This project has no FP, and the queue time is 70 minutes. It's a must-try project, so go for it! In the end, I queued for 45 minutes to get on the boat, which was very fast, hahahahaha~

It's so exciting! I can't even take care of my hands and eyes. Here are some blurry photos to take a look at. The visual effects are so amazing, so shocking, and so magical! Don't miss this event no matter how long you have to wait in line.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure can be said to be an extremely spectacular indoor boat drifting adventure. It is my second favorite attraction in the whole venue and also a game with a high score from the whole family. Whether it is the queuing scene, atmosphere creation or sensory vision, it is very realistic. The interior imitates the style of medieval pirates, with dim lights, mottled walls, death row prisoners turned into skeletons, and the smell of disinfectant that impressed the senses the most.

One of the highly praised projects. I originally thought that I would just sit on a boat and be fixed there to watch the effects projected on the surrounding screens, but in fact, this is not the case. The boat is always moving, and it will go in, deeper and deeper, and finally into the water. I was a little scared because I have deep-sea phobia. When the surroundings became a deep sea, I felt it was difficult to breathe. Fortunately, the scene switched to a place full of pirate ships. I have to say that the effect is really realistic. Whether it is the visual sense or the weight pressure experience added to my body, it makes me feel that I am really in this scene. I was lucky enough to sit in the first row of the bow. When the boat was quickly raised, I was splashed with water. I closed my eyes for some shots. If the children are too young, this project is not recommended. They will be scared.

Visitors sit on the track boat to watch the plot, which is similar to most Disney projects, but the theme is different. There is nothing much to say, it is just a little more exciting. After all, seeing Captain Jack and "He's a Pirate" is enough to make your blood boil.

By Astroboy |

This is a must-do attraction in Shanghai Disneyland. If you are a fan of Pirates of the Caribbean, you must go. Although it is definitely not as exquisite as the movie, it is also very suitable for reminiscing. The naked-eye 4D effect is really great. I felt like crying. It felt like Jack and the Dutchman's captain were right in front of me. The props were all very realistic. I wanted to reach out and take them, but I couldn't. The only thing I want to complain about is that the dubbing voice is a bit awkward. Everything else is really good. I waited in line for an hour for a single channel to play this project, and I still think it is worth it.

Join Captain Jack Sparrow on the high seas and experience the majestic waves. The visuals are truly stunning! If you have the time, it's definitely worth a second or third viewing!

By Tail Wong |

You must go, you must go, you must go, the sense of immersion is super strong!

By Steven |

This is really amazing. I don't know what words to use to describe it. In my heart, it is the best in the whole park, along with "Soaring Over the Horizon".

By DrZou |

It was so exciting. It was my first project and it was not disappointing.

By Still today |

This game is pretty good, but it's a little dark and the kids might be a little scared.

By Helena |

My favorite attraction, I've done it three times! The boat ride takes you to the world of Pirates of the Caribbean, and the VR is fantastic. Because each boat can hold dozens of people, the lines aren't very long, around 30 minutes, and even ten minutes at lunchtime. It's definitely worth it and perfect for a second viewing.

Thrill level: It's dark all the way, a bit scary. I'll give you a spoiler: there will be a quick drop later, which is very fast (very scary for me)

By Tammy |

Three giant multimedia domes + a pirate ship going downstream and back again + lifelike Captain Jack and mermaids, it's worth seeing!

By wing Xiaozhe |

We waited in line for 15 minutes and got in at 9:30. If you're a Pirates of the Caribbean fan, this ride is definitely worth it. This ride recreates the plot of Pirates of the Caribbean through 3D projection and props, and the layout and scenery are very thoughtful. Recommendation: 4 stars.

By white ball |

There are many Pirates of the Caribbean ships and there are many people at a time, so the waiting time is usually about 10 minutes. It almost feels like you can get in without queuing.

I sat in the second row. The view from the first row should be great. The photos taken in the second row were all of other girls' hairpins.

After that, we took a boat tour, with the captain telling stories along the way.

We did the pirate ship project again at around 7pm. The second time, there was a baby on the boat. The baby cried all the way because it was too dark and there were thunder and lightning sounds. Therefore, it is recommended that children under the age of 18 should experience it with caution.

This 4D effect ship, the combination of real scenery and 4D is a really great visual experience

After coming out, there are two old ships in Adventure Island. They are attractions, but they are for viewing and not for playing.

By Oli |

Very fun and exciting, I played it for the second time. There is no FP, but there is no need to queue. I highly recommend it. The effect is great.

By Freeze at that moment |

I watched it 4 times and it was really shocking, especially when I was riding a boat and the sea suddenly appeared in front of me. The 360-degree view was very shocking, and there was a highlight at the end.

By egysday |

A project worth watching twice. You can sit in a pirate ship, sometimes diving into the deep sea, and sometimes setting sail. The pictures are very immersive, and there will be splashes of water with the animation effects, which is a little bit of excitement and a big shock.

By 33 degrees snow |

After coming out of Alice in Wonderland, we came to the territory of Pirates of the Caribbean. I think this is the most fun project in the entire park. I felt like I was sailing with the Pirates of the Caribbean. Don’t miss it.

By Ayiniris |

This experiential experience lets you stop and go on a boat and participate in a thrilling pirate battle for underwater treasure! Especially when you see the pirate ship rise from the seabed... Without spoiling too much, it's really exciting.

By Rabbit riding a donkey |

The APP watched Caribbean queue for 20 minutes, so I rushed over decisively.

The boat ride passed through scenes straight out of Pirates of the Caribbean, and it felt like sinking to the bottom of the ocean. The giant octopus was so real, it practically made my heart pound when it surfaced. The large ship next to it sprayed a little water as it emerged. The boat trembled during the explosion... Highly recommended, it was so stunning! I ran back to do it again. Unfortunately, the equipment was broken. They did give me a quick ticket, but it wasn't fixed until the afternoon.

By Lue Ling doesn't like spicy food |

The queues were incredibly long, but I personally really liked the Disney queue decorations. Each theme has a corresponding decoration. The queue for Sunken Treasure was decorated with a pirate ship deck, skulls, and other common items. It was very themed. You could even go up and explore the ship, and there were even some cannons you could use for water fights.

After experiencing the Battle for the Sunken Treasure, I really felt that the long queue was worth it. The naked-eye 3D effect of the treasure battle, combined with the plot of Pirates of the Caribbean, is simply stunning! The visual and auditory experience can be fully experienced while sitting, and the overall feeling is like watching a fierce naval battle. The characters in the scene, such as Captain Jack, are very realistic, both in terms of projection and modeling.

The most important thing is that the movie restores the plot very carefully, especially the battle between Captain Jack and Captain Octopus. There is also a diving experience that is really wonderful. The whole senses and feelings follow the plot. Although the time is not particularly long, it is enough to give you an extraordinary experience. The three of us want to do it again after the ride!!!

By Little cute doudou TT |

The Halloween party evening ticket, when I entered this project, there were very few people, and I lined up in a few minutes. I took a boat to grab treasures, and the audio-visual effects were realistic. I went to brush it again the next day, and it was closed just after I finished brushing it.

By Light dust particles |

There are no fast passes for Pirates of the Caribbean, so if there are a lot of people, you can use the single-person channel, which is faster.

This project uses 5D visual effects to let you experience what it's like to be a pirate, especially the scene of rising from the bottom of the sea to the surface of the sea to fight, which is so realistic!

The actual scene will definitely shock you! Highly recommended!!!

By Tongtong🍥🍥 |

5 stars. Several scenes are visually stunning, especially the dive and surge. The scenery of Treasure Bay is also stunning.

By DP is too much of a waste of time studying |

The lighting and fully enveloping 3D screen are truly immersive. A second, third, or fourth viewing is a must. Each boat can hold 20 to 30 people, so lines move quickly and aren't too long. I recommend going mid-afternoon.

By Zhou Zhouni |

It's wonderful, the effects are realistic, and the immersive feeling is great!

By Dolphin Love |

The 4D images inside are real and exciting, and the music is beautiful.

We played it twice while there weren't many people in line.

By Yan Zi |

The longest waiting time for this activity is only one hour. There's no need to rush for FP, and one person can take a boat at a time, so it's fast. Join Captain Jack Sparrow on the high seas in search of Davy Jones's treasure!

By Heart in the sea of stars |

Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure is a unique attraction at Shanghai Disneyland and is also a popular attraction. However, there are no express passes here, so you can only queue up. Fortunately, even when it is crowded, the waiting time is not too long. It is highly recommended to come here.

By Mee Mee Xiaoya |

I'd say this is undoubtedly Disney's most worthwhile attraction. While "Soaring Over the Horizon" is ultimately just a video, "Battle for the Sunken Treasure" seamlessly integrates video with real-world scenes, creating a truly breathtaking spectacle. This is something no other VR experience can currently achieve, and it truly demonstrates Disney's strength. I won't spoil the details here, but it starts out unremarkable, feeling almost like any other "hole-in-the-wall" experience. Then, suddenly, you'll be stunned and overwhelmed. Here's another tip: When watching "Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure," when your turn arrives in line, ask the staff for a front-row seat. They'll then arrange for you to sit in the next (and shorter) first-row seat. Believe me, it's absolutely worth it. Since we had kids and were pressed for time, we ended up in the very last row, near the edge. But it still moved me deeply. Those scenes, so real yet so unreal, still replay in my mind over and over again, and I decided to revisit this classic film recently.

The Pirates of the Caribbean show. This was one of the must-sees recommended by our tour guide, and it lived up to its reputation. I won't reveal the details here, but it's a must-see. The performance, the pacing, and the cohesive plot all command a thumbs-up. I think it's the best stage play I've ever seen. The performance was so realistic that when the cannon smoke erupted, my daughter actually thought it was on fire and hid in her arms. When the pirates were trapped in a tornado, she was completely absorbed and anxious. At the end of the show, there were a few Easter eggs. The pirates rushed into the audience to distribute their share of the treasure, and my daughter reached out, hoping to get something. Perhaps the pirates sensed something, as one of them, who had already run past us, suddenly turned around and ran over to my daughter, handing her a glittering golden coin. My daughter was so delighted that she was stunned, taking a long time to accept it. The coin was incredibly valuable, emblazoned with the Disney logo and the pirate symbol. My daughter was overjoyed and couldn't wait to share the good news with her father, saying, "The pirates gave her the coin."

By Please eat rice cake |

We watched three shows in total: Pirates of the Caribbean, Frozen, and Tarzan. We both agreed that Pirates of the Caribbean was the best and most exciting. Frozen focused mainly on singing, and the characters were well-represented. Tarzan focused on acrobatics and was quite thrilling. As for Pirates of the Caribbean, the plot was super interesting, and the actors were all great. I won't spoil it here, but if you're short on time, I recommend watching this show.

By Chen Chen Chen |

Passing through a series of railings, the tourists behind me ran, exclaiming, "Why is there no one here? Is this a fake amusement park?" Yes, there's no need to queue; you can just walk in and enjoy the movie! A naked-eye 3D? 4D? movie! Guests board a small boat and drift through dim caves, flanked by Pirates of the Caribbean elements. As we drift, Captain Jack Sparrow appears, promising to steal Davy Jones's treasure. With a wave of his hand, the boat is sucked into a whirlpool and sinks to the underwater world. Of course, Davy Jones will be discovered after retrieving the treasure, so a battle ensues between Captain Jack and the ship. The boat then surfaces, and we, the spectators, watch the pirate battle unfold. In between, you're sprayed with water, and the final blast of air propels the boat backwards, creating a thrilling feeling of weightlessness. Five stars for its immersive experience, short lines, and long experience. It's the park's best value!

By hello_venis |

Disney has put a lot of thought into this project. The surroundings were very impressive when I was waiting in line. The model of Captain Jack Sparrow I saw while playing the project was also very similar. It really felt like I was there when he sank to the bottom of the sea!

By Super cute little seal 🎈 |

♥♥♥♥♥, this is the best experience and the most realistic visuals! I absolutely love it! Even though I got the Fast Pass in time, the line inside was quite long. The captain kept telling me the story, and he's from Northeast China, haha! You sit on a boat with many people, and then you sail into the dark sea for an immersive Pirates of the Caribbean experience. There's a realistic shipwreck, treasure, seaweed, and animated Captain Jack Sparrow and the pirates. The scenery constantly changes as the story unfolds, and the boat rises and falls accordingly. The most authentic experience is probably the moment you instantly sink to the bottom of the sea and then burst back out of the water; it feels like your breath is almost taken away!

By It's the fruit of the fruit✨ |

This is a must-do in Treasure Bay! The scenes, sound effects, and visual effects inside are worth waiting in line for an hour. After the game, there will be a photo wall where you can choose to print. If you are not satisfied with the photos, just use your phone to commemorate them!

By Mr. Mu Yi |

The trip lasted about 70 minutes, which is quite short. It was a wonderful adventure on the boat. I felt the war at sea, witnessed the sinking of ships, and felt the sense of difference. It was great. I recommend sitting in the first row.

He will take pictures, and you can buy them if you like.

The shop that came out was a pirate theme, and the dolls were super cute.

By Fake flowers |

As a devoted fan of Captain Jack Sparrow, I was naturally very excited. However, when I saw the queue time at the entrance was 2 hours and 30 minutes, I could only silently join the queue.

After entering, I realized the power of Disney. I don’t know how they arranged all the pictures so realistically. The theme song of Pirates of the Caribbean, along with the adventure along the way, ignited my pirate spirit.

Highlights: Realistic! Realistic! Realistic! I can't stress this enough. Listening to familiar music, searching for treasure with the Captain, and seeing a very realistic Captain Jack Sparrow robot (I'm not sure if it was a real robot) and Davy Jones, it was truly thrilling! I immediately rewatched the Pirates of the Caribbean series after returning!

The ride isn't thrilling at all, aside from the slightly scary finale where the Captain fights, where the ride suddenly rises, then drops, and then rises again. It's definitely not thrilling at all! But the thrills are definitely on par with rides like the Dwarfs Mine Train and the Lightcycle Max! If you're a Captain fan, don't miss it! If not, I'm sure you'll fall in love with Pirates of the Caribbean after this one!

Postscript: The next day, I passed by when I was about to watch the fireworks show. I saw that I only had to queue for 25 minutes, so I immediately went in and started queuing for a second run (no wonder they say that the time spent watching the fireworks show is the best time to run the project because there aren't many people →_→). It is said that this project has two different endings, HE and BE, but after watching it twice, I actually got the same HE ending both times.

By Ella |

Pirates of the Caribbean is the park's most exciting attraction, though the wait is quite long, about 40 to 50 minutes. We decided to wait, though. A lot of people can get on at once. Everyone sits on a boat and explores the crazy pirate life together. It's a truly thrilling experience, with a strong visual impact, especially the rapid reverse section near the end of the emergency evacuation. It's absolutely thrilling! Highly recommended. The giant octopus on the seabed is incredibly realistic.

By Megumi |

Pirates of the Caribbean was the most fun ride I've ever had. Sailing through the darkness on a giant ship, you get the captain's commentary (which is incredibly realistic), see treasures on both sides, and even see an octopus monster (I don't know what it's called...). The highlight is the 4D effect where the ship rises from the seabed. It's truly hilarious.

After exiting Marvel, we were lost and didn't know where to go. We crossed the park again, queuing for Pirates of the Caribbean through the single-passenger lanes. This time, the people on the boat were particularly cheerful and lively; the entire crew cheered as the boat started moving ( ̄▽ ̄). At the climax, the large boat approached, splashing water, and the little girl in the front row cried out, "Wow!" and burst into tears... It was quite exciting for the little ones...

By Brother Yi's close fans |

My partner and I really enjoyed "Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure." It had a more engaging storyline than "Soaring Over the Horizon" and was more immersive than a movie. The whole experience was fantastic! However, the queues were mostly outdoors, so it was still very hot in the summer.

By Yingxuan |

The only attraction I couldn't resist waiting in line for was Pirates of the Caribbean. I've ridden it twice before, and it still left me wanting more. It's hard to describe how I felt, but everyone who saw it wanted to see it again, and that's the best proof of that.

By Cherish |

The line was only 25 minutes, so we went and waited 20 minutes (it turns out we should have waited for the Dwarf Mine Train first).

By coffee |

Paddle a real canoe yourself. The boat crew doesn't paddle. Under their command, guests explore a Caribbean "island" in the style of the earliest pirates. See the pirate ship from the canoe. Overlook the Ship's Play Beach. The Siren's Revenge is anchored on the shore. Pass through Dabulon Market and you'll see the entrance to the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. Experience the thrilling Battle for the Sunken Treasure, one of Shanghai Disney's most captivating attractions! Experience the Pirates of the Caribbean underwater from a large wooden boat. The large multimedia dome, vivid projections, theatrical sets, and lifelike characters allow guests to experience a life-or-death seafaring adventure, swimming above and even beneath the surface. After experiencing "Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure," we boarded the Siren's Revenge. It was all gold coins! Haha. "Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure" is a spectacular indoor boat ride and well worth the experience. Of course, if there are too many people wanting to ride, you’ll have to wait in line, so you still have to get a fast pass early.

By TUTU |

Key points: It is really worth a visit. It simulates the underwater world, and there is a moment of rushing out of the water. You can see the big ships on the sea, which is very realistic!

By Nine Sons |

After waiting in line for only 5-10 minutes, we boarded the boat and began our "adventure." It truly lived up to the hype—a must-do! My favorite part was the "explosion"—the feeling of being sent flying backwards, haha. The subsequent battle on the large ship was also incredibly realistic.

It's not good if there are not enough people. You can basically see how many people can sit on a boat.

By raorao |

The entrance, seemingly within easy reach, slowly twisted and turned. A nearly 100-minute wait was rewarded with a thrilling 10 minutes. The scenes were realistic, and the special effects were immersive. There were constant exclamations of surprise. After following Jack's victory, I was still thrilled and eager to do it again. The second experience was equally breathtaking. The spherical screens enveloping each boat made it feel like I was a pirate, participating in the naval battles commanded by Captain Jack. It was an incredible experience. In my opinion, this attraction is a must-try at Shanghai Disneyland, surpassing Soar Over the Horizon and TRON Lightcycle Power Run.

By Miss Fan's Travels |

I brushed it twice. I usually wait about 35 to 40 minutes.

Actually, it's about 15 to 20 minutes, so there's basically no wait. (It's really nice to sit in a small boat and watch Pirates of the Caribbean on the water. There's a screen and real scenery. Plus, the plot is really good. I recommend sitting in the front row.)

By Just Xia Anan |

This is absolutely, absolutely a completely underrated project.

From my personal experience, it is cooler than Soaring Over the Horizon and more worth waiting in line for 120 minutes.

The pirate scene begins right at the queue. The dim candlelight, rusty chains, and the pungent smell of the sea all bring you right into the crazy era of Caribbean pirates.

Follow Captain Jack, from the artillery fire on the sea to the mysterious treasure on the seabed, avoid the terrifying Davy Jones and the charming singing of the evil mermaids, and be inspired by the passionate and heroic theme song of Pirates of the Caribbean. You will be immersed in the story and take on all the thrilling surprises.

In my mind, this project is almost the same as Tron Lightcycle Power Run and is ranked as the top must-play project.

By Let's row the oars |

We lined up for 20 minutes at around 8am and were able to get in easily. The Pirates of the Caribbean ride was fantastic, with all the lighting effects and the character Jack. It was beautiful. I thought I was drifting, but there were actually tracks, so I didn't have to worry about safety. It wasn't thrilling, but the lighting effects were great, especially the naval battle scene.

By Su Su Su Su is Zhe Zhe |

I gave them three because the line was an hour and a half long! It was also hot! If it weren't for my little fan, I'd probably faint!

But the queues are exhausting, with one house after another queuing up. I thought I had reached the end, but I didn't expect there would be so many houses in line! (Deeply resentful)

The boat ride was very cool, and there was a dome, which made me feel like I was in the underwater world! The viewing effect was quite good, and I could watch it twice!

If you just want to queue up, it is recommended to come early. Compared with flying over the horizon, this one is definitely more amazing!

If you want to grab FP, it is highly recommended to be the first one to grab it!

By Super Jing Jing Jing✨ |

The non-FP ride deserves a five-star recommendation. This one has a single-passenger lane, so the lines are shorter than usual. You're guaranteed to be in a single-passenger lane. The staff will hand you a slip of paper before you enter. I personally got to my line in just 15 minutes, which is a 35-minute wait. It's incredibly fast. The entire ride is on water, with a track controlling the ship's movements. We navigate through dark caves, occasionally glimpsing the captain, sunken treasure, and pirate fights. Then, as the ship drifts, we watch the 3D show, with its giant screen and ultra-immersive sound effects. The effect is truly amazing. There's a giant, naked-eye circular 3D screen in the center, and the underwater bombardment scenes are so realistic, it feels like a flyover. I'm surprised moviegoing has advanced to this level.

There is another uphill rush before the end, and photos will be taken here.

By Ranran loves traveling |

This was an unexpectedly fun project. I held my breath and experienced it seriously throughout the whole process. The scenes were relatively dark, so I didn't take any photos.

Following Captain Jack Sparrow aboard the pirate ship, we entered the caverns. The lights flickered and swayed, and even more amusingly, we could see people dining at the Barbossa Grill next door. As the boat slowly advanced deeper into the caverns, the lights dimmed. Suddenly, a flash of lightning appeared, and a skeleton moved. It was Captain Jack! It felt like I was diving underwater. The work was truly masterful, with the naked-eye 3D effect and the ship's movement, making it feel like I was truly immersed in the depths of the ocean.

Journeying through the sea, you'll see countless lost ships, glittering treasures, and even encounter a group of mermaids. Further on, you'll reach Davy Jones's lair, a slightly terrifying sight. Then, suddenly, you'll emerge from the depths of the sea! The feeling was so real that I nearly cried as I watched the sunset over the water. Then, a battle between the fleets began. Cannons fired relentlessly, as if engulfed in a sea of fire. I couldn't keep up, as if I were truly participating in a naval battle. Water surged from all sides against the heaving ships, forcing them to retreat. Captain Jack Sparrow and Davy Jones emerged, and the final showdown began.

I think "Battle for the Silent Treasures" is the best project in Shanghai Disney. The real sense of presence is even better than "Soaring Over the Horizon", especially the switching between diving into the seabed and rising to the surface and the ship battles on the sea. The naked-eye 3D effect is brought to the extreme.

By I'm a big fool |

I always thought Pirates of the Caribbean was the best attraction in Shanghai Disneyland. Without a FP card, I had to queue. In the afternoon, there were fewer people, so I had to queue alone. Fortunately, I could play with Captain Jack again. The naked eye 5D effect is really too cool.

By Heart Realm |

You are drawn into the story from the moment you queue up. The setting, which takes two weeks to queue for, is a room in a pirate ship, with dim lights and candle-like lamps. The details of the setting are very meticulous.

It was too dark inside Pirates of the Caribbean and we weren't allowed to use flash, so the photos didn't turn out well. It was a great way to experience pirate life on a boat, which was a little thrilling and very effective. I highly recommend it.

The queue was much more stuffy than at Soaring Horizon. I encountered a couple of elderly women arguing over queue-jumping. Their words were rude and made me feel uncomfortable. They were still cursing in the presence of their children. Enough with these people. Fortunately, Captain Jack Sparrow didn't disappoint me in the end.

We got on a pirate ship heading to dig for treasure. The lights inside were very dim. When the ship reached the water, the speed began to slow down, and various pirates began to appear on both sides. Although they were fake, they were very vivid and lifelike. As the ship moved, 3D images gradually began to appear above our heads, just like watching a movie, and we seemed to be immersed in the scene. This feeling couldn't help but make people excited. The sound of water, gunshots, and all other images were extremely perfect in coordination. Everyone shouted excitedly. It was really a very worthwhile visual feast.

I think "Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure" is the best attraction at Shanghai Disneyland. The thrilling sound effects, the magnificent naval battles, the mysterious sirens, and the murky blue sea all give you an unparalleled visual impact—a true visual feast. After waiting in line for an hour and a half, we finally boarded the pirate ship and, led by Captain Jack, began our adventure in search of treasure.
