Qionghai Lake is the second largest freshwater lake in Sichuan. It is rich in fish and shrimps. It is a famous natural fishing ground and also the favorite back garden for locals to spend the weekend.
At present, Qionghai is planned to be a national wetland park, and the scenic area mainly includes several major areas such as Bird Watching Island, Dream Water Village, Misty Heron Island and Xibo Crane Shadow.
The sculpture of a girl sitting on the moon by the sea is the landmark of the town. You can reach the bay area by passing Qionghai Park, and you can overlook the entire Qionghai during morning exercises.
Whether you stay by the lake for a weekend, row a boat and taste fresh lake food, or rent a bicycle to travel around the lake, it is a good experience.

Qionghai Scenic Area is mainly composed of three wetland parks. The combined ticket is 90 yuan, and each park is 35, 35, and 25 yuan respectively. If you enter the park before dawn, you can get free tickets.
The most beautiful scene of Qionghai Lake is in the sunshine, when the vast lake is sparkling, with egrets and reeds on the sandbanks or red flowers of Erythrina on the shore, and boats coming and going, showing a soft beauty that never gets boring. The scenery around the lake is different in different places, and it takes a long time to walk through all three wetland parks. If you enter the park in the early morning, you can prepare dry food, walk slowly, and stay for most of the day.
Although Qionghai is beautiful, it is not a beauty that can shock people. It is more like a beauty next door, friendly, comfortable and pleasing to the eye. You will not spend all your money on her and just smile, nor will you linger there and forget the time.
If you happen to pass through Xichang, just spend half a day to take a look.
It was called Qiongchi in ancient times. It is located at the northeast foot of Lushan Mountain in Xichang City, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is shaped like a snail, 11.5 kilometers long from north to south, 5.5 kilometers wide from east to west, 35 kilometers in circumference, with a water area of 31 square kilometers. The average depth of the lake is 14 meters, and the deepest point is 34 meters. It is the second largest freshwater lake in Sichuan Province and one of the top ten scenic spots in Sichuan Province.
The first time I went to Xichang, I saw the clean sky, which was as blue as a fairyland. I was used to the fast pace of big cities, but suddenly I saw the blue sky, the lake, the lazy people, and my long-lost good friends. Everything was so beautiful and good. . . . Qionghai does not require tickets and there are some barbecues there. Xichang’s barbecued eggplants, fish and drunken shrimps are very famous.
The beautiful Qionghai Lake is located in Xichang City, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is the second largest freshwater lake in Sichuan Province. It was called Qiongchi in ancient times.
Qionghai is really great! ! ! ! ! I stayed here for 4 days this time and will come again next time!
Located in Xichang City, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, it was called Qiongchi in ancient times. It is a fault lake in the early Pleistocene, about 1.8 million years old. It is the second largest freshwater lake in Sichuan Province, with clear and transparent water and an area of about 31 square kilometers.
It's OK. It's comfortable to walk along the river and feel the breeze. There are a lot of wild ducks on the water, which can be seen everywhere. However, the water quality is still far from that of Lugu Lake.
Xichang Qionghai, a place worth visiting to experience its beauty!
The environment is beautiful and the water quality is good, but there are not many tourists and the development is not good enough. It is original and has advantages and disadvantages.
Very beautiful. The temperature is very high during the Spring Festival. This place is suitable for the Spring Festival, but accommodation must be booked in advance.
The scenery is great. It is very pleasant to take a walk by the lake, drink tea and bask in the sun in winter.
On the south side of Xichang city, just like the romantic scenery of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, Lushan Mountain and Qionghai Lake have their own unique charm and moonlight.
This Qionghai should be a freshwater lake. The origin of the name is unknown, and there are many different opinions about the reasons for its formation. Let’s not care about anything else and just look at the beautiful scenery.
The weather is clear, the sky is blue and the clouds are white, the air is fresh and the scenery is beautiful, making it suitable for long-term stay and travel.
The scenic area is very beautiful. I went there several times. Now it has started to charge admission. This time we only visited the free area of the Baiyue Hotel. Since the "no fishing, no net fishing" policy was implemented, children have lost a lot of fun.
The night view is beautiful and the environment is beautiful, suitable for leisure.
Don't come! Don't come! Don't come! I regretted coming to this place. What sea? It's just a lake. It's not even as big as the lake in our park. The facilities are old and the price is a rip-off. The speedboat is 300 yuan, and the big sightseeing boat is 100 yuan per person. It takes less than 30 minutes to take a boat around the lake. The locals are not authentic. They charged us 10 yuan for parking. We said that the sign clearly said 5 yuan, so they charged 5 yuan. I think they took it as a rip-off! The park security guards didn't let us walk around the lake with our pets, saying that we would be fined. When we put the dog back in the car, we found that there were many locals walking around the lake with their dogs. In short, you will regret coming to this place.
The water of Qionghai Lake is not as clear as before, but I can still sit beside it for an entire afternoon.
After the wetland park was built in Qionghai, it became more beautiful and exquisite. You can ride a tandem bicycle along the secluded road around the lake in the wetland park to enjoy the scenery. Flowers and trees line the road, and the lake is right next to you. It is beautiful to take pictures at any time.
The open and natural scenery is right in Walnut Village, Jinlin Beach, and Moon Bay. I strongly recommend staying in this area.
Advance strategy, follow everyone's method to navigate directly to "Moonlight Town", the parking fee is 5 yuan. 2 minutes down is the Moon Goddess Statue of Qionghai, many people take pictures. No tickets. There are also water athletes training. A large number of yellow flower phytoplankton grows on the left side of the lake, which is very large and beautiful.
It is an open and free park (Qionghai National Wetland Park charges a fee), built along the shore of Qionghai Lake. Although the scenery is beautiful, it is much inferior to Lugu Lake, Erhai Lake and Fuxian Lake. The clarity and transparency of the lake water, the freshness and transparency of the air, the blueness of the sky and the whiteness of the clouds are not on the same level. There is haze or fog, which gives people a hazy feeling as a whole.
Qionghai should be very beautiful, but unfortunately the weather was bad and too cloudy when I went there, and the time was not very good.
Qionghai Scenic Area refers to Qionghai and Qionghai Wetland Park, because the entire circle around Qionghai is surrounded by the wetland park. The best way to view Qionghai is to view the sea along the wetland park. If you don’t want to buy tickets, the Yuexia Style Town and the small fishing village are good places to view Qionghai up close. You can see the panoramic view of Qionghai from Lushan Mountain.
Every time I come, she presents herself to me in a different way. The only thing that remains unchanged is her warmth and beauty, which makes people linger.
You can sit quietly by the lake, look out from the railing, count the waves, listen to the wind, or walk along the seaside path, stepping out the rhythm of the fallen leaves; you can go boating on the lake to take in the scenery; you can also enjoy the excitement of speedboat or experience the fun of sailing, and you can also... This is the ancient Qionghai Lake that will make you intoxicated.
A walking plank road has been built here. The plank road is several kilometers long along the lake. There are docks, pavilions and platforms. The scenery is pleasant. I prefer Qionghai under the moonlight to the bright sunshine during the day.
Walking along the shore of Qionghai Lake, the lake is like a mirror, and my mood is as calm as water. Taking a boat on the lake, the water below the boat is shimmering, and I think of a poem: "The tide is flat and the two banks are wide, the wind is right and the sails are hanging."
The water quality here is pretty good and there are not many tourists, so it has retained its original natural appearance!
The greenways on the east and north sides of Qionghai are very good, and the wetlands are also good and large, suitable for bicycles. A night ride takes about three and a half hours. The west side is close to the city and is a modern waterfront park. There is nothing special about it, and the water is also poor. The south side is close to Lushan Mountain and is a charming town, but I didn't take a close look.
You can ride a bike or take the bus, but it’s best to travel by bike. The sun is shining brightly, time passes slowly, and the day is very pleasant.
The water quality is very good. You need a fishing license to fish here, and you can't do it randomly. Many houses have been demolished nearby. Now the overall landscape is good. There is a paid section that we didn't go through.
I met a group of cute mountain kings here. I miss the monkeys in Qionghai. Haha, compared with the monkeys in Shanxi, they are very, very honest.
It's beautiful and worth a visit, especially in winter!
In the whole Qionghai Lake, only the most crowded Yuese Fengqing Town and a small area of Hetao Village in the southwest corner are free to enter. The other areas close to the lake are all fenced off and charged. The Mengxun Flower Sea area charges about 8 am to 7 pm. When they get off work, the gate is open and free to enter.
The wind is very strong and the sun is very hot near Qionghai. The other two scenic spots: Lushan and Wetland Park are nearby, which causes heavy traffic pressure. If you drive there during holidays, it will be quite congested.
Very beautiful, with great ecology ~ birds singing and flowers blooming!
Free! I've been there for two years! The three-day itinerary was a bit tight, but it was still great. The biggest impression of Xichang is the enthusiasm of the people.
The scenery is pretty good. Recommended to friends who like to see the scenery.
No matter how cold the Chengdu Plain is in winter, it will always be a warm back garden.
The beauty of Qionghai Lake lies not in any season or time, but in all four seasons. From the first ray of sunshine in the morning to the afterglow of sunset, from the bright sun to the mountain fog, its beauty is in all moments, allowing you to wander around and linger.
After returning from Lugu Lake, I went to Qionghai Lake, which is still a little different from Lugu Lake. After all, it is very close to the city, so there are many people with old and young.
I don't recommend it now that they've started charging admission. The ticket price is high and not worth the price.
It feels pretty good to sit by the Qionghai Lake and daydream, but it is not on the same level as Lugu Lake, and the scenery is much worse. Qionghai Lake is suitable for a short rest when passing by.
I just want to say that Qionghai is not the sea you imagine, it’s a lake!
The beauty of Qionghai Lake is natural and fresh. The water and sky are one color, and there are beautiful scenery in the distance, the middle and the near, which is especially suitable for taking landscape photos. However, there are many people on holidays, so it is recommended to go when there are fewer people. If possible, it is best to arrange a trip for more than 2 days, because the length of a circle around the sea is 35 kilometers.
Qionghai Lake is a shining pearl in Xichang. In the morning, a thin mist emanates from the lake surface, which is as charming as a fairyland...
It's a very beautiful place. I went there twice but still couldn't finish it. I plan to go there twice more. The facilities in the park are very complete.
Qionghai is the most beautiful scenic spot in Xichang, it is still very good
Qionghai Wetland Park is really beautiful when the weather is good, with tranquil water, blue sky, and acceptable number of tourists. If you stay in a hotel by the Qionghai Sea, it will definitely be great to see the sunrise and sunset.
Overall it's good, but it's suitable for local travel, and it's not recommended for outsiders to go there specifically
The waters are vast, the sea and sky are one color, the wetland scenery is pleasing to the eye, and the trail around the lake is neat and clean. It must be recommended
After being built, the wetland park on the edge of Qionghai has added color to the entire scenic area.
Leisurely life, picturesque scenery, and time flies!
Xichang is lively because of Qionghai Lake, and the surrounding wetland parks are also very well built. I envy the people of Xichang for having such beautiful scenery at their fingertips.
If you come to Xichang and don't visit Qionghai Lake, it's like a wasted trip. Although the scenery is not as good as Lugu Lake and Erhai Lake, it is also pretty good.
Qionghai Wetland Park is pretty nice. It rained in the afternoon and it was very cool to walk in the wetland park.
I thought of many places in Xichang, but Qionghai kept me here.
The scenery of the seaside bicycle path is super good. The local ultraviolet rays are a bit strong, so be prepared for sun protection
There is not much highlight. Like most lake view parks, there are many clothes for rent and taking photos by the lake. It is not expensive for 10 yuan per set. It is also good to go and see it if you have time.
I want to say that Xichang not only has "Chang'e" to fly to the moon, but also has beautiful national 5A scenery. I also want to say that this 5A scenery is free~
Like some plateau lakes in my country, Qionghai Lake is known for its tranquility. The scenery varies in different seasons. In spring, the sky is bright and the water is blue. A vast expanse of waves shines in the green mountains and fields. "The boat is sailing on the blue waves, and people are swimming in the painting." The shore is full of willow eyebrows and peach cheeks, and swallows are chirping. In summer, the lake is full, the colorful clouds are dazzling, and the mountain temples and fishing villages are shining against each other. In autumn, the sky is high and the air is refreshing, the setting clouds are lonely, and the autumn water is long, making people linger. In winter, the sky is clear and the water is bright, and the red maples and green cypresses are reflected on the lake. In the afternoon, the wind blows, and the waves surge, like white geese playing on the waves.
A half-day bicycle tour around Qionghai Lake was a few days after the Spring Festival. The temperature was very suitable, the environment was very nice, and a handsome guy was my tour guide, providing food and accommodation, haha
1. Ashima, a girl from the Yi ethnic group
While walking and shooting at the Qionghai Sea, I accidentally found a few Yi compatriots wearing ethnic costumes, so I approached them and asked to take pictures. The warm and generous Yi girl decisively accepted. Facing the camera of a stranger, she was still a little nervous, but her style and beauty remained the same! As the saying goes, beauty is by the water. The land and water of a place also nurtures the people of that place. The beautiful scenery of the Qionghai Sea and the foot of Lushan Mountain nourishes another kind of Sichuan beauty!
2. The wandering erhu artist “youth”
The old man is a retired worker. He has been living abroad for many years after retirement. When he came to Xichang, he was mesmerized by the charming scenery of Qionghai Lake and improvised a song of Daughter's Love. The old man was immersed in his own world. His elegant posture was no less than any young man, and he had the sentiment of "a martyr still full of ambition in his old age". This is also the old man's attitude towards life.
3. "Little Tigers"
It was by chance that I met the Little Tigers. They were posing by the Qionghai Sea, with exaggerated and casual poses. I couldn't help but take a sneak shot. I was discovered, so I joined them and posed with them. The handsome guy in the middle was the most naughty, and he had the most ideas for posing!
The air is very good and there are a lot of vegetation. I like it here very much.
During the National Day holiday in 2015, I went to Xichang on my way to Lugu Lake from Chongqing. I have to say that it is very beautiful there, surrounded by beautiful mountains, and the water is very clear, very beautiful, see the pictures! I will never forget the experience of camping by the Qionghai Lake, because it was my first time traveling and also my first time camping in a tent. Haha, by the way, Qionghai Lake is also very suitable for barbecues~ and cycling
I didn't really want to go, but my sister dragged me here. After I got there, I felt the air was very good and I felt relaxed. The only downside was that the ultraviolet rays were too strong, so I had to wear sun-protective clothing.
The best place to enjoy the moon in Xichang is Qionghai Lake in the southeast suburb. The ancients praised the moon in Qionghai Lake with the beautiful sentence "The moon rises from the water of Qiongchi Lake, and the sky is clear and bright." Qionghai Lake is a natural lake created by an earthquake, with a circumference of about 50 kilometers. The lake water is clear and clean, as flat as a mirror, and the scenery is beautiful, which complements the bright moon in the sky. On a clear and breezy night, the moonlight is as bright as a candle, illuminating the surrounding mountains as clearly as daylight. When the moon moves over Qionghai Lake, you can see that the water and the sky are the same color, and the two jade plates in the sky and the water are shining silver, reflecting each other, and the upper and lower parts are bright. It is really pleasing to the eye, making people forget the troubles of the world and the hustle and bustle of the city.
It is said that Qionghai Lake is the place where the moonlight fairy bathes. On the night of the middle of every lunar month, the fairy will come to the world and play in Qionghai Lake. Therefore, the moonlight on this day is the brightest and the moonlight is the most beautiful. Watching it makes people feel relaxed and refreshed.
There is another myth: In the ancient times of Emperor Yao, there were 10 suns and 4 moons in the sky, which made the world miserable. Houyi was recommended by the people and went through untold hardships to shoot down 9 suns, so that all things in the world could survive. But when Houyi returned home, he learned that his wife Chang'e flew into the moon, and he was furious. He raised his magic bow and shot three arrows at the four bright moons in the sky. The bright moon shot by the third arrow fell into the transition zone between the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and the Sichuan Basin in the west of China, and fell into a deep pit in the Panxi Grand Canyon, which became today's Qionghai Lake. Therefore, the moon in Qionghai Lake is the brightest.
The weather is good and it is very good. There is no ticket. You can walk along the beach and enjoy the fresh air.
If you come to Xichang, you must go to Qionghai Lake. Suggested route: Mengli Water Village Wetland Phase II - Yanyu Luzhou Wetland Phase III - Qionghai Hotel - Moonlight Town; or add Xibo Heying Wetland. If you walk all the way, the scenery is beautiful, but your feet are very tired. If you don't count Xibo Heying, you will walk about 11,000 steps, so you can walk part of the way and ride part of the way, it's beautiful anyway.
Went to Yanyu Luzhou Wetland Park, it was great to ride a bike. Qionghai felt average, too big, average scenery
The natural scenery is nice and the food is delicious. I will go there again if I have the chance.
I didn't go to Qionghai Park, but if I don't go to Qionghai when I arrive in Xichang, it will feel like I haven't been to Xichang. It's still worth going to see it.
It's still very pleasant to ride a bicycle around the lake in the morning. However, the clarity of the water and the blueness of the sky are several times worse than those in Dali. However, the prices around are not cheap. If you really have nowhere to go, you can go there to have fun. Xichang mainly eats drunken shrimp and barbecue, which are delicious.
Except for the temperature and sunshine, everything else is normal.
The traffic roads in the city are not designed properly and are very chaotic. Since the bus lane and the right-turn lane are designed in the non-motorized vehicle lane near the street, it is impossible to park on the roadside. Sometimes I can't find the road and want to pull over to check the navigation, but it doesn't work. Hangtian Avenue has 10 lanes. It takes 3 or 4 minutes to pass after the traffic lights are released one by one. There is no pedestrian bridge, and the traffic police have to pull a rope to stop the car and then lead the pedestrians across the road. The green belt in the middle is very green, and there is a sidewalk designed. It is often only seen after someone rushes out, and it is dangerous to brake suddenly. I don't know who designed this traffic in the first place, I am kneeling. There was a performance in Torch Square, and the traffic police closed the road. I walked through 3 intersections, and the traffic police said that the next intersection was not closed. In the end, I went around a lot, and they were all closed. The traffic police let some local cars pass, but many of our cars from other places had to go around, and the traffic police didn't pay much attention to asking for directions. It took nearly an hour to drive out after going around and around for more than ten kilometers and waiting for traffic lights...
[Qionghai Park] It is called a park, but it is really no different from the ordinary green belts along the river in our city. It is even worse and older.
[Fengqing Town] is very dirty. Many restaurants wash dishes in basins, and the dishwashing water is poured directly on the roadside, flowing everywhere along the road. There are also many garbage dumps with yellow water flowing out.
Fortunately, we came to the [Wetland Park], which was very clean and made us feel much more comfortable. However, the parking lot charges a fee after entering for a few minutes, and it says "Only provide parking space, no care". Since tourists pay for parking, why don't they take care of the car? Such an overbearing rule.
[Small fishing village] The houses are being demolished, there is a lot of dust, and the whole area is rubble. Along the way, many villagers asked you to park in their ruins, but they still charge a fee without supervision. This time I didn't park in their dam, but directly parked on the roadside (where it doesn't block the road).
The Slave Society Museum is on Lushan Mountain. I thought I could visit it for free with my ID card, but when I got to the door, I found that only minors were free. Anyway, I was not interested in it, so I didn't go. The scenery of Lushan Mountain is very ordinary, relatively old, and there are not many plants.
[Lao Haiting] There is a dam for barbecue nearby. The drunken shrimp there is worth trying. It tastes very good. 60 yuan per serving is worth it! The boss is very enthusiastic! Other barbecue prices are slightly higher. It is understandable in tourist areas.
Qionghai Lake is similar to Dianchi Lake. It is beautiful, not breathtaking, but in the cold winter, under the setting sun, it has a special kind of softness.
First, we took a sightseeing bus to transfer to the cable car. I don’t know if it’s because the scenic spot is not popular, but the sightseeing bus is old and feels like it can be scrapped. The power is not good, and there are many flies in the car. Then we transferred to the cable car. There was almost no staff to indicate the way up and down the cable car. We had to go up and down by ourselves, but the quality and power of the cable car were good! Finally, we got off the cable car to climb the mountain. Due to the high altitude of more than 3,000 meters, the group felt that they were not strong enough, so they did not continue to move forward when they arrived at Dahaizi. I heard that Dahaizi was the biggest highlight. After seeing it, I felt so-so and a little disappointed. It might be because the season we went was not right. The wind on the mountain was too strong and people fainted, so we went back home!
