In addition, it is impossible to walk along the river bank because 95% of the river bank is privately surrounded by shops. The price of the cruise is 80 yuan per person on site, and there is no discount for the elderly, and 50 yuan for children. If you buy tickets in advance online, it is 60 yuan per person. This place is formed by the intersection of two "Y"-shaped thousand-year-old rivers and two ancient streets along the river. This neighborhood has many historical and cultural relics, such as "He Nong" and "Qingming Bridge". It is not suitable to wander here in too hot weather. If you are in the misty rain of Jiangnan, you can take a slow walk to see the relics left over from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the former residences of celebrities and museums. Or find a homestay, sit and watch the green willows, and lie down to listen to the music.

Qingming Bridge is the oldest, largest and best-preserved single-hole stone arch bridge on the Wuxi Ancient Grand Canal. The Ancient Grand Canal, a world cultural heritage and national cultural relic protection site, is the earliest canal dug in my country, the only canal that passes through the city and has the most original ecological features.

The Qingmingqiao Ancient Canal Scenic Area is located at the southern end of Wuxi City Center, covering an area of ​​about 44 hectares. If you ask me what Jiangnan is, I will tell you drizzle, small rivers and stone bridges. I think Qingming Bridge is the most Jiangnan place in Wuxi. The old residential areas on both sides of the river have been transformed into various small shops, and there is also a cultural area similar to 798. It is best to go to Qingming Bridge at sunset to see the sunset and the night scenery of Jiangnan.

The best thing about Qingming Bridge is its tranquility. The commercial street next door seems to be blocked, and the whole river is like a painting, a rich and colorful ink painting.

It is a combination of ancient towns and unique shops. It is clean and elegant.

Personally, I feel that Nanxiatang is more beautiful at night. The Jiangnan water town is more charming under the light. It's just that there are too many people during holidays.

Qingmingqiao Historical and Cultural Block is located in Nanchang District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. It is the birthplace of modern Chinese national industry and commerce, and is also a typical river section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal that has been declared a World Cultural Heritage Site. The shops have opened for business, and the street has regained its vitality. It is immediately full of fashion and modernity. Walking on the same street, but it feels completely different.

It is a gathering place for young people, which is a good blend of historical culture and modern business, and has become a food street. After dinner, you can take a walk on the bluestone road, or find a small teahouse to listen to music, which is very comfortable.

The ancient bridge was rebuilt by Wuxi County Magistrate Wu Xingzuo in the eighth year of the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty (1666 AD). During the Daoguang period, it was renamed Qingming Bridge because of the taboo of Emperor Daoguang's name Minning. Some people also call it "Qingming Bridge".

Qingming Bridge is a single-hole stone arch bridge, 43.2 meters long, 5.5 meters wide, 8.5 meters high, with a span of 13.1 meters, and is made entirely of granite. The arch ring is a common section-by-section parallel type in Jiangnan, with a total of 11 sections, and there are inscriptions on the ring stones on both sides of the ring hole.

Due to the terrain differences between the two banks, the stone levels are different in the east and west, with 46 levels in the east and 43 levels in the west.

Walking up Qingming Bridge at night, I saw the seven-character poem "Night Mooring at Bodu" written by Zhao Mengfu, a calligrapher of the Yuan Dynasty, when he visited this river. It was quite easy to read.

Autumn is in the Liangxi and Bodu rivers, and I am alone and at ease in the place where all the people are. In Zixu, I am looking for Wu affairs, and on the Meili River, I am carrying wine boats. Willows sway by the bridge, and the lights are in disarray, and the moonlight hangs in the river. Don't urge me to go home in the morning, I love to listen to the fishermen's songs everywhere.
