The Foguangyan Scenic Area, known as the "Crown of Danxia in the World", is located in Yuanhou Town, Chishui City, Guizhou Province, 44 kilometers away from the urban area of Chishui. It is connected to the Chishui Alsophila National Nature Reserve on three sides. Most of its peaks are above 1,200 meters, forming a magnificent and beautiful Danxia cliff landscape with various shapes. A circular Danxia rock wall with a height of 234 meters, a width of 666 meters, and a length of more than 1,000 meters is like a huge heavenly book spread out in the sea of clouds. Under the sunlight, the stone wall is as gorgeous as clouds. A waterfall falls from the middle of the stone wall, and the floating water mist is like smoke, giving the Red Cliff a lively vitality.

Many people on the Internet say that the waterfall at Foguangyan is too small and often breaks down, so it is not worth seeing. But in fact, the three words "Foguangyan" have made it very clear that people come here not to see the waterfall, but to see this "rock".

After entering the scenic area, it is recommended to take a sightseeing bus. The entrance is quite far from the trailhead. There are two forks on the trail, one leading to Foguang Rock and the other leading to Wuzhu Peak. Both places are not far away and can be reached within 20 minutes. When I arrived at the bottom of Foguang Rock, I was still a little shocked. A large circular red towering rock wall surrounds you, and a waterfall falls from a high place in the middle. You can take a camera and use a wide-angle lens to take in the view. This scenery is indeed much better than the Red Stone Valley.

As for the Five Pillars Peak, if you are still physically fit, you can also go there to check in and climb for 15-20 minutes longer. I think it might be more appropriate to call it the Six Pillars Peak, maybe it is called this name for the artistic conception. The scenery here is average, you can see the opposite mountain from a distance, just take it as a leisure.

Foguangyan is a rather embarrassing tourist attraction, with typical Danxia surrounding the cliff and a waterfall with a huge drop.

However, the waterfall is so small that the flow is almost cut off.

Another core scenic spot, Wuzhu Peak, is even more lackluster. Not only is the road to the mountain closed, but the best viewing spot is also blocked by wires, which makes people speculate that the scenic spot is a new attraction developed to increase ticket revenue.

In general, except for the Big Waterfall in Chishui which is super worthwhile, the other two places are totally not worth the high ticket prices.



At Foguangyan, the GPS signal of the drone was very poor, so I could only fly visually. Some flying friends said that they could receive the signal after taking off, but mine still couldn't, so I put it away for safety reasons.

Foguangyan is one of the larger and more time-consuming scenic spots in Chishui. It still takes some physical strength to walk down both Foguangyan and Wuzhu Peak. The road down the mountain from Wuzhu Peak is relatively steep and full of steps. If you go up the mountain from here, you will feel like you will collapse. Relatively speaking, the road to Foguangyan is gentler and there are more scenery along the way.

The Chishui Danxia Tourist Area includes the Chishui Waterfall, Foguang Rock, Swallow Rock, etc., and is the core scenic spot of Chishui Danxia.



Chishui Danxia Tourist Area·Foguangyan Scenic Area is located in Yuanhou Town, Chishui City. There are two major landscape belts in the scenic area, namely Foguangyan and Wuzhu Peak. When playing at Fo Guangyan, you can actually take a loop, going up the mountain at Fo Guangyan and down the mountain at Wuzhi Mountain, but when we went there, they said that the plank road collapsed and could not be walked, so we had to return the same way. There is another super long uphill road on the Wuzhi Peak side, and few tourists come. Everyone was tired, so we finally chose not to climb the mountain and returned to the car.

The huge arc-shaped red rock wall is very shocking. It would be perfect if there was water in the waterfall.

This scenic spot is a mountain climbing, and the top of the mountain is a scenic spot. It is still very physically demanding. It is estimated that it will take more than 3 hours to complete the tour.

We originally planned to go directly to the waterfall, but because we were afraid that the scenic spot would not be open, we went to visit Foguangyan first. This change was actually very correct, because the two scenic spots were mostly on the same line, so we didn't have to go back and forth repeatedly. Although it was more than 200 kilometers, it took more than three hours. It was almost 11 o'clock in the afternoon when we arrived at the ticket center. Especially after getting off the highway, there was about 20 kilometers of national highway, which was narrow and winding, and there were many large vehicles. When passing by, they almost didn't slow down, but fortunately we were more experienced.

There are two parts to Foguangyan, one is to Foguangyan, and the other is to continue from Foguangyan. We asked the staff and learned that it would take about three or four hours. Because there was another scenic spot, we gave up going forward and returned from Foguangyan. Foguangyan Scenic Area is very beautiful. You can walk along the hiking trail from the visitor center, or take a shuttle bus to the entrance. The shuttle bus ticket is 25 yuan and needs to be purchased. Due to time constraints, we chose the shuttle bus. If we have time, we will choose to walk. That will be more interesting. Foguangyan Scenic Area has a good scenery. The Chishui River basin in Guizhou should be all Danxia landform. The rocks on the mountains and the stones in the river are all red, reflecting the river water in red, hence the name Chishui River.

Danxia, bamboo sea, also known as spinulosa, waterfalls. This is the border of Sichuan, Guizhou and Chongqing, and it is also the place where dinosaurs once lived. Although I couldn't understand their dialect, I was not worried at all. I returned to the Chishui River and basked in the rare sunshine. This is an interesting place.

Foguangyan is a Danxia landform, and it is also a large canyon. The dense primeval forests on both sides bear witness to the ancient and magical. There are "Altissima" from the dinosaur era, and various ancient plants are like a natural plant museum. The temperature, humidity, and air here are places you don't want to leave. The magical Danxia landform depicts the long time. The farthest place from the entrance of the scenic area is Foguangyan, which is also the center of the scenic spot, about 1,200 meters.

The Five Finger Peak connected to Foguang Rock is not as beautiful as the Danxia in other provinces, so you don’t have to go there.

From the entrance of the scenic area to Foguangyan, you first take an electric car. After dropping you off, you have to walk a little more than one kilometer, which is a slow upward staircase.

There are many Alsophila spinulosa plants in the scenic area, and the Danxia vegetation in the scenic area is very lush.

If you want to take pictures of the waterfall from the side door, you need to go up the two stairs connected by the platform, one from the left side of Foguang Rock and the other from the right side of Foguang Rock. The stairs on the right side have a higher viewing angle.

Although the temperature was 37℃, I felt very happy. I bought tickets to enter the park and enjoyed the half-price discount for high temperature. The first rare thing I saw was the living fossil of the plant kingdom, Alsophila spinulosa. I had known this guy from the dinosaur era since I was a teenager from "One Hundred Thousand Whys". When I saw it today, I didn't think its appearance was very strange. At first glance, I thought it was a tree, and it was hard to associate it with a fern. I imagined that the favorite food of herbivorous dinosaurs such as Brachiosaurus and Mamenchisaurus was this guy in front of me. It really felt like a time travel.

Climbing up the steps all the way, Danxia towers on both sides, streams and waterfalls run through the canyon, and plants cover the sky, what a primeval forest scenery. However, the scenic area has been built quite well. As long as you have agile legs and feet, anyone can climb to the foot of Foguang Rock without obstacles. The waterfall here does not attract me with its width, grandeur and magnificence, but the trickling waterfall inlaid in the middle of the huge Danxia arch wall. The strong contrast forms an asymmetrical beauty. It's a pity that the sky was clear before going up the mountain, but it was pouring rain when we reached the top of the mountain. We missed the chance to see Foguang Rock illuminated by sunlight. We climbed for two hours with a drone on our back, but gave up because the canyon was too deep and too narrow to receive GPRS. It was a small regret, but since there were few tourists, we could easily find a fulcrum to take pictures even without a tripod, which made up for the regret.

I had no interest in another attraction, the Five Pillar Peak, so the entire tour time was shortened to three hours. If you want to complete the tour of the entire scenic area, you should be prepared for at least five hours, and if you are not in good physical condition, it may take seven hours.

It is a great experience to drive from Maotai Town along the Chishui River Valley to the Foguangyan Scenic Area.

It takes two hours to walk up the mountain, just climb slowly. There are many small pools along the way. We took off our shoes and went down to catch fish! There are stone steps to go up the mountain. There will be a flat land with lotus flowers blooming at the top of the mountain. It is very beautiful for taking pictures, and it looks like the lotus throne of Guanyin! You can sit in the middle to meditate!

It includes two scenic spots, Foguangyan and Wuzhufeng. The ticket is 90 yuan, and the round-trip sightseeing bus ticket is 25 yuan. I have to complain about this sightseeing bus here. You take the sightseeing bus to a dam as soon as you come in, and then start walking. My dad said that you can build a parking lot here, but you have to take the whole sightseeing bus. Off topic. After entering the scenic area, walk towards Foguangyan first. It is also climbing the mountain all the way. There is nothing special along the way. There are many Alsophila spinulosa and the air is very good. It took about half an hour to an hour to walk. I didn't calculate it specifically, and I walked to the Lotus Terrace, which is the place to see Foguangyan. Baidu said that Foguangyan is the largest, most complete, and most typical scenic spot of Danxia landform in my country, hahahaha.

The scenic area is simple and primitive, with diverse plant communities, complete ecosystems and beautiful scenery. Among them, the plant "Alternaria spinulosa" is a tree species from the Jurassic period.

There are many steps in the scenic area, which is a bit difficult for older people. There is also a lot of water, with a small waterfall in the middle and a small pond below. The water is very clear and there are many small fish and shrimps in it. The cleanliness of the scenic area is very good, clean and orderly.

It's just okay! I don't recommend it. I've been to the Colorful Danxia in Zhangye before, and the sunrise and sunset there are very beautiful, so it doesn't seem that spectacular, but maybe I came at the wrong time or something!

Well... before I went there, I also read what other people wrote. I'll write down my thoughts after I come back to give other people some reference. I went there in early June. It rained a few days ago. I saw the weather cleared up before I took a bus to Chishui to play. I went to Sidonggou first, which was my main goal. Later, I thought that since I was here, I should try to see and eat as much as possible. Because I had been to Huangguoshu, I didn't want to go to Shizhangdong Waterfall, so I chose Foguangyan. Let me talk about transportation first. There are quite a lot of buses from Chishui Passenger Station to the county gate, one bus per hour, but you have to plan your return trip because there will be no bus back around 5 o'clock. I went to Sidonggou in the morning and came back at 3 in the afternoon. We set out for Fo Guang Yan at around 10:00. I will talk about the itinerary plan later. We found a hotel at the door, put down our luggage and rushed in. It is more cost-effective to buy tickets online. Someone said before that Fo Guang Yan is too tiring. I admit that it is a bit tiring. For me who likes mountain climbing, I want to turn back halfway because they are all steps going up, but... if you just want to see Fo Guang Yan and not Wuzhu Peak, it is still very easy. After entering the gate, take the shuttle bus. You must do it, otherwise you will waste your energy halfway. Then go forward and there is a doorway. Pay attention here, don't climb the mountain blindly. There is a fork in the road about a few dozen meters ahead. Go left to Fo Guang Yan, and go to Wuzhu Peak on the right. I was very unlucky and walked on the right side of the Five Pillar Peak, so I was very tired. What can I say about the Five Pillar Peak? There is no need to go there at all. There is nothing to see. There are only a few protruding rocks on the mountain. There is nothing special. When I walked to the road and looked at it, I was wondering if it was the Five Pillar Peak. When I walked in, there was a big bare rock on the top of the mountain. I was exhausted from climbing all the way up, and there was nothing to see. Then I walked down the road at the foot of the Five Pillar Peak and you can reach Fo Guang Rock along the way. There are several viewing points at high and low positions in Fo Guang Rock, which are really good. You can walk around and take pictures. Personally, I feel that you have to calculate the time to see Fo Guang Rock, and choose a time when the sunlight is suitable for shining on the rock wall, or early in the morning. Going there in a lightly cloudy weather, it feels like a fairyland. Since I went there in the afternoon and there were no clouds, it looked relatively plain. Then it was the way down the mountain. It was very fast. I estimated that I would be back to the gate in less than half an hour. I entered the mountain at 4 o'clock and walked through the two places at 6.30. It would be faster if I only went to Foguangyan. It would be enough to play the whole way in 2 hours. So... Go up the mountain from the left side of the fork, and you don't have to go to Wuzhu Peak. Please consider it. I want to complain about the scenic spot here. The signboard is not clear, there is no prompt at the turn, and... The ticket price is a pit. It costs more than 100 yuan to add the shuttle bus. I personally think that the 50 ticket cannot be more. Is the scenic spot crazy and extorting? It is said that the cable car needs to be repaired. It's funny. They are repairing the cable car in such a small place? Let's talk about the return trip. If you go to this place in the morning, you pass by Bing'an Ancient Town on the way back and tell the driver to get off the car to play. I didn't pay attention and left regrets in a hurry. The same is true inside the Sidonggou. In this way, you can play in one day, one mountain and one town, and you are not tired. Go to other places to play the next day

It is best to spend 5 hours for the whole journey. Whether going to Foguangyan or Wuzhu Peak, it is a trail that goes all the way up, which requires some physical strength and endurance. Due to time and physical strength, we only went to Foguangyan and gave up the visit to Wuzhu Peak.

The plants and insects in the scenic area are also a major attraction. The two sides of the valley are full of red water mushroom trees.

Walking along the path on the left from the lotus platform, you can reach the bottom of the stone wall of Fo Guang Rock. Standing here, you will feel the breadth and size of Fo Guang Rock, which is a Danxia arc-shaped stone wall like Buddha's light. The stone wall goes straight up and down, like a huge vermilion heavenly book. There is also a waterfall in the middle of the arc, which falls from the sky, flying down three thousand feet. The misty raindrops and fog are mixed together, brushing my face and moistening my hair, as if this is holy water from heaven, allowing my dying soul to be watered. The grass on the roadside is also immersed in the wisps of rain and fog, and the crystal water drops make them sparkle, as if they are countless stars in the sky, and each star represents a soul. A gust of wind blew, and the grass swayed, and they danced happily. A stronger wind continued, and Fo Guang Rock instantly removed its hazy veil and turned into a huge rock mural. The wind quietly left, and the fog of Fo Guang Rock turned back. The scene here changes rapidly, sometimes it is clearly visible, sometimes it is shrouded in smoke.

At about 10 o'clock, the fog finally dissipated, and Foguang Rock was fully exposed, but this was not its most beautiful moment. At sunset, when the sunset glowed on it, the warm red color made the stone wall red, as bright as fire burning metal, and that was its most dazzling moment.

We didn't see the Buddha's light, but the mountains were shrouded in clouds and mist from time to time, which was also very satisfying. There are two roads when you reach the Lotus Terrace. One road is to see the waterfall under the Buddha's Light Rock. In the hot summer, you can feel the coolness brought by the waterfall. The other road is to climb up the side of the mountain. There are two or three viewing platforms on it, where you can take a panoramic view. This road can also go directly to Wuzhi Mountain. We didn't have a plan originally, and the road behind was under construction. We couldn't walk out of the scenic area directly, and we had to go back. We returned to the Lotus Terrace. At this time, there were crowds of people and a lot of noise. We enjoyed eight-treasure porridge, bread, and drinks and went down the mountain directly.

There are two main scenic spots in Foguangyan Scenic Area. One is Foguangyan, which is known as "Danxia Cliff, Wonder of the World". The other is Wuzhu Peak, which is known as "Made in Heaven, Wonderful Work of God".

There is still some distance from the gate of the scenic area to the entrance of the scenic area. There is nothing to see along the way. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. It is best to take a sightseeing bus.

After passing through a naturally formed stone arch, you will enter the scenic area. What comes into view is a stream. After walking across a wooden bridge, you will come to a fork in the road. Turn left to Foguang Rock and go straight to Wuzhu Peak. There is a mountain road connecting Foguang Rock and Wuzhu Peak. I chose to turn left towards Foguang Rock.

The mountain road spirals up along the stream, with broken rocks and red cliffs on both sides, either horizontally or vertically, with strange Danxia landforms in the shape of peaks, columns, needles, etc. There are many kinds of plants, competing to grow upwards. Many plants have signs hanging on them, indicating their names, species, origins, etc. While enjoying the scenery, you can also learn a lot.

The cableway in Foguangyan Scenic Area is under construction, which did not affect our visit, but created conditions for us to conquer Wuzhu Peak on foot. Foguangyan mainly has two scenic spots, one is Foguangyan and the other is Wuzhu Peak, which means five peaks. Originally, we could have completed the whole journey by going up the cliff and walking clockwise along Wuzhu Peak. Unfortunately, the plank road is under maintenance, and we need to return to the foot of Wuzhu Peak by the original route, which is a pity. The little boy once again showed his perseverance. Ps: This scenic spot is not recommended for elderly tourists.

Foguangyan Scenic Area, formerly known as Wuzhufeng Scenic Area, is located in Yuanhou Town, Chishui City, Guizhou Province. It is a world natural heritage site. There is an introduction in Chinese and English at the entrance of the scenic area, as well as a tourist map.

I saw an uncivilized scene in the scenic spot where some tourists went to the stream to catch rain fish and crabs. This is not only unsafe, but also a kind of damage to the environment of the scenic spot. I hope the scenic spot can strengthen supervision.

It is said that Foguang Rock was formed as early as the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods. It is like a red book without words written by the dinosaurs with their lives and blood before their extinction, spread out in the sea of clouds. In the middle of Foguang Rock, there is a columnar waterfall that is more than 200 meters high and 40 meters wide, like a little white dragon flying down from the red clouds, elegant and graceful.

Every time we come to a waterfall, we like to get closer to it, and closer to it, until we are soaked and the wind is too strong to move forward, but we feel that our body and mind are completely cleansed, which is beyond words.

Then we entered the Foguangyan Scenic Area. This is a typical place of Danxia landform. Again, we first took a sightseeing bus and then walked for half an hour. Here we have to walk a relatively steep uphill road, of course, the road surface is all repaired cement road. There are also many small attractions and small waterfalls along the way. Danxia landforms can be seen everywhere.

The best place to see the Foguangyan Waterfall is when you see the lotus sculptures from afar. When you step onto the lotus platform, a spectacular scene comes into view. A waterfall flows down a huge arc-shaped red rock. It is a miracle of nature.

Continue to go up, you can walk to the left to the bottom of the waterfall to see it up close. Go up to the right to the viewing platform, you can stand at a high place like the waterfall to enjoy it. Continue to go up, it is the Five Pillar Peak scenic spot. The so-called Five Pillar Peaks are the five peaks of gold, wood, water, fire, and earth. Due to time reasons, the travel agency did not arrange the itinerary here. The cable car is currently being installed. Because it is all mountain roads, it may take 5 or 6 hours to walk through it. If you just want to browse here, half an hour is enough. It's just a little steep in the middle. Two hours in total is plenty of time.

The weather was good, the sky was high and the clouds were light. It was worth it to climb to the lotus platform and see the beautiful scenery. My friends and I reached the top of the mountain and saw the Five Pillars Peak, while I waited for the rainbow halfway up the mountain.

There is a mountain road of about 2 kilometers from the entrance to the observation deck. The way up the mountain is very easy. You can stop and go, occasionally go to the stream to wash your hands, catch small fish, and narcissistically take a few selfies with the beauty camera. It is very leisurely and comfortable.

Standing on the lotus platform, you can see the Danxia landform of Foguangyan from afar. There are two ways to go up: the left side allows you to see the waterfall up close, and the right side leads to Wuzhu Peak.

Buy tickets at the gate of the scenic area. The round trip by electric car costs 25 yuan, about 6 kilometers. The end point is the three-way intersection in the direction of Foguangyan and Wuzhufeng. Foguangyan is on the left and Wuzhufeng is on the right. There is a road connecting Foguangyan and Wuzhufeng. Many people choose to turn left to Foguangyan first and then Wuzhufeng. I originally planned to walk a complete loop in this way. I learned that Wuzhufeng was building a cable car when I arrived at the scenic area, so it was closed for construction. I left a little regret. However, I walked to the end of the Foguangyan scenic area, where the Foguangyan and Wuzhufeng plank roads meet, and I was lucky to see Wuzhufeng.

We left the scenic area at 16:00 in the afternoon. We had spent 7 hours at Foguangyan. To return to Chishui from Foguangyan, we had to take a bus from Tucheng to Chishui. A bus came and said it was full, so we had to wait for the next one. Finally, we took a black car back to Chishui for 20 yuan per person.

After walking about 1,500 meters, you can see the red rock wall of Foguang Rock hanging like a white ribbon in the distance. Climb up to the Lotus Viewing Platform and you will see the Foguang Rock Waterfall. The stream is rushing down the 300-meter-high red Danxia rock wall. It is like the Milky Way falling from the sky. This poem is not an exaggeration. There are several viewing platforms further up that are closer to the waterfall. The stream hits the rocks and rushes towards you. The power of nature is amazing.

Transportation: Fortunately, it takes more than an hour to get here if you buy a ticket directly from the bus station. You can go back and forth in one day. You will pass by Bing'an Ancient Town, Forest Park, Jiuqu Lake...

The scenery of Foguangyan is great. I was amazed by the wonders of nature. I didn't take the sightseeing bus when I went up the mountain. I climbed all the way up. It took three hours to reach the top of the mountain. I surpassed many people, so the speed was fast. It took more than an hour to go down the mountain. From the outside of the mountain to the inside of the mountain, from the bottom of the mountain to the top of the mountain, it was worth the trip. The landform of Chishui has formed this characteristic natural landscape, and I recommend it. Friends who have not been there can really go and see it. However, there is only food on the mountain where the sightseeing bus arrives. It is still not easy for the sightseeing bus to go up the mountain. It is all slopes, but most of the places are not accessible by the sightseeing bus.

Food: Fried potatoes and sweet potatoes are high in starch, so they are delicious. The cured pork ribs are also good.

The terrain of Fo Guang Rock is steeper than that of other scenic spots. As you climb the steps, you will be accompanied by streams and Alsophila spinulosa along the way. As you get closer to the Lotus Platform and look around, Fo Guang Rock appears and disappears in the mist, like a lotus just showing its pointed tip. To be honest, it is a large red rock wall (the staff said that under certain conditions, you can see a swastika, but I didn't see it anyway); the Five Pillar Peak Road in this scenic area is worth a visit (it's just a little far away)

I bought a package ticket for Chishui Waterfall and Foguangyan. I forgot the price, but it seemed to be more than 100 yuan. When I arrived at Foguangyan, my first impression was that the scenic area was quite deserted, and there were not as many people as I thought. Foguangyan... Before reaching the final point, I felt like I was visiting a park, and there was nothing special along the way.

One day in June, I opened the May issue of National Geographic China and saw the words "Danxia around the cliffs" along with photos of Foguang Rock, which started my journey of exploring this unique Danxia landform. This is a special geological structure that is only distributed at the junction of Chongqing and Guizhou in my country and is often accompanied by waterfalls or cascading water. The so-called "seeing cliffs but not peaks" means that there are no obvious peaks above the cliffs like the Danxia in the arid northwest region. Some cliffs are covered with trees, while others are rivers. Underneath, due to the long-term erosion of running water, there are often collapsed rock piles and mudflats. This unique Danxia landform has been named "Danxia around the cliffs" by some scholars.

When we arrived at Foguangyan, Chishui was in drought for a long time. Its pure white ribbon-like waterfall was just a faint veil. However, whether we looked up from the middle of the mountain or climbed up to the top to see the red cliff that was as bright as the clouds even without any touch-up, accompanied by the gurgling water and the verdant Alsophila, the wonders of nature and the depth of history always moved us, and we forgot that we were still in the heat.

Foguangyan Scenic Area is known as the "Crown of Danxia in the World" and "The First Danxia Garden in the World". If you want to see the red Chibi of Danxia landform, then you must come here. There are many places in the scenic area where you can scan QR codes to view the introduction, and there is wifi coverage.



Take the sightseeing bus to the end point, and then walk all the way. You can see the river beach bushes, wavy bedding and other landscapes, and you can also see special red crabs in the stream.

All photography equipment is required for this stop. Although the journey is tiring, the scenery is very pleasant and the various vegetation will open your eyes. In addition, you can prepare mosquito repellents in advance to prevent mosquito bites.

The Foguangyan Scenic Area, known as the "Crown of Danxia in the World", is located in Yuanhou Town, Chishui City, 44 kilometers away from Chishui City and 30 kilometers away from Bing'an Ancient Town. After getting off the bus, I started to walk up along the stream, climbing from time to time. I was fascinated by the rapids and small cascading waterfalls formed by the large drop. They were endlessly varied, either diverting or converging...

It was almost four o'clock when we arrived at the Fo Guang Yan Scenic Area. Maybe it was because we were very tired. In addition, the road to the Fo Guang Yan Scenic Area requires climbing, and there are almost no waterfalls. Therefore, this attraction is quite disappointing. I won’t say much else. The water flow of the middle waterfall is very fast. And the wind keeps blowing the water forward. There are two viewing pavilions from the lotus platform. The lower viewing pavilion is stress-free for viewing the waterfall, but it is strange that no one goes to the upper viewing pavilion. So I climbed up alone.

Growing up in the countryside of Guizhou, I feel like I'm at home wherever I go. The attractions are pretty much the same. The so-called Alsophila spinulosa is actually a giant fern platform, and the Danxia landform is just red rocks. It's okay to go around on weekends, but I don't recommend it if you want to go on an in-depth tour.

You can go to nearby Suiyang, where there are many attractions, such as Shuanghe Cave, Kuankuoshui Primeval Forest, Hongguoshu Scenic Area, etc. The food is delicious and cheap, and the tourism development is not as transitional as that in Chishui. At the same time, the tickets to Suiyang are not expensive.

The scenery is very ordinary, just the rock wall in the photo, the real one is not as beautiful as in the photo. There was no waterfall when I went there in April. The price-performance ratio is too low. There is also a sightseeing bus for 25 yuan, which is at most 2 kilometers, and there is no walking path. The most unacceptable thing is: there is a parking fee. I don’t know the charging standard. We parked for two hours and were charged 8 yuan. I have been to several scenic spots in Chishui, and only this place has parking fees. It’s too ridiculous.

After entering the scenic area, I still took a sightseeing bus for a while. I got off the bus and asked the driver how far it was. "Not far, 900 meters." We climbed a little on the way, and after climbing for half a day we saw a sign that said it was 1,200 meters away from Foguang Rock. It turned out that the straight-line distance was 900 meters. I was crying here. In fact, Zhezi felt that these were all child's play. They were far from when I measured the whole country with my feet. But we have to be considerate of these 27 or 28-year-old people in the team. Hehe, the scenery along the way was really good. There were only two colors, dark green and emerald green, which made people feel better. We also found an unknown tree with small white flowers. The green was touched with white, which was unique. To be honest, the weather was not very good when I went there, and I didn’t see how special Foguang Rock was. But this kind of Danxia landform was the first time I saw it, and I still had a feeling.

Foguang Rock was in a terrible state. It was the dry season and it was very tiring to climb up there. All I could see was the Danxia cliff.

This is a combined ticket for three scenic spots for 180 yuan, not including the bus ticket. The main attractions are all listed above. You can choose three of your own. It seems that this ticket has no time limit.

First of all, the ticket is 90 yuan per person, and there is no service inside. The sightseeing bus to the foot of the mountain costs 25 yuan separately. If I hadn't come here, I would really regret going. The scenery I saw was the red rocks on the top of the mountain. Many roads were closed along the way, saying they were for maintenance. The most important thing is that I spent more than 100 yuan and you asked me to climb the mountain? Excuse me? I have never climbed a mountain? Generally, I write reviews based on the worst and best experiences. One scenic spot costs more than 100 yuan, and there are so many scenic spots that cost more than 100 yuan. Huangguoshu Waterfall 5A has three scenic spots after all. It's a big waterfall after all. You cost more than 100 yuan for a small ditch? Really, no wonder it will never develop. The place I am most looking forward to on this trip is Foguang Rock, because I thought it was very special when I saw the picture before. If Sidonggou and Chishui Waterfall are similar, then this place should be different from all the attractions in Chishui.

Maybe because it is winter, the viewing point of Foguangyan basically stays at the lotus platform. No one is allowed to go up there, and there are staff guarding it. During the trip, we took photos of Foguangyan from the top, from the top, and in the whole view. I checked the Internet and saw something about the Danxia landform geological park. Danxia landform, I have seen Danxia once in Gansu. Today should be a geological tour. But when you walk to the Danxia rock wall and waterfall of Foguangyan, you will definitely have a HIGH, I went up and down three times. Not to mention that I walked around the scenic area for 7 hours, which caused the plan of the bamboo sea in the afternoon to go to waste. 9:30 Before arriving at Foguangyan, there was a problem. The car was stopped by the police uncle. I thought there was an accident, but it turned out that there were too many people in Foguangyan and the parking lot was full. We were asked to park on the roadside about 2KM away from the parking lot and walk... over. Then the 7-hour Foguangyan adventure began!

10:00 I walked to the entrance of Foguangyan Scenic Area. What is this? No action, no death. In order to save money, I wisely chose to walk. I refused the tour bus (I refused it so that everyone can find out whether the tour bus is worth it). But the naked bloody lesson tells everyone that you must take the tour bus, tour bus, tour bus. It only costs 20 yuan for a round trip. It's a deadly walk. Although it's only 3KM, it's a mountain road. There's almost nothing to see on the road. It seriously delayed time. When I arrived at the scenic area, it was almost 11:00. I will definitely not tell you that there are still 2 hours of mountain road to walk. T_T 2 hours.
