But the breakfast provided by the hotel is still very good and rich.

I just went there two days ago. The scenic area is quite large. There are still more than ten kilometers from the ticket office to the hotel. On the way from the ticket office to the hotel, I found a frozen waterfall. Someone took pictures on it, so we went up to take pictures. As a result, ice fell as soon as we went up. There was a pavilion where we were inside, so we wanted to see if it was still falling. We hurried down. Just as we leaned out to take a look, another large piece collapsed. Fortunately, I observed it more. It was thrilling. Everyone should pay attention to safety. We arrived at around 1 pm, checked in, packed up, and ate something. It was getting late, so we hiked on the plank road near the hotel for a while, went to the Silver Cave Sea, took some photos, and there were few people so we could pose at will. 😁 I saw water deer in the Deer Viewing Tower of Luming Hotel at night. The next day, I took a sightseeing bus from the tourist center to the mountain, and then took a cable car up. It was another scene. The sun was big and the sea of ​​clouds was super beautiful. I continued to go up the stairs to the mountain and found different scenery along the way. It was really a test of physical strength. The higher you go, the higher the altitude. The sightseeing bus driver said that the top was about 4,000. Because we brought children, we walked and rested all the way, and spent a lot of time on the mountain. Later, after taking the cable car down, it was about four o'clock when we took the sightseeing bus down. The sightseeing bus goes directly to the top, the cable car down point. It stops at each scenic spot and you can get off to play. You can take another bus down the mountain. Because we were too tired, we got off twice on the way down the mountain to take a few photos, and then went down the mountain directly without going to those scenic spots. Some people got off at Luchi to play, and the master specifically reminded that they could call the phone on the sign at the section bus stop, and they would come to pick them up, which was great. When we went up the mountain in the morning, the rime and ice hangings were particularly beautiful along the way. Some of them melted when we went down the mountain. I didn't take pictures due to time reasons, which was a pity. If you have time, you can really play for one or two more days, arrange a three or four-day trip, and relax and wash your lungs. The scenic area has relatively complete supporting facilities and the environment is relatively good. I hope everyone who goes there will protect the environment and take away their own garbage. There are also many places that have not been developed. There are many Tibetan macaques, so don't tease them or feed them food, or they may follow you. Don't carry bags in places with many monkeys, as they will think they contain food and will come to snatch it. Although it didn't snow, the snow was thick in some places on the mountain, which was a bit regrettable, but it was still worth the trip. I will go back to experience it in other seasons if I have the chance.

It is still a niche attraction, not many people go there. I have been there in autumn and winter, and I feel that winter is more beautiful. Snow, sea of ​​clouds, long corridor, cable bridge, ice waterfall, all the pictures taken with mobile phone are beautiful, no filter is needed. Both times, I was too rushed and did not take pictures specifically. If you like taking pictures, it is better to stay for a day. Because there are several kilometers of roads under repair, they are very bad, so there are few people and cars, unlike other places to see snow, which are crowded and lined up. Maybe the scenery will be more primitive and quieter after the road is improved. It is recommended to go there in winter, but you must be careful when driving.

The scenery of Laba River is really ordinary. Now it is covered with snow, and the scenery is much better. If you go there at other times, it may not be so beautiful.

The road conditions are quite bad, so please be careful when choosing the right road when driving a car, otherwise you may easily scratch the chassis.

The ticket price is 30 yuan for Ya'an locals and around 50 yuan for non-locals, and the price fluctuates.

There are many monkeys on the road asking for food from passing vehicles. Monkeys are actually not harmful to people. If you are brave enough, you can get off the car to feed them. But be careful to be harmonious, as the monkeys may fight for food.

I went there on October 20th. The people at the scenic spot said that the best time to see the red leaves is one month from now. The scenery is beautiful and the tickets are not expensive. I was lucky and the weather was rare and clear, so I saw the sea of ​​clouds. The mountains were full of wild monkeys, guarding outside the hotel room early in the morning.

(The small courtyard in the forest where I stayed), I peeked in from the window and wanted to find food when I saw people opening the door. I didn't see any wild deer, but I saw deer poop all over the mountain. It is said that it is easier to see if you stay at Luming Hotel. I saw red pandas when I took the cable car. The most characteristic thing about the mountain is that there are many wild animals and various birds. I hope they will not be affected by human development. However, the reception capacity and publicity capacity of the scenic spot are poor. Only one hotel phone number on the official account can be reached, and many information has not been updated. In short, the blue sky, clear water, green grass and red leaves are worth a visit.

The scenery is pretty good, but the road outside the scenic area is too bad. Be sure to bring enough food. There are few places selling food in the scenic area.

There are two ways to go. One is to take the mountain road, which is closer, but there are many large trucks on the road, so it is not recommended. The other is to take a section of highway, which is 12 kilometers away, but safer. The ticket to Laba River seems cheap, 55 yuan per person, but if you want to go to Dujuan Lake, Luchi and other scenic spots, you have to spend 35 yuan to buy a ticket. The terminal of the bus is the entrance of Erlang Mountain Cableway. If you go up the mountain, the price of the cableway is 80 yuan. You must come to Laba River in the right season. In late autumn every year, from about late October to mid-to-late November, it is the most beautiful time for Laba River, and it is also the season to see red leaves. At that time, the mountains and forests are dyed with rich colors. During the National Day holiday, you only need to buy a 55 yuan ticket, and there is no need to go to other places. But most tourists don’t think so. Since they have come all the way here, they must go around and regret it after seeing it. Therefore, they must come in the right season.

The scenic area is very large and suitable for self-driving. I didn't see any travel agency buses along the way. After driving for a long time, I arrived at the first attraction, Panda Lake.

We continued driving forward and saw a beautiful waterfall on the side of the road from afar, Tiansi Waterfall, the name fits perfectly with what we saw.

Although Labahe is a 4A scenic spot, the parking is very chaotic and even roadside parking is difficult. To visit the core scenic spot, you need to buy a ticket from the visitor center and take the scenic shuttle bus to the Erlang Mountain Cableway. If you do not take the cableway, you can take the bus back and visit several scenic spots along the way, such as Luchi and Dujuan Lake. There is an 18-kilometer mountain road from the visitor center to the cableway. You can only take the scenic bus. Private cars cannot pass, and walking is even more unrealistic. Since there is no parking at the visitor center, we had to continue driving forward and first look around Luming Hotel.

We also followed the steps and took a lot of effort to reach the Silver Cave Sea. It has a beautiful name, but it is actually an artificial lake and there is no need to come here.

A scenic spot that has not been fully developed. I went there during the National Day holiday. Starting from Yucheng District, there is a mountain road that is still under construction. Cars can go there but you have to drive carefully. The scenic area is relatively simple, with many waterfalls, wild deer, yaks and monkeys. You can take a cable car to the snowy mountain and then hike up. The snow is all the way up, and the scenery is still very beautiful. There are places to rent clothes and sell food in the scenic area, and the charges are very reasonable. In short, it feels worthwhile to take this trip during the National Day.

We went there in late October 2017 when the red leaves were in full bloom. Seeing the red leaves depends on luck. Ya'an is foggy, so it's easy to miss them. The sun came out for an hour or two at noon the second day after we arrived, and the scenery was very nice. After 15:00, it was foggy again.

On the 318 road from Tianquan County to the scenic spot, there are often rockfalls and large trucks. The entrance to the scenic spot is about 60 yuan, and I saw that the locals only gave 30 yuan, bullying you because you are not a local. You can see small waterfalls and monkeys on the way. Go to the tourist center. If you want to go up to see the scenic spot, you can buy a ticket for 35 yuan, which is a super pit, but you walk up 8 kilometers and take a car up. The scenic spot is not as good as below. However, they said that the mountaintop cable car is 75 yuan for a good view, but that's it. If you complete the whole tour, it costs 170 yuan per person. If you stay in the scenic spot, the cheapest single room is 400 yuan. If you want to stay outside, you have to go 20 kilometers out of the scenic spot. So plan it well, stay in Tiancheng City, arrive at the scenic spot 1 hour in the morning, and then play for a day, which is almost it. I don’t know about the peak season. The meals are 30 yuan per person. Overall, it’s enough to play for half a day. Of course, hiking is okay, but it’s tiring.

This is a really bad attraction. It doesn't have any special features. The ticket is over 60 yuan. There are a few small waterfalls along the way. You have to go up the mountain to the visitor center and buy a 20 yuan sightseeing bus ticket, otherwise you can't get in. There is no introduction along the way on the sightseeing bus. It takes you directly to the cable car on the mountain and charges money again. It's just one pit into another. If you don't want to take the cable car, you can only follow the bus down. There is a Rhododendron Sea along the way, which is just an artificial dead water pool of less than 200 square meters. It's a pit and you don't need to bury it. The other Deer Lake is just a larger pool. We went down the mountain in a hurry. It was extremely boring. The only thing was that there were wild monkeys on the road, which robbed our snacks

After learning about the Erlang Mountain Labahe Scenic Area on China-TravelNote, I decided to drive straight to Erlang Mountain with my wife!

Depart from Chengdu, drive all the way to Tianquan County and get off the highway! Navigate to Erlang Mountain Labahe Scenic Area Visitor Center! The air is great! The sky is clear!

Buy tickets at the Visitor Center and take a sightseeing bus directly to the site! No stops along the way, just to see the azaleas. It turns out that it is still under development! The road is basically completed, but the entertainment facilities are not yet complete! The specific time is to be determined!

From the visitor center, drive to the right and you will reach the hotel, which has waterfalls and pools! Blue Crystal Hotel, good environment! There are more than a dozen Chinese sturgeons in the pool, about 70 to 80 centimeters long! There is also a Luming Hotel, where you can watch deer at night!

I went there in the summer of 2016. I really think it's worth it. The scenery is nice, the lake is turquoise, and it looks beautiful when photographed. We drove up the mountain to the primeval forest. You can also see monkeys and elks. There are a lot of monkeys, and they will ask for food from people...

We went there during the Qingming Festival holiday in 2018. Through my previous research on China-TravelNote, I found that Laba River is a good place to escape the heat in summer, see red leaves in autumn, and see snow in winter, but it is a little unremarkable in spring. But after going there, I think it is still very good. Some scenic spots, such as Jiuzhaigou, are so beautiful that they will shock people, but it is difficult for you to feel integrated into them; some scenic spots are the opposite, not shocking enough, but can make you feel another kind of comfort. In short, I think Laba River is very suitable for family travel with the elderly and children.

I came here during the Lantern Festival. There was no snow in the scenic area. The scenery was OK, but I have to complain that the road to the scenic area was too bad and full of potholes. The car was terrified. There were gravels flying down from the mountains along the road. It didn't feel like a tour, but an adventure! The scenic area was OK. You can see the scenery, feed the monkeys, and watch the deer licking salt in the hotel at night. The consumption was above average! It was acceptable! If it was summer, the scenery would be better, but I don't want to come again. I suggest you wait another half a year until the road is repaired before coming back!

The scenery is beautiful in all four seasons and the vegetation is rich. As part of the World Heritage Giant Panda Habitat, it is eager to be discovered by tourists. The snow and rime are particularly unique, and on a clear day you can see the sacred Mount Gongga from afar.

The photos were taken at the Labahe Scenic Area of ​​Erlang Mountain. It can be regarded as a decompression tour after the exam. I recommend it to everyone for weekends. 1. Clothing: The temperature in the scenic area is -5℃～15℃, and the temperature difference between day and night and the altitude is large. 2. Line: Our route for your reference

On the first morning, we took a ride, and the driver picked us up at District 2 at 7:00 (the Yakang Expressway we took was opened on January 1 this year). We arrived at Tianquan at 7:40, and took the bus to Labahe at 8:00 (two buses a day at 8:00 and 13:00). We arrived at the gate of the scenic area at 9:20, and there was a tourist bus inside the scenic area to the visitor center (round trip 20 per person. Remember the driver's phone number. I called him the next day and he said he would arrange a ride back to the gate of the scenic area).

It is 9 kilometers from the tourist center to the Jiaoshan Cableway Station on the left. It is all road and has many scenic spots (the price of the tourist bus is the same as above, 20 yuan per person for round trip)

emmmmmm The cableway is not open yet (the vertical distance between the top of Jiaoshan Mountain and the lower station of the cableway is 800m. The upper station has been built and is currently under debugging. The staff expects it to be opened after the Spring Festival this year)

This was how we spent the first day. At night, we returned to Luming Hotel (a few hundred meters along the road to the right of the tourist center) to rest and solve the problem of dinner.

The next morning, we got up at 7:30, had breakfast, and packed our luggage. The weather was too cold in the morning, so it was recommended to set off around 9:00. We could just leave our luggage at the hotel and head along the road. The Luming Hotel-Blue Crystal Hotel road is 4.5 kilometers long (the walking trail we took went up the mountain first and then down the mountain along the river). The terrain is relatively flat, and the round trip takes about 4 hours. After returning to the hotel to get our luggage, we had lunch. At 2:00 p.m., we called the driver to pick us up, and then took the bus back to Tianquan at the entrance of the scenic area. We arrived in Tianquan at about 4:00 p.m., and we could take the bus or a ride home. We took the car of the driver who sent us the day before and were taken back to District 2.

3. Food: Bring about two meals of dry food, not too much, about 1L of drinking water, and the rest of the food is taken care of in the scenic area (the ones located in the tourist center are recommended, which are cheaper than hotels). The hotel provides a breakfast.

4. Accommodation: There are many hotels in the scenic area, and you can choose the price yourself (recommended Luming Hotel, a three-star hotel, with a relatively affordable standard room price of 168)



Suitable ways: self-driving, hiking (after the opening of Yakang Expressway, the distance from Ya'an to the scenic spot is only 80 kilometers. Students who travel by car can directly get on the expressway, get off the expressway and drive a section of National Highway 318 to reach the scenic spot. Parking and vehicle entry and exit fees are not charged.

For groups with more than two people but less than or equal to four people, it is recommended to take Didi directly to the scenic spot, and the outbound fare is about 150

Laba River-Panda Sea is my favorite attraction.

It was just reopened at the end of last year. The entire scenic area is still under construction, but it is a good place to escape the summer heat. The right branch of the Yaque River is well built. The left branch can only wait for China. What I hope most is that after the Yakang Expressway is opened to traffic, I can reach the scenic area faster. Now it takes four or five hours, which is quite disappointing. The Laba River Scenic Area is mainly for playing in the water. Although it is introduced that there are things to play in all seasons, I haven't tried it yet, so it's hard to comment.

A really nice place. You can drive around the entire scenic area, and you will encounter monkeys and deer on the road, which are very cute. You can eat hot pot, Chinese food, barbecue, and the accommodation conditions are good, and the price is also affordable. The road conditions are average, but there are more heavy vehicles on National Highway 318. Pay more attention when driving. The speed is about 40 throughout the journey. There is no pressure for cars. There are several hundred meters of road under construction near the scenic area. It is a gravel road. We played for a day and a half and took a lot of beautiful photos. One advantage of this unpopular attraction is that you don’t have to worry about someone stealing the spotlight from you when taking pictures, and the photos taken are also very beautiful. There are many places where you can dive into the water, but it’s too cold. It’s much colder than the water on the back mountain of Qingcheng Mountain. You can also drift. Although the scenic area is equipped with rafting clothes, remember to bring more underwear, because the bottom of the rafting boat will be flooded. Once you sit down, your pants will get wet. The water is also relatively cold. The process of drifting feels like entering winter😄

Laba River Tour from June 9 to 11, 2017



On June 9th, at 3:40 pm, we set out from Chengdu on the Beijing-Kunming Expressway, drove 133 kilometers to Ya'an, got off the expressway and headed for National Highway 318, drove nearly 40 kilometers to Tianquan County. I wanted to find the popular Qiaotoubao Chaoshou restaurant on the Internet to eat spicy chicken, but unfortunately, it was already 6 pm when I arrived, and the restaurant closed at 3 pm. I had to find another roadside restaurant for dinner, and then continued along National Highway 318 to Laba River at about 7 pm. It suddenly rained lightly and the sky was dark. The road conditions were not very good. There were too many heavy trucks along the road, and the traffic was heavy. It was extremely difficult to overtake, and the driving speed was very slow. After about 40 kilometers, I got off Highway 318 and forked to Laba River Nature Reserve. I arrived at the gate and bought a ticket for 30 yuan each. I continued to drive 14 kilometers and arrived at Luming Hotel around 8:40 pm. Excluding the time for eating on the road, the whole journey took 4.5 hours and traveled 233 kilometers.



Accommodation at Luming Hotel: Standard room is 218 yuan/room, three-star standard, clean room, comfortable bedding, the only drawback is that the bathroom is too small. What makes people happy is that at night, from the teahouse on the second floor, you can see groups of water deer coming to lick saltpeter.

The next morning, I got up and opened the window. It was drizzling outside. I saw the green mountains, the Laba River at the door roaring, the water flow was large, the surrounding scenery was pleasant, the air was fresh, and it felt very refreshing. After a simple breakfast in the restaurant, the rain gradually subsided, and the family drove out to the Blue Crystal Hotel to go out for fun. Along the Laba River, there is a tourist plank road, the river is surging, the scenery is pleasant, the road is flat, suitable for walking, and very nourishing to the lungs. Just roam all the way, all the way to the end of the Blue Crystal Hotel. The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by artificial lakes and waterfalls. The hotel and Luming Hotel are both opened by Erlangshan Tourism Company, but the former is slightly higher in grade, and the standard room price is about 100 yuan higher than the latter. Wandering all the way back to the hotel for lunch at noon, playing mahjong in the afternoon and taking a walk after dinner time, I actually encountered two groups of water deer, which were very brave and not afraid of people, leaving many unforgettable memories. After walking tired, I went back to the room to rest.

I got up a little late and the sky was clear. After breakfast at the restaurant, I drove to the ropeway. The weather was great, very suitable for taking pictures. On the way, I met leisurely sambar deer and a few groups of bold monkeys 🐵🐵, who actually jumped onto the engine and roof of our car to beg for food. They were very cute, but also scared my little dog. 



The family had fun until about 11 o'clock and then set off on the return journey to the famous Qiaotoubao Chaoshou in Tianquan County to order lunch. The restaurant was very shabby. The main dish, Chaoshou, was really average, to be honest, but the 80-yuan pepper chicken and chicken offal were very delicious. No wonder the entrance was full of Sichuan A cars that came here for the name.

After the reconstruction, the Laba River Scenic Area has good tourist facilities and accommodation conditions. Although there is no amazing landscape, it is very suitable for group activities and family vacations, leisure and health, and relaxation. The only drawback is that the traffic conditions on National Highway 318 and Tianquan County are not good enough.

Labahe is located in the west of Tianquan County, Sichuan Province. It is a national key scenic spot of Erlang Mountain. The total area is 234 square kilometers, and the forest coverage rate reaches 78%. The scenic area has ancient geology, peculiar landforms, and strong characteristics of mid-subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest. The scenic area has undulating mountains, numerous canyons, crisscrossing gullies, and unique scenery. It is composed of forests, snow-capped mountains, green peaks, lakes, flowing springs, waterfalls, rare birds and animals, exotic flowers and plants, etc., forming a primitive, simple and majestic natural picture scroll.

The scenic spot is very good ~ original ecology! Maybe it is not well-known and there are fewer people going there, so there is less damage! The hardware facilities of the entire scenic spot are still under construction! It is worth a visit ~

A place worth recommending. There are natural landscapes all year round. Those who like hiking, adventure, camping, photography, and those who like to study biology, animals, and especially plants can have their own high interests here! !

Erlang Mountain Labahe Tourist Area is mainly dominated by alpine large-leaf azalea and pigeon flower. Because azalea is widely distributed in the scenic area and the altitude difference is large, it has a long flowering period, and the latest flowering period can be as late as July and August.

We set out at 6pm on December 10th and arrived at Laba River at 10:30pm. So friends coming from Chengdu need to drive for about four and a half to five hours. Be sure to drive safely on the national highway and the road leading to the scenic area.

The scenery is very beautiful and natural. There is a red stone beach that was discovered not long ago. We played there for more than an hour. It was very beautiful. The forest is relatively primitive and has not been developed much, so you must not go to undeveloped places, it is easy to get lost. There are not many food. There are fewer businesses there now.
