The Sui and Tang Luoyang City National Heritage Park is located at the intersection of Zhongzhou Middle Road and Dingding Road in the old city of Luoyang. The Sui and Tang Luoyang City National Heritage Park (Mingtang Scenic Area) is located west of the old city of Luoyang and north of Zhongzhou Road. Most of the city buses pass by here. This was the core area of the palace city of Luoyang City during the Sui, Tang and Northern Song dynasties. The entire park mainly displays the ruins of the Daye Hall of the Sui Dynasty, the Mingtang Heaven of the Tang Dynasty, and the Taiji Hall of the Song Dynasty.
