It's a good place! But the service,,,,, you are asked to buy cable car tickets as soon as you enter the door. You can't find the attractions on the mountain by cable car, and you can't understand the map at all. I asked two people and got two different opinions. Finally, I asked a local couple and found out that there are no attractions on the mountain. Otherwise, it would be ridiculous to take the elderly to find attractions all over the mountain! P.S. It costs five yuan to bring an elderly person over 70 years old. It's not completely free. You can do it at the gate

Located in the western suburbs of Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, it covers an area of 90 hectares. It is a comprehensive large-scale garden integrating numerous cultural relics and comfortable leisure and entertainment. Xihui Park has famous tourist attractions such as the Second Spring in the World, Jichang Garden, and Huishan Temple. Xihui Park was built in 1958. It is one of the 14 core scenic spots of the first batch of national key scenic spots-Taihu Scenic Area, and a national key park. Huishan was formerly known as Huashan, Lishan, and Xizhaoshan. It is said that Huizhao, a monk from the Western Regions, once lived here, so it was called Huishan after the Tang Dynasty. Xishan is the protruding place where the eastern peak of Huishan is broken. The mountain is only 75 meters high. It is said that it was rich in tin mines during the Zhou and Qin Dynasties, hence the name. After the excavation of Yingshan Lake in 1958, Xishan was connected with Huishan and opened as Xihui Park.

By Yutongfay |

Xihui Park was also a group ticket organized by Yutong Jiangnan University... I can't remember the price... It mainly includes two scenic spots, Xishan and Huishan. There are many small scenic spots around the two major scenic spots. The more famous ones are the Second Spring in the World, Jichang Garden and Huishan Temple. I remember there was also a pigeon house... Nunnery... A dilapidated ancestral hall or something... There was also a big golden birdcage surrounded by a stone with a door... Yutong cosplayed a golden bird... I felt so cute... I think this place is worth a visit... I also encountered a stone that I particularly liked... Yutong has always had a special liking for springs... I was lucky to find the Second Spring in the World here... It was really a pleasant surprise

Xihui Park is located in Huishan Ancient Town. The ancient town is free and mainly has various snack bars. If you want to visit the park, you have to buy a ticket. The park is divided into scenic area and leisure area. We bought a combined ticket.

Xihui Park is actually a general term for the ancient town, scenic spots and forests at the foot of Huishan Mountain. It is a national AAAA-level scenic spot.

By See you on the way up |

Very beautiful and quiet garden landscape, and Mr. Ni Yunlin's ancestral hall is located here, which is more artistic value

By Mu Zi girl |

I didn’t have time to finish visiting the park, next time I come I must take the cable car up to Xishan and see the second largest spring in the world.

By Slow down the journey |

There are many small attractions in Xihui Park, such as Jichang Garden, the Second Spring, Huishan Temple, etc.

The entire Xihui Park plus Huishan Ancient Town is very large, so it is recommended to reserve a day. Let's talk about Huishan Ancient Town first. The ancient town is just outside Xihui Park. It is an open-air museum of ancestral halls. There are more than 120 celebrity ancestral halls. Each ancestral hall is a small garden with a unique atmosphere. You can focus on visiting Liugeng Caotang, Yang Oufang Temple, Fan Zhongyan Temple and Huishan Garden. The clay figurine museum in the ancient town must also be visited. Let's talk about Xihui Park. The park is divided into a leisure area and a scenic spot area. The scenic spot area is the essence of Xihui Park. There are Huishan Temple, Jichang Garden, the second spring in the world and other attractions. Each attraction has its own allusions and history. The scenery is especially beautiful in autumn, satisfying all your imaginations of autumn. The gardens in Wuxi are all borrowed from real mountains and real waters, and have their own characteristics in the Jiangnan gardens. The Xihui Park Leisure Area is a park for locals to relax and play. The ticket is only 10 yuan. There is a Yingshan Lake in the park, and there is also a Chinese azalea garden. When the azaleas bloom in spring, you must check in. If time and energy are limited, you can make a trade-off.

Xihui Park has famous scenic spots such as the Second Spring in the World, Jichang Garden, and Huishan Temple. Jichang Garden in Xihui Park was a must-visit place for Emperor Qianlong during his trips to the south of the Yangtze River, which shows how beautiful this place is. Climb up the Longguang Tower to get a panoramic view of Wuxi City. The famous erhu piece "Erquan Yingyue" was written beside the Second Spring in Xihui Park. It is said that the First Spring in the World is Zhongling Spring in Jinshan Temple in Zhenjiang, and the Third Spring in the World is Hupao Spring in Hangzhou.

Jiangnan gardens are similar, and the charm can only be experienced slowly by you

By The azure sky is bottomless |

Xihui Park is very large. I was lucky enough to see three performances in a row, including a tea ceremony performance where I even drank tea made by a young lady. It was a great atmosphere and very nice.

By A happy fish |

There is a large osmanthus tree next to the water pavilion, with a sweet fragrance.

There is also a big moon lamp, and the night view must be beautiful.

By China-TravelNote users |

Huishan Ancient Town is pretty good, much better than Zhouzhuang. The entrance fee is free, but some ancestral halls charge admission. Parking fee is 10 yuan, which is much better than 30 yuan for Three Kingdoms and Lingshan. You can take a walk here if you have time.

By Three winters and nine summers |

Jichang Garden + Huishan Temple + the second largest spring in the world are worth a visit. The historical atmosphere is strong and the beauty of Jiangnan gardens is fully displayed.

Unfortunately I didn’t have time to climb down Huishan Mountain.

It is recommended to spend one day in this place (Huishan + Xihui Scenic Area + Huishan Ancient Town), otherwise you will not have enough time to finish it.

By Sister Petty |

Because I only wanted to spend half a day in Wuxi, I chose to go to Xihui Park in the city instead of Taihu Lake. After I went there, I regretted it. Because many people said that Jichang Garden is worth a visit. I bought a 70 yuan package (to visit Jichang Garden). After visiting Jichang Garden, I felt that after visiting Tenryuji Temple in Kyoto and the Summer Palace in Beijing, there was no need to go to places like Jichang Garden. I think Tenryuji Temple and the Summer Palace are more beautiful and grand! If I just paid 10 yuan for the Xihui Park area ticket to go in and walk around the park, I think it would be okay. It is too cost-effective to spend 70 yuan to visit Jichang Garden, where the emperor loves to visit. For a day trip tourist like me who comes to Wuxi for the first time, I might feel more satisfied by visiting Taihu Lake!

By Wandering Rabbit |

You need to buy a ticket, which includes the azalea exhibition, Huishan Temple and the most important Jichang Garden; there is a problem here, it seems that the ticket alone is 80 yuan, but the garden card seems to be 198 yuan, which includes the main attractions (Xihui Scenic Area, Xihui Park, Yuantouzhu, Plum Garden and Liyuan); if you decide to go to all these places, it is more cost-effective to buy this; you need to bring your ID card to buy it, and this card is valid for 1 year, which means that even if you can't go this time, you can use it within 12 months;

After buying the ticket and entering the gate, there are two big dolls on both sides of the gate, which are enlarged versions of Huishan clay figurines; after checking the ticket, there is an azalea avenue, with countless azaleas and quaint kites, complementing each other.

By White boiled water |

Xihui Park is a very large park. If you have time, you can go and have a look. It is very large. If you don't have enough time, it is not recommended to go.

By Big Snowstorm |

Jichang Garden itself is nice, but Wuxi's overall management of these scenic spots is still too poor. The instructions are extremely unclear, and the internal management of the gardens is also poor. It does not reflect the ancient charm of the Jiangnan scenic spots at all... Compared with Suzhou and Yangzhou, it is still too poor.

By oscar |

I must recommend Jichang Garden in Xihui Park. The scenery is so beautiful. It was raining when I went there, so there were not many tourists. You can take your time to walk around. The entrance ticket is a package ticket, which includes the azalea garden, but the azalea flowers are about to wither at this time of year. There are only two exhibition halls in the whole garden to see.

The service of the female staff at the entrance of Huishan is really bad. There is a gate of Jichang Garden on the right hand side after entering, but the gate is locked. I asked if Jichang Garden is not open. The male staff at the gate said that the gate is at the end and turn right. Before I could say anything, the female staff repeated it word by word in a fierce voice, knocking on the ticket gate with her hand while speaking. Why are you so fierce? It is obviously your unclear instructions, okay? ! ! ! The other staff are still very good.

By Summer |

People only know that the cherry blossoms in Yuantouzhu are beautiful, but they don’t know that the azaleas in the Chinese Azalea Garden in Xihui Park are stunningly beautiful.

"Is this flower real?" "Why doesn't the travel guide introduce it?" "Why doesn't anyone write a travelogue?" People expressed various exclamations. Such exclamations are rare. In today's China where tourism is becoming more and more homogenous, when many places have lost their characteristics, people can still express such surprises. The last time I saw such surprise, it was because of the power of art. But this time, it was a gift from nature plus the careful care of humans.

Yes, this travelogue focuses on the Chinese Rhododendron Garden in Xihui Park. I hope that this place, which amazed me with its beauty, will not be overlooked.

By pear blossom rain |

I didn't go in because it costs money to get in and I don't believe in Buddhism. It's mainly a temple. Also, don't come here in winter because it's very cold, rainy, the shops are closed and there are few people.

By Bai Xubo |

Don't be fooled by the popular name "XX Park" and think it is an ordinary municipal park. Jichang Garden, one of the four famous gardens in the south of the Yangtze River, and the second spring in the world, which gave birth to the "Two Springs Reflecting the Moon", are both here. The side of the less famous Huishan Temple also has a unique scenery of walking along the mountain.

By Sister Ya |

When we went there, it was the chrysanthemum exhibition, which was very autumnal. The park is very large, with Huishan Temple, the Second Spring, Huishan, Jichang Garden, etc.

By Susan |

The ticket for Xihui Park does not include the ticket for Jichang Garden and the Second Spring. The normal park ticket is 10 yuan, and the ticket for those two attractions is 90 yuan. Xihui Park is more like a forest park, with high vegetation coverage, small bridges and flowing water, suitable for strolling when the weather is good. As for the package ticket, don't buy it, the two attractions are too worthless, I regret it.

By Liu Xiaoyu |

Xihui Park looks similar to many parks, but it is actually very different. The Jichang Garden was visited many times by Emperor Kangxi and Emperor Qianlong, who wrote poems on it. The Xiqu Garden in the Summer Palace in Beijing and the Shuanghezhai in the Old Summer Palace were both built in imitation of the Jichang Garden.

The park ticket is 10 yuan. If you want to enter the scenic area, you can buy a 90 yuan ticket. There are cheap combined tickets online.

The back door is connected to the ancient town, there are many delicious foods, ancestral halls, antiques and other things that an ancient town should have. I love tofu pudding the most. It's 5 yuan a bowl, very delicious

By Ink |

Xihui Park is divided into the historic area and the leisure area. It is recommended to take a bus to Huishan Station and enter from the west gate of the ancient town, and then enter the historic area from the ancient Huashan Gate. There are various ancestral halls, Yugong Valley, the second spring in the world, Huishan Temple and of course the more famous Jichang Garden in the historic area. There is a Xiqu Garden in the Summer Palace that imitates Jichang Garden. I will have the opportunity to visit it in the future. There are various ancient trees in the scenic area, most of which have survived for hundreds of years. You can enjoy the sweet-scented osmanthus in this season, and the golden osmanthus is fragrant everywhere.

Xihui Park is named after Xishan and Huishan. It has a high green coverage rate and fresh air, making it suitable for weekend walks.

However, there are few food and drinks in the park, and they are all concentrated on Zhi Street, so you may consider bringing your own fruits and drinking water/beverages.

The park offers a variety of packages to choose from, with a high degree of freedom.

Xihui Park is located in the west of Wuxi City. It is a 4A scenic spot, 70 yuan per person. Every spring (April, 5 yuan per person) an exhibition of azaleas (the city flower of Wuxi) is held here. The famous song "Erquan Yingyue" also made Wuxi's Erquan famous all over the world.

Xihui Park, when I went there in 2012, it felt like a run-down "park" that had not been taken care of for a long time. I wanted to see the "Jichang Garden", so I bought a 70-yuan annual ticket. In fact, no one cared after entering. There were few people in the whole park. The 10-yuan ticket was enough! Of course, this was in the off-season, so Jichang Garden was even colder and more desolate. In winter, the garden was gray, but it was also really dirty. There was a thick layer of dust on the leaves, which was terrible~ In short, I was a little disappointed, but it was also rare and quiet. It must be the least popular attraction I have ever been to! I wonder how it is now?

Xihui Park is located at the foot of Huishan Mountain in Wuxi. It is a park built around Yingshan Lake! Xishan Mountain is on the east side of the park. According to legend, tin mines were abundant in the Zhou and Qin dynasties. By the Han Dynasty, the tin mines were dug up, so this place was called "Wuxi", and the name of the city came from this! Xihui Park charges an entrance fee of 10 yuan, which does not include the scenic area. There is Yingshan Lake in the park. You can walk around the lake and feel the natural scenery. You can also climb Xishan Mountain. Xishan Mountain is not very high, and you can climb the mountain to overlook the beautiful scenery of Wuxi city! Walking out of Xihui Park, you can come to Huishan Ancient Town. Walking inside the ancient town, you can eat local snacks in Wuxi and see the scenic spots and historical sites, which is also very pleasant!

If you only take the cable car, the Xihui Park ticket is 10 yuan, and you need to buy a cable car ticket for 35 yuan per person. The cable car is worth taking. Xihui Park is located in Huishan Ancient Town. It mainly consists of Jichang Garden, the Second Spring in the World, Huishan Temple, and Yugong Valley. It is a park that requires tickets. The ticket is 70 yuan. In addition, there are tickets that include all the attractions in Huishan Ancient Town and Xihui Park. Here is a tip. If you want to visit the five major gardens in Wuxi for two days, you can buy a garden joint ticket at the entrance of each major garden, including Liyuan, Taihu Yuantouzhu, Meiyuan, Xihui Park, and Yinyuan Park. It is quite cost-effective.

Xihui Park: Ticket price is 80 yuan. If there is no Jichang Garden, Erquan and Huishan Temple, it is no different from the parks and botanical gardens in ordinary cities, and the cost performance is not high. If you have been to famous gardens such as Suzhou Humble Administrator's Garden or Yangzhou Ge Garden, it is better not to go. Recommendation index 2 stars.

Xihui Park is actually not much different from ordinary city parks. It has a high vegetation coverage rate and is full of grandparents taking walks. The focus is on the "Xihui Scenic Spots" scenic area, which includes Jichang Garden, several former residences, ancestral halls, temples and Erquan Scenic Area, which is worth a visit. Jichang Garden is also highly recommended by friends. It is indeed a scene at every step and has exquisite design. The former residences, ancestral halls, temples and Erquan Scenic Area have their own characteristics. Especially when we went in at dusk, there were no tourists. Occasionally, the setting sun passed through the branches and leaves, gently sprinkled on the eaves, corners of the house, and the stone bridges on the paths, quiet and comfortable.

Xihui Park in spring is full of greenery and the air is filled with the fragrance of flowers. Every spring, there is a rhododendron exhibition here, which is currently one of the largest and most influential flower exhibitions in the country. There are also weeping crabapples blooming all over the garden, with flowers blooming on every tree, pink and pink, making people linger.

Xihui Park also preserves many ancient buildings, including Jichang Garden, Huishan Temple, the Second Spring in the World, Erquan Academy and many other scenic spots. Kangxi and Qianlong visited Jichang Garden several times during their tours to the south of the Yangtze River, and left many poems and plaques.

Jichang Garden is one of the most beautiful representatives of private gardens in Jiangnan. It is ingeniously designed and is known as "natural mountains, exquisite water, concise garden, ancient trees, and ingenious scenery". The corridors surround the green water, and the weeping willows embrace the pavilions and waterside pavilions. There are scenery at every step and surprises everywhere. The green of bamboo shadows dancing in the sun, and the pink of crabapples and cherry blossoms.

There are two mountains, Xishan and Huishan, in the west of Wuxi City, and Xihui Park is built on them. I bought a ticket online for 53 yuan, including the park and the adjacent Jichang Garden. At that time, the entrance of the park would not exchange the electronic ticket, and impatiently asked me to call to find a place to exchange the ticket myself. The attitude was bad and I had a bad impression.

As soon as I entered Xihui Park, I remembered the scene of visiting Xingqing Park in Xi'an. There were not many tourists, all of them were from Wuxi, mostly elderly people, and many brought their children. There were people singing, rehearsing, singing, drinking tea, exercising, playing cards, and other activities. It was very interesting for me as a passerby. This is the back garden of Wuxi people.

You can see half of Wuxi's city from the top of the mountain. It takes about half an hour to reach the top of the mountain by walking slowly. You can also take the cable car up the mountain.

The main scenic spots in Xihui Park include: Xishan, Huishan, Jichang Garden, the Second Spring in the World, Erquan Academy, etc.

A spring azalea show is held from April to June every year, and an autumn chrysanthemum show is held in October.

Outside Xihui Park is Huishan Ancient Town, where you can find characteristic Wuxi snacks and various handicrafts (including Huishan clay figurines).

This time I happened to catch the chrysanthemum exhibition in October, which brought together various forms of chrysanthemum art works, including chrysanthemum bonsai, variety chrysanthemums, shaped chrysanthemums, spherical chrysanthemums, dragon chrysanthemums, cliff chrysanthemums, tower chrysanthemums, chrysanthemum display stands, etc. It is still very attractive for flower art lovers.

Xihui Park is quite large and has beautiful scenery. Many people from Wuxi come here to spend the weekend, and it is quite lively with the elderly and children. The flowers and plants in the park are well taken care of. The cherry blossoms and jasmine flowers in March are in full bloom under the blue sky, and many branches have sprouted green buds. The staff are arranging azalea bonsai, and birds are jumping and singing on the branches. It is a busy but lively spring day!

Jichang Garden is good. It has been in business for hundreds of years and is no worse than the manors in Nanxun and the gardens in Suzhou. Erquan also took a look at the original Xihui Park. It is similar to the one I went to in high school: Yingshan Lake Nine Dragon Wall... I feel that the commercial street of Huishan Ancient Town is noisy. I guess it is the same all over the country. If you buy tickets online, it is too expensive. I think you can go and see it.

A very historical and beautiful park! It took me a while to find the gate, and it's not a free park, it's charged! After entering, you'll see clusters of flowers, very beautiful! There's also a rhododendron exhibition inside, but you still have to buy a ticket separately! Forget it, I won't go! The more famous ones in the park are Xishan and Huishan, which can be seen from afar. Especially the tower on Xishan is very conspicuous! Many locals are climbing the mountain, and it seems that you can also take a cable car! As for the park itself, it is a beautiful park in Wuxi, but there is also Huishan Ancient Town behind it!

The scenery is very beautiful, and the park is very large. It is not recommended to join a tour group, as you will be in a hurry and cannot enjoy the scenery slowly. There is a rhododendron exhibition there in April

There happened to be a chrysanthemum exhibition when we were visiting, so all that came into view were the colorful chrysanthemum pistils and the colors everywhere. It was dazzling and especially beautiful... What a great scenery!

I went there on the first day of the Qingming Festival, which happened to be the 13th China Rhododendron Exhibition. Although it was drizzling, the garden still had its gentle charm.

Xihui Park is also a must-visit place when visiting Wuxi. Needless to say, the park's landscape and garden scenery are magnificent, but there is a special reason for giving Xihui Park five stars, that is, the stone tablets in the park (including many imperial tablets) are not covered with glass like many other places, so it is more convenient for tourists to appreciate them up close, and they don't have to avoid glass reflections when taking pictures.

There are mountains and lakes. You can take a cable car up the mountain or go boating on the lake. It is also great to take a walk around the park.

I went to Wuxi in early November 2009, which was the season of autumn in the south, with clear weather and fresh air. I came to Xihui Park because it is more representative in Wuxi and I wanted to see the famous "Two Springs Reflecting the Moon" there.

As soon as you enter the park gate, you will see a small square filled with flower beds. There are many white pigeons on it, and they are not afraid of tourists. You sit on yours and they play on theirs, which is quite harmonious and does not interfere with each other. However, these white pigeons are really white!

Xihui Park is located in the western suburbs of Wuxi City. It is named after Xishan Mountain and Huishan Mountain. It includes the entire Xishan Mountain and the eastern foot of Huishan Mountain as well as Yingshan Lake connecting the two mountains. Xihui Park combines the two mountains into one park. It is rich and colorful, showing the historical and cultural relics of various dynasties since the Southern Dynasties, and there are many vivid humanistic legends.

Yingshan Lake is not big. It was artificially dug after the liberation in 1950.

Xihui Park is named after Xishan and Huishan in the park. It is a famous park in Wuxi. Take bus 89 and get off at Qingshan Branch Road, and walk for 5 minutes. Xihui Park is not expensive for 10 yuan. The park is mainly Huishan, where the air is fresh, the trees are shady, and the environment is very good. If you want to save energy, you can take the cable car, which costs 28 yuan per person for a round trip. The cable car is very good, and it takes 15 minutes one way, overlooking the scenery of Wuxi City. There is tofu pudding on the mountain, which tastes very good, 10 yuan a bowl, it is recommended to try it. You can go to Yingshan Lake for boating in the park, pedal boats cost 15 yuan an hour, and a deposit of 100 yuan. Remind you that the park closes at 5:30 pm, and will close at 5 o'clock in advance in winter, so pay attention to the time when you play. Xihui Park is connected to Xihui Scenic Area. If it is not just for climbing and outing, you will generally go to Xihui Scenic Area, which has Changji Garden, the Second Spring in the World, Erquan Academy and other scenic spots and historical sites. If you buy a joint ticket, it costs 70 yuan per ticket. Outside the north gate of Xihui Park is Huishan Ancient Town, where there are many snacks and the Clay Figurine Museum. In addition to the park, you can also visit the ancient town.

We should give special support to the beautiful parks in our hometown, which are the parks that provide us with the best memories of our childhood.
