The prototype of Huaxi Park began in 1787 (the 52nd year of Emperor Qianlong's reign in the Qing Dynasty) by the father and son of Zhou Kui, a successful candidate in the imperial examination. It began to be built as a park in 1937, and in 1939, with the approval of the Guizhou Provincial Government, the construction of a scenic spot officially began. It was basically completed in 1940 and was called "Zhongzheng Park". After the founding of New China in 1949, it was officially renamed "Huaxi Park". Therefore, Huaxi Park is a city park with history.
Huaxi Park has four mountains with one river in between, and one river surrounds the four mountains. The four mountains are Linshan, Sheshan, Guishan and Fengshan. Lin and She are located on the north bank, while Gui and Feng are located on the south bank. The one river is Huaxi River.
Ticket price: 6 yuan/person (I thought it was free at first, but it turns out it is required); recommended visiting time: 2-3 hours.

Huaxi Park is located in Huaxi District, 17 kilometers south of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. The park is very large, covering an area of more than 800 acres. It is a 3A scenic spot.
The scenery in Huaxi is still great. There is a Huaxi Park here, and across from it is the Shili River Beach. The scenery is beautiful and the air is good.
The subway is under construction all the way. It takes more than 2 stops to get there from the city center. (Taking a taxi back costs 80 but it's still stuck in traffic for more than 2 hours). There is a small park for locals to relax and have fun (the few dollars for the ticket is as good as many attractions and the scenery is totally worth it)

Huaxi Park has both natural and cultural landscapes. It integrates real mountains and water, rural scenery and ethnic customs. The main attractions include the Music Square, Ma'an Bridge, Furong Island, Baibu Bridge, Bashang Bridge, Fangge Bridge, Linshan, Guishan, Songbai Garden, Bitao Garden, Peony Garden, Bamboo and Lotus Pond, Chess Pavilion, Rest Garden, West House, General Dai Anlan's Tomb, Pingqiao, etc.
Huaxi Park is very large and has beautiful scenery. If you go there on a sunny day, the scenery is better and you can take a stroll. However, since there are many small bridges in the park, you have to lift the bike up and down frequently if you ride it, which is inconvenient. It is recommended not to rent a bike.
I don't know if I've seen many parks, but Huaxi is really a paradise for the elderly. In the morning, it's full of square dancing aunties. There are only trees and water. I suggest that friends from other places don't go there. And you can go in directly without paying for tickets.
It is suitable for young couples to play, especially the Hundred-Step Bridge, which is cautious and thrilling. I love it!
Huaxi Park is really big, but also a little boring. The lawn in the park is good, and it seems there are many kinds of flowers. It must be beautiful in spring, but you can just look at it in autumn.
In fact, it is more like a small park for local citizens to play. Although it is beautiful, it is not a tourist attraction. Huaxi Park is located in the southwest suburbs of Guiyang City. It is beautiful and small. Celebrities lived here before and after the founding of the People's Republic of China. There are 4 hills in it, each with a small pavilion, and Huaxi runs through the park. The ticket is cheap and suitable for leisure. Go out from the gate, opposite is the free Shilihetan Wetland Park. There is also a special snack Huaxi Feiwan Beef Noodles nearby. You have to pass here to go to Qingyan Ancient Town, and you can take a line together.
Take a walk in Huaxi Park, the weather is sunny, the scenery is picturesque, and the water flows as smooth as silk.
There are not many people in the park, and the scenery on Metasequoia Avenue is quite nice.
You need to pay an entrance fee to Huaxi Park, it seems to be six yuan! But the environment inside is nice and it is worth a visit! The decision I may regret most in my life is that I wore shorts to enter the park on this day! If you are a person who easily attracts mosquitoes, then if you want to go to Huaxi Park, I suggest you wear long clothes and long pants or don’t go at all! I don’t know if it’s mosquitoes, anyway, after I came out, there were about forty more bags on my body. I also saw an aunt on the road with the same thing on her arm. I didn’t expect that I successfully avoided the mosquitoes in Guangzhou this year but failed to avoid the mosquitoes in Guizhou! The air inside is very good. When we walked near the stream, several uncles said that the six-yuan ticket was worth it, just for this air, it’s worth it! There are also locals swimming in the river, haha
The main attractions include Music Square, Furong Island, Baibu Bridge, Bashang Bridge, Linshan, Guishan, Pine and Cypress Garden, Peach Garden, Peony Garden, Bamboo and Lotus Pond, Chess Pavilion, Rest Garden, West House, General Dai Anlan's Tomb, Pingqiao, Golden Avenue, etc. It is a famous scenic spot in Guizhou Province and is known as the Pearl of Guizhou Plateau.
I went to Huaxi Park and originally planned to ride a bicycle. However, after entering, I didn’t see any bicycles. I asked the staff at the door and they said that riding bicycles in the park was prohibited. So after a short break, I started walking (●°u°●) "I didn’t have much hope at first, thinking that it was just a park and I could just walk around. But what happened? ... The water in Huaxi is really amazing.
Huaxi Park has beautiful natural scenery and rich human heritage, making it a great place for leisure.
It is a park with clear water. In the early years, it was a place for literary cultivation. It is more relaxing. You can go there to stroll and sit when you have time.
This place is full of bamboos, the air is fresh, and there is a lake for boating, but the scenery on both sides is not very beautiful and the lake water is not very clean. The park is mostly filled with locals dancing and playing musical instruments, creating a peaceful and comfortable scene.
Huaxi Park is very beautiful, with a sense of déjà vu of a small waterfall. It is very comfortable to walk barefoot in the water, with the sun shining on your face and the breeze not dry. It feels like time has stopped. There are many unknown creatures in the wetland park. It is a national park, and the public toilets in it are unique.
The ticket to Huaxi Park is very affordable, only 6 yuan per person. Huaxi Park is quite large, with several gates, and it takes more than an hour to walk around. It's nice to walk around, and there are many elderly people exercising in Huaxi Park. Huaxi Park is quite beautiful, with small bridges and flowing water, but the mosquitoes are quite poisonous, and the bites are very itchy.
There is Gate 4 of Huaxi Park. We entered the scenic area from here at 6:36. No one was selling tickets. It might be free after 6 o'clock. You can also enter Huaxi Park from Jiangjun Gate on Minzhu Road, and then exit Huaxi Park from North Gate 1. Basically, you have arrived at the park. The breeze, small bridges and flowing water make Huaxi Park really comfortable. The scenery is excellent. Next to Cherry Blossom Avenue, someone is taking wedding photos. Turn right to Metasequoia Avenue, there is a plane, pass by the General's Tomb, and exit from the General Gate.
The park is still like a park, with green trees and shade, suitable for rest. Immersed in the green, endless relaxation, close your eyes, and quietly enjoy this rare leisure.
Huaxi Park is still quite crowded on weekends, a good place for leisure and dating
Huaxi Park was first built during the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty. It has a long history and rich cultural heritage. Huaxi Park covers an area of 800 mu, with four mountains (Turtle Mountain, Snake Mountain, Phoenix Mountain and Lin Mountain) embracing a river. The scenery is very beautiful and it can be called the best park in Guiyang.
Huaxi Park is formed along the Shili River Beach. It is suitable for our older people to relax here, or for young people to do sports and run here. There are small streams here, willow trees grow along the stream, the scenery of small bridges and flowing water is pleasant, and the air is very fresh.
Huaxi Park is very large. It is a park built along the Huaxi River. It has mountains, water, bridges, trees, flowers and grass. It is very comfortable and pleasant to sit in the electric car in the scenic area and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Huaxi Beef Noodles is a specialty of Guiyang, but the best are Huaxi Feiwan Beef Noodles and Huaxi Wangji Beef Noodles. You can try both after visiting Huaxi Park. You can also visit Guizhou University and look back on your student days.
This time we came to Guiyang on a business trip, and we chose the Dibelin Boutique Hotel, which is located in Century City, Jinyang New District. It is a hotel designed with the theme of Egyptian civilization. The color matching, lighting, paintings and decorations of the lobby, circular corridors, restaurant and rooms remind us of the pyramids, the Sphinx and the mysterious past of the pharaohs.
Came to Huaxi to eat Huaxi beef noodles, and visited the park by the way
For me, the best thing about Huaxi Park is sitting in the pavilion and listening to the elderly people of ethnic minorities singing folk songs. Even though I don’t understand the lyrics, the more I feel that the singing is as ethereal as the sound of Buddha, and it makes my heart cool.
The park ticket is 6 yuan per person. It is a city park with a very good landscaping environment. The garden design is not unique, but people like me who like to appreciate flowers, grass and trees will like it. It is also very comfortable to take a walk. We walked around casually for less than two hours.
As soon as you enter the door, you will see hydrangeas blooming all the way. It's so exciting٩(๑>◡<๑)۶
There is a place called "Bai Bu Bridge" in the park. You have to walk over 100 stone steps to reach it. You will see clear water flowing under your feet and lush aquatic plants.
The park is free, and the sightseeing bus ticket is 15 yuan per person for a one-way trip.
There are also many buses arriving in the city.
The scenic area is full of rivers, river beaches, wet meadows and lush trees, making it seem like a paradise. It is also a place where locals like to play in their spare time.
As for this park, you can come and see it when you have time, but it’s no big deal if you don’t. The park is quite beautiful, and the ticket is 8 yuan.
We walked back and forth twice in this famous park in Guiyang, even walking on the small paths inside, and it only took us two hours. I think its size and scenery cannot be compared with Luopu Park and Sui and Tang Dynasty Ruins Park.
The park is not big, but it is built by the water, sweeping away the stuffy memories of the imperial capital. At the first sight, Guiyang brought us many surprises.
A large and quiet park, very nice.
There was a pond of water lilies in full bloom, pink, white, and yellow. We swung slowly, found a stone step, sat there, and stared blankly for a long time.
The ticket price is 6 yuan. The reason I came here was because I saw photos when I was looking for a travel guide. The environment is not bad, and the key is that it is very large and suitable for walking. I thought my parents would like it, but I didn’t expect this to become the biggest pitfall of that trip.
The park looked like it had been in disrepair for a long time. After walking for less than ten minutes, my parents said they didn't want to walk around anymore. There was no point in walking around anymore, so we left the park. We had wasted an hour's drive and the fare. It was a rip-off.
The full ticket price is only 6 yuan, students can enjoy half price, and those over 60 years old can enjoy free tickets.
After entering the park from Gate No. 2, the cherry trees on both sides are lined up side by side. Let's make up for the regret of not going to Pingba.
The scenery in the park was still very beautiful, but the weather was gloomy and it kept raining, which really affected my mood. In addition, we had set out early in the morning and were already tired, so we just took a quick walk and then headed to Guiyang city.
Unlike Qianling Mountain Park, Huaxi Park is more refined and the signboards are clearer. I am too tired to complain about the signboards in Qianling Mountain Park as I could not understand how to get there. Huaxi Park did a good job in this regard as the signboards are very clear.
1. Birds chirping and flowers blooming, very suitable for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city
2. The water is very clean, and there are cherry blossom paths, Metasequoia plank roads, lavender, marigolds, and various unknown wild flowers.
3. There are very few people here, so it is very suitable for taking photos and relaxing.
4. It is relatively remote, close to Guizhou University and Wetland Park.
Huaxi, the pearl of the plateau, has gurgling water and green mountains. Its beauty is natural and graceful, and the scenery changes as you move.
The 5 yuan ticket is enough to stop more than 90% of tourists. General Dai Anlan's cenotaph is inside, and you can go and pay your respects.
The ticket to Huaxi Park is 6 yuan. I have been visiting free attractions these two days, so I can’t bear to spend this 6 yuan, haha!
The third brother didn't want to go in, so we said to him: You pay first, we don't have any money, we'll give it to you later! (No one gave anything)
Huaxi Park is like the green parks that every city has, and of course there are many in Beijing.
Our group of three came here just to kill time in the afternoon while waiting for the flight at 9pm, so after entering the park, we wandered around aimlessly.
I don’t know how to describe it, so I can only copy some introductions from the Internet and add them in.
When the second child reached the "Pigeon Releasing Bridge", he could hardly walk anymore.
Next to the pigeon-releasing bridge, there is a row of stone roads paved on the water surface. You can cross the lake and reach the hill on the opposite side (should it be Linshan?) by stepping on the stones.
There is a pavilion on the hill. I want to stand on it and overlook the whole view of Huaxi Park. I estimated it visually. It is not very high or far away. But this guy just stayed on the ground and refused to get up. He threatened that he would take pictures of us from below after we went up. Bullshit! If we go up, can your phone reach us?
Well, that's all I can do.
Unexpectedly, the third child, who usually doesn’t like sports, did not hesitate and kept following.
To get to this small hill, you need to climb up the steps. After a few turns, you will come to a cave. It is quite interesting that tourists need to bend down to pass through this cave!
This small pavilion on the top of the mountain is probably called "Yitian Pavilion". I only found out about it when I saw a sign introducing it halfway up the mountain.
Go out of this cave and climb up one more step to reach the top of the mountain.
The third child was a little dizzy, so he sat in the pavilion and didn't dare to stand up. I wonder if he could get dizzy at this height? I don't understand! I tried to stand on the bench in the pavilion and take pictures.
I stayed on the top of the mountain for about 5 or 6 minutes. I walked around, took a few photos, and then went down the mountain.
I doubt whether I came too late. I came for the Golden Avenue, but only got the Bald Avenue. It was not up to my expectations, so it was boring and my evaluation was not objective enough. In short, I was a little disappointed. It was not as interesting as the Shili River Beach. What I liked most was the flowers in the green belt…
Huaxi Park. The entire southern part of Guiyang city is named after Huaxi District, which shows that it is very representative.
I suddenly remembered the Taoyuan Airport in Taipei. Under the DPP's policy of de-Sinicization, the original Zhongzheng Airport was changed to Taoyuan Airport. And this Huaxi Park was called Zhongzheng Park before 1949. For ordinary people, politics is often quite ridiculous at this time, as if adults are playing childish tricks of children.
What has not changed is the cenotaph of Dai Anlan, who died on the anti-Japanese front in northern Myanmar before being reburied in his hometown of Wuhu, Anhui. He was the first Chinese soldier to receive an American medal in World War II, and he died heroically at the age of 38.
Huaxi Park is so beautiful, integrating mountains and water, history, culture, and scenery. A natural oxygen bar in the city, a place worth visiting! The park is very large, and I almost got lost. I asked passers-by all the way and went to the tomb of General Charles de Gaulle. The public facilities and services are very good.
In the area where Guiyang University is concentrated ~ Free park ~ The environment is very good ~ Suitable for walking and fitness ~ When I went there, it was the rainy season, and the water level of Huaxi River was quite high, and the trees on the shore were soaked in water ~
Huaxi Park was completed in 1940 and officially named Huaxi Park in 1949. The park is mainly composed of real mountains, real water and rural scenery, including Furong Island, Baibu Bridge, Bashang Bridge, Golden Avenue, Linshan, Guishan, Songbai Garden, Bitao Garden, Peony Garden, Zhulian Pond, Qiyuan, General Dai Anlan's Tomb and other attractions. The Huaxi River runs through the park, and most of the attractions are scattered on both sides of the Huaxi River.
It is suitable for friends to go cycling together on weekends and a place for citizens to relax.
Xiaoyu strongly recommended Guiyang City Garden. I was a little disappointed after I went there. After all, it felt a little small.
To be honest, the scenery of Huaxi Park is not very good in the colorful Guizhou. But the greening and public facilities of the park are really well done. Even in the scorching sun, entering here is the epitome of "Cool Guiyang". And the ticket is only 5 yuan, which is very affordable.
Huaxi District, 17 kilometers south of Guiyang City, the park gate is located at the north end of Huaxi Bridge. Various scenic spots are scattered on both sides of Huaxi River, all the way to Pingqiao. The main scenic spots include Fanghezhou, Bashang Bridge, Feiyun Pavilion, and Qiting.
Huaxi Park is a highlight of Guiyang. It has real mountains and real water, without too many traces of artificial carving. It feels like walking in a painting, beautiful.

Huaxi Shili River Beach Wetland Park is a good place for citizens to travel and relax, with super good air
When you arrive in Guiyang, Huaxi Park is a must-see! There are flowers, grass, trees, and water, and the stream is super clear! It is so comfortable and pleasant to walk in it. It is amazing to have such a treasure in the city.

Huaxi Reservoir is a place where local residents enjoy swimming, and Huaxi Park is a good place to kill time in their spare time. Walking slowly is also a kind of happiness in the busy life.
When I went to Huaxi Park, the main gate was closed for renovation. However, the north gate was still open and there were a few tourists inside, so I went in for a stroll.
There are indeed a lot of projects going on inside, and they are basically stopped on weekends. There are several large lawns in Huaxi Park. I lay on them for an hour or so, warmed by the sun. Later, I found a golden road, which I don’t know if it is the legendary one. The pines and cypresses on both sides stood upright, and the leaves gradually turned yellow, which was very beautiful.
I really want to see the ginkgo trees, but the ginkgo trees here will not turn yellow until the end of November. It is not yet that time in either Guilin Haiyang Township or Yunnan Tengchong. Many scenery cannot be seen immediately after you go there. Nature has its own laws. Humans always have no choice but to wait patiently and have a lot of luck to see the most beautiful scenery.

I just went there today. I'm from Dalian. As a Dalian native, I was really shocked when I first entered the park. The exaggerated mountain shape and the cat forest are simply a huge natural oxygen bar. I rented a bicycle to enter, which can be rented for around 15/20 yuan. I recommend renting a ladies' bike because the seat is softer and you won't be tired after riding for a long time. As for the rental location, you can also rent a bike after entering the park, without having to rent it hundreds of meters away from the entrance and then return, but I don't know the price inside.
2012-08: The parks in Guiyang all have mountains and water. Guiyang is a very suitable place to visit in summer, as it is cool and refreshing.
Huaxi Park is just average. If you have time, you can just wander around. The Wetland Park is pretty good. There is no entrance fee. You can rent a bicycle for 15 yuan for half a day and ride it slowly. It is very comfortable.
At the edge of Guiyang, the scenery is beautiful. It is recommended to rent a bicycle and feel the nature
There are mountains and water, and the scenery is beautiful, it is worth a visit.
The only Huaxi urban area is very convenient for traveling! It integrates real mountains and waters, rural scenery, and ethnic customs, and is known as the "Pearl of the Plateau".
Huaxi Park is a park still under construction. I didn't go to Huaxi Wetland Park, so I only went to this park. I went there late, it was dark, and I didn't see any big scenery. There was only a piece of grass and trees. It was great there, a bit like western Sichuan. If you don't believe me, look at my pictures.
When we went there, it was being renovated, many roads were blocked, and there were no service facilities, but it was free.
Huaxi Park is located in Huaxi District, 17 kilometers south of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, covering an area of more than 800 mu. It is bounded by Huaxi Bridge in the east, Leihua Road in the south, Huaxi Pingqiao in the west, and Huaxi Xiaozhai in the north. The main attractions include Music Square, Furong Island, Baibu Bridge, Bashang Bridge, Linshan, Guishan, Pine and Cypress Garden, Peach Garden, Peony Garden, Bamboo and Lotus Pond, Chess Pavilion, Rest Garden, West House, General Dai Anlan's Tomb, Pingqiao, and Golden Avenue.
Before I went there, I wrote in my travel guide that "If you don't go to Huaxi, you'll have come to Guiyang in vain". I regretted it when I went there. It's just an ordinary park with no highlights and it's far from the city center.
Maybe it was under maintenance when we went there, so we got in through the side door for free. If we had to buy a ticket to get in, we would have had to stamp our feet.
Huaxi Wetland Park is free of charge. It has green mountains and clear waters. You can enjoy the green scenery and fresh air while strolling. You can ride a bicycle or electric car to travel. It is a great place to escape the summer heat!
Huaxi Park does not require tickets, and the sightseeing bus costs 20 yuan per person.
We were unlucky as Huaxi was under construction and many sections of the road were closed. If you can walk, it would be nice to walk through Huaxi and enjoy the scenery.
When we got to the gate, the staff told us that we needed to buy tickets, 6 yuan per person, but we saw other people going in and out freely, which was strange. After entering, we found that this park was not very big, similar to Beijing's Zizhuyuan, but the green scenery was refreshing. The most impressive thing was the "Hundred Steps Bridge" here. From 80-year-old grandmothers to 5- or 6-year-old elementary school students, they were walking briskly on this bridge, which really amazed me.
To visit Huaxi Park, you need to get up a little earlier, get up at 7:30 in the morning, and walk 15 minutes to the east gate of Huaxi Park. Huaxi Feiwan Beef Noodles, the boss serves two bowls of noodles!
As for the taste, it must be praised. We also ordered a separate bowl of beef and gave it all to my wife. I didn’t eat a single piece.
After breakfast, we went to Huaxi Park. It is very large and quiet, with mountains and water. There are many elderly people exercising, a large group of people dancing, fishing, playing saxophone, practicing Tai Chi, and painting.
I really envy having such a small park in the city. Walking on this wading trail feels like visiting a park when I was a child.
Huaxi is the most beautiful in autumn, and Golden Avenue is the most beautiful scenery.
Huaxi Park is covered in green all year round. It integrates real mountains and water, rural scenery and ethnic customs. It has beautiful scenery, green streams, and flowers and trees in all seasons, each showing its own unique style. A charming scene is painted on this land.
There are nearly a thousand kinds of rare and precious flowers growing in the park's flower beds, in all shapes and sizes, vying for splendor and colors.
The beautiful park environment has become a place for citizens to relax and have fun.
