The scenic area is dominated by primitive forests, canyons, underground streams and underground lakes, with steep and magical landscapes and majestic momentum.
There are scenic spots such as Fengshen Cave, where there is a waterfall, a lake under the waterfall, and a window on the lake. The sunlight casts a shape like the sun, moon and stars, which is extremely thrilling and strange.
The Daqikong Scenic Area is named after the Daqikong ancient bridge at the entrance to the scenic area, which is full of mystery and peculiarity.

The Big and Small Seven-hole Scenic Area is integrated into one, with a combined ticket of 90 yuan and a sightseeing bus of 40 yuan (optional). The scenic area is well-known and the scenery is self-evident. Therefore, although it is not a weekend in March, it is still crowded here. You can imagine how popular it is during the long holidays. The design of the scenic area is not friendly to self-driving tourists. There is no formal parking lot. The tourists who come here are mainly travel agency groups. In the off-season, most of them are "sunset red" tour groups. The uncles and aunts bring the enthusiasm of the square here. There are singing and shouting in the hotels and inns outside the scenic area from morning to night. The uncles and aunts in the scenic area are playing and having fun. If a square dance competition can be organized here, it must be a unique scenery.
The Big and Small Seven-hole Scenic Area is divided into the East Gate and the West Gate. The Big Seven-hole is close to the East Gate and is smaller without sightseeing cars. The whole journey takes about 2 hours. The Small Seven-hole Scenic Area can be entered from the East and West Gates. The Small Seven-hole Bridge is closer to the East Gate, and more individual tourists enter from here, but it seems that travel agencies prefer to enter from the West Gate. Therefore, the flow of people in the scenic area is relatively relatively, and it is not easy for people to stay on the narrow road, which has a certain impact on the travel experience. If self-driving tourists must come here, it is highly recommended to experience it on foot if they have enough physical strength and time, because most tourists still choose to visit by sightseeing car. Although there are some roads in the scenic area that everyone must walk, it is still a minority compared to the whole. Avoiding the noisy crowd and being alone in this picturesque scenery will definitely be an unforgettable experience. In addition, the scenic area already has an independent walkway parallel to the road where vehicles pass by, facing each other without disturbing each other, so there is no need to consider any safety issues. It is expected to take a whole day to hike back and forth.
The entrance to the Daqikong Scenic Area is right at the bus stop at the east gate of the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. Although it is called "big", its actual area is much smaller than that of the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. Interestingly, the famous Daqikong Bridge is actually outside the scenic area and can be seen on the way from the Xiaoqikong Bridge. Unlike the beautiful scenery of the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, the Daqikong Scenic Area has strange horizontal mountains and more sparse and majestic scenery. Don't miss the bamboo raft when visiting here. "The guest road is outside the green mountains, and the boat is in front of the green water. The tide is flat and the two banks are wide, and the wind is right and the sail is hanging." It is a true portrayal. Boarding the boat and facing the wind, how many mountains and lakes from ancient times to the present have all returned to this piece of green mountains and green waters. This kind of empathy with the ancients can only be experienced by boat. The walking plank road of Xiaoqikong is built along the mountain, twisting and turning, full of wild fun, and the natural bridge is magnificent and spectacular, which should not be missed. It's a pity that the Yaofeng Cave is under construction, which is a bit regrettable.
Located in Libo, Qiannan, Guizhou, it is a scenic spot with primitive forests, canyons, underground streams and underground lakes as its main features. The landscape is steep, magical and majestic, especially the Fengshen Cave, Horror Gorge and Di'e Palace. There is a waterfall in the cave, a lake under the waterfall, and a window on the lake. The sunlight casts a shape like the sun, moon and stars, which is extremely thrilling, mysterious and strange. The Daqikong Scenic Area is located in the south of Libo County, 25 kilometers away from the county seat. It is named after the seven-hole bridge on the Dagou River (also known as Mengtang River) near Mengtang Village, Yaoshan Yao Ethnic Township. The bridge is 7 meters high, 4.5 meters wide and 35 meters long, spanning from east to west.
The Big and Small Seven-hole Caves are really big. If the Small Seven-hole Caves are beautiful, then the Big Seven-hole Caves must be magnificent. There is a boat ride point at the entrance of the Big Seven-hole Caves, and you can also choose to take a sightseeing bus. I took the boat and had a feeling of appreciating the Guilin landscape... Compared with the popularity of the Small Seven-hole Caves, the Big Seven-hole Caves is more desolate... Walking in the deep mountains and old forests, I could occasionally meet a few people at the beginning, but the further I went, the fewer people there were. Later, I walked for a long time and didn’t see anyone else. Until the fear came, I thought I had taken the wrong road. I looked at the road sign and saw that I had walked to the deepest part of the Big Seven-hole Caves, so I ran back quickly...
In the past, the Big and Small Seven-holes scenic areas sold tickets separately, but now they have been merged into one scenic area. The Big Seven-holes scenic area is obviously much quieter than the Small Seven-holes, and tourists are scattered. We may not have enough time. We spent too much time in the Small Seven-holes before. Let's see as much as we can in the Big Seven-holes. Entering the scenic area is a green pond, and I actually saw the Big Five-holes. You can take a boat tour in the Big Seven-holes scenic area. The boats here are exactly the same as the boats for rafting on the Li River in Guilin.
Due to lack of time, we could only walk back just after entering the Daqikong Scenic Area, take a few quick photos by the river and quickly return to the visitor center to take the bus to meet up with the main group. If we had come here by car, we wouldn’t have such troubles!
From the Daqikong Visitor Center Station to the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area West Gate Visitor Center, the journey felt so long that I got on the bus panting.
The ticket for the scenic spot can be used unlimited times within two days. The big and small seven holes enter the scenic spot through the same gate, and then go in different ways. The latest entry time is 16:00. We went in just before the gate closed to avoid the scorching sun at noon. The big seven holes are 3 kilometers in total. You can walk or take a boat. The boat ticket is 20 yuan. We chose to walk. The tour time from the gate to the Horror Gorge to the Natural Bridge to the Demon Wind Cave is 2~3 hours. When returning, you can take the plank road across the river, which is different from the way you came.
In fact, when it comes to the Daqikong Scenic Area, I feel that the name is somewhat gimmicky, because there is actually no Daqikong Bridge in the Daqikong Scenic Area. The Daqikong Bridge is on the way from the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area to the Daqikong Scenic Area, and the stone bridge has been renovated and rebuilt, and the original style has been greatly reduced. If you take a shuttle bus, you can only take a quick look from the window. I quickly took a picture of the Daqikong Bridge from the window, and you can see that there is still a pedestrian trail here, but because the two scenic spots are not close, it is not recommended to go there on foot. The Daqikong Scenic Area and the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area implement a package ticket, so there is no need to buy a separate ticket. But when I actually entered, I found out the reason why this attraction was sold together: the actual scenery is far from the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, and it is completely riding on the fame and popularity of the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area.
There are self-paid ferries on the muddy river, which are less than 1 km away from the terminal pier. Some pedestrian paths are flooded by the river, and after getting off the boat, you have to continue walking inside to see the "Natural Bridge" attraction at the far end of the Daqikong Scenic Area, which is the big hole that looks like a stone gate arch. Originally, you could continue to reach the "Demon Wind Cave" along the plank road of the Natural Bridge, but the scenic area has erected a closed sign, so this is the end.
Another point that needs attention is that the supporting facilities in the scenic area are not very complete, there are only simple mobile toilets.
The inn is very close to the scenic area. The innkeeper suggested that we visit the Big Seven-hole Scenic Area in the afternoon and get up early tomorrow to go to the Small Seven-hole Scenic Area, so that we have more time to visit.
We did not choose to take a boat trip to the Daqikong Scenic Area. We walked for about three hours. Before coming, most people on the Internet said that Daqikong was average, but we thought it was pretty good, especially the natural bridge.
The area of the Daqikong Scenic Area is much smaller than that of the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. You can walk in and out the whole way, or you can take a motorized bamboo raft in and out (40 yuan for a round trip). We chose to walk in and take a bamboo raft on the way back. We walked to the natural bridge and returned without going to the Yaofeng Cave. The whole journey took an hour. Walk into the Daqikong along the canyon plank roads on both sides. The blue-green water is quiet and beautiful. The karst terrain has created a huge natural bridge, and the uncanny workmanship of nature can be seen. I did not enter the Yaofeng Cave. If I did, it would take another hour to go back and forth.
The Daqikong scenic area is close to the Mengliu Buyi style town where we stayed, which is the location of the Xiaoqikong East Gate Station. Daqikong is actually quite a pit. Walking all the way, the attractions along the way such as the Horror Gorge and the Demon Wind Cave are basically not open. At the end is the "Natural Bridge" attraction, and there is nothing else. This attraction is completely not at the same level as the Xiaoqikong. It can really be given up. It is not worth visiting.
You can walk along the plank road or take a boat to the Daqikong. You need to pay extra for taking the boat, but it is faster, so I took the boat.
There is no scenery at the place where you get off the boat. You have to walk a long way to see the natural bridge. Many people say it is not as good as Wulong. Since I have never been to Wulong, I think this is not bad. Those who commented that Daqikong is rubbish probably did not take the boat and turned back before reaching the natural bridge halfway.
You can also see the scenery by taking a boat. After all, the price is not expensive, so just take a boat if you can.
After visiting the Small Seven Arches, visiting the Big Seven Arches seems a bit tasteless, and the Big Seven Arches Ancient Bridge is not in the Big Seven Arches Scenic Area. If you have enough time, you can visit the Big Seven Arches first, and then the Small Seven Arches, haha.
The Daqikong Scenic Area only allows you to walk to the Tiansheng Bridge and then return the same way, which takes an hour to go back and forth. I wanted to explore the Daqikong Ancient Bridge as there was still time, but it turned out to be a long way away.
The Daqikong Scenic Area is just a road that you can walk forward. When you reach the innermost part, you can take a boat out to see different scenery. The water in Daqikong is not as green as Xiaoqikong, but the scenery is also very beautiful. Walking slowly all the way, you will reach the natural bridge, which reminds people of the natural bridge in Wulong, Chongqing. It is really a bit similar. Usually, we go back from the natural bridge, but my husband wanted to walk further in. We really found a paradise with no people, quiet lake water and high cliffs. It was also the first and only time I touched the water of Guizhou here, haha!
Tickets for the Big Seven-hole Caves in Libo: 130 yuan for the combined ticket with the Small Seven-hole Caves. If you take a boat, it is 20 yuan for a one-way trip and 40 yuan for a round trip. The recommended tour duration is 2 hours. It takes 50 minutes to drive from Libo County to the East Gate Tourist Service Center of the Big and Small Seven-hole Caves Scenic Area.
Libo Daqikong: Daqikong Scenic Area is a scenic area with primitive forests, canyons, underground streams and underground lakes as its main body. It is named after the seven-hole bridge on the Mengtang River. The main attractions of Daqikong are the karst canyon and the natural bridge. It is much smaller than Xiaoqikong. Compared with it, Daqikong has more fun of adventure. Daqikong Scenic Area is thrilling, magical, magnificent and exciting. The water in Daqikong Scenic Area is turbulent, and the main attractions are Daqikong Bridge, Mengtang, Horror Gorge, Natural Bridge and Demon Wind Cave.
The entrance to the Big Seven Holes is right next to the sightseeing bus for the Small Seven Holes. It is not big inside, so you can basically walk or take a boat tour. There is a lake on the left side of the gate to the scenic area, and this is where you can take a boat. Not many people enter the Big Seven Holes in the morning. You can shade yourself by walking along the trail. Don't play with your phone while walking, or you may have a close contact with the giant hanging stalactites. Going into the Tiansheng Bridge is the Demon Wind Cave. Going back to the other side of the river, the shade of the trees is also quite shaded. The scenery is still beautiful, with blue sky and white clouds, you can visit it leisurely and comfortably. It should be nice to come here in autumn. The return route along the river is to the bus stop (the Small Seven Holes sightseeing bus stop). Walk back along the river. The scenery from a different angle is really good. However, it is not very safe, and you can only walk a section. If you want to go back to the gate of the scenic area, you must return to the bridge, so it is not recommended.
The Daqikong Scenic Area in Libo County, Qiannan Prefecture, is a scenic area with primitive forests, canyons, underground streams and underground lakes as its main body. It is named after the Daqikong Ancient Bridge in the scenic area. The landscape here is steep and magical, majestic and magnificent, with high mountains and deep valleys, and fast-flowing water. Going upstream from the Daqikong Bridge is the long Tianshen Canyon, where dangerous cliffs are stacked and steep cliffs stand tall. Among them, there are three deep and dark caves on the cliffs of the Horror Gorge. If people shout loudly, large and small stones on the cliffs will splash out. The Tiansheng Bridge in the scenic area is known as the "Oriental Arc de Triomphe created by the power of nature." In addition, the Di'e Gorge is deep and quiet, with lush trees and grasses on both sides; the silver waves of the Xiaotian River are surging and the waves are rumbling; the underground dragon palace and underground lake of the Di'e Palace are magical and spectacular, and a large waterfall forms at the outlet of the dark river by the lake.
The Daqikong Scenic Area and the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area are combined into one large scenic area, but the ancient bridge is not in the current Daqikong Scenic Area. The Daqikong Ancient Bridge is on the way from the East Gate to the Xiaoqikong Bridge by scenic area bus, but it is not a scenic spot and there is no parking.
The Daqikong Scenic Area is mainly for touring the canyon, with steep cliffs on both sides. There is a natural bridge on the way, which is 100 meters high and dozens of meters wide. At the end is the Yaofeng River, but you can't enter the cave.
The Daqikong Scenic Area is located in the southern part of Libo County, 25 kilometers from the county seat. It is named after the seven-hole ancient bridge on the Dagou River (also known as Mengtang River) near Mengtang Village, Yaoshan Yao Ethnic Township. There is no need to take the scenic area transportation bus. The original round-trip road is relatively flat, and 2-3 hours is enough for the tour.
The Daqikong and Xiaoqikong scenic areas are located in Libo, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. The two scenic areas are only 3 kilometers apart, and the combined ticket costs 170 yuan and is valid for two days.
Compared with Xiaoqikong, which we are going to visit tomorrow, Daqikong is inferior in terms of the scale of the scenic area and the richness of the scenic spots. In my opinion, Daqikong is just a vassal-like place for tourists to stay while visiting Xiaoqikong. Simply put, Daqikong is actually a canyon plus a river sandwiched between mountains. We followed the direction of the water flow and walked along a waterside path paved on the edge of the canyon to the most important attraction, Tiansheng Bridge, and basically the one-way trip was over. The road was relatively flat throughout the whole journey, and we walked slowly and leisurely, and we could complete the one-way trip in an hour.
The Daqikong Scenic Area is a scenic area featuring primitive forests, canyons, underground streams and underground lakes. The main attractions include the Daqikong Bridge, Mengtan, Horror Gorge, Tiansheng Bridge and Yaofeng Cave (not open yet). It is a karst scenic area that is well worth visiting and has maintained its appearance.
2019-6-3 Only the Natural Bridge is open in the Daqikong Scenic Area. The Demon Wind Cave, Horror Gorge and other attractions are closed for maintenance. One hour is more than enough for a tour. There are no reminders at the entrance of the scenic area or the ticket office. There are only notices after entering the scenic spot.
I have read many guides on Fengfeng, and the attractions under maintenance seem to have never been open. Why can't the existing attractions be marked on the ticket?
Xiaoqikong Scenic Area is the most amazing and fascinating place I have seen so far in Guizhou. The forests, caves, rocks and water are in various shapes and forms. Xiaoqikong Scenic Area interprets the charm of Zhangjiang River vividly. If you come to Libo, you must visit Xiaoqikong. It is really beautiful!!!
It is a very quiet valley. The stream in the valley is very colorful. You can take a bamboo raft in the first half, which is also recommended.
The Daqikong Scenic Area is relatively independent and should have been developed later. Compared with the light and graceful Xiaoqikong, it is more natural, rugged and majestic.
It took an hour to complete the tour, mainly to prepare for the next morning's Xiaoqikong, and to understand the terrain of the scenic area entrance, bus stop, etc.
The recommended order for visiting the Big Seven Caves is: Horror Gorge - Natural Bridge - Demon Wind Cave. There is only one entrance and exit to the Big Seven Caves. It is recommended to walk there and take a cruise back.
The big seven holes are better than the small seven holes. Just wait and see if you don’t believe me.
Compared with Xiaoqikong, Daqikong is really bland. Some of the plank roads and scenic spots are under maintenance and cannot be visited at all, which is not satisfactory.
The Daqikong Scenic Area is located in Libo, Guizhou. It is pretty good, but it seems that it has not been fully developed yet.
The Big Seven Caves are more beautiful than I imagined. They are more spectacular than the Small Seven Caves. They have their own characteristics and are not comparable. The lake is not its characteristic, but the karst landform is its characteristic. The natural bridge is very distinctive and is a product of nature. It's a pity that the Demon Wind Cave and the Horror Gorge are under construction and cannot be visited, otherwise you can spend most of the day to visit.
Compared with Xiaoqikong, Daqikong scenic area is much smaller, the bridge is not very beautiful, but the water is very beautiful, quite blue. It is recommended not to take a boat, walk back and forth, 1 or 2 hours is enough.
The plank road on the right is under repair and cannot be walked on. You can only walk on the plank road on the left to the natural bridge. It is said that it took about 2 months to repair and started in March.
Libo 7 holes have east gate and west gate. Buyi Ancient Town is at the east gate, and the big 7 holes is also at the east gate. The ticket is for 2 days. You can visit the small 7 holes on the first day and the big 7 holes on the second day. You don't need to buy the scenic area bus fee again for the big 7 holes, so it's better to stay at the east gate. The water of the big 7 holes is emerald green, so pure, so beautiful and so clean.
The water in the Big Seven Holes is beautiful, but there is nothing to see, and I didn't find the Big Seven Holes Ancient Bridge. When I entered the scenic area, I saw a 7-hole bridge, made of cement, very ordinary and without any special features. I heard that the Natural Bridge is the highlight, so I went to see it, but it is actually just a big cave.
I feel that the Daqikong scenic spot is a gift for recharging Xiaoqikong. Compared with Xiaoqikong, Daqikong has fewer people and is quiet. The most famous thing about Daqikong should be the Tianxing Cave, a natural bridge hole with a super cute heart
It can be understood as a gift of Xiaoqikong, with its characteristic natural bridge, which is relatively primitive and rough.
Recommendation index: three stars. It's actually OK. If you don't compare it with the small seven-hole, you won't notice it. Once you compare it, you will find that there is a huge difference. In fact, the big seven-hole can only be a bonus to the small seven-hole.
Compared with Xiaoqikong, the scenery is much worse. Daqikong and Xiaoqikong actually enter from the same scenic gate. You can choose which scenic spot to go first by taking a sightseeing bus for 50 yuan per person. Daqikong is located along the plank road by the river. The road is easy to walk and not tiring. You can finish the tour in half an hour.
The ticket seller told us that we should walk 300 meters from the east gate to the Daqikong. It is not cost-effective to take the shuttle bus to visit the Daqikong from the west gate. Thanks to the ticket girl's reminder, we saved 80 yuan for the shuttle fee.
It doesn’t take too long to visit the Daqikong Scenic Area. You can take a taxi directly to the Daqikong, which is very close to the Xiaoqikong. The taxi ride cost 20 yuan. After the visit, you will find that it is also very beautiful. However, because there is the Xiaoqikong in front, it is not very attractive. The only spectacular thing is the Tiansheng Bridge, the most famous attraction of the Daqikong, which is very large and spectacular.
The main purpose of Daqikong is to view the karst landforms, which are similar to the tiankeng and ground fissures in Wulong, Chongqing. The stones on the stone beach along the way are covered with green moss.
Many people said that the scenery of Daqikong is not as charming as Xiaoqikong, so they gave up visiting Daqikong. At first, we did not have high hopes for Daqikong, but unexpectedly, although it was the National Day Golden Week, there were very few tourists in Daqikong. With fewer tourists, I felt like I had contracted the entire Grand Canyon, walking and stopping, it was quite pleasant~
The banks are lush and green, the stream is rushing, and the air is filled with the smell of nature.
Every place has a unique scenery. Compared with the tourists in Xiaoqikong, I prefer the comfortable and relaxed Daqikong today. Xiaoqikong has been overdeveloped, while Daqikong has better preserved its natural purity.
After passing through the Tianshengqiao Grand Canyon, walk about 500 meters forward and you can see the Tianshengqiao from the back mountain. I personally recommend that you return the same way after crossing the Tianshengqiao.
Although there is no need to take a boat according to physical strength and distance, I personally want to experience the feeling of boating in the green waves and the green mountains on both sides. I decided to take a small boat on the return trip. The boat ticket is 20 yuan per person.
It is very convenient to enter the park by swiping your ID card at the Big Seven Arches. We went there early in the morning. Generally, people who go to the Small Seven Arches will not go to the Big Seven Arches first, so there are few people in the morning.
There is really nothing in the Big Seven Holes... Therefore, for those who are short on time, the Big Seven Holes can be ignored without regret.
The Daqikong Scenic Area is one of the four major scenic areas in Zhangjiang Scenic Area. It is located in the southern edge of the Guizhou Plateau, 107°39′----107°95′ east longitude, 25°12′----25°34′ north latitude, with a total area of 36.2 square kilometers. The scenic area integrates karst landforms and hydrological landscapes, featuring primitive forests, canyons, underground streams, and underground lakes. The landscape is steep and magical, majestic and magnificent, and extremely thrilling and mysterious. The main attractions are the Daqikong Ancient Bridge, Horror Gorge, Natural Bridge, Demon Wind Cave, Di'e Forest, Longtou Mountain, Erceng River, Di'e Palace, etc. On the afternoon we went there, the weather was not good, and it was drizzling. We saw the Natural Bridge and the Daqikong Ancient Bridge in the rain. The Natural Bridge was spectacular; the Daqikong Ancient Bridge was very simple.
It is in the same place as Xiaoqikong, but you need to buy tickets separately!!!
The Big Seven Arches is not a bridge, but a natural landscape in the shape of a figure 7 formed naturally on the surface of a mountain...
Reference time: 2 hours. The main attractions of Daqikong are the karst canyon and the natural bridge. It is much smaller than Xiaoqikong. Compared with it, Daqikong has more fun of adventure. The route of Daqikong is gentle and there is no need to climb. You can take a boat in the first part and visit the natural bridge and Yaofeng Cave in the latter part. Taking a boat can save some physical strength, and the feeling of land travel and water travel on this section is similar. There are no important attractions to see on the way, so I resolutely chose to take a boat. The whole journey takes 2 hours.
Seven Holes Flowing Snow
In the whole Guizhou, Li Ge's favorite place is Libo for two reasons. First, the beef in Southeast Guizhou is fragrant. The beef jerky here and the beef jerky in Kinmen are my favorites. The donkey in Guizhou may be out of tricks, but the beef in Guizhou is endless. Second, there are seven holes here.
People say that Xiaoqikong is beautiful, but I prefer the big one because there are fewer people. The greenery is reflected on the quiet Zhangjiang River, and people are swimming and relaxing in the painting. That day, I happened to meet a girl taking pictures at the big Qikong. She was wearing a white dress that was whiter than snow, and she was stunning at first sight. Many years later, in the cinema, when I saw Zhao Liying who had just appeared in "The Kingdom of Women", it was also such a stunning scene.
How can I have the best of both worlds, without disappointing the Buddha and without disappointing you?
Xiaoqikong is exquisite and beautiful, while Daqikong is characterized by primeval forests, strange peaks and caves, and underground streams in the canyon. Its beauty lies in its ruggedness and thrill.
After entering from the gate, you need to walk towards the mountain and walk along the wooden plank road on the edge of the cliff, admiring the towering cliffs and overlapping cliffs on both sides, which will make you feel awe for nature. On the left side of the wooden plank road is the river, and on the right side is a cliff. Stalactites are attached to the cliff, occasionally extending onto the wooden plank road, and pedestrians need to bow their heads and bend their waists when walking.
Personally, I think that if you don't have enough time, I don't recommend going to the Big Seven-hole Cave. It takes at least an hour to see it quickly, and at least 2 hours to appreciate it carefully. It may also be because I saw the Small Seven-hole Cave the day before, and I like the surprise brought by the Small Seven-hole Cave more. You don't know what the scenery is before you reach the end. There are cliffs on both sides of the Big Seven-hole Cave, and the wooden plank road is very narrow. It is not easy to walk with many people and it is not convenient to take pictures. After visiting, our group felt that it would be better not to go to the Big Seven-hole Cave and save time for the next attraction.
I think it is unnecessary to go to the Big Seven-hole, especially after seeing the Small Seven-hole, the public facilities are not complete. It is very tiring to take a child with you, it is full of steps, it is very tiring, even if it is combined with the Small Seven-hole, it is really free, there is no need to go. Cheap goods are not good.
The main attraction of Daqikong is the natural bridge. You can take a boat to enter and walk to the natural bridge. If you want to walk further, you can go all the way to Yaofeng Cave, which is the end. Then walk out of the scenic area. There are free small battery cars outside the scenic area that can take you back to the gate of Daqikong Scenic Area. It took us more than 2 hours. Compared with Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, Daqikong has a buy one get one free feeling (the boat ticket is 20 yuan/person one way). The boat floats in the river for more than ten minutes. The scenery on both sides is also good and quiet. There are few people in the scenic area in the morning, which is much better than Xiaoqikong.
After getting off the boat, I walked slowly. The air was very fresh. It would take about ten minutes to see the natural bridge. It would be more beautiful if the sun shone over it.
If you keep walking along the river, you will come to the source of the Big Seven Holes and the Demon Wind Cave, but the Demon Wind Cave is closed and not open to the public. When you get here, you have finished visiting the Big Seven Holes.
We chose to walk out of the scenic area and look at the flowers and plants along the way. If you buy a one-way boat ticket and want to take a boat back, you can also buy a ticket on the spot. The exit of the scenic area is not the same as the entrance. Walking along a small road out of the gate, you can see a free battery car in the scenic area, which can take you to the entrance.
You can only enter the Big Seven Holes before 5:30, but the scenery is indeed slightly inferior to the Small Seven Holes. If you have enough time, just walk around and take a look~
There are few attractions in Daqikong, and a lot of walking.
The Big Seven-hole and the Small Seven-hole are entered through the same ticket gate. The Big Seven-hole scenic area is not big, so you don't need to take an electric car. The main attraction is the natural bridge. Just walk along the scenic plank road and return the same way. If you don't have time, you can ignore the Big Seven-hole.
After walking all the way, I was a little tired and wanted to take a bamboo raft back, but I had to wait in line for half an hour, so I gave up.
At the exit is a complex of antique buildings, which appear to have just been completed and are not yet fully open.
Half price, so cool. You need to buy a sightseeing bus ticket because the two scenic spots are far apart and there is some distance between each point. If you have good physical strength, you can choose to walk, but it really takes a whole day.
It turns out that there is a free luggage storage service here, so we foolishly left our luggage at the hotel. The environment here is very good, and it is a natural oxygen bar.
Finally I understand why the scenic area has to be closed due to heavy rain. Even though we came today, the water still spread to the sidewalk and we didn’t take the path below.
It’s such a pity that we can’t see the lush green scenery.
We entered the scenic area at 9:30 in the morning. There were not many people at Daqikong. We walked along the path on the mountain and saw the cenote. It was still very beautiful. I didn't expect Daqikong to be so beautiful. We chose to take a boat back. We waited for about ten minutes and it cost 20 yuan per person. It was very comfortable.
There are cruise ships at Daqikong, and you can only buy one-way tickets. The tickets for the outbound trip are purchased at the entrance of the scenic area, and the return tickets must be purchased at the disembarkation point of the scenic area. We took the boat in and out, walked slowly, stopped and took pictures, and the whole process took nearly 3 hours.
The view is full of green, the air is fresh, and the water is clear. Mom said, "Take a few more breaths of oxygen ions to clean your lungs." Some places on the pedestrian plank road are very narrow, and it is hard to imagine how spectacular it is during the National Day when there are huge crowds. After leaving the scenic spot, follow the sign to see the sightseeing battery car parking area, and you can take it for free to the gate of the scenic spot.
The bridge itself can only be seen from a distance, and it is not as famous as the Xiaoqikong Bridge. But the canyon and river scenery along the way is still excellent. However, after walking for a day, everyone was a little tired. We just took a quick look and did not go deep into the valley. We took a cruise back directly. The mountains and rivers are beautiful and exquisite, and the scenery is simple and quiet. When you are in the scenic area, you can immediately feel the poetic and picturesque feelings and the dreamlike rhythm. What satisfied us most was the management of the scenic area. There were many tourists but it did not seem chaotic. The road signs in the scenic area were clear, and the ferry vehicles were in order. It is more worth visiting than most 5A-level scenic spots.
There are a few points worth praising about the scenic spot: 1) There is a free baggage delivery point in the lobby of the East Gate Ticket Office. This is great. For us who carry luggage, it is really tiring to finish the trip without putting down the bag. Now with free baggage delivery, it is much easier. 2) There are many toilets and they are clean. 3) The shuttle bus is fast, and you can get on the bus quickly even if you queue up.
Daqikong was OK, there wasn't any particularly strenuous section, plus we had already sent our luggage, so the trip was pretty easy. However, you can't enter the scenic area after 16:30, so you still have to get there early, as it's always unsafe after dark.
If you don't want to walk on your way back, you can take a cruise ship, 20 yuan per person, which is like a water taxi. If you walk, there is still a long way to go, so it is best to wear comfortable shoes. The last section of the way back to the exit will be taken by the scenic area car, which is about a few minutes' drive and you can take a break.
We visited Daqikong first, and later found that this decision was a wise one! The itinerary was opposite to that of the tour groups and most of the self-driving tourists, so there were fewer people.
There are much fewer people at Daqikong than Xiaoqikong. Only near the Tiansheng Bridge will the flow of people be larger. If you want to go back to the entrance of Daqikong, you can skip the bridge and go back the same way you went. After crossing the bridge, it is not easy to walk back. There are many steps. You need to go around a small circle to the exit and then change to a free electric car to return to the entrance. If you plan to take a boat back, it is another matter. Even if you go to Yaofeng Cave and then turn back, the total tour time of Daqikong will not exceed 2 hours.
Daqikong and Xiaoqikong are now integrated into one scenic spot, selling two-day combined tickets. Many people say that Daqikong is much more bland than Xiaoqikong. Most people choose to go to Xiaoqikong in the morning and then go to Daqikong. When we arrived, most tourists were still in Xiaoqikong, so we felt like we had contracted the forest. Although the scenery is not very magnificent, this quiet and green place is still quite popular with me.
Because Daqikong is a large canyon with only one entrance and exit, you can enter the scenic area directly from the gate after purchasing the ticket. You can buy a boat ticket to the Horror Gorge in the scenic area at the gate, but I don’t recommend taking a boat. After all, the distance is very short. It took about an hour to reach the Tiansheng Bridge (known as the Oriental Arc de Triomphe)!
If you have visited the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, there is nothing to see in the Daqikong Scenic Area. You can just go to the end to see the Natural Bridge.
It’s not as famous as Xiaoqikong, but it’s still worth a visit!

The two gates are connected. Big Seven Caves and Small Seven Caves are both located in the Small Seven Caves Scenic Area. They are just divided into different routes for sightseeing. The beautiful scenery is concentrated in the Small Seven Caves. The Big Seven Caves mainly focus on the Natural Bridge and the Demonic Wind Cave. I was worried about the demonic wind when I walked to the other side of the cave. There are many fish in the river. I really want to fry them online. Crunchy. Leaning on the wooden chair and looking at the mountains and rivers. The mood is really not too good. Super relaxing. In August, sweet osmanthus flowers are blooming everywhere. The scenic area is filled with bursts of intoxicating sweet osmanthus fragrance.
The Big Seven-hole Bridge is not in the Big Seven-hole Scenic Area, but 1 kilometer downstream. The name of the scenic area is a bit like a famous brand. The two scenic areas are not far apart, and it only takes more than ten minutes by car. In the past, the two scenic areas operated independently, and many tourists only visited the Small Seven-hole and left. Later, the local government integrated tourism resources and bundled the two attractions for sale, so it became the Big and Small Seven-hole. Going upstream along the trail beside the Dagou River (the Zhuang language means a curved river), the canyon is getting narrower and narrower, the river is getting faster and faster, the dangerous rocks on both sides are towering, and birds are heard from time to time, which gives a feeling of "the monkeys on both sides of the river are crying, and the light boat has passed through thousands of mountains." Natural Bridge. Rather than a bridge, it is more like a cave. The cave is more than 60 meters high and more than 20 meters deep. The river passes through the cave and continues to rush downstream. Not far ahead is the end of the scenic area, which is called the Demon Wind Cave. Legend has it that tourists cannot shout loudly here, otherwise there will be flying sand and rocks in the canyon, and strong winds will blow in the cave, and floods will suddenly hit.
The current guided tour of the Daqikong scenic area ends at the Tiansheng Bridge, but I think the most beautiful part of Daqikong is the canyon behind the Tiansheng Bridge. You must walk a few more steps to see that there is another bridge behind the canyon, which is no worse than the Tiansheng Bridge. You can even take as many photos as you want because there are few people.
Although the Big Seven Holes are beautiful, they are far inferior to the Small Seven Holes.
It turns out that the Big and Small Seven-hole Caves Scenic Area have long been connected. The so-called Big Seven-hole Caves is just the east gate of the entire scenic area. There are shuttle buses to every scenic spot in the scenic area.
After buying the ticket, there is a special passage to walk directly to the Big Seven Arches. There is a waiting station for the shuttle bus here. Because it is the starting station, every bus will be sent to the next attraction, the Small Seven Arches Bridge, as soon as it is full.
After walking into the gate of the scenic area, a stone road more than one meter wide gradually narrows along the river. Some low-lying sections are soaked by the rising river water, and can only be bypassed by walking on the embankments on the side of the road.
In short, the Big Seven-hole Scenic Area saw two attractions, the Horror Gorge and the Natural Bridge, and saved more than an hour. From the other side of the Dagou River in front of the Natural Bridge, we can return to the Mengtang Station along the mountain road, where we will take the shuttle bus to the next Small Seven-hole Scenic Area.
If you decide to visit the Big and Small Seven-hole Caves for two days, remember to tell the ticket seller when buying tickets. They will also ask. You don’t need to buy a sightseeing bus for the Big Seven-hole Caves. It is on the right hand side of the entrance of the Small Seven-hole Caves! If you don’t want to waste another day at the Big Seven-hole Caves and want to visit the Big Seven-hole Caves roughly, then buy a boat ticket after entering. Taking a boat can save more than half of the journey. After getting off the boat, there is a natural bridge and you can see the Demon Wind Cave after walking. If time is tight, you can turn back at the Demon Wind Cave. Because it is not fully open, you must go back to the Big Seven-hole Cave. There are no special attractions behind the Demon Wind Cave! For those who don’t dare to time, I will walk the whole way and stroll slowly! The entrance of the Demon Wind Cave is particularly cool, and the breeze is whistling, like a natural air conditioner.
The Daqikong Cave is very small and does not require a sightseeing bus, so I only bought a ticket.
The entrance to the Big and Small Seven-hole Caves Scenic Area is the most luxurious and standardized scenic area I have ever seen in China.
After entering, you will directly reach the gate of the Big Seven-hole Scenic Area, and the Small Seven-hole Scenic Area can also be entered by sightseeing bus.
The Big and Small Seven-Arch Bridges are named after the fact that each scenic spot has a seven-arch ancient bridge.
Some people say that after seeing Xiaoqikong, there is nothing interesting about Daqikong, but the scenery of the two is still somewhat different. Xiaoqikong is similar to Jiuzhaigou, with many waterfalls and famous for water; Daqikong is dominated by high mountain canyons.
As soon as I entered the big hole, I saw the wide water surface, rippling blue waves, and small boats sailing on the water. The lake and mountains are very interesting. You can buy a boat ticket here, 20 yuan, the whole journey is 1,500 meters. Because I have to queue for the boat for half an hour, I don’t want to wait, so I plan to take the boat back when I come back.
But we regretted it when we left, because the road we entered was facing the west sun, and it was not cool even though we entered the canyon. However, after walking for a while, the canyon narrowed and the boat reached the shore and could not go forward.
There is no separate visitor center for the Big Seven Caves. You need to enter from the visitor center at the east gate of the Small Seven Caves. Follow the flow of people and walk inward to the sightseeing bus pick-up and drop-off point, which is where the Big Seven Caves and the Small Seven Caves are separated. If you go to the Big Seven Caves, walk to the right and you can see the gate of the Big Seven Caves. No wonder it is often closed. The water surface of the Big Seven Caves is very close to the plank road. In some low-lying places, the plank road is full of water, and my shoes were soaked.
The Daqikong Scenic Area is much smaller than the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. It is also a canyon. The main attraction is the Natural Bridge. We walked slowly and finished the tour in three hours.
The ticket is a combined ticket with the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, so there is no need to buy a separate ticket.
The water in the Daqikong Scenic Area is so clear that you can see the bottom; the mountains beside the river are towering, the trees are green, and there are pedestrian plank roads built along the foot of the mountains on both sides. The walking plank roads are relatively narrow, and the area of the scenic area is not very large. The route of the entire scenic area is a loop. The tour time is about 2 hours. You can enter on foot and there are no sightseeing buses throughout the whole journey.
The distance between the Daqikong Scenic Area and the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area is about 1.5 kilometers. Both are entered from the distribution center. You don’t need to take the shuttle bus to the Daqikong Scenic Area. The price of the cruise ship in the scenic area is 40 yuan for a round trip. Friends who want to experience it can take it back on the return trip. After walking for a few minutes, you can reach the ferry for the boat. The cruise ship ripples in the dream pond, and the water surface is drawn with ripples. Walking on the iron cable bridge across the two banks, you can feel a slight shaking. . A ray of black in the green, the butterfly seems to be accustomed to the disturbance here, and it stays quietly on the branch.
The Daqikong Scenic Area starts to clear visitors at 18:00, so you can still enter the scenic area at 17:00, which is enough time for you to visit the Daqikong Scenic Area.
After 17:00, there were very few people in the scenic area. A family of four strolled in the Linmeng Trail of Daqi Bridge, breathing the fresh air, talking and laughing, feeling very comfortable. The main attractions of Daqikong Scenic Area are Tiansheng Bridge and Yaofeng Cave. The Yaofeng Cave is at the end of the scenic area, but it is currently closed and cannot be entered, so most people walk to Tiansheng Bridge before returning.
Opposite the east gate of Xiaoqikong is the entrance gate of Daqikong scenic area. Unfortunately, Daqikong scenic area has been under maintenance since March for 60 days, and almost half of the scenic area has been closed, so you have to go back after reaching the Natural Bridge. However, there are relatively few tourists, so you can stroll around slowly and don’t have to worry about being crowded with people taking photos. One circle takes a maximum of 1 hour.
You can choose to take a boat when entering or exiting the Daqikong, which costs 20 yuan per person one way, saving a lot of time and energy. It would be better if you can walk over to the natural bridge and take pictures.
