There is a route map at the entrance of Taoyuan Scenic Area. Now that winter is coming to an end, the dangerous road is not allowed to be used. It is right not to allow people to use it. As we were talking, suddenly the ice on the cliff broke and fell straight down. The noise was really loud. The route below is a more dangerous one. It is really dangerous if you are hit by the broken ice.

After entering the scenic area and walking a few steps, I saw a large ice lake. It was the first time I saw such a beautiful ice lake. The place not covered by snow was covered with crystal clear ice, which was full of bubbles of all sizes. It was so dreamy.

The small river on the way is quiet and elegant, the stones behind it are glowing with a faint green, and the color of the river water is as hazy and delicate as clouds. I can't help but sigh in my heart at the wonders of nature.

I gave up taking photos during the whole climb because I was too tired. Every slope was very steep. I just grabbed the railings on the roadside and took a short break before continuing on my way. When I was about 1.5 kilometers away, I saw a workstation. The staff there told us that the rest of the way was closed. The whole walk was about 8 kilometers. We came a little late. Even if the mountain was not closed, we could not reach the last viewing platform. At this time, we could only return the same way. Next time, I will have experience. I must come here in the morning to fully experience all the landscapes. In one sentence, the mountains here are pure and natural, steep but easy to walk.

Dogs are allowed in the Taohua Fairy Valley Scenic Area, where the tender leaves of the weeping willows quietly tell people that spring is coming.

It looks like a road leading to the sky, and it seems to be connected to the blue sky. There are blooming apricot trees on both sides of the road. It is so beautiful.

We are lucky to see the ice and snow and frozen river in winter during the Qingming Festival. Do you see the waterfall in the distance? Although it is not as spectacular as the previous waterfall, it is still quite shocking. It is a pity that the ladder next to it is not allowed to climb now.

Taoyuan Fairy Valley is quite large. I personally feel that it is not suitable for leisure travel. It is a good choice for people who like outdoor hiking. The facilities in the scenic area are now relatively dilapidated. It is okay at the foot of the mountain. The roads going up the mountain are all small wild roads, which are not easy to walk. You can see the Miyun Reservoir when you climb to the top of the mountain. The key is that we actually saw snakes on the way down the mountain. It's scary

Taoyuan Xiangu Natural Scenic Area is located in Shicheng Town (Miguan Road), Miyun District, Beijing, about 95 kilometers from the center of Beijing and only 5 kilometers away from Heilongtan. The strange rocks, ponds and waterfalls, and the Great Wall here are all beautiful, making it a great place for entertainment and leisure.

Enter the scenic area and walk along the main road for about 10 minutes to this location, where there is blue ice and bubble ice similar to Lake Baikal.

We didn't go there specifically for sightseeing, we just crossed over a short section, but the scenic area was not open to us, so we took the wild path to explore and crossed to Langfang Valley.

I came to Taoyuan Fairy Valley many years ago, and except for an experience of ice climbing, I have forgotten everything else.

The parking fee at Taoyuan Fairy Valley is 5 yuan, and the ticket is 45 yuan, which is expensive! The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei card is invalid.

There seemed to be quite a few cars in the parking lot, but once you got into the scenic area it became so deserted that you could hardly see any cars.

In winter, there is not much to see in the scenic spots in the north except hiking and exercising. All you can see are ice flowers, ice waterfalls, etc.

It would be best to have a natural icefall, but of course most scenic spots have artificial “icefall landscapes” created by watering.

There is a small hill just after entering the scenic area, not very high.

I climbed up the stairs and saw a small pavilion at the end with the words "Taoyuan Pavilion" written on it.

Standing on the pavilion and looking down, there is a body of water below. Seeing the duck boats and other water recreation facilities idle on the shore in winter, I think this must be a great place to take children to play in the water in summer.

There is nothing on this hill except this pavilion.

I retraced my steps up and down, back to the road, and then onto the thick ice.

Although the scenic spot has written a clear notice prohibiting tourists from playing on the ice, I saw that the ice was indeed very thick. Not to mention me, even cars could go up there without any problem!

There are a lot of strangely arranged things under the ice, maybe they are "air bubbles"?

Take two more steps forward and you will see a huge icefall.

However, before reaching the icefall, you will pass by a corridor and shed made of ice - the "ice shed": this is quite interesting, and it is the first time I have seen it.

This ice shed is nice, and it looks a bit like an ice cave. If it were lit up with colorful lights at night, I believe it would be even more dreamy, but it's just a little narrow, and two people can't pass each other.

If there are a lot of tourists, the people inside cannot stop, otherwise there will be congestion.

The next icefall you see after exiting the icefall is the "Shuangbi Tan" icefall.

In other scenic spots, you can see a water pipe on the top of the mountain constantly watering the ice waterfalls. I didn’t see any of this ice waterfall, so the top of the mountain was much cleaner.

There is a big stone in the pond with "Yinglang Stone" written on it, which is a bit like the "Mainstay" in Linzhi, Tibet. But now the pond water is frozen, I can walk through the ice to the Yinglang Stone to take a photo. If it is summer, I have to swim over? Ha!

After leaving Shuangbi Lake and Yinglang Rock, you will see a fork in the road a few dozen meters ahead: Go straight to Tongle Lake and Qinglong Lake; turn right to a very steep staircase road with no road signs. I don’t know where to go? From my feeling, it should be the return route, right?

So I just kept going.

After passing the Taoyuan Waterfall and the "Ice Climbing Base", you will need to climb further.

The road is made of stone steps, which are relatively steep. Fortunately, there are metal handrails on both sides to help, so the danger and difficulty are not too great. Just don't walk too fast, or you will be out of breath.

The zigzag iron ladder in front of me is the "Qinglong Ladder". I climbed to the entrance of Qinglong Ladder excitedly, but found that it was temporarily closed due to winter ice or some other reasons. What a pity!

Take the 980 bus from Dongzhimen to Miyun Gulou Station, get off and walk 50 meters south to Mi63, take the bus to Shicheng Town Government and walk 1 kilometer to the scenic spot. There is very little water in Taoyuan Fairy Valley in June, and there is no water in the valley, which is a bit regrettable. Generally speaking, the entire scenic area feels that the development time is not particularly long, nor is it particularly standardized. The road signs in many places are not particularly obvious. Although there are many scenic spots marked on the official guide map, it feels that 80% of them are entirely up to imagination. However, if there is water, it is still very beautiful. The scenic spot wins in that the forest coverage rate is particularly high. It is not very sunny when walking on the small road. In the second half of the Tiannv Bathing Beach, there are no steps. It is basically a wild road. If you want to climb to the top, you have to walk very far, and there are a lot of flying insects along the way. But the scenery of the viewing platform is still good. It feels great to see all the small mountains. If you want to see the water or travel, it is recommended to only walk the first half! Friends who like hiking can go all the way to the top and then take the south road down the mountain. There is basically no scenery on the south road, but it is a kind of exercise for yourself. You will pass a small hill in the middle and you can see the entire Miyun Reservoir River and a section of the Great Wall, which is the only highlight of this section of the road.

The name is great, but the interior is not satisfactory. The six waterfalls and thirteen pools mentioned in the introduction are very different from the reality. The most lacking thing in this scenic spot is water, and many of them are dry... The lake at the entrance is the largest water source. It seems to be contracted by a farmyard. Some people are fishing, and there are restaurants. Going in is the dry stone mountain and peach and mulberry trees. The sign of the scenic spot is so simple that it is speechless. However, the ticket was booked online for only 35, which is worthy of the price. I hope the government will pay more attention to this natural scenic spot and not waste its own charm. I believe that if there is more water in it, it will be a different feeling. If you don’t care about the scenery and just want to climb the mountain, you can still go. When we went there, we met many middle-aged and elderly people, and we admired them very much because we felt that the whole climb down was still quite tiring.

It's just so-so. The place is not big, but the air is good and you can go hiking.

The scenery is pretty good, especially the first few waterfalls, but it is absolutely not recommended to climb after the Tiannu Bathing Beach in summer. There are flies everywhere, flying around in front of the ears and eyes, which is very annoying. If you want to climb, you must have good physical strength. We entered at 11 o'clock, and it was 6 o'clock when we climbed to the top and came down... We were exhausted. By the way, this scenic spot allows dogs, which is not bad.

Taoyuan Xiangu Scenic Area has dense forests, numerous pools and waterfalls, majestic peaks, and a clean and beautiful environment. There are also unique flowers in each season in the scenic area, giving people different feelings and experiences.

There are still a lot of people on holidays, mainly because it is surrounded by mountains and water~~ There is an entrance fee of 46~~ There is a ladder inside. I personally recommend friends who like photography to come in winter.

After going up the mountain, there are pink peach blossoms. The further you go into the mountain, the fewer flowers there are. It is estimated that the flowers at the top will take another week or two to bloom. In addition, the icefall in Taoyuan Fairy Valley in winter is also very beautiful. There is an iron staircase road on the right side of the icefall. From this road, you can quickly reach the height. Since this road climbs very quickly, students who are afraid of heights can take another road next to it, which is not so steep, but can also reach the height. After reaching the height, you can continue to walk into the mountain. The scenery along the way is very beautiful, and the climbing speed is also very slow, so you can stroll around leisurely. Because I went there to see the scenery, I didn’t rush to the top of the mountain. However, the entire Taoyuan Fairy Valley can be walked on foot. The highest peak viewing platform is 808 meters above sea level. The distance is not very long. It is only 2.5KM one way on the scenic area map. Children who like to climb mountains can challenge this road! In addition, there are many farmhouses at the foot of Taoyuan Fairy Valley, where you can stay and barbecue. It is a good place for a two-day weekend tour!

It feels average, the infrastructure is not very good, AAAA feels like a wild landscape, but the scenery is still good

People come here in winter to see the ice waterfall. Although it is artificial, it still attracts many tourists to play here.

The scenic area is not big and can be visited in more than an hour round trip. There is an ice lake inside where you can skate on it. The temperature in the mountains is low and the lake is frozen tightly. There are two large icefalls in the scenic area. There is an ice cave under the first icefall. The two icefalls are quite spectacular. Many ice climbers with their own equipment challenge themselves here. The second icefall is larger and covers the entire hillside. The air here is fresh. Even the severe smog in Beijing will not affect this place at all. Recommended!

Tickets are 45 yuan, and group purchases on Meituan are 36 yuan. It is very beautiful to see the icefall at this season. After seeing the icefall, you can go up the mountain through the Qinglong Sky Ladder. The ladder is a little exciting, so those with acrophobia should not go up. There is also a stone staircase next to it that can be taken up. It takes a longer way, but it is very safe. There is a different scenery after going up the mountain, and I was instantly impressed by the wonders of nature. If you go in summer, there will be another scene. The small lake inside can also be used for boating. The small hills and small waters are beautiful. There are also hotels built on the mountain. It looks very comfortable. I heard that the highest Guanfengtai is 808 meters above sea level, which is higher than Xiangshan Badachu. But I used to climb those places and I thought it was not difficult to climb, so I thought about climbing to the top of the mountain to see it. There is a lake "Taoyuan Lake" in the scenic area; six waterfalls "Taoyuan Waterfall", "Holy Waterfall", "Hanging Waterfall", "Flying Dragon Waterfall", "Guanyin Waterfall", "Longquan Waterfall"; thirteen pools "Nine Dragon Pools" and so on... There are also many works of calligraphers in the scenic area engraved on cliffs, forming a natural landscape gallery of paradise. The whole scenic area is full of undulating mountains, deep canyons, dense forests, and integrates lakes, waterfalls, pools, caves, peaks, forests, stones and water! The water level is not high yet. When I went there, I saw that the amount of water in the waterfall was not very large. I heard that the waterfall will not be spectacular until the heavy rain in July or August! The artificial ladder is quite a test of courage. My legs were shaking a little when I climbed it. There were quite a few college students there at the time. A few men were so scared that they screamed, and I surrendered... I didn't feel that scared at first... After climbing the ladder and a few more steps, you will enter the main scenic area. The mountain road in the main scenic area is not so easy to climb. The surrounding primitive mountains, rocks and trees are very spectacular, and it also feels like a paradise. The further you go in, the quieter and more leisurely it is. Many tourists go to the small pond to catch small fish, and there are various wonders that are also nice~ Unfortunately, it was already afternoon when we went there. We wanted to climb to the top of the mountain in a rush, but at almost four o'clock, we were still more than two kilometers away from the top of the mountain. We met a lady staff member of the scenic area who said that the road above would be closed at that time, and we had to go back after four o'clock. Time was running out, and it would take at least another hour and a half. We climbed to the suspended ladder of "Yinzhutan" and didn't climb anymore. 500 meters above is the Guanyin Cave and the Guanyin Buddha~ Another two kilometers and we reached the Guanfeng Terrace at an altitude of 808 meters! Looking at the map on the way, I found that the scenic area of ​​Taoyuan Fairy Valley is really large. What we climbed is only half of the way. There are many scenic spots on the other side of the mountain... I will explore more beautiful scenery of Taoyuan Fairy Valley when I have time to live nearby~ By the way, there are not many people selling water on the road. You have to climb a long way to find water sellers. It is best to bring more water and food~

In the valley, the ice and snow under the sun have not completely melted, but the flowers have already bloomed. Walking on the path under the flowers, we sang "Hidden Wings" again. This is a scene that can't be seen in my southern hometown where it's spring all year round.

The price is higher than many scenic spots, but there is not much to see. It is better to go to other forest parks. Because of the lack of water, many pools and waterfalls have no water. You can only see the mountains, the sky and the trees.

Camel Peak, Qunxian Peak, Shuangfo Peak, Xiongshi Peak, Jinzhong Peak, Bu Tian Stone, Jiangjun Stone, Dinghai Shenzhen, and other peaks compete for beauty, with different peak shapes and jagged edges. The unique strange rocks are also a rare sight here.

In fact, some of the waterfalls in the mountains are man-made. I was a little disappointed when I learned that, but I was still shocked to see the solidified waterfall falling three thousand feet.

Not far from entering the scenic area, you can see thick frozen ice, attracting people to play on the ice.

I have always been fond of natural scenery and not interested in artificial traces. However, when I walked in this ice cave, I had a different feeling...

When it is completely within your sight, the sense of grandeur is extremely strong!
