Both roads can lead to Wulong Village, but it is easier to go up the mountain than to go down. It is recommended to take the stone steps to Wulong Village, and it is safer to take the cliff path on the way back. When we went there, we only looked down at the road. After walking through all kinds of steep mountain roads where "one man guards the pass, ten thousand men cannot open it", when we arrived at Wulong Village and looked out, we really had a feeling of openness, surrounded by mountains and vast sea of peaks.

You have to walk uphill to get to Wulongzhai from Wulongzhai Station. Then you split to the left (go straight to Yangjiazhai Cableway Station), then go down the steep slope and follow the signs. On the way to Wulongzhai, there was a sign saying that Wulongzhai Tianbo Mansion Scenic Spot was under maintenance and no access was allowed. There were a few people playing cards behind the sign. I asked if I could go up. They said it was safe to go up and I could go through Tianbo Mansion Gate. There were still some views along the way, so I went to see it. In fact, they were wrong. It was Wulongzhai Gate. In fact, we only saw the golden rooster crowing. As far as I know, Wulongzhai has been under maintenance for several years. Will this attraction still be open?

The scenic area is really big, it is impossible to see it all in one day, the ticket can be used for four days, which is very humane. I saw Zhangjiajie in cloudy and sunny days, it was very beautiful. I played for two and a half days, it is worth a visit, especially Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie is very beautiful, Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area is average, the ticket is more than 200 per person, it can be used for four days, but the cable car from the scenic area to the top of the mountain is at your own expense, more than 150 round trip, but the inn owner helped us book a lot of discounts.

It is the passage to the village on the top of the mountain. There is a vertical stone wall several meters high on the side of the road. It is the only way to the village. People cannot pass it without turning sideways.

There are three checkpoints in Wulong Village. It used to be a bandit stronghold! To reach the top of the village, you have to walk around a big rock to the steps and then climb up! Going further is a cliff. I didn’t go forward with a big backpack! Take a photo from a distance! The top of the village is where the bandits hide their treasures!

The scenery on the mountain is OK, but there are many people and things are expensive. Bring your own dry food and water. You can only walk on the mountain, which is very tiring.

The path turns sharply to the right, and the fat man should not be able to pass through. Some of the gaps between the stones are only wide enough for one person to walk. At the back, there are stone stairs. It is said that there were no such stairs before, and the bandits used ropes to climb up. Now there are stone stairs, but they are still very shaky.

In order to make it more convenient for tourists to walk, the staff of the scenic area specially widened the road and installed guardrails. However, tourists still need to be careful when walking on this winding path and enjoying the scenery.

It is said that entering Wulong Village is like passing through three gates of hell. Now, after passing through three natural barriers, we can see more tourists taking photos here in bandit or ethnic costumes.

If you are interested, you might as well rent a set of clothes, pretend to be a bandit or the wife of a bandit chief, and take some photos.

Before I went there, I heard that there were some dangerous roads in Wulong Village, and it was the village of bandits in the past. I was very much looking forward to it. You need to return to Wulong Village by the same route. There are shops on the road that store backpacks for two yuan each. It is recommended that you deposit them there, otherwise you will be tired after walking for more than two hours, and it will not be convenient to climb the mountain with a backpack on your back.
