I have been to many famous pedestrian streets in many places, including historical and emerging ones, but most of them give people the feeling of just a commercial street, without any scenery, but [Zhongshan Road] is a bit different. First of all, the road is wide, and there are no artificial decorations or facilities in the middle, so that the road is not overcrowded. (Of course, there are still many people on the road near [Zhonghua City] on weekends) Secondly, the architectural style is highly unified. From the street to the end of the nearly 1 kilometer, there are Nanyang-style arcades dominated by red and milky white, forming a continuous landscape. Third, the billboards are well controlled, basically limited to the first floor, keeping the floor clean and tidy, and there will be no feeling of neon lights everywhere.
