You can take photos with superheroes, it's worth a visit for Marvel fans
If you like Marvel, don’t miss the big model of Iron Man.
Located in the Gardens of Imagination, this place offers photos with Marvel heroes like Captain America, Spider-Man, Black Widow, and Groot, though the waiting time for each photo is between 5 and 15 minutes. There's also a Marvel Animation Academy (teaching you how to draw Iron Man) and a VR game, both with waiting times around 10 minutes. Marvel merchandise is also available for sale, so it's a must-see for any Marvel fan.
Recommendation index: 4 stars
This might be my dad’s favorite place. He was reluctant to take pictures with the princess, but he was very enthusiastic to take pictures with Spider-Man and Captain America.
There are three people who can be photographed here, one is Spider-Man, one is Captain America, and one is Black Widow. The queue time for each one is very long, and the models also need to rest after a long time, so there is often time when we can't take photos together. When we arrived at Black Widow, it was just when she was about to rest, so we were very lucky to take a photo.
The real person is really beautiful, charming and elegant
There are real cosplay heroes inside, and you can take photos with them. There are also many realistic hero models, especially Iron Man's battle suits from the first generation to the latest generation, as well as the anti-Hulk armor. All of them are displayed. The complete and realistic models are a feast for the eyes~
Special reminder! Marvel fans, be sure to arrive early! Several characters are played by real people, and you can queue up for photos. When we arrived, the photo booth with Captain America was closed to visitors! It seems Captain America was off saving the world, so he didn't have time for photos anymore! We queued up for a photo with Spider-Man, who was also played by a foreigner. He looked incredibly like him! He spoke in English during the photo session, so if you're good at English, you can chat with him and come up with some poses. It'll make the long wait worthwhile! There's also a large Iron Man model, and Marvel action figures next door.
As a huge cartoon system, Marvel should have its own special area. The display area has Iron Man's armor from different periods, which is getting more and more handsome.
The countless character relationships in the Avengers are all classic.
Captain America brought a translator to chat with the children for a long time. The captain had a bright smile and his muscles were very realistic.
I asked the staff at the door and they said there were characters like Transformers and Ultraman inside, and you could take pictures. I think boys would be more interested.
We didn't wait for the parade the next day, so we wandered over to Marvel headquarters and unexpectedly ran into a superhero duo! Star-Lord was so handsome! We'll never call him a rat again!

There's an Iron Man VR game inside, where you can take photos with Spider-Man and Captain America. When I went there that evening, both Spider-Man and Captain America were off duty, which was sad. The Iron Man section inside has all the gear from previous Iron Man games, so he's definitely rich.
In Tomorrowland, besides Tron Lightcycle Power Run, the most popular place is Marvel Headquarters!
You can queue up to take photos with the characters from the Avengers. The characters that appear in different time periods are different, and the staff members who play the roles are really similar!
I lined up to take a photo with Spider-Man. He will talk to you and teach you how to pose. Then you give your phone to the staff and he will take the photo for you.
What a cool sports car... these classic Marvel characters must be all boys’ “dreams”!
After entering, I found it surprisingly small! But I was still happy to take a photo with Spider-Man and Captain America. There's also the evolution of Iron Man's suit.
This is a paradise for boys. There are many Marvel hero photo-taking and a small game. The average waiting time is more than half an hour. We took a photo with Spider-Man and played a small game.
Queuing time: No need to queue (mainly because it is cool inside)
It's a hodgepodge of attractions, featuring all the Marvel superheroes. Divided into several zones, you can transform into Iron Man, take photos with Spider-Man and Captain America, and even learn to draw at the Marvel Comics Academy. As a huge Marvel fan, I absolutely loved it. In the summer, it's also a great place for those feeling the heat to cool down.
After exiting Tomorrowland and calming down from the excitement of the shock, we headed to Marvel Heroes Headquarters for a quick tour. We spotted a mini-game called "Become Iron Man," so we teamed up to play it again. It was a simple first-person shooter simulation: stand in a designated area, raise your hands, and Iron Man's hands would appear on the screen, allowing you to attack incoming enemies.
There are all kinds of Marvel characters inside, and you can take photos with them. My daughter doesn't like these characters, so I didn't go in. Boys would probably like it.
Mainly taking photos with various Marvel characters (played by actors). My son is not old enough to be a fan, he prefers playing games where he plays Iron Man.
There were so many people taking photos that I only managed to snap one when they were changing shifts.
Marvel Heroes Headquarters offers a relaxing escape from the heat, no need to wait in line. It's a hodgepodge of Marvel superheroes, packed with them. Divided into several areas, you can shop, transform into Iron Man, take photos with Spider-Man and Captain America, and even learn to draw at the Marvel Comics Academy.
I wanted to cry when I found out I was taking a photo with the real Thor (he looked so much like him! At least from my five-meter distance I couldn't tell). After waiting in line for 20 minutes, when it was almost our turn, he said other characters would come and replace him, and he had to go. I burst into tears. Sure enough, there was a second replacement, Starlord and his green-faced girlfriend. I really like Guardians of the Galaxy, but unfortunately my favorite is Groot. So I was so stubborn that I thought I wouldn't take any photos and took a photo with the Avengers 3 poster... The museum displays models of Iron Man from different generations, as well as some MCU character costumes. Marvel fans, don't miss it.
Begging for a gay girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As for performances, "Frozen" was my top choice. My daughter is a huge fan of the film, and having learned from her experience the day before, where she couldn't get into the theater, she lined up over an hour early. Basking in the scorching sun, beads of sweat formed into small rivers. The show lasted 30 minutes, and the actresses playing Anna and Kristoff truly lived up to their roles. Elsa was also beautiful, and Olaf was adorable. There was singing and dancing throughout, and at the end, flakes of white snow fell from the theater as Elsa performed her magic, drawing exclamations of surprise.
When Marvel was acquired by Disney, many comic book fans were probably unhappy. But what can you do? Money really can do anything.
The headquarters is dark and divided into several areas. Upon entering, I'm greeted by a towering Groot (Guardians of the Galaxy), escorted by staff as he slowly makes his way into the green room. The details are impeccable, even the rough texture of the tree trunks is perfectly recreated. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
Before I knew it, the photo area with Captain America on the right had already opened. I quickly entered and was second in line. Lucky again. Captain America was incredibly gentlemanly and handsome, though a bit short. He proactively asked your name and guided you through the poses. I even whimsically tried to grab his shield, but was told it was strapped to his hand and couldn't be removed. Captain America doesn't speak Chinese, so please communicate in English.
Because I was so happy, I burst into laughter in all the photos. It’s all because Captain America is too handsome.
It's not too big, and there aren't many things to do. You can figure it out by looking for it. Other queued items, such as the Iron Man transformation, seem to be somatosensory games or something like that. I personally feel that queuing is not very meaningful. If the children insist on going, then...
You are not allowed to eat ice cream in Marvel headquarters
13:00 It takes more than half an hour to wait in line to meet the heroes
You can take pictures of the models outside at will
It was super cool! Lots of people were enjoying the cool air inside! Spider-Man had to wait in line for 40 minutes to get a photo. Captain America left early. No one else did! But being cool is king! Great review! 2 stars.
Great photo spot! Captain America is great! The photos taken are great!
In the Marvel Pavilion, I saw Black Widow and Captain America Spider-Man. There were the longest queues in the comparison.
Iron Man's first-generation suit to the Iron Blood suit is very exquisite and can make the energy source always glow.
Actually, the selection of Marvel figures Disney offers is a bit limited, and my husband and I didn’t particularly like any of them. However, we would still be unhappy if we didn’t buy anything, so we bought a brooch and an Iron Man badge.
There are Marvel heroes in this place, with cosplays, and you can queue up to take photos. There is also a project to transform into Iron Man, which is a game console that you can experience from Iron Man's perspective. You need to queue up.
The venue is really cool~~ I don’t even want to go out~~~~~~~~~ My son loves watching "Avengers" on the screen~~ Let's just stay together and watch the movie~~~
The Marvel Heroes Headquarters is indeed full of modernity, especially the huge hero posters and electronic screens that constantly play explosive plots from the movies, which are eye-catching. We first rushed to the territory of the most popular Iron Man, where the red armor specially designed to deal with the Hulk stood in the middle, looking handsome and realistic!
Of course, there were several other sets of armor of various models, but none of them were as shocking as this one. There were also somatosensory games that allowed you to experience the joy of Robert Downey raising his hand to shoot. However, seeing that I had to queue for 10 minutes, I left. Later I found that compared with the projects that required queuing for 40 minutes or 2 hours, these 10 minutes were simply no time at all.
Marvel Heroes Headquarters (4 stars). A must-see for Marvel fans! You can take a photo with the handsome Captain America, who is super friendly! The carousel and Dumbo are also great for taking photos.
In addition to three photo spots and an Iron Man game, Marvel also has a place that teaches people how to draw comics.
I've been to the Cartoon Academy at Disneyland in California before, and it was a real paradise for someone like me who loves to draw. You can draw different cartoon characters at designated spots. I didn't expect there's one in Shanghai too, so I definitely had to experience it.
The comic book classrooms at Marvel Studios have announcements at the entrance about the time of the show and which character will be drawn. The difference between them and the US is that they have too few shows, and only announce the next one each time, while the US shows all the shows throughout the day, and there are at least ten of them.
I guess the response in Shanghai isn't very enthusiastic.
The class I went to was about drawing Spider-Man. The teaching process is quite similar to that in the United States, and you still need to have a certain interest in drawing.
I asked after class and found out that in addition to Spider-Man, there will also be Captain America, Iron Man and Groot.
Based on this judgment, there are probably only 4 games a day.
After finishing the painting, I took a photo with Spider-Man.
He was very excited to see my drawing and offered to sign it for me. However, I didn't bring a pen. I asked around but no one had one, so I ended up fainting in the bathroom.
I have to say it is really small. I don’t know whether to go in for photos or for the project. Anyway, there were a lot of people queuing, so I gave up again.
We were excited to see Captain America and rushed up to line up for a photo. There was also Black Widow, but we didn't look much like Black Widow, so we didn't take a photo. As for Spider-Man, we were a little scared in the pitch-black room, so we didn't take a photo.
We played games, but the child was a little short and needed to be held by his mother.
The child was extremely interested in Captain America's shield and played with Captain America for a long time. Captain America kept speaking English to the child, and the child responded in various ways, saying: yes, yes!
Finally, Captain America came over and said to Mama: He is great! He is a nice man!
The main attraction was the Marvel heroes exhibit, and there was a line to take photos with them. For photos, I recommend pairing up with two friends, each taking photos for the other. While there are photographers with DSLR cameras at the photo booth, these photos are expensive and automatically uploaded to a mobile app, but you have to pay to see and download the full version. We didn't realize this at first, so we ended up teaming up with a beautiful woman and using our own DSLRs to get back in line to take photos with our own equipment. Some of the exhibits at Marvel headquarters were quite good.
My friend loves Marvel and went to see it. He even lined up to take a photo with Captain America. He'll ask your name and how your day is going. If you're good at English, you can chat with him. He's very handsome and gentle. Photos taken with the camera can be viewed at Mickey's Time Room or with PhotoPass.
It's a spectacle, just looking at the models and reading the introduction. You can simulate Iron Man's hand movements to repel enemies on the screen, and even take a photo with the real Captain America (though you'll need to queue, of course). It's not very engaging for non-diehard fans.
The characters are not complete, and some experience projects require queuing for 30 minutes, but I was in a hurry and did not queue up. I also needed to queue up to take a photo with Captain America. I just took a few photos and left.
Marvel fans must go, you can take photos with heroic idols and play games.

These are photos taken during the 2017 autumn rush. I believe the place will not be empty now. Avengers 3 has brought popularity to the Marvel Hero Headquarters in Disneyland. There was no one queuing up when I took photos with Spider-Man twice last year. Now Marvel is so popular that there are people everywhere.
A great place for taking photos and cooling off.
The Avengers are so popular, are you sure you don't want a photo with Captain America and Thor? I even ran into Groot that day and asked the staff, who told me there would be a group meet-and-greet, so I planned to stay there all day. The actors were very friendly with children, and if your child knew a little English, they would even come and play with them. My son was so moved after taking the photo with Thor that I imagine it was just like when I took the photo with Slam Dunk as a child.
You can take pictures with Spider-Man, Thor, Star-Lord, and the Hulk. It depends on who you are when you get in, and the shifts seem to change every 10 minutes or so. You might be in line as Thor, but when you're in line, it might be Thanos. There's also an Iron Man VR game experience nearby, but I had to wait in line for ages! It wasn't that fun.
There's a display of Iron Man and Spider-Man from various eras. I waited in line for 20 minutes to get a photo with Thor and Black Widow. The people there were so nice! They even asked me what pose I wanted before taking the photo. Unfortunately, my girlfriend only took one photo with me. I should have taken more!
There are Captain America and Iron Man for you to take photos with, as well as some dynamic experience games. Just take a look around.
As Marvel fans, we happily ran in. We could take photos with Captain America, Spider-Man, Thor and others, and there was also an exhibition of Iron Man’s various suits!
Black Widow and Thor will still have conversations with us~
Anyone who likes Marvel must go. The day I went there, Captain America, Thor and Black Widow took photos with everyone.
Here you can take photos with your favorite heroes, including Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man, etc.
Disney Shanghai for the third time~
I haven't been feeling well lately, so I'm afraid to go to crowded places. After playing Brave Road, I came here to hang out. Surprisingly, I happened to catch the 2:00 pm Marvel Animation Academy. What a coincidence! It's the same every time I come to Disneyland to watch a show. I just happened to pass by and it was my turn. I was a bit lucky, hehe.
I followed the teacher to draw Spider-Man's head and neck. My husband was praised by the teacher for wearing Strawberry Bear's hat and said that the Strawberry Bear boy was well drawn.
The air conditioning here is too strong! It's a bit cold! Also, the lighting is too dim! All I see when I draw are shadows, which is really bad for my eyes!
8 o'clock, just started, no queue, no one
Want to see Captain America?! Haha, the staff said he only appears at irregular intervals. After I asked him repeatedly, he secretly told me that he would appear around 8:30. Okay
You need to queue up to take photos with real cosplayers
Later, we went into a classroom inside. It was open during class hours, and we happened to be able to get in. They were teaching how to draw Marvel characters. The class wasn't very long, and the characters were very simple. Even children could learn.
They are all played by real people and are very realistic. There is also a row of Iron Man's mechas and anti-Hulk armor in the museum, which are quite cool.
I give this point 9 points!
Recommendation index: ★★★★★ (with personal emotions).
After all, I am a pseudo Marvel fan, and I have very high expectations for Marvel headquarters.
Upon entering, you'll see a small shop to your right, selling all sorts of Captain America shields and children's clothing. Walking forward, you'll see people lining up to take photos with Captain America. The person playing Captain America is a foreigner, and he's quite outgoing. He briefly chats with everyone in the photo and then indicates what to do. This is a PhotoPass spot, where a photographer will take your photo and give you a PhotoPass card. Scan the QR code and you can see all the photos he's taken in the PhotoPass app (they're all blurred; press and hold to see a clearer view; downloading requires purchasing online). The graphics are also quite enigmatic. Of course, there's also a staff member nearby. You can hand them your phone, and they'll also take beautiful photos for you. They'll remind you to look at the camera first, then your phone—very thoughtful. When it was my turn, Captain America asked, "What's your name?" I thought, "Even if I tell you, will you understand?" After a brief greeting, he started snapping away, grinning from ear to ear.
Walking in, there is a Spider-Man photo spot on the right, various generations of Iron Man equipment in front, a simulated Iron Man game experience on the left, and the signature logo of S.H.I.E.L.D. near the exit. There are not many people in the entire headquarters, and the experience is still good.
Inside, various cosplayers were taking photos with everyone. My friend really liked these characters, but she didn't take any photos either. I joined in the fun and took a photo with Black Widow. The cosplayers were very dedicated, constantly chatting with you, asking where you were from, whether you were visiting, telling you where they were from, etc. In my mind, I was thinking: Chatty Widow.
It's worth a visit~ It's worth a visit~ It's worth a visit~ It's worth a visit~ It's worth a visit~ It's worth a visit~ It's worth a visit~ You can take photos with Captain America, Spider-Man, Black Widow and other Marvel heroes. They are all very, very nice, very, very polite, very, very handsome and beautiful boys and girls~
Marvel fans can go and have a look, there are several small projects, mainly selling peripherals.
After playing on the carousel, we went for a walk around the nearby Marvel Hero Headquarters. If you don’t try any of the attractions here or take photos with Captain America, you can finish the walk in 5 minutes. I personally think it’s quite boring.
Marvel fans, come and see this! There's Captain America and Spider-Man for photos, and there will be interactive activities, but the line is a bit long!
It's a place to visit and take photos. As a little Marvel movie fan, of course I have to go there~ S.H.I.E.L.D., Black Panther, Iron Man, Spider-Man, and Captain America can all be taken. Iron Man has an interactive mini-game, and Spider-Man is a small dark room where you have to queue up to take photos.
Take the children to find the hero in their hearts. Every child here has a dream
You can take pictures with Captain America and Spider-Man here, but there is only one model of Iron Man! As an Iron Man fan, I strongly condemn this!
Because Spider-Man’s face is covered, we can’t tell if he is Chinese, but Captain America is definitely a foreigner.
Not only was my son excited, I was also very excited. The cast and crew were so professional that we had to take a photo with them.
The Marvel Comics Museum also has Ant-Man, Thor, Black Widow... battle suits. And there is also a place reserved for Black Panther. It is a good place to take photos.
A large collection of Marvel characters, taking photos with Iron Man and Spider-Man. Some of the mini-games still require queuing, and the little girls probably have no interest in this place.
Waiting time: 10-30 minutes
Marvel is a world for men. There are many high-tech experiences here. At different time periods, you can also take photos with Marvel characters. It is a must-visit place for Marvel fans.
This is the holy land my friends and I have been longing for. Once inside, you'll see Thor, Black Widow, and Ant-Man in their battle suits. To the left is an Iron Man shooting game—it's a short line, so you should definitely give it a try. To the right, there's a photo booth with Spider-Man and Captain America. Further right are Marvel merchandise, and right beyond that is the exit.
I believe every Marvel fan will like this place.
The giant Iron Man feels like the treasure of the town
There was a long line of people lining up to take photos with Captain America
My personal experience: I recommend visiting when passing by. It's not crowded, and there are lots of beautiful superhero sets, mostly based on Avengers characters, and plenty of Iron Man figures. There's a photo op with Spider-Man and Captain America, but the line is long. In short, a must-see for any Marvel fan!
Stars: 3 stars
Marvel always inspires heroic dreams in a lot of people, and this is more like visiting an interactive exhibition where you can take photos with relevant Marvel heroes and pose with the models. It's a rare place where there aren't long lines.
I also went here to take pictures of Captain America and Spider-Man. When we arrived, we happened to catch up with Spider-Man's scene. The lighting inside was relatively dim, so you should pay attention to the focus if you want to take pictures yourself. There are also some game consoles and other projects, as well as an interactive painting program. It is best to come here when it is hot at noon. There are not many people, and you can hide from the sun and take a break.
It's a small area, but it does have a few classic Marvel characters like Iron Man, Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man, and Captain America. There's nothing special to do there, just queueing up to take pictures with the classic characters. I don't understand why you had to wait 30 minutes to take a picture with Spider-Man. I think it's just a quick visit, not a big deal.
Marvel Heroes Headquarters, Iron Man, Spider-Man and Captain America are all waiting for you.
Recommendation index: 5 stars
How could Marvel fans miss this?
Bubbles can barely move her legs here! She spent a good while posing in front of the SHIELD logo.
The oversized Iron Man model will make you exclaim in amazement.
Batman, in the "little dark room," was muscular and incredibly narcissistic. When I complimented him on his handsomeness, he happily nodded and said thank you, then offered me his arm. Bubbles was incredibly excited and nervous throughout the entire process. Spider-Man, seeing him at a loss for what pose to take the photo, turned to him and said, "How about we spin some silk together?"
It's a pity that Captain America was out on a mission when we went there. Next time I see him, I must shout "Hail Hydra!" to him.
Generally speaking, it is quite ordinary and there are relatively few tourists. There are mainly some Marvel posters and Iron Man armor. However, there is a Marvel painting academy, which is quite interesting.
There are some superheroes in it, and there are some documentaries where you can queue up to take photos, and then you can also experience the fighting scenes in the movie.
