It's not worth going, a small commercial fishing village. I went to Beiqi Tidal Flat this afternoon. The road into the village is very narrow, and the two-way traffic is very congested. I took a one-hour train ride from Fuzhou to Xiapu Station, and then took a tricycle for 20 yuan and 15 minutes to Beiqi. After 1 p.m., the tide will go out and there will be mudflats. There is really nothing to see when the tide is high. If you take pictures, you can only see the attractions in an hour at most. It is really not recommended to go on a cloudy day. It would be better to go on a sunny day with the sun shining on the river and the sparkling waves, which should be more beautiful.

The best place to visit in Xiapu. I was lucky to see the sunrise. It was still dark when we set out at 5 o'clock. We waited until 6:30 before the sun came out little by little. It was really beautiful when it changed from red to golden yellow. It was worth it! It's also very close to the county town. It cost 17 yuan to take a motorcycle from Hanting.

Because I wanted to watch the sunrise in Beiqi, I didn't want to drive too early in the morning, so I chose a homestay for 110 a night, noodles for 20 a bowl, and meals for 50 a person (the seafood was small and I thought it was a bit expensive). The proprietress was quite welcoming, but there was only a thin quilt on the bed. I didn't sleep all night and felt sore when I woke up in the morning. I checked out the next morning and stayed in a hotel in the county town. The hotel and seafood were not expensive. The scenery was beautiful, and I got up at 4:00 in the morning to take pictures of the sunrise.

The sunrise is still worth seeing. It's crowded and you have to get up early to take pictures of the sunrise, but the scenery is really good.

Weather is very important. Traffic is very heart-breaking. It is recommended to drive across China. This is the first time I have seen a "black car" that charges ridiculous prices. In the morning, I took a Didi taxi for 13 yuan to go to Beiqi to watch the sunrise. They called us and said the price would be increased by 50 yuan. From Sansha to Huazhu, I asked the tricycle and it would cost 50 yuan. I checked the distance and it was only about 4 kilometers. When I asked the owner during lunch, the price we got was 10 yuan. Whether it was a taxi or a tricycle, it was 50 yuan. I don’t understand where the confidence came from. I hope more people can see this to prevent unnecessary heart attacks. 😂

The closest sunrise shooting spot to Xiapu County is a small fishing village. Unfortunately, the weather was not good when we went there. It was cloudy and rainy, with no sunrise. It was really plain and dull.

Beiqi. It was originally a good place to watch the sunrise. It should be said that without the changing sunlight, the individuality of the beach would not be revealed, and basically all of them would look the same.

This is one of the best places to photograph the sunrise in Kasumigaura.

If you are not a photographer with such patience, it is better not to go. It is just a small beach. I wanted to set up a tent, but was chased away. It rained heavily all the way, which made me very unhappy. Fortunately, the accommodation did not become very expensive. Overall, it was not worth it. The photos I took were taken to look good, but it was not very fun. Although Xiapu is poor, the seafood is expensive! Not recommended!

Beiqi is located in Songgang Street, Xiapu County, about 5 kilometers away from the county center. It has a fishing port, mudflats, and a magnificent sea. It is the first choice for photographing the sunrise on the mudflats.

But having said that, I was actually very disappointed with the first scenic spot in Xiapu. The disappointment was not that there was no sunshine on the day I went there, but that I had to pass through a village to get to the Beiqi Tidal Flats. This village was dirty and messy, and there were no signs to the scenic spot. I felt very confused when driving. I didn’t know whether I should stop or how far I had to go. Many houses along the way were half-built and there was a lot of garbage. I personally think that even if the destination is beautiful, the journey is already very unappetizing. I drove around the village for about 20 minutes (the roads in the village are very narrow and basically cannot meet the needs of oncoming cars). I arrived at a very dirty and dusty parking lot. It costs 20 yuan per car. After parking the car, it takes only one minute to walk to the scenic spot. After watching the sunset, because too many cars went out, it took more than half an hour to get out of the village.
