Shixin Peak is one of the 36 small peaks of Huangshan Mountain, with an altitude of 1,683 meters. It is not the most dangerous place in Huangshan Mountain, but it is the first place where people feel the steepness of Huangshan Mountain after climbing up the back mountain. Therefore, it has the reputation of "only when you reach Shixin Peak will you believe that Huangshan is the wonder of the world".
Shixin Peak is surrounded by the sky on three sides. Standing on the uneven rocks and holding the railings to look down at the abrupt peaks and rocks and cliffs around, the first-time visitors to Huangshan can't help but feel weak in their feet. The famous Huangshan pines gathered near the peak include the Jieying Pine, the Black Tiger Pine, the Lianli Pine, the Dragon Claw Pine, the Crouching Dragon Pine, and the Tanhai Pine.
It is said that Huang Xiyuan of the Ming Dynasty traveled to this peak from Yungu Temple and believed the loveliness of Huangshan Mountain only after he arrived here, and named it "Shi Xin". There is a platform on the top of the peak, where ancient scholars often climbed to enjoy the scenery, drink and play the zither. First, Jiang Tianyi, a national hero of the Ming Dynasty, lived in seclusion here and played the zither. Later, his descendant Jiang Litian, who was good at poetry and zither, also lived in seclusion here, so it was called "Qintai".

Shixin Peak is located 1 km east of Beihai in Huangshan Scenic Area. It is 1,668 meters above sea level. It is said that after visiting Huangshan, Xu Xiake, a traveler in the Ming Dynasty, praised it highly: "There is nothing like Huangshan in Huizhou, both at home and abroad. When you climb Huangshan, there is no mountain in the world that can surpass it!" When Chen Jiubi, the magistrate of Taiping County during the reign of Emperor Kangxi, first climbed Huangshan, he thought Xu Xiake was exaggerating. It was not until he reached Shixin Peak that he was impressed by the scenery of Huangshan and believed that what Xu Xiake said was true. He then wrote on the wall of the guest hall of Lion Grove: "How can this be possible? I don't believe it even if I tell you. It is truly wonderful. You will know it when you come here." This is the origin of the famous "Shixin Peak".
As the saying goes, "If you don't go to Shixin Peak, you won't see the Huangshan pine." Shixin Peak of Huangshan is located in the east of Sanhuawu in the north sea of Huangshan, protruding above the cliff. This peak is small and exquisite, with unique style. In history, scholars and scholars climbed the peak to enjoy the mountain scenery, drink and play the zither, so this peak is also called Qintai. There is an ancient pine in front of the peak named "Juyin Pine".
Although Shixin Peak is not as high as Tiandu Peak and Lianhua Peak, nor is it among the 36 major peaks, it is known as "Shixin Huangshan is the most amazing peak in the world" because of its majestic and dangerous ravines!
Shixin Peak is one of the thirty-six small peaks, with an altitude of 1,683 meters. Here, there are beautiful rocks, strange pines, three-year-old sky, cliffs thousands of feet high, clouds and mist, and unique beauty! According to legend, Huang Xiyuan of the Ming Dynasty traveled to this peak from Yungu Temple. It was like entering a painting, like a dream but real. Only then did he believe the wonderful scenery of Huangshan Mountain and named it "Shixin". Later, its name gradually spread far and wide. When you climb the peak and look around, you will feel "It is so wonderful that you can't believe it even if you tell me; how can it be so, only those who come here will know". The name "Shixin" has been praised for thousands of years.

2023.7.17, the original plan was to go from Baieling all the way to Shixin Peak to admire the Huangshan pine yesterday, but it was rainy and foggy and there were too many people to miss it. After watching the sunrise this morning, I thought I could see the scenery of Shixin Peak, but it was drizzling and foggy like yesterday, so I missed Shixin Peak.
The scenery of Huangshan Mountain mainly comes from two things: granite peaks and Huangshan pine forests. Both of these things are perfectly reflected in Shixin Peak. Therefore, the name of Shixin Peak comes from "beginning to understand the wonders of Huangshan Mountain"
It is said that when Chen Jiubi, the magistrate of Taiping County during the reign of Emperor Kangxi, first climbed Mount Huangshan, he thought Xu Xiake was exaggerating. It was not until he reached Shixin Peak that he was impressed by the scenery of Mount Huangshan and believed that Xu Xiake was right. He then wrote on the wall of the guest hall of Lion Grove: "How can this be possible? I don't believe it even if I tell you. It is truly wonderful only when you come here." This is the origin of the famous "Shixin Peak." Famous pines of Mount Huangshan, such as Jieying Pine, Longzhao Pine, Wolong Pine, Tanhai Pine, etc., are all around Shixin Peak, so there is a saying that "If you don't reach Shixin Peak, you won't see the pines of Mount Huangshan." Shisun Peak and Shengsheng Peak are on the left and right of Shixin Peak.
Shixin Peak is not high. Since it is not far from the cable car drop-off point, it is a popular check-in spot for tour groups. There are a lot of people, but the scenery is really nothing to look forward to (it may also be because there was a lot of fog when we went there). If you just want to spend time in the highlights, you can ignore this place.
I personally feel that Shixin Peak, Guangmingding and Monkey Watching the Sea are the most beautiful attractions besides the West Sea Grand Canyon!
Shixin Peak is the first major scenic spot on the back mountain, where you can see the vigorous atmosphere of Huangshan Mountain. After visiting the Five Sacred Mountains, you can’t visit any other mountains. After visiting Huangshan, you can’t visit any other mountains. It is well-deserved.
Witness the miracle of Huangshan pine!!!
The first mountain that you can reach by cable car from Yungu Temple has a nice view.
Shixin Peak is one of the 36 small peaks of Huangshan Mountain. It is 1,683 meters above sea level. It is not the most precipitous place in Huangshan Mountain, but it is the first place where people feel the precipitousness of Huangshan Mountain after climbing up from the back mountain. Therefore, it has the reputation of "only when you reach Shixin Peak can you believe that Huangshan Mountain is the wonder of the world". On the way to Shixin Peak, there are many famous pines to see.
Once you get here, you will believe that Huangshan is a place of beautiful scenery!
Shixin Peak is one of the 36 small peaks of Huangshan Mountain. According to legend, the ancients said when they visited the mountain, "I just believed that Huangshan Mountain is a wonder in the world", so it was named "Shixin Peak". The visibility was very good on the day I went there. From the Shixin Peak Observation Deck, the town dozens of kilometers away was clearly visible.
Many of the "Ten Famous Pines of Huangshan" are on Shixin Peak. There are sea-exploring pine, harp pine, black tiger pine, Qilin pine, Lianli pine, and farewell pine. They are all different in shape and have their own characteristics. Although I can't remember which one is which, I was very impressed by this "unique" of Huangshan at that time. When climbing Shixin Peak, there is basically a new view at every step, so I don't feel tired.
The scenery here is also very good and it is not difficult to climb up.
Shixin Peak gathers many famous pines of Huangshan, including Jieyin Pine, Black Tiger Pine, Lianli Pine, Dragon Claw Pine, Wolong Pine, Tanhai Pine, etc. You can see many strange rocks on Shisun Ridge, which is known as "the first wonder of Huangshan".
Shixin Peak is located 1 km east of Beihai in Huangshan Scenic Area, with an altitude of 1,668 meters.

There is a Duxian Bridge on the top of the peak, and there is a Jieying Pine in the stone gap beside the bridge that looks like a bridge for the immortals to cross. Many strange rocks can be seen on Shisun Peak.
If you don't go to Shixin Peak, you won't see Huangshan pines. Five wonders of Huangshan! The most recommended are the strange pines, which are concentrated on Shixin Peak. There are many strange pines along the Shixin Peak, such as Lianli pine, black tiger pine, Tanhai pine, and Tuanjie pine. They are magnificent and vigorous, performing their own wonderful and immortal legends.
I wandered in front of the Shixin Peaks, lingering for a long time and not realizing how many fascinating sights there were. It was noon and the sun was rising into the sky.
Fengqi is so unique that I believe it is worthy of its name! It is a very unique scenic spot. You can only appreciate its characteristics after you have been there.
The first peak you climb after climbing up Yungu Temple is also the best place to watch the sunrise at Huangshan, because Shixin Peak is right next to the East Sea of Huangshan, and the view is very broad. However, Shixin Peak is also a bit dangerous, with a steep peak and many tourist groups taking photos, so you must pay special attention to safety.
The first attraction we visited when we took the Yungu Temple ropeway.
There are many famous Huangshan pines here, such as: Jieying Pine, Longzhao Pine, Wolong Pine, Tanhai Pine, etc. Shisun Peak and Shengsheng Peak are the foils on the left and right, forming a tripod. There is a Duxian Bridge on the top of the peak, and there is a Jieying Pine in the gap of the stone beside the bridge, which looks like a bridge that guides the immortals to cross the bridge. There are many strange rocks on Shisun Peak. You must go to Shisun Ridge! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
From the back mountain, there are not many people, the environment is first-class, the first peak is him, then I understand what Shixin means
At first, the fog was very thick, and the mountains in the distance were so white that we couldn't see them. Later, the fog dissipated, and the scenery was very magnificent. The clouds and fog lingered in the mountains, just like a fairyland. Suddenly, I felt so moved. The hard work of the day was not in vain. I also saw two monkeys playing on Shixin Peak. They were very cute. They could freely shuttle and jump among the trees, and they were not afraid of people. I also saw cute little squirrels.
Because it was slippery after the snow, the top of Shixin Peak was temporarily closed, so we had to turn back halfway up the mountain. Shixin Peak is surrounded by abysses on three sides, so the view is particularly wide, and there are many famous pines around it. There is a saying that "If you don't climb Shixin Peak, you won't see Huangshan pines." Because there were a lot of onlookers and there was nowhere to step, I didn't stop to take pictures. Shixin Peak is one of the most popular photography spots for sunrise and sea of clouds because of its wide view.
From a distance, the pine trees on the rock face stand in the wind, like ants climbing a mountain in a line; from a closer look, it looks more like an enlarged bonsai. The road from Shisun Rock to Shixin Peak is not far, but it is easy to miss.
Climbing Shixin Peak was relatively fast. The weather started to clear up and we just reached our first peak. I was very excited.
When we arrived at the foot of Shixin Peak, the fog and wind had reached their peak. The peak a few steps away was covered in white, with occasional drizzles and strong winds. I almost wanted to give up, but I pulled myself together. Although I didn’t see the monkeys watching the sea after I climbed up, I smiled and said to my parents: I was born in the year of the monkey, so I am the monkey watching the sea. You two look at me, I look at the sea of clouds, and you two look at me...
Maybe it’s the disadvantage of being up the mountain in front and down the mountain in the back. When I climbed up Shixin Peak and compared it with Tiandu Peak and Xihai Grand Canyon, I really couldn’t feel the beauty of the scenery.
Finally, we arrived at Shixin Peak. As expected, coming here finally convinced me that climbing Huangshan Mountain is the best mountain in the world. Even Shixin Peak is only a shadow left! The mountain in the fog seemed to be saying: Hush...
We headed north from Shisun Ridge to Shixin Peak. We encountered harp pines and sea-viewing pines along the way, but I personally think that these pines are more about meaning and artistic conception, and they don’t look very pleasing in person. Perhaps only from a high vantage point can we appreciate the beauty of the pines. On the contrary, the distant mountain houses along the way and the sunlight shining through the sea of clouds on the mountains are more spectacular.
The relative altitude of Shixin Peak is not high. It was easy for us to climb to the top. But we didn't get much after climbing to the top. The valley was filled with mist. Well, let's make the best of it. Fortunately, there was a dwarf pine tree on the top of the peak, shaped like an umbrella. The mountain was facing the wind, which was a scene in itself. I took a photo of it decisively. There was beauty everywhere. I just lacked a pair of eyes to discover beauty. The masterpiece of nature is really breathtaking.
On the Shixin Peak, the clouds were too thick and there were too many people, so I suddenly lost interest in viewing.
7:30 was too early and there were no tour guides available. We walked along the way and stopped to look and take photos when we saw the viewing platform. We didn't know whether the one we were photographing on the opposite side was Shixin Peak or the one we were climbing. We passed a pile of high rocks and found a group of people climbing up and lying there. We also lay over and saw a sea of clouds in the distance. The sea of clouds was like cotton candy, like the sea of clouds seen in the documentary of Dahuangshan Mountain. It was so beautiful. It was the only sea of clouds we saw on the mountain. The other times were probably foggy seas that had not formed a real sea. Going further, there was a small viewing platform, which was also a good angle to see the sea of clouds. We stopped to take photos.
Shixin Peak is indeed very beautiful, and we went there at a good time. A few minutes after we took the photos, fog started to rise. The sky was filled with fog and the mountain on the opposite side was completely invisible.
You must come to Shixin Peak. It takes a lot of effort to climb up, but the beautiful scenery is really worth seeing. The background for taking photos at Shixin Peak is beautiful. No matter how you take photos, they are beautiful pictures. The light is good and the photos are particularly bright.
When we reached the Shixin Peak, we looked outside and saw nothing but fog. It started to drizzle and the weather was cold. I felt so uncomfortable.
Shixin Peak is a steep mountain, standing on the edge of a cliff. It is really dangerous, but also very beautiful! When you come to Huangshan, you must visit Shixin Peak, because in addition to its amazing scenery, it also has a legend in Huangshan!
On July 11, I hiked up the mountain from the back mountain. I set off at 1pm and arrived at Beihai Hotel at 4:30. I didn't walk around much and sat around. I went back to the hotel to take a shower. At 6:40, I climbed up the Shixin Peak to wait for the sunset. When I first reached the top of the peak, I was shocked. The visual sense was particularly strong. I personally like Shixin Peak the most. I stayed on the mountain for two nights. I waited until the evening of the 12th to wait for the sunset. I was lucky to see the sunrise on the 13th. Figures 1 to 3 are sunsets, and the last two are sunrises. Shixin Peak is beautiful and worth going. There are few people, so you can enjoy it quietly.
My total journey was ~ On the first day, I climbed up the mountain and watched the sunset at Shixin Peak. (I didn’t see it)
The next morning, I got up at 4 o'clock, washed up and watched the sunrise, but I still didn't see it. I was disappointed (it happened to be the typhoon season). I went back to sleep at 6 o'clock, and set out at 8 o'clock to visit Paiyun Pavilion and Xihai Grand Canyon. (I didn't take the cable car. It takes 4 hours from the lower station of Xihai Grand Canyon to Baiyun Hotel. I had to choose carefully. The road is steep. I brought enough dry food and water. One person needed two bottles of Yilibao). I saw Sanxikou, Buxian Bridge and Guangmingding alone, and returned to the hotel at 3:20 in the afternoon. I took a rest and chatted with people in front of the hotel, took a shower at 6 o'clock, and watched the sunset at 7 o'clock. This time I saw it. It was very beautiful (I couldn't see Guangmingding because of too much fog. We were very lucky). I went back to the hotel to sleep.
On the third day, I washed up and watched the sunrise at 4 o'clock. It was so beautiful (I watched the sunrise and sunset at Shixin Peak). I went back to the hotel to catch up on sleep and set off at 9:30. We passed Guangmingding, Aoyu Peak, Aoyu Cave, Baibu Cloud Ladder, Farewell Pine, and Welcoming Pine. Next was the second highest peak in Huangshan - Tiandu Peak. The uphill climb was very steep and my calf muscles hurt when I went downhill. There was no wind at the top of the peak and there were small insects. It was already 6 o'clock in the evening when we got down the mountain and arrived at the place where we would take the bus. The pace slowed down along the way and we were not in a hurry. We walked and stopped frequently.
This is my first time writing a review, so I feel a little messy. Please forgive me. Thank you. If you have any questions, you can ask me. The scenery is really beautiful. I want to go there again in winter, hiking the whole way and not taking the cable car.
If you haven't been to Huangshan yet and want to know how to go there, you can ask me. I will try my best to help you plan the shortest time to visit the most worthwhile places in Huangshan.
Finally, although I have not been to the Five Great Mountains, Huangshan is really beautiful, with a new scenery at every step.
The Black Tiger Pine on the map seems to be a little far from the Shixin Peak, but it only takes a few steps to reach the top of the peak. In fact, the so-called peak is not much higher than the Black Tiger Pine. Looking down from the Shixin Peak, there is a red-tiled building at the foot of the peak, with a shadowy figure.
Standing on the Shixin Peak, it feels like being in a fairyland. The wind is cool and comfortable. When there is less fog, you can see the famous "Monkeys Watching the Sea" on the Shixin Peak.
We got up at five o'clock, and Huangshan was still sleeping in the night. After a quick wash, we climbed to Shixin Peak in the dark. Don't worry about taking the wrong road, just follow the people in front of you, they are all heading out for the sun. Looking up at the sky, the moon is in the sky, the stars are twinkling, and some tourists and photography enthusiasts have already occupied favorable positions on the hazy Shixin Peak. It's still the old way, squeeze in with thick skin! The reason why the sunrise in Huangshan is beautiful is that it is not just a sun rising from the east, but it spreads the golden light to the layers of mountains, and the clouds wandering between the peaks form a dreamlike picture that will make you intoxicated! It is the moment when it breaks out of the horizon that brings you infinite hope and shocks your heart! There are many moments in life that will make us unforgettable for a lifetime, and the sunrise in Huangshan is definitely one of my unforgettable moments. I was blessed by the god of luck that day, and I saw an unforgettable and beautiful sunrise. From praying for sunrise to waiting in the dark in the early morning, from anxiously waiting on the cliff at the top of the mountain to the shocking moment when the sun rises, all of them are deeply imprinted in my mind. Although there are thin clouds on the horizon, it does not affect the magnificent view at the moment of sunrise, but adds a profound implication that dark clouds can never cover the sun. People cheered for the rising red sun! Appreciate the warm feeling when the first ray of golden sunlight shines on your body and mind, and also experience the satisfaction of running 3,000 miles to Huangshan to finally watch the sunrise. And record this unforgettable moment.
The rocks are magnificent and the forests are lush. The cliffside plank road is breathtaking. The sidewalks in the mountains are graceful. The little squirrel is so brave that I can feed it. It's amazing! The uncanny workmanship of nature: the walls are carved by axes, the peaks are steep, and the rocks are jagged. Look at the pine trees, small, but they stand majestically between the steep cliffs, firmly rooted in their own living space, overlooking the mountains, and laughing at the world! The mist rises up and slowly forms a sea of clouds. Looking at the mountains in the mist, Penglai is just like this.
Walking forward along the trail, you will reach the famous Shixin Peak. Shixin Peak is not high. You can reach it by walking up a few steps on the platform. The steps are carved out of the rock and can only accommodate one person. Halfway through the walk, I suddenly saw two cute little monkeys on the rock, combing each other's hair and playing. But I couldn't see the big monkey. The tourists were very polite and carefully leaned out to look at the little monkeys and take a photo as a souvenir, without disturbing them. Climbing up Shixin Peak, I saw the magnificent mountains. Unfortunately, there was a thin mist in the mountains and the sunlight was intermittent.
After exiting the cable car station, walk to the right and start heading to Shixin Peak. Shixin Peak is famous for its pine trees. There are many famous Huangshan pines here. Because there are too many pine trees and no obvious signs, I missed many of them. There are many stones that look like something, but I don't know what they look like.
There are also many famous Huangshan pines gathered here at Shixin Peak, such as: Jieying Pine, Dragon Claw Pine, Wolong Pine, Tanhai Pine, Black Tiger Pine, etc.
On the steep cliffs, strange pines grow tenaciously.
There are always many wonderful moments along the way, and "thumbs up" is very interesting.
Climbing up the Shixin Peak, the fog slowly began to rise. The whole sky was covered with fog. You couldn't see the front or the bottom of the mountain. There are good and bad things. Some people say it's a natural oxygen bar! Girls can beautify themselves, there are natural "masks", but if you can't see the foot of the mountain clearly, you won't feel how high the mountain is. The fog is all covered and you can't see anything. But the more interesting thing is that you can see the fog thick and thin, and the mountain peaks are vaguely visible. Someone shouted that the fog has dissipated and the mountain peaks can be seen, so hurry up and take pictures. Someone said "fairies have descended to earth", come and see,
After climbing up the railing at the highest point of Shixin Peak and looking out, you can see that it is actually a cliff. It is very steep. Friends who are afraid of heights will probably feel their legs tremble when they see it.
Pine trees can be seen everywhere on the mountain, of all sizes and ages. After seeing them so many times, the "Welcoming Pine" doesn't seem strange to you anymore.
On the mountain road to Shixin Peak, the weather is ever-changing, sometimes it rains, sometimes the sun shows up, which increases the difficulty of climbing, but allows you to appreciate the beautiful scenery while also realizing how hard it is to come by. Along the way, every few steps, there is a small viewing platform, which is very convenient for tourists to watch, and it feels like changing scenery with every step. Shixin Peak is the best place in Huangshan, and here you have to be convinced by the beauty of Huangshan.
The first stop on the mountain, I feel fresh and still very beautiful
Looking down from the top of the mountain, the scenery is breathtaking. Friends staying in Beihai can watch the sunrise at Shixin Peak.
Shixin Peak is located in Beihai Scenic Area. Xu Xiake's evaluation of Shixin Peak is: "There is nothing like Mount Huangshan in Anhui Province both at home and abroad. After climbing Mount Huangshan, there is no mountain in the world that can surpass the view!" Chen Jiu, the magistrate of Taiping County in the Qing Dynasty, thought Xu Xiake was exaggerating. It was not until he reached Shixin Peak that he was impressed by the scenery of Mount Huangshan. He then believed that what Xu Xiake said was true. This is the origin of "Shixin Peak".
Will you be hiking in the afternoon and staying at Beihai Hotel at night? Shixin Peak is the best spot to watch the sunrise. It is only half an hour’s walk from Beihai Hotel. The top of the mountain is small, so photography enthusiasts should come early to occupy a good spot.
The four of us walked towards Shixin Peak, and the trip was worthwhile. The biggest feature of this place is the gathering of famous pines. First, the "Peacock Pine" spread its wings, then the "Black Tiger Pine" looked mighty, then the "Lianli Pine" with two branches, the "Sea Exploration Pine" was lifelike, the "Harp Pine", the "Wind Pine"... It was a feast for the eyes. On the way, we also enjoyed the famous landscapes such as the Stone Monkey Watching the Sea and the Eighteen Arhats Facing the South China Sea at the Stone Bamboo Ridge.
The pine branches on Shixin Peak are stretched out
Climbing up to the 1,683-meter-high Shixin Peak, the rain stopped, but everything on the top was still covered in rain and fog, and the surrounding valleys were still white. The sea of clouds was rich and dense in the small space! In the haze, I could see the scene on the top of the peak, and I saw the words "So that's it" engraved on the rugged rocks!
Huangshan Shixin Peak is located in the east of Sanhuawu, Beihai, Huangshan. It rises above the cliffs and is one of the 36 small peaks, with an altitude of 1,683 meters. Here, the ingenious stones compete for beauty, the strange pines stand in forests, and the sky is facing three sides. The cliffs are thousands of feet high, the clouds are steaming, and the scenery is unique. According to legend, Huang Xiyuan of the Ming Dynasty traveled to this peak from Yungu Temple. It was like entering a painting, like a dream but real. Only then did he believe that the scenery of Huangshan was amazing, and he named it "Shixin". Later, it gradually became famous. Climbing the peak and looking around, there is indeed a feeling of "wonderful, unbelievable; how can it be so, only those who have arrived will know". The name "Shixin" has been praised for thousands of years. On the west side of the waist of the peak, there are dense and towering pine trees growing along the slope, which are vigorous and varied, and in various shapes. Therefore, it is commonly known that "If you don't go to Shixin Peak, you won't see Huangshan pines." This peak is separated from the southeast peak by about ten feet. In ancient times, broken wood was used as a bridge, and tourists crossed by holding the "Jieyin Pine". Today, a stone bridge has been built, named "Duxian Bridge", and the Guiding Pine still stands tall beside the bridge.
There is no mountain like Huangshan in Anhui Province.
Visiting Huangshan Scenic Area, I began to believe the wonders of the world
It is near the Yungu Temple Cableway Station, and the name really lives up to its name.
In the Beihai of Huangshan, there is a small peak (1,680 meters) which is very beautiful. Nearby there are the Jieying Pine, the Black Tiger Pine, the Lianli Pine, etc.
What is Shixin Peak? People who are familiar with the story say that it means "begin to believe", which means that only when you come here will you begin to believe the beauty of Huangshan. Regardless of whether this explanation is correct or not, I do believe it, and I think this section of scenery is the most beautiful place in the entire Huangshan~
Shixin Peak is the first of the 36 small peaks of Huangshan Mountain. “If you have not visited Shixin Peak, you will not have seen the Huangshan pines.”
Shixin Peak is also a beautiful sight of Huangshan Mountain, and is known as "Shixin Huangshan is the most amazing place in the world".
We stayed for a long time and were impressed. It was great.
Legend has it that Emperor Kangxi believed Xu Xiake’s description only after he saw the Shixin Peak. I didn’t think of going there at first (I didn’t do enough research), but later I found out after consulting and made a detour there. The scenery made the trip worthwhile, as I saw the Huangshan scenery that I had always remembered.
Shixin Peak, there is such a peak in Shixin Mountain. Do you believe it? I do. When you stand on the top of the mountain, you can see all the other mountains. The grandeur and momentum are really beyond words.
If you don’t climb the Shixin Peak, you won’t see the Huangshan pines.
The viewing point on the top of the peak is quite dangerous, but the pine trees on the surrounding peaks are quite ornamental.
If you don't climb the Shixin Peak, you won't see the Huangshan pine. After climbing the Shixin Peak, we still didn't see the Huangshan pine due to the heavy fog.
When we arrived at Huangshan, we went to Shixin Peak. Shixin Peak was on our first day’s itinerary, and it was already evening when we climbed to the top.

Huangshan Shixin Peak is located in the east of Sanhuawu, Beihai, Huangshan, and is one of the 36 small peaks, with an altitude of 1,683 meters. Here, there are colorful rocks, strange pines, three sides of the sky, thousands of feet of cliffs, and clouds, making it a unique place.

There was a small mountain peak. Everyone was queuing up to climb it. There were too many people and they were too tired, so no one went up.
After walking for more than 40 minutes, we arrived at Shixin Peak, which is one of the 36 small peaks of Huangshan Mountain. According to legend, the ancients said when they visited the mountain, "I just believe that Huangshan Mountain is the best in the world", so it was named "Shixin Peak". When Chen Jiubi, the magistrate of Taiping County during the reign of Emperor Kangxi, first climbed Huangshan Mountain, he thought Xu Xiake was exaggerating. It was not until he reached Shixin Peak that he was impressed by the scenery of Huangshan Mountain and believed that Xu Xiake's words were true. He then wrote on the wall of the guest hall of Lion Grove: "How can this be possible? I don't believe it even if I tell you. It is truly wonderful. You will know it when you come here."
