Maybe it’s because not many people come to the White Birch Forest Scenic Area, so few people have detailed guides; or maybe even among the tourists who come here, not many people go to climb the 800-meter observation deck? Shunji and I are more confident in our physical strength, and we feel that we will always regret not seeing the observation deck, so we gritted our teeth and climbed up.



After finally climbing up to the observation deck, we found that there were only two of us. It seems that many tourists just look at the mountain below. The view from the observation deck is still good, but whether it is worth the effort of climbing the mountain is a matter of opinion.

Speaking of this birch forest scenic area, when we visited the scenic area on September 25, it felt like half of the leaves had fallen.

In fact, when traveling in Inner Mongolia, you can see birch forests from time to time on the roadside, and there are many places with more lush leaves than this scenic spot. I also remembered that on the first day of our trip, when we were looking for a bathroom, we came across an abandoned scenic spot. The forest we saw there was much more beautiful than the scenery in the birch forest scenic spot.

Therefore, the birch forest scenic area is still a bit tasteless. There is no need to buy tickets to visit it. When you see a beautiful birch forest on the roadside while driving, just stop and take a look.

Many people say that there are birch forests all along the way, so there is no need to go here; but I personally recommend going here for the following reasons:

1. You can walk into the birch forest. Other birch trees are on both sides of the road, which is not convenient to enter. This one can go deep into the birch forest;

2. There are many spots where you can take photos, such as the fairy tale house, fairy tale characters, swings, corridors, etc. They are very photogenic. I took a lot of photos here.
