I visited Huanglong Cave, but there weren't many surprises. But it's still quite big, and compared to Shihua Cave in Beijing, the latter is more beautiful and more enjoyable.

When you buy tickets, pay attention to whether there is a voice guide. Everyone needs to swipe their ID card for verification. My ID card does not include it. The biggest highlight here is the guide. The previous caves I went to did not have this. I didn’t really understand it by myself. The explanation lasted for an hour and a half, so there was not much time to walk around slowly. The time was still arranged quite tightly, but you had to follow the guide, otherwise you would get lost. The way in and out is different, and some of the things inside are browsed in reverse, probably to stagger the time.

I have been to many caves all over the country, and Huanglong Cave can be considered the best. The water part is not as good as Benxi Water Cave, but the dry cave part is worse than Benxi Water Cave and Anshun Longgong in Guizhou.

I have been to Tianlong Cave in Yunnan before and thought it was very beautiful. I thought Huanglong Cave was similar. I didn’t expect Huanglong Cave to surprise me. Maybe because I have seen too many caves and have some comparison, I feel the scenery inside the Huanglong Cave is just average, but I really like the scenery outside the Huanglong Cave.

At first glance, it didn't seem special, but the last cave had so many stalagmites and stone pillars that it was really spectacular. There is also a self-funded maze that you must go to. The treasures are all in it, and there is a night pearl that is very high-end.

Huanglong Cave was not originally included in the itinerary, but it rained heavily. Huanglong Cave is an indoor attraction and the scenery is not affected by the weather, so we decided to go and see it on the spur of the moment.

It is quite interesting to watch them for half an hour, but I am a little bored after watching them for two hours. I start to have fun by myself. When I was a child, I imagined the Dragon Palace in the East China Sea in Journey to the West when I saw the karst caves. Now I imagine Ghost Blowing Out the Light. What have I experienced in these years? Haha. The caves are hundreds of millions of years old, cold and humid. There are pillars of various shapes in the caves, as well as underground rivers. Think about the creatures that may swim in the dark water, look at the intricate traces on the stone walls by the river, and think about what will happen in the dark places without lights in the cave. It is more fun than looking at the pillars.

The scenery is indeed good, but there is no proper ticket office outside the scenic area. There are many people shouting to solicit customers. It will make people wonder where the real ticket office is. Public transportation is not convenient.

After visiting Guilin's Reed Flute Cave, I have no impression of caves. Compared with Reed Flute Cave, the lighting atmosphere and the strange stalactite wonders in the Huanglong Cave are slightly inferior.

The temperature in the cave is a little cool. The whole walk is about 3 kilometers and takes 2 hours.

The natural cave is a masterpiece of nature. I think it is worth seeing. It takes about 3 hours. The ticket from the Grand Canyon to Huanglong Cave is 12 yuan.

After a long line of shops, there is a house on the right side of a bridge. I think it is very beautiful. I found it is the ticket office when I got closer. There are small bridges and flowing water along the way, an acre of land, and a yellow cow. It feels like a paradise! It turned out to be an inn. I can experience it here when I have the chance. It turned out that I haven't been to the scenic area before. It feels like a big park. The scenic area is as shown in the picture below. Of course, the real scene is more beautiful. You can imagine it yourself. Picture 3 is Dinghai Shenzhen. It is said that it will be connected in another 800 years. Picture 4 is the night pearl in the maze, but it is not jade.

A recommended scenic spot, it is okay to talk about it alone, but it is still far behind Zhangjiajie.

If you have time after visiting Zhangjiajie Forest Park, you can still come and have a look. Although the caves are basically the same, I think Huanglong Cave is quite beautiful among the caves. On the way to the entrance of the cave, you can see many rotating wooden windmills, which are very delicate. The entire Huanglong Cave exterior is a pastoral landscape painting, and you can occasionally see a few geese. There are goldfish in the stream on the side of the road. There is a section in the cave that requires a boat ride, which takes about 20 minutes. It is quite comfortable inside the cave, not as cold as outside.

Ordinary attractions, or go to the classic attractions

The scenery of the caves is actually similar. Unless you are particularly interested in it, you don't need to visit the others after visiting this one.

But to be honest, all the caves look the same and it’s hard to take great photos. If you are traveling on your own and have a tight schedule, and have been to caves in other places, you might consider going to this attraction!

I went there in 2011. It is next to Zhangjiajie. The underground river in the cave is called Xiangshui River. It takes about 20 minutes to cross it by boat. It is quite worthwhile to experience it.

You may think it's great the first time, but if you go there more often, there's nothing to see.

To be honest, I regretted going to Huanglong Cave. I felt depressed after playing there. To be honest, there is not much difference between the caves. If you have been to other places, there is no need to come here. If you have time, you might as well walk slowly in the forest park or go back to the hotel to rest. Don't waste money here...

There are also two giant salamanders next to the waterwheel in the Huanglong Cave Scenic Area. They are like fossils and are hundreds of years old. Before entering the cave, you can see the giant salamanders and go to the toilet. There is no toilet in the cave. It takes nearly two hours to visit. If there are fewer people on a night tour, one and a half hours is enough. You have to take a boat through an underground river. The water is more than ten meters deep. There are many wild giant salamanders in the water. It feels a bit like entering the world of Tomb Robbers' Notes, haha

You have to climb inside the cave. I have visited the Shuanglong Cave in Jinhua before, which is far inferior to this one, but the price is about the same. Huanglong Cave Scenic Area is in a very good location, between the core scenic area of Wulingyuan and the Grand Canyon. There is a bus from Wulingyuan city directly to the area. Huanglong Cave is very famous. It is said to have the titles of World Natural Heritage, World Geopark, and National 5A Scenic Area. It is known as the world's all-around champion of karst caves and the best cave in China. I personally think there are three main attractions in the cave: one is a long underground Yin River, the second is a group of waterfalls falling from the sky, and the third is the Dragon Palace Hall with stalagmites standing in a majestic manner. It is worth mentioning that the ecological square outside the cave is very beautiful, with unique rural scenery. It is said that it cost nearly 200 million yuan and is a model for the construction of scenic squares. The point is that such a beautiful ecological square is completely free. There is a very eye-catching building at the entrance of the ecological square, which is the "Yanyu Zhangjiajie" theater. From the outside, its side is a musical note string constructed by bluestone slabs, and it is like an open cultural treasure book. The entire roof is a slope with a large slope, covered with green grass. It is the largest green roof I have ever seen. The show "Misty Zhangjiajie" performed there is also very good. It takes about 1.5 hours in Huanglong Cave and about 1 hour in Misty Zhangjiajie, a total of 2.5 hours. Including parking and taking photos in the square, the trip takes no more than 3 hours. We went to Huanglong Cave Scenic Area with the group. The scenic area consists of three parts: Pastoral Ecological Square, Wind and Rain Corridor, and Huanglong Cave. At the entrance of Huanglong Cave Square, you can see the Hallelujah Concert Hall at a glance. This building left a deep impression on me. It was designed by Turen. The shape is very cool and beautiful. The vegetation on the roof is perfectly integrated with the surrounding environment. There is a sense of returning to nature and harmony. I once saw netizens say on the Internet: Zhangjiajie Mountain has become Hallelujah Mountain. It is estimated that Zhangjiajie City will soon be renamed "Hallelujah City" and Zhangjiajie people will be called "Avatar People". Haha~~ It seems that the whole world is laughing.



After entering the cave, I found that the cave was so big that I had never seen it before. I personally think that the scale of Huanglong Cave is definitely larger than that of Guilin Yinziyan. We climbed up the stone steps, which were sometimes winding, sometimes flat, and sometimes looping down. I never expected there were so many stone steps inside. I was out of breath and it was a test of my physical strength. Then we came to the yacht dock of Xiangshui River, where we took a boat to tour the 800-meter Dishui River. The water temperature remains at around 16 degrees all year round, which is the best growth area for giant salamanders. There are not many stalactites on both sides of the waterway, and there is nothing worth seeing. It took about ten minutes by boat to reach the dock. This time I returned to the exit not long after walking, and it felt like a lifetime ago when I came out of the cave. The favorability has increased, four stars~(^o^)/~

You need to gather a group to be led in by a tour guide. I went there in winter and it was very hot inside wearing a jacket. Fortunately, I wore short sleeves under the jacket. I have never been to this kind of landscape, so it looks good. It is very big inside and you need to take a boat. There is also an underground maze for an additional fee. It is not expensive and I recommend it.
