Tianyou Peak has very beautiful scenery. Early spring in March is a good season for sightseeing. The trees have new branches. If there is a little rain, the scenery will be even more beautiful! The water flow, small waterfalls, birds in the forest, and vigorous stone carvings... form a picture scroll; surrounded by rain and fog, it is like being immersed in a poetic landscape painting. On the way down the mountain, I encountered three wild white pheasants. I was really amazed by the beauty of nature and felt a sense of reverence for nature in my heart!

Tianyou Peak is very lively and is a tourist attraction that most tour groups will climb. Similar to Huxiao Rock, it also requires climbing stairs and is about the same difficulty. In comparison, the scenery is better than the former, so I would rank Tianyou Peak as No. 1 in terms of scenic experience + difficulty.

It was a pity that the weather was not good at all, so we could only see this scenery.

The clear stream rushed down, although the water drop was only about 120 meters, less than one eighth of three thousand feet, but I still thought of the popular poem by the poet Li Bai. In the whole scenic area, only Tianyou Peak has the most people, because there is only one road up the mountain, and some places can only be passed one by one, so it looks crowded, but for the National Day holiday, it is really okay. It may also be because we went there on the 2nd and the big team has not arrived yet. From entering the scenic area to going down Tianyou Peak, we walked for a total of half a day. The scenic bus to Tianyou Peak is a very "cool" little train. You must get up early to climb Tianyou Peak, because the climbing route is on the west side of the mountain. There are no trees to block the way. Most of the two sides of the Tianyou Peak climbing road are exposed rocks. There is almost no shade during the climb, so sunscreen, sun hats, sun umbrellas, ice sleeves... none of them are missing. So if you have time, it is better to take this road. Don't go to the crowded opposite side and climb slowly. You can also appreciate Wuyi Mountain more calmly. When you reach the top of the mountain, the clouds and mist seem to be floating around you. The Jiuqu River below the mountain is sometimes clearly visible, and sometimes covered by clouds and mist. This is probably what a fairyland in a fairyland is like.

As you descend from Tianyou Peak, the slope gradually becomes gentler. Without the tension of climbing up the mountain, you can enjoy the surrounding mountains, rivers, forests and gardens to your heart's content.

Without warning, after climbing over a small hill, we suddenly came to a flat land. There were fertile fields, beautiful ponds, and neat houses. It was a dreamlike beauty. I really wanted to cry. I remember the first few minutes, standing at the entrance of this flat land, I was almost stunned.

 

Tianyou Peak is located in the Jiuqu River and Liuqu River of Wuyi Mountain in Fujian Province. Whenever the sky clears up after rain or the morning light appears, when you climb to the top of the peak and look at the sea of ​​clouds, it is like the waves of the sea, unpredictable, as if you are in the fairyland of Penglai and wandering in the palace of heaven, hence the name "Tianyou". Tianyou Peak is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper Tianyou is near the Yilan Pavilion; the lower Tianyou is along the Humajian River after going down the rugged hill. The Yilan Pavilion of the upper Tianyou is on the edge of a cliff and perched on the top of a thousand feet. It is an excellent viewing platform for Wuyi Mountain and water. From here, leaning on the railing and looking around, you can see the vast sea of ​​clouds, the suspended peaks, the winding Jiuqu, the bamboo rafts swinging gently, and the Wuyi Mountain and water are in full view, which makes people open-minded and forget to go home. The famous traveler Xu Xiake commented: "It is not near the river, but it can enjoy the beauty of Jiuxi. This peak should be the first." Therefore, it is known as the "No. 1 Peak in Wuyi".

It was beyond my expectation. The largest rock (mountain) in Asia. I was a little absent-minded when I climbed the 848 steps. My legs became weak and I felt nervous after climbing the steep slope. However, my willpower and self-control in the warm weather allowed me to complete the entire mountain trail. I felt a great sense of accomplishment. Before the New Year, the trees were full of red lanterns. The pink and purple flowers on the trees were real. The falling petals were so beautiful.

A must-see attraction for Wuyi Mountain. There are two commonly used mountain trails. Going up the steep slope directly is definitely very strenuous for older people. Going up the gentle slope is easier, but it is a lot of fun. The only thing you can see when climbing is the beautiful scenery of Jiuqu River, which is the best place to take pictures. If you don't want to go up the mountain, you can rest on the grass at the foot of the mountain. The whole attraction takes about an hour. The most important thing is to have fun!

Take the uphill road on the right. There are not many people along the way. The road is narrow and steep. The scenery is very good. You can have an overview of the entire Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area and Jiuqu River when you reach the top, which is quite nice.

Tianyou Peak is the most important scenic spot in Wuyi Mountain, so you must climb Tianyou Peak on the first day when you come to Wuyi.

Continue forward after crossing the Wuqu Bridge, passing Wuyi Jingshe (Zhu Xi Garden) first, and soon you will reach the scenic area ticket gate. After entering the ticket gate, there are two roads on the left and right. Tour groups usually take the left, but relying on my intuition about the path, I decisively passed through Huihui Cave on the right and went forward. Passing Jule Cave and Shuiyue Pavilion, the roadside is the cliff connecting Sun Peak and Yinping Peak. After passing "Zhengrong Shensuo", you will enter "Chadong". Here you can first explore "Xianyutan" and then climb Tianyou Peak. Along the way, you can watch the changing scenery of mountains and rivers as the mountain rises. The half-mountain pavilion is one of the best places to take photos in Wuyi Mountain. Then you can go to the top of the peak and overlook the surrounding peaks and streams. There is Tianyou Temple on the top of the peak, which enshrines Peng Zu. On the right side of Tianyou Temple is the downhill road, which is called "Humajian" and "Qiquqiu". There are very wonderful cliff carvings on the cliffs along the way.

On the way down the mountain, after passing Zhongzheng Park, we headed to Taoyuan Cave.

There is no point in climbing to the top. It is more beautiful to see Jiuqu River halfway up the mountain.

This scenic spot is the best and most important place in Wuyi Mountain. Although climbing the mountain is a bit dangerous and tiring, you can take pictures of many different places and relatively excellent pictures of Jiuqu River at every step. Of course, the weather is also very important.

Take the scenic sightseeing bus to Tianyou Peak Station, walk for 15 to 20 minutes on the flat road, and start climbing. Tianyou Peak is not high, but it is very steep and the road is narrow. If there is sun, it will be more physically demanding. It takes about 30 minutes to climb up. There is a small open space on the way with a good angle for taking pictures. You can see Jiuqu River and Shuangru Peak and Bijia Peak. The angle of the top of the mountain is also very good and more open. The road down the mountain is easy to walk and cool... Looking at Tianyou Peak on the bamboo raft in Jiuqu River, you can see very smooth cliffs, which is very magnificent.

I personally think that Tianyou Peak Scenic Area is the most worthwhile scenic area to visit in Wuyi Mountain. There is a local saying that "If you don't climb Tianyou, it's a waste of time." It is located at the fifth and sixth bends of Jiuqu River, the center of the scenic area. After entering, you can take a sightseeing bus to get there. Generally, you go up the front mountain and down the back mountain, but the road to Tianyou Peak is steep and it takes half a day to visit. It consumes a lot of physical energy. In fact, the height is not very high, mainly because there are too many tourists and it is difficult to walk. The back mountain of Tianyou can reach Dongyuan Cave, which is more beautiful in spring, but you can give up at other times. Tianyou Peak can see different scenery at different heights, and overlooking Jiuqu River from a high place is an excellent place to shoot the spectacular scenery of Wuyi Mountain. Many landscape blockbusters are shot from this location.
