The Confucius Mansion, also known as the "Yanshenggong Mansion", is located on the east side of the Confucius Temple. It is the second largest aristocratic mansion in my country after the Forbidden City in Beijing. It is known as the "No. 1 Family in the World". It is the mansion where Confucius' direct descendants have lived for a long time. It is also a typical building in Chinese feudal society that combines official offices and inner residences.
The layout is divided into three routes: east, west and middle. The east route is the location of the ancestral temple, including Baoben Hall and Tao Temple; the west route is where Duke Yansheng studied, learned poetry and etiquette, recited poems at home and met guests. Zhongshu Hall and Anhuai Hall, as well as the north and south flower halls are guest rooms for entertaining general guests. The middle route is the main part of the Confucius Mansion, with the government office in the front, with three halls and six rooms, the inner residence in the back, and the garden at the end.
There are a large number of historical relics from various dynasties in the Confucius Mansion, the most famous of which are the "Ten Artifacts of Shang and Zhou Dynasties" and the only surviving seven-beam crown from the Yuan Dynasty in China.

The Confucius Mansion was called "the first family in the world" by later generations. It was built in the Song and Jin Dynasties, and expanded in the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Today, the Confucius Mansion has nine courtyards, which is the highest standard of temple and mansion architecture. Its momentum is comparable to that of the royal family, which shows the prominent and noble status of the descendants of Confucius. There is also a garden in the backyard of the Confucius Mansion, with a unique layout. The combination of gardens and residences brings a breath of life to the solemn atmosphere of the Confucius Mansion.
The Kong Mansion houses a large number of precious cultural relics, including archives from the 13th year of the Jiajing reign of the Ming Dynasty to 1948. It is the oldest and most complete private archive of the largest family in China. A total of more than 9,000 volumes have been compiled, covering the inheritance of the title of Yanshenggong, sacrificial rites, sages, clan affairs, genealogy compilation, collection of various taxes, corvée and assignment, criminal cases, various disaster records, etc. The volumes are voluminous. The Kong Mansion archives are important materials for studying the history of the Kong family, and are also of precious value for studying the social and economic conditions at that time.
There is a side door in the Confucius Temple, and it is a short walk to the Confucius Mansion.
The Confucius Mansion is a huge complex that integrates government offices, family temples, and residences.
Song Renzong named Confucius' 46th-generation grandson "Yanshenggong", and the 76th-generation grandson has lived here ever since.
Therefore, the word "Shengfu" is engraved on the lintel of the gate of Confucius Mansion, which means "Yanshenggong Mansion".
Also known as the Mansion of Duke Yansheng, it is located on the east side of the Confucius Temple. The Mansion of Confucius consists of the front hall, the middle residence and the back garden. The front hall is the government office where Duke Yansheng handles official business; the middle residence is the inner house where Duke Yansheng and his family gather; the last entrance is the garden, which has rockery, fish pond, flower garden, bamboo forest and various flower bonsai.
The Confucius Mansion is actually the home of the successive generations of Yanshenggong. Here we need to introduce a concept, that is, "Yanshenggong". According to my understanding, Yanshenggong has two meanings. One is that, don't worry about what the person does, you just need to know that this title is very impressive. As long as the family survives and can give birth to sons, this title will always belong to this family. It will not cease to exist just because a certain dynasty is gone - the honorary title of Yanshenggong is unchangeable, but dynasties are changing.
Anyone who holds this title must be a descendant of Confucius. It not only refers to direct descendants, but specifically refers to the eldest son or grandson.
Qufu City, in Qufu City, east of the Confucius Temple. It is the residence of the descendants of Confucius' hereditary Yanshenggong.
The Confucius Mansion is known as the "No. 1 Family in the World". It is the residence of Confucius' direct descendants for a long time. It is also a typical building that combines official offices and inner residences in Chinese feudal society. The Confucius Mansion covers an area of about 7.4 hectares and has 480 ancient buildings, divided into nine courtyards in front and back, and three routes: central, east, and west.
Very average, not recommended, the attractions are boring, basically can't see without renting equipment, the whole one and a half hour attraction
It is not the place where Confucius lived during his lifetime, but the place awarded by the emperor to Confucius' direct descendants to live in. The painting behind the screen wall is very interesting.
It’s better to listen to the explanation during the tour. If you don’t want to hire a tour guide, you can also follow the official WeChat public account for explanations. The price is 30 yuan.
The Kong Mansion is located to the east of the Confucius Temple. It is where the Kong family's patriarch Fang Yansheng worked and lived. Although the Kong Mansion was built not too long ago, it covers a large area. There are countless cultural relics awarded by emperors of various dynasties, as well as inscriptions by various celebrities.
When I came to this small town, I picked every flower and grass here, felt the elegance of the predecessors, felt the elegance of Confucianism, and sighed at the thousand-year culture... The afterglow of the sunset passed through the ancient city gate, sprinkled on the leisurely face of every pedestrian, and the sound of horse hooves from afar, this is a painting! At the end of a day's tour, you should find a quiet place to rest. Instead of staying in a big hotel, it is better to find a quiet homestay to wash away the dust and caress the soul. I walked through the alley and turned around to see the "Qixianju Confucian Hotel". It seemed like an elegant waiter, waiting for the return of the owner. I was surprised that there was such a unique homestay in such an alley, so I walked in with the mentality of taking a look. This homestay is not big, but the decoration inside is very exquisite: the running water goldfish looks so spiritual; the Yaoqin incense burner is so elegant; the antique Hanfu seems to be about to dance. But if we talk about the characteristics, it has to be the cultural atmosphere here: Confucius stood upright, watching the people coming and going here, as if he was chanting to everyone who came from afar: "It is a pleasure to have friends coming from afar!" The tables were placed with Ruyi, which symbolizes blessing every tourist, against the backdrop of the lobby. Famous Confucian sayings and aphorisms can be seen everywhere on the walls here, and even the doorplates are classic Confucian works, of course, calligraphy and paintings are indispensable. I was tired, so I wanted to sit down and take a rest. The boss led me to the tea room and he personally brewed a pot of tea for me. The boss is very nice, a typical Shandong man, but he is not lacking in delicate thoughts. He saw me looking at the Hanfu hanging on the wall, so he took off the Hanfu and asked me to try it on on the spot, and told me in advance that these items are free. Under the kindness, I changed into Hanfu, and the boss helped me press the shutter, and the beautiful memories were recorded in my mobile phone from then on. The boss took me to the room. The room was small and exquisite, and the designer did not waste any inch of space, which looked so exquisite. And the things prepared for me in the room were beyond my imagination, which was enough to reflect the boss's attentiveness. After dinner, the boss led me to the second floor. There was a leisure area on the second floor. This was the most beautiful moment of this homestay. When the lights in the leisure area were on, it seemed as if you were on the top of a mountain, letting fireflies fly around you. A family was grilling in the barbecue area on the second floor, making their unique dinner. The family of three laughed and talked happily on this night. At this moment, this homestay melted into a warm symbol. It was no longer clear whether there was "Qixianju" in this city, or this city in "Qixianju"! When I woke up the next day and walked out of the room to go out for dinner, the boss greeted me with a smile and asked if I slept well last night. I nodded and praised. At this time, the boss's wife sent the specialty here-Shandong pancakes. I felt very warm and thanked them again for their hard work and gratitude for their care. Everything is ready, and there are several places worth visiting. Before leaving, the boss asked if he wanted to change into Hanfu for a trip, and especially emphasized the phrase "free experience". At this point I was deeply moved by them. No other accommodation has ever provided such thoughtful service. I really felt that "the trip was worthwhile"!
Confucius Mansion is also known as the Holy Mansion. The overall building is similar to the layout of the Forbidden City, but the furnishings are very simple. It is currently also an anti-corruption education base. The small stories circulated during the time of Confucius contain great truths, and his educational philosophy is highly respected by later generations.
It is integrated with the Confucius Temple, telling the world that Confucius also started out as a mortal who also needed food, clothing, shelter, transportation, birth, aging, sickness and death.
However, the process from mortal to saint requires firm belief and spreading the concept of saving the world to the world. Although the process is complicated and tortuous, it will eventually have a perfect ending.
The museum in the Confucius Mansion is good and worth visiting. It would be even better if there was a Confucius Mansion family banquet for visitors to taste.
The Kong Mansion is a large family mansion where the descendants of Confucius lived. It is said that there are more than 600 people living there, including servants. Although the scale is not comparable to the Confucius Temple, it also maintains the courtyard form of three roads and nine entrances. Before going there, we did some homework on the characteristic couplets, door plaques, and gossip stories of the characters in the Kong Mansion, and took detailed photos. We also wrote a travel note as soon as we came back, hoping to help those who go there later.
Those who are interested in history and ancient architecture may be deeply attracted by the Confucius Mansion. You can visit the Confucius Mansion in order (enter from the right and exit from the left) to get the essence of the Confucius Mansion.
When you walk to the gate, you can see the Holy Palace, and then the gate of the saint, the more famous one is the Kongfu Yimen - Chongguang Gate. Then you step into the lobby and the six halls. The lobby is where the Duke of Yansheng received the imperial edict and handled important official business, and it feels like an ancient government office. When you come to the front upper room, it is where the wedding and funeral ceremonies of this palace are held. The house still exudes a smell of ancient wood. The back hall building and the back east building and back west building. The back hall building now displays the scene of Kong Decheng and his wife's life after marriage. The front hall building is where the Duke of Yansheng lived, and the plaque "Song Yun Yongchun" hanging inside was written by Kong Lingyi.
The Confucius Mansion, also known as the "Yanshenggong Mansion", is known as the "No. 1 Family in the World". It is the mansion where the direct descendants of Confucius live. It can be seen that while the emperors of all dynasties respected Confucius, they also benefited Confucius' descendants.
The Confucius Mansion is located in the center of Qufu City, facing south. Facing it is a large white screen wall. Above the center of the gate hangs a plaque with gold characters on a blue background that reads "The Holy Mansion, in which the country enjoys peace, wealth, honor and glory; the home of a sage who enjoys literature and morality as old as the sky", written by Ji Xiaolan in the Qing Dynasty. The character "Fu" in the top couplet "Peace, wealth, honor and glory" is missing the top dot, indicating "wealth and honor have no head", and the character "Zhang" in the bottom couplet "Literature and morality" has a vertical dot that extends to the top, which is called "Literature reaches the sky", which is called "Literature reaches the sky".
I cannot give a subjective evaluation of this historical site left by a saint. I can only say that it is still worth visiting.
1. If you are surnamed Kong in the Kong Mansion, you are free to enter. You need to show your ID card to exchange for the ticket. As for some people saying that spouses can get free tickets with their household registration or marriage certificate, I don't know. 2. It is recommended to hire a tour guide or a tour guide. Don't watch it by yourself. You won't know any of the stories inside. The electronic interpreter is GPS-located, not so smart. Once you pass it, you will jump directly to the next section. 3. It is a long way to the Confucius Forest. There is a car to take when you go out, but it is charged. I didn't take it. I drove there by myself. 4. The parking lot of the Confucius Forest is 10 yuan per time, and you have to walk a distance. 5. There are flower sellers next to the tomb of Confucius, but I don't know the price. 6. There are many tricycles. It is obviously very close, but they insisted that we take their car. They said they didn't want to take it, but they kept following you! There are many wild guides who can't speak Mandarin well and work as tour guides. It's a bit speechless!
The Confucius Mansion, also known as the Yanshenggong Mansion and the Sheng Mansion, is the government office of Confucius' eldest grandson. It was first built in the Ming Dynasty. The front was the government office and the back was the inner residence. It has a three-way layout and nine courtyards. It is known as the "No. 1 Family in the World" and is the largest mansion in China after the imperial palaces of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Compared with the Confucius Temple, the Confucius Mansion does not have so many attractions. The halls and rooms have modern restored furnishings.
Next to the Confucius Temple, it is smaller in scale than the Confucius Temple, but the buildings are no less impressive and worth a visit.
The Confucius Mansion is adjacent to the Confucius Temple and is the residence of Confucius' eldest son and grandson. The Confucius Mansion covers a total area of 240 mu, with 463 halls, rooms, towers and houses. It has a three-way layout and nine courtyards. The east road is the "Eastern Learning" and the west road is the "Western Learning". The middle road is mainly for tourists to visit. The Confucius Mansion, also known as the "Yanshenggong Mansion", is also one of the world cultural heritages.
It is the Confucius Mansion among the three Confucius attractions. The ancient style of the building is quite good.
The Duke of Yansheng Mansion, commonly known as the "Kong Mansion", is located on the east side of the Confucius Temple in Qufu City. It is the only relatively complete Duke Mansion of the Ming Dynasty in my country. Duke of Yansheng is a hereditary title of Confucius' direct descendants, and his duties are to manage the worship of Confucius and the affairs of the Kong family. The current scale of the Confucius Mansion was formed in the 16th year of Hongzhi in the Ming Dynasty (1503). In the 11th year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1885), a fire swept away the inner house of the Confucius Mansion. Therefore, the original objects of the Ming Dynasty that remain are mainly some buildings outside the inner house, namely the main gate, ceremonial gate, lobby, second hall, third hall, two wings, front upper room, inner house gate and East Road Baoben Hall. The rest were rebuilt or added in the Qing Dynasty.
Confucius' direct descendants inherited official positions. The Confucius Mansion was their official residence as well as their residence. It is very close to the Confucius Temple and can be reached on foot. The scenery is average, but there are many interesting stories, which makes it worth a visit.
On the northeast side of the Confucius Temple, separated from it by a wall, is the most unique family in China.
As expected, the fish pond in the back garden of a wealthy family really won my heart~ There is also a small stage for opera performances~ It is probably only wealthy families that have such blatant five cypresses and locust trees
The Confucius Mansion, also known as the Yanshenggong Mansion, is located in Qufu City, Shandong Province, China. It is the mansion where the descendants of Confucius' hereditary Yanshenggong live.
It has a strong historical and cultural atmosphere. It is best to hire a tour guide and listen to the explanation to understand it. It is also very interesting.
The Confucius Mansion, also known as the Duke Yansheng Mansion, is located in Qufu, Shandong Province, China. It is the residence of the descendants of Confucius' hereditary Duke Yansheng. The Confucius Mansion, the Temple of Confucius in Qufu, and the Cemetery of Confucius are collectively known as the "Three Confucius Mansions". It is a key cultural relic protection unit in China and was listed as a World Cultural Heritage in December 1994.
The Confucius Mansion is located in Qufu City, east of the Confucius Temple. It is the residence of Confucius' eldest son, namely the Yanshenggong Mansion. It was built in 1377, rebuilt and expanded in 1503, and expanded in 1838. In 1885, the seven buildings of the inner house that were burned down were rebuilt. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the people's government allocated funds for reconstruction many times. It is now well preserved and is a national key cultural relic protection unit. The Confucius Mansion has six halls modeled after the six ministries of the feudal dynasty. On both sides of the second gate, they are the Guan Gou Hall, the Baihu Hall, the Classics Hall, the Music Hall, the Zhiyin Hall, the Zhangshu Hall, and the public management hall of the Confucius Mansion. It is a Ming Dynasty building with a total of five rooms and three rooms. It is spacious and generous. It was the place where imperial edicts were read, officials were received, and major cases were tried.
The Confucius Mansion covers an area of 240 mu, with a total of 463 halls, rooms, towers and houses. There are nine courtyards and three routes: the east route is the East School, where Yi Guan Hall, Mu En Hall, Confucius Family Temple and workshops are built; the west route is the West School, where Hong E Xuan, Zhong Shu Hall, An Huai Hall and Flower Hall are built; the main part of the Confucius Mansion is in the middle route, with the government office in the front, with three halls and six halls, the inner house in the back, with the front upper room, front and rear halls, auxiliary buildings, and the back six rooms, and finally the garden.
I studied in Qufu, so I knew that if you memorize the Analects, you can get free tickets. So I memorized 50 Analects and the meaning of each one. If you memorize them within a certain period of time, the invigilator will pick out 5 of them and explain their meanings. If you succeed, you can get free tickets (*^▽^*). But I didn't go to the Confucius Forest among the three Confucius Temples~
The Kong Mansion, also known as the Yanshenggong Mansion, is where the direct descendants of Confucius lived. I remember there was a descendant of Confucius writing calligraphy at the door, which was very impressive.
The layout of the entire Confucius Mansion is very exquisite, and what impressed me most was the back garden. Although the yard is small, it looks like a different world.
When traveling to Shandong, you must visit Confucius' residence, which is very bustling with people coming and going.
It takes about 2.5 hours to visit the Confucius Mansion. The size of the Confucius Mansion is smaller than that of the Confucius Temple, but the architecture is not inferior. The nine-courtyard layout distinguishes the front hall and the backyard, and strictly distinguishes between public and private, dynamic and static, internal and external, noble and humble, and home and office. It is the pinnacle of ancient courtyard architecture. It is best to hire a local guide to visit the Confucius Mansion. The fee for the full explanation is 30-40 yuan, which is quite cost-effective.
It is much bigger than I imagined. This is also the only trip with a tour guide. The tour guide was very humorous and suggested that you find a tour guide when you come. Otherwise, you won’t understand anything and it will be no different from visiting the park downstairs.
A family with a long history and a rich family tradition. Unique shape, ingenious design, magnificent and magnificent, showing the style of a great man.
The Kong Mansion has no direct relationship with Confucius. His direct descendants were named "Yanshenggong" and lived here, so the Kong Mansion is also called "Yanshenggong Mansion".
The Confucius Mansion is okay and you can go and have a look. It's best to listen to the explanation or take a tour guide to learn a little bit about history.
The private place of Confucius' descendants, the great cause of everyone, is also OK
We went straight to the Confucius Mansion after we came out of the Confucius Temple. The Confucius Mansion is indeed a house of a famous family. It is indeed a very large courtyard with three entrances. The specifications are really very high. It really shows the extraordinary status. You can feel the culture of the times when Confucius and his descendants lived. It is worth a visit.
A cultural holy place naturally has its own unique cultural landscape, not to mention the parent of the greatest saint in China! But what I want to complain about is that I came all the way to Qufu, but on the first day I met a fake tour guide just after leaving the hotel. He led me to visit the fake Confucius Mansion for half a day! I didn’t understand until I bought a map in the afternoon, which completely disrupted the itinerary! Helplessly, I stayed for half a day longer and revisited the real Confucius Mansion and the real Confucius Temple the next morning!
Pictures speak louder than words. The picture below is the WeChat and photo of the fake tour guide Li Xia! Friends who travel to Qufu must not trust the "tour guides" who come to the door of the hotel! !
The original mansion of the Kong family has now been returned to the country.
What makes Confucius' residence different from various courtyards in the north is its cultural heritage!
The Confucius Mansion is the largest and longest-lasting family mansion in Chinese history. It is known as the "No. 1 Family in the World" and is a typical example of the integration of government offices and inner residences in ancient my country.
The mansion where Confucius' eldest direct descendant has lived for generations is the oldest, largest and best-preserved ancient complex of government offices and residences in China, and is known as "the No. 1 Family in the World".
There were too many people when we went there, so we didn't hire a tour guide or rent an electronic tour guide, which was a bit of a pity. The thing that impressed the children the most was not Confucian culture or Confucius, but the Bixi and Chiwen in the Nine Sons of the Dragon.
Because my parents had already gone on their honeymoon in the 1980s, what impressed them most when they mentioned the Confucius Mansion was the painting in the Confucius Mansion garden where the road in the painting was facing you from any angle.
The Confucius Mansion seems to convey a certain culture of clean government, but personally I feel it is just average. As for me, who lives in the south of the Yangtze River and has played in too many Jiangnan gardens since childhood, the Confucius Mansion gardens are really too average.
Still worth a look.
The real feeling is that Confucius' family has many houses. The respect for Confucianism and the courtesy shown to the descendants of Confucius throughout the dynasties have advocated a culture of respecting Confucius.
The official tour guide was not good, so I just followed the guide and walked around a lot on my own. It was worth it and quite shameless. I think you must find a good tour guide for this kind of ancient city because there are too many things to understand and digest. And you have to walk around on your own, ask questions if you don’t understand, and do some homework on your own. I listened to the whole way and only found two conscientious directors.
The Three Confucian Temples are really worth a visit, but it's another story for those who are not interested in history.
The old residence of the Kong family shows how prosperous the Kong family was in the past.
The place where Confucius' descendants lived was a very large courtyard
It is also under renovation and feels like a big house.
Walking out of the Confucius Temple, you enter the Confucius Mansion, where the architecture is neat and regular, embodying the doctrine of the mean.
The Kong Mansion is where Confucius' family lived. On April 2, 2016, the whole family visited the Kong Mansion and felt the living standards of the big family.
There are many stories in the Confucius Mansion, but it is not as exciting as the Confucius Temple. The architectural style is also very artistic. For me who likes architecture, it is still a good choice. The gray building is low-key but elegant. You must ask a tour guide to explain it when you go to the Confucius Mansion. Many stories are very interesting.
The Kong Mansion is where Confucius and his descendants lived, it is the place of saints.
The ancestors planted trees, and the descendants enjoyed the shade. Confucius never lived here for a day, but there are many anecdotes left here for his descendants. It is quite interesting to listen to the tour guide's words.
In the era of Confucianism, the Kong Mansion must have been extremely prosperous with traffic coming and going. Under the thousands of years of Confucian rule, the status of the Kong family was really unattainable, so the Kong Mansion was also quite magnificent. It is really necessary for scholars and scholars to visit it. There are historical allusions. For details, please see the article
The Confucius Mansion is the second of the three Confucius itineraries, and is where Mr. Kong once lived.
If you go there, you can walk through a small street from the Confucius Temple to the Confucius Mansion. I have been traveling for so long, and I have been to the mansions of rich people in Jiangnan, the Forbidden City, Prince Gong's Mansion, and even Mr. Kong's mansion is so imposing. At the end, the plants in the back garden are very lush, and the feeling of ancient atmosphere is overwhelming. We walked along the house, and the ancient bricks and tiles made us take pictures one after another. It was really fun. At the end, you can also find pomelo trees and performances, but there are too many people, and I am not too interested in it, so I went out directly to the Confucius Forest.
If you walk through the three Confucian temples, the Confucian Temple and the Confucian Mansion are the most valuable, while the Confucian Forest is just a few tombs. Those who are devout and want to learn will go to the Confucian Temple to pay their respects, and then visit the Confucian Mansion, which has a strong literary atmosphere. The Confucian Mansion is not too big, so you can just walk along it and you won't miss any attractions.
The Kong Mansion is the Yanshenggong Mansion that is often heard in novels, which is where the direct descendants of the Kong family live. It is quite large in scale. Because I bought a combined ticket, I walked directly from the side door of the Confucius Temple through a commercial street to the Kong Mansion. The ticket cannot be lost. You need to check in every time, and the luggage needs to be checked in separately. If you buy a ticket separately, it is 60 in the peak season and 50 in the off-season. It feels quite interesting to follow the tour guide and listen to the stories inside.
It is a medium-sized courtyard close to the Confucius Temple. There are not many things in it and it is not the place where Confucius once lived, but it is still helpful to understand how emperors of successive dynasties treated Confucius and his descendants.
Civil officials get off their sedan chairs and military officials get off their horses! 55 As soon as you enter the Confucius Mansion, you can feel the thick cultural atmosphere. Even the tour guide called us teachers when he was explaining to us! Haha
I went there with a heart of worship, after all, it is a country of Confucianism.
Duke Yansheng Mansion, commonly known as "Kong Mansion", is located to the east of the Confucius Temple in Qufu City. It is the only relatively intact Duke Mansion of the Ming Dynasty in my country. Duke Yansheng is a hereditary title of the direct descendants of Confucius, and his duties are to manage the worship of Confucius and the affairs of the Kong family.
The current size of the Confucius Mansion was formed in the 16th year of the Hongzhi reign of the Ming Dynasty (1503). In the 11th year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty (1885), a fire swept away all the inner houses of the Confucius Mansion. Therefore, the original Ming Dynasty relics left are mainly some buildings outside the inner houses, namely the main gate, ceremonial gate, lobby, second hall, third hall, two wings, front upper room, inner house gate and east road Baoben Hall, etc. The rest were rebuilt or added in the Qing Dynasty.
It is now a world cultural heritage, a national key cultural relic protection unit, and a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction.
So-so..except for history...
I think it is worth a visit. The most impressive thing is a magical painting called "There is always a way out", because no matter from which angle you look at it, this painting is facing you.
The Kong Mansion is where the descendants of Confucius lived. It is an old house, very luxurious, with many courtyards, equivalent to a smaller version of the Forbidden City. It is a very unique house with a back garden, a stage, etc. I like it very much! I only took this photo, titled, Don't be greedy!
When you go to Qufu, you should go to Confucius Mansion, the birthplace of culture.
It is not big and there is nothing special about it. It is where the Yanshenggong lived, a blessed person who enjoyed the blessing of his ancestors.
I don't know how to comment on some of the three holes, they have great historical significance.
I know a lot of allusions, which not only allows me to enjoy the beautiful scenery but also to gain knowledge.
The Kong Mansion is not where Confucius lived. Confucius lived in poverty and wandered around. This is where Confucius' descendants lived and worked. Confucius' descendants held prominent positions, and the emperors of each generation admired Confucius, so the mansion was very large, with an architectural layout of office-residence-garden. The Kong Mansion is adjacent to the Confucius Temple, and the Confucius Forest is not far to the north. The Confucius Temple, the Kong Mansion, and the Confucius Forest are collectively known as the Three Kongs.
The significance of the Confucius Mansion is the same as that of the Confucius Temple. The key is to listen to the stories of Confucius. There are many sources and allusions that are worth listening to.
The Kong family's residence. It's quite large, and the buildings are well preserved. I met many foreign friends along the way, from all over the world.
