I went to Chimelong in Zhuhai first and then to Chimelong in Guangzhou. There is no harm without comparison. Chimelong in Zhuhai is simply fun!

I remember that time I rode two water rides and a parrot roller coaster (I think that’s what it’s called, it’s said to be the longest roller coaster in Asia, it’s so cool! My friend and I had fun twice at once!), and some of the projects allow you to get close to marine life while playing, which is a great design!

3. There are many snacks and restaurants in the scenic area, but the price-performance ratio is not high, and the taste is also average. This is the only shortcoming I found.

4. The entire Zhuhai Chimelong Park has a lot of attractions, including the Ocean Series and the Circus Series, each with its own theme hotel. The Penguin Family Hotel where I stayed at the time had a very warm atmosphere.

Overall, I thought Zhuhai Chimelong was only suitable for children to visit, but I found out that it is not only suitable for children, but also for young friends to have fun together. After Walrus Hill opened, everyone went straight to the Super Rapids to queue up, while we went straight to Sea Lion Bay. We fed the sea lions in Sea Lion Bay, spent time with the sea lions and thought about our lives, and then watched the people on the Super Rapids screaming hysterically and getting their clothes wet with water. It is important to note that Chimelong's entertainment facilities basically require long queues. Chimelong We always thought that Chimelong in Zhuhai would only open at 10 o'clock (actually it should be 9 o'clock). We booked our tickets online to enter the scenic area. Maybe because it was the peak period of summer vacation, the ticket price would be relatively expensive. My classmates and I in Zhuhai booked a full-day ticket of 355 yuan per person. One of them booked a family package of more than 800 yuan, including two adults and one child (the child was only two years old and did not need a ticket). Of course, there are many height restrictions. My son is 1.1 meters tall, so some of them cannot be played. Key points: 1. Be prepared to wear a hat and sunscreen in summer. It is really sunny outdoors. 2. Backpacks will be checked at the entrance of the scenic spot. Water can be brought, and food can be put inside, or put in a black bag outside. The most important thing is that it is very convenient at the door of Zhuhai Chimelong (the cost performance of nearly 400 B&B is very low, and it costs RMB every time to take a taxi back and forth. It is not necessarily possible to call a car if it is late, regretful...) I bought a two-day ticket and can enter and exit at any time. Eating in the scenic area is very expensive, but there is no way. You are not allowed to bring food into the scenic area, but anyway, you are here to play, so just spend the money and be happy. Zhuhai Chimelong is divided into 6 major attractions: Dolphin Bay, Rainforest Flying, Ocean Wonders, Polar Expedition, Colorful World, and Walrus Mountain in a counterclockwise distribution with Hengqin Sea as the center. You can plan the order of the park according to your own arrangements. Many people play counterclockwise or clockwise, but it is recommended that you arrange it according to the time of various theaters.

The park opens at 9:30 and arrives at Ocean Kingdom at around 9:10. Don't rush to take photos first (take photos when you enter the park multiple times or when there are fewer people on the way back). Line up to get your ticket first, go through security check (as long as you don't bring melon seeds, you basically don't check your own food), and record your fingerprints and check your ticket to enter the park. I divided Ocean Kingdom into two sides and visited it for two days. On the first day, I chose the left side. I needed to bring thin clothes for my children, because the animals on the left side are afraid of heat, so there are very cold air conditioners in each pavilion. After watching the theater at 11 o'clock, I came out and took my children to have an expensive lunch of fried chicken. After a short rest, the float parade started at 2:30. Before 3 o'clock, the park was too hot, and a large number of people entered the park. There were long queues in each venue, and some even had limited flow. I decisively gave up the park and took my children back to the hotel for a nap. After dinner, I entered the park again to watch the night float parade at 7:30 and the fireworks show at 8 o'clock.

There weren't many people entering the park in the afternoon. We turned right after passing the big screen and watched a movie in the 5D theater. It was pretty good. Each show lasted about 20 minutes, half an hour.

There was a big circus show at 19:30. Maybe I was a little tired of watching this after watching The House of Dancing Water, where the stage and performance were so stunning, but it was actually quite exciting.

At 8 p.m., the grand finale of the fireworks show began! Gorgeous fireworks bloomed in the night sky, the story characters made up of drones hovered in the air, and there was also a wonderful performance of water flying people turning upside down in the air accompanied by the explosion of fireworks.

The ocean park and three major hotel groups in the entire resort are beautiful, and the staff are very warm and polite.

It is best to drive to Chimelong by yourself, but there is a high-speed rail from Zhuhai to Gongbei Port. It is also a good idea to take the high-speed rail to Zhuhai and then take a bus. If you go there on non-holidays, enter the scenic area early and you can visit the scenic area in one day.

Chimelong is packed with people during the Spring Festival, and taking the elderly there for a stroll is just a quick tour.

Zhuhai doesn't have any famous attractions, Chimelong is one of them. Although the aquarium in Chimelong didn't meet my expectations, as a theme park, Chimelong is still good. What I regret most this time is that I didn't stay in the Chimelong theme hotel, which made me feel like I missed half the fun.

Zhuhai Chimelong is mainly composed of underwater creatures, while Guangzhou Chimelong is mainly composed of wild animals. I still have to go to Guangzhou Chimelong if I have the chance.

There are quite a lot of projects in it. If you don't go there on holidays, it should be quite fun. Later, I also went to the Ocean Beauty Museum in Okinawa, Japan. To be honest, Japan may have advantages in softness, but other advantages are not obvious. If you don't have the opportunity to go to Okinawa, you can go to Chimelong in Zhuhai, which is especially suitable for children.

Let's talk about the park first. I've been eyeing it for more than a year, and I picked a weekend during the summer vacation to come and check it out. I'm really drunk. I've been prepared for a lot of people, and I've already set the tone for how to travel today. Because I've visited all the big and small aquariums at home and abroad, I didn't join in the fun of many common ones. I rushed to the whale shark hall (never seen it), beluga whale show (it's the most exciting in the ocean park), roller coaster (never played it, it's large and exciting), tour (I have a tour complex 😝), and exit the park (it was already 4:30 in the afternoon). During the period, in order to connect the time between the two projects, I queued for more than ten minutes to see the polar bear hall. In this season and with the flow of people, it feels like queuing in the sun, entering the hall to enjoy the air conditioning, and then being squeezed out after the end 😩...



As for the strategy, ❶ you must stay in the park hotel (this time I stayed in the circus, it felt like a fast hotel with a five-star price. Next time I will pay an extra 200 to stay in Hengqin). You can get a 20% discount on circus tickets when you stay in the hotel (you must watch the circus if you haven't seen it!!!) It is more cost-effective than various group purchases. ❷ If there are many people on the day you come, you must buy the Ocean Express Channel bracelet (I think it's called this name 🙄), 300¥ for unlimited play on various amusement facilities, and VIP channels for early entry to watch the show. 200¥ means that you can enjoy the privileges of various amusement facilities and performances once respectively. If you stay in the hotel, you can buy it at half price. It is highly recommended! Save a lot of time. ❸ If you bring children, the underwater restaurant is something that every large aquarium can try. Although the price is a little expensive, you can still control your expenses by ordering smartly 😌. The kids can watch it freely inside, and the beautiful mothers can take pictures freely. Just remember to go early, otherwise there will be no seats~



A side note: The consumption in the entire Hengqin Bay Resort is very high. In addition to food and accommodation, there are so many toy stores. They are extremely expensive and of poor quality. It is really best not to buy from them 😛.



After coming back, I have to praise our great China, the large-scale venue construction, and all kinds of refreshing sensory stimulation. The park as a whole is very close to Disney, and most of the service staff are young, beautiful, and well-trained. I specifically consulted on the various things that caught my eye. There were also many temporary roadside performances, and I give them a thumbs up.



Finally, I want to say that China is a vast country with a large population, so crowding is inevitable and management is not easy, so we must work together to be more qualified tourists! (To be honest, I thought I would be defeated by all the naughty kids today, but now lying in bed, I can't remember if there were any unpleasant moments today, so I fell asleep with satisfaction 😏) I will come again!

I went there in 2014. It wasn't just the opening of the park at that time. It was just an ordinary Wednesday in the summer vacation (I picked it on purpose). There were really very few people!!! I entered the park at 11 am and took the last bus back to Gongbei after the park closed in the evening. In just one day, I played almost all the performances and things to play (and I basically didn't rush to do any more activities at night). I also happened to buy very cheap tickets. I remember that one person cost more than 200 yuan. I think it's worth going.

The hotel in Zhuhai Chimelong Hengqin Bay is completely different from that in Guangzhou Chimelong. It is built in an ocean style, as it has just been built for less than two years, it is very new and the facilities are very fashionable and modern. We stayed in the seahorse area, which was full of seahorses. The whole resort is not large and you can see it all at a glance. Macau is opposite the room we stayed in. When we went to Gongbei Port to return the car at night, all we saw was the night view of Macau. Only then did I realize that Hengqin and Macau are so close. A small bay of several hundred meters separates the two social systems. It is really amazing!

The hotel environment is very dreamy, like a fairy-tale ocean world, with jellyfish lights, dolphins, seahorses, sea lions, etc. in the lobby. The rooms are also bigger than those in Guangzhou. The most important thing is the breakfast the next morning, which is really rich, with everything you can think of, Chinese and Western food to choose from, and the environment is even better. If you go early, you can sit in front of the aquarium, as if you are on the bottom of the sea. The price is also a little cheaper than in Guangzhou. I don’t know how they set the price!

It is especially suitable for parents to bring their children. We went there together as organized by the company. We departed from Shenzhen, boarded the ship at Shekou Wharf, and arrived at Zhuhai Port an hour later. The hotel has a shuttle bus. Next time, I will bring my husband and mother with me... We took a boat from Shekou Wharf this time and arrived at Zhuhai Jiuzhou Port Wharf in 1 hour. The Zhuhai Chimelong Resort, where we eventually went, is still a certain distance from the port, and the location is relatively remote.
