You can drive directly to the entrance of Jinpo, where there is a parking lot. There is a sightseeing cable car at the entrance of the scenic area. The ticket is 35 yuan. There are local people setting up stalls in the scenic area. Let me tell you first, there was a stall at the first boarding point, and I asked about the price, and then said that the jelly at my home looked different, and then this woman started to scold me, very fiercely, saying don't bother if I don't want to buy it, don't buy it, don't buy it. Therefore, the Qingming Festival holiday every year is when the scenic area is most crowded with vehicles and tourists.



Baili Dujuan includes two scenic spots, Pudi and Jinpo. The ticket price is 130 yuan, valid on the same day, including the two scenic spots, but does not include shuttle buses and sightseeing buses.



In order to enter the scenic area smoothly, we agreed with the hotel to start breakfast at 6 o'clock and then drive to the Pudi Scenic Area.



I had hoped to visit both scenic spots, but I got stuck in a traffic jam as soon as I got off the highway. I didn't walk far (less than 1 kilometer) before I arrived near Parking Lot No. 1, but was stopped in front and told that all the parking lots inside were full, so I could only park here.



There are several parking lots and entrances in the Pudi Scenic Area. This one is the closest to the highway intersection.



At that time, I saw that this large parking lot was already half full. There were only a few dozen parking spaces at the farthest point from the visitor center, and on the road outside the parking lot, there were endless cars moving slowly.



After parking the car, I went to the ticket machine at the tourist center to pick up the tickets I had booked online in advance. I was glad that I didn’t have to queue up to buy tickets.



Then I hurried to queue up for the shuttle bus. This parking lot is far away from the gate of the scenic area, but when I asked, I was told that I had to go back to the ticket office to buy tickets, and I had to queue up together with the tickets. I was dizzy!



If you start counting from the time you get off the highway, enter the parking lot, queue up to buy tickets, queue up to wait for the bus, and then enter the scenic area, it will take about 2 hours.



If you arrive later, it may take more than 2 hours. Of course, according to the subsequent announcement of the scenic spot, if you arrive at noon, you will not be able to buy a ticket, and you may not even be able to get off the highway.



So be sure to travel during off-peak hours.

There is not much introduction about Baili Dujuan on the Internet. As a single traveler, I did not make a good strategy. I took the train to Dafang South and then realized that it would be more convenient to go to Qianxi. I stayed in Dafang for one night. The next day, I took a bus from Dafang to Pudi at about 12 o'clock. The bus passed the entrance of Pudi Scenic Area, but the driver spoke a dialect that I could not understand at all, which led to the bus going too far to the town. I took a motorcycle back and entered the park at 12:30. I did not take a bus. It was enough to slowly tour the scenic area in 2 hours. In fact, there were only a few places that were really good to see. I walked as soon as I saw the road, but found that it was useless to walk further in. I wasted more than an hour in vain. I asked the staff in the scenic area where to take a bus to Jinpo. The reply was that it was the ticket office. I did not know that there was an East Gate and a West Gate. As a result, I returned the same way. After going out, I asked and found that I had to take a bus at the West Gate. The West Gate was 3 kilometers away from the East Gate. If there was no car, I had to walk, and I could not enter the scenic area again unless I bought a new ticket. I heard from many people that Pudi is more beautiful than Jinpo. In addition, there were no cars at Jinpo at 6 o'clock. There were only cars to Dafang at the entrance of the scenic area. I had to give up Jinpo and go back to Dafang. In summary, the scenery is beautiful, the transportation is not very convenient, and the service is not very thoughtful. It is recommended to travel by car.

I went there today, and the flowers weren't fully bloomed yet, maybe about half.

Let me talk about some serious stuff: The ticket price for the scenic spot is now 130. If you start from Qianxi, take a bus from the old bus station to Jinpo or Pudi. When you get on the bus, make it clear that you want to go to the scenic spot, and you can be taken to the door. It's more than 30 kilometers to Jinpo, 10 yuan, and more than 40 minutes. I don't know if I haven't taken Pudi. But Jinpo and Pudi have different buses. Choose which scenic spot to go to first before you go. The earliest bus seems to be at 7:30 in the morning. The license plate number and phone number of the driver who runs this bus are posted in the car. Be sure to take a picture. The return trip is not on time, and it may not go to the scenic spot. You have to call the driver to pick you up. If you want to go back to Qianxi on the same day, you must pay attention to the return time and the order of the tour. The bus from Pudi to Qianxi will be gone at 3 or 4 in the afternoon. It's not easy to take a black car as you think. You have to walk to the town to get a private car. It's said that it's a long way. You can only go back to Jinpo to take a bus. Jinpo closes the bus later, it is said that it's 6 or 7 o'clock (I haven't verified it myself). I got on the return trip at about 5:30. The bus is used by local people to travel to and from the county town, so it is likely to be overloaded. If you don't want to squeeze four people into a three-seater, try to sit in a single or double seat.

There is a through bus between Jinpo and Pudi Scenic Area, which is about 10 kilometers away. The current one-way fare is 10 yuan per person. Both sides will depart when they are full, and will depart on the hour if they are not full. The last bus of Jinpo is at 6 o'clock, and the last bus of Pudi is at 5:30, and the second to last bus is at 5 o'clock. Jinpo takes the bus at the entrance of the scenic area, and Pudi is near the Yi Flower Sea scenic spot in the scenic area. If you take the through bus of Pudi, you must ask the staff clearly where to take the bus.

The biggest highlight of Baili Dujuan is the sea of azalea flowers all over the mountains, but the most beautiful flowering period is only from the end of March to the end of April each year, and the cost-effectiveness of visiting at other times is not high; if you happen to encounter the azalea flowering period, Baili Dujuan Scenic Area must be visited! It is the representative scenic spot of Bijie ranked first with Zhijin Cave! You can ignore it at other times.

Bijie Dafang was originally a relatively poor and remote area in Guizhou. On the way here, you will find that there is no one living in the deep mountains. You can take a long-distance bus from Guiyang, drive yourself, or sign up for a two-day tour, which is more than 200 kilometers. Bijie also has an airport, but it is still dozens of kilometers away from the scenic area, which is not very convenient. The scenic area is divided into Jinpo and Pudi. I went to Pudi this time. Many tour groups also go here. It is said that the area here is larger than Jinpo. In general, the scenery is very shocking and spectacular. The rhododendrons all over the mountains and the sea of flowers are really a place for taking photos and leisure. However, since the scenic area is relatively new, the road traffic outside is relatively chaotic, the command is also chaotic, and there are very congested holidays. The command of buses and electric cars entering the scenic area is also relatively chaotic. It takes a long time to queue up. Some of them drove away without a few people sitting, and there were many pedestrians on the bus road, which caused secondary congestion. This is quite annoying. The toilets in the scenic area are good and the supporting facilities are OK. There are some local people pushing carts to buy snacks in the second and third attractions, and there are relatively few trash cans. Overall it is worth a visit.

There are countless wild azalea trees, which are very spectacular. However, when people walk under the trees, the flowers are facing the sky, which makes it inconvenient to appreciate.

The management of the scenic area is a bit messy, the queues for buying tickets and taking the bus are messy, and the toilets in the P6 parking lot are small and there is no water for flushing. It is really too dirty... In addition to the beautiful scenery, the management and facilities of the park do not meet the 5A standard at all.

The Pudi Scenic Area is much larger than the Jinpo Scenic Area, and I have already consumed most of my energy, so I decided to take a car tour.

Pudi Scenic Area is at a higher altitude than Jinpo Scenic Area, so in the past, the flowers in Jinpo Scenic Area bloomed well in the early part of the flowering period, while those in Pudi Scenic Area bloomed most vigorously in the second half. The ticket seller at the door said that the flowers bloomed early today, so there is no need to wait for the Qingming Festival, and the flowers are in full bloom now.

The walking path is laid along the mountain, making it easier to appreciate the beauty of the alpine rhododendron. The red is like a ball of warm fire, the pink is delicate and charming, and the yellow is elegant and warms the heart.

We went there on April 2nd. It was late in the blooming season, but it was still very beautiful and stunning. Just visit Jinpo. If you stay in Pudi, you will also need to check your ticket the next morning. Moreover, the accommodation area is near the entrance. It turns out that flowers can only be viewed from a distance. It was really a frustration when leaving the scenic area. I queued for a long time but no bus came. Note that it was not because the queue was long, but because there were no buses at all. The transportation capacity of the scenic area obviously could not keep up, which made everyone complain.

The photos were not taken well and the feeling of a sea of flowers cannot be seen at all, but the actual scenery is still nice. It was the peak flowering season when we went there, so friends who like flowers and plants should not miss it.

Don't come here, not to mention the various charges, the flowers have already withered. There are so many places to visit, and this is the worst one.

It is recommended to take a battery car. The distance between Jinpo scenic spots is far, and it is tiring and time-consuming to take bus No. 11. The must-see attractions in Jinpo Scenic Area are Baihuaping, Wanhua Tower and Suoma Bridge. You can just take a quick look at the others. Especially the Soma Bridge, which is next to the Wanhua Tower. It is one-way traffic and can only go forward, not backward. So you must take pictures when you see a good view, otherwise you will miss it and can't come back. There is a good place to take pictures. After crossing the bridge, climb the small hill in front and look back. The bridge below, the Wanhua Tower opposite, and the Dujuan flowers all over the mountain are in full view. It is a place where you must take pictures. There are many people in this place, but it is worth it even if you have to wait for a while to take pictures. Because there are many tourists in Pudi during the holidays, all the battery cars have been transferred to the Jinpo Scenic Area. Tourists need to walk to the attractions in Pudi by themselves. Looking at a Pudi scenic area from a high place, I think the scenery is average. In addition, considering that the battery cars are all transferred to Jinpo instead of Pudi, it means that the scenery in Jinpo is good. We asked the locals again, and the feedback was also Jinpo, so we didn't play Pudi in the end. There is a helicopter airport in Pudi. If you want to take a helicopter to enjoy the flowers, you can consider coming to Pudi, but the price is not cheap.

The scenic area is divided into two scenic areas, Pudi and Jinpo. We only went to Pudi. You cannot drive into the scenic area by car, you can only park in the parking lot outside the scenic area. There are three parking lots in the scenic area, and the farthest parking lot is 2-3 kilometers away from the gate of the scenic area. Then take the free bus of the scenic area to the gate of the scenic area. The ticket is 150 yuan, which is expensive. It is 5 yuan less if you book online. Tourists are complaining that the weekend is the time when there are the most tourists, but the transportation buses are not opened. When I went there, the flowers were past their best time. There was no scenery of red azaleas all over the mountains, and I could only take close-ups of azaleas.

The azaleas are very beautiful when they bloom. There are two scenic spots, Jinpo and Pudi, which are combined tickets. It is recommended to spend one day.
