Futian Mangrove Nature Reserve

The mangrove forest is not large, but it is a good place for a leisurely walk.

I saw many families playing here on weekends. It's just the beach and green grass, nothing to do.

I usually hang out in Shenzhen Bay Park. The mangrove forest is next to the park, but you can't go in. The area doesn't look very big, but there are many birds in the sea area, so it is probably rich in nutrients.

The greenery is very good, the sea water is very muddy, the basic service facilities are good, suitable for strolling and resting, it is not recommended to go there specially

Very comfortable seaside promenade. However, there is a big gap between the bicycle path closer to the sea and the pedestrian path. There are only a few steps along the way. Although I understand the intention of not wanting bicycles and pedestrians to mix, it still feels very inconvenient.

Mangrove wetlands and urban greenways are great places for cycling and walking.

The environment of Mangrove Park is really good. The reeds are lush and the egrets are white. They play in groups on the beach, pure and white. It is really "you can watch from a distance but not play with it". Across the sea is Hong Kong.

The scenic spot is in Shenzhen Bay, and there are many varieties of coconut trees. Of course, there are many tourists during festivals.

The first time I went there was when I accidentally passed by the mangrove forest. I walked in and thought it was just a park with coconut trees. Later, when I came back with my friends, I found that it was by the sea. The large lawn was very comfortable.

Park advantages: close view of the sea and Hong Kong, pleasant walking or cycling along the coast (bicycles are not allowed on weekends and holidays); rich green plants and large leisure lawns for people to relax; one of Shenzhen's major bird-watching spots, where you can enjoy migratory birds in autumn and winter (the picture shows a black-faced spoonbill photographed in the park in winter).

Disadvantages: The sea water is polluted and sometimes you can smell a fishy smell (parents are advised not to let their children play in the water); there are few public toilets and the hygiene is poor; the signposts in the park are unclear; it is always crowded during holidays.

Shenzhen Bay Park, I like to take a walk here, enjoy the sea breeze at sunset, and have a meal at Coast City in the evening. It's very pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

There are two mangrove nature reserves in Shenzhen. One is in Nanshan District. The other is in Baoan District. Baoan District is a new one. So I suggest that if you want to rest and relax, you can go there early and stop for a walk. The scenery inside is very good. You can see the bridge to Hong Kong from the coastal avenue. If the air is good and the weather is good, you can see some buildings in Hong Kong.
