided to "go see a show" didn't have any preference, but Le Reve was suggested as being a favorite of my sister-in-law . . . It was. The story-line was great and the performance unbelievable. I cannot imagine how anyone could have choreographed such an intricate show and avoid any injuries along the way. The movement of the stage to accomodate the performers diving into the water and at the same time providing a stage within, what seemed like, an instant. Plan to see it again on my next visit, just to see things that I had missed . . . here was so much happening at one time everywhere . . . truely awe inspiring. A must see for anyone of any age.

Played there and got really thirsty at the casino. We were playing the slot machines and both my husband and I requested water or a drink several times and we were totally ignored. Guess that will be our last time there. Perhaps we didn't look up to their standards....don't worry your machines won't see us again.

This show was ever so beautiful! The performers did a wonderful job at making my jaw drop! I cried in some scenes, because it really touched my heart! I was also frightened and in awe when they dived down into the water at a very high point-of-view!! I was like "OH MY GOSH!!!" and "AAHHH! DON'T FALL!" and "PLEASE BE SAFE!" Yup... Other than me getting so scared but enjoyed myself at the same time. The show was SO SPECTACULAR, LOVELY and breath-taking!!!

For me this is the most beautiful casino in vegas.
The fountain, the outdoor panel, the shopping, the tables, everything for me was great.
It's expensive, but beautiful.

there is nothing simple in this casino - it is unbelievably beautiful! Tons of restaurants and actually had free parking on this mid-week visit. Casino was pleasant without a smokey atmosphere and so many beautiful restaurants and hotel grounds. Attached to the Encore casino and both are so nice to spend time in.

Could use a bit better story line. Great technical and acrobatic show.abating choreography and visuals

You can only see acrobats diving into water so many times before it gets repetitive. I couldn’t really follow the story line. It’s a little confusing. Music in some of the scenes was annoying and not that great. Didn’t care for the screeching in once of the scenes. The acrobats were talented and the synchronized swimmers were cool to watch. I wouldn’t go watch this again. One time is enough.

Steve Wynn's parting gift to Las Vegas was his twin-tower masterpiece of Wynn and Encore. Wynn added even more shoppes than before, so people who haven't visited in an few years will enjoy another look.

After Bellagio, I like the Wynn as a close second. Friendly people. Table mins have been creeping up as well as 6/5 blackjack with is just horrible

My wife and I recently stayed at the Wynn/Encore And had a wonderful time. The casino floor at the wind is more exciting than the casino floor at the encore we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I definitely would recommend you spend time on the casino floor or at one of the hotels many restaurants.

I really enjoyed being at the casino! It was so interesting and fun, but I was tired, I had a very long drive, so I decided that next time I'll stay at home with the Megapari online casino. MEGAPRO6784

Since I live in Vegas, I've been to most of the casinos. This place is absolutely beautiful. I'd definitely go back again.

Beautiful Resort and Casino, however excessive resort fee and food overpriced. I felt cheated paying $25. for breakfast

We came and had a couple of hours walk around and it was amazing, defiantly one of the more luxurious casino/hotels on the strip.

Pools excellent, service excellent, panoramic tower suite excellent. This is our preferred hotel and room at Wynn. There are nicer properties and suites, but the price-for-item point is best for this hotel-room combination. I still have complaints about internet, so much lost goodwill to make relatively few dollars. It seems obvious Wynn should make this free to paying guests.

To celebrate our 45 anniversary my husband and I went to Vegas and we got Excellent tickets to everything. Celine, ....various shows tours and by far LE REVE was the best. When we ordered tickets we wanted the best seats, and we were told there's no bad seat in the place and that was true..If you sit close to the front you might get splashed but that's part of the fun. Don't miss this one...and the Wynn is an amazing place to just walk around.

Their slots do not pay for crap and on top of that.....They don't even have free drinks there! What a rip off! I will never go back...

I’m a Las Vegas local. Have stayed here many times over many years. Hotel/Casino has been closed since March 2020 due to pandemic. Reopening day, yesterday, June 4. Spouse and I were looking forward to returning for some slot play. MANY slot machines were NOT operable...nothing to do with down machines for 6 feet spacing for pandemic. What gives? They’ve had plenty of time to get the casino floor in order. We were very disappointed. Staff were all very friendly. Clean environment. Drink service was on the slow, almost nonexistent. Let’s hope the Wynn gets back in the groove so it will be once again fabulous. It wasn’t yesterday. Proud to call Las Vegas HOME 🎰🏠

We went back to the Wynn to give them a second chance. We had gone there in August and their computer system crashed. We had an awful time. We were there for 2 nights (I’ll rate hotel separately). The Red card rewards program is confusing. You are told you have slot credit but you don’t get it unless you put your own money in first. There were a good variety of slot machines and the more popular ones were always taken. The roulette games had a high dollar amount except for 1 table so we didn’t really play. The casino was very clean and the servers were polite and easy to find. The employees were well trained and courteous. Although it is kinda off the path of the far end of the strip, I think this keeps the riff-raft out.

The chinese new year Tradition theme runs all over the place.Beautiful flowers and stuff hanging from trees. Mary go around was nice and awesome picture opportunity

the Wynn is a decadent hotel and casino. The tables have high minimum limits on weekends and holidays so if your not a high roller you might want to go to the many casinos surrounding them

I chose the Wynn for the buffet for two reasons, the price and free parking. I do one big buffet when I visit LV for a week. Caesar's was way too expensive and reviews weren't good enough to pay. I paid $45.99 for lunch on Friday. All of the food was terrific. Plenty of shrimp and Jonas crab claws. I wish they had more green salad options. Caesar salad was the only green one. It was good, but I am a huge fan of big salads and that one just doesn't cut it. Service was great. Drinks were refilled promptly and plates cleared away. The desserts were just okay. Again, the selection was slim for what I like. I love pies and the only thing that was close was the cobbler and that was yummy. The small cakes I tried weren't worth the calories. Overall a great place to buffet without breaking the bank.

Came here one night and was suprised by this place. It was quite affordable to play and drinks service was very good.
The casino area is lovely and there are plants everywhere. It is very nice.
Gaming was surprisingly affordable and we even cam out on top which was nice.
There are games to suit all budgets and tastes. Would definitely like to stay here judging by how nice the public areas are

a casino where you feel good, heavy floor linen and great service. many facilities to enjoy and make your experience the best in vegas

We’ve stayed 3 times at the Wynn and it some of the most relaxing and nicest less crowded ,resort style hotels to stay at.. all that said, rooms are getting a bit outdated and are a bit sparse..

The layout of the Wynn casino was pretty good, but we couldn't find a place that didn't nearly choke us with smoke. That said, it would be nice if the casinos offered ways to navigate their areas or to enjoy some gambling without inhaling a pack of cigarettes.

I joined Wynn rewards and received a free buffet for two. The buffet is a nice place, very well decorated, nice servers and the meal was good. Cant ever beat free. After dinner we decided to play some slots. The area is super clean with slots spread apart with space to walk. I like the Wynn Casino.
One of the reasons I visited the Wynn Hotel was that it has free parking. The parking lot is one of the better garages I seen. Its has surveillance, parking monitors, super clean and close to the doors.

The casino, as always, was well organized and managed despite the COVID-19 restrictions. Security was good. Kept the idiots (they go everywhere these days) under control as much as possible, unlike another casino I reviewed from the same weekend.
The buffet was great despite having to be served. The servers missed a few plates (I.e., brought salad after serving main entree and had to be reminded to bring shrimp cocktail.) But, it didn’t matter much. It was still all you can eat. Everything was delicious.
Came out ahead in blackjack and slots too.

Le Cave at the Wynn was overpriced and not very classy— Wynn guests will probably enjoy other restaurants at the hotel
, but Le Cave is hot garbage

Wynn is the best hotel in Vegas because they have the nicest casino, best restaurants, best service for a v Vegas hotel. Nicest rooms and suites. No other hotel comes close.
Even the crowd is more upscale at the wynn.
Maybe the best club with XS.
Best steakhouse.
Cipriani is one of the best Italian restaurants.
Room service is not bad for Vegas and better than all other hotels.
By far ahead of everyone.

Horrible customer service. This hotel management has definitely gone downhill since Steve Wynn left. Restaurant food - 2 star at best (Lakeside). Would not recommend. Used to be first class, not anymore.

Enjoyed our May trip to Wynn. The casino is clean and enjoyable. The Lake of Dreams is always a delight.

i travel 195 countries and had seen over 23 cirque soleil le reve musicals in london nyc madrid or las vegas
i am in the top 1% writers in tripadvisor at the moment
this casino is lovely only bellagio can compete with them
wynn is more subtle fine
the flower decoration perfect

We watched the new Lake of Dreams show. It is free. This was our third time watching it and it has been different each time. This time there were animatronic toucans!

I love this casino. Everything is elegant and immaculate. I love the Christmas display when you walk in from outside leading to the casino.

We only walked through and stopped for a bite to eat. The hotel is exquisite and the drinks and food were delicious.

Place is very pretty, very clean, and VERY expensive!! TOO TOO much for my taste. I believe only the Wealthy can stay there.....lol

This casino is very elegant has great selection of slot machines, fabulous decorating views. Beverage service is excellent.

This remarkable show far exceeded my expectations. Set in a theatre at the Wynn Encore, and built especially for this event. Le Reve is a combination of powerful music, talented performers, and high tech. Impressive lighting and cascading water come together to make for a show where audiences are excited, awed and enthralled every second.

Best Casino in Vegas I have tried all MGM’s too. Wynn has very few BJ tables with gimmicky side bets . Most tables are clear of distractions , tables are3-2 odds on BJ unlike MGM 6-5 and mostly $50 min .
Dealers are friendly and can hold a conversation, pit bosses flexible on min max limits .
The whole area super clean and drinks offered frequently
I even won

Nice awesome good app earn very good brilliant good app earn many good Good app earn many good good awesome good Good good awesome awesome

WE love this hotel and casino and this time it was disappointing. No payouts or servers in the casino. Hardly any servers around we had to look and go to the one we saw.

Just felt super great, and fun to play cash games, slot machines, few table games, and we had best salad, food, desert and coffee sessions at Wynn Food Cafe and Wynn buffet, was one top class food services, customer services was superb, fantastic, professional, fun, best ever! I happened to play few poker games, Barry, Matt, Syth, Chen,Jared, and all poker dealers and services out there, they are giving the best, hard working, very professional at what they are doing, top qualities people plus great Wynn ameneties! We are looking forward back to stay at Wynn this June again! Wynn providing the best, was fun & wonderful, and always hoping to visit all over again!

I found the casino uninspiring.
After going to other hotel casino's I found this one dull.
The blackjack tables were somewhat boring as the dealers were not that engaging.
Of course I did lose some money here so that might have influenced my opinion :)

Love the Wynn. Huge rooms tremendous customer service. Delicious restaurants. Great pools and spa. Can’t wait to go back

Took a non Vegas loving couple on a tour of the public areas of many of the higher end casino hotels over a year ago, but agreed that the Wynn-Encore had the most elegant and relaxing ambience. The Bellagio was right up there, except that the crowds made it difficult to enjoy the beauty.

This is a glamorous casino. Not sure of they allow smoking but, if they do, it is not noticeable. The shopping is VERY high end. The interior decor is outstanding. Free parking - even the Valet parking is free, but you should expect to offer a tip. Lots of restaurants. Walk through just to see the place on the way to a show or bring a pocket full of money if you plan to gamble. Either way, have fun.

Really elegant and beautiful casino. Feels very classy. Great to just walk around and see all the opulent decorations.

haha this was awesome it's a place where we can have a good time but not suitable for families it's just a place where you can have a great time with friends

If you can take your eyes off your cards for a moment you may enjoy the colorful sights of the floral displays.

I really enjoy gambling at the Wynn, the environment and class of people are different here than the average casino. Rooms are nice but pretty pricey. We were there for a wedding and the venue was very pretty, small and intimate. Would definitely recommend.

We heard this was a wonderful show and I can't rave enough. The various aerial and water numbers were amazing. The synchronized swimming, magic acts and music are wonderful. The water pool is amazing. It changes from stage to pool and back again. One minute someone is standing center stage performing a dance/acrobatic feat, the next minute someone dives from a ridiculous height into water right where center stage just stood. A must see
Opulent
We didn’t stay here but had to visit to see the place and see the size and opulence of the casino & hotel.
It still feels fresh & new but has a good buzz as it’s obviously very popular.
