I came to M50 Creative Park because of "Fall in Love with You" (He Yichen's studio was filmed here).
Before entering the park, I saw some art gallery exhibition halls next to the road, all of which were quiet and empty.
After entering the park, you will see a number of independent yet connected buildings, which are filled with various creative studios. I didn’t take many photos indoors, but they were all creative works. Some of the works have prices and are for sale.
He Yichen's studio is located in Building 6. I searched for it for a long time because there was a concrete wall at the end of the road. I thought there was nothing ahead, so I walked around for a long time before I found it. It was really boring. However, it also allowed me to visit many very literary studios. The artworks here are all commodities that can be purchased, which means that there is a touch of literary and artistic atmosphere compared to the commercial street.
This place has become a coffee shop. All the layouts are different from those in the TV series. Only the stairs are still the same. In the TV series, this staircase left a deep impression on me because it was very special. Every time I saw He Yichen going up and down the stairs, I was afraid that he would fall. After experiencing it myself, I found that going up and down the stairs is indeed a bit difficult. There are a few young ladies on the second floor reading books and drinking coffee there, which is very petty bourgeoisie.
After coming out of the cafe, I walked back and went up to the second floor of the park. I found a foreign uncle taking pictures in front of me. He was taking pictures of porcelain and other things around the wall, so I took a few pictures too.
There is a cheongsam customization shop on the second floor. I was very interested in visiting the shop, but found that the shop was not open to the public, so I just took a photo of the display. It was really beautiful. There was also a photo of Zhong Liti and Zhang Lunshuo wearing Chinese cheongsams when they got married at the door of the shop.
Standing on the stairs between the two buildings and overlooking the M50 Creative Park downstairs, business people drinking coffee, foreigners walking together, and young people like me who are traveling here form a beautiful picture.
When you walk out, you can see a graffiti wall. It is colorful and perfect for taking selfies.
The cool graffiti wall was painted over... not much background for taking photos.
The creative park is not big, and you can go in and visit the studios. Some studios charge a fee (for animation manuscripts).
You must visit Liudao Studio!!! It’s a combination of painting and technology. When you walk in front of the painting, your face will appear in it.
A must-see for young artists. Take photos and shop in a quiet environment.
This renowned Shanghai cultural and creative park, nestled along Moganshan Road, is a great spot for wedding and art photography. It boasts numerous graffiti and artwork. The closest stop is Jiangning Road on Metro Line 13. Alternatively, take Lines 3 or 4 and exit at Zhongtan Road. It's a short walk across the Suzhou River and you'll arrive.
It's a really great place, full of treasures hahaha. It's a pity that you can't take pictures of the works in the exhibition~
Various art exhibitions are often held in the creative park.
It is not recommended to go there. Many stores are closed and there is nothing inside.
M50, short for No. 50 Moganshan Road, is located on a peninsula on the south bank of the Suzhou River. It is a creative park repurposed from textile factories such as the former Shanghai Chunming Woolen Mill. Unlike other creative parks, M50 boasts wall-to-wall graffiti and free gallery exhibitions. Here, you can see works by a variety of artists, including abstracts, realistics, watercolors, and oils. For those who are adept at the art form, you can admire its depth, while those who are less adept can simply enjoy the excitement. It's a great place to cultivate artistic inspiration. As a result, M50 is imbued with a rich and casual artistic atmosphere, free of commercialism. Many young people interested in cultural industries and artistic creation come here to stroll, take photos, and finally find a café to relax. Over the years, M50 has attracted over 130 artists from 17 countries and regions, including the UK, France, Italy, Switzerland, Israel, Canada, Norway, and Hong Kong, as well as from over ten provinces and cities in China, as well as galleries, graphic designers, architectural firms, film and television production companies, environmental art designers, and art (jewelry) designers. The presence of these artists and creative design organizations has created a rich cultural atmosphere along the Suzhou Creek. M50 Creative Park is located on Moganshan Road, accessible by foot from either Shanghai Railway Station or Zhongtan Road Station. Formerly the Shanghai Chunming Woolen Mill, M50 Creative Park began its transformation into an art and creative park in 2000. Walking along Moganshan Road, you'll be greeted by vibrant, colorful graffiti that's truly eye-catching and truly captivating. Perfect weather allows for stunning photo opportunities along the way. The park boasts cafes, galleries, bookstores, and a variety of loft-style buildings, creating a truly artistic and artistic atmosphere. Many young artists have established businesses here, making it a truly worthwhile destination.
There are many shops or galleries with a sense of design and artistic atmosphere.
There are many art exhibitions to see, some of which do not allow photography. I spent the afternoon feeling the influence of art. Although I cannot fully understand it, I have also experienced the beauty of art.
I don't think it's a big deal. I think you can take some pictures. You need to have eyes to discover the beauty of art. We took some pictures outside and didn't see any art exhibitions. It's a small place and we finished it quickly! It's a bit shabby.
There are art exhibitions and works of various styles, and even a furniture store. It is a particularly good place for taking photos.
A very artistic place suitable for petty photography. The biggest feature is the graffiti along the street and free gallery exhibitions.
There are a lot of creative studios inside that are worth visiting for literary youths.
An art park mainly based on oil paintings, with old factory buildings transformed, which is quite good.
A place suitable for young artists to shoot films
Including the journey, I spent about 3-4 hours there. M50 Creative Park lives up to its name, a photographer's paradise. Bringing models along for a photo shoot, an entire afternoon is not enough.
Located beside the Suzhou River, close to the railway station and COSCO Liangwan City, the old factory has been transformed into an art park with many art studios and exhibition halls. Although the old buildings in the factory area are not as unique as the 1933 Old Factory, they are still good and attract many people to take pictures.
It's a popular check-in spot. I went there during the Mid-Autumn Festival. There weren't many people. It's a great place for taking photos. There are many murals. If you like art exhibitions, you can also go there.
I personally enjoy visiting these art and creative parks in various cities. This one in Shanghai is pretty good. While not particularly large, it has some excellent galleries. There are quite a few foreign visitors, and it seems English is widely spoken.
There are many art studios and some small exhibitions that are quite interesting to visit.
In fact, I don’t really recommend M50 Creative Park, but friends who like art can go and have a look. It is a place full of artistic atmosphere. I feel like I went there just to watch the fun.
Some galleries within M50 don't allow photography, and some exhibits are completely incomprehensible. Limited to my level of understanding, I looked for some that I could understand or found interesting, and where I could still take photos, and took a look around.
The route provided here is not clear at all, too bad
M50 Creative Park is located on Moganshan Road. Similar to Beijing's 798, it is a great place to appreciate the creative works of various artists and cultivate artistic cells.
A very artistic/bourgeois creative park with many foreigners, suitable for taking photos. Art students or designers should feel quite comfortable here.
However, it is just so-so. I have to say that most of the creative parks in China are very bad and not sophisticated at all.
I went to take pictures with my friends. I like this glass wall and the green wall the most.
I think it’s a very suitable place for taking photos. The first place of this kind that I came across was actually 798 in Beijing.
As long as you want, you can take special photos in every corner of the Creative Park
Time of the tour~You can stay as long as you want.
M50 is a creative park, a very fashionable and creative place, highly recommended.
Various exhibitions are held there from time to time. Friends who are interested can pay attention to the information. Friends who are not specifically looking for exhibitions can also take photos and check in. There are many literary and artistic scenes, which are very beautiful to take pictures.
A very artistic place
Most of it is a gallery
There are some other art shops
There is a graffiti wall at the door
This place is perfect for taking photos.
Because I had to catch a flight in the afternoon, I didn't have time to visit many exhibitions.
A great place for taking photos.
It feels like few people know about it and not many people go there.
Anyway, I recommend going there (ฅ>ω<*ฅ)
The places where literary and artistic youth go are all art exhibitions and there are also many Internet celebrity shops.
Beijing's 798, Taipei's Huashan 1914, Shanghai's Red Square and 1933, these art or creative parks that can be seen in most cities today have become indispensable in one's travels, just like museums.
There are only things that have not been heard of, and no things that have been passed by.
Museums are history, but creativity is the future. M50 is another destination for the latter in Shanghai...
Jiangning Road Station is actually not very far from Shanghai Railway Station. If you come by train and don't have too much luggage, you can actually come directly to the park to explore. There are many creative studios and art exhibitions, most of which are free. There is a graffiti wall outside, so you can take pictures as you like. There are not many restaurants, but they are all quite unique and have a good atmosphere. I haven't tried them, but they look good. There seems to be a big chimney restaurant and barber shop in the park with a sense of history of B&B? No, it seems to be a coffee shop as well.
Art lovers should be able to find a lot of inspiration here. We laypeople came here just to see the scenes from Love in the Sun. We also checked out the exhibitions, but I couldn't understand them; they were all abstract. The coffee shop Zhao Mosheng went to was easy to find; it was right at the entrance, the Xiangfenglidao Café. I had just had afternoon tea at Xiaofangting, so I just took some photos outside and didn't go in. And then there was He Yichen's law firm, and I couldn't find it. I called an Uber, and while waiting, I suddenly found Building 6, Room 105 on Baidu! I rushed there and found it was now a coffee shop. The basic layout was the same: the stairs, the office stools, everything. I just didn't have time to sit down for a cup of coffee. I'll go back next time when I have time.
A good place for artistic young people. The place is not big, and the shop is very artistic and ornamental. If you go to see the graffiti gallery, I am afraid you will be disappointed.
PS: It is said that it used to be a pig slaughterhouse...
This place is always packed with people on holidays. Besides the numerous galleries, the most famous thing is the graffiti wall outside! It is a beautiful sight no matter how you take a picture!
It has a very artistic atmosphere, perfect for young people with artistic tastes. I took some photos there and felt the strong artistic atmosphere. It's one of Shanghai's many creative parks, right next to Moganshan Road. I stopped by after visiting the graffiti wall. There are many galleries inside, all selling goods. There are also some handicrafts. Overall, it's quite interesting.
M50 is named after the 50 or so industrial buildings dating from the 1930s to the 1990s. These buildings now house studios for renowned artists, creating a vibrant artistic and creative atmosphere along the Suzhou Creek. This has attracted numerous collectors, media outlets, art lovers, and tourists from both China and abroad, and is a prime destination for photography enthusiasts. The creative park boasts a diverse array of cafes, galleries, bookstores, vibrant graffiti, and more, all creating a sense of being transported to an art gallery, surrounded by a rich artistic atmosphere.
I went here with friends on a Sunday. I really liked the place. Parking outside was free. We spent the whole morning and a little while in the afternoon. Some of the art was pretty good.
It’s very suitable for taking photos. Look how thin I was back then. Who would have thought that four years later I would become an extremely fat guy!
There aren't many restaurants here, but I personally think they're quite delicious.

Art Park ~ Very artistic ~ If you have nothing to do on weekends, you can go shopping and take photos ~
New exhibitions are updated every once in a while, and there are many interesting shops in the building where you can buy a lot of things you like.
I particularly like this art sanctuary, which has many art galleries, studios and art pioneers. If you are interested in painting, you must not miss it.
It's a great place for hipsters to check in. It's free, and there are often some obscure art exhibitions, half of which are offbeat. The surrounding graffiti walls are a nice addition, perfect for taking photos. It's also a popular spot for foreigners. The downside is that there aren't many other attractions nearby, so a special visit might seem a bit of a waste for a short trip. However, if you're staying in Shanghai for a while, or if you're a fan of this area, it's worth a look.
This is a large creative park, originally an old industrial area, now filled with galleries. While most people might not appreciate art, it's still a great place to take a stroll and soak up the art. The minimalist style is perfect for showing off!
The art museum is full of petty bourgeoisie atmosphere. It is a 27 yuan taxi ride from Tianzifang to the Creative Park, which is still a bit far from the subway station. There are few restaurants around, so I mainly come here to experience art.
Beijing's 798, Shanghai's M50, Wuhan's Hanyang Building, these places belong only to art.
It's full of art. I usually go there during lunch break when I have time. Sometimes I see models taking photos or students from international schools doing drawing activities.
There is a creative park on Moganshan Road that is not very big, but it often has various exhibitions.
It's a very artistic place with lots of small studios. It's one of the better cultural and artistic gathering places in Shanghai.
The art and creative park on the banks of Suzhou River has many small shops owned by designers and artists.
There are many creative design companies here, as well as some exhibitions. You can take a look.
There are many interesting mini museums and small shops run by artists and designers. Although it is not as famous, it is far more worth visiting than Tianzifang.
I've only been to the M50 Creative Zone once. I took the bus there quite early. From the moment I got off the bus, I saw the graffiti wall on the roadside. There were many studios with a strong artistic atmosphere.
There are a lot of graffiti along the way, and there are some studios in the park. It is a very artistic place, very suitable for strolling and taking pictures.
I personally feel that almost every creative park is similar, so it's a good place to take photos.
M50 Creative Park (Take Line 1 from Shanghai Railway Station to the Tianmu West Road exit, about a 15-minute walk)
There are many galleries here, and the artistic atmosphere is very strong. As a designer, I have a serious occupational disease. I was deeply attracted by the guide signs. This cafe is the filming location of the "Love of Sheng Xiaomo" - Yuan Xianghe Law Firm. Let the little lion walk up the steps that Lawyer He walked on. It's a pity that Zhao Mosheng was waiting for Lawyer He in the cafe. Xiangfeng Lidao Coffee and Tea has closed.
The filming of "Silent Separation" was done at M50 Creative Park. It's home to many film festivals and exhibitions, a camera collection shop, and a popular hangout for young women working in the arts. It's located at 50 Mogan Road. Some say it's similar to Beijing's 798 Art Factory. I always want to go to 798 when I'm in Beijing, but even taking the subway still feels far.
It's not very big, but there are many galleries inside, many exhibitions that can be viewed for free, and some handicraft shops where you can buy some special gifts.
I don’t understand the world of artists. I can understand their photographs, but what are those paintings?
You don't understand the world of artists... Even graffiti is art.
I've been in Shanghai for a month, and on Friday I suddenly wanted to go. I heard that all the galleries were closed on Monday, so I acted quickly. On Saturday, I went there alone with a selfie stick and a octopus, intending to take some good photos. I took the subway there at noon. The transportation was okay. It took 13 minutes to walk out of the subway station. There were very few people along the way. Although it was hot, it was still quite comfortable. Compared with other tourist attractions, there were very few people there. It was very comfortable to have fun. The space was well utilized, and there were scenery everywhere. After all, there were many artists and media people in it. It is a perfect place for tourists to take photos. For people with artistic cells, uh~ I don't know. I went there alone this time and was not in the mood to look at paintings, but it still felt great. The one in Figure 8⃣️ is upstairs. I highly recommend it. It is very interesting from the decoration to the exhibits. The gallery is upstairs. It is recommended to walk up and down the elevator. Don't go the other way, otherwise you might miss something interesting. There are many international friends and many groups in it. There is also a Taobao store selling new products. It's nice to go in and take pictures. There were disappointments, but here's a tip: look up, look up, look up. In this place where scenery is everywhere, if you miss the scenery upstairs, it's like missing true love... Don't miss any small alleys or small shops you can enter. Stay there as long as your eyes can, and go in with a relaxed and playful mood... I took a lot of great photos, but I can only post a few... When I went there, I checked the guide and it said to walk along the graffiti wall, but when I left, I found out that it was on the side of the road outside, and it was already damaged. Some of it was sprayed with: Specialized in repairing house leaks, phone number: xxxxxxx, I walked away embarrassedly... I heard that the TV series <<Fall in Love with You>> was filmed in a coffee shop in the law firm inside. I personally don't have the habit of chasing dramas and celebrities. I just go with the flow and didn't go out of my way to look for it. I don't know if I went in this time. However, there are a few good coffee shops inside. If you are interested, you can try them... I went there by myself this time. I will have the chance to go there with friends to experience and feel it, and then take careful photos.
The M50 is a gathering place for photography enthusiasts, and there's art everywhere, but I don't seem to understand this kind of art. (I casually walked into a coffee shop and took a look, and I didn't expect it to be the law firm in "Silent Separation" 😃😁😁😁)
The place is not big, so if you like art, you can go and have a look. The graffiti wall on Moganshan Road is quite interesting.
A cultural landmark in Shanghai that is both uncommon in China and popular internationally
Calling it a remote place is actually a bit unfair to the artists who stick to M50 every day. When they stroll in flip-flops to the cafe deep in the park for lunch, their daily life can be described as romantic and poetic, but also inevitably frustrating and realistic.
Before achieving fame, they either had a positive mindset or were well-funded. The two complemented each other, ultimately leading to a successful solo exhibition. Their true nature is evident in each piece of work, each production.
So, kudos.
M50 Creative Park, formerly the Shanghai Chunming Woolen Mill, began its transformation into an arts and creative park in 2000. Leveraging the park's resource concentration and collective resources, M50 is elevated to a higher level, developing itself as a brand centered on the core values of "art, creativity, and life."
Since 2015, the park has shown unprecedented vitality due to the entry of cutting-edge design and integration brands.
This is what Ah Xi is most delighted about. Moreless's new Chinese style and UNDEF/NE's unique taste are complemented by the JOY Collection, a store interior design worth exploring.
The overall development is not good, the old factory building is transformed, there is no popularity, it is quite gloomy, maybe this is the literary
M50 Entrepreneurship Park is a very unique conceptual place where you can visit.
It is located on the bank of Suzhou River and has many art studios. Transportation is not very convenient and there is no direct car to the place, so it is more convenient to drive by yourself.
On Moganshan Road, you can play with the graffiti wall. Actually, there is nothing fun, just walk around and take pictures. There are many weird things that I don't understand.
It's similar to Beijing's 798, where there are many artistic young people gathering. There are a few interesting shops worth visiting.
It's not as fun as I thought, and even the photos I took are not good-looking TAT
M50 Creative Park is located on Moganshan Road, Putuo District, Shanghai. The original site of M50 Creative Park was Shanghai Chunming Woolen Mill, which began to transform into an art and creative park in 2000. In July 2011, Shanghai Chunming Woolen Mill was renamed Shanghai M50 Cultural and Creative Industry Development Co., Ltd. The park covers an area of approximately 36 mu. [1] Since 2008, the management of Shanghai Textile Group Fashion Division and M50 Creative Park have proposed an innovative concept for the brand building of M50, that is, from subject to object, from entity to carrier, aiming to take M50 Creative Park as the basis, make full use of the park's resource aggregation capabilities and the resources gathered, and put M50 on a higher level, as a brand with "art, creativity, and life" as its core values.
