The Small Fishing Village Scenic Area is located on the north bank of Qionghai Lake. From here, you can view the Lushan Scenic Area and Qionghai Park on the opposite bank across the lake, and view the urban wetland landscape to the northwest.
The entire scenic area is characterized by simple and natural folk landscapes that showcase the customs of farmers and the fun of fishermen, while integrating modern and fashionable natural and cultural landscapes.
The scenic area is divided into eight major landscape areas: the entrance and exit square area, the children's play area, the farm park, the seaside square, Fangfeiping, the fishing garden, the racecourse and the self-service camping area.
In the central area of the small fishing village, there are many street-style farmhouses where you can enjoy Qionghai seafood, such as fried snails, drunken shrimps, and grilled fish.

A point on the way around the lake where you can get close to the lake
The small fishing village provides accommodation, food and some local specialties.
The scenery is beautiful. Located in the north, it is worth a leisurely visit.
The small fishing village is a paradise for foodies. Drunken shrimps and barbecued meatballs are must-try delicacies when you come to Xichang. Originally, there was a whole street of barbecue restaurants here, but now they have been demolished due to road expansion, and a barbecue city has been built next to it. This is also a place where you can see Qionghai up close and for free. You can see Qionghai by walking straight along the avenue. On its left and right sides are Mengxun Flower Sea and Mengli Water Village Wetland Park. The ticket price is 40. Of course, you can see inside from a distance if you don’t want to buy a ticket, but since you are here, you might as well go in and take a look. The scenery is very good and you won’t regret it.
This is the closest free park to Qionghai, but it's being demolished for reconstruction. I believe there will be a fee after the reconstruction. The small fishing village is a 40-minute drive from the city. I navigated all the way there, but it's already being relocated. I don't recommend staying there, but it's worth visiting! There's a long riverside walkway that's very beautiful and makes for great photos.
There are many demolitions and road constructions now, so transportation is very inconvenient. The roads are very muddy after the rain, and small cars can't pass through. It is not recommended to go now.
It seems that the area is being demolished this time. The roads are so bad. Apart from the lake, everything else is pretty average.
The fishing village is much tidier now than when I visited a few years ago. However, the barbecue stalls have left greasy stains all over the ground, adding a slight blemish to the already beautiful scenery. The scenery of the fishing village is different from that of Moonlight Town across the way. The waves here are big and the waters are yellow, while the waters there are calm and peaceful. You can take a boat to either side.
It's a beautiful, quiet and peaceful place. I like to take a rest here.
The small fishing village is currently being demolished, the roads are extremely bad, and shops are closed. It is recommended not to go there.
It used to be a barbecue place, but recently the Central Environmental Protection Group came and it became more like a small tourist attraction, nothing special.
Speaking of drunken shrimp barbecue, there is a place called Jiujiuhong Butter Tea near the China Unicom Company on Shengli North Road. Their food is unique and really delicious. We often go there to eat, so I recommend it to everyone,,,,,,
It is close to Qionghai Lake. When we went there, the road was under construction and the facilities were not very good.
It's already being demolished. The road is very difficult to walk on and there are puddles for a long time. I originally wanted to go to the scenic area to have a look before deciding which hotel to stay in, but I was stopped and not allowed to enter. Or the touts at the restaurant at the door brought customers in. It was very uncomfortable.
I took the wrong road and ended up here. When I got there, all the houses along the road had been demolished, leaving only rubble and ruins. Villagers kept asking you to stop along the way, and it was very dusty. The trees along the road were pretty nice, though. I hope they'll be beautiful after they're renovated! There wasn't much to see inside; it was just like any other park by the river.
Located on the north shore of Qionghai Lake, there are many street-style farmhouses where you can enjoy Qionghai seafood such as fried snails, drunken shrimps, and grilled fish.
Been there twice
The first time was during a holiday and there were many people and it was very windy.
The second time I missed the peak period and there were no people at all. The scenery was really different.
Apart from being beautiful and being able to take great photos, the rest is really just about your own feelings.
The area surrounding the fishing village is still undergoing development, with houses under construction everywhere and uneven roads. However, the wetland park itself is quite pleasant. The only downside is the lack of rest areas along the path, requiring constant walking. After an hour of walking, my neck got a sunburn.
Drunken shrimps, drunken shrimps, drunken shrimps, I really saw someone going into the “sea” to catch shrimps!
Many barbecue restaurants have been demolished, leaving only a concentrated area. The pork belly is delicious, but the other restaurants are not so good. And the transportation is terrible! ! I stayed in Guanhai Bay last night and it took me a long time to get back. I almost couldn't get back. Taxis are very expensive. If you are staying in Guanhai Bay, you can either drive to the small fishing village or check the route before going.
The food is delicious, but a bit expensive, like a rip-off, and the attitude is not very good, so I don't know if it has improved now.
Great, suitable for browsing alone, there are food all around
Eat barbecue~~~The taste is pretty good. The scenery is also nice
The small fishing village is located on the shore of Qionghai Lake. It's a pleasant boat ride there. You can eat drunken shrimp and the scenery is also beautiful!
The small fishing village is being expanded and has become a mess.
Construction is not yet complete. The Small Fishing Village Scenic Area is located on the north shore of Qionghai Lake. From here, you can admire the Lushan Scenic Area and Qionghai Park across the lake, and admire the urban wetland landscape to the northwest.

It seems that it is not owned by the same owner now. It seems that you have to drive a long way to get there. But it is still worth going to see and eat. Mainly, it is for the food.
It was a small fishing village in the past with beautiful scenery. It is located right on the shore of Qionghai Lake. It is a good place to eat barbecue and other things.
The sun in Xichang is already very strong, and there is no place to hide from the sun. There are no food or snacks available.
It's suitable for taking photos and not much walking around. There is a snack street not far away.
The park has beautiful scenery, but when we went there it was under expansion, so some attractions were not open, which was a bit of a pity.
I tried Xichang grilled fish in a small fishing village and it tasted great.
I ate drunken shrimp nearby. It was my first time eating it. It tasted great.
The small fishing village is the most important natural fishing base in Qionghai, hence the name. Because Qionghai is a key natural fishing base in Liangshan Prefecture, it once had 829 fishermen, who primarily concentrated here, hence the name "small fishing village." With the continuous development of society, most of these fishermen no longer rely on fishing for a living, occasionally casting a line at the beach in their spare time. They don't care about how much they catch or showing off their skillful fishing skills, but only about experiencing and appreciating the fishing culture. Qionghai's fishery is managed and administered by a single company, but the locals still call it "the small fishing village."
Very close to Qionghai ~ the roadside BBQ is also great!!
The grilled eggplant is delicious, quite spicy and has a good flavor.
The most recommended one is of course the drunken shrimp, which is super delicious.
Now the coastal area has been redeveloped. Things in the fishing village are much more expensive now. Grilled fish fillets used to cost 20 cents a skewer, fish fillets 50 cents to 1 yuan. I quite like the taste. The pumpkin fish head soup is also delicious.
When I went there, everything had moved and it didn't have any special features.
I had drunken shrimp, which was really good, and Xichang barbecue was also a specialty...
The environment of the small fishing village is very good, and the snacks are very local.
The barbecue village is famous for its barbecue. Xichang’s local barbecue is very famous. There you can enjoy the barbecue while watching the sea. You can also try the local grilled crucian carp and grilled shells.
The name suggests a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, but...it's actually quite bustling, with many Xichang barbecues on sale, including their signature drunken shrimp.
The small fishing village is on the other side of the Qionghai Lake, a small peninsula that is being developed.
To be honest, I went here just to eat barbecue. But the lake is still beautiful under the sunset.
Hearing the words "small fishing village" makes you think it's a quiet place. However, it's not. On the edge of Qionghai Lake, it's extremely lively at night, especially the barbecue in Xichang, which is extremely popular. The drunken shrimp and grilled fish are worth trying. However, the drunken shrimp is really special, so be careful!
There are many places to eat, and the prices are not cheap.
The small fishing village does not have any attractions, but it is famous for its barbecue. You can come and taste it.
It's okay to go there, but it's a bit of a scam and things are expensive.
I was quite disappointed with the barbecue in the small fishing village. Local friends told me that the barbecue in the small fishing village is mainly aimed at foreign tourists, and the taste is actually very average.
Take a boat to the opposite side of Qionghai Lake, where you will find a village full of barbecue restaurants. You can taste authentic Xichang barbecue.
The small fishing village used to be a place where fishermen fished. You can eat grilled fish here and the scenery is quite ordinary.
The scenery of the small fishing village is pretty good, the water quality is relatively good and quite clean, the fish cooked by the nearby farmhouse is quite delicious, it is a very good attraction
The drunken shrimp in the fishing village is a specialty, and there is also the Yi ethnic cuisine. The large chunks of meat grilled in a net are also delicious. However, I am not used to the grilled small intestines, pig heads, etc. Palm Treasure is good.
I think the weather is very good, but the ultraviolet rays are very strong, so remember to wear sunscreen.
Mainly a place to eat, authentic small fishing village barbecue
It would be a mistake to go to Xichang without visiting the small fishing village. It has a strong local flavor and a lot of snacks that you can enjoy while walking!
The small fishing village is on the shore of Qionghai Lake. The barbecue is really good and the price is very affordable.
This time, I visited the small fishing village, and it felt distinctly deserted. Once a comprehensive entertainment venue, it offered a wide variety of food and entertainment. Most of the local attractions designed for tourists have faded, and some have even vanished completely.
The famous Xichang Big BBQ was once the most popular place here, but it's now quite deserted. It's said that many restaurants have moved back to their original location, suggesting both management and popularity are issues.
Fortunately, there is Qionghai after all, and this is definitely a good place to see Qionghai.
We spent the whole afternoon playing on the shores of Qionghai, waiting to watch the Torch Festival together in the evening.
Sichuan, Xichang, Qionghai, small fishing village scenic area.
Located on the north shore of Qionghai Lake.
From here, you can overlook the Lushan Scenic Area and Qionghai Park on the opposite bank.
It has a bit of the flavor of an ancient town, and the sugarcane juice is great.
It was under construction when I went there, so I didn't feel the characteristics of a small fishing village.
Moon Bay can be said to be an iconic building on the edge of Qionghai. Many people take a boat from the other side of the lake to visit here. It is very suitable for taking photos!
The scenery of the small fishing village is endless, and the aroma of barbecue wafts all the way
It doesn't have any special features, it's just a transit station with accommodation and meals.
It is a must-go place for cycling, with many farmhouses and a strong commercial atmosphere.
At noon, my brother and I excitedly took a bus to the small fishing village, but we were completely disappointed. Construction was everywhere, and there wasn't even a shaded spot on the roadside, leaving us scorched by the sun. The locals trying to attract customers were full of nonsense, saying there was nothing at Qionghai Park either, and it would be the same here, and it would take three hours to get there. I was quite disgusted and dragged my brother away. Fortunately, we could still see the waters of Qionghai from Phase 2, which made up for the dismal disappointment.
On the way from Leshan Giant Buddha to the South Gate, you will pass through a small fishing village where many souvenirs are sold and you can also stay and have a meal.
The scenery of the lake and mountains is very nice. Especially in winter, the reflection of the snow on the distant mountains in the lake is very charming.
Basking in the sun, feeling the sea breeze, and eating barbecue.
Here you can eat drunken shrimp and Xichang barbecue. It feels like a snack market, but there are a lot of people at the door leading horses for tourists to ride. The smell of horse manure and barbecue is everywhere. The management and environment are really bad.
A small island that needs to be reached by boat. There are food and entertainment on the island. It feels great.
The small fishing village is the most important natural fishing base in Qionghai, so it is named Xiaoyu Village. It is an important natural fishing base in Liangshan Prefecture.
